- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome.
- 0:07Speaker 2: To deep sleep whisper hypnosis. Please only listen when you
- 0:18Speaker 2: can safely close your eyes. My name's Jason new Land,
- 0:33Speaker 2: and all I'm going to ask you to do is
- 0:39Speaker 2: to get comfortable with that's lying down on your bed
- 0:48Speaker 2: or sitting in a comfortable chair that supports your body.
- 1:07Speaker 1: The idea is just to give yourself some time, take
- 1:16Speaker 1: out a piece of the day to do nothing, to
- 1:26Speaker 1: think nothing, to worry about nothing, even if it is
- 1:41Speaker 1: just for a short period of time. Just having that break,
- 1:55Speaker 1: giving yourself that space.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Opens up your mind to the idea that actually, maybe.
- 2:20Speaker 1: You choose to spend more time feeling relaxed, spend more
- 2:35Speaker 1: time with a sense of calmness spreading through your body,
- 2:48Speaker 1: fill in your mind with peace. As your mind's chatter
- 2:59Speaker 1: slowsed out, maybe that internal dialogue not only slows, but
- 3:12Speaker 1: perhaps the volume reduces. Maybe those images that you're having,
- 3:30Speaker 1: those thoughts that you're having before, just start to turn
- 3:42Speaker 1: into black and white gray images just almost become fuzzy,
- 4:11Speaker 1: moving away, almost as if the thoughts in your mind
- 4:28Speaker 1: are just.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Stopped. Stopped. Of course, I'm not.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Gonna ask you to stop thinking now, but you may
- 4:57Speaker 1: choose to focus on your mind, and you may choose
- 5:11Speaker 1: to notice that everything is.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Indeed slowed, slowed down.
- 5:33Speaker 1: And you may be surprised and just now calm your
- 5:47Speaker 1: mind is feeling now. But maybe you expected your mind
- 6:03Speaker 1: to relax. Perhaps you.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Thought that as soon as you began to listen to
- 6:18Speaker 2: my voice, not just your body relaxes, be your mind seemed.
- 6:31Speaker 1: To just.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Go on holiday, a bit like a factory, a big
- 6:42Speaker 2: old factory, shutting down for the day, calming down, relax
- 7:06Speaker 2: in everything.
- 7:17Speaker 1: M oh, it feels nice. Sometimes it's nice to allow
- 7:37Speaker 1: your body to relax completely.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Without being bothered to focus on any particular part of
- 7:56Speaker 2: your body. You can get over an iril sense of
- 8:04Speaker 2: comfort h an iril feeling of peacefulness spreading through your
- 8:24Speaker 2: body and through your mind, through your brain, your blood,
- 8:47Speaker 2: all of your organs, and your body, feeling the benefit
- 9:00Speaker 2: that peaceful feeling, and enjoying the calmness that is freely
- 9:14Speaker 2: available at any time you choose to let go, let go,
- 9:39Speaker 2: let go.
- 9:41Speaker 5: Everything feels so nice when you realize that.
- 10:02Speaker 2: You have more control over how you feel that maybe
- 10:15Speaker 2: you realized before you become even more.
- 10:32Speaker 1: M You can count down from ten to one of
- 10:42Speaker 1: each number. You may find that you just don't want
- 10:55Speaker 1: to count two relaxed to bother with such things as
- 11:07Speaker 1: counting down numbers when your mind is so peaceful.
- 11:26Speaker 6: Maybe drifting, drifting, day dreaming.
- 11:52Speaker 1: So I will count from ten down to one mm hm.
- 12:06Speaker 1: And with every number you hear me say, you can
- 12:23Speaker 1: become ten times more relaxed and your forehead ten times
- 12:55Speaker 1: more relaxed in your eyes, ten times more relaxed in
- 13:15Speaker 1: your scalp, ten times more relaxed.
- 13:32Speaker 7: In your face, ten times.
- 13:51Speaker 1: More relaxed in your jawel, ten times more relaxed.
- 14:19Speaker 7: In your mouth, ten times.
- 14:44Speaker 1: More relaxed in your throat ten times is more relaxed

- 18:01Speaker 1: relaxed in your fingers, ten times more relaxed in your chest,
- 19:17Speaker 1: ten times more relaxed.
- 19:30Speaker 8: In your stomach, ten times more relaxed.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Mean your back wore away from the top down to
- 20:35Speaker 1: the bottom of your back ten top apps more relaxed
- 21:08Speaker 1: in your spine, ten times more relaxed in your hips,
- 21:57Speaker 1: ten times more relaxed in your potics ten times small
- 22:39Speaker 1: relaxed in your crying, ten times more relaxed.
- 23:43Speaker 9: In your fires, ten times.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Ball rat.
- 24:36Speaker 7: Your naece, ten times.
- 25:09Speaker 1: More relaxed in your lower las.
- 25:20Speaker 10: And ankles, ten.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Times more relaxed in your fate tamtimes more relax in
- 27:00Speaker 1: your toes.
- 27:23Speaker 11: Mm hmm hmm.
- 27:30Speaker 1: That does she get ready to count from ten chapter
- 27:38Speaker 1: one for bad to fill ten times is more relaxed.
- 27:53Speaker 1: With each number you countdown, you may wonder to yourself,
- 28:03Speaker 1: how could you become any more relaxed and peaceful? As
- 28:16Speaker 1: she get ready to countdown after me, starting with number ten?
- 28:33Speaker 1: Ten times more relaxed, nine times more relaxed, times more relaxed,
- 29:37Speaker 1: seven times relaxed, six times O.
- 30:31Speaker 12: RelA, four times l.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Two times mo rist one times.
- 32:40Speaker 11: Relax in a more deep and way, maybe in a
- 33:17Speaker 11: way that can not just allow you to feel calmer
- 33:26Speaker 11: now and throughout the time we spend together here, not
- 33:35Speaker 11: just relaxed at the end of the recording when it's
- 33:41Speaker 11: finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort and peace,
- 33:53Speaker 11: But also I think it would be nice to have
- 34:06Speaker 11: those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after the recording
- 34:23Speaker 11: has ended. So that you can still benefit from listening
- 34:38Speaker 11: to my voice, maybe in a few hours time, perhaps tomorrow,
- 34:52Speaker 11: and then by listening regularly, especially if you find like
- 35:00Speaker 11: some people do and myself as well. Sometimes I find
- 35:04Speaker 11: one particular recording that really resonates with me, and I
- 35:15Speaker 11: just listened to it over and over again every morning,
- 35:20Speaker 11: every evening. There was this recording from We're going back
- 35:33Speaker 11: to about nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis, but it
- 35:38Speaker 11: was a guided visualizations. It kind of was hypnosis, really,
- 35:46Speaker 11: and I managed to find it again, and it still
- 35:51Speaker 11: has the same effect on me. And part of it
- 35:57Speaker 11: was the person's voice relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful,
- 36:14Speaker 11: and I'd look forward to listening to her in the
- 36:20Speaker 11: morning and in the evening. And I knew before even
- 36:32Speaker 11: pressing the play button that since I've done that, pressed
- 36:40Speaker 11: the play button. This is in the days of CD players,
- 36:52Speaker 11: pressed the play button, ifact it might have even been
- 36:58Speaker 11: a tape tape record. I'd lie down on the bed
- 37:03Speaker 11: and then even without necessarily listening to her words because
- 37:21Speaker 11: I had them memorized. Really, it was as if my
- 37:28Speaker 11: body knew exactly what to do, and the muscles just
- 37:44Speaker 11: almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind
- 38:04Speaker 11: would slow down. Now. Now, I was listening to this
- 38:16Speaker 11: recording in the early days of learning hypnosis, and long
- 38:25Speaker 11: before I ever made any videos or audio recordings myself,
- 38:35Speaker 11: because I didn't start doing that till two thousand and six,
- 38:45Speaker 11: I knew, I knew how helpful I found being able
- 39:01Speaker 11: to just let go, to have that trust in the
- 39:10Speaker 11: person that I'm listening to, knowing that it's going to
- 39:21Speaker 11: be just as relaxing, if not more so. Each time
- 39:32Speaker 11: you hear my voice, you may feel the same. Some
- 39:45Speaker 11: people have been listening to me for over a decade,
- 40:00Speaker 11: maybe not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day,
- 40:05Speaker 11: but maybe people come back. Some people maybe listen every day.
- 40:24Speaker 11: That's something that I do which you may not realize
- 40:32Speaker 11: by listening, is when I record these recordings. Now, for example,
- 40:55Speaker 11: I also am affected by the words that I say.
- 41:08Speaker 11: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 41:18Speaker 11: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 41:30Speaker 11: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 41:47Speaker 11: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 41:55Speaker 11: each hand. Perhaps notice the air in the room, the
- 42:06Speaker 11: temperature of the room. On the backs of your hands.
- 42:18Speaker 11: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 42:23Speaker 11: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 42:31Speaker 11: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 42:44Speaker 11: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 42:55Speaker 11: aware of how relaxed my hands our feeling now and
- 43:23Speaker 11: when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which
- 43:30Speaker 11: may be the reason you're listening, I also feel drowsy
- 43:47Speaker 11: when I make these recordings. I also notice my mind drifting.
