- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name is
- 0:15Speaker 1: Jason Newland. Please and you can listen when you can.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Saint lycos Rise.
- 0:25Speaker 2: This is.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Whisper Sunday. This is Sunday. He is Sunday.
- 0:43Speaker 3: Yeah, So.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I'm going to talk about some stuff todays.
- 0:56Speaker 4: This might not.
- 1:00Speaker 5: Be the correct thing to listen to go to sleep, because.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I'm just gonna talk about how I'm feeling. The start
- 1:22Speaker 1: off with.
- 1:25Speaker 4: Uh kind of.
- 1:34Speaker 1: I'll just say it that might will just say instead
- 1:36Speaker 1: of being around the bush, of course, sausages passed away
- 1:41Speaker 1: on during the night last night. Not it was actually
- 1:50Speaker 1: after I found out after I made the recording yesterday,
- 1:58Speaker 1: so stewing Friday night. He passed away peacefully. And it's
- 2:12Speaker 1: really weird. It's just I can't I can't grasp but
- 2:22Speaker 1: my mind around what's happened. It doesn't make sense to me.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Logically I can get it.
- 2:38Speaker 4: He was ill and he died.
- 2:44Speaker 1: He had a serious illness and his organs shut down
- 2:50Speaker 1: and he passed away. It's a simple, really, But at
- 2:58Speaker 1: the same time, six weeks ago he was fine, but
- 3:08Speaker 1: he wasn't.
- 3:09Speaker 6: But he he felt fine.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It's just weird, just in such a short time, especially
- 3:27Speaker 1: the last week.
- 3:28Speaker 4: I can't.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I feel guilty because of the COVID, I wasn't able
- 3:35Speaker 1: to visit him for a week. I saw him twice
- 3:39Speaker 1: before he left, so I saw him on Thursday and Friday,
- 3:48Speaker 1: and I knew that he was near the end. The
- 3:54Speaker 1: nurses said that, you know, he had hours, if not
- 3:57Speaker 1: days left, so I knew that. So it's not a
- 4:01Speaker 1: shock in a sense, but it's an overall shock.
- 4:09Speaker 7: To my life. Yeah, I just I'm just confused.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I'm not very confused.
- 4:35Speaker 4: I can't.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm trying to make sense of it in a
- 4:44Speaker 1: positive way, you know, I'm not seeing it feeling sorry
- 4:47Speaker 1: for myself or being overly dramatic or I don't think.
- 4:57Speaker 1: But why I have noticed, Wow, if I noticed is
- 5:08Speaker 1: yesterday I was very irritable, to the point of wanting
- 5:19Speaker 1: to shout out the window for the neighbors to shut
- 5:22Speaker 1: the fuck up. So I said, I was really if
- 5:26Speaker 1: I did shout, but not out of the window, because
- 5:30Speaker 1: I'm making so much noise and it was bugging me.
- 5:35Speaker 1: And it bugs me anyway, but this is like on
- 5:37Speaker 1: a it was bugging me on a different level of intensity,
- 5:45Speaker 1: and I wanted to do something. I wanted to physically
- 5:51Speaker 1: do something, which is I used to be when I
- 6:01Speaker 1: was younger. And i'm, you know, a bit more chilled
- 6:08Speaker 1: with age and just not just age, but with practice
- 6:13Speaker 1: and purposey. It's at trying to calm myself down. And
- 6:22Speaker 1: I had a little retaste of that.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Feelings, and.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't like it.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Anger, I guess just had a bit of anger in me.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I am angry about him that this is sad because.
- 6:55Speaker 4: It's not.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Okay, this is not necessarily logical or nice. But I
- 7:08Speaker 1: know some horrible people. I know some people that are
- 7:13Speaker 1: just they've got no redeeming qualities. Maybe they have birds
- 7:19Speaker 1: hidden from me, and they've done horrible things to people
- 7:23Speaker 1: and they continue to do it. And then you've got
- 7:28Speaker 1: Uncle Sausages who didn't cause problems for anyone. Really, you
- 7:34Speaker 1: just kept himself as a nice man, loved them, very
- 7:40Speaker 1: passionate about sport, excited every day about the next day
- 7:45Speaker 1: coming up. Now, I'm not saying I think other people
- 7:56Speaker 1: should suffer instead of him. That's not what I'm saying.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I just don't think he should have suffered. If we
- 8:15Speaker 1: push it even further, really, he deserves to be alive
- 8:20Speaker 1: more than me because he's nicer. He's a nicer person
- 8:25Speaker 1: than me. It's really he appreciated being alive more than
- 8:35Speaker 1: I ever have. You know, I'm miserable out kid. A
- 8:42Speaker 1: lot of the time he was happy.
- 8:45Speaker 3: He was a happy man, and that.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Just makes me feel a bit of a fraud or
- 8:57Speaker 1: unappreciateive towards what I do have, which at the moment
- 9:05Speaker 1: is I guess I've got a degree of health. I
- 9:10Speaker 1: don't know what my health is like, but I'm here.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I don't feel healthy, to be honest, but I feel
- 9:18Speaker 1: I'm here. I feel better than I did last week,
- 9:21Speaker 1: as for sure, But or do I I don't know
- 9:28Speaker 1: what days it's Sunday, Monday, you know where when I
- 9:32Speaker 1: had COVID. I mean, I didn't feel great then. But
- 9:42Speaker 1: maybe I'm just feeling sorry for myself. But I don't
- 9:50Speaker 1: think I am.
- 9:56Speaker 3: I'm just upset.
- 10:00Speaker 1: And then there's the whole I mean, I feel bad
- 10:06Speaker 1: that I didn't get to see him for that week
- 10:09Speaker 1: because he was upset with me. I was trying to
- 10:12Speaker 1: explain to him I was ill. Can you just come
- 10:15Speaker 1: and bring me some drinks?
- 10:17Speaker 3: And I said, no, I'm ill.
- 10:18Speaker 1: You don't don't get it. I'm really and it's very
- 10:23Speaker 1: hard to sell someone that's terminally ill that you ill
- 10:33Speaker 1: was a cold and expect them to have some kind
- 10:36Speaker 1: of sympathy. Now I didn't know it's COVID, but when
- 10:41Speaker 1: COVID is a cold, isn't it's a flu. It's the
- 10:47Speaker 1: people have at different levels. Mine wasn't bad. I was
- 10:50Speaker 1: just ill and I was then I was recovered. My
- 10:56Speaker 1: uncle had and he didn't recover back into fair twining.
- 11:01Speaker 1: So that's the reason why I didn't go into hospital,
- 11:12Speaker 1: well apart from the fact that's against the law. But
- 11:16Speaker 1: once I found out was COVID, now I know some
- 11:20Speaker 1: people would just say, Okay, I'm gonna go visit my friend.
- 11:25Speaker 1: I'm going to carry on what I'm doing. The rules
- 11:30Speaker 1: don't apply to me now I know, and maybe in
- 11:35Speaker 1: the park. I don't know if I'd been like that
- 11:37Speaker 1: in the past, but I'd like to think I wouldn't
- 11:47Speaker 1: because I think.
- 11:51Speaker 4: My uncle.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Was ill, so he was very poorly and COVID got him,
- 12:06Speaker 1: so COVID finished him off. I didn't want to do
- 12:10Speaker 1: that to other people, because you know uncle's sausages. His
- 12:21Speaker 1: was peaceful. If I'd have got in there with COVID.
- 12:28Speaker 1: His last week might have been atrocious, so I don't yet.
- 12:40Speaker 1: I know I've already talked about that. The idea of
- 12:43Speaker 1: like spreading COVID to people, It's not really my thing,
- 12:50Speaker 1: even colds, because I know some people. I did get
- 12:55Speaker 1: a message about this thinking you.
- 12:57Speaker 4: Know you are, but about you know, having like a
- 13:03Speaker 4: low immune.
- 13:04Speaker 1: System and stuff and doing the right thing sometimes is
- 13:11Speaker 1: the good idea. Last year, I went to see a
- 13:19Speaker 1: nurse to have my annual check up.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Thing.
- 13:23Speaker 1: My stomach's gurgling, so like my anal chatter, my anal chatter,
- 13:32Speaker 1: My anal check up is cause of the bipolar and
- 13:38Speaker 1: I'm on medications. And they checked my let, my kidneys
- 13:41Speaker 1: and my I suppose, my heart, my blood and you know,
- 13:46Speaker 1: they tore that jacket to make sure that I'm okay,
- 13:50Speaker 1: which is a positive thing. The last time they found
- 13:55Speaker 1: out that my blood sugar level was very low.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Yeah, wonder one.
- 14:12Speaker 1: They're gonna give me my next medical So I stopped
- 14:18Speaker 1: having sugar and cut down. I've not cut down, complain LEVI,
- 14:23Speaker 1: and I did lose weight. I'm under I'm under fifteen
- 14:32Speaker 1: stone now I was sixteen stone.
- 14:35Speaker 3: So I'm offering.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I'm moving between fourteen and a half and fifteen. That's
- 14:42Speaker 1: kind of my offering stage now. And I am slimmer,
- 14:48Speaker 1: which is good. Oh yeah, the nurse was wearing a mask.
- 15:00Speaker 1: This isn't my doctor's practice, the cheap practice. So I said,
- 15:05Speaker 1: you ought me to wear a mask? She said no,
- 15:08Speaker 1: it's okay. I said, we can share if you like, which.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Is a weird thing to say.
- 15:14Speaker 1: And she's explained to me that she was immune division,
- 15:23Speaker 1: so she had a condition where immune system was practically zero,
- 15:32Speaker 1: so she wore a mask. And you know what, again, no,
- 15:45Speaker 1: I think I did wear a mask. Yeah, I did
- 15:51Speaker 1: wear a mask. And again I was like that somebody
- 16:01Speaker 1: can mention she's chosen to do a job where she's
- 16:10Speaker 1: putting her own life at risk every day. She could
- 16:15Speaker 1: be sitting at home, keeping away from people, but now
- 16:22Speaker 1: she goes to work and she helps people in an environment.
- 16:27Speaker 1: So she's a nurse. She's around all kinds of you know,
- 16:34Speaker 1: illnesses and stuff. Just every time she steps inside the
- 16:38Speaker 1: doctor surgery, she's surrounded by people that are unwell.
- 16:45Speaker 4: She chooses to do that to help people.
- 16:57Speaker 1: That.
- 16:57Speaker 8: It's amazing, isn't it.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Really?
- 16:59Speaker 3: I think about it.
- 17:03Speaker 1: When a person that's dedication. If you wanna be a
- 17:18Speaker 1: record break, gotta.
- 17:29Speaker 4: Yes.
- 17:30Speaker 3: And that's that's it.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Really, it's four o'clock. That's gold class for four in
- 17:39Speaker 1: the morning. Went to bed at eight o'clock last night.
- 17:50Speaker 1: I'll be honest, I just been restless. I was restless
- 17:54Speaker 1: during the night. I was restless to night before. There's
- 18:05Speaker 1: something I just a little bit disturbed about.
- 18:09Speaker 4: The whole thing.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I'm now wondering if the some of the neighbors are
- 18:23Speaker 1: planning to break into his flat to try and see
- 18:28Speaker 1: if there's anything worth stealing so I can buy themselves crack.
- 18:34Speaker 1: And that's not even exaggeration.
- 18:35Speaker 8: That's what they're like around it, some of them. It's weird.
- 18:53Speaker 1: So I can have a new two new Dennants living
- 18:57Speaker 1: in his place in the next few months. I wonder
- 19:10Speaker 1: what it's gonna be. Will there be decent people, will
- 19:16Speaker 1: be more of the same, more chaos, and it tends
- 19:23Speaker 1: to be what happens now. I was just thinking about
- 19:28Speaker 1: over the fence, so we had the amount of chaotic
- 19:34Speaker 1: people we had living.
- 19:35Speaker 4: Over there over the years.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Seriously, it's just.
- 19:52Speaker 1: There's one flag and there's been three tenants that have
- 19:58Speaker 1: all been absolute. I'll just I was supposed to find.
- 20:06Speaker 1: I bought us the right word, but the degree of chaos.
- 20:13Speaker 1: There was a couple living there. There's been a few
- 20:18Speaker 1: people lived there since I've lived there be this a
- 20:21Speaker 1: couple and they always argue it. And the plug in there,
- 20:29Speaker 1: he would, yeah, he would order palettes and he would
- 20:37Speaker 1: break up the balets during the day and burn them
- 20:41Speaker 1: at night. They did this for like a whole summer,
- 20:46Speaker 1: and then one night he set fire to the the lawn.
- 20:50Speaker 1: So I just wake up and I noticed that the
- 20:57Speaker 1: garden's very bright out there over the fence.
- 21:04Speaker 4: So I go outside.
- 21:07Speaker 1: And the lawn it basically he was used in a
- 21:22Speaker 1: dust bin to light the you know, to have the
- 21:29Speaker 1: fire in, and the dustbin had fallen over, so it
- 21:35Speaker 1: spread all over the grass and the grass was on fire.
- 21:46Speaker 1: And I came outside just to sort of check it
- 21:51Speaker 1: out because I wanted to, you know, make sure it
- 21:53Speaker 1: didn't spread. And the bloke was upset that I was outside.
- 22:01Speaker 4: We doing.
- 22:05Speaker 3: Okay, So that was weird.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Another time his girlfriend was over here. She was lying
- 22:13Speaker 1: in the road outside. She wasn't injured, she's just lying
- 22:17Speaker 1: in the road and her boyfriend was smashing up the
- 22:24Speaker 1: furniture in the flat, and it was like weird. They
- 22:33Speaker 1: moved out, they probably got kicked out. And then another
- 22:37Speaker 1: lady moved in the exact flat, and she used to
- 22:43Speaker 1: scream herself. She'd have arguments with herself and went on
- 22:47Speaker 1: for hours, like you know, daily, And then she left,
- 22:54Speaker 1: and then we got another.
- 22:54Speaker 3: One moving.
- 22:57Speaker 8: Really loud, just.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Loud, And.
- 23:11Speaker 1: That's hard for me. I grew up in chaos, being
- 23:17Speaker 1: around crazy people, shouting and aggressive and swearing and doing
- 23:26Speaker 1: stupid things and saying horrible things, and so I grew
- 23:32Speaker 1: up in there. I spent years living that lifestyle when
- 23:37Speaker 1: I was very young.
- 23:40Speaker 3: I didn't like it then.
- 23:41Speaker 1: I don't like it now. Now I have my moments.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I'll be honest, like my moments when I'm a little
- 23:48Speaker 1: bit like that myself, but.
- 23:50Speaker 4: I don't.
- 23:54Speaker 1: I don't involve other people. I keep it to myself.
- 24:02Speaker 1: I know we're all different, but I don't live a
- 24:07Speaker 1: chaotic lifestyle.
- 24:14Speaker 3: And I won't.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I can't do that. I mean, it's part of the
- 24:20Speaker 1: reason why I didn't reproduce. It's a part of the
- 24:23Speaker 1: reason why I'm not in a relationship with someone. These
- 24:31Speaker 1: gonna be I don't know. I just don't want that
- 24:35Speaker 1: kind of lifestyle, She outing and arguing. Just now, my
- 24:44Speaker 1: stomach's gurgling, really had it's a proper gurglar.
- 25:01Speaker 3: Yeah I'm not.
- 25:05Speaker 4: I didn't.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I mean, I know this is a counsel of state,
- 25:10Speaker 1: but it's like it's only a few people. Honestly, Like
- 25:16Speaker 1: in my block, everyone's fine. Now, okay, there's a there's
- 25:23Speaker 1: a I help with everyone, but there's you know, there's
- 25:29Speaker 1: always going to be problematic people. But it don't really
- 25:35Speaker 1: cause me problems. It's just they're living a lifestyle though
- 25:40Speaker 1: I don't. I'm going too. And most of the time
- 25:56Speaker 1: the people on this estate are pretty cool. It just
- 25:59Speaker 1: takes a few who wanted to ready read loud, obnoxious.
- 26:07Speaker 4: Individuals.
- 26:13Speaker 1: And there's one that just spends the dis things to
- 26:16Speaker 1: be in the garden all the time, shouting, and then
- 26:23Speaker 1: another neighbor always manages to be friend.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Wherever new people move in.
- 26:34Speaker 1: There's a family that loved this estate, but don't they live.
- 26:39Speaker 1: They don't live in the council bar, but their family
- 26:44Speaker 1: have been there forever and they just love to be
- 26:48Speaker 1: friends with the people on this little council. Probably they've
- 26:53Speaker 1: been doing it, probably for forty to fifty years. So
- 26:57Speaker 1: when someone knew moves in, they'll find a way in
- 27:03Speaker 1: so they can go into their home and they can
- 27:06Speaker 1: spend time here and make lots of noise. And I
- 27:15Speaker 1: don't really get it, to be honest. I mean, I
- 27:21Speaker 1: was curious about what Luke's old flat would look like
- 27:28Speaker 1: once he moved out and a new person moved in.
- 27:31Speaker 1: So I was curious about that. And I have been
- 27:34Speaker 1: in there cause the neighbor in find me in and
- 27:38Speaker 1: it was like a different flat enough.
- 27:41Speaker 3: Is weird?
- 27:43Speaker 1: The same same rooms, completely different.
- 27:54Speaker 4: And I have been in.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Every flat apart from one, so I've seen all the
- 28:05Speaker 1: different flats in this building. But m h, and they've
- 28:15Speaker 1: all been in my flat as well, including the one
- 28:20Speaker 1: that I've not been in. He's only been in there
- 28:25Speaker 1: a couple of times.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I love ba B.
- 28:52Speaker 1: I'm just talking for the sake of talking now all night.
- 29:06Speaker 1: So that really that sort of is his uncle sausages
- 29:10Speaker 1: passed away. See why I didn't realize. I guess I
- 29:22Speaker 1: didn't realize how ill he was.
- 29:27Speaker 2: He said.
- 29:28Speaker 1: He to say that now, isn't he Now he's dead,
- 29:30Speaker 1: It's like obviously he was ill, but he was. I
- 29:35Speaker 1: mean to say that he was really ill. He's also
- 29:40Speaker 1: just an obvious statement, but there was u there was
- 29:49Speaker 1: a question mark that he had and I had. We
- 29:52Speaker 1: had questions. So, okay, so he's got this thing. Why
- 30:00Speaker 1: can't they do anything about it? Why can't they remove it,
- 30:04Speaker 1: give him surgery, give him some hope, something, And they
- 30:09Speaker 1: said there's nothing they could do. And his question I
- 30:16Speaker 1: kind of felt. We had this conversation outside a few weeks.
- 30:21Speaker 4: Ago in the sun and I kind of understood where
- 30:28Speaker 4: he was.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Coming from because I felt the same way. So why
- 30:31Speaker 1: can't they do something? And I said to the nurse
- 30:38Speaker 1: at the time, why can't you just give him an
- 30:41Speaker 1: operation and try and do something. She said, he wouldn't
- 30:45Speaker 1: survive an operation. I said, that's not a bad thing,
- 30:51Speaker 1: giving his condition and whatever. I'm not saying it's a
- 30:55Speaker 1: good thing he doesn't survive, But give him that option
- 31:01Speaker 1: to go peacefully and he won't know anything about It'll
- 31:07Speaker 1: be on he'll pray if the table and if it
- 31:11Speaker 1: helps him, it helps him if and if if that's it,
- 31:14Speaker 1: then that's it. And she said, no, it doesn't work
- 31:18Speaker 1: like that. Operations are expensive and they don't do them
- 31:25Speaker 1: unless there's a chance that's can out. I don't know.
- 31:44Speaker 1: There's also a part of me thinking about him places
- 31:49Speaker 1: and what use is it in situations like this? Yeah,
- 32:14Speaker 1: I just wonder. On Thursday, he was very restless old
- 32:23Speaker 1: Uncle sausages, and I started to talk to him, and
- 32:36Speaker 1: I did do someplaces with him, trying to again to
- 32:42Speaker 1: just calm down, to relax his body. I didn't really
- 32:49Speaker 1: get a chance to do it properly, but I told
- 32:54Speaker 1: him that because he kept moving around, he was unconscious.
- 32:58Speaker 1: But he was moving around arms, raising his arms up,
- 33:02Speaker 1: and his legs is very uncomfortable. He was clearly cause
- 33:08Speaker 1: he was moving around, but at the same time.
- 33:12Speaker 4: He may have been dreaming.
- 33:14Speaker 1: I don't know, but I told him that his arms
- 33:21Speaker 1: were heavy, and when I said that to him, he
- 33:26Speaker 1: stopped moving his arms around. And I probably talked to
- 33:39Speaker 1: him for maybe ten minutes, maybe longer, just telling him
- 34:00Speaker 1: it's okay to relax, it's okay to let go. And
- 34:12Speaker 1: I sat down on Friday as well, that's telling him
- 34:18Speaker 1: it's okay tolect, to let go, doesn't have to struggle anymore,
- 34:25Speaker 1: doesn't have to hold on, it's okay to let go.
- 34:41Speaker 1: But on Friday he was completely relaxed, he was on
- 34:48Speaker 1: a morphine thing, morphine drip or drive or wherever it's God,
- 35:02Speaker 1: and then he's just lying there. I think, I mean,
- 35:25Speaker 1: it's natural to be thinking about my own life. I
- 35:30Speaker 1: suppose in situations like this, what have I done? What
- 35:36Speaker 1: have I accomplished? Has there been any purpose to my existence?
- 35:43Speaker 1: It's kind of the questions I've got. Maybe another nicer
- 35:50Speaker 1: way is what is my legacy? Or ill just be forgotten?
