- 0:57Speaker 1: This is America with Rich Valdez, powered by politiweek.com.
- 1:02Speaker 2: And Rich Valdez is with us, former Christie administration official.
- 1:05Speaker 3: You work for Chris Christie, you've been in politics, a
- 1:07Speaker 3: lot of public service stuff.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Rich Valdez, columnist now with the Washington Times.
- 1:10Speaker 5: This is America.
- 1:12Speaker 4: Rich TV, you're on the air with the nation.
- 1:13Speaker 1: This is America with your host, Rich Valdez.
- 1:19Speaker 4: What's up, America? I am Rich Valdez. Valdez with an S.
- 1:23Speaker 4: At Rich Valdez on all of the social media. Your
- 1:25Speaker 4: liberty-loving Latino amigo 17 blocks away from Madison Square Garden
- 1:29Speaker 4: right here at Times Square in New York City. Blessed
- 1:31Speaker 4: and honored to be with you guys. If you want
- 1:33Speaker 4: to join us and share your opinion, you know, I
- 1:35Speaker 4: love that. Feel free to give me a call. I'm
- 1:37Speaker 4: happy to hear what you have to say about things.
- 1:39Speaker 4: I like to call it Open Phone America. I want
- 1:42Speaker 4: to hear from you. Now, the first thing I want
- 1:44Speaker 4: to say is, will the real Ilhan Omar please stand up? Now,
- 1:48Speaker 4: I'm making fun of the song by Eminem, and that's
- 1:52Speaker 4: a play on the old TV show, To Tell the Truth.
- 1:56Speaker 4: But Ilhan Omar, as you've been hearing, is that her name?
- 1:58Speaker 4: Is it not her name? I don't know. We're going
- 2:01Speaker 4: to get into that in a little bit. For those
- 2:04Speaker 4: of you who don't know me, my name is Rich Valdez.
- 2:06Speaker 4: I just told you that, but I used to work
- 2:08Speaker 4: on this show with the great one Mark Levin. He's
- 2:10Speaker 4: been a mentor of mine for a number of years.
- 2:11Speaker 4: I'm going into my ninth year of broadcasting. Started my
- 2:14Speaker 4: career on WABC Radio. Shout out to the great WABC.
- 2:18Speaker 4: And went into syndication doing a global thing right now
- 2:21Speaker 4: with a program on Roku TV. If you ever want
- 2:24Speaker 4: to check it out, it's Rich Valdez. This is America.
- 2:26Speaker 4: I urge you to subscribe to my show and listen
- 2:28Speaker 4: to it. And we're going to talk about Ilhan Omar
- 2:31Speaker 4: and the reality of her name momentarily. But I want
- 2:35Speaker 4: to just remind you something. Something that I think is urgent.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Something that I think is dire. Something that I mentioned
- 2:42Speaker 4: the last time I was with you. And I'll mention
- 2:44Speaker 4: it again. When the Great One calls and says, hey.
- 2:47Speaker 4: I'm going to be back on Monday, Richie, but I
- 2:50Speaker 4: need you to just hold down the fort. Well, guess what?
- 2:52Speaker 4: I'm here. I'm holding on the fort. I'm going to
- 2:54Speaker 4: tell you this. We're 11 days from the midterm elections.
- 2:59Speaker 4: I don't know. Louder for the people in the back.
- 3:00Speaker 4: We're 11 days from the midterm elections. 11 days. That's it. Now,
- 3:06Speaker 4: last year, last November, New York City, where I was
- 3:09Speaker 4: born and where I work, I live across the water
- 3:12Speaker 4: now in the pretty side, the Jersey side. They made
- 3:17Speaker 4: a mistake. They were forced with the same exact decision
- 3:20Speaker 4: that every American is going to face in the voting
- 3:23Speaker 4: booth on November 3rd. How do we vote? And despite
- 3:27Speaker 4: every intervention, every warning, every last ditch effort, New York
- 3:31Speaker 4: City ended up with Zoran Mamdani, who won decisively. There
- 3:35Speaker 4: was no I'm blaming this guy or that guy or
- 3:37Speaker 4: blaming the other one. None of it. He won with
- 3:40Speaker 4: enough votes. Now, I know there was somebody who did
- 3:42Speaker 4: an audit and they said that, you know, the Votes
- 3:45Speaker 4: may not have counted this time the third, but there
- 3:47Speaker 4: was no officiality to that.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Right.
- 3:50Speaker 4: And you can't really do anything if you don't have
- 3:53Speaker 4: it being an official thing. So let that sink in.
- 3:57Speaker 4: Excuse me. New York City, the city that never sleeps,
- 4:01Speaker 4: just handed the keys last November to a guy who
- 4:05Speaker 4: makes the progressive squad look like moderates. So I got
- 4:09Speaker 4: to ask you straight up. What are you willing to do? today, tonight, tomorrow,
- 4:15Speaker 4: for the next 11 days to make sure that many
- 4:19Speaker 4: Zoran Mamdani's like El-Sayed and the likes of his people,
- 4:26Speaker 4: his ilk, other progressive Democrat socialists of America that are
- 4:30Speaker 4: running all across the place, Tallarico and the rest, Kathy Hochul,
- 4:35Speaker 4: what are you prepared to do to stop them from
- 4:40Speaker 4: winning in this election? Now, I'm not saying they're guaranteed
- 4:43Speaker 4: to win either. That's not my shtick. But just imagine
- 4:49Speaker 4: what it looks like. And I do this every time
- 4:51Speaker 4: because I hope it's effective. Election Day comes and goes.
- 4:55Speaker 4: It's time for them to get sworn in. They place
- 4:57Speaker 4: their hands on Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto to take their
- 5:00Speaker 4: oath from their favorite communist grandpa, Bernie Sanders, Bernard Sanders.
- 5:06Speaker 4: And he's like, raise your hand. Do you solemnly swear?
- 5:08Speaker 4: And they're following lockstep. And I say this as a joke,
- 5:12Speaker 4: and I've said it for years. And who actually did
- 5:15Speaker 4: get sworn in by Bernie Sanders? Zoram Mamdani. I mean,
- 5:19Speaker 4: you know, when I said it, I meant it as
- 5:21Speaker 4: a joke that I didn't think to be true. And
- 5:24Speaker 4: now it's a reality. It's probably a goal. I wonder
- 5:27Speaker 4: who else Syed is thinking of bringing in. Maybe he
- 5:29Speaker 4: wants to bring in his buddy, Piker. This stuff really
- 5:33Speaker 4: surprises me. And I guess I shouldn't be surprised. We
- 5:35Speaker 4: should have seen it a long time coming, right? You've
- 5:37Speaker 4: got campaign ads that are entirely in a different language.
- 5:40Speaker 4: And not, you know, your usual English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Languages I haven't seen, right? Whatever area that is. Hamtramck, Dearborn.
- 5:53Speaker 4: I don't know what language they speak there. I don't
- 5:55Speaker 4: know if it's Arabic or Farsi or what. But my
- 5:58Speaker 4: point is, we're seeing things we've never seen before. And
- 6:03Speaker 4: they want to be your next representative, your next senator,
- 6:05Speaker 4: your next mayor, your next governor. So I want to know,
- 6:09Speaker 4: have you called your employer? Have you called your job
- 6:11Speaker 4: and taken the day off? Are you going to call
- 6:13Speaker 4: in a sick day that Tuesday? Are you going to
- 6:16Speaker 4: dedicate a full tank of gas to driving around like
- 6:18Speaker 4: a madman, making sure every last person that you can
- 6:21Speaker 4: think of gets to the polls on time? Did you
- 6:24Speaker 4: make any effort to get somebody registered to vote? Or
- 6:29Speaker 4: are you just leaving it for the next guy to do?
- 6:32Speaker 4: And I'm not trying to guilt or shame anybody. I'm
- 6:35Speaker 4: just trying to put things in perspective. Because if we're
- 6:39Speaker 4: sitting here thinking, hey, I did my part. I voted.
- 6:41Speaker 4: I paid my taxes. Some of you serve this country
- 6:44Speaker 4: in uniform. Other people can't figure out how to vote.
- 6:49Speaker 4: How is that your problem, right? Then listen to me clearly.
