- Tonight, on the Aaron Day Show, they blocked my ballot. New Hampshire threw out my Senate filing, and I am taking that fight to the Ballot Law Commission. Then the keynote they tried to bury at the convention. Here is exactly why you ditched the dollar. It starts right now. All right, welcome back to the Aaron Day Show. This is season three, episode twenty. So we are getting up there and quite a bit to cover tonight, actually on multiple fronts. Last week, well actually I did a video on, I think it was Monday or Tuesday, kind of an emergency meeting announcing what's going on with my campaign for U.S. Senate. And the campaign is very much still going on. In fact, we have as of today, just we've collected fifteen hundred signatures. So that's just within the first ten days. So we need to collect three thousand verified signatures to get on the ballots. We actually need to collect more than more than three thousand, probably more like four thousand. But in any event, we are we are well on our way. But when I went to go file, I filled out my what's called a declaration of intent and that was rejected. I went in on a Wednesday of the last week filing period. And they said that they rejected it saying, well, I'm not a registered voter where I am located. And it's a slight echo. I don't know why. It might be background noise. There really shouldn't be an echo. I don't know why there's an echo. Is it still there? Right now, my microphone sounds weak. I can't win here. I don't know why every week there's some other problem with this. So let me know if this is any better. I'll speak into it more closely. Anyway, so they threw out my declaration of intent and that they said that I wasn't registered where I live. And so, which was true on the first time on Wednesday. but I immediately went and registered where I'm living now and then filed the next day on Friday within the filing. And they accepted my new filing and then they rejected me for a slightly different reason. And so it turns out that this is all completely, not only unconstitutional, um, but, uh, How about that? That should be a little bit better. Is that better? I appreciate the feedback on that. Actually, I did have the wrong... It had the wrong microphone setting. So hopefully that's a lot better. Okay, great. So in any event, refiled... On Friday, and I was a registered voter at that point, and they rejected it for a different set of reasons. Now, the interesting thing about this is, so one, it's against the Constitution. The Constitution of the United States sets certain criteria for running for U.S. Senate. You have to be thirty years old, you have to have lived here for nine years in the United States, and you have to be a resident of the state at the time of the election. But there is no requirement that you are a registered voter. And in fact, even the Secretary of State's own website lists all the different positions. If you're running for governor, if you're running for state senate or state house, those do say you have to be a registered voter. But the actual requirements, the requirements do not say that because it's a federal law. It's written into the Constitution. So that's the first part. But the second part is they then tried to use some other law that says that if you were changing your party affiliation for the primary, you were supposed to have made that change before June the second, which was the week before the filing period began. Well, I'm not in a primary. I'm running as an independent. I actually have to collect signatures to get on the ballot. I am not part of the primary process at all. I collect signatures, and those signatures get validated, and then I'm on the general election ballot with whoever the Republican... nominee is and whoever the Democrat nominee is. And so this is just the way that it works. So all I did was change my voter registration, not my party, from one town to another. Well, the statutes that they're citing don't state anything about that. There's nothing related to this. And in fact, the Ballot Law Commission has heard other cases. The most recent one was in a guy that I know, former chair of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire, Ben Weir ran for a sheriff, I believe as a libertarian, and he wasn't even registered to vote. So he had a similar situation that I had. And he came in and registered the last day and went in front of the ballot law commission and he won. He won his appeal. So I actually think we have a strong case. So I immediately filed with the ballot law commission. And I also immediately, within forty eight hours of this rejection, I filed a lawsuit in federal court. And that lawsuit now has a judge assigned and the paperwork is being served on the secretary of state and the attorney general. And it turns out the states have lost their own for. or lawsuits related to this. Now, the problem with it is timing because I have to have these signatures collected by August the fifteenth. So now we're working on these things in parallel. So in any event, what you're going to see and if you go to in fact, let me pull it up now. If you go to day twenty twenty six dot com. I am putting all of the information on the website about this. I want everyone to see what this election process is like i've done many podcasts where i've said you know america one point o is over voting doesn't matter and and i've tried to explain how the process works it's not about whether or not the you know the vote it's voting machines or anything like that it is it is a much deeper and more fundamental problem with the way elections work with the way candidates are selected within the parties with the way get out the vote works using essentially propaganda and big data and AI. And so now you're going to get to see up close exactly how this process works. You will get to see how the media responds and how the different players play on this. And I actually... So I put out a press release on this and then I've tagged... both the head of the GOP and the Democrat Party here in New Hampshire to see what their response is. You're going to see whether both parties, how both parties react. I mean, I already know there are some so-called liberty