- 0:11Speaker 2: Hi, and welcome back to the Body Pod. We have
- 0:15Speaker 2: Shamina Taylor with us, wealth expert and business mentor. We're
- 0:20Speaker 2: so excited to have you on today. Thanks for being
- 0:23Speaker 2: with us.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Thank you for.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Having me Shamina. Holy cow, Okay, I'm like dying because
- 0:32Speaker 1: first of all, I just ordered your book and just
- 0:37Speaker 1: have been deep diving into your website and your Instagram
- 0:40Speaker 1: and all the things. So holy cow, Laura, do you
- 0:44Speaker 1: want to start with the like?
- 0:47Speaker 4: I don't.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Well, actually, what I think we should do is for
- 0:50Speaker 2: anyone who isn't familiar with you, why don't you give us.
- 0:56Speaker 4: An intro on yourself.
- 0:57Speaker 2: And how you became a wealth expert and business mentor.
- 1:03Speaker 1: I'm going to say, boss babe, yeah, Ussa, Well I'm USA.
- 1:08Speaker 3: All right, I'll give you. I'll give you the cliff
- 1:12Speaker 3: note version on it because it's a long story, but
- 1:15Speaker 3: I'll try and make it very short. I am a
- 1:18Speaker 3: former attorney. I used to be an attorney here and
- 1:20Speaker 3: I live in Chicago, and I've been attorney for twenty
- 1:22Speaker 3: something years and about eleven years ago, so it was
- 1:27Speaker 3: January of twenty thirteen, I just finished a bodybuilding competition.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I was into figure and everybody saw me changing my
- 1:34Speaker 3: body because I was very fit, fit fit, because when
- 1:36Speaker 3: you can't change the inside, you changed the outside. So
- 1:38Speaker 3: that's what I was doing. And I was a high achiever,
- 1:41Speaker 3: so every time there was something out there to do,
- 1:43Speaker 3: I was like, I'm going to get on it. So
- 1:45Speaker 3: when you're high performer, high tier, you're always looking for
- 1:47Speaker 3: that next thing, like how am I going to you know, grow,
- 1:49Speaker 3: grow grow. I did a triathlon, then I did figure competitions,
- 1:52Speaker 3: and so a gal that was with me at the time,
- 1:54Speaker 3: she had had a huge transformation because she joined me
- 1:57Speaker 3: and she was doing bikini. Well, the local news here
- 1:59Speaker 3: in Chicago so wanted to do a story on her
- 2:02Speaker 3: and she was going to be on TV, and that
- 2:03Speaker 3: was like my dream. I just wanted to be on
- 2:05Speaker 3: TV no matter what. So she said, We're going to
- 2:08Speaker 3: go to a yoga studio because that's where she that's
- 2:10Speaker 3: where she did yoga, and yoga to me was like
- 2:15Speaker 3: my kryptonite because when you lift weights, yoga is the heart.
- 2:17Speaker 3: I don't know if anybody can relate to this, but
- 2:19Speaker 3: if you have not practiced yoga, yoga is a really
- 2:21Speaker 3: hard thing, Like my lots would start shaking, and it
- 2:24Speaker 3: was really really hard for me to do, but I
- 2:26Speaker 3: wanted to be on TV, so I was willing to
- 2:28Speaker 3: do it. This is probably my third yoga class going
- 2:31Speaker 3: into this studio, and when I walked in, I was prepared.
- 2:35Speaker 3: When it walked up to the cameraman, I said, Hey,
- 2:36Speaker 3: don't pan on me too much. But really what I
- 2:38Speaker 3: was telling him was like, look at me and my
- 2:39Speaker 3: cute Luli Lemon. Don't forget to you know, don't forget
- 2:42Speaker 3: to don't forget to shine on me because I look
- 2:44Speaker 3: so cute.
- 2:45Speaker 5: And we were about fifteen minutes into this class and
- 2:48Speaker 5: she was literally doing P ninety yoga and I was
- 2:50Speaker 5: getting so annoyed with her because I felt like she
- 2:53Speaker 5: was showing off and trying to make us jump up
- 2:54Speaker 5: and down and do this extravagant cat class.
- 2:57Speaker 3: I looked down on my phone. I was like, oh
- 2:58Speaker 3: my gosh, forty five more minutes, Like what am I
- 3:00Speaker 3: going to do? This is I'm in pain already. So
- 3:03Speaker 3: I was going to win at yoga because that's what
- 3:05Speaker 3: I do. I'm very competitive, and I was going to
- 3:07Speaker 3: beat everybody in the room. Because that's who I am
- 3:10Speaker 3: at that time. And she said, okay, you know, she's
- 3:14Speaker 3: doing her yoga stuff. Are you happy and blah blah blah,
- 3:16Speaker 3: and she's like, take one foot this way and put
- 3:18Speaker 3: one foot that way. And I grabbed that was the
- 3:20Speaker 3: little quirks, you know, the things to hold on too,
- 3:22Speaker 3: because to assist you. And I was gripping onto this
- 3:24Speaker 3: thing and I was putting my leg one way the
- 3:25Speaker 3: other way, and I was you know, I could hear
- 3:27Speaker 3: her saying like are you Are you happy? And I'm like, no,
- 3:30Speaker 3: I'm not happy, you know. And I felt this physical
- 3:33Speaker 3: pain come through me that I have not felt before.
- 3:36Speaker 3: And I was so programmed to push through pain because
- 3:40Speaker 3: that's all I did was just ignore what was happening
- 3:42Speaker 3: in my body and just move through it because no pain,
- 3:45Speaker 3: no gain. That was really real, literally what I lived in.
- 3:48Speaker 3: So as I was doing this, pushing through this pain,
- 3:51Speaker 3: and she's asking these questions about are you happy? And
- 3:53Speaker 3: you know, I was thinking, I forgot who Shamina was.
- 3:57Speaker 3: I mean, I had all the things, I checked, all
- 3:59Speaker 3: the blam boxes, you know, I had a million dollar home,
- 4:02Speaker 3: I had a successful law practice, Max husband had a
- 4:05Speaker 3: amazing business. We would go to the Europe in the summertime,
- 4:09Speaker 3: we'd go to the Caribbean in the winter. We had
- 4:11Speaker 3: extravagant trips. We bought all the nice things. I had
- 4:14Speaker 3: a boy and a girl, beautiful family, you know, we
- 4:16Speaker 3: were fit as a fiddle, and yet something was still missing.
- 4:19Speaker 3: And in this moment, this physical pain turned to emotional
- 4:22Speaker 3: pain and I just started crying and I couldn't stop.
- 4:26Speaker 3: It was the ugliest cry I'd ever had in my life.
- 4:28Speaker 3: And it was this release finally. I could feel it
- 4:30Speaker 3: still to this day, where it was just like, oh,
- 4:33Speaker 3: like finally, it was like the ice the iceberg broke,
- 4:36Speaker 3: the ice Queen broke. Because I was so used to
- 4:38Speaker 3: program to just be shoving my emotions down and not
- 4:41Speaker 3: feeling anything that in that moment I was forced to
- 4:43Speaker 3: feel because we care all of our emotions in our hips.
- 4:46Speaker 3: So I let everything out and as she was talking,
- 4:48Speaker 3: I realized something had to change in my life. I
- 4:51Speaker 3: had like a before and after in that moment. I'd
- 4:53Speaker 3: stayed in that position the entire class. It was called
- 4:55Speaker 3: the frog post and it's one of the most you know,
- 4:57Speaker 3: advanced positions you could be in. And because I'd pushed
- 5:01Speaker 3: myself to the brink of having you know, I had
- 5:03Speaker 3: to feel something. It forced me to feel for the
- 5:05Speaker 3: first time and for so long. A month later, you know,
- 5:09Speaker 3: I came home and talked to my husband at the time,
- 5:10Speaker 3: and a month later, you know, we went to see
- 5:12Speaker 3: a therapist and they decided it was a good idea
- 5:14Speaker 3: for him to move out. And that was the start
- 5:17Speaker 3: of my journey of figuring out what was next for
- 5:19Speaker 3: me and I realized that the marriage had failed, not
- 5:21Speaker 3: because of the marriage, but because we both came into
- 5:24Speaker 3: this relationship with our trauma and our stuff and we
- 5:26Speaker 3: didn't actually get help, and most people don't because I
- 5:29Speaker 3: was living in such an everyday life of just success,
- 5:32Speaker 3: achieve you know, do the thing, the thing over and
- 5:34Speaker 3: over again, what's next, what's next, that I didn't stop
- 5:36Speaker 3: to actually be or just to feel into my life.
