- 0:29Speaker 4: Song referring to a baby shark.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Okay, I can see that it's very.

- 0:35Speaker 6: Uh.
- 0:36Speaker 3: This is the English version that we just played for you.
- 0:38Speaker 3: The song does come in four different languages, and it
- 0:40Speaker 3: kind of makes sense. I know it sounds weird to
- 0:42Speaker 3: hear like boy Bo boying, but Moo Dang translates to
- 0:46Speaker 3: bouncy pork, and she's known for just kind of bouncing
- 0:50Speaker 3: around and being very sassy.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Such a good theme song for her, it makes sense.
- 0:54Speaker 3: I will post it to one of seven five the
- 0:56Speaker 3: River's Instagram page in our stories so that you can
- 0:59Speaker 3: listen to the full thing if.

- 1:18Speaker 3: while now, so this is a great new addition and
- 1:20Speaker 3: we love seeing updates to our parks. It's really important
- 1:24Speaker 3: for the communities so everybody can get out there and
- 1:26Speaker 3: connect and be outside. We'd love to see it. And
- 1:29Speaker 3: McDonald's holiday pies are back. They are in participating restaurants today.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Some places they said they saw them as early as Tuesday,
- 1:37Speaker 3: so they should be pretty much everywhere by today. McDonald's
- 1:41Speaker 3: signature pie crust is filled with custard, glazed with sugar,
- 1:44Speaker 3: and topped with rainbow sprinkles.
- 1:47Speaker 4: It sounds so good. I can't eat it, but it sounds.
- 1:49Speaker 2: So much And I know that you're very hungry right now.
- 1:51Speaker 2: This is your normal breakfast time.
- 1:53Speaker 4: I'm Riga Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 1:55Speaker 4: need to do.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Moting wing wing bla. As much as I hated that
- 2:01Speaker 2: hand to hear it again.

- 3:18Speaker 5: I love being up and out and about when you
- 3:21Speaker 5: know there's not many cars on the road and it's
- 3:23Speaker 5: dark and things are quiet.
- 3:25Speaker 8: Ye make it through. Ari Ah, you said that you
- 3:29Speaker 8: do billing, and what.

- 4:26Speaker 5: As a friend dash on one oh seven five The River.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Rick You saw her last night an exit.
- 4:30Speaker 4: In I did, and she was phenomenal.
- 4:33Speaker 3: I was really excited to be their sold out show
- 4:35Speaker 3: at Exit in such a fun time. It's always great
- 4:38Speaker 3: to watch everybody sing back the songs to everyone and
- 4:41Speaker 3: like dance.
- 4:42Speaker 4: She got down with.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Everybody off the stage and was like singing with everybody
- 4:46Speaker 3: in the crowd and dancing with them.
- 4:47Speaker 6: It was really cool.
- 4:48Speaker 2: I remember when she did River on the rooftop over
- 4:50Speaker 2: the summer. There were people little girl.
- 4:52Speaker 5: Yes, trying to do like these choreographed line dances to
- 4:54Speaker 5: her songs.
- 4:55Speaker 3: I love, that's yes, that's what she was like dancing
- 4:57Speaker 3: with everybody.
- 4:58Speaker 5: For if you miss Dashing, We'll be back in April
- 5:01Speaker 5: at Bridgestone opening for Caine Brown.
- 5:02Speaker 4: That's big for Yes amazing.
- 5:04Speaker 1: We also love Kane, Ricky is Zach and Manno in
- 5:08Speaker 1: the Morning.
- 5:10Speaker 3: I'm excited for this one specifically because you said that
- 5:13Speaker 3: you have something for.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Me to do this weekend.
- 5:15Speaker 8: Zach, I do have plans for Ricky on Sundays.
- 5:18Speaker 4: It's one of seven five the River.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Zach puts together a list every Friday for you of
- 5:22Speaker 3: things happening in Nashville over the weekend that you can
- 5:24Speaker 3: get into. And uh, yeah, I can't wait to hear
- 5:26Speaker 3: what you have for me. So go ahead, Zach, tell
- 5:28Speaker 3: us what we could do this weekend.
- 5:29Speaker 8: I'll save that one for last. But let's start with
- 5:32Speaker 8: Christmas Village at the fair Grounds this weekend, so you
- 5:35Speaker 8: can go buy a bunch of like little different Christmas trinkets.
- 5:38Speaker 8: They do have a bar there, I'm just saying. And
- 5:40Speaker 8: parking is free this Dame parking it's free. Yeah. So
- 5:43Speaker 8: it's at the fair Grounds. It's all week and long.
