- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I know you can't give away the secret, but I
- 1:01Speaker 3: gotta ask how y'all get all these guests to invest
- 1:04Speaker 3: us bro y'all got nine hundred people and then I'm
- 1:07Speaker 3: sure Lebron gonna come with the last minute, but like,
- 1:13Speaker 3: what is the blueprint for getting guests to be a
- 1:16Speaker 3: part of these events? Like if you don't want to tell,
- 1:18Speaker 3: you don't have to. But even when I saw the CJ.
- 1:21Speaker 3: McCollum thing, which I was excited about because I don't
- 1:23Speaker 3: think people realize how great of an investor he is
- 1:26Speaker 3: do it prompted me like, what are you doing actively
- 1:30Speaker 3: to get these and I know so, and explain how
- 1:32Speaker 3: long it takes for some of these relationships to come through,
- 1:36Speaker 3: Like even a Swiss thing on the revote that was
- 1:38Speaker 3: a work for two years.
- 1:41Speaker 4: Yeah, for sure. I mean it's relationships.
- 1:43Speaker 5: It's all relationships, honestly, Like that's the secret behind this
- 1:47Speaker 5: whole situation.
- 1:47Speaker 4: I feel like.
- 1:48Speaker 5: Some sometimes it takes years. It's like, you know, it's
- 1:52Speaker 5: like a garden. Some some fruits and some some crops
- 1:55Speaker 5: take years to actually you know, come to fruition, and
- 1:58Speaker 5: some take a couple of months or so. You know,
- 2:01Speaker 5: you might meet somebody in the club and then you
- 2:02Speaker 5: know there's an instant relationship right away, or you might
- 2:05Speaker 5: have to you know, work with somebody for you know,
- 2:07Speaker 5: a couple of years to actually have a relationship with them.
- 2:09Speaker 5: But it's it's all a domino effect or form relationships,
- 2:15Speaker 5: like you know, from meeting one person, then connecting with
- 2:19Speaker 5: another person, and then connected with another person and then
- 2:22Speaker 5: of course you know them seeing enough value in it
- 2:24Speaker 5: to actually want to do it.
- 2:25Speaker 4: That's always beneficial as well.
- 2:27Speaker 5: So it's like the law of inertia, like once you
- 2:28Speaker 5: get hot, you know, you just got to keep the
- 2:30Speaker 5: ball rolling, pour gasoline on the fire, and then you know,
- 2:33Speaker 5: he just you just attract more energy. But yeah, it's
- 2:36Speaker 5: all personal relationships. You know, we've we've been able to
- 2:38Speaker 5: develop pretty much relationships with everybody. We at least one
- 2:43Speaker 5: degree from everybody, so we can we can call for
- 2:45Speaker 5: anybody at this point in time, not to say that
- 2:47Speaker 5: we can get anybody, we can we know at least
- 2:49Speaker 5: a person that has a relationship with somebody. So you know, Diddy,
- 2:53Speaker 5: that took that took a few years to cultivate that relationship.
- 2:57Speaker 5: But by the time we got it, you know, we
- 3:00Speaker 5: booked them on just the text, personal text.
- 3:03Speaker 4: That was it.
- 3:03Speaker 5: It wasn't through a PR firm, it wasn't through manager,
- 3:07Speaker 5: it wasn't through you know, a booking agency. It was
- 3:10Speaker 5: just a voice note and then two minutes later he
- 3:13Speaker 5: responded and that that that was done. Robert Smith, you
- 3:16Speaker 5: know a person that we got introduced to, Steve Harvey.