- 44:08Speaker 11: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 44:26Speaker 11: and then I carry on talking. And it's only when
- 44:35Speaker 11: I listen back to do the editing I hear snoring
- 44:46Speaker 11: and I think, I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 44:56Speaker 11: This snoring was a pig turned up. That's why I
- 45:03Speaker 11: sound like when I snore. How I get really into
- 45:12Speaker 11: the whole experience. I don't know how you feel. How
- 45:31Speaker 11: relaxed do you feel in your feet, how relaxed you
- 45:42Speaker 11: feel in your hands. I have noticed more and more
- 46:09Speaker 11: that the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 46:25Speaker 11: the easier you're breathing becomes. It's almost like that additional
- 46:44Speaker 11: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe easier without
- 47:07Speaker 11: necessarily focusing on your breath, however, being able to notice
- 47:38Speaker 11: the ease in which you breathe so naturally. Yah, you
- 48:07Speaker 11: breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my
- 48:50Speaker 11: breathing improving. When I've got my eyes closed bost, I
- 49:06Speaker 11: tend to visualize a beautiful field with trees and flowers
- 49:26Speaker 11: producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice to,
- 50:01Speaker 11: if nothing else, just taking some time away from everything,
- 50:31Speaker 11: enjoying that feeling of peace serenity with a joyful heart.
- 51:29Speaker 11: Time seems to just drip by so very slowly, relaxed,
- 52:01Speaker 11: so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 52:40Speaker 11: this moment, completely free, noticing that your mind has slowed down.
- 53:53Speaker 11: Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention. You can
- 54:40Speaker 11: enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress to rip
- 54:56Speaker 11: out of your body, to appear out of every part
- 55:16Speaker 11: of your body, and being released from your brain in
- 55:41Speaker 11: your mind slowly but surely, the muscle thing legs relax
- 56:37Speaker 11: rs R so very deeply, rect so deeply, and the feelings,
- 57:30Speaker 11: the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders deepening each
- 57:55Speaker 11: part of your body further and deeper and deeper. Medicine
- 58:37Speaker 11: the feelings in the back of your neck, feelings in
- 59:04Speaker 11: your wrists, muscles, in front of your body. I also
- 1:00:03Speaker 11: feeling peaceful deeply. There's a sense of peace spreads through
- 1:00:44Speaker 11: your fairy core. Even when you focus on your mind.
- 1:01:33Speaker 11: Your mind becomes beve and slower yeeven deep, relaxing, so
- 1:02:44Speaker 11: very slow. Your stomach pas for in your stomach, you're back.
- 1:03:50Speaker 11: Notice Notice how relaxed you'd now feel in the hole
- 1:04:19Speaker 11: of your back. Your spy from your brain all the
- 1:04:52Speaker 11: way down the middle of your back, sending in and
- 1:05:00Speaker 11: receiving millions of messages every day. Deecomfort increasing deeply relapsed
- 1:06:05Speaker 11: your knees, spreading these signals down a spine or cord
- 1:06:44Speaker 11: into air. Every part of your body. Your shins and
- 1:07:04Speaker 11: your calf muscles were outbows. Feelings of peace and tranquility
- 1:07:59Speaker 11: spread heading through your body, tips of your toes, to
- 1:08:12Speaker 11: your eyes, your fingers, all the way till your lower back.
- 1:08:26Speaker 13: Mhm.
- 1:08:36Speaker 11: The tinker, read the tinker, Please, drifting mind just wandering away,
- 1:09:49Speaker 11: happy to let go, let go completely, let go, so tranquil,
- 1:10:55Speaker 11: oh body enjoying a sensor, list him go, he for more,
- 1:13:16Speaker 11: enjoying the space, this space of peace and safety. So fery,
- 1:14:02Speaker 11: hey y, let him go. Maybe we can just focus
- 1:16:01Speaker 11: on the different parts of your body, just to notice
- 1:16:35Speaker 11: your forehead and your eyes mutual so Louise, noticing the
- 1:17:38Speaker 11: sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom, Ye, peace for energy,
- 1:19:46Speaker 11: peace to breathe so much easier. Yes, you may have.
- 1:21:02Speaker 11: You may not have noticed your mind drifting peaceful more,
- 1:22:02Speaker 11: even more deeply in the direction of total blissful pace,
- 1:22:27Speaker 11: blissful pace rafting out to pace. Come, so calm, let
- 1:24:30Speaker 11: him go, peace with mind Rex fourty c relax cy relaxed.
- 1:26:06Speaker 11: Your body feels almost invisible, so very relaxed. I'm peaceful,
- 1:26:40Speaker 11: so peace uh.
- 1:27:11Speaker 13: Like moss.
- 1:27:47Speaker 11: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:27:54Speaker 11: more relaxed, even though off not purposely focused your mind
- 1:28:06Speaker 11: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within
- 1:28:14Speaker 11: you throughout your body, and your mind starts to slow down.
- 1:28:28Speaker 11: And that could be almost in recognition of I guess
- 1:28:35Speaker 11: my speech not being particularly fast, and things just generally
- 1:28:50Speaker 11: feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you give
- 1:29:01Speaker 11: yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day,
- 1:29:10Speaker 11: take a break from your life as it is, and
- 1:29:17Speaker 11: to give yourself a rest, given yourself permission to take
- 1:29:25Speaker 11: some time off, and to allow your body to relax
- 1:29:32Speaker 11: and allow your mind to slow down, which in turn
- 1:29:43Speaker 11: releases the tension and he stresses that you had in
- 1:29:48Speaker 11: your body. It's almost as if the parts of your
- 1:29:58Speaker 11: body just open up, allowing the negativity out and at
- 1:30:10Speaker 11: the same time replacing that negativity with positive heathing energy,
- 1:30:21Speaker 11: which then fills your body up and your mind to
- 1:30:28Speaker 11: also starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence, an
- 1:30:46Speaker 11: almost uplifting feeling, positive healing, an energy that spreads through
- 1:31:03Speaker 11: your body like a wave of comfort, and all this comes,
- 1:31:15Speaker 11: and just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour,
- 1:31:27Speaker 11: however long you want it to be, to just rest
- 1:31:37Speaker 11: and allow your mind and your body to almost reset
- 1:31:47Speaker 11: itself to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which
- 1:32:06Speaker 11: allows more room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to
- 1:32:19Speaker 11: move around your body and into your mind, almost as
- 1:32:29Speaker 11: if your mind and your body are sinking together, almost
- 1:32:38Speaker 11: mirroring each other with that growing positivity and calmness, and
- 1:32:52Speaker 11: it feels nice. It really does feel nice to know
- 1:33:00Speaker 11: that you are the one that has allowed yourself to
- 1:33:09Speaker 11: feel more comfort and to experience more of this deep
- 1:33:23Speaker 11: relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus on
- 1:33:40Speaker 11: each part of your body, you can notice that that
- 1:33:46Speaker 11: part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it,
- 1:34:03Speaker 11: becomes even more calm and comfortable just by focusing. And
- 1:34:16Speaker 11: as I move down your body, starting at your head,
- 1:34:25Speaker 11: the parts that you've already focused on will continue to
- 1:34:31Speaker 11: relax deeply and those parts that we've not yet focused
- 1:34:39Speaker 11: on or just automatically release any remain in tension in
- 1:34:52Speaker 11: anticipation of even more comfort about to come. Now, I'm
- 1:35:06Speaker 11: gonna start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:35:13Speaker 11: of the feelings of your forehead and any background sounds.
- 1:35:24Speaker 11: But mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to
- 1:35:29Speaker 11: feel even more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment.
- 1:35:39Speaker 11: This isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world.
- 1:35:48Speaker 11: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 1:35:54Speaker 11: sounds around. So as you focus on your forehead, just
- 1:36:05Speaker 11: notice how it becomes even more relaxed as you focus
- 1:36:15Speaker 11: only on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:36:25Speaker 11: Moving down to your eyes. Focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:36:36Speaker 11: how your eyelids feel so heavy yet so light at
- 1:36:45Speaker 11: the same time, and all the muscles around your eyes
- 1:36:52Speaker 11: relaxing completely. Moving your focus down to your mouth, your lips,
- 1:37:07Speaker 11: your tongue, your teeth, and your gumbs, the whole of
- 1:37:14Speaker 11: your mouth relaxing, calm and loose as you focus now
- 1:37:29Speaker 11: on your jaw, not just the parts of your jaw
- 1:37:36Speaker 11: near your mouth, your chin, but all the way up
- 1:37:42Speaker 11: the size of your face to your ears, the hole
- 1:37:49Speaker 11: of your jaw, feeding more relaxed and calm. Focusing on
- 1:38:16Speaker 11: your neck, the front of your neck and your throat
- 1:38:23Speaker 11: relaxing and loose and calm. The side of your neck,
- 1:38:36Speaker 11: the right and left side of your neck relaxtant, loose
- 1:38:49Speaker 11: and calm. And now the back of your neck. Focus
- 1:39:02Speaker 11: in on the back of your neck, letting go of
- 1:39:12Speaker 11: any tension that may have been there before, and enjoying
- 1:39:19Speaker 11: that sense of increasing comfort and release that you can
- 1:39:32Speaker 11: experience in the back of your neck. Moving down your
- 1:39:43Speaker 11: back and moving either side of your spine right from
- 1:39:51Speaker 11: the top of your back all the way down to
- 1:39:56Speaker 11: the bottom of your back, down to your lower back.
