Whoa Dogs is set to roll into Dayton’s Oregon District, taking over the former Smokin’ Bar-B-Que space with a fresh take on comfort food — all-beef hot dogs, house chili, and ice cream. Owned by Jack and Natalie Skilliter (formerly of Corner Kitchen, now based in Portugal), the duo will return for three weeks to launch this neighborhood staple, opening late September.
