Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hey, discos, need a little more Disgraceland in your life,
- 0:05Speaker 1: just to touch to get you through. Yeah, me too.
- 0:08Speaker 1: This is the podcast that comes after the podcast. Welcome
- 0:12Speaker 1: to Disgraceland, the after Party. Welcome to the Disgraceland bonus episode,
- 0:30Speaker 1: a little thing we like to call the after party.
- 0:33Speaker 1: This is the show after the show, the party after
- 0:36Speaker 1: the party, the bridge to get you from one full
- 0:38Speaker 1: episode of Disgraceland to the other, the backyard to dig
- 0:42Speaker 1: into the dirt. On this bonus episode, we are talking
- 0:45Speaker 1: about this week's subject of the Disgraceland full episode, Travis
- 0:49Speaker 1: Scott in his disastrous Astro World concert. Still more guys
- 0:54Speaker 1: from this incredible Sean Comb story that refuses to quit.
- 0:58Speaker 1: And we've got the special Blink one eighty to Tomm
- 1:00Speaker 1: DeLong live stream storytelling event that I'm staging on October ninth.
- 1:04Speaker 1: And of course we are diving into your voicemails, texts
- 1:08Speaker 1: and more, and as always, a whole lot of rosie.
- 1:11Speaker 1: All right, this goes, let's get into it. Some listeners
- 1:23Speaker 1: came at me pretty hard over my depiction of Travis
- 1:25Speaker 1: Scott in this week's full episode, mainly on social media,
- 1:30Speaker 1: where I called him a monster, and we alluded to it,
- 1:33Speaker 1: of course in the full episode. I'm not surprised. I
- 1:35Speaker 1: get it fans, I go to fan, but it doesn't
- 1:39Speaker 1: change the fact that Travis Scott's actions at Astorworld are indefensible,
- 1:45Speaker 1: and for those arguing that they are that he couldn't
- 1:48Speaker 1: have done anything about what went down, that he could
- 1:50Speaker 1: not have prevented it, you just don't have the facts.
- 1:54Speaker 1: I'm not going to religate it here in the bonus episode,
- 1:56Speaker 1: but I am going to reinforce the fact that had
- 1:59Speaker 1: Travis got not completed his full set at Astorworld, he
- 2:04Speaker 1: would not have received the four point five million dollars
- 2:08Speaker 1: streaming concert fee that was coming his way. That is
- 2:12Speaker 1: the reason I believe that he did not stop playing
- 2:15Speaker 1: when it was clear that people were getting hurt. Now,
- 2:19Speaker 1: as I've stated in the Patreon chat and a lot
- 2:23Speaker 1: of you guys know this, I used to sing in
- 2:24Speaker 1: a band, a hardcore band. We weren't huge, but we
- 2:26Speaker 1: were pretty big, and we played some big shows with
- 2:30Speaker 1: pretty big crowds and violent crowds too. I mean, this
- 2:33Speaker 1: was hardcore in the nineties, and you just knew. I
- 2:37Speaker 1: knew as a singer. As the front person of this band,
- 2:40Speaker 1: that someone goes down in the pit, things are getting
- 2:43Speaker 1: out of hand, you stopped the show. You stop the show,
- 2:47Speaker 1: and you make sure that that person is all right. Now,
- 2:50Speaker 1: you might say, well, yeah, you were a band. You
- 2:52Speaker 1: were playing to like hundreds of people at most, thousands
- 2:54Speaker 1: of people sometimes, and yeah, you're right. But I was
- 2:58Speaker 1: also part of a scene that went to shows with
- 3:01Speaker 1: much bigger bands. And I'm talking about from when I
- 3:04Speaker 1: was a kid, so Fugazi sick of it all, but
- 3:06Speaker 1: even bigger bands, Pearl Jam, there was an sort of
- 3:11Speaker 1: unsaid rule that this was the responsibility of the front
- 3:16Speaker 1: person to stop the show when someone got hurt in
- 3:18Speaker 1: the crowd. When you noticed anything that was going to
- 3:21Speaker 1: possibly harm somebody out there, you stopped the show and
- 3:23Speaker 1: you made sure that person was all right, that they
- 3:25Speaker 1: got the medical attention they needed or whatever, they got
- 3:27Speaker 1: the water they needed, they got escorted from the crowd,
- 3:30Speaker 1: they got pulled out. This is what responsible musicians did.
- 3:34Speaker 1: This is how I learned. This is what I did.
- 3:36Speaker 1: This is not what Travis Scott did. It's clear, Okay,
- 3:41Speaker 1: I wasn't there, but you've heard the episode. You've heard
- 3:45Speaker 1: what we dug up in the research. You can see
- 3:47Speaker 1: some of this with your own eyes. With the footage,
- 3:50Speaker 1: you can hear the accounts from the people who were there.
- 3:53Speaker 1: And again I point to the fact that had he
- 3:57Speaker 1: not finished the show, a four point five million dollar
- 4:00Speaker 1: fee was not coming his way. Okay, now you're saying,
- 4:04Speaker 1: well he didn't know, he did know. He did know.
- 4:06Speaker 1: When you say, how do you know he knew he
- 4:08Speaker 1: was on stage, You weren't on stage with him. Yeah, okay, perhaps,
- 4:11Speaker 1: but the shit that was going down was not that
- 4:13Speaker 1: far away from him. Well what about the lady. You
- 4:15Speaker 1: can't really see much when you're on stage. Yes, you're right,
- 4:18Speaker 1: you can't. I know this, but you can get a
- 4:20Speaker 1: vibe and you can see some things. And furthermore, he
- 4:22Speaker 1: had somebody in his ear piece telling him that, hey,
- 4:26Speaker 1: things are getting rowdy out there. You got to wrap
- 4:28Speaker 1: it up, and he did not do it. Okay, that's
- 4:31Speaker 1: where my point of view is coming from on this.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Now the greater question is why. And you know I'm
- 4:37Speaker 1: hitting on it right here. I think it was greed,
- 4:38Speaker 1: pure and simple. It is cynical as this is going
- 4:41Speaker 1: to sound. It was four point five million dollars for
- 4:44Speaker 1: ten lives. That's how many people died at this show,
- 4:46Speaker 1: ten people, so like most psychopaths, the signs are obvious
- 4:51Speaker 1: in the rearview mirror. All right, Travis Scott tells us
- 4:53Speaker 1: who he is in his lyrics to the song money
- 4:56Speaker 1: Power Respect, saying, quote, we got cash to get Carrott's
- 4:59Speaker 1: hang from my neck. Money power respect, Quit talk and
- 5:03Speaker 1: cut the check. I'm not going to read more of
- 5:06Speaker 1: this drivel masquerading as music, but you should know. The
- 5:10Speaker 1: lyrics go on to talk about Travis Bang and some
- 5:13Speaker 1: dude's niece doing drugs and getting quote respect. This guy's
- 5:17Speaker 1: a fucking tool getting respect. Who brags about getting respect?