- 6:53Speaker 4: If that's the case, I have to say I think
- 6:56Speaker 4: we're screwed. And I don't want to be the bearer
- 6:58Speaker 4: of bad news. I like to tell jokes. But this
- 7:01Speaker 4: isn't a joke. Michigan, do you think you're safe from
- 7:05Speaker 4: the New York City communist tendencies of Zoran Mamdani? Being
- 7:08Speaker 4: channeled by Abdulrahman El-Sayed? Wrong. You're not. It's coming for you.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Mike Rogers is your only answer there. Look at the map.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Look at Dearborn right now. Look at the races across
- 7:22Speaker 4: the country. Ken Paxton in Texas fighting like hell in
- 7:26Speaker 4: the Senate battlegrounds. You've got House seats that are up
- 7:30Speaker 4: for grabs. The next two years, there's going to be
- 7:34Speaker 4: some gridlock or there's going to be some green lights.
- 7:36Speaker 4: For the agenda that actually works, President Trump's agenda, the
- 7:39Speaker 4: America First agenda, the MAGA agenda, the agenda where we're
- 7:43Speaker 4: bringing in more money. You know, people like to give
- 7:46Speaker 4: Trump a hard time because right now you've got all
- 7:51Speaker 4: sorts of things going on, right? There's a war in Iraq.
- 7:57Speaker 4: You're believing the leftist lie that everything is the fault
- 8:00Speaker 4: of the war in Iraq. All right, gas prices might be,
- 8:04Speaker 4: and that may affect a few other things. But what
- 8:06Speaker 4: about all the damage that had to be undone? President
- 8:10Speaker 4: Trump walked into a world of hurt. And as he
- 8:14Speaker 4: so aptly says every time, right now with gas prices
- 8:17Speaker 4: where they are, we're ahead of where they were with
- 8:20Speaker 4: Biden and we survived just fine. So this is where
- 8:25Speaker 4: we are. And I'm just trying to figure out whichever
- 8:30Speaker 4: way and every way that I can to make sure
- 8:34Speaker 4: that we're able to make a move, that we're able
- 8:36Speaker 4: to make a difference, that we're able to motivate people
- 8:38Speaker 4: to vote. Because I'll tell you, when you tell a
- 8:41Speaker 4: young person, and there happens to be a lot of them,
- 8:43Speaker 4: and every day there's more of them, and you say, hey, look,
- 8:48Speaker 4: this is about affordability. These boomers, these old people, these
- 8:53Speaker 4: straight old white men, they're the ones that put you
- 8:56Speaker 4: in this mess. It's their economy that did this to you.
- 8:59Speaker 4: It's the George Bush's of the world. It's the Ronald Reagan's.
- 9:01Speaker 4: It's the Donald Trump's. They're willing to roll the dice
- 9:05Speaker 4: and go, all right, let me go the other way then.
- 9:07Speaker 4: I've heard that Obama guy was good. I was in
- 9:10Speaker 4: kindergarten when he was in office, but hey, I'll do it.
- 9:13Speaker 4: And that's where we are. So now, what do we do?
- 9:20Speaker 4: We got to fight like hell. Like Mark always says,
- 9:23Speaker 4: you got to fight like hell, right? Play like you're behind.
- 9:25Speaker 4: There's going to be some places where we do well.
- 9:29Speaker 4: There's going to be some places that are really tight.
- 9:31Speaker 4: But that's it. And that's what I'm here for. I'm
- 9:34Speaker 4: here to be your cheerleader tonight, not the Grim Reaper.
- 9:37Speaker 4: I don't want to sing a song that's a sad one.
- 9:41Speaker 4: I'm here to try and muster up the troops, make
- 9:44Speaker 4: a rally cry to see who's ready, who's ready to
- 9:48Speaker 4: usher in the next phase of America. This week, I've
- 9:52Speaker 4: had a lot of good conversations. I spoke with Newt
- 9:54Speaker 4: Gingrich yesterday, and he was talking about the golden age
- 9:58Speaker 4: of America. And he's promoting his new book, and that's
- 10:02Speaker 4: what it's called, America's Golden Age. And I couldn't help
- 10:06Speaker 4: but say, man, I was honored and impressed with the
- 10:11Speaker 4: optimism that he had. Even I look at the things
- 10:16Speaker 4: out there sometimes, and I go, man, Am I going
- 10:18Speaker 4: to be able to pull it off the way some
- 10:20Speaker 4: that have gone before me have pulled it off? Is
- 10:21Speaker 4: it the same world? It's not the same world. I
- 10:24Speaker 4: can tell you that. I know people today that are
- 10:26Speaker 4: sitting pretty in 2% and 3% mortgages that they got
- 10:29Speaker 4: thanks to El Trompito, by the way, on properties that
- 10:33Speaker 4: they bought in the late 90s and early 2000s that
- 10:36Speaker 4: they paid $ 200, 000 for. These things are 800 or a
- 10:41Speaker 4: million bucks today. So if you don't have one already,
- 10:45Speaker 4: you missed out on all that equity. Does that mean
- 10:48Speaker 4: The next 20 years are going to give you the
- 10:50Speaker 4: same amount of equity? I don't know. I don't see
- 10:52Speaker 4: it that way. Getting $ 200, 000 when you were making $ 50, 000
- 10:56Speaker 4: a year didn't seem far-fetched. Getting a million dollars to
- 11:00Speaker 4: buy a house in my neighborhood, and I don't live
- 11:02Speaker 4: in the rich part of town, by the way, sounds
- 11:05Speaker 4: like a far-fetched thing when maybe at best people are
- 11:08Speaker 4: making $ 100, 000 and most people are making $ 60, 000. So what gives? Well,
- 11:13Speaker 4: we need more investment. We need more of what Trump
- 11:17Speaker 4: is already doing. We've seen record growth in the S
- 11:21Speaker 4: & P. You've seen record growth in a lot of areas.
- 11:23Speaker 4: $ 21 trillion in investment in artificial intelligence is fantastic. This
- 11:28Speaker 4: is a new frontier. And that's part of what that
- 11:30Speaker 4: discussion was about. And you can check it out if
- 11:32Speaker 4: you want. Free plug for me. But that wasn't really
- 11:35Speaker 4: my goal. It was really because Newt was talking about
- 11:38Speaker 4: he got into politics the year that right after I
- 11:42Speaker 4: was born, 1979. And I'm thinking if he's still out
- 11:46Speaker 4: here hustling like, you know, like hell. pushing books, doing
- 11:50Speaker 4: what he does, making movies because he loves America and
- 11:53Speaker 4: is what he believes in. But he sees the optimism.
- 11:57Speaker 4: And I see the plan. I just don't know if
- 12:00Speaker 4: I always have the optimism. Sometimes I think I can't
- 12:02Speaker 4: see the forest through the trees. And I think many
- 12:03Speaker 4: of you share that. It has nothing to do with Trump.
- 12:06Speaker 4: I believe in Trump. If I had to put my
- 12:07Speaker 4: money on Trump, I'm putting it on Trump all day.
- 12:10Speaker 4: The issue becomes I don't believe in everybody else. I
- 12:13Speaker 4: don't believe in Congress. I like Mike Johnson, but I
- 12:16Speaker 4: don't believe in everybody else. So we've got to fight
- 12:20Speaker 4: like hell. We've got to use the big three words
- 12:23Speaker 4: at the top of that constitution that we love. We
- 12:26Speaker 4: the people. We have to use we the people. That
- 12:30Speaker 4: is our number one source of influence. Our ability to
- 12:34Speaker 4: elect people to the cash cow that is Congress. Our
- 12:39Speaker 4: ability to let them get into a place where they
- 12:41Speaker 4: can develop a leadership fund and a PAC and this, that,
- 12:44Speaker 4: and the third. Or you can come from Kenya, from
- 12:46Speaker 4: another country. become a citizen, run for Congress, and then
- 12:49Speaker 4: poo-poo this country, Ilhan Omar, and have those same rights
- 12:54Speaker 4: and privileges now as a citizen. These things happen here
- 12:57Speaker 4: in America, the America that we all love, the America
- 13:01Speaker 4: that many of you that are listening have fought for
- 13:03Speaker 4: in uniform. So keep that in mind. Keep that in perspective.
- 13:10Speaker 4: And I want to just switch gears a little bit.
- 13:13Speaker 4: We'll talk about this more later, but I thought it
- 13:15Speaker 4: was fantastic that president Trump mentioned a couple of days
- 13:17Speaker 4: ago that he would give a kickback, right? Everybody gets
- 13:22Speaker 4: to wet their beak. If you catch some fraud, right?
- 13:25Speaker 4: I thought that was phenomenal because there's fraud all over.
- 13:27Speaker 4: Who's the first one that took advantage? Dr.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Oz.
