📣 200M+ SILVER oz Resource in USA! 📣 YOU Best Pay Attention to THIS Silver NEWS · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:03
The outlook for silver has never been better.
0:07
Today we're fortunate to have two experts in the field, Gary
0:11
Thompson, CEO of Silver 47 and Galen McNamara, CEO of Suma
0:17
Silver. Independently.
0:19
These two companies have major, massive silver resources in the
0:24
ground in the United States. But earlier this week, we got
0:28
news that they're merging the companies to create a real
0:32
silver Titan. Gary and Galen, welcome to Ron's
0:35
basement. Hello, thank you for having us
0:38
again. Yeah, so.
0:40
So big news, Ron. Yeah, good.
0:41
Good to see you, Galen. I followed both of your
0:44
companies very closely over the last several years.
0:48
I'm super excited about this because when I look at this deal
0:52
in the combined resources, other synergies that you'll be
0:56
bringing to the to the table, it, it, it looks like this, this
1:01
could create like a real silver Titan.
1:03
So, and, and before we dig into that, maybe we can spend just a
1:07
few minutes with each of you giving us your, you know, one
1:10
minute insights into what you see going on in the macro silver
1:14
market because I think that'll impact things as we move
1:17
forward. Sure.
1:21
Well, a couple of things that me and Michael will just kick it
1:23
off that we're excited about on the macro side, you know, we're
1:27
we're seeing silver now going into year five of a deficit that
1:31
just simply can't, can't be sustained.
1:34
And I think I think a lot of the people in the space are all
1:38
excited about silver taking a taking a big jump higher.
1:43
Well, when that is, we don't know, but I think it's
1:46
inevitable that's that's going to happen.
1:48
You've seen what happened with gold.
1:50
Silver hasn't quite made that move yet, but I think when it
1:54
does, it's going to be much higher and much more volatile.
1:58
So we're we're all excited and and keenly watching for that to
2:02
unfold at some point. And what we're seeing is a lot,
2:05
a lot more uses for for silver and on the industrial side.
2:09
And I think that's going to continue to grow and and many
2:13
people may not be aware that there's actually a lot of silver
2:17
goes into the military complex and that silver is consumed and
2:21
gone. You can't really recycle that.
2:25
And we're obviously seeing now new battery technology with the
2:28
silver carbon batteries that hasn't even that hasn't even
2:32
come into the demand side yet. But when it does, that's going
2:37
to potentially suck a lot of silver out of the out of the
2:43
market as well. So we see that industrial part
2:46
of the equation here going to continue to grow.
2:48
And yeah, we're, we're pretty excited to be advancing a
2:52
exciting silver, high grade silver story in the US.
2:56
Yeah, in the US, Galen, I want you to, I want to hear from you
2:59
next. But I can't help but throw in
3:02
that feels like to me that the silver market in its current
3:06
state, right, with 100 to 1 gold to silver ratio with all these
3:10
demand profiles that we're talking about China, India,
3:14
electronic solar, you know, new solid-state batteries in the, in
3:18
the, in the silver market feels very delicate to me at this
3:22
point as well. And so I hear, you know, top
3:25
analysts talk about the potential for a slingshot move
3:28
when, you know, at times the silver or the gold to silver
3:31
ratio has gotten down to 15 to 1.
3:34
So when we talk about 50-60, even $100 silver, you know,
3:39
people may scoff at me and that's OK, I, I can take it.
3:42
But to me it feels like that's a, a real reality.
3:45
Galen, do you have any any any insights into silver?
3:49
Yeah, I think talking about the ratio is a great way to for me
3:53
in my mind to keep it simple. And I look at what the silver to
3:57
gold ratio is mined and then in the earth and it's 7:00 to 1:00
4:01
and 8:00 to 1:00 then we and then, so that's a huge
4:03
disconnect between 100 to 1 today.
