Transcript
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: Let's make miracles happen.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: I've been following your work for a really long time.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: I have your book, and I actually use your book, and we're going to talk a little bit about that later.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: But before we get into that, before we get started into like the juicy aspect of your work, I'm very curious what made you get started on this journey.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Was there a crisis that led you to this journey?
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Was there guidance?
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Like what started this whole thing?
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: What's your origin story?
- 0:34SPEAKER_02: That is such a great question.
- 0:35SPEAKER_02: And thank you so much for having me.
- 0:37SPEAKER_02: I'm so excited to be here.
- 0:39SPEAKER_02: So believe it or not, I actually wanted to become a crime scene investigator.
- 0:45SPEAKER_02: I wanted to become a lawyer.
- 0:48SPEAKER_02: Both.
- 0:48SPEAKER_02: I wanted to do both.
- 0:50SPEAKER_02: It was my dream.
- 0:53SPEAKER_02: And of course, I mean I was raised Christian.
- 0:57SPEAKER_02: So I mean, forget about intuition, psychic abilities, healing.
- 1:02SPEAKER_02: Only God can heal.
- 1:03SPEAKER_02: And you know, you're not allowed to have statues and all of this in your house.
- 1:06SPEAKER_02: And so this is how I was raised.
- 1:08SPEAKER_02: Very black and white.
- 1:10SPEAKER_02: And I was raised with an alcoholic father and self-medicated drug addict.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: And I was the only child as well.
- 1:18SPEAKER_02: It was a tough upbringing, I'm not gonna lie.
- 1:20SPEAKER_02: You know, he he was the type of person that would hide behind the church and behind the Bible.
- 1:25SPEAKER_02: Sunday, the perfect man, shake everyone's hands and then, you know, be the violent, dysfunctional family during the week.
- 1:33SPEAKER_02: So when you're raised that way, that is your new normal, right?
- 1:37SPEAKER_02: So you don't think twice, you don't think anything of it.
- 1:40SPEAKER_02: But as I went, started going to other kids' houses and started seeing, wow, the dad shows up in this way.
- 1:46SPEAKER_02: It's like, what is this?
- 1:48SPEAKER_02: And it pushed a button.
- 1:50SPEAKER_02: It pushed a button of questions and awakening.
- 1:54SPEAKER_02: And long story short, I started to act out a lot of the patterns that I formed with my dad.
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: My association with love equaled abuse.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: My association with needing to feel validated was met with rejection.
- 2:11SPEAKER_02: So consciously, of course, we live our life wanting to have the best life.
- 2:16SPEAKER_02: No one wakes up thinking, how much can I trash my life?
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: We don't do that, right?
- 2:20SPEAKER_02: But this 95% of the functioning system, which is the subconscious mind, with 5% in the conscious state when we're conscious state of desire, which is I want love, I want connection, the subconscious mind is okay.
- 2:33SPEAKER_02: Well, let's go see what's there.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: And that is what becomes your main antenna vibrational match.
- 2:39SPEAKER_02: We don't realize it.
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: And that's why when we meet people, when we look at circumstances, we feel drawn to it.
- 2:46SPEAKER_02: We just feel, wow, I I want to explore this.
- 2:48SPEAKER_02: Why does this feel so great?
- 2:50SPEAKER_02: There's so much fire here.
- 2:51SPEAKER_02: There's chemistry.
- 2:52SPEAKER_02: Oh, we have such great synergy.
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: That chemistry, that synergy is not always necessarily a beautiful, healthy dynamic.
- 3:00SPEAKER_02: What that is, is a powerful recognition of this feels familiar.
- 3:04SPEAKER_02: You see the red flags, but you walk right into it, like a moth on a on a light, flies right into it, gets burned, flies back, goes back again.
- 3:15SPEAKER_02: And I started to attract very toxic friendships and relationships.
- 3:22SPEAKER_02: And somehow you just find your ways to survive in it.
- 3:33SPEAKER_02: I was born in South Africa and ended up in Australia.
- 3:38SPEAKER_02: My resume was found on online along with my partner at the time from a very big company.
- 3:44SPEAKER_02: And they're like, wow, you see, you're a couple, um, we would love to have you here.
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: We have this big project going.
- 3:49SPEAKER_02: Um, when can you come?
- 3:50SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, now.
- 3:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm I was I was I was 20 at the time, I'm like, now.
- 3:55SPEAKER_02: Sold my dream car that I worked my whole life for, which was a BMW 318 Ti.
- 4:00SPEAKER_02: That's a whole different story, right?
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: The car that my dad said, you are too stupid to buy when I was 13.
- 4:06SPEAKER_02: That was my that was my screw you, I'm gonna show you car.
- 4:10SPEAKER_02: And I got it.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: I bought that car when I was 19 and um worked so hard for it, and I let it all go.
- 4:17SPEAKER_02: Two suitcases, sold everything, packed up everything, went to Australia, and I'm just like, this is gonna be my new life, and I'm gonna give it my all.
- 4:26SPEAKER_02: But the problem, the challenges moved with me, right?
- 4:29SPEAKER_02: Because it's within.
- 4:31SPEAKER_02: We can't always try to set a boundary.
- 4:33SPEAKER_02: Sometimes we set boundaries with trauma and stress by separating ourselves from it, creating distance.
- 4:38SPEAKER_02: That's the boundary.
- 4:40SPEAKER_02: But if the problem is within, the pain is within, we are gonna recreate these challenges in different ways in new environments.
- 4:47SPEAKER_02: Now, of course, the part that I was with, which was very toxic, very violent, abusive, alcoholic as well, and set up this beautiful new life with all my problems, just following me like little piglets, you know, just all this is all of this organization is coming with me.
- 5:05SPEAKER_02: And you know, everything in life has a threshold.
- 5:10SPEAKER_02: Even if your lifestyle feels normal, not realizing that it's not right, makes a breaking point.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: And I'm thankful for this lady that I worked with in the head office in Australia.
- 5:24SPEAKER_02: She saw me and my partner at the time interacting at uh a company lunch on a Friday, which we have every Friday.
- 5:32SPEAKER_02: And that Monday she came in, she sat next to me, she tapped me on the shoulder, and she said, Yvette, I know I'm probably overstepping boundaries.
- 5:39SPEAKER_02: Or, and if I am, I'm sorry, but I need to I need to talk to you.
- 5:43SPEAKER_02: And I'm sitting there, I'm like, and I'm good at my job, right?
- 5:46SPEAKER_02: I was doing three people's jobs and I was damn good at what I did, right?
- 5:49SPEAKER_02: I made myself indispensable.
- 5:51SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna get fired.
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: I want this new life.
- 5:53SPEAKER_02: And I'm sitting down thinking, what did I do wrong?
- 5:55SPEAKER_02: I'm like, I can't I'm sure everything's right.
- 5:58SPEAKER_02: And she said, I saw how your partner spoke to you at that lunch, how we behaved.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: And she paused.
- 6:08SPEAKER_02: And now I'm really listening because I'm like, what could possibly come from this?
- 6:14SPEAKER_02: And she said, Do you understand that you are in an abusive relationship?
- 6:22SPEAKER_02: Just like that.
- 6:24SPEAKER_02: I've I think I've had two interactions with her, but now it just shows you how he treated me there was so deeply concerning for her that she felt compelled to come to me and voice that concern to me.