- 5:39Speaker 3: It was like all the achievements there. So the next
- 5:43Speaker 3: aren and a half years I spent on a very
- 5:45Speaker 3: deep spiritual journey. I did end up getting a divorce,
- 5:48Speaker 3: and I still think my ex husband is a great guy.
- 5:50Speaker 3: He's got his stuff to go through. I didn't think
- 5:51Speaker 3: of it at the time, but now I've emotionally mastered,
- 5:54Speaker 3: I worked on my emotions, and as I did that,
- 5:57Speaker 3: I started noticing as I healed, a certain part of
- 5:59Speaker 3: my life solve and if I was desiring something, it
- 6:02Speaker 3: would literally click. I'm like, oh, I had a belief
- 6:05Speaker 3: or I had emotion that was blocking me from having
- 6:07Speaker 3: the thing I wanted. I went on a journey of
- 6:09Speaker 3: figuring it out. And as I started doing this, I
- 6:10Speaker 3: thought I had uncovered, like, you know, the secret to everything,
- 6:13Speaker 3: and it was it was so profound that once I
- 6:16Speaker 3: started doing it. I don't know if you guys know
- 6:19Speaker 3: about consciousness, skill about like if you're aware of it,
- 6:22Speaker 3: but you know, when we are in greed or negative
- 6:25Speaker 3: you know, emotions, we're on the lower vibrational frequency. But
- 6:28Speaker 3: as we go up to love, joy and happiness and enlightenment,
- 6:31Speaker 3: we become more conscious and become more aware, and we'd
- 6:35Speaker 3: become more peaceful, you know. And as I started doing this,
- 6:39Speaker 3: I started saying, Oh, my gosh, I can apply this
- 6:41Speaker 3: to money. I can apply this to wealth. And because
- 6:45Speaker 3: money is so emotional for everybody, money is one of
- 6:48Speaker 3: the most emotional things. It's so tied up. And as
- 6:51Speaker 3: I started applying it to that, I created a business
- 6:54Speaker 3: around it, and I realized I didn't lock something, and
- 6:56Speaker 3: I was talking about something that no other person was
- 6:59Speaker 3: really talking about in this way. And I started my business.
- 7:02Speaker 3: I expected to make a million dollars because I saw
- 7:04Speaker 3: everybody doing it. So when they did and when I did,
- 7:07Speaker 3: when I said that, you know, it happened right away.
- 7:09Speaker 3: And so I just started making millions right away. I
- 7:12Speaker 3: learned to tap into my feminine energy, which I do
- 7:14Speaker 3: believe is the quantum field. It's like it's the knowing,
- 7:17Speaker 3: it's the trucks. Like every woman I work with is
- 7:18Speaker 3: one hundred percent intuitive, but they don't trust it. They're
- 7:21Speaker 3: looking for the how and the where, the when, like
- 7:23Speaker 3: how do I do it? They're very in their masculine heads.
- 7:25Speaker 3: And I'd been in my wounded masculine for so long
- 7:28Speaker 3: because I was in that prove it energy. I'm going
- 7:30Speaker 3: to prove you. I'm going to show to you I'm worthy,
- 7:32Speaker 3: I'm good enough that I could achieve things. But I
- 7:35Speaker 3: was never It never ever filled me up. And now
- 7:37Speaker 3: on this day, I can tell you the stuff that
- 7:39Speaker 3: I'm searching for and that yoga met I have right now.
- 7:42Speaker 3: So that's that's how I got into this.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Okay, so you literally had a breakthrough slash break down
- 7:51Speaker 1: on TV rememoring the yoga when I mean that right there? Yeah,
- 7:58Speaker 1: that right there says a lot I've I've only done
- 8:01Speaker 1: yoga a few times too, and it's still amazing. But
- 8:03Speaker 1: like you know, like and every time, I'm like, I'm
- 8:06Speaker 1: the worst one in this room. I might be the fittest,
- 8:09Speaker 1: but I'm the worst one. But I remember in college
- 8:13Speaker 1: going to a yoga class and for some reason I
- 8:17Speaker 1: just started crying. I do not cry. My kids are like, Mom,
- 8:22Speaker 1: I'm like the Seinfeld like what are these water? What's
- 8:24Speaker 1: this water coming out of my eyes? Like very good
- 8:27Speaker 1: at pushing it down, And it's almost a robotic, like
- 8:32Speaker 1: when you're not in tune with that, like you just
- 8:34Speaker 1: kind of go into this robotic living life, success, performing whatever.
- 8:39Speaker 1: So you're saying that here you start this your business
- 8:43Speaker 1: around this, well, is it just business coaching? And who
- 8:47Speaker 1: can come to you? What's like your average, like your
- 8:50Speaker 1: ideal or maybe not even ideal, but like who is
- 8:53Speaker 1: your client?
- 8:54Speaker 3: My client is a high performer, overachieving woman period, Like
- 8:57Speaker 3: she is somebody. She could have a brick and mortar busines,
- 9:00Speaker 3: she could have any business she could just be a
- 9:01Speaker 3: woman who has a nine to five but really wants
- 9:03Speaker 3: to get to that next level of who she is.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Right like, I feel like I have different levels of
- 9:08Speaker 3: where women come into my world. That the first thing
- 9:09Speaker 3: I start with is emotional mastery stuff, because I feel
- 9:12Speaker 3: like everybody has to start there. When I learned, because
- 9:14Speaker 3: I used to get triggered over everything, like it was
- 9:16Speaker 3: like I grew up with a lot of trauma. I
- 9:18Speaker 3: had a lot of trauma growing up. My father was
- 9:21Speaker 3: not I didn't get the pick of the litter with
- 9:22Speaker 3: that one. But I realized that because I had unresolved decades,
- 9:27Speaker 3: like I'll be fifty two in June, and I had
- 9:31Speaker 3: decades of unresolved trauma that was inside of me, and
- 9:33Speaker 3: I walked around as a victim, even though I didn't say, Hey,
- 9:36Speaker 3: I'm a victim, but you could hear it in my scarcity.
- 9:39Speaker 3: And I noticed that once I started healing the victimness
- 9:42Speaker 3: in me, my abundance grew because you can't be abundant
- 9:45Speaker 3: and a victim at the same time. So I noticed
- 9:47Speaker 3: that if it started healing the stuff that that made
- 9:50Speaker 3: me feel like a victim, that it started really increasing
- 9:54Speaker 3: like I would emasculate men all over like I was.
- 9:56Speaker 3: I'man a lawyer, I and masculate my husband because I
- 9:59Speaker 3: was such a control o freak. I wanted everything to
- 10:01Speaker 3: be in my way because it was like one of
- 10:03Speaker 3: the things that my nervous system wanted, right, Like I
- 10:05Speaker 3: believe we have three core wounds like abandonment, betrayal and
- 10:10Speaker 3: benefit metrail and unworthiness. I had them all right. I
- 10:13Speaker 3: grew up with a very abusive father. And you don't
- 10:16Speaker 3: have to have, you know, the physical abuse that I had.
- 10:19Speaker 3: You could you could have your mom left you in
- 10:20Speaker 3: the isle at kmart one day and you felt a benemit.
- 10:23Speaker 3: You know, you could have your mom told told you
- 10:25Speaker 3: don't eat that other cookie, and now you've got, you know,
- 10:27Speaker 3: feelings of unworthiness because you had two extra cookies or something.
- 10:30Speaker 3: You know. I've had clients that had that actually and
- 10:32Speaker 3: they've actually, you know, gained a lot of weight from it.
- 10:35Speaker 3: And so that emotional trauma could come in. And I
- 10:38Speaker 3: can look at your business and see how much money
- 10:40Speaker 3: you're making per month, and I and for somebody who's
- 10:43Speaker 3: let's say, has like big cash months or something like that.
- 10:46Speaker 3: But then the money will leak out somewhere else. I'll
- 10:49Speaker 3: have a money leak somewhere else in the business, Like, wait,
- 10:51Speaker 3: what what's happening. I knew that they probably have an
- 10:53Speaker 3: abandonment wound because I do believe you were the blueprint
- 10:56Speaker 3: for your life in business. If they have and consistent months,
- 11:00Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, I'm going to look in and you
- 11:02Speaker 3: probably have a betrayal that's going on that you haven't resolved.
