- 0:08Hello, welcome back to another episode of answers are in.
- 0:11See, how are you all doing? I hope you're doing great.
- 0:13Now, today's episode is, once again sponsored by the deputies
- 0:16wigs, so just go to our website shop at dealer on.com and have a
- 0:22look and pick whichever way you want.
- 0:25Now, let me just dive into today's episode because almost
- 0:28today's episode, It is piping. Hot tensions are high.
- 0:33Everybody's emotions are high Nigerians in Nigeria.
- 0:38Trying to Jack, my are currently blaming in, and you're a blogger
- 0:43or YouTube are based in the UK. He granted an interview to BBC
- 0:49and the interview have not even Edge.
- 0:52It was just a snippet of that interview that BBC released and
- 0:56that has generated in who lot of Online.
- 1:01Now let me just take you back. The context is about Jack McCall
- 1:04show. It seems to learn visa and
- 1:06taking their families, their standard families as dependents.
- 1:10Some of them will travel with their whole family and also
- 1:13bring a house help. So all these people, the
- 1:16dependents are all working. And one of the person going to
- 1:21school is actually going to school.
- 1:22So this has worked for some people who are able to afford
- 1:27it, because it's so cheap and the school fees.
- 1:29This is about ranging from 15,000 pounds to twenty.
- 1:33Thirty thousand pounds. This is what we're talking
- 1:35about. So screwface is not cheap and
- 1:38UK's, economy is kind of shaky right now.
- 1:41So they are accepting any students.
- 1:46They are just granting student, visas Left Right Center.
- 1:50So, the UK government is looking into this data, they have been
- 1:53releasing this data to the public and releasing charts of
- 1:56people coming into the UK are students with Ali.
- 2:00Of dependence. So this is not news, it's been
- 2:02out there now, what happened was that UK band Nigerians bring
- 2:08Independence. So people people who are already
- 2:11preparing to come as a student and bring their dependents
- 2:15people who have already sold properties, people who are
- 2:19planning to, or maybe in the process of getting all their
- 2:23families to move to the UK, but as a result of one or two things
- 2:28that they need to fix or maybe, Waiting for some money now that
- 2:31this band has happened. Tensions are high now, in the
- 2:35midst of all this commotion. BBC released, a Snickers of an
- 2:39interview that in Nigerian, YouTube are granted basically
- 2:43explaining the, as all Nigerians.
- 2:46They cannot afford 15,000-pound school fees.
- 2:50Like, why would anybody want to pay 15,000 pounds poof?
- 2:52He's the reason why Nigerians are paying fifteen thousand
- 2:55pounds with. These is to bring in their
- 2:57dependence is to bring in people.
- 3:00That like he was saying that the goal is not to go to school.
- 3:05The goal is basically to get into the country and do whatever
- 3:08they had to do these things. With Independence to the UK
- 3:12Italy, in foreign postgraduate students can no longer bring
- 3:15family members with them. Unless they're studying on
- 3:18specific research programs announcements were made two days
- 3:21before official statistics are expected to show net and legal
- 3:24migration as hit a record. Seven hundred thousand this
- 3:28year. I home editor monkeys,
- 3:29Singapore's likes a front room in the West Midlands camera, a
- 3:34YouTuber, helping Nigerians come to Britain and action.
- 3:38Hi guys, welcome back to my channel.
- 3:40It's your boy e to the a, I'm on the end, he's hundreds of
- 3:43videos, a guides on how to get a student visa to come to the UK
- 3:48because there's new information regarding the student routes to
- 3:51the UK last year. A fifth of international student
- 3:54visas were issued to Nigerians 120,000 people in total half of
- 3:59them. Miss half their dependents, but
- 4:02MD believes many are actually coming, not for a new
- 4:05qualification, so much as a new life.
- 4:08So the student thin is no, really?
- 4:10It's unlike they need the degrees.
- 4:12The need the degree as an access routes to come into the country.
- 4:17So a lot of this people get their priorities shifted real
- 4:21fast, so it's really about getting into the UK example are
- 4:25not about getting a job. It's not really about education.
- 4:30While durians have a word for what's going on here.
- 4:32Jappa, Escape doing whatever it takes to leave that.
- 4:35You start a new life somewhere, more prosperous and Japonais,
- 4:39explain why the Shropshire town of Telford with it University of
- 4:44Wolverhampton student campus. Now, has more than 300, Nigerian
- 4:48residents. Now after this interview,
- 4:51Nigerians, we were angry. They were angry because this
- 4:55just came out the back of the British government's announcing
- 4:58that they Are we drawing the defendant visa for Nigerian
- 5:03students application? Now everybody when angry they
- 5:07needed somebody to blame and this guy is not the Fall Guy,
- 5:13people are blaming him calling him, all sorts of name.
- 5:15He has been going around grunting interview apologizing
- 5:19like telling his own side of the story because according to him
- 5:22he did like a 30-minute interview but they just took
- 5:26that 25 seconds and then that is what BBC actually released to
- 5:32the public, it has generated the whole lot of Chaos online
- 5:34because people are now thinking or Nigerians trying to Jack my
- 5:38and I'm thinking that these guys are these at you does.
- 5:41He literally sold everybody else because he was telling them
- 5:45that, oh, Nigerians are not just paying this money.
- 5:48Just to come here to study and your hands are paying this money
- 5:52to come and actually settle in the UK.
