- 0:32A body trying to function without adequate mitochondrial
- 0:36function is kind of like running an engine without oil. It's not gonna work very well. It's also brought to you by snapfat.com.
- 0:44That is snap,phat,.com.
- 0:48It's also brought to you by the Prife International Terahertz frequency wand

- 0:56Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:54Unknown: There we go with
- 1:57Alvin Lee's familiar prophetic lyrics and of course Radio Ranch, Roger Sales here with you Tuesday,
- 2:03February
- 2:0412.
- 2:06Chris Cave joined me right shortly before the show. We had a little conversation going that will
- 2:11elaborate on as we go forward. No doubt. I was just thinking though, Chris, as that song played again for the umpteenth time
- 2:20as we start our little couple of hour
- 2:23social intercourse session here.
- 2:26Yes. You know, the Alvin Lee's was
- 2:30I I'd love to change the world but I don't know what to do and
- 2:34it is
- 2:35just hit me that, you know,
- 2:38in this way anyway, that you we're we're not supposed to change the world,
- 2:43okay? World's going to go on. Change yourself. That's right. The world's going to go on its own little path and we're going to get frustrated and stuff and we can't really affect change there but we can affect change within ourselves
- 2:56and maybe through collectively changing ourselves,
- 3:00we could have some effect on us partial change in the world. I don't know.
- 3:05Often times, I wonder what we're trying to do here because we're certainly not going to change the system and we're not going to take over the country, okay? I mean, let me I've asked you Chris. What the hell
- 3:17would you do with the country if you took that if they get, okay, here here Chris. Here's the country. Bam. And gave it back to you. What in the hell would you do with all these problems?
- 3:29Unknown: Well, I think the first thing, I would probably try to restore
- 3:33actual objective justice to the justice system. I would probably start rounding up some of the really dangerous
- 3:40to freedom and liberty people
- 3:42and
- 3:43protecting the public safety in that fashion.
- 3:46And I would probably try to secure the borders and
- 3:50deport some of the terrorists that are within our country starting with about 522
- 3:56Unknown: of the five twenty five in congress. Yeah. And they'd mostly be deported to Tel Aviv.
- 4:02You know, the I heard years ago, I read somewhere. I think this is very accurate. You hit on it. The first one of your planks
- 4:10of the the Chris,
- 4:12the Chris platform
- 4:15was
- 4:16was changing. The platform. Truth platform is changing it back in the legal side of things and that's certainly important
- 4:23but you see, we don't have to change that. All we have to do is change ourselves
- 4:27Because when you file an affidavit, you change the legal system for yourself.
- 4:32Unknown: Alright? Well, and that in fact is the essence of the word term sovereign, self rule regulator control.
- 4:39And if you don't start with ruling yourself, then you're gonna have to have somebody else to rule over you.
- 4:43Unknown: All these words are so important. The exact definitions
- 4:47that we impute
- 4:49to them in using them and thinking about it in our own thinking
- 4:54are so critically important
- 4:56because they work on this two tier level, this colloquial level and this conceptual level.
- 5:01And if you don't and they use all the zapping tools in the conceptual level, if you've noticed, okay? They use the setup tools down at the colloquial level, and then they zap you and put those chains
- 5:14around you and tighten them up on the conceptual level. So, you gotta understand what you're talking about here. What, you know, it's back to Rush Limbaugh from
- 5:23thirty years ago, Chris.
- 5:26Words mean things.
- 5:28Unknown: Remember that? Oh, yes. Words. Colin said, words are the fabric of thought. That's right. He said, he he said
- 5:36Unknown: it's like the skin of a grape.
- 5:40The a word is like the skin of a grape.
- 5:47Unknown: It sort of encrypts it within, and the
- 5:51true flavors are within, but it's a protective layer on the outside.
- 5:55Correct. It has flavors
- 5:57and taste and meanings within.
- 6:00Unknown: So, this this idea
- 6:03and concept of us focusing on ourselves,
- 6:07on our understanding, on our knowledge, on our actions,
- 6:10and
- 6:12those that's where we change.
- 6:14You ain't gonna change the confusion that's running around out there in the world.
- 6:21Unknown: Tell me where there's sanity.
- 6:23Unknown: Tell me where there's
- 6:25sanity.
- 6:26I'm gonna go ahead and publish this thing.
- 6:29Well, I'll tell you, there hadn't been sanity around here in the last twenty four hours.
- 6:35I don't know where it is. You've been looking and hopefully you found some but
- 6:40I hadn't found too much and the reason is because we had this wonderful
- 6:46advancement in the internet
- 6:48that was supposed to get installed at
- 6:5001:00 yesterday, right? And I was bragging about it, man. I'm excited and it's coming. I've been waiting for years and I get a text message from my landlord's father who lives here on the property up at the front and he said, the installment crew came and they can't install it.
- 7:11Unknown: And what, pray tell, was their pretext? They just don't wanna catch you in on the deal, or they're looking for a little draft to pay you off or what? They said the NSA contacted them directly and said, do not install that system for those guys.
- 7:26Well, that wouldn't surprise me particularly. DNI,
- 7:29NSA, FBI,
- 7:32World Court, whatever.
- 7:35It's far it's
- 7:38Unknown: far more innocent than that, Chris. I promise you.
- 7:42So, I marched.
- 7:43I didn't march. I don't march too much. I'm not quite in marching form yet but I kind of hobbled up to the front of the property. Did you really? That's so well. A little more, it's a little better every day and I hobbled up there like an old man that I'm feeling like I am here as of late. I hobbled up there to see this other old man who's even older than I am and find out what the story on this is. And here's the story. The you know, this place I've moved is a little bit secluded
- 8:14and you gotta go down still some unpaved road a little bit to get here, not too much but a little bit and is a zig and a zag in the middle, okay? Like, well, dare I say like a swastika.
- 8:26It's got a zig and a zag in it and
- 8:30they laid the trunk line.
- 8:33You know how cables work? They lay a trunk line and then they feed to subscribers off the trunk line. Well, the trunk line's up at the Zig Street before it zags down to us. And
- 8:45the guys were at the gate and they said, we can't
- 8:49lay the cable more than a thousand feet without a pole.
- 8:53Unknown: And. Didn't you say this is fiber?
- 8:56Unknown: This is fiber, okay?
- 8:58And. Okay. So,
- 9:00and I hadn't been out there to look yet. I'll look at it here after the show today
- 9:05as we're leaving but
- 9:07there supposedly is a pole out there but there may be right away issues on it. So, we're trying to find out and if we can't use that pole or get the right away issues if there are some straightened out, what I guess, I ask them, well, how much does it cost to put a damn pole up? Know, we just pay to put our own pole up to to drag that wire down here and hopefully get it installed. So, I don't think it's an insurmountable
- 9:33problem but
- 9:35it's another one of these obstacles that you gotta maneuver,
- 9:39you know?
- 9:40Unknown: I have some actual hands on experience with fiber and installing those systems. And generally, it's it's a basically, it's a glass is what it is. A
- 9:51Unknown: strand, spun glass. It's a thin And It's a thin. It's a real thin little wire. We used to work with RB 59. Wasn't that what it was? Coaxial cable? RB
- 10:01Unknown: 59.
- 10:02Yeah. That's one of them. Uh-huh. That's cable, though. Yes. The glass,
- 10:06the different deal. In fact, it's got a different color and a hard plastic outer sheath. And, generally, what you do is you introduce a conduit system of pipes in the ground. You use a Carlon PVC grade plastic electrical pipe.
- 10:19Although some people use white pipe instead for water and it confuses the issue. But generally, you put that gray PVC in the ground. Usually, you know, if you're gonna put it in, might as well put in a four or six inch or something that you can pull something in later if you need to. If technology changes, that's being
- 10:36preparing for future expansion if it elicits itself.
- 10:40But, generally, you would put that conduit system in, pull in a pull string,
- 10:44and then somebody would come on later on and pull in that fiber. And you don't wanna have too dramatic a bends. You wanna use broad sweeps to install that so you don't put any stresses on it so it doesn't interfere with the signal
- 10:56by pinching the cable or things of that nature. So it is a certain amount of technology involved in getting that point a to point b and running it through free air is something I haven't heard a lot of. It's a rather unusual methodology of applying Wow. That's because this is South America, and everything is free air.
- 11:16See?
- 11:19Unknown: Hey, you know, you've seen those pictures of India
- 11:22and of
- 11:24the the poles with all the wires that look like your spaghetti dinner from last night.
- 11:30Well, it's not quite that bad
- 11:33but they do still. It's not as bad as it was in Argentina. Maybe some parts of it are. I hadn't seen the whole country here yet but regardless,
- 11:41I don't care if they I I sounds a lot more expensive to be digging, digging and but maybe not. Anyway, I'll find out more here this afternoon.
- 11:51Gotta get the people to sign the contract. No.
- 11:55Unknown: Wouldn't caution you not
- 11:56to ask that question about, well, how much does it cost? Because now you're implying you're pay, gonna and they may see that as an opportunity to take some advantage of you. Chris, I want the damn stuff in here so bad. I would pay to do that.
- 12:11Oh,
- 12:12Roger.
- 12:15Unknown: Okay. But we'll see. Like I said, we don't have all the facts yet. I'll find out more this afternoon and in coming days but I don't think it's an insurmountable
- 12:25object. I think it's something we can maneuver around. I've got my fingers crossed. You know, I'm always the half
- 12:31full glass guy. So I I try and I try and have that optimism. On
- 12:38Unknown: the bright side, you have a very good signal right now. It was dropping out a little earlier, but now it's really a good signal. So maybe they're trying to placate you. Well, yesterday, I had this computer wired,
- 12:50Unknown: but last night in the in the backlash of all these events, yesterday,
- 12:55I went back and figured out how to get the block out of the Ethernet connection in the back of a desktop computer.
- 13:03So, I went and bent that thing back and so the wires in over there now.
- 13:08I'd rather do the show from the desktop computer in all honesty than the portable but in this last week or so in this transition, it's just been a real pain
- 13:20balancing it because I gotta have two computers open because the other one didn't set up yet. So, it's just
- 13:26excuse me. I'm a little hiccupy here. But just more of this
- 13:30day to day, you know,
- 13:32some days you get the bear and some days the bear gets you, Chris.
- 13:36Unknown: Well, and this is kind of a better day for me. I have quite a few tasks on the horizon. I think I'm gonna mute out, jump in the shower, get cleaned up, get ready to go, listen in, and see what you've got to say about the auspicious occasion occurring tomorrow, Saint Valentine's
- 13:50Day or Valentine's Day. It's Thursday. It's Thursday
- 13:54Unknown: You're a guy with all these girlfriends. You better know what day that is, buddy.
- 13:58Unknown: Oh, you're right. It is Thursday. It's just my doom
- 14:02day is tomorrow if I don't get some things done today. So I've got to get out there and get on the stick and get some papers into some places
- 14:11to put some people
- 14:13on notice and try to
- 14:15alter the state of affairs to my better advantage rather than disadvantage.
- 14:20Unknown: Well, I sure hope you're able to do that, man. I'd like to see you get out of that crap and get some satisfaction.
- 14:28Unknown: Well, whenever they're trying to do the end around
- 14:32due process and substantial justice and
- 14:35circumnavigate
- 14:36over to the mental
- 14:38health evaluation,
- 14:40the psych eval, some call it, as a alternative
- 14:45special proceeding.
- 14:47Special means bend over because we're fixing to stick it to you
- 14:51Because they don't have the law and the facts to beat me, and they know it. I've got them dead to right on the substance of the case, and it should be dismissed. But so they're gonna defer to something they'd have a specific
- 15:02predatory advantage on and control the whole scenario under their so called specialty competency court scheme
- 15:09of inquisitorial
- 15:11star chamber where the fix is in, and it's actually just a staged production
- 15:16to take predatory advantage of your adversary
- 15:19and disable him completely and lock him away in the
- 15:24g or ju logs as the case may be
- 15:28of the
- 15:29communist system as as is cited in psychopolitical warfare by Kenneth Gough. It's their play for legitimacy.
- 15:42Unknown: It's their play
- 15:44to enforce
- 15:45their agenda with legitimacy,
- 15:49which it does not have because
- 15:51it's based on fraud from the bottom up.
- 15:55Unknown: Absolutely.
- 15:56It is a illusion of justice.
- 16:00Unknown: Simulation.
- 16:01Much better word.
- 16:03Unknown: I like that one.
