- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need.
- 0:01Speaker 2: All right, Good morning friends, Happy Friday.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Thank you for starting it with us.
- 0:06Speaker 2: I've got those three things, presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 0:09Speaker 2: We're gonna start with some football news. I love this
- 0:12Speaker 2: honky Tonk hideaway and Canteena just announced plans to give
- 0:15Speaker 2: free rides to Titans home games this year. They're gonna
- 0:18Speaker 2: have a complimentary shuttle that can accommodate one hundred and
- 0:21Speaker 2: fifteen people for each home game. You park across the
- 0:25Speaker 2: street for free, you walk over, you check in around
- 0:27Speaker 2: nine am, you grab some food or drinks, and you
- 0:30Speaker 2: hop on the bus. And of course they're gonna have
- 0:32Speaker 2: a stocked cooler on the shuttle as well. It's first come,
- 0:35Speaker 2: first serve and you have to make a reservation, which
- 0:38Speaker 2: you can do right now.
- 0:39Speaker 1: That really does sound fun.
- 0:41Speaker 2: In other football news, the season technically got started last
- 0:44Speaker 2: night with the Hall of Fame game between the Panthers
- 0:46Speaker 2: and the Cardinals.
- 0:47Speaker 1: And while we are.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Still at the very very beginning, Disney just said that
- 0:52Speaker 2: they are already fully sold out of all ad space
- 0:54Speaker 2: for next year's Super Bowl.
- 0:56Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 0:56Speaker 2: They were selling thirty second ads for up to ten
- 0:59Speaker 2: million dollars and they sold all their ad space. They
- 1:02Speaker 2: said fifty eight different brands bought them all up. The game,
- 1:05Speaker 2: which is set for Valentine's Day February fourteenth, of twenty
- 1:09Speaker 2: twenty seven, is going to air on ESPN and ABC. Lastly, here,
- 1:14Speaker 2: According to a new survey, forty seven is when people
- 1:17Speaker 2: hit peak happiness. That's the age forty seven years old
- 1:20Speaker 2: when humans feel the healthiest, happiest, and most confident. Apparently
- 1:24Speaker 2: they start feeling better because they focus on their well
- 1:26Speaker 2: being instead of their appearance. Two thousand people were surveyed
- 1:29Speaker 2: for this. Yeah, they understand their bodies better. They cut
- 1:32Speaker 2: back on partying. Forty seven. I'm four years.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Away from peak happiness. I cannot wait. There you go.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Three things you now know. Here's Olivia Rodrigo. As we
- 1:40Speaker 2: get back into the music. Another chance to win these
- 1:43Speaker 2: Audrey hober tickets. We've had them all week. This is

- 1:53Speaker 4: on October sixth. It's gonna be a huge concert. If
- 1:56Speaker 4: you don't know who she is. Maybe this will kind
- 1:58Speaker 4: of jog your memory a little bit exhausted. Wana, you

- 2:07Speaker 1: I wan you want it?

- 2:27Speaker 2: for the first caller. We're talking to you next.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 2:32Speaker 4: We're looking for our first caller of the day this morning,
- 2:35Speaker 4: the last one this week for these Audrey Hobart tickets.
- 2:38Speaker 4: We got Thomas on the line. Good morning, Thomas, what
- 2:40Speaker 4: are you doing today? I saw the other onekend you
- 2:45Speaker 4: saw the other ones. I saw this one over the
- 2:46Speaker 4: weekend and I loved it.
- 2:48Speaker 1: You like Spider Man for sure.
- 2:51Speaker 4: Everybody's saying that it's like the best movie this year
- 2:54Speaker 4: so far. So you're gonna have such a great time
- 2:56Speaker 4: seeing Spider Man.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I thought Toy Story too, Toy Story, the Newer one. Yeah, yeah,
- 3:01Speaker 1: that's a good movie. Yeah that one.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Thomas. When's the last time you went to a concert.
- 3:05Speaker 5: I haven't been to that concerence for a while.
- 3:08Speaker 4: It's been a while. Okay, Well, good news, Thomas, because
- 3:11Speaker 4: you're the first caller of the day. You're gonna go
- 3:13Speaker 4: to a concert in October. Audrey Hopbert's gonna be at
- 3:16Speaker 4: the Ryeman. And since you got through, you're getting tickets.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Thank you. Welcome Weme. This is gonna be a great show.