- 11:05Speaker 3: And if you're under charging or not really selling high
- 11:07Speaker 3: ticket or making the money you should be making, or
- 11:09Speaker 3: you're over delivering. You're giving everything away plus a kitchen
- 11:12Speaker 3: sink on a very small, you know offer, you probably
- 11:15Speaker 3: have unworthiness so you're not charging enough. It's like all connected.
- 11:18Speaker 3: I've studied thousands of women and I see the pattern
- 11:21Speaker 3: over and over again, thousands of high achieving, high performing women.
- 11:25Speaker 3: And you know, it's such a subconscious thing that we're doing.
- 11:28Speaker 3: And our subconscious creates a reality. And if you're not
- 11:31Speaker 3: in tune with your emotions, which is our superpower or feminine,
- 11:34Speaker 3: we were blocking wealth and so many opportunities coming in
- 11:37Speaker 3: that could create wealth in our lives. Because I have
- 11:40Speaker 3: a saying, you get to be unapologetically rich, rich in
- 11:43Speaker 3: love rich in wealth, you know, rich in money, rich
- 11:45Speaker 3: in opportunities, rich in experience, rich in health. But sometimes
- 11:48Speaker 3: we're doing it just the hard way because we're so
- 11:51Speaker 3: programmed for suffering. Like if I didn't work hard for it,
- 11:54Speaker 3: I didn't earn it. And I believe you just get
- 11:55Speaker 3: to have things just because.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Yeah, that is weird that we feel that we need
- 12:00Speaker 4: to suffer for certain things or why that programming even exists,
- 12:05Speaker 4: like in our mind.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Well, my brain was like, okay, cool, So high performing
- 12:11Speaker 1: women come to you and they're automatically I was just like, well,
- 12:17Speaker 1: you're teaching education, but you just pulled it right back
- 12:20Speaker 1: and said no. The first thing is these emotional like triggerers.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I wouldn't have even thought about that.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Well, if you think about response and reactive, if you
- 12:34Speaker 3: are responding, if you're like reacting to the way people
- 12:37Speaker 3: are talking to you, like you get angry and you
- 12:38Speaker 3: get triggered, you're actually handing them your power because they
- 12:41Speaker 3: have something because something inside of you is not settled right,
- 12:44Speaker 3: something inside of you is still saying like, how dare
- 12:47Speaker 3: you say that to me? And a lot of the
- 12:48Speaker 3: times when we haven't controlled those emotional you know, things
- 12:51Speaker 3: in us. We want the environment to be controlled. Don't
- 12:54Speaker 3: say that thing to me, like, don't you do that
- 12:56Speaker 3: thing that you know that upsets me because we want
- 12:58Speaker 3: everybody to do something to keep us centered, as opposed
- 13:01Speaker 3: to us being centered and up worrying what's going on
- 13:04Speaker 3: in the world. Like when the world was flying apark
- 13:06Speaker 3: in twenty twenty, I was making millions because I'm like here,
- 13:09Speaker 3: I am, I feel so good. I'm like, y'all could
- 13:11Speaker 3: go crazy out there, but I'm gonna over here making
- 13:14Speaker 3: money because it didn't matter what was happening. It never
- 13:16Speaker 3: matters what's happening outside of me. It only matters what's
- 13:20Speaker 3: happening within me, because that, to me is true mastered
- 13:23Speaker 3: self and power.
- 13:26Speaker 1: What is the average age of your client.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Well, we go anywhere from thirty five to probably fifty five,
- 13:33Speaker 3: you know, around that age. One of my programs, an
- 13:37Speaker 3: entry level program that we have it's called a Millionaire Mindset,
- 13:41Speaker 3: And we have some women in their sixties that literally
- 13:43Speaker 3: said I just gave them back their lives because they
- 13:45Speaker 3: were like at this place where and there's some of
- 13:46Speaker 3: them are millionaires too. They're like, we've done all the things,
- 13:49Speaker 3: like what's next and I've got a Galllory that just
- 13:51Speaker 3: went through the program and she's like, you literally made
- 13:53Speaker 3: me feel like my life is not over now you know,
- 13:56Speaker 3: I've got more time back. Yeah, So, my master most
- 14:00Speaker 3: of the women in there are all moms, and they
- 14:04Speaker 3: have businesses and they're thriving, and they're just doing incredible
- 14:08Speaker 3: stuff in that program.
- 14:09Speaker 4: How long are you How long are your programs?
- 14:12Speaker 2: How long do you feel like it takes like your
- 14:15Speaker 2: average client to break through the emotional barriers, because I'm
- 14:20Speaker 2: sure it's different.
- 14:20Speaker 3: For everyone everybody. So I'll tell you my mastermind. Women
- 14:24Speaker 3: they're a little bit more advanced in the sense that
- 14:25Speaker 3: they take a lot of action. They're a lot like
- 14:27Speaker 3: me in the sense where I was, so they can
- 14:29Speaker 3: have a shift in two months. I had a woman
- 14:31Speaker 3: that came to me. She was making about a hundred
- 14:32Speaker 3: thousand dollars a month. She owned a farm, a ranch,
- 14:35Speaker 3: sorry ranch, they were a ranching organic pork I think
- 14:37Speaker 3: it was. And she's like, she mean, I make one
- 14:40Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars a month, but I'm not seeing anything.
- 14:42Speaker 3: And I'm like, okay, let me figure out. She's to
- 14:43Speaker 3: be a dancer. Wasn't dancing anymore? And when I got
- 14:46Speaker 3: to the root of it, she was feeling very unworthy
- 14:48Speaker 3: with the stuff that she was doing. And I said, Okay,
- 14:51Speaker 3: you dance. I go, why aren't you dancing? I go, first,
- 14:54Speaker 3: Number one, you need to start dancing again and do
- 14:56Speaker 3: the thing that you love and not because you have
- 14:57Speaker 3: to do something. Go do something that you enjoy that
- 15:00Speaker 3: brings you a feeling of you know, brings that creativity out.
- 15:04Speaker 3: And then I rewired some of her belief systems that
- 15:06Speaker 3: she had no joke. Within two months she was making
- 15:09Speaker 3: four hundred thousand dollars and then in February she just
- 15:12Speaker 3: signed up in October November. In February she just told
- 15:15Speaker 3: us that she had a four point eight million dollar
- 15:18Speaker 3: contract come in for the ranch, and which added an
- 15:21Speaker 3: additional two hundred thousand dollars a month. And they just closed.
- 15:24Speaker 3: I think they're closing on a seven or just did
- 15:25Speaker 3: on a seven million dollar contract. And I'll tell you
- 15:28Speaker 3: what shifted for her is that she started believing in
- 15:31Speaker 3: what she was doing. She started We worked on her unworthiness,
- 15:34Speaker 3: we worked on her belief systems because she had the
- 15:36Speaker 3: up and down income, right, I worked on the betrayal,
- 15:39Speaker 3: and then we worked on some more rooted things about
- 15:41Speaker 3: how she was setting up her business and the expenses
- 15:43Speaker 3: that she had, because when you when you are out
- 15:46Speaker 3: of alignment, you're going to have so many expenses in
- 15:48Speaker 3: your business. You're not going to be making the money
- 15:50Speaker 3: that you want to make. You're going to be doing
- 15:52Speaker 3: everything the hard way. And the number one thing that
- 15:55Speaker 3: I see with a lot of women that run their
- 15:56Speaker 3: businesses is they actually don't have support. They don't know
- 15:59Speaker 3: how to receive support because receiving is the hardest thing,
- 16:05Speaker 3: and letting people in and letting because they like to control, micromanage.
- 16:09Speaker 3: And I used to be the same way. And I
- 16:10Speaker 3: feel like I have a big team now well, I
- 16:12Speaker 3: mean we have five people, but it's like it's bigger
- 16:14Speaker 3: than most people. But I am fully supported. Everybody does one.
- 16:17Speaker 3: They have three, you know, full time people, and then
- 16:19Speaker 3: I have two part time. But we have people doing
- 16:22Speaker 3: everything so I can stay in my zone of genius.