people that, you know, again, when it's to their advantage that they have no problem with throwing somebody off the ballot. I mean, it's all a joke. There is no, there's no, you know, pro... rule of law party. It's all just an absolute free for all. And the truth is a lot of people don't want their establishment Liberty people. If you could say such a thing, actually don't want me in this race because they've partnered up with, uh, technocrats and some of the worst people and worst organizations in the state. And unfortunately that's just part of what happens, uh, with political power. But in any event, you're going to see it all because, um, I'm not a politician. I'm here to build parallel systems and show people what this is all about and use a third party race to try to drive actually getting something done on the one hand with the four demands that I have. But on the other hand, slowing things down, which is one of the tools and things that we need to do to stop technocracy. So I pulled up here. If you haven't already visited I encourage you to do so. There's a ton of content on here. Compare this to any other candidate's website for the United States Senate anywhere in the country. I'm giving away thirteen books. We've got a soundtrack. We have an analysis of bills. where you can see things like the Patriot Act, Real ID, the Genius Act, Clarity Act. And you can drill down and see who all the lobbyists are. You can see rankings. You can see who benefits from it, all of this kind of information. And you can also get links to my articles, memes, press kits, the whole nine yards. But then I've just added and it's the first tab. I'm calling it the hijacking of America. And it's the hijacking tab. And this is where you're going to be able to see absolutely everything about this case. I'm putting the legal documents down here. I'm putting the actual filings, my declaration of intent, the rejection. You can actually see the appeal that I filed with the ballot law commission. You can see all of the different information, including the summonses and everything that I've sent. So I want you to get to see every single step of the process and i suspect we will one or more people will be at the ballot law commission hearing recording it i know the press is going to be there i've already had multiple interviews with the media and i suspect this is going to get larger attention as people understand what's at stake and why this is happening Because the real reason they don't want me on the ballot is I've done this before. I've actually proven that you can run as a third party and affect the outcome of a very important race in a country that is nearly fifty fifty divided. I did this intentionally in twenty sixteen. and similar approach, kind of, which is to say, actually a very parallel system. You know, I used to believe that the Republican Party could be fixed and kind of coming off of Ron Paul and the Ron Paul, you know, movement in twenty twelve. There was this thought that, hey, yeah, you know, we could we could really push liberty within the Republican Party. And so what happened in New Hampshire was We had a U.S. Senator, Kelly Ayotte, who was interfering with our state and our state elections for Speaker of the House. With the idea being that she wanted Medicaid, Obamacare Medicaid expansion to be passed because she was told basically by John Sununu, John E. Sununu's father, that this was necessary for her to get re-election. So she interfered with our state. And so I said, well, look, if you're going to do that, and I went around the state and I went to town and Republican county meetings, and in most cases got unanimous resolutions passed opposing this Obamacare Medicaid expansion. It was the number one issue. On the Republican Party platform. So what this rogue group of people did, rogue group of people in the state Senate who have ties to lobbyists and the Sununu family and everything else, is they pushed Obamacare Medicaid expansion against the entirety of the base and the entirety of the platform. And then they reauthorized it to protect Kelly Ayotte's seat. So I said, look, if you're going to do that, if you're going to screw up the state... and interfere with our state elections, because I was much more concerned about and am much more concerned about the state of New Hampshire than I am Washington, D.C., then I will make sure you lose your federal races. And it wasn't just the U.S. Senate. I recruited independent candidates for both of the congressional districts. And it turns out, in all cases, we were the margin of error. We were the reason that all three of those seats were lost. Kelly Ayotte, her race was the most expensive race per capita in the history of the United States. One hundred and thirty one million dollars was spent. She lost by eleven hundred votes. I got almost eighteen thousand votes. And again, it was a complete protest campaign. So ninety nine dollars was spent per vote. in that election. And I spent less than five thousand dollars. In fact, I spent nothing essentially to do that. Now, I spent a lot of time and effort and a whole variety of other things Well, that's frightening because I telegraphed that that's what I was going to do. There's a Breitbart article. You can Google this. This was heavily documented. It wasn't like, oh, I don't like Kelly Ayotte or I'm doing something for any particular reason. I laid it out, multiple interviews, interview with Ben Swan, Politico. I mean, it's heavily documented at this point. And I thought, wow, hey, this is great. Now that we've done this, we've shown that, yes, we have a two-party system, but that you can actually hold the two parties accountable and use that as leverage, as opposed to just saying, well, hey, my rapist is better than your pedophile, and at least it's not a Dem, or if you're a Dem, at least it's not a Republican, which is pretty demoralizing. but unfortunately um people didn't take advantage of of that fact and and decided instead to cozy up with these people and you know and so then i exit politics i'm like look even when you show that you can do something like this and so but now we're in a different situation so fast forward i got out of politics