- 5:21Speaker 1: Dudes with something to compensate for, that's who. The lyrics
- 5:24Speaker 1: here would be excusable, perhaps even irreverent and funny if
- 5:29Speaker 1: the music and the execution wasn't so pedestrian and simple.
- 5:31Speaker 1: The only value the lyrics have is revealing the true
- 5:34Speaker 1: character of this guy. Okay, now, some listeners mentioned the
- 5:38Speaker 1: Travis wasn't the only one to blame, and they are right.
- 5:40Speaker 1: That's why a seven hundred and fifty million dollars lawsuit
- 5:44Speaker 1: was filed on behalf of the victims' families, not just
- 5:47Speaker 1: against Travis Scott, but against Live Nation, which was AstroWorld's
- 5:51Speaker 1: partner the promoter excuse me, and then also against Apple Music,
- 5:56Speaker 1: who is a partner of the show, and a couple
- 5:59Speaker 1: other corporate entity. The suit was settled out of court
- 6:01Speaker 1: for an undisclosed amount. So score one for the good guys.
- 6:05Speaker 1: I guess the attorney who scored that win one Tony Busby,
- 6:11Speaker 1: a larger than life, very successful ex marine from Texas
- 6:15Speaker 1: turned trial attorney. Tony Busby also made a lot of
- 6:19Speaker 1: news this week because Tony Busby announced that he is
- 6:24Speaker 1: representing the one hundred and twenty different people bringing individual
- 6:29Speaker 1: cases Okay, not a class action suit, one one hundred
- 6:32Speaker 1: and twenty individual cases against one Sean Diddy Combs alleging
- 6:39Speaker 1: the Combs raped them and drugged them in order to
- 6:43Speaker 1: do so. The wopper news item in this development is that,
- 6:47Speaker 1: unlike the federal indictment filed a couple weeks ago against
- 6:50Speaker 1: Sean Combs, these lawsuits, like I said, alleged rape, they
- 6:54Speaker 1: also allege that this sexual abuse happened against miners. There
- 6:59Speaker 1: are no miners mention in the federal indictment. Okay, but wait,
- 7:02Speaker 1: there's more. Hold on a minute, When this news broke
- 7:05Speaker 1: on Tuesday. I was already preparing to talk to you
- 7:08Speaker 1: guys about this past weekend's newest didty news, which I
- 7:11Speaker 1: didn't want to do, but the news was too compelling
- 7:14Speaker 1: not to, okay. Attorney Ariel Mitchell Kid recently went on
- 7:18Speaker 1: News Nation that's a cable news show, to discuss her client,
- 7:23Speaker 1: Adria English's forthcoming civil lawsuit against Ditty alleging a twenty
- 7:28Speaker 1: eighteen rape. It's worth mentioning that since the federal indictment
- 7:32Speaker 1: was filed a couple weeks ago, that the internet is
- 7:34Speaker 1: a wash with new allegations against Sean Combs. We talked
- 7:38Speaker 1: about this in last week's Bonus episode. A lot of
- 7:40Speaker 1: these allegations have zero proof. But what makes this allegation
- 7:45Speaker 1: credible here, this one from Adria English, is that her attorney,
- 7:50Speaker 1: Ariel Mitchell Kid, who went on News Nation to talk
- 7:53Speaker 1: about this, she's claiming that her client filed a corroborating
- 7:57Speaker 1: police report, which is huge news and it goes a
- 8:00Speaker 1: long way and speaking to the credibility of the alleged claim.
- 8:03Speaker 1: And then and then the attorney on News Nation in
- 8:06Speaker 1: this interview goes on to say, separately from her client's
- 8:09Speaker 1: case that she the attorney was solicited recently as a
- 8:13Speaker 1: catch and kill attorney for a freak off video featuring
- 8:16Speaker 1: Comb's and another individual who was quote more high profile
- 8:20Speaker 1: than Sean Combs. You don't get much more high profile
- 8:25Speaker 1: than Sean Combs. So who could this individual be? Okay,
- 8:29Speaker 1: you know why I'm talking to you guys about this.
- 8:31Speaker 1: This is I think this is a credible allegation and
- 8:35Speaker 1: it's compelling. I don't want to speculate who this individual
- 8:39Speaker 1: might be, but it's hard not to. I will tell
- 8:42Speaker 1: you there is a lot of speculation on the internet,
- 8:46Speaker 1: on TikTok in particular about jay Z's culpability and all.
- 8:49Speaker 1: This is jay Z more high profile than Diddy. Perhaps
- 8:54Speaker 1: I could make the case, but I don't think that's
- 8:56Speaker 1: where the attorney was going because after dropping this bomb
- 9:00Speaker 1: about the quote unquote more high profile individual allegedly having
- 9:04Speaker 1: sex on this tape with Sean Combs there in the room, allegedly,
- 9:08Speaker 1: the attorney mentions politicians. So which politicians are more high
- 9:15Speaker 1: profile than Sean Combs. It's a very very short list.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So you can see why I'm talking about this with
- 9:25Speaker 1: you right now. Somehow, however, this news was trumped with
- 9:30Speaker 1: even more damning Ditty news. But before we get back
- 9:33Speaker 1: to the rate being alleged by one hundred and twenty
- 9:35Speaker 1: individuals from the Texas Attorney Busby, I have to briefly
- 9:39Speaker 1: bring you guys up to speed on another compelling, problematic,
- 9:43Speaker 1: yet credible, out of my eyes victim that I became
- 9:45Speaker 1: aware of over the weekend, and that's Ali Carter, whose
- 9:48Speaker 1: TikTok video alleging that she was sex trafficked and abused
- 9:51Speaker 1: by Ditty as a minor a fourteen year old is
- 9:55Speaker 1: so horrifically specific that she is either an Academy award
- 9:59Speaker 1: or the act or has had unspeakable crimes perpetrated upon
- 10:03Speaker 1: her by this fucking monster of a man, Sean Combs.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It should be noted that I think Ali Carter thinks
- 10:09Speaker 1: she's Tupac's daughter, and I know what that sounds like,
- 10:11Speaker 1: but I would just encourage you to watch the video yourself.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Carter claims to have been a quote unquote party favor
- 10:20Speaker 1: a fourteen year old sex trafficked sexual prop up for
- 10:23Speaker 1: the offering at these parties for quote unquote demonic and
- 10:27Speaker 1: degrading acts from Combs and other high profile friends of Combs.
- 10:33Speaker 1: The claims are shocking, shocking, Okay, And I'm not just
- 10:38Speaker 1: going over this because they're shocking to me. Like I said,
- 10:41Speaker 1: they seem credible. And I know I'm probably not adding
- 10:46Speaker 1: I'm probably not helping my case that these claims are
- 10:48Speaker 1: credible here. I'm not articulating it well enough. I can.
