For most of my career, I was a telecom infrastructure professional.

Growth mindset: yes. Learning from setbacks: yes. Striving toward outcomes: yes.

But all of it from inside a fixed identity.

The move to building the RASHMI Mirror — presence-based AI, a category that did not exist — was not possible from inside that frame. It required seeing through the identity first, not abandoning individuality, but releasing the constructed label around it.