- 3:22Speaker 2: The Ryman is such a great venue and Audrey Hilbert
- 3:25Speaker 2: is so talented. You're gonna have a great time and
- 3:27Speaker 2: enjoy the movie today. We really hope you love it.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 3:31Speaker 4: Okay, Thomas, hold on one second. Okay, We're just gonna
- 3:34Speaker 4: put you on hold. We're gonna come right back.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I enjoy listen to you, guys.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Thanks for being a part of our morning Ricky, Zach
- 3:41Speaker 2: and Meno in the Morning.
- 3:44Speaker 4: Just like any other Friday, Zach has put together a
- 3:47Speaker 4: list of things for you to do this weekend here
- 3:49Speaker 4: in Nashville, so you don't really have to worry about it.
- 3:52Speaker 4: It's Turkey, Zach and Mano in the Morning on one
- 3:54Speaker 4: O seven five the River. What we got going on
- 3:56Speaker 4: this weekend?
- 3:57Speaker 6: Okay, So starting tonight at the Adventure Science Center.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Is the way late playdate. It's Camp Fear.
- 4:03Speaker 6: So basically it's a twenty one and up after hours experience.
- 4:07Speaker 6: It's all about science, psychology, and strange poetry of fear itself.
- 4:12Speaker 6: So you can wander through interactive activities, you can sit
- 4:15Speaker 6: with unsettling questions, let the biology of dread work on.
- 4:19Speaker 1: You a little. This is very cool. It sounds so interesting.
- 4:24Speaker 6: The Nashville Vintage Market is happening on Saturday at the
- 4:26Speaker 6: Nashville Fairgrounds, so you can brouss thousands of like retro
- 4:30Speaker 6: clothing and record vendors and there's just gonna be so
- 4:34Speaker 6: many vintage things. It's only five bucks to get in
- 4:37Speaker 6: love that. Yeah, it sounds so cool. And then also
- 4:41Speaker 6: on Saturday, Vince Gill is going to be at the Rhyeman.
- 4:43Speaker 6: So if you want to go see Vince Gill, take
- 4:45Speaker 6: it start at sixty five bucks.
- 4:47Speaker 1: All right, thank you, Zach. If you're looking for weekend plans,
- 4:49Speaker 1: hopefully that helped three days you need to know. Happy Friday,
- 4:54Speaker 1: my friends.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Feels good to say that just after seven o'clock here
- 4:57Speaker 2: with those three things presented by Marks being real Estate.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Tennessee's primary election is in the Books, and Senator Marshall
- 5:03Speaker 2: Blackburn has won the Republican nomination for governor. She'd beat
- 5:07Speaker 2: Congressman John Rose and state Representative Monti Fritz. She will
- 5:10Speaker 2: now face Democrat Jerry Green in November. The biggest surprise
- 5:14Speaker 2: of the night came when incumbent Congressman Andy Ogles, who
- 5:18Speaker 2: had the support of President Trump, he lost his Republican primary.
- 5:21Speaker 2: The former Agriculture Commissioner Charlie Hatcher, also in the newly
- 5:25Speaker 2: redrawn ninth congressional district, Justin Pearson won the Democratic nomination
- 5:30Speaker 2: and Brent Taylor took the Republican side. Now, at this point,
- 5:33Speaker 2: with most races called, attention turns to the November general election.
- 5:38Speaker 2: There's a Gilmore Girls documentary in the works.
- 5:40Speaker 1: At HBO MAC. You know a lot of people are
- 5:42Speaker 1: going to be excited about this.
- 5:43Speaker 2: It'll include never before seeing outtakes and a bunch of
- 5:46Speaker 2: behind the scenes footage. We don't have too much info
- 5:49Speaker 2: about this yet, but we do know that Lauren Graham
- 5:51Speaker 2: will be involved.
- 5:52Speaker 1: In some way. She was Laurele I.
- 5:54Speaker 2: We don't know when it'll be out, but I know
- 5:56Speaker 2: the fall autumn is always associated with that show, so
- 6:00Speaker 2: they could fast tractice. They can get it out in
- 6:01Speaker 2: the next couple of months, that'd be great. Lastly, here
- 6:05Speaker 2: the rumors have all been true. Tom Holland and Zendeia
- 6:08Speaker 2: are married. They've been married, and earlier this week they
- 6:12Speaker 2: had a wedding reception to celebrate. According to TMZ, the
- 6:14Speaker 2: two of them got married earlier this year, which we
- 6:16Speaker 2: all kind of figured, and they waited until this past
- 6:19Speaker 2: Tuesday to celebrate with family and friends. The big party
- 6:22Speaker 2: went down at a luxury countryside hotel in England, the
- 6:25Speaker 2: Beaverbrook Hotel.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Sounds fancy and again.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Yes, everyone has sort of known that they got married
- 6:31Speaker 2: a while back, but they never officially confirmed it until now.