- 3:19Speaker 5: Steve Harvey, a person that we got introduced to to
- 3:21Speaker 5: Tabati Nicole, Domino effect. Domino effect there, you know, somebody
- 3:29Speaker 5: like Rich Paul uh you know, building that relationship with
- 3:33Speaker 5: a lot of people in l a uh On on
- 3:36Speaker 5: the Uta side and spring Hill, spring Hill, and it's
- 3:41Speaker 5: just you know, amount of time when we first had
- 3:43Speaker 5: the first zoom call with him, and the zoom call
- 3:46Speaker 5: was actually just like an introduction. We was doing an
- 3:49Speaker 5: episode and we spoke about you know, a variety of
- 3:52Speaker 5: other things that wasn't even planned on that conversation and
- 3:55Speaker 5: then you know, we just the other thing is you
- 3:57Speaker 5: got to be in the right place at the right
- 3:58Speaker 5: time too.
- 3:59Speaker 4: So you know, we go to a lot of different places.
- 4:02Speaker 5: We go to the NBA All Star Game, we go
- 4:04Speaker 5: to the Super Bowl, we go to F one and
- 4:09Speaker 5: you know, all these different places. These this is where
- 4:11Speaker 5: the people actually are. So now it's.
- 4:14Speaker 6: Not part of your DM You got a seeming person.
- 4:18Speaker 5: Yeah, so now it's like you know, you can actually
- 4:21Speaker 5: see somebody physically. It's one thing to just you know,
- 4:24Speaker 5: suit them an email, shoot them a text. But when
- 4:25Speaker 5: you actually get to see somebody, it makes it a
- 4:28Speaker 5: more you know, relatable situation where it's like, okay, nah,
- 4:32Speaker 5: I know this person. You know, we have a conversation,
- 4:34Speaker 5: we might have a drink or two eat, and now you.
- 4:37Speaker 4: Develop a real relationship.
- 4:38Speaker 5: So pretty much ninety percent of the people that are
- 4:42Speaker 5: on invest best are all through personal relationships. Like I said,
- 4:46Speaker 5: we don't really go through like booking agencies or managers
- 4:50Speaker 5: too much. It's just more so like you know, you
- 4:52Speaker 5: know this person, or meet this person directly, or you know,
- 4:56Speaker 5: sometimes just DM a person or you know, different things
- 4:59Speaker 5: like that. And one person like La Anthony that comes
- 5:02Speaker 5: through Charrence J. That's his that's his personal friend and
- 5:07Speaker 5: he thought that you know, she would be a good
- 5:08Speaker 5: fit for investments, reached out to us, she was interested
- 5:11Speaker 5: in coming. So that was a relationship that you know,
- 5:14Speaker 5: he made and and then you know, so it's just
- 5:17Speaker 5: it's one of those situations. It's like I said, it's
- 5:19Speaker 5: no set science, it's no set science behind it. But
- 5:23Speaker 5: once again, it just goes back to relationships, something that
- 5:25Speaker 5: we talk about all the time, always talk about how
- 5:28Speaker 5: to build relationships and the art of building relationships, how
- 5:30Speaker 5: to cultiate relationships, different things of that nature, and that's
- 5:34Speaker 5: how we was able to get all of these people,
- 5:36Speaker 5: a lot of people. But yeah, it's just you know,
- 5:39Speaker 5: and then of course a platform that we have is
- 5:42Speaker 5: tremendous from you know, this show. We've met people from
- 5:48Speaker 5: doing this show, earned a Lesia of course, because that's
- 5:50Speaker 5: a guest every single week.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Assets of a Liabilities very useful too.
- 5:55Speaker 5: We've been able to establish relationships with people from that
- 5:58Speaker 5: show or further strength and relationships that we already have
- 6:01Speaker 5: from that show.
- 6:03Speaker 4: So yeah, that's beneficial. Having a show where you interview
- 6:07Speaker 4: people is always a good way to kind of establish relationships.
- 6:11Speaker 6: So yeah, this episode is brought to you by P
- 6:15Speaker 6: and C Bank.
- 6:16Speaker 7: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,
- 6:19Speaker 7: and sure they definitely can be, but understanding of professionals
- 6:23Speaker 7: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
- 6:26Speaker 7: day after day.
- 6:28Speaker 6: It's like banking with P and C Bank.
