• 1:16
  about
• 1:16
  the
• 1:17
  things
• 1:17
  that
• 1:17
  we're
• 1:17
  doing
• 1:18
  here
• 1:18
  on
• 1:18
  the
• 1:19
  show
• 1:19
  that
• 1:19
  didn't
• 1:19
  make
• 1:19
  it
• 1:19
  into
• 1:20
  last
• 1:20
  weekend
• 1:20
  show.
• 1:20
  It
• 1:21
  didn't
• 1:21
  make
• 1:22
  it
• 1:22
  into
• 1:22
  this
• 1:22
  weekend
• 1:23

• 1:23
  And
• 1:24
  we've
• 1:24
  got
• 1:24
  a
• 1:24
  lot
• 1:24
  of
• 1:25
  stuff
• 1:25
  going
• 1:25
  on
• 1:25
  out
• 1:26
  there.
• 1:26
  I'm
• 1:26
  excited.
• 1:27
  We've
• 1:27
  got
• 1:27
  some
• 1:27
  great
• 1:28
  stuff
• 1:28
  coming
• 1:28
  up
• 1:28
  on

• 1:33
  you.
• 1:33

• 1:33
  this
• 1:34
  is

  the
• 1:34
  first
• 1:34
  time
• 1:34
  catching
• 1:35
  the

• 1:40
  you've
• 1:40
  got
• 1:41
  questions,

  concerns,
• 1:42
  you've
• 1:42
  got
• 1:42
  a
• 1:43
  subject
• 1:43
  you
• 1:44
  want
• 1:44
  us
• 1:44

• 1:47
  A
• 1:47
  little
• 1:47
  update
• 1:48
  on
• 1:48
  what
• 1:48
  I'm
• 1:48
  doing.
• 1:48
  I
• 1:48
  know
• 1:48
  I've
• 1:49
  been
• 1:49
  sharing
• 1:49
  with
• 1:49
  you
• 1:49
  guys
• 1:50
  my
• 1:50
  journey
• 1:51
  here
• 1:51
  of
• 1:51
  getting
• 1:51
  my
• 1:51
  house
• 1:52
  sold.
• 1:52
  Yeah,
• 1:53
  didn't
• 1:54
  want
• 1:54
  to
• 1:54
  be
• 1:54
  selling
• 1:54
  my
• 1:54
  house
• 1:55
  this
• 1:55
  year,
• 1:55
  but
• 1:55
  this
• 1:55
  is
• 1:56
  how
• 1:56
  things
• 1:56
  go.
• 1:56
  I've
• 1:56
  got
• 1:57
  a
• 1:57
  lot
• 1:57
  of
• 1:57
  the
• 1:57
  projects
• 1:57
  done.
• 1:58
  We're
• 1:58
  going
• 1:59
  to
• 1:59
  be
• 1:59
  shooting
• 1:59
  today
• 2:00
  some
• 2:00
  driveway
• 2:01
  repair
• 2:01
  stuff
• 2:01
  and
• 2:02
  next
• 2:02
  week.
• 2:03
  Yeah,
• 2:03
  pushed
• 2:03
  out
• 2:04
  a
• 2:04
  week
• 2:05
  because
• 2:05
  we
• 2:05
  added
• 2:05
  to
• 2:06
  the
• 2:06
  project
• 2:06
  a
• 2:06
  little
• 2:06
  bit.
• 2:07
  So
• 2:07
  we've
• 2:07
  got
• 2:07
  a
• 2:08
  fun
• 2:08
  project
• 2:09
  coming
• 2:09
  up.
• 2:09
  We'll
• 2:09
  talk
• 2:10
  about
• 2:10
  that
• 2:10
  in
• 2:10
  a
• 2:10
  second.
• 2:10
  But
• 2:11
  really
• 2:12
  my
• 2:12
  story
• 2:13
  here
• 2:13
  is
• 2:13
  going
• 2:14
  through.
• 2:14
  Divorce
• 2:14
  is
• 2:15
  never
• 2:15
  easy.
• 2:15
  This
• 2:16
  is
• 2:16
  one
• 2:16
  of
• 2:16
  those
• 2:16
  things
• 2:17
  I
• 2:17
  didn't
• 2:17
  plan
• 2:17
  on
• 2:17
  ever
• 2:18
  having
• 2:18
  to
• 2:18
  go
• 2:18
  through
• 2:18
  again.
• 2:19
  And
• 2:20
  here
• 2:20
  we
• 2:20
  are
• 2:21
  and
• 2:21
  the
• 2:21
  divorce
• 2:22
  is
• 2:22
  done
• 2:22
  and
• 2:22
  final.
• 2:22
  But
• 2:23
  we've
• 2:23
  got
• 2:23
  to
• 2:24
  split
• 2:24
  the
• 2:24
  house
• 2:24
  up
• 2:25
  and
• 2:25
  give
• 2:26
  her
• 2:26
  share
• 2:26
  and
• 2:27
  my
• 2:27
  share
• 2:27
  and
• 2:27
  that's
• 2:28
  how
• 2:28
  these
• 2:28
  things
• 2:28
  go.
• 2:29
  So
• 2:29
  that's
• 2:30
  one
• 2:30
  of
• 2:30
  those
• 2:30
  things.
• 2:30
  Sometimes
• 2:30
  in
• 2:31
  remodeling
• 2:31
  projects
• 2:32
  you
• 2:32
  don't
• 2:33
  ever
• 2:33
  planned
• 2:34
  for,
• 2:34
  but
• 2:34
  maybe
• 2:34
  something
• 2:35
  to
• 2:35
  think
• 2:35
  about.
• 2:36
  And
• 2:37
  it's
• 2:37
  been
• 2:37
  a
• 2:37
  tough
• 2:37
  one
• 2:37
  just
• 2:38
  trying
• 2:38
  to
• 2:38
  get
• 2:38
  this
• 2:38
  house
• 2:38
  wrapped
• 2:39
  up.
• 2:39
  I
• 2:40
  was
• 2:40
  halfway
• 2:41
  through
• 2:41
  probably
• 2:41
  a
• 2:42
  four
• 2:42
  year
• 2:42
  project
• 2:43
  because
• 2:43
  we
• 2:43
  were
• 2:43
  going
• 2:43
  to
• 2:43
  do
• 2:43
  an
• 2:44
  addition.
• 2:44
  We're
• 2:45
  going
• 2:45
  to
• 2:45
  do
• 2:45
  all
• 2:45
  this
• 2:45
  stuff
• 2:45
  because
• 2:46
  I
• 2:46
  had
• 2:46
  this
• 2:46
  small
• 2:46
  house
• 2:47
  on
• 2:47
  a
• 2:47
  big
• 2:47
  lot
• 2:48
  in
• 2:49
  Lake
• 2:49
  Oswego,
• 2:49
  Oregon,
• 2:50
  which
• 2:50
  is
• 2:50
  a
• 2:50
  premium
• 2:51
  place
• 2:51
  there
• 2:52
  in
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  city.
• 2:52
  So
• 2:53
  that
• 2:53
  was
• 2:53
  going
• 2:53
  to
• 2:53
  be
• 2:53
  one
• 2:53
  of
• 2:53
  those
• 2:53
  things,
• 2:54
  that
• 2:54
  was
• 2:54
  going
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  be
• 2:55
  a
• 2:55
  great
• 2:56
  investment.
