- TB: All right, folks, the gang is all here. Random question out of nowhere. So the Bills were on a bye week. Did everyone enjoy their Buffalo Bills free Sunday? Mike, I'll start with you. Mike: I did. We actually had a softball tournament all weekend, so I I just got to see some scores online. That was about it. I w saw some of the the primetime games, but it was relaxing. TB: So are you saying you went almost an entire Sunday with no football? Mike: I I watched the the Chiefs get beat, but yeah, for the most part. TB: Sydney, what about you? Sydney: Yeah, I slept on the couch for most of Sunday. There was no bills, no commanders, no Jaguars. Literally nothing for me to watch. So of course we had it on. We finally got our new TV. So it's pretty big. So we had the four screen red zone thing on and we watched that. but I slept pretty much the whole entire time. So TB: Yeah, I I gotta say I was in and out of the Bengals Ravens game, but I think for the most part, the one o'clock I I had a book and I was sitting on the front porch enjoying the beautiful weather. I was not glued to my TV at all on Sunday and it was glorious. So I I actually enjoyed the Bills By Week. So yeah, it was very enjoyable. But I think that that is a great place to start the show. All right. What is up, folks? We're back. The whole gang is back together again. We're here on the three Ts. It's your boy TB. I got two co-hosts with me today. Sydney, as always, and Mike, thanks for stopping in for bi week bills pandemonium. I'd have no idea what's about to happen on the next 45 minutes. It could go six hours. I don't know what Sydney has in store for us, but we are we are about to find out. So I I started throwing some some text, some ideas out to you both. what, last early last week? I don't even I don't know what day it is right now. So so I'm so screwed up. And I was like, hey, it's the Bills By Week. Let's throw the script out the window and let's just see what happens. I I have no idea what's about to happen. Sid, you're you're going to be leading the charge on this sucker. So take it away. What do you got in store for us? Sydney: Yeah, so you pitched the idea of a game show, which I definitely took that and ran a little bit. but you texted me the other day and you said, Do you need help planning? And I said, Nah, I got this. So TB: Nah. Sydney: while I was on the treadmill yesterday, I was searching up some ideas of kind of what I wanted this to be focused around. TB: Okay. Sydney: And what I was thinking about was obviously we have grown up in different generations. That's a given. There's many different things that are different about many different topics about social media. You guys didn't have much of that. Sports, music, movies, TV shows, all these things. So I created a bunch of questions based around the time period wherein you guys grew up. So welcome to Cine's game show, The Great Divide. Shout out Noah Gone. TB: Okay. All right, all right. Sydney: So there's a bunch of different topics that we're gonna go through. it's pretty self-explanatory. I have a pen and paper. I'm gonna keep tally and points as you guys get questions correct. we're gonna start off pretty easy, or you know, some some warm-ups that are based on some pretty culturally significant things that I feel like TB: Lord. Sydney: you guys should know. TB: We are screwed. Okay, wait, timeout. Sydney: Or pop culture, I guess I should say. Pop culture. TB: Is this as easy as I thought finish the quote was gonna be last week? Sydney: I don't know, I guess we'll see. TB: And because just you know, Mike, I don't know if you got a chance to listen, but Sydney thought the finish to the Hulksters famous line was eat your vegetables. Sydney: That's why there's a cultural divide, right? The Great Divide. TB: Let's go. Let's go. I'm I'm ready. This is gonna be fun. Mike, are you you Sydney: All right. TB: got your thinking cap on? We we ready we good to go? Mike: Yeah, well let's do this. Sydney: Alright, sounds good. So I am TB: He might never never h be a guest host again. Sydney: I have my pen, so I'm gonna keep track, but we're TB: Okay. Sydney: gonna start with some pop culture, 80s and 90s pop culture. So these are going to be one point, and I'm keeping score. Towards the end, TB: So do we take turns? Sydney: yep, you're gonna take turns. So I'm gonna give you guys the questions. TB: Okay. Sydney: and then as we get a little farther into this, we're gonna get a little bit harder questions that are based around other topics. I'm not gonna get into that quite yet. But essentially you can wager your points. And then we will mm-hmm. TB: a daily double. Sydney: And then we will crown the winner. But then I have some more thought-provoking questions at the end that aren't necessarily worth points, but are still, a