0:08
than a dozen members of the renowned Kennedy family are endorsing him in Pennsylvania.
0:13
John Schaeffer with the story. While speaking at two campaign stops in Pennsylvania Wednesday,
0:18
Biden mentioned that his uncle Ambrose Finnegan was killed during World War Two and
0:22
then made a reference to cannibalism. He got shot down in New Guinea and
0:28
they never found the body because there used to be there are a lot of
0:31
cannibals, for real in that part of New Guinea. Thursday, aboard Air
0:35
Force One, the White House Press Secretary informed reporters that Biden was simply expressing
0:40
his immense pride in Finnegan and that there is no truth to the claim that
0:43
he was eaten by New Guinea natives in nineteen forty four. I'm John Schaeffer.

3:05
people injured after a crash on the Inner Loop of the Baltimore Beltway. Baltimore
3:09
County Fire crews and Maryland State Police responded to the Pikesville stretch of the roadway

3:38
a Prince George's County home in unfolded Thursday morning. No students were on board
3:45
the bus. Nobody inside the house was hurt moments ahead of the crash.
3:47
Now under review. Maryland seeing another dip in weekly jobless claims. John Schaefer
3:54
has the figures. The US Labor Department reports nearly twenty three hundred new claims
3:59
forunemployment benefits were filed for the week ending last Saturday. That's about seven hundred
4:03
fewer than the previous week. The state and metropolitan area unemployment rates for the
4:09
month of March are due to be released on Friday. Gas prices have not
4:13
moved much over the past week. In the Old Line State, the average

6:15
experience the most high octane pedal to the metal controversial show of your life.
6:20
Please buckle up and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
6:25
This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's favorite conservative rock
6:30
star, direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. What
6:34
time is it? It's time war War. Here's your host, one hundred
6:41
percent raw Truth, one hundred percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root
6:58
all right way on Throats on Fire. Ah, just so much going on,
7:03
man. I even have to get a chance to get my jacket on.
7:05
That's how last minute this says on my jacket on. And the next
7:10
segment it's too white. Look at that white, white white shirt. A
7:13
little bit too white. But I got stories ready for you. Man,
7:15
There's a lot going on. Can you imagine a guy set himself on fire
7:20
outside the Trump trial. It's unbelievable. And from what I understand, he's
7:26
some sort of anti fascist, antifa agitator guy named Max Azarrello, and his
7:33
final post was singing start and effing revolution. A guy who lit himself on
7:40
fire outside of the New York City Trump trial. To my last knowledge,
7:45
he's alive, but in critical condition and badly burned. And the people around.
7:48
I watched the video, Oh my gosh, the people were running in
7:53
fear and crying and screaming because to watch a guy isn't the word self emulate
7:58
When you set yourself on fire, your self emulating. To watch someone burn
8:03
almost to death and to see a human body inside flames scares people so badly
8:09
as well it should that people were just freaking out outside the Trump trial and
8:16
this guy, Max Azarello. Can you imagine being so extreme and so mentally
8:22
ill that you believe you must kill yourself. You must commit suicide to make
8:26
your point, and the way to do it is to do it in the
8:30
most painful way humanly possible. In the history of the world, nothing is
8:35
worse than burning to death and dispers purposely set yourself on fire outside the Trump
8:43
trial to attract attention. Can you imagine the mental illness involved in this poor
8:48
man's head? Wow, must be a liberal. As I said for the
8:52
minute I heard it, he's got to be NFI. On Dan Bogino's website,
8:56
he describes him as an ANTIFI agitator. I don't know that that's true.
9:01
I have not had time. I've been filming my other show. All
9:03
this happened while I was scripting and filming my show for Real America's Voice.
9:07
I had no time to read about this guy and what he believed in and
9:11
to read his manifesto, So I don't have the update there. But you
9:16
know, just my thinking as I've never met a conservative who would personally kill
9:20
themselves. Only liberals would kill themselves because you have to be mentally ill to
9:24
kill yourself, And so far I've been right. Every person that's ever killed
9:28
themselves in the name of a political agenda has always been a liberal, leftist,
9:33
looney, wacko nut job, so I assume this guy was as well.
