- Joe: They built a tool that finally stops AI chaos. One workspace, every model, total control. Welcome to the Glovisor Podcast, where we explore business growth, communication, and personal development through real conversations with people that make an impact. Our guest is the founder and CEO of Intrascope, an infrastructure platform for generative AI inside companies. After years of building software and IT systems for businesses, he launched Intrascope to help. Teams manage AI models, share context, governance, usage, and cost. Intrascope is a member of Nvidia Inception. Glovisor welcomes Vladimir Krisc Vladimir Krsic: Thank you. Joe: Hey. Vladimir, let's begin. Please share with us a little bit more about what you do. Vladimir Krsic: Our startup is helping companies to use AI in the structural way and have full governance around the AI. So we provide them infrastructure layer for using AI inside the companies. Before that, we started as a software company and we built these solutions for ourselves. And after we realized that the solution is good for our use cases, for the generative AI tasks in the company, we share it with our friends and our colleagues. And that time we're... realized, okay, we need to launch it on the public. So we had our public launch on Product Hunt, finished nine products of the day and the journey started. Joe: there's a lot there to go on. But before we go there, tell us a little bit more about how you got to what you're doing today. What made you choose this path? Vladimir Krsic: I have that inside myself, some feeling that I need to do something more than the regular job. So I started my first company when I was 20 years old and working with my... corporate jobs. So, and at one point I decided, okay, I cannot do the same stuff every day. need to do every day something new to be thrilled to go happy on the workspace or very sad. and afraid, but that I'm looking for that feeling that makes me full. And that's why I started working with startup. Joe: And that's so common that I see with a lot of founders like yourself is these are individuals that have so many ideas and so much creativity because you have to be very creative. And you have all that energy inside of you and it has to come out, right? It has to find a channel to go through that. Vladimir Krsic: because you have a lot of ideas and you need to define the right ones that you will focus your time and money and everything. you have ideas but you need to choose wisely. Joe: Sure. So now before we go into Intrascope let's let's talk about can you get us on the same page? What is the difference between regular AI and generative AI? Vladimir Krsic: Generative AI is artificial intelligence, yeah. So it's general term for all the whole process that AI can do. But generative AI is that part of AI that you are using to create something. So it can be text, images, presentation, right? So that is the main difference. Joe: Gotcha. Now what made you go into that direction with Intrascope? What did you find that was missing in the marketplace that you're filling with with your startup? Vladimir Krsic: companies are adopting AI faster than they can manage it. So we find that market gap, it's very new market because generative AI is few years old. companies want to find the ways that they can achieve better performance and be more effective. And they just finding so many different tools and providers and start working with them. And they forgot about context, company knowledge, and the cost that different models can accumulate into one place. So we are helping them to use it like should, like every other. every other system in the company so you can use it in the we can say better way Joe: Because one of the things that I see when I talk to a lot of CEOs who are just infusing AI into their companies is that they know they have to invest into AI because everyone else is doing so. But they have one system, they have another system for something else. They they just know they need to pour money into it. But now they have this chaos of AIs. And that's what you're doing. That's basically just putting it all together into one. Vladimir Krsic: Yeah, yeah, because every model, there is battle between AI providers like Antropic ChatGPT Google, et cetera. But there is no clear winner which model is better. Every model is good for something. So we're basically using Gemini for the web search because it's a model from Google. and using Claude for one task, ChatGPT for others, and we are just connected on the one place so you can use it from one workspace, you can use it for different aspects of the company. Joe: Sure. Yeah, 'cause you have to find the right one for the right task. So you're not Vladimir Krsic: Yeah. Joe: yeah, doing too much. so who would be the ideal client for your company? Vladimir Krsic: We had our idea. some marketing agencies between 20 and 100 users. But in this moment, we a little change our perspective to enterprise clients because we can give them the best value. So if they invest in the structure of AI, we can make them. costs reduction better than on the small company. And for the bigger enterprises, data is more important than the smaller companies. So we are balancing between companies between 20 and 100 and the big S &Es. Joe: if one of our listeners wanted to work with you, what would that journey look like? Vladimir Krsic: we made a discover call and help them to choose which model they need to use because we have a SaaS model for using our platform and they were made model for enterprises. So we needed to decide with the client what type of service they needed. if they're... have some confidential data, don't want to any other AI agent outside their organizations use that data or just. they want to go on other servers, we can provide them the full close system on their servers, connecting with their small language models, made it just for them, or they need it just for a regular task for writing the content of the 10 people team. Okay, you need to choose SAS, and if you need something bigger than that, we can talk later, but. that's the main difference of our approach. But discovery call is the first one. Joe: you can do all of those, but can you give us an example? Why would an organization want to have their own system in-house versus using a SaaS? Vladimir Krsic: it's giving the more control Also, we are living in the era where companies compete with each other. This is just the starting of AI. in this, we can say that this is the most affordable time to use AI because it will be only get the expense here time to time. And companies will start to realizing that it's it's better to them to get one investment in the hardware or virtual private and deploy their own LLMs so they can use it locally. To not to be dependent on the bigger ones or on top of it to open AI or things. they have that one closed cycle. Joe: It's interesting. And I would imagine also because you don't want your data floating out there somewhere. you want to protect that as well. now Vladimir Krsic: Yeah, yeah, in every, for every provider that we support today have in terms of search that they will not use data through API, but you never know. This Joe: True. Vladimir Krsic: is, yeah. Joe: Is the reality of the world nowadays. Vladimir Krsic: Yeah. Joe: now can you share a client success story of someone who's worked with you in the past? Vladimir Krsic: Yeah, have one very good example. company that, they didn't use any paid AI, they're just using some free versions. They are tax consulting company. They're more than 50 employees. And they're using ChatGPT free version, Gemini and everything. because we are working with them for other projects when we made it through scope and everything, we approach them and tell them, okay, we can help you to start using AI because we didn't do a transformation of their business, we just implemented the right way. and they start using and they see next day quality of the answers because they use AI to speak with clients or reply to emails and that is just another dimension. For the CEO and for the management, we provide them the dashboard that they can see how much every employee is spending on AI and savings. There is no savings because they didn't use paid AI, but if they are using paid AI versus our solution, it's more than 70 % of cost savings. Joe: Well, and how are they reaching those cost savings? Vladimir Krsic: when you use the AI to API system, you're paying only for the usage, not some price that you may never come to the price. like, I... Example is ChatGPT plus it's costing $20 per month and you will maybe do that month 10 prompts and you spent 0.001 dollar for that month and you will pay it $20. There is some power users but that is the other case. But with Intrascope and AI we have automatic orchestration of the models so when you want when you type the prompt, our inside system, see and choose the right model for that task. So if you need translating something, it will be using the most cheapest model on the market. And if you do some, very. deep research, it will be using the top tier models, but not every employee needs top tier models. that's how we do that cost service. Joe: That makes sense. Now, if listeners remember only one thing from today's conversation, what do you hope that message is? Vladimir Krsic: They need to start using AI in the more controlled way. They need to use our product, but they need to find something to be... and to scale it and to track the cost and to protect their data. So data is very important for every company. If some of your employees are using your personal accounts and upload their tax report and ask free model something that text report will be used for the train of AI. this is the time where data is for sale. Everybody buying data, selling data, and companies needs to start to protect that data. Joe: That's good advice. Now finally, where can our audience connect with you? Find out more about your work and continue this conversation. Vladimir Krsic: We can connect on LinkedIn. This is my name here.
