- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we
- 0:06left off with Jeffrey Epstein's pilot, Larry Vasaski and his
- 0:10deposition from two thousand and nine. Once again, Brad Edwards
- 0:15asking the questions, Larry Vasaski doing the answering. Question. Okay,
- 0:20so you remember this flight where a President Clinton, Kevin Spacey,
- 0:23and Chris Tucker, Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. Answer yes.
- 0:28Question from JFK to what is this LPAZ LPAZ? That
- 0:33is question South Africa or something? Answer No, it's the
- 0:36Azor Islands, Santa Maria. Question do you know the purpose
- 0:40of that trip? Answer it was a fuel stop. Question okay?
- 0:44And do you know why Chris Tucker and Kevin Spacey
- 0:46were on that airplane? Answer no. Question did you talk
- 0:49to them? Answer? They came up to the cockpit and
- 0:51said hello, so they converse nothing more. Question. Another name
- 0:55that was on here a few times, specifically referring right
- 0:59now to the dates of September twenty third and twenty
- 1:02fourth of two thousand and two is Ron Burkele. Do
- 1:05you know who Ron Burkele is? Answer? I know what
- 1:09that is, yes, I didn't realize he was on our airplane.
- 1:12Question right, now, that is the first time that you
- 1:15remember Ron Burkele being on the airplane? Answer yeah. Question
- 1:19do you know what purpose for him being on that airplane?
- 1:23Answer no, Granted, I'm seeing this for the first time,
- 1:26so I'm trying. Question let me ask you that because
- 1:30this was given to me at a deposition of Dave Rogers,
- 1:33who I understand was the chief pilot for mister Epstein,
- 1:36and now you're the chief pilot. But you always kind
- 1:38of worked in tandem. Correct answer sure, we complimented each other.
- 1:43Question and you both worked for the same company that
- 1:46flies Jeffrey Epstein's airplane. Right answer yes. Question so I
- 1:52was of the presumption, which may have been I may
- 1:55have been misled here, or I may have, you know,
- 1:57misunderstood the purpose behind this book or how it was created.
- 2:01I thought that you had probably seen this before at
- 2:03some point in time. Answer oh, no. Question did you
- 2:06know that Dave Rogers was keeping this book? Answer no,
- 2:10I know he keeps a pilot log book. Question Okay,
- 2:13but you didn't know he was keeping the names of
- 2:15the people who were on the airplane. Answer no, it's
- 2:18not required, so I mean question, so today is the
- 2:22first time that you're learning that the name of the
- 2:24people that are on the airplane was kept by Dave Rogers.
- 2:28Answer yes in his log book. Question okay, and at
- 2:34times when you would come into the country with passengers,
- 2:38well not, at times, didn't you have to also report
- 2:40their date of birth? Answer sure? Question at times? Weren't
- 2:44there also people that you would bring in from other
- 2:46countries into the United States that were under the age
- 2:49of eighteen? Answer yes, question and at sometimes those were
- 2:54flights that included Jean Luke Brunel and girls that were
- 2:57under the age of eighteen, right, mister Critten, object to
- 3:00form Vysoski answers, I don't remember those flights. Question Okay,
- 3:06you don't remember which flights it would have been where
- 3:08there would have been girls under the age of eighteen.
- 3:11Objection by criten form Vasoski. Well, I would have to
- 3:15look at the flight logs, Edwards. It's not illegal to
- 3:19have somebody under the age of eighteen on a flight anyway, right,
- 3:22answer no, not at all. Question were you ever aware
- 3:25that you, as a pilot were transporting girls under the
- 3:28age of eighteen who were supposed to be models, Critten
- 3:32objects to form VASASKI I had no knowledge, Edwards, okay,
- 3:38you never knew who the people were on the airplane,
- 3:41that their purpose was their role with Jeffrey Epstein or
- 3:44Jean Luke Brunel Answer no question, all right. Do you
- 3:48know Juliette Bryant? Answer no, I don't remember the name.
- 3:51Question Andrea Metrovich answer I remember the name. Question she
- 3:57flew frequently, at least for a period of time. Do
- 3:59you remember the answer yes. Question is that somebody that
- 4:03you thought was familiar with the modeling industry or related
- 4:05to the modeling industry? Answer no question. Okay, And these people,
- 4:09did Jeffrey Epstein ever tell you how he was associated
- 4:12with any of them? Answer no question. Did you ever
- 4:16wonder how he was associated with any of them? Answer no?
- 4:20Never interested question? And on several of these, well most
- 4:24of these, the names or initials of the people that
- 4:26are on the flight are listed. Do you know on
- 4:28the occasions where it lists generally two females or three
- 4:32females or six females, do you know why that was done? Answer?
