- 0:23chickens. Hey everybody.
- 0:28Good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:31So today is a special day because today is going out to
- 0:34someone that I love very much and I will not mention her name
- 0:38but she knows who she is, and she knows how much she's loved.
- 0:41She listens every single day and today is in honor of her bravery
- 0:46and the fact that she is stepping up to the plate and
- 0:50doing things for herself. So Oftentimes, we get put into
- 0:55situations that are not great. We accept things from people
- 1:01that are not great. We put up with lots of crap.
- 1:06We are gas-lit. We are told certain things and
- 1:09we just seem to find ways to take it.
- 1:11Even though our soul tells us clearly, this is not right,
- 1:16something is not right, but we're just not always good
- 1:19listeners because we think we have to give the benefit of the
- 1:22doubt. I myself have Done this
- 1:24situation in the past where I'm like, oh well, maybe it will
- 1:29shift, maybe this will change, maybe they will be kinder, maybe
- 1:33it will get better. But the reality is, it does not.
- 1:38And the reality is that because human beings have a tough time
- 1:43with change to begin with most of us prefer not to have change.
- 1:48We unless it's very, very happy. We don't want it at all and we
- 1:52don't realize that you Have to go through the crap to get to
- 1:55the good side and that is pretty standard.
- 1:58Operating procedure. You've tip typically got to go
- 2:01through some pain to get to the good stuff think of working out,
- 2:04your body. Just doesn't look great.
- 2:06Unless you go through the pain and what I find so interesting
- 2:10about that is that, you know, we all want the outcome but we
- 2:14don't want to make the effort. And when we make the effort,
- 2:17everything changes, it's just like if somebody says, hey, I'm
- 2:21going to lose an awful lot of weight.
- 2:23And I know before I even get to the gym and start working out,
- 2:27the thing I have to do is change my eating patterns, will guess
- 2:30what? When you go to do that, it's
- 2:32really hard, not to eat that half of a sandwich that your kid
- 2:37just left, sitting on the counter because it's wasteful
- 2:40and it conflicts, with other things.
- 2:42And it's hard not to order the candy when you go to the movie.
- 2:46And it's hard not to think about that chocolate chip cookie
- 2:50that's sitting right there. And, you know, it's only We
- 2:53calories it, should be fine, except that it's on top of all
- 2:57the other stuff and we have to go through the pain of letting
- 3:01it go. And sometimes our pain is huge,
- 3:04switching jobs, switching relationships going through all
- 3:07of this it requires a real special, special spot in
- 3:13ourselves that says, I will not lie to myself.
- 3:16This is not right for me. I am going to change this and
- 3:20right now, I know that this is what Person is going through one
- 3:25because I love her to death and two because I have seen it
- 3:31happen over the years and I've watched how she has been able
- 3:35to, you know, give an opportunity.
- 3:37And I'm not saying that people should not get opportunities
- 3:40because I've been in situations where I have had to give
- 3:43opportunities to people, and people have had to give
- 3:46opportunities to me. And you know what?
- 3:49They took them, and they didn't ruin those opportunities.
- 3:52But when somebody takes Takes the opportunity and somebody
- 3:55ruins it and then it starts back and it goes into this hellacious
- 4:00thing that it sometimes. Does you have to be brave for
- 4:04yourself? You have to believe of what's on
- 4:07the other side. You have to look and say, this
- 4:10is just me where I am right now. This is not going to be where I
- 4:15stay. This is just where I am right
- 4:17now. And when you start looking at
- 4:19this, as it's just a right now, it's not a forever.
- 4:23Make sure you have the ability to be a little bit.
- 4:26Braver a little bit more thoughtful about the whole
- 4:30thing, a little bit more insightful.
- 4:33And most importantly you start to Future Pace, what that really
- 4:38could look like on the other side and you start to get
- 4:41excited. And that's what I'm talking
- 4:43about. Looking at that piece of it and
- 4:46saying I can do this, I can I can change my work schedule, I
- 4:50can work harder, I can think differently I can be creative.
- 4:55I can do something for myself. I can put myself into a
- 4:58completely different place so that I can change my world and I
- 5:02can change my outcome. And then once you have that
- 5:05vision of I can then you go to I will and you get excited about I
- 5:11will and then you start to see it as if it's already done and
- 5:15the key is seeing it as if it's already done.
- 5:17So every day, every single day you work towards I do, I'm there
- 5:23I am there. Now I will be there, I am there
- 5:27and yes your brain screws with you a little bit and it is hard
- 5:31to see it that way. It is hard because your brain
- 5:33goes no we're not. No we're not and you have to
- 5:35just say understood on the way. In that moment I'm going to
- 5:41change my language and you keep testing it and testing it.
- 5:44Testing the language. There is resistance in the
- 5:47beginning to language, but you can move through that.
- 5:50I promise you, you can move through it sometimes Harder than
- 5:54others for me, you know, dr. Joseph Murphy teaches at the
- 5:58best way is like, if you have trouble thinking about having
- 6:01abundance and you're struggling with that third term of
- 6:04abundance because you say, I'm not abundant, then the biggest
- 6:09thing that you can do for yourself, is to change it in and
- 6:11just think the word abundance don't say, I am abundant, you
- 6:14just think the word abundance. And then eventually, it all
- 6:19evens itself out and you start to be able to do it and think of
- 6:22it the right way. Just take your time, be patient.
- 6:26But in any event in this moment in this way, I wanted to use
- 6:30this person that I adore. So much as an example for
- 6:33everybody else out there who might be struggling with stuff
- 6:36and who might be on that precipice of something new.
- 6:39You know we're coming up on the end of the year we're all going
- 6:42to be working towards cool stuff to finish up this year and then
- 6:45getting to the next year of whatever your goal might be as a
- 6:50as apparently, Greta wants to get in on this conversation with
- 6:54And moving into that space, you want to be strong.
- 6:57You want to be in the best head space that you can possibly be
- 7:01and that requires you to see yourself and be brave.
- 7:06Just be brave. Don't worry, just be brave.
- 7:09You can always change direction, you can always do something.
- 7:13But standing up for yourself means you got to stay Brave
- 7:16every day. And just be like, I am a badass
- 7:19Brave person. I am brave.
- 7:21I am so brave, keep Telling yourself that keep putting
- 7:25yourself in that space, and I promise you will have an amazing
- 7:30transformation within your own personality within your own
- 7:35life. Because when you show up with
- 7:38that trait, you transform, so go out there and be brave for
- 7:42yourself and to this person who I adore more than anything you
- 7:47got this. I love you.
- 7:50I hope you guys have a blessed day.
- 7:52I'll see you tomorrow. Bye.