- 16:06Unknown: It's a much much better word and it's much more descriptive.
- 16:14Unknown: I'm with you. Well, have you got something on that
- 16:17Saint Valentine's Day day after tomorrow? My apologies for misstating that. Do. I've got a video
- 16:25Unknown: that one of our fellow listeners sent me, Don, from over in Thailand. He sends me a bunch of stuff, and this one caught my eye the other night, and I transferred
- 16:34it from one computer to the other, which is what I have to do to listen because the other computer's audio isn't working
- 16:41or hasn't been to this point certainly.
- 16:44I've got one like that. I may not tell you what. It's just it's so frustrating to me, you know, because used to be, you plug in a couple of cables and everything worked and it's just not like that anymore.
- 16:55And
- 16:56It's
- 16:59Unknown: my sense they have some sort of insidious
- 17:02virus worm or
- 17:04devastating program they can send out and zap your audio so you can't. No. No. No.
- 17:11Unknown: That's not It's not this yet. It's plausible. Don't don't be reaching like that. It's not anything that sinister.
- 17:18It's fact that, oh this stuff's just so complex and you're throwing in. It's not just two speakers anymore. Now, you gotta have a woofer and you gotta have these other plugs and plugs go in places you wouldn't even dream they're supposed to go into before it works, right? All this kind of stuff, you know.
- 17:35Unknown: It makes you know, little wannabe on top.
- 17:39Unknown: It just like I said, used to be simple, fairly simple to understand and it's not that way anymore
- 17:45and it goes back to some of the stuff we touched on earlier in the certainly in our conversation before the program. We hadn't even breached it. I don't think here yet which
- 17:56is a video
- 17:57that I was watching for about an hour or so right before the show this morning that John brought up yesterday
- 18:04with the John B Wells show with Patrick Wood
- 18:08on the the subject of technocracy
- 18:11and John was fairly complimentary about it yesterday and I pay attention to John's opinion
- 18:18and
- 18:20and I looked at it. He sent it to me again and I looked listened to it this morning. Pretty interesting stuff on what I've gotten through so far and that does have a play. Now, that does have a play into what we're talking about with all the technology but
- 18:34but this kind of stuff I'm dealing with, this isn't any kind of sinister stuff. It's just,
- 18:39I I wish I could say it was simple but it's not simple. I'm going to have have to have somebody
- 18:44what complicates
- 18:45it is all of this software that we gotta load to do this program.
- 18:51If it wasn't for that crazy world.
- 18:54Unknown: They have systems,
- 18:55and you can't see a system. You can't see a program. It operates in the background below the surface,
- 19:01and that's the insidious nature because it has built in plausible deniability.
- 19:05Unknown: You can't blame anybody or anybody. It's the system. Chris, this is just a this is about three or four pieces of software
- 19:13that are all freeware
- 19:15and they have to be set up to work together and when you start unplugging plugs and moving things,
- 19:21it messes with all of those layers of settings.
- 19:25That's what's
- 19:27Unknown: Okay. There's a bigger picture that you're bringing to the forefront that is relevant material in the days. When you put dissimilar
- 19:35people groups together,
- 19:37force them together when they're radically diverse in their belief systems and fundamental core values,
- 19:44like eating babies and raping babies and stuff like that, is incongruent and tolerable for the masses that believe otherwise,
- 19:52like, you know, higher power, the creator, and you're not supposed to abuse other people, babies or otherwise.
- 19:58It's really a kind of an incongruent,
- 20:00insane process to think you can put
- 20:03oil and water or
- 20:06gasoline and water together and not have bad consequences.
- 20:09Unknown: Well, they know exactly what the consequences are gonna be from that when they're the together
- 20:14and that's exactly what's happening here
- 20:16and it comes back. It it continues to come back to me. It's only about,
- 20:21I don't know, few weeks back, couple of months ago, it hit me. What what are we dealing with here? Liberty,
- 20:28equality,
- 20:29fraternity,
- 20:30the same the same mantra out of the French revolution.
- 20:33I mean, isn't that exactly at liberty?
- 20:36They're going to give you all this freedom, right? Well, you got it. Good
- 20:39luck with your freedom. Equality, you're gonna get that freedom because we're all equal and and fraternity because we're all gonna sing Kumbaya as the sunsets,
- 20:48and it's gonna work out the same way it worked out in the French Revolution.
- 20:52You can see it everywhere.
- 20:56Unknown: Absolutely.
- 20:57Off with their heads.
- 20:59A guillotine
- 21:00Yeah. Well, off with their heads first. Far better thing I do than I have ever done before. Bring that rascal Robespierre
- 21:07Unknown: out here.
- 21:09Unknown: Drag him. He's ready already for our own hanging.
- 21:12Unknown: Drag him out here by the hair.
- 21:14So, anyway, well, listen. Chris, you're going to take off and do stuff and nobody else is called in here to give me any kind of input
- 21:22or any kind of questions or direction or any of that stuff but I'm sure we can find one.
- 21:28I think Thomas
- 21:30the our friend from Texas said he was going to check-in
- 21:34and so if so, we'll probably discuss legal stuff and the approach and otherwise, I've got a a a
- 21:42passel full of tabs open on interesting things to discuss over there on the other computer. I just gotta shift a little bit.
- 21:50Unknown: So, Well, I'm going to listen intently, mute out, and maybe I'll be back in shortly. So, if I. Okay. I should happen to go off or stay calls in, call me back and I'll listen in and mute out. Alright. Well, there's a couple of interesting things that are kind of legally oriented
- 22:05Unknown: that I've saved up. One of em that
- 22:08normally might not ring your chimes but it's certainly interesting that a rule this way is the question of citizenship
- 22:15on the new census form.
- 22:18Okay, and that was being contested as
- 22:22discriminatory
- 22:23and everything else, and the federal appeals
- 22:26judge ruled against them, and they're gonna have a question as to citizenship on the census. I thought that was a nice turn of events.
- 22:34Unknown: Okay? I've had some census experiences that were kinda interesting where they came out under the guise of doing the census. It was really an undercover investigator for the district attorney's office trying to trap me into some
- 22:46insidious terms like residence and so on and so forth that I can tell you about. So I'll listen up, and I'm gonna mute out.
- 22:54Unknown: Okay. And Thomas did call in. I'm trying to contact him back here as Chris moots out and I gotta go through this procedure here to get people back and
- 23:04we'll see if Thomas didn't pop in here in a second. And I can't go over and look at the other computer and chase stories, and I had two different Thomas. There
- 23:13Unknown: he is. There he is. Good. Good morning. Okay.
- 23:17Unknown: Is that you, Chris, still talking, or is it that you got something on in the background? Is that you, Thomas?
- 23:23That's Thomas. There you are. You sound pretty good too. Got good fidelity. How you doing this morning?
- 23:30Unknown: Fantastic,
- 23:31Unknown: man. It's a beautiful day in the heart of Texas. And you are in the heart of Texas pretty much, aren't you?
- 23:38Yes, sir. Right smack dab in the center of god's country. Well, that's a long drive. You know, when I was a kid, I lived in Texas a number of times, Thomas.
- 23:48My father graduated from the University of Texas down there when I was about six years old. He went back to school and he he mill in the in the service and they sent him back to do one year and get his degree. So, I lived in Austin.
- 24:00He we had an
- 24:01early assignment in San Angelo and San Antonio.
- 24:05So, I've got some very early memories of Texas from my life and then when I was in
- 24:11middle school right up to high school, we lived in Clovis, New Mexico which might as well almost be Texas.
- 24:19Unknown: Yeah.
- 24:21Unknown: I'll tell you what. Been a part of Texas at one time. Well, I'll tell you what, you sure can't drive across the state if that at that level in one day.
- 24:32Unknown: No.
- 24:34You can
- 24:35if you want to be beat
- 24:38and get up early in the morning. Yeah. Or
- 24:41Unknown: risk getting tickets.
- 24:43Well, listen. Thomas is kind of a new addition and those of you who may not have heard him before, he found out about us about, I don't know, a year or so ago and then a few weeks back asked me to do a conference call on a Thursday night for his group that he's got there in Texas
- 24:59of thirty,
- 25:01forty people, something like that and
- 25:04so we've talked a bit. That was right before my move and and everything's been chaotic since but I'm glad you called in, Thomas. How are you progressing? How are you and the guys progressing with this?
- 25:16Unknown: It's amazing.
- 25:18Since
- 25:20your conference call, and I did one a week after that to kinda catch anybody that still didn't get it. It's
- 25:29been amazing.
- 25:30I have been bombarded
- 25:32on Facebook
- 25:35every day.
- 25:37It's
- 25:38crazy.
- 25:40Straightening out some of the
- 25:43incorrect
- 25:43information
- 25:44that
- 25:45had been shared through a book that I will not even mention the title to anymore because
- 25:52it is
- 25:53totally,
- 25:55I believe,
- 25:57satanic.
- 25:59Know? Well, you know It it half
- 26:01truths. Thomas.
- 26:03Unknown: Is what the book is. What I've found in thirty years, and I think much of it is not bad intentioned but
- 26:10I don't know that some of it isn't
- 26:13intentionally sown
- 26:14disinformation
- 26:16but there is a ton of miss and disinformation in our community about these things because they hid it so skillfully.
- 26:25As
- 26:26people try to unravel
- 26:28the mystery,
- 26:30they see something that makes everything seem to make sense,
- 26:34and they make it an assumption
- 26:37as a fact,
- 26:38such as the Social Security number is the nexus to the system.
- 26:43Well, that's just not true, okay?
- 26:45But yet, it seemed
- 26:47that that solves all the questions on how they're doing what they're doing to us is because we've all got one. So, there's these fine points
- 26:56and that's what I try and do and have done myself to understand this is go back through there and analyze each one of those and see their validity and and with some people, you know, there's a great old Mark Twain saying,
- 27:09it says, it's easier to fool a man than tell him he's been fooled.
- 27:15Okay? Yes.
- 27:17Unknown: Is that not that is
- 27:19massive
- 27:20Unknown: wisdom right there from our It sure is,
- 27:23buddy, because it sure as hell true. Okay? And so Yes. Well, you've gotta go back through factually and give people the basises, and then you can lead them along, and that's what I try and do here on the program. That's what's happening with you right now. You're going through the transformation
- 27:40right now, you and your group.
- 27:44Unknown: Right.
- 27:45My
- 27:46my my knowledge is
- 27:49you know, the the deal with this book and I want to touch on this a little bit so everybody gets this.
- 27:58Half truths
- 28:00will suck in even the most
- 28:03knowledgeable people. It will.
- 28:07And then those people that are seeking truth and knowledge will eventually reach the absolute truth or
- 28:14much closer than they were.
- 28:17And this is
- 28:18what, my group here in Texas
- 28:21has
- 28:22understood for a while. Now, some of these guys that aren't here in Texas, they're still pushing the book. And I'm like,
- 28:29really? You know,
- 28:30hadn't we gone over this? But it's you know, everybody has to get it. Like my brother told me back in around 2000, he said, turn that news garbage off.
- 28:41My father told me back in the sixties, turn the boob tube off.
- 28:46It wasn't till 2010 till my brother died, and my father had already died in '98,
- 28:51that I turned the boob tube off
- 28:54and started reading.
- 28:56And, my god, it's I have met the greatest people.
- 29:00You,
- 29:02Mike Gatti,
- 29:03Joseph Rory,
- 29:04you guys are like three pillars of massive
- 29:09knowledge.
- 29:11I was led to you guys.
- 29:13Unknown: I don't know how. I mean Well. How did I meet you? I mean, it's like a mystery. Same reason with my journey, and I've often wondered, know, John and Glenn, my teachers,
- 29:25were only teaching for six months.
- 29:28Before they raided all three offices.
- 29:31Now, this is back in 1992,
- 29:33Thomas.
- 29:33This is a long time ago. Yeah. And there weren't very many people into this back then. Sure. Okay? And they didn't let them go six months before they raided them, put guns to their heads, and took all of their work product, okay?
- 29:48And we didn't know much back then. I was just green as a spring twig,
- 29:53but I did know that at that point that the federal government didn't react that quickly to anything,
- 30:00and so it gave me a lot of confidence in the road that I was traveling, but I've often wondered why
- 30:06did my path cross these guys in that six month window of time thirty years ago when they were operating,
- 30:14and out of the 1,200 students, because they had 1,200 paid students that went through their course, and
- 30:21out of those 1,200,
- 30:22I was the only one that took it further.