- 6:43SPEAKER_02: Because what she realized is what she saw was nothing compared to what I had to deal with behind closed doors.
- 6:49SPEAKER_02: But she was smart enough to see the science.
- 6:53SPEAKER_02: You could have knocked me over with a feather.
- 6:56SPEAKER_02: A few more months I stayed, I try to grind it out, figure it out because it's familiar.
- 7:00SPEAKER_02: This is all that I know.
- 7:01SPEAKER_02: What does this what does life look like in the absence of this?
- 7:06SPEAKER_02: This is my foundation.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: And with this awakening now following me, how do you go back to the way that things were when we now know this?
- 7:17SPEAKER_02: And raise questions like you wouldn't believe.
- 7:20SPEAKER_02: And I started researching time, you know, and Google, and I'm and I'm and I even went Saturdays, I went to the office to go and Google more and see what was, you know, what is this that I'm starting to feel burning inside of me?
- 7:34SPEAKER_02: This desire for change.
- 7:35SPEAKER_02: But what?
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: What is that?
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: What does that look like?
- 7:38SPEAKER_02: And this is where, with this piece of information, and then continuing the life that I had, that that conflict of wanting change, not knowing what it is, but being in this place of pain, I had such a fear of change that I stayed, stayed a few more months.
- 7:57SPEAKER_02: And the anxiety, the depression, and everything just came to a halt where I had my dark night of the soul, it's my crossroad, where I woke up and I made that decision.
- 8:09SPEAKER_02: I'm like, I can't do this anymore.
- 8:11SPEAKER_02: I can't do this for one more day.
- 8:13SPEAKER_02: There's my threshold.
- 8:14SPEAKER_02: Everything in life has a threshold, even nature has a threshold.
- 8:18SPEAKER_02: And I hit mine.
- 8:19SPEAKER_02: Even though this was how I grew up, it doesn't mean that the mind, the psyche, and the body is designed to cope with it.
- 8:25SPEAKER_02: If the body can cope with this amount of stress, we wouldn't be ill.
- 8:28SPEAKER_02: We wouldn't have mental health problems.
- 8:30SPEAKER_02: We we'd perfectly adapt, right?
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: No problem.
- 8:33SPEAKER_02: But it's not designed for it.
- 8:36SPEAKER_02: And my threshold was am I gonna keep going?
- 8:40SPEAKER_02: Am I not?
- 8:41SPEAKER_02: And I remember I called my boss's office that morning, five o'clock in the morning, and I gave all my passwords, all my projects, handed over everything because in my head, I was not going back.
- 8:51SPEAKER_02: I was gonna exit.
- 8:52SPEAKER_02: I wanted to leave.
- 8:54SPEAKER_02: Life, job, everything.
- 8:57SPEAKER_02: And I sat there, and this was before this was where I was still in the cusp of what if angels do exist?
- 9:04SPEAKER_02: I had glimpses of them as a child, but I went from being a Christian to being an atheist because I had to read the Bible for punishment, right?
- 9:10SPEAKER_02: So my constant understanding for God was very toxic.
- 9:14SPEAKER_02: It's very, very toxic.
- 9:15SPEAKER_02: God will punish you if you do this and that.
- 9:16SPEAKER_02: I'm like, well, I don't want a God like that.
- 9:19SPEAKER_02: What?
- 9:19SPEAKER_02: I can't even see this person.
- 9:20SPEAKER_02: What is this?
- 9:21SPEAKER_02: Who gave this authority?
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: You're all mad?
- 9:24SPEAKER_02: You all have lost your goddamn mind, right?
- 9:27SPEAKER_02: There's an invisible force controlling the whole goddamn world.
- 9:32SPEAKER_02: And and um I sat there, and you know, clear audience, it's not like you hear my voice, but it's like when you sing happy birthday to yourself without opening your mouth, without using your voice.
- 9:50SPEAKER_02: Like that.
- 9:52SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 9:54SPEAKER_02: That exact same way a male voice came and said you're asking here on Google how to end it in a way that's not painful.
- 10:09SPEAKER_02: Why don't you ask how to be happy instead?
- 10:14SPEAKER_02: Very basic advice, but not so basic when you're on your knees.
- 10:19SPEAKER_02: And I said that I'm thinking, well, there are other people out there that's happy.
- 10:22SPEAKER_02: Why is it that I can't be?
- 10:23SPEAKER_02: Why can they have it and I cannot?
- 10:26SPEAKER_02: And so I Googled it.
- 10:28SPEAKER_02: And lo and behold, way back then, Dorian Virtue, Crystals, Angels, Neil Donald Walsh, conversations with God, and I'm sitting and I'm thinking, what a joke.
- 10:40SPEAKER_02: This is the answer to happiness, and and listen, and anyone else listening, I'm sure you can relate.
- 10:51SPEAKER_02: If you are on your knees, have you had a moment where you realize even though the answer that's in front of you that feels so conflicting, you're willing to give it a chance because you don't have the answer.
- 11:05SPEAKER_02: Who am I to question that?
- 11:07SPEAKER_02: Who am I to to push back on that?
- 11:09SPEAKER_02: So I started with Neil.
- 11:10SPEAKER_02: So it was Neil and I.
- 11:12SPEAKER_02: And it was life-changing.
- 11:14SPEAKER_02: It changed things around for me 180 degrees.
- 11:18SPEAKER_02: I started buying crystals, I started buying, you know, angel books, I started buying all these different things.
- 11:23SPEAKER_02: And let me tell you, three months of hardcore work on myself, the changes were so powerful, they were so big.
- 11:30SPEAKER_02: I left that relationship, I left that job, I took$10,000 that I had, I gave the house, the car, everything to the partner that I had there at the time, and I literally disappeared.
- 11:41SPEAKER_02: No one knew where I was except the person that helped me to get out because that guy was so toxically sick, he was looking for me and not in a good way.
- 11:51SPEAKER_02: I went to the police station and I said, if I leave this guy, he will kill me.
- 11:58SPEAKER_02: And you know what they said to me?
- 12:00SPEAKER_02: Oh, sorry, we can't help you without evidence.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: And I said, Do you understand that evidence is a dead body?
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: Ma'am, we can't help you, we have no evidence.
- 12:09SPEAKER_02: I get so mad when I talk about this, that really quick police station in Australia and Brisbane, I get so mad.
- 12:17SPEAKER_02: And so I had to pack while he was at the office.
- 12:20SPEAKER_02: And my friend came and picked up everything and hid out at her place for two weeks, found a business partner online, started a business to teach people all while this is happening, how to change their life.
- 12:33SPEAKER_02: And I'm just like, yes, everything was just yes, yes, yes.
- 12:36SPEAKER_02: It just felt so good.
- 12:38SPEAKER_02: Made a few videos, put it on YouTube way back then in 2008, right?
- 12:42SPEAKER_02: It went viral.
- 12:43SPEAKER_02: It went viral.
- 12:45SPEAKER_02: Within weeks, we were booked out for two years overseas to go and teach, speak, and so forth.
- 12:51SPEAKER_02: And it was, it's like God just said yes.
- 12:55SPEAKER_02: The world just said yes.
- 12:56SPEAKER_02: This was meant to be.
- 12:59SPEAKER_02: And so I didn't end up studying becoming crime scene investigator and lawyer.