- 5:45Speaker 8: You can go. It's actually really really fun. I've gone
- 5:47Speaker 8: a bunch of times. They do have like a kid
- 5:49Speaker 8: zone too, where they have like a big inflatable, so
- 5:51Speaker 8: keep the kids company, sure while you're Christmas shopping. Also,
- 5:56Speaker 8: the Tennessee Titans are playing Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. They
- 5:59Speaker 8: are back after a week on the road. Maybe we'll
- 6:02Speaker 8: actually win a game.
- 6:03Speaker 6: Come on.
- 6:05Speaker 8: And also, if you're not ready for Christmas, if you're
- 6:08Speaker 8: like Ricky, they are having a Fall festival at the
- 6:10Speaker 8: Guildas Club Guilda's Club, Middle Tennessee. It's right downtown on
- 6:15Speaker 8: Division Street. And so they're gonna have a bunch of
- 6:18Speaker 8: They're gonna have a musical petting zoo, they're gonna have crafts,
- 6:21Speaker 8: they're gonna have make your own caramel apples, petting.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Wait, a musical petting zoo. What is that?
- 6:26Speaker 4: I don't know, but tell me more.
- 6:30Speaker 8: I assume they're playing music. Yes, I'm gonna go with y. Well,
- 6:37Speaker 8: that's happening tomorrow at Guilda's Club, Middle Tennessee. It's their
- 6:41Speaker 8: Fall festival from eleven to three. Also, this weekend is
- 6:45Speaker 8: the first weekend of Zoo Illumination at the Nashville Zoo.
- 6:49Speaker 8: So it's the Chinese Festival of Lights. They have over
- 6:52Speaker 8: a thousand custom made silk lanterns. They Santa is gonna
- 6:56Speaker 8: be there every single night. He's a busy man.
- 6:59Speaker 3: He's so busy. Kevin and I were talking about it
- 7:01Speaker 3: the other day. We don't know how he does it.
- 7:02Speaker 3: I mean, obviously magic is part of it. Yeah, you
- 7:06Speaker 3: guys gotta need.
- 7:07Speaker 5: An We all complain about how our schedules get so busy.
- 7:10Speaker 2: This time you think about him, I.
- 7:11Speaker 8: Know, think about Santo. Okay, yeah, but he is going
- 7:14Speaker 8: to be a zoo illumination. It goes all the way
- 7:17Speaker 8: until February ninth, but this is the very first weekend
- 7:20Speaker 8: for it at Nashville Zoo. And then this one is
- 7:23Speaker 8: specifically for you, Ricky.
- 7:25Speaker 4: Okay, what is it?
- 7:26Speaker 8: Sunday is National take a Hike Day. I know how
- 7:29Speaker 8: much your fiance loves going on hikes.
- 7:32Speaker 4: He really does. I don't love going on hikes though.
- 7:35Speaker 8: But Ricky has this promise with her fiance that if
- 7:38Speaker 8: she goes on a hike that she gets a burger
- 7:40Speaker 8: and beer afterward.
- 7:41Speaker 4: Oh yeah, every time.
- 7:42Speaker 3: That's how we make a compromise because I try to
- 7:43Speaker 3: be a really good fiance and go on a hike
- 7:46Speaker 3: with him every so often. But that is The rule
- 7:48Speaker 3: is afterwards, you gotta buy me a beer and a burger.
- 7:51Speaker 2: How long are these hikes you guys go on?
- 7:52Speaker 3: It depends on the hike because sometimes he gets lost.
- 7:56Speaker 2: And it's longer.
- 7:58Speaker 5: And a is a real like crunching nature guy, like
- 8:01Speaker 5: he would be happy to walk for like six and
- 8:03Speaker 5: a half day straight or something.
- 8:04Speaker 3: He looks at hikes and he's like, oh, twelve miles.
- 8:06Speaker 3: This sounds fun, And I'm like, that sounds the worst nightmare.
- 8:10Speaker 8: So it's gonna be a beautiful weekend. Go take a hike.
- 8:12Speaker 8: On Sunday, it's National take a Hike Day.
- 8:14Speaker 4: I won't be doing that, Zach.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Thanks Zach.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Three days.
- 8:18Speaker 5: You need just a bit past seven o'clock on this
- 8:21Speaker 5: Friday morning. Happy Friday, friends. Ricky's got those three things.
- 8:24Speaker 3: Two big television events are happening this weekend that you
- 8:26Speaker 3: should keep your eye out. On Tonight, Mike Tyson and
- 8:29Speaker 3: Jake Paul will fight duke it out, and apparently it's
- 8:32Speaker 3: gonna be intense based on the weigh ins that happened
- 8:35Speaker 3: last night. And tomorrow night, Charlie XCX hosts and performs
- 8:39Speaker 3: on SNL.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Both gonna be huge things to watch this.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Weekend, TikTok is integrating influencer shopping app like to Know
- 8:46Speaker 3: It LTK into their app. So this is gonna be
- 8:49Speaker 3: really great for creators but also great for you.