- 13:30Speaker 4: The next day I saw Dr. Oz in Queens, New
- 13:32Speaker 4: York doing some interviews talking about, I went to this
- 13:35Speaker 4: place and we found out there was Medicaid and Medicare
- 13:37Speaker 4: for it. I thought that was great. Cause you know what?
- 13:39Speaker 4: These are the things that nobody likes. Nobody like if
- 13:42Speaker 4: you've ever paid a dollar in taxes, the only people
- 13:44Speaker 4: that like fraud are the people that benefit from fraud.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Everybody else is financing that fraud. So kudos to President
- 13:51Speaker 4: Trump for doing that. And the joke that was going
- 13:54Speaker 4: around about Nick Shirley becoming, you know, billionaire off of
- 13:56Speaker 4: fraud the right way.
- 13:57Speaker 6: Right.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Because of the kickbacks. Because this guy, Nick Shirley, is
- 14:00Speaker 4: a very intrepid journalist. And he's he's gotten more. He's
- 14:04Speaker 4: at least he's uncovered more fraud than anybody I've seen.
- 14:07Speaker 4: Kudos to him. By the way, Nick Shirley, I'm going
- 14:09Speaker 4: to be with Nick Shirley and James O'Keefe at Mar-a-Lago
- 14:13Speaker 4: in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to that. So
- 14:15Speaker 4: big thanks to James for that, for the Citizens Journalist Gala.
- 14:20Speaker 4: But these are the types of innovations that we need.
- 14:23Speaker 4: This is that outside-of-the-box New York City builder mentality that
- 14:28Speaker 4: we need in Washington. It's the only way, and that's
- 14:32Speaker 4: the same mentality that I think we have to adopt
- 14:34Speaker 4: and adapt to In order to get through these midterms
- 14:37Speaker 4: and to make sure we maximize every opportunity that's before us.
- 14:41Speaker 4: So I got a lot more to say, but I
- 14:42Speaker 4: know there's a clock in front of me and it
- 14:44Speaker 4: tells me I got to take a pause right here.
- 14:45Speaker 4: So I'm going to do that. And we're going to
- 14:47Speaker 4: get into a lot more about what's going on in
- 14:49Speaker 4: these Senate states, what's going on in these governor's races.
- 14:53Speaker 4: And so much more to come. Don't go anywhere. I'm
- 14:55Speaker 4: Rich Valdez.
- 14:55Speaker 5: This is America. This is America. And again, I pose
- 15:39Speaker 5: the same question to you. Will the real Ilhan Omar
- 15:43Speaker 5: please stand up?
- 16:03Speaker 4: Big news coming out that yesterday evening, I believe is
- 16:07Speaker 4: when I saw this, that Ilhan Omar, whose real name,
- 16:11Speaker 4: or at least right now, the believed birth name is
- 16:16Speaker 4: Ilhan Nur Saeed Elmi, same as her husband, Ahmed Nur
- 16:22Speaker 4: Saeed Elmi. Now, I get that. When I was married,
- 16:26Speaker 4: my wife had the same last name as me, but
- 16:29Speaker 4: is it that simple or is it Is it more complicated?
- 16:32Speaker 4: Did they start out with the same name? I don't know.
- 16:36Speaker 4: I don't know. Like Eddie Murphy said, taste the soup,
- 16:38Speaker 4: taste the soup. You got to taste the soup. Anyway,
- 16:42Speaker 4: I don't know. I don't know. But I do have
- 16:44Speaker 4: these questions as well, because obviously this, as the story goes,
- 16:48Speaker 4: as legend would have it, Ilhan Omar flees war-torn Somalia.
- 16:54Speaker 4: Her dad is a Marxist-Leninist military leader. They make their
- 16:59Speaker 4: way to Kenya where she's in a refugee camp. And
- 17:03Speaker 4: then she makes her application to come to the United States. Now,
- 17:08Speaker 4: believe it or not, I know this is going to
- 17:10Speaker 4: catch you by surprise, but some people coming across the
- 17:14Speaker 4: border or applying for asylum from different places, they're actually
- 17:20Speaker 4: not always telling the truth. Sometimes they say, hi, this
- 17:23Speaker 4: is me. That's my wife. These are my two children.
- 17:26Speaker 4: And in fact, it's not really their wife or their
- 17:28Speaker 4: two children. And those people don't know anything about each other.
- 17:31Speaker 4: They're not even really family. But they figured, hey, we're
- 17:34Speaker 4: all from the same place. We all met at the
- 17:35Speaker 4: same refugee camp. So let us say this to try
- 17:40Speaker 4: and gain entry to the United States, the land of
- 17:42Speaker 4: milk and honey, the land of opportunity, where the free
- 17:45Speaker 4: markets reign and we can become millionaires. And that's great, right?
- 17:49Speaker 4: Not the fraud part, but I'm just saying it's great
- 17:51Speaker 4: that America is wonderful. And that's a thing that people do.
- 17:54Speaker 4: And that's why we have something called ICE or used
- 17:56Speaker 4: to be called INS and whatnot. So I say all
- 18:00Speaker 4: of that to say, what is the story? Will the
- 18:04Speaker 4: real Ilhan Omar please stand up? Well, when we come back,
- 18:08Speaker 4: I'm going to get into a little bit about what
- 18:10Speaker 4: El Trumpito, Donaldus Magnus, the 45th and 47th president of
- 18:14Speaker 4: these United States, El Presidente Donald J. Trump, what he
- 18:17Speaker 4: had to say about Ilhan Omar earlier today. Plus everything
- 18:21Speaker 4: else that's on my list of things to talk about.
- 18:23Speaker 4: And that's a pretty exhaustive list. For a three-hour show,
- 18:25Speaker 4: you prepare a lot and usually get through half of it.
- 18:29Speaker 4: But anyway, that's all coming up straight ahead again. Rich Valdez,
- 18:32Speaker 4: keep it locked right here. Don't go anywhere.
- 18:33Speaker 1: This is America. This is America.
- 19:23Speaker 4: President Donald J.
- 19:24Speaker 5: Trump, Mr.
- 19:24Speaker 4: President, welcome to the program, sir.
- 19:27Speaker 7: Well, thank you, Rich, and thank you for everything. I
- 19:29Speaker 7: know you very well, and I listen, but I have
- 19:32Speaker 7: a lot of people that listen, and they love your show,
- 19:34Speaker 7: and I appreciate it very much.
- 19:37Speaker 4: All right, America, welcome back. It's Rich Valdez, Valdez with
- 19:39Speaker 4: an S, at Rich Valdez on all of the social medias,
- 19:42Speaker 4: and I want to continue where I left off with
- 19:45Speaker 4: talking about Ilhan Omar, oftentimes referred to on my show as...
- 19:49Speaker 4: some people did something. Her name now is Ilhan Noor
- 19:54Speaker 4: Saeed Elmi, same as her husband Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi.
- 19:59Speaker 4: And everybody's trying to figure out what's going on there now. Okay,
- 20:03Speaker 4: got it. President Trump weighed in on this today. He's
- 20:05Speaker 4: in Florida. on the campaign trail. Byron Donalds is a
- 20:09Speaker 4: fantastic lead, but I know we don't say that too
- 20:12Speaker 4: loud because we don't want people to get lazy, but
- 20:14Speaker 4: he's doing a bang-up job in Florida. And President Trump
- 20:19Speaker 4: asking the same question as me. Will the real Ilhan
- 20:22Speaker 4: Omar please stand up? Listen to this.
- 20:25Speaker 7: And I was saddened to hear that Ilhan Omar is
- 20:28Speaker 7: not her name.
- 20:29Speaker 5: It's not.
- 20:31Speaker 7: It's not Ilhan Omar. The one she used to get
- 20:34Speaker 7: elected and sworn into Congress, that's the one that she
- 20:37Speaker 7: used for everything, Ilhan Omar, but rather it's an entirely
- 20:41Speaker 7: different name named Ilhan Nur Sayyed Elmi.
- 20:46Speaker 5: It's close.
- 20:48Speaker 4: It's close, Byron.
- 20:50Speaker 7: It's very close.
- 20:53Speaker 5: Not too far away.
- 20:56Speaker 7: You got one that's four names, one that's one, and
- 20:59Speaker 7: every name is extremely different.
- 21:01Speaker 5: And the last name.
- 21:02Speaker 7: Is incredibly, and this is going to be a shock
- 21:04Speaker 7: to everybody in this room, but the last name is also,
- 21:10Speaker 7: I hate to tell you because you wouldn't even believe this,
- 21:12Speaker 7: because it's the exact name of her brother, Ahmed Noor
- 21:17Speaker 7: Saeed Elmi. The person they said she married to come
- 21:23Speaker 7: into our country and the person she had some lovely
- 21:26Speaker 7: children with, thank you very much. So when asked whether
- 21:30Speaker 7: or not she married her brother, she said, not to
- 21:35Speaker 7: my knowledge.