- 16:25Speaker 3: And I find that when she can't receive support, it's
- 16:27Speaker 3: because there's something going on inside of her. Is that
- 16:30Speaker 3: you know, it's it's affecting, it's affecting the way she's
- 16:32Speaker 3: running her business. It's affecting the way, it's like abandonment
- 16:35Speaker 3: when we let someone in and we let them because
- 16:37Speaker 3: I know for me this happened. If I let you
- 16:39Speaker 3: in and I let you help me, support me, will
- 16:42Speaker 3: you leave me after I've trusted you?
- 16:44Speaker 2: Like?
- 16:44Speaker 3: And so I had to look into did I have
- 16:45Speaker 3: a story like that? And I did, so I had
- 16:47Speaker 3: to work through that story and I really had to
- 16:49Speaker 3: get my nervous system really like, Okay, this, this, this,
- 16:52Speaker 3: this team member is not going to leave. This person
- 16:54Speaker 3: is going to be here like and she I told her,
- 16:55Speaker 3: I'm like, I need to hear that you're not going
- 16:57Speaker 3: to leave, like, because I'm investing a lot in you,
- 16:59Speaker 3: because I've talked you a lot of things. I put
- 17:00Speaker 3: you through a lot of programs like are you going anywhere?
- 17:04Speaker 3: Over and over again. And then I added more team
- 17:07Speaker 3: members that could be like that. And that's being a
- 17:09Speaker 3: great leader because if you can't run a team, your
- 17:12Speaker 3: leadership is not growing and you're not expanding as the
- 17:16Speaker 3: most extraordinary person you can be in your business. Right,
- 17:19Speaker 3: And it goes back to home life the way I
- 17:21Speaker 3: raise my son. And I had to really beaked intentional
- 17:24Speaker 3: about this because I'm a single mom and single moms
- 17:25Speaker 3: are in their masculine energy because we're doing everything, we're
- 17:28Speaker 3: telling everybody what to do. With my son, I always
- 17:31Speaker 3: every day, would you mind doing this? Could you please
- 17:34Speaker 3: do this? I invite him into a conversation instead of
- 17:36Speaker 3: telling him what to do, because telling him what to
- 17:38Speaker 3: do he gets a little annoyed with me, he gets upset,
- 17:40Speaker 3: and I can't criticize him because the masculine doesn't like
- 17:43Speaker 3: to be criticized. And I believe money is masculine for
- 17:47Speaker 3: us high achieving women, and the way we receive it
- 17:49Speaker 3: is feminine. I don't think anybody is saying this ever.
- 17:52Speaker 3: And the reason why I say this is that we
- 17:53Speaker 3: look at money for protection, for security, to take care
- 17:57Speaker 3: of us, right, because if you don't have money, you
- 17:59Speaker 3: can't put a real over your head, you can't pay
- 18:01Speaker 3: for your food, you can't get your water or your light.
- 18:03Speaker 3: So when we don't have enough money, we go into
- 18:06Speaker 3: like survival more. We're like scared, like what's going on?
- 18:08Speaker 3: And the fear shows up and we have all this anxiousness.
- 18:11Speaker 3: But if what if you could feel so safe and
- 18:14Speaker 3: know that you were supported by the masculine. And that's
- 18:17Speaker 3: what I had to do, and that's what I teach
- 18:19Speaker 3: the other women in my world to do. And once
- 18:21Speaker 3: they start doing that, the relationships with their husbands change there.
- 18:24Speaker 3: I mean, I say to them, I'm like, I am
- 18:26Speaker 3: not responsible for all these babies being made out here, okay,
- 18:28Speaker 3: because is their husband won't leave them alone. Their husbands
- 18:33Speaker 3: are all over them because now they're not competing. Like
- 18:36Speaker 3: I had a client that just joined me, and she
- 18:38Speaker 3: was she played basketball professional and in college, and her
- 18:41Speaker 3: husband was an ex MBA player, And she said, I
- 18:44Speaker 3: compete with them all the time. I'm masculine. I'm doing
- 18:47Speaker 3: all the things that you said. She's like, I need help,
- 18:50Speaker 3: and she's like, I don't. I'm making money. But you know,
- 18:51Speaker 3: she has her own mortgage company. She's like, I'm making money.
- 18:53Speaker 3: I don't really care about the money. Well, I'm telling
- 18:55Speaker 3: you she's tripled her income now for this year in
- 18:57Speaker 3: a down market for mortgages. I think they're almost at
- 18:59Speaker 3: half then and so, which is amazing. And she her
- 19:02Speaker 3: husband said, I don't know what you're doing, but I'm
- 19:03Speaker 3: going to the bank all the time. He just scheduled
- 19:07Speaker 3: for her fortieth birthday of private jet for her and
- 19:09Speaker 3: her friends and went to Nashville, surprise. He'd never done
- 19:11Speaker 3: that before. She's giving him the opportunity to serve her
- 19:15Speaker 3: and give to her, and she's receiving it. She's so
- 19:18Speaker 3: much softer now, and her business is expanded. Her relationships
- 19:22Speaker 3: with her children have changed. Like I said, with your
- 19:25Speaker 3: sons especially, you have to treat them in such a
- 19:28Speaker 3: way that it's like they feel like men. My son
- 19:31Speaker 3: pays for everything for his girlfriend, although it's with my money,
- 19:34Speaker 3: but he pays for her. And I'm like, homie, you
- 19:37Speaker 3: need to go start making some money of your own.
- 19:39Speaker 3: You're going to play like it right. I'm like, you
- 19:41Speaker 3: need to find your like summer money or whatever, you know,
- 19:44Speaker 3: And I said, you'll feel so much better when it's
- 19:46Speaker 3: your Money's son, He's like, yeah, but I feel bad
- 19:47Speaker 3: for her to pay. He already knows he needs to
- 19:50Speaker 3: provide for her because all the masculine wants to do
- 19:52Speaker 3: is provide. So if you can get into that energy,
- 19:54Speaker 3: then money will always support you.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Okay, So when you say the word, you obviously have
- 19:59Speaker 1: different levels because mastermind, a lot of women might not
- 20:03Speaker 1: even know what that means. But that's definitely high ticket, yes, mastermind, coach. Yes, Yes,
- 20:09Speaker 1: So if someone because I only coached women over forty,
- 20:13Speaker 1: and a lot of these women are coming in like myself.
- 20:18Speaker 1: I mean, I started my business three years ago.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Congratulations, but.
- 20:23Speaker 1: During COVID and you know, jumped into the online fitness space,
- 20:28Speaker 1: which is very oversaturated, no question. But there's lots of
- 20:34Speaker 1: women at this age where they're like, Okay, well I've
- 20:36Speaker 1: raised my kids, really want to do something, but like,
- 20:39Speaker 1: I don't know, do you think that anyone that doesn't
- 20:43Speaker 1: come from a background that has a lot of money
- 20:46Speaker 1: to invest can be successful.
- 20:49Speaker 3: I did it without any money, so yeah. I mean
- 20:52Speaker 3: when I started my life over again, my bank account
- 20:55Speaker 3: was on life support. Okay, because I was I was
- 20:58Speaker 3: one of the women again. I was in this place
- 21:00Speaker 3: I couldn't ask for help. I like when I was
- 21:02Speaker 3: going through my divorce, I like locked out all my friends.
- 21:04Speaker 3: I was going through a place where it was just
- 21:07Speaker 3: you know, people who are taking it personal. But my
- 21:09Speaker 3: bank account was also like, you know, diminishing. I would
- 21:12Speaker 3: never ask my mom for help, I didn't ask for anybody.
- 21:14Speaker 3: I was like, I'm going to figure this out because
- 21:16Speaker 3: that's what I always did. And so I had to
- 21:19Speaker 3: start being the wealthy woman before I before the money
- 21:23Speaker 3: actually came in and I remember looking at my bank account.
- 21:25Speaker 3: I have screenshots about it because my next book is
- 21:27Speaker 3: going to be about money and wealth, and I remember
- 21:30Speaker 3: screenshotting and saying, Okay, this is not our final destination,
- 21:32Speaker 3: but we're going to laugh at this. It's because when
- 21:35Speaker 3: it goes below the limit, it's in red. By the way,
- 21:37Speaker 3: if you haven't ever seen that before, it gets a
- 21:39Speaker 3: little negative, not fun, zero zero zero. And I used
- 21:43Speaker 3: to have and this was like, you know, eleven years ago,
- 21:46Speaker 3: I would have I would have more month left than
- 21:48Speaker 3: I had money, and I'm like, well, we got fourteen
- 21:50Speaker 3: days left. What are we goin to do? You know?