- 5:55It is whole information. Now, the UK government is not
- 5:57looking into the data of Nigerian students.
- 6:00Who come into the country to go to school but not actually
- 6:04complete their education. It's not looking at what they do
- 6:08after coming in as the students. What do they what kind of visa
- 6:11do? They change into the realize
- 6:13that most dangerous students when they come here as a
- 6:15student? The next thing they have to
- 6:17change to carry Visa or Scare sponsorship Visa just to ensure
- 6:22that they could work full-time. And now the UK government are
- 6:26saying that they are going to release the names of all.
- 6:29Nigerians or Nigerian students who did not complete their
- 6:33education but changed to AK Visa.
- 6:36Now Nigerians in diaspora who came in as a student and change
- 6:40to all these care visas and the rest of them are now angry
- 6:44because the UK government is threatening to release the list
- 6:49of every Nigerian students who did not complete their education
- 6:54but changed to AK visa and they are not working full time that
- 6:58they're going to release the list.
- 6:59So Nigerians in the UK angry with the sky saying, that's
- 7:04okay, you have sold us out. You have given like you, I do
- 7:08that specifically and then Nigerians in Nigeria, who are
- 7:12trying to Jack Paar, are blaming this guy saying that he has
- 7:16ended the roots. The dependence rules for every
- 7:19other person that is trying to start and to travel every other
- 7:22student is thinking about, okay, I cannot pay your school fees.
- 7:26I need somebody who is going to help me while I'm going to
- 7:29school. To work full time so that we can
- 7:31afford to pay the school fees. They are blaming the guy.
- 7:34However, judging this whole situation, one thing I find very
- 7:38amusing is the fact that there are people who from Nigeria,
- 7:42apply as a carer apply for K, visas, apply for Social Work
- 7:47visas or they needed to do was to take certain courses, get
- 7:51qualified and then come to the UK.
- 7:53Those words can actually come with their dependents and when
- 7:56they get to the UK, they are working making their money.
- 7:59But the C is most Nigerians who are traveling, our students
- 8:02don't have patience because student visa is easy to get.
- 8:06And the reason why it's easy to get, because you're coming to
- 8:08spend money. This is a very lucrative
- 8:11business for the UK government or the UK, whatever, to get
- 8:16International students, who come into this country to pay 15,000
- 8:19bucks. You can imagine the number
- 8:22coming into the UK. On a yearly basis to pay 15,000
- 8:26pounds school fees. We are not talking about the
- 8:29visa fee. These we are not talking about
- 8:31the are dependent Visa fees. We are not talking about NHS
- 8:35fees. There are so many things so it
- 8:38is very lucrative for them, and they are thanking our system,
- 8:43not even the economy right now, the the system cannot carry this
- 8:47whole people. If were out there as Nigerians
- 8:51on YouTube talking about how we can trick the system or how we
- 8:55can bend the rules, then they are listening for them to What's
- 9:00that YouTuber? Because he was making a lot of
- 9:02content about how you can do this, how you can move to
- 9:05Canada, how you can change your student, visa, how you can
- 9:08change work permits, how you can do this to, that was why they
- 9:11approached him and they used him and he was thinking of his BBC.
- 9:16I'm trying to and everybody's going to know me by the end of
- 9:19the day, it backfired. So what are you want to blame
- 9:22the YouTuber or not? Whether we want to be angry at
- 9:25the British government's. The reality is there are other
- 9:29ways you Come to the UK instead of you to pay school fees to
- 9:32come to the UK, to then change to a care Visa, you can as well,
- 9:37sit down your home country, apply for a Visa and relocate to
- 9:41take a Visa, by think Nigerian thinking, they're too smart.
- 9:44They would not want to do certain things, they would not
- 9:47want to do, follow the rules because they think they can
- 9:50change things. My own would be different.
- 9:53One more cannot do those exist and when you get here, you see
- 9:56things the way they really are and then you not statutory.
- 9:59You for one, visit with your dad, having problems.
- 10:02The lessons here is, do your research look for other visas
- 10:07that you can apply for that? Doesn't require you to go to
- 10:10school. Apply for those visas.
- 10:13If you requires you topping up, you know, learning a new skill,
- 10:17going back to school to learn certain things that will enable
- 10:20you to when you get there, you start making money.
- 10:23Take your time, don't be in a rush.
- 10:26I think was that Jack Paar spirit and has anybody ADI, they
- 10:30don't want they want the shortest routes out, it's not
- 10:34about money, it's not, it's just like, I want to leave and I want
- 10:38to leave. Now, this is where people make a
- 10:40lot of mistake, they make mistakes.
- 10:42And at the end of the day, they get to pay for it.
- 10:46This YouTuber is not your problem.
- 10:48The UK government is now your problem because there are ways
- 10:51you can come into this UK is sold out the whole country.
- 10:56He sold out the whole country and Yeah, he people are going to
- 11:01attack him and he should just brace himself off to to receive
- 11:06all those attacks and learn from it and probably if he is strong
- 11:11and resilient, he's going to turn this into a better
- 11:15opportunity for himself. There's opportunity in
- 11:17everything. Anyway, that's all I have to say
- 11:19for today. Please like like, like and
- 11:21share. Thank you very much for
- 11:22watching. Today's episode.
- 11:24Bye.