- 13:03SPEAKER_02: I did, but I had to let go of it because I couldn't afford it anymore, because life pulled me to Australia and so many other things happened.
- 13:09SPEAKER_02: And what's funny now that when I look back on my life, I realize, wow, I did become a crime scene investigator of what the emotions, the emotional crime that was left in my life, you know, investigating what the emotion did, what and why is this here?
- 13:23SPEAKER_02: What is this here?
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: If we do this and we release that, then this is gonna heal.
- 13:28SPEAKER_02: So, in a way, in a very indirect way, I still kind of followed my path, but in a way that I never would have guessed.
- 13:34SPEAKER_02: I would never in my life have guessed that I would be an author.
- 13:37SPEAKER_02: I've written 21 books and people sit and go, like, oh my God, how did you do that?
- 13:41SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, no, no, no, no.
- 13:43SPEAKER_02: That was not passion.
- 13:44SPEAKER_02: That's 21 shit shows.
- 13:46SPEAKER_02: That's 21 breakdowns.
- 13:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that I documented, that I helped myself, then I help people and students and clients, and all this data was just collected.
- 13:57SPEAKER_02: Um, I follow patterns.
- 13:59SPEAKER_02: I love watching.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: I watch people's patterns.
- 14:01SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and even in nature, I watch patterns.
- 14:04SPEAKER_02: Waste the pattern because patterns and consistency, it doesn't lie.
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: It doesn't lie.
- 14:10SPEAKER_02: It's for me, it trumps research even.
- 14:12SPEAKER_02: It if can this such a beautiful, powerful pattern that I notice as I work with people, why is it that you sitting over there in in, you know, and in your side in America, if you have pain in your left wrist, that someone in New Zealand who have pain in their left wrist.
- 14:29SPEAKER_02: Why is it that you two share the same traumas?
- 14:34SPEAKER_02: Your life is different, your cultural upbringing is different, your religion is different.
- 14:39SPEAKER_02: All these things are different, but somehow the way that you responded to trauma is the same.
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: How you survived it is the same.
- 14:48SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 14:49SPEAKER_02: And I thought nothing of it, just kept documenting.
- 14:52SPEAKER_02: Oh, this is interesting.
- 14:53SPEAKER_02: Oh, you have that too.
- 14:54SPEAKER_02: Oh, I met another lady the other day that had that too, huh?
- 14:56SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, oh, something interesting is happening here.
- 15:03SPEAKER_02: And so the more people I started to see, 8,000 people later, wow, mind-blowing, overwhelming evidence.
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: And that's how I wrote this big book called Metaphysical Anatomy.
- 15:17SPEAKER_02: But here's the interesting part.
- 15:20SPEAKER_02: I notice as we start to address certain emotions in different parts of the body, wow, why is it that somehow the issue decreases with the symptoms?
- 15:34SPEAKER_02: Why is it that somehow there's no evidence of the problem anymore?
- 15:41SPEAKER_02: How interesting is that?
- 15:44SPEAKER_02: And this is when I started to realize, but my intuition started to grow, you know, more and more by each day.
- 15:51SPEAKER_02: And then I started to see.
- 15:53SPEAKER_02: I don't normally see, I would, I would be, I would I'm the feeler.
- 15:56SPEAKER_02: Someone has has heartache, I'm gonna be the one that also sits there, feel, oh, I feel this tightness on my chest.
- 16:01SPEAKER_02: Go, go sit over there.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: I don't want to feel it, right?
- 16:04SPEAKER_02: That was me.
- 16:05SPEAKER_02: But then I started to see.
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: And I started to see when people feel and express certain emotions, I could see different parts of the body lighting up.
- 16:13SPEAKER_02: And now I'm Googling, what is this part of the body?
- 16:16SPEAKER_02: What do you do?
- 16:16SPEAKER_02: What do you do?
- 16:17SPEAKER_02: What do you do?
- 16:17SPEAKER_02: Why is it that you are there?
- 16:18SPEAKER_02: Why is it this emotion going?
- 16:19SPEAKER_02: Why, why, why, why, why?
- 16:21SPEAKER_02: And this is how I started to realize, but wow, there's a blueprint.
- 16:25SPEAKER_02: There's a blueprint that our ancestors left for us.
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: And this blueprint is an emotional blueprint.
- 16:31SPEAKER_02: Everything that's unresolved from their end, you're gonna have a heightened sensitivity to that, hence why certain issues would gravitate to different parts of the body.
- 16:41SPEAKER_02: Because what happens is when we experience emotions, when it's not resolved, it becomes locked into the body.
- 16:47SPEAKER_02: But the thing now is when we look at quantum physics, when emotions become so powerful, so strong, it almost crystallizes the energy.
- 16:56SPEAKER_02: It's imagine seeing a lightning strike.
- 16:59SPEAKER_02: It's, I mean, it's it's a very dense, powerful, charged strike.
- 17:04SPEAKER_02: And that lightning strike, let's say, is anger because it's been so charged with that emotion.
- 17:10SPEAKER_02: And it strikes a building.
- 17:12SPEAKER_02: And that building with these little rooms is your body, which is an electromagnetic field, right?
- 17:18SPEAKER_02: Electromagnetic field, and these beautiful little nerve receptors communicating to one another different messages.
- 17:25SPEAKER_02: Now, these receptors become disrupted when the electrical field is more higher than the capacity that they're holding.
- 17:34SPEAKER_02: Negative emotions tend to be very dense, very powerful, such as anger.
- 17:38SPEAKER_02: Now imagine that lightning bulb coming, that anger, and disrupting this electrical flow in the body.
- 17:45SPEAKER_02: The literally, the body cannot communicate properly because of these powerful emotions that we're feeling.
- 17:53SPEAKER_02: The body can handle it, but not over a long period of time.
- 17:58SPEAKER_02: Now, where the frustrating part comes in, what I realized is wow, why is it that two people who had the same life have, you know, one person would get ill and the other person wouldn't?
- 18:08SPEAKER_02: And that's when I realized that the predispositional emotional blueprint that came through from the ancestry, they had certain similar patterns that were so heightened that it was passed down and said, well, one more trigger, and then it's going to become so problematic that we might become ill, or you need to resolve it.
- 18:26SPEAKER_02: There we go.
- 18:28SPEAKER_02: We don't, people don't seem to understand that our body, the DNA lineage, is solution-oriented.
- 18:34SPEAKER_02: It's solution-oriented.
- 18:36SPEAKER_02: It has to be.
- 18:36SPEAKER_02: That's how we've survived.
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: If there's a problem, what do we do?
- 18:39SPEAKER_02: We try to fix it.
- 18:40SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 18:41SPEAKER_02: This is how we evolve to this point.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: We need stress to a certain level in order to be able to thrive, in order to be able to have cortisol to move and to feel motivated.
- 18:50SPEAKER_02: But too much cortisol, too much stress prompts us now and says, hey, there's a problem.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: We need to go and resolve it.
- 18:57SPEAKER_02: Because if there wasn't that pain point, we wouldn't pay attention and we would not have evolved to the point where we are.
- 19:03SPEAKER_02: But now here's the big problem: it's not the stress that's the issue.
- 19:07SPEAKER_02: It's how the world has taught us how to deal with problems.
- 19:10SPEAKER_02: We were taught, you know, go, go, go, succeed, make money, survive.