- 6:34Speaker 1: So congrats to them.
- 6:35Speaker 2: The biggest movie in the world in theaters right now
- 6:38Speaker 2: and weddings are going well for them.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Class is in Sessions.
- 6:44Speaker 3: Sacks Facts brought to you by Mark Spain real Estate.
- 6:47Speaker 1: On One the River.
- 6:49Speaker 6: Now that we're finally back to school, I feel like
- 6:51Speaker 6: a lot of kids are going to wish that they
- 6:53Speaker 6: were in Germany because apparently in Germany children get like
- 6:56Speaker 6: a big paper cone that's filled with treats and toys
- 6:59Speaker 6: on their very first I want that paper cone of
- 7:02Speaker 6: treats and toys.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm like that's so cool. And there's your factor
- 7:06Speaker 1: of the day. Donk, Zach, They not a Kevin Languages.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Ricky, Zach and Menow in the Morning one.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Seven five the River, Good morning. Is there a business
- 7:21Speaker 2: idea that you've had kicking around for a bit that
- 7:24Speaker 2: you just haven't started yet? I know Zach has one.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I definitely have one.
- 7:27Speaker 6: So I bought a pregnancy pillow and I feel like
- 7:30Speaker 6: they should make them for men.
- 7:32Speaker 4: Wouldn't it just be the same pillow?
- 7:34Speaker 3: No?
- 7:35Speaker 6: I feel like they should make like a different pillow
- 7:37Speaker 6: for men. Like you can cuddle a business idea? What
- 7:40Speaker 6: would get like a boyfriend pillow? What would be different
- 7:43Speaker 6: about it?
- 7:43Speaker 1: Though it would be like a boyfriend pillow, basically just
- 7:47Speaker 1: to have a different name. Okay, yeah, okay.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Okay, that's Zach's idea six one seven, three.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Seven nine one o seven.
- 7:54Speaker 2: If you have a business idea that you want to
- 7:56Speaker 2: share with us, We're not going to steal it, but
- 7:58Speaker 2: feel free to share.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Ricky, Zach and Menow in the Morning.
- 8:03Speaker 4: On what's a business that you would love to start
- 8:07Speaker 4: but you just you haven't done it yet. It's Ricky
- 8:09Speaker 4: Zacha Mano in the morning on one O seven five
- 8:12Speaker 4: the River. I promise we're not trying to steal your ideas.
- 8:15Speaker 4: But Zach's been on this kick of trying to start
- 8:17Speaker 4: his own business and then he just he doesn't do
- 8:20Speaker 4: anything about it. So David and Smyrna, what's your idea.
- 8:23Speaker 5: So everybody hates Ticketmaster, right, I haven't way to put
- 8:27Speaker 5: them out of business.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I don't want to.
- 8:29Speaker 5: Get too technical here, but you've probably heard of the
- 8:31Speaker 5: NFTs also really popular for pictures of monkeys. Well, we
- 8:36Speaker 5: should very easily use NFTs to issue tickets, cut out
- 8:40Speaker 5: a master altogether, and it would give venues more money
- 8:45Speaker 5: because NFTs works that if they're ever resold by a scalper,
- 8:48Speaker 5: the venue automatically gets a percentage of that resale.
- 8:51Speaker 4: I'm like mind blown right now because I feel like
- 8:53Speaker 4: this also entails a lot of things that I don't
- 8:55Speaker 4: actually understand, definitely, but I am impressed you've thought about this, David,
- 9:01Speaker 4: because somebody needs to do something about the ticket prices
- 9:05Speaker 4: and the way that things are going with concerts. So
- 9:07Speaker 4: if we can get more and more people to think
- 9:09Speaker 4: of better ideas, I'm.
- 9:10Speaker 3: All for it.
- 9:10Speaker 2: And it does sound like the first actual practical use
- 9:14Speaker 2: I've ever heard of NFTs. I always thought NFTs were
- 9:16Speaker 2: kind of a dumb thing, but this would actually maybe
- 9:19Speaker 2: make sense.