- 4:36Just because we didn't know the person's name. We tried
- 4:39to do the best we could to keep the records.
- 4:41Question when you say we tried to do the best
- 4:43that we could. Answer Dave and I question, okay, but
- 4:48the first time that you learned that he kept anybody's
- 4:51names was today? Right? Answer? Well, I didn't know he
- 4:53kept them in his log book. He would fill out
- 4:56passenger manifest as where having passengers names in your pilot
- 4:59log book, he's probably the only person in the world
- 5:02that does that. Question. Okay, answer so when you were
- 5:06mentioning putting the names down, when you said females or male,
- 5:10you know I was referring to the passenger manifest. Question
- 5:13for each of these same flights, then that we're referring
- 5:16to out of this log book that was marked as
- 5:19composite Exhibit one in Dave Rogers's deposition. Am I understanding
- 5:23you correctly that there would also be a passenger manifest
- 5:26for each of these flights? Answer? Yes, question Now where
- 5:30would I find the passenger manifest? Who keeps the documentation?
- 5:34Answer corporate? Our corporate office? Question which is whom? Answer
- 5:39up in New York deren Endyke question at what corporation
- 5:43is that? Though? Answer any SLLC. I guess, mister Ryan
- 5:48Hard objects. Do you know for sure, Vysoski, I don't
- 5:51know for sure. I mean when you say we would
- 5:54just send them up to New York. Edwards, did you
- 5:56ever keep a copy of them? Vasoski? No, Edwards, did
- 6:00you keep a passenger manifest Bososki, just tracking of to
- 6:05you know what times and who went where? Ryin Hart,
- 6:09can I confer with them on one thing before you
- 6:11ask a question? Edwards? Yeah, they go off the record
- 6:14for a minute, ryin Hart, Mister Edwards, let him amend
- 6:18his prior answer. I think he must misunderstood the question. Edwards,
- 6:22I don't know what question were amounting the answer to Reinhart.
- 6:25Let me clarify this way. As passenger manifests, they are
- 6:29corporate documents of either je Ge or Hyperion Air, whatever
- 6:34company owns the plane. Mister Vassoski has physical custody of them.
- 6:38He retains them, but they're not his documents. There are
- 6:40corporate documents, so they're not New York Vasoski. Those are
- 6:45the ones that I have at the airport office that
- 6:47I turned into council, that has the passenger's names on them. Edwards, Okay, Vasoski,
- 6:52it's called a passenger manifest. Question Okay, ryin Hart right
- 6:56edwards the passenger of manifest, just so I understand it
- 7:00exactly what that is? Tell me? Tell me in your
- 7:02own words. Answer its departure time, the city, the landing
- 7:06time exactly, and the passengers that would have been on
- 7:09the flight. Question and at times on that passenger manifest?
- 7:13Would you also list generically female or male? Answer? Yes,
- 7:17that was the document I was referring to, stating that
- 7:20if we didn't know a person, we did not go
- 7:22out of our way to find out a name. We
- 7:24just put it in the account for how many people
- 7:26were on the aircraft at the time. Who is currently
- 7:30in the custody or control sorry, who currently maintains or
- 7:33has possession of the passenger manifest from nineteen ninety eight
- 7:37through the present through today for those airplanes that you
- 7:40flew related to Jeffrey Epstein. Answer, I currently have, which
- 7:46council has now two thousand and five. I believe until
- 7:48the present time, and the records previously to that I
- 7:51believe were turned into Council with a previous investigation with
- 7:55Jack Goldberger's office. I believe I believe they maintain those records. Question,
- 8:00when you say turned into council. There are a lot
- 8:02of council involved here. Answer Jack Goldberger's office. I believe
- 8:06question when you say the previous investigation, you're talking about
- 8:09the criminal investigation. Answer exactly, yes, sir, question, and you're
- 8:14aware in that criminal investigation obviously that Jeffrey Epstein pled
- 8:19guilty to certain charges. Correct answer from what I read. Yes, question, Well,
- 8:24you did visit him in jail? Right answer, Yes, we
- 8:28didn't talk about that question. Okay. You know, in order
- 8:31to go to jail, though, you have to be convicted
- 8:33of some crime, right critin form argumentative Bososki, Yes, Edwards,
- 8:40it wasn't like he was visiting the jail and you
- 8:43were visiting and you happen to bump into each other.