- 10:51Speaker 1: I can hear that in my voice. But this is
- 10:54Speaker 1: a gut check. This is the thing when you watch it,
- 10:57Speaker 1: you kind of know. Okay, First of all, hearty favor,
- 11:01Speaker 1: have we heard that before mentioned in this case? No,
- 11:06Speaker 1: I haven't. I hadn't, and I'm all over this shit
- 11:07Speaker 1: on TikTok and I have not seen it. I have
- 11:09Speaker 1: not heard it until Ali Carter. Okay, that's this one
- 11:13Speaker 1: piece of this. Okay, you just have to wh Yeah,
- 11:16Speaker 1: I'm going to talk about Ali Carter Moore in the
- 11:18Speaker 1: bonus section of this after party, but I encourage all
- 11:22Speaker 1: of you guys to search up her. It's just like
- 11:25Speaker 1: direct camera on TikTok. She's giving her account of these events. Okay,
- 11:30Speaker 1: not safe for work, by the way, little heads up.
- 11:33Speaker 1: So she seems to me to be credible, but that's
- 11:35Speaker 1: just my gut. So those were the two new developments.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Like I said that, I was reluctantly going to talk
- 11:40Speaker 1: to you guys about this week because, like I said
- 11:42Speaker 1: last week, I am hoping to move on from this
- 11:44Speaker 1: story as it develops behind the scenes while the FEDS
- 11:48Speaker 1: build their case. But that's not happening. The case is
- 11:52Speaker 1: going to develop out in the open, and the credible
- 11:55Speaker 1: evidence that is going to come out I believe that
- 11:57Speaker 1: is going to come out over the next thirty to
- 11:59Speaker 1: sixty days. Again, the credible evidence is going to be
- 12:02Speaker 1: impossible to ignore, all right, Which brings us back to
- 12:07Speaker 1: the Busby bomb that dropped on Tuesday, where, like I said,
- 12:10Speaker 1: this Texas attorney is representing some one hundred and twenty
- 12:14Speaker 1: individuals alleging rape, many of whom are miners, all right,
- 12:18Speaker 1: including a nine year old boy. And after diving into
- 12:23Speaker 1: the totality of the information available regarding these cases, which
- 12:26Speaker 1: is basically just Buzzby's press conference, at this point, it's
- 12:30Speaker 1: clear to me that the separate allegations from Adria English
- 12:34Speaker 1: and Ali Carter are very much part of the same
- 12:38Speaker 1: pattern of abuse being alleged by Buzzby's clients. All Right.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Some details alleged by Buzzby he had nearly three thousand
- 12:46Speaker 1: people alleged abuse by Sean Combs, yet he is only
- 12:50Speaker 1: representing one hundred and twenty of them. Those are claimants
- 12:53Speaker 1: that he and his investigators have been able to find
- 12:56Speaker 1: corroborating evidence to support their claims text, audio, physical evidence. Again,
- 13:03Speaker 1: like with Adria, English filed police reports, and Buzby's also
- 13:08Speaker 1: claiming he has filed hospital reports. These claims span the
- 13:12Speaker 1: last thirty years, going back to the nineties all the
- 13:16Speaker 1: way to this year, twenty twenty four. And there was
- 13:18Speaker 1: just a recent article I think it was in the
- 13:20Speaker 1: New York Post from this morning. It talks about how
- 13:23Speaker 1: defiant did he has been even in the face of
- 13:25Speaker 1: all the incoming claims over the last few months, and
- 13:28Speaker 1: continuing to host parties and continuing to host freak offs. Okay,
- 13:33Speaker 1: so my point Buzby's claims go back thirty years to
- 13:35Speaker 1: the nineties to now twenty twenty four. Twenty five of
- 13:38Speaker 1: the one hundred and twenty victims he's representing our miners. One,
- 13:41Speaker 1: like I said, was nine years old at the time,
- 13:43Speaker 1: another was fourteen years old at the time, another was
- 13:45Speaker 1: fifteen years old at the time, and he details in
- 13:48Speaker 1: his press conferences a couple of these, the specificities around
- 13:51Speaker 1: the claims from the fourteen and the fifteen year old,
- 13:53Speaker 1: and they're so upsetting. Okay, they are so upsetting. I
- 13:58Speaker 1: can tell from the comments and on Instagram or other comments.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I read on TikTok that a lot of people want
- 14:06Speaker 1: these allegations to be true. They want to see the
- 14:08Speaker 1: biggest names possible. I don't share that view. I don't
- 14:12Speaker 1: want this to be true because if it is true,
- 14:17Speaker 1: it is so horrifying, It is so evil. The human
- 14:20Speaker 1: collateral is hard for me to wrap my brain around,
- 14:25Speaker 1: and I don't want my brain to be to be
- 14:27Speaker 1: mired in it. But it just feels like it's going
- 14:29Speaker 1: to be. The pattern here of the alleged abuse in
- 14:34Speaker 1: the one hundred and twenty new claims against Diddy. This
- 14:38Speaker 1: pattern is very similar with these one hundred and twenty
- 14:42Speaker 1: new claimants and the alleged victims I mentioned earlier. They're
- 14:46Speaker 1: very similar. Combs offers some sort of professional carrot allegedly right,
- 14:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna make you a star or whatever, lures the
- 14:53Speaker 1: victim in allegedly drugs them. This is now We knew
- 14:57Speaker 1: drugs were involved to some extent, but we're getting specific
- 15:00Speaker 1: fixed now from Busby allegedly drugs them with trank, which
- 15:04Speaker 1: is a horse tranquilizer. And again there are supposed hospital
- 15:08Speaker 1: records backing these allegations up. And then once once these
- 15:13Speaker 1: women and men are properly tranquilized, they are raped, sometimes
- 15:20Speaker 1: gang raped. Fuck think of that, Think how horrible that is.
- 15:28Speaker 1: And you might say, this Buzzby guy, this attorney is
- 15:30Speaker 1: an ambulance chaser, but is not quite. I looked into
- 15:35Speaker 1: this dude, and you know, if you're gonna call him
- 15:37Speaker 1: an ambulance chaser, I guess you could. You could make
- 15:39Speaker 1: the claim that he's like the gold standard of ambulance chasers.
- 15:44Speaker 1: But I wouldn't even say that this guy is the
- 15:46Speaker 1: real deal. Like I said, he was the one who
- 15:47Speaker 1: who who brought the the lawsuit in the Astoral World
- 15:52Speaker 1: case that we were just discussing. He is the real deal.