- 1:40:14Speaker 11: As you move up and down your spine. You can
- 1:40:21Speaker 11: feel the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 1:40:37Speaker 11: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 1:40:44Speaker 11: to spread outwards from your spine into both sides of
- 1:40:54Speaker 11: your back, the top of your back, the middle, and
- 1:41:01Speaker 11: your lower back. And as you scan gently and slowly
- 1:41:12Speaker 11: up and down your back, there's the muscles in the
- 1:41:17Speaker 11: top of your back relax and become looser. The muscles
- 1:41:27Speaker 11: in the middle of your back also seem to just
- 1:41:33Speaker 11: almost divide from each other, separating and almost melting. And
- 1:41:48Speaker 11: in your lower back there seems to be an extra
- 1:41:54Speaker 11: special feeling comfort. The spreads into your hips. Sit down
- 1:42:11Speaker 11: your lower back, into your hips, into the area where
- 1:42:19Speaker 11: your cocksicks are, and into your buttocks, and all those
- 1:42:27Speaker 11: muscles that spread from your lower back into your hip
- 1:42:37Speaker 11: area start to melt, start to really let go. I
- 1:42:56Speaker 11: don't even know where about. Focus on your shoulders. Your back,
- 1:43:04Speaker 11: and your spine will continue till let go. Continue to
- 1:43:15Speaker 11: relax so calmly, and if you focus on your shoulders,
- 1:43:31Speaker 11: you may notice that they're already feeding, really loose, already
- 1:43:51Speaker 11: feeding calm and fear. Those muscles then move from your
- 1:44:14Speaker 11: neck into your shoulders feel so soft and gentle, so
- 1:44:34Speaker 11: smooth and calm, and the feeling in your shoulders seems
- 1:45:03Speaker 11: to spread deep into your shoulders, that sense of relaxation,
- 1:45:12Speaker 11: not just traveling deeply into your muscles, but also relaxing
- 1:45:26Speaker 11: the bones and moving all away to underneath your arms,
- 1:45:39Speaker 11: relaxing that whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 1:45:46Speaker 11: and underneath your arms. He Then you feel so relaxed
- 1:46:04Speaker 11: and comfortable in your shoulders, which sends that deep healing
- 1:46:19Speaker 11: message into your arms. And you may feel almost as
- 1:46:37Speaker 11: if your arms are not even there, because they're so relaxed,
- 1:46:47Speaker 11: so deeply relaxed, so so calm.
- 1:47:18Speaker 13: So.
- 1:47:24Speaker 11: Pose not feeling spreading all the way down your arms
- 1:47:42Speaker 11: to your elbows, including your elbows circumforts spreads or away
- 1:48:11Speaker 11: into rests of forearments, and your rests so heavy yet
- 1:48:30Speaker 11: at the same time so light and gentle. Fred s.
- 1:49:13Speaker 1: Now on.
- 1:49:17Speaker 11: Your hands, my hands, so peaceful in your hands. There's
- 1:50:11Speaker 11: the sense of.
- 1:50:15Speaker 12: Real peace.
- 1:50:28Speaker 11: It just seems to feel so familiar with your hands,
- 1:50:42Speaker 11: relax deeply.
- 1:50:54Speaker 14: El The thing is.
- 1:51:45Speaker 11: You things, sadly a thing you tips moving your attention
- 1:52:52Speaker 11: to affront to your body, so comfortable, move in your focus,
- 1:53:23Speaker 11: your legs w mucus.
- 1:54:46Speaker 15: In your thighs, your knees.
- 1:55:09Speaker 11: So relaxed, a calf mussels and just shins co presily
- 1:56:39Speaker 11: four the fathing your feet so peaceful, com so peaceful,
- 1:58:14Speaker 11: sircom su peaceful sycm so peace f RelA scein peace
- 1:59:16Speaker 11: fur so calm, loving that deep relaxation, to spread your chest,
- 1:59:35Speaker 11: in your stomach, so really letting go of everything. So
- 2:00:06Speaker 11: I'm gonna start counting down now from twenty down to one.
- 2:00:19Speaker 11: You can imagine in a way it's like just walking
- 2:00:22Speaker 11: down some steps and each step or twenty steps, and
- 2:00:28Speaker 11: each step represents a level of comfort. Each step represents
- 2:00:41Speaker 11: a deepening of that comfort, and the furvies you walk
- 2:00:53Speaker 11: down those steps that are deeper and more relaxed, you
- 2:00:59Speaker 11: feel so starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen,
- 2:03:40Speaker 11: sixteen eight four four see too well five f four nine.
- 2:12:05Speaker 16: Eight seven.
- 2:13:20Speaker 17: H h.
- 2:14:26Speaker 11: H six five four four one.
- 2:21:46Speaker 9: No.
- 2:21:50Speaker 11: As you focus on your eyes, We're gonna count down
- 2:22:04Speaker 11: from ten down to one, focusing just on your eyes,
- 2:22:18Speaker 11: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye waves themselves,
- 2:22:28Speaker 11: our whole area that makes up your eye and as
- 2:22:46Speaker 11: we count down from ten down to one, whilst focus
- 2:22:54Speaker 11: in on your eyes, you'll become twice is relaxed with
- 2:23:09Speaker 11: each number counting down that you may find the all
- 2:23:23Speaker 11: you want to do is just drift off to sleep.
- 2:23:32Speaker 11: And if that's what you want, then just allow yourself
- 2:23:38Speaker 11: to do that. Now, focusing on your eyes, I'm going
- 2:23:53Speaker 11: to begin counting down from ten down to one right now,
- 2:24:12Speaker 11: two nine right.
- 2:25:24Speaker 18: Seven five.
- 2:29:22Speaker 11: Four three.
- 2:31:41Speaker 19: Two one.
- 2:33:16Speaker 11: So counted down from ten to one ten nine eight
- 2:33:36Speaker 11: seven six five four three two one. And maybe that
- 2:34:01Speaker 11: was a bit too quick in order to relax. Maybe
- 2:34:05Speaker 11: it's a bit too fast for you to notice the
- 2:34:10Speaker 11: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of
- 2:34:17Speaker 11: pressure there, Like you're counting down from ten to one.
- 2:34:21Speaker 11: Would you expect me to do? Man, expect me to
- 2:34:25Speaker 11: STI go floppy just because you're counting down. If you
- 2:34:35Speaker 11: try it again, but this time, I go this lower.
- 2:34:41Speaker 11: This time, as you focus on the whole of your
- 2:34:46Speaker 11: body before we focus on your legs, just notice how
- 2:34:54Speaker 11: your body does start feel more relaxed with every number
- 2:35:10Speaker 11: that I count down ten nine eight seven six five
- 2:36:00Speaker 11: four three two one. I just notice how how you
- 2:36:59Speaker 11: feel dineral, how your body feels. It's not necessarily even
- 2:37:09Speaker 11: about counting down from ten to one. It's that space
- 2:37:21Speaker 11: that you have, that space between being active physically or
- 2:37:40Speaker 11: mentally to just sitting or lying down, just being there,
- 2:37:50Speaker 11: not doing anything, not saying anything, or needing to think
- 2:37:55Speaker 11: about anything. So that opens up space, you know, a
- 2:38:02Speaker 11: bit of a space, a gap. And the more I
- 2:38:12Speaker 11: camped down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:38:20Speaker 11: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's
- 2:38:33Speaker 11: a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or discomforts
- 2:38:47Speaker 11: physically or emotionally, moves them away. Allows you to just
- 2:39:06Speaker 11: slow down. Someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 2:39:13Speaker 11: and notice that gap widening, the gap, And as it widens,
- 2:39:23Speaker 11: it's almost like the stress and attention falls into the
- 2:39:29Speaker 11: gap and gives you that distance, that space. Now ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four,
- 2:41:09Speaker 11: three two one. And how did your body feel.
- 2:42:02Speaker 14: Now?
- 2:42:15Speaker 11: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calmer? Do you
- 2:42:27Speaker 11: feeling more relaxed? As we now focus on your legs,
- 2:42:57Speaker 11: just your legs, We're just gonna start with focusing on
- 2:43:18Speaker 11: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting thing
- 2:43:37Speaker 11: to be doing, because I'm sure, like most of your
- 2:43:44Speaker 11: body is not a lot going on right now, Just
- 2:43:56Speaker 11: focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops of
- 2:44:02Speaker 11: your thighs, the sides of your thighs, the bottoms of
- 2:44:08Speaker 11: your thighs, your outer thighs, and your inner thighs. Basically
- 2:44:15Speaker 11: the whole of your thigh that leads into your hip
- 2:44:23Speaker 11: and it goes down to your knee joints. Now, this
- 2:44:34Speaker 11: is a big area. It's a very heavy area, it's
- 2:44:42Speaker 11: very strong. Probably the strongest muscles in your body are
- 2:44:48Speaker 11: in your thighs. But I think we perhaps give enough
- 2:45:05Speaker 11: attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't acknowledge how important
- 2:45:20Speaker 11: our thighs are to our lives, how much they actually
- 2:45:41Speaker 11: do for us all through our lives. And it may
- 2:45:54Speaker 11: seem to sound really weird, but I think that all
- 2:46:00Speaker 11: all of our body parts, especially our thighs, need some TLC,
- 2:46:11Speaker 11: a bit of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement, thank you,
- 2:46:27Speaker 11: gratitude for what our thighs do for us. And I
- 2:46:39Speaker 11: know this may sound a bit strange. Maybe you think,
- 2:46:46Speaker 11: why am I sure how should be out in the
- 2:46:49Speaker 11: garden hugging a tree or something well, it's hard to
- 2:46:57Speaker 11: set a microphone up on a tree. That's why I'm
- 2:47:00Speaker 11: doing this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree.
