John Bianchi - The Airbnb Data Guy
In 2017, at just 24 years old, John sold a $10 million investment portfolio to start an Airbnb Arbitrage business. He quickly grew that to 15 cash-flowing properties in the Chicago area. Through doing that, he created processes to analyze Airbnb data to find highly profitable properties anywhere. Since then, he's been teaching people these processes and is known as "The Airbnb Data Guy".