- 21:35Speaker 4: That was her.
- 21:39Speaker 5: No, she didn't know.
- 21:41Speaker 3: She didn't know.
- 21:41Speaker 7: She wasn't sure.
- 21:44Speaker 4: She wasn't sure. Listen, I'm not here to defend Ilhan Omar.
- 21:47Speaker 4: I am not an Ilhan Omar or Ilhan Nur Saeed
- 21:51Speaker 4: Elmi apologist. But I will say, if someone were to
- 21:53Speaker 4: ask me, Rich Valdez, did you marry your brother or
- 21:56Speaker 4: your sister for that matter? I would either probably say
- 22:00Speaker 4: with a resounding hell no, or I would probably say
- 22:04Speaker 4: something similar, like not that I know of. I mean,
- 22:06Speaker 4: that's cray cray. So how does that really happen? You know,
- 22:10Speaker 4: and is it a calculated response or was it really
- 22:13Speaker 4: just massive incredulity of her being just like, say what?
- 22:19Speaker 4: I give the benefit of the doubt.
- 22:20Speaker 5: Why?
- 22:21Speaker 4: I don't know, because in my lifetime, and I'm by
- 22:24Speaker 4: no means the exhaustive authority on on political uh i
- 22:30Speaker 4: don't know trivia if you will but in the years
- 22:32Speaker 4: i've been doing this stuff and i'm i got into
- 22:35Speaker 4: politics around 2002 ish three ish a little more actively
- 22:40Speaker 4: in 2004 with the bush campaign and i've never seen
- 22:46Speaker 4: anything like this of somebody allegedly marrying their brother this
- 22:49Speaker 4: that and the other the only thing i've ever seen
- 22:51Speaker 4: that was even remotely close to this that caught on
- 22:53Speaker 4: this way that was it was just like a became
- 22:56Speaker 4: an instant cult classic, was Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
- 23:01Speaker 4: That was another one that everybody was just very excited.
- 23:04Speaker 4: I can't believe he's not even American. And listen, who
- 23:09Speaker 4: was beating the drums on that one back then? El Trumpito.
- 23:14Speaker 4: He's good at this. He has such a keen sense
- 23:18Speaker 4: for what incenses the everyday person, the working man. I'm
- 23:24Speaker 4: envisioning this as a guy that Joe Biden claimed he was,
- 23:28Speaker 4: Lunch Bucket Joe. But Donald Trump has made a lifetime
- 23:32Speaker 4: of befriending the real Lunch Bucket Joes of the world,
- 23:35Speaker 4: the real Joe the Plumbers of the world, people building
- 23:37Speaker 4: his properties in these buildings that he's had in New
- 23:39Speaker 4: York where he's talking to these guys that are in
- 23:42Speaker 4: the unions, steamfitters, pipefitters, builders, tradespeople. And guess what? He
- 23:49Speaker 4: knows what he's doing. And good for him because he understands.
- 23:53Speaker 4: He has the ear of the people. People say Donald
- 23:56Speaker 4: Trump's a marketing genius and I'm not going to take
- 23:58Speaker 4: anything away from him. But it's because he listens to
- 24:01Speaker 4: his customers. He listens to the people around him. And
- 24:05Speaker 4: he knows what is on their mind. So he knows
- 24:09Speaker 4: exactly what to campaign about. And that is political brilliance
- 24:13Speaker 4: if I've ever seen it. Kudos to El Trumpito. But
- 24:18Speaker 4: Ilhan Omar, she digs, not even ditches, it's like a
- 24:21Speaker 4: grave she's digging for herself with this one. So now
- 24:24Speaker 4: you don't know To your knowledge, you don't know. And listen,
- 24:27Speaker 4: who am I to argue against that?
- 24:30Speaker 2: Right.
- 24:30Speaker 4: I mean, I could see myself maybe getting nervous and
- 24:32Speaker 4: saying something silly like that at a crazy question. But
- 24:34Speaker 4: at the same time, you got to think of these
- 24:37Speaker 4: things and you got to think, I don't know. I'm
- 24:39Speaker 4: not sure. Not to the best of my knowledge.
- 24:41Speaker 5: What?
- 24:42Speaker 4: That is crazy. Listen to Congressman Mike Lawler right here
- 24:45Speaker 4: in New York talking about this.
- 24:47Speaker 8: Well, obviously, this is a very serious matter. And if
- 24:52Speaker 8: she lied to get into this country, made false claims
- 24:57Speaker 8: on her immigration forms as she applied to become a citizen,
- 25:04Speaker 8: the public has a right to know. And the American
- 25:07Speaker 8: people deserve a very clear and unambiguous answer. I mean,
- 25:12Speaker 8: saying not to my knowledge, even if you're joking about it,
- 25:18Speaker 8: seems bizarre in response to a question about whether or
- 25:22Speaker 8: not you married your own brother. That should be a
- 25:25Speaker 8: definitive no. And so I thought her response was bizarre
- 25:32Speaker 8: at best. But the fact that she seemingly has been
- 25:40Speaker 8: operating under an alias as a sitting member of Congress,
- 25:44Speaker 8: she needs to answer these questions directly to the public
- 25:48Speaker 8: and quickly. And I think she certainly owes that to
- 25:52Speaker 8: the American people as a sitting elected official. And obviously,
- 25:58Speaker 8: this is a serious matter that the Department of Justice
- 26:01Speaker 8: and the Department of Homeland Security are pursuing.
- 26:04Speaker 4: Now, listen, I love Mike Lawler and he's right. I
- 26:07Speaker 4: think he's he's right on here with respect to this
- 26:11Speaker 4: is a serious matter. Now, has she addressed this publicly?
- 26:13Speaker 4: I think so. I played a clip of it last
- 26:15Speaker 4: week right here on this show. Or she said, that's
- 26:18Speaker 4: crazy and it's disgusting. Of course not. I did not
- 26:20Speaker 4: marry my brother. She said that. Then she goes on
- 26:23Speaker 4: with Chris Hayes and she says, this is not to
- 26:25Speaker 4: my knowledge. Now, are these the best answers?
- 26:28Speaker 6: No.
- 26:28Speaker 4: Do many of us believe her? Probably not. Does that
- 26:31Speaker 4: mean she didn't answer? No, she answered. And this is
- 26:34Speaker 4: the problem we run into when we have been duped
- 26:39Speaker 4: by certain people. And by certain people, I mean the
- 26:42Speaker 4: people that hate this country, that embrace the The enemies
- 26:47Speaker 4: of this country that are adherents of Islamism. Write that
- 26:54Speaker 4: one down because I'm being very careful to say what
- 26:58Speaker 4: I'm exactly saying. It's not Muslims in general. These are
- 27:04Speaker 4: Islamist apologists. And those people, that's when I say those people,
- 27:11Speaker 4: that's who I'm talking about. They're known for lying. Forget
- 27:15Speaker 4: about all the canonical stuff, the Takiyah and all that.
- 27:18Speaker 4: Just look at their actions. Look at what happened in Beirut. Oh,
- 27:24Speaker 4: they did it. No, we didn't do it. Oh, we
- 27:26Speaker 4: did it. No, we didn't do it. Every last thing is, oh,
- 27:29Speaker 4: they didn't do it. Oh, yes, they did. Oh, no,
- 27:30Speaker 4: we didn't. No, we weren't hiding behind human shields. No,
- 27:35Speaker 4: they were bombing the hospital and we just showed up.
- 27:37Speaker 4: I mean, it's endless. Endless. Truly endless. They got caught
- 27:44Speaker 4: with the With the UNRWA scandal, they've been caught in
- 27:48Speaker 4: the act so many times. The water scandal, do you
- 27:52Speaker 4: remember that one? Where they took the pipes that the
- 27:54Speaker 4: UN sent them to build underground water to get it
- 27:56Speaker 4: from Israel into the Gaza Strip. And they used these
- 28:00Speaker 4: pipes instead to launch missiles or to use them as
- 28:03Speaker 4: casings for missiles. I mean, you just, at what point
- 28:07Speaker 4: do you say, look, this is not good. I was
- 28:10Speaker 4: in Switzerland. Listen to this. This is a good one
- 28:11Speaker 4: before we take a quick pause. I was in Switzerland.