- 2:47:04Speaker 11: Now I can't see the television from the tree. If
- 2:47:13Speaker 11: you move down to your knees gain such an important part,
- 2:47:23Speaker 11: and I think we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here,
- 2:47:30Speaker 11: I don't necessarily appreciate all that my knees do for
- 2:47:36Speaker 11: me until I have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally,
- 2:47:42Speaker 11: if I ever maybe i'll pash it or it's aching
- 2:47:47Speaker 11: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:47:54Speaker 11: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 2:47:58Speaker 11: use my x without any kind of physical discomfort is
- 2:48:09Speaker 11: a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 2:48:18Speaker 11: You know that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees,
- 2:48:28Speaker 11: regardless of how your knees feel, you can have that
- 2:48:33Speaker 11: sense of gratitude and love to your knees for all
- 2:48:40Speaker 11: that they do for you. When you can still have
- 2:48:52Speaker 11: that attention on your thighs and maybe notice how your
- 2:48:56Speaker 11: thighs feel, be you've noticed that they are relaxing more
- 2:49:10Speaker 11: deeply as you focus Now on the bottoms of your legs,
- 2:49:22Speaker 11: your shins, and your calf muscles, the bones between your
- 2:49:29Speaker 11: knees and your feet incorporate, and of course your ankles
- 2:49:37Speaker 11: so important. Anyone that's had even like the slightest sprain
- 2:49:48Speaker 11: of an ankle knows how how much we take our
- 2:49:55Speaker 11: ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in a
- 2:50:04Speaker 11: way when you think that. You know, logically, our wrists
- 2:50:10Speaker 11: are a lot thinner than the rest of our arms,
- 2:50:14Speaker 11: which is okay, it doesn't I can't see any problem
- 2:50:17Speaker 11: with that because we're just picking stuff up. But our
- 2:50:22Speaker 11: ankles so much thinner than the rest of our legs,
- 2:50:34Speaker 11: and from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't
- 2:50:39Speaker 11: really make sense that all this weight would ultimately be
- 2:50:46Speaker 11: resting on your ankles then leading to your feet that
- 2:50:57Speaker 11: thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so much great work.
- 2:51:08Speaker 11: Supports us, supports our body for a lifetime, helps us
- 2:51:18Speaker 11: to balance, It helps you to get around and be mobile.
- 2:51:34Speaker 11: And there's the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger,
- 2:51:42Speaker 11: I couldn't see the point in calf muscles didn't seem
- 2:51:45Speaker 11: to do anything. Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes,
- 2:51:51Speaker 11: then my calf muscles get some work. But of course
- 2:51:55Speaker 11: that's not true. The calf muscles are being used whenever
- 2:51:59Speaker 11: we use her legs and your shins there to protect
- 2:52:13Speaker 11: your lower legs, shaped in a way almost as a
- 2:52:22Speaker 11: protector for the bone, leading of course to your ankles
- 2:52:37Speaker 11: and your feet. But we're not going to focus on
- 2:52:44Speaker 11: your feet. We're just going to focus on the legs.
- 2:52:48Speaker 11: I realize that now that I've mentioned your feet, you'll
- 2:52:53Speaker 11: probably focuses on them anyway, So maybe I should focus
- 2:52:58Speaker 11: on your feet a little bit. You can have them
- 2:53:04Speaker 11: in your awareness the same as you have your thighs
- 2:53:10Speaker 11: in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing on
- 2:53:14Speaker 11: your thighs for a few minutes, let me focusing on
- 2:53:19Speaker 11: your ankles. There's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs,
- 2:53:41Speaker 11: and there's that movement of energy because the thighs hold
- 2:53:51Speaker 11: lots of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles, the
- 2:53:56Speaker 11: big straw muscles that we have in our thigh but
- 2:54:09Speaker 11: the skin on the outside of the thighs, as in
- 2:54:15Speaker 11: the outside of all of our body, can be very sensitive,
- 2:54:25Speaker 11: sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs,
- 2:54:41Speaker 11: the bones, there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the
- 2:54:46Speaker 11: arch trees, all this stuff that's inside your thighs. And
- 2:54:56Speaker 11: I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you could actually
- 2:54:59Speaker 11: put your fingers inside your thighs and a message, so
- 2:55:07Speaker 11: you can message on the outside, of course, but to
- 2:55:10Speaker 11: be able to get deep into the muscles and to
- 2:55:13Speaker 11: be able to just massage inside your thighs, message in
- 2:55:19Speaker 11: the bones of your leg massage in or the veins,
- 2:55:28Speaker 11: and just gently healing your thighs, and you could move
- 2:55:38Speaker 11: down message and inside your knees, just message in those bones,
- 2:55:46Speaker 11: but with healing fingertips spreading that healing energy deep into
- 2:55:53Speaker 11: the choints of your knees. Of course, there's the back
- 2:56:03Speaker 11: of your your knee, you know, the inside crease where
- 2:56:08Speaker 11: your knee is. It's a very sensitive area. Very it
- 2:56:16Speaker 11: feels very nice when you stroke it. That might be
- 2:56:20Speaker 11: because it's an area that's not really touched very often.
- 2:56:26Speaker 11: It's almost like a hidden part that crease in your legs.
- 2:56:33Speaker 11: It's almost it's like a part that has a sensitivity,
- 2:56:40Speaker 11: which is a little bit different. Of course, it's protected
- 2:56:50Speaker 11: by your legs, so you can imagine put in your
- 2:57:01Speaker 11: fingers into that crease in your legs, that fold in
- 2:57:11Speaker 11: between your legs. You can just message with your fingertips,
- 2:57:16Speaker 11: let your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue.
- 2:57:27Speaker 11: You can of course field the bones.
- 2:57:31Speaker 14: Of your knees.
- 2:57:33Speaker 11: Heading through your fingertips, and then as you go down
- 2:57:46Speaker 11: to your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like
- 2:57:49Speaker 11: to be able to really put my fingertips deep inside
- 2:57:55Speaker 11: my calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of that muscle,
- 2:58:05Speaker 11: healing every part, and then doing the same for my shins,
- 2:58:18Speaker 11: massage in and gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them,
- 2:58:26Speaker 11: healing in a loving way, because they deserve to be
- 2:58:30Speaker 11: treated as the precious bones that they are, because our
- 2:58:38Speaker 11: legs are so precious as in all the other parts
- 2:58:41Speaker 11: of our body, and more precious of any chure on
- 2:58:49Speaker 11: the planet. When you start to think about your legs
- 2:59:06Speaker 11: in this way, it can change your perspective. It might
- 2:59:17Speaker 11: sound a bit a bit silly to start with the
- 2:59:24Speaker 11: idea of having love for your legs, showing appreciation for
- 2:59:32Speaker 11: your thighs, wanting to be able to put your hands
- 2:59:39Speaker 11: in your thighs, massage the muscles and the bones and
- 2:59:48Speaker 11: to get your fingers deep in there, releasing all tension,
- 2:59:56Speaker 11: just to show how much you care about your legs,
- 3:00:06Speaker 11: how much you care for what your legs do for
- 3:00:10Speaker 11: you regularly, your knees, your calves, your ankles, the strength
- 3:00:23Speaker 11: of your ankles considering how thin they are compared to
- 3:00:32Speaker 11: the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're
- 3:00:38Speaker 11: so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles are
- 3:00:55Speaker 11: truly a gift because of what they do. You supporting
- 3:01:06Speaker 11: all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:01:13Speaker 11: even if you only ate stone, there's still a lot
- 3:01:18Speaker 11: of weight for these little ankles. Now, I'm a lot
- 3:01:25Speaker 11: heavier than eat stone double down, Yet my ankles support
- 3:01:35Speaker 11: my body all the time. Whether they do give off
- 3:01:42Speaker 11: a sigh of relief when I sit down, as you've
- 3:01:48Speaker 11: got my whole legs do my feet feet also go
- 3:01:57Speaker 11: my toest clap. Your legs really are amazing. And I
- 3:02:28Speaker 11: know that talking about talking about your legs is probably
- 3:02:34Speaker 11: possibly among the most most boring things you've ever heard
- 3:02:39Speaker 11: anyone say. Possibly you're boring or not. Everything I said
- 3:02:47Speaker 11: is true. Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not
- 3:03:04Speaker 11: just respect, They deserve to relax deeply. They deserve to
- 3:03:23Speaker 11: take some time out of the day to just let
- 3:03:28Speaker 11: go completely. Your legs really can relax. And because the
- 3:04:04Speaker 11: legs are so such a most, you know, very important
- 3:04:10Speaker 11: part of your body. When you relax your legs, the
- 3:04:14Speaker 11: rest of your body also naturally follows in that journey
- 3:04:26Speaker 11: of comfort. I can feel it in my hips. My
- 3:04:38Speaker 11: hips feel really loose, and also my lower back as well.
- 3:04:47Speaker 11: My lower back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:04:53Speaker 11: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching
- 3:04:59Speaker 11: as far as I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost
- 3:05:02Speaker 11: as if the muscles are just relaxed so much that
- 3:05:06Speaker 11: there is a natural stretch as the tension has reduced
- 3:05:15Speaker 11: a lot. And I'm now going to count down from
- 3:05:34Speaker 11: ten down to one, and you can continue to feel
- 3:05:45Speaker 11: wonderfully relaxed. Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four three
- 3:06:21Speaker 11: two what relax. So I'm just going to count down
- 3:06:44Speaker 11: from five down to one. And as a countdown, if
- 3:06:48Speaker 11: you just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down,
- 3:06:56Speaker 11: and notice how you feel in this moment as you
- 3:07:06Speaker 11: hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting
- 3:07:13Speaker 11: down represent you feeling calmer, not just in your body,
- 3:07:24Speaker 11: but also relaxing your mind. I'll just notice how you feel.