- 6:30Speaker 7: It might seem boring to save, plan and make calculated
- 6:33Speaker 7: decisions with your bank, but keeping your money boring is
- 6:36Speaker 7: what helps you live or more happily fulfilled life. P
- 6:40Speaker 7: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly

- 8:03Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child

- 8:54Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 8:59Speaker 1: border and n families will.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 9:04Speaker 7: Really, that's the deal. That's the blueboard. Yeah, I mean
- 9:08Speaker 7: we say that all the time, Like you got it.
- 9:10Speaker 7: When you get into space, you got to make sure
- 9:12Speaker 7: that you're adding value. And so even if it doesn't
- 9:14Speaker 7: happen in that moment, just be patient, never take it personal,
- 9:17Speaker 7: and keep going. Like you said that, you brought up
- 9:19Speaker 7: the Swiss situation that was over two years in the making,
- 9:22Speaker 7: two years in the making, and that really starts to
- 9:25Speaker 7: shout out to Charlottagne who introduced us to Nicole, who
- 9:28Speaker 7: was a talent manager at Black Effects. She was like, look,
- 9:30Speaker 7: I know, I know it is managing MO to shout
- 9:32Speaker 7: out to MO. Got in contact with MO every time
- 9:35Speaker 7: something comes up. You know, if he's interested, we have
- 9:37Speaker 7: some availability for him. It didn't work out. Never took
- 9:40Speaker 7: a personal every time there was an opportunity, whether it
- 9:42Speaker 7: was MSG when I was like, yo, just to be great,
- 9:44Speaker 7: we're gonna be in New York.
- 9:45Speaker 6: It'd be great. Time it didn't work. You know.
- 9:47Speaker 7: One time we were flew out to California in the
- 9:50Speaker 7: hopes of sitting down with him and X pass and
- 9:53Speaker 7: so it was like the time it wasn't great.
- 9:54Speaker 6: It was like, all right, well, when.
- 9:55Speaker 7: The timing does come, We'll be ready, and as you
- 9:58Speaker 7: see us civil liabilities, we were able to sit down
- 10:01Speaker 7: with him but still keep in a relationship with MO
- 10:03Speaker 7: and then figuring out his other manager to shout out
- 10:05Speaker 7: to Courtney and Courtney we recognized him because he was
- 10:08Speaker 7: DJ Kallis's manager, and then we knew Lenny s was
- 10:12Speaker 7: also managing callus, so it was like all these people
- 10:14Speaker 7: in the same space.
- 10:15Speaker 6: So it's like it's one phone call separation.
- 10:19Speaker 7: Then that from that, Maverick Carter comes because Callu is there,
- 10:22Speaker 7: we meet Maverick and now there is a relationship with Maverick,
- 10:24Speaker 7: and so we just keep these lines of communication open.
- 10:27Speaker 7: Never really asks anybody for anything other than like, if
- 10:30Speaker 7: you're available, we'd love to have you come. Ask some value.
- 10:32Speaker 7: So most people are like, yeah, of course I want
- 10:35Speaker 7: to help. I love what you guys are doing because
- 10:36Speaker 7: you were adding value, even if like you said the
- 10:39Speaker 7: c J McCollen thing.
- 10:40Speaker 6: We met him at the All Star game.
- 10:42Speaker 7: Yeah, we were waiting outside to go into Chris Paul's
- 10:44Speaker 7: party and I walked out. He walked over and he
- 10:48Speaker 7: was like, Yo, I love y'all guys. First thing he says,
- 10:50Speaker 7: I love y'all guys. I'm like, yo. At the time,
- 10:53Speaker 7: they had just put out the article that he makes
- 10:54Speaker 7: an investment every year.
- 10:56Speaker 6: He makes a new investment in his portfolio. Every single year.