4:06
So we have kind of reality of what it's mined at, at it when
4:09
it's in, what it's in the, in the, in the ground at, you know,
4:12
versus, you know, what it trades at, which is kind of very, very
4:15
strange. You know #1 And then I look at
4:18
the last time that silver to gold, the, the, the, the ratio
4:21
was 100 to 1. And that was in, I want to say
4:24
2020, early 2020. And after that, after getting
4:27
even a little more out of whack and silver did really well, you
4:31
know, really, really well, you know, and that was just, I think
4:34
just a hint of what could be to come, you know, in, in a real
4:37
market where both gold and silver take off, where we know
4:41
that gold in these markets, gold starts, you know, and silver
4:45
follows. And I remember it was only, I
4:47
want to say a year and a half ago where I, I was watching the
4:49
gold price on a Sunday night and it went to and it must have went
4:53
from $2000 to 2150. And I thought at that time that
4:57
like, wow, what a what a move 2150 and then here we are in
5:01
2025 and, you know, just the other week gold was, was rush
5:06
rushing upwards and touching 3500 on all of this buying from,
5:10
you know, we think central banks OR, or it doesn't really matter.
5:13
A buyer's right, a buyer's a buyer.
5:15
And I'm just thinking, OK, well, silver's, you know, hung in here
5:18
around $30, you know, but in the last year traded say between 28
5:22
and 32, touching 33, maybe 34 for a little bit.
5:25
You know, it's just got a lot of catching up to do and when it
5:28
happens, you know, often times it happens quickly and you know,
5:31
we just want to position our companies to be a go to name in
5:35
the silver space when people really want to want to own
5:38
silver. Yeah.
5:40
So, so you, you guys are combining as I said earlier,
5:44
you're combining your companies, both of which independently have
5:48
very attractive silver resources in the ground in the United
5:53
States. It why don't, why don't you kind
5:56
of give me a, a rundown as to the rationale behind this?
6:01
Obviously, we're looking at, I believe it's what a resource of
6:05
246,000,000 oz when you combine the companies and, and great
6:10
exploration opportunities. So Gary or or Galen, whoever
6:16
wants to start, you know, give me, give me the story and, and,
6:20
and, and why I'm so excited about this.
6:23
Yeah. I mean, we'll just kick it off.
6:25
I mean, for us it was about, and we've been, you know, trying to
6:29
get to scale in this business. It's, you know, a larger
6:34
companies just attract more capital and and we found that,
6:37
as you probably know, the junior companies have been underfunded,
6:40
chronically underfunded for for way too long.
6:44
And so I think part of the attraction of, of getting bigger
6:48
is just, you know, getting that scale to, to attract more, more
6:52
capital and to, and to jump ahead of, you know, some of the
6:55
smaller companies. And, and the other one is
6:58
creating a primary silver opportunity in the US.
7:04
And there just aren't many, if you look at the high grade
7:07
silver opportunities in, in the United States, there's very
7:10
limited opportunities. And when Galen and I came
7:15
together and started talking about this combination, it just
7:17
made a lot of sense. We, you know, we both have
7:20
independently strong resource base.
7:22
And you know, for silver 47, we started at about 168,000,000
7:28
silver equivalent in Alaska. And like you said, now we're
7:31
like 200 and 4200 and 46250 ish silver equivalent.
7:36
And for silver 47, we had about a 33% precious to base metals
7:41
because they do have a lot of zinc and a lot of a lot of base
7:44
metals in the Red Mountain project.
7:47
But we went from 33% now to well basically doubled around 60%
7:52
precious to base metals. So I think that's, you know,
7:55
those are just a couple of reasons you know why why we're
7:58
excited to, you know to build this venture.
8:01
But go ahead to Galen. Yeah, I completely agree for
8:05
sure. And then I think, you know, as
8:07
as far as companies go, we have two ways to grow and that's
8:10
through the drill bit, which I think we would both
8:12
independently have been successful on, but that takes
8:15
time, right? And then the other way is
8:18
through, you know, merging M&A with like minded companies who
8:22
want to grow something bigger where we hope that 1 + 1 is more
8:26
than two, you know, and that's certainly something that we're
8:28
going to, we're going to Gary and I are going to work on very
8:30
hard through marketing, you know, and, and telling and
8:34
telling people, you know, why it's important to invest in
8:37
silver and but also why it's important to invest like in
8:40
companies like as far as if you're into this sort of thing,
8:43
which we of course are very much.
8:46
So that's really it. Yeah, Yeah.
8:50
Anyway, in, in, in my other thought as well is that as we
8:53
talked about the macro silver market at the onset of this
8:56
video, there aren't a lot of companies out there that are
9:00
exploring and developing silver. So when the silver market does
9:04
turn, I would think that the combined and the combined
9:08
company will be called Silver 47.