• 2:56
  Am
• 2:57
  I
• 2:57
  getting
• 2:57
  the
• 2:57
  money
• 2:57
  out
• 2:57
  of
• 2:57
  it
• 2:58
  that
• 2:58
  I
• 2:58
  thought?
• 2:58
  Yeah,
• 2:58
  I
• 2:58
  think
• 2:59
  we'll
• 2:59
  do
• 2:59
  okay.
• 3:00
  But
• 3:00
  it's
• 3:00
  not
• 3:00
  going
• 3:00
  to
• 3:01
  be
• 3:01
  what
• 3:01
  it
• 3:01
  was
• 3:01
  going
• 3:01
  to
• 3:01
  be
• 3:01
  with
• 3:02
  the
• 3:02
  new
• 3:02
  addition
• 3:02
  on
• 3:02
  it.
• 3:03
  Because
• 3:03
  it
• 3:03
  was
• 3:03
  going
• 3:03
  to
• 3:03
  be
• 3:04
  more
• 3:04
  fitting
• 3:05
  in
• 3:05
  the
• 3:05
  neighborhood.
• 3:05
  It'll
• 3:06
  be
• 3:06
  an
• 3:06
  average
• 3:06
  house
• 3:06
  Versus
• 3:07
  one
• 3:07
  of
• 3:07
  the
• 3:07
  maybe
• 3:08
  smaller
• 3:08
  homes
• 3:09
  out
• 3:09
  there.
• 3:09
  But
• 3:09
  it's
• 3:09
  still
• 3:10
  going
• 3:10
  to
• 3:10
  be
• 3:10
  a
• 3:10
  great
• 3:10
  buy.
• 3:10
  With
• 3:11
  all
• 3:11
  those
• 3:11
  different
• 3:11
  things
• 3:12
  inside
• 3:12
  the
• 3:12
  house.
• 3:13
  So
• 3:13
  I've
• 3:13
  been
• 3:13
  going
• 3:14
  through
• 3:14
  and
• 3:14
  just
• 3:14
  making
• 3:14
  sure.
• 3:15
  That
• 3:15
  we've
• 3:15
  got
• 3:15
  all
• 3:15
  the
• 3:15
  little
• 3:15
  things
• 3:16
  dialed
• 3:16
  in.
• 3:17
  Make
• 3:17
  sure
• 3:17
  that
• 3:18
  we
• 3:18
  pass
• 3:18
  any
• 3:19
  inspections
• 3:20
  that
• 3:20
  are
• 3:20
  going
• 3:20
  around.
• 3:20
  Finding
• 3:21
  out
• 3:21
  those
• 3:21
  little
• 3:21
  issues.
• 3:22
  And
• 3:22
  like
• 3:23
  that
• 3:23
  crazy
• 3:23
  woodpecker.
• 3:24
  I've
• 3:24
  been
• 3:24
  fighting
• 3:25
  three
• 3:25
  holes
• 3:26
  in
• 3:26
  the
• 3:26
  siding
• 3:26
  lighter.
• 3:27
  I
• 3:28
  think
• 3:28
  hopefully
• 3:29
  I've
• 3:29
  got
• 3:29
  him
• 3:29
  this
• 3:29
  time.
• 3:29
  But
• 3:30
  once
• 3:30
  a
• 3:30
  week,
• 3:30
  he
• 3:31
  comes
• 3:31
  in.
• 3:31
  And
• 3:31
  after
• 3:31
  I
• 3:31
  get
• 3:31
  that
• 3:32
  patched
• 3:32
  up,
• 3:32
  cleaned
• 3:32
  up,
• 3:33
  Comes
• 3:33
  right
• 3:33
  back
• 3:33
  in
• 3:33
  and
• 3:34
  starts
• 3:34
  digging
• 3:34
  a
• 3:34
  hole.
• 3:35
  Right
• 3:35
  into
• 3:36
  the
• 3:36
  side
• 3:36
  of
• 3:36
  that
• 3:36
  cedar
• 3:36
  siding.
• 3:37
  I
• 3:37
  think
• 3:37
  the
• 3:37
  next
• 3:37
  thing
• 3:38
  I'm
• 3:38
  going
• 3:38
  to
• 3:38
  do.
• 3:38
  Is
• 3:38
  I'm
• 3:38
  going
• 3:38
  to
• 3:38
  take
• 3:39
  that
• 3:39
  piece
• 3:39
  out.
• 3:40
  And
• 3:40
  put
• 3:40
  in
• 3:40
  some
• 3:41
  hardy
• 3:41
  plank
• 3:41
  or
• 3:41
  something
• 3:41
  in
• 3:42
  there.
• 3:42
  So
• 3:42
  gonna
• 3:42
  make
• 3:43
  it
• 3:43
  a
• 3:43
  little
• 3:43
  bit
• 3:43
  harder
• 3:43
  to
• 3:44
  dig
• 3:44
  into.
• 3:45
  But
• 3:45
  that's
• 3:45
  been
• 3:45
  some
• 3:45
  of
• 3:46
  the
• 3:46
  things
• 3:46
  I've
• 3:46
  been
• 3:47
  dealing
• 3:47
  with.
• 3:48
  But
• 3:48
  next
• 3:48
  week,
• 3:49
  we've
• 3:49
  got.
• 3:49
  Probably
• 3:49
  within
• 3:50
  a
• 3:50
  week
• 3:50
  here,
• 3:50
  we're
• 3:50
  gonna
• 3:51
  be
• 3:51
  doing
• 3:51
  the
• 3:51
  photo
• 3:52
  shoot.
• 3:53
  And
• 3:53
  getting
• 3:53
  that
• 3:54
  up.
• 3:54
  So
• 3:54
  you'll
• 3:54
  be
• 3:54
  able
• 3:54
  to
• 3:55
  see
• 3:55
  that
• 3:55
  stuff.
• 3:55
  And
• 3:55
  see
• 3:56
  all
• 3:56
  the
• 3:56
  things
• 3:56
  that
• 3:56
  I've
• 3:57
  been
• 3:57
  doing
• 3:57
  on
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  house,
• 3:58
  which
• 3:58
  is
• 3:59
  going
• 3:59
  to
• 3:59
  be
• 3:59
  a
• 3:59
  lot
• 3:59
  of
• 3:59
  fun
• 3:59
  to
• 4:00
  do
• 4:00
  that.
• 4:00
  Working
• 4:01
  with
• 4:01
  robbie,
• 4:01
  who
• 4:01
  used
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  work
• 4:02
  with
• 4:02
  me.
• 4:02
  Over
• 4:02
  on
• 4:02
  my
• 4:03
  old
• 4:03
  TV
• 4:03
  show
• 4:03
  over
• 4:03
  there.
• 4:03
  On
• 4:04
  Fox
• 4:04
  12
• 4:05
  here
• 4:05
  in
• 4:05
  Portland,
• 4:05
  oregon.
• 4:06
  And
• 4:06
  we've
• 4:06
  got
• 4:06
  a
• 4:06
  lot
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  fun
• 4:07
  stuff
• 4:07
  coming
• 4:07
  up.