- 15:55Speaker 1: He's a real trial attorney. This is this again. This
- 15:58Speaker 1: isn't a class action suit. His firm, in partnership with
- 16:01Speaker 1: another firm, is trying these cases individually, i e. For
- 16:05Speaker 1: Going a massive and arguably easier to obtain settlement to
- 16:09Speaker 1: try these cases individually, which I'm no lawyer, but I'm
- 16:12Speaker 1: assuming is a lot harder to do than just, you know,
- 16:15Speaker 1: bulking them all into a class action suit and going
- 16:18Speaker 1: at it that way. The other thing that's happening here
- 16:20Speaker 1: is Buzzby is offering to completely collaborate with defense. This
- 16:23Speaker 1: is something I'm going to figure out for you guys
- 16:25Speaker 1: in the next seven days. What this means when a
- 16:28Speaker 1: civil case like this is brought after a federal indictment,
- 16:31Speaker 1: and how we can read the tea leaves here in
- 16:34Speaker 1: sort of the bureaucratic approach to figure out how how
- 16:39Speaker 1: credible exactly it are these cases? Okay? And I think
- 16:44Speaker 1: the way that Buzzby works or does not work with
- 16:48Speaker 1: the federal government has something to do with this, and
- 16:51Speaker 1: I that's what my gut tells me. I'm going to
- 16:53Speaker 1: chase this down again. This just happened. I learned about
- 16:55Speaker 1: it all this morning. I'll call into a lawyer friend
- 16:57Speaker 1: of mine. I'm going to discuss it with her, hopefully
- 16:59Speaker 1: this evening, and I'll do some more research this week
- 17:01Speaker 1: and I'll get back to you guys. Buzzby's charges THO
- 17:04Speaker 1: go way beyond what federal investigators are indicting Combs on
- 17:08Speaker 1: Buzzby's offering to work with the FEDS, like I said,
- 17:10Speaker 1: which tells me that he is confident in what he
- 17:13Speaker 1: has and that his evidence is so strong that he
- 17:15Speaker 1: can't get boxed out by the FEDS and lose his
- 17:18Speaker 1: big payday. Okay, that's sort of what my gut instinct
- 17:22Speaker 1: tells me here. But I'm going to chase that down.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I'm going to figure out if that's accurate. It might
- 17:25Speaker 1: not be, but that's sort of just my assumption here.
- 17:28Speaker 1: I watch Buzzby's press conference. He comes off as legitimately
- 17:31Speaker 1: empathetic to the victims. Okay, he has victims' advocates there
- 17:35Speaker 1: as part of the press conference. I know that Buzby
- 17:38Speaker 1: is a lawyer, so I'm grading on a curve here,
- 17:40Speaker 1: But this still matters. And now I haven't even got
- 17:43Speaker 1: to the most explosive part about this development, and that
- 17:47Speaker 1: is this bombshell that Buzzby claims that, like I've been
- 17:52Speaker 1: saying for weeks, that Sean Combs's abuse was the biggest
- 17:55Speaker 1: open secret in the entertainment business, and that quote, many
- 17:59Speaker 1: powerful people will be exposed. He goes on to say
- 18:03Speaker 1: the names will shock you. Many powerful people will be exposed.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Buzzby's claiming as he pulls together his evidence for trial,
- 18:13Speaker 1: and he says, these names are going to start to
- 18:15Speaker 1: come to light over the next thirty days. Wow, Mike Drop,
- 18:21Speaker 1: I got to admit to this point. I thought that
- 18:24Speaker 1: we would get names. Yes, I said that last week.
- 18:27Speaker 1: I thought that we would get video. I said that
- 18:29Speaker 1: as well. But I thought, well, we were going to
- 18:31Speaker 1: get we're names in video or this type of behavior.
- 18:34Speaker 1: And admittedly I did not think it was going to
- 18:36Speaker 1: be as bad as it has become alleged in the
- 18:38Speaker 1: last seven days. Where where we get these names and
- 18:41Speaker 1: these videos of entertainers, where this type of behavior was
- 18:44Speaker 1: baked into the cake. Okay for the people who were
- 18:46Speaker 1: about to be exposed, right, rock stars, hip hop stars
- 18:50Speaker 1: acting like hip hop stars. Okay, this now seems way
- 18:54Speaker 1: more explosive to me. And again, I wouldn't be talking
- 18:57Speaker 1: about it if I didn't think it was credible. And
- 18:59Speaker 1: if it's not credible, if Buzzby, if this turns out
- 19:01Speaker 1: to be a total fugazy, some complete fraud, I will
- 19:04Speaker 1: come on and I will eat fucking crow, all right,
- 19:07Speaker 1: I will. You know me, guys, you know me, But
- 19:09Speaker 1: I'm telling you this seems more legitimate even than Jaguar right.
- 19:13Speaker 1: And honestly, it's making me question Jaguar right. I can't
- 19:16Speaker 1: believe I'm saying that publicly, but I am. It was
- 19:18Speaker 1: making me question my questioning of Jaguar right, is what
- 19:21Speaker 1: I'm saying. Again, this seems more explosive now I was.
- 19:25Speaker 1: I was also of the mind when we spoke last
- 19:27Speaker 1: week that the FEDS will try to control the collateral
- 19:30Speaker 1: damage here, not let any friends, political donors, et cetera,
- 19:36Speaker 1: not let them be exposed. Right, there'd be a couple
- 19:38Speaker 1: of sacrificial lambs, Right, They've got to throw some people
- 19:40Speaker 1: into the fire here, But for the most part, you know,
- 19:43Speaker 1: limit the damage. Damage control. I feel like that's part
- 19:45Speaker 1: of the Fed's mo all right. Just that's based on
- 19:49Speaker 1: my reading of history, the way the FBI is operated
- 19:52Speaker 1: in the past, the way the government is operated, the
- 19:54Speaker 1: way the CIA is operated. They look after their own
- 19:57Speaker 1: and maybe they still will. But this buzzby guy does
- 19:59Speaker 1: not seem controllable by any of the levers that the
- 20:02Speaker 1: FEDS would likely pull. And again back to my gut,
- 20:05Speaker 1: the reason I say that he's being very transparent. Now,
- 20:08Speaker 1: I thought that did he might go down. I thought
- 20:09Speaker 1: that Diddy might quite possibly get Epstein, right. You know,
- 20:13Speaker 1: maybe a couple Koopa Gooding juniors end up in embarrassing
- 20:16Speaker 1: TMZ videos and we'd likely never get the full scope.
- 20:19Speaker 1: That's where I thought this was going. I thought that
- 20:20Speaker 1: rape and child abuse was off the table, that this
- 20:24Speaker 1: was a skive guy doing skeviee things to other skeeve adults,
- 20:27Speaker 1: and yes, even to some victims, but victims of age.