- 19:14SPEAKER_02: The world doesn't teach us how to deal with emotions, the world doesn't teach us how to deal with trauma, the world doesn't teach us how to have a connection with our body, the world teaches us how to suppress it.
- 19:24SPEAKER_02: Very successfully so.
- 19:26SPEAKER_02: And so, because of this, with all this stress, the numbness, the the no, no, no, look to the right, because that's where the solution is.
- 19:33SPEAKER_02: Go take that pill.
- 19:34SPEAKER_02: But in the meantime, the solution is to the left.
- 19:36SPEAKER_02: But how can you have awareness of what's to the left if you keep looking to the right?
- 19:40SPEAKER_02: It becomes a lifestyle, it becomes a way of life.
- 19:43SPEAKER_02: And then we sit there and we're thinking, oh, what does it look like if we don't do that?
- 19:48SPEAKER_02: We don't know.
- 19:49SPEAKER_02: We're negative bias.
- 19:50SPEAKER_02: The body, the biology, is designed to be repelled by change.
- 19:55SPEAKER_02: It doesn't like anything that's unfamiliar.
- 19:57SPEAKER_02: The nervousness is like, mm-mm.
- 19:58SPEAKER_02: Your frontal cortex is like, oh, we need to go.
- 20:00SPEAKER_02: Your nervous system is the body's going to favor survival over what common logic is telling you.
- 20:07SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 20:07SPEAKER_02: So this is where it gets really frustrating.
- 20:10SPEAKER_02: So, how do we override that?
- 20:12SPEAKER_02: If you put your hand at the back of your head, you feel like there's a little knob.
- 20:15SPEAKER_02: And just below that is the medulla.
- 20:17SPEAKER_02: That's the reptilian brain.
- 20:18SPEAKER_02: That's where our instinctive responses started way back then.
- 20:21SPEAKER_02: Of course, it's more developed now into the brain, compart compartmentalized with the hippocampus.
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: It's a big word.
- 20:29SPEAKER_02: It got out.
- 20:30SPEAKER_02: And the frontal cortex.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: These different sections completely go offline.
- 20:35SPEAKER_02: And now we're running around like this regulated four-year-olds and 13-year-olds.
- 20:42SPEAKER_02: They say that the amygdala has the maturity of a four-year-old and the reptilian mind has the maturity of a 13-year-old.
- 20:49SPEAKER_02: Well, that's a problem.
- 20:51SPEAKER_02: No wonder people are so reactive when they stress.
- 20:53SPEAKER_02: No wonder things are so out of control and people make such bizarre, odd decisions when they're in a state of, when they're traumatized.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: It's not our common logic and wiser self that's in control.
- 21:06SPEAKER_02: And this is where I started to notice, wow, so that's happening in the body when we touch on that emotion.
- 21:12SPEAKER_02: When you feel this, when you have this element, this certain certain parts in the body lights up, and this is blocked, this, this, here.
- 21:19SPEAKER_02: And I started to see that the algorithm is the same.
- 21:22SPEAKER_02: And then I sat there, I asked a question Does that mean that it's going to be the same when we release it?
- 21:31SPEAKER_02: Let's try.
- 21:32SPEAKER_02: Let's see.
- 21:33SPEAKER_02: And it ended up being the case.
- 21:36SPEAKER_02: The perfect questions, the exact right timing, the exact right moment, and the body cooperates.
- 21:44SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 21:45SPEAKER_02: Isn't that amazing?
- 21:48SPEAKER_02: Now people sit there thinking, well, that's great.
- 21:50SPEAKER_02: So, but but you could do that, and how do I do that?
- 21:53SPEAKER_02: Well, this is a really great point.
- 21:55SPEAKER_02: So the process that I realized I was born.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: With because this is where I had my connection already to spirituality, and I still have contact with this friend that I grew up with in Namibia.
- 22:07SPEAKER_02: We were in um primary school and or what they call a grade zero, and we were playing with flowers, and the bees would sit in the flower and we'll go smack the flowers.
- 22:18SPEAKER_02: Now I know better because bees need to be cherished.
- 22:21SPEAKER_02: I went to a bee farm in Greece, and understanding now the incredible importance of bees and our survival, I'll never in my life do that again.
- 22:30SPEAKER_02: So don't do that.
- 22:31SPEAKER_02: Anyone listening, love bees.
- 22:33SPEAKER_02: Um, and smacking them, smacking them, and he smacked one and the bee stung him.
- 22:38SPEAKER_02: And I pulled the stinger out, and for some reason, something just said to me, put my hand over his hand because he was crying and screaming so bad.
- 22:46SPEAKER_02: I didn't know what else to do.
- 22:47SPEAKER_02: And I put my hand on his hand, and suddenly my hand became warm.
- 22:51SPEAKER_02: Because my intention was with my hand to soothe and nurture, to soothe and nurture.
- 22:57SPEAKER_02: And within a second, he looked at me, and he took my hand off and he looked at his hand, and we couldn't find where the stinger stung him.
- 23:05SPEAKER_02: And he's like, I didn't feel anything.
- 23:08SPEAKER_02: And he's like, I've been stung by a bee before.
- 23:11SPEAKER_02: It doesn't get better this fast.
- 23:13SPEAKER_02: What did you do?
- 23:15SPEAKER_02: And we still laugh about that to this day.
- 23:18SPEAKER_02: To this day.
- 23:18SPEAKER_02: He's still in the movie.
- 23:20SPEAKER_02: We laugh about it to this day.
- 23:22SPEAKER_02: And this is where I remembered this concept.
- 23:25SPEAKER_02: I let it go because I didn't think anything of it.
- 23:28SPEAKER_02: And that's when I realized we know the saying, energy flows where your focus is.
- 23:36SPEAKER_02: That's true, right?
- 23:38SPEAKER_02: Example.
- 23:39SPEAKER_02: Have you ever sat in a cafe?
- 23:41SPEAKER_02: You see someone sitting there, you see their back, but you can't see how they feel.
- 23:45SPEAKER_02: But somehow your whole physiology changes.
- 23:49SPEAKER_02: Suddenly you start to feel, whoo, I feel a bit heavy when I look at that person.
- 23:54SPEAKER_02: Or suddenly I feel like, wow, I feel really sad.
- 23:57SPEAKER_02: Something, oof, I don't want to, I oh, let's look this way.
- 24:00SPEAKER_02: How interesting.
- 24:02SPEAKER_02: You weren't looking for anything.
- 24:04SPEAKER_02: You weren't even spying on them, nothing.
- 24:06SPEAKER_02: It just spontaneously happened.
- 24:09SPEAKER_02: Our instinctive responses worked in conjunction with our senses.
- 24:13SPEAKER_02: And that works in conjunction with the physiology, the neuropeptides, and the blood that changes the chemistry, that changes the hormones, that changes the way that emotions become triggered and elicited being compared to the subconscious mind.
- 24:25SPEAKER_02: How do I relate to what I'm sensing and feeling?
- 24:27SPEAKER_02: Ah, I had a similar feeling like that.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: Oh, this feels sad.
- 24:30SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay, now I understand what you're feeling.
- 24:34SPEAKER_02: It happens in seconds.
- 24:36SPEAKER_02: Seconds.
- 24:37SPEAKER_02: And I sat there, I'm thinking, wow, wow.