• 4:07
  I'm
• 4:08
  working
• 4:08
  on
• 4:08
  putting
• 4:09
  together
• 4:09
  the
• 4:09
  new
• 4:10
  around
• 4:11
  the
• 4:11
  house
• 4:11
  northwest
• 4:12
  television
• 4:13
  show.
• 4:13
  Putting
• 4:13
  that
• 4:13
  together
• 4:14
  right
• 4:14
  now,
• 4:15
  Working
• 4:15
  out
• 4:15
  those
• 4:15
  details.
• 4:16
  We've
• 4:17
  got
• 4:17
  a
• 4:17
  lot
• 4:17
  of
• 4:17
  great
• 4:18
  things
• 4:18
  going
• 4:18
  on
• 4:18
  with
• 4:18
  that.
• 4:19
  That's
• 4:19
  going
• 4:19
  to
• 4:19
  be
• 4:19
  even
• 4:20
  better
• 4:20
  as
• 4:20
  we
• 4:21
  come
• 4:21
  out
• 4:21
  with
• 4:21
  that.
• 4:21
  Because
• 4:21
  we're
• 4:22
  going
• 4:22
  to
• 4:22
  be
• 4:22
  self
• 4:22
  producing
• 4:23
  that.
• 4:24
  I'm
• 4:24
  so
• 4:24
  excited
• 4:24
  for
• 4:25
  that.
• 4:25
  That's
• 4:25
  going
• 4:25
  to
• 4:25
  be
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  fun
• 4:26
  one
• 4:26
  here.
• 4:26
  And
• 4:26
  just
• 4:27
  wrapping
• 4:27
  up
• 4:27
  the
• 4:27
  stuff
• 4:27
  like
• 4:28
  today
• 4:28
  here.
• 4:28
  After
• 4:28
  I'm
• 4:28
  done
• 4:29
  with
• 4:29
  this,
• 4:29
  I
• 4:29
  got
• 4:29
  to
• 4:29
  go
• 4:29
  grab,
• 4:30
  oh,
• 4:30
  about
• 4:31
  a
• 4:31
  yard
• 4:31
  and
• 4:31
  a
• 4:32
  half,
• 4:32
  two
• 4:32
  yards
• 4:32
  of
• 4:32
  gravel.
• 4:33
  I'm
• 4:33
  going
• 4:33
  to
• 4:33
  just
• 4:33
  make
• 4:34
  sure
• 4:34
  that
• 4:34
  I've
• 4:34
  got
• 4:34
  that
• 4:34
  little
• 4:35
  accessory
• 4:35
  parking
• 4:35
  area.
• 4:36
  And
• 4:36
  a
• 4:36
  couple
• 4:37
  walkways
• 4:38
  between
• 4:38
  the
• 4:39
  carport
• 4:40
  in
• 4:40
  the
• 4:40
  shop.
• 4:40
  Make
• 4:41
  sure
• 4:41
  those
• 4:41
  are
• 4:41
  all
• 4:41
  nicely
• 4:42
  graveled.
• 4:42
  And
• 4:42
  looking
• 4:43
  good
• 4:43
  and
• 4:43
  just
• 4:44
  spiffed
• 4:44
  up.
• 4:45
  So
• 4:45
  we're
• 4:45
  looking
• 4:45
  really
• 4:45
  good
• 4:45
  there.
• 4:46
  And
• 4:46
  then
• 4:46
  weather
• 4:47
  wise,
• 4:47
  I
• 4:47
  think
• 4:47
  today
• 4:47
  I
• 4:48
  can
• 4:48
  actually
• 4:48
  shoot
• 4:48
  finally
• 4:49
  the
• 4:50
  driveway
• 4:50
  resurfacing
• 4:51
  because
• 4:51
  we've
• 4:51
  got
• 4:52
  some
• 4:52
  issues
• 4:52
  there.
• 4:52
  I
• 4:52
  wanted
• 4:53
  to
• 4:53
  do
• 4:53
  it
• 4:53
  last
• 4:53
  week,
• 4:53
  but
• 4:54
  every
• 4:54
  24
• 4:55
  hours
• 4:55
  we
• 4:55
  were
• 4:55
  getting
• 4:56
  rain,
• 4:56
  so
• 4:56
  I
• 4:56
  really
• 4:57
  couldn't
• 4:57
  do
• 4:57
  that
• 4:57
  because
• 4:57
  I
• 4:58
  didn't
• 4:58
  want
• 4:58
  to
• 4:58
  hurt
• 4:58
  the
• 4:58
  finish
• 4:59
  because
• 4:59
  it
• 5:00
  says
• 5:00
  after
• 5:00
  you
• 5:00
  put
• 5:00
  that
• 5:01
  stuff
• 5:01
  down,
• 5:01
  you
• 5:01
  need
• 5:02
  48
• 5:02
  hours
• 5:02
  without
• 5:03
  rain.
• 5:03
  And
• 5:04
  guess
• 5:04
  what?
• 5:04
  That
• 5:04
  was
• 5:05
  going
• 5:05
  to
• 5:05
  be
• 5:05
  an
• 5:05
  issue.
• 5:06
  So
• 5:06
  gonna
• 5:07
  work
• 5:07
  on
• 5:07
  that.
• 5:07
  And
• 5:07
  then
• 5:07
  this
• 5:08
  weekend
• 5:08
  we're
• 5:08
  starting
• 5:08
  on
• 5:09
  the
• 5:09
  new
• 5:09
  patio
• 5:10
  project
• 5:10
  outback.
• 5:11
  Getting
• 5:11
  that
• 5:11
  wrapped
• 5:12
  up.
• 5:12
  It's
• 5:12
  the
• 5:12
  last
• 5:12
  big
• 5:13
  project
• 5:13
  there.
• 5:14
  So
• 5:14
  we're
• 5:14
  gonna
• 5:14
  get
• 5:14
  in
• 5:15
  there
• 5:15
  working
• 5:15
  with
• 5:15
  system
• 5:15
  pavers.
• 5:16
  That's
• 5:16
  gonna
• 5:16
  be
• 5:16
  a
• 5:16
  lot
• 5:17
  of
• 5:17
  fun.
• 5:17
  Doing
• 5:18
  one
• 5:18
  of
• 5:18
  my
• 5:18
  favorite
• 5:20
  stone
• 5:20
  patterns,
• 5:21
  which
• 5:21
  I
• 5:21
  can't
• 5:21
  wait
• 5:22
  to
• 5:22
  show
• 5:22
  you.
• 5:22
  That's
• 5:23
  going
• 5:23
  to
• 5:23
  look
• 5:23
  awesome.
• 5:24
  And
• 5:25
  got
• 5:25
  some
• 5:25
  great
• 5:25
  new
• 5:26
  content
• 5:26
  coming
• 5:26
  up
• 5:26
  here
• 5:27
  as
• 5:27
  well
• 5:27
  on
• 5:28
  the
• 5:28
  show.
• 5:28
  One
• 5:28
  of
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  things
• 5:29
  that
• 5:29
  I
• 5:29
  was
• 5:29
  talking
• 5:30
  about
• 5:30
  here
• 5:30
  last
• 5:31
  week
• 5:31
  and
• 5:31
  I
• 5:31
  wanted
• 5:31
  to
• 5:31
  give
• 5:32
  you
• 5:32
  another
• 5:32
  update
• 5:32
  because
• 5:33
  we're
• 5:33
  just
• 5:33
  a
• 5:33
  little
• 5:34
  bit
• 5:34
  closer
• 5:35
  and
• 5:35
  it's
• 5:35
  interesting,
• 5:36
  you
• 5:36
  know
• 5:36
  how
• 5:36
  the
• 5:36
  real
• 5:37
  estate
• 5:37
  markets
• 5:37
  in
• 5:37
  certain
• 5:38
  areas
• 5:38
  are
• 5:39
  slower
• 5:39
  now.
