Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:02
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to hop across
• 0:06
Speaker 1: the pond and we're going to get an update on
• 0:08
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. And that's because
• 0:12
Speaker 1: he's having one of his very few honorifics that are
• 0:16
Speaker 1: left to him taken away. And if anybody ever deserved
• 0:20
Speaker 1: to be a social leper, it is most certainly the
• 0:23
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Today's article is from
• 0:29
Speaker 1: GBN News and the headline Andrew mount Batton Windsor suffers
• 0:33
Speaker 1: fresh blow as legal officials creating a mechanism to remove
• 0:37
Speaker 1: honor from him. How does he have any honorifics left
• 0:40
Speaker 1: to him at this point? Like, shouldn't all of that
• 0:44
Speaker 1: stuff be gone already? This article was authored by Dorothy Reddin.
• 0:49
Speaker 1: Legal officials at the City of London Corporation are drawing
• 0:52
Speaker 1: up a bill that would enable the removal of Andrew
• 0:55
Speaker 1: mount Baton Windsor's freedom of the City of London after
• 0:58
Speaker 1: its City Solicitor concluded that the existing mechanism for stripping
• 1:02
Speaker 1: the honor is defective and defunct. Got to make sure
• 1:06
Speaker 1: you go through the process right, yo, if the UK
• 1:10
Speaker 1: loves anything, it's a process. The Corporation had previously stated
• 1:15
Speaker 1: in March that the honor could not be revoked. However,
• 1:19
Speaker 1: it has since acknowledged that there is currently no effective,
• 1:21
Speaker 1: lawful mechanism to carry out a removal and is now
• 1:24
Speaker 1: working to create one. We understand why people want this
• 1:28
Speaker 1: matter resolved as quickly as possible, and we share that desire.
• 1:31
Speaker 1: A Corporation spokesman said, well, yeah, look, nobody wants to
• 1:34
Speaker 1: be associated with Prince Andrew unless you're trying to tank
• 1:38
Speaker 1: whatever product that you're putting out, or if you want
• 1:41
Speaker 1: people to look at the honorifics that you hand out
• 1:44
Speaker 1: and find them laughable, then sure. But I find it
• 1:46
Speaker 1: hard to believe that any sort of company, or certainly
• 1:49
Speaker 1: any sort of you know, City Hall, would want anything
• 1:52
Speaker 1: to do with Prince Andrew. Should the bill be approved,
• 1:57
Speaker 1: it would open the way for elected members to decide
• 2:00
Speaker 1: whether the former Prince's freedom should be taken away. Not
• 2:03
Speaker 1: his freedom as far as you know, going to jail,
• 2:06
Speaker 1: but the freedom, metal, the status, the honorific, you know,
• 2:11
Speaker 1: the things that he loved so much, all the things
• 2:14
Speaker 1: that were stripped from him. That's what he cares about
• 2:17
Speaker 1: the status, right, that's all. Prince Andrew, ever wanted to
• 2:21
Speaker 1: be the guy, always been jaded that he wasn't the heir,
• 2:25
Speaker 1: always been jaded that it was his brother who was
• 2:28
Speaker 1: set to rule, and so he acted out right, Oh,
• 2:32
  Speaker 1: I'm gonna be a dick, I'm gonna be a quote
• 2:35
Speaker 1: unquote playboy, Randy Andy, the whole thing. And that would
• 2:39
Speaker 1: have been fine with me, because at the end of
• 2:42
Speaker 1: the day, I don't have to agree with everybody's lifestyle choices.
• 2:45
Speaker 1: I don't have to agree with what you do, and
• 2:48
Speaker 1: I certainly don't expect everybody to live their life the
• 2:50
Speaker 1: way I would. Sophie was just a dick and just
• 2:53
Speaker 1: a narcissist and just somebody that you know, was reprehensible,
• 2:58
Speaker 1: then I would shrug and move on. But that's not
• 3:00
Speaker 1: the case. We're not talking about somebody that was just
• 3:03
Speaker 1: accused of enabling Jeffrey Epstein. We're talking about somebody that's
• 3:07
Speaker 1: credibly accused of taking part in the abuse and the
• 3:12
Speaker 1: person that accused him, I believe. And it's not just
• 3:15
Speaker 1: words from a page. I heard the story from Virginia herself.