9:10
Is that correct? Yeah, that that you guys will be
9:14
a step or two or three or four ahead of the competition, right.
9:18
I mean, it takes years and years and a lot of money to establish
9:23
the resource that that you'll already have had.
9:25
And in that, that resource could become very attractive to, you
9:30
know, even larger companies that might want to step in.
9:33
I'd like to thank the sponsor of this video, First Mint.
9:37
There a silver mint located in Las Vegas, NV, creating world
9:41
class silver bullion products. As a matter of fact, here's a 5
9:46
oz silver bar. You can check this out for
9:49
yourself on their website, firstmint.com.
9:53
Couple things unique about First Mint.
9:55
They're owned by First Majestic Silver headed up by Keith
9:59
Neumeyer. So they're getting the silver
10:02
out of the ground to the Mint to you from the mine to the met.
10:07
Again, you can check them out at first mint.com.
10:10
Thank you to 1st Mint for sponsoring Ron's basement and
10:13
sponsoring this video. Yeah, we, we think so there's,
10:18
you know, as you pointed out, not a lot of names and I think
10:21
we're going to see more M&A in, in the space.
10:24
I think, you know, investors want to see companies with, with
10:29
greater opportunities and, and greater scale.
10:32
And, you know, we also have a number of critical minerals in
10:35
our, we know in our, our zones, although they haven't been
10:39
counted in the resource because, you know, look, 10 years ago,
10:43
you know, people weren't really chasing antimony and gallium
10:46
and, and some of these critical minerals.
10:48
Well, now they're now they're strategic to, to the US and to
10:51
the West. And so we're going to look to
10:53
unlock some of that value. And that's just a bonus on top
10:56
of the on the high grade silver that you know that we have
10:59
collectible. Yeah.
11:01
Yeah. Gary, why don't I pull up this,
11:04
I'm going to pull up one of the slides from the from the deck
11:08
and I want to get your and Galen's commentary on this
11:11
because I think it's slide #7 there it is right there,
11:15
relative value and pro forma analysis.
11:18
What does what does this slide show us as we look at the
11:21
combined company which is here in the middle of the screen, the
11:24
white box? Yeah.
11:27
I mean it's, it's just showing the, I guess the quality of of
11:32
the company combined on a pro forma basis where we sit
11:35
relative to our peers. And you can see that we're
11:37
actually quite, you know, fairly.
11:40
I wouldn't say we're on, you know, the front of the pack or
11:43
the top of the pack, if you will, because we're still, you
11:47
know, we're still exploration. We've got some work to do to
11:49
get, you know, to get to where, you know, Visly is and, and some
11:52
of these others are a little more advanced, but you know,
11:54
this combination actually moved us up to middle to, if not, you
11:59
know, in, in, in the front of the pack, if you will.
12:02
And, and the US, it's really important.
12:05
If you look at these silver names, again, there's not a lot
12:08
of silver opportunities in the US and we think this is going to
12:12
going to be an attractive investment opportunity for
12:15
people to looking to deploy capital in a safe jurisdiction,
12:19
you know, like the US. Yep, Yep.
12:22
And when and when I look at this, you know, obvious on the
12:24
horizontal axis, I see the total resource and like your first
12:30
check mark there says you're the largest Tier 1 jurisdiction
12:33
silver resource. And then when you look at the
12:37
grade, you're not at the top of the grade, but you are above
12:41
most of the other exploration and I guess development stage
12:45
companies as well. Am I?
12:46
Am I reading that correctly? Yeah, I, I think you are.
12:50
I think you start to get over 300 grams per ton on the, the
12:54
vertical axis there. And all of a sudden you start to
12:56
separate from the pack pretty quickly.
12:58
And then, you know, on the, on the horizontal axis, the
13:00
resource size, you know, we're certainly furthest to the right,
13:04
you know, on any, on any combined entity with an American
13:08
flag beside it. And you know, these days the,
13:12
the whole made in America idea, I think is just returning and,
13:15
and not just from a making things that we use, but from a
13:19
getting the resources that we need to make the things we use.
