  And what I try to do in my seminar is I have 3 distinct

  goals. Number one, I want to strengthen

  your faith in the word of God #2.

  after you. OK, #3 If you're saved and

  you're not doing much for the Lord, then I'm going to try to

  make you uncomfortable. Everybody ought to find

  something to do for the Lord, OK?

  The worst of you could serve as bad examples.

  If nothing else, you can all find something to do for the

  We live in Pensacola, FL. I've been there 12 years.

  We have three kids, one of each. My kids are at this time

  21/22/23 a year and two weeks apart.

  We call that family planning where I come from.

  Got the two boys married off now and as soon as I find someone to

  take over payments on my daughter, I'm going to be home

  free. So that's that's the plan.

  One of my hobbies. For many years I have been

  collecting science books. I like science, and you can ask

  me of my kids or ask my wife when I get bored or doesn't do.

  Often around our place, I just read science books.

  I like science, taught it for 15 years.

  Even though I'm not teaching it anymore, I still like to study.

  There's so many neat things to learn, and there's an awful lot
• 2:29
  of good science in these books. But folks, there are some lies
• 2:33
  in our science books. I'm not against science.
• 2:36
  I'm not against schools. I'm not against teachers.

  My brother's in his 34th year teaching public school.

  My mom retired from teaching public school.

  There's an awful lot of good godly teachers in the system.

  There's some poison in these books.

  We're going to cover some of that tonight, Richard Dawkins,
• 2:49
  who hates creationists, said. It is absolutely safe to say
• 2:53
  that if you meet someone who claims not to believe in
• 2:55
  evolution, that person is ignorant, stupid, or insane.

  Or wicked. Hmm.

  Well, Richard, we'll send you a copy of this tape because I'm

  going to show you 100 reasons why evolution is so stupid.

  We need to define a few terms. OK?

  According to the dictionary, stupid means lacking normal
• 3:18
  intelligence. Foolish.
• 3:20
  Silly. A stupid idea.

  Dull and boring. I think evolution is stupid.

  Now, my mommy used to get mad at me when I used that word, so
• 3:30
  it's a little hard for me. But Bill said, well, hope.

  I want you to preach on 100 reasons why evolution is stupid.

  OK, Bill. Well, you asked for it, so here

  goes. All right, let's define some
• 3:38
  other terms. Now, the word evolution has at
• 3:39
  least six different meanings. And I've done 58 debates now.
• 3:42
  And if you're going to get into a debate on evolution with
• 3:44
  anybody, you better first define what you're talking about,
• 3:48
  because this is a very slippery term.
• 3:49
  OK, First, we have cosmic evolution.
• 3:51
  That would be The Big Bang. There is no evidence whatsoever
• 3:53
  for that. We'll get into that in just a
• 3:55
  moment. Then we'd have to have chemical
• 3:56
  evolution. See, The Big Bang supposedly
• 3:58
  made hydrogen. How did we get 92 elements plus
• 4:02
  the synthetic ones? I mean, how did the chemicals
• 4:04
  evolve? They don't talk about that much,
• 4:06
  but that would have to happen. Thirdly, we'd have to have
• 4:08
  stellar and planetary evolution, But you know, the stars would
• 4:10
  have to evolve. There's an awful lot of stars
• 4:13
  out there, folks, but nobody's ever seen one form.
• 4:16
  There's enough stars out there that everybody on Earth can
• 4:18
  personally own 2 trillion of them.
• 4:23
  We've never seen one star forming.
• 4:25
  We see them blow up from time to time.
• 4:26
  It's called a Nova or a supernova.
• 4:28
  We've never seen one form, one professor told me one time.
• 4:31
  He said, well, we calculated in the laboratory that if 20 stars
• 4:34
  explode near each other, it'll produce enough energy to make a
• 4:37
  brand new star. I said, well, that's brilliant.

  You've got to lose 20 to gain one.
• 4:42
  You ought to run for Congress. You could help those guys borrow
• 4:44
  their way out of debt first place.
• 4:50
  That's all theoretical. We've never seen it happen.