but then i got back involved when i understood the threat of technocracy first starting with cbdc's and then now with basically a completely frictionless acceleration of technocracy. CBDCs, digital IDs, AI surveillance, Palantir, Oracle, all of it. Happening now under Trump with zero resistance. This is the kind of stuff Klaus Schwab dreamed of what has actually happened already under Trump. The Genius Act, backdoor CBDC, Clarity Act, which is close to passing, which will tokenize everything that you own and make it programmable, trackable, and censorable. So really, truly how you will own nothing. You don't have to have crypto to be affected by this. Everyone will be affected by this. If you have stocks, bonds, a retirement account, for one K, all of that will be tokenized. You won't touch the tokens just like you don't touch the stock certificates right now. Those are held by a broker. You already don't own your stocks. You just don't know it legally. And now they're going to add this programmability and confiscation layer to it. And you probably, I mean, if you've listened to this show, you've heard about it. But otherwise, you probably haven't because everybody's cheered it on as some, they're buying the propaganda. Oh, clear rules of the road. And this will be great for crypto. And Bitcoin will go up if this happens. And three trillion dollars will move into crypto. Well, actually, what the Clarity Act is going to do is it's going to require that all of your crypto transactions and then in the future, tokenized assets, so your stocks, bonds, your mortgages, and everything else, will be tracked. And the transaction history will be tracked, not just one item. They're going to be able to see what you bought and sold over time. They're going to hold that information for five years. They're going to share it with multiple departments of the federal government and foreign central banks. That's in the bill. So it is the largest surveillance bill in the history of the United States. So I looked at this, and there are a couple of things going on on the technocracy front. Not only do we have Trump pushing the Genius Act, the Clarity Act, benefiting from it personally. We have Howard Lutnick, who I think is the single biggest... mascot for the swamp i mean if you wanted to talk about drain the swamp he's he embodies the swamp that needs to be drained i mean on all fronts his backdoor deals with tether the way that he wrote the tariff bill so that you know it would ultimately be rejected while his family's business canter fitzgerald made money buying on buying up the contracts betting that it would fail to his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, to now the fact that the reason if you are into AI and you use Claude, you might have noticed that there were some new models released, Mythos and Fable, And you can no longer access those models. That is thanks to Howard Lutnick and his role as Secretary of the Department of Commerce. He actually wrote the memo restricting the export controls. So this is why you can't use frontier models. anywhere in the world right now is Howard Ludnick. And so, you know, that, and again, the crypto prisoners and war and all this other stuff, but, but really what's driving the, you know, the race is we have to slow down technocracy. And, and right now there's nothing slowing it down. And what New Hampshire has put up is, As their candidate for U.S. Senate is John E. Sununu, who has one of the biggest records of pushing surveillance legislation of anyone. And he was there. I'll tell you what he's passed. And then, you know, you'll hear more about this. But, you know, because people are like, well, you know, if you do this, won't you help the Democrat? Well, let me tell you, if you listen to the show. You understand. And it's funny. I'm getting all this polling stuff, by the way. I got something from St. Anselm's today. And they're asking all this. What are you worried about the most? Gas prices, blah, blah, blah, blah. They list a whole bunch of different things. Assisted suicide, all these other things. They don't mention technocracy. They don't mention, are you worried about CBDCs? Are you worried about being in a digital prison? Are you worried about having all of your assets taken? Are you worried about the fact that, you know... your tax money is being used to take an open-air prison in Gaza and turn it into a digital prison so that Oracle and Palantir and the Trump family and Jared Kushner can personally profit. Nobody talks about that. But this is the biggest threat because it affects everyone. Because once all of these systems are in place, you've literally lost free will. You've lost the ability to have any agency in your life whatsoever because your day-to-day decisions, where you work, um what career paths you have where you live it will all be determined from the top down in a technocratic system johnny sununu voted for the patriot act and this and what he'll do is he'll say well i i actually tried to say i made the patriot act better he'll say um you know he put in guard rails to protect civil liberties And this is why he's dangerous. Because what he did was he negotiated a bunch of stuff that's been absolutely meaningless. Our rights have been raped under the Patriot Act. But what he did was he threw in a bunch of stuff, acted like he was going to be the guy to help save the day to garner the votes to get it reauthorized. Otherwise, it wouldn't have been reauthorized. This is why he's dangerous. This is why the propaganda is so dangerous about even his position on something like this. He voted for real ID. He voted for TARP, the bailout, the multi-hundred billion dollar bailout of all of Wall Street during the financial collapse. Not only did he vote for it, he became the chair of the Oversight Committee. And by the way, I don't know if you've noticed, but the oversight on that sucked. I mean, TARP was a complete ripoff of all of the taxpayers in this country. And then based on that, he became the chair of a WEF Finance Committee. Yes, Klaus Schwab's group. And then when he lost re-election, he became a lobbyist for one of the most parasitic firms in Washington, D.C. And his net worth