9:39
Other big news I've said all along that it just doesn't seem possible that
9:46
Mike Johnson, the guy who replaced Kevin McCarthy, could go so quickly from
9:52
a real principled conservative to a guy in bed with the entire Democrat Party in
9:58
President Trump to pass things that are against our interests. It makes no sense
10:05
except that he's dirty and they're BLACKMAILINGAM or Bribeyam or both. It's the strangest
10:11
thing I've ever seen. But every Conservative wants his head, and I don't
10:16
mean physically, because again, conservatives are not nutjobs like liberals are. We
10:20
don't want to kill him, We just want to take him down as Speaker
10:22
of the House. It was a tragic mistake to put him up. And
10:26
by the way, Matt Gates is the guy who got rid of Kevin McCarthy.
10:30
I agreed with Matt from the very beginning. I agreed with him.
10:33
He was on my show two weeks. I think he's fantastic. I think
10:37
he's probably as good as we get in the US House. And I told
10:39
him in my interview, to me, Johnson looks no different than McCarthy,
10:45
He's just as bad. And gat Gates said, no, he's not just
10:48
as bad. He said, he's done some things that are much better than
10:50
McCarthy, but he's also done some really bad things that I don't agree with.
10:56
But I think now that he wants to pass and he's about to pay
11:00
a ninety what is it, a ninety five million dollar spending bill, billion
11:05
dollar spending bill, ninety five billion dollars on foreigners, foreign countries. Yes,
11:11
Israel's part of it, but seventy billion of the ninety five billion or
11:15
so goes to Ukraine. This head of the CIA already announced in front of
11:20
Congress in the last few days that Ukraine is gonna lose. Russia could win
11:26
by the end of this year. The media is starting to say that it's
11:30
all over and it's it's just a matter of you know, Russia occupying the
11:33
capitol building. Ukraine is going to fall. Any money we spend at this
11:39
point is throwing money in a fireplace. We're burning up taxpayer money. I've
11:45
been against all the money we've sent all along. I knew we were never
11:48
gonna beat Russia, never a superpower against the little country like Ukraine and the
11:56
most corrupt country in the world, Ukraine. Why would I want to defend
11:58
them? Is corrupt country in the world. Things that liberals believe in make
12:01
no sense. Why would I What does it do for me? The American
12:07
citizen and American taxpayer to fund the most corrupt country in the world where all
12:13
the bioweapon labs are located, that many of whom might have had a major
12:18
role in creating COVID. Why would I want to defend that country, a
12:22
country where Biden was on the payroll. Why would I want to defend that
12:26
country. It's like what if China was going under? When we spend all
12:30
the money in America to defend China. Why China's our enemy? And Ukraine
12:33
they're not our enemy. They're nothing. They mean nothing to me. I
12:37
see no reason to spend a dollar on Ukraine, and I never did.
12:41
The United States is broke, we have no money. We shouldn't be sending
12:45
sixteen billion to Israel either. For years, I know people said, you
12:50
know, don't spend money on a foreign aid to countries, and I always
12:54
said, the only country I had spent it onut is Israel. They're our
12:56
best friend in the world, and they're a best ally in the world,
12:58
and they provide medible intelligence in the Middle East. And we should continue to
13:03
fund Israel to the tune of about three billion a year. But if you
13:05
don't like they, we're giving three billionaire to Israel. How do you feel
13:09
that we give twelve billion Israel's enemies? You know it makes no sense?
13:13
And how do you feel about giving Israel another sixteen billion? It's insanity.
13:18
Could you have stuck with the three billion and be done with it and not
13:22
given our enemies twelve billion or more and not giving Israel another sixteen billion?