- 35:59Speaker 1: Maybe that's.
- 36:07Speaker 4: Just be for good.
- 36:13Speaker 1: But then there's some people that I think do get
- 36:17Speaker 1: to live on in memories, different kinds of memories.
- 36:24Speaker 4: So you've got.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Famous writers, musicians.
- 36:38Speaker 9: From hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years ago, something
- 36:43Speaker 9: thousands of years ago, but we don't necessarily know what
- 36:50Speaker 9: they were like as people.
- 37:08Speaker 1: I think you can probably get kind of an idea
- 37:12Speaker 1: what I'm like, kind of perhaps some of my recordings
- 37:22Speaker 1: not necessarily a good thing.
- 37:29Speaker 10: Thousands of hours of me talking thousands Is that my legacy?
- 37:46Speaker 4: Just to leave.
- 37:54Speaker 3: My ramblings?
- 38:08Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 38:15Speaker 1: There's no boxing on last night this month, I think
- 38:21Speaker 1: about from one fight on the sixteenth August, there ain't
- 38:26Speaker 1: much going on, which is a shame. And in September
- 38:34Speaker 1: fin there's a couple of big fights. There's a big
- 38:44Speaker 1: year in November. I think there's a big one as well,
- 38:48Speaker 1: David Benevidez against Calama Smith. David Benevitez is going to
- 38:58Speaker 1: win that.
- 39:04Speaker 11: Day days.
- 39:08Speaker 1: So he's now the world champion light evywey.
- 39:15Speaker 2: He was.
- 39:21Speaker 3: One one.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Three times super lightweight, a super middleweight champion.
- 39:31Speaker 3: He won it.
- 39:37Speaker 8: Wait a minute, he.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Was the interims twice and then he was interim.
- 39:43Speaker 2: I think.
- 39:45Speaker 1: Anyway, he's really great. David benefit Is he's pretty much
- 39:50Speaker 1: my favorite boxer, but he hasn't been fighting hugely regularly
- 39:56Speaker 1: the last few years because he was just drawling water
- 40:01Speaker 1: waiting to fight Canelo, and Canelo wouldn't fight him. So
- 40:08Speaker 1: any end, he went up to light everyway and then
- 40:15Speaker 1: that was wherever he went, it was blocked. Canelo held
- 40:20Speaker 1: all the titles, and then he went up to light
- 40:23Speaker 1: everyway and all the titles were all clogged up there
- 40:28Speaker 1: as well. And currently Bivil as to what he did
- 40:38Speaker 1: have to be, gave up one of the titles because
- 40:42Speaker 1: he's choosing to have another fight with what's his name,
- 40:51Speaker 1: previous champion.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Better be.
- 41:02Speaker 4: So before and him.
- 41:03Speaker 1: I think they're having a third fight. The first fight
- 41:12Speaker 1: better be of one.
- 41:18Speaker 4: What was it a draw?
- 41:21Speaker 1: I can't remember. I think it might have been a draw. Blimey.
- 41:30Speaker 1: The second one before one, the third one, I don't know.
- 41:37Speaker 1: I'll always give it to Befol because he's so good
- 41:42Speaker 1: to me. He's gonna put him down as pound personally
- 41:50Speaker 1: pound for pound number one. Maybe not, I don't know.
- 41:56Speaker 1: I think it's sick deserves to be number one pound
- 42:07Speaker 1: for pound. Maybe it's hard when you got different weight
- 42:18Speaker 1: boxes to really to compare someone like Innervy, who is
- 42:27Speaker 1: he has to wear heavy boots. He doesn't float off.
- 42:30Speaker 1: He's so light, and you've got bo sicks heavy heavyweight.
- 42:42Speaker 1: I don't know how much he weighs, doesn't weigh a.
- 42:48Speaker 4: Large actually.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Fifteen half sixteen stone.
- 42:55Speaker 4: It's not heavy.
- 42:57Speaker 1: He's heavy, but it's not like heavy heavy. Everyone he
- 43:03Speaker 1: finds it's a lot heavier than it. Yeah, cause I
- 43:27Speaker 1: suppose I should just come into my breakfast now, watch
- 43:35Speaker 1: a bad TV. My brain's anit fake at the moment.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Just I don't don't show what to do with myself.
- 43:57Speaker 4: I won't.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Well, thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself,
- 44:04Speaker 1: because you do deserve to be happy, be gentle with yourself.
- 44:10Speaker 1: You deserve to feel safe, lots of.
- 44:15Speaker 4: Love, bye, relax in a more deep and meaningful way,
- 44:40Speaker 4: maybe in a way that can not just allow you
- 44:46Speaker 4: to feel calmer now and throughout the time we spend
- 44:56Speaker 4: together here, not just relaxed at the end of the
- 45:04Speaker 4: recording when it's finished and you can enjoy that sense
- 45:09Speaker 4: of comfort and peace, but also I think it would
- 45:26Speaker 4: be nice to have those feelings of relaxation continue for
- 45:42Speaker 4: longer after the recording has ended.
- 45:53Speaker 1: So that you can.
- 45:56Speaker 4: Still benefit from listening to my voice, maybe in a
- 46:06Speaker 4: few hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly,
- 46:22Speaker 4: especially if you find like some people do, and myself
- 46:26Speaker 4: as well, sometimes I find one particular recording that really
- 46:33Speaker 4: resonates with me, and I just listen to it over
- 46:40Speaker 4: and over again every morning, every evening. There was this
- 46:53Speaker 4: recording from We're going back to about nineteen ninety nine.
- 47:00Speaker 4: It was it wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations.
- 47:06Speaker 4: It kind of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to
- 47:13Speaker 4: find it again and it still has the same effect
- 47:17Speaker 4: on me. And part of it was the person's voice
- 47:29Speaker 4: relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful, and I'd look
- 47:39Speaker 4: forward to listening to her in the morning and in
- 47:46Speaker 4: the evening, and I knew before even pressing the play button.
- 48:02Speaker 4: As soon as I've done that, pressed the play button.
- 48:06Speaker 4: This is in the days of CD players pressed the
- 48:17Speaker 4: play button. In fact, it might have even been a
- 48:23Speaker 4: tape recorder. I'd lie down on the bed and then
- 48:33Speaker 4: even without necessarily listening to her words because I had
- 48:46Speaker 4: to memorized. Really, it was as if my body knew
- 48:56Speaker 4: exactly what to do, and the muscles just almost went
- 49:09Speaker 4: into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind would slow down.
- 49:35Speaker 4: Now Now, I was listening to this recording in the
- 49:44Speaker 4: early days of learning hypnosis, and long before I ever
- 49:52Speaker 4: made any videos or audio recordings myself, because I and
- 50:00Speaker 4: start doing that till two thousand and six, I knew,
- 50:14Speaker 4: I knew how helpful I found being able to just
- 50:27Speaker 4: let go, to have that trust in the person that
- 50:35Speaker 4: I'm listening to, knowing that it's going to be just
- 50:49Speaker 4: as relaxing, if not more so. Each time you hear
- 50:56Speaker 4: my voice, you may feel the same. Some people have
- 51:12Speaker 4: been listening to me for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously,
- 51:27Speaker 4: not twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 51:35Speaker 4: Some people maybe listen every day. There's something that I
- 51:50Speaker 4: do which you may not realize by listening, is when
- 52:06Speaker 4: I record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am
- 52:22Speaker 4: affected by the words that I say.
- 52:32Speaker 1: So if I.
- 52:36Speaker 4: Set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 52:47Speaker 4: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 52:55Speaker 4: noticing my feet relaxing. If I said, focus on your hands,
- 53:16Speaker 4: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, perhaps notice
- 53:25Speaker 4: that the air in the room, the temperature of the room.
- 53:33Speaker 4: On the backs of your hands. You may start to
- 53:44Speaker 4: notice what almost feels like a very light breeze, even
- 53:52Speaker 4: though there may not be any type of breeze at
- 53:57Speaker 4: all where you are right now. And as you become
- 54:10Speaker 4: aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed
- 54:25Speaker 4: my hands our feeling now. And when it comes to
- 54:50Speaker 4: potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 54:57Speaker 4: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 55:18Speaker 4: I also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times
- 55:36Speaker 4: I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing, and then I
- 55:50Speaker 4: carry on talking. It's suddenly where I listen back to
- 56:02Speaker 4: do the editing, I.
- 56:07Speaker 12: Hear snoring.
- 56:10Speaker 4: And I think I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 56:21Speaker 4: Snoring was a pick turned up. That's why I sound
- 56:28Speaker 4: like when I snore, I get really into the whole experience.
- 56:47Speaker 4: I don't know how you feel. How relaxed do you
- 56:56Speaker 4: feel in your feet, how relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 57:22Speaker 4: I have noticed more and more that the more relaxed,
- 57:36Speaker 4: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes.
- 57:59Speaker 13: So most like.
- 58:03Speaker 4: That additional muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe
- 58:21Speaker 4: easier without necessarily focusing on your breath. However, being able
- 58:47Speaker 4: to notice ease in which you brievee so naturally you
- 59:32Speaker 4: breeze so very easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: breathing improving, when I've got my eyes closed, I tend
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: to visualize beautiful field, trees and flowers producing all that
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: life giving oxygen. It feels nice to, if nothing else,
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: just taking.
- 1:01:31Speaker 14: Some time.
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: Away from everything, enjoying that feeling of pace serenity with
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: a joyful heart. Time seems to just drip by so
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: thoughts whatsoever. In this moment.
- 1:04:21Speaker 15: Completely freem to say that.
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: Your mind slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: your attention. You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: the stress to drip out of your body, dripping out
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: of every part of your body and being released from
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: your brain your mind slowly but surely. The muscles in
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: your legs, legs ls so very deeply, reas so deeply,
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: and the feeings pleasant feelings in your arms and show
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: orders deeper in each part of your body, further and
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: deeper and deeper, liked to say, feedings in the back
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: of your neck, feedings in your wrists, muscles in front
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: of your body say peaceful, deep peace spreads through.
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: A very cold.
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: Even when you focus on your mind, your mind becomes
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: as slow depas fairy slater, stomach, tasteful man, your stomach,
- 1:15:08Speaker 4: your back, notice lettice sounds laxed. Now feel in the
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: hole a bag.
- 1:16:09Speaker 16: In a spy.
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: From your brain all lay down the middle of your back,
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: sending and receiving millions of messages every day, deep coomfort
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: increasing deeply relaxed, spreading those signals down your spinal cord
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: into every parts of your body, your sins and your carfences,
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: your elbows, fields of peace and tranquility spreading through your body,
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: tips of your toes to your eyes, your fingers. Ah wait,
- 1:19:48Speaker 4: you'll love back. Let's take I think face drifting mind,
- 1:21:02Speaker 4: this waned man away, happy to let go, let go completely,
- 1:21:28Speaker 4: let go, so tranquil, nobody, joy of sensors, nod.
- 1:23:29Speaker 17: To much.
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: Pace, joy, space, this space, pace and safety.
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: Fie us lass, letting go.
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: Maybe we can just focus on different parts of your
- 1:27:28Speaker 4: body just to notice ahead, don't your eyes sees notice
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: in a sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom, today's energy
- 1:31:10Speaker 4: pace to breeze much, Yes, you may. You may not
- 1:32:27Speaker 4: have noticed your mind drifting pace any venial deeply in
- 1:33:34Speaker 4: the direction of ditle blissful pace, blissful pace, te too pace, sir,
- 1:35:54Speaker 4: Let it go relax for the film's most visible very
- 1:37:52Speaker 4: fast and pastefully school pass and you could start to
- 1:39:13Speaker 4: notice that you are feeling more relaxed, even though I've
- 1:39:23Speaker 4: not purposely focused your mind upon that sense of physical
- 1:39:35Speaker 4: comfort that is growing within you throughout your body, and
- 1:39:43Speaker 4: your mind starts to slow down, And that could be
- 1:39:53Speaker 4: almost in recognition of I guess my speech not being
- 1:40:02Speaker 4: particularly fast. Things generally feel calmer. Just by listening to
- 1:40:21Speaker 4: my voice, you give yourself an opportunity to take a
- 1:40:29Speaker 4: break from the day, take a break from your life,
- 1:40:37Speaker 4: as it is, to give yourself a rest, giving yourself
- 1:40:46Speaker 4: permission to take some time off and to allow your
- 1:40:54Speaker 4: body to relax and allow your mind to slow down out,
- 1:41:04Speaker 4: which in turn releases the tension any stresses that you
- 1:41:12Speaker 4: had in your body. It's almost as if the parts
- 1:41:22Speaker 4: of your body just open up, allowing the negativity out
- 1:41:34Speaker 4: and at the same time replacing that negativity with positive
- 1:41:41Speaker 4: healing energy, which then fills your body up and your
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: mind to also starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing
- 1:42:06Speaker 4: confidence and an almost uplifting feeling, positive healing energy that
- 1:42:26Speaker 4: spreads through your body like a wave of comfort. And
- 1:42:38Speaker 4: all this comes from just allowing yourself a few minutes,
- 1:42:50Speaker 4: maybe half an hour, however long you want it to be,
- 1:42:55Speaker 4: just rest and allow your mind and your body to
- 1:43:09Speaker 4: almost reset itself to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness,
- 1:43:30Speaker 4: which allows more for feelings of pleasure and happiness to
- 1:43:43Speaker 4: move around your body and into your mind, almost as
- 1:43:53Speaker 4: if your mind and your body are sinking together, almost
- 1:44:02Speaker 4: mirroring each other. With that growing positivity and calmness, and
- 1:44:16Speaker 4: it feels nice, really does feel nice to know that
- 1:44:24Speaker 4: you are the one that has allowed yourself to feel
- 1:44:34Speaker 4: more comfort and to experience more of this deep relaxation
- 1:44:50Speaker 4: spreading throughout your body. And as I focus on each
- 1:45:05Speaker 4: part of your body, you can notice that that part
- 1:45:14Speaker 4: becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it becomes
- 1:45:28Speaker 4: even more calm and comfortable, just by focusing. And as
- 1:45:41Speaker 4: I move down your body, starting and your head, the
- 1:45:49Speaker 4: parts that you have already focused on or continue to
- 1:45:56Speaker 4: relax deeply and those parts have not yet focused on
- 1:46:06Speaker 4: or just automatically release any remain intention in anticipation of
- 1:46:17Speaker 4: even more comfort about to come. Now, the start by
- 1:46:31Speaker 4: focusing on your forehead. Just being aware of the feelings
- 1:46:39Speaker 4: of your forehead. Any background sounds like mister Herbert the
- 1:46:49Speaker 4: pigeon just allow you to feel you're more relaxed. Just
- 1:46:59Speaker 4: means during the moment, this isn't this isn't a sterile environment.
- 1:47:08Speaker 4: This is the world. I live in the countryside, so
- 1:47:15Speaker 4: there's lots of nature sounds around. As you focus on
- 1:47:26Speaker 4: your forehead, just notice how it becomes even more relaxed
- 1:47:34Speaker 4: as you focus only on my voice and that part
- 1:47:43Speaker 4: of your body. Move down to your eyes, focusing on
- 1:47:54Speaker 4: your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feel so heavy, he
- 1:48:07Speaker 4: has so light at the same time, all the muscles
- 1:48:15Speaker 4: around your eyes relaxing completely. Moving your focus down to
- 1:48:28Speaker 4: your mouth, the lips, your tongue, your teeth, your comes
- 1:48:37Speaker 4: behole of your mouth, relaxing, calm and loose. If you
- 1:48:52Speaker 4: focus now on your jaw, just oars of your jaw, kney,
- 1:49:01Speaker 4: your mouth, your chin, all the way up the side
- 1:49:07Speaker 4: of your face to your ears, the hole of your jaw,
- 1:49:16Speaker 4: leading all relaxed and calm. Focusing on your neck, the
- 1:49:43Speaker 4: front of your neck and your throat relaxin, loose and calm.
- 1:49:56Speaker 4: The sides of your neck, right and left side of
- 1:50:03Speaker 4: your leg relax and please and calm now the back
- 1:50:22Speaker 4: of your leck, focusing on the back of your leg,
- 1:50:34Speaker 4: letting go with any intention that may not be there before,
- 1:50:41Speaker 4: and enjoying that sense of increasing comfort and release I
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: think you can experience at the back of your neck
- 1:51:00Speaker 4: ka moving down your back, moving either side of your
- 1:51:12Speaker 4: spine right from the top of your back all the
- 1:51:19Speaker 4: way down to the bottom of your back. Down it's
- 1:51:32Speaker 4: your lower back at him. Move up and down your spine,
- 1:51:45Speaker 4: you can feel the muscles either side of your spine
- 1:51:51Speaker 4: relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax, that sense
- 1:52:06Speaker 4: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 1:52:17Speaker 4: both sides of your back, the top of your back,
- 1:52:24Speaker 4: the middle en your lower back, And as you scan
- 1:52:32Speaker 4: gently and slowly up and down your back, the muscles
- 1:52:41Speaker 4: in the top of your back relax and become a looser.
- 1:52:50Speaker 4: The muscles in the middle of your back also seem
- 1:52:56Speaker 4: to just almost defined from are separating and almost melting,
- 1:53:12Speaker 4: and in your lower back seems to be an extra
- 1:53:18Speaker 4: special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips. Sit
- 1:53:34Speaker 4: down your lower back, into your hips, into the area
- 1:53:43Speaker 4: where your cosix are, and into your buttocks. Always muscles
- 1:53:52Speaker 4: there spread. Bring your lower back into a hyperia, start
- 1:54:05Speaker 4: to melt, start to reading, let go, let you know
- 1:54:21Speaker 4: where about to focus on your shoulders. Back. Your spy
- 1:54:30Speaker 4: will continue to let go, continue to relax.
- 1:54:43Speaker 13: So coldly.
- 1:54:52Speaker 4: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice that
- 1:54:57Speaker 4: are already feeding. Ready, this already calm. Feel those muscles
- 1:55:36Speaker 4: then move from your neck into your shoulders feels so
- 1:55:49Speaker 4: soft and gentle, so.
- 1:56:05Speaker 13: And calm.
- 1:56:17Speaker 4: The feeling your shoulders seems to spread deep into your
- 1:56:30Speaker 4: shoulders and since relaxation not just traveling deeply into your muscles,
- 1:56:46Speaker 4: also relaxing the butterness and moving all the way to
- 1:56:59Speaker 4: under the your arms relaxing and the whole area between
- 1:57:07Speaker 4: the tops of your shoulders and donny her arms.
- 1:57:16Speaker 13: He then.
- 1:57:22Speaker 1: You just so.
- 1:57:25Speaker 4: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders which sense that deep
- 1:57:43Speaker 4: message into your arms. You may feel, as to say,
- 1:58:01Speaker 4: your arms and leaves mad because the sun relaxed so
- 1:58:12Speaker 4: deeply relaxed, so.
- 1:58:25Speaker 1: S s.
- 1:58:56Speaker 4: That feels spreading.
- 1:59:01Speaker 11: Old down your arms.
- 1:59:06Speaker 4: To hours cleveting you alwas circump spreads away into rists
- 1:59:39Speaker 4: your form sadrists so heavy Yet the same time sunlight
- 2:00:08Speaker 4: and gent like said.
- 2:00:37Speaker 14: Now hands paced as sense real pace just seems to.
- 2:01:58Speaker 4: Feel strikes, taps things attention to fund your body. Then
- 2:04:44Speaker 4: you focus lights, us, facts, schools, the faith, faint, Sir
- 2:09:21Speaker 4: pas on, sircom sack pace, sircom so peaceful.
- 2:10:14Speaker 18: Scol pace for sir bra same pace fall.
- 2:10:44Speaker 4: Come on, then that deep relaxation the sprint chest lets
- 2:11:14Speaker 4: you go everything. So I'm gonna start counting down now
- 2:11:35Speaker 4: from twenty down to one. You can imagine in a way,
- 2:11:44Speaker 4: it's like just walking down some steps and each step
- 2:11:51Speaker 4: or twenty steps, each step represents a level of comfort,
- 2:12:00Speaker 4: each step represents a deepening of their comfort, and the
- 2:12:16Speaker 4: furvies you walk down those steps that deeper rags to feel.
- 2:12:30Speaker 4: So starting with number twenty twenty nine eighteen seven ten
- 2:15:04Speaker 4: sixtyhhhhhhhhi three four s.
- 2:19:11Speaker 13: Twoh uh.
- 2:23:29Speaker 19: Eight sisty six.
- 2:27:22Speaker 4: Five indi.
- 2:30:04Speaker 20: Us us.
- 2:33:10Speaker 2: And now.
- 2:33:15Speaker 4: As you focus on your lives, you're gonna count down
- 2:33:28Speaker 4: from ten outs to one, focusing just on your eyes,
- 2:33:43Speaker 4: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves,
- 2:33:53Speaker 4: a whole area that makes up your eye. As we
- 2:34:10Speaker 4: count down ten down to one, wants to focus in
- 2:34:19Speaker 4: on your eyes, you will become twice is relaxed with
- 2:34:34Speaker 4: each number counting down that you may find the way
- 2:34:47Speaker 4: we want to do is just drift off to sleep.
- 2:34:56Speaker 4: And if that's what you want, then just allow yourself
- 2:35:03Speaker 4: to do that. Now focus in on your eyes and
- 2:35:17Speaker 4: to begin counting down from ten down to one right now.
- 2:35:36Speaker 18: Ten nine.
- 2:36:37Speaker 4: Eight seven.