increased from whatever it was, eight hundred thousand or whatever, to thirty six million dollars. And, you know, he jokes about it. He says, well. I was just out there earning a living. I'm sorry, using political connection and the force of the state to benefit crony industries isn't making a living. It's being a leech. That has nothing to do with making a living. So this is the guy that the Republicans have put up. Political dynasty, the whole nine yards. But, you know, it doesn't stop there. You actually have a situation where you dig into this guy. And you may recall Thomas Massey lost. And one of the reasons Thomas Massey lost is because Miriam Adelson and APAC dumped about thirty five million dollars into that race. Well, it turns out Miriam Adelson is going to be the largest donor to Johnny Sununu's campaign. She's committed thirty million dollars to a pack that has committed seventeen million dollars to Johnny Sununu's race if he wins the primary. And I suspect, I'll confirm the research on this, but I think this is the most money that PAC is putting in per capita. Not the total amount, but once again, per capita, it's the largest expenditure. So this guy has a career of already having been owned by... Wall Street and the surveillance state. Then he became a lobbyist. And who knows? We're trying to find out the depth of all of his connections. We know Big Pharma and some of these other things. And now he's coming back and he's really I'm sure his net worth will go from thirty six million to three hundred and sixty million if he's reelected. And again, that's not going out and earning a living. That's selling our sovereignty to a foreign country. So the prediction markets are fifty fifty as to who's going to control the Senate. The Republicans are going to lose the House. This race is a one point race between the Democrat and the Republican. Soon is down by one point. So if I'm in this race based on what has happened, what I've already proven in the past. And I suspect if they bother to pull it, we'll show in the future definitively this will cost it. And it doesn't matter. Miriam Adelson could put one hundred and seventy million dollars into this race and they can't win. So when I did this last time, I got sued for five and a half years, spent time in the courts. I was threatened by billionaire hedge fund, this billionaire hedge fund guy, basically threats of violence, the whole nine yards coming after this. So these people are very serious about holding on to this stuff. So what I've said is, yeah, we have these four demands. Free the crypto prisoners, fire Lutnik. And kill the clarity act and, and the draft. So I mean, kind of, that's my, and again, all I'm doing like I did in, is holding them accountable to what they said they were going to do. If you have a Republican us Senator pushing Obamacare or rigging and stacking the deck at the state level to expand Obamacare. Well, I mean, you know, Back when that mattered. Right. People still Republicans actually cared about that from like twenty sixteen to twenty twelve to twenty sixteen. So it's the same thing, hold them accountable. And, you know, if if the administration does what they said they were going to do, then I'll exit the race. But if they don't, then they will be held accountable. And the truth is, the Republicans shouldn't hold accountable. complete control. They've had complete control for three years. It's a disaster. And many people are signed up for this plan. Tucker Carlson this week just announced he no longer is supporting the Republican Party. Marjorie Taylor Greene has announced she's no longer supporting the Republican Party. Nick Fuentes is not supporting the Republican Party. And again, this election cycle, the point of it is, and it's very difficult apparently to explain this to people, but if I'm running... Let's say I'm the CEO of a company and I've got people embezzling from me. I've got people raping other employees within my company. Am I going to sit there and just allow that to happen and then just sit and point while the other team is doing it too or the other team is doing it worse? You have to get your house in order. And literally, I actually think at this point, this could very well be the most corrupt administration in the history of this country. And I've talked about this on episode after episode. So there's an opportunity for them to do something. But by the way, they have to do something... Now, and I see what's going on. You've noticed this. Tulsi Gabbard comes out and she puts out this information, the Fauci information, conveniently on her last day. Conveniently, after the statute of limitations has run out, on the ability to go after Fauci. And so now everybody's trying to make this argument of, oh, we're going to have him testify again and we're going to get him. But conveniently, they won't be able to get anything done before the midterms. You're going to have to vote them back in in order to see what's going to happen. They've had two years. They've done nothing. The vaccines are still on the market. I'm not going to go in and document this, but let's just say we actually have less medical freedom. And nobody wants to hear it. People get pissed off at me all the time when I say it. I don't care. It's true. And I told everybody the whole time, whatever didn't happen in the first one hundred days isn't going to happen. So now you're going to be told again that you have to vote to save this whole thing. Vote to get Fauci. Fauci, by the way, was appointed to his position by Reagan and who was put on a pedestal by Trump. So don't fall for that. What I'm saying is they need to get something done before the election. If you're going to vote for them, make them earn the vote in advance. Make them deliver results. They've had two years. They've delivered the inversion of what they said they were going to deliver. And there's no excuse for it. They have the House. They have the Senate. They have the Supreme Court. There's zero excuse. It's not going to be any better. It's not like no matter what happens, they're not going to have more leverage. The maximum leverage that they had was the first one hundred days and they did absolutely nothing. So. I