13:28
But I don't want to give any money to Ukraine. Makes no sense whatsoever
13:33
to give money to Ukraine. It's a losing cause. And the money is
13:39
not being used for war, as I said from day one, it's being
13:43
stolen by the generals, by the Ukrainian mafia, by the cronies, by
13:48
the cronies of Zelenski, by Zelenski himself, by the Ukrainian Nazis. Their
13:54
army is filled with Nazis who are Nazi armbands. Why would I want to
13:58
give them money? And then I believe the money is being cut up,
14:01
carved up offshore by the Democrats and Rhinos who are so desperate to give ever
14:07
more billions to Ukraine. And this guy Johnson has now become one of them,
14:13
makes no sense except that he's been blackmailed or bribed. Democrats brag about
14:18
passing Johnson's foreign aid rule. House Democrats bragged on Friday after helping pass Speaker
14:24
Mike Johnson's rule, opposed by hardline conceratives that unlocks votes on foreign aid bills.
14:31
The majority of those who voted for Johnson's rule, which allows votes on
14:35
sixty zero point eight four billion in Ukraine, oh I said, sixteen billion
14:41
Israel, twenty six billion to Israel An eight billion in Indo Pacific aid,
14:48
and the majority of voted for or Democrats. It's unbelievable. Republicans have just
14:54
a one seat majority. Johnson, need a substantial Democrat, had helped to
15:00
get the real passed, as fifty five of his members voted against it,
15:07
after he'd been ademped for months. The House would not take up Ukraine aid
15:11
without border security measures as in the United States is border Why am I worried
15:16
about a foreign invasion Ukraine when the United States is under attack? It just
15:22
doesn't make sense. So he came out with four bills, sixty one billion
15:28
for Ukraine, twenty six billion for Israel, eight billion for Taiwan, and
15:33
then I remember reading it was another eight billion for Ukraine on top of the
15:39
sixty one for a total of seventy billion. And the thing you can't understand
15:46
is here's a guy that said he wasn't gonna fund Ukraine, and now he's
15:48
pushing for all the money in the world. And he got his bill gut
15:50
endorsed by Biden and he only passed it with Democrat help. Could anyone explain
15:56
this to me? Someone, please explain this to me. And that's why
16:03
Congressman Paul Gosser, a really good patriot Republican from Arizona, is now the
16:10
third Republicans to be on board to Ouse Speaker Johnson. He's joined Marjorie Taylor
16:17
Green and Thomas Massey in their effort to remove the House Speaker because they're giving
16:22
billions and billions of dollars away to foreign countries, including Israel, and I
16:26
love and support, but it's too much. We're out of money. How
16:32
about our own border, how about our own police. We're in a nationwide
16:37
crime wave, unprecedented the history of America. Crime is through the roof,
16:41
and we don't have enough cops. Why why don't you give it to the
16:45
police so we refund the police instead of defund the police. Why don't you
16:49
give it to the wall and to border patrol agents and to ice agents and
16:56
give raises to the members of the United States Attorney who is in their lives
17:00
every day for our country. It's truly incredible that we you know, they
17:07
keep saying ten eleven, twelve minut illegals since Biden kay President acrossed the border.
17:11
It's not true. You're not counting godaways. It's twenty million when you
17:17
count got aways, twenty million. The nation is under attack and we're being
17:25
our invasion. This foreign invasion is worse than anything Ukraine is facing. They're
17:33
gonna take over our country in the next few years as millions war come in.
17:37
And you're worried about Ukraine or Israel, how about worry about America first.

23:19
right, wait, I'll read Welcome back to Shelse. I'm all spiffed up
23:22
now. No, I got my tie on, I got my jacket on.