part of the show. So. TB: So, what do we want to call this? Sydney: All right, T V TB: As long as I get a second answer in before I realize anyone knows my first answer is wrong, I should be fine. Mike: Yeah. Sydney: Which NFL team did Brett Favre play for immediately before joining the Green Bay Packers? TB: Immediately before joining the Green Bay Packers? Sydney: Yep. TB: Mm this is not good. John Elway Sydney: Is that a team? TB: I have no idea who drafted Brett Far. I'm assuming it was the Minnesota Vikings. Mike, do you know? Mike: Falcons. Sydney: Correct. TB: su All right. Sydney: Making this interesting here. TB: He took the lead. Nineteen seventeen. Sydney: Alright, Mike. He was the first player to what? TB: Whoa whoa whoa. he stole it. Alright. Damn it. John Elway Sydney: It was the first player to rush for two thousand yards in a single NFL season. Mike: J. Simpson. Sydney: Correct. TB: No comment. Mike: Ha ha TB: It's a family show. Mike: Killer season. Sydney: So that was all that was that was the NFL round. So here we go. TB: Dang, I got smoked to the NFL round. What kind of host am I? Sydney: We are TB19. Mike twenty one. That's where we're at. All right. TB: Not good. Not good. Sydney: So There are two wagering rounds. You can wager some points for the WWE round and the Buffalo Bills round. TB: Which is first? Sydney: The WWE round is first. TB: Mike, how much you wager in? Sydney: Make sure you have some points to wager for each round. TB: Well what okay. So you can't you can't go all in on the first one? Sydney: you can I guess if you want. TB: All right. Well I wanna know how much Mike is wager at first. Mike: Who's got the first question? Sydney: Yeah. I don't know. Haven't gotten that far yet. TB: So we each get a WWE question. Sydney: Yeah. TB: those listening, this is the first the Mike: Ha ha ha. TB: first game show we are attempting here on the three T. So patience is a virtue. we each get a question. I am wagering Sydney: Mm-hmm. TB: nineteen points. Sydney: my gosh, all or nothing, okay. Okay, you're wagering nineteen? TB: Yes. Sydney: So if he if you do not get it right and he steals your question and gets it right, he gets your nineteen points. TB: Whoa, we're st we you could steal points in this round? Mike: Boom. TB: this is crazy. I thought I was just by myself on an island. Okay. Sydney: But there's two questions. TB: But I'm gonna sit on this island and eat my vegetables, so let's go. Sydney: Okay. Mike, how much are you wagering? Mike: Ha ha I'll go ten. Sydney: Okay, wait during ten. All right. First question goes tip. TV. For nineteen points. Who was the first ever WWE Money in the Bank ladder match winner WrestleMania twenty one? TB: my gosh, this sucks. What year was it? Or you won't you don't know. Sydney: WrestleMania twenty one. TB: The first ever money in the bank ladder winner. Mike, do you know this? Mike: I have a guess. TB: I don't think this is right. All right. Do I do I go for shoot. I will like I would like to wager four points. Is it the Miz? Sydney: Yeah, yeah, it's your question. Too late. TB: All right. Sydney: Yeah. TB: Mike, what's your guess? Mike: How wrong do I lose nineteen points to? Sydney: No, no, no, no, no. Mike: Might be a little early for this, was it was it Rey Mysterio? Sydney: you're both wrong. It was edge. Mike: that's my next guess. TB: So I have zero. The only way I can get back in this game is if Mike gets his wrong and I steal. All right, Mike: Mm. TB: get it wrong. Sydney: All right, you're at zero. Okay. Mike, your question is Who did Randy Orton defeat to become the youngest world heavyweight champion in WWE history in two thousand and four? Mike: Sucks. Was it Eddie Guerrero? Sydney: Would you like to seal? TB: yes, I would like to steal two thousand four That's a good guess. Was it Batista? Sydney: No it was not. TB: Damn it. Who's the answer? Sydney: I hope I'm pronouncing this correctly. Crispin Wan. TB: you brought up a Crispin Wah Mike: Yeah. TB: Man. boy. That's another podcast. Sydney: Well, it is currently zero to eleven. TB: Bringing up a lot of murderers on this show today. Zero to eleven. All right. How many Sydney: yeah TB: questions we got left? I I was Sydney: So this TB: gonna answer that, but I didn't think that you would bring up that that pla that that wrestler on this show. Sydney: I actually did not even know that until you just said that, but then I I have heard that before, so my apologies. TB: Then you were like, R, r. Boom. Sydney: Meia bala de idos. TB: All right, so how many questions left? Sydney: Those are all for the WWE questions, but this is I have two remaining questions for the Buffalo Bills segment. TB: And these are wagers. Sydney: Well you got nothing to wager, so so I think TB: I got nothing to wager. So Mike has to go first. Sydney: yeah, Mike has to go first. All right, Mike. TB: What are you wagering? You got eleven points. Mike: Make it interesting. I'll I'll make it five. Sydney: Majoring five. TB: How was that interesting? Mike: Give you a give you some more of a shot here. TB: Should have waited your eleven. Sydney: All right, wagering five. Which Bills running back was drafted in the first round in 1984, but was later traded to the LA Rams? Mike: You know this one? TB: We are terrible at this game. Nineteen eighty-four. I was five. Sydney: You're a dire advantage and know all these. TB: Some guy that never played for the team. Mike: the only Rams quarterback I know from that time was Eric Dickerson. Sydney: Is that your answer? TB: You should have gone with John Elway. Mike: Ha ha. Sydney: Yeah. TB: he was drafted in nineteen eighty four and traded to the Rams. Sydney: He was a first round pick. TB: my gosh. Was this guy successful? Did he have a successful have you heard of this player? Sydney: Can't tell ya. TB: it's not Marshall Falk. Mike: Yeah. TB: no idea. Doug Floody Sydney: Greg Bell TB: Who? Mike: Ha ha TB: Greg Bell? I would have known if you said Greg the Hammer Valentine. Who the hell is Greg Bell? my gosh. Sydney: I thought this is on my list. It's on my list. TB: all right. Well Mike's down to six points. Okay, so what if I can I can you even ask me this question? I don't have any points. Sydney: Yeah, so we'll make this question the last question for all the marbles. TB: This question right here Mike: Mm-hmm. Sydney: It's worth seven points. TB: Seven points Okay. Sydney: Yeah. TB: This is the last question. Sydney: Yeah. TB: Okay, hit me. Sydney: Which Bill's defensive lineman was nicknamed the Biscuit? TB: Cornelius Bennett, number ninety seven. What? Sydney: That's not what it says, unless he has a different name. TB: Is that that's right? Mike: Hm. Yeah, that's right. TB: That's that's right. Your your notes are flawed. Sydney: That's not what it says. TB: It's Cornelius Bennett. Sydney: Why does it say Jeff Wright then? TB: Wait a second... Who Sydney: What? TB: Cornelius Bennett is known as the biscuit. Sydney: Well, it gives me the wrong answers. TB: Well, that's not correct. I can tell you right now. you could Google whatever you want. Go Google Sydney: Well I don't know. TB: what is Cornelius Bennett's nickname and it's the biscuit. Mark it down. Sydney: All right, let's see. TB: Yeah, quickly before John Owe comes back into the fold. Mike: Ha ha ha. Sydney: Mm-hmm. What? Who is Jeff right then? TB: I've never no idea who Jeff Wright is. Mike, do you know who Jeff Wright is? Sydney: And then someone says. Mike: No. TB: It's David Wright's brother. Sydney: Wow. TB: Now I'm not so sure on the rest of these answers. you have any other questions or is that the last question? Sydney: No, I did have some other questions that weren't related to the competition. TB: So that's it. I that was the last shebang. Sydney: Yeah, I told you that was for all the marbles. TB: I I think we c we call it a tie. What what do you think there, John? Mike: He only spent it, wasn't actually a linebacker? TB: Another good point. Another good point. See we need we need Sydney: I don't know. My sources. Mike: Yeah. TB: we need the the income to start flowing for the three Ts to get a fact checker on this program. Sydney: I don't know. TB: Anyway, I I'm I'm declaring the first ever three T's bi week great divide a tie, a draw. I feel like we're the the commanders and the giants. Sydney: Yeah, that's true. TB: Congratulations. That was a a well hard fought tie, Mike. Good job. Mike: Thank you. TB: And if you don't believe me, just ask Jeff Wright. Mike: Ha ha Sydney: Who is that? I don't know who that is. TB: Also known as the biscuit, apparently. And he played defensive lineman in nineteen eighty four. For the Toronto Sydney: Wow. TB: Argonauts. Sydney: Who is Jeff Wright? TB: I have no idea. All right. Good job. Not not too shabby. That was fun. Sydney: Good. I'm glad. Well, not really related to the competition, but TB: Okay. Sydney: So I have one just life in general and then bills and then wrestling. Which one do you want to start with? TB: Okay. Mike, you you you get to pick which one you want. Mike: Go wrestling. Sydney: Okay, and you both can answer these on your own experience. So you can bring back any wrestler from any era for one final match. Who would it be? TB: This will be edited for time. Sydney: D minute. Mike: I'd say probably Eddie Guerrero. such a character and just the the build up to the match I think would be great. Sydney: Is that Vicky Guerrero's husband? TB: That's true. Sydney: Iconic. She's very iconic. TB: Her husband was even better. Mike: Ha ha ha. Sydney: Excuse me. TB: I would say a we can pick anyone. Sydney: Mm-hmm. From any era. TB: And