- 8:52Speaker 4: So the idea is that when they link.
- 8:53Speaker 3: An item on like to Know It, it'll pop up
- 8:56Speaker 3: in the comment section, so you can just click right
- 8:58Speaker 3: on it. The idea here is to make it easier
- 9:00Speaker 3: for influencers to get you the products that they're endorsing.
- 9:02Speaker 3: And obviously TikTok's been focusing more and more on becoming
- 9:05Speaker 3: a shopping app in the recent year, so this push
- 9:08Speaker 3: is more in that direction. Some creators have already been
- 9:11Speaker 3: invited to use the feature, but there's no word on
- 9:14Speaker 3: when it's going to roll out to everyone. So it's
- 9:16Speaker 3: going to start popping up slowly, you'll notice it, like
- 9:18Speaker 3: I said in the comment section. And Nashville is among
- 9:21Speaker 3: major US cities where rent has decreased this year. According
- 9:26Speaker 3: to Redfin, they say that rent's have decreased by six
- 9:29Speaker 3: percent since this time last year. The median asking rent
- 9:33Speaker 3: is oney five and twenty six dollars per month, and
- 9:37Speaker 3: after a few years of construction, they're saying that the
- 9:39Speaker 3: supply is outpacing.
- 9:41Speaker 4: The demand in downtown Nashville.
- 9:44Speaker 3: But areas like East Nashville and the outskirts farther away
- 9:47Speaker 3: from the city are going to be the places where
- 9:49Speaker 3: you can expect higher prices. They even did say Easter
- 9:52Speaker 3: Nashville is like an anomaly for whatever reason, it just
- 9:55Speaker 3: always stays expensive and there's.
- 9:57Speaker 4: No way around that.
- 9:59Speaker 3: But yeah, rent downtown is changing slowly. That's a positive
- 10:02Speaker 3: for everybody. Ricky Sanchez, And those are the three things
- 10:05Speaker 3: you need to know.
- 10:06Speaker 2: That's according to Redfinn. What about according to Ricky Sanchez.
- 10:09Speaker 3: According to Ricky Sanchez, I think Redfinn's a bunch of nyers.
- 10:13Speaker 2: You're not feeling that one yet.
- 10:15Speaker 5: Let's play shabooze right after a bar sawing Zack's fax.
- 10:18Speaker 5: We're all gonna learn some together on this Friday morning
- 10:20Speaker 5: next right here on the.
- 10:21Speaker 7: River, Ricky, Zach and mannow in the morning on the river.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Yeah, the round gather round at Zack's backs on one
- 10:29Speaker 2: O seven to five the.
- 10:30Speaker 8: River today is a really random fact. But did you
- 10:32Speaker 8: guys know that cranberries bounce, so if they're like soup,
- 10:36Speaker 8: So if they're super ripe, cranberries will bounce when they're dropped,
- 10:40Speaker 8: but if they're old then they won't. So that's how
- 10:42Speaker 8: you know if they're fresh or not.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Stop it right now. I want to go buy cranberries
- 10:45Speaker 4: and just bounce them around.
- 10:46Speaker 8: We're right above whole foods. Let's go see if.
- 10:48Speaker 3: They have cranberry I gotta see if this is actually real.
- 10:50Speaker 8: It is that's your fact of the day. It has
- 10:52Speaker 8: to be real.
- 10:53Speaker 4: Are you gonna eat the cranberries afterwards?
- 10:55Speaker 8: Not if you drop it on the floor, the wash them.
- 10:57Speaker 6: My second rule Ricky zach in Mennow in the morning.
- 11:03Speaker 5: Okay, if you could make one rule of the land,
- 11:07Speaker 5: what would it be? It's one O seven five of
- 11:09Speaker 5: the river we want to.
- 11:10Speaker 8: Hear personally, I feel like there should be no horns
- 11:13Speaker 8: allowed in cars.
- 11:14Speaker 2: That the rule of the land.
- 11:15Speaker 4: That is the most insane thing I've ever heard.
- 11:17Speaker 8: What do you mean no horns allowed? I hate when
- 11:19Speaker 8: people honk. It like hits some sort of nerve inside
- 11:23Speaker 8: of me that it's for safety. It's also used for
- 11:26Speaker 8: not safety, it's use for people being jerks. Yeah, when
- 11:31Speaker 8: people are jerks.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Okay, No ye q insane.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Six one five seven three seven nine one seven.