- 3:07:33Speaker 11: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:07:39Speaker 11: to think about, starting with number five, four three two one. Now,
- 3:08:32Speaker 11: as you notice the gradual letting go the tension in
- 3:08:44Speaker 11: your body, you may also begin to notice and be
- 3:08:52Speaker 11: aware of how your mind is starting to slow down.
- 3:09:03Speaker 11: This is just a natural thing that happens. It's not
- 3:09:09Speaker 11: really a special procedure. It's just natural because as your
- 3:09:16Speaker 11: body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax, and the
- 3:09:22Speaker 11: more your mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes. It's
- 3:09:26Speaker 11: just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that calmness
- 3:09:38Speaker 11: that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even if
- 3:09:45Speaker 11: there's background sounds either your side or mind, it's still
- 3:09:53Speaker 11: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:09:58Speaker 11: the television on, there is no music in the background,
- 3:10:03Speaker 11: unless you're listening to the recording with music. Of course,
- 3:10:10Speaker 11: you're very likely not going to be sitting in a
- 3:10:13Speaker 11: room with other people. Of course you might be, but
- 3:10:17Speaker 11: generally it's more ideal if you can do.
- 3:10:20Speaker 20: This on your own.
- 3:10:22Speaker 11: So no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:10:39Speaker 11: relaxation automatically rises, a sense of comfort starts to grow,
- 3:10:54Speaker 11: and without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 3:11:04Speaker 11: something magical, this is just a natural process, something that's
- 3:11:14Speaker 11: easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know, the
- 3:11:24Speaker 11: sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put no
- 3:11:30Speaker 11: effort into it. It's not something that you can really force.
- 3:11:38Speaker 11: It's something that happens naturally. And part of the process
- 3:11:47Speaker 11: of this recording and others is simply two allow you
- 3:12:01Speaker 11: to take advantage of this space, this time, to just
- 3:12:16Speaker 11: let go, to just be here, to be in tune
- 3:12:27Speaker 11: with how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting
- 3:12:40Speaker 11: to relax deeply and maybe even to fall asleep, depending
- 3:12:52Speaker 11: on what it is that you wish for yourself in
- 3:12:58Speaker 11: this moment. As we know, relaxing is the majority of
- 3:13:15Speaker 11: the process of falling asleep. The actual falling asleep part
- 3:13:19Speaker 11: is the tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed
- 3:13:28Speaker 11: you become, the easier you find yourself drifting. You can
- 3:13:50Speaker 11: also if you choose stay focused on my voice and
- 3:14:00Speaker 11: really enjoy the process gradually relaxing each muscle in your
- 3:14:30Speaker 11: body effortlessly and just observing the sensation of letting go completely.
- 3:15:11Speaker 11: This time, I'm going to count from six down to one,
- 3:15:20Speaker 11: and you can notice your mind calming down more with
- 3:15:29Speaker 11: each number that you hear me say, naturally, feeling calm
- 3:15:43Speaker 11: and slow and be peaceful. Six, five, four, three.
- 3:17:53Speaker 13: Two?
- 3:18:21Speaker 11: What being aware? How your mind to slow right down,
- 3:18:56Speaker 11: sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus on your mind,
- 3:19:19Speaker 11: you may notice that there are some thoughts still there,
- 3:19:32Speaker 11: maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need
- 3:19:41Speaker 11: your attention. So what you can do is send love
- 3:19:57Speaker 11: to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:20:08Speaker 20: With love.
- 3:20:10Speaker 11: I all petals from a flower, Just sprinkle it over them,
- 3:20:16Speaker 11: petals filled with love towards those thoughts, to let those
- 3:20:23Speaker 11: thoughts know that you're not abandoned in them. You just
- 3:20:30Speaker 11: need them. You require them to just calm down, slow down,
- 3:20:42Speaker 11: quiet down.
- 3:20:47Speaker 12: For now.
- 3:20:56Speaker 11: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts, as we
- 3:21:01Speaker 11: count down this time from seven down to one with
- 3:21:06Speaker 11: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:21:22Speaker 11: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:21:35Speaker 11: melt away and relax deeply of every number, those thoughts
- 3:21:50Speaker 11: will become more and more relaxed. Starting with number seven, six, five, four, three, one,
- 3:24:34Speaker 11: let him now notice how relaxed you're feeling in your body.
- 3:25:00Speaker 11: We're going to focus on your hands, because the more
- 3:25:13Speaker 11: relaxed your hands are, the more relaxed your body and
- 3:25:20Speaker 11: mind are. And there you focus on your hands and
- 3:25:41Speaker 11: your fingers. There's nothing needed to be done. There's no
- 3:25:51Speaker 11: clenching of fists or dents in the fingers or anything
- 3:25:57Speaker 11: like that. H it's just noticing and focusing on your hands,
- 3:26:17Speaker 11: noticing how they feel. Because the more relaxed your hands feel,
- 3:26:43Speaker 11: the calmer your mind feels, and the more comforts you
- 3:26:53Speaker 11: feel throughout your body.
- 3:27:02Speaker 9: And ge.
- 3:27:05Speaker 11: May have already noticed you mind is starting to drest
- 3:27:50Speaker 11: like shim just on your hands and fingers, allowing them
- 3:28:06Speaker 11: to experience a real deepening of that relaxation in your
- 3:28:19Speaker 11: hands and fingers, more and more relaxed. With each number
- 3:28:46Speaker 11: from eight down to one, you can almost feel that
- 3:28:59Speaker 11: healing and relaxing energy spreading into your hands and fingers, becoming.
- 3:29:17Speaker 14: Ye more.
- 3:29:21Speaker 11: Relaxing with each number.
- 3:29:29Speaker 20: You hear.
- 3:29:33Speaker 11: Going down from eight down to one, drifting drifting again,
- 3:29:53Speaker 11: starting with number eight seven six.
- 3:31:49Speaker 20: Four four.
- 3:32:34Speaker 11: Three, just being here now, nothing to think about, nothing
- 3:34:03Speaker 11: to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calmer.
- 3:34:19Speaker 11: And this is your natural state of being. This is
- 3:34:26Speaker 11: how you just normally feel when you take away all
- 3:34:33Speaker 11: that other stuff that we add, you know, things like
- 3:34:41Speaker 11: stress and worrying and overthinking, anxiety, tension, just generally thinking
- 3:34:57Speaker 11: about stuff. You take that away, which is what we do.
- 3:35:04Speaker 11: What we do now you're left with a real sense
- 3:35:16Speaker 11: of peacefulness which comes to you very quickly because ultimately
- 3:35:29Speaker 11: it's just a feeling, a feeling of comfort. It's almost
- 3:35:43Speaker 11: as if you've gone inside yourself and you've found a
- 3:35:47Speaker 11: special place where everything is peaceful, a place where you
- 3:36:01Speaker 11: can feel relaxed and your natural sense of comfort, a
- 3:36:12Speaker 11: place where you can be you, where you can accept
- 3:36:20Speaker 11: yourself for who you are, the place where you're not
- 3:36:27Speaker 11: trying to please anybody else ever, a place where you
- 3:36:37Speaker 11: can actually not just love yourself, but in some ways
- 3:36:47Speaker 11: more importantly, you can like yourself, appreciate who you are,
- 3:37:05Speaker 11: and a sense of gratitude is in the air way
- 3:37:11Speaker 11: around you. And that's also a place where you can
- 3:37:24Speaker 11: actually feel the healing energy soaking into your body, healing
- 3:37:39Speaker 11: energy soaking into your body, and the healing energy spreads
- 3:37:51Speaker 11: through your veins, traveling to each and every single part
- 3:38:03Speaker 11: of your body, and you start to realize that actually,
- 3:38:13Speaker 11: that healing energy, it's not just entered into your brain,
- 3:38:21Speaker 11: it's become part of your brain, and that spinal fluid
- 3:38:34Speaker 11: is now mixed with healing energy, not just allowing you
- 3:38:45Speaker 11: to feel so much more relaxed and healthy in this moment,
- 3:38:57Speaker 11: but also you start to realize that actually, what's happening
- 3:39:07Speaker 11: now with that healing, relaxing energy spreading through your body,
- 3:39:17Speaker 11: it's actually changing your life. It's actually changing the way
- 3:39:28Speaker 11: you're going to feel not just now, but tomorrow and
- 3:39:35Speaker 11: the next day. As your health improves, not just your
- 3:39:44Speaker 11: physical health, but your mental health. Things that used to
- 3:39:52Speaker 11: bother you in the past, for some reason, no longer
- 3:39:59Speaker 11: have the effect that they used to because something has
- 3:40:06Speaker 11: changed deep within you. Maybe things that used to cause
- 3:40:19Speaker 11: you to feel anger no longer have that power to
- 3:40:32Speaker 11: control you the way they seem to be able to before.