13:22
You know, we, I think we really want to be producing our metals
13:25
and our materials from places like the United States because,
13:28
you know, great environmental standards, great Labor
13:32
Standards. And it's not like dollars for
13:34
dictators, like buying our metals from third world
13:37
countries. So that just personally, I think
13:39
that's important. Yeah, it's a good point.
13:44
Yeah, excellent, Excellent point.
13:46
Let me go back. I'm going to go to the other
13:48
slide just to give a kind of a synopsis of the benefits that
13:52
you guys outlined. Let me go back here.
13:56
Here we go, there we go creating, creating a leading
14:00
high grade US focus silver developer.
14:03
So we're going to have the Red Mountain project which is
14:05
obviously under Silver 47 at this point, the Hughes project
14:09
in Nevada and Mogian in New Mexico.
14:13
Gary, you want to give us a little overview of Red Mountain
14:16
and and what some exciting things that are going on there
14:19
right now? Sure.
14:20
Yeah, we're just ramping up now. Our 2025 drilling season will be
14:27
crews mobilizing there early June and we'll be drilling
14:30
likely before the mid of June this year.
14:33
And we've got a quite a significant budget.
14:36
You know we're working through what it's going to take to
14:40
really expand that resource. So the the main mission for 2025
14:44
at Red Mountain is going to be to growing our resource.
14:47
We already have a pretty substantial high grade silver
14:51
resource and and we're looking to grow that meaningfully and
14:55
hopefully it's enough to sort of tick the box on.
15:00
I guess the next step would be to well basically get looking to
15:03
get it into a new resource statement.
15:05
But on the back of that perhaps if we have enough tonnage from
15:08
this season is to move it into APEA.
15:11
So we, we have a pretty, pretty aggressive strategy to
15:16
accelerate the development, development of this project
15:19
into, you know, into a mine ultimately.
15:22
And we think we can fast track that if we can have a successful
15:25
drill season, which we're confident that we will.
15:28
And in addition to that, we've got a number of targets.
15:31
I mean, we've got many targets on this 60 kilometer trend.
15:35
It's a massive wholly owned project here that most of the
15:39
work's been focused on, on a couple of the zones that Dry
15:42
Creek and West Tundra that make up the resource.
15:44
But there's tons of targets that are yet to be drill tested and
15:47
just within the resource like you're showing here.
15:49
Now if you look at some of the, the silver and gold Grays are
15:52
quite impressive and that's what got us excited about it.
15:56
And we just see lots of room to grow this resource and the
15:59
mineralization is quite consistent and someone pretty
16:02
impressive silver hits here. So, so we want to continue to
16:05
grow this thing and like I said, move it into APDA as as soon as
16:09
we can. OK.
16:11
And and, and there's also some other critical minerals at Red
16:16
Mountain, you touched on that earlier.
16:19
Can you, can you expound on that just a little bit for us?
16:22
Yeah. So what's interesting is when we
16:24
we actually had a look at all casino's been obviously a big
16:26
push on critical minerals in the last year or so.
16:30
And we looked at all of our data and surprisingly came up with
16:34
pretty meaningful amounts of antimony and and gallium.
16:38
And up until about 2019, they never even assayed from the
16:44
previous operators and previous drilling, they never assayed for
16:47
those those elements. But since 2019, they started
16:51
analyzing for them and, and we found pretty consistent and
16:55
meaningful amounts of antimony and gallium and, and those,
16:59
those prices of those commodities have really been
17:01
ripping the last year mainly since trying to ban the export
17:04
of them. And, and China dominates the the
17:07
production of antimony and gallium like many other critical
17:10
minerals. So we think there's an
17:12
opportunity to add some value to, we need to do some
17:17
metallurgical work, but we think whatever that number is on the
17:20
recoveries, we think it's going to be a value add in addition to
17:23
what's already a robust and attractive high grade, you know,
17:27
exploration opportunity. So yeah, we're excited to do
17:30
that, get some work on those elements just if we can put them
17:33
into the fold and perhaps into the next resource statement.
17:36
But we'll we need to see what kind of metallurgical recoveries
17:39
we can get from that. But that's again it's just a
17:42
value add for us. Yeah, awesome, Awesome.
17:44
So that's project number one in Alaska.
17:47
Now, Galen, I know you have two flagship projects.
17:50
I guess you could say, or correct me if I'm wrong, Mogian
17:54
in New Mexico and the Hughes project in Nevada.