want this race to be a referendum on what they did to Thomas Massey. I want this to be a referendum on technocracy. And I'm going to make a ton of noise about this race. If I am, in fact, if they haven't done some of these things on the four demands list and they haven't made it, and I'm in this race, it's going to be, this will be ground zero for educating the country about technocracy and about what's going on. And remember, and I'm very acutely aware of this, New Hampshire is the first of the nation primary state. So I'm going to be going around the state And I'm going to... The beauty of this is I can tell you my plan. People are like, well, don't you want to keep that secret or whatever? It doesn't matter. All I have to do is get a couple percent of the vote. It's not like I have to get... I don't have to get fifty one percent of the vote or thirty four percent of the vote or however you want to look at it. So, you know, I'm actually going to speak the truth. I'm going to go around the state starting in September. The reason it's starting in September is nobody is paying attention. I know this from running organizations, doing polling. We did millions of robocalls through my super PAC and everything else, gauging people's interest. You know what I found? People don't actually make a decision until the last ten days before the election. All of this comes down to the very end. So we're going to go through all of this stuff. And then what is essentially going to happen is I'm going to go around the state. I'm going to go and do town hall meetings. And I'm going to explain to people about what technocracy is. And my plan is not that I'm not going to sit there and lie to people about how I can fix Washington, D.C. I can't fix Washington, D.C. What you can do is expose Washington, D.C. What Thomas Massey did, I think, was the single most important thing, if people don't get distracted from it, was releasing the Epstein files. And it's amazing how people are continuing today to try to say, oh, it's a nothing burger. I mean, I've downloaded all of the documents. We put them up on Technocracy Atlas. And I've spent a lot of time looking at it just within the realm of of stablecoins and cryptocurrencies, which is an area I know a lot about. But there are other areas. If you actually analyze and look at this stuff, you can figure out how money and power actually works. And it's disgusting, but you also realize that elections and everything else are a complete sham. I'm not going to lie to people about that. What I'm going to remind people of is the fact that your rights don't come from government. So your rights come from God or natural law, however you want to look at it. But people need to remember that. And the most important thing about that is you can reclaim your sovereignty. And tonight I'm going to talk about what I think is the most important way, the biggest, the highest leverage way that you can exert your sovereignty. which is to ditch the dollar. And I introduced this a few episodes back, but I'm going to go through the full presentation that I did at the Libertarian Party National Convention. And then I'm going to show you the ditch the dollar site. And I'm going to go through the first two steps. There are eight steps to ditching the dollar. I'm going to go through the first two. And then what I'm going to continue to do every episode moving forward on this show is there's going to be an action item. for how you can improve your sovereignty. Financial sovereignty, health sovereignty, privacy, AI, so on and so forth. Ten different categories, but there's going to be something actionable. I want this to be a podcast not about bickering about things. I mean, I'll be talking about politics in the context of this overall strategy that I've mentioned. But it's going to be about empowering people to take back their free will with tangible advice. And all of the websites and all of the tools that we've created over the past year, year and a half are now ready to scale up. That's why we have the Daylight Freedom Phone A de-Googled phone that comes with a whole bunch of privacy stuff baked in. The reason that I decided to do this is that having done workshops and onboarded people, it's a lot of work. You go and do a workshop for a hundred people and it takes three days. You've got travel, you have all this other stuff. And then it's complicated. You may get through a four-hour workshop and somebody's maybe downloaded a wallet or two And then you leave and then do they do anything with it? Because there's always the, well, what's next? So the whole point is put all of it on the phone. Get all the wallets pre-installed, VPNs, tools that can help you with privacy. Stop using big tech. I actually love this thing. And I encourage you to check out the episode from, I think it was last week with Hakeem, who I'm going to have on. He's the guy behind the above phone. And we're going to continue to show all the different functionality. That's one part of reclaiming your sovereignty, but we're going to go into a whole bunch of different areas because the only way out is to build these parallel systems. I do think there is a political component. Unfortunately, I've come to the conclusion that not just for what I'm doing right now with this US Senate race, but I think that there's a real opportunity to use third-party races to stall and to halt technocracy. And I'll give you an example of it. People are very upset about data centers all over the country. And it's probably the biggest opportunity we have to introduce people to what data centers mean in a broader context. But the funny thing is when you go to day twenty twenty six and you go to the hijacking section, I'm representing myself and all of the legal documents that you can see there. I drafted using AI. Now, this wasn't just going into chat GPT and saying, hey, you know, write, write me this. I've actually if I actually was looking at this up today, I've had multiple episodes with Mike Adams and everything else. I've built a system. I have five hundred AI agents in a whole variety of different domains. I've got like a two hundred terabyte hard drive. where I pulled all the information locally. I