- Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is Monday, April the 27th, and today's calendar challenge is hold yourself accountable. Yeah, you know, we don't always think that holding ourselves accountable. would be something that would bring us joy. But truly, it can and it will if we do so intentionally and purposefully. Holding ourselves accountable builds self-trust. Every time we follow through, we prove to ourselves that our word matters and that confidence creates a steady, grounded joy. Holding ourselves accountable creates momentum, small acts of accountability that lead to bigger progress, and it replaces guilt with pride. Instead of carrying, should have, we get to feel we did, I did. And that shift brings relief and satisfaction. When we hold ourselves accountable, it keeps us aligned with our values. It reminds us of who we want to be and who we are. And life feels more authentic when we are moving and acting and the reflection of our authenticity. That authenticity brings us joy and above all else, holding ourselves accountable empowers us. It reminds us that we have agency. It reminds us that we get to choose. I am alive. I am healthy, wealthy and wise. I am a dreamer, a decider, but above all else, I am a doer. I'm an intentional being who follows the path the universe has paid for me and I am a That sense of control feels freeing and it brings us joy. Joy grows when we show up for ourselves and follow through. So today, invite a little bit of joy into your life and hold yourself accountable on this last Monday in April. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