they had to be in their prime like I I wanna see I wanna see Andre the Giant fight in his prime. I wanna see him fight some of these big guys. Because unfortunately, when I was finally watching, he was well past his prime. His injuries, his back was so messed up, he could barely Sydney: Yeah. TB: move. WrestleMania three versus Hogan, Detroit, Pontiac Silverdome. one of the Classic I most iconic matches of all time, him versus the Hulkster, Hulk Hogan. he could barely move. He was so hurt. and then, you know, he only had a couple years left after that. So I would I would want to see Andre the Giant, maybe six, seven years prior to that moment in time, be able to to fight some of these big guys now. I think I think it would be great because he was a larger than life figure. That was known worldwide before there was international television and social media. he was the epitome of the word superstar. Everywhere he went, people were coming out to see him in every country. So yeah, I would say Andre the Giant. But I do I do like the Eddie Guerrero pick. That's an okay. That's another that's what the heck was that sound? Is that the buzzer? Are we getting buzzed? No, we just heard a loud loud buzz. Anyway. All right. Well, there you go. What what about you? Do you have an answer? Sydney: I didn't hear anything. Mike: I heard it too. So that's a that's that's a good answer, I like. Sydney: I don't know. don't think I have any that aren't currently wrestling right now. TB: those are two two good answers. Eddie and and and Andre. Good question. I like that one. Mike, did you watch did you watch a lot of Andre when you were Sydney: Perfect. Good answers. TB: what what's your first memory of watching wrestling? Mike: And probably WrestleMania three, 'cause it wasn't TB: Yeah. Mike: on TV that much other than WWF. TB: Yeah, unfortunately I was just I was still probably really too young to really appreciate him at the time. So it's it's just a shame. I remember seeing him, but like I said, he was just so hurt at the end of that run and he could barely move, he could barely do anything, and it w it was a shame. Sydney: Alright, do we want Bill's next? Or the other question? TB: We'll go bells. Sydney: Alright. If we were to have won a Super Bowl or were to win a Super Bowl in the future, would you prefer to experience it now your current age or when you were a kid? TB: Mike, do you have an answer for this already or? Mike: I would say now, just because I think I understand it more. You you we've waited so long for this that if we won that first Super Bowl we were in, yeah, that would have been great. But to wait this long and go through all that heartbreak, I think it'd be so much better now. TB: Yeah, I think I agree with you. I still have memories in my head that I could picture clearly from losing the first Super Bowl. when Scott Norwood misses that kick, I know exactly where I was sitting on my couch, literally putting a pillow over my face, just bawling my eyes up. Like I could picture that moment. I can't remember too much about the next three, unfortunately. Well, maybe fortunately, because they were they were terrible. the first game was a Great game. That the next three were just ass kicks. we got destroyed. so that first one was just awful, especially as a kid. It would have been nice to go the next thirty six years without some of the taunts and the ridiculous, you know, everyone telling you you're a loser all the time and your team sucks for the next three decades. But I think I would pick now too, just because, you know, of what the team has meant throughout my life. And then the fact that Sydney, you and your brother now are huge fans and you're a part of the the show too as well, you know. Mike and your kids and everyone, there's just a a lot more investment in in in our family like and friend circle, if that makes sense. Sydney: Mm-hmm. TB: I mean, cause Mike, let's let's, you know, think about it this way. You and I just our friendship has grown exponentially recently over this team, you know, and our decision to move forward with season tickets and all that stuff and to bring our kids on board and to, just expand our our love for this team. So yeah, I think to your point, it absolutely would mean more now, just because there's more people involved in the story, that makes sense. Sydney: Yeah. TB: my my parents, I guess I guess they were Bills fans back in the day, but I remember watching the games and I remember having it on the radio and the games weren't on TV due to blackouts and things like that. But it's not like I was the f I I felt like I was the fan. I had the newspaper articles, I had the pictures, I had my walls decorated with all the the Bill stories. now I feel like at least and you could correct me if I'm wrong, Sydney, but my