- 8:46You actually went to see him while he was in
- 8:47an inmate in jail. Right answer, right, yes, question. Okay,
- 8:52So when we're talking about the criminal investigation, we're talking
- 8:55about the criminal investigation revolving around the allegations of Jeffrey
- 8:59Epstein engaging insects acts with minors. Criten form Edwards, that's
- 9:04the criminal investigation you're talking about, right criten form Pasoski.
- 9:10I don't know the full definition of really what happened there.
- 9:13I know that it was something to do with solicitation,
- 9:15a prostitution, that's all I read. Edwards, Okay, you were
- 9:19aware that the allegations involved were revolved around underage girls
- 9:23or girls under the age of eighteen critten objects again
- 9:27form Pasoski, I was revolved around it? Yes, Edwards, who
- 9:33first made you aware of that? Answer the newspaper? Question
- 9:36were you ever questioned by the police? Answer? I don't
- 9:39know who questioned me. Actually I did have a questioning session,
- 9:43but I don't even remember who questioned me. Question Where
- 9:47did that take place? Answer? I don't remember. Question at
- 9:50your house? Answer no, I'm thinking it was Jack Goldberger's office.
- 9:55It may have been downtown at the Palm Beach County
- 9:57Courthouse or something in that area there. Okay, So either
- 10:00it happened at an attorney's office that represented answer exactly
- 10:05question Jeffrey Epstein or the other side. Answer yeah. Question
- 10:09and during that questioning, is that when you turned over
- 10:11the passenger manifest from prior to two thousand and five?
- 10:15Answer yes, question and you turn those manifests directly over
- 10:19to Jack Goldberger? Answer yes, Actually I believe Dave Rogers
- 10:24did I wasn't in possession of those records. Question and
- 10:29for the passenger Manifest prior to two thousand and five?
- 10:32How far did those passenger manifest go back in time? Answer?
- 10:35They should go back I guess to ninety one or
- 10:38whenever we started existence. Question and did you turn them
- 10:41over from ninety one all the way through to two
- 10:44thousand and five? Answer? I don't know. I didn't turn
- 10:46them in. Dave Rogers did question are you in possession
- 10:50of a copy of any of those materials? Answer? No, question.
- 10:54I thought that you you know, ten minutes ago when
- 10:57we were talking about this, you said that you had
- 10:59them back at the office. Answer that was the office
- 11:02the airplane office, which I've given to Bruce, which is
- 11:05the current log. He's in possession of them now, I
- 11:08had possession of them. Okay, what he's in possession of
- 11:12just so I know what documents are Where he's in
- 11:14possession of the passenger Manifest from two thousand and five
- 11:17through the present answer? Correct, question. If I want to
- 11:21obtain the passenger Manifest from ninety nine to ninety eight
- 11:24through two thousand and five, that's something that I would
- 11:27request from whom Pisoski helped me out, that's mister Reinhardt,
- 11:32if you know witness. If you don't know who possesses
- 11:35them right now, they were turned into Jack Goldberger's office
- 11:38a year and a half ago or two years ago,
- 11:40Vasoski says, Edwards, you started out by indicating that you
- 11:44sent these passenger manifests or a copy thereof, to Darren
- 11:48Endyke or someone at NESLLC. Is that correct? Answer? Correct question?
- 11:54If I requested them from NES, that's somebody at some
- 11:57point in time and possession of all the past in
- 12:00germ manifest. Answer sure, question And nys LLC's address is
- 12:05the one you gave me at three oh one East
- 12:07sixty sixth Street. Answer, I believe so. I don't know
- 12:10what the address they're using for that. I know he's
- 12:13cut off by Edwards question. But Darren indikes the attorney
- 12:18that I would call. Answer yes, sir, question, and he
- 12:21could probably steer me in the right direction. Answer yes
- 12:25to that. Criten objects to form. All right, we're gonna
- 12:28wrap up right here, and in the next episode we're
- 12:30gonna pick up where we left off. All of the
- 12:33information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 12:36the description box. What's Up everyone, and welcome to another

- 12:51questions Larry Vasaski doing the answer in Edwards, do you
- 12:57know Amy Taylor Vasoski? Yes, question, how do you know her? Answer?
- 13:03She was on the airplane? Question how old is she? Answer?
- 13:06I have no idea question age range? Answer twenty eight
- 13:11question now answer yeah, twenty eight or maybe if not older,
- 13:14Now she was probably twenty eight. I guess she was
- 13:17somebody in her late twenties. Question, so we're talking about
- 13:20two thousand and three, That's what I'm trying to understand. Answer,
- 13:24I'm guessing. Question we're talking two thousand and nine. Now

- 13:29in two thousand and three she was twenty three or

- 22:10more specific? Question, If you're going to make a telephone
- 22:13call and you're going to talk to let's say Leslie Groff,
- 22:16why would you choose to call her? Answer? I don't know,
- 22:19you're having me make the phone call. I don't know
- 22:21why I would call her. Question Have you called her? Answer?