• 5:40
  I
• 5:40
  know
• 5:40
  we
• 5:40
  are
• 5:41
  all
• 5:41
  across
• 5:41
  the
• 5:41
  world.
• 5:42
  So
• 5:42
  whether
• 5:43
  you're
• 5:43
  in
• 5:43
  Florida,
• 5:43
  whether
• 5:44
  you're
• 5:44
  in
• 5:44
  Washington,
• 5:45
  whether
• 5:45
  you're,
• 5:45
  whether
• 5:45
  you're
• 5:45
  in
• 5:45
  Alaska
• 5:46
  or
• 5:46
  you're
• 5:46
  overseas
• 5:47
  someplace,
• 5:48
  everybody's
• 5:48
  listening
• 5:49
  to
• 5:49
  this
• 5:49
  show.
• 5:50
  But
• 5:50
  here's
• 5:50
  what
• 5:50
  we
• 5:51
  got
• 5:51
  going
• 5:51
  on
• 5:51
  here.
• 5:51
  For
• 5:51
  all
• 5:52
  of
• 5:52
  you
• 5:52
  guys
• 5:52
  out
• 5:52
  there
• 5:53
  wondering
• 5:54
  what's
• 5:54
  going
• 5:54
  on
• 5:54
  in
• 5:54
  the
• 5:55
  US
• 5:56
  if
• 5:56
  you
• 5:56
  take
• 5:56
  a
• 5:56
  look
• 5:57
  at
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  slow
• 5:58
  housing
• 5:59
  markets,
• 6:00
  we
• 6:00
  have
• 6:00
  got
• 6:01
  some
• 6:02
  big
• 6:02
  ones
• 6:02
  out
• 6:02
  there.
• 6:03
  My
• 6:03
  area
• 6:03
  here
• 6:04
  a
• 6:04
  little
• 6:04
  bit
• 6:04
  slow.
• 6:04
  Yeah,
• 6:05
  I
• 6:05
  will
• 6:05
  say
• 6:05
  that.
• 6:06
  And
• 6:06
  here's
• 6:07
  one
• 6:07
  of
• 6:07
  the
• 6:07
  reasons
• 6:08
  why,
• 6:08
  when
• 6:08
  you
• 6:08
  start
• 6:09
  looking
• 6:09
  at
• 6:09
  why
• 6:09
  some
• 6:10
  reasons
• 6:11
  where
• 6:12
  the
• 6:12
  markets
• 6:12
  are
• 6:12
  slowing
• 6:13
  out
• 6:13
  there,
• 6:13
  you've
• 6:13
  got
• 6:14
  high
• 6:14
  mortgage
• 6:14
  rates.
• 6:15
  When
• 6:15
  you're
• 6:15
  in
• 6:16
  that
• 6:16
  7%
• 6:17
  mortgage
• 6:17
  rate
• 6:18
  now
• 6:18
  compared
• 6:18
  to
• 6:19
  3%
• 6:20
  in
• 6:20
  2021.
• 6:21
  Prices
• 6:22
  a
• 6:22
  lot
• 6:22
  of
• 6:22
  people
• 6:22
  out
• 6:22
  of
• 6:22
  the
• 6:23
  market.
• 6:23
  And
• 6:23
  then
• 6:24
  markets
• 6:24
  like
• 6:24
  Austin,
• 6:25
  Texas,
• 6:25
  Miami,
• 6:25
  Honolulu,
• 6:26
  home
• 6:27
  prices
• 6:27
  skyrocketed
• 6:28
  during
• 6:28
  the
• 6:29
  pandemic.
• 6:29
  Pandemic.
• 6:30
  But
• 6:31
  now
• 6:31
  buyers
• 6:32
  can't
• 6:32
  afford
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  pay
• 6:33
  for
• 6:33
  those
• 6:33
  anymore.
• 6:34
  So
• 6:34
  listing
• 6:34
  sit.
• 6:35
  Now,
• 6:35
  if
• 6:36
  you
• 6:36
  go
• 6:36
  into
• 6:36
  places
• 6:36
  like
• 6:36
  Austin,
• 6:37
  Texas,
• 6:38
  classic
• 6:39
  case,
• 6:39
  huge
• 6:40
  influx
• 6:40
  of
• 6:41
  builders
• 6:41
  during
• 6:41
  the
• 6:41
  tech
• 6:41
  boom.
• 6:43
  Now
• 6:43
  tons
• 6:44
  of
• 6:44
  inventory
• 6:45
  outweighs
• 6:45
  demand.
• 6:46
  And
• 6:46
  now
• 6:46
  that
• 6:46
  is
• 6:46
  the
• 6:47
  and
• 6:47
  I'm
• 6:47
  not
• 6:47
  saying
• 6:47
  that
• 6:48
  Austin,
• 6:48
  Texas
• 6:49
  is
• 6:49
  going
• 6:49
  to
• 6:49
  crash
• 6:49
  in
• 6:49
  their
• 6:50
  housing
• 6:50
  boom,
• 6:50
  but
• 6:50
  that
• 6:50
  is
• 6:51
  typically
• 6:51
  what
• 6:51
  we
• 6:51
  see
• 6:52
  is
• 6:52
  the
• 6:53
  cause
• 6:53
  of
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  housing
• 6:53
  booms.
• 6:54
  When
• 6:54
  we
• 6:54
  see
• 6:54
  that
• 6:54
  across
• 6:55
  the
• 6:55
  country.
• 6:56
  That's
• 6:56
  primarily
• 6:57
  been
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  big
• 6:57
  reason
• 6:58
  when
• 6:58
  we
• 6:58
  saw
• 6:59
  big
• 6:59
  housing
• 6:59
  crashes
• 7:00
  where
• 7:00
  there
• 7:00
  was
• 7:00
  a
• 7:00
  ton
• 7:00
  of
• 7:01
  supply
• 7:01
  and
• 7:02
  no
• 7:02
  buyers.
• 7:03
  Austin,
• 7:03
  Texas
• 7:04
  has
• 7:04
  that
• 7:04
  kind
• 7:04
  of
• 7:05
  looking
• 7:06
  in
• 7:06
  their
• 7:06
  market.
• 7:07
  Lots
• 7:08
  of
• 7:08
  homes,
• 7:08
  no
• 7:09
  buyers,
• 7:09
  that's
• 7:10
  a
• 7:10
  problem.
• 7:11
  So
• 7:12
  now
• 7:12
  homes
• 7:12
  aren't
• 7:13
  moving
• 7:13
  quickly
• 7:13
  because
• 7:13
  buyers
• 7:14
  have
• 7:14
  more
• 7:14
  options
• 7:15
  and
• 7:15
  they're
• 7:15
  looking
• 7:15
  for
• 7:16
  deals.
• 7:16
  So
• 7:17
  that's
• 7:17
  a
• 7:17
  big
• 7:17
  one.