- 28:13Speaker 4: You know what? Mr. Producer, should I pause here and
- 28:16Speaker 4: then come back? Okay. I was in Switzerland. I took
- 28:20Speaker 4: a layover, but I ended up spending a couple of
- 28:22Speaker 4: days there in Zurich, Switzerland, a couple of months ago.
- 28:25Speaker 4: I think it was March. And I go to a bar,
- 28:28Speaker 4: and the bartender is very nice to me. She speaks English.
- 28:30Speaker 4: She's from there, from Switzerland. And, you know, any European
- 28:36Speaker 4: city you go to, a lot of people that are European,
- 28:38Speaker 4: but they're not from that city because everybody's all over
- 28:41Speaker 4: the place with the train system. But anyway. She introduces
- 28:44Speaker 4: me to her boyfriend. He comes out. He's like, hey,
- 28:46Speaker 4: you're from America. How are you? I was like, yeah.
- 28:47Speaker 4: And he's a very thick Middle Eastern accent. And he's like, yeah,
- 28:51Speaker 4: I'm not making fun of him. I'm trying to make
- 28:53Speaker 4: the story come alive. He says to me, yes, yes,
- 28:55Speaker 4: I am from Egypt. I am from Egypt. And he
- 28:58Speaker 4: starts telling me yes. And he's the nicest guy in
- 29:00Speaker 4: the world. And he tells me, look, the Christian, the Jewish,
- 29:05Speaker 4: the Muslim, we are the brother. We are the brother.
- 29:08Speaker 4: And I said, okay, cool. And he says, we have
- 29:12Speaker 4: Mount Sinai is in Egypt. It is in Egypt. And
- 29:16Speaker 4: he was so proud that Mount Sinai, where Moses held
- 29:19Speaker 4: up these stone tablets that the Lord had given in
- 29:21Speaker 4: the Ten Commandments, that the burning bush and all of
- 29:23Speaker 4: this happened in Sinai in Egypt, modern day Egypt. So
- 29:27Speaker 4: we're talking about things and I'm playing completely coy here.
- 29:31Speaker 4: And I'm like, tell me a little bit about your
- 29:33Speaker 4: political system, because I know that there is a very
- 29:37Speaker 4: big wall. Matter of fact, there are seven walls. I
- 29:40Speaker 4: think they're about a mile apart from each other. Their
- 29:44Speaker 4: border between Gaza and Egypt is really big. And it's
- 29:49Speaker 4: very well guarded. And he said, oh, yes, you have to.
- 29:53Speaker 4: And I said, why? And he explained the whole thing.
- 29:54Speaker 4: He said, the Muslim in the Gaza is a political Muslim.
- 29:58Speaker 4: He's not the real Muslim. He's not the real Muslim.
- 30:01Speaker 4: And I said, excuse me. And he's explaining to me
- 30:04Speaker 4: how real Muslims are, they don't like this Islamist agitator.
- 30:12Speaker 4: And I know you've heard this before, but it's a
- 30:14Speaker 4: different thing when you're talking to a kid that's 23
- 30:16Speaker 4: years old and he's giving you the real deal. So
- 30:23Speaker 4: even back there, in, in their place, they know that
- 30:27Speaker 4: these people are lying. I said, well, they say they're Muslims.
- 30:29Speaker 4: I watched the news and he says, they're light. They
- 30:31Speaker 4: are light. I said, oh, they're lying. So everybody knows
- 30:36Speaker 4: that this Islamist with a T political movement is based
- 30:42Speaker 4: on mayhem and lies. And this is why anyone that
- 30:46Speaker 4: is even remotely trying to say, well, I'll give them
- 30:50Speaker 4: the benefit of the doubt on, on, on anything, whether
- 30:54Speaker 4: it's Mamdani, El-Sayed, or anybody else. It's a hard pass
- 30:58Speaker 4: for me. It's no thank you. Olbidate, forget about it.
- 31:02Speaker 4: Because why? Because we've seen them lie time and again.
- 31:07Speaker 4: So forgive me if Ilhan says I didn't do it
- 31:11Speaker 4: and I don't believe her. Forgive me if El-Sayed says
- 31:14Speaker 4: I have nothing to do with the Muslim Brotherhood and
- 31:16Speaker 4: I don't believe him. He tries to make people out
- 31:20Speaker 4: to be the bad guy for asking those questions. I
- 31:23Speaker 4: would say, I think these are the questions that have
- 31:25Speaker 4: to be asked. Don't move a muscle. It's Rich Valdez.
- 31:29Speaker 5: This is America. This is America. He's brown, he's bald,
- 32:13Speaker 5: and he's breaking it down. Oh, he's so handsome.
- 32:16Speaker 4: What's his name? Rich Valdez. All right, familia, welcome back.
- 32:30Speaker 4: Rich Valdez keeping you company tonight. Your liberty-loving Latino amigo.
- 32:34Speaker 4: Happy to be here. I've got a lot more to discuss.
- 32:36Speaker 4: AOC was on the campaign trail today. You've got uh,
- 32:39Speaker 4: Brad Lander. He's a Democrat from New York. You have
- 32:42Speaker 4: to hear some of the things he's talking about. We'll
- 32:43Speaker 4: do that in the next hour. Of course, I got
- 32:45Speaker 4: something big for the third hour. So make sure you
- 32:48Speaker 4: keep it locked right here. And, uh, I do want
- 32:51Speaker 4: to be fair. Uh, do we have a caller? Mike
- 32:54Speaker 4: is gone. Okay. I was going to go to Mike
- 32:55Speaker 4: cause he was holding on for a while, but that's fine.
- 32:58Speaker 4: We will continue with, uh, the line of thinking that
- 33:00Speaker 4: I was on because president Trump was in Florida and
- 33:04Speaker 4: he was talking about Ilhan Omar. And then I went
- 33:07Speaker 4: on my tirade against, uh, the Islamist terrorists that hate America.
- 33:12Speaker 4: And guess who they've recruited to help them? None other
- 33:17Speaker 4: than Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton.
- 33:20Speaker 6: Yes.
- 33:20Speaker 4: When you need help to win an election, that's who
- 33:23Speaker 4: you bring in. Now they're bringing them into Florida to
- 33:26Speaker 4: help win the election. So you've got Bill Clinton on
- 33:29Speaker 4: Florida earlier this week. I think it was a Tuesday.
- 33:32Speaker 4: And he's very, very tired of people being denigrated for
- 33:35Speaker 4: being Muslims. And let me tell you, so am I.
- 33:38Speaker 4: I've been around Muslims my entire life. I've never had
- 33:41Speaker 4: a problem. Never had a problem with a Muslim. I've
- 33:45Speaker 4: not been around radical Islamist terrorist people or even terrorist sympathizers.
- 33:51Speaker 4: I can't tell you. I grew up with guys like Mamdani.
- 33:53Speaker 4: That I can't say. I can't tell you that I
- 33:55Speaker 4: grew up with guys like, I was going to say Mohammed.
- 33:58Speaker 4: His name is Abdul. Abdul El-Sayed. These guys are Marxist
- 34:04Speaker 4: Islamist sympathizers. And I did not grow up with people
- 34:07Speaker 4: like that. So I share that with President Clinton here.
- 34:13Speaker 4: But interesting to say the least. Listen to this.
- 34:16Speaker 6: I'm tired of people denigrating Muslims for being Muslims. The
- 34:23Speaker 6: Koran says, and I first heard this from my daughter
- 34:28Speaker 6: who read the Koran from first start to finish when
- 34:31Speaker 6: she was 15 years old. And she said, read this.
- 34:38Speaker 6: Allah put the different people on the earth, not that
- 34:40Speaker 6: they might despise one another, but that they might come
- 34:44Speaker 6: to know one another and learn from one another. There
- 34:48Speaker 6: are bad actors in every faith because we're all flawed
- 34:52Speaker 6: human beings. But the religious wars, the cultural wars, I'm
- 35:00Speaker 6: just tired. I, too, am tired, President Clinton.
- 35:05Speaker 4: I am tired of the likes of Ayatollah Khomeini. I
- 35:10Speaker 4: am tired of the likes of Ayatollah Khamenei. I am
- 35:13Speaker 4: tired of the likes of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, of Aragshi. These
- 35:19Speaker 4: are the leaders of Iran that have been there for
- 35:21Speaker 4: decades upon decades. I'm tired of those people. Every day
- 35:28Speaker 4: I wake up and I'm hoping that President Trump does
- 35:30Speaker 4: one of those announcements where he, you know, It's comical
- 35:33Speaker 4: because he's comical in his delivery in many ways. I'm
- 35:37Speaker 4: here to announce the combat operations in Iran have ended.