17:58
Should I flip a coin to ask you which one I'll have you talk
18:01
about first? I know they're both very
18:03
exciting, so I'll let you pick. Why don't you go ahead and tell
18:07
us about those two projects? Sure sounds good.
18:10
So we have two lower 48 US silver focus projects that were
18:16
at one time these Wild West historic, you know, mining
18:19
places that, you know, we, we often see about on TV and in the
18:23
movies. And you find that there's an old
18:25
adage in, in exploration and in mining.
18:27
It's like the best place to find a new mine is right next to the
18:30
old mine. So the one I'm going to start
18:32
with is in Nevada because we just recently were drilling
18:34
there and that one's called Hughes.
18:37
It's called Hughes just because it used to be owned by Howard
18:39
Hughes. So that's just a tip of the cap
18:41
to the history. And this is in the historic
18:44
Tonopah Mining District, big past producer in Nevada around
18:48
the turn of the 20th century. And it's one of the reasons that
18:52
Nevada is known as the Silver State.
18:54
And when you drive into Nevada, it still says welcome to the
18:56
Silver State and we have the eastern half of the historic
18:59
mining district and it's about two and a half mile extension.
19:05
So that's really where what we're focused on.
19:06
You can see there, those are our resource estimates there, 10
19:10
million ounces in the indicated category, 33 million ounces in
19:15
the inferred category and then an additional almost 3,000,000
19:19
ounces in some old tailings, you know old stuff that's already
19:24
been processed that still has some silver and gold left in it.
19:27
But what we see here is just just a great opportunity for
19:31
upside in addition to all these Oz that we have is to step out
19:34
from the district in with modern exploration tools that the the
19:39
old timers, as good as they were, you know, 100 years ago,
19:42
as good as they were, just didn't, didn't have the same
19:44
tools that we have today, whether it be drilling, whether
19:47
it be, you know, 3D software that we can use to visualize the
19:50
veins better and just increase the the discovery efficiency.
19:53
You know, we have all that stuff today and we've been quite
19:55
successful in drilling this drilling this thing out and
19:58
looking for more. But we think that there's a lot
20:01
more to find here and that we the work is really only just
20:04
begun. So you know that.
20:06
That's that's the Hughes project in Nevada and then I'll move on
20:09
now to the Maggione project in New Mexico.
20:13
So this was the largest historic high grade silver producer in
20:16
the state, you know, produce something like 16,000,000 ounces
20:19
of silver and 350,000 ounces of gold, which sounds like a lot,
20:25
right? But it's really not that much
20:26
when you put it into comparison with, you know, it's cousins in
20:30
Mexico that the Spanish have been mining going back at least
20:34
500 years, something like 500 years.
20:36
You know, this is a very unexplored version of that.
20:39
And some people even say that this might be the best vein
20:43
field left remaining in the United States.
20:45
And I, I tend to agree with that.
20:47
I, I think that it's definitely up there.
20:48
It really could be. So we put out a resource, a
20:51
mineral resource estimate on this project for the first time
20:55
earlier in earlier this year in January.
20:57
There's 32,000,000 silver equivalent oz there at a good
21:00
grade of well over 350g per ton silver equivalent.
21:05
But the big, the big thing is, is like, OK, well, we've only,
21:07
only partially covered, you know, I'm going to use
21:10
kilometers because that's what it says on the slide.
21:12
We've only partially covered, you know, almost 2 1/2
21:14
kilometers of 1 vein. There's an additional 75
21:18
kilometers of vein and perspective good geological
21:22
structures on the property that have seen a little bit of old
21:25
mining, but no real modern exploration.
21:28
And that's where we can come in and and really add value here
21:31
over the long term. So that's that's really what
21:35
we're excited about is, is you can go back here and just keep
21:38
stepping out and likely in my professional opinion as a
21:41
geologist continue to hit good mineralization.
21:44
So lots of work to do on all three of these projects.
21:47
And and correct me if I'm wrong, Galen the Mogi on project was
21:52
was an operating mine. It was doing really well and
21:56
wasn't it shut down because of one of the wars that broke out?
21:58
Like it was doing great, but it just kind of was shut down for
22:01
World War 2 or World War One if I remember correctly.
22:05
Yeah, that's right. It was World War 2.