- 10:59Speaker 7: He doesn't miss of adding something to the portfolio. And
- 11:02Speaker 7: I was like, you gotta, we gotta talk to you,
- 11:04Speaker 7: like we gotta sit down. And his response is like,
- 11:06Speaker 7: I'm not I'm not ready yet. I want to, like,
- 11:08Speaker 7: y'all are the big leagues. I got to make sure
- 11:10Speaker 7: that I have everything in line before I come and
- 11:12Speaker 7: sit down y'all. And I'm like, trust me, brofolio speaks.
- 11:17Speaker 6: For you're ready. And so now to have them an
- 11:20Speaker 6: investments is incredible.
- 11:21Speaker 7: But that was almost eight months ago, right, So everything
- 11:26Speaker 7: happens in its own time.
- 11:27Speaker 6: It's never gonna happen on your time.
- 11:29Speaker 7: Well most times it won't happen on your time, but
- 11:30Speaker 7: it will happen in God's time. So be patient with it,
- 11:33Speaker 7: keep over uh levels of communication, and be good to people. Man,
- 11:38Speaker 7: that's the that's the part that gets overlooked.
- 11:40Speaker 6: Just be good to people.
- 11:41Speaker 7: Be a good person, be good to people, treat them
- 11:43Speaker 7: more respect, value their time, and most times, more times
- 11:47Speaker 7: than not, man, you'll see a line up like like
- 11:49Speaker 7: what investors is because we've always carried out with us
- 11:51Speaker 7: everywhere we go.
- 11:52Speaker 5: It's all about relationships. Sometimes people don't fully understand relationships.
- 11:58Speaker 5: You have to be extremely you have to think bigger
- 12:02Speaker 5: than just yourself. Sometimes somebody might look at a relationship
- 12:05Speaker 5: and be like, well, I'm not benefiting from this relationship,
- 12:08Speaker 5: so I'm not supporting the relationship, but you might benefit
- 12:14Speaker 5: off of the intangibles that come that you don't even
- 12:17Speaker 5: realize will come from it. So this is extremely important
- 12:21Speaker 5: for people to understand. That's a major part of being
- 12:24Speaker 5: in a relationship and building relationships is to make relationships happen,
- 12:28Speaker 5: to be a bridge, and to be selfish. So Larry
- 12:32Speaker 5: Morrow Morrow is a perfect example of that. He's a
- 12:38Speaker 5: person that has connected us to a few different people actually,
- 12:43Speaker 5: and he's been abridged to Mike Novagrats, He's been a
- 12:46Speaker 5: bridge to Sean from Spiritual Word and a variety of
- 12:51Speaker 5: other people where he's never personally benefited from any of
- 12:57Speaker 5: those relationships. But it's the intangibles that come down the
- 13:02Speaker 5: line that I'm sure he probably will benefit from, but
- 13:06Speaker 5: that's not even his purpose of actually making that relationship.
- 13:10Speaker 5: So sometimes people don't fully understand things in the moment
- 13:13Speaker 5: because they only worry about like I gotta eat off
- 13:17Speaker 5: of this right now. If I'm not eating off of
- 13:19Speaker 5: this situation right now, then I'm not supporting the situation.
- 13:22Speaker 5: But in relationship building, one on one, you have to
- 13:28Speaker 5: find ways to make relationships happen, bridge relationships, support relationships
- 13:35Speaker 5: that don't benefit you, and that takes that takes a
- 13:40Speaker 5: lot of understanding to understand that, because you know, it's
- 13:46Speaker 5: it's human nature, right most people. In the grand scheme
- 13:49Speaker 5: of life, the number one rule in life is is
- 13:52Speaker 5: self preservation. That's that's what That's what humans. Everybody has
- 13:56Speaker 5: to You have to worry about yourself first. So and
- 14:00Speaker 5: everybody's core, that's their premise of like how does this
- 14:04Speaker 5: help me?
- 14:05Speaker 4: But when you.
- 14:08Speaker 5: Fully elevate from that, that's when you can become special.
- 14:11Speaker 5: But it takes a special It takes a special person
- 14:14Speaker 5: to fully understand that.
- 14:16Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 14:19Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 14:23Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