- 35:41Speaker 4: We've been able to kill them. They died like dogs,
- 35:44Speaker 4: all of them.
- 35:45Speaker 1: Right.
- 35:45Speaker 4: I would love something like that, not because I want
- 35:47Speaker 4: to see people die, because this is a radical extremist
- 35:50Speaker 4: element that is suppressing and oppressing the Persian people. I'm
- 35:56Speaker 4: tired of that, too. So, look, I agree with President
- 35:59Speaker 4: Clinton on something. And and he's somebody I would love
- 36:04Speaker 4: to interview. I'd love to have a conversation with him
- 36:06Speaker 4: because I think when pressed, he realizes that he plays
- 36:09Speaker 4: fast and loose with his rhetoric for moments like this.
- 36:12Speaker 4: You know, I wouldn't doubt at all that President Clinton
- 36:14Speaker 4: goes home and he goes, you know, I wish I mean,
- 36:19Speaker 4: if Trump wasn't just such a bombastic character, I would
- 36:23Speaker 4: I would I'd be on his team. I think I
- 36:26Speaker 4: think Bill Clinton would love to be on the MAGA team.
- 36:29Speaker 4: It's the winning team. And honestly, when you're the president
- 36:32Speaker 4: that was in office during Contract with America and the
- 36:37Speaker 4: balancing of the federal budget, listen, better being on the
- 36:42Speaker 4: MAGA team than the team you're on now. I mean,
- 36:45Speaker 4: if the team you're on now, they want to get
- 36:47Speaker 4: rid of the Senate. They want to get rid of
- 36:49Speaker 4: the police. Back then, your wife was calling people super predators.
- 36:52Speaker 4: How do you get rid of that? Come on now. Anyway,
- 36:57Speaker 4: that's what's going on now. I got a clip from Hillary,
- 36:58Speaker 4: but not enough time to share it with you. So
- 37:00Speaker 4: we're going to bring that into the next hour. We're
- 37:02Speaker 4: also going to talk about AOC. She's on the campaign
- 37:04Speaker 4: trail looking to elect every last radical leftist crazy that
- 37:08Speaker 4: she can find. AOC all out crazy. My least favorite
- 37:11Speaker 4: congresswoman from the Bronx and Queens, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. So we
- 37:16Speaker 4: will hear from all out crazy in the next hour.
- 37:18Speaker 4: Of course, keep it locked right here. I'm here for
- 37:20Speaker 4: another two hours. So don't go anywhere. I am Rich Valdez.
- 37:24Speaker 5: This is America. This is America.
- 37:55Speaker 4: What a treat to hear those kind words from the
- 37:58Speaker 4: great one, Mark Levin. Thank you so much, sir.
- 38:01Speaker 7: Always a pleasure to fill in on your show.
- 38:20Speaker 4: And I wanted to, before we get into the AOC stuff,
- 38:23Speaker 4: we're going to do that in the next hour, the
- 38:25Speaker 4: next block. But I did want to bring your attention,
- 38:30Speaker 4: my familia, my radio familia, my podcast familia, everybody's listening.
- 38:33Speaker 4: Those of you know that earlier this year, we broke
- 38:37Speaker 4: ground on a really revolutionary way of reaching new people,
- 38:40Speaker 4: 100 million homes through the, I was going to say
- 38:44Speaker 4: the Fox. It is owned by Fox News, or actually
- 38:47Speaker 4: Fox Corporation, the Roku company. streaming network. And our channel,
- 38:53Speaker 4: Fastiva TV, which is owned by Oro Solido, the greater,
- 38:59Speaker 4: not greater, global, Global Media Federation, Raul Acosta's company, who
- 39:04Speaker 4: produces 24-karat records and all that stuff. The reach that
- 39:09Speaker 4: we have has been, again, it's unprecedented taking a show
- 39:12Speaker 4: that is designed for an English-speaking audience here in the
- 39:16Speaker 4: United States and translating it through AI to reach an
- 39:20Speaker 4: audience in Central America, South America, the Caribbean, in Espanol.
- 39:24Speaker 4: So that's been a wild ride, and we are now offering...
- 39:30Speaker 4: our supporters, sponsors, advertisers the opportunity for on-screen displays on Roku.
- 39:37Speaker 4: That's something we hadn't done before. And if anybody's interested
- 39:40Speaker 4: in that, you can go ahead and message Barbara Gibson
- 39:44Speaker 4: over at the ABC Recording Network because it really is
- 39:47Speaker 4: an exciting time. to scale, right? We're really truly scaling
- 39:54Speaker 4: the program and helping our supporters scale their businesses because
- 39:59Speaker 4: we're able to reach more people and charge you probably
- 40:01Speaker 4: a fraction of what you'd be spending or investing anywhere else.
- 40:05Speaker 4: So you guys need to reach out to Barb. You
- 40:08Speaker 4: sure know how to. You just go to the website
- 40:11Speaker 4: and find her. But anyway, I say all that to
- 40:15Speaker 4: say that It's an exciting time, and that's through SI, right?
- 40:21Speaker 4: Not Sports Illustrated, Super Intelligence, as El Trompito has called it,
- 40:25Speaker 4: or as I like to call it, AI, American Innovation.
- 40:30Speaker 4: But before we get into that stuff, I wanted to
- 40:34Speaker 4: share a funny clip with you, and then I promise
- 40:36Speaker 4: you we'll get to the AOC stuff and back to
- 40:38Speaker 4: Ilhan Omar and all that stuff. But something happened the
- 40:41Speaker 4: other day that I thought was really interesting. A woman
- 40:44Speaker 4: in Milwaukee... Wisconsin was charged with criminal charges after she
- 40:50Speaker 4: pretended to do something. You've probably seen this on social media,
- 40:53Speaker 4: but I thought this was incredibly bizarre. What did she
- 40:56Speaker 4: pretend to do? Listen to this.
- 40:59Speaker 9: Accusing a woman of faking her way into an MPS
- 41:01Speaker 9: classroom as a substitute teacher.
- 41:03Speaker 10: Prosecutors say Amy Jones made her way into Rufus King
- 41:06Speaker 10: High School and, according to students, made a series of
- 41:09Speaker 10: crude comments to those students. 12 News' Nick Bohr leading
- 41:12Speaker 10: us off here at 6 o'clock, live from Rufus King.
- 41:15Speaker 2: And Nick, police say she was in the classroom for
- 41:17Speaker 2: three full periods before students reported those comments. It is
- 41:23Speaker 2: certainly alarming, Derek, the woman able to talk her way
- 41:26Speaker 2: not only into the school but into... A classroom here
- 41:29Speaker 2: seemingly unchecked, and get in front of a group of
- 41:32Speaker 2: students for three periods. Some students so disturbed by it,
- 41:37Speaker 2: they started recording her with their phones, eventually going to
- 41:40Speaker 2: the principal. They say the lessons, though, were hardly by
- 41:44Speaker 2: the book. Milwaukee Public Schools' Rufus King High School is
- 41:49Speaker 2: routinely ranked as one of the top high schools in
- 41:52Speaker 2: the state. But according to Milwaukee County prosecutors, a security
- 41:56Speaker 2: lapse allowed a wildly unqualified woman into the classroom September 24th.
- 42:01Speaker 2: According to the criminal complaint, 23-year-old Amy Jones, a former
- 42:04Speaker 2: student at the school, told office staff she was there
- 42:07Speaker 2: as a substitute and was placed in a classroom for
- 42:10Speaker 2: the first three periods. Students quickly reporting to a school
- 42:14Speaker 2: resource officer, Jones was, quote, using profane language, racial slurs,
- 42:19Speaker 2: sexually derogative statements, and organizing students by race and gender
- 42:23Speaker 2: in class. At least one student shared a recorded video.
- 42:27Speaker 2: A 16-year-old boy told police, quote, The teacher was cursing
- 42:31Speaker 2: and screaming at the students and that she called a student, quote,
- 42:34Speaker 2: fat boy and, quote, asked a student if she wanted
- 42:37Speaker 2: to be a stripper or a hooker and told two
- 42:40Speaker 2: white boys in the class, quote, they were the type
- 42:42Speaker 2: of people to start school shootings. The principal told police
- 42:46Speaker 2: eight teachers had called in sick that day and only
- 42:49Speaker 2: seven of those positions had been filled, adding, quote, she
- 42:53Speaker 2: believed Jones got lucky because there happened to be an
- 42:57Speaker 2: unfilled position. Students told police the topics really veered off
- 43:01Speaker 2: course when Jones, quote, asked kids if they were gay
- 43:04Speaker 2: and if they were virgins. According to the complaint, the
- 43:07Speaker 2: principal caught wind of the unauthorized sub and had her
- 43:10Speaker 2: escorted from the building at the start of the third period.