22:06
So the reason that mining in Maggio, New Mexico shut down and
22:11
they were in there and working on it was that in 1942, there
22:13
was an executive order and then all precious metals mining
22:17
stopped in the United States by law.
22:19
So the guys can go and mine iron for steel and things like that,
22:22
right? It just wasn't.
22:23
It wasn't a priority and and never really started up after
22:26
that, never really started up after that.
22:29
Interesting. And and you mentioned something
22:31
that I've never thought of before with the Mogi on project
22:33
that you I think you refer to it as its cousins in Mexico.
22:37
We all know that Mexico is the, you know, the silver, biggest
22:40
silver producer in the world as I understand it.
22:43
And I would imagine New Mexico obviously is not too far
22:47
geographically away. So it is like part of that same
22:51
system that that produces so much silver in Mexico.
22:56
Yeah, I call it part of that same geologic province or clan
23:00
is probably a better way to put it.
23:02
When I get to hear about the prospect of buying, you know,
23:05
silver in the ground it valued at under a dollar per oz, I get
23:09
very excited and that's generally can be the case within
23:12
the the developer exploration stage companies.
23:15
But it looks like you guys are going to be presenting even a
23:18
more attractive option. Can you tell us a little more
23:21
about that? Yeah, I mean this slide kind of
23:25
lays it out right. We're, we're on a combined
23:27
basis, well probably today even less than $0.19 an ounce on a
23:33
enterprise value of silver equivalent in the ground.
23:36
And I think that's an attractive value proposition for somebody
23:39
looking, you know, to getting a good deal on a, on a company
23:43
with great assets. And if you look at our peers to
23:46
the right of this, you know, they're 5859 and over well over
23:50
a dollar per oz in the ground. So we think there's just huge
23:53
torque on, on this new company going forward.
23:58
And I think that's, that's great for investors to get in, you
24:01
know, get in early while we're still, we're still young as a,
24:05
as a company. Yeah, yeah.
24:07
I get very passionate when I tell people like you can buy
24:10
silver in the ground in the United States for less than a
24:14
dollar per oz. So when you think about the big
24:17
picture for silver at least, what my personal belief is that
24:21
in the next year to 10 years, we're going to see some great
24:25
times for for silver. What about the company's
24:30
combined or what about the capital structure inside
24:33
ownership? Is is there a guy named Eric
24:36
Sprott that has an interest in the company at all?
24:40
Yes, yeah. Yes.
24:42
That, that, that simple answer is of course, yes.
24:44
I think there's a slide we can show with the new capital
24:47
structure actually. OK, Yeah, let me see.
24:49
If I can, I can speak to you a little bit.
24:51
I will. I believe I actually have that
24:53
written down. Galen and slide #11 Yep, there
24:58
we go. Is that it?
24:59
Yeah. So this slide I think really,
25:01
really does a really good job of laying out what the merger looks
25:04
like. And you know that the
25:05
shareholders that we're going to have just post on a post merger
25:08
basis. So if you look at on the pro
25:11
forma basis, we've got Eric Sprott in there at 12%, We've
25:16
got institutionals, institutions and strategic investors in there
25:20
at 15% and then management in there at 10%, which I think
25:24
combined is, is a quite a strong place to be in.
25:29
It's a, it's a really, when we say at the market merger, you
25:32
know, it's just based on our average prices over 20 days,
25:36
that's pretty close to 5050 with a Silver 47 being about 56% and
25:41
Summa silver being about 44%. But that's just, you know, we
25:46
thought we felt because we are, our valuations were so close as
25:49
we worked through this process of negotiating, that the best
25:52
thing to do is, you know, to to just be, to keep it simple and
25:55
smash things together, for lack of a better term.
25:57
And and here we are. Yep, out outstanding.
26:03
And I want to emphasize this is a friendly merger.
26:06
Obviously we have the CE OS of both companies on here together
26:11
that that you guys both believe that this will be in the best
26:15
interest. You know that it'll create some
26:17
great economies of scale, some great synergies and and create
26:20
more value for shareholders as well.
26:24
Yeah, we think so. I mean, we took the approach of,
26:27
you know, no premiums and just come together at market is, is
26:30
how we've structured this thing. And look at, we all know that
26:34
we're all undervalued here, at least we we feel that we are.
