Two teens, 18-year-olds Solomon Caravello-Bell and Chayce Harricharan, are facing serious felony charges after allegedly using a homemade plasma cannon to break into Smith High School early Sunday morning. The DIY weapon, built from water tanks and plastic, damaged a door and bush before they entered — and surveillance caught three people inside the media center. Charges include breaking and entering, using explosives on school grounds, and possessing a weapon of mass destruction.