- 24:41SPEAKER_02: This happens spontaneously.
- 24:44SPEAKER_02: What if we can use this powerful innate skill that we have and turn it around for healing?
- 24:53SPEAKER_02: Oh, what will that look like?
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: I'm kind of interested in going back for a moment.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: Oh, go, go, let's go.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: You just explained that when you're around what, five years old?
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: You had a I was seven.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: I was seven.
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: I don't know how the grades work in other countries.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: You had a healing ability.
- 25:12SPEAKER_00: Just out of curiosity, where do you think this healing ability came from?
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: Like, does it come from another lifetime?
- 25:19SPEAKER_00: Does God give it to you?
- 25:20SPEAKER_00: Like, can you explain the idea behind that?
- 25:24SPEAKER_02: That's a great point.
- 25:26SPEAKER_02: So I think for me, all children, most children have that capacity to heal because we believe innocently so much that there's nothing that stops a healing from taking place.
- 25:43SPEAKER_02: There's no doubt.
- 25:44SPEAKER_02: It just is.
- 25:46SPEAKER_02: It just is.
- 25:47SPEAKER_02: And his state of mind was well, whatever, you know, just do your thing.
- 25:51SPEAKER_02: There was no resistance.
- 25:53SPEAKER_02: And when you have flow meeting no resistance, wow, what can happen?
- 26:01SPEAKER_02: What what what is possible?
- 26:04SPEAKER_02: Isn't that beautiful?
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: It is.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: I remember um a really close friend of mine when I first got into like healing work, and she was saying there was a documentary.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: I could never find this documentary, by the way.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: If anybody out there has seen it, please send it my way.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: But she said in school she had to watch a documentary, and it was a little boy who's had his fingers cut off, and they started to grow back.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: And so in the documentary, they asked him, I think he was around six years old, and they asked him, Why do you think your fingers are growing back?
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: And he said he had, I don't know, a lizard, a salamander, whatever one is you chop off the tail and it grows back.
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: And he said, Well, his lizard grows its tail back, so why can't we grow our limbs back?
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: So in his mind, it just was common sense, and so they were actually growing back.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: So it makes perfect sense.
- 26:50SPEAKER_02: I can't tell you how many kids, four-year-old, five-year-old, asthma.
- 26:54SPEAKER_02: Hey, you know that asthma?
- 26:56SPEAKER_02: Hey, hey, give, give, give it to me.
- 26:58SPEAKER_02: Put it here in the box quickly.
- 26:59SPEAKER_02: Come, come, put it here in this box.
- 27:00SPEAKER_02: Give it the and I grabbed the lungs, I pretend I grabbed the lung, put it in, put it in, put it in.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: Okay, shh, I'm gonna put it there at the window, and the angels are gonna get it, and you're not allowed to get it back.
- 27:09SPEAKER_01: Do you want it back?
- 27:11SPEAKER_01: No.
- 27:12SPEAKER_01: Are you sure?
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: Okay, great.
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: Don't tell anyone.
- 27:16SPEAKER_02: This is a healing secret, but we can tell mom, okay?
- 27:18SPEAKER_02: Okay, all right, that's gonna do this, okay.
- 27:20SPEAKER_02: But then I tell the mom, you play into whatever this child tells you.
- 27:23SPEAKER_02: You just say yes.
- 27:25SPEAKER_02: All right, so I'm getting the parents on board as well.
- 27:28SPEAKER_02: Asthma have shifted this way, warts on hands have shifted this way.
- 27:34SPEAKER_02: Come on, right?
- 27:36SPEAKER_02: There's no resistance, there's absolute trust and belief.
- 27:40SPEAKER_02: But what have we been taught?
- 27:42SPEAKER_02: Nothing can be trusted.
- 27:44SPEAKER_02: So why should we trust that this can heal?
- 27:48SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 27:50SPEAKER_02: And so my second awakening with this was I was sitting in Nando's waiting for my chicken delivery after doing my first healing course.
- 27:58SPEAKER_02: This was in the first three months where I was trying to turn my life around, right?
- 28:02SPEAKER_02: After my near collapse.
- 28:05SPEAKER_02: And it was the second day of this healing course that I was doing.
- 28:09SPEAKER_02: And I sat and and I and I was sitting there waiting for um the chicken to come.
- 28:14SPEAKER_02: It was a late afternoon.
- 28:16SPEAKER_02: Two guys sat there next to me, and this one guy had this massive bandage over his elbow.
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: He fell off the motorbike, and the motorbike jammed between his elbow and the road, but just like a brief bump, but this swollen so bad.
- 28:29SPEAKER_02: And I sat there and I'm like, you know what?
- 28:32SPEAKER_02: I know this might sound really crazy, but I kind of like when I practice my ability.
- 28:37SPEAKER_02: And this was not what I was learning.
- 28:38SPEAKER_02: This was just me wanting to, you know, I was going back to this B incident that I had as a child, and I'm thinking, let's see what happens.
- 28:46SPEAKER_02: And I was telling them, you know, can I just let's see if we can heal it for whatever, you know, possible reason.
- 28:52SPEAKER_02: And they laughed and they thought, and the guy bumped the other guy's leg, listen to toneless, let's see what happens.
- 28:57SPEAKER_02: And it didn't rock me.
- 28:59SPEAKER_02: I felt so solid in my belief in myself because of the changes that I've already created in my life, that that was enough to convince me, what if I can do this for someone else?
- 29:10SPEAKER_02: So he took the bandage off, and it was nasty.
- 29:14SPEAKER_02: It was a nasty bump.
- 29:15SPEAKER_02: And I remember I put my hand on his on his on his elbow and I said, Heel, heel, you are healed.
- 29:24SPEAKER_02: And I could literally feel my hand flap me.
- 29:29SPEAKER_02: And I lift, and and I I was shocked.
- 29:31SPEAKER_02: I could because I could feel the movement, and I'm like, I was shocked, and I pulled my hand off, and in that moment, I could see that it it decreased by 50%.
- 29:40SPEAKER_02: The guy who I did it with was in so much shock that he literally jumped up and he flipped the table.
- 29:48SPEAKER_02: Not with his hands, but with his body by accident because he was trying to get away from me.
- 29:54SPEAKER_02: He couldn't fathom.
- 29:56SPEAKER_02: And his friend also was like, Oh my god, that's not possible.
- 30:00SPEAKER_02: And then they left.
- 30:02SPEAKER_02: And I got kicked out of Nando's because they didn't realize what was happening, and I left without my chicken, but at least I left there, realizing, holy crap.
- 30:14SPEAKER_02: Something amazing just happened.
- 30:17SPEAKER_02: Now I haven't had these instant healings so many times because I had my trauma, I had my life, I had my distractions, my self-doubt started kicking in.
- 30:26SPEAKER_02: So it was a journey to really gently starting to get back on that.
- 30:30SPEAKER_02: But what brought me back was this realization I told you about this person sitting in that cafe.
- 30:37SPEAKER_02: And sitting there thinking, well, if I can feel all these feelings and you over there, not even knowing that I exist, you over there can sit there and change the physiology of my body by me just looking at you.
- 30:50SPEAKER_02: Oh literally changing your hormones.
- 30:55SPEAKER_02: What can happen if I intentionally look at you with clear intention, what I want to have happen in your body?