- 3:40:41Speaker 11: As you realize that you're the one who decides what
- 3:40:52Speaker 11: affects you, You're the one who decides to feel relaxed
- 3:41:05Speaker 11: and calm when you choose to enjoy noticing these natural
- 3:41:18Speaker 11: developments of healing, continuing to grow and improve your life
- 3:41:33Speaker 11: day by day, including of course, your ability to relax
- 3:41:46Speaker 11: so much easier, and sleeping is the most natural thing
- 3:42:01Speaker 11: in the world to you, because falling asleep is something
- 3:42:12Speaker 11: that you've done so many times in your life, and
- 3:42:23Speaker 11: you know that you were born, as we all were,
- 3:42:27Speaker 11: with the ability to fall asleep naturally. You were born
- 3:42:39Speaker 11: with that ability to just drift off into a deep,
- 3:42:50Speaker 11: healing sleep. Even when we're kids, sometimes we'll fall asleep
- 3:43:02Speaker 11: when we don't even want to try to tell you
- 3:43:06Speaker 11: stay awake. Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, or
- 3:43:11Speaker 11: it's Christmas or holiday or something we look forward to.
- 3:43:15Speaker 20: We don't want to go to sleep.
- 3:43:19Speaker 11: But the more we want to stay awake, the more
- 3:43:24Speaker 11: we just start to drift. And the more you fight drifting,
- 3:43:33Speaker 11: the more you try to stop yourself and drift in
- 3:43:36Speaker 11: a safe the deeper and stronger that drifting becomes. Because
- 3:43:49Speaker 11: we're born not just with the need to relax deeply
- 3:43:56Speaker 11: and to naturally fall asleep, but it's our birthright, it's
- 3:44:06Speaker 11: part of our DNA. And sometimes as we get older
- 3:44:16Speaker 11: in life, perhaps at times we have forgotten that relaxing
- 3:44:29Speaker 11: completely is not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also
- 3:44:44Speaker 11: really easy. It's very, very easy to let go, because
- 3:45:03Speaker 11: that's all it is, is just deciding to let go.
- 3:45:18Speaker 11: And when you press the play button on my recordings,
- 3:45:26Speaker 11: you have given permission for my voice to relax you.
- 3:45:37Speaker 11: When you press that play button, you've given me permission
- 3:45:42Speaker 11: for my words to effect you in a positive, only
- 3:45:56Speaker 11: a positive way. Opening up your mind too useful and
- 3:46:18Speaker 11: healing suggestions that can have such an amazing effect on
- 3:46:35Speaker 11: how you feel right now, as well as those changes
- 3:46:48Speaker 11: that continue long after the recording ends. Those changes within
- 3:46:58Speaker 11: you to continue to flourish and grow, transforming your life
- 3:47:14Speaker 11: in a positive, beautiful way, allowing you to move forward
- 3:47:26Speaker 11: in your life in the direction that you choose for yourself.
- 3:47:42Speaker 11: And this feeling, this feeling that you can experience of safety, comfort, calmness,
- 3:48:02Speaker 11: just feels so nice. It's such a healthy place to be,
- 3:48:24Speaker 11: and that positivity grows within you each and every day.
- 3:48:40Speaker 11: Moving forward, you're going to find that you're more relaxed
- 3:48:53Speaker 11: physically and in your mind is more relaxed. And it's
- 3:49:05Speaker 11: not that you're thinking slower, it's just that your mind
- 3:49:11Speaker 11: will be less clogged up with unnecessary negativity because from
- 3:49:23Speaker 11: now on, your mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're
- 3:49:33Speaker 11: going to start noticing when negativity arises, and you can
- 3:49:44Speaker 11: just say stop, stop, and then negativity will turn around
- 3:49:58Speaker 11: and leave you alone. Stop and that negativity.
- 3:50:17Speaker 14: Would disappear.
- 3:50:26Speaker 11: And as you notice that you feel way more relaxed
- 3:50:34Speaker 11: than you probably expected. You can now congratulate yourself because
- 3:50:49Speaker 11: you're the person that has done this. You are the
- 3:50:56Speaker 11: one that has opened your mind up to the simple facts.
- 3:51:05Speaker 11: You can feel more relaxed in your body and in
- 3:51:10Speaker 11: your mind. You've opened your mind up to the birthright
- 3:51:23Speaker 11: of being able to just fall asleep easily when you choose.
- 3:51:40Speaker 11: And that's a nice feeling. Don't you think it feels nice?
- 3:51:47Speaker 11: Doesn't it? To feel calm full, that healing energy spreading
- 3:51:57Speaker 11: through your body and your mind, to spend time a
- 3:52:10Speaker 11: special place where negativity can no longer enter. Negativity is banned.
- 3:52:27Speaker 11: It's bad, it's not allowed. Entrigue doesn't it doesn't. This
- 3:52:35Speaker 11: doesn't deserve to be here, doesn't belong here. Negativity has
- 3:52:44Speaker 11: no place in your life, which makes room for more comfort,
- 3:53:01Speaker 11: more heathing, more relaxation, more peace. It feels nice, doesn't it.
- 3:53:32Speaker 11: Just let go with everything. I'm gonna count down now
- 3:53:56Speaker 11: from twenty down to one. You can continue to relax.
- 3:54:06Speaker 11: If you choose, you can dreat to sleep. With every
- 3:54:18Speaker 11: number you hear me say, you can fill twice as relaxed,
- 3:54:33Speaker 11: or if you choose, you can fill twice as sleeping
- 3:54:44Speaker 11: now twenty nine, eighteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, two, well, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six.
- 3:56:58Speaker 1: Five. Wah.
- 3:57:19Speaker 11: Yeah, this is your time to just take a break,
- 3:57:48Speaker 11: your time to relax, to allow your mind to slow down,
- 3:58:08Speaker 11: to give yourself a permission to take a break from everything.
- 3:58:27Speaker 11: And you're the only person.
- 3:58:29Speaker 21: That can make that decision.
- 3:58:34Speaker 11: You're the only person that can actually tell your mind
- 3:58:42Speaker 11: to just relax, to just take some time off so
- 3:59:06Speaker 11: that you can focus on your body, getting in touch
- 3:59:11Speaker 11: with how you feel physically, and in the process of
- 3:59:29Speaker 11: this body scan where you focus on different parts of
- 3:59:33Speaker 11: your body, those parts that you focus on and observe,
- 3:59:47Speaker 11: even though you're not purposely requesting for those parts of
- 3:59:56Speaker 11: your body to relax, kind of expected you expect when
- 4:00:05Speaker 11: you listen to my voice to feel more relaxed. Naturally,
- 4:00:18Speaker 11: because when you're listening to me, your attention is focused
- 4:00:28Speaker 11: on my words, and as my words guide you to
- 4:00:39Speaker 11: focus on those parts of your body, your focus increases,
- 4:00:59Speaker 11: which actually calms your mind. And when you wind calms down,
- 4:01:20Speaker 11: your body relaxes. And when your body calms down, your
- 4:01:42Speaker 11: mind relaxes. And even though I have not really started
- 4:01:59Speaker 11: the focus on your body, you can already feel that
- 4:02:11Speaker 11: healing energy spreading through your body, pushing out stress and tension,
- 4:02:31Speaker 11: healing all the parts of your body, including your skin,
- 4:02:39Speaker 11: your bones, your blood, all of your organs inside your body,
- 4:02:47Speaker 11: all of the muscles, all of the fat, all everything,
- 4:02:56Speaker 11: every hair on your body is filled without healing energy.
- 4:03:10Speaker 11: And when your brain it fills with that healing energy,
- 4:03:26Speaker 11: the feeling of comfort and relaxation increases, deeply increases. In
- 4:03:51Speaker 11: a way, your mind stone to feel perhaps a bit
- 4:04:05Speaker 11: drowsy because it's not needed, and it may start.
- 4:04:21Speaker 20: To drift.
- 4:04:30Speaker 11: If that's what's needed. So if you're listening to this
- 4:04:39Speaker 11: and what you need is deep relaxation.
- 4:04:42Speaker 21: That's what you get. If what you need is.
- 4:04:49Speaker 11: To fall asleep naturally and easily, that your mind drifts,
- 4:04:58Speaker 11: that's also what happened because by pressing that play button
- 4:05:13Speaker 11: on the podcast and listening to me, I give permission
- 4:05:20Speaker 11: for your body and your mind. In fact, you give
- 4:05:31Speaker 11: the command to your body in your mind to relax
- 4:05:39Speaker 11: deeply and to drift.
- 4:05:45Speaker 21: Off to sleep if that's what you want on need.
- 4:06:01Speaker 11: And as I focus on the different parts of your body,
- 4:06:12Speaker 11: you may start to just drift.
- 4:06:20Speaker 21: And then you come back again and you hear.
- 4:06:23Speaker 11: Me talking, and I'm focusing on a different parts of
- 4:06:28Speaker 11: your body, and you may find yourself drifting. You don't
- 4:06:42Speaker 11: realize you're drifting.
- 4:06:46Speaker 21: Until you stop drifting.
- 4:06:49Speaker 11: You're alert again to my voice. Focusing on a different
- 4:06:57Speaker 11: parts of your body starts to relax the dava it
- 4:07:06Speaker 11: gives that drifting. It's basically you already into sleep zone.
- 4:07:21Speaker 11: And the more you drift, the longer you drift, the
- 4:07:26Speaker 11: longer you drift. Eventually, that drifting.
- 4:07:34Speaker 21: Continues into sleep, and that's the last you remember until
- 4:07:46Speaker 21: you wake up in your own time when.
- 4:07:53Speaker 11: You experience the right amount of sleep for you.
- 4:08:02Speaker 21: Because when you do, and if you do, all.
- 4:08:06Speaker 11: Asleep extremely pleasant, so relaxing, so deep, healing.
- 4:08:24Speaker 20: Sleep feels so nice.