23:26
I was so harried getting from one show to the other. I whipped
23:30
my tie off, I took my jacket off. I tried to relax for
23:33
fifteen minutes and eat my first meal of the day. And then I realized,
23:37
oh my god, my show and ladel is starting now, and I
23:41
just did segment one without a tie, without a without a jacket. Here
23:44
I am looking more presentable on TV. So it's incredible to me that people,
23:52
I mean, look, most people are starting to wake up. More
23:56
and more people are waking up in a majority of woken up, I believe,
23:59
but there is still so many people are so ignorant that they don't make
24:02
a connection between the highest electric bills and the highest car fuel bills and the
24:07
highest gas in your house bills that we've had, maybe in history, but
24:11
certainly in recent history. And they don't see the connection between that and getting
24:15
rid of fossil fuel, the cheapest fuel in the world. What made America
24:19
great. Nobody even understands that what made America great was cheap fossil fuel.
24:26
We all could get around in our cars and heat our homes and air condition
24:30
our homes. Here I am in Las Vegas. There's gonna come in another
24:34
month. By the time we get to mid May, it'll be ninety to
24:37
one hundred every day, and then we'll get to June and there will be
24:41
a week where it's one hundred and ten every day, and then the whole
24:44
July and August will be between one hundred and one hundred and five every day,
24:48
and then half of September will be still in the high nineties to a
24:53
couple of low hundreds in the first two weeks of September. So we live
24:57
on electricsity, we live on airc and the rates have gone through the roof,
25:03
sky rocketed, all because Nevada Energy was bought a few years back by
25:08
Warren Buffett, a liberal loser, who converted so much of it to green
25:14
energy. Now a certain percentage, like forty percent of all the energy comes
25:18
from green energy, and they don't see the correlation. That's why the builds
25:22
are skyrocketing. The open border's disaster, inflation's disaster, the energy independence that's
25:30
gone and now dependent on green energy is a disaster. The stolen election started
25:34
at all, that was a disaster. That is a disaster. And of
25:37
course the vaccines are a disaster, and these liberals want to change the topic.
25:42
World War three coming is a disaster. The hatred for Jews in Israel
25:48
all over America's disaster. Right, I'm a Jewish kid from Columbia University.
25:52
I'm an sob son of a butcher, but I got into Columbia. I
25:56
graduated val Victorian from a high school, got into Colombia University. And when
26:03
I was going there, they were all liberal loonies. They were all communists,
26:06
but they didn't hate Jews. Most of them were Jews. Now you
26:10
look at Columbia, it's the centerpiece. They were jealous that Harvard got all
26:14
the attention for being jew haters. It's like Colombia now gets all the attention.
26:18
It's spent days in the news. Oh my gosh, we can't let
26:22
Harvard want up us for jew hatred. Now the kids at Columbia are all
26:26
saying they're unsafe. Jewish kids say they're unsafe walking the campus. They're unsafe
26:30
in their own dorm rooms. They're getting death threats from non Jewish students,
26:34
meaning Muslim students. Guarantee you they let Muslims in the country in the open
26:40
border. They let Muslims into ivy Ley colleges. They're in the United States
26:44
to not American citizens. It's insanity. They're on visas, take the visa
26:49
away, take it away and send them home. Because America isn't about that
26:55
kind of hatred, can't be about that kind of hatred. This country's never
26:59
been about Jew hates. Well, the rest of the world has Jew hatred.
27:02
There's never been Jew hatred in the United States, and let alone to
27:07
this degree. So at Colombia now it's all about genocide to the Jews and
27:11
kill the Jews and destroy Israel and cut off eight to Israel. And they're
27:15
all crazy. And then on the other hand, you got Mike Johnson give
27:18
it away twenty six billion to Israel, which is also equally crazy. How
27:23
about the United States? When do we come first? I love Israel,
27:27
I'm always supporting Israel. I'm on israel side, not twenty six billion worth
27:33
twenty six billion of my money and your bunny. This is crazy. We're
27:40
broke. This is what creates inflation. Foreign aid creates inflation because it's more
27:45
spending. That's all feign eight is just looking at his spending, everything the
27:48
Gunment spends. If the Gunment spends I don't know, eight trillion dollars a
27:52
year, and then they suddenly give away an extra trillion in foreign aid.
27:56
Well, then that's nine trillion a year. Get it. It's spending.