• 3:21
Speaker 1: And let me tell you, if anybody deserves what's happening
• 3:24
Speaker 1: to them and more it's this dirty, rotten son of
• 3:27
Speaker 1: a bitch. Andrew mount Baton Winsor, Mister mount Batten Winsor
• 3:31
Speaker 1: was granted the freedom in twenty twelve by virtue of patrimony,
• 3:36
Speaker 1: as his father, Prince Philip, had held the status of freeman,
• 3:41
Speaker 1: so it was by birth, like everything else, by birth,
• 3:44
Speaker 1: not by merit, not earned. Oh, I was born a
• 3:47
Speaker 1: prince of the blood, so let me get X, Y
• 3:50
Speaker 1: and Z, and if you don't give it to me,
• 3:52
Speaker 1: I'll go tell my mom. That's been his whole entirem,
• 3:56
Speaker 1: his whole life, and he's been able to get away
• 3:59
Speaker 1: with it because every everybody enabled his shit. Nobody wanted
• 4:03
Speaker 1: to get on the Queen's bad side, right, Nobody wanted
• 4:05
Speaker 1: the Queen matt at them, so they weren't going to
• 4:09
Speaker 1: pursue Prince Andrew as far as his bullshit when he's
• 4:12
Speaker 1: acting like an idiot, running around like Jeoffrey at the palace.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: And when you're uncontrollable as a child, you become unmanageable
• 4:20
Speaker 1: as an adult. The Corporation's efforts to resolve the matter
• 4:26
Speaker 1: have been under way for several months. In April, it
• 4:28
Speaker 1: disclosed that a letter had been sent to mister mount
• 4:31
Speaker 1: Batten Winsor inviting him to voluntarily give up the honor,
• 4:35
Speaker 1: but no response was received. Oh wait, you want him
• 4:37
Speaker 1: to do the honorable thing and voluntarily give that up,
• 4:42
Speaker 1: you have a better chance of hitting the lottery. This
• 4:45
Speaker 1: man has no desire to do the right thing. He
• 4:48
Speaker 1: has no desire to step up and speak out about
• 4:51
Speaker 1: what he knows, what he saw, who was there, what
• 4:54
Speaker 1: Klain Maxwell was up to, and more importantly, what he
• 4:58
Speaker 1: was up to. That day's never going to come, and
• 5:02
Speaker 1: anybody waiting for it is going to be waiting a
• 5:04
Speaker 1: long ass time. The following month, in May, the Court
• 5:09
Speaker 1: Common Council passed a motion formally censoring him for his
• 5:12
Speaker 1: refusal to relinquish the freedom, and directed officers to pursue
• 5:16
Speaker 1: lawful avenues for its removal. Now, just as a suggestion,
• 5:21
Speaker 1: if you're going to have some kind of honorific there
• 5:23
Speaker 1: has to be some mechanism to strip the person who's
• 5:27
Speaker 1: holding it. Right, What if they do something wrong, What
• 5:29
Speaker 1: if they turn out to be Jimmy Saville, What if
• 5:32
Speaker 1: they turn out to be Prince Andrew. You have to
• 5:35
Speaker 1: have a mechanism to get rid of them right. At
• 5:38
Speaker 1: the July twenty third meeting of the Court, Deputy Mary
• 5:40
Speaker 1: Ann Fredericks requested an update on the progress being made
• 5:44
Speaker 1: towards stripping the title. In response, Policy Chairman Deputy Chris
• 5:48
Speaker 1: Hayward outlined the findings of a draft legal opinion prepared
• 5:52
Speaker 1: by the Comptroller and City Solicitor alongside the City Remembrancer
• 5:57
Speaker 1: whatever that is. The provisional gist of their assessm Mister
• 6:00
Speaker 1: Hayward explained was that the current disfranchisement process, the formal
• 6:04
Speaker 1: mechanism through which the honor would ordinarily be withdrawn, is
• 6:08
Speaker 1: defective and defunct. To overcome this legal obstacle, the Court
• 6:12
Speaker 1: would need to pass an Act of Common Council, effectively
• 6:15
Speaker 1: granting itself the power of disenfranchisement. Mister Hayward told members
• 6:20
Speaker 1: that the law officers were additionally examining scenarios under which
• 6:23
Speaker 1: the freedom might be automatically revoked. Well, I mean, you
• 6:27
Speaker 1: would think that there'd be some kind of you know, standards, right,
• 6:31
Speaker 1: you have to have a certain sort of behavior to
• 6:36
Speaker 1: get this kind of award. I mean, at the very least,
• 6:39
Speaker 1: you can't be accused credibly of abusing a traffic seventeen
• 6:43
Speaker 1: year old girl. I would think that would be the
• 6:46
Speaker 1: very level base standard, right, I mean, that's what you
• 6:49
Speaker 1: would hope. But I guess not. I guess they never
• 6:52
Speaker 1: could envision so On being as big of a degenerate
• 6:55
Speaker 1: as Prince Andrew. Once the Court has been in power
• 6:59
Speaker 1: to disenfranchise, a separate report specifically addressing mister man Battan
• 7:03
Speaker 1: Windsor's case could be brought forward, giving members a chance
• 7:06
Speaker 1: to consider and determine whether removal is warranted. While I
• 7:10
Speaker 1: have a hard time believing that anybody wouldn't want them removed,
• 7:14
Speaker 1: I would say that most people that have a chance
• 7:17
Speaker 1: to vote on it are going to vote for Prince
• 7:20
Speaker 1: Andrew not to represent their city. Work is now progressing
• 7:23
Speaker 1: to finalize the Law Officer's opinion and produce a draft bill,
• 7:27
Speaker 1: which is scheduled to come before the Policy and Resource
• 7:30
Speaker 1: Committee at its September meeting before proceeding to the full
• 7:33
Speaker 1: Court order. In October, mister Hayward stressed that the process
• 7:37
Speaker 1: in the individual case must be treated as distinct matters,
• 7:41
Speaker 1: saying members must first agree the process for removing the
• 7:45
Speaker 1: freedom before considering a specific case of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor
• 7:51
Speaker 1: to ensure the process is fair. These two matters, I'm advised,
• 7:54
Speaker 1: must be considered separately. Oh, we're worried about fair. I'll
• 7:59
Speaker 1: tell you what. Why don't you go ask Virginia about fair? Oh,
• 8:02
Speaker 1: that's right, you can't. Why don't you ask Maria about fair?