- 43:13Speaker 2: When questioned by a detective, Jones said she, quote, had
- 43:16Speaker 2: a birds and the bees talk and admitted, quote, it
- 43:19Speaker 2: was not appropriate. She said she went to the school, quote,
- 43:22Speaker 2: because she was bored, adding she, quote, hates kids and
- 43:25Speaker 2: just wanted to mess around. 12 News asked MPS for
- 43:29Speaker 2: an interview about how this could happen. They declined to
- 43:32Speaker 2: go on camera, instead referring us to a statement they
- 43:34Speaker 2: sent to parents reading in part, quote, in addition to
- 43:37Speaker 2: any police actions resulting from this situation, the district is
- 43:41Speaker 2: continuing with its own investigation. Really just have to shake
- 43:47Speaker 2: your head at these allegations, Nick, and these.
- 43:49Speaker 5: Are serious charges.
- 43:50Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 43:53Speaker 4: Right.
- 43:53Speaker 2: It is a felony to represent yourself as a teacher,
- 43:57Speaker 2: to pose as a teacher. It is called representing self
- 44:00Speaker 2: as a public employee. Five other felony charges are for
- 44:04Speaker 2: exposing a child to harmful descriptions. If convicted on the
- 44:09Speaker 2: six felony counts, Jones could face up to 21 years
- 44:12Speaker 2: in prison.
- 44:15Speaker 4: So 21 years in prison is what this woman faces
- 44:18Speaker 4: for sneaking into a school to make fun of kids
- 44:21Speaker 4: for three periods. I'm not saying that's too much time,
- 44:25Speaker 4: not enough time. I guess you want to make it
- 44:27Speaker 4: a strict penalty because you don't want people sneaking into
- 44:29Speaker 4: a school. But bizarre, I'm looking at her mugshot. She's
- 44:32Speaker 4: got a huge Kool-Aid smile from ear to ear, big grin.
- 44:37Speaker 4: And she was a student at that school, former student,
- 44:39Speaker 4: walked into her old Milwaukee high school, signed in as
- 44:42Speaker 4: a substitute teacher, ended up running the classroom. I mean,
- 44:44Speaker 4: it's just so bizarre. And again, that criminal complaint says
- 44:49Speaker 4: that 23-year-old Amy Jones was doing this just, you know,
- 44:54Speaker 4: less than a month ago, asking about their sex lives
- 44:57Speaker 4: and whatnot. Then the complaint, Ms. Jones tells the police
- 45:02Speaker 4: that she was bored. She hates kids and wanted to
- 45:04Speaker 4: mess around. So now she's facing the aforementioned felony charges
- 45:09Speaker 4: that you just heard about for impersonating a public employee. Again,
- 45:13Speaker 4: this is from Fox 6 in Milwaukee, News 12 on
- 45:16Speaker 4: Fox 6. Let me tell you, this is bizarre. All
- 45:21Speaker 4: I can tell you is that that is some crazy stuff.
- 45:24Speaker 4: I don't mind visiting my old high school, but I'm
- 45:26Speaker 4: not going to sneak in just to roast those kids.
- 45:30Speaker 4: I mean, maybe I would do that if I was
- 45:31Speaker 4: videotaping it and I thought I could score with the
- 45:34Speaker 4: video content, but come on. That's crazy. In a time
- 45:38Speaker 4: of school shootings and all sorts of crazy stuff, the
- 45:41Speaker 4: last thing you want to do is put yourself in
- 45:42Speaker 4: a position like that. I would say this woman likely
- 45:46Speaker 4: has something going on. Screw loose. I hope she gets
- 45:49Speaker 4: the help she needs because... At 23, you should have
- 45:52Speaker 4: better things to do. And really, Godspeed to her. I
- 45:55Speaker 4: pray for her. Because the whole thing is bizarre. It's funny,
- 45:58Speaker 4: but at the same time, it's like, oh, shoot. This
- 46:00Speaker 4: girl's right between my kids, right? I have a 21-year-old
- 46:03Speaker 4: and a 25-year-old. They're both girls. I couldn't imagine either
- 46:06Speaker 4: of my kids doing that. Maybe my little one, right?
- 46:09Speaker 4: Thinking it's funny. It's because I would think it's funny. But,
- 46:13Speaker 4: you know, still, you got to look at the reality.
- 46:16Speaker 4: You're 21 now. You're 18 now. You get charged as
- 46:18Speaker 4: an adult for silly things like that.
- 46:21Speaker 6: Ah.
- 46:21Speaker 4: Boy, anyway, the things that you hear in the world,
- 46:24Speaker 4: that's stuff I wanted to share with you. Pardon me.
- 46:29Speaker 4: All right. Now, talking about crazy, I want to share
- 46:34Speaker 4: this one with you because this, this is nuts. And
- 46:37Speaker 4: we had a situation similar to this not that long ago.
- 46:41Speaker 4: This is a wild one. And again, this one's coming
- 46:43Speaker 4: out of Miami. And this particular court in Miami, this
- 46:46Speaker 4: particular judge always has something crazy going on. literally, it's
- 46:50Speaker 4: always some crazy nutso stuff. But listen to this. This
- 46:54Speaker 4: is a really eye-opener here.
- 46:56Speaker 3: It's an accusation that even shocked the judge. It says
- 47:00Speaker 3: she went on a cruise and left her children home alone.
- 47:02Speaker 9: Police say Natalie Bellazier left her kids alone to board
- 47:05Speaker 9: a three-day cruise on the Carnival Conquest.
- 47:09Speaker 3: Poor kids, we're home alone.
- 47:11Speaker 9: The ship left Port Miami Friday for the Bahamas and
- 47:14Speaker 9: returned Monday morning where the 29-year-old was arrested. A police
- 47:18Speaker 9: report says, The defendant left all four minor children, including
- 47:22Speaker 9: a two-month-old infant and a two-year-old child, inside the residence.
- 47:27Speaker 9: There was no sign of anyone at that apartment in
- 47:30Speaker 9: North Miami Beach. But over the weekend, detectives say they
- 47:33Speaker 9: got a call from the father of the infant, concerned
- 47:36Speaker 9: the kids were home alone. That man says he saw
- 47:39Speaker 9: a social media post from Bellazier highlighting the cruise.
- 47:43Speaker 4: Hold on a second. You heard that right. This woman
- 47:47Speaker 4: left her children... in her apartment alone, left on a cruise,
- 47:54Speaker 4: on a boat to the Bahamas. She posts pictures, hey,
- 47:57Speaker 4: I'm at the cruise. So the dad of these children,
- 48:02Speaker 4: who I'm presuming doesn't live with her, sees her social
- 48:06Speaker 4: media post and becomes concerned about, well, if she's on
- 48:09Speaker 4: a boat in the Bahamas, where are my kids? And
- 48:13Speaker 4: he does what he does. This is nuts.
- 48:17Speaker 9: But when that dad showed up to the apartment Saturday evening,
- 48:20Speaker 9: he only heard a TV and the voices of the
- 48:22Speaker 9: children through the door. So he called police.
- 48:26Speaker 3: We're just grateful nothing worse happened to these kids.
- 48:31Speaker 4: That is wild, right? But there's more.
- 48:34Speaker 3: You cannot make this up.
- 48:35Speaker 9: It's an accusation that even shocked.
- 48:40Speaker 4: Can you get the tape right, please? Play the next section.
- 48:43Speaker 9: First responders forced their way inside and the police report
- 48:46Speaker 9: says upon entry, all four minor children were discovered inside
- 48:50Speaker 9: the residence without adult supervision and were hiding together in
- 48:54Speaker 9: the bathroom. That's when officers determined the children were alone.
- 48:59Speaker 9: Ensuring Bellazier a one-way ticket to jail.
- 49:02Speaker 3: Who leaves the kids, four little kids alone? Judge, it's
- 49:04Speaker 3: an allegation at this time.
- 49:06Speaker 5: To go on a cruise.
- 49:07Speaker 4: Judge, at this time it's only an allegation. You know,
- 49:11Speaker 4: Sometimes I get angry with defense attorneys because I think,
- 49:15Speaker 4: my goodness, right? Look at this lady here. You can't
- 49:18Speaker 4: see the video, but she. she knows that this is
- 49:22Speaker 4: dead wrong. But she has an obligation under her oath
- 49:25Speaker 4: to defend this woman, to give this woman a defense.