- 4:08:38Speaker 11: To relax into the one buddy in mind. As you
- 4:08:48Speaker 11: feel that healing energy is spreading through it. Relaxing is
- 4:08:56Speaker 11: so deep. Relaxing is so so deeply. We start to
- 4:09:18Speaker 11: focus on your eyes. Lea down to your joel.
- 4:09:42Speaker 21: Now do you make.
- 4:09:51Speaker 11: Assureddest oh ms.
- 4:10:15Speaker 14: Phious?
- 4:10:24Speaker 22: Yes you fious by.
- 4:10:54Speaker 11: Youp you legs, you're feet, your side.
- 4:11:40Speaker 20: And that feeling.
- 4:11:43Speaker 11: Being spreading and crying inside you puddy everything you are.
- 4:11:57Speaker 23: Now let's focus again on parts of your body, focusing.
- 4:12:11Speaker 11: This time on your forehead. Now on your mouth, your lips,
- 4:12:24Speaker 11: your tongue, the whole of your mouth. Focus in on
- 4:12:43Speaker 11: your fingers, maybe a kid, and move your fingers and
- 4:12:53Speaker 11: little bits. You can focus on each one individually, both
- 4:13:04Speaker 11: hands and even though if you focus on both of
- 4:13:11Speaker 11: your hands now.
- 4:13:15Speaker 21: They almost seemed to just melt into one, maybe your.
- 4:13:23Speaker 11: Right hand, start in your left hand and.
- 4:13:30Speaker 21: Almost as if.
- 4:13:34Speaker 11: Just mixed together. Now focusing on your knees, just maicing
- 4:13:51Speaker 11: how your knees fell. Now fain with elbers ft be
- 4:14:15Speaker 11: saying on both of your elbows, just observing.
- 4:14:26Speaker 20: The feeling.
- 4:14:29Speaker 11: Of your elbows.
- 4:14:54Speaker 21: Now fighting.
- 4:14:57Speaker 11: Observing what do.
- 4:15:01Speaker 13: You make.
- 4:15:12Speaker 11: The energy? Bactly you make absurd the ankles its cool
- 4:16:07Speaker 11: sensations A course.
- 4:17:10Speaker 21: I just say.
- 4:17:14Speaker 14: No the tes.
- 4:17:21Speaker 21: What do you think.
- 4:17:29Speaker 20: Be aware.
- 4:17:32Speaker 11: How you joos.
- 4:17:38Speaker 21: Ya right now?
- 4:18:14Speaker 11: Notice then hi esire, body feels noticing you might feels now,
- 4:19:14Speaker 11: lett him go, let him go, let's go everything, lets
- 4:19:48Speaker 11: him go, letting go, letting go, h.
- 4:20:13Speaker 14: Everything a thing.
- 4:20:29Speaker 11: I'm going to start now, and I'd like you just,
- 4:20:33Speaker 11: first of all, just to see yourself lying down on
- 4:20:39Speaker 11: that message table, lying on your front. Your head is supported,
- 4:20:45Speaker 11: your arms are supported. Then you feel comfortable and breathing.
- 4:20:54Speaker 11: It's really easy, and you feel if you're confident in
- 4:21:04Speaker 11: how you look as well. So there's none of that
- 4:21:06Speaker 11: issue of body problems or shyness because I'm a professional
- 4:21:14Speaker 11: and this is a therapy session, so none of that
- 4:21:21Speaker 11: stuff matters whatsoever. This is about you. This is about
- 4:21:31Speaker 11: how you feel and how you can enjoy that sense
- 4:21:39Speaker 11: of comfort and relaxation that comes from letting go and
- 4:21:46Speaker 11: allow him. My hands, my finger is to relax you
- 4:21:54Speaker 11: by a messagey your body. Someone starts off just by
- 4:22:03Speaker 11: placing my hands on the back of your head, just gently,
- 4:22:10Speaker 11: just so you can feel with my hands feel like
- 4:22:15Speaker 11: really on you, so you can maybe feel the warmth
- 4:22:22Speaker 11: of my hands on the back of your head. And
- 4:22:27Speaker 11: with my hands to the side of your head, not pressing,
- 4:22:31Speaker 11: but just holding there very gently, maybe over your ears
- 4:22:38Speaker 11: and a little bit on your face, just so you
- 4:22:41Speaker 11: can feel my hands so you can become accustomed.
- 4:22:48Speaker 21: To them.
- 4:22:57Speaker 11: And now put my hands on the back of your
- 4:22:59Speaker 11: head the game and gently let them slide down onto
- 4:23:07Speaker 11: the back of your neck. You can feel my hands
- 4:23:23Speaker 11: gently stroking the back of your neck to start with,
- 4:23:31Speaker 11: just so you can get used to the the feeling
- 4:23:35Speaker 11: my hands on your skin, get accustomed to realize that
- 4:23:43Speaker 11: you're safe. It's all good, it's all fine. And I'm
- 4:23:53Speaker 11: going to start gently messaging the muscles in the back
- 4:23:58Speaker 11: of your neck with both hands. And this is a
- 4:24:14Speaker 11: very trusting situation really, because our next is so fragile
- 4:24:22Speaker 11: and to have someone have their hands around your neck
- 4:24:26Speaker 11: in that way and sometimes be problematic for people, which
- 4:24:32Speaker 11: is why messages are quite good, because it allows you
- 4:24:36Speaker 11: to relax and in touch with trust, to feel peaceful
- 4:24:52Speaker 11: and calm. There's a massage the sides of your neck,
- 4:25:04Speaker 11: gently moving from the bottom of your neck. It would
- 4:25:13Speaker 11: be sort of near where your shoulders start. I guess
- 4:25:16Speaker 11: all the way up to your jaw is kind of
- 4:25:23Speaker 11: an area the side of your neck, of course, it's
- 4:25:29Speaker 11: a lot longer than the front of your neck. And
- 4:25:44Speaker 11: a massage in the back of your neck, especially that
- 4:25:51Speaker 11: area where perhaps we hold tension and there's that areas message.
- 4:26:01Speaker 11: You can actually feel a sense of release in the
- 4:26:05Speaker 11: back of your neck and maybe you can breathe it
- 4:26:13Speaker 11: out as well. Notice how it feels. Notice how you feel.
- 4:26:29Speaker 24: Then moving down to that area between your neck and
- 4:26:33Speaker 24: your shoulders, that muscle area, starting to message that area
- 4:26:43Speaker 24: on both sides, and this would be the area that
- 4:26:48Speaker 24: a lot of people would message if they were going
- 4:26:50Speaker 24: to give you like a shoulder message.
- 4:26:54Speaker 11: Even that's not technically the shoulders, but it's all the
- 4:26:58Speaker 11: muscles that lead to the shop orders from the neck,
- 4:27:04Speaker 11: and again that can hold attention and stress, and when messaged,
- 4:27:12Speaker 11: sometimes a nice deep message is useful, and you decide
- 4:27:19Speaker 11: how deep that message is and just allow the knuckles
- 4:27:37Speaker 11: just to dig in to get to those muscles and
- 4:27:42Speaker 11: to really relaxed all the time being firm yet gentle
- 4:27:54Speaker 11: with you and just stretching down the area to your
- 4:28:12Speaker 11: actual shoulders, moving to the muscles of your shoulders and
- 4:28:24Speaker 11: maybe initially just pulling up the shoulders a little bit
- 4:28:29Speaker 11: of the table just to give you a little bit
- 4:28:32Speaker 11: of a stretch the reachingly and you've got the muscles
- 4:28:43Speaker 11: at the front of your shoulders besides the back. Again,
- 4:28:56Speaker 11: this is a part that you can really take quite
- 4:28:59Speaker 11: a bit of pressure, quite a bit of needing if
- 4:29:07Speaker 11: if you wish to really release the tension to really
- 4:29:15Speaker 11: get into those muscles and let your fingers in there.
- 4:29:23Speaker 11: Make you feel really nice. Sometimes it's just being stroked
- 4:29:29Speaker 11: gently or being massaged quite strongly.
- 4:29:38Speaker 21: It can all be.
- 4:29:39Speaker 11: Beneficial to the realization. Put the muscles in.
- 4:29:49Speaker 20: Your shoulders.
- 4:29:59Speaker 11: Now, or have moved down your arms. I do one
- 4:30:09Speaker 11: arm at a time, starting with your right arm. What
- 4:30:19Speaker 11: idea is I just lift your arm up, just hold
- 4:30:24Speaker 11: it to the side of it and where it still
- 4:30:29Speaker 11: be attached, and I just message the tops of your
- 4:30:35Speaker 11: arms all the way down to your forearms into your wrists.
- 4:31:03Speaker 11: Generally massage in that part, the softer part, which is
- 4:31:16Speaker 11: the under part of the army, which leads to the
- 4:31:22Speaker 11: crease in the rowbo the inside. It's much more sensitive skin.
- 4:31:38Speaker 11: Sometimes just having that stroked really nice, pleasurable and relaxing.
- 4:31:58Speaker 11: Now moving down to your right hand, just holding your
- 4:32:09Speaker 11: hand with the both of my hands, just pressing gently
- 4:32:22Speaker 11: on the back of your hand, stretching your fingers every
- 4:32:29Speaker 11: slightly at the same time pressing down and messaging each finger,
- 4:32:48Speaker 11: and then starting to massage the palms of your hand,
- 4:32:59Speaker 11: just in the hand gently, stretching it gently, and actually
- 4:33:10Speaker 11: having your handheld can really be an emotional experience sometimes,
- 4:33:19Speaker 11: even if it is a stranger, someone you don't know
- 4:33:24Speaker 11: very well, like a message person or a therapist. Maybe
- 4:33:31Speaker 11: because it's intimate, you can feel nice, you can feel safe.