• 8:05
Speaker 1: Or Annie? Why don't you ask one of them? He
• 8:08
Speaker 1: also related a warning from the corporation's legal officers. The
• 8:12
Speaker 1: city solicitor and the remembrancer have both asked me to
• 8:17
Speaker 1: point out that this is a substantial piece of work
• 8:19
Speaker 1: with significant constitutional implications which need to be carefully considered
• 8:24
Speaker 1: by members to ensure that the new process is as
• 8:27
Speaker 1: far as possible, lawful and workable with no one intended consequences.
• 8:32
Speaker 1: Whatever that means. Sounds like a built in cover story
• 8:35
Speaker 1: for them not doing what they want to do. The
• 8:38
Speaker 1: former prince was arrested in February on suspicion of misconduct
• 8:41
Speaker 1: and public office, but was subsequently released without charge. He
• 8:46
Speaker 1: has consistently denied any wrongdoing. Well, in that case, let's
• 8:49
Speaker 1: just pack it in Boys and girls. The Joe exotic
• 8:53
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family tells us that he's innocent, And
• 8:56
Speaker 1: I mean after that interview on BBC. How can anyone
• 8:59
Speaker 1: deny anything he has to say? Having been stripped of
• 9:04
Speaker 1: his titles due to his connection to Jeffrey Epstein, mister
• 9:07
Speaker 1: mountbatt and Windsor was compelled to leave Royal Lodge amid
• 9:10
Speaker 1: public anger over his rental agreements and relocated to Marsh
• 9:14
Speaker 1: Farm on the king Sandringham estate in Norfolk. From one
• 9:18
Speaker 1: mansion to the next. Oh, god forbid, it's a cottage.
• 9:21
Speaker 1: God forbid, You're on the King's property. God forbid. You
• 9:24
Speaker 1: can get up every day and ride your dumbass horse.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: A National Audit Office investigation revealed last month that he
• 9:33
Speaker 1: had earned an undisclosed private income by subletting three cottages
• 9:37
Speaker 1: on the Royal Lodge grounds while paying just one peppercorn
• 9:40
Speaker 1: and annual rent. Meanwhile, people in England are suffering, regular
• 9:45
Speaker 1: people trouble putting food on the table, powers expensive the
• 9:49
Speaker 1: whole thing. But as long as Prince Andrew is running
• 9:53
Speaker 1: his own version of Airbnb, it's all good. His leasetful
• 9:58
Speaker 1: agreement showed he paid one million pounds for the lease
• 10:01
Speaker 1: and a further seven and a half million pounds towards
• 10:04
Speaker 1: refurbishments completed in two thousand and five. Yeah, not his
• 10:08
Speaker 1: money either. Where did he grift that money from? Who
• 10:11
Speaker 1: did he pill for that from? Who do he lie
• 10:12
Speaker 1: to to get that money? Because we know he doesn't
• 10:15
Speaker 1: have a job, and we also know his bitch ass
• 10:17
Speaker 1: didn't earn it. So what do you folks think? Do
• 10:21
Speaker 1: you think that Andrew is gonna get stripped or do
• 10:23
Speaker 1: you think that the Council is going to come to
• 10:25
Speaker 1: a standstill and not be able to put the language
• 10:28
Speaker 1: in place to take that honorific from him? Shoot me
• 10:32
Speaker 1: some emails and let me know. All the information that
• 10:35
Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