have been training and building up the system for a long time. And now it allows me to do things like draft, not only draft the legal arguments, but then go back and pull all of the original source material, have it do simulations of what the actual trial might look like or what the ballot law. So I'm going into this ballot law commission. It'll be interesting to see how it turns out. I've pulled all of the information about all of the members of the ballot law commission, all of the minutes, all of the other historical information, and I've run a whole bunch of different scenarios. about what happens. But I filed the thing in federal court and filed the full lawsuit in federal court. And again, ran a bunch of fact-checking and everything else. I filed a lawsuit in federal court within forty-eight hours. And the reason... So part of this is I want to show... Imagine if we could take this, the system that I've created, and give it to people all around the country. so that they can fight locally. So the biggest problem is, and I saw this here locally with cell towers, which is, let's say you don't want a cell tower next to your house because of health consequences. And you certainly can find information that backs that up. Well, you want to bring that to a town council. And what's going to happen is Verizon is going to come in. They're going to bring a whole bunch of lobbyists. They're going to have a PR firm come in. and place a bunch of content that is actually editorial, but somehow it'll look like it's a well-researched piece, and they'll buy off the town council, and they'll get it passed. And the thing is, the people that generally put up these, that are concerned about it, it may be like a concerned mother that's concerned about the health of her children. Well, what is she going to do? How is she going to fight Verizon in court? Because the legal fees are through the roof. Well, I'll tell you something. It cost me six hundred dollars to file this lawsuit and to have the summons issued by the sheriff. I mean, it's not free and there's going to be more filing fees. But but in essence, that's my cost. I mean, admittedly, I've spent a lot building this AI system, but at the same time, I want to make these tools available to people for free. So now if you're in your local town, you don't want a data center or something, hey, good, file a lawsuit and file it pro se, meaning you represent yourself without a lawyer. And I'm even seeing the idea of giving people instructional videos about how to handle themselves in court, how to handle the procedures. how to present yourself, how to present your arguments. This could be a huge resource for people and it's really critical and again i you know most of the time it's i get ironic if you've been following me the fact that i'm even involved in politics because i gave up politics but i'm now realizing not that i think that we can fix things through politics but we can slow down technocracy which is necessary to buy ourselves time to build these parallel systems to get people using alternative currencies alternative healthcare alternative food services alternative energy networks That's not going to happen overnight. That's still an early cycle. Well, if the technocrats are moving at a phase where they're planning to be done by twenty thirty and we're sitting here, you know, piddling around. I mean, it's growing, but it's not growing fast enough. We have to throw a wrench. in the works. And this is a, I believe, a very effective tool. So we'll see how it goes. But I mean, I'm like blown away by... Now, I will also say I'm not unfamiliar... with the law and with litigation. I've spent five and a half years myself as a defendant, but as an entrepreneur, I've probably hired two dozen lawyers over my career working on various things. So I do have some knowledge of it. And my wife also is very well versed in this. I'm not going to say any more than that, though. But in any event, this could be a big deal. So the next date and milestone here is June the twenty ninth. I misspoke in the intro. It said January twenty ninth. It's actually June the twenty ninth. It's on Monday. At one p.m., that's my ballot law commission hearing. Now, I believe I should win this on the merits based on precedent and everything else, and I think I have a solid argument to make. And again, there was a recent case where the person who won and prevailed against the Secretary of State had a... Worst case than I had. And so I fully expect to win that. But if I don't win that, it doesn't matter. It's not over. The lawsuit's already filed in federal court. And again, historically, the states lose on these. They're O and four. So that's what's going on on that front. But this is all the more reason to focus on ditching the dollar. And so why ditch the dollar? So ditching the dollar isn't going to fix everything on its own. But fiat currency is the heart of their control system. They print money out of thin air. Then they put tracking on it. They put programmability on it. And then they add this interest where they actually didn't print enough money for you to be able to even pay off the interest. So when they adjust the interest rates, they create this Hunger Games situation where there's just not enough money around to actually pay off the principal and the interest. And so this is how banks through the Federal Reserve, who again, they printed it out of thin air, backed by IOUs. that we have to pay through taxes. And if we don't pay, we get thrown in prison. I mean, it really is, when you understand it, an exceptional scam. And it's unsustainable and it never works. But it's also the basis for CBDCs. And it's also the basis now for the tokenization of everything that you own with the same tracking and programming that they're adding to stablecoins and that we already have with the existing dollar. Your existing dollar is already... tracked um most of our money is already digital the federal reserve runs on an oracle database uh there are trans suspicious activity reports that are automatically sent to the treasury department this is already happening this has been happening actually since but it now goes to a next level when you