- 21:52Speaker 3: Like I was three credit cards maxed out. Sometimes I'd
- 21:55Speaker 3: pay one down and you know, it was just it
- 21:57Speaker 3: was it was chaos. But I was like, this is
- 22:00Speaker 3: not how it's going to be. And I knew that
- 22:03Speaker 3: there was something calling to me when I had that
- 22:04Speaker 3: awakening on the mat, I just didn't know what. And
- 22:06Speaker 3: for me to even leave law behind, because that's a
- 22:09Speaker 3: great profession. I was making money, but it didn't feed
- 22:13Speaker 3: my soul anymore. I was not aligned with it. I
- 22:15Speaker 3: knew something else was calling to me, and I had
- 22:17Speaker 3: to listen to it and trust me, that was like
- 22:19Speaker 3: the hardest thing because going deep diving into this, I
- 22:22Speaker 3: couldn't work the same way I was working because it
- 22:24Speaker 3: was just it was just a conflict, you know, and
- 22:26Speaker 3: it was a conflict and like I feel like the
- 22:29Speaker 3: powers that be was setting me up because the moment
- 22:32Speaker 3: that I went all in my business, like three months later,
- 22:34Speaker 3: the whole world shut down. And so it was like
- 22:36Speaker 3: most of the lawyers were not practicing anymore, you know
- 22:38Speaker 3: what I mean, like because they did a good Yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 3: So you know, I feel like anybody has the opportunity,
- 22:45Speaker 3: but there's certain women that will have success. And I
- 22:49Speaker 3: feel like the woman that has her you know, back
- 22:51Speaker 3: up against the wall and the woman that has no
- 22:54Speaker 3: plan B Like I didn't. I thought it was I
- 22:56Speaker 3: was going to lose my house, you know. In twenty time.
- 22:58Speaker 3: I'm like, I better do something quickly, you know, and
- 23:01Speaker 3: my savings were all dwindled out. I'm like, what else
- 23:04Speaker 3: is there? Either I go get a law job or
- 23:06Speaker 3: I do this. And it was like, I mean not
- 23:09Speaker 3: a law job, but I you know, keep doing what
- 23:10Speaker 3: I was doing, or I do this. And I wasn't
- 23:13Speaker 3: because I was so misaligned with the work. The work
- 23:16Speaker 3: wasn't coming either the same way it was, if that
- 23:17Speaker 3: makes sense, because when you don't like something anymore, it's
- 23:19Speaker 3: like the universe literally goes h like no more for you, you
- 23:22Speaker 3: know kind of thing. And so I said to myself,
- 23:26Speaker 3: you have one one choice. It was going to work.
- 23:29Speaker 3: And I think people with backup plans are the reason
- 23:31Speaker 3: why people don't have success is because they have an out. Well,
- 23:34Speaker 3: if it doesn't work, I'll do this. I mean I
- 23:36Speaker 3: had no backup plan. It was like, if it wasn't
- 23:38Speaker 3: going to work, it was like, we're gonna be homeless.
- 23:40Speaker 3: I was like, I'm gonna be going a lifetime to
- 23:41Speaker 3: have a shower. We're probably gonna live in my safe
- 23:43Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I'm like because at the time I had
- 23:45Speaker 3: my son has it. I'm like I had. I'm like
- 23:47Speaker 3: it was kind of like a backup plan, but it wasn't.
- 23:48Speaker 3: I was like, well, we'll do something, and I'm like, no,
- 23:51Speaker 3: this is not even a backup plan. Like what am
- 23:52Speaker 3: I talking about? Like this is going to work? You know,
- 23:55Speaker 3: we don't have an option. I think a lot of
- 23:56Speaker 3: people keep one foot in the boat and one foot
- 23:59Speaker 3: in the water. And if you think about it that way,
- 24:00Speaker 3: that foot in the boat is like the anchor because
- 24:02Speaker 3: you're really not all in. But if you go all
- 24:04Speaker 3: in and you go for it, the chances of it
- 24:08Speaker 3: working are like a hundred times more successful when you
- 24:11Speaker 3: just go for it and then deal with whatever disappointment comes.
- 24:14Speaker 3: Because if it didn't work exactly how you you wanted it,
- 24:16Speaker 3: it's okay because it's still working. In my opinion, like
- 24:19Speaker 3: I have this saying called it's happening, and it might
- 24:22Speaker 3: not be happening in this moment, but it eventually will
- 24:24Speaker 3: happen if you keep that avenue open to believe that
- 24:27Speaker 3: it will. And I've lived by that mantra and that
- 24:30Speaker 3: that that that belief system the whole time. So because
- 24:33Speaker 3: of it, everything has been successful in my life.
- 24:37Speaker 1: You know, my whole brand is a blank happens?
- 24:40Speaker 3: Why I love it?
- 24:42Speaker 4: Yeah, I know I thought the same thing. Achieve Yeah, no,
- 24:46Speaker 4: I get that, Yeah definitely.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Well, so you said something really it comes down to
- 24:54Speaker 1: and I think this applies to more than just business
- 24:58Speaker 1: and money, but you can fall into the you know, okay,
- 25:03Speaker 1: well I'm in my forties or this is just what
- 25:06Speaker 1: I hear. So this is my world and in my forties,
- 25:08Speaker 1: it's too late, there's too many people doing it. So
- 25:11Speaker 1: there's the idea of scarcity, and then there's the idea
- 25:15Speaker 1: of abundance that there's enough for everyone. So you're saying
- 25:19Speaker 1: that the abundance. If you're in the scarcity mindset, you're
- 25:23Speaker 1: in trouble.
- 25:24Speaker 3: Oh yeah, And.
- 25:26Speaker 4: It's almost like an excuse, I feel like too right.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Like there's like Haley could have definitely not
- 25:33Speaker 2: started this online business because she could have said to herself,
- 25:37Speaker 2: there's just too many, No one needs another one. It's
- 25:40Speaker 2: not going to happen. Which I feel like we make
- 25:42Speaker 2: excuses for ourselves as well.
- 25:45Speaker 1: It's easier then you don't have to deal with disappointment.
- 25:47Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly.
- 25:49Speaker 3: Yeah. I mean there's one hundred loaves of bed and
- 25:51Speaker 3: bred in the supermarket, so you're not going to go
- 25:54Speaker 3: do it. I mean, what if someone likes you better
- 25:56Speaker 3: than someone else, maybe someone resonates with you, And I
- 25:58Speaker 3: feel like I feel like working on my abundance mindset
- 26:02Speaker 3: has been the game changer for me in a lot
- 26:04Speaker 3: of ways. And that was just really healing through that scarcity.
- 26:07Speaker 3: Because victimness will make you, you know, feel like feel
- 26:09Speaker 3: it like it won't work for you, and you want
- 26:12Speaker 3: someone to blame when something doesn't work out, because people
- 26:15Speaker 3: like are not really self accountable to themselves, Like if
- 26:17Speaker 3: they're not losing weight, well was something that they did,
- 26:19Speaker 3: So there's always an excuse of why it didn't work.
- 26:21Speaker 3: But did you actually go to the gym? Did you
- 26:24Speaker 3: follow your meal plan? Did you get eight hours of sleep?
- 26:27Speaker 3: Did you drink your water, did you take your vitamin?
- 26:30Speaker 3: Did you do did you poop twice a day? You
- 26:32Speaker 3: know what I mean?
- 26:32Speaker 1: Like, did you have literally one foot in the bout?
- 26:35Speaker 1: One foot out?
- 26:36Speaker 3: Is it?
- 26:37Speaker 5: So?
- 26:38Speaker 3: I work with and I've seen women who make eight
- 26:40Speaker 3: figures in scarcity. They'll pay off their entire four point
- 26:44Speaker 3: five million dollar house, put all their cash in there,
- 26:46Speaker 3: and I'm like, why are you doing that? Well, just
- 26:47Speaker 3: in case the money goes away. I'm like, why would
- 26:49Speaker 3: you not get a mortgage, leverage that interest, go buy
- 26:52Speaker 3: out other properties or do something with the money, and
- 26:54Speaker 3: says sticking in your house because the fear And I'm
- 26:57Speaker 3: not like, for example, I would say, pay off your
- 26:59Speaker 3: truck because I paid off and it was three hunred thousands.