- 30:27Now, why did that happen?
- 30:30Because the the probability
- 30:32statistical
- 30:33chances of that happening are a gazillion to one.
- 30:40Unknown: Yes.
- 30:43Unknown: Okay. So I don't know. I do it out of a sense of duty. I'm not out there saying, Hey, send me $750
- 30:50or $1.00 and I'll send you this magic paperwork.
- 30:54I never wanted to do that with this. I wrote a book. It's out there. It's a it's a I'm
- 31:00exceptionally personally
- 31:02proud of it.
- 31:03And I know that it has changed a lot of people's lives, okay? And I just do this out of a strict sense of duty and if I wasn't doing this, Thomas, I'm 70 years old. I'd be sitting around board stiff,
- 31:16twiddling my thumbs, wondering what I was going to do the rest of the day, okay?
- 31:23Unknown: Right.
- 31:24Unknown: And so, it's I'll tell you what it's done for me more than anything else as I think about it all these years down the line.
- 31:31It's given my life a purpose
- 31:34like it's never had before. Now,
- 31:37that to me. Amen on that. That is the most important thing right there. It's given my life a purpose
- 31:43and I'm out there doing what we're supposed to do and commanded to do which is to try and touch other people and help make their lives better and that's what I'm doing, okay? We're not trying. We ain't going to take over the government. We ain't going to get the country back. If you got the country back, what, you know, you as I asked Chris, if they get, okay, Thomas, here's the country back. What the hell would you do with it? It's a absolute total mess
- 32:10and it's it's not these laws and it's not these oppressive people. It's the fact they have totally,
- 32:17totally
- 32:18disrupted
- 32:19and and what's the word I want? And
- 32:22contaminated
- 32:24the whole society.
- 32:25Look at all these creeps that are running around. Look at three generations
- 32:30of miseducated
- 32:32goofuses
- 32:32that are running around with masks
- 32:35calling people Nazis and fascists when they don't even know the definition of the damn words they're hurling.
- 32:42How are you gonna straighten that out?
- 32:46Unknown: Massive
- 32:50No.
- 32:51Unknown: You know how you know how we straighten it out?
- 32:53We we step back, we remove ourselves like it tells us to do, come out of her, my people, and you watch the sucker fall on its own, which you're seeing it do right now, and you got
- 33:06a a remnant of people that are indoctrinated
- 33:09with the truth that can maybe help rebuild.
- 33:12That's the only reason I see for what we're doing.
- 33:16Unknown: Exactly.
- 33:20Unknown: Are you getting some feedback from? No. No, I'm not. Actually, the signal's pretty good. Okay. I'll tell you though. Okay. But I but things like you brought to us with Virginia
- 33:31and Virginia is is associated with Thomas' group out there with the with the Texas bunch and and they, her husband was the first and the only one that's sent this process through as a naturalized person
- 33:45and he got his passport and when they had that
- 33:49example, that incident in Los Angeles over Christmas
- 33:53following about a couple of days after this other totally different source
- 33:58had given us some very exciting
- 34:00second hand information.
- 34:02Those two things together spoke volumes to me, Thomas.
- 34:05I was very excited about that, okay?
- 34:09Unknown: Yes, sir. That that you told me that story and and found out this story from Virginia.
- 34:17Unknown: Wow. Well, I've just had so many of them over the years, and they don't come every day or every week or every month, but they happen occasionally
- 34:26that tell you you're on the right track. I can tell you one thing that happened, Thomas, that lets me know we're on the absolute right track,
- 34:33and that is when the State Department
- 34:35goes in and changes their most important document
- 34:38that has information,
- 34:40public information gathering qualities,
- 34:43which is the passport application,
- 34:45when they go in and change that document to cover their ass because they've been exposed,
- 34:51I think we've won. That's a victory.
- 34:55What did they change on it? They took and added a clause in the oath,
- 35:01for God's sakes,
- 35:03at the bottom, and it says, I have read and understand the warning box on page so and so.
- 35:10That was not in there previously.
- 35:13The warning box on the passport application
- 35:16is the way you volunteer out of servitude
- 35:19on the federal manner by going to the lord of the manner, in this instance,
- 35:24the Secretary of State who controls all matters concerning citizenship,
- 35:29and you tell him you're not in this political status over here, that you're in this other political. Ideally,
- 35:36you just tell him you're not in that one status,
- 35:39because there's only two,
- 35:41let them figure out whichever one you're in. They get paid big money to do this, right?
- 35:49It's the thing. Legally,
- 35:51you're telling them what you're not.
- 35:55You're not making a statement because when you make statements, people can challenge you, can't they?
- 36:02Right. Well, you're making a statement as to what you're not, that's your statement.
- 36:07You figure out what I am up there.
- 36:11Offendee,
- 36:12slave master,
- 36:14liar,
- 36:15thief,
- 36:16murderer,
- 36:17mass genocide
- 36:18executor.
- 36:19You figure out what I am, buddy.
- 36:25Unknown: That's
- 36:27that's what I'm working on right now is finishing up this affidavit for my passport form.
- 36:33Okay. And I was born
- 36:36of parents that are both Texan,
- 36:39but they were away at the time
- 36:42during the Korean War. My father was serving in the
- 36:46US Army
- 36:49in
- 36:50Georgia,
- 36:52and they had me in a Georgia hospital. Is that their But I have since Fort Benning or Fort Stewart?
- 37:00Fort Stewart. Okay.
- 37:03And I only know about this because
- 37:06they told me and it's on my birth certificate. Yep. Well, you know, and you've you queried
- 37:11Unknown: me on this as I was moving about a week ago, and I told you I'd think about it, right?
- 37:16And
- 37:17I have done
- 37:19that a bit.
- 37:21And I would say that
- 37:23you could say I was born of parents who were Texas state citizens, you could put that in there,
- 37:31because what we're doing here technically, you know how they pulled all this off,
- 37:36and I didn't understand this for years, okay?
- 37:40They've pulled it all off with that first clause in the fourteenth amendment, all persons
- 37:45born
- 37:46or naturalized.
- 37:48So what they did with that was they changed
- 37:52the way your hereticment is assigned,
- 37:56because previous to that, and acting under a state citizen,
- 38:00you were born,
- 38:01and your hereticment flowed to you from your parents.
- 38:06Okay?
- 38:07After the fourteenth amendment,
- 38:09your heretoment flowed to you from where you were born,
- 38:13and that came directly from the feudal era. That's how they've got the feudal system operating,
- 38:20is that one change on how your heretement passes
- 38:24to you, either from birth or place That's of
- 38:28what's driving this whole thing, okay?
- 38:31Let me run
- 38:33this by. Let me just finish. So, the place that you were born in
- 38:38the new system
- 38:39is important,
- 38:41but you're reverting back to the old system,
- 38:44and it's not important there because it didn't exist then.
- 38:48So, I would say probably just to make the simple statement that you were born of per of parents who were Texas state citizens and leave it at that.
- 38:59What you do not want to do in any of these affidavits
- 39:02is lie.
- 39:06Unknown: Right. Oh, I never lie.
- 39:08Well, I I know Yes. That dress looks good on you. Yeah.
- 39:12Unknown: Well,
- 39:13those are.
- 39:17Yes. Those pants look great. That's right. Well, you might can get away with that one, but you don't wanna risk the repercussions of sending one up there to Foggy Bottom, and I'm gonna tell you why.
- 39:28Let me clear my throat here for just a second, Thomas.
- 39:33Back when I first started doing this,
- 39:36there was an incident that happened in Florida over around Jacksonville,
- 39:41and
- 39:42I saw it years ago, and then I went back to look for it. Of course, I didn't keep that. I went back to look for it and couldn't find it. I mentioned it one day, and one of our listeners in Florida did a search and found it and sent it to me here a while back, and I've lost it again.
- 39:55Regardless, I haven't lost what happened. Was a a black guy who was a I
- 40:01don't remember if he was retired or if he was still active duty
- 40:05but he had been in either the marines or the army and he'd been stationed at Guantanamo
- 40:10and I'm I don't remember what his job was down there but he had a pretty specific job down in Guantanamo.
- 40:16Well, what happened was the way the story came to the
- 40:19to the forefront
- 40:21is he had written a letter to Senator Nelson who was at that time the senator from the state of Florida, one of the two,
- 40:29asking him if he could assist
- 40:31in getting his butt out of jail because they'd thrown his butt in jail for ninety days at that point. So,
- 40:37here's this
- 40:39service guy and his problem was lying on a passport application.
- 40:44So, he was in jail for ninety days
- 40:47trying to get the senator of the state to help get him out because here's what happened. He had applied for a passport.
- 40:55He he had filled partially
- 40:57a passport application
- 40:59out. He didn't sign it and he didn't fill it out in money with it, but he sent it in evidently,
- 41:06okay?
- 41:07And so years later,
- 41:09he went to apply for his, now still his first passport,
- 41:13and on the passport application,
- 41:15there's a question that says, Have you ever applied for a passport before? And he checked
- 41:21no.
- 41:24Under those circumstances,
- 41:26a partially filled out
- 41:28application that was not signed,
- 41:30that was sent in,
- 41:32and they came back and had him in jail for ninety days for passport fraud.
- 41:39Unknown: Yeah, I remember you telling that story. That's crazy.
- 41:42You do not want to lie here. You do not you don't. What know if you
- 41:47Unknown: for real that you don't know? Well, you might have filled one out. You know, it's funny because see, I don't have all the answers because I haven't been through everybody's specific situations
- 41:56myself
- 41:57but I'll give you the example of one of our listeners that calls in all the time. You probably heard him call in, Shane from out in Silicon Valley.
- 42:06Have you ever heard Shane on the air?
- 42:08I think I have. It's been a while. Okay. Well, Shane calls in. I used to make the make the offer on the show years ago. I said, listen, we've got the price of the Ebook down to $5
- 42:20but if you can't afford $5
- 42:23you send me
- 42:24a sympathy letter and give me a sympathy story and I'll send you a free one. Now, I don't think that Shane was that destitute
- 42:33but he decided to test me, okay? So, he sent me a letter and I sent him back an Ebook
- 42:39and he read it and
- 42:41so he wants to fill out a passport in the affidavit, but he said, look, I got a little different situation than most folks here. He said, I'm half black and half white, and I was adopted.
- 42:55So how do you start out that affidavit in that respect?
- 43:00Well, what he did was put the facts down and sent the affidavit in with the passport application and he got a passport. It went through.
- 43:12Now, that's one of our regular listeners. He'll probably call in here and and and he can tell you the story himself but that's basically what happened. I said, hell, Shane. I don't know what to do with a with
- 43:22a with a
- 43:24with a mute
- 43:27mulatto.
- 43:28You know, hell, how do you address that here?
- 43:31But he wrote it out, sent it in, and he was accepted and it went through.
- 43:37So, my feeling is that anybody that that goes in and volunteers out,
- 43:43that they can't tell you no,
- 43:49unless you're not one of the categories,
- 43:52black, white, born in The United States, or naturalized.
- 44:02It's a powerful document, and the whole crux of understanding this is understanding what they've done.
- 44:10And they they've brought in the feudal system and if you'll think about it in feudal terms
- 44:17of of of the the country being a a gigantic manner
- 44:22just like over in Europe or England in the Renaissance days, you'll have a much easier time of getting your arms around this.
- 44:32Unknown: Right.
- 44:33And that's what the fourteenth amendment accomplished.
- 44:36Unknown: That's exactly what it accomplished. It
- 44:39didn't accomplish it at the time because they weren't working in their time at the time. They were working a hundred years down the road.
- 44:48Unknown: Right.
- 44:51And this is how far they are ahead of us most of the time. I can recall a comment that Woodrow Wilson made in in around 1913
- 45:00that he said we will have them
- 45:03Unknown: registering their biological information in the future. It wasn't him. Wow. It was a letter written to him. It
- 45:10was a letter written to him by Mendel House, Colonel House, who was his handler and controller.
- 45:16It also says at the very first of that document that you're talking about,
- 45:22it says, We will secure them
- 45:24using
- 45:25the ancient
- 45:26pledge.
- 45:32We will secure them
- 45:34using the ancient
- 45:36pledge.
- 45:37Do you know what the ancient pledge has to be?
- 45:43Enlighten me. The the oath of fealty.
- 45:49You know what the oath of fealty was, Thomas?