- 49:29Speaker 4: And she's saying, judge, at this time, it's an allegation. Right.
- 49:33Speaker 4: And I guess the case they're making is going to be, look,
- 49:36Speaker 4: I went on the cruise. My sister, cousin, best friend
- 49:40Speaker 4: was supposed to come and watch the kids. They never came.
- 49:43Speaker 4: I didn't know they didn't come. So I just went
- 49:46Speaker 4: on my way with the cruise. And it just happened
- 49:49Speaker 4: to be that my ex, my children's father, saw me
- 49:54Speaker 4: and became concerned. But do you think I'd be posting
- 49:57Speaker 4: pictures on Instagram about my great vacation? If I was
- 50:01Speaker 4: leaving my kids home alone. No, of course not. So
- 50:03Speaker 4: clearly this is a misunderstanding. What the part she's missing is,
- 50:07Speaker 4: and again, I don't know that that's the exact defense,
- 50:09Speaker 4: but I would presume that's the defense. The part that
- 50:12Speaker 4: she's missing, I'm talking about the mom now. You don't
- 50:16Speaker 4: leave your kids alone. You don't hope for the best
- 50:19Speaker 4: with the babysitter. What's wrong with you?
- 50:22Speaker 3: She denies the allegation. They arrested her disembarking from the
- 50:25Speaker 3: cruise ship.
- 50:26Speaker 5: I understand.
- 50:28Speaker 4: God bless the attorney. I understand they got her there,
- 50:31Speaker 4: but at this point it's not. No. She got caught
- 50:33Speaker 4: with the smoking gun. She was on a boat that
- 50:35Speaker 4: was in the Bahamas and they got her when she
- 50:37Speaker 4: got off of it back in Miami. Come on.
- 50:40Speaker 3: Isn't that judge?
- 50:43Speaker 4: Unbelievable. Unbelievable. And that's Judge Glazer, by the way. Judge Glazer,
- 50:49Speaker 4: just quick shout out on her. I don't know her,
- 50:51Speaker 4: but she is fantastic when she displays incredulity on some
- 50:57Speaker 4: of these cases that she hears. And I think she
- 51:00Speaker 4: should have her own show, personally. I think her name
- 51:02Speaker 4: is Judge Mindy Glazer. Fantastic judge. But yeah, listen to
- 51:08Speaker 4: this again. Florida mom is now facing the child neglect charges.
- 51:13Speaker 4: Cops say she left four children. Listen to this. Two
- 51:17Speaker 4: months old. Two years old. Seven years old. The oldest
- 51:22Speaker 4: being a nine-year-old. Just imagine that. So a seven-year-old and
- 51:27Speaker 4: a nine-year-old are, in her mind, taking care of a
- 51:30Speaker 4: two-month-old and a two-year-old. A two-month-old baby. That is so
- 51:37Speaker 4: bizarre to me. I don't know what other words to use. Crazy, reckless, irresponsible,
- 51:42Speaker 4: wild man. Home alone. How many days? Three days. These
- 51:48Speaker 4: kids were alone for three days. This lady doesn't deserve
- 51:52Speaker 4: to be a mother. Now, according to the North Miami
- 51:55Speaker 4: Beach Police, 29 years old, year old, excuse me. I
- 51:59Speaker 4: always say that. Must be the Brooklyn in me. Natalie,
- 52:03Speaker 4: with an H, Belizer, allegedly told the children's father that
- 52:09Speaker 4: their great-grandmother would be caring for the kids. Investigators say
- 52:14Speaker 4: the children were never taken to her home. The father
- 52:18Speaker 4: reportedly became concerned after seeing a post indicating that Ms.
- 52:21Speaker 4: Belizer had boarded a cruise. He went to her apartment
- 52:24Speaker 4: where he allegedly saw the television on through the window
- 52:27Speaker 4: and heard the children inside before he called 911. So
- 52:31Speaker 4: this man was available. This is the part that kills me.
- 52:34Speaker 4: This man is available and she leaves his kids in
- 52:37Speaker 4: danger to go on a cruise. What? Investigators say Ms.
- 52:42Speaker 4: Belzer had purchased a three-day carnival conquest cruise to the
- 52:47Speaker 4: Bahamas that departed on September 25th. She was arrested after
- 52:51Speaker 4: returning to Port Miami. They should have arrested her on
- 52:53Speaker 4: that cruise. They should have had the security team lock
- 52:56Speaker 4: her up because I know that they have a little
- 52:58Speaker 4: jail on those boats. Belzear faces four counts of child
- 53:02Speaker 4: neglect without great bodily harm. A judge set her bond
- 53:06Speaker 4: at $ 10, 000 and ordered her to stay away from the children.
- 53:10Speaker 4: Her attorney says she denies the allegations. The children were
- 53:12Speaker 4: placed in foster care and were reported to be safe.
- 53:15Speaker 4: So I guess they don't want to put them with
- 53:17Speaker 4: the dad either. So maybe the dad has some history here.
- 53:20Speaker 4: I don't know the story here, but this sounds terrible
- 53:23Speaker 4: for these kids. And people, this is just a message
- 53:26Speaker 4: for you, for your friends, anybody you can share this with.
- 53:29Speaker 4: If you are a hot mess in life, and listen,
- 53:32Speaker 4: I have been for a good portion of my life
- 53:34Speaker 4: a hot mess, and I'm sure I can revert to
- 53:37Speaker 4: that on occasion. Don't have any kids. I have two kids.
- 53:41Speaker 4: God was gracious to me. I've met women in my
- 53:44Speaker 4: pursuit to potentially become remarried. And when I hear that
- 53:49Speaker 4: they want kids, I run. And I jog if I
- 53:54Speaker 4: hear they even have kids. I don't want any more
- 53:55Speaker 4: kids in my life. I have enough time. I had
- 53:58Speaker 4: a dog once. You know how hard it is to
- 54:00Speaker 4: go on vacation with a dog? Let alone having kids,
- 54:03Speaker 4: you never go on vacation again. And you guys who
- 54:05Speaker 4: listen to the show often know, I love to be
- 54:08Speaker 4: somewhere else. I love me some beach. I love some
- 54:10Speaker 4: Miami Beach, some Puerto Rico. A little travel here and there.
- 54:14Speaker 4: I definitely enjoy it. So, Listen, call me selfish, call
- 54:18Speaker 4: me crazy, you can call me anything, but do not
- 54:20Speaker 4: call me the guy that leaves his four kids two
- 54:23Speaker 4: months old through nine years old alone to go on
- 54:26Speaker 4: a cruise. Absolutely despicable. And that is what is wrong
- 54:30Speaker 4: with America today. People seem to find this behavior okay,
- 54:33Speaker 4: and some will defend it. Say, you don't know what
- 54:35Speaker 4: it's like to have four kids and be a single mother.
- 54:37Speaker 4: You don't know what that's like. She needed a break.
- 54:40Speaker 4: I'm sure she would need a break. Maybe she should
- 54:42Speaker 4: have had a break from having children, right? I took
- 54:45Speaker 4: a break. I had two and I had a break.
- 54:47Speaker 4: I mean, we have to kind of enforce the idea
- 54:52Speaker 4: that we have to be responsible for ourselves and our actions.
- 54:55Speaker 4: We have to kind of reinforce the idea that we
- 54:58Speaker 4: are accountable under the law and we are accountable under
- 55:01Speaker 4: God and we are accountable to these children and we
- 55:04Speaker 4: have to do better. Unbelievable. Anyway, I say all of
- 55:10Speaker 4: that to say we need to really bring things back
- 55:13Speaker 4: to where we are moored to God, right? This is
- 55:17Speaker 4: not about a theocracy. This is not about me being
- 55:20Speaker 4: a holy roller. This is just about at the end
- 55:22Speaker 4: of the day, what do you stand on? What are
- 55:24Speaker 4: you doing? Are you going to just feed your flesh
- 55:28Speaker 4: and go on a cruise because you're stressed out? Or
- 55:31Speaker 4: are you going to take care of the kids that
- 55:32Speaker 4: God gave you? You got to stand for something because
- 55:36Speaker 4: if you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything. And
- 55:39Speaker 4: the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for
- 55:43Speaker 4: good people like you to sit there and do nothing.
- 55:45Speaker 4: So make sure you do something Take care. Good night.
- 55:49Speaker 4: And God bless you, America. Hasta la proxima. I am