- 20:32Speaker 1: I'm not so sure I think that anymore. I think
- 20:35Speaker 1: the Sean Combs case could very well be Jeffrey Epstein
- 20:38Speaker 1: meets Bill Cosby meets Harvey Weinstein combined. I guess I'd
- 20:43Speaker 1: be surprised at this point if we were to get
- 20:44Speaker 1: a credible murder allegation in the coming weeks, because then
- 20:47Speaker 1: we'd have to add Aaron Hernandez's name to that list
- 20:49Speaker 1: of names that I just rolled out to you. Right,
- 20:51Speaker 1: I'm not going there yet. I'm not going full Jaguar right,
- 20:55Speaker 1: not even close to it. Okay, kim Porter rip Becky
- 20:59Speaker 1: with the good as well. The only reason this right now,
- 21:03Speaker 1: in this moment, right now, as I record this, which
- 21:06Speaker 1: is Wednesday afternoon, you're gonna get it on Thursday. The
- 21:10Speaker 1: only reason that this doesn't seem as big as it
- 21:13Speaker 1: is right now in this moment is because, guys, we
- 21:18Speaker 1: are tapped the fuck out with the amount of things
- 21:21Speaker 1: going on in the world right now that we could
- 21:23Speaker 1: possibly give a shit about. There's a presidential election, a
- 21:27Speaker 1: war in the Middle East, the Major League Baseball playoffs
- 21:30Speaker 1: just started, the Mets are in the playoffs. There's a
- 21:31Speaker 1: giant port strike, devastating natural disasters that are impacting huge
- 21:36Speaker 1: amounts of people in the American South. The amount of
- 21:39Speaker 1: information that we are getting is relentless. It's a torrent.
- 21:43Speaker 1: But strap it on because it's gonna get wilder. I think,
- 21:47Speaker 1: at least that's what I think this week, which I
- 21:49Speaker 1: guess in a way it contradicts what I said last week.
- 21:51Speaker 1: So who knows where it will be seven days from now,
- 21:54Speaker 1: But maybe we will be discussing disgraced artists that we
- 21:57Speaker 1: love who have come to light as part of this
- 21:59Speaker 1: comb's mess. Who might they be? Who will we be
- 22:02Speaker 1: most upset to learn about? That was part of this darkness?
- 22:06Speaker 1: For me? It's Jay Z as an artist. I love
- 22:10Speaker 1: jay Z. Okay, you can hear it in the episode
- 22:12Speaker 1: I did on them. But man, the allegations here are tough.
- 22:18Speaker 1: TikTok is a light with the jay Z and Diddy stuff.
- 22:22Speaker 1: And as I was thinking of this this morning, I thought,
- 22:25Speaker 1: you know, in light of all the jay Z allegations,
- 22:30Speaker 1: you know, your Jaguar rights, your security guards, right, you're
- 22:37Speaker 1: whomever you can think of who's on TikTok talking about this.
- 22:42Speaker 1: In light of all this nasty, nasty conjecture and the
- 22:48Speaker 1: rumors alleging sexual abuse and even murder, you know what, nobody,
- 22:55Speaker 1: not one person has said about jay Z since this
- 23:00Speaker 1: Diddy stuff broke. Not one person nobody has come out
- 23:05Speaker 1: and said, you know what, jay Z loves his wife,
- 23:09Speaker 1: jay Z is a family man. Jay Z loves Beyonce,
- 23:13Speaker 1: and Beyonce actually loves jay Z. He would never do
- 23:18Speaker 1: these things that are being alleged. Sure, he went to
- 23:21Speaker 1: parties at Ditties, but he left around midnight. Nothing good
- 23:25Speaker 1: happens after midnight. Every family man knows that. So jay
- 23:29Speaker 1: Z wasn't there. I can't see him being there. Nobody
- 23:33Speaker 1: has said anything fucking close, and that is telling moron.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Sean Comb's coming. I'm not sure how, but it's coming.
- 23:42Speaker 1: We've got an episode on Brandon Lee coming. As well
- 23:44Speaker 1: next week as part of our October Halloween programming. Okay,
- 23:47Speaker 1: Brandon Lee, who died while making the crow? All right,
- 23:50Speaker 1: when you're listening, I want you to be thinking about
- 23:52Speaker 1: that Billy Joel lyric. All Right. I'm not a big
- 23:55Speaker 1: Billy Joel guy, but this is relevant to what we're
- 23:57Speaker 1: talking about with Didty as well? Ditty's a fifty four
- 24:00Speaker 1: year old man. I believe what did Billy Joel say?
- 24:03Speaker 1: Only the good die young? All right? Let me know
- 24:06Speaker 1: relevant to Brandon Lee, which artists, actors, musicians, writers, athletes
- 24:10Speaker 1: died too young? Created a hole that just has not
- 24:13Speaker 1: been filled? Who are they? For you? All right? I
- 24:15Speaker 1: want to know six one seven nine oh six six
- 24:16Speaker 1: sixty three eight. That's going to be the question of
- 24:18Speaker 1: the week for next week as you listen to the
- 24:20Speaker 1: Brandon Lee episode. I'm going to take a quick break
- 24:22Speaker 1: right now. I'll be back in a flash with your voicemails, texts,
- 24:26Speaker 1: dms and more. So you guys are thinking about Tom
- 24:49Speaker 1: DeLong from Blink one h two. I know I am
- 24:51Speaker 1: as well, but you're thinking, Hey, Tom DeLong was a
- 24:53Speaker 1: CIA sy op. What some of you are thinking Tom
- 24:56Speaker 1: DeLong is just deranged? Since some of you perhaps like
- 25:00Speaker 1: me or thinking he's a national treasure. Either way, please
- 25:03Speaker 1: continue to get your questions into me about Tom DeLong
- 25:06Speaker 1: from blank one eighty two. It is forward into the
- 25:08Speaker 1: study of UFOs and involvement in government conspiracy at the
- 25:11Speaker 1: highest levels. I might add, you can hit me up
- 25:13Speaker 1: six one seven nine oh six six six three eight
- 25:15Speaker 1: with any questions you might have, any comments, leave a voicemail,
- 25:19Speaker 1: or send me a text. I'm gonna bank these questions
- 25:21Speaker 1: in these comments, and I'm gonna answer them and address
- 25:24Speaker 1: them live in the chat with you on October ninth
- 25:27Speaker 1: during my special live stream for Moment. Live tickets can
- 25:29Speaker 1: be copped at moment dot co slash Disgraceland, and I
- 25:32Speaker 1: urge you to grab those now and grab your special
- 25:34Speaker 1: Disgraceland extrater disco merchandise. I don't know, I just made
- 25:39Speaker 1: that up. We got that there for you as well
- 25:41Speaker 1: on the site moment dot co slash Disgraceland. Again, this
- 25:44Speaker 1: slash stream is gonna be a little different, guys. It's
- 25:46Speaker 1: not a one way street. It's not me just yelling
- 25:48Speaker 1: into a microphone, all right. I mean it's that, of course,
- 25:51Speaker 1: but it's also me on screen with you while I'm
- 25:54Speaker 1: telling you a story, engaging with you in the chat
- 25:56Speaker 1: and answer your questions. How am I going to do
- 25:58Speaker 1: all that at once? Do I have octopus arms?
- 26:00Speaker 2: No?
- 26:00Speaker 1: I don't, but I have a great staff and we're
- 26:02Speaker 1: working on something. We're putting together. Hopefully it's gonna be awesome.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Imagine a full episode of disgrace in if you will, okay,
- 26:09Speaker 1: but with images, with video, almost a little documentary okay.