• 7:17
  Especially
• 7:18
  with
• 7:18
  mortgage
• 7:19
  rates
• 7:19
  getting
• 7:19
  higher
• 7:20
  and
• 7:20
  then
• 7:21
  migration
• 7:21
  shifts.
• 7:22
  You
• 7:22
  think
• 7:22
  about
• 7:22
  it,
• 7:23
  places
• 7:23
  like
• 7:23
  Miami,
• 7:24
  Fort
• 7:24
  Lauderdale,
• 7:24
  West
• 7:25
  Palm
• 7:25
  beach
• 7:26
  had
• 7:26
  a
• 7:26
  huge
• 7:26
  flood
• 7:27
  of
• 7:27
  pandemic
• 7:27
  air
• 7:28
  buyers.
• 7:28
  Now
• 7:28
  you're
• 7:29
  remotely
• 7:29
  working,
• 7:30
  let's
• 7:30
  go
• 7:30
  move
• 7:31
  to
• 7:31
  Florida
• 7:32
  or
• 7:33
  I'm
• 7:33
  gonna
• 7:33
  have
• 7:33
  a
• 7:33
  second
• 7:33
  home
• 7:34
  because
• 7:34
  I've
• 7:34
  got
• 7:34
  a
• 7:34
  little
• 7:34
  extra
• 7:35
  money.
• 7:35
  That
• 7:36
  wave
• 7:36
  cooled
• 7:36
  off,
• 7:36
  a
• 7:37
  lot
• 7:37
  of
• 7:37
  people
• 7:37
  had
• 7:37
  to
• 7:37
  go
• 7:37
  back
• 7:38
  to
• 7:38
  work.
• 7:38
  So
• 7:39
  a
• 7:39
  lot
• 7:39
  of
• 7:39
  high
• 7:39
  priced
• 7:40
  homes
• 7:40
  with
• 7:40
  fewer
• 7:41
  takers.
• 7:42
  And
• 7:42
  then
• 7:42
  of
• 7:42
  course
• 7:42
  we
• 7:43
  got
• 7:43
  rising
• 7:43
  insurance
• 7:44
  costs,
• 7:44
  hurricanes,
• 7:45
  floods,
• 7:45
  all
• 7:45
  that
• 7:46
  stuff.
• 7:46
  Kind
• 7:46
  of
• 7:47
  like
• 7:47
  wildfires
• 7:47
  in
• 7:47
  California.
• 7:49
  Those
• 7:49
  insurance
• 7:49
  companies
• 7:50
  are
• 7:50
  trying
• 7:50
  to
• 7:50
  make
• 7:51
  sure
• 7:51
  that
• 7:51
  they're
• 7:51
  not
• 7:51
  losing
• 7:51
  their
• 7:52
  butts
• 7:52
  and
• 7:53
  that's
• 7:53
  expensive.
• 7:54
  Now
• 7:54
  when
• 7:54
  you
• 7:54
  get
• 7:55
  into
• 7:55
  local
• 7:55
  economic
• 7:56
  pressures,
• 7:56
  that's
• 7:56
  what
• 7:57
  happens.
• 7:57
  Here
• 7:57
  in
• 7:57
  Portland,
• 7:58
  Oregon,
• 7:59
  places
• 7:59
  like
• 7:59
  Pittsburgh,
• 8:00
  Buffalo
• 8:01
  tend
• 8:01
  to
• 8:02
  move
• 8:02
  slower
• 8:02
  historically
• 8:03
  due
• 8:03
  to
• 8:03
  older
• 8:04
  housing
• 8:04
  stock
• 8:05
  and
• 8:05
  slower
• 8:05
  population
• 8:06
  growth.
• 8:07
  But
• 8:08
  seeing
• 8:08
  places
• 8:09
  like
• 8:09
  in
• 8:09
  Hawaii
• 8:10
  where
• 8:10
  it's
• 8:10
  always
• 8:11
  expensive
• 8:11
  but
• 8:11
  fewer
• 8:12
  incoming
• 8:12
  buyers
• 8:13
  and
• 8:13
  high
• 8:13
  carrying
• 8:14
  costs
• 8:14
  and
• 8:15
  what
• 8:15
  we're
• 8:15
  seeing
• 8:15
  here
• 8:15
  in
• 8:16
  Portland,
• 8:16
  Oregon,
• 8:16
  for
• 8:16
  instance,
• 8:17
  it's
• 8:17
  really
• 8:18
  crazy
• 8:18
  because
• 8:18
  we've
• 8:19
  got
• 8:19
  a
• 8:20
  lot
• 8:20
  of
• 8:20
  jobs
• 8:20
  being
• 8:21
  lost
• 8:21
  with
• 8:21
  Nike.
• 8:22
  Intel
• 8:23
  had
• 8:23
  some
• 8:23
  huge
• 8:24
  layoffs
• 8:24
  here
• 8:25
  recently.
• 8:26
  So
• 8:26
  we've
• 8:27
  got
• 8:27
  that.
• 8:27
  And
• 8:28
  that's
• 8:28
  really
• 8:29
  causing
• 8:29
  some
• 8:29
  of
• 8:29
  those
• 8:30
  issues
• 8:30
  out
• 8:30
  there.
• 8:31
  And
• 8:32
  you're
• 8:32
  seeing
• 8:32
  that
• 8:32
  in
• 8:33
  Oregon.
• 8:33
  It's
• 8:33
  just,
• 8:34
  man,
• 8:34
  they
• 8:34
  tax
• 8:35
  you
• 8:35
  guys,
• 8:35
  they
• 8:35
  tax
• 8:36
  us
• 8:36
  people
• 8:36
  here,
• 8:37
  you
• 8:37
  guys
• 8:38
  here
• 8:38
  that
• 8:38
  are
• 8:38
  in
• 8:38
  Oregon,
• 8:39
  you
• 8:39
  understand,
• 8:40
  they
• 8:40
  tax
• 8:40
  you
• 8:41
  every
• 8:41
  which
• 8:41
  way
• 8:42
  they
• 8:42
  can.
• 8:43
  And
• 8:43
  right
• 8:44
  now,
• 8:44
  for
• 8:44
  instance
• 8:44
  here
• 8:45
  on
• 8:45
  our,
• 8:45
  they've
• 8:45
  got
• 8:45
  a
• 8:45
  roads
• 8:46
  thing
• 8:46
  they're
• 8:46
  trying
• 8:46
  to
• 8:46
  put
• 8:47
  through
• 8:47
  because
• 8:48
  nobody
• 8:48
  could
• 8:48
  agree
• 8:49
  on
• 8:49
  it.
• 8:49
  So
• 8:49
  they're
• 8:49
  on
• 8:49
  a
• 8:49
  special
• 8:50
  session
• 8:50
  right
• 8:50
  now.
• 8:51
  And
• 8:52
  our
• 8:52
  Oregon
• 8:53
  Department
• 8:53
  of
• 8:53
  Transportation
• 8:54
  here
• 8:54
  is
• 8:54
  an
• 8:54
  example.
• 8:55
  They
• 8:55
  are
• 8:55
  blowing
• 8:56
  through
• 8:56
  money,
• 8:57
  money
• 8:57
  that
• 8:57
  was
• 8:57
  supposed
• 8:57
  to
• 8:58
  go
• 8:58
  to
• 8:58
  roads.