- 27:01Speaker 3: I bought it in cash. But not everybody would say
- 27:03Speaker 3: to do that. But I did that because I didn't
- 27:04Speaker 3: want to have that carpaionent because it's not an income
- 27:06Speaker 3: producing asset. Let's just be real, right, But a house
- 27:09Speaker 3: can be because it can appreciate in value. But but
- 27:11Speaker 3: scarcity mindset will have people doing that, and then scarcity
- 27:14Speaker 3: will have them running their business that way because they'll
- 27:16Speaker 3: be like, oh, I can do it myself instead of
- 27:18Speaker 3: hiring a team member. Well, you're not supposed to be
- 27:20Speaker 3: making funnels, you're not supposed to be sending emails, You're
- 27:22Speaker 3: not sup. You're supposed to be in your zone of genius.
- 27:25Speaker 3: And so when I actually look in at a business
- 27:27Speaker 3: and I'm like seeing what's going on, I'm like, are
- 27:29Speaker 3: you really fully in abundance here? Are you just you know,
- 27:32Speaker 3: kind of tipping a tip toeing around it? And you know,
- 27:37Speaker 3: scarcity is one of the things that make people feel
- 27:40Speaker 3: like it's not for them. And I have another saying
- 27:42Speaker 3: if she can't, I can. And if you can celebrate
- 27:45Speaker 3: and be happy for another woman's success and not judge it,
- 27:49Speaker 3: your ability to be in masterful abundance is like so
- 27:53Speaker 3: present for you. So I always say, if you're judging
- 27:56Speaker 3: another you're literally telling me a lot of stories about
- 27:59Speaker 3: where you are actually believe is what's available for you,
- 28:02Speaker 3: you know, Like I love lifting women up. I'm the
- 28:05Speaker 3: first person to tell you, like, you can do this,
- 28:07Speaker 3: and I can hold that faith for you because I've
- 28:09Speaker 3: done a lot of work for myself. There was a
- 28:11Speaker 3: point in time I was at a bodybuiling competition and
- 28:12Speaker 3: this woman was walking around with these fuzzy black boots
- 28:15Speaker 3: and they were super cute and I'm like, oh, where'd
- 28:18Speaker 3: you get your boots from? And she was like, she
- 28:19Speaker 3: told me where they were, went and bought them. Everybody
- 28:22Speaker 3: and their mama was like giving me, you know, compliments,
- 28:24Speaker 3: tell me how cute I looked in these boots. This was,
- 28:26Speaker 3: you know, probably fifteen years ago or whatever. And I
- 28:28Speaker 3: remember people say, where'd you get them from? Like I
- 28:29Speaker 3: don't remember, Nope, because I wouldn't let them have my
- 28:34Speaker 3: boots because I was living in such a scarcity mindset.
- 28:37Speaker 3: But a woman abundance wouldn't care if another woman had
- 28:39Speaker 3: those boots because she'd be like, oh, you get to
- 28:41Speaker 3: look beautiful too. But I couldn't do that. But it
- 28:44Speaker 3: comes down to small things like that, you know what
- 28:46Speaker 3: I mean, Like I can tell you even by someone's
- 28:48Speaker 3: social media. She only likes posts and she doesn't love
- 28:51Speaker 3: them because her heart is closed, because she doesn't want
- 28:53Speaker 3: anybody to have any piece of this because she's protecting
- 28:56Speaker 3: it with that shield from no longer getting hurt. That
- 28:59Speaker 3: she cannot even allow her abundance to flow with love,
- 29:03Speaker 3: and so she's just blocked because it's just she can't receive,
- 29:07Speaker 3: she can't open up. And it's like, when I can
- 29:09Speaker 3: start working on this, magic happens for the rest of
- 29:12Speaker 3: the stuff.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Okay, So how many programs do you have? If I
- 29:15Speaker 1: were to come to you and I'm like, hello, let's get.
- 29:19Speaker 3: To work, all right, I have this amazing baseline, you know,
- 29:24Speaker 3: beginning program. I've got like tons of programs, but baseline
- 29:27Speaker 3: that it's not in a like a container, you can
- 29:29Speaker 3: just go and take it on your own. Is called
- 29:30Speaker 3: Accessing the Quantum through Emotional soft Mastery. My book, my book,
- 29:35Speaker 3: you know, Unlocking the Quantum Woman. It touches about, it
- 29:39Speaker 3: touches on some of the principles in that program, and
- 29:42Speaker 3: that program literally takes us through, you know, teaching you
- 29:45Speaker 3: the difference between desires and goals, because when you're in
- 29:48Speaker 3: that wounded masculine. You're goal driven. But if you've ever
- 29:52Speaker 3: noticed goals, after you check them off, you're like, oh
- 29:54Speaker 3: that was nice. You didn't really feel into like it
- 29:56Speaker 3: was good. I love it, and you think you'd want more,
- 29:59Speaker 3: but it's like okay, next. But when a desire hits,
- 30:01Speaker 3: it's like, ooh, this feels so good. So I teach
- 30:04Speaker 3: you the difference between that, how to receive, how to
- 30:07Speaker 3: go work through your childhood, you know, trauma and wounds.
- 30:10Speaker 3: And I'm not a therapist, but I'm somebody that's taken
- 30:14Speaker 3: a lot of programs, and I do believe you need therapy.
- 30:16Speaker 3: You do it, but this stuff works people. I've had
- 30:18Speaker 3: so many therapists come through, like licensed therapists come through
- 30:21Speaker 3: my program, but like this changed the game for me.
- 30:23Speaker 3: So just letting you know that I teach you how
- 30:26Speaker 3: to really, you know, work on your triggers. I have.
- 30:30Speaker 3: It's in the book too. I talk about, you know,
- 30:31Speaker 3: one of the things about how to handle your triggers
- 30:33Speaker 3: so that you're no longer giving your power away, but
- 30:36Speaker 3: what to do with it. And so I teach you
- 30:37Speaker 3: how to be really emotionally mastered forgiveness, resentment. How because
- 30:41Speaker 3: perfectionism scarcity, people pleasing with scarcity. All of this stuff
- 30:45Speaker 3: is just like leading you back to like not. So
- 30:48Speaker 3: that first program I have that available. That's you can
- 30:50Speaker 3: take that in a self taught class. It's like a
- 30:53Speaker 3: self and that's four months. Then the next program up
- 30:56Speaker 3: after that, it's called a Millionaire Mindset. It's a six
- 30:59Speaker 3: month program with me. In that program, I give you
- 31:03Speaker 3: a bunch of I give you the access and the
- 31:05Speaker 3: quantum go through. And another program called Evolved Alpha Female,
- 31:09Speaker 3: I take you out of that wounded masculine and wounded feminine.
- 31:11Speaker 3: I teach you how to really get into a place
- 31:13Speaker 3: of balanced energy and I teach you how to go
- 31:17Speaker 3: from scarcity to abundance in this program, and it's We've
- 31:20Speaker 3: had a phenomenal group of women in there. We've got
- 31:22Speaker 3: anywhere women who are you know, don't have a business,
- 31:25Speaker 3: all the way up to millionaires in this group. And
- 31:27Speaker 3: it's such a great community because we'd get deep because
- 31:30Speaker 3: you go through some stuff and you get to get
- 31:32Speaker 3: supported there. So that's a six month program. And then
- 31:34Speaker 3: I have two higher you know, ticket programs, and one's
- 31:39Speaker 3: called the Wealthy CEO. And if you're not making you know,
- 31:42Speaker 3: you have to be making less. Rephrase this. In the Mastermind,
- 31:47Speaker 3: you have to be making at least forty five fifty
- 31:48Speaker 3: thousand dollars a month to be in the Mastermind. But
- 31:50Speaker 3: in the wealthy CEO, you know, you can make less
- 31:52Speaker 3: than that. And I basically it's a middle ground for
- 31:55Speaker 3: women because they they they're starting their business, but maybe
- 31:58Speaker 3: they haven't gotten to like, you know, the on your
- 32:00Speaker 3: thirty thousand dollars a month. And we just had three
- 32:02Speaker 3: members that had just crossed over the thirty thousand and
- 32:04Speaker 3: one of the women that joined in October, she literally
- 32:07Speaker 3: signed up and she was using a payment from another
- 32:09Speaker 3: client to pay me, and she was like, I was
- 32:12Speaker 3: ready to quit my business. And she just finished telling
- 32:14Speaker 3: us she made twenty nine thousand dollars this month, signed
- 32:17Speaker 3: a seventeen thousand dollars client. And but she did the
- 32:20Speaker 3: work like she showed up. You could see her journaling.