- 22:25I think yes, I've called her. Sure. Question Why what
- 22:28would be the reason that you would call her? Somebody
- 22:31told you to call her here call this number? Answer?
- 22:34I may have called her, maybe to find out if
- 22:36we had a departure time for a specific trip. I
- 22:39mean that would be question. Okay, So you're calling her
- 22:43related to Jeffrey Epstein? Answer sure, question Okay, so you
- 22:47know that she plays some role in some aspect of
- 22:49Epstein's life, whatever that is? Answer right? Question? Okay. So
- 22:54when I'm asking these questions about these people, and I
- 22:57feel like I'm getting answers that I'm not really sure
- 23:00that these people have any role in their life, that's
- 23:03not completely accurate? Is it critin form argumentative? Edwards? I mean,
- 23:08you know that these people are somehow involved with them,
- 23:11whether socially or business wise or otherwise, and during the
- 23:13course of your years, you've made telephone calls on his
- 23:16behalf or to coordinate things with them. Right answer, right
- 23:20Criten objective form you said these people, Edwards, I'm talking
- 23:24about Sarah Kellen. That's somebody you called before, right answer. Sure.
- 23:29Question and what reason would you call Sarah Kellen? Critton
- 23:33objects to form? Probably the same reason he said so
- 23:36two hours ago, for scheduling purposes. But you've covered that,
- 23:39Go ahead and answer it again. The witness for scheduling
- 23:42purposes would be my only reason to call her. Edwards,
- 23:46that's funny that you use the exact same words that
- 23:48mister Critton wants you to use. Criton, It's what he
- 23:51said two hours ago. Edwards, What would the reason be
- 23:55why you would call miss Maxwell Kallaine Maxwell? Answer the
- 23:58same reason. Question that's somebody you call these days though,
- 24:02right answer, I haven't seen her in some time. Question
- 24:05what made you stop calling Glayne Maxwell? Where you thought
- 24:08at one point in time you thought she was a
- 24:10person to call related to your job? Answer? Just was
- 24:14no reason to question is that somebody you think is
- 24:17still affiliated or associated with Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, I'd only
- 24:21be speculating. I don't know, all right, folks, we're gonna
- 24:24wrap up right here and in the next episode dealing
- 24:26with the topic, we're gonna pick up where we left off.
- 24:29All of the information that goes with this episode can
- 24:31be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
- 24:34welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode,
- 24:38we're gonna pick up or he left off with the
- 24:40Larry Vassoski deposition. Once again, Brad Edwards is asking the
- 24:45questions and Larry Vasaski is doing the answering. Edwards, all right,
- 24:51I'm going to show you two documents here or pieces
- 24:54of paper, well mark them is Exhibit too and Exhibit three.
- 24:57The first one's dated March fifth, two thousand and five.
- 25:00Do you remember making this telephone call? And just for
- 25:03the record, this looks like a message that's being taken
- 25:06relatives to a phone call that you made and to
- 25:08this Bruce Reinhart objects, So the question is does he
- 25:12remember making that call? Edwards? Do you remember making that call?
- 25:18After reading the message? Answer, let me look at the
- 25:21date here, okay, March ryn Hart once again interjects the
- 25:25question is do you remember making the call? Vysoski? Okay,
- 25:29let me person for the car. We'll be here fifteen
- 25:31minutes to drop off foam and papers. I don't know,
- 25:35Brad Edwards. That doesn't mean anything to you. Answer that doesn't.
- 25:39I mean you're talking four years ago. I can't answer
- 25:42that accurately. I mean ryin Hart. So the answer is
- 25:45you don't recall Vysofski. Yeah, I don't recall Brad Edwards.
- 25:51If you don't remember, that's fine, Edwards. So I'll show
- 25:54you Exhibit three, the same type of document, and I
- 25:57can make the representation that this was a message pad
- 26:00provided by the State Attorney's office relative to the criminal
- 26:03investigation revolving around Jeffrey Epstein. So that's how I have
- 26:08these documents. I'm not trying to pull out old documents.