• 8:58
  They
• 8:58
  decided
• 8:59
  we're
• 8:59
  going
• 8:59
  to
• 8:59
  put
• 9:00
  that
• 9:00
  into
• 9:00
  trails
• 9:01
  and
• 9:01
  we're
• 9:01
  going
• 9:01
  to
• 9:01
  do
• 9:01
  out
• 9:02
  and
• 9:02
  do
• 9:02
  all
• 9:02
  this
• 9:02
  other
• 9:02
  stuff.
• 9:03
  It's
• 9:03
  not
• 9:03
  going
• 9:03
  to
• 9:04
  the
• 9:04
  roads.
• 9:04
  And
• 9:05
  so
• 9:05
  there's
• 9:05
  the
• 9:05
  problem.
• 9:06
  They
• 9:06
  say,
• 9:07
  hey,
• 9:07
  we're
• 9:07
  going
• 9:07
  to,
• 9:07
  we're
• 9:07
  going
• 9:07
  to
• 9:08
  pass
• 9:08
  the
• 9:08
  largest
• 9:09
  tax
• 9:09
  increase
• 9:09
  on
• 9:10
  you
• 9:10
  guys
• 9:10
  in
• 9:10
  2017
• 9:11
  and
• 9:11
  went,
• 9:11
  hey,
• 9:12
  no,
• 9:13
  we're
• 9:14
  not
• 9:14
  going
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  spend
• 9:14
  the
• 9:14
  money
• 9:14
  on
• 9:15
  what
• 9:15
  we
• 9:15
  said
• 9:15
  we're
• 9:15
  going
• 9:15
  to
• 9:16
  do.
• 9:16
  And
• 9:17
  then
• 9:17
  just
• 9:17
  last
• 9:17
  week,
• 9:17
  one
• 9:18
  of
• 9:18
  the
• 9:18
  projects
• 9:18
  that
• 9:18
  they
• 9:18
  had
• 9:19
  pushed
• 9:19
  off
• 9:19
  said,
• 9:19
  oh,
• 9:19
  we're
• 9:20
  starting
• 9:20
  it
• 9:20
  now
• 9:21
  because
• 9:21
  they're
• 9:21
  trying
• 9:21
  to
• 9:22
  talk
• 9:22
  us
• 9:22
  into
• 9:22
  it
• 9:22
  again.
• 9:23
  So
• 9:24
  massive
• 9:24
  amounts
• 9:25
  of
• 9:25
  taxes,
• 9:26
  massive
• 9:27
  overspending,
• 9:28
  massive
• 9:29
  fraud
• 9:29
  and
• 9:29
  abuse.
• 9:30
  I
• 9:30
  think
• 9:30
  there's
• 9:31
  a
• 9:31
  hundred
• 9:31
  million
• 9:31
  dollars
• 9:32
  that
• 9:32
  they
• 9:32
  can't
• 9:33
  find.
• 9:33
  They
• 9:33
  don't
• 9:33
  know
• 9:33
  where
• 9:33
  it
• 9:34
  went,
• 9:34
  which
• 9:35
  means
• 9:35
  it
• 9:35
  went
• 9:35
  into
• 9:35
  somebody's
• 9:36
  pocket.
• 9:36
  But
• 9:37
  that's
• 9:38
  being
• 9:38
  said.
• 9:39
  Higher
• 9:39
  tax
• 9:40
  places
• 9:40
  like
• 9:40
  that,
• 9:41
  people
• 9:41
  are
• 9:41
  moving
• 9:42
  out
• 9:42
  of
• 9:42
  those
• 9:42
  places.
• 9:43
  People
• 9:43
  are
• 9:43
  moving,
• 9:44
  they're
• 9:44
  going
• 9:44
  to
• 9:45
  other
• 9:45
  areas.
• 9:46
  So
• 9:46
  we're
• 9:46
  seeing
• 9:47
  a
• 9:47
  lot
• 9:47
  of
• 9:47
  those
• 9:47
  things
• 9:47
  around
• 9:48
  now.
• 9:49
  What
• 9:49
  do
• 9:49
  I
• 9:49
  think's
• 9:49
  gonna
• 9:50
  happen
• 9:50
  here
• 9:50
  next
• 9:50
  coming
• 9:51
  up?
• 9:51
  I
• 9:51
  think
• 9:51
  we're
• 9:52
  gonna
• 9:52
  see
• 9:52
  coming
• 9:52
  up
• 9:52
  here
• 9:53
  starting
• 9:54
  next
• 9:54
  week,
• 9:55
  if
• 9:55
  we
• 9:55
  get
• 9:57
  interest
• 9:57
  rates,
• 9:57
  if
• 9:57
  they
• 9:58
  drop
• 9:58
  quarter
• 9:58
  of
• 9:59
  a
• 9:59
  point,
• 9:59
  so
• 9:59
  25
• 10:00
  basis
• 10:00
  points,
• 10:01
  I
• 10:01
  think
• 10:01
  that's
• 10:01
  gonna
• 10:02
  spur
• 10:02
  housing.
• 10:03
  Now
• 10:03
  if
• 10:04
  they
• 10:04
  turn
• 10:04
  around
• 10:04
  and
• 10:04
  say,
• 10:04
  hey,
• 10:05
  we're
• 10:05
  gonna
• 10:05
  go
• 10:05
  50
• 10:05
  basis
• 10:06
  points,
• 10:06
  which
• 10:06
  is
• 10:07
  like
• 10:07
  going
• 10:07
  from
• 10:08
  seven
• 10:08
  to
• 10:08
  six
• 10:08
  and
• 10:08
  a
• 10:08
  half,
• 10:09
  I
• 10:10
  think
• 10:10
  it's
• 10:10
  gonna
• 10:10
  really
• 10:10
  open
• 10:11
  up
• 10:12
  a
• 10:12
  lot
• 10:12
  of
• 10:13
  interest
• 10:13
  rates
• 10:13
  that'll
• 10:14
  get
• 10:14
  a
• 10:14
  lot
• 10:14
  of
• 10:14
  the
• 10:14
  mortgage
• 10:15
  rates.
• 10:15
  Under
• 10:15
  5,
• 10:16
  under
• 10:16
  6%.
• 10:17
  Into
• 10:17
  the
• 10:17
  fives,
• 10:18
  Tom.
• 10:18
  Now
• 10:18
  people
• 10:18
  are
• 10:19
  going
• 10:19
  to
• 10:19
  go,
• 10:19
  okay,
• 10:19
  I
• 10:19
  think
• 10:19
  we
• 10:19
  can
• 10:20
  afford
• 10:20
  that
• 10:20
  new
• 10:20
  house.
• 10:21
  So
• 10:21
  I
• 10:21
  think
• 10:21
  we're
• 10:21
  going
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  see
• 10:22
  that
• 10:23
  come
• 10:23
  up.
• 10:23
  And
• 10:23
  when
• 10:23
  that
• 10:24
  happens,
• 10:25
  we'll
• 10:25
  see
• 10:25
  people
• 10:25
  remodeling.
• 10:26
  We're
• 10:27
  going
• 10:27
  to
• 10:27
  see
• 10:27
  that
• 10:27
  stuff
• 10:27
  switch
• 10:28
  around.