- 32:22Speaker 3: She was on every call. She's like, Shamina, I'm doing
- 32:25Speaker 3: exactly what you're telling me to do. Like when you
- 32:27Speaker 3: follow the system, it works. Another woman she said she
- 32:30Speaker 3: was aiming to make twenty five thousand dollars in January.
- 32:32Speaker 3: She made twenty four thousand, four hundred and something and
- 32:35Speaker 3: she said it was the most money should ever made
- 32:36Speaker 3: in her business because she was a nurse, but this
- 32:38Speaker 3: was her online business and she made it one month,
- 32:40Speaker 3: so I know that it works. So the wealthy CEO
- 32:43Speaker 3: and then the quantum mastermind is where we've got our
- 32:46Speaker 3: ballers at YEA. So they're really is these women are
- 32:50Speaker 3: crazy in there. Like they come in and I'm like,
- 32:52Speaker 3: I'm like, they're making a hundred I'm like, I have
- 32:53Speaker 3: them make one hundred thousand dollars a month. I'm like,
- 32:55Speaker 3: and they move fast, so a couple of months and
- 32:58Speaker 3: they I mean within a month or two, they have
- 32:59Speaker 3: their during their their investment back. Most of my clients do, okay, So.
- 33:04Speaker 1: There is a place for everyone, not just people that
- 33:06Speaker 1: are already making six figures because they think the scary
- 33:10Speaker 1: part is the first part. And tell you get that
- 33:14Speaker 1: confidence and kind of get going and be like okay,
- 33:18Speaker 1: but interesting that you say. So, I mean, I'm still
- 33:22Speaker 1: you know, baby business is. I've only had three three
- 33:25Speaker 1: years in this, but every time I've launched a program
- 33:29Speaker 1: and I've set a goal, I have met that goal.
- 33:31Speaker 3: Congratulations.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Regardless of whatever the goal was. I'm just like the
- 33:36Speaker 1: number comes in my head and I'm like, Okay, I'm
- 33:38Speaker 1: gonna this is what I'm shooting for every single time. Now,
- 33:42Speaker 1: I also do the work. I'm like, if I'm really close,
- 33:46Speaker 1: I'm calling the people on the phone, Hailey, you want
- 33:51Speaker 1: to buy the program?
- 33:52Speaker 2: You know?
- 33:53Speaker 1: I mean, So, I mean it's it's definitely. I do
- 33:56Speaker 1: the work too. But there is something powerful about, you know,
- 34:00Speaker 1: not being afraid to put it out there and be like,
- 34:04Speaker 1: this is what I want, this is what I want
- 34:06Speaker 1: to do.
- 34:06Speaker 3: Yeah, I feel like I don't chase the clients that way,
- 34:09Speaker 3: But I mean, I'm not saying it's wrong, because no,
- 34:12Speaker 3: I'm not saying it's wrong. I'm saying that it's powerful.
- 34:14Speaker 3: The only reason why I don't and I'll tell you why,
- 34:16Speaker 3: just because of the type of work I do. I
- 34:18Speaker 3: need a woman coming to me and say, you know what,
- 34:20Speaker 3: I'm ready because I feel like she needs to be coachable.
- 34:22Speaker 3: She's got to be ready to make the investment. Because
- 34:24Speaker 3: if I'm convincing someone to have to work with me,
- 34:27Speaker 3: then they're probably in scarcity and they're not powerful women
- 34:29Speaker 3: that have made a decision to say yes. So I'm like,
- 34:31Speaker 3: if you don't want it, then I'm not going to
- 34:32Speaker 3: stay here and convince you if you want it. I
- 34:34Speaker 3: got the goods, I got the honey, if you want
- 34:35Speaker 3: to change your life, you come work with me. But
- 34:37Speaker 3: I'm not going to stay here and convince you. So
- 34:39Speaker 3: because I live in that conviction, I track these bosses.
- 34:42Speaker 3: I tracked women who are like paying me in full.
- 34:43Speaker 3: I attract women who are like I'm ready, and I
- 34:46Speaker 3: say actually no to more clients than I do yes,
- 34:49Speaker 3: And people are like, what you turn them away? I'm like, yeah,
- 34:51Speaker 3: because desperate energy. Because sometimes you take a client in
- 34:55Speaker 3: and you know that they're not aligned, they're going to
- 34:57Speaker 3: be the most fake client and the one bad apple
- 35:00Speaker 3: like wounds, you know what I'm talking about. They'll call you, oh, I'm.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Aware, I've had a few, and I'm like, I knew it.
- 35:09Speaker 3: You already felt in at the beginning, and yeah, you
- 35:11Speaker 3: went against your intuition. You're like, yeah, no, I'm gonna
- 35:14Speaker 3: charge you like triple because I know much we're you're
- 35:16Speaker 3: gonna be. But it exactly when I teach my clients
- 35:20Speaker 3: to say no to miss aligned clients, all of a sudden,
- 35:23Speaker 3: their standards go up energetically, and then they start attracting
- 35:27Speaker 3: more aligned clients because they're no longer in that scarcity
- 35:29Speaker 3: desperate energy just taking people. Like it's like, say you
- 35:32Speaker 3: don't pull yourself out, like I have standards about how
- 35:36Speaker 3: you because not everybody gets access to you, only the
- 35:38Speaker 3: people that deserve to get to work with you. When
- 35:40Speaker 3: you get that mindset going, things change your business.
- 35:44Speaker 1: This this is amazing. So what would you say is
- 35:47Speaker 1: like your top your top three? If you're looking at
- 35:49Speaker 1: like all right, ladies, let's go. I have these programs,
- 35:52Speaker 1: have the book, I have these programs. What if they
- 35:55Speaker 1: don't even have the the idea yet? Do they have
- 35:57Speaker 1: to come to you with like this is what I
- 35:59Speaker 1: wanted to do or can they find that out with
- 36:02Speaker 1: working with you in one of these courses.
- 36:05Speaker 3: I have a couple of women who are in this limbo,
- 36:08Speaker 3: like you know, they're transitioning from their marriages. One woman
- 36:10Speaker 3: actually sold her car to join you some Sweden's She
- 36:13Speaker 3: sold her car to join my ten K program, which
- 36:16Speaker 3: is the millionaire mindset that is a lower ticket or
- 36:18Speaker 3: lower ticket program. And she's like, I don't know what's next,
- 36:22Speaker 3: but I'm like, well, you need to get aligned with
- 36:24Speaker 3: you first, and so once once you can start getting
- 36:27Speaker 3: into your most authentic voice, what do you really want
- 36:31Speaker 3: and how do you want to show up in the world.
- 36:33Speaker 3: I feel like that's the directional place, especially if you're
- 36:35Speaker 3: like I don't know what's next. My program helps you
- 36:38Speaker 3: get to a place where, yeah, this is who I am,
- 36:41Speaker 3: this is my voice, this is what I want to do.
- 36:44Speaker 3: And a lot of the times we go like I
- 36:46Speaker 3: see women going out taking a marketing strategy or another
- 36:48Speaker 3: marketing program or something else, and they're still a loss
- 36:51Speaker 3: and they're not making money, and I'm like, okay, so
- 36:53Speaker 3: what's up here? And usually it's because she hasn't become
- 36:56Speaker 3: who she needs to be in order to go out
- 36:58Speaker 3: and do the thing. So she's just trying to do
- 37:00Speaker 3: the thing. And I teach you need to be her first.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Become her first, then go do the thing, and then
- 37:05Speaker 3: you can have what you want. Right. So it's the
- 37:08Speaker 3: bee do you have? And and people or try to go,
- 37:11Speaker 3: you know, do the do to try to get to
- 37:13Speaker 3: the have, and they skip the bee. And when you
- 37:15Speaker 3: skip the b you skip the most essential part. It's
- 37:17Speaker 3: who you are. And many of the times we can hustle.