- 31:05SPEAKER_02: What do you think can happen?
- 31:08SPEAKER_02: Change is gonna take place, isn't it?
- 31:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah, interesting.
- 31:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 31:15SPEAKER_02: Talk about quantum entanglement flavored with a little bit of metaphysical anatomy technique, right?
- 31:21SPEAKER_02: And this is where I realized wow, if we can get the body to heal and shift through clear focus and intent, by knowing where to focus, where your energy needs to go, and the algorithm that you just simply need to follow.
- 31:37SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 31:38SPEAKER_02: And this is what I started to do with myself.
- 31:41SPEAKER_02: And I taught other people how to do it.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: Now is it that simple for you?
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: Is it that simple as you teach people to set an intention and focus energy, or is there more to your techniques?
- 31:51SPEAKER_02: There's there's more to the technique because I teach people the structure of how to reconnect back to it.
- 31:58SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 31:58SPEAKER_02: Something that's quite simple.
- 32:00SPEAKER_02: Um, sometimes needs a little bit of training wheels to remember, oh, what that felt like.
- 32:06SPEAKER_02: Oh, I remember this now.
- 32:07SPEAKER_02: Oh, this is oh, this is so great.
- 32:09SPEAKER_02: Let's do this together.
- 32:10SPEAKER_02: I want you to, everyone and and Adrian, you're gonna raise your left hand.
- 32:14SPEAKER_02: And I don't have to see it, but it doesn't have to be high.
- 32:18SPEAKER_02: But just have your left hand up.
- 32:21SPEAKER_02: And I invite all of you now just to simply look at the palm of your hand, just right there in the middle.
- 32:26SPEAKER_02: Just look at the palm of your hand.
- 32:28SPEAKER_02: And we're gonna do this now for at least a minute.
- 32:32SPEAKER_02: Don't think of anything, we're just looking at the palm of our hands.
- 32:53SPEAKER_02: Now, for some of you, you might start to feel tingling, buzzing.
- 32:59SPEAKER_02: Some people might feel hate.
- 33:00SPEAKER_02: Some people might say, Well, I feel it's 0.5% that something is going on there, but I cannot explain it.
- 33:08SPEAKER_02: Something is happening, but I don't know what.
- 33:12SPEAKER_02: Oh, interesting.
- 33:13SPEAKER_02: Now let's leave the left hand there.
- 33:15SPEAKER_02: Bring the right hand.
- 33:17SPEAKER_02: Now look at the palm of your right hand.
- 33:22SPEAKER_02: Do exactly the same thing.
- 33:24SPEAKER_02: Looking at the palm of your hand, staring at it.
- 33:27SPEAKER_02: Fully focus on the palm of your hand.
- 33:30SPEAKER_02: Don't focus even on the lines, just focus on the palm of your hand, the center part.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: And think of nothing.
- 33:49SPEAKER_02: Now some of you might start to notice, wow, but the right hand starts to feel tingly or buzzing or warm or I don't know, something's happening, but I don't know what it is.
- 34:02SPEAKER_02: You might not be able to describe it, then that's okay.
- 34:05SPEAKER_02: But something is happening.
- 34:10SPEAKER_02: Beautiful.
- 34:12SPEAKER_02: Now I want you to bring your full focus and awareness to your frontal lobes, to the front part of your head.
- 34:17SPEAKER_02: Your full focus and awareness is there now.
- 34:21SPEAKER_01: Full focus and awareness.
- 34:29SPEAKER_01: And notice as you bring it there, some people might feel a very lightweight band that feels a little bit tight.
- 34:41SPEAKER_01: Or it might feel a little bit congested, or just full, like cotton balls, sluggish, or full.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: And now hold your focus in that same place.
- 35:04SPEAKER_02: And notice now how you are expanding.
- 35:10SPEAKER_02: Expanding, expanding, expanding that whole frontal lobe.
- 35:15SPEAKER_02: Expanding as far out as you can.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: As far out as you can.
- 35:29SPEAKER_01: Notice the relief.
- 35:31SPEAKER_01: The lightness.
- 35:33SPEAKER_01: Notice the expansion.
- 35:37SPEAKER_01: Notice that subtle, gentle.
- 35:45SPEAKER_01: And gently come back.
- 35:51SPEAKER_02: I know you all could feel that.
- 35:53SPEAKER_02: And what's even more great about this is I didn't tell you how to do it.
- 36:00SPEAKER_02: It spontaneously happened.
- 36:03SPEAKER_02: Energy flows where your focus is.
- 36:06SPEAKER_02: I repeat, energy flows where your focus is.
- 36:10SPEAKER_02: If your focus, and this works the same with problems.
- 36:15SPEAKER_02: If your focus is on pain, trauma, anger, it's going to energize that anger.
- 36:20SPEAKER_02: And that anger, those emotions are going to create distress in different parts of the body.
- 36:25SPEAKER_02: This different part of the body will resonate with certain emotions, and our ancestors layered that pattern in for us.
- 36:32SPEAKER_02: And of course, it depends on the severity and the sensitivity of certain patterns and how well they were dealt with, resolved, and which one were left unresolved and passed down, and how we're going to respond to that then based on our environment.
- 36:44SPEAKER_02: Here's why I can have one person get sick and the other person not when they live the same life in the same house.
- 37:04SPEAKER_02: How to just learn to stay focused, understand what intention is, what does it really mean, and how we can elicit change in ourselves or in someone else's life by using the simple basic approach that we all have?
- 37:20SPEAKER_02: I'm just giving you the structure of how do we connect back to it.
- 37:25SPEAKER_02: Because this is how I would work with people, and then people sat there thinking, but how do you do it?
- 37:29SPEAKER_02: How do you do it?
- 37:30SPEAKER_02: I'm like, I don't know.
- 37:32SPEAKER_02: So I had to, it took me years to figure it out.
- 37:34SPEAKER_02: How do we backtrack?
- 37:36SPEAKER_02: How do we understand what this is?
- 37:38SPEAKER_02: What is that?
- 37:38SPEAKER_02: How did I just do that?
- 37:39SPEAKER_02: How did I just do that?
- 37:40SPEAKER_02: You just you just changed here with that.
- 37:42SPEAKER_02: How did that happen?
- 37:44SPEAKER_02: It took me a while.
- 37:46SPEAKER_02: It took me some, you know, I had to sometimes work with a few psychics to help observe me, to understand where, what, and how.
- 37:52SPEAKER_02: And eventually it all came together.
- 37:55SPEAKER_02: And that's where I started to teach metaphysical anatomy technique.
- 37:59SPEAKER_02: I teach people how to work on themselves or apply it to your practice and help other people with it.
- 38:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I know we're on a time limit.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: I want to jump in because we haven't actually explained what the book is.
- 38:13SPEAKER_00: To me, the book is a cheat sheet that I give to my students when I'm teaching them energy healing, Rick.
- 38:20SPEAKER_00: I'm like, if you want to just find the easiest way today, all you got to do is open the book.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: Let's play with it.
- 38:25SPEAKER_00: So explain to me what this book is, to as if I'm somebody who doesn't know what it is.
- 38:31SPEAKER_02: Got it.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: So this is a book of 722 medical elements and the psychosomatic suppressed emotions and patterns behind these elements that I worked with people, that I help people with, where I noticed wow, when these patterns are addressed, we notice incredible shifts in these people, incredible improvements in their quality of life.