  OK? And I think it is scientifically
• 4:54
  impossible. See, then we'd have to have
• 4:57
  organic evolution. That would be the origin of
• 4:59
  life. How did life get started from
• 5:01
  non living material? Now according to the evolution
• 5:03
  theory, that would have to happen somewhere along the line,
• 5:05
  long ago and far away. Life had to come from non living
• 5:09
  material. And yet we've never seen that
• 5:11
  happen. There is no evidence that it can
• 5:12
  happen. We'll talk about that in a
• 5:14
  minute. Fifthly, we would have macro
• 5:16
  evolution. That is where an animal changes
• 5:18
  into a different kind of animal. Nobody's ever seen a dog produce
• 5:22
  a non dog, but the evolutionist believes a dog came from a rock.

  If you go back far enough in time 4.6 billion years, finally
• 5:31
  we have microevolution. I don't like this word, OK?
• 5:34
  Because it gets people confused. I think we ought to just call it
• 5:36
  a variation. But microevolution happens
• 5:39
  folks. That is a fact of science.

  Animals produce a variety of offspring, but it's always the
• 5:44
  same kind. The 1st 5 definitions of
• 5:47
  evolution are stupid. It doesn't happen.

  It's certainly not part of science.
• 5:53
  It's something you have to believe in.
• 5:55
  They teach the kids. It all started with The Big Bang
• 5:56
  20 billion years ago. A Big Bang.

  I like to ask him some simple questions.

  What exploded and where did it come from and where'd the energy
• 6:09
  come from? Et cetera, et cetera.
• 6:11
  According to The Big Bang theory, it all started with a
• 6:12
  little tiny dot and exploded and spread out over all the universe
• 6:16
  much faster than the speed of light.
• 6:18
  Well, The Big Bang theory, as we'll see in a minute, is
• 6:20
  stupid. I don't know if a better way to
• 6:22
  say it. I'm trying to be nice to him,
• 6:23
  but it is just stupid. The Big Bang idea started with a
• 6:25
  Belgian astronomer named George something can't pronounce his
• 6:28
  last name. George said that this original
• 6:32
  matter was no more than a few light years in diameter.
• 6:35
  At the very least that would be two or about 12 trillion miles.
• 6:39
  So they started off teaching at a spot 12 trillion miles across
• 6:44
  was what exploded. Well, they revised that down in
• 6:47
  1965. They said no, it was only
• 6:49
  275,000,000 miles across. Well, that's way down from 12
• 6:53
  trillion 1972. They said no, it's only
• 6:56
  71,000,000 miles across. I don't know how they know this
• 6:59
  stuff, but this is what they taught.

  OK, 1974, they said it was only 54,000 miles across. 1983, they
• 7:05
  said it was the trillionth, the diameter of a proton.

  Now they're saying it's nothing at all.

  Nothing exploded. Here we are.

  This what the textbooks teach. 18 to 20 billion years ago, all
• 7:20
  the matter in the universe was concentrated into one very
• 7:23
  dense, very hot region that may have been much smaller than a
• 7:26
  period on this page. That's stupid, this one says.

  All of the matter and energy someday will once again be
• 7:37
  packed into a small area no bigger than the period at the
• 7:39
  end of this sentence. Then another Big Bang will
• 7:42
  occur. It happens every 80 to 100
• 7:45
  billion years. So you can forget about global
• 7:49
  warming. We're we're going to get
• 7:52
  squished. Now this textbook author was
• 7:56
  brilliant. I could not believe how smart
• 7:58
  this guy was, he said. Boys and girls, nothing really
• 8:01
  means nothing. You have to be at least that
• 8:05
  smart to write a book, he said. Not only matter and energy would
• 8:09
  disappear, but also space and time.
• 8:11
  However, physicists theorized that from this state of
• 8:15
  nothingness, the universe began in a gigantic explosion.
• 8:21
  What? Yes, boys and girls, you see,
• 8:25
  nothing exploded. And here we are Now, who?
• 8:28
  Who can argue with logic like that?
• 8:30
  Man. They even put this in major
• 8:31
  science journals, like Scientific American.
• 8:33
  This fellow said the observable universe that would be us could
• 8:36
  have evolved. There's that word again.
• 8:38
  You got to watch that one. OK, six meanings from an
• 8:40
  infinitesimal region. In the Greek, that means a dot.
• 8:45
  It's then tempting to go one step further and speculate that
• 8:48
  the entire universe evolved from literally nothing.

  They call that science and put it in a science book.
• 8:54
  I would call that stupid and put it in the garbage.