- 45:54You broke up there just a little bit. Okay. Do you know what the oath of fealty was or is?
- 46:02Unknown: Allegiance to the king.
- 46:04Unknown: It's when somebody volunteered
- 46:06into servitude on the manor
- 46:09because there were two types of serfs.
- 46:12There was an involuntary
- 46:14servitude,
- 46:15which is akin to black slavery in our country,
- 46:21and there was voluntary
- 46:22servitude
- 46:23where you could volunteer in and out.
- 46:27So, if the economy was bad and they couldn't, they weren't paying coal miners enough down in Old England, merry old London, you could go out in the country and go up to the manor and go to lord of the manor and say, hey, you got an extra 40 acres and a mule for me?
- 46:44Because that's basically what sharecropping was and you go, the guy goes, yeah, man but you gotta go through this this little ceremony first.
- 46:53It's a formality
- 46:55and you can go look this up and I would encourage you, Thomas, to go look this up. Oath of
- 47:01Fealty, F E A L T Y.
- 47:05And in that ceremony,
- 47:07when you were volunteering
- 47:09in servitude
- 47:10and the condition of servitude and when you're in the condition, you are just like the guy that was there involuntarily,
- 47:17okay? You're both in a condition of servitude. One of em was involuntary,
- 47:22one of em was voluntary and that's why they chose this because of that word, voluntary,
- 47:28alright?
- 47:29And so, you would go to the lord. He'd say, yeah, I got 40 acres for you down there and so he get, let's do this ceremony here. So, what he'd do is he'd get up and he'd get the other serfs of the manor around as witnesses.
- 47:42Now, we're talking legal ceremony here because you got witnesses.
- 47:47You got the lord of the manor and you're the one that's volunteering
- 47:51in, Thomas
- 47:52And so the way that the ceremony would operate
- 47:55is the lord of the manor would stand.
- 47:59You would kneel before him.
- 48:02He would put his hands out like you you'd put your hands above your head like you were praying
- 48:08and he would put his hands over your hands
- 48:12and you would recite to him an oath
- 48:15where you pledge
- 48:16not only your body
- 48:19but your worldly goods
- 48:21to the lord of the manor and as long as you are in that condition,
- 48:25those conditions applied and what I just said,
- 48:29you pledged your body and it says in the damn oath, I pledge my body and my worldly goods.
- 48:37You were pledging your body as property,
- 48:40and you were in a legal ceremony
- 48:42where you were doing so,
- 48:44and they were accompanied by witnesses that were the other serfs of the manor.
- 48:50Unknown: Now, this this would be just this would be just like the
- 48:54birth certificate and the marriage certificate. Well, the the birth certificate
- 48:58Unknown: would
- 48:59be like a bill of lading where they would literally,
- 49:03it would represent their ownership ownership in you.
- 49:07Okay?
- 49:08Because that's what the birth certificate does. The birth certificate doesn't do the dirty deed. The birth certificate represents
- 49:16the dirty deed that's been done.
- 49:24And so they use this voluntary
- 49:27nature of this.
- 49:28Why?
- 49:29Why is that so blasted important, Thomas? The voluntary nature of this because Vattel's law of nations,
- 49:39think about it this way. It it the the whole history of our planet is anti
- 49:45tyranny, right? We we want to be free, democratic, whatever label you want to put on it versus tyranny and under tyranny,
- 49:53right?
- 49:55So, if if they tell you what you are,
- 49:59does that fit the definition of tyranny?
- 50:05Of course it does. They're telling you. You got no choice.
- 50:11Freedom is Right, and the fourteenth amendment person. Well, just let's go back to Vattel's Law of Nations here. We're getting real basic. Okay? If they tell you what you are, it's tyranny,
- 50:21but if they set up a system, Thomas, where they rig all these words with opposite definitions,
- 50:28and they come back and they ask you
- 50:31what you are and you being ignorant,
- 50:35tell them what they want to hear.
- 50:38Well, hell, ignorance of the law is no excuse.
- 50:40Thomas ought to know what the hell he is, shouldn't he?
- 50:47So, you see why they've done it this way is so they can do everything
- 50:51and classify it under voluntary
- 50:56servitude.
- 50:57So, they've hidden it. Yes, sir. Under voluntary
- 51:00servitude
- 51:01and we didn't know we could volunteer out, did we?
- 51:06Right. We do now, don't we? And
- 51:09Unknown: people don't even know how to volunteer out. Right? I had one gal.
- 51:13Unknown: I don't even know we volunteered in. Yeah. We didn't even know we volunteered in. Good point, Chris.
- 51:23So, see, that's where done through
- 51:26Unknown: legal, lawful communications
- 51:28with the
- 51:30Unknown: Well lord of the manor or the sovereign. That's correct. And as it says in silent weapons for quiet wars,
- 51:37which is a document I assume you know about,
- 51:40and it says in there specifically,
- 51:42what we do
- 51:44may not always be lawful,
- 51:47but it will always be legal.
- 51:54Unknown: And legal,
- 51:55according to 1864
- 51:57Webster's,
- 51:58is the removal of God from the law. So therefore, if it's illegal, it's demonic, unlawful,
- 52:04and it only has the color or the appearance of being lawful.
- 52:08Unknown: That's right. And it can only be legal if you're of the right status that they can control because of jurisdiction.
- 52:15Now, let's go back to that important keyword here, Thomas,
- 52:20The origin of that word goes back to
- 52:24the feudals era and it was from that ceremony
- 52:28that I just went over, the oath of fealty that is the basis of the term that we're dissecting
- 52:34today called jurisdiction,
- 52:36okay? Because when he went through that ceremony,
- 52:39what he had done lawfully
- 52:41back in those days, okay, was he had gotten an an agreement in working where he got protection from the lord of the manor and for that protection and for the land and all the rest of stuff, he gave the lord of the manor his total allegiance.
- 52:58So, the formula is protection for allegiance,
- 53:01allegiance for protection.
- 53:03Allegiance,
- 53:05the base word of allegiance,
- 53:07is that relationship,
- 53:09the liege man to the liege lord. That's l l e I g e, I believe.
- 53:14Liege man to the liege lord,
- 53:17and that relationship is the basis of the term allegiance
- 53:21with that formula,
- 53:23and that's the whole concept of jurisdiction.
- 53:26If you receive the benefit, you owe the duty. You've probably heard it put that way, but it's the exact same relationship.
- 53:39So now you're getting down to some of the nuts and bolts at the bottom of all this stuff, and these tools
- 53:46that are so important because if you've got these basic legal tools, you can go through anyone of their man made laws and rip em to shreds because
- 53:55they're doing it with all these murders,
- 53:57with all these damn. Imagine that he any law. No. In a nation of laws. Yeah, no kidding. They just taught you to abide by their man made laws and now, see what you're doing and members of your group is doing is you're going to file this paperwork up there and you're going to say, hey, I'm not one of these guys.
- 54:17So, none of that stuff applies to me.
- 54:21And they're going to be mum and they can't say anything because they've been absolutely totally caught in fraud.
- 54:28And not only fraud of this, but now you can go in and convict them of crimes against humanity
- 54:34all the way back to the First World War, and even back to the Civil War. Let me step back, back to the Civil War.
- 54:43Now they're hung with all those
- 54:46crimes,
- 54:48and they can't say a word about it because then it just exposes them.
- 54:57Unknown: I talk about that every day.
- 55:00You were you were saying something. You were you were led to do this.
- 55:05Roger, I can't hardly focus on anything else but this because I want everyone to be free
- 55:12and I know that's not going to happen because
- 55:15some people just are not meant to be free. They're not. And it's it's
- 55:20Unknown: Thomas?
- 55:20You know, back there in the Old Testament, there's a verse
- 55:24and it says, because they have not a love of the truth,
- 55:28I will send them strong delusion,
- 55:31they will believe a lie. That's
- 55:34the answer.
- 55:36Those people have not a love of the truth. They don't have that burning desire inside like you've got now that I got instilled in me thirty years ago to seek and find and live and know the truth.
- 55:51Unknown: Right.
- 55:53That tells me in all honesty. I see them all over the place. They
- 55:57Unknown: wouldn't recognize the truth if it hit them between the eyes. It'd bite them on the heel. They wouldn't know about it. Okay? And now that leads to the next
- 56:07group of thinking, conceptual
- 56:09thinking of why.
- 56:11And the only thing that's ever
- 56:13resonated with me that settles everything down is the fact that we're the remnant.
- 56:20God always leaves a remnant.
- 56:22And it seems to me that probably historically,
- 56:25the remnant has always been the people that were seeking the truth.
- 56:31Unknown: Exactly.
- 56:33I've read that story.
- 56:35Unknown: Yeah. So, you know, that's what we're doing here. Institute
- 56:39Unknown: put out a story. Isaiah's job.
- 56:42I can't remember who wrote that but it was just
- 56:45smacked me right in the face like,
- 56:48wow.
- 56:51Unknown: So. Not in all. Baseball. All I do is get I devote some hours every day of my life to this.
- 56:58One way or another.
- 56:59Even on weekends and holidays.
- 57:02And the fact that I'm always thinking about it, and I'm always coming up with new stuff, even thirty years almost into it, okay?
- 57:09So, nobody's going to understand this at one setting. Nobody's going to. It's too deep, it's too diverse, and there's too many implications everywhere on things you don't even understand at the time when you're when you're first starting to wake up, but I'm going tell you, those answers right there resonate with me, it inspires me, and I know that every time I reach out and find somebody like you and your group that we're just that much stronger because what John Benson used to say on those seminars
- 57:39up in front of the stage
- 57:41when he was teaching us, we'd have these thirty hour weekend seminars
- 57:45that were a marathon,
- 57:47okay?
- 57:48And during that period,
- 57:49he would say, the only way that I can protect my liberty is to help you protect yours.
- 58:01Unknown: Right.
- 58:02Now, this is the gentleman that was
- 58:05Unknown: picked up by the IRS and put in prison six months after he started. No. They they didn't get took him longer than that to get him in the slam
- 58:13but he was, there was two guys that were instrumental
- 58:17in this for me and one of em still living,
- 58:20has gotten so disgusted with the whole thing that he doesn't, he's not involved anymore. He's off pursuing other stuff and
- 58:29and John Benson who died
- 58:31three years ago, the July 4 and
- 58:35was the law the legal mind here. He was the one that spent
- 58:39most of his life studying law,
- 58:42and
- 58:43if it wouldn't have been for the other guy when he passed, all the information would have been in his closet and would have ended up in a garbage dump somewhere.
- 58:54Unknown: Wow.
- 58:55Now, did he understand this status thing that
- 58:59we talk about when he got arrested? He understood it very well,
- 59:05Unknown: but their,
- 59:06well, I don't want to say it's their problem,
- 59:08because it was their mission, but their total concentration
- 59:12and focus was on the tax side,
- 59:15okay?
- 59:16He had all the answers on the tax side,
- 59:19and what happened with me was that I went up and fought the IRS in court in Atlanta,
- 59:28and it was a real ordeal for me. I came away from that experience
- 59:33and said to myself, There's got to be a better way to attack this.
- 59:37And so as opposed to just taxation as an issue,
- 59:41I started trying to move up to the jurisdictional
- 59:44level of how the hell are they doing all this,
- 59:50and I found the key.
- 59:56Unknown: Know who you are and know who you are not. See, it's really pretty simple stuff.
- 1:00:02Unknown: It's the complexity
- 1:00:04here is how they've done it to disguise it,
- 1:00:07and I've come to conclude
- 1:00:09that the reason that they've done it to this degree
- 1:00:13outside of the obvious ones
- 1:00:15are because it's so damn easy to get out of it and it's all a fraud, they know it. We don't.
- 1:00:23When you tell our people they're apprehensive
- 1:00:26because they, oh, no, they're lawless. Oh, they're just going to come after you. Oh, they're just going to kill you. They ain't going to do any of that stuff.
- 1:00:32They can't do any of that stuff because they can't afford to risk bringing a spotlight to this information because it exposes them.
- 1:00:42Unknown: Exactly.
- 1:00:43Let
- 1:00:44me comment on this just one second. My friend Joseph Rory that I study law with, we have a law class every Friday evening on the common law.
- 1:00:53He was first approached by the IRS back in '89.
- 1:00:58Now we
- 1:00:59I'm
- 1:01:00talking about a diehard Christian man that is, you know, if I if I need to ask a question about the Bible or biblical or common law or anything like that, bam. He's he's just so awesome in that.
