Dr. Dolby entered the field of dentistry in a somewhat unorthodox fashion. A scholarship athlete at Boise State University led to a degree in Business Management. Straight out of college working as a sales representative for a consumer products company, he knew there had to be a more rewarding profession. He decided to attend the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he graduated with high honors.