- 2:38:51Speaker 1: H h.
- 2:42:00Speaker 4: Three one. So cut down ten to one ten nine
- 2:44:57Speaker 4: eight seven six five four three two.
- 2:45:17Speaker 21: One.
- 2:45:24Speaker 4: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:45:27Speaker 4: to relax. Maybe it's a too fast for you to
- 2:45:32Speaker 4: notice the calming of your body, maybe even a little
- 2:45:41Speaker 4: bit of pressure. They're like, you'll count it down from
- 2:45:45Speaker 4: ten to one. Would you expect me to do? Man,
- 2:45:48Speaker 4: expect me to just to go with floppy just because
- 2:45:52Speaker 4: you're counting down. You can try it again, but this
- 2:46:01Speaker 4: time I'll go this slower. This time that you focus
- 2:46:08Speaker 4: on the whole of your body before we focus on
- 2:46:13Speaker 4: our legs.
- 2:46:16Speaker 13: Just notice.
- 2:46:18Speaker 4: How your body does start to feel more relaxed with
- 2:46:32Speaker 4: every number that I count down ten nine, at eight, seven, six, five, four, three.
- 2:48:07Speaker 13: One.
- 2:48:19Speaker 4: I just notice how how you feel, generally, how your
- 2:48:25Speaker 4: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 2:48:39Speaker 4: ten to one. It's that space that you have, that
- 2:48:50Speaker 4: space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting or
- 2:49:11Speaker 4: lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything,
- 2:49:17Speaker 4: or needing to think about anything. So it opens up
- 2:49:24Speaker 4: a space, you know, a bit of a space, a gap.
- 2:49:34Speaker 4: And the more I came down from ten to one,
- 2:49:39Speaker 4: the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 2:49:49Speaker 4: of comfort or relaxation. It's a nice feeling and it
- 2:50:04Speaker 4: moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them away.
- 2:50:23Speaker 4: Allows you.
- 2:50:26Speaker 15: To just.
- 2:50:30Speaker 4: Slow down, someone to count the game from ten down
- 2:50:36Speaker 4: to one and notice that gap widening, the gap, and
- 2:50:46Speaker 4: it it widens, It's almost like that the stress and
- 2:50:51Speaker 4: attention falls into the gap. Give you that distance, that
- 2:51:11Speaker 4: space ten nine, eight, seven, six five three.
- 2:53:08Speaker 13: One.
- 2:53:20Speaker 4: Then how did your body you feel?
- 2:53:26Speaker 11: Now?
- 2:53:39Speaker 4: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calm? Then you
- 2:53:51Speaker 4: feel relaxed? As we can now focus on your legs,
- 2:54:21Speaker 4: just your legs. You're just gonna start with focusing on
- 2:54:42Speaker 4: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting things
- 2:55:02Speaker 4: to be doing, because I'm sure like most of your
- 2:55:08Speaker 4: body is not a lot going on right now. Just
- 2:55:20Speaker 4: focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops of
- 2:55:26Speaker 4: your thighs, the sides of your thighs, the bottoms of
- 2:55:32Speaker 4: your thighs, you're outer thighs, and your inner thighs. Basically
- 2:55:40Speaker 4: the whole of your thigh that leads into your hip
- 2:55:47Speaker 4: and it goes down to your knee joints. Now, this
- 2:55:58Speaker 4: is a big area. It's a very heavy area. It's
- 2:56:06Speaker 4: very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body or
- 2:56:12Speaker 4: in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps give
- 2:56:29Speaker 4: enough attention to her thighs. Perhaps we don't and acknowledge
- 2:56:42Speaker 4: how important our thighs are to our lives, how much
- 2:57:04Speaker 4: they actually do for us all through our lives. And
- 2:57:18Speaker 4: it may seem sound really weird, but I think that
- 2:57:24Speaker 4: all our body parts, especially our thighs, needs some TLC,
- 2:57:35Speaker 4: a bit of love shown.
- 2:57:37Speaker 1: A bit of.
- 2:57:44Speaker 4: Acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do for us.
- 2:58:03Speaker 4: And I know this may sound is strange. Maybe you think,
- 2:58:10Speaker 4: why am I short? I should be out in the
- 2:58:13Speaker 4: garden hugging a tree or something. Wow, it's hard to
- 2:58:21Speaker 4: sell my I phone up on a tree. So when
- 2:58:24Speaker 4: I'm doing this indoors, Otherwise I wouldn't be outside king
- 2:58:27Speaker 4: a tree. I can't see the television for the tree
- 2:58:37Speaker 4: you moved down to your knees. You gain such an
- 2:58:42Speaker 4: important part, And I think we don't necessarily I'll speak
- 2:58:51Speaker 4: for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate all that one
- 2:58:59Speaker 4: need over me until I have a problem with my need. Occasionally,
- 2:59:06Speaker 4: if I ever, maybe i'll bash it or it's aching
- 2:59:12Speaker 4: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:59:18Speaker 4: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 2:59:23Speaker 4: use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort is
- 2:59:33Speaker 4: a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated. Tool it's temporarily removed.
- 2:59:43Speaker 4: You know that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees,
- 2:59:52Speaker 4: regardless of how your knees feel, you can have that
- 2:59:58Speaker 4: sense of gratitude and love to your knees for all
- 3:00:04Speaker 4: that they do for you, and you can still have
- 3:00:16Speaker 4: that attention on your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel,
- 3:00:24Speaker 4: Maybe notice that they are relaxing more deeply as you
- 3:00:42Speaker 4: focus now on the bottoms of your legs, your ships,
- 3:00:48Speaker 4: your calf muscles, the bones between your knees and your
- 3:00:55Speaker 4: feet incorporate, and course, your ankles so important. Anyone has had,
- 3:01:09Speaker 4: even like the slightest sprain of an ankle, knows how
- 3:01:17Speaker 4: how much we take our ankles for granted. And it's
- 3:01:27Speaker 4: kind of strange in a way when you think that.
- 3:01:32Speaker 4: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot thinner than
- 3:01:36Speaker 4: the rest of our arms, which is okay, it doesn't
- 3:01:40Speaker 4: I can't see any problem with that because we're just
- 3:01:43Speaker 4: picking stuff up. Our ankles so much thinner than the
- 3:01:51Speaker 4: rest of our legs, and from a physical perspective or
- 3:02:02Speaker 4: logical even it doesn't really make sense that all this
- 3:02:06Speaker 4: weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles that lead
- 3:02:15Speaker 4: to your feet, that thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it
- 3:02:28Speaker 4: does so much great work. Supports us, supports our body
- 3:02:35Speaker 4: for a lifetime, helps us to balance, helps you to
- 3:02:50Speaker 4: get around and be mobile. And there's the calf muscles.
- 3:02:59Speaker 4: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 3:03:07Speaker 4: pointing calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if
- 3:03:13Speaker 4: I walked around tiptoes, then my calf muscles get some work.
- 3:03:19Speaker 4: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 3:03:21Speaker 4: being used whenever we use our legs. Then your shins
- 3:03:34Speaker 4: there to protect your lower legs, shaped in a way
- 3:03:45Speaker 4: almost as a protector for the bone, leading of course
- 3:03:57Speaker 4: to your ankles and your feet. We're not going to
- 3:04:08Speaker 4: focus on your feet. I'm just going to focus on
- 3:04:10Speaker 4: the legs. And I realize, now that I've mentioned your feet,
- 3:04:17Speaker 4: you'll probably focus on them anyway, So maybe I should
- 3:04:22Speaker 4: focus on your feet a little bit. You can have
- 3:04:28Speaker 4: them in your awareness the same as you have your
- 3:04:33Speaker 4: thighs in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing
- 3:04:38Speaker 4: on your thighs. A few minutes, we'll be focusing on
- 3:04:43Speaker 4: your angles. There's still that sensation of comfort m in
- 3:05:00Speaker 4: your thighs, and there's that movement of energy because the
- 3:05:12Speaker 4: thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles,
- 3:05:20Speaker 4: the big strong muscles that we have in our thighs.
- 3:05:33Speaker 4: But the skin on the outside of the thighs, as
- 3:05:39Speaker 4: in the outside of all of our body, can be
- 3:05:43Speaker 4: very sensitive, sensitive to attach, sensitive to temperature, and inside
- 3:06:02Speaker 4: your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels,
- 3:06:10Speaker 4: the arch trees, to all this stuff inside of thighs.
- 3:06:20Speaker 4: I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you could actually
- 3:06:23Speaker 4: put your fingers inside your thighs and message. So you
- 3:06:31Speaker 4: can message on the outside of the course, but to
- 3:06:34Speaker 4: be able to get deep into the muscles and to
- 3:06:38Speaker 4: be able to just message inside your thighs, message in
- 3:06:43Speaker 4: the bones of your leg, massage the veins, just gently
- 3:06:55Speaker 4: heaving thighs. You can move down, message inside your knees.
- 3:07:08Speaker 4: There's a message in those bones. With healing fingertips spreading
- 3:07:15Speaker 4: the healing energy deep into the joints. New knees. Of
- 3:07:26Speaker 4: course there's the back you need the inside crease.
- 3:07:32Speaker 22: Real need is.
- 3:07:35Speaker 4: It's a very sensitive area. Very feels very nice when
- 3:07:41Speaker 4: we stroken. That might be because it's an area that's
- 3:07:46Speaker 4: not really touched very often. It's almost like a hidden
- 3:07:51Speaker 4: part a crease your legs. It's almost like a part
- 3:08:00Speaker 4: that has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different.
- 3:08:13Speaker 4: Of course, it's protected by your legs. So you can
- 3:08:23Speaker 4: imagine putting your fingers into increase your legs, folding between
- 3:08:35Speaker 4: your legs. You can just message with your fingertips. Imagine
- 3:08:40Speaker 4: your fingertips going inside, Massage in the muscle tishue. You
- 3:08:52Speaker 4: can of course field the bones of your knees heading
- 3:08:58Speaker 4: through your fingertips, and then if you go down to
- 3:09:11Speaker 4: your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like to
- 3:09:13Speaker 4: be able to really put my finger tips steam inside
- 3:09:19Speaker 4: the calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of the muscle,
- 3:09:29Speaker 4: healing every part, and then doing the same for my shoes.
- 3:09:42Speaker 4: Massage gently stroking the bones, generally stroking them, healing in
- 3:09:51Speaker 4: a loving way because they deserve to be treated. There's
- 3:09:58Speaker 4: the precious bones that they are because their legs are
- 3:10:02Speaker 4: so precious as in all the other parts of our body,
- 3:10:09Speaker 4: the more precious of any tune on the planet. When
- 3:10:23Speaker 4: you start to think about relax in its way, it
- 3:10:35Speaker 4: can change your perspective. It might sound a bit a
- 3:10:45Speaker 4: bit silly to start with the idea of having love fels,
- 3:10:53Speaker 4: showing appreciation for your thieves, wanting to be able to
- 3:11:01Speaker 4: put your hands in your thighs, massage the muscles and
- 3:11:09Speaker 4: the bones, to get your fingers deep in their releasing
- 3:11:17Speaker 4: more tension, just to show how much you care about
- 3:11:28Speaker 4: your legs. Much you care for what your legs do
- 3:11:34Speaker 4: for you regularly. Your kneeds, your calms, your ankles. The
- 3:11:47Speaker 4: strength of your ankles, considering how thin they are compared
- 3:11:56Speaker 4: to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah,
- 3:12:02Speaker 4: they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Ankles are
- 3:12:19Speaker 4: truly a gift because of what they do for you,
- 3:12:29Speaker 4: supporting all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:12:37Speaker 4: even if you're eat a stone, it's still a long
- 3:12:42Speaker 4: way for these little angles. How a lot heavier the
- 3:12:50Speaker 4: mainstone double dot. Yet my ancles support my body all
- 3:13:01Speaker 4: the time. What they do give off a sigh relief
- 3:13:08Speaker 4: when to sit down that's myles though, my fine feet
- 3:13:19Speaker 4: or sec my toes clip so happy. Your legs really
- 3:13:48Speaker 4: are amazing, And I know talking about talking about your
- 3:13:55Speaker 4: legs is probably possiblely, my mom, just the most boring
- 3:14:01Speaker 4: things you've ever heard anyone say, possibly or boring orline.
- 3:14:11Speaker 4: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your
- 3:14:26Speaker 4: legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax deeply.
- 3:14:46Speaker 4: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:14:52Speaker 4: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 3:15:28Speaker 4: the legs are so such a most very important part
- 3:15:35Speaker 4: of your body. When you relax relegs, the rest of
- 3:15:39Speaker 4: your body also naturally follows in that journey of comfort,
- 3:15:59Speaker 4: a feeling my hips, My hips feel really nice, and
- 3:16:07Speaker 4: also my light back as well. My light back really
- 3:16:13Speaker 4: feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in
- 3:16:18Speaker 4: a chair and there's no stretching as far as a
- 3:16:24Speaker 4: way that I'm doing. It's almost as if the muscles
- 3:16:27Speaker 4: are just relaxed so much that there is a natural
- 3:16:32Speaker 4: stretch as the tension has reduced a lot. And I'm
- 3:16:56Speaker 4: now going to count down ten down to one. You
- 3:17:04Speaker 4: can continue to fill waefully relaxed ten nine eight seven, six,
- 3:17:33Speaker 4: five four three two one. Relax because I'm just going
- 3:18:05Speaker 4: to count down from five down to one. And as
- 3:18:10Speaker 4: I countdown and just focus on the numbers, just the
- 3:18:17Speaker 4: numbers counting down, And notice how you feel in this
- 3:18:27Speaker 4: moment as you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that
- 3:18:34Speaker 4: those numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just
- 3:18:47Speaker 4: in your body, but also relaxing your mind.
- 3:18:55Speaker 8: Just notice how you feel.
- 3:18:57Speaker 4: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:19:03Speaker 4: to think about, starting with number five four three two one.
- 3:19:56Speaker 4: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:20:04Speaker 2: Letting go.
- 3:20:07Speaker 4: Of the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:20:14Speaker 4: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:20:21Speaker 4: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:20:30Speaker 4: that happens. It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:20:38Speaker 4: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax.
- 3:20:46Speaker 4: And the more your mid relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:20:50Speaker 4: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:21:01Speaker 4: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 3:21:09Speaker 4: if this background sounds, even your side online is still
- 3:21:17Speaker 4: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:21:22Speaker 4: the television on. There's no music in the background unless
- 3:21:27Speaker 4: you're listening to the recorded with music. Of course, you're
- 3:21:35Speaker 4: very likely not going to be sitting in a room
- 3:21:37Speaker 4: with other people. Of course you might be, but generally
- 3:21:42Speaker 4: it's more ideal if you can do this on your own,
- 3:21:47Speaker 4: so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:22:03Speaker 4: relaxation automatically rises. The sense of comfort starts to grow,
- 3:22:18Speaker 4: and without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 3:22:29Speaker 4: something magical, this is just a natural process, something that's
- 3:22:38Speaker 4: easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost the sense of
- 3:22:48Speaker 4: relaxing completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:22:57Speaker 4: It's not something that you can really force. Is something
- 3:23:03Speaker 4: that happens naturally. A part of the process of this
- 3:23:14Speaker 4: recording and others is simply to allow you to take
- 3:23:26Speaker 4: advantage of this space, this time, to just lego, to
- 3:23:44Speaker 4: just be here, to be in tune with how you feel,
- 3:23:58Speaker 4: yet with the intention of wanting to relax deeply, that
- 3:24:11Speaker 4: maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what it is
- 3:24:17Speaker 4: that you wish for yourself in this moment. As we know,
- 3:24:31Speaker 4: relaxing is the majority of the process of falling asleep.
- 3:24:42Speaker 4: The actually falling asleep part is the tiny bit at
- 3:24:46Speaker 4: the end. The deeper relaxed you become, the easier you
- 3:25:01Speaker 4: find yourself drifting. You can also if you choose to
- 3:25:16Speaker 4: stay focused on my voice and really enjoy the process,
- 3:25:37Speaker 4: congratually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly and just
- 3:26:09Speaker 4: observing the sensation of letting go completely this time, when
- 3:26:36Speaker 4: a count from six down to one, you can notice
- 3:26:46Speaker 4: your mind calming down more with each number that you
- 3:26:57Speaker 4: hear me saying, naturally can pays six five, being aware
- 3:30:08Speaker 4: of how your mind slowed right down, sinking deeply into relaxation.
- 3:30:41Speaker 4: As you focus on your mind.
- 3:30:43Speaker 16: And.
- 3:30:47Speaker 4: May notice that there are some thoughts still there, maybe
- 3:30:56Speaker 4: some stubborn.
- 3:30:57Speaker 11: Thoughts that.
- 3:31:01Speaker 4: For some reason perhaps need your attention, something you can
- 3:31:14Speaker 4: do is send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:31:32Speaker 1: With love.
- 3:31:34Speaker 4: My door petals for my flower. Just sprinkle over them petals,
- 3:31:41Speaker 4: feel good love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts murder,
- 3:31:51Speaker 4: You're not bending the number. You just need them. You
- 3:31:56Speaker 4: require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down
- 3:32:12Speaker 4: for now. So as you focus on those remaining thoughts
- 3:32:25Speaker 4: as we count down this time from seven down to one.
- 3:32:30Speaker 4: With each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:32:46Speaker 4: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:33:00Speaker 4: way relaxed day play. Every number, those thoughts will become
- 3:33:15Speaker 4: more and more relaxed, starting if number seven, six five.
- 3:36:03Speaker 4: Notice how relaxed your feeling in your body. We got
- 3:36:24Speaker 4: to focus on your hands because the more relaxed your
- 3:36:38Speaker 4: hands on, the more relaxed your body and mind. Dog
- 3:37:02Speaker 4: you focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing
- 3:37:13Speaker 4: needed to be done. There's no clutching the fists or
- 3:37:19Speaker 4: dents in the fingers or anything like that. It's just
- 3:37:29Speaker 4: noticing and focusing on your hands. Noticing the early film
- 3:37:58Speaker 4: because the more relaxed your hands fail, the calm many
- 3:38:09Speaker 4: mind feels, all confidences feel throughout your body may have
- 3:38:36Speaker 4: already notice mind is starting to drift us him just
- 3:39:19Speaker 4: on your hands and fingers, allowing them chap experience. I'm
- 3:39:37Speaker 4: real deepening of that relaxation in your hands and fingers
- 3:39:54Speaker 4: and more relaxed. With each number from eight nun one,
- 3:40:19Speaker 4: we can almost feel that healing, relaxing energy spread it
- 3:40:30Speaker 4: into your hands and fingers, becoming and relaxing. With each number.
- 3:40:53Speaker 13: You hear.
- 3:40:57Speaker 4: Going down, I hate down to one to drift him
- 3:41:11Speaker 4: drifting again, spot in wis.
- 3:41:31Speaker 2: I ate.
- 3:42:09Speaker 4: Seven. Just being here now, nothing to think about, nothing
- 3:45:27Speaker 4: to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calmer.
- 3:45:43Speaker 4: This is your natural state of being. This is how
- 3:45:51Speaker 4: you just normally feel. When you take away that other stuff.
- 3:46:01Speaker 21: That we add.
- 3:46:04Speaker 4: And the class stress of my head and thick anxiety
- 3:46:15Speaker 4: tension generally thinking about stuff. We take that away down
- 3:46:29Speaker 4: out we left with around sense of pasuens which comes
- 3:46:47Speaker 4: tear a good play because ultimately it's just a feeling,
- 3:47:01Speaker 4: feeling and comfort, almost as if you got inside yourself
- 3:47:09Speaker 4: be found a special place where everything is basiful place
- 3:47:25Speaker 4: week in the film relaxed and your natural sense of comfort.
- 3:47:36Speaker 4: Place we can be here, we can accept yourself when
- 3:47:46Speaker 4: any place where you're trying to please anybody else, and
- 3:48:00Speaker 4: place where you can actually just love yourself. In some
- 3:48:11Speaker 4: ways more importantly, you can like yourself, appreciate you, a
- 3:48:29Speaker 4: sense of gratitude, se the air around you. That's also
- 3:48:44Speaker 4: place where you can actually feel the healing energy soaking
- 3:48:55Speaker 4: into your body. Healing energy soaking into your body, the
- 3:49:13Speaker 4: healing energy spreads through your veins, traveling to each every
- 3:49:24Speaker 4: single part of your body, and you start to realize
- 3:49:35Speaker 4: that actually, a healing energy it's not just entered into
- 3:49:42Speaker 4: your brain, it's become part of your brain, and the
- 3:49:54Speaker 4: spinal fluid is now mixed with he energy, not just
- 3:50:08Speaker 4: allowing you to feel so much more relaxed and healthy
- 3:50:16Speaker 4: in this moment, but also you start to realize that
- 3:50:27Speaker 4: actually what's happening now without a healing, relaxing energy spreading
- 3:50:39Speaker 4: through your body, is actually changing your life, actually changing
- 3:50:52Speaker 4: the way you're going to feel, not just now, but
- 3:50:57Speaker 4: tomorrow in the next there's your health improves, not just
- 3:51:08Speaker 4: your physical health beyond mental health. Things that used to
- 3:51:16Speaker 4: bother you in the past, for some reason, no longer
- 3:51:23Speaker 4: have the effect that they used to because something has
- 3:51:30Speaker 4: changed deeper within you. Maybe things that used to cause
- 3:51:44Speaker 4: you to feel anger no longer have that power to
- 3:51:56Speaker 4: control you the way these seem to be able to before.