- 1:01:14Back in ADN, they just wanted to see some records.
- 1:01:18And Joseph
- 1:01:20sent him back a letter like, no. Thank you.
- 1:01:24And
- 1:01:25a marshal showed up to his door with a summons.
- 1:01:29Unknown: Yep. That's the same one I thought. This is the same one I thought, by the way, but go ahead.
- 1:01:35Unknown: So Joseph
- 1:01:36goes to court and
- 1:01:39he
- 1:01:42lets them know, I'm a free man. You're not getting anything.
- 1:01:46Unknown: And he didn't understand all his status at the time but he knew who he was. Right. Right. And so, many of our people have. He was not. And many of our people have but you see what what your friend is, Thomas, I think is Thomas for his first name?
- 1:02:04Joseph. Joseph, I'm sorry. What Joseph did is what almost virtually all of our patriots have done is they try and fight the jurisdictional battle from the bottom to the top. You can't fight it that way.
- 1:02:15You gotta go to the top and sever,
- 1:02:18then you go back and fight. But go ahead.
- 1:02:21Unknown: Let let me finish this.
- 1:02:24The judge said,
- 1:02:25we don't have jurisdiction over free men
- 1:02:29if you're truly a free man,
- 1:02:33mister Rory.
- 1:02:36The IRS has not been back since.
- 1:02:40Unknown: Well, I'm He walked out. Occasionally. Walked out of the court.
- 1:02:44Occasionally,
- 1:02:45people have found some relief like that, okay? But just recently, I saw a site from a case that's fairly recent site within the last thirty years
- 1:02:55and it said, unless the person can prove he's not a citizen of The United States, the IRS can move on to assessment and collection.
- 1:03:05Unknown: Right. Now, he has since in I guess in the last twenty years notified
- 1:03:12the state of South Carolina,
- 1:03:16the governor
- 1:03:17with an amazing affidavit
- 1:03:19and
- 1:03:22claiming his birthright citizenship
- 1:03:24as the only citizenship he could ever have. Right.
- 1:03:29Unknown: Well, you want me to tell you the second mistake he made? He
- 1:03:33didn't go to the Secretary of State. All of our patriot guys don't want to have anything to do with the feds. They consider them to be illegitimate.
- 1:03:42They want to go back to the state that doesn't exist
- 1:03:46to make these proclamations.
- 1:03:49I'm not saying that it's not right, I'm just saying they're not doing it correctly in my opinion.
- 1:03:57Unknown: Well, that's
- 1:04:00he's been listening to the conference calls the last two we had.
- 1:04:03So,
- 1:04:05nobody's
- 1:04:06perfect.
- 1:04:06Unknown: No. No.
- 1:04:08Unknown: Joseph Joseph has studied this law all the way back to
- 1:04:1212/1100,
- 1:04:15you know, how we arrived at our common law system.
- 1:04:18And this is how he attacks the court,
- 1:04:22approaches the court with,
- 1:04:26due process of law Right.
- 1:04:28In the original constitution and not the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:04:33And he's been successful at defeating the IRS,
- 1:04:37And the last case I know of was in twenty o nine, twenty ten,
- 1:04:43and the lady claimed
- 1:04:46she he helped this lady.
- 1:04:49She claimed Virginia
- 1:04:51nationality.
- 1:04:53And the judge, after seeing this
- 1:04:5620 or 30 page writ of prohibition,
- 1:04:59which prohibits
- 1:05:02an illegal act,
- 1:05:05anything since the civil war
- 1:05:08by this federal government.
- 1:05:10The judge nodded to this
- 1:05:13IRS team that y'all are done here.
- 1:05:16Unknown: Have a nice day. Let me tell you what. Let me tell you You don't want this.
- 1:05:21Let me explain to you what I'm trying to accomplish here. And I know that there have been people that have had successes in the past,
- 1:05:28and I'm not saying that this is the only
- 1:05:32correct way that somebody can accomplish this, alright? But
- 1:05:36what I'm looking for is to expand this as far as possible and touch as many people that are receptive
- 1:05:42as possible
- 1:05:43and to do that, you make it a simple
- 1:05:46and what your friend, Joseph,
- 1:05:49has been going through is not simple because I've been through it and I know and it's not unstressful
- 1:05:53either
- 1:05:54but what the ideal, just like a job interview here, the ideal candidate,
- 1:05:59the ideal candidate for our stuff is the person that comes with no baggage,
- 1:06:05that doesn't already have problems with the IRS,
- 1:06:08that doesn't have all of this history, that you can teach somebody
- 1:06:13and they're willing to step forward and
- 1:06:16and circumvent
- 1:06:17all this stuff because if you file that affidavit before you get in any trouble, you ain't going to get in any trouble because all the trouble waiting to get you into involved in is dealing with residents and citizens of The United States.
- 1:06:30And if you got that document in with that guy ahead of time, none of those things stick to you.
- 1:06:37Unknown: Right.
- 1:06:38I get that. That's why I'm doing mine. But Okay. I see, I've done this with the sec US secretary of state also back in 2015.
- 1:06:46I just did it way
- 1:06:48more complicated than what we have found out today
- 1:06:53through the the lessons of Roger Sale. Well, it's through the Thank you so much. You know, it's the. It's it's fine. I I appreciate that. Everybody around me.
- 1:07:02Unknown: I can't. Everybody around me is doing it. I can't take all the credit for this. I would never have been able to come to my conclusions
- 1:07:09if it wouldn't have been for what John Benson,
- 1:07:11especially, and Glenn Ambor did. You see, so it's not, it's a progression of us all working together. That's another reason to have this platform where we can have these
- 1:07:21intellectual exchanges
- 1:07:22and where we can skull this thing out together and help all of us learn and get strong together. That's why I do this.
- 1:07:31Unknown: If I might. Yes, Chris. Please. If.
- 1:07:34Well, I happen to know Joseph Rory,
- 1:07:38from the micro effect with Charlotte and Phyllis over there on Neil's
- 1:07:41station,
- 1:07:42and he is a very knowledgeable fellow. He
- 1:07:47he's afflicted with a sound
- 1:07:50a little unusual. I'm getting an echo on the phone crazily. Yeah. But he's
- 1:07:55very, very informed, very intellectual, and very
- 1:07:58scripture that Thomas said. And I don't have anything wrong.
- 1:08:03He
- 1:08:04might be on the Judeo Christos side a little bit. I don't recall specifically. I'm not making any allegation. It just seems a little made. It's been a while since I've heard from Joseph,
- 1:08:15but,
- 1:08:16it's really quite interesting what's going on here. And I
- 1:08:20it's a I'm gonna check on the website and see what the passport situation is. I talked to him here last week about that, and they had was in process. So,
- 1:08:29the times times are clicking, but I had previously entered it into several federal courts,
- 1:08:35my affidavit of status correction that is.
- 1:08:38And the judge is an alternative
- 1:08:41location to submit your passport,
- 1:08:44and they have a duty to forward that to the proper passport
- 1:08:49agency. That would be the secretary of state. And when they don't, they're violating their oath of obligation to act in good faith without deceit and to
- 1:08:58how do they say it? I just looked at a case on this failure to provide honest services
- 1:09:03specifically. That was a case up in Pennsylvania that I talked about
- 1:09:08on the indictment of a prosecutor or a diff an attorney there for fiduciary fraud and failing to provide honest services
- 1:09:16along with the
- 1:09:18IBW
- 1:09:19Local eight ninety eight, excuse me, IBW
- 1:09:22Local ninety eight up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on philly.com is where you can find that information
- 1:09:27and it's quite interesting. So I'll chime back out.
- 1:09:31Unknown: Okay, Chris.
- 1:09:34So, we're making progress, Thomas. You know, I would have thought years ago when the book came out that we would be further ahead than we are,
- 1:09:42but it just goes to confirm to me that remnant idea and the fact that I've had to come to accept that everybody's not going to react and everybody's not supposed to know and I'm sorry for them, okay? I mean, honestly, sincerely, I feel sorry for them but I all I can do is what I I consider to be my duty and we're told that our duty is to at least tell everybody,
- 1:10:07okay? If we don't tell em the bloods on our hands but if we tell em and they don't react, the blood's on their hands and I'm absolved of any guilt.
- 1:10:18So, that's why I do what I do and how I do it, man. I can't help how other people perceive it. I can't help how other people misinterpret
- 1:10:26my intentions or what I do. That's their problem, okay? I mean, I know my motivation.
- 1:10:32It's not ego and it ain't greed.
- 1:10:35It's simply to because I know that this information's gotta get out. I know that people are going to be receptive
- 1:10:42and I knew back seven years ago that nobody else on the face of the earth understood it on our side at least except me.
- 1:10:54Unknown: You still with us, Tom? Right. And that's what I wanna thank you for because if you had not collected all of this information,
- 1:11:01this knowledge, and shared it as you did,
- 1:11:05Unknown: would I have ever found it? No. Probably not. I had to even explain it to my teachers. I had to explain it to my teachers.
- 1:11:13They didn't even understand it and they're much more knowledgeable than I am.
- 1:11:17But you see that, now it brings to to point a really another important concept and that's perception.
- 1:11:24It's not necessarily
- 1:11:26two different people can look at the same set of facts and come up with different perceptions.
- 1:11:36So, I don't know. I just feel very blessed that for whatever reason that that that this was the path that was laid out for me and that through the course of events in my life, I've been able to recognize that and pursue it and I'm very grateful because it gives my life a purpose like it's never had before.
- 1:11:56You know, getting out and working for some corporation
- 1:11:59to chase some green
- 1:12:01that that represents the fact that you're a piece of property is not a lot of life fulfilling
- 1:12:08activity for me.
- 1:12:14Unknown: Amen on that, brother.
- 1:12:16Unknown: I've I've
- 1:12:18Unknown: I had three businesses in Houston at one time and I was doing about 3,000,000 a year and I stayed stressed out and I finally said, I'm done with this in '94. Yeah.
- 1:12:28Unknown: You know, we we say around here. Happier in my life. Well, that's right because you get all that off of you. You know, Thomas, what we say around here is an old saying I heard years ago in networking which is even if you win the rat race, you're still a rat.
- 1:12:45Unknown: That's right.
- 1:12:47Oh, man. Is that never more true?
- 1:12:51I ran across something yesterday that basically says the same thing.
- 1:12:57And I've tried to enlighten friends on this voting for this foreign system of government since the fourteenth amendment, and they look at me like I'm crazy. Well, you gotta vote.
- 1:13:08You just gotta vote. Well, well, let me tell You just have to do something.
- 1:13:12Unknown: Okay. You just have to do something no matter whether it's right or wrong. You just have to do something. That's insane thinking. Well, when you get when you get your affidavit filed and everything, Thomas, you go down to the voter registration
- 1:13:24office there in your area in the heart of Texas,
- 1:13:28and you get yourself registered as an elector.
- 1:13:33Unknown: That's
- 1:13:35Unknown: something I wanna talk more with you about. I don't know too much about it, but I know that John and Glenn got it both both of them got it done in Utah because part of the motivation, let's see here. This is Gary. Okay, Gary, I'll call you right back.
- 1:13:50Part of the motivation of John and of the Feds
- 1:13:54to get them was the fact that, oh heck, now he just called seconds ago, so that's gotta be it. Was the fact that they went down and did that, because at one point they were seeking a political solution to this,
- 1:14:08and after the raid,
- 1:14:11John ran against Orrin Hatch for senator in Utah, they were back in Salt Lake at that point, and Glenn ran against whoever was the representative,
- 1:14:21and before they did that, they went down to the voter registration office and got changed from voters to electors,
- 1:14:28and I think that might have been part of the motivation for the feds to really come after them, because they were out on the campaign trail talking all this tax information,
- 1:14:36and that scares the woo woo out of them, anybody messing with their tax system. Hey, Gary. Thanks for joining us, man.
- 1:14:44Unknown: Thank you, Raj. Greetings and
- 1:14:47greetings to you, Thomas and Chris.
- 1:14:52Unknown: How are y'all? Getting something you getting something out of this? From the heart of Texas. Gary's kind of. Going to you. Gary's kind of new student too. He's been around about a year getting his arms around this stuff. How are you coming along with it, Gary?