- 26:12Speaker 1: But again, I'm there. I'm right there with you in
- 26:14Speaker 1: the chat, answering the questions for you, all right, anything
- 26:16Speaker 1: that comes up, So hit me up six one seven
- 26:18Speaker 1: nine O six sixty six three and I want you
- 26:19Speaker 1: guys to be a part of this event with me
- 26:21Speaker 1: a moment dot co slash Disgraceland to get your tickets.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Speaking of calls and texts, let's check out this voicemail
- 26:27Speaker 1: from the five to four to zero.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Jake, I don't know where to begin. Well, I guess
- 26:32Speaker 2: I'll start at the beginning. This Travis Scott episode was
- 26:38Speaker 2: It was one of the most different. I've never had
- 26:41Speaker 2: to stop listening to an episode in the middle, but
- 26:45Speaker 2: in this one I did about three times. I'm terribly colostrophobic.
- 26:49Speaker 2: So the vivid imagery you were weaving had me anxiety ridden.
- 26:56Speaker 2: But I had to finish listening to it because of
- 26:59Speaker 2: the anger and the just sheer rage of it all.
- 27:03Speaker 2: But the sad part is, I think it all bulls
- 27:06Speaker 2: down to greed and narcissism. I think I solwady is
- 27:12Speaker 2: and it's really, really, really disgraceful. But anyway, that was
- 27:17Speaker 2: one of one of the best episodes. And I don't
- 27:21Speaker 2: even give two poops about Travis Scott, but dude, Bravo,
- 27:27Speaker 2: that was amazing. Deuces.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Sorry to give you anxiety five to four. Oh, but
- 27:33Speaker 1: I am glad that the episode resonated with you and
- 27:35Speaker 1: I agree on on the greed in the narcissism bit
- 27:39Speaker 1: for sure. Six one seven nine, six, six, six three eight.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Hit me up, guys, any voicemails, any text, whatever you got.
- 27:49Speaker 1: I want to do this. I want to read this
- 27:50Speaker 1: text from one of my favorite listeners, lady who you
- 27:56Speaker 1: might have. We've we've we've chatted before here in the
- 27:58Speaker 1: after Party, and of course we've chatted on Patreon and elsewhere.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Lanny texted in though, hey Jake Laney here, I want
- 28:06Speaker 1: to share on other things. But I have no power
- 28:07Speaker 1: from Friday morning at six am until late Sunday night,
- 28:11Speaker 1: and no cell service until yesterday. My family and I
- 28:13Speaker 1: were lucky. A lot of people still without. It's bad.
- 28:16Speaker 1: The destruction and damage is horrible. My husband's brother in
- 28:20Speaker 1: law had an extra generator and we were able to
- 28:22Speaker 1: plug our fridge up to it. I've never witnessed so
- 28:24Speaker 1: much hate and frustration, yet community and togetherness at the
- 28:30Speaker 1: same time. The first few picks here are from my
- 28:33Speaker 1: street in neighborhood. The next few or just a few
- 28:35Speaker 1: from the small town where we live in Fountain In.
- 28:37Speaker 1: It literally pulled trees up from the roots. Please continue
- 28:41Speaker 1: to pray. Some places, some towns in North Carolina were
- 28:44Speaker 1: completely wiped out, and Lanny's pictures here they tell a
- 28:51Speaker 1: very scary story. I'm sure you guys have seen some
- 28:55Speaker 1: of these images online and on the news, though I
- 28:57Speaker 1: don't think the news is covering this enough, the destruction
- 29:01Speaker 1: that we're seeing in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, parts of Florida.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Of course, it's bad. It's really, really, really bad, and
- 29:10Speaker 1: you know it's hitting disgrace Sland listeners like it's hitting
- 29:13Speaker 1: other people in the world as well. And Laney, I
- 29:16Speaker 1: just want you to know that we're thinking of you.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I'm thinking of you, I'm praying for you. I hope
- 29:20Speaker 1: your family is doing as good as they can in
- 29:22Speaker 1: this situation. Uh, Laney, I have a friend, we have
- 29:26Speaker 1: we have one of my wife's best friends in her
- 29:28Speaker 1: family are down there as well, and it's uh, it's bad.
- 29:32Speaker 1: They got out, but a lot of their friends did not.
- 29:35Speaker 1: And there's a lot of destruction. And I know firsthand,
- 29:37Speaker 1: I'm getting that. We're getting the text and it's you know, guys,
- 29:42Speaker 1: these are these are aren't just Disgraceland listeners. There are
- 29:45Speaker 1: are fellow Americans, and it's bad. It's bad. And the
- 29:49Speaker 1: one thing I wanted to hit on here in particular
- 29:51Speaker 1: was this this piece from from Landy's text where you know,
- 29:55Speaker 1: you can't see these pictures, but she's she's in the
- 29:57Speaker 1: middle of the destruction, and you know, she's she's talking
- 30:00Speaker 1: about the community and the togetherness that she's feeling and
- 30:03Speaker 1: seeing at the same time. And I think that's really special,
- 30:06Speaker 1: and I think that speaks to the character not only
- 30:08Speaker 1: not only of Laney, but of Disgrace and Listeners as well, obviously,
- 30:11Speaker 1: but also just are our fellow Americans. I think that's
- 30:15Speaker 1: that's a special thing, and when there's light, we should
- 30:18Speaker 1: we should run toward it. So I wanted to give
- 30:20Speaker 1: you that. If you want to support anybody who's been
- 30:23Speaker 1: affected negatively by these storms, and that's going through it
- 30:26Speaker 1: right now, couple organizations Samaritansperse dot org. Hit them up,
- 30:31Speaker 1: make a donation, Redcross dot org as well. All right,
- 30:35Speaker 1: let's do some more texts here seven eight one rights in.
- 30:38Speaker 1: That's right, fuck lebron Okay. I wanted to go dark
- 30:43Speaker 1: there myself for a minute nine seven eight rights in. Hey, Jake,
- 30:47Speaker 1: I listened to Disgrace and at two times speed or
- 30:50Speaker 1: sometimes one and a half speed, am I alone. So
- 30:53Speaker 1: when I hear you at normal speed, it's almost weird.
- 30:55Speaker 1: I feel like your career has yet to take off.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I mean like it's going to take off, and you're
- 30:59Speaker 1: headed to Peter Thomas or Keith Morrison strata and they're
- 31:02Speaker 1: gonna take you from us. Everything I've loved has gotten
- 31:04Speaker 1: co opted by corporations and money fuckery, most evil of evil,
- 31:08Speaker 1: the murder of John Lennon. A lot to unpack in
- 31:12Speaker 1: that very short text from the nine to seven eight Yeah,
- 31:17Speaker 1: I don't know. Am I gonna take off? We'll see.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I think the verdict's out. I don't know who Peter
- 31:22Speaker 1: Thomas is. Keith Morrison, I know as the stepdad of
- 31:25Speaker 1: Matthew Perry, one of our most recent subjects from Disgrace Land.