love has been passed down to you and your brother. For this team. So it's just like I just feel like there's more investment. Mike, Sydney: Mm. TB: what do you what do you think about that? Mike: Yeah, I agree. It's it's nice having our families involved now. and handing down that gift or curse, I don't know which one it is, but TB: Yeah. Mike: but just imagining that parade is that's gonna be so cool when I have Sydney: Mm. When TB: Well flip it for you, sid. Flip it for you. Would you rather experience it now or thirty years from now? Sydney: It's hard to even think that way, I guess, because when you live when you live in the present, like you say, like, TB: Yeah. Sydney: you wanna experience it now. Like I could ask you the same question, like do you want it now or do you want it when you're eighty? You know what I mean? It's like you're always gonna say, yeah, like now, because that's like what you're living. TB: Yeah. Sydney: So it's hard for me to picture that so far in advance, I guess. TB: Yeah, you haven't had the luxury of being tormented by other football fans for your whole life and just being ridiculed and being told you're a loser for most of your most of your fandom. don't know. No, that's that's a that's a good question, but I think I think Mike nailed it. I think I think we would have much more appreciation for it for it now just because of the I I feel like there's Is there more at stake? Is it fair to say there's more at stake now? Sydney: Yeah, for sure. TB: And I know this isn't life and death, this is this is just sports, but I feel like, maybe I'm speaking out of turn, but I feel like there's more at stake. Sydney: Mm-hmm. Yeah, because I'm sure you guys felt the same way. I don't know who your best quarterback was back in the day. But were were you thinking are we gonna get another chance? Are we ever gonna have a quarterback that's this good? Are we ever gonna have a team that has this much potential? you went to four Super Bowls, you had to have been good. TB: you mean Jim Kelly? Well the Jim Kelly like he was amazing, a all fame quarterback, but to go like between Jim Kelly and Josh, Sydney: But when you don't know when you TB: Trash. Sydney: don't know that there's a Josh Allen around the corner, you're thinking, are we ever gonna have this chance again? Right? I mean, in the moment, you you don't know. like TB: Yeah. Sydney: right now we have Josh Allen and we're thinking if we don't get a Super Bowl, like we might not ever have this chance again. Like are we ever, ever gonna see a quarterback as good as Josh Allen? We don't know that. TB: the the odds are extremely low. Just because you not only do the Mike and I have nearly five decades of fandom, right? So we've experienced it ourselves with this team, but we've seen all the other teams and the other great quarterbacks come and go. And an absolute elite top-tier first ballot Hall of Fame quarterback doesn't come along very often. Like these guys are so rare. It just sucks that. We had to play on the opposite end of the field against one of the greatest, t Tom Brady, and we had to have him beat our team's ass for 20 years. So, but he was one of the greatest. But we had Jim Kelly and now we have Josh Allen, and everything in the middle was absolute garbage. So we we experienced almost the pinnacle of the mountain. the team in the early nineties that went to four straight Super Bowls, this was a dominant team. No one could stop this offense until the the Super Bowl. But then when that team was done in the late nineties, I mean it was awful. And like we were the butt of every joke for almost two two decades after that. So you want to talk about the highs and the lows. It's it's crazy. Mike, what do you what are what do you think? What can you add to this? Mike: we waited twenty years between Jim Kelly and Josh Allen, so it's you gotta strike lightning in a bottle to to get that quarterback. you never know how long it's gonna take after Josh Allen to get another quarterback like that. TB: Exactly. We've come a long way from fluty flakes too, so that's a good question. That's a great a great thought provoking question. Sydney: All right, last question. I wouldn't say that this is as as good, but what was the biggest cultural moment of your lifetime that you remember exactly where you were and when TB: Sheesh. Mike, Mike: yeah, I f for me it was nine eleven. I I that was that as a day that I'll never forget. I I remember where I was and it was just the entire day was just fear, you didn't know what was gonna happen. But I I think that changed a lot of things around here forever. TB: Yeah, I I was I was gonna say the same thing. Do you remember where you were? I'm I'm sure you Mike: yeah. TB: do. Is that something you want to share or? Mike: I was at college at Kent State, and