- 0:51Speaker 1: into the world of sports, Giants fans... This is not
- 0:54Speaker 1: the best news concerning Jackson Dart. I'm sorry, Cubby. Well,
- 0:59Speaker 1: I'm a Jet fan, but I feel for the Giant
- 1:02Speaker 1: fans because I'm not one of those Jets fans that
- 1:04Speaker 1: hates the Giants. That's good. I went through the Aaron
- 1:07Speaker 1: Rodgers thing with the Jets. Yeah. How that happened. You
- 1:10Speaker 1: know how it feels. Out for the year, and that
- 1:11Speaker 1: happened three years ago. Yeah. Now Jackson. Yeah, so he
- 1:15Speaker 1: had an injury and they were hoping, OK, maybe this
- 1:17Speaker 1: sees out for a couple of weeks, but it might
- 1:19Speaker 1: be the season. Yeah. Which, yeah, they were not hoping
- 1:23Speaker 1: to hear. In sports, the Mets beat the Rangers 6-3.
- 1:26Speaker 1: They sign Andy Green as full-time manager with a three-year deal.
- 1:30Speaker 1: The Yankees split a doubleheader with the Tampa Bay Rays.

- 1:38Speaker 1: Get the wild card spot minus Aaron Judge. Correct. Another injury. Yes.
- 1:43Speaker 1: We're talking about an injury there. It's tough. It's tough.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Injuries all around. I'm kind of hurt right now. My
- 1:48Speaker 1: knee hurts. I know. I'm out for four shows. You
- 1:51Speaker 1: can't walk across to the other side of the room.
- 1:54Speaker 1: All right. If you're selling your home, this is good
- 1:57Speaker 1: news for you, homebuyers. Right now, this is considered like
- 2:01Speaker 1: the best week to put your home up for sale.
- 2:04Speaker 1: It's coming up. Realtor.com says the sweet spot is the
- 2:08Speaker 1: last week of September, first week into October. It has
- 2:13Speaker 1: to do with typical season patterns in the housing market.
- 2:16Speaker 1: So during the spring and summer, buying activity is high.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Families want to make moves before school starts. But with
- 2:21Speaker 1: the fall, you have less competition and homes that remain
- 2:24Speaker 1: on the market, Could mean some prices drop from the
- 2:28Speaker 1: height of the season. I guess the one who's selling
- 2:30Speaker 1: doesn't want to hear that. The one who's buying does.
- 2:32Speaker 1: It goes down. But if you are selling, there's a
- 2:34Speaker 1: lot of interest. They say this is great September 27th
- 2:37Speaker 1: through October 3rd. All right. You're hitting up Zillow now.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Here we go. You know, we look at Zillow even
- 2:42Speaker 1: when we're not house hunting. I know. It's just fun
- 2:44Speaker 1: to look. It's just a thing. Yep.