- 9:20Speaker 5: Yeah, you just need the infrastructure to pull it off.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, and that's why you haven't done it yet, David.
- 9:25Speaker 5: Yes, that's why I haven't done it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Okay, I'm coming to the sharks here for an investment.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I get it.
- 9:32Speaker 5: Yeah, you got any money.
- 9:34Speaker 4: Unfortunately we're all broke, but we love your idea. David,
- 9:39Speaker 4: thank you so much for calling in. We appreciate you.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Thanks you too.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Did I ever tell you guys about my ghost in
- 9:46Speaker 2: a box business idea?
- 9:48Speaker 1: Oh? Keaven, go ahead.
- 9:49Speaker 2: I've had this idea for so long because there's so
- 9:51Speaker 2: little overhead, and now I guess I'm just putting out.
- 9:54Speaker 1: There in the world.
- 9:54Speaker 2: But uh, it's just like kind of a novelty thing
- 9:57Speaker 2: where you can send somebody, you know, a friend or
- 9:59Speaker 2: some I think it's kind of like a gag gift
- 10:01Speaker 2: haunt their house. They open up this box and then
- 10:03Speaker 2: there's like a little piece of paper in there, and
- 10:05Speaker 2: it says like when you open this box, you released
- 10:06Speaker 2: a ghost. And there's like a little piece of paper
- 10:08Speaker 2: that tells you about the ghost that is now haunting
- 10:10Speaker 2: your house, and think about how little the overhead is.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I don't actually have a product. I just have boxes.
- 10:15Speaker 2: I don't hate the idea.
- 10:17Speaker 4: No, I'm actually I hate that.
- 10:18Speaker 1: I like it. Oh my god, you guys like it.
- 10:21Speaker 1: It's actually really good.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Years ago, on an old radio show, we had Robert Hirshevik,
- 10:25Speaker 2: one of the sharks from Shark Tank, in the studio,
- 10:27Speaker 2: and I told him this idea.
- 10:28Speaker 1: He hated it.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Oh, he did not want to invest. So I'm glad
- 10:32Speaker 2: that I have you two on my team.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Well I don't.
- 10:35Speaker 4: I don't know that you should be glad about that,
- 10:36Speaker 4: because we're maybe not the people that you want on
- 10:38Speaker 4: your team.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I mean we have I'm wanting to invest, but I
- 10:41Speaker 1: think it's a.
- 10:41Speaker 4: Good idea, you guys, I mean we could invest in
- 10:43Speaker 4: some boxes.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Ricky in five Bucks, a Last.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Bitch, Ricky Zachon in the morning, Kevin.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Manner's Game of the Day on one of seven, five
- 10:53Speaker 4: the River. We've been playing fit check all week long
- 10:56Speaker 4: because we have a four pack of GA tickets to

- 11:10Speaker 4: that you would typically spend a lot more money on.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Yes, Jen, and Franklin is on the line right now,
- 11:15Speaker 2: Mourning Jen, How are you good? Happy to have you
- 11:19Speaker 2: with us? Do you feel like have you well? First

- 11:24Speaker 1: I heard it Tuesday, I think, and it was whatever
- 11:28Speaker 1: day you all did, the one with the sims.
- 11:30Speaker 4: That I would have thought it was ploea.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Who you would have gotten that one wrong?
- 11:34Speaker 2: Oh, hopefully have better luck here today. It's all fashioned
- 11:38Speaker 2: trivia for these tickets. The game is called fitcheck, and
- 11:42Speaker 2: it starts right now. Any two out of three of
- 11:45Speaker 2: them right to win. What clothing item did Cinderella accidentally
- 11:51Speaker 2: leave behind when she was sprinting away from the Prince?
- 11:55Speaker 3: Oh?
- 11:56Speaker 1: My, I know.
- 11:57Speaker 4: I was in the place cinerella in high school.
- 11:59Speaker 6: It was a glass It was a glass slipper.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Good job, I didn't even know that one. You didn't
- 12:05Speaker 1: say the class. I had no idea. All right, you
- 12:07Speaker 1: get this?
- 12:08Speaker 2: You win two interlocking seas the letter see two interlocking
- 12:13Speaker 2: seas represent what fashion brand that.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Is.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Should know she's fancy. Congratulations, you did it. That was
- 12:24Speaker 1: easy for you.
