- 0:31Speaker 1: Get yourself all snuggled up in your bed, allow your

- 0:45Take a deep breath in, then slowly and gently let
- 0:51the breath out again. Deep breath in, Then slowly and
- 1:02gently let the breath out one more time. Deep breath in,
- 1:15and slowly and gently let the breath out. Not just relax. Now,
- 1:26imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light, a light
- 1:33that is so bright, so pure, so wonderful, a light
- 1:40that will protect you. Breathe in this white light and
- 1:47feel it as it enters your body completely and it
- 1:52tingles a little bit, making you feel all warm and safe. Now,
- 2:01imagine that you are in the most wonderful God, walking
- 2:06down a very pretty path with lots and lots of flowers.
- 2:12They are very pretty flowers, and they are in all
- 2:16the colors of the rainbow. There are pink flowers, blue flowers,
- 2:22There are yellow flowers. There are great big purple flowers,
- 2:27and the biggest orange flowers you have ever seen. You
- 2:32wonder what they are because you've never seen them before.
- 2:37You continue to walk along this pretty path and feel
- 2:41your arms and legs gently relaxing. Even your feet are
- 2:46relaxing and the ground and it feels all squidgy and soft,
- 2:51but it's not wet, just nice and soft. As you
- 2:58walk along this winding path, see rabbits and squirrels playfully
- 3:04chasing each other and running in and out of the undergrowth.
- 3:08They don't see you at all. They run under the
- 3:11bushes and in and out of the flowers. They're having
- 3:15such fun, and you watch them and you smile to yourself.
- 3:21They seem so happy just playing together and being with
- 3:26each other. You can hear bees flying lazily from flower
- 3:33to flower, collecting the pollen to make for their dinner.
- 3:38You see big, fat bumblebees landing gently on the flowers,
- 3:43and you wonder how on earth they can fly. They
- 3:47are so big that they have such tiny wings. But
- 3:53you feel so happy and safe in this wonderful and
- 3:57special garden. You come to the end of the winding
- 4:04path and you find yourself standing in front of the
- 4:08biggest tree you have ever seen. It looks like a
- 4:13very old and very large oak tree with the most
- 4:17splendid branches reaching upwards to the beautiful blue sky, reaching
- 4:23out to feel the warmth of the sun on its
- 4:26luscious green leaves. This is a very special tree. As
- 4:35you look at it, you notice it has a pretty
- 4:38yellow door in the side of this magical old tree.
- 4:43So you turn the handle of the door and you
- 4:46go inside. There are little lanterns hanging all around the
- 4:51room you were in. They look so warm and inviting
- 4:57and has your eyes adjust to the light, you see
- 5:02that there are many doors all around the room, fat ones,
- 5:07the thin ones, wooden ones. There are even some round
- 5:12ones too. You see a winding spiral staircase with an
- 5:18oddly shaped door at the top of the stairs. So
- 5:22you climb the stairs and when you reach the top,
- 5:27you look at the door and you wonder what on
- 5:30earth could be on the other side, so you decide
- 5:35to take a look. You step through the door, and
- 5:40there to greet you is a very lovely fairy with
- 5:44the most loving smile on her face, and she tells
- 5:48you that her name is Lily. She has blonde hair,
- 5:54so blonde it's almost white. She is wearing a beautiful
- 5:59silver dress, and her wings too are silver, and they
- 6:04flutter gently behind her. She lives here inside this beautiful
- 6:11magical oak tree. This is her home. You say hello
- 6:19to her and tell her your name. She tells you
- 6:23that lots of fairies live here, they work here too,
- 6:27and she asks you if you would like to explore
- 6:30it with her. We'll obviously you say yes. In this
- 6:36room there are many doors too, and Lily asks you
- 6:42which door would you like to go through first? You
- 6:46can choose any door you want. Which one will it be?
- 6:52Do you think you may find the room where the
- 6:55fairies make their shoes, or would it be the sewing
- 7:00room where they make all of their clothes. Will it
- 7:04be the big kitchen where they are making the dinner
- 7:07for this evening? Or maybe you will find the Great
- 7:11Hall where all the younger fairies are learning to fly.
- 7:17They are testing out their new wings. You decide to
- 7:22open the big arched door faced and you see that
- 7:28you are in the Great Hall, and you see many fairies,
- 7:32many many young fairies testing the new wings. A few
- 7:36of them are even lifting off the floor and gently rising.
- 7:42As you watch them, you begin to feel your shoulders
- 7:46start to tingle, and when you look to see why,
- 7:51you see you have grown the most perfect set of
- 7:55wings on your back, and they are silver, just like lilies,
- 8:01and you can feel them fluttering gently behind you. You
- 8:06realize that you can wriggle them and make them flap,
- 8:12and it's so much fun. As you flap your wings gently,
- 8:19you are astonished because you look down and you see
- 8:24that you have left the floor and you're hovering just
- 8:28like the other fairies. This is fantastic. You have wings
- 8:33and you can fly just like Lily. Lily tells you
- 8:40to follow her, so you flap your wings gently and
- 8:45move around the room. Lily introduces you to some of
- 8:49the other fairies who are very excited to meet you.
- 8:54So for a few moments, spend some time with Lily
- 8:59and the young fairies flying around the great Hall. You
- 9:04laugh as you wash through the air with your new wings.
- 9:09You think to yourself that this is so much fun.
- 9:13You sweep high up almost to the ceiling, then wash
- 9:17back down again. You fly low to the floor, then
- 9:20so high up again. You love having wings. This is
- 9:25just wonderful. So for just a little while, fly with
- 9:32the fairies. Watch what they do, do what they do,
- 9:36most of all, have some fun. Wow, fuck, was so
- 12:01much fun. But your wings, though, are beginning to get
- 12:07tired now, and they're starting to feel a little bit
- 12:10heavy on your back, so it's time to head back home.
- 12:18You say good bye to Lily and her friends, and
- 12:22they tell you that they hope you will come back
- 12:25again really soon, and when you do, they will show
- 12:30you what is behind the other doors. Lily then asks you,
- 12:36instead of going home, would you like to sleepover with
- 12:41Hair and her friends. Well, of course you would. Lily
- 12:48takes you to a very special bedroom. It's filled with
- 12:54flowers and beautiful crystals, and it has an enormous bed
- 13:00just for you. As you get comfortable. When you're bed,
- 13:07Lily sings you a little lullaby to help you sleep.
- 13:13She has a very lovely voice, but she doesn't sing
- 13:17with words, just beautiful sounds. It's so lovely and so peaceful,
- 13:28and your eyes have already closed. The sound of Lily's
- 13:34voice is just so beautiful. Just before you drift off
- 13:42to sleep, you thank her for what she has shown
- 13:47you to day, and especially for the lovely silver wings.
- 13:53You really really enjoyed that. Lily is a very kind
- 14:00fairy and we should always be kind to each other
- 14:04and to all living creatures, just like Nelly does. But
- 14:12for now, breathing gently through your nose and slowly sigh
- 14:21the breath out again, breathing gently and slowly, just sigh
- 14:33the breath out one last time, gently breathe in and
- 14:44slowly sigh the breath out, and now just sleep, just rest,
- 14:56night night a the