I was I was working nights, so I got up don't know, eight thirty in the morning. may maybe it was a little bit later than that, and come downstairs, my roommate says a plane just hit the World Trade Center and you're thinking it's some kind of like little Cessna or something like that. He's like, No, it was a jet that flew into the World World Trade Center and you you're thinking, Okay, that you know what? it had to be a malfunction or something like that. And then when the second one hit, you're like, no, this is not good. And y you just thought we were under attack and you you no one knew what was going on. TB: No, that's the first thing I thought of. You want to talk like just a complete world changer. I remember because I was in the police academy for Baltimore. so the first plane hits, the instructors come in, they had wheeled a TV into the room, they turn on the news, and we're all sitting around, and we see that second plane happen live as it flies into the building. And we obviously were not sworn officers yet, but we all were kind of like We knew something was going to be changed immediately. And then it became like strategy and mean we are a part of this police department. And then we were essentially later in the day or the next day, I don't I don't even remember this part, but shipped out and sent to different parts of the city to be on, I mean Watch duty, I don't even know what you want to call it, but we were literally stationed at intersections and watching churches and watching railroad crossings and anything you could think of. They put kids with basically flashlights. Like we didn't have any we weren't sworn officers, we didn't have any like weapons or guns or anything, and they were positioning us all over the city, and it was just like insanity. but Yeah, I remember my fellow classmates and just the thoughts and the moods people were considering leaving the academy and immediately enlisting in the military. th these were these were live conversations that were happening in a span of hours. So just don't know, this is surreal. But to see that second plane hit in live time, as it's actually happening, because they were showing the building that was smoking after they said a plane had hit. And then here comes the second one. Boom. And everyone was like, Holy you know what? this is crazy. So Unbelievable. Twenty twenty-five years ago. Twenty-five years ago. It's just Sydney: Mm. TB: it's wild. But Sydney: Yeah. TB: yeah, I don't even know what else would compare to that moment. I mean, obviously that's a very sad and depressing thing to think about. I would have to I would have to get out of this mind frame to come up with something positive that would be like culturally I I remember Y2 Y2K. Mike, you remember this? Mike: yeah. Thought the world was gonna end. TB: Do you remember Y two K Yeah, Sydney, have you heard of this? Sydney: No. TB: So December thirty first, nineteen ninety nine, everyone thought that when the clock turned to two thousand that the w Sydney: yeah, I didn't I TB: world was literally going to come to an end. Like everything was going to self destruct or I I might w what do you remember? Mike: They they said the computers wouldn't be able to understand the the switch to the new millennium. you you were just waiting, you you're doing the countdown and you just wait for all the power to go out, for everything just to shut down. TB: Yeah, you want to talk about the oddest, eeriest feeling when that when it goes from ten to nothing, and you're waiting, thinking your brain is like churning every worst case doomsday scenario it that you could possibly think of. And then all of a sudden it's 2000, it's the year, it's January 1st, 2000, and You're exactly in the same spot you were one second ago and nothing nothing happened. And everyone's like, whoa, we just worried about this for how many years? So that was like that was I don't want to say let down because you know, thank God nothing happened, but holy cow, that was that was crazy. Sydney: That's that's silly. But it makes sense. TB: Yeah, but people thought all kinds of crazy stuff was about to happen. It was insane. Do you have any? Sydney: Not really. I mean nothing that are like super significant. nothing positive. yeah, nothing too big that I really remember. Which I guess is a good thing. But unless it's a positive thing. But nothing that really comes to mind. TB: Yeah, unfortunately I feel like some of these huge global or, country events usually revolve around some negative stuff. I don't know. We gotta we gotta end on a positive note here. We gotta we gotta we can't have bi week pandemonium Sydney: yeah. what's okay? TB: we can't have bi week pandemonium be on a down note here. Depression. Sydney: I'm all out of questions. TB: if you ever get the chance