  This is what the books teach. I collect them.

  I've got hundreds and hundreds of these books from countries
• 9:02
  all over the world, clear back from 1890s up until the 2001
• 9:06
  textbook. They they're teaching this kind
• 9:08
  of stuff, folks. This one says all the matter in
• 9:10
  the universe was drawn into this little tiny dot, and it spun
• 9:13
  faster and faster. This is what they teach the
• 9:15
  kids. Some kids doing this for
• 9:16
  homework tonight, right? It spun faster and faster.
• 9:20
  One day it exploded Big Bang. I was talking to a professor
• 9:24
  from Berkeley one time. I was sitting on the airplane
• 9:26
  next to a professor from Berkeley University.
• 9:27
  I don't know if you folks here in Idaho ever heard of Berkeley
• 9:30
  or not, but Berkeley is not a Bible college.

  We got talking about The Big Bang and he said he believed in
• 9:38
  The Big Bang theory. I said, yes, Sir, I figured that
• 9:40
  you have to do to teach at Berkeley.
• 9:44
  I said tell me, Sir, how did the universe get here?
• 9:46
  He said, well, 20 billion years ago, all the matter was squished
• 9:48
  in this little tiny dot and it was spinning real fast and it
• 9:50
  exploded Big Bang and pieces flew off and became the galaxies
• 9:54
  and the sun, the moon, the stars and finally, you know, people,
• 9:56
  here we are. I said, Sir, could I ask you a
• 9:59
  couple questions, please? You know, one of my favorite

  things to do in life is asking questions to people who believe
• 10:04
  in evolution. I absolutely have a wonderful
• 10:06
  that's how this whole ministry started 12 years ago.

  I moved to Pensacola, FL. Some article came out in the
• 10:11
  newspaper that said dinosaur bones found in Montana from 80
• 10:14
  million years ago. I wrote my first letter to the
• 10:17
  editor in my life About 12 years ago.
• 10:21
  I wrote a letter to the editor. I said yes, they found dinosaur
• 10:23
  bones and yes, it was 40 feet long and yes, it was found in
• 10:25
  Montana, but it was not from 80 million years ago.
• 10:27
  This one probably drowned in the flood in the days of Noah, 4400
• 10:30
  years ago. And you would have thought I
• 10:32
  shot the sacred cow. Actually, I did.
• 10:38
  Well, there began to be quite a battle in the newspaper, letters
• 10:40
  to the editor flying back and forth, and finally a university
• 10:42
  called me and asked me to do a debate with one of their
• 10:44
  professors. Well, I'd never had a debate in
• 10:47
  my life except with my wife, and I lost those every time.
• 10:51
  So I was, I was not excited about debating.
• 10:53
  But I said, well, how do you do it?
• 10:56
  What do you want? And the guy said, will you send
• 10:57
  us 30 questions and the other guy will send in 30 questions
• 11:00
  and we'll discuss those questions.

  For the debate. I said OK, so I sent him 30
• 11:03
  questions. I thought they were perfectly
• 11:04
  legitimate fair questions. I said a woodpecker's tongue
• 11:08
  goes all the way around the back of his head and comes on top of
• 11:10
  his left eyebrow, left nostril. Here, would you please show me
• 11:14
  any fossils that have been found, intermediate species
• 11:16
  between a normal bird and a woodpecker, you know, with his
• 11:18
  tongue going all the way around his head.
• 11:20
  What evidence do you have of how this evolved?
• 11:23
  That question never came up. I don't know what happened to
• 11:25
  him, I said. Termites chew on wood and they
• 11:28
  swallow it, but termites can't digest it.

  It goes into their stomach, and there's little tiny critters in
• 11:32
  their intestines that actually digest the cellulose.

  Now, those little critters can't live without the termite, and
• 11:37
  those termites can't live without those critters.

  Which one evolved first? I thought it was a fair
• 11:44
  question, but it never came up. I don't know what happened.

  I think they lost my list. But anyway, one of my favorite
• 11:50
  things to do is asking questions to people who believe in
• 11:52
  evolution. So I asked this professor if I
• 11:54
  could ask him some questions about The Big Bang.

  He said sure, what would you like to know?
• 11:58
  I said, well Sir, he told me 20 billion years ago, all the
• 12:00
  matter in the universe was squished in this little tiny dot

  and it was spinning faster and faster and exploded.