- 38:54SPEAKER_02: And so I documented this.
- 38:55SPEAKER_02: So this book is now used by doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, universities, hospitals, average person that just wants to learn and understand more about their mind and body connection.
- 39:04SPEAKER_02: And if the body gives this pain, what is going on?
- 39:07SPEAKER_02: What could the potential message be?
- 39:10SPEAKER_00: Ooh, see, she made it simple and easy.
- 39:12SPEAKER_00: Now everybody wants to run and go get this book.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: It's a very thick book, very comprehensive.
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: I'm wondering if you ever plan on expanding it.
- 39:21SPEAKER_02: I did expand a bit more on the Kindle version because the printers asked me to stop adding to the book because the spine is breaking now.
- 39:28SPEAKER_02: So I do have the Kindle version, and I have also this on my premium membership website where each element is a video with a healing meditation and a healing video attached to it.
- 39:41SPEAKER_02: So people can really go into um the healing journeys there if they if they really want to.
- 39:46SPEAKER_02: So that's where I'm expanding more on it.
- 39:48SPEAKER_02: To do it in a physical book would be a pain in the butt because despines breaking, people say, Yeah, we'll make it two books.
- 39:53SPEAKER_02: And now I'm gonna get a backlash on people saying, You want me to buy more books?
- 39:57SPEAKER_02: Which one should I need?
- 39:58SPEAKER_02: It's like we need two.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: So and I would definitely say I would buy both because who else is doing such a comprehensive version of what these elements could mean and how to heal?
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: I it the book is phenomenal.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: Um, I so I I had no idea that you had like a premium site where people can go in and actually look at more of an expanded version with videos.
- 40:18SPEAKER_02: So, how do people get to this?
- 40:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah, there's master classes, 200 masterclasses.
- 40:23SPEAKER_02: There's whew is a lot.
- 40:24SPEAKER_02: How do people get to this?
- 40:25SPEAKER_02: How do they find it?
- 40:27SPEAKER_02: Um, that's a really good question.
- 40:29SPEAKER_02: Let me I haven't talked about this in such um uh long time, to be honest.
- 40:39SPEAKER_02: Let me just see here.
- 40:40SPEAKER_00: I think it's I'm thinking my audience would absolutely love this.
- 40:44SPEAKER_00: I think my my clients and my students would absolutely love this.
- 40:48SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, we we need to know more.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: And if there's a link, we can actually put it in the description as well.
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: So everybody be prepared for that.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: If you're just wanting to scroll down where you're listening to this on all platforms where podcasts are, it will be down at the bottom so you can find it because that just sounds like a really good tool.
- 41:04SPEAKER_02: I think it's matmembers.com.
- 41:06SPEAKER_02: Let me just see, mattmembers.com.
- 41:09SPEAKER_02: Yes, it is.
- 41:10SPEAKER_02: There we go.
- 41:11SPEAKER_02: Matmembers.com.
- 41:14SPEAKER_00: Now, is there a prerequisite?
- 41:16SPEAKER_00: Do people have to to do something before they can like pay and get in?
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: Like, what's that about?
- 41:21SPEAKER_02: There's a free version, but the paid version has the book and the videos and the master classes, but the free version still has a ton of courses, a ton of videos, um accredited courses that they can go through, all of that.
- 41:34SPEAKER_02: So all of that is still there for them.
- 41:38SPEAKER_02: But if they want the upgrade, then they can, but the others is for free, absolutely.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: Uh, I know you teach like the uh help me out here.
- 41:47SPEAKER_00: The the first class that you teach, decoding.
- 41:50SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's decoding body messages.
- 41:53SPEAKER_02: That's a half-day workshop.
- 41:54SPEAKER_02: So this is where we go deeper into the theory, the why, the how trauma works and how it affects the mind and the body.
- 42:01SPEAKER_02: And then we have metaphysical anatomy level one, which is the technique.
- 42:06SPEAKER_02: Now you learn the actual healing technique, and then there's math level two, which is the five-day workshop, which we go deeper into, you know, PTSD, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, um, sexual abuse.
- 42:17SPEAKER_02: We go into um bereavement, pain, addictions, um, and energetic attachments.
- 42:23SPEAKER_02: There we go, gulf deep into these different segments in terms of how trauma can also affect us and how we can go deeper and help ourselves with more complex circumstances and help to help other people um to assist them recovering from these different complex circumstances in a safe way.
- 42:43SPEAKER_00: It's really interesting because my my story, how I got connected with you is I believe somebody told me about your book and I bought it.
- 42:50SPEAKER_00: I think it was like that simple.
- 42:52SPEAKER_00: And then sometimes people would be like, oh, she's hosting a webinar, you should go take a look.
- 42:55SPEAKER_00: And I I was never available for it.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: And then I was like oh, but I love your book.
- 42:59SPEAKER_00: And so I'm like, I have to have her, you know, as a speaker.
- 43:02SPEAKER_00: So that's how I got to know you.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: And what I really loved is how people have embraced this book in the way that they have to be able to get healing from it.
- 43:12SPEAKER_00: And it's so interesting because I have mentioned it so many times, just like on my live events and um to my students.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: There's people who I've never worked with before who have heard me speak and mention this book just listen randomly out of the blue, and they'll be like, Oh, I have our book.
- 43:29SPEAKER_00: Are we using that today?
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: Like first-time clients, never worked with them before.
- 43:32SPEAKER_00: And us, look, are we?
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, You what what made you get the book?
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: I heard you talk about it.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: You sent an email about this book, and I'm just like, wow, like that's really profound.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: How many people have really gotten this book and and got use out of it?
- 43:46SPEAKER_00: So I want to thank you for watching.
- 43:48SPEAKER_02: Beautiful.
- 43:49SPEAKER_02: Oh blessed.
- 43:49SPEAKER_02: I'm so happy to hear that it's helping people.
- 43:51SPEAKER_02: You know, that for me is the best.
- 43:53SPEAKER_02: That's what it's supposed to do.
- 43:55SPEAKER_00: It's an incredible journey for people, and um, and so I want people to, it's Metaphysical anatomy, you can find it on you said Kindle, but you can also get it on Amazon because I remember that's where I ordered it from.
- 44:06SPEAKER_00: Um and then do you recommend?
- 44:08SPEAKER_00: I know you were saying like you were just basically writing about the shit show and how you healed it with your other books, but do you recommend that people go check out your other books too?
- 44:17SPEAKER_00: Like what's that about?
- 44:18SPEAKER_00: Give me that story real quick.
- 44:20SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 44:20SPEAKER_02: So I have like a book that I wrote about my depression journey with um anxiety, you know, breakup, heartbreak, communication problems, self-love challenges, boundary challenges.
- 44:34SPEAKER_02: Mine was awful.
- 44:35SPEAKER_02: And um what else do I have?
- 44:38SPEAKER_02: Oh, resolving pain without pills.
- 44:40SPEAKER_02: I have two books about pain, um, restoring the emotional body, which people love.
- 44:44SPEAKER_02: It's a free ebook on my website.
- 44:46SPEAKER_02: So if everyone can go grab it, you can.
- 44:48SPEAKER_02: There's a healing video also at the end to help you talk you through the healing journey to identify challenges and messages in the body and then go through the healing part.