to see the Y2J's debut, now that was a countdown worth worth talking about. Have you do you know who I'm talking about? Y2J, Sydney: What? No TB: WWF, Chris Jericho, the debut of Chris Jericho. Sydney: well. TB: my goodness. You want to talk about a debut for the ages. So they had shown this countdown, and I it had gone on for months and months. And finally it was a Monday night raw. I can't remember what year. Mike, do you remember what year this was? Mike: It was probably two thousand one, somewhere around there. TB: Yeah. So clearly after the world didn't end in two thousand. So the rocks cutting a promo on Monday Night Raw, and all of a sudden the clock starts counting down from ten and the lights go out, and they play this really kickass video, and the light spotlight shines on the ramp, and they're standing with his back to the audience in a sequined shiny jacket. With a long flowing blonde hair and a ponytail with his arms outstretched was was Chris Jericho, the Ayatollah of Rock and Roller. And thus kicked off one of the greatest debuts and probably one of my favorite runs of a wrestler in quite some time. And then Mike, we we actually got to meet the Ayatollah of Rock and Roller. Do you remember this? Mike: It was at that that was in Albany, right? TB: It was at Albany in a mall. Sydney, do you know what a mall is? Sydney: my gosh. TB: So Mike and I had tickets for was it No Mercy? They were playing pay per view in Albany, New York, and Chris Jericho was fighting X Pac in a cage match, if I remember correctly. Mike: Mm. TB: And so he was at a mall doing a signing. And so Mike and I got there. This was back in the day that you could show up like an hour or two early. You didn't have to be there like six days ahead of time. And you could actually meet these guys. And so he had what these five by seven photos, and we We got to walk up and we wished him well and and hoped he beat X Pac in his match and he signed it for us and and that was that. I that was a good that was a that was a good memory. Sydney: That's pretty neat. TB: Did I get that wrong or was there anything else? Mike: I was right. It was cool. Mm-hmm. TB: man. Yeah. There you go. So that that there we can rebound from our our depression and and talk about that. That was a cool moment. So all right. Not bad, not bad. What else we got? Anything else? Was that it? All right. Sydney: That's all I got. That's all I got. TB: Well, I think I think that's gonna wrap it up. I mean, what are we thinking heading into do we wanna talk Two minutes. What's our what's our bold Bills Ravens prediction for this Sunday? Hi, Mark. we're talking November first, the day after Halloween. Your boy TB will be in the stands. I can't wait to see this game. Number one, is Lamar gonna play? Sydney: He has not played much in the past two years. which is really interesting. So I think he plays, but I'm not sure how I feel about Lamar right now. Mike: I just hope our defense shows up and plays a li I'm I'm I'm just asking for a little bit better. I'm not asking for a complete change. Just be respectful, respectable. TB: Yeah, I I hear ya. I think it'll be a good game. But we can dive all all the way back into the Bills talk after next week. I think it's I think it should be good. Hopefully the weather holds holds up. They were calling for some rain. but we might be testing that canopy real soon here. Mike: Mm. TB: So we shall see. But yeah, Sid, great job. here, let's do this. Great job. Great job hosting the first annual three T's bi week Great Divide Extravaganza game show. Mike, great job tying tying your boy T B here. And yeah, I think I think we're gonna put a bow on this bad boy. So anybody got any final thoughts before we sign off? Mike: It would have been total domination of if I knew John Elway. Sydney: Yeah. That might have been true. TB: You had him. You just didn't say it in the right spot. And man, I think, you know, w who is the guy? I I don't even know. Sydney: Jeff Wright. TB: Jeff Jeff Wright. So shout out to Jeff Wright, whoever you are. This episode's dedicated to you. So for all the other three T's fans, thanks for sticking with us. We tried to do something a little different and mix it up. You know, talk about Little bit of backstory here on the three T's because sometimes that's okay. Cause you can't always go on a rant for 28 minutes about tops chrome football. but God knows that was very popular on the old Instagram this week. So all right, for Mike, for Sydney, I'm your boy TB. I appreciate everyone sticking with us. It's been a fun season so far, and we'll get right back to doing what we love next week to discuss the Bills, the Ravens. the WWE and that awesome hobby of collecting cards. So for everyone, it's been fun, it's been real. Go Bills and we will see you later. Sydney: Later.