- 1:15:06Unknown: Gradually getting there. You know, it it's a process like you've said, and and you're not gonna get it in one sitting. That's,
- 1:15:13you know, that's for sure. And
- 1:15:16but, you know, gradually,
- 1:15:18the scales come off. And it's like I was reading recently
- 1:15:21about
- 1:15:23getting a different grasp on
- 1:15:26the states, the individual states,
- 1:15:29and, you know, that that corporation
- 1:15:32US,
- 1:15:33you know, United States,
- 1:15:34and that we've
- 1:15:36volunteered into.
- 1:15:38And it it's like someone said, it's kinda like Germany.
- 1:15:42Take that example
- 1:15:44where there were states like Bavaria
- 1:15:47and
- 1:15:49and the others, but and then they made up
- 1:15:52the
- 1:15:53the country of Germany,
- 1:15:56but individual
- 1:15:57states
- 1:15:59was the original
- 1:16:01I mean, they were the state first, just like they were here. Yep. And
- 1:16:06and it's it's just
- 1:16:08it's it's pretty enlightening.
- 1:16:10And but I first want before I forget real quick,
- 1:16:14congratulations
- 1:16:15to Chris for cutting the cord
- 1:16:17Unknown: and getting out of Dodge. That's that's awesome. Yep. I'm sending that paperwork in. That's that's great. It's too bad that Chris didn't know to do that a number of years ago, or I think he'd have a little easier battle in what he's going through right now.
- 1:16:32Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. It sounds like. I did. Sounds like
- 1:16:36Unknown: for a while.
- 1:16:39Unknown: I you're
- 1:16:40Unknown: breaking up. I didn't hear you. You know what, Chris? Hey, I think it's your phone.
- 1:16:45I honestly think it's your phone because here we got Thomas and Gary on. I think they're both on cellphones
- 1:16:51and I'm not none of the problems. I think it's that Motorola thing, that New World Order Company phone you've got.
- 1:17:01Unknown: That's funny.
- 1:17:04Unknown: Well, they are. I mean, Motorola is just as big a new world order company as you can get out there.
- 1:17:14Unknown: What's new?
- 1:17:16Unknown: Right. Oh, wow. I wanna read this one. I wanna read this one thing I posted yesterday. It says, you know, we're trying to get people to stop doing what they're doing, you know, like voting for this new world order, 1861
- 1:17:29Lincoln deal.
- 1:17:31Don't blame a clown for acting like a clown.
- 1:17:35Ask yourself why you keep going to the circus.
- 1:17:39Unknown: Oh, that's pretty good. That's real good. Now, you know what? Good analogy.
- 1:17:43It is.
- 1:17:45And
- 1:17:46what they've done is these people are. You go back and read the protocols
- 1:17:50of the learning elders of Zion. You ever read that, Thomas?
- 1:17:55Unknown: I have started reading it and I have got so much stuff in front of me. Oh, I know. Know. I can't read. You're taking. I can never get it all. Yeah, I know. You're getting a drink of water out of a fire hydrant.
- 1:18:08Unknown: In that in that sickening
- 1:18:11publication called the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion in the media section, when it talks about media and stuff,
- 1:18:19it says, We will get them arguing
- 1:18:22over issues
- 1:18:23of little
- 1:18:25difference.
- 1:18:26So you go ahead and argue, Is the border wall important? Yes.
- 1:18:31Is it as important as your status and having these big changes in your life? No.
- 1:18:36Okay? And that's why I truly try and concentrate on this as much as possible to cut through all the
- 1:18:43guffaw,
- 1:18:44because this is the essence of their whole program. If they didn't have this system in place, they couldn't produce that paper that's controlling the world and have for decades.
- 1:18:57Because you're the collateral for it.
- 1:19:00Is how they did the whole thing.
- 1:19:06Unknown: Did you hear what Ron Paul said about the wall speaking of the wall?
- 1:19:11Unknown: I I've listened to a Ron Paul thing the other day. I have a great deal of respect for mister Paul. I sure wish I could get my information to him. It would enlighten his vision a lot.
- 1:19:22Unknown: He said back in mid,
- 1:19:25I'm gonna say 2005
- 1:19:27when they started talking about this wall.
- 1:19:30He said, are they going to build that wall to keep them out or us in? Yeah, right. I remember.
- 1:19:37Unknown: Right now, it's very
- 1:19:39telling. Well, it's, you know, they got, you keeping them out. I think is a little, so you can stabilize things maybe internally.
- 1:19:47Without without all those people here, you'd have a heck of a lot better start than all the confusion we're dealing with now. But the real problem here. Have you. The real problem we're dealing with is about three or four generations that have come up through the educational system they've devised.
- 1:20:04That's what you're seeing right now to me.
- 1:20:09Well, what I'm seeing right now is they're whipping the people into a frenzy so they'll beg for this wall. Oh, absolutely. Well, they're whipping them into a frenzy so we can have a civil war because they're losing their little deal,
- 1:20:21Unknown: and they're freaked out What about if Yeah.
- 1:20:24What if on the southern border, we placed a sharpshooter about every three miles with a scope that would reach out there
- 1:20:33a mile and a half with a round that would reach out a mile and a half or two?
- 1:20:39Have you ever seen what a 50 caliber round
- 1:20:43does to a body?
- 1:20:45Unknown: Hell, I've seen what a what a 45 will do to a body. Much less of 50.
- 1:20:52Well The the now could you know, see, the thing is take but a few
- 1:20:57Unknown: but a few bodies, and I figured it out just real quick,
- 1:21:01about 20,000,000 a year to cover the Texas
- 1:21:05Southern Border. Sure. But they're not gonna And it wouldn't take but a few rounds,
- 1:21:10to get this done where,
- 1:21:13people on the phone would be calling, hey. No coming to the wall. No coming to the border no more. These these Americans finally got serious.
- 1:21:20Unknown: What about didn't you mention when you were on a week or so ago about Ramos and Campion?
- 1:21:27Yes, sir. Okay. Well, there's your example right there. And it bears repeating,
- 1:21:32and I've never had any heard anybody else comment on this ever.
- 1:21:37Do you know what they sent them to prison for?
- 1:21:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:21:45Unknown: What?
- 1:21:46Unknown: For for wounding a Mexican national. Oh, more specific. That that's not the no. That was outside
- 1:21:55their jurisdictional
- 1:21:56Unknown: function. That's correct and that's important but the general sense was the general charge
- 1:22:02that they sent him up on was violating
- 1:22:05his civil rights.
- 1:22:07You just said it, he's a Mexican national,
- 1:22:10and he was on the Mexican side of the border when he was wounded.
- 1:22:14How does civil rights under the fourteenth amendment attach to him?
- 1:22:24I don't know. Enlighten me on that, Well, I don't know either but my guess is that we've already signed that north that NAFTA deal with Canada and Mexico by that time and he was under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment or else they wouldn't have been able to charge Ramos and Campion and convict him and send him to prison on it.
- 1:22:46Unknown: How else could How that
- 1:22:48Unknown: else could that Nash. How how are they assigning the civil rights under the fourteenth amendment to a Mexican national?
- 1:22:55Now nobody's ever answered that question, and I've never heard anybody bring it up about that case.
- 1:23:03Unknown: Very good question.
- 1:23:08Unknown: Okay. Provocative to say the least.
- 1:23:12Unknown: But he was definitely not within their
- 1:23:15jurisdiction, so they made an international
- 1:23:18attack on this guy.
- 1:23:22Unknown: But if that's the case, they couldn't have charged him violating
- 1:23:25his civil rights under the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:23:32The civil rights only attach under the fourteenth amendment, that's all.
- 1:23:40Now isn't that interesting,
- 1:23:47Very. Please excuse me for a second. I've got an office call. Okay, go ahead. Thomas, Gary and I will have a little conversation. Chris, why don't join in? Gary, what else is happening, brother?
- 1:23:58Unknown: Well, I was just reading, kinda going over the fourteenth amendment, and I know this is a bit sophomoric.
- 1:24:04But
- 1:24:06the the phrase in there,
- 1:24:09oh, and of the state,
- 1:24:12Can you expound on that? Give me the comment mean what that Citizen of the state? Okay.
- 1:24:17All persons born or naturalized in The United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof comma
- 1:24:22are citizens of The United States and of the state.
- 1:24:27So isn't that saying that Well, you left out the most for a net. You left out the most important you left out the most important part.
- 1:24:37Are citizens of The United States
- 1:24:40and of the state Wherein wherein they
- 1:24:42Unknown: they
- 1:24:43reside.
- 1:24:46Unknown: Right.
- 1:24:48Unknown: So you see what happened.
- 1:24:50They took all the control away from the states to the federal government,
- 1:24:55and then they went back with this new status that they wanted to eventually tie everybody into,
- 1:25:01so they made you a state citizen
- 1:25:03only if you resided,
- 1:25:05and when you say you reside in the state, it automatically ties you back to the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:25:14Unknown: And residing politically.
- 1:25:18Unknown: And you see that phrase and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
- 1:25:23It was it was first brought out in a case in the middle eighteen,
- 1:25:28late eighteen hundreds called Elk versus Wilkins.
- 1:25:33And I've talked about the case before. It was an Indian. Do you do you do you remember me talking about this?
- 1:25:40I I do. I do. Yeah. Okay. So, just maybe for we got new people that don't.
- 1:25:45Elk was an American Indian on the reservation in the middle late eighteen hundreds.
- 1:25:52After the fourteenth amendment, he wanted to be part of the country and he wanted to go register to vote
- 1:25:59and so he went off the reservation,
- 1:26:02went to the registrar
- 1:26:03who was mister Wilkins
- 1:26:05and attempted to register to vote. Mister Wilkins said, you can't register to vote under the fourteenth amendment. You're an Indian and
- 1:26:13sent and he went back to the reservation.
- 1:26:16Election day came. He left the reservation and came to the polls.
- 1:26:20Mister Wilkins was at the polls.
- 1:26:23Again, mister Wilkins would not let him vote and he took the case to court and it ended up at the Supreme Court and that clause
- 1:26:31and subject to the jurisdiction
- 1:26:34thereof
- 1:26:35was covered in that case and it was repeated
- 1:26:38what was stated in the case was then repeated about twenty five years later in Elk versus Wilkins,
- 1:26:46okay? And it says you're completely
- 1:26:50subject to the political
- 1:26:52jurisdiction.
- 1:26:56Unknown: Okay, okay.
- 1:26:59Unknown: If I might add a little salience to the conversation. Yeah, Chris.
- 1:27:04Unknown: Okay. I'm getting the echo again. No. You're well, you were not you're saying you sound great on this end at this point. From my end. No problem.
- 1:27:11Unknown: Here Okay. I can hear that also. I think if somebody will mute their speakerphone,
- 1:27:17it'll stop that.
- 1:27:19Unknown: Perhaps.
- 1:27:20This is a definition from Black's Law Dictionary six to
- 1:27:25United
- 1:27:26States,
- 1:27:28this term has several meanings. Several meanings.
- 1:27:31It may be merely the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in the family of nations that's on a global basis.
- 1:27:42It may designate a territory over which sovereignty of The United States extends,
- 1:27:47that would be under absolute exclusive federally protected jurisdiction,
- 1:27:51or it may be a collective name of the states which are united,
- 1:27:55small u,
- 1:27:56by and under the constitution,
- 1:27:59Hooven and Allison Company versus Evatt, e v a t t,
- 1:28:04US
- 1:28:05Ohio 03/24
- 1:28:07US six fifty two,
- 1:28:09and '65
- 1:28:10Supreme Court 08/8089
- 1:28:14Lawyers Edition December.
- 1:28:17And in the next edition
- 1:28:18Unknown: of Blacks in the next edition of Blacks, they took that out. Go ahead, Chris.
- 1:28:23Unknown: Well,
- 1:28:25it's my contention that The US citizens
- 1:28:28are and have been under international
- 1:28:31law for quite a long time, maybe since the inception of the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:28:35That's the global new world order. And I think that when you sign up to vote as a US citizen,
- 1:28:41you're thereby in revolution against your local
- 1:28:45sovereign several states.
- 1:28:48And therefore,
- 1:28:49you are giving your tacit proxy vote
- 1:28:53by being in revolution
- 1:28:55to the powers that be, and you only have the illusion of voting and your vote really doesn't make anything and maybe the electoral college or others have the ability to usurpate
- 1:29:05and seditiously undermine and steal your vote, a vote fraud that would be under the pretext that you are an international,
- 1:29:14criminal, if you will,
- 1:29:16or violating your state's duties to elect their representatives or representatives.