• 10:28
  So
• 10:28
  we
• 10:28
  could
• 10:28
  be
• 10:29
  coming
• 10:29
  into
• 10:30
  the
• 10:30
  perfect
• 10:30
  thing.
• 10:30
  Now
• 10:31
  if
• 10:32
  that
• 10:32
  happens,
• 10:33
  I'm
• 10:33
  going
• 10:33
  to
• 10:33
  be
• 10:33
  landing
• 10:33
  that
• 10:34
  perfectly
• 10:34
  because
• 10:34
  I'm
• 10:35
  going
• 10:35
  to
• 10:35
  have
• 10:35
  my
• 10:35
  listing
• 10:36
  on
• 10:36
  my
• 10:36
  house
• 10:36
  pity
• 10:37
  on
• 10:37
  the
• 10:37
  day
• 10:37
  that's
• 10:37
  supposed
• 10:38
  to
• 10:38
  happen.
• 10:39
  So
• 10:39
  I
• 10:40
  think
• 10:40
  there's
• 10:40
  about
• 10:40
  a
• 10:40
  95%
• 10:41
  chance
• 10:41
  that's
• 10:42
  going
• 10:42
  to
• 10:42
  lower.
• 10:42
  But
• 10:43
  how
• 10:43
  much
• 10:43
  is
• 10:43
  the
• 10:43
  big
• 10:43
  question?
• 10:45
  My
• 10:45
  guess
• 10:45
  is
• 10:45
  going
• 10:45
  to
• 10:46
  be
• 10:46
  25
• 10:47
  basis
• 10:47
  points.
• 10:48
  I'd
• 10:48
  love
• 10:48
  to
• 10:48
  see
• 10:49
  it
• 10:49
  at
• 10:49
  50.
• 10:49
  For
• 10:49
  all
• 10:50
  of
• 10:50
  us
• 10:50
  out
• 10:50
  there
• 10:51
  is
• 10:51
  homeowners,
• 10:52
  people
• 10:52
  with
• 10:52
  loans,
• 10:53
  people
• 10:53
  with
• 10:54
  things
• 10:54
  based
• 10:55
  on
• 10:55
  that
• 10:56
  interest
• 10:56
  rate.
• 10:56
  So
• 10:57
  we'll
• 10:57
  see
• 10:57
  what
• 10:57
  happens.
• 10:58
  Fingers
• 10:58
  are
• 10:58
  crossed.
• 10:59
  I'd
• 10:59
  like
• 10:59
  to
• 10:59
  see
• 11:00
  that
• 11:00
  go
• 11:00
  down
• 11:00
  a
• 11:00
  bunch
• 11:01
  to
• 11:01
  help
• 11:02
  spur
• 11:02
  the
• 11:02
  economy.
• 11:03
  Areas
• 11:03
  like
• 11:04
  Portland
• 11:04
  here,
• 11:04
  we've
• 11:04
  got
• 11:04
  a
• 11:05
  horrible
• 11:05
  problem
• 11:05
  with
• 11:06
  downtown
• 11:07
  where
• 11:08
  I'm
• 11:08
  at
• 11:08
  here,
• 11:08
  because
• 11:09
  downtown,
• 11:09
  all
• 11:09
  the
• 11:09
  businesses
• 11:10
  down
• 11:10
  there
• 11:10
  are
• 11:11
  suffering
• 11:11
  because
• 11:12
  unfortunately,
• 11:13
  the
• 11:13
  city
• 11:13
  of
• 11:13
  Portland
• 11:14
  doesn't
• 11:14
  understand
• 11:14
  it.
• 11:14
  They've
• 11:15
  got
• 11:15
  the
• 11:15
  largest
• 11:16
  vacancy
• 11:16
  rate
• 11:17
  in
• 11:17
  commercial
• 11:17
  buildings
• 11:18
  in
• 11:18
  the
• 11:18
  United
• 11:18
  States
• 11:19
  is
• 11:19
  in
• 11:19
  downtown
• 11:19
  Portland,
• 11:20
  Oregon
• 11:20
  right
• 11:20
  now.
• 11:21
  And
• 11:21
  of
• 11:21
  course,
• 11:21
  what
• 11:21
  do
• 11:21
  they
• 11:22
  do?
• 11:22
  Saw
• 11:22
  last
• 11:23
  week,
• 11:23
  they're
• 11:23
  raising
• 11:23
  the
• 11:24
  parking
• 11:24
  rates
• 11:24
  down
• 11:24
  there
• 11:25
  and
• 11:25
  adding
• 11:25
  hours
• 11:26
  to
• 11:26
  that.
• 11:26
  So
• 11:27
  it's
• 11:27
  even
• 11:27
  harder
• 11:28
  to
• 11:28
  get
• 11:28
  people
• 11:28
  down
• 11:28
  there.
• 11:29
  So
• 11:29
  we'll
• 11:30
  see
• 11:30
  what
• 11:30
  happens.
• 11:30
  But
• 11:31
  cities
• 11:32
  that
• 11:33
  understand
• 11:33
  all
• 11:34
  of
• 11:34
  this
• 11:35
  look
• 11:35
  really
• 11:35
  good.
• 11:37
  Cities
• 11:38
  that
• 11:38
  don't
• 11:38
  understand,
• 11:39
  like
• 11:39
  In
• 11:39
  Portland
• 11:40
  and
• 11:40
  some
• 11:40
  of
• 11:40
  these
• 11:40
  other
• 11:41
  cities
• 11:41
  like
• 11:41
  that.
• 11:42
  These
• 11:42
  cities
• 11:43
  that
• 11:43
  are
• 11:43
  hot
• 11:43
  mess,
• 11:44
  nothing's
• 11:44
  going
• 11:45
  to
• 11:45
  get
• 11:45
  better
• 11:45
  until
• 11:45
  people
• 11:46
  decide
• 11:46
  to
• 11:46
  change
• 11:46
  that
• 11:47
  out
• 11:47
  and
• 11:47
  put
• 11:47
  people
• 11:48
  in
• 11:48
  place
• 11:49
  that
• 11:49
  will
• 11:49
  understand
• 11:50
  that.
• 11:51
  And
• 11:51
  that's
• 11:51
  a
• 11:51
  big
• 11:51
  one.
• 11:52
  All
• 11:52
  right,
• 11:52
  guys,
• 11:52
  let's
• 11:53
  take
• 11:53
  a
• 11:53
  look
• 11:53
  at
• 11:53
  recalls
• 11:53
  here
• 11:54
  real
• 11:54
  quick.
• 11:54
  We've
• 11:54
  got
• 11:54
  a
• 11:54
  couple
• 11:55
  that
• 11:55
  are
• 11:56
  interesting
• 11:56
  here.
• 11:57
  I
• 11:57
  saw
• 11:57
  there's
• 11:58
  a
• 11:58
  few
• 11:58
  of
• 11:58
  them
• 11:58
  out
• 11:58
  there
• 11:59
  that
• 11:59
  I
• 11:59
  want.
• 11:59
  Oh,
• 11:59
  that's
• 12:00
  not
• 12:00
  a
• 12:00
  good
• 12:00
  one.
• 12:01
  We've
• 12:01
  talked
• 12:01
  about
• 12:01
  the
• 12:02
  Werner
• 12:02
  ladders
• 12:02
  and
• 12:02
  stuff
• 12:03
  that
• 12:03
  were
• 12:03
  a
• 12:03
  few
• 12:03
  weeks
• 12:03
  ago.