  I said, where did all this matter come from?

  He said, well, we don't know that for sure.

  I said, OK now Sir, hold it. If I told you that I believe

  about 6000 years ago, God created the heaven and the earth
• 12:17
  like the Bible teaches, you're going to say, and where did God
• 12:19
  come from? And I don't know, but you said
• 12:23
  20 billion years ago there was a Big Bang and you don't know
• 12:26
  where the dirt came from. So basically, I believe in the
• 12:29
  beginning God and you believe in the beginning dirt.

  Don't tell me my theory is religious and yours is science.
• 12:38
  Oh no, Sir. They're both religious.
• 12:41
  The news media tries to make it looks like it is religion versus
• 12:44
  science. I did a debate in El Paso, TX
• 12:46
  here recently and the news media wrote an article.

  They said religious and scientific leaders debate
• 12:51
  evolution. What is the unspoken message in
• 12:54
  that title? What are they trying to imply?
• 12:56
  Can you catch that? They're trying to imply that
• 12:59
  evolution is part of science, aren't they?

  No. Evolution is a religion.

  Actually, both creation and evolution are inherently
• 13:06
  religious. These two timelines is the same

  information right? Here.

  I'll be referring to that throughout the seminar here.

  I cover this thing all the time. The Bible teaches about 6000

  years ago God made everything. 4400 years ago there was a big
• 13:18
  flood that destroyed everything. 2000 years ago Jesus came.

  Here we are today waiting for the Lord to come back in about 5

  minutes. This is the Bible view of
• 13:28
  history. On this chart one inch is 150
• 13:31
  years. That's a long time.

  The 20 billion year chart on the bottom is a very different

  scale. But see both views.

  Creation and evolution are inherently religious.

  You have to believe in creation or believe in evolution.

  The difference between the two though is very simple.

  The evolution religion is tax supported.

  That's the difference, by the way.

  If I was to make that bottom chart the same scale as the top

  chart, the bottom chart actually needs to be 2100 miles long.

  for the other one. OK, if they want to believe it

  happened long ago and far away, they're welcome to believe that.

  But that's not science. Evolution is a religious world

  view and I think it is stupid. So ask the professor, where did

  the matter come from? He said.

  Well, Sir, would you please tell me where the laws came from?

  The universe is run by laws. Gravity, centrifugal force,

  inertia. Who gave the laws?

  He said. We don't know that either.

  I said, Sir, could you tell me where the energy came from?

  You know it takes energy to make a Big Bang.

  Who bought the gas to run this machine anyway?

  He said. We don't know that either, I

  question? He said sure.

  What else would you like to know?

  What else? What do you mean else?

  You haven't told me nothing yet. I said, does Berkeley have a

  merry go round? How many of you know what a

  merry go round is? You go run around around to your

  He said no, we don't have a merry go round at Berkeley.

  I said you ought to get one. You could learn some good

  science on a merry go round if you put some 4th graders on a

  I spent the best five years of my life in the 4th grade.

  That's before they diagnosed ADD.

  What's the 4th graders on the merry go round?

  I like using 4th graders because they're tough and they're

  expendable and we're going to get the high school football

  team out there to get that thing spinning clockwise as fast as it

  will possibly go. Now if you have a digital watch,

  you may not know what clockwise means.

  I'll explain it later. We're going to spin the merry go
• 15:34
  round clockwise. The kids are going to go through
• 15:36
  4 phases. They start off in phase one.

  They're screaming at the football players.

  Come on, let's go faster, faster.

  Can't you go any faster? If you get up around 30 miles an

  hour, the kids enter phase two where they stop screaming.

  They just quietly concentrate on trying to hang on for dear life.

  You get up around 60 miles an hour.

  The kids enter phase three where they start screaming again.

  But now they're screaming. Stop, Stop, please Slow down.

  Don't stop. They'll keep going faster and

  faster. When you get to about 100 miles

  an hour, you should enter phase four.

  That's where the kids begin to fly off the merry go round.