- 3:52:05Speaker 4: As you realize that you're the one who decides what
- 3:52:16Speaker 4: affects you, you're the one who decides to feel relaxed
- 3:52:29Speaker 4: and calm when you choose to enjoy noticing these natural
- 3:52:43Speaker 4: developments and the healing continue to grow and improve your
- 3:52:56Speaker 4: life day by day, include of course, your ability to
- 3:53:09Speaker 4: relax so much easier and sleep in it's the most
- 3:53:24Speaker 4: natural thing in the world to you because falling asleep
- 3:53:35Speaker 4: is something that you've done so many times in your life,
- 3:53:47Speaker 4: and you know that you're born as we all work
- 3:53:51Speaker 4: with the ability to fall asleep naturally, with that ability
- 3:54:08Speaker 4: to just drift off into a deep, healing sleep. Even
- 3:54:22Speaker 4: when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep and we don't
- 3:54:27Speaker 4: even want to try to stay awake. Maybe it's a
- 3:54:33Speaker 4: birthday in the morning though it's Christmas or holiday or
- 3:54:38Speaker 4: something we look forward to and don't want to go
- 3:54:40Speaker 4: to sleep. But the more we want to stay awake,
- 3:54:48Speaker 4: the more we just start to drift, and the more
- 3:54:55Speaker 4: he finds drifting. We try to stop yourself un drift asleep.
- 3:55:02Speaker 4: The deeper and strong without drifting becomes. Because we're born
- 3:55:14Speaker 4: not just with the need to relax deeply, but to
- 3:55:20Speaker 4: naturally fall asleep. But it's our birthright as part of
- 3:55:30Speaker 4: our DNA, and sometimes as we get older in life,
- 3:55:42Speaker 4: perhaps at times we have forgotten the relaxing completely. It's
- 3:55:56Speaker 4: not only wonderfully please experience, it's also really easy. It's
- 3:56:21Speaker 4: very very easy to let go, because that's what it is.
- 3:56:28Speaker 2: It's just.
- 3:56:32Speaker 4: Deciding until let go. And when you press the play
- 3:56:44Speaker 4: button on my recordings, you have given permission from my
- 3:56:54Speaker 4: voice to relax. You pressed that play button, you've given
- 3:57:04Speaker 4: me permission for my words to effect in a positive,
- 3:57:20Speaker 4: only a positive way, opening up your mind to useful.
- 3:57:40Speaker 1: And healing.
- 3:57:44Speaker 4: Suggestions. They can have such an amazing effect when how
- 3:58:00Speaker 4: you feel right now, as well as those changes that
- 3:58:12Speaker 4: continue long after the recording ends, those changes within you
- 3:58:25Speaker 4: to continue to flourish and grow, transforming your life in positive,
- 3:58:41Speaker 4: beautiful way, allowing you to move forward in your life
- 3:58:52Speaker 4: in the direction that you choose for yourself. And this feeling,
- 3:59:10Speaker 4: this feeling that you can experience a safety, comfort, calmness.
- 3:59:26Speaker 4: This feels so nice, such a healthy place to be,
- 3:59:48Speaker 4: and that postivity grows within you. Every day. Moving forward,
- 4:00:10Speaker 4: you're going to find that you're all relaxed physically and
- 4:00:21Speaker 4: in your mind it's all relaxed. And it's not that
- 4:00:30Speaker 4: you're thinking slower. It's just that your mind would be
- 4:00:35Speaker 4: less knocked down with unnecessary negativity because from now on,
- 4:00:48Speaker 4: your mind rejects negativity. From now you're going to start
- 4:00:58Speaker 4: noticing when negativity arises, and you can just say stop, stop,
- 4:01:17Speaker 4: and that negativity will turn around and believe you stop
- 4:01:37Speaker 4: and that negativity disappear. And did you notice that you
- 4:01:53Speaker 4: feel way more laxed than you probably except expected. You
- 4:02:06Speaker 4: can now congratulate yourself because you're the person that has
- 4:02:16Speaker 4: done this. You are the one that has opened your
- 4:02:23Speaker 4: mind up to the simple facts. You can feel more
- 4:02:32Speaker 4: relaxed in your body and in your mind. You've opened
- 4:02:42Speaker 4: your mind up to the birthright of being able to
- 4:02:48Speaker 4: just fall asleep easily when you choose. And that's a
- 4:03:05Speaker 4: nice feeling.
- 4:03:07Speaker 13: Don't you think.
- 4:03:10Speaker 4: It feels nice? Doesn't it? To feel.
- 4:03:17Speaker 2: Calm?
- 4:03:19Speaker 4: Who hears the energy is spreading through your body in
- 4:03:24Speaker 4: your mind to spend time a special place where negativity
- 4:03:41Speaker 4: can no longer enter. Negativity is banned, It's barred, it's
- 4:03:54Speaker 4: not allowed. Intrigue doesn't it doesn't. This doesn't deserve to
- 4:04:01Speaker 4: be here, doesn't.
- 4:04:02Speaker 21: Be young here.
- 4:04:07Speaker 4: Negativity has no place in your life, which makes room
- 4:04:22Speaker 4: for more comfort or hearing, or relaxation or peace. It
- 4:04:53Speaker 4: feels nice, doesn't it?
- 4:04:56Speaker 23: Just he go.
- 4:05:02Speaker 4: With everything. I'm gonna count down now from twenty down
- 4:05:22Speaker 4: to one. You can continue to relax. If he cheers,
- 4:05:32Speaker 4: you can dreg to sleep. With every number he'd be saved,
- 4:05:50Speaker 4: you can fill twice as relaxed, or if you choose,
- 4:05:58Speaker 4: you can fill ris sleeping twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen six
- 4:06:49Speaker 4: stay fifty four t say two eleven, two nine, eight
- 4:08:04Speaker 4: seven six five. This is your time to just take
- 4:09:07Speaker 4: a break, your time relax, to allow your mind to
- 4:09:23Speaker 4: slow down, to give yourself permission to take a break
- 4:09:45Speaker 4: from everything. And you're the only person that can make
- 4:09:54Speaker 4: that decision. You're the only person that can actually tell
- 4:10:00Speaker 4: your mind just relax, to just take some time off
- 4:10:30Speaker 4: so that you can focus on your body, get in
- 4:10:35Speaker 4: touch with how you feel physically and in the process
- 4:10:50Speaker 4: of this body scared where you focus on different parts
- 4:10:57Speaker 4: of your body, those parts that you focus on and observe,
- 4:11:11Speaker 4: even though you're not perposey requesting those parts of your
- 4:11:20Speaker 4: body to relax, it's kind of expected. You expect when
- 4:11:29Speaker 4: you listen to my worst to feel more worst naturally,
- 4:11:42Speaker 4: because when you're listening to me, your attention is focused
- 4:11:52Speaker 4: on my words, and there's my words guide you to
- 4:12:03Speaker 4: focus on those parts of your body. Your focus increases,
- 4:12:23Speaker 4: which actually calms your mind. When your mind calms down,
- 4:12:44Speaker 4: your body relaxes, and when your body clumps down, my
- 4:13:06Speaker 4: mind relaxes. Though really started to focus on your body.
- 4:13:28Speaker 4: Can already feel that he had energy spreading through your body,
- 4:13:44Speaker 4: pushing out stress, attention. He all the parts of your body, pleading, skin, bones, blood,
- 4:14:08Speaker 4: all of your audians inside your body, of the muscles,
- 4:14:14Speaker 4: all of the fat, of everything, every hair on your
- 4:14:22Speaker 4: body is filled with that heal and energy. Knowing your
- 4:14:35Speaker 4: brain fills without heal and energy, feed and comfort. Relaxation increases,
- 4:15:06Speaker 4: day increases in a way that your mind starts to
- 4:15:24Speaker 4: fill perhaps been to rousing because it's not needed. They
- 4:15:41Speaker 4: starts to drill. If that's what's needed, it's if you're
- 4:16:00Speaker 4: listening to this, we need is deep relaxation. That's where
- 4:16:07Speaker 4: you get before you need is to fall asleep naturally
- 4:16:16Speaker 4: and easily, that your mind drifts. That's also what happened
- 4:16:31Speaker 4: because by pressing out play button on the podcast and
- 4:16:39Speaker 4: listening to me give permission your body and your mind
- 4:16:49Speaker 4: in fact give the command to your body and your
- 4:16:58Speaker 4: mind to drives deeply, to drift off to sleep, if
- 4:17:12Speaker 4: that's what he wants need ems I focus on different
- 4:17:29Speaker 4: parts of your body. You may start to just drift
- 4:17:44Speaker 4: and then you come back again. You gave me talk again,
- 4:17:50Speaker 4: focusing on a different parts of your body. You may
- 4:18:01Speaker 4: I'm just so drifting, being realized, drifting into your song,
- 4:18:11Speaker 4: drifting d live again to the voice, like I said,
- 4:18:20Speaker 4: what a different part of your body spots to RelA
- 4:18:25Speaker 4: safety because I'm drifted. It's basically already in the sleep sound.
- 4:18:45Speaker 4: And the more you drift, the long you drift, the
- 4:18:50Speaker 4: longer you draft. Had shame. I drifted continuous, get to sleep,
- 4:19:06Speaker 4: and that's the lusture to become your time. When you've
- 4:19:18Speaker 4: experienced the I about to sleep. If you don't have
- 4:19:30Speaker 4: to sleep, it's strange, pleasant relax, deep sleep f teraxensday
- 4:20:07Speaker 4: mind as you feel that he which is spreading through
- 4:20:19Speaker 4: xies deeply excites restart. Focus your eyes dat shops, chicks, ships,
- 4:22:28Speaker 4: sis sistes spreading side your body. You now spocus again
- 4:23:28Speaker 4: parts of your body, focusing this time on your forehead.
- 4:23:43Speaker 4: Now on your mouth, your lips, A hold of your mouth.
- 4:24:05Speaker 4: Focus said on your fingers. Maybe you get if you
- 4:24:16Speaker 4: think it's Lopez. You can focus on each one individually,
- 4:24:28Speaker 4: both hands and even though it should focus on both
- 4:24:35Speaker 4: of your hands now always seemed to just melt into one.
- 4:24:47Speaker 4: Maybe your right hands started left hand and asked as
- 4:24:55Speaker 4: if just mix stigep alphas, just like as Alf said,
- 4:25:35Speaker 4: cos you said focus, just see fais s.
- 4:26:22Speaker 12: S sec six.
- 4:27:32Speaker 4: Ships tost like you said, I say fis not to
- 4:30:04Speaker 4: say your mind fails. Let him go, let him go,
- 4:30:57Speaker 4: Let's say everything, let thing go, leting go, leting go, everything. Everything.
- 4:31:53Speaker 4: We can start now, and like you, just the first
- 4:31:57Speaker 4: we'll just to see itself. Lying down on the message table,
- 4:32:06Speaker 4: lying up in front. Your head is supported, your arms
- 4:32:10Speaker 4: are supported, and you feel comfortable, and breathing is really easy,
- 4:32:22Speaker 4: and you feel you feel confident in how you look
- 4:32:29Speaker 4: as well. So there's none of that issue of body
- 4:32:32Speaker 4: problems or shyness because I'm a professional and this is
- 4:32:42Speaker 4: a therapy session, so none of that stuff matters on whatsoever.
- 4:32:51Speaker 4: This is about you. This is about how you feel,
- 4:32:58Speaker 4: how you can enjoy that sense of comfort and relaxation
- 4:33:06Speaker 4: that comes from letting go and allowing my hands and
- 4:33:13Speaker 4: my fingers to relax you by message. Your body soon
- 4:33:26Speaker 4: starts off. Just by placing my hands on the back
- 4:33:31Speaker 4: of your head, just gently, just so you can feel
- 4:33:36Speaker 4: my hands feel like really on you, so you can
- 4:33:45Speaker 4: maybe feel the warmth of my hands on the back
- 4:33:47Speaker 4: of your head. With my hands the side of your head,
- 4:33:54Speaker 4: not pressing, but just holding there very gently, maybe over
- 4:34:01Speaker 4: your ears, and a little bit on your face, just
- 4:34:04Speaker 4: so you can feel my hands so you can become
- 4:34:10Speaker 4: accustomed to them. And now I'll put my hands on
- 4:34:23Speaker 4: the back of your head again and gently let them
- 4:34:27Speaker 4: slide down onto the back of your neck. You can
- 4:34:40Speaker 4: feel my hands gently stroke in the back of your
- 4:34:50Speaker 4: neck and start with just so you can get used
- 4:34:56Speaker 4: to the feeling my hands on your skin, get accustomed
- 4:35:02Speaker 4: to realize that you're safe and it's all good, it's
- 4:35:10Speaker 4: all fine. And I want to start gimply messaging the
- 4:35:21Speaker 4: muscles in the back of your neck with both hands.
- 4:35:37Speaker 4: And this is a very trusting situation really, because our
- 4:35:43Speaker 4: necks are so fragile to have someone have their hands
- 4:35:49Speaker 4: around your neck in that way and sometimes be problematic
- 4:35:54Speaker 4: for people, which is why messages are quite good because
- 4:36:00Speaker 4: allows you to relax and to get in touch with trust,
- 4:36:14Speaker 4: to feel peaceful and calm. There's a massage the side
- 4:36:27Speaker 4: of your neck, gently moving from the bottom of your neck.
- 4:36:37Speaker 4: It would be sort of near where your shoulders start.
- 4:36:39Speaker 4: I guess all the way up to your jaw is
- 4:36:47Speaker 4: kind of area on the side of your neck. Of course,
- 4:36:53Speaker 4: it's a lot longer than the front of your neck.
- 4:37:08Speaker 4: The message in the back of your neck, especially that
- 4:37:15Speaker 4: area where perhaps we hold tension, and there's that area's message.
- 4:37:25Speaker 4: You can actually feel a sense of release in the
- 4:37:29Speaker 4: back of your neck. Maybe you can breathe it out
- 4:37:38Speaker 4: as well, not to say how it feels, not just
- 4:37:42Speaker 4: how you feel. They're moving down to that area between
- 4:37:56Speaker 4: your neck and your shoulders, that must area. Starting to
- 4:38:04Speaker 4: message that area on both sides. This would be the
- 4:38:11Speaker 4: area that a lot of people would message if they
- 4:38:14Speaker 4: were going to give you, like a shoulder message. Even
- 4:38:19Speaker 4: that's not technically the shoulders, but it's all the muscles
- 4:38:23Speaker 4: that lead to the shoulders from the neck and a
- 4:38:29Speaker 4: game that can hold tension and stress, and when massaged
- 4:38:36Speaker 4: sometimes a nice deep message is useful, and you decide
- 4:38:43Speaker 4: how deep that message is. Just allow my knuckles just
- 4:39:02Speaker 4: to dig in to get to those muscles and to
- 4:39:06Speaker 4: really relaxed up all the time being firm yet gentle
- 4:39:18Speaker 4: with just striking down the area to your actual shoulders.
- 4:39:39Speaker 4: Moving to the muscles of your shoulders, and maybe initially
- 4:39:49Speaker 4: just pulling up my shoulders a little bit off the table,
- 4:39:55Speaker 4: just to give you a little bit of a stretch.
- 4:39:59Speaker 2: Of a chin.
- 4:40:00Speaker 4: Then you've got the muscles at the front of your shoulders,
- 4:40:09Speaker 4: the sides of the bank. Again, this is the part
- 4:40:21Speaker 4: that you can really take quite a bit of pressure,
- 4:40:26Speaker 4: quite a bit of needed if if you wish to
- 4:40:34Speaker 4: really release the tension to really get into those muscles,
- 4:40:45Speaker 4: put your fingers in there. You feel really nice. Sometimes
- 4:40:52Speaker 4: it's just being stroked gently, being messaged quite strongly. You
- 4:41:03Speaker 4: can all be beneficial.
- 4:41:05Speaker 11: To the real conversation.
- 4:41:12Speaker 4: With the muscles in your shoulders. Now you move down
- 4:41:25Speaker 4: your arms. Were doing one arm at a time, starting
- 4:41:35Speaker 4: with your right arm. What I do is I just
- 4:41:46Speaker 4: lift your arm up, just hold it to the side
- 4:41:49Speaker 4: of you. I would still be attached, and I just
- 4:41:56Speaker 4: message the tops of your arms all the way down
- 4:42:11Speaker 4: to your forearms into your wrists. Generally massage in that parts,
- 4:42:38Speaker 4: the softer part, which is the underpart of the arm,
- 4:42:45Speaker 4: which leads to the crease in your rowbo the inside.
- 4:42:50Speaker 4: It's much more sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that stroked
- 4:43:08Speaker 4: I feel really nice, pleasurable and relaxing. Now moving down
- 4:43:25Speaker 4: to your right hand, just holding your hand in both
- 4:43:37Speaker 4: of my hands, just pressing gently on the back of
- 4:43:47Speaker 4: your hand, stretching your fingers ever solidly at the same
- 4:43:58Speaker 4: time pressing down and massaging each finger, and then starting
- 4:44:14Speaker 4: to massage the palms and the hand. Just turning the hand,
- 4:44:27Speaker 4: stretching it gently and actually having your hand held. Can
- 4:44:37Speaker 4: it really be an emotional experience sometimes even if it
- 4:44:44Speaker 4: is a stranger, So when you don't know very well,
- 4:44:49Speaker 4: like a massage person or a therapist, maybe because it's intimate,
- 4:45:04Speaker 4: you can feel nice, you can feel safe. As I
- 4:45:17Speaker 4: put that right arm back down where it was, we
- 4:45:26Speaker 4: did the same with your left arm, thankfully, the same
- 4:45:37Speaker 4: assidey and the muscles, and you are all the way down, dear,
- 4:45:44Speaker 4: rest striking inside of your own just being gentle, was
- 4:45:59Speaker 4: furnish you requiet, and then messaging your left hand, stretching
- 4:46:19Speaker 4: the fingers gently, massage in the palm of your left hand.
- 4:46:41Speaker 4: You feel so so relaxing, so content. I'll just rest
- 4:47:10Speaker 4: your left arm back down, start to message your back,
- 4:47:24Speaker 4: the biggest part of your body, starting at the top,
- 4:47:35Speaker 4: starting a game where you would have been the area
- 4:47:39Speaker 4: at the top and between your shoulders, your egg going back.
- 4:47:47Speaker 4: Message in the area again, but this time moving downwards,
- 4:47:58Speaker 4: making it downwards. Stroke to the middle of a back.
- 4:48:07Speaker 4: Working for me outside inwards, massage in that your back,
- 4:48:15Speaker 4: but the outside of your back paths. Your arms will
- 4:48:28Speaker 4: maybe rest against almost the path that connects your front
- 4:48:41Speaker 4: to your back. Just massaging down firmly but gently. It's
- 4:48:59Speaker 4: a firm you want. Moving down and moving across a
- 4:49:07Speaker 4: little bed and moving all the way down again, be
- 4:49:11Speaker 4: very gentle. You have a few cheers. Eventually even get
- 4:49:24Speaker 4: to the spine. We can message the muscles on either
- 4:49:29Speaker 4: side of your spine from the top of your neck
- 4:49:33Speaker 4: or the way down to your lower back. We can
- 4:49:44Speaker 4: do that a few times. Sometimes people juice the knuckle
- 4:49:55Speaker 4: or the you know, the two fingers and just go
- 4:49:59Speaker 4: your side of the spine, almost just pushed down, go
- 4:50:05Speaker 4: all the way down to the bottom of the spine,
- 4:50:08Speaker 4: each time releasing the tension and opening up the body,
- 4:50:17Speaker 4: stretching your body so that you feel more relaxed but
- 4:50:26Speaker 4: at the same time rejuvenated. And now I'm going to
- 4:50:42Speaker 4: move to one side, to your right side, and from
- 4:50:51Speaker 4: the bottom of your lips to your pelvis. We're gonna
- 4:50:57Speaker 4: message that area of your back. I'll stretch over the
- 4:51:03Speaker 4: other side and I will pull the muscles gently the
- 4:51:08Speaker 4: message push from one end that side or way to
- 4:51:14Speaker 4: my side to the middle of the fact to where
- 4:51:18Speaker 4: your spine is massaging that side of your spine the
- 4:51:25Speaker 4: opposite side to where I'm standing. It's almost likely leading bread.
- 4:51:34Speaker 4: There's a big area which is firm yet lots there
- 4:51:40Speaker 4: to message. Potentially one of the most important places to
- 4:51:50Speaker 4: actually have a message, because you really feel it, really
- 4:51:58Speaker 4: feel the release and the pleasure of having your lower
- 4:52:03Speaker 4: back massaged. It releases so much from your body that's
- 4:52:12Speaker 4: not useful, starting a healing process which will continue long
- 4:52:21Speaker 4: after this recording is over. The message in this part
- 4:52:34Speaker 4: of your body not only feels really good for you,
- 4:52:39Speaker 4: it's actually fun to do because it is, as I said,
- 4:52:44Speaker 4: like kneading bread. It's a part that you can really
- 4:52:49Speaker 4: get hold of and really massage deeply. If that's your choice.
- 4:53:05Speaker 4: They're not going to move over to the other side
- 4:53:07Speaker 4: of your body and do the same with the opposite
- 4:53:13Speaker 4: part of your lower back. Needing and messaging from your
- 4:53:23Speaker 4: side away in the middle of your back where your
- 4:53:30Speaker 4: spine is pressing and needing, firm and gentle at the
- 4:53:44Speaker 4: same time. It feels so releasing this mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness,
- 4:54:00Speaker 4: vexation or mixed together. Plus there's that feeling from your
- 4:54:11Speaker 4: stomach that is being stretched. Even though you're in your
- 4:54:16Speaker 4: stomach now you can feeling being stretched because the whole
- 4:54:21Speaker 4: area is connected.