- 44:56SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm just thinking here decoding trauma, where I talk a little bit more deeper into um um the metaphysical anatomy technique and just a little bit more the ins and the outs of it.
- 45:09SPEAKER_02: It's almost like a bit of a different perspective, a bit of a non-medical type of book that that's kind of like borderline medical, borderline energy, and it's like, woo, let's trigger some people, let's see what they say.
- 45:20SPEAKER_02: So I did that.
- 45:21SPEAKER_02: And I have the relationship resolution book for relationship challenges, transform every day.
- 45:27SPEAKER_02: Um, I have the metaphysical anatomy technique, um, the abundance mindset, which is a book that I wrote about the heart attack that I had when I was 29, all about mindset stress and how stress impacts the body and how I I mean we could talk for hours.
- 45:42SPEAKER_02: I mean, we'll need a 12 series podcast if we're gonna be talking of because that's why I have to invite you back, just ask you about the heart attack.
- 45:50SPEAKER_00: Wow, okay, wow, but you wrote it.
- 45:53SPEAKER_00: People don't need it.
- 45:54SPEAKER_00: If people need it now, they can go pick up the books to learn more about the story, but we definitely have to have you back because there's so many more questions now.
- 46:01SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I'm looking at the time because I know you gotta work.
- 46:06SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I had a bunch of my students while they were taking my class, I highly recommended that they take your class because I'm like, we're we're already talking about the book.
- 46:15SPEAKER_00: It makes no sense not to go.
- 46:16SPEAKER_00: So almost everybody went and they absolutely loved it.
- 46:19SPEAKER_00: So I became an affiliate for you to send people your way because I absolutely love your work.
- 46:25SPEAKER_00: I love your work.
- 46:26SPEAKER_00: And so I would like you just to explain to people very, very quickly why should they do this?
- 46:34SPEAKER_00: Why should they start here?
- 46:36SPEAKER_02: This is a great question because one thing that I'm extremely well known for is that you can get results without needing to know what the root causes of your trauma are.
- 46:45SPEAKER_02: You can get results without needing to talk about your trauma, you can get results without needing to relive it.
- 46:51SPEAKER_02: I'm very much against reliving trauma for various reasons, including my own personal experience with it.
- 46:57SPEAKER_02: And what people love about it is how fast it is and how lasting the results are.
- 47:03SPEAKER_02: I'm results-oriented.
- 47:05SPEAKER_02: I want results.
- 47:06SPEAKER_02: If I see someone booking a session with me and I can see they're grappling, they're not sure about them, but I'm like, go, go, go book with someone who has time.
- 47:13SPEAKER_02: I want people who say who says yes.
- 47:15SPEAKER_02: I don't want yes, but I want yes because these are the people I know I'm gonna get results with, because I give it my all to these people.
- 47:22SPEAKER_02: And when I teach, I teach you that technique, I give it my all.
- 47:25SPEAKER_02: So I I open my doors to people who's ready to help themselves, who want to heal themselves.
- 47:34SPEAKER_02: This technique is for self-healing, and you can also practice it in your practice if you do help people, right?
- 47:41SPEAKER_02: So this can go either way, you can help family and friends with it.
- 47:44SPEAKER_02: You'll see it is so simple, and the technique improved actually.
- 47:47SPEAKER_02: We we now host um sessions tend to be 30 minutes per issue, right?
- 47:53SPEAKER_02: So, and you have you have almost guaranteed noticeable changes that's lasting.
- 47:59SPEAKER_02: It might not necessarily fully resolve the issue, but it's so noticeable that people's quality of life drastically improves, right?
- 48:07SPEAKER_02: So that says a lot.
- 48:08SPEAKER_02: So I'm I'm thrilled with where the technique is going because I always update my work as we as a collective conscious form update.
- 48:18SPEAKER_02: You have to.
- 48:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you can't teach dinosaur tools to people who have advanced to where we are now.
- 48:24SPEAKER_02: You need to stay up to date.
- 48:25SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's so true, and I love that.
- 48:28SPEAKER_00: Um, can you tell me what you what you feel a miracle is miracle?
- 48:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what's a miracle?
- 48:35SPEAKER_02: For me, a mirac for me, a miracle is when you can fully let go of fear of rejection.
- 48:50SPEAKER_02: Because for me, what I see in people when they let that go, everything is possible.
- 48:57SPEAKER_02: Everything after that is a miracle.
- 49:01SPEAKER_02: Healing, change, change is easy because why would we care?
- 49:05SPEAKER_02: Just go, just do it.
- 49:08SPEAKER_02: So for me, that would be of course there can be so many other things, so many other things, but imagine what your life would look like and where you would be in the absence of fear of rejection.
- 49:22SPEAKER_00: I've never heard that as an answer before.
- 49:25SPEAKER_00: That that got me thinking.
- 49:27SPEAKER_00: That's a profound answer.
- 49:30SPEAKER_02: People see miracles sometimes as an instant healing, something that they would deem as being impossible.
- 49:36SPEAKER_02: That's a miracle, right?
- 49:38SPEAKER_02: But we've been uh swimming up impossible circumstances, so sometimes what our our perception of what a miracle is will constantly change depending on the battle that we're fighting, right?
- 49:52SPEAKER_02: It's always gonna change.
- 49:55SPEAKER_02: That is what's always gonna define what a miracle looks like and means to you.
- 49:59SPEAKER_02: For some people, a miracle, oh my plant survived, it didn't die, oh it's a miracle.
- 50:02SPEAKER_02: Someone else will be like, get a life, right?
- 50:06SPEAKER_02: It's all depending on the battle that we're fighting, what's gonna keep refining that.
- 50:11SPEAKER_02: But for me, what's most obvious is, and I and I'm speaking from personal experience, and that's why I'm sharing it.
- 50:18SPEAKER_02: The more I started working on my fear of rejection, whoo, I'm sorry.
- 50:24SPEAKER_02: I am so happy.
- 50:27SPEAKER_02: I finally feel like I'm finding the happiness, and there's energy and there's space for it, because I'm not losing energy, time, and awareness and effort on making other people happy so that I'm not rejected, so that I'm not disapproved of who cares.
- 50:45SPEAKER_02: That energy is all mine now, and you know the miracles that I can create with that abundance of energy, with that abundance of positive emotional states?
- 50:56SPEAKER_02: I'm bathing in it.
- 50:57SPEAKER_02: It's great, I love it.
- 50:59SPEAKER_02: It's freedom for me.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's a pretty profound answer.
- 51:05SPEAKER_00: I absolutely freaking love that.
- 51:07SPEAKER_00: Is there any last words that you have for our audience?
- 51:10SPEAKER_00: Anything that you feel like you need to absolutely say before we end this.
- 51:15SPEAKER_02: For me, what's important that's simple is just remember the light that you are.
- 51:20SPEAKER_02: We all have that spark of God within us, but sometimes circumstances and times just feel so dark that we can't see that spark.
- 51:30SPEAKER_02: But that spark is like right there behind your heart.
- 51:34SPEAKER_02: And when we just keep reconnecting to that spark and always just make it bigger and bigger and bigger, no matter how bad you feel.
- 51:40SPEAKER_02: It's impossible not to feel good.
- 51:42SPEAKER_02: So do try that and remember the light that you are.
- 51:54SPEAKER_01: Let's make miracles happen.