start bringing in cryptocurrencies whether it's stable coins or cbdc so this is the heart of their control system so to continue to use fiat currency it's going to be very difficult to stop the behemoth if we're still using their control system so this is why ditching the dollar is so critical now this is a presentation that i made at the libertarian national convention in front of the the whole audience although it was at the end of the day so people were kind of shuffling in and out now If you have ever been involved or heard about the Libertarian Party, one of the big items and things that libertarians always chant is end the Fed. And this is the case. I was at the Libertarian National Convention in twenty twenty four that were when Trump spoke and announced that he was going to commute Ross Ulbrich sentence. And, you know, most of the people, they cheered for that. But most of the rest of the time, they they were showing displeasure with Trump's position on things. And throughout, people were holding signs that said and the Fed, people were chanting and the Fed. That's like a rallying cry. or libertarians. But I have to say that the Ron Paul revolution, political revolution to end the Fed is dead. And I want to be very clear about that. I love Ron Paul and I love his message. And in fact, I love his message now. And I think he would probably agree with this. The political movement to end the Fed is absolutely dead. And to this point, Ron Paul wrote the book End the Fed in, I think, two thousand and nine. Since then, two thirds of all of the dollars ever in existence were printed. There have been in seventeen years, not a single bill. To audit. or in the Fed has gained any traction. And again, you have to understand, all fiat currencies have a natural death cycle. Every debt-based currency like we have with fiat has failed, every single one. The average fiat currency only lasts twenty-seven years. And even when you look at the global reserve currencies, which is what the dollar is right now, if you go back and look at the previous five global reserve currencies, the pound sterling, the French franc, the Dutch guilder, the Spanish dollar, the Portuguese real. On average, these global reserve currencies lasted for ninety five years and then they collapsed. So even if you're like if you're like the top tier of fiat, you still die after about a decade. I mean, excuse me, a century. And that's where pretty much we are. We're on the at the end of that curve. And it's hard for people to understand this for two reasons. One, you're never taught it. This is not part of public school curriculum. And actually, if you're in college and you're studying economics, you're learning things like modern monetary theory and things that are completely disconnected from reality. So you would have to go out of your way to seek this information because it is outside of what you have been taught at a baseline. And so, actually, I forgot to update one of these slides, but I'll get to this in a minute. So since the Federal Reserve was created in nineteen thirteen also the same year the IRS was created the dollar has lost over ninety seven percent of its purchasing power and you know if you look at what happens to why fiat currencies collapse Usually a currency will collapse for one or two different reasons, right? You may have, it may be because of hyperinflation. It may be because people lost trust or debt or mismanagement or political turmoil or technology change or competition. Well, the dollar is actually failing in all seven of these areas at the same time. And I wrote a book called The Final Countdown. And I have a whole chapter that goes into this and kind of discusses different currencies and how they failed. And then with a nice little table that shows where the dollar is on all of this. So... So this is the reality. And one thing I want to add. So I mentioned the dollar's lost ninety seven percent of its purchasing power since nineteen thirteen. But the Brownstone Institute put out a report a week or two ago. Now, even the the government put out statistics that showed that the dollar has lost twenty six percent of its purchasing power just since twenty twenty, just since covid. I mean, the CARES Act and everything else, the amount of money that was printed during COVID in was absolutely unprecedented. And so the government's own figures are that There's been a twenty six percent reduction in purchasing power. But this Brownstone article, which goes into detail. And as you know, government statistics are also often frequently known as lies. The actual number is more like fifty percent. The dollar's lost fifty percent of its purchasing power just since twenty twenty. And that may sound, you may be surprised by that. And then actually, if you think about, well, how much did estate cost? How much did gas cost? How much, you know, if you actually think about it and you just go back six years, yeah. I mean, remember what twenty nineteen was like. The prices in twenty nineteen versus today. But on top of that, there's a I think there's a huge moral. Component, because when you're using the dollar, you are funding the The U.S. government, you are participating in this debt-based system. And what does the U.S. government do with this money? In fact, if you think about it, if the money is printed out of thin air backed by debt, well, what is the debt used for? Well, if you want to know what the debt is used for, look at the federal budget. where we now have, I believe, either proposed or I don't know if it's passed yet or not, but proposal is for next year to have a one point five trillion dollar defense budget. Well, that one point five trillion dollar defense budget, that is the basis that the debt to fund that is the basis for the creation of money itself. So when you're using your money, I don't care if it's cash or a debit card or you're doing it online. What you're funding is. Sixty seven children being burned to death. In Waco. I mean this is just. This is a fact. You are funding this. By participating in this. You are funding. Madeleine Albright went on Sixty Minutes. And said well we think the price was worth it. it was worth murdering five hundred thousand