- 4:54:22Speaker 24: To your stomach.
- 4:54:32Speaker 4: Now we're going to move or move further up to
- 4:54:37Speaker 4: the top of your body, and we did the same
- 4:54:41Speaker 4: this time, starting with upper back. Put my hands forward
- 4:54:50Speaker 4: over and massive massage in that area up to your spine,
- 4:54:58Speaker 4: from the side of your body up to your spine.
- 4:55:03Speaker 4: So someone have the message area, the muscle tissue, whatever
- 4:55:10Speaker 4: fatty tissue even will be possibly from your chest. It's
- 4:55:15Speaker 4: all connected. The chest and the back connect together. I'm
- 4:55:22Speaker 4: going to be massaging and just pulling some of that
- 4:55:26Speaker 4: skin from your side up the massaging the area of
- 4:55:37Speaker 4: your upper back all the way into your spine. And
- 4:55:45Speaker 4: then I'll move down a bit and I'll continue with
- 4:55:48Speaker 4: the middle of your back doing exactly the same thing.
- 4:55:55Speaker 4: There's gentle as deep as you choose. Now I'll move
- 4:56:09Speaker 4: from the other side again and do the exact same
- 4:56:13Speaker 4: thing with the top of your back on the other
- 4:56:17Speaker 4: side from pretty much underneath you are are you really
- 4:56:31Speaker 4: to your spine, and they continue in that all the
- 4:56:41Speaker 4: way down, including the lower your middle of your back.
- 4:57:00Speaker 4: I'm gonna go to your thighs, the backs of your thighs,
- 4:57:08Speaker 4: and the size of your thighs, starting with your right
- 4:57:15Speaker 4: leg lesage the back and the sides of your thighs
- 4:57:27Speaker 4: gently and firmly. There's a lot of muscles there. Scenario
- 4:57:34Speaker 4: that can be very tense at times and maybe needs
- 4:57:38Speaker 4: a little bit more pressure than the rest of the
- 4:57:41Speaker 4: body that's up to you. You can gently strike the
- 4:57:50Speaker 4: back of your legs where you know obviously your knee
- 4:57:57Speaker 4: joints underneath your knee joins it very sensitive, gentle area,
- 4:58:11Speaker 4: and working down to your calf muscles. Massage in your
- 4:58:19Speaker 4: calf muscles thoroughly and deeply, if you choose, using both
- 4:58:28Speaker 4: hands fingers, digging deep to your ankles at the back
- 4:58:47Speaker 4: of your back of your ankles, just generally massage in
- 4:58:54Speaker 4: that area, maybe lifting the leg and stretching a little bit.
- 4:59:16Speaker 4: Moving to the right foot, massagy and the bottom of
- 4:59:31Speaker 4: your feet and the size of your feet. Gentle but
- 4:59:47Speaker 4: firm enough so they don't ticle. Just now the pleasure
- 4:59:58Speaker 4: that you get from then your feet message to just
- 5:00:04Speaker 4: overtake you as I continue to message your feet, the
- 5:00:13Speaker 4: bottoms of your feet, the sides, your arches, your heel.
- 5:00:23Speaker 4: You can put a lot of pressure into your heel
- 5:00:26Speaker 4: and it feels amazing, Yet the arches need to be
- 5:00:31Speaker 4: a bit more gentle. Stretching your toes gently the message
- 5:00:43Speaker 4: in the bottoms of your toes with my fingers, each
- 5:00:49Speaker 4: one individually. Moving over to the left leg to do
- 5:01:03Speaker 4: exactly the same thing. Starting at the top of the thighs,
- 5:01:14Speaker 4: work in the back of the thighs and the sides.
- 5:01:18Speaker 4: Massageant deeply and gently the whole area, working all the
- 5:01:29Speaker 4: way down. And this is an area that maybe you
- 5:01:42Speaker 4: could like to spend more time relaxing the message. So
- 5:01:50Speaker 4: perhaps if you wanted, like a bigger future recording one,
- 5:01:56Speaker 4: spend more time on one particular area. She moved down
- 5:02:08Speaker 4: to calf muscles. Massage your calf muscles and gently moved
- 5:02:28Speaker 4: down drinklet your feet, massage backs of your feet, bumbles
- 5:02:40Speaker 4: of your feet, stretching your toes and massage in each
- 5:02:50Speaker 4: toe individually. The feeling of pleasure and release, the experience
- 5:02:59Speaker 4: with your head, your feet massaged. Feels really good. Now
- 5:03:21Speaker 4: if she turned over her in your mind, laying on
- 5:03:25Speaker 4: your back, She's gonna start again your unique area in
- 5:03:45Speaker 4: your shoulders, just to get back in touch of that area.
- 5:04:01Speaker 4: As you move up, I can clean my hands with
- 5:04:12Speaker 4: a little fresh He's now gonna massage your face dimply,
- 5:04:23Speaker 4: starting off your forehead. Your eyes are closed, Just stretch
- 5:04:37Speaker 4: your eyes a little bit, pushing up with your eyebrows.
- 5:04:48Speaker 4: Just massage in around, just scalp, massaging down your cheeks,
- 5:05:00Speaker 4: around your ears, into your chaw gently the sides of
- 5:05:13Speaker 4: your neck chin, and just move it down your neck
- 5:05:36Speaker 4: down to your chest, starting to put my side in
- 5:05:42Speaker 4: the very top of your chest where the collar bone is.
- 5:05:52Speaker 4: Either side of the collarbone.
- 5:05:59Speaker 13: Hm.
- 5:06:02Speaker 4: They just messide in the hole of the chest, moving
- 5:06:15Speaker 4: the chest around. Because it's quite a large area. You
- 5:06:29Speaker 4: can move from one side to the next. Moving my
- 5:06:37Speaker 4: heads underneath you pretty much rearms up, stretching up, stretching
- 5:06:50Speaker 4: some of the muscles of your back in the process,
- 5:06:58Speaker 4: moving up over your chest and then moving down again.
- 5:07:19Speaker 4: Then allowed my hands to just massage gently and slide
- 5:07:25Speaker 4: down towards your stomach, starting in the middle of your chest,
- 5:07:35Speaker 4: and then gradually my head's moving apart and a massage
- 5:07:42Speaker 4: and sliding at the same time, moving down to just
- 5:07:51Speaker 4: below your red cage, moving down the messaging up a game,
- 5:08:10Speaker 4: giving you a chest all the attention when it needs
- 5:08:17Speaker 4: to feel completely relaxed, remembering that more circularly, focusing on
- 5:08:32Speaker 4: your sides as well, an area that really doesn't get
- 5:08:37Speaker 4: much attention to feel really good when it's massaged. Just
- 5:08:49Speaker 4: stroking my hands down the sides of your body, just
- 5:08:57Speaker 4: below your arms, all the way down to hips. Now
- 5:09:11Speaker 4: move into your stomach area. Can stand one side of
- 5:09:17Speaker 4: you like I did when I digital lower back, with
- 5:09:22Speaker 4: a similar process of just stretching the muscles from your side,
- 5:09:32Speaker 4: gently massaging from one side to the next.
- 5:09:43Speaker 25: Move in.
- 5:09:46Speaker 4: The whole area from below your ribs all the way
- 5:09:51Speaker 4: down to blow your belly button. Move around to the
- 5:10:02Speaker 4: outside of you, and repeat that process of relaxing deeply, calmly.
- 5:10:21Speaker 4: You feel loose, You feel free. There's something about having
- 5:10:29Speaker 4: your stomach message that's different from any other parts, because
- 5:10:37Speaker 4: we do have a tendency fold in a different kind
- 5:10:42Speaker 4: of stress in your stomach that we may not be
- 5:10:46Speaker 4: aware of. There's an old message your stomach in front
- 5:10:57Speaker 4: of your stomach, making circles around your belly bottom, then
- 5:11:10Speaker 4: going the other way around the gentleness and of freedom
- 5:11:21Speaker 4: that comes from feeling how you're feeling. There's a now
- 5:11:32Speaker 4: moved down the tops of your thighs, muscles, massage in them.
- 5:11:42Speaker 4: I can do this to your legs at the same time,
- 5:11:47Speaker 4: pressing down, massaging deeply those muscles in your thighs that's
- 5:11:57Speaker 4: right of your thighs, and moving down to your knees,
- 5:12:06Speaker 4: gently massaging your knees. Sliding down your shins, pressure on
- 5:12:19Speaker 4: either side of your shins gently, softly but firmly, moving
- 5:12:31Speaker 4: down to your ankles, stroking the tops of your feet,
- 5:12:47Speaker 4: and then with each foot in each hand, just gently
- 5:12:52Speaker 4: massaging the whole of the foot, up the bottom, your heel,
- 5:13:03Speaker 4: your ankle, your toes, let's search in every part of
- 5:13:10Speaker 4: your feet. Feels so good to still let go an
- 5:13:20Speaker 4: enjoy the process, enjoy fear so deeply relaxed, so much comfort,
- 5:13:46Speaker 4: So many feelings become just from touching your skin, and
- 5:14:03Speaker 4: you can just lie there as long as you choose
- 5:14:13Speaker 4: enjoy the feeling of deep comfort being massaged.
- 5:14:25Speaker 1: I mean.
- 5:14:32Speaker 4: Enjoy feeling deeply ras and all we're gonna do is
- 5:14:58Speaker 4: blow out some candles. In your mind, there's going to
- 5:15:14Speaker 4: be a hundred candles, and you're going to blow each
- 5:15:25Speaker 4: one out individually, one by one, starting at one hundred.
- 5:15:36Speaker 4: As I counted down all the way down to one.
- 5:15:48Speaker 4: At least time I say the number, you can imagine
- 5:15:57Speaker 4: that candle in front of you, and I'd like you
- 5:16:04Speaker 4: to actually physically gently blow that candle out, just so
- 5:16:23Speaker 4: it's not big blows, just a gentle, and that candle
- 5:16:34Speaker 4: will extinguish. And then I'll say the next number we
- 5:16:43Speaker 4: moved down, then you just blow that one out as well.
- 5:17:00Speaker 4: And as we move down the numbers, you'll find yourself
- 5:17:09Speaker 4: feeding more and more relaxed.
- 5:17:15Speaker 13: If you need.
- 5:17:18Speaker 4: To sleep, you also find yourself becoming incredibly tired and sleeping.
- 5:17:31Speaker 4: In fact, you may struggle to blow out all one
- 5:17:38Speaker 4: hundred of these candles as you feel more and more
- 5:17:55Speaker 4: deeply next, more more deep tied, and the fur go down.
- 5:18:27Speaker 11: The more.
- 5:18:29Speaker 4: Your mind starts to drift, you may find that stop
- 5:18:43Speaker 4: listening to me after a while, and even though that
- 5:18:57Speaker 4: maybe background sounds you are, you'll be aware of those
- 5:19:06Speaker 4: sounds at the moment he may start just w even
- 5:19:26Speaker 4: notice them at all because they are unimportant where I am.
- 5:19:47Speaker 4: Look at the sounds of the birds this or horrist
- 5:19:52Speaker 4: the pigeon likes to say, I know sometimes unless your
- 5:20:01Speaker 4: play that goes by, maybe traffic trains in the distance,
- 5:20:18Speaker 4: and that's see, it is important whatsoever or candles you
- 5:20:30Speaker 4: blow out, less important anything is or candles you blow out.
- 5:20:49Speaker 4: The fury seem to move away, sounds, general date days,
- 5:21:11Speaker 4: stuff seems to just be a way on its side.
- 5:21:26Speaker 4: She feel.
- 5:21:31Speaker 11: Calm.
- 5:21:35Speaker 4: Every can blow out ding the next number the hey say,
- 5:22:04Speaker 4: and then you buy that candle helped to sis so simple.
- 5:22:32Speaker 4: You'll get start by introducing the first candle some hundred
- 5:22:51Speaker 4: first candle SIUs one hundred. When you blow that candle out,
- 5:23:13Speaker 4: you'll find immediately a slight change now as well as
- 5:23:31Speaker 4: a real sense of positivity crying within you, relaxation of
- 5:23:48Speaker 4: sleepiness expanding starting one hundred. I can't do no nineteen
- 5:24:32Speaker 4: nine can ninety eight like seven NS might two nine,
- 5:29:21Speaker 4: iait nine.

- 6:07:52Speaker 4: se served six stay sh s can or let go
- 6:21:46Speaker 4: of all of those thoughts, worries, concerns about the past,
- 6:21:54Speaker 4: thoughts about the future, and even things you've been thinking
- 6:21:59Speaker 4: about today. Just let it all go because none of
- 6:22:06Speaker 4: it is useful in this moment. This is your opportunity
- 6:22:21Speaker 4: to just focus on feeling relaxed, allowing yourself to get
- 6:22:36Speaker 4: in touch with that natural sense of peace that we
- 6:22:45Speaker 4: all have within us. It's available for everyone. It just
- 6:22:52Speaker 4: sometimes takes a little bit of effort to set up
- 6:22:57Speaker 4: the right time and place in order for you to
- 6:23:04Speaker 4: just let go. Because what you do decide to let
- 6:23:12Speaker 4: go relax. That's what your body starts to do because
- 6:23:21Speaker 4: you've chosen, You've chosen to just allow your body to
- 6:23:29Speaker 4: unwind and your mind starts to slow down. And it's
- 6:23:37Speaker 4: a nice feeling. It's a nice feeling at the beginning,
- 6:23:42Speaker 4: just to know that you have chosen to decide to
- 6:23:51Speaker 4: relax deeply because you've made that decision, your body or
- 6:24:00Speaker 4: just follow suit, because sometimes all the muscles in your
- 6:24:06Speaker 4: body need is just permission from you to relax. Because
- 6:24:16Speaker 4: so often we're busy, we're going from here to there,
- 6:24:21Speaker 4: we're walking around, and we're doing stuff, and the body
- 6:24:27Speaker 4: doesn't have any time space to really relax deeply. So
- 6:24:38Speaker 4: it kind of waits for you to lead the way,
- 6:24:43Speaker 4: waits for your permission. And when you do give your permission,
- 6:24:55Speaker 4: when you give the say so, when you say okay,
- 6:24:59Speaker 4: it's time for your body to let go completely relax totally,
- 6:25:11Speaker 4: your body just follows something like a breath of relief.
- 6:25:19Speaker 4: Are relax. That's feeling at the end of a day,
- 6:25:29Speaker 4: of very physical day that you made experience in the past,
- 6:25:34Speaker 4: where you get home and you just sit down in
- 6:25:37Speaker 4: a chair, maybe you kick your shoes off and feels
- 6:25:42Speaker 4: so nice. Know that you don't have to get up
- 6:25:47Speaker 4: again for a little while at least if you choose,
- 6:25:52Speaker 4: you can just sit there for me an hour to
- 6:25:58Speaker 4: feels bliss And just by sitting down like that, your
- 6:26:10Speaker 4: body knows that it's time to relax. Your body has
- 6:26:16Speaker 4: been given permission from you. Because it's a mindset in
- 6:26:23Speaker 4: your mind, you're prepared to let go of everything and
- 6:26:35Speaker 4: just completely allow all the stress of your body to evaporate.
- 6:26:47Speaker 4: An intensions can just gradually vanish. Talk most like magic, really,
- 6:27:07Speaker 4: because that sense of relaxation in your body, it's a
- 6:27:14Speaker 4: very natural state. It's not something unusual. It may feel
- 6:27:20Speaker 4: unusual when you first start to relax, you if you
- 6:27:24Speaker 4: haven't really spent a lot of time focusing and giving
- 6:27:30Speaker 4: yourself this space to let go completely and relax. They
- 6:27:35Speaker 4: seem the most s falium, but it isn't. It's actually
- 6:27:43Speaker 4: the most natural thing in the world to lego completely,
- 6:27:50Speaker 4: to relax totally, most natural thing in the world to
- 6:28:00Speaker 4: allow yourself to feel really calm in your mind. And
- 6:28:13Speaker 4: it is almost like a literal unwinding. Slightly press a
- 6:28:21Speaker 4: button and all the tension just releases. It's like a
- 6:28:30Speaker 4: wheel like a cog like the inside of the clock,
- 6:28:34Speaker 4: just untwinding, and he's watched. I could see that the
- 6:28:39Speaker 4: little wind up, not that it's used, just going the
- 6:28:44Speaker 4: opposite way, the energy used to wind it up, and
- 6:28:50Speaker 4: the energy that primetic stress for energy gradually winding down,
- 6:29:01Speaker 4: losing its power, losing its strength. There's a sense of relaxation.
- 6:29:09Speaker 4: Become stronger and deeper, and you may find more relaxed.
- 6:29:23Speaker 4: You feel your mind starts to wonder, maybe you seem
- 6:29:34Speaker 4: to stop listening to me for a while, your mind
- 6:29:39Speaker 4: goes somewhere else and you realize you're listening to me again,
- 6:29:47Speaker 4: and that was just your mind to drifted to sleep,
- 6:29:54Speaker 4: which is quite natural, because sometimes I where stressed and tense,
- 6:30:05Speaker 4: we're not may actually be aware of what we need
- 6:30:10Speaker 4: or we physically emotionally need in this moment. But when
- 6:30:19Speaker 4: you allow your body and mind to relax completely, you
- 6:30:27Speaker 4: let go all thoughts, concerns, worries, ideas, all the goo,
- 6:30:38Speaker 4: allow them to drop into the floor. You start to
- 6:30:49Speaker 4: get in touch with the feelings of such relaxation. It
- 6:31:00Speaker 4: was so nice to be in touch. Show the calmness,
- 6:31:08Speaker 4: how the different body parts stay become looser and looser,
- 6:31:21Speaker 4: believing your breathing scenes easier and more natural, effortless as
- 6:31:33Speaker 4: I call it, to stre your mouthful nose into your nance,
- 6:31:42Speaker 4: breathing in comforts and relaxation, and then just breathing out
- 6:31:51Speaker 4: any excess remain intentional stress for every part of your
- 6:32:00Speaker 4: body and mind. As you start to focus on your mind,
- 6:32:10Speaker 4: maybe you notice that things I come to a standstill,
- 6:32:19Speaker 4: maybe just much much lower than before, because your mind
- 6:32:28Speaker 4: is not really needed when listening to my voice, which
- 6:32:38Speaker 4: allows your mind to relax just as deep as your body.
- 6:32:48Speaker 4: And that's sychronicity between the relaxation of your body react
- 6:32:59Speaker 4: say of your mind. Let you know, the feeling completely
- 6:33:10Speaker 4: calm leaves slased is a great healing experience has so
- 6:33:32Speaker 4: many positive benefits for your body, mind, and your life.
- 6:33:43Speaker 4: To be able to let go over everything and to
- 6:33:49Speaker 4: relax completely you know, all parts of everybody and mind,
- 6:34:02Speaker 4: even your brains arised, your muscle surrised, even the skin
- 6:34:19Speaker 4: that covers your body is relaxed. Every that you have
- 6:34:37Speaker 4: also deep pain rised and your brain restarts to feel
- 6:34:55Speaker 4: the benefits this and relaxation. Let's you focus in the
- 6:35:12Speaker 4: side of your scalp where your brain is. You can
- 6:35:17Speaker 4: start to realize and notice the benefits of your brain
- 6:35:26Speaker 4: works in, and as your brain continues to works, sends
- 6:35:40Speaker 4: those messages to arrest your body, to mind, to.
- 6:35:52Speaker 21: Re works in.
- 6:36:00Speaker 4: Deep relaxy more completely, letting go any remaining thoughts of
- 6:36:22Speaker 4: concess just drop onto the floor because they are not
- 6:36:32Speaker 4: even necessary in this moment, this moment of deep reaxation
- 6:36:45Speaker 4: and calmness, feeling brain with deep concentrated evening, calming, relaxing
- 6:37:14Speaker 4: every part to your brain feeling so and comfortable, so
- 6:37:34Speaker 4: relaxed and be so your brain feels sun light that's unhealthy.
- 6:37:53Speaker 4: That sense of deep deep comfort does allow you to
- 6:38:07Speaker 4: enjoy those ever increase in sensations of comfort that is
- 6:38:19Speaker 4: spreading throughout your body, relaxing each and every muscle your
- 6:38:32Speaker 4: body deeper, deeper, much deeper than before, much counterfense spreaded
- 6:39:04Speaker 4: through your body. Mind, be so peaceful, calm, so the peaceful,
- 6:39:29Speaker 4: rept your body let it go and everything and everything
- 6:39:48Speaker 4: so peaceful, car so real. Every second the pussies you

- 6:40:37Speaker 4: Circond b fall so very b you had built due
- 6:40:55Speaker 4: twice such peace and comfort thro all the time, search
- 6:41:12Speaker 4: peace and comfort spread through your body, you mind deeper,
- 6:41:26Speaker 4: depot search comforts, spreading and sinking deepert to a remus
- 6:41:43Speaker 4: of your body. Sully feel amazing, so relaxed, so peaceful,
- 6:42:06Speaker 4: so peace letting go and do a body scan, focusing
- 6:42:31Speaker 4: on firstly how you feel in your body, not trying
- 6:42:36Speaker 4: to change how you feel, not trying to relax, not
- 6:42:43Speaker 4: trying to move away from any discomfort or stress or tension.