- 31:28Speaker 1: And yeah, most evil of evil, the murder of John Lennon.
- 31:31Speaker 1: That's up there for sure. But I think this diddy
- 31:33Speaker 1: stuff might be the darkest that we've encountered so far.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Six one seven nine oh six six six three eight.
- 31:40Speaker 1: You want to send me a voicemail, you want to
- 31:42Speaker 1: send me a text, you can DM me at Disgrace slampod.
- 31:46Speaker 1: I got to read this Facebook message I got because
- 31:51Speaker 1: it's hysterical. Hang on, guys, where is it? Where is it?
- 31:54Speaker 1: Where is it? Here it is? It comes from Steven Stoffer,
- 31:57Speaker 1: who writes, God, you made it giant ass of yourself
- 32:01Speaker 1: on that Prince piece. You couldn't possibly have shown more
- 32:04Speaker 1: clearly how little you know about guitar and about Prince.
- 32:09Speaker 1: I'm blocking you because I'm worried to Your idiocy is
- 32:13Speaker 1: so immense that it is contagious. That's how big of
- 32:16Speaker 1: an idiot you are. I'm probably going to lose IQ
- 32:19Speaker 1: points from having watched you posture in Preen. Well, Stephen,
- 32:24Speaker 1: you know you guy should know. I responded to Stephen positively.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Of course. I thanked him for his very well thought
- 32:29Speaker 1: out message and the care he took in time to
- 32:33Speaker 1: write me to tell me how upset he was with me.
- 32:36Speaker 1: But it didn't get through because he did indeed block me,
- 32:38Speaker 1: which I think is hysterical. I know a lot about guitar, Stephen,
- 32:42Speaker 1: all right, and I know a lot about Prince as well.
- 32:46Speaker 1: I know more than your average bear about Prince. You
- 32:48Speaker 1: want to know why, Steven, If you're listening, I bet
- 32:50Speaker 1: you still listening. Steven. You blocked me, but I bet
- 32:53Speaker 1: you still fucking listen. Any little dirty fuck, aren't you listen? Stephen?
- 32:57Speaker 1: My barber Andrew Okay Port Barbers in Boston. Go check
- 33:02Speaker 1: him out. He's the shit. He used to be Prince's bodyguard, Okay,
- 33:05Speaker 1: one of them. He was on the team. So I
- 33:07Speaker 1: know a little bit. I know a little some. I
- 33:09Speaker 1: know some stuff. Okay. As for my ideocy being immense,
- 33:13Speaker 1: so immense that it's contagious, well, at least I'm doing something,
- 33:17Speaker 1: you know, all right, Steven just wanted to just wanted
- 33:20Speaker 1: to shout back at you, let you know again how
- 33:23Speaker 1: much I love you and I appreciate you at this
- 33:25Speaker 1: Gray Lamb pod. You want to hit me up guys
- 33:27Speaker 1: on Facebook, on Instagram, on X on TikTok, though I
- 33:31Speaker 1: haven't responded to a TikTok message and quite a bit.
- 33:34Speaker 1: My relationship with TikTok is this. It's like jumping into
- 33:38Speaker 1: a swamp because you're just you know, you've been You're
- 33:41Speaker 1: you're out in the wild. You're you're soaking wet with perspiration.
- 33:45Speaker 1: You'll do anything to just get just you know, anything
- 33:48Speaker 1: to just get get what you want to get. And
- 33:50Speaker 1: you see this body of water and you know how
- 33:53Speaker 1: bad it is to jump into that water because it's gross,
- 33:55Speaker 1: but it is water, and you jump in real quick
- 33:57Speaker 1: and then you get to get out. That's what I
- 33:59Speaker 1: do in TikTok. I go and real quick and then
- 34:00Speaker 1: I get out and I see that I have messages.
- 34:02Speaker 1: If you've messaged me there and I haven't responded, I apologize.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Hit me up at Disgrace Lampod on X, on Instagram,
- 34:08Speaker 1: on Facebook, Disgrace Lampod at gmail dot com on the
- 34:12Speaker 1: email machine, and I'm gonna take a quick break I'll
- 34:14Speaker 1: be back in the flash and I will answer some
- 34:15Speaker 1: of those emails. All Right, we are back, disgracelampod at
- 34:29Speaker 1: gmail dot com. Send me an email about anything like
- 34:32Speaker 1: this fine listener from I don't know where he she
- 34:36Speaker 1: is from. Aaron Schaeffer writes in suggested topic, Jarviscocker. Excuse me,
- 34:42Speaker 1: Aaron is spelled with an E R I, and so
- 34:45Speaker 1: Aaron is a woman. I'm assuming a message says hello,
- 34:49Speaker 1: could you please do an episode on Jarviscocker. He's a
- 34:52Speaker 1: very interesting person in general, but your audience might be
- 34:55Speaker 1: most intrigued by his stormy of the stage at the
- 34:57Speaker 1: brit Awards during Michael Jackson's performance. In nineteen ninety six,
- 35:00Speaker 1: Cocker was arrested and accused of assaulting a child, which
- 35:03Speaker 1: was proven to be false by David Bowie and comedian
- 35:07Speaker 1: slash lawyer Bob Mortimer. Well, I'm in. I'm in on
- 35:10Speaker 1: a Jarviscocker episode. That's all it took. I love this
- 35:14Speaker 1: great suggestion. Did not know that about the child accusation,
- 35:17Speaker 1: And of course I love Jarvis Cocker and I love Pulp,
- 35:20Speaker 1: So yeah, this is this sounds fun. Hit me up.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Like I said at Disgrace Lampod on the Socials Disgrace
- 35:26Speaker 1: Lampod at gmail dot com on email, can hit me
- 35:30Speaker 1: up about anything. I think we need to talk about
- 35:32Speaker 1: Diddy a little bit more. You guys have questions, hit
- 35:34Speaker 1: me up. As I said earlier, I'm going to address
- 35:37Speaker 1: the Ali Carter video with a little more detail and

- 36:33Speaker 1: mail coming your way. Ryan also mentions rock a Rolla,
- 36:36Speaker 1: which reminds me we do have new merch coming in
- 36:40Speaker 1: a couple of weeks. I'll have that for you. It's
- 36:43Speaker 1: all Halloween theme for our spooky October programming that we
- 36:47Speaker 1: are in the midst of right now. Astro a World,
- 36:50Speaker 1: of course, was our kickoff into the sort of evil
- 36:52Speaker 1: side of things. We have the Brandon Lee from the
- 36:56Speaker 1: Crow episode coming next week, then we have a we
- 36:59Speaker 1: have an episode on the Cramps, we have a new
- 37:02Speaker 1: episode coming on the Exorcist, and we're gonna be filling
- 37:06Speaker 1: things in as well. Our rewind episodes are all going
- 37:08Speaker 1: to be Halloween themed as well. Black Sabbath, ac DC,
- 37:11Speaker 1: Ozzy Osbourne, so much more. It's going to be a
- 37:14Speaker 1: very spooky month for you guys in the Disgraceland feed.