• 12:05
  But
• 12:05
  one
• 12:05
  of
• 12:05
  the
• 12:05
  biggest
• 12:06
  ones
• 12:06
  is
• 12:06
  the
• 12:06
  Makita
• 12:07
  USA
• 12:07
  recalls
• 12:08
  cordless
• 12:08
  grease
• 12:08
  guns
• 12:09
  and
• 12:09
  grease
• 12:09
  gun
• 12:09
  hoses
• 12:10
  due
• 12:10
  to
• 12:10
  laceration
• 12:11
  hazards.
• 12:12
  So
• 12:12
  basically
• 12:13
  the
• 12:13
  grease
• 12:13
  gun
• 12:13
  hose
• 12:14
  can
• 12:14
  develop
• 12:14
  a
• 12:14
  hole
• 12:14
  allowing
• 12:15
  grease
• 12:15
  to
• 12:15
  be
• 12:15
  ejected
• 12:15
  while
• 12:15
  using
• 12:16
  the
• 12:16
  grease
• 12:16
  gun.
• 12:17
  About
• 12:17
  63,000
• 12:19
  of
• 12:19
  those.
• 12:19
  So
• 12:20
  make
• 12:20
  sure
• 12:20
  if
• 12:20
  you've
• 12:20
  got
• 12:20
  that
• 12:21
  Makita
• 12:22
  grease
• 12:22
  gun,
• 12:23
  that's
• 12:23
  a
• 12:23
  big
• 12:23
  one
• 12:24
  there.
• 12:24
  And
• 12:25
  the
• 12:25
  other
• 12:25
  one
• 12:25
  that
• 12:25
  I
• 12:25
  saw
• 12:25
  too
• 12:26
  is
• 12:26
  the
• 12:26
  Ryobi,
• 12:27
  which
• 12:27
  is
• 12:27
  TTI
• 12:28
  Outdoor
• 12:28
  power
• 12:28
  equipment.
• 12:29
  They're
• 12:30
  pressure
• 12:30
  washers
• 12:30
  due
• 12:31
  to
• 12:31
  projectile
• 12:32
  hazard.
• 12:33
  So
• 12:34
  the
• 12:34
  pressure
• 12:34
  washer's
• 12:35
  capacitor
• 12:35
  can
• 12:35
  overheat
• 12:36
  and
• 12:36
  burst,
• 12:36
  causing
• 12:37
  parts
• 12:37
  to
• 12:37
  be
• 12:37
  forcefully
• 12:38
  ejected.
• 12:39
  Wow.
• 12:40
  So
• 12:41
  basically
• 12:41
  that
• 12:42
  electric
• 12:42
  motor
• 12:43
  can
• 12:44
  launch
• 12:44
  the
• 12:45
  capacitor.
• 12:46
  That's
• 12:46
  a
• 12:47
  problem.
• 12:47
  There's
• 12:47
  about
• 12:48
  764,000
• 12:49
  of
• 12:50
  those
• 12:50
  in
• 12:50
  the
• 12:50
  U.S.
• 12:50
  16,000
• 12:51
  were
• 12:51
  sold
• 12:52
  in
• 12:53
  Canada.
• 12:54
  Now
• 12:54
  to
• 12:54
  find
• 12:54
  out
• 12:55
  more
• 12:55
  information
• 12:55
  all
• 12:55
  these
• 12:56
  things
• 12:56
  you
• 12:56
  can
• 12:56
  go
• 12:56
  to
• 12:56
  cpsc.gov
• 12:58
  and
• 12:58
  another
• 12:59
  one
• 12:59
  here.
• 12:59
  Electric
• 12:59
  motors
• 13:00
  for
• 13:00
  gable
• 13:00
  and
• 13:00
  roof
• 13:01
  mounted
• 13:01
  attic
• 13:01
  fans.
• 13:01
  Recall
• 13:02
  due
• 13:02
  to
• 13:02
  fire
• 13:02
  hazard
• 13:03
  distributed
• 13:04
  by
• 13:04
  air
• 13:04
  vent.
• 13:05
  Here's
• 13:05
  the
• 13:05
  problem.
• 13:06
  There's
• 13:06
  about
• 13:07
  2.9
• 13:08
  million.
• 13:09
  So
• 13:09
  the
• 13:10
  recalled
• 13:10
  electric
• 13:11
  motor
• 13:11
  safety
• 13:11
  cutoff
• 13:12
  may
• 13:12
  pose
• 13:12
  a
• 13:12
  risk
• 13:13
  of
• 13:13
  short
• 13:13
  circuit
• 13:14
  and
• 13:14
  fire
• 13:15
  hazard
• 13:15
  when
• 13:15
  in
• 13:16
  use.
• 13:16
  So
• 13:17
  stop
• 13:17
  using
• 13:17
  the
• 13:17
  recalled
• 13:18
  motors
• 13:18
  and
• 13:18
  contact
• 13:19
  air
• 13:19
  vent
• 13:19
  for
• 13:19
  a
• 13:20
  refund.
• 13:21
  That's
• 13:21
  great.
• 13:22
  Not
• 13:22
  sure
• 13:23
  what
• 13:23
  you're
• 13:23
  going
• 13:23
  to
• 13:23
  put
• 13:23
  in
• 13:23
  for
• 13:24
  another
• 13:24
  one,
• 13:24
  but
• 13:24
  they're
• 13:24
  going
• 13:24
  to
• 13:24
  give
• 13:25
  you
• 13:25
  your
• 13:25
  money
• 13:25
  back.
• 13:25
  So
• 13:25
  you're
• 13:25
  going
• 13:25
  to
• 13:26
  have
• 13:26
  to
• 13:26
  go
• 13:26
  find
• 13:26
  another
• 13:27
  one.
• 13:28
  So
• 13:28
  take
• 13:28
  a
• 13:28
  look
• 13:28
  at
• 13:28
  that.
• 13:29
  So
• 13:29
  if
• 13:29
  you've
• 13:29
  got
• 13:29
  an
• 13:30
  electric
• 13:30
  motor,
• 13:31
  you
• 13:32
  know,
• 13:32
  if
• 13:32
  you
• 13:32
  got
• 13:32
  an
• 13:32
  electric
• 13:32
  gable
• 13:33
  roof,
• 13:34
  attic
• 13:34
  powered
• 13:34
  roof
• 13:35
  fan,
• 13:35
  take
• 13:35
  a
• 13:36
  look
• 13:36
  at
• 13:36
  this.
• 13:36
  This
• 13:37
  could
• 13:37
  be
• 13:37
  an
• 13:37
  issue.
• 13:37
  There's
• 13:38
  2.9
• 13:38
  million,
• 13:38
  which
• 13:39
  is
• 13:39
  significant
• 13:39
  out
• 13:40
  there
• 13:41
  and
• 13:41
  then
• 13:41
  lots
• 13:41
  of
• 13:42
  the
• 13:42
  lithium
• 13:42
  battery
• 13:43
  chargers,
• 13:43
  those
• 13:44
  kind
• 13:44
  of
• 13:44
  things
• 13:45
  that
• 13:45
  we
• 13:45
  see
• 13:45
  out
• 13:46
  there.
• 13:46
  So
• 13:46
  be
• 13:46
  very