- 4:33:53Speaker 11: As I put that right arm back down.
- 4:33:55Speaker 1: Where it was.
- 4:34:02Speaker 11: The same with your left arm, exactly the same, massaging
- 4:34:14Speaker 11: the muscles.
- 4:34:16Speaker 21: You arm all the way down, dear rest.
- 4:34:24Speaker 11: Stroking the inside of your arm, just being gentle or
- 4:34:34Speaker 11: as firm as you require, and then massaging your left hand,
- 4:34:54Speaker 11: stretching the fingers gently. Massage in the palm of your
- 4:35:04Speaker 11: left hand.
- 4:35:17Speaker 20: Feels so.
- 4:35:21Speaker 11: So writing, so comforting. I distress your left arm back down,
- 4:35:55Speaker 11: start to message your back, the biggest part of your body,
- 4:36:06Speaker 11: starting at the top, starting again where we already be
- 4:36:13Speaker 11: a been, the area at the top in between your shoulders,
- 4:36:18Speaker 11: and then your neck. Going back and massage in the
- 4:36:23Speaker 11: area again, but this time moving downwards, taking it downward strength.
- 4:36:39Speaker 21: To a middle of your back, working from the.
- 4:36:44Speaker 11: Outside inwards, massage in that you're back, but the outside
- 4:36:54Speaker 11: of your back.
- 4:36:59Speaker 21: Ah ds. Your arms would maybe.
- 4:37:04Speaker 11: Rest against almost the heart that connects your front to
- 4:37:17Speaker 11: your back. You just message him down firmly but gently.
- 4:37:35Speaker 21: It's as firm as you want.
- 4:37:39Speaker 11: Moving down and across a little bit, and move all
- 4:37:44Speaker 11: the way down again, be very gentle you firm as
- 4:37:50Speaker 11: you shoes and then she the you can to the spine.
- 4:38:02Speaker 11: You can message the muscles and either side and your
- 4:38:06Speaker 11: spine from the top of your neck all the way
- 4:38:10Speaker 11: down to your lower back. You can do that a
- 4:38:21Speaker 11: few times. Sometimes people juice the knuckle or the you know,
- 4:38:32Speaker 11: two fingers and just go your side of the spine
- 4:38:38Speaker 11: almost just.
- 4:38:39Speaker 21: Push down, go all the way down to the bottom
- 4:38:42Speaker 21: of the spine, each time.
- 4:38:47Speaker 11: Releasing tension and opening up the body, stretching your body
- 4:38:58Speaker 11: so that you feel more relaxed than at the same
- 4:39:03Speaker 11: time betuvenated. And now I'm going to move to one side,
- 4:39:20Speaker 11: to your right side, and from the bottom of your
- 4:39:28Speaker 11: ribs to your pelvis, you can massage that area of
- 4:39:36Speaker 11: your back. I'll stretch over the other side and i
- 4:39:41Speaker 11: will pull the muscles gently and massage and push on
- 4:39:47Speaker 11: one end that side will right on my side to
- 4:39:52Speaker 11: the middle act to where your spine is. Massage in
- 4:39:58Speaker 11: that side of your spine. The opposite sides are outstanding.
- 4:40:05Speaker 11: It's almost like leading bread. There's that big area which
- 4:40:11Speaker 11: is yeah, there's lots there to message. Potentially one of
- 4:40:23Speaker 11: the most important places to actually have a message because
- 4:40:30Speaker 11: you really feel there, really feel the release and the
- 4:40:36Speaker 11: pleasure of having your lower back massaged. It releases so
- 4:40:45Speaker 11: much from your body that's not useful, starting a healing process.
- 4:40:56Speaker 21: Which will continue long after this recording is over.
- 4:41:08Speaker 11: The message in this part of your body only it feels.
- 4:41:12Speaker 21: Really good for you. It's actually fun to do because
- 4:41:18Speaker 21: it is.
- 4:41:19Speaker 11: Never said like kneading bread. It's a part you can
- 4:41:24Speaker 11: really get hold of and really message deeply.
- 4:41:31Speaker 21: If that's your choice, They're going to move over to
- 4:41:42Speaker 21: the other side of your body and do the same.
- 4:41:48Speaker 11: On the opposite part on your lower back, needing and
- 4:41:56Speaker 11: messaging on your sides all the way.
- 4:42:04Speaker 21: To the middle of your back where your spine.
- 4:42:07Speaker 11: Is pressing and needing, firm and gentle at the same time.
- 4:42:22Speaker 11: It feels so releasing. There's a mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness,
- 4:42:35Speaker 11: relaxation or mixed together.
- 4:42:44Speaker 21: What is this that feeling from.
- 4:42:47Speaker 11: Your stomach that's being stretched even though you're in your
- 4:42:52Speaker 11: stomach now you can feel it in stretched because the
- 4:42:57Speaker 11: whole area is connected to your stomach. Now I'm gonna
- 4:43:08Speaker 11: move or move further up to the top of your body,
- 4:43:14Speaker 11: and we did the same this time, starting yeah, the
- 4:43:22Speaker 11: upper back. Put my hands forward over and mess message
- 4:43:28Speaker 11: in that area up to your spine, from the side
- 4:43:35Speaker 11: of your body up to your spine to some of
- 4:43:39Speaker 11: that message area, the muscle tissue or whatever fatty tissue
- 4:43:46Speaker 11: even will being possibly from the chest. There's all connected.
- 4:43:52Speaker 11: The chest and the back connect together.
- 4:43:58Speaker 17: I'm going to be.
- 4:43:59Speaker 11: Message in it. Just put in some of that skin
- 4:44:03Speaker 11: from your side up a massage in that area and
- 4:44:12Speaker 11: your upper back all the way to your spine.
- 4:44:21Speaker 21: And then I'll move down the dad and I'll continue
- 4:44:24Speaker 21: at the middle of your back doing exactly the same thing.
- 4:44:31Speaker 11: As gentle, as.
- 4:44:34Speaker 21: Deep as you choose. Now I'll move up the.
- 4:44:45Speaker 11: Other side again and do the except the same thing
- 4:44:50Speaker 11: with the top of your back on the other side, from.
- 4:45:00Speaker 21: Much underneath your own area really.
- 4:45:07Speaker 11: To your spine. Then continuing that all the way down.
- 4:45:19Speaker 21: Including you allow your middle of your back.
- 4:45:36Speaker 11: I'm gonna go to your thighs, the backs of your
- 4:45:40Speaker 11: thighs and the sides of your thighs starts with your
- 4:45:50Speaker 11: right leg and aside jim the back and the side
- 4:46:00Speaker 11: with you ad bies, gimply, family, there's a lot of
- 4:46:07Speaker 11: muscles there. It's an area that can be very tense
- 4:46:11Speaker 11: at times and maybe needs a little bit more pressure.
- 4:46:16Speaker 21: Than the rest of the body.
- 4:46:18Speaker 25: That's up to you.
- 4:46:24Speaker 11: And you can gimply strike the back there your legs
- 4:46:29Speaker 11: where you know, opposite.
- 4:46:32Speaker 21: Your knee joint or underneath your knee joint, very.
- 4:46:37Speaker 11: Sensitive gentle area and working down to your calf muscles.
- 4:46:53Speaker 11: That's much in your calf muscles thoroughly and deeply is
- 4:47:03Speaker 11: he's in both hands, fingers.
- 4:47:10Speaker 21: Deep to your ankles, in the back of your back
- 4:47:25Speaker 21: of your ankles.
- 4:47:28Speaker 11: Just ditle message.
- 4:47:30Speaker 21: In that area maybe left in the leg and stretching
- 4:47:41Speaker 21: out all that moving to the light that.
- 4:48:03Speaker 11: Massage you the bottom of your feet, the sides of
- 4:48:13Speaker 11: your feet didn't leave firm enough, so the danctical.
- 4:48:30Speaker 20: Just allow.
- 4:48:33Speaker 11: The pleasure that you give from having your feet message
- 4:48:39Speaker 11: to just overtake you as I continue to message your feet,
- 4:48:49Speaker 11: bottoms of your feet. Besides the arches, the helm a lot.
- 4:49:00Speaker 21: Of pressure into your heel and it feels amazing. Yet
- 4:49:06Speaker 21: the arches need to be a bit more gentle.
- 4:49:13Speaker 11: Stretching your toes gently, massage in the bottoms of.
- 4:49:20Speaker 21: Your toes and my fingers each old individually. The merits
- 4:49:37Speaker 21: left leg to do exactly the same thing.
- 4:49:44Speaker 11: Starting on the top of the pies. Work in the
- 4:49:51Speaker 11: back of the pies and sides. Massage and deeply and gently.
- 4:49:59Speaker 21: The whole area.
- 4:50:00Speaker 11: Yuh work him all the way down. This is an
- 4:50:13Speaker 11: area that maybe you couldn't like spend more time, and
- 4:50:21Speaker 11: that's in a message. Perhaps if he wanted.
- 4:50:28Speaker 21: I could make a feature he called him, m's spend
- 4:50:32Speaker 21: more time on the world particular area.
- 4:50:40Speaker 17: To move down.
- 4:50:44Speaker 21: To half my soughts massage half my thoughts. Uh rigimently
- 4:51:04Speaker 21: Now I cancuante you.
- 4:51:08Speaker 11: Beat mess art.
- 4:51:13Speaker 21: Makes me beat palms of your beats, stretching interiors and