- 1:29:21Unknown: Well, you know, when the fourteenth amendment was passed, they gave these these black folks off of the plantations.
- 1:29:28They gave them civil rights.
- 1:29:31Now, there's two headings of rights under rights and the other set of rights is called political rights and they didn't get any political rights from the fourteenth amendment because they were planning on showing them this political theater one hundred years later.
- 1:29:46You've
- 1:29:47got a simulation
- 1:29:50of political rights by being able to exercise your vote in this theater they call DC.
- 1:30:02Unknown: And and that's the technically Yep. That's The United States. Correct. Uppercase.
- 1:30:08Unknown: That's correct. That's the corporation. Now, let me, this is. The corporation. Yeah. I've come to understand, Chris and see you touched on it there is we continue to think that we're doing things that get us
- 1:30:22obliged to the system and obligated,
- 1:30:25okay?
- 1:30:26And
- 1:30:27what the important thing is to know that they've already got you obligated from birth.
- 1:30:32What they're doing now is confirming
- 1:30:35the obligation with all of those little contracts,
- 1:30:39all those things you sign,
- 1:30:41all those questions. Are you a resident? Are you a citizen of The United States?
- 1:30:45The reason they're doing that is to make the damn system constitutional
- 1:30:50because they've now got the consent of the govern. Hey, Gary, we know you're a serf. Are you a serf? Oh, yeah.
- 1:30:59They got the consent of the governor. Now that makes it totally constitutional.
- 1:31:03Unknown: Right. It's contract.
- 1:31:05Unknown: Okay?
- 1:31:06But it's not the nexus. The nexus is from birth. Right. And that differentiation
- 1:31:12has been our whole community's big problem.
- 1:31:15The whole time I've been in this.
- 1:31:18Unknown: Right.
- 1:31:19Just like you said earlier, some are believing Social Security is the nexus and and the key and and all these other facets and the corporate
- 1:31:30corporation and all that.
- 1:31:32But, yeah, it that's it makes sense. It makes sense. I mean, it all comes down to the fourteenth amendment. It it all hinges.
- 1:31:39It hangs on that.
- 1:31:41And now it brought a question to mind then. Is a US citizen
- 1:31:45a so called federal citizen then? Yes. Same thing.
- 1:31:49K.
- 1:31:50Unknown: Okay. It's what I figured. That's why it's important, Gary,
- 1:31:55to understand the concepts because that's the way they fool. This is by changing the way they identify them.
- 1:32:03Unknown: Yeah. Yep. Yep. Can I comment on this vote for a second? Sure, Thomas.
- 1:32:09This vote
- 1:32:11from my understanding is nothing but consent
- 1:32:14for this government to pursue its dastardly
- 1:32:18deeds. And that's it's like a
- 1:32:21it's like a a a weather vane. Well,
- 1:32:24it's Are are they giving us consent to do what we're doing? Yes. We have 115,000,000
- 1:32:30people vote last time. Yep. Well,
- 1:32:33there you go. Yep. That's the majority of the voting age people. That's right.
- 1:32:38Unknown: And that's a large majority in the country that just keep confirming the system they're in over and over and over again.
- 1:32:47Unknown: We're Be fine. With that
- 1:32:51deal I've I've ran across the other day. It says, don't blame
- 1:32:56the clown.
- 1:32:58Don't blame a clown for acting like a clown. Ask yourself why you keep going to the circus. Yeah. Right. You know? And and people keep they keep consenting to this government with their vote. And Thomas Jefferson wrote this right in the declaration of independence.
- 1:33:14Consent of the governed. Yep. That's the vote. Yep. You're when you vote, you approve.
- 1:33:20Now, you know, I asked people the other day. I said,
- 1:33:24would you do business with a, an organization that was $22,000,000
- 1:33:28in debt
- 1:33:30on a bet?
- 1:33:32No. Why are you voting for this corporation that's 22,000,000,000,000 on one set of books in debt and 200 and something trillion in debt on the other set of books? Why what are you voting for? Insanity?
- 1:33:44Unknown: Yeah. I believe so if you look at it like that. Well, that's why there's no the the theme song, tell me where is sanity. Well, I don't know of any other places with any sanity on the face of the earth except this platform.
- 1:33:58Now, I'm going to tell you, you tell me where else you can get this information and understanding to understand what the hell is happening to you on a day to day basis, you and your family and friends. Where, who else can give you this information?
- 1:34:10Alex Jones sure didn't. I saw him say the other day that Jesus Christ told him to go after
- 1:34:17Rogan.
- 1:34:18So, him and Rogan are having a big urinating match and he was on video
- 1:34:23saying Jesus Christ told him to go after Joe Rogan. I saw it with my own eyes.
- 1:34:29Unknown: Yep.
- 1:34:31If
- 1:34:32I might point out the core, the fundamental deception starts from the label or at least the perversion of the word term capital c citizen and the state citizens
- 1:34:43foundation of the country to the small c federal citizen,
- 1:34:47which comes from the just civilis, the city law of Rome, the Lex Rex versus Lex Terra, the law of the land versus the law of the sea,
- 1:34:55where they presume that a citizen is a city denizen,
- 1:34:58a surf, slave, property, resident, individual,
- 1:35:02or otherwise cattle, cattle, or goyaim of the city.
- 1:35:08Unknown: Well, you know, Darryl came called in one day and said that he had this epiphany and I I think it was
- 1:35:16and he said, you know, we call it the Civil War,
- 1:35:19right?
- 1:35:22Well, what was it? It was the war to bring in the civil law,
- 1:35:26wasn't it?
- 1:35:29Unknown: Yeah. That makes sense. That's right.
- 1:35:32Unknown: Introduction.
- 1:35:34Yeah. Okay.
- 1:35:35That's
- 1:35:36so true.
- 1:35:38It's a good point. Good point.
- 1:35:41That and, you know, Raj,
- 1:35:43isn't there really only two choices,
- 1:35:47you know, to be
- 1:35:49an American. You're either one or the other, are you not? Well, I put it US citizen or a state citizen, or can you be both? Well,
- 1:35:59Unknown: you are both if you're a state citizen first, then you're a citizen of the nation by default second.
- 1:36:05Unknown: Right. Okay.
- 1:36:07What I was getting at of the state. I was wondering if it was more or less saying that you are a state citizen also.
- 1:36:16You just need to opt out of each. Well, let's yeah. Let's
- 1:36:19Unknown: look at the always, you know, if I could train you guys to do one thing, it's always start looking at the dialectic.
- 1:36:25Don't look at the main object. Look at the dialectic.
- 1:36:28So, if you were in the old system, a state citizen first, by default you were a citizen of the nation, let's call it that, or you wanna put another label on it, a citizen of The United States Of America,
- 1:36:42but in the new system, you're a federal citizen, and you're only a state
- 1:36:47if
- 1:36:54you
- 1:36:58Unknown: Reside.
- 1:37:01Unknown: Reside.
- 1:37:02It says in the fourteenth amendment in the state wherein they reside.
- 1:37:07So you're only a state citizen if you're a resident. And if you're a resident and you declare yourself a resident, you automatically put yourself under the jurisdiction of the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:37:17Right. Right. Because when you're in Utah out there saying I'm a resident of Utah, what are you really telling them? The laws of Washington DC control me first because I'm a resident.
- 1:37:35See
- 1:37:36how this works?
- 1:37:38Unknown: Mhmm. Yep. It's right there in the last word in that first sentence. That's right.
- 1:37:45Unknown: And and I'm going to tell you, Thomas. Yeah, that's because of my travels,
- 1:37:49you know,
- 1:37:51these last ten and a half years or so, because of my travels, I've come to understand that that's the keyword for the entire new world order system because every country wants you to be one
- 1:38:02of them.
- 1:38:04You come to their country and stay more than a certain number of days, they want you to be one of these resident people. Now, what are they telling you?
- 1:38:13They're telling you that if you're a resident like I am in Ecuador right now, I'm a citizen of The United States Of America, but I'm a resident of Ecuador,
- 1:38:23and what does that mean?
- 1:38:24That I will adhere to and abide by the laws of Ecuador.
- 1:38:39You
- 1:38:39got to understand that you're using this residency term
- 1:38:43in its original
- 1:38:46meaning which is when countries
- 1:38:48sign a treaty and trade ambassadors.
- 1:38:52When the new ambassador comes to The US,
- 1:38:56he is not under US law.
- 1:38:59Specifically,
- 1:39:00he's under the country of origins law because he is in residence.
- 1:39:04Yes, Chris. What were you gonna say?
- 1:39:07Unknown: Well, I still maintain we have to look at the contents
- 1:39:11of the word term residence, which I think are very more complex than most contemplate.
- 1:39:17In law,
- 1:39:18race is a thing. Race is a thing. ID is the abbreviation for identified.
- 1:39:23ENT is an abbreviation for entity.
- 1:39:25So it's a thing identified as an entity, a dead corporate fictitious entity,
- 1:39:30Unknown: a corporate trade nom de guerre, a name for war. They commit war on us without our knowledge. Well, I just don't agree with that, Chris. I don't think it's some damn fictional corporation. You're a piece of property.
- 1:39:42The corporation is not a piece of property. It's an entity. They've made you property here. US, isn't it? Those two things are not synonymous.
- 1:39:51But you see this is. US
- 1:39:53Unknown: is a corporation. That's They're bringing you to be your father. It is but you're not.
- 1:40:02Unknown: You're a piece of property.
- 1:40:06Well, US citizens are a piece of property. I agree. It's represented by that birth certificate which they then collateralize.
- 1:40:14It's not a corporation.
- 1:40:16See, this is this misinformation
- 1:40:18that's permeated our community that keeps screwing people up and keeping them from the answers.
- 1:40:27You have to unlearn, I guess. It is. You gotta unlearn a bunch of stuff when you get into this because we've all been running.
- 1:40:35Everybody
- 1:40:36has had a little piece of the puzzle and
- 1:40:39I'm not saying it's nefarious.
- 1:40:41I think that the a lot of this stuff is out there just because the the system is so complex and so well set up that nobody ever was even close to the answer.
- 1:40:51Nobody ever brought up the feudal system until John Benson did.
- 1:41:00And that's what it is.
- 1:41:02Oh, heck. Did somebody just call me and I'd missed it?
- 1:41:06Let's see here. I don't guess so. Well, anyway,
- 1:41:11that's why I preach on here so much. Let's try and
- 1:41:15get these. Yep. Understandings
- 1:41:17and these concepts now because this is what they built it on,
- 1:41:21okay?
- 1:41:23A corporation is an entity, an entity that has life. It is a person.
- 1:41:33And they're not making you that kind of person. They're making you a property person
- 1:41:40and if you go in there and tell em you're not a property person,
- 1:41:43then, you're a free person.
- 1:41:48But you gotta do it the right Yeah.
- 1:41:51Unknown: In the affidavit, you're saying, look. I'm not this person. I'm this.
- 1:41:57Well, I think a far better Like you said, you're you want you wanna tell them what you're not. I mean, that's
- 1:42:04probably
- 1:42:04maybe more important than the other. I think that's Correct? I think that's truly,
- 1:42:11Unknown: truly
- 1:42:12right. Let me I'm trying to get Robert in here, and I don't know which he's got two
- 1:42:17accounts and I don't know which one he called in. So, let's see here.
- 1:42:21Nope, that's not the way I do it. Hold on.
- 1:42:25Boy, I tell you, I sure do love Microsoft.
- 1:42:29Let me get this out of here. I'm fine. I'm learning how to do this, but it's just so different.
- 1:42:35Okay.
- 1:42:36Let me see if I can get Robert. Now,
- 1:42:39so go ahead and think of something to ask and and
- 1:42:43hold on. Let's see if I can get him back here real quick. So,
- 1:42:49Is word person's real important, man and that goes back to that basic formula,
- 1:42:54Gary and and audience and Thomas. Yeah. Especially, that's so important that you master. You want to master all of this? You master that formula.
- 1:43:04R plus D equals R.
- 1:43:07And understand what that is, why those relationships
- 1:43:11are there, and how it works and once you start doing that, you can just about
- 1:43:19go through any of their laws and know exactly what they're saying. If you don't know that,
- 1:43:26good luck to you.
- 1:43:27Robert, did we get you in there?
- 1:43:31I think you did, Roger, and Alex would have talked about the fourteenth amendment, but you never sent him your damn book. I did too send him my book. Don't give me that crap.