- 11:36Speaker 5: That's the phone omber I promise you we are not
- 11:38Speaker 5: going to attack yours like we just did this.
- 11:40Speaker 4: I promise you anything, it be a lot nicer.
- 11:42Speaker 5: I promise what you call any rule of the land
- 11:45Speaker 5: that everybody must abide by.
- 11:47Speaker 2: We're keeping horns in cars, but we.
- 11:48Speaker 4: Have to know literally. Oh my god, Zach, I just
- 11:52Speaker 4: want to shake.
- 11:53Speaker 2: You five seven three seven nine.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Thanks for being a part of our morning Ricky, Zach
- 11:59Speaker 1: and Meno in the Morning.
- 12:02Speaker 4: And Nashville. Tell us what your rule would be. People
- 12:04Speaker 4: shouldn't talk about medical procedures, especial personal okay, public, public laces, okay,
- 12:12Speaker 4: all right, don't talk about.
- 12:17Speaker 5: You know you're doing it right now. You are literally
- 12:20Speaker 5: on the radio talking about cold all right, dandy, thank
- 12:26Speaker 5: you for going bye.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Callen Franklin. What's your one rule of the land.
- 12:32Speaker 4: I'd say no one can go five miles an hour.
- 12:34Speaker 8: Under Oh so you like to drive fast?
- 12:37Speaker 2: I wouldn't say fast, but I like to be punctual.
- 12:41Speaker 2: You know what we're talking about? Speed?
- 12:43Speaker 5: Can we make lanes on the sidewalk for slow walkers
- 12:46Speaker 5: and fast walkers.
- 12:47Speaker 4: That's a good idea.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Thanks, Thanks buddy.
- 12:55Speaker 5: Let's see one more right now, Tyler, go ahead, what
- 12:57Speaker 5: is your one rule of the land.
- 12:59Speaker 3: Okay, you know how whenever you're turning right, I feel
- 13:02Speaker 3: like people should just always get over into that little
- 13:05Speaker 3: extra space and just turn that way.
- 13:08Speaker 4: I thought that was the rule of the land. You know,
- 13:10Speaker 4: you'd think so, But not everybody abi.
- 13:13Speaker 8: I mean, if there's not a turning lane, then no,
- 13:15Speaker 8: are you saying, go on the shoulder?
- 13:16Speaker 3: Yeah, just go on the shoulder, but get out of
- 13:19Speaker 3: the way so that the people going straight can keep
- 13:21Speaker 3: going straight. I thought everybody did that, but I guess
- 13:23Speaker 3: you're right, Tyler, not everybody does exactly.
- 13:26Speaker 4: All right, I'm with you. The guys don't seem to
- 13:28Speaker 4: be with you, but I'm with you.
- 13:29Speaker 8: No, that's illegal. If there's no turning lane, you should
- 13:32Speaker 8: not be driving on the shoulder of the road.
- 13:33Speaker 2: I'm just having trouble visualizing.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Oh, so you're not driving on the shoulder. You're just
- 13:38Speaker 3: moving over to the shoulder to make the right.
- 13:40Speaker 8: You just stopped in the middle of the road on
- 13:42Speaker 8: the shoulders.
- 13:42Speaker 4: There shouldn't be horrible. Sit down, have a great day.
- 13:50Speaker 5: We're getting a lot of automobile related right here. If
- 13:53Speaker 5: you have one six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine
- 13:55Speaker 5: one seven, it can be anything.
- 13:56Speaker 3: Do you have one, Ricky, I don't have one because
- 13:59Speaker 3: every I think it's like automotive And I'm now thinking
- 14:02Speaker 3: that maybe.
- 14:02Speaker 4: We just need to make a new traffic laws.
- 14:05Speaker 8: I'm calling Freddie O'Connell.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Thanks for letting us start your day. Otherwise we'd honestly
- 14:11Speaker 1: be kind of lonely.
- 14:12Speaker 7: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning one seven five
- 14:15Speaker 7: the River Elan in Lebanon.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Tell us, if you can make one rule of the land,
- 14:19Speaker 4: what it would be.
- 14:20Speaker 2: To chick fil A on open on Sundays. Oh?
- 14:22Speaker 4: Great choice. I know a lot of people would agree
- 14:25Speaker 4: with you on that.
- 14:25Speaker 5: Do you have like a little work around you get
- 14:27Speaker 5: it on Saturday and like put it in the freezer
- 14:29Speaker 5: or anything.
- 14:30Speaker 4: No, Yeah, I wouldn't taste the same. That's a bad idea, Kevin.