babies in iraq that's what happens when you use the dollar direct correlation again that money is printed out of thin air to fund military a hundred and sixty five school children girls murdered in iran that's what happens when you use the dollar Eighteen thousand four hundred and thirty children murdered in Gaza. That's what happens when you use the dollar. So this this is why I'm adamant about it. And a lot of people say, well, but yeah, you should use cash. OK, cash offers you a modest amount of privacy. At the end of the day, it's like, okay, you're not paying your mortgage with cash. You're not paying your electricity bill with cash. So it's like, you're really not being subversive if you're paying for your haircut and your manicure and maybe buying some local produce using cash instead of a debit card. That's not sticking it to the man, and it's not giving you a whole hell of a lot of privacy. But you are still funding all of these other things. You're still funding all of the war and all of the murder and all of the tyranny that the United States spreads around the world, whether you're using cash or whether you're using the dollar in digital form. And, you know, I had some various things. I've been talking about this issue when I ran for president in twenty twenty four. This was the thing as well. I mean, you go back and you think about it, a family, you could have a husband who didn't have a college education, but could have had a house and three or four kids and two cars. And was able to actually fund all of that with with only one person working in the home. The wife stayed at home. What changed? The currency changed. That's what the Federal Reserve has stolen from us. But when I say the Federal Reserve, I want to also caveat this way. The Federal Reserve is an absolutely unnecessary evil third party. But it wouldn't be any better if the government were printing the money directly. I was at a conference in, I think, twenty twenty three. Yeah. Late twenty twenty three in Dallas, a crypto conference. And there was this guy, Ron, Ron Wyden. He's a Democrat, big lefty from Oregon. And it was this anti CBDC panel. And I'm like, why is this guy on the anti CBDC panel? The reason he's on the anti CBDC panel is that he thinks that we should get rid of the Federal Reserve. Yay. But replace it with Congress printing the money directly. And he was sitting there talking about. how you could then, if Congress was printing the money, have more control over the programmability of it, and therefore you could redistribute wealth and control the money supply to help people make better decisions for themselves. So again, the Federal Reserve is an unnecessary third party, but the issuance of money by the government itself is problematic and tyrannical. And in fact, one of the big confusions about the genius act is that the politicians use the propaganda of we are going to stop the central banks we don't want to become like communist china and so we're going to promote innovation and they're they're making the the federal reserve out to be the bad guy but in reality all of the financial surveillance the know your customer laws, the anti-money laundering laws, the tracking things like food stamps, which are a form of programmable money, health savings accounts, which are a form of programmable digital money. All of that comes from Congress, not the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve is not going out of its way to add this additional surveillance for the sake of adding surveillance. It is Congress that does this. So don't buy it when a politician gives you their profile behind the flag. Tom Emmer did this. I remember he put out one of these things. I'm like, I can't even believe... Does this guy even understand what he's saying? Because I don't even know in some cases. He's like, we're not going to be like communist China. And yet... We spend sixty billion dollars a year complying with KYC laws in the United States today, which was an act of Congress from nineteen seventy. So when you use the dollar, other things happen. And right now, what we're looking at in Gaza, and I've done a couple of podcasts. I don't know if I've made it a dedicated podcast. I will have one coming up soon. What's going on with the technocratic reconstruction of Gaza demonstrates everything that I've been talking about. When people say, well, what is technocracy like? Well, how will it actually work? Or that sounds like a pipe dream. What they've done or what they're doing, they haven't done it yet, but they proposed it. It's a business plan presented at Davos is to take the rubble, build on top of the rubble and dead bodies in Gaza, six AI-powered smart cities. And those AI-powered smart cities... We'll have surveillance provided by Oracle and Palantir. And they're proposing that the currency for this, one of the proposals is to use USD-One, which is the Trump family stablecoin, government-regulated stablecoin. So it's a programmable, trackable version of the digital dollar that the Trump family itself has. I would like to say controls, but actually CZ from Binance is the largest holder of it. And I believe he's the one who actually did the technical creation of it. But there's your CBDC. And if you are a... The word citizen of Gaza is right. If you're a prisoner of Gaza and your land has been destroyed, what you're going to be offered is a digital token. where maybe you can get a small apartment in one of these digital cities, or you lose any property rights. All of your property rights are gone. Everything is tokenized. This is literally the plan that was presented. Jared Kushner's involved, the Board of Peace, etc., So that's the end state here. And so your dollars are funding that as well because this is the end product. So people all the time say to me, well, we have to protect ourselves from China or BRICS is emerging and so on and so forth. This idea that there's a multipolar world, it is not a multipolar world in the sense of nation states. It's a multipolar world in the sense of technocratic corporations. It's Palantir and Oracle and OpenAI and the Trump family. Those are the new nation states, but they're being built with our tax dollars. We're