  And when this happens, you will notice a very interesting

  phenomena of physics. If the merry go round is going

  clockwise, when the kid flies off, the kid will be spinning
• 16:17
  clockwise until he encounters resistance like a tree or
• 16:20
  telephone pole. That's because of a law in
• 16:23
  physics known as the conservation of angular
• 16:25
  momentum. You see, if a spinning object
• 16:27
  breaks apart in a frictionless environment, the fragments will
• 16:29
  all spin the same direction. It's very simple.

  It's because the outside is moving faster than the inside
• 16:35
  and so it keeps the same direction of spin, The professor
• 16:38
  said Yes, I understand about the conservation of angular
• 16:40
  momentum. I said, well good, I'd like to
• 16:42
  ask you a question then, Sir. If the whole universe began as a
• 16:45
  swirling Dutch like you said, why do 2 planets spin backwards?

  He said. That's interesting.

  He said no, that's more than interesting.

  It's kind of hard on your Big Bang Theory.

  And not only that, six of the moons are spinning backwards.

  Why? He said.

  I don't know. Why do you think they're going

  backwards? I was hoping he was going to ask

  that. I said, Well Sir, I believe it's

  very simple. You see, I believe in the

  beginning God created the heaven and the earth, and God did it

  that way on purpose, just to make The Big Bang theory look
• 17:16
  stupid. I do believe in The Big Bang,
• 17:28
  folks, I really do. The Bible teaches The Big Bang.

  Second, Peter 310 says the heavens shall pass away with a
• 17:33
  great noise. The original Greek, that's a Big
• 17:37
  Bang. So there's going to be a Big
• 17:39
  Bang. It just didn't happen yet,
• 17:40
  that's all. So kids, if you go to school and
• 17:42
  some professor says, do you believe in The Big Bang?
• 17:44
  You should say yes, I do. And you better get saved and get
• 17:46
  ready for it. The Big Bang is coming soon to a
• 17:50
  city near you. By the way, if The Big Bang
• 17:53
  theory were true, the matter would be evenly distributed.
• 17:56
  But it's not. It's lumpy.

  They're called galaxies and in zillions of miles and nothing
• 17:59
  called voids. And to to try to salvage the
• 18:02
  dumb Big Bang Theory, they've got all these wild theories of
• 18:05
  why isn't the matter evenly distributed?

  They'll say, well maybe there's black holes or maybe there's
• 18:09
  anti matter. They got all this stuff.
• 18:11
  It's all trying to rescue this crazy Big Bang Theory and it's
• 18:15
  just it's a dud folks. It didn't happen.

  There are zillions of stars out there.
• 18:19
  I mean lots and lots of stars and we haven't even seen them
• 18:22
  all. If star births ought, they ought
• 18:25
  at least equal * deaths, and they don't.
• 18:28
  We see a star blow up about every 30 years.

  It's called a Nova or a supernova.

  Well then how come there are only 300 dead stars out there
• 18:36
  that we can see supernovas? Huh.

  It's only a few thousand years worth, isn't it?

  There ought to be trillions of them if evolution were true,

  this fellow said. I have a little hesitation in

  saying that a sickly Paul now hangs over The Big Bang Theory.

  Yep, I think it is stupid. If you want to believe it,

  that's fine. I don't care what anybody

  believes. That doesn't bother me.

  But see, the problem is they want to use my tax dollars to

  teach that to your kids in our schools.

  And that's where the problem comes in.

  OK, if you want to believe in The Big Bang, just enjoy

  yourself, but keep your religion at home, OK?

  Because it is a religion. Then they tell the kids the
• 19:14
  earth form from a hot molten mass 4.6 billion years ago.

  This is part of the theory and it's in all the textbooks. 4.6

  billion years ago, Earth cooled down, formed a rocky crust.

  I think that is stupid and I'll show you why.

  Was the Earth ever really a hot molten mass?

  4.6 billion years ago and it cooled down.

  This textbook says as Earth formed, the surface was like the
• 19:34
  moon. There were hot pools of bubbling
• 19:36
  lava. I don't think so.
• 19:39
  My Bible says the spirit of God moved upon the face of the
• 19:41
  waters. So the earth was not created a
• 19:44
  hot molten mass. It was created underwater, which
• 19:47
  means it has to be less than 212°F or 100°C or it wouldn't be
• 19:51
  water, it'd be steam. So the Earth was never a hot
• 19:54
  molten mass according to scripture.
• 19:56
  Then when you look in the granite rocks, you find little
• 19:58