- 12:25Speaker 4: I was surprised.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Yeah, you didn't know Kim Kardashian was responsible for skims,
- 12:30Speaker 2: but you you should know. Uh, that's four tickets, Yeah,
- 12:34Speaker 2: exactly four ga tickets to fashion for a fraction at
- 12:39Speaker 2: the factory at Franklin on August fifteenth.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Congratulations, thank you, Ricky zach in Meadow in the morning.
- 12:48Speaker 1: I mean this with every ounce of my soul. Happy Friday.
- 12:52Speaker 1: It's one of seven five the River.
- 12:54Speaker 2: On Fridays, we go around the room with each get
- 12:56Speaker 2: thirty seconds to present an unused topic, something we didn't
- 12:59Speaker 2: have time for this week. It's called the leftovers. That
- 13:01Speaker 2: the leftover topics. Ricky, you're up first thirty seconds.
- 13:04Speaker 4: All right, we're going to Halloween vibes. Okay. Mars the
- 13:07Speaker 4: candy company, Yeah, they're so ready for Halloween. They released
- 13:10Speaker 4: their twenty twenty six Tricks, Treats and Trends reports. Okay,
- 13:15Speaker 4: it shows that chocolate is still the favorite. Seven out
- 13:17Speaker 4: of ten adults want chocolate. Okay, this is like the
- 13:20Speaker 4: top five. Okay. Eminem's are respondent's number one Mars candy,
- 13:25Speaker 4: followed by Snickers and Twigs, with Milky Way and Skittles
- 13:29Speaker 4: rounding out the top five. Okay, and I just do
- 13:32Speaker 4: not agree with this whatsoever. I don't think Eminem's are
- 13:35Speaker 4: the best ones.
- 13:36Speaker 1: What do you think is the best one?
- 13:37Speaker 4: Skittless Ye should be number one?
- 13:42Speaker 1: Yep?
- 13:43Speaker 4: What do you think should be number one?
- 13:45Speaker 2: I would probably keep Eminem's there personally for me, Nothing
- 13:48Speaker 2: on your.
- 13:50Speaker 1: My number one thing, my number one. It would be
- 13:55Speaker 1: something with peanut butter.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Whatever peanut Butter's going next, Zach, I will go.
- 14:00Speaker 6: So I do want to tell you about how to
- 14:02Speaker 6: get like a premium tribal experience on a basic economy budget.
- 14:06Speaker 6: Number one is saying, like go to a newly opened hotel.
- 14:10Speaker 6: So a newly open hotel, basically they will give you
- 14:13Speaker 6: like introductory pricing along with perks like complimentary breakfasts and
- 14:17Speaker 6: premium upgrades to different rooms, and then also enjoy luxury.
- 14:23Speaker 1: By the hour.
- 14:24Speaker 6: If you cannot afford to say at that hotel, you
- 14:27Speaker 6: can literally just go for a.
- 14:28Speaker 4: Happy hour, and then that's a good idea.
- 14:31Speaker 1: You can go for lunch, dinner, or like a rooftop
- 14:33Speaker 1: cocktail hour.
- 14:35Speaker 4: Bite size luxury.
- 14:36Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:36Speaker 6: Also, they're saying that if after booking an economy ticket,
- 14:40Speaker 6: keep an eye out for discounted upgrades. It could be
- 14:43Speaker 6: like a couple days before the flight and then they'll
- 14:45Speaker 6: be like, hey, do you want to upgrade for like
- 14:47Speaker 6: one hundred bucks?
- 14:48Speaker 1: Yeah? I do instead of spending thousands.
- 14:51Speaker 6: Okay, yeah, yeah, And it's totally in I like the
- 14:54Speaker 6: idea of a new hotel too, because it's not like
- 14:56Speaker 6: a cesspool of germs and stuff.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Oh okay, his brain immediately that was to germs.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, keV. What do you got real quick, Ricky?
- 15:06Speaker 2: Do you wear your house slippers when you're at a
- 15:07Speaker 2: hotel or do you walk barefoot on that carpet?
- 15:09Speaker 4: Socks?
- 15:10Speaker 1: Oh? That okay, that.
- 15:12Speaker 4: Moment, I'm okay with socks. I don't have enough a
- 15:14Speaker 4: room in my suitcase to my slippers in there.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Lastly, here, I do have a list of the dumbest
- 15:20Speaker 2: myths that people still believe, things like we eat x