- 37:18Speaker 1: And like I said, we have some accompanying new merch

- 37:54Speaker 1: will hit you back gay some free merch. All right,
- 37:57Speaker 1: this episode is nearing its end. The after party continues,
- 38:00Speaker 1: as you know for all Access members you might have
- 38:03Speaker 1: suspected here, I'm running into a little roadblock. We went
- 38:06Speaker 1: really long in that first first part of this episode,
- 38:09Speaker 1: this bonus episode on Ditty Content, I didn't talk about
- 38:12Speaker 1: Astro World as much as I wanted to. I have
- 38:14Speaker 1: not had the opportunity to address the new full episode
- 38:18Speaker 1: that we just released on Pete Daugherty from the Libertines
- 38:20Speaker 1: Baby Shambles. I haven't even mentioned that. I feel like
- 38:24Speaker 1: I got a lot to say is my point, and
- 38:26Speaker 1: I'm going to say some of it right now in
- 38:28Speaker 1: the all Access portion of this bonus episode. But if
- 38:30Speaker 1: this Diddy thing continues to unwind as voluminously as it
- 38:35Speaker 1: seems to be doing with credible accusations and we have
- 38:40Speaker 1: something to talk about on a regular basis, and I'm
- 38:42Speaker 1: going to have to switch things up, and I'm gonna
- 38:44Speaker 1: have to find a way to give that to you guys,
- 38:45Speaker 1: because I can't not talk about it. It's the biggest
- 38:49Speaker 1: story in music in true crime, in the history of
- 38:53Speaker 1: music in true crime. So I don't know how I'm
- 38:56Speaker 1: gonna do that. We're making it work right now with
- 39:00Speaker 1: a little bit of spit and some glue, and uh,
- 39:02Speaker 1: we'll figure it out going forward. In the meantime. If
- 39:05Speaker 1: you're not an All Access member, I don't know what
- 39:07Speaker 1: to tell you. You got to become one. Go to
- 39:08Speaker 1: disgracelandpod dot com slash membership to become an All Access member.
- 39:12Speaker 1: You're gonna get, like I said, the additional after party
- 39:16Speaker 1: bonus content coming your way. You're gonna get ad for
- 39:18Speaker 1: your listening, and you're gonna get that full episode per
- 39:21Speaker 1: month like the Pete Darty one that I just talked about.
- 39:23Speaker 1: All right, I'll be back in the flash. All right,
- 39:39Speaker 1: I am back before we wrap up, though, Go get
- 39:41Speaker 1: your tickets to the Disgraceland live stream event on October ninth,
- 39:44Speaker 1: Moment dot com slash Disgraceland. I'm about to get out
- 39:47Speaker 1: of here before we do. Before next week's episode on
- 39:49Speaker 1: Brandon Lee. You're gonna get a rewind episode coming your
- 39:52Speaker 1: way when you do. Check out that Brandon Lee episode.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Like I said before, we thinking of that Billy Joel lyric.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Only the good die young. Let me know which artists,
- 39:59Speaker 1: which actors, whichitions, writers, athletes died too young, left a
- 40:02Speaker 1: hole that has not been filled. Who in your estimation
- 40:06Speaker 1: are those artists? All right? Okay? In this episode for
- 40:09Speaker 1: the hip hop fans, because we talked about Travis Scott.
- 40:12Speaker 1: Of course, there's an episode in our archive that I
- 40:14Speaker 1: was reminded of. I've always loved this episode. I always
- 40:17Speaker 1: forget to recommend it. It's a asap Rocky episode, episode
- 40:20Speaker 1: forty five from November twenty six, twenty nineteen. Check that out. Also,
- 40:24Speaker 1: one one thing we haven't yet talked about relative to
- 40:27Speaker 1: this whole didty thing is Eminem's place in all this
- 40:30Speaker 1: and it's very interesting. Eminem is no fan of Diddy,
- 40:35Speaker 1: and you know, maybe I'll get into that next week
- 40:37Speaker 1: if if there's any relevance to whatever else is popping off.
- 40:42Speaker 1: But it just reminded me. I love the Eminem episode
- 40:45Speaker 1: episode forty three, that's November fifth, twenty nineteen. There's a
- 40:48Speaker 1: whole horror core sort of side of Eminem as well,
- 40:52Speaker 1: from his early days, so this is relevant to the
- 40:54Speaker 1: month of octour where check that out. Talked about Prince
- 40:57Speaker 1: of course, that's episode fifty nine from our archive from
- 41:00Speaker 1: June ninth, twenty twenty. So get on that. If you
- 41:03Speaker 1: want a little you want a little Prince nostalgia, a
- 41:05Speaker 1: little Purple nostalgia. All right, Thanks to the calls, guys,
- 41:09Speaker 1: Thanks for the voicemails, Thanks for the reviews. I love
- 41:11Speaker 1: the engagement, Love what we got going on here. Keep
- 41:14Speaker 1: it up. I'm gonna jump before I do. Let's recap
- 41:16Speaker 1: number one right now in your feed. Our episode on
- 41:19Speaker 1: Travis Scott and his Astro World number two coming tomorrow
- 41:22Speaker 1: special rewind episode from our archive, and we are talking
- 41:26Speaker 1: about Brandon Lee from The Crow next week again, which
- 41:29Speaker 1: artists we're taking from us? Too young? All right? Let
- 41:31Speaker 1: us know, oh you know what, ladies you know? Second
- 41:33Speaker 1: sort of like side side question here relevant to Brandon
- 41:36Speaker 1: Lee for the for the ladies out there. Hottest golf
- 41:38Speaker 1: guys from entertainment history. Who is it? Brandon Lee, Danzig,
- 41:42Speaker 1: Robert Smith, the type of negative guy? Let me know.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Number three merch winners, get in touch. You know who
- 41:46Speaker 1: you are. Number four, get tickets to the Disgraceland live
- 41:48Speaker 1: stream on October ninth at moment dot Co slash Disgrace
- 41:51Speaker 1: on number five. Remember, no one cares about great storytelling
- 41:54Speaker 1: more than you're doing. Well. That's a disgrace, all right.
- 41:56Speaker 1: In honor of the victims from the astor A World disaster,
- 42:00Speaker 1: reading to you the Billboard Charts in the day of
- 42:02Speaker 1: the news broke of the cash settlements being awarded to
- 42:05Speaker 1: the families of the Astra World disaster on May eighth,
- 42:08Speaker 1: two thousand, twenty four. Number one not like Us Kendrick
- 42:14Speaker 1: Lamar last week not applicable, peak position one weeks on
- 42:20Speaker 1: chart one. Number two Million Dollar Baby Tommy Richmond, last
- 42:26Speaker 1: week two, peak position two weeks on chart two. Number
- 42:32Speaker 1: three Euphoria Kendrick Lamar last week eleven, peak position number