- 6:42:50Speaker 4: Just accepting, observing and accepting how you feel in the
- 6:42:56Speaker 4: different parts of your body, Just allowing yourself to be
- 6:43:03Speaker 4: exactly as you are, to notice, to get in touch
- 6:43:15Speaker 4: with how you actually feel in this moment. Start off
- 6:43:26Speaker 4: by focusing on your hands. Just be aware of your hands,
- 6:43:41Speaker 4: like you to move your hands around, Just maybe move
- 6:43:45Speaker 4: your fingers a little bit. I've been in closer your
- 6:43:51Speaker 4: hands very gently, just so th you can get in
- 6:43:58Speaker 4: touch with fail your hands and your fingers fell very
- 6:44:12Speaker 4: very slow movements. Focusing now on your feet, if you
- 6:44:30Speaker 4: can just do kind of an equivalent with your feet
- 6:44:35Speaker 4: you've just done with your hands. Maybe turn in your ankles,
- 6:44:44Speaker 4: ving your feet around, living your toes gently, very very gently,
- 6:44:57Speaker 4: and very slowly, noticing how your feet feel in this moment.
- 6:45:15Speaker 4: Focusing now and your eyes. I'd like you to just
- 6:45:23Speaker 4: focus on your eyelids. Maybe you can open and close
- 6:45:29Speaker 4: your eyes a couple of times to really get in
- 6:45:33Speaker 4: touch with how you feel. When you do close your eyes.
- 6:45:40Speaker 4: The muscle changes in your eyes when you do close them.
- 6:45:49Speaker 4: Maybe you're raising your eyebrows. It stretches the tops of
- 6:45:55Speaker 4: your eyes, perhaps winting your eyes, scrunching up your eyes,
- 6:46:07Speaker 4: just so you can really get in touch with all
- 6:46:13Speaker 4: aspects of how your eyes fell. Right now, now focusing
- 6:46:35Speaker 4: on your thighs, then it just starts you to gently
- 6:46:41Speaker 4: tense your thighs, just very very gently, just enough. See
- 6:46:52Speaker 4: you can become more achieved to the physical sensation of
- 6:47:05Speaker 4: your upper legs, the front of your thighs, and the
- 6:47:11Speaker 4: backs of your thine noticing and observing how your thighs feel.
- 6:47:27Speaker 4: Right now, moving your focus to the back of your neck,
- 6:47:43Speaker 4: just noticing the back of your neck. The muscles, of course,
- 6:47:51Speaker 4: they lead to the side of your neck. They also
- 6:47:55Speaker 4: lead to the top of your back, lead to your shoulders.
- 6:48:03Speaker 4: So as you focus on the back of your neck,
- 6:48:08Speaker 4: maybe you can move your head gently upwards as if
- 6:48:15Speaker 4: you're looking up. Maybe moving your head down as if
- 6:48:22Speaker 4: you're looking down, perhaps moving your head side to side
- 6:48:30Speaker 4: right left by me, very slowly, very gently. I'm not
- 6:48:44Speaker 4: trying to force anything. It has to be very very gentle,
- 6:48:56Speaker 4: just so you can be more in touch with the feelings,
- 6:49:09Speaker 4: with the sensations, the physical sensations of how the back
- 6:49:17Speaker 4: of your neck fields. Right now, as we now focus
- 6:49:36Speaker 4: on the tops of your arms, the parts where your
- 6:49:42Speaker 4: biceps and dry steps on between your elbow and your shoulders.
- 6:49:51Speaker 4: To focus on those parts the tops of your arms,
- 6:49:58Speaker 4: you may d tense but very very gently and slowly.
- 6:50:11Speaker 4: See you're not straining or putting any pressure whatsoever.
- 6:50:20Speaker 22: On your arts.
- 6:50:24Speaker 4: It's just slowly can gain no more a sense of
- 6:50:33Speaker 4: how your up our arts.
- 6:50:38Speaker 24: I feeling.
- 6:50:41Speaker 4: In this moment, just noticing as you gently, very gently
- 6:50:55Speaker 4: and slowly tighten the muscles and they're like.
- 6:51:05Speaker 19: I just.
- 6:51:08Speaker 4: Our tops of your arms feel right now, as now
- 6:51:24Speaker 4: focus on your stomach, the area the lower capital, the
- 6:51:34Speaker 4: area below your petty but living all the way down
- 6:51:43Speaker 4: to your hits just above your grind. Maybe you're able
- 6:51:54Speaker 4: to dance these muscles and the area very very champlin
- 6:52:07Speaker 4: and slowly. If that's a difficult thing to do, maybe
- 6:52:18Speaker 4: you can just move your body, pushing your stomach up,
- 6:52:29Speaker 4: maybe move a little bit of a side least no hips,
- 6:52:35Speaker 4: just so can get more in chap hell your lower
- 6:52:45Speaker 4: up to an area.
- 6:52:50Speaker 1: Is feeling.
- 6:52:54Speaker 4: In this moments. Not to send the physical sensations with
- 6:53:12Speaker 4: your lower abdomen as your attention to your mouth. Not
- 6:53:37Speaker 4: to sit in your lips, then inside your mouth the
- 6:53:44Speaker 4: teeth when comes your tongue. Just not to say how
- 6:54:01Speaker 4: your tongue and your mouth feels. It may help by
- 6:54:10Speaker 4: moving your tongue around your mouth, living into your left
- 6:54:19Speaker 4: maybe pressing it gently against the side of your mouth,
- 6:54:27Speaker 4: and then to the right, gently to the side of
- 6:54:32Speaker 4: your mouth, perhaps pressing up against it the top of
- 6:54:39Speaker 4: your mouth, and then down gently against the bottom of
- 6:54:46Speaker 4: your mouth, always very slowly and a very very chat,
- 6:55:05Speaker 4: so that you can't be aware how you feel in
- 6:55:21Speaker 4: your mouth area. Now that's a focus on your wrists.
- 6:55:53Speaker 4: I'm gonna last you. Maybe just rita wrists with your
- 6:56:03Speaker 4: hands in a circular us, very shackly and slowly, slowly
- 6:56:25Speaker 4: feel the sensations that you are currently experiences in your wrists,
- 6:56:48Speaker 4: perhapsolue in your hands up and down the game, very
- 6:57:01Speaker 4: chicky checked sol start trips. Look back a back parts
- 6:57:56Speaker 4: just a bow of hips where your coxix are the
- 6:58:12Speaker 4: whole area which also really does include the side like
- 6:58:19Speaker 4: your body, because those muscles are very much connected as
- 6:58:30Speaker 4: those muscles also move into your hyperia, connecting into your buttocks,
- 6:58:42Speaker 4: sides of your apps. And if you're physically able to
- 6:58:57Speaker 4: do so, very gently, just all your body and slightly,
- 6:59:13Speaker 4: very slowly some side to side, just the enough yeas
- 6:59:29Speaker 4: e gage how you feel you look back, perhaps sick,
- 6:59:48Speaker 4: even your heads gently up and down, gently and slightly
- 7:00:07Speaker 4: in order the touch with the physical sensations of your
- 7:00:21Speaker 4: low back as we have. Your attention to your joe
- 7:00:54Speaker 4: an area for your chin, oh wealth, to the way
- 7:01:01Speaker 4: your ears are, your jaw, you jest, it's a gay
- 7:01:21Speaker 4: to do.
- 7:01:21Speaker 15: Sime.
- 7:01:23Speaker 4: Gently open your mouth, no wide stretching, just very gently
- 7:01:35Speaker 4: and slowly open in your mouth and enclose in your
- 7:01:47Speaker 4: mouth very gently. It's slowly eight joe fans say. Chest.
- 7:03:03Speaker 4: Don't need to do anything to move your chest because
- 7:03:11Speaker 4: it loves every time you brain lose suvery gently and
- 7:03:24Speaker 4: slowly automatically with each bread you take. As your focus
- 7:03:43Speaker 4: on your chest fails when you pray, leave in your
- 7:04:29Speaker 4: focus to your forearms. John Albis, maybe able say very
- 7:04:48Speaker 4: checkly and tains the muscles in your farms. Now when
- 7:05:02Speaker 4: you do that, you can film out words as well,
- 7:05:19Speaker 4: Harry gently and spy jackey and slowly side forms dilpis.
- 7:06:16Speaker 4: Focus the rest of your bank upper bank and the
- 7:06:35Speaker 4: middle the middle bank again this part of your body.
- 7:07:00Speaker 4: Say every time crave, I know where to sound usually
- 7:07:17Speaker 4: by should sir of a bank in the middle or
- 7:07:24Speaker 4: a bank can really feel.
- 7:07:32Speaker 24: That chant.
- 7:07:41Speaker 4: And remove your focus into are but as by that
- 7:08:40Speaker 4: muscles about buyers a mid section just side the sun.
- 7:09:17Speaker 4: How my hips.
- 7:09:21Speaker 11: Fail?
- 7:09:25Speaker 4: Right now I have gently in my hips, maybe sighed
- 7:09:49Speaker 4: the side and gently hint.
- 7:09:56Speaker 13: S.
- 7:10:41Speaker 4: Everything starts to slow down, including the thoughts in your
- 7:10:58Speaker 4: mind and your mind itself just starts to gradually. It
- 7:11:10Speaker 4: doesn't have to be instant, but just gradually starting too.
- 7:11:18Speaker 4: It's almost like time is storing chin. It's a slower
- 7:11:27Speaker 4: pace to maybe what you're used to in your day
- 7:11:35Speaker 4: to day life. It's a slower movement of energy, very
- 7:12:01Speaker 4: small movements which make up the larger movements, which is
- 7:12:10Speaker 4: always the case. When you move your hand, it might
- 7:12:18Speaker 4: seem like it's one movement, but it's lots of minute
- 7:12:22Speaker 4: different muscles moving in accordance with each other. And what
- 7:12:34Speaker 4: happens in this space that we're sharing is we move from.
- 7:12:50Speaker 1: That big.
- 7:12:57Speaker 4: Movement into those small moments. Starting to focus on how
- 7:13:14Speaker 4: your body feels, not just as a whole, not just oh,
- 7:13:21Speaker 4: i'm feeling this way. I'm feeling stressed or tense, or
- 7:13:26Speaker 4: I'm feeling relaxed and calm. I'm feeling this way, I'm
- 7:13:31Speaker 4: feeling that way. Starting to notice that your body begins
- 7:13:43Speaker 4: to present to you small feelings around your body, small
- 7:14:00Speaker 4: physical sensations in your legs, whether pleasurable or not. Maybe
- 7:14:19Speaker 4: resisting the temptation to label them or to judge them
- 7:14:27Speaker 4: those feelings. Just thinking them, thinking about them is just
- 7:14:33Speaker 4: being neutral, just feelings, not being particularly concerned, just noticing
- 7:14:52Speaker 4: what your body is telling you. Feelings in your arms,
- 7:15:09Speaker 4: instead of feeling the hole of the arm, maybe notice
- 7:15:14Speaker 4: those individual feelings, all those different muscles and the skin,
- 7:15:30Speaker 4: the hairs of your arms, all the internal parts of
- 7:15:36Speaker 4: your arms, the veins, the bones. Just being aware of
- 7:15:56Speaker 4: maybe your elbow on your right arm has a certain feeling,
- 7:16:04Speaker 4: Maybe your left wrist also has its own individual physical sensation.
- 7:16:30Speaker 4: What about your forearm, or your right arm, your right forearm.
- 7:16:44Speaker 4: There may not be any particular feeling that you could
- 7:16:50Speaker 4: even give a name to, may not feel like anything
- 7:17:00Speaker 4: than just a feeling. You know, it's there. The feelings
- 7:17:10Speaker 4: in your shoulders, perhaps your shoulders when you think about them,
- 7:17:17Speaker 4: kind of almost like they're the same, you know, the
- 7:17:22Speaker 4: same feeling, almost like you both of your shoulders are
- 7:17:27Speaker 4: just one thing. Of course they're not. And when you
- 7:17:40Speaker 4: focus on your left shoulder and then on your right shoulder,
- 7:17:48Speaker 4: maybe find that you move the muscles a little bit,
- 7:17:54Speaker 4: maybe tense the muscles genly, noticing the difference in each shoulder.
- 7:18:20Speaker 4: Your lower back, the left side of your lower back
- 7:18:36Speaker 4: and the right side of your lower back of course
- 7:18:48Speaker 4: that connection to your buttocks and to your hips, and
- 7:19:00Speaker 4: also moving up into the middle of your back. And
- 7:19:14Speaker 4: sometimes like right now, actually I want to focus on
- 7:19:18Speaker 4: their part. When I focused on my buttocks and then
- 7:19:23Speaker 4: I focused on the middle of my back, it almost
- 7:19:28Speaker 4: felt like the muscles in my lower back were being
- 7:19:31Speaker 4: stretched very gently, just stretched a little bit. Even though
- 7:19:42Speaker 4: I wasn't doing anything to try to stretch your lower back,
- 7:19:52Speaker 4: it just seemed to happen, the feeling of very empty
- 7:20:01Speaker 4: stretching your lower back comes along. I have feeling in
- 7:20:23Speaker 4: your chest, just noticing what sensations you are experiencing in
- 7:20:44Speaker 4: your chest right now. And there's so much of the chest.
- 7:21:01Speaker 4: Of course, there's the collar bone leading to the chest.
- 7:21:05Speaker 4: You've got the chest bone, You've got the muscles in
- 7:21:13Speaker 4: your chest, and of course, if you're female, there's possibly
- 7:21:20Speaker 4: the breasts. If you're male, you've got the different well
- 7:21:30Speaker 4: might not make different these days, but there may be
- 7:21:34Speaker 4: more muscles at the top of the chest, but at
- 7:21:43Speaker 4: the side underneath, it's pretty much the same. Whether you're
- 7:21:48Speaker 4: a man or a woman. There's muscles there, muscles that
- 7:21:53Speaker 4: stretch out to your back as well as breast tissue stretches,
- 7:22:00Speaker 4: moves into your back, to just being aware of your chest,
- 7:22:16Speaker 4: being with whatever feeling there is in your chest. And
- 7:22:43Speaker 4: when I noticed that, I focus on my chest, I
- 7:22:51Speaker 4: feel it in my back and my upper back. I mean,
- 7:22:56Speaker 4: I guess the obvious reason would be because you know,
- 7:22:59Speaker 4: I'll agree even in and it stretches my chest and
- 7:23:10Speaker 4: my back at the same time. It feels it feels okay,
- 7:23:31Speaker 4: it doesn't feel I've got a little bit of pain
- 7:23:36Speaker 4: in my right chest, a little bit not pain, but
- 7:23:42Speaker 4: a little discomfort, maybe stiffness possibly, I don't know. Notice
- 7:23:53Speaker 4: my shoulders also watching to flex for some reason. I
- 7:24:03Speaker 4: think that's probably part of my other back, that connection
- 7:24:11Speaker 4: between my shoulders and my other back, because I can
- 7:24:15Speaker 4: move my shoulders and stretch the muscles in my back,
- 7:24:23Speaker 4: moving the shoulders backwards up, which then moves to I
- 7:24:29Speaker 4: think it's the scapulous in your back. It feels quite nice. Actually,
- 7:24:51Speaker 4: a good thing about this is you can, if you
- 7:24:54Speaker 4: want to, you can just flex or stimulate the various
- 7:25:08Speaker 4: muscles in your body, generally in order to get more
- 7:25:16Speaker 4: of a sense of how they feel. And when you're relaxing,
- 7:25:31Speaker 4: when you do tense and muscle, then you let it go.
- 7:25:35Speaker 4: You let it relax. It relaxes way more than it
- 7:25:44Speaker 4: would normally. You have to feel that you're able to
- 7:25:55Speaker 4: do that. There's no point in doing it if there's
- 7:25:59Speaker 4: a an issue with the per part of your body.
- 7:26:07Speaker 4: You need to be gentle with yourself at all times
- 7:26:17Speaker 4: when relax in deeply, it's important to be kind to yourself.
- 7:26:36Speaker 4: As you notice your mind. How much has your mind
- 7:26:45Speaker 4: slowed down since we started this recording, How came and
- 7:27:12Speaker 4: peaceful is your mind right now with nothing to think
- 7:27:24Speaker 4: about and just my voice to listen to. Because you
- 7:27:34Speaker 4: know the intention behind this recording, this relaxation. At the
- 7:27:45Speaker 4: very least, for you to feel more relaxed at the
- 7:27:51Speaker 4: end of the recording than you did at the beginning,
- 7:28:00Speaker 4: the very least for your mind to slow down because
- 7:28:11Speaker 4: your body continues to relax, because that's what you want
- 7:28:27Speaker 4: to happen. That's what you expect to happen, for relaxation
- 7:28:50Speaker 4: to fill your body, maybe calm in your mind to
- 7:29:05Speaker 4: the point of boredom. When you start maybe too drift away.
- 7:29:39Speaker 4: Drifting it's almost as if you're moved further away from
- 7:30:03Speaker 4: your body in your mind, just leaving that there, kind
- 7:30:17Speaker 4: of liking it an escape pod in a spaceship a movie,
- 7:30:22Speaker 4: a space movie. You know when they get into a
- 7:30:25Speaker 4: little part in it, since the man far away from
- 7:30:32Speaker 4: the spaceship, save the dream.
- 7:30:53Speaker 24: And continue threes and peace.
- 7:32:47Speaker 4: And focusing on that these in your parts of your
- 7:33:02Speaker 4: body that relaxing. One by one. You may find that
- 7:33:25Speaker 4: every now and then he realized that you aren't listening
- 7:33:37Speaker 4: to my voice. It gives your mind started to imagine
- 7:33:46Speaker 4: something different, maybe started to almost move into some kind
- 7:33:59Speaker 4: of a dream even state. And then you become aware
- 7:34:07Speaker 4: of my voice again. And even though you may want
- 7:34:16Speaker 4: to focus on my voice, you may also wish to
- 7:34:24Speaker 4: allow your mind to just drift naturally into that space
- 7:34:36Speaker 4: and comfort and safety as you feel or comfort spread
- 7:35:00Speaker 4: through your body like a warm blanket covering you gently,
- 7:35:17Speaker 4: keeping your body at just the perfect temperature. You can
- 7:35:37Speaker 4: hear background sounds, they just don't seem to matter anymore.
- 7:35:56Speaker 4: There's that sense of.
- 7:35:59Speaker 24: The peace.
- 7:36:02Speaker 4: Spreads through your mind like a gentle breeze, yet strong
- 7:36:17Speaker 4: enough to blow away all negativity, strong enough to remove
- 7:36:34Speaker 4: from your mind any anxiety or stress that was there before,
- 7:36:52Speaker 4: and blow away any other thoughts or feelings that just
- 7:37:03Speaker 4: donefit with the sense relaxation that it's a filling your
- 7:37:27Speaker 4: body and your mind. Lets you focus on your mind
- 7:37:52Speaker 4: and countdown from ten down to one. With each number
- 7:38:00Speaker 4: you hear, your mind become slightly relaxed, just just slightly
- 7:38:32Speaker 4: n ten down to nine, just a slid moment, nine
- 7:38:40Speaker 4: down to eight, just another small change in how you feel.
- 7:38:58Speaker 4: Eight down to seven. Feelings is a gap, almost like
- 7:39:06Speaker 4: a gap that starts to get wider, the gap between
- 7:39:14Speaker 4: those feelings that you used to have in your mind
- 7:39:23Speaker 4: compared to the feelings you have that growing now, feelings
- 7:39:31Speaker 4: of comfort and security and confidence, and the gap become
- 7:39:41Speaker 4: the wider, made down to seven, seven, down to six.
- 7:39:50Speaker 4: When you get to five, the mind will start to
- 7:39:57Speaker 4: have a certain th is a core sensation. It's like
- 7:40:08Speaker 4: there's a magnet outside of your head sucking a tension
- 7:40:15Speaker 4: and stress and any remaining feelings that you don't want,
- 7:40:23Speaker 4: sucking them out through your skull and a down to form.
- 7:40:34Speaker 4: You could start to really experience that sense of not
- 7:40:42Speaker 4: just emptiness, but space, place full of fresh air, place
- 7:40:57Speaker 4: where you can stretch. It's almost as if as you
- 7:41:04Speaker 4: go down to four and three, your mind is expanding
- 7:41:09Speaker 4: with this sense of peace and tranquility growing as it
- 7:41:23Speaker 4: moved down to When you get to one, mind just
- 7:41:34Speaker 4: feels exactly how you want to feel, almost perfect fear
- 7:41:53Speaker 4: maybe a sensation that you know to keep a place
- 7:42:04Speaker 4: that's safe, where nothing can affect you at all, and
- 7:42:26Speaker 4: you can stay in that that space of comfort and confidence,
- 7:42:35Speaker 4: confident in your own ability to create this space and
- 7:42:42Speaker 4: this fear of comfort within your own mind just by
- 7:42:50Speaker 4: counting ten down to one. And this is something you
- 7:43:00Speaker 4: can do yourself when you're on your own, the time
- 7:43:09Speaker 4: when you can maybe sit down, maybe just for a
- 7:43:13Speaker 4: few minutes, close your eyes. It just counts slowly from
- 7:43:26Speaker 4: ten down to one. The real experience these feelings in
- 7:43:40Speaker 4: your mind, and when you feel that way in your mind,
- 7:43:51Speaker 4: your body copies your mind, and then feeling is spread
- 7:44:06Speaker 4: through your spine and your nervous system into every bond
- 7:44:13Speaker 4: of your body, travels through your blood stream, heathing and
- 7:44:25Speaker 4: relaxing every article of your existence. And we can practice
- 7:44:47Speaker 4: this a few times before the end of the recording,
- 7:44:55Speaker 4: and then you can practice on your own. And each
- 7:45:01Speaker 4: time you contfort ten about one, the feelings of comfort, calmness,
- 7:45:15Speaker 4: and deep deep relaxation becomes stronger, deeper feeling your mind
- 7:45:35Speaker 4: and your brain with these positive chemicals and spread through
- 7:45:44Speaker 4: your body, relaxing you so quickly, relaxing your whole body
- 7:45:54Speaker 4: and mind, so very very easy, just by counting ten
- 7:46:11Speaker 4: down to one, we're gonna do now. I'm gonna count
- 7:46:20Speaker 4: from ten down to one. I'd like you to repeat
- 7:46:25Speaker 4: the number after me. So when I say ten, you
- 7:46:32Speaker 4: can just repeat to yourself ten. Just notice, be aware
- 7:46:45Speaker 4: of how you feel in your mind and the body.