28:00
The more the government spends, the higher the deficit goes, The higher the
28:07
national dead goes, the more inflation goes up. This is all about government
28:11
spending on student loans. Let's give everyone free student loans. Let's give all
28:17
our money away to Ukraine. Let's spend all our money on green energy at
28:21
climate change. And then you wonder why there's massive inflation killing the middle class.

37:13
we don't have the guests all right, Well, then I guess I will
37:16
start I guess I will start talking. So I was saying in the last
37:22
segment that our lives are being ruined by inflation, and inflation is caused by
37:28
spending, and inflation is caused by this insanity of looney leftists who don't want
37:34
us to drill. Don't want us to have oil or coal or clean coal,
37:38
or nuclear or fracking or cars. You want to have only electric cars
37:44
that ride a bicycle. We can be like Netherlands, where they all ride
37:47
their bicycles all day. Sorry, that's not America. We drive big pickups
37:52
and SUVs and beautiful cars that are big with giant back seats, and they're
37:58
they're fast. They burn a lot of oil. We love that burn a
38:00
lot of gas and oil. We love that. We're never gonna change.
38:04
You're never gonna convince us to switch to electric cars because electric cars don't work.
38:08
Electric cars were a disaster, they're too expensive. They actually turns out
38:13
they pollute more than regular cars. It's all one big giant scam to get
38:16
liberals who create electric cars rich, and it's not working because all the major
38:22
car makers are dropping electric cars except Tesla, which is gonna have the whole
38:27
markets themselves, I guess, and their whole business is electric cars. And
38:32
all the car rental agencies are dropping their electric cars. Okay, Hertz just
38:37
dumped every electric car they got in the country. I think it was twenty
38:39
thousand. Nobody wants them. And by the way, once they've been driven
38:44
and they're used, nobody wants a used electric car because that battery is a
38:49
disaster waiting to happen, and it's a fortune. So it's really turned into
38:57
just the most expensive illness, mental illness in the history of America, this
39:01
green energy obsession. Biden is now doing everything he can to attack American energy.
39:07
He's now set to block millions of acres in Alaska from oil and gas
39:12
drilling for Earth Action Day he's gonna announce that, isn't that crazy? The
39:17
Biden administration planning to block oil and gas drilling across millions of acres in Alaska,
39:23
which Congress specifically set aside for resource development, meaning drilling for that exact
39:30
thing, gas and oil drilling that gives us cheap fossil fuels that allows the
39:37
middle class to live a great life in America. See, I don't know
39:43
why people don't understand this. If you go to green energy, you love
39:45
the environment, you're scared about climate change. You go to green energy,
39:49
Guess what happens? Your electric bill goes from one hundred and fifty a month
39:53
to six hundred and fifty a month. Can you afford that? No?
39:57
If you ask people the right question in the right way, everybody would be
40:00
on my team, you know, instead of asking what's that Chris, Oh,
40:05
guest is ready? Okay? First, I've heard Okay, all right,
40:08
we got our guest. I'll pick up in the next segment where I
40:12
left off. But mayheck Cook is on the line. She's an attorney,
40:15
she's a surrogate for Trump and the Republican National Committee. Her motto is born
40:21
in India, made in the Usa. I like that, born in India,
40:24
made in the USA. May heck Cook. Welcome to the Wayel Rocho.
40:28
How are you. I'm doing very well. Thank you so much for
40:32
having me. It's great to have y on. So you're an attorney.
40:37
And Trump is in court all week in New York for this crazy case.
40:42
It got crazier today as somebody self emulated, you know, set themselves on
40:45
fire outside the courthouse in front of thousands of witnesses and TV cameras, and
40:51
CNN and MSNBC were commenting, well, the guy was on fire. This
40:53
is crazy stuff, but no crazier than what's going on inside the courthouse,
41:00
because how could he be on trial such a ridiculous case with They just don't
41:06
have jurisdiction. It's already out of the limitation of time. None of it
41:09
makes any sense. And the jury, they picked a jury that's all typical.