- 37:21Speaker 3: I was born hustling, Like I'm sure you were all
- 37:23Speaker 3: of both of you were. I mean, you give me
- 37:25Speaker 3: a task, I'm going to go do it, and I'm
- 37:26Speaker 3: going to do it amazing. But the difference now when
- 37:29Speaker 3: I do things is I do it first. In my
- 37:31Speaker 3: femin I do it first in how do I want
- 37:33Speaker 3: to do it? Like how do I want to be?
- 37:35Speaker 3: I wake up when I want to. I don't wake
- 37:37Speaker 3: up at five am anymore, and I don't have calls
- 37:39Speaker 3: before twelve. I have a very very easy system in
- 37:43Speaker 3: the morning, and it's not for everybody. And I'm sure
- 37:46Speaker 3: you know some of my millionaire billionaire friends would probably say, oh,
- 37:48Speaker 3: you've got to start the day. But I have learned
- 37:51Speaker 3: that when I start when an easy way, my nervous
- 37:53Speaker 3: system gets to get regulated and then once I turn
- 37:55Speaker 3: on the let's go mode and then I can get
- 37:59Speaker 3: so much done in the day. Right, So my top things,
- 38:02Speaker 3: my top things are like, go go start the millionaire mindset,
- 38:05Speaker 3: and if you can't start that yet, definitely do ATQ,
- 38:07Speaker 3: which is accessing the quantum through emotional self mastery. And
- 38:10Speaker 3: I've got a lot of one hundred dollars programs on
- 38:12Speaker 3: my website that you can just dip your toe into
- 38:14Speaker 3: my work and just see if you like it, I'm
- 38:16Speaker 3: going to give you guys a gift for your audience
- 38:18Speaker 3: in a minute here. But women have binged. Three women
- 38:22Speaker 3: have binged my podcast and read my book. And at
- 38:25Speaker 3: first I was like, oh my gosh, this is so amazing.
- 38:27Speaker 3: The first one said, I listened to your book. I
- 38:29Speaker 3: mean sorry, listened to your podcast and I read your
- 38:31Speaker 3: book and I made fifty thousand dollars. It was her
- 38:33Speaker 3: first cash fifth highest highest cash month. Then another woman
- 38:36Speaker 3: said it, and then another woman said it, and I
- 38:38Speaker 3: was like, Okay, I probably give a lot of stuff
- 38:40Speaker 3: away through free because I live in abundance. And I'm like,
- 38:43Speaker 3: I have like the Hermosi thing where I'm like, well,
- 38:45Speaker 3: you know what, I'll give you as much information you
- 38:47Speaker 3: do what you want with it. But if you really
- 38:49Speaker 3: want to implement and integrate, then you come and I'll
- 38:51Speaker 3: be your coach and your mentor. But I feel like,
- 38:54Speaker 3: listen to this stuff. Start. If you can't start anywhere
- 38:57Speaker 3: in one of my programs, start there at least you know, Yeah,
- 39:00Speaker 3: that's good. Avent and audiobook's coming out soon. And that
- 39:02Speaker 3: was the hardest thing I've ever done in a long time.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I have heard that by multiple.
- 39:07Speaker 4: I love too.
- 39:09Speaker 2: So you nearly did it and it's yes, how long
- 39:11Speaker 2: did it take?
- 39:12Speaker 3: It took like three three times and it was four
- 39:15Speaker 3: hours each time, and we was only supposed to do
- 39:17Speaker 3: it in two slots. And the guy I hired, a
- 39:19Speaker 3: guy here in Chicago, went to the studio and he
- 39:21Speaker 3: was like, really a type so everything I was, you know,
- 39:24Speaker 3: I had to redo it again, redo it again. And
- 39:26Speaker 3: I talked fast to begin with. And he's like, oh,
- 39:28Speaker 3: Amazon's going to kick this out. And I'm like, why
- 39:30Speaker 3: is this so hard? He's like, because you're not trained
- 39:32Speaker 3: to do this. And I was like, oh my goodness,
- 39:34Speaker 3: it's my.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Book, but I did it. I read it. Yeah, I'm
- 39:38Speaker 1: going out a couple of weeks.
- 39:39Speaker 3: So exciting.
- 39:40Speaker 4: Oh that is exciting. Congratulations things.
- 39:44Speaker 1: One thing I so I want to hear about the
- 39:46Speaker 1: free gift?
- 39:47Speaker 4: Yeah, what's the free gift?
- 39:48Speaker 3: We have a couple. I mean, I could give your
- 39:50Speaker 3: audience both if you want. We have one that's it's
- 39:53Speaker 3: ten daily money moves for the CEO and it's practical
- 39:56Speaker 3: steps that I take that I gave to you guys,
- 39:59Speaker 3: and what you can do to really increase the income
- 40:01Speaker 3: in your business and everybody has literally loved it. I
- 40:03Speaker 3: had my team put it together. I wrote it all
- 40:04Speaker 3: down and my team put it in a beautiful PDF,
- 40:06Speaker 3: and I can give it to your audience. It'll be
- 40:09Speaker 3: you know, We'll make a specific length for your show
- 40:11Speaker 3: and I'll give it to you guys. And then I
- 40:13Speaker 3: have another one called Flip my Money Switch On. It's
- 40:15Speaker 3: like actionable steps. It's actually a paid program, but sometimes
- 40:18Speaker 3: when I'm feeling in the generous mood, I just I
- 40:20Speaker 3: offer it out and so there'll be a special link
- 40:23Speaker 3: for your audience to go and watch it.
- 40:26Speaker 2: And you're so nice to be generous to our audience,
- 40:29Speaker 2: and yeah, I'm a free gift.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Why not?
- 40:35Speaker 3: And you know what, It'll be open for a little
- 40:37Speaker 3: bit like the video, but the download will be available
- 40:40Speaker 3: at all times because we feel like if we live
- 40:42Speaker 3: something open for too long, people don't take advantage of it.
- 40:45Speaker 1: So we like, yeah, nobody wants it, then yeah.
- 40:47Speaker 3: We like people who take sass action. And then when
- 40:49Speaker 3: they do that, I know that they're going to really
- 40:50Speaker 3: get the results. Because I reward people who say yes
- 40:53Speaker 3: to themselves and are all in on doing something, because
- 40:56Speaker 3: I don't reward the people who are just sit there
- 40:57Speaker 3: because they're victims because I'm just I'm just code depending
- 41:01Speaker 3: with them.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Wow, Well we will link that, send that to us,
- 41:06Speaker 1: and we can link that in the show notes as well.
- 41:09Speaker 1: And thank you so much for your time and just
- 41:13Speaker 1: your wealth of information. I mean, this has been really
- 41:17Speaker 1: it's such a different guest than what we normally have.
- 41:19Speaker 1: I mean, we've had a lot of entrepreneur women kind
- 41:23Speaker 1: of speak to our audience, but this has been really
- 41:25Speaker 1: fascinating because it's had a very different pull and focus.
- 41:29Speaker 1: I would say, so thank you for sharing that, and
- 41:34Speaker 1: we are so excited to just promote you and what
- 41:37Speaker 1: you offer with there's a place for everyone.
- 41:40Speaker 3: I love that everyone, yes, and I feel you know.
- 41:45Speaker 3: And also if you want more bundance, go to my YouTube.
- 41:47Speaker 3: I have lots of videos on there just if you
- 41:49Speaker 3: want to just sit and binge it. I believe in
- 41:52Speaker 3: information sharing, but when you get to get access to me,
- 41:55Speaker 3: you pay, like you know, if you want personal access.
- 41:57Speaker 3: But I don't mind giving out the information if you're
- 41:59Speaker 3: going to go do something with it. Because there was
- 42:01Speaker 3: a time where I didn't have any money and I
- 42:03Speaker 3: watched a lot of free things and it really helped
- 42:05Speaker 3: change me. And so I always remember my person that
- 42:07Speaker 3: I used to be, and for that reason, I just
- 42:10Speaker 3: live in abundance and go check out my website Shaminataylor
- 42:13Speaker 3: dot com. And I have a podcast too called Unapologetically Rich.
- 42:17Speaker 3: I feel like it's small doses, so because I know
- 42:19Speaker 3: you guys are like high achieving women, they want to
- 42:22Speaker 3: get the quick hit and they just want to move on.
- 42:24Speaker 3: I created it how I listened to it, except the interviews.
- 42:26Speaker 3: The interviews is a bit longer, and go grab my book,
- 42:29Speaker 3: Unlocking the Quantum Woman. You will not be disappointed.
- 42:32Speaker 1: I know.