- 1:43:40I'll push your buttons.
- 1:43:43I not only send him my book, I sent him 10 Emails telling him every day where he was using words wrong and I never got one single reply back but I mean, who would reply to little old Roger when Jesus talks to him for god's sakes?
- 1:43:59The hell.
- 1:44:07Roger, why are you watching Alex Jones anymore? I wasn't. I just saw a clip. I know. I haven't listened to him for years, Thomas.
- 1:44:15I saw a clip on that very thing on this pissing match with him and Joe Rogan.
- 1:44:20And I saw that come out of his mouth.
- 1:44:23Jesus Christ told me to go after Joe Rogan. That's exactly what he said verbatim.
- 1:44:34Do you know what would been a scream, Roger?
- 1:44:37If you would have been instead of Atlanta,
- 1:44:39you would have been in Austin in the mid to late nineties. Yeah. It would have been interesting, wouldn't it?
- 1:44:44Oh, boy. What would it have?
- 1:44:47Well see, we've got a real good listener that you guys don't know about and
- 1:44:52that person is in Austin
- 1:44:55and was involved with him back when he was doing his cable show before he ever got a radio show, so I've got a resource that knows where all the skeletons are buried.
- 1:45:06Well,
- 1:45:08would know how. Cool.
- 1:45:11Chuck, you've joined us from Oklahoma. I hope you're not driving around today where they can seize your prepaid debit cards.
- 1:45:21Unknown: Well, that was done earlier. I'm at home right now. Okay. So, how you doing, man? It's a
- 1:45:28it's a crazy world we live in. Whoo. When you got sick of pants
- 1:45:32running around trying to
- 1:45:35at every corner trying to steal money from the highway robbers.
- 1:45:40Unknown: Tax the rich. Feed
- 1:45:43the poor till there are no rich people more. Tell me where is
- 1:45:48sanity.
- 1:45:49I think we got a little sanity here but boy, we got a scratch and claw for it.
- 1:45:55Unknown: Yep. There's Sandy in Ecuador. You know, on that on that credit card deal, when they go around with their
- 1:46:02readers
- 1:46:03stealing from people, you're just gonna have to put your cards
- 1:46:08and stuff, which I've been meaning to do anyways, put it in one of those, what do they call it? The block it wallets or whatever. Yep.
- 1:46:17So they can't see what you got on you. I mean, thing with cash. They they still cash it it as well. So,
- 1:46:25you just hit like the ones like that
- 1:46:28man, that father, and that son up in
- 1:46:31where was it? They were traveling back from
- 1:46:35Las Vegas or whatever where they had won money or they were going to Las Vegas. I don't remember from New Mexico when they got pulled over and they confiscated the car, confiscated the money they had, took them both and put them in jail.
- 1:46:47Unknown: Asset full featured.
- 1:46:48Unknown: Yep. Yeah. Yeah, it's a big problem.
- 1:46:52I was You know how make
- 1:46:54it not a problem?
- 1:46:56File an affidavit with the Secretary of State and none of the laws that are all written for residents apply to you.
- 1:47:05That's how you take care of this problem.
- 1:47:08Unknown: Right. But it but if they're going to see stuff off your card out of your account without you knowing it
- 1:47:15or if they pull you over and do that, then, you gotta go back through the process of getting it back.
- 1:47:20Unknown: That's even, you know, so. Chuck, I'm not saying that there ain't some hassles involved but you got a legal
- 1:47:28foot to stand on this way. The other way, you don't have a chance.
- 1:47:34Unknown: True.
- 1:47:36But
- 1:47:37I I was just gonna say to Thomas, welcome back and
- 1:47:42I hadn't
- 1:47:43hadn't heard we we hadn't heard from you in a while. So, it's good that you are
- 1:47:48coming around even more again from last year but I was gonna say, you know, I was listening to you on
- 1:47:55one of your classes one night and you were it was the miss
- 1:47:59Patriot Miss, I think, or something like that, and you you were taught you or Rory mentioned something about
- 1:48:07one of those myths is that the birth certificate has
- 1:48:11doesn't mean anything. It's not tied to anything or at that time and and it looks like you've come around on that
- 1:48:18issue.
- 1:48:19But I was wondering if
- 1:48:22if if you've gotten very far with Joseph himself
- 1:48:25on this on what Roger teaches?
- 1:48:31Unknown: He has,
- 1:48:32listened to the last couple of conference calls, so maybe so.
- 1:48:37Who knows? You know, everybody
- 1:48:40has a different
- 1:48:42level of accepting things whether it's now or later
- 1:48:46Unknown: or forty years ago. Right? Let me give an example that
- 1:48:50came from one of our good listeners, Darryl, okay? And this is some time back.
- 1:48:55And Darryl's a real good student. He's a real bright guy and he picked this stuff up very quickly.
- 1:49:00I didn't even know Darryl. He bought the book. He heard me somewhere. He did bought the book, read it. He had already filed his affidavit and done everything before he ever called in to the show, okay?
- 1:49:12But one day here a couple years ago, I'm going to hit my cough button for just a second. If you guys will excuse me.
- 1:49:22One day, couple years ago,
- 1:49:24a number of you listened to Ralph Winneroute on Sunday over on ex wife number one
- 1:49:30and
- 1:49:32Ralph does great work. I always praise him here. I admire what he's doing. I know exactly what he's doing, what he's going through because I I took that path for a while. That's when I switched off and went over to this path.
- 1:49:44But
- 1:49:45Ralph is is studied as he is was on his show one day saying the word resident doesn't have anything to do with this.
- 1:49:53And so Darryl called him in, called up the show, and walked him through word by word the fourteenth amendment to the last word,
- 1:50:02and he said Ralph was speechless.
- 1:50:07So. I bet he was. But there's somebody that been doing that. All my hats off to him. Nothing derogatory.
- 1:50:13No ad hominem attack here. I admire what he's doing. It's the death of a thousand cuts.
- 1:50:19We're all cutting them from a different angle, okay? And that distracts them and it divides their attention,
- 1:50:25okay?
- 1:50:26And so, but here he done all that work and had all these successes
- 1:50:31and didn't understand the pivotal
- 1:50:34action of this one word, resident,
- 1:50:37in the whole entire scheme,
- 1:50:40and the whole worldwide scheme's based on that word,
- 1:50:43and I maintain that
- 1:50:45if anybody wants to pick up the ball and do some research,
- 1:50:48and go back and research the origins of the word resident,
- 1:50:53where we find that they split it off
- 1:50:56from that original
- 1:50:58conceptual
- 1:50:59definition of ambassadorial
- 1:51:01law,
- 1:51:01and went over and attached a geographical
- 1:51:04definition, a second definition
- 1:51:07to that word, you're going to find the origins of this plan.
- 1:51:15Yeah. That's probably true. Okay.
- 1:51:18I've mentioned that a number of times. Nobody's ever gone out and done it and quite frankly, I'm about researched out, okay?
- 1:51:25So,
- 1:51:26but if somebody will go back, my suspicion is where we can find where they laid in a geographical definition
- 1:51:34on the term resident
- 1:51:35to augment
- 1:51:36the one that was already in operation,
- 1:51:39there you're going to find the origins of what we're living in and talking about today.
- 1:51:46Black's Law? That was the pivotal
- 1:51:49equivocation
- 1:51:50that they put in that's allowed them to pull this whole thing off.
- 1:51:56Where you reside?
- 1:51:58The word resident. Would you use Black's Law? Well, you could not. I'd go back and I'd go back and use the Oxford English Dictionary.
- 1:52:06Unknown: Okay.
- 1:52:10Unknown: Hey, Roger. In this last few minutes, can you make
- 1:52:14it known how important it is to correct this
- 1:52:17political status that everybody's born with? You know, I had a person tell me yesterday, I wasn't born with any political status. I'm like,
- 1:52:25I'm sorry to tell you everybody gets that at birth.
- 1:52:29Unknown: Well Can you explain this last few minutes? Alright. Yeah. I can explain it probably in a lot shorter than a couple of minutes. You're either free or you're bond.
- 1:52:39Now, that's what Gary was at a few minutes ago asking about these questions. You're either, let's get it down to the most simplistic
- 1:52:48way we can look at it. You're either a slave or you're a free man.
- 1:52:53Right? Quintessential.
- 1:52:55Mhmm.
- 1:52:56I mean, you're one of those two, right? And everything that happens from that point dictates what happens to you.
- 1:53:05And when they ask you, you ought to know. And that's
- 1:53:10the deviousness
- 1:53:12of their deal right there Robert,
- 1:53:15is to turn it around so they can ask you these questions and get your consent.
- 1:53:22But if you're eager enough to say, yes, yes, I am a citizen. Sure, you bet. Then, that's on you. That's right and go register to vote and play the game and you know, you do all the right, use their money and and put all the your excess in their little savings accounts and all the rest of the stuff that's designed to fleece your and leave you old, sick, and penniless when you're dying.
- 1:53:47Unknown: And they presume.
- 1:53:50Unknown: Roger, when you when you correct this political status,
- 1:53:55are you automatically opted out? Yes. I think so. An income
- 1:54:00taxpayer?
- 1:54:01Unknown: Well, no. You're not because there's still two instances that you do owe a tax, and that's sections eight seventy one and eight seventy seven,
- 1:54:11only So those
- 1:54:16if you've got any tax
- 1:54:18on Union Pacific Railroad bonds like Frank Brushaber did,
- 1:54:23then you need to pay that tax because you're generating
- 1:54:27a benefit from the system,
- 1:54:29and the other one is if you want to genuinely expatriate
- 1:54:33the country and you owe any stuff. But you see, we're not expatriating.
- 1:54:37I expatriated
- 1:54:39by moving,
- 1:54:40but what I did even though I live in a foreign country was I repatriated
- 1:54:45to my correct and original status.
- 1:54:51Now, this is pretty interesting, Thomas. Here's another little wrinkle on that resonant word because this hit me when I was living down there. Boy, we're just about out of time here, folks.
- 1:55:01Because then when I travel a couple of times, they ask you this, do they give you these documents? When you're traveling from one country to another,
- 1:55:09you have to fill out stuff on the plane, okay? And give it to em when you get there and one of the questions on one of the of those papers, every one of em is what country are you a resident of?
- 1:55:22Well, I wasn't a resident of Argentina. I was living there illegally
- 1:55:25and I'd already rebutted my residency that was presumed in The United States.
- 1:55:30So, I'm thinking, well, which country am I a resident of? But you see, it led me to understand
- 1:55:37that our original state citizens in the way the country was set up, you got your rights from god, right?
- 1:55:46So, if you get your rights from god, it's to god that you owe your duties. Back to that formula,
- 1:55:51okay? So, my residency was in heaven.
- 1:55:55Now,
- 1:55:56I've changed it. My residency is not in heaven anymore. I've declared it here in a country on earth called Ecuador.
- 1:56:06See how important this stuff is? You can't understand that unless you understand these basics and understand that formula and how it works.
- 1:56:16Unknown: Conceptual.
- 1:56:17Unknown: It is totally conceptual. Yep.
- 1:56:20You ain't gonna go read this in some code book or pull it out of some court case more than likely.
- 1:56:27We've got pieces of it there but not the whole picture.
- 1:56:32So,
- 1:56:33anyway, we're about out of time, guys. We're going hear the whistler here in a second. As far as I know,
- 1:56:38there he is right there. As far as I know, Paul will be back with us tomorrow
- 1:56:43and we'll see what comes up. I sure appreciate all you guys calling in. Thomas,
- 1:56:48these are my favorite kind of shows to do, okay? So, I really appreciate you calling in. I appreciate you and your bunch being on board and we'll bend over backwards to do what whatever we can do for you, okay?
- 1:57:01Chris. Awesome. You got stuff to write and file. Go get it taken care of.
- 1:57:07Let's see. Robert, you joined us.
- 1:57:09Chuck was with us and Gary was there and I appreciate everyone of you, okay? So, I'll see you tomorrow with Paul. Have a great day. I'm going to go have lunch with the expats and find out about our internet situation.
- 1:57:22Costello vista. Alright. Costello away, go amigos. Ciao. Ciao. Thanks. Thanks, Roger, for everything. As always, Roger. Day, everybody. You you it cleanses. Thank you. Wish we could join you for lunch. Thomas, it cleanses my souls to do this. I'll see y'all tomorrow.
- 1:57:38Unknown: Ciao.
- 1:58:22Unknown: Blasting the Voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