41:15
I'm from New York originally I got the all out of there. I
41:16
couldn't stand the liberals. But it's a typical Manhattan jury. Everybody's like,
41:22
you know, single women, no children, married, no children, liberal
41:25
occupations, and they all read the New York Times and get their news from
41:30
CNN. New York Times and MSNBC and Google and Facebook. How could Trump
41:35
possibly win a case when the jury has been and the judge are stacked against
41:39
him. Well, you nailed it. The President is going to have such
41:45
a difficult time in New York because this is biased. This is a political
41:51
witch hunt. President Trump is the most well known defendant in our history.
41:57
Everybody has an opinion about him because everybody knew about personal details, to his
42:01
politics, to his public figure life. So for any defendant to sit there
42:07
and think that they're going to have a fair trial when it's the president of
42:10
the United States, think again. This is why we don't have political prosecutions
42:15
in America. For somebody to say that they can be impartial, it's just
42:20
a flat out loud. We saw a couple of these jurors be dismissed and
42:23
they were truthful. They said, I have a bias. I have a
42:27
tough time believing from the judge who donated two different times to Joe Biden,
42:32
to the jurors that have been selected, Shame on them. Shame on them
42:37
for saying that they do not have a bias in this case against President Trump.
42:43
Because whether they like them or they don't they have an opinion. They
42:46
should not be on this case. It's political prosecution at the highest level.
42:52
It should not be occurring. The president should be campaigning in the Swing States,
42:55
not worried about these political prosecutions against and this is unjust. It's un
43:00
American. And I have to wake up every single day and just double check
43:05
ify live in America because this is supposed to be the land of the free
43:07
and brave. And today I step back and I think the man was No,
43:12
it's not. The man who is fighting the hardest in our country is
43:15
being prosecuted. Yeah, I listen. I Wayne Rue could not get a
43:20
fair trial anywhere in the United States of America. They play my TV show,
43:22
they play my radio show, and they'd say, this guy hates you
43:27
know, hates judges, hates liberals, hates leftists, and they put me
43:30
in jail for life for spitting on the sidewalk. I mean, I don't
43:32
know any conservative can get a fair trial anymore in the United States of American.
43:37
I don't know how any conservative can avoid the weaponization of the government.
43:39
If Trump doesn't win on November fifth, I think this is coming for all
43:45
of us. You know, the Hangman's news is coming for anyone who is
43:47
quote unquote racist, homophobic, and pro Christian, because we're all terrible people,
43:52
because we don't want an open border. Like, as an example,
43:55
you were born in India. I think that's great. I love that as
44:00
long as your family came to America legally. I want millions of people to
44:04
do that. But how would it be fair to your family if you let
44:07
everybody in who comes illegally and they get to stay, and your family might
44:10
have taken twenty years on a list to finally get in and get lucky.
44:15
It's so unfair, isn't that? I agree with you. I came here
44:21
legally. I am an immigrant, but I am proud to be American today.
44:24
We have worked hard for that privilege and for that right. The number
44:28
of illegal immigrants, they are criminals. They have broken the lot to enter
44:31
the United States over eleven million under Joe Biden's watch. And let me tell
44:37
you this is intentional. This is a breakdown our democracy. This is to
44:40
increase crime. This is to increase all the terrible things that are happening to
44:45
our moral compass and fabric in America. And it's under Joe Biden's watch.
44:50
A man lit himself on fire under Joe Biden's America. New York police officers
44:55
were beaten under Joe Biden's America. Inflation is the high in forty years under
45:00
Joe Biden's America. It's time to re elect President Trump. It's time to
45:05
get him back in the White House. That is the only way we're going
45:08
to survive, not only this war that we're seeing overseas, but also protecting
45:15
our moral compass, protecting our families, protecting most importantly, the American dream.