- 7:46:57Speaker 4: Then when I say nine, you can repeat to your
- 7:47:03Speaker 4: son nine a gain noticin increase comforting calms in your
- 7:47:22Speaker 4: mind and in your body, the same and the same
- 7:47:32Speaker 4: eight wursday seven six, les say five, four, we say
- 7:47:52Speaker 4: three two. Lastly, when I say one, can be that number. Now,
- 7:48:15Speaker 4: of course, when you do this on your own, without
- 7:48:21Speaker 4: listening to me, you can say the numbers or whatever
- 7:48:28Speaker 4: speed that you feel is necessary for you. So if
- 7:48:36Speaker 4: you can adapt so you feel you want to say
- 7:48:42Speaker 4: the numbers ten down to one faster than I do,
- 7:48:50Speaker 4: then you go ahead and do that. Or if you
- 7:48:53Speaker 4: feel when you do it yourself that you'd like to
- 7:48:57Speaker 4: have more or space between the numbers, maybe take a
- 7:49:05Speaker 4: lot longer to get from ten all the way down
- 7:49:13Speaker 4: to one, that's your choice also to do. So I'm
- 7:49:30Speaker 4: going to cow from ten down to one, and when
- 7:49:38Speaker 4: I get to one, that will be the end of
- 7:49:42Speaker 4: this recording. Le's of course, you're listening to music, and
- 7:49:49Speaker 4: the music will continue ten eight, twenty ninety eighteen, sixteen,
- 7:54:51Speaker 4: sixteen fifty fourteen thirty twelve eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four,
- 7:55:55Speaker 4: three two one. Now open your eyes, noticing how physically
- 7:56:24Speaker 4: film have been counted down from twenty to one allowing
- 7:56:33Speaker 4: stress tension to leave through your fingertips and your taps,
- 7:56:39Speaker 4: and as you focus on your fingertips, maybe they feel
- 7:56:44Speaker 4: a little bit tingling, which is I suppose quite understanding
- 7:56:51Speaker 4: considering the tension has been exiting your body through your fingertips.
- 7:57:02Speaker 4: So now I'm going to count from twenty out to
- 7:57:04Speaker 4: one again. This time you can feel relief of tension
- 7:57:14Speaker 4: and stress and the anxiety that you may have leaving
- 7:57:25Speaker 4: through your stomach. Just leaving through your stomach, almost as
- 7:57:31Speaker 4: if it's just releasing the whole of your stomach or
- 7:57:37Speaker 4: naval to just above your chest or below your chest,
- 7:57:42Speaker 4: rather so surrounding your belly by an area, the whole area.
- 7:57:49Speaker 4: You can feel the tension of your body where there's left,
- 7:57:54Speaker 4: just releasing from the area, and you may notice that
- 7:57:59Speaker 4: your stomach. I've become very relaxed as my countdown twenty.
- 7:58:07Speaker 4: That's what now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven,
- 7:59:03Speaker 4: dad nine eight seven six, five ooh three.
- 7:59:38Speaker 13: Two on.
- 7:59:49Speaker 4: Can maybe ice again if you choose, but you can
- 7:59:52Speaker 4: just keep them closed because it feels relaxing. Just notice
- 7:59:58Speaker 4: saying a stomach feels notice as your focus just a
- 8:00:04Speaker 4: little scared of your body, not to say your body knows,
- 8:00:11Speaker 4: focusing up a body, back, chest, stomach, playing songs, hands fiend,
- 8:00:24Speaker 4: just noticing, and you know, you may start to film
- 8:00:34Speaker 4: or a sense of tiredness, which may be the reason
- 8:00:39Speaker 4: listening to this recording because you like to let go
- 8:00:46Speaker 4: completely of everything dread more into a nice, natural, calm,
- 8:00:58Speaker 4: relaxing sleep. So now focus on your forehead, and if
- 8:01:17Speaker 4: you choose, you can incorporate your eyes in this focus
- 8:01:21Speaker 4: as well. Your forehead and your eyes. It's that whole
- 8:01:27Speaker 4: area basically almost as if you were wearing a mask,
- 8:01:32Speaker 4: you know, like a I don't know, bat make mask.
- 8:01:36Speaker 21: Or something.
- 8:01:40Speaker 4: I'm trying to sorrow or something, you know, the kind
- 8:01:43Speaker 4: of mask that covers your eyes but also covers quite
- 8:01:46Speaker 4: a lot of the forehead. Focus on that area because
- 8:01:53Speaker 4: that's the area that we're now going to release tension,
- 8:01:57Speaker 4: stress of your mind, your brain, from your mind, and
- 8:02:03Speaker 4: any tension that you may have remain in your face,
- 8:02:07Speaker 4: in your neck, your jaw, your eyes, your forehead, or
- 8:02:14Speaker 4: your scalp. So basically any tension within your head area,
- 8:02:21Speaker 4: including your mind and your brain that's going to be
- 8:02:28Speaker 4: released through your forehead and your eyes as I count
- 8:02:36Speaker 4: down the game from twenty down to one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seven, sixty, fifteen, fteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, three, one.
- 8:04:31Speaker 1: To see.
- 8:04:34Speaker 4: As you scan your face, jaw, your eyes, cheaps, your eyes,
- 8:04:45Speaker 4: a forehead, your scalp, neck, back, your neck, fronting, your
- 8:04:54Speaker 4: the side of your neck and throat.
- 8:05:00Speaker 1: H not.
- 8:05:05Speaker 4: Being aware of the comfort increased with relaxation. Not just
- 8:05:17Speaker 4: in your head and neck and mind. Also the rest
- 8:05:22Speaker 4: of your body is self loose. I can't you felt
- 8:05:33Speaker 4: how easily it is to just let go completely? They
- 8:05:45Speaker 4: go completely, How easily to do palace? Just focus on
- 8:06:08Speaker 4: the top of your head. I'm get loud and last
- 8:06:21Speaker 4: pace of tension or stressed, the mind be lingery, hiding
- 8:06:28Speaker 4: in your body mind my head. Just be sucked down
- 8:06:37Speaker 4: on the top of your head, released to be ah.
- 8:06:47Speaker 4: I want sucked down into the clouds, a big cloud
- 8:06:54Speaker 4: of my head. It's like a wopsisco suck that attention
- 8:07:03Speaker 4: out of the top of your head. Just take it
- 8:07:07Speaker 4: away good your focus mention an opening on the top
- 8:07:17Speaker 4: of your head with intension stressed and you maybe issues,
- 8:07:24Speaker 4: maybe worries of it, sad that I'm not used to you.
- 8:07:28Speaker 4: Now you can all be sucked down at the top
- 8:07:32Speaker 4: of your head and taken away as I count down again.
- 8:07:39Speaker 4: I'm twenty down to work now, twenty nineteen, eighteen seventy six,
- 8:08:14Speaker 4: day fifty four two nine eight s six four three one.
- 8:10:00Speaker 4: To see how you feel, how relaxed and calm you
- 8:10:12Speaker 4: physically and mentally feel right now, how your mind feels.
- 8:10:30Speaker 4: It feels so nice to just let go, to give
- 8:10:36Speaker 4: yourself some space to breathe easily, to think calmly, just
- 8:10:50Speaker 4: to take a break from all that pointless worry and
- 8:10:56Speaker 4: concerns about things that you know need to think about
- 8:11:04Speaker 4: right now, because this is your time to let go.
- 8:11:12Speaker 4: This is your space to enjoy feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful
- 8:11:22Speaker 4: in your mind, relaxed in your body. I can feel
- 8:11:30Speaker 4: so good, so nice to just not have to do anything,
- 8:11:42Speaker 4: to be able to really enjoy that serenity that comes
- 8:11:53Speaker 4: and letting go completely that peacefulness that comes with it.
- 8:12:07Speaker 11: In this.
- 8:12:09Speaker 4: Peaceful space, and you can keep this sense of calmness
- 8:12:20Speaker 4: through the longs you choose, If you choose to drift
- 8:12:32Speaker 4: off into a deep, healing, natural sleep. Then you can
- 8:12:39Speaker 4: do that. It's completely up to here.
- 8:12:50Speaker 28: You can keep this.
- 8:12:51Speaker 4: Feeling of calmness physically in your mind for so long
- 8:12:57Speaker 4: as you choose to feel completely relaxed, completely relax. And
- 8:13:15Speaker 4: I'd like you to make up your mind that you're
- 8:13:20Speaker 4: going to relax. I want to explore that with you.
- 8:13:32Speaker 4: What it feels like when you actually decide that you're
- 8:13:39Speaker 4: going to relax, not forcing yourself, but giving yourself that. Yes,
- 8:13:48Speaker 4: it is a command, really isn't it. When you're telling
- 8:13:50Speaker 4: yourself relax in a gentle but firm way that only
- 8:14:00Speaker 4: you can really tell yourself in that way. You can't
- 8:14:06Speaker 4: really have someone else say to you and now relax, relax.
- 8:14:10Speaker 4: You know it needs to be gentle, but you can't.
- 8:14:15Speaker 4: Someone else can't really have the same the same kind
- 8:14:22Speaker 4: of influence or power that you have over your own physicality,
- 8:14:32Speaker 4: over how you feel, because when you say it to
- 8:14:41Speaker 4: yourself it means more. It's personal, and your brain, your
- 8:14:51Speaker 4: unconscious mind, and your body listens to what you say.
- 8:14:58Speaker 4: So for example, what test out? Do your test? Few
- 8:15:02Speaker 4: your tests along the way, and you can get more
- 8:15:06Speaker 4: of an idea of the force, a positive force you
- 8:15:13Speaker 4: can have in creating a sense of comfort and relaxation
- 8:15:21Speaker 4: in your body and your mind quite quickly just by
- 8:15:27Speaker 4: you telling yourself to relax. So I'm going to start
- 8:15:37Speaker 4: by its focus on your hands. So focus on your hands.
- 8:15:45Speaker 4: Just tell your hands to relax. Just say relax. As
- 8:15:51Speaker 4: you focus on your hands, you could say my hands
- 8:15:57Speaker 4: are relaxed, or want my head heads to relax. I
- 8:16:03Speaker 4: think if you actually do it directly by focusing and
- 8:16:09Speaker 4: imagining that your hands, can you hear what you're saying.
- 8:16:13Speaker 4: You know they've got little ears, a little head. So
- 8:16:19Speaker 4: talking to your hands, just say relax. That sew your
- 8:16:36Speaker 4: hands start to relax. Now focus on your eyes and
- 8:16:52Speaker 4: tell your eyes to relax. You're just saying the same
- 8:16:56Speaker 4: word relax. And find the right tone for you. You
- 8:17:05Speaker 4: know I might say relax, but you you might say
- 8:17:12Speaker 4: relax or relax. You know, you might say it differently
- 8:17:18Speaker 4: to yourself, and that's important for you to gauge what
- 8:17:25Speaker 4: feels right for you. To just tell your eyes to
- 8:17:32Speaker 4: relax whilst focusing on your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles
- 8:17:36Speaker 4: around your eyes, your eyebrows, and just tell your eyes
- 8:17:42Speaker 4: directly relax.
- 8:17:48Speaker 11: Now.
- 8:18:15Speaker 4: I just did that myself, and sometimes you may feel
- 8:18:25Speaker 4: that you need a bit more time for the different
- 8:18:30Speaker 4: parts to relax, you know, because I started talking again,
- 8:18:34Speaker 4: and maybe that part hasn't relaxed fully. But what will
- 8:18:39Speaker 4: happen is it will just continue to relax even don't talking.
- 8:18:44Speaker 4: That's happened with my eyes. Something else I noticed is
- 8:18:52Speaker 4: when I started focusing on my eyes, that actually almost
- 8:18:56Speaker 4: became they got worse before they got better. In a way,
- 8:18:59Speaker 4: I felt a degree of tension growing in my eyes
- 8:19:04Speaker 4: and then disappearing. So I think what that was really
- 8:19:09Speaker 4: was just me becoming more aware of the tension that
- 8:19:15Speaker 4: was already there that I wasn't. I wasn't focused on
- 8:19:19Speaker 4: it before, so I wasn't really acknowledging it more really
- 8:19:28Speaker 4: conscious to those feelings. Yeah, my eyes still continuing to relax,
- 8:19:43Speaker 4: as well as my hands. Actually, my hands have got
- 8:19:49Speaker 4: a certain.
- 8:19:49Speaker 1: Kind of.
- 8:19:52Speaker 4: Energy, like not buzzing, like kind of feel a degree
- 8:19:59Speaker 4: of energy hands. Maybe that's where the tension has been released.
- 8:20:07Speaker 4: Maybe that's called in there. The next part. I think
- 8:20:17Speaker 4: we should focus on the back of the neck. That's
- 8:20:20Speaker 4: the part is quite often well for me holds tension.
- 8:20:25Speaker 4: I don't know about for yourself, but I think it's
- 8:20:28Speaker 4: quite a standard place where tension is sometimes held. So
- 8:20:36Speaker 4: and I'm doing exactly what you're doing as you do
- 8:20:40Speaker 4: it as well, so I'm telling my body parts to
- 8:20:43Speaker 4: relax as well. So if you tell your neck, the
- 8:20:46Speaker 4: back of your neck, focus on the back of your neck,
- 8:20:49Speaker 4: and just say relax in your own words, your own tone,
- 8:20:57Speaker 4: in your own voice, you can say, how do you
- 8:21:00Speaker 4: can just say to yourself internally, but you're focus in
- 8:21:06Speaker 4: and you're saying it literally to the back of your lick,
- 8:21:10Speaker 4: as if the back of your lick can actually hear
- 8:21:14Speaker 4: what you're saying. So do that now, Just say relax
- 8:21:21Speaker 4: to the back of your lick, and I'll do the same.
- 8:21:59Speaker 1: M hmm.
- 8:22:03Speaker 13: Then what I.
- 8:22:04Speaker 11: Noticed, and you may.
- 8:22:05Speaker 4: Have had similar thing is even though I was focusing
- 8:22:10Speaker 4: on the back of my neck, other parts started to
- 8:22:21Speaker 4: and I showed themselves to me, or maybe because they
- 8:22:25Speaker 4: want to be relaxed as well. But I started noticing
- 8:22:29Speaker 4: the feelings and my shoulders at tension, and my shoulders
- 8:22:33Speaker 4: and it went up the back. Whether that was because
- 8:22:39Speaker 4: my back of my neck was saying I'm pretty much okay.
- 8:22:45Speaker 4: It's the other parts to need attention, but my load,
- 8:22:55Speaker 4: my back of my neck is still relaxing, but I
- 8:22:59Speaker 4: just became where other parts that needed attention. Now, this
- 8:23:06Speaker 4: might happen, and it's not. It doesn't mean that it's
- 8:23:11Speaker 4: going wrong. It just means you're being notified of all
- 8:23:16Speaker 4: places that also want to feel relaxed. So I'm going
- 8:23:24Speaker 4: to focus on my other back so you can do
- 8:23:28Speaker 4: the same, even if you don't have any feelings of
- 8:23:34Speaker 4: attention that are obvious in your own baby, you just
- 8:23:39Speaker 4: focus on your back and the whole area from the
- 8:23:44Speaker 4: shoulder blades down to the middle of your back and
- 8:23:50Speaker 4: spine means on the shoulder blades. Yeah, that's the parts
- 8:24:00Speaker 4: that really given me.
- 8:24:06Speaker 3: That.
- 8:24:07Speaker 4: Not that it's relaxing sounds gonna ask that one's relax
- 8:24:13Speaker 4: and you can do the same now relaxed up the back.
- 8:24:40Speaker 4: Something strange happened there, and this often happens.
- 8:24:44Speaker 28: I've been doing this.
- 8:24:48Speaker 4: For sixteen years or something, and often I'm one surprised,
- 8:24:56Speaker 4: amazed really that they can you feeling. So when I
- 8:25:02Speaker 4: was focusing on the back of my neck, my other
- 8:25:06Speaker 4: back was starting to feel quite stressed and in need
- 8:25:11Speaker 4: of attention. As soon as I started talking to you
- 8:25:16Speaker 4: about my upper back and talking about you know, getting
- 8:25:22Speaker 4: ready to ask the upper back to relax when the
- 8:25:27Speaker 4: back already started to relax. It's almost as if it
- 8:25:32Speaker 4: doesn't need to hear the words, just needs the intention,
- 8:25:43Speaker 4: just needs to be noticed. That is something that often
- 8:25:55Speaker 4: happens in this type of situation is when you start
- 8:26:03Speaker 4: to relax a couple of parts of your body, as
- 8:26:08Speaker 4: we've done with our hands and eyes and my lids,
- 8:26:14Speaker 4: and now back of the neck, top of the back,
- 8:26:23Speaker 4: up the back, the rest of the body seems to
- 8:26:27Speaker 4: just take notice and decide in its own way to
- 8:26:36Speaker 4: start relaxing. Other parts of your body start to just
- 8:26:44Speaker 4: become looser. I suppose it's kind of like a bit
- 8:26:52Speaker 4: of an avalanche, you know, the little ball starts rolling.
- 8:26:57Speaker 4: Before we know, the whole of your body is completely relaxed.
- 8:27:01Speaker 4: And God, if you focus on your face, you focus
- 8:27:18Speaker 4: on your eyes, your eyelids, your eyebrows, the muscles around
- 8:27:27Speaker 4: your eyes. Maybe you start to notice that your forehead
- 8:27:37Speaker 4: is more relaxed than it was. Maybe your face is
- 8:27:42Speaker 4: more relaxed. I would say, my entire face is not
- 8:27:49Speaker 4: more relaxed than us. So you're going to focus now
- 8:28:03Speaker 4: on your shoulders again, just like before, just tell your
- 8:28:10Speaker 4: shoulders and you can't do them in digital. You can
- 8:28:14Speaker 4: do quite shoulder and that shoulder. I just didn't do
- 8:28:18Speaker 4: both at the same time. Just tell your shoulders, actually
- 8:28:24Speaker 4: focus on them in your mind. Focus on that how
- 8:28:28Speaker 4: they feel. Maybe you can see them in your minds
- 8:28:33Speaker 4: on Just tell your shoulders to relax as nice as
- 8:29:21Speaker 4: they were eggs. But did you notice, especially with my bank,
- 8:29:40Speaker 4: is the connection between the different parts the bank, shoulders,
- 8:29:46Speaker 4: the neck being connected. Being such a large part of
- 8:29:57Speaker 4: your body, it's all it's hard to separate them from
- 8:30:03Speaker 4: each other. What luwer bank is starting to relax on
- 8:30:11Speaker 4: the same Maybe I'm going too slowly and that could
- 8:30:22Speaker 4: be an issue because we all go at different speeds.
- 8:30:28Speaker 4: And the idea of the beginning of this recording was
- 8:30:33Speaker 4: for you to be able to just say to yourself,
- 8:30:39Speaker 4: relax without focusing on any particular part of your body.
- 8:30:54Speaker 4: Because when you know that, telling your hands to relax
- 8:31:04Speaker 4: and your head to relax, you tell your eyelids, your eyes,
- 8:31:13Speaker 4: the muscles are around your eyes and your eyebrows to
- 8:31:19Speaker 4: relax and they relax. You tell the back of your
- 8:31:32Speaker 4: neck to relax and relaxes. You tell your upper back
- 8:31:58Speaker 4: to relax. Different axes you tell your shoulders, to your legs,
- 8:32:57Speaker 4: tell your hands to relax. They relaxed, they continued to relax.
- 8:33:10Speaker 4: You told your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, and
- 8:33:17Speaker 4: your eyebrows to relax. They relaxed, continued to relax. When
- 8:33:35Speaker 4: you told the back of your neck, when you saw
- 8:33:39Speaker 4: the back of your neck, told it to rix. The
- 8:33:49Speaker 4: relaxed and continued to relax. And you told your up
- 8:34:05Speaker 4: back to relax, be relaxed and continued to relax. That's
- 8:34:26Speaker 4: where your shoulders until your shoulders to relax. Your shoulders
- 8:34:35Speaker 4: relaxed to relax.
- 8:34:49Speaker 28: And it's not just that, it's.
- 8:34:57Speaker 4: That the rest of your body's also in listening, and
- 8:35:03Speaker 4: the relaxation has been spread in so through your eyes.
- 8:35:10Speaker 4: The relaxation spread your forehead, round your face, into your skin,
- 8:35:19Speaker 4: into your jaw, to the fronts, the sides of the
- 8:35:31Speaker 4: name with down chest and stole your relaxed hands and shoulders,
- 8:35:47Speaker 4: meat up through your arms, relaxing from arms up arms
- 8:35:57Speaker 4: and words your lists.