26:37
And so we thought it was just the easiest thing to do is just
26:40
come together and, and make a bigger, better company.
26:43
And, and we're, yeah, we're pretty excited about this thing
26:45
going forward. OK.
26:47
OK. Anything else either of you
26:49
would like to add? I always forget to ask
26:51
something, so anything. Else there's there's one thing
26:55
that you know, I think it was important for silver 47 is
26:58
because we have this Red Mountain project in Alaska,
27:01
which is a great opportunity, but it is in Alaska and you
27:05
know, when it's winter time, it's, it's tougher to to do
27:08
exploration. So I think one of the
27:10
opportunities that, that we see combining with Zuma Silver is
27:14
the fact that we can now work in, in the southern, southern US
27:17
on, on our offseason for compared to Red Mountain.
27:20
So you'll see the new company have a lot more news flow in, in
27:24
Alaska in the summer and then in the Southern US and you know in
27:28
the fall winter months. So I think that combination is
27:31
going to be it's going to be good for shareholders.
27:34
Yeah. I mean, you guys already have a
27:35
massive resource, but I want to emphasize to our viewer, and
27:40
maybe both of you can comment on this, there's real, I mean, the
27:44
intention is to make it even bigger.
27:46
I am I remembering correctly There may be a goal to get it up
27:49
to almost possibly even a billion ounces of silver?
27:53
Yeah, that's the dream. I mean we just we want to grow
27:56
and we know that we could grow through the drill bit.
27:59
But you know M&A is, is certainly part of that equation.
28:02
So I don't think we're I don't think we're done on the M and A
28:04
front. We're going to continue to look
28:06
for creative acquisitions and then obviously we want to
28:09
continue to grow, you know, through the drill bit.
28:11
So yeah, it's a pretty hefty goal, but we we definitely want
28:14
to grow and want to get up, get up to the front of the pack, if
28:17
you will. OK, OK.
28:19
For. Sure, for sure.
28:20
And then from my end, just the last thing that I wanted to say
28:22
was that we were talking about owning physical silver.
28:24
Well, I just wanted to show you guys my new favorite piece of
28:27
physical silver here. You can see there some, some
28:30
sometime, you know, you hear that there's no such thing as a
28:32
silver bullet. Well, sometimes there is.
28:36
Nice. Well, Galen, I'd get in trouble
28:39
because here's mine. I gave my wife this for
28:41
Valentine's Day. Beautiful, yeah.
28:45
About four years ago, it's 3 ounces of silver, and somehow it
28:48
wound up on my desk, so you know it's on your.
28:51
Desk. It's on my desk.
28:54
Yeah. I, I, I love silver and I'm
28:57
super excited again about the prospects for silver in general,
29:02
but also the idea of a company like yours that has silver in
29:06
the ground in the United States, zero debt, unless I'm mistaken,
29:11
and, and just prospects to continue to grow.
29:14
And, and, and you know, I've always been a big deep value
29:17
investor. And let's just be real, the
29:20
whole precious metals development sector has been out
29:24
of favor for a long time. And in the, the, the value
29:28
opportunity is just, it's astounding, right?
29:31
Like we talked about earlier, when you get silver, I joke
29:34
around and tell people, hey, you know, I love physical silver,
29:37
but I really like it even cheaper in the ground.
29:40
It's like in the best safe in the world.
29:42
And we can just, you know, wait for the market to correct.
29:45
And I think, you know, I don't give financial advice.
29:48
I'm not a financial advisor, but you know, being patient and and
29:54
holding on to some of these stocks in the, in the precious
29:57
metals development and exploration stage, I think can
30:01
provide some great opportunity for possible capital
30:05
appreciation. And you know, I've talked to
30:07
both of you independently in the past over the years, got a lot
30:11
of respect for both of you. So I'm very excited to see that
30:15
you're combining this effort and I can't wait to see where it
30:19
goes. I also want to mention I'll have
30:21
links to both the company's websites in the description of
30:24
the video. Thank you guys.
30:27
Yeah, I appreciate it. Thanks a lot, Ron.
30:29
Yeah. Thank you.
30:29
Great to be on. Great to see you and thanks
30:31
again. Yep, we'll see you soon.
30:33
Thanks. All right, take care.
30:34
Bye now.