45:22
And don't forget I happen to be a Jewish American and the Jewish hatred
45:24
we're seeing all over American on college campuses. I'm a Jewish American from Columbia
45:30
University, graduated Columbia, and I never sawt a jew hatred in my day.
45:35
You know, there were actually some liberal Jewish students who didn't like Israel,
45:38
but nobody was threatening to murder Jews like they are in the Columbia campus
45:44
today. It's it's it's studying that under Joe Biden. And I guess it's
45:47
because the borders are open and we've let all these people in and we don't
45:51
check them. They're unvetted, and they have a hatred for Jews, and
45:54
I'm sure also a hatred for Christians and a hatred for American general and let
46:00
him in. It's crazy. I just don't know how we keep this up.
46:02
Let me ask you a question, me, Heck, because you came
46:07
on late, We're going to any at break. Can I keep you for
46:09
another segment? Can you wait four minutes during the break and come back on
46:13
the other side. I would be happy to great. Great. I want
46:17
to keep you on and had talked to you about a whole bunch of topics,
46:21
and I want to dig into the trial a little bit more too.
46:23
We didn't have a chance to do that. So we've got me Heck Cook
46:27
on the line. Whether she's an attorney a surrogate for Trump and the Republican
46:30
National Committee. And we love Romatto born in India and made the USA.
46:35
I've been saying my whole life. I love immigrants. They're America. My
46:38
grandparents are immigrants, all four of them. That's what makes America great.
46:43
They came here legally and they didn't expect welfare, They expected to work.
46:45
Whole different story than today's immigrants who are breaking into the country and want welfare
46:51
from cradle to great. We'll be right back, Wayne delarute the root throw
46:53

hired thousands more IRS agents to go after you. If you've got a letter

six. All right, the show our latest sponsor. By the way,
52:14
we got so many. It's hard to keep track. I think I've got
52:16
like two dozen sponsors. But sponsor J six dot com is our patriot partner.
52:23
We're working with them to help raise money for our tortured political prisoners.
52:28
Or his President Trump calls them hostages, they really are political hostages suffering cruel
52:34
and unusual punishment, including the founder of sponsor J six dot com, Jake
52:38
Lang, our friend who's been on the show on his cell phone from his
52:42
prison cell many times. He's now had four birthdays in prison for doing nothing,
52:47
for being at a peaceful demonstration and being in the wrong place at the
52:52
wrong time while police attacked and set and fired tear gas and beat people with
52:57
sticks. And he was there and tried to save two lives, and they've
53:00
tried to destroy his life. Doesn't get to see his lawyer, doesn't get
53:02
to see his family, doesn't get to make calls at times in his cell
53:07
twenty three hours a day at times, and for the last month has been
53:10
away in solitary, unable to call us, unable to contact us, and
53:15
has only gotten out one call and said he's being tortured. I mean,
53:17
this is crazy in America. And this sponsor J six a monthly a commissary
53:24
sponsorship program that goes directly to the January six ers in prison to pay for
53:30
their food, clothing, hygiene products. I assume that means soap and shampoo.
53:35
They wouldn't even have them if they don't raise this money, and even
53:37
their phone calls to their families, they have to pay for them. So
53:43
please go to sponsorjsix dot com and make a real tangible difference in the life
53:47
of a January sixth there, please donate. We're back with mi Heck Cook,
53:52
who's an attorney, a surrogate for the Republican National Committee and our great
53:57
President Donald J. Trump. Her motto born Ina Made in America, and
54:00
we appreciate having her on the wayn al Rooth Show. Mihick, welcome back
54:05
to the show. Thank you so much for having me. So, how
54:10
can you have a trial? You're an attorney. How could you have a
54:14
trial where the judge has donated money to the other side? Does that make
54:17
any sense to you? In America? Why would anyone allow that? Wouldn't
54:21
you have to find a judge who's never made a donation to either side?
54:24
I don't want to judge who's donated to Republicans. Either, it should be
54:28
someone who is completely impartial, and you can't find one in this case.