- 8:36:02Speaker 22: Let you go.
- 8:36:10Speaker 29: Power pangs, but explain, Just start to relax.
- 8:36:25Speaker 30: Comfort spreading through your eggs way down to your.
- 8:36:36Speaker 4: Ankles, the tops of your feet, the sight of your feet,
- 8:36:48Speaker 4: the bottoms of your feet, real legs into your toes.
- 8:37:02Speaker 28: Each time.
- 8:37:25Speaker 4: As your body relaxss more, you wite comes slow, peaceful,
- 8:37:50Speaker 4: to the point if ess to fall asleep easy, he
- 8:38:12Speaker 4: said to the way, because there's nothing on your mind
- 8:38:23Speaker 4: to pray, space for the geniouses with that connection, bet
- 8:39:10Speaker 4: me the body relaxing the word, he said to yourself,
- 8:39:19Speaker 4: relaxed state. I need to focus on just one part.
- 8:39:33Speaker 4: You can just focus on. Given to my body, say
- 8:39:45Speaker 4: how a word? Who thanks.
- 8:40:02Speaker 16: Sir?
- 8:40:04Speaker 4: Thus sensations of comforts, spreading for wealth the body, they say,
- 8:40:26Speaker 4: and everything to your body, ris.
- 8:41:01Speaker 31: Just tell yourself starting down upper twenty nineteen sixty sixteen fifty.
- 8:43:07Speaker 4: Four thirty two we.
- 8:45:56Speaker 22: Yes USUS eight US.
- 8:50:51Speaker 4: In the.
- 8:52:30Speaker 22: US must.
- 8:53:32Speaker 21: Us U.
- 8:55:32Speaker 22: One.
- 8:55:38Speaker 4: So counted down ten to one ten nine eight seven
- 8:56:00Speaker 4: six five four three two one. And maybe that was
- 8:56:23Speaker 4: a bit too quick in order to relax.
- 8:56:27Speaker 28: Maybe it's a bit.
- 8:56:28Speaker 4: Too fast for you to notice the calming of your body,
- 8:56:37Speaker 4: maybe even a little bit of pressure there, like you're
- 8:56:42Speaker 4: counting down from ten to one. What do you expect
- 8:56:45Speaker 4: me to do?
- 8:56:45Speaker 23: Man?
- 8:56:47Speaker 4: Expect me to stick go with floppy just because you're
- 8:56:50Speaker 4: counting down.
- 8:56:55Speaker 16: Too.
- 8:56:57Speaker 4: If you try it again, but this time I go
- 8:57:00Speaker 4: a bit slower this time, and you focus on the
- 8:57:07Speaker 4: whole of your body before we focus on your legs.
- 8:57:14Speaker 4: Just notice how your body does start to feel more
- 8:57:23Speaker 4: relaxed with every number that I count down ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 8:58:23Speaker 4: four three one. Wow. You just notice how how you
- 8:59:21Speaker 4: feel generally, how your body feels. It's not necessarily even
- 8:59:32Speaker 4: about counting down from ten to one. It's that space
- 8:59:43Speaker 4: that you have, that body space between being active physically
- 9:00:02Speaker 4: or mentally.
- 9:00:03Speaker 16: It's just.
- 9:00:08Speaker 4: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 9:00:14Speaker 4: not saying anything, or needing to think about anything. So
- 9:00:21Speaker 4: it opens up a space, you know, a bit of
- 9:00:24Speaker 4: a space, the gap. And the more I cam down
- 9:00:35Speaker 4: for the tental one, the bigger that gap becomes. So
- 9:00:43Speaker 4: there's that gap of calmness, of comfort and relaxation. It's
- 9:00:55Speaker 4: a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 9:01:09Speaker 4: physically or emotionally, moves our way. Allows you to just
- 9:01:28Speaker 4: slow down. Someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 9:01:35Speaker 4: and notice that gap widening, the gap, And as it widens,
- 9:01:45Speaker 4: it's almost like the the stress and attention falls into
- 9:01:51Speaker 4: the gap gives you that distance space now ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 9:03:12Speaker 4: four three one. How did your body you feel.
- 9:04:24Speaker 16: Now?
- 9:04:37Speaker 4: Can you notice that do you feeling calmer? Are you
- 9:04:49Speaker 4: feeling more relaxed as we now focus on your legs,
- 9:05:20Speaker 4: just your legs. You're just gonna start with focusing on
- 9:05:41Speaker 4: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting thing
- 9:06:00Speaker 4: to be doing, because I'm sure like most of your
- 9:06:06Speaker 4: body is not not going on right now. Just focusing
- 9:06:19Speaker 4: on the whole of your thighs, the tops of your fires,
- 9:06:26Speaker 4: the sides of your fires, the bottoms of your thighs.
- 9:06:33Speaker 4: You're outer thighs and your inner thighs, basically the whole
- 9:06:38Speaker 4: of your thigh that leads into.
- 9:06:41Speaker 28: Your hip.
- 9:06:45Speaker 4: And it goes down to your knee joints. Now, this
- 9:06:56Speaker 4: is a big area. It's a very heavy area. It's
- 9:07:04Speaker 4: very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body or
- 9:07:11Speaker 4: in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps will
- 9:07:27Speaker 4: give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't acknowledge
- 9:07:40Speaker 4: how important our thighs are to our lives, how much
- 9:08:02Speaker 4: they actually do for us all through our lives. And
- 9:08:16Speaker 4: it may seems sound really weird, but I think that
- 9:08:22Speaker 4: all of our body parts, especially our thighs, need some TLC,
- 9:08:33Speaker 4: a bit of love shown, a bit of the acknowledgement,
- 9:08:46Speaker 4: thank you, gratitude for advices do for us. And I
- 9:09:02Speaker 4: know this may sound and it's strange. Maybe you think,
- 9:09:08Speaker 4: why am I sure that I should be able in
- 9:09:11Speaker 4: the garden hugging a tree or something.
- 9:09:15Speaker 28: Oh it's hard to set.
- 9:09:20Speaker 4: A microphone up on a tree. That's why I'm doing
- 9:09:23Speaker 4: this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree.
- 9:09:27Speaker 4: Now I can't see the television from the tree. If
- 9:09:36Speaker 4: you move down to your knees, you gain such an
- 9:09:40Speaker 4: important part. And I think we don't necessarily I'll speak
- 9:09:50Speaker 4: for myself here. I don't necessarily appreciate all that my
- 9:09:57Speaker 4: needs do for me until I have a problem with
- 9:10:02Speaker 4: my knee occasionally favor maybe not bash it, or it's
- 9:10:09Speaker 4: aching for some reason. It's then that I realize how
- 9:10:16Speaker 4: much it does. You know, the benefit of being able
- 9:10:20Speaker 4: to use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort
- 9:10:30Speaker 4: is a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated until it's
- 9:10:38Speaker 4: temporarily removed. You know that's comfort as you focus on
- 9:10:47Speaker 4: your knees, regardless of how your knees feel. You can
- 9:10:55Speaker 4: have that sense of gratitude and love to your knees
- 9:11:02Speaker 4: for all that they do for you, and you can
- 9:11:14Speaker 4: still have that attention on your thighs. Maybe notice how
- 9:11:19Speaker 4: your thighs feel. Maybe you notice that they are relaxing
- 9:11:30Speaker 4: more deeply as you focus now on the bottoms of
- 9:11:44Speaker 4: your legs machines and your calf muscles. The bones between
- 9:11:50Speaker 4: your knees and your feet incorporates, and the course your
- 9:11:56Speaker 4: ankles so important. Can anyone that's had even like the
- 9:12:09Speaker 4: slightest sprain of an ankle knows how how much we
- 9:12:16Speaker 4: take our ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange
- 9:12:26Speaker 4: in a way when you think that. You know, logically,
- 9:12:31Speaker 4: our wrists are a lot thinner than the rest of
- 9:12:34Speaker 4: our arms, which is okay, it doesn't I can't see
- 9:12:39Speaker 4: any problem with that, you know, just picking stuff up.
- 9:12:44Speaker 4: Our ankles so much thinner than the rest of our legs,
- 9:12:57Speaker 4: and from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't
- 9:13:01Speaker 4: really make sense that all this weight will ultimately be
- 9:13:08Speaker 4: resting on your ankles then leading to your feet at
- 9:13:19Speaker 4: thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so much great work,
- 9:13:30Speaker 4: supports us, supports our body for a lifetime, helps us
- 9:13:40Speaker 4: to balance, helps you to get around and be mobile.
- 9:13:56Speaker 4: And there's the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger,
- 9:14:04Speaker 4: I couldn't see the point in calf muscles. Didn't seem
- 9:14:07Speaker 4: to do anything. Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes,
- 9:14:13Speaker 4: then my calf.
- 9:14:14Speaker 28: Muscles get some work. But of course that's not true.
- 9:14:18Speaker 4: The calf muscles are being used whenever we use their
- 9:14:22Speaker 4: legs and your shins there to protect your lower legs
- 9:14:41Speaker 4: shaped in away, almost as a protector with the bone
- 9:14:53Speaker 4: leading of course to your ankles. In your feet, I'm
- 9:15:05Speaker 4: not going to focus on your feet. We're just going
- 9:15:07Speaker 4: to focus on the legs. And I realize, and now
- 9:15:14Speaker 4: that I've mentioned your feet, it could be focusing on
- 9:15:18Speaker 4: them anyway, So maybe I should focus.
- 9:15:20Speaker 28: On your feet a little bit.
- 9:15:25Speaker 4: You can have them in your awareness, the same as
- 9:15:30Speaker 4: you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 9:15:34Speaker 28: Even though we haven't.
- 9:15:35Speaker 4: Been focusing on your thighs a few minutes, we'll be
- 9:15:41Speaker 4: focusing on your angles. There's still that sensation of comfort
- 9:15:58Speaker 4: in your thighs and miss that movement of energy because
- 9:16:10Speaker 4: the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course, there's
- 9:16:17Speaker 4: the muscles and the big strong muscles that we have
- 9:16:21Speaker 4: in our thighs. But the skin on the outside of
- 9:16:35Speaker 4: the thighs, as in the outside of all of our body,
- 9:16:41Speaker 4: can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature.
- 9:16:59Speaker 4: I mean side your thighs, the bones, there's the muscle,
- 9:17:06Speaker 4: there's the blood, vessels, the arch trees, all this stuff.
- 9:17:12Speaker 4: It's inside your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice
- 9:17:21Speaker 4: if you could actually put your fingers inside your thighs
- 9:17:26Speaker 4: and a message. So if you can message on the outside,
- 9:17:31Speaker 4: of course, and to be able to get deep into
- 9:17:34Speaker 4: the muscles, to be able to just message inside your thighs,
- 9:17:40Speaker 4: message in the bones of your legsage with the veins
- 9:17:50Speaker 4: and just gently human thighs.
- 9:18:00Speaker 28: People move down.
- 9:18:02Speaker 4: A message and inside your knees it's a message in
- 9:18:07Speaker 4: those bones, but with healing fingertips spreading the healing.
- 9:18:14Speaker 28: Energy deep into the choice your knees. Of course, there's
- 9:18:25Speaker 28: the back of.
- 9:18:26Speaker 4: Your you need that the inside crease where your need is.
- 9:18:33Speaker 4: So this sensitive area.
- 9:18:37Speaker 28: Really that's very nice when you stroking. That might be
- 9:18:42Speaker 28: because it's an area that's not really touched very often.
- 9:18:48Speaker 4: It's almost like a hidden part a crease in your legs.
- 9:18:55Speaker 4: It's almost.
- 9:18:58Speaker 28: It's like a part that.
- 9:19:00Speaker 4: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 9:19:12Speaker 4: it's protected by your legs. So you can imagine putting
- 9:19:23Speaker 4: your fingers.
- 9:19:24Speaker 28: Into that crease in your legs.
- 9:19:32Speaker 4: Followed between your legs, you can just message with your fingertips.
- 9:19:38Speaker 4: Imagine your fingertips going inside message in the muscle or tissue.
- 9:19:50Speaker 4: You can of course feel the bones of your knees
- 9:19:55Speaker 4: heading through your fingertips. And then I should go down
- 9:20:09Speaker 4: to your calf muscles, and that's a part I'd like
- 9:20:12Speaker 4: to be able to really put my fingertip steep inside
- 9:20:17Speaker 4: my calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of that muscle,
- 9:20:27Speaker 4: healing every part. Then doing the same for my shins,
- 9:20:41Speaker 4: massage and generally stroking the bones, generally stroking them, healing
- 9:20:49Speaker 4: in their loving way, because they deserve to be treated.
- 9:20:56Speaker 4: A's the precious bones that they are, because our lakes
- 9:21:00Speaker 4: are so precious as in all the other parts of
- 9:21:04Speaker 4: our body, and more precious of immature on your planet.
- 9:21:20Speaker 4: When you start to.
- 9:21:23Speaker 28: Think about your legs in this way, you.
- 9:21:33Speaker 4: Can change your perspective.
- 9:21:39Speaker 28: Might sound be.
- 9:21:43Speaker 4: It's silly to start with the idea of heaven. Love
- 9:21:49Speaker 4: your legs, show an appreciation for your fives, want them
- 9:21:58Speaker 4: to be able to your hands in your thighs, the
- 9:22:04Speaker 4: message the muscles and the bones.
- 9:22:10Speaker 28: And to get your fingers deep in their releasing all attention.
- 9:22:19Speaker 4: Just to show.
- 9:22:21Speaker 28: How much you care.
- 9:22:26Speaker 4: About your legs, how much.
- 9:22:28Speaker 28: You care for what your legs do for you regularly,
- 9:22:37Speaker 28: your needs, your.
- 9:22:38Speaker 4: Calls, your ankles, the strength of your ankles considerably, how
- 9:22:52Speaker 4: thin they are compared to the rest of your legs,
- 9:22:55Speaker 4: especially your thighs.
- 9:23:00Speaker 32: Yeah, they're so.
- 9:23:01Speaker 4: Strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Ankles are truly a
- 9:23:18Speaker 4: gift because of what they do for you, supporting all
- 9:23:29Speaker 4: that weight, regardless.
- 9:23:33Speaker 28: How what weight you are, even if you only hate.
- 9:23:37Speaker 4: Stone, Still what weight these little ankles?
- 9:23:46Speaker 16: Now? Am I look.
- 9:23:47Speaker 4: Heavier than eat stone double back? Yet my ankles.
- 9:23:57Speaker 28: Support my body all the time.
- 9:24:03Speaker 4: What they do give off a sigh of relief when
- 9:24:06Speaker 4: to sit down.
- 9:24:09Speaker 28: That's got my whole legs thing, my thing. The thing
- 9:24:17Speaker 28: also go around my toast quite I'm so happy.
- 9:24:42Speaker 4: The legs.
- 9:24:44Speaker 28: Really are amazing. Don't know to talking about talking about
- 9:24:53Speaker 28: your legs is probably possibly one of the most team
- 9:24:59Speaker 28: most talking things you've ever heard anyone say. Possibly, I'm all,
- 9:25:07Speaker 28: You're not. Everything I said is true.
- 9:25:13Speaker 4: Relax are amazing. Relex deserve not just respect, but they
- 9:25:34Speaker 4: deserve to relax.
- 9:25:36Speaker 28: Deeply.
- 9:25:44Speaker 4: They deserve to take some time out of the day.
- 9:25:50Speaker 28: To just let go completely.
- 9:26:10Speaker 4: Relax. Really can relax.
- 9:26:26Speaker 28: Because the legs are saying such a nice, very.
- 9:26:31Speaker 4: Important part of your body, and your relaxles, the rest
- 9:26:37Speaker 4: of your body also naturally follows in that journey and comfort.
- 9:26:57Speaker 28: I can feel it in my hips.
- 9:27:00Speaker 4: My hips filled really this, and.
- 9:27:06Speaker 28: It will say my light back as well.
- 9:27:09Speaker 4: My light back feels it feels stretched.
- 9:27:15Speaker 28: Even though I'm just sitting in a chair and there's.
- 9:27:18Speaker 4: No stretching.
- 9:27:21Speaker 28: As far as I'm aware I'm doing. It's almost as.
- 9:27:25Speaker 4: If the muscles are just relaxed so much that there
- 9:27:29Speaker 4: is a natural stretch. This atension has reduced.
- 9:27:37Speaker 32: I'm not.
- 9:27:54Speaker 4: And now the countdown from ten downs a.
- 9:27:57Speaker 28: One, they can continue.
- 9:28:05Speaker 4: To fill.
- 9:28:07Speaker 28: One of the mist.
- 9:28:12Speaker 4: Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four.
- 9:28:39Speaker 16: Three two.
- 9:28:48Speaker 24: One. Relax.
- 9:29:03Speaker 32: So I'm just going to.
- 9:29:04Speaker 28: Count down.
- 9:29:06Speaker 4: And fire down to one. And as a countdown, you
- 9:29:11Speaker 4: just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down,
- 9:29:19Speaker 4: and notice how you feel.
- 9:29:25Speaker 28: In this moment as you hear the numbers counting down.
- 9:29:31Speaker 4: Knowing that those numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer,
- 9:29:45Speaker 4: not just in your body, but also relaxing your mind.
- 9:29:53Speaker 4: I'll just notice how you feel.
- 9:29:55Speaker 28: There's nothing to do, it's nothing say, it's nothing to think.
- 9:30:02Speaker 4: About starting yeah, number five, four three two.
- 9:30:44Speaker 13: One.
- 9:30:54Speaker 4: Did you notice the great your letting go, the detension
- 9:31:06Speaker 4: in your body? It may also begin to notice and
- 9:31:14Speaker 4: be aware of how your mind is starting to slow down.
- 9:31:25Speaker 4: This is just a natural thing that happens. It's not
- 9:31:32Speaker 4: really a special procedure.
- 9:31:35Speaker 28: It's just natural.
- 9:31:36Speaker 4: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax.
- 9:31:44Speaker 4: And the more the mind relaxes, the more the body relaxes.
- 9:31:48Speaker 28: It's just a continuous.
- 9:31:50Speaker 4: Circle of relaxation. And is that harmless that comes from
- 9:32:03Speaker 4: relative quietness?
- 9:32:06Speaker 28: You know, even even if there's background sounds either your side, online,
- 9:32:14Speaker 28: it's still going to be quite calm.
- 9:32:19Speaker 4: And you haven't got the television on, there's no music
- 9:32:24Speaker 4: in the background unless.
- 9:32:25Speaker 28: You're listening to the recording wit music. Of course, you're
- 9:32:33Speaker 28: very likely not going to be sitting.
- 9:32:35Speaker 16: In a room of other people. Of Course, you might keep.
- 9:32:38Speaker 28: It generally, it's more idea if you can do this
- 9:32:43Speaker 28: on your own, so.
- 9:32:46Speaker 4: No distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation
- 9:33:04Speaker 4: automatically rises, a sense of comfort.
- 9:33:11Speaker 28: Starts to grow, and.
- 9:33:18Speaker 4: Without trying to build it up into something fantastical, something magical,
- 9:33:30Speaker 4: this is just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish.
- 9:33:43Speaker 28: In fact, it's.
- 9:33:44Speaker 4: Almost in the sense of relaxing completely happens.
- 9:33:50Speaker 28: Really when you put no effort into it.
- 9:33:55Speaker 4: It's not something that you can really force. Is something
- 9:34:01Speaker 4: that happens naturally. A part of the process of this
- 9:34:12Speaker 4: recording and others is simply to allow you to take
- 9:34:24Speaker 4: advantage of this space.
- 9:34:30Speaker 28: This time.
- 9:34:34Speaker 32: It's just let go.
- 9:34:42Speaker 28: To just be here, to be in share with how
- 9:34:50Speaker 28: you feel, yet with.
- 9:34:58Speaker 4: The intention one of wanting to relax.
- 9:35:04Speaker 28: Deeply and maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what
- 9:35:15Speaker 28: it is that you wish for yourself.
- 9:35:21Speaker 32: In this mood.
- 9:35:28Speaker 4: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process.
- 9:35:38Speaker 28: Of falling asleep, the actual fall a sleep.
- 9:35:41Speaker 4: Parties the tiny day at the end. Deeply relaxed, you
- 9:35:51Speaker 4: become easier, you find yourself drifting.
- 9:36:12Speaker 28: You can also if you choose stay.
- 9:36:16Speaker 4: Focused on my voice and really enjoy the process. Coractually
- 9:36:42Speaker 4: lack sin, each muscle.
- 9:36:52Speaker 28: In your body effortlessly and just absurding.
- 9:37:13Speaker 4: The sensation.
- 9:37:19Speaker 28: I'm letting go completely.
- 9:37:33Speaker 32: This time.
- 9:37:34Speaker 16: Will may count from six down one.
- 9:37:42Speaker 28: And you can notice your mind calming down more with
- 9:37:52Speaker 28: each number.
- 9:37:55Speaker 32: You hear me say.
- 9:38:01Speaker 28: Naturally four sleep peace, six four four, don't be Why
- 9:41:11Speaker 28: to stupid?
- 9:41:14Speaker 32: Why do.
- 9:41:18Speaker 28: Sinking deeply to a section.
- 9:41:39Speaker 32: And thinks? And why I to stand.
- 9:41:49Speaker 28: Some foods stupid? Maybe some stupid fouts.
- 9:41:59Speaker 16: Some aspect.
- 9:42:13Speaker 32: This second sea students.
- 9:42:23Speaker 28: Spot schools, that's.
- 9:42:35Speaker 32: The spiritual, that's all so cool? T spot students.