54:32
There shouldn't be a case. There shouldn't be a trial. Then there really
54:37
should and this judge should have recused himself. He donated two separate times to
54:42
Joe Biden. What does that mean? Doesn't take a genius to figure out
54:45
that heith on team Biden and not team Trump. So for him to make
54:50
separate donations, you have a New York quote of ethics that says that if
54:53
you are biased you're making political donations like that, you should recuse yourself.
55:00
So the fact that he is still sitting on this case is unacceptable. Wayne
55:04
Well, and his daughter forget about him. My understanding is his daughter works
55:07
directly for Democrat Party activists and Democrat Party big shots, and she makes a
55:14
lot of money in that role. How can you be impartial when your daughter's
55:17
making a fortune? I mean, if I was a judge, Wayne Root,
55:21
and my daughter worked for the Republican Party, do you think any Democrat
55:23
would allow me to preside over a trial over Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama,
55:29
or Joe Biden. Absolutely not. Of course, his daughter in this case
55:36
making millions of dollars for top Democrats like Adam Shipp, and those millions of
55:40
dollars are about President Trump's trials, So talk about another conflict of interest.
55:47
The judge's family is benefiting. This is despicable and the fact that we live
55:52
in America under this two tiered system and this weaponization against the top contender of
55:59
the GEO. No Americans should stand for this. I don't care if you're
56:02
a Republican or Democrat. This is unacceptable. And as important as a judge
56:07
is to kind of be the you know, kind of the circus master and
56:10
the policeman watching over the trial, in the end, it's the jury that
56:15
really matters. And when I read the write up of every member of this
56:17
jury, I got sick to my stomach. There's no possible way that a
56:22
Republican conservative, let alone the most famous Republican in the world, could get
56:28
a fair trial for this group of Manhattan you know liberals, I don't know
56:32
wel Golton, leftist liberals. They all claim they're impartial, and then you
56:37
see they get their news from the New York Times. How is that impartial?
56:42
It's not. Look Alvian Bragg when he won his entire platform with getting
56:47
Trump. Eighty four percent of these liberal elitists in New York voted for Alvin
56:52
with the hope that he would get Trump. And look, President Trump is
56:57
on trial, So to sit back and think that any jury is going to
57:00
sit there and be impartial is ludicrous. This case needs to just be thrown
57:05
out completely. I applaud the jurors that actually were honest and said, look,
57:08
Judge, I have a bias, but this is unacceptable. There is
57:13
no single juror that I can sit back and think would have any sort of
57:17
thought to say, I don't have a political opinion. Whether you love Trump
57:22
or you're against him, you have an opinion, which means you are biased,
57:25
which means you shouldn't be sitting on this case at all. And mayheck,
57:30
I only have about of minutes ago in the show, but I want
57:31
you to respond to this. It's only going to get worse because in Washington,
57:35
d C. I think the vote is ninety eight percent Democrat. It's
57:38
even worse than New York City. And he's gonna have a trial in Washington,
57:42
d C. So this is just a disaster all the way around.
57:45
Our country has become a Banana Republic. It has. This is why you
57:51
don't have political prosecutions against the head of the GOP. And look, this
57:54
bias is going to cascade and it's going to have brutal impacts. This bias
58:00
is going to potentially hurt the president. Not im pulling immmiate mainstream media headlines
58:06
where they will say things like Trump is going to be jailed or we got
58:09
him. It's not going to impact the American people or the fact that every
58:13
single person I've spoken to, independence and many Democrats are saying, you're going
58:16
to get Trump a shot. Joe Biden's America is a disaster. I think
58:21
they're going to let him because they're so stupid. What they're doing is so
58:23
over the top. But again, we got to worry about a rigged election.
58:28
The public is on Trump's side, But does it matter if it's rigged.
58:30
We don't know. We'll find out in November. Fifth. Mayeck Cook,
58:36
attorney surrogate for the RNC, born in India, made the USA and
58:39
we appreciate her on the Way Out Roots Show. Thank you Mayeck. Good