- 26:11And here Critten interjects once again, what's the date, Brad Edwards,
- 26:15March nineteenth, Reinhart. The question is do you remember the
- 26:18call Vysoski Tom from Midnight Express? Is that helped me
- 26:23out convention center with new boat. They are two points
- 26:27two parts of this Edwards question show answer, show up
- 26:32the water, rein Hart on the water, Vysoski on the water,
- 26:37and at the center. Brad Edwards, do you remember making
- 26:40that call. Answer No, I mean Tom from Midnight Express
- 26:43is at the Convention Center with new boat. There are
- 26:46two parts of I mean and to that he's cut
- 26:49off by Edwards. But as Jeffrey Epstein's pilot, why would
- 26:52you be leaving such a message to Tom from Midnight Express.
- 26:55Relative the boats and a boat show? Answer, I help
- 26:59out with boat purchases or you know anything to do
- 27:02with you know that moves? So I mean I to
- 27:06that he's cut off by Edwards. Once again, okay, when
- 27:09you say you help out with boat purchases, what do
- 27:11you mean? Answer? I give my opinion whether or not
- 27:16to buy a certain boat. It's just a hobby. I
- 27:18have knowledge on boats, not only just airplanes. But you know, question,
- 27:23you give your opinion to whom? Answer to Jeffrey question okay?
- 27:27And Jeffrey obviously, at least in your mind, you believe
- 27:31he wants your opinion. Answer yes, question okay. So boat
- 27:35is another thing that the two of you have discussed.
- 27:37Answer yes, question, all right. And so this conversation, or
- 27:41at least some evidence that a conversation existed between yourself
- 27:45and Jeffrey Epstein a relative to a boat or a
- 27:47boat show? Answer correct? Question. Do you remember having that conversation. Answer?
- 27:54We've had many conversations about boats and different boat shows.
- 27:58If you're referring to this one and O five, I
- 28:00don't recall this one question. Okay, So aside from being
- 28:04a pilot, which throughout this entire deposition, I believe your
- 28:07testimony has been you know that you're just the pilot
- 28:10for him, it looks like there's some other role that
- 28:13you're playing here in his life. I'm not suggesting that
- 28:15you are or are not. I'm just saying, from the
- 28:19appearance of this it looks that way. Is there anything
- 28:22else that you want to tell me that you want
- 28:24to clarify in terms of the role that you play
- 28:26in Jeffrey Epstein's life outside of being just as pilot
- 28:30to that Ryan hard objects let me object a form.
- 28:33He also told you he installs the audio and video
- 28:35equipment before mister Edward's correct. Vysoski, I have an interest
- 28:40in boats, you know, with the island. I don't think
- 28:43I bought any boats, you know, for the company, but
- 28:45he appreciates my opinion on boat purchases. Brad Edwards. Okay,
- 28:50Vysoski having the knowledge of aviation and things that move
- 28:54quite fast, so I have consulted with them on boat items.
- 28:58Question how many boat purchases are you aware of Jeffrey
- 29:01Epstein making in the time period that you have known them?
- 29:04Answer two or three. Question and he consulted with you
- 29:08on each of those purchases. Answer not every one of them.
- 29:12No question does he own any boats now that you're
- 29:15aware of? Answer? I don't know if he owns them
- 29:17or not. Question okay, do you know how many boats
- 29:20that he controls or maintains? Answer himself? Or question how
- 29:25about this? I'll ask you this. I don't want to
- 29:28split hairs with you here. I know we've been talking
- 29:30about corporations and things like that. Answer yes. Question do
- 29:35you know of any boats that he is in person
- 29:37with the most control over? Answer yes. Question okay, where
- 29:41would those boats be located? And what kind of boats
- 29:44are we talking about? Answer Saint Thomas is the location.
- 29:49It would be a thirty four foot inflatable boat. I
- 29:52know that one specifically. Answer okay, do you know when
- 29:56he made that purchase? Answer eight years ago? Seven years ago?
- 30:00It was a while ago. Question is that something you
- 30:03had input on? Answer not on that one specifically. No
- 30:08question Is there another boat that you know of Jeffrey
- 30:11Epstein being the primary user or the primary controller of
- 30:14Answer I mean there's boats in Saint Thomas. I mean
- 30:18it's not part of my job. You know what goes
- 30:19on with the boats or who controlled them. It's more
- 30:22of an opinion of what horsepower should be on the
- 30:25back of the boat hull designs. It's out of my area. Question.
- 30:29But your sole responsibility or your sole obligation that you
- 30:33ever had with Jeffrey Epstein relative to boats is just
- 30:35giving some opinions about the boat? Answer yep question is
- 30:40that a yes? Answer? Yes? Question okay, all right? Has
- 30:44he ever given you his opinions about boats? Answer sure,
- 30:48We've discussed it back and forth. Question Other than boat conversations,
- 30:52have you ever talked other conversations such as he's interrupted
- 30:57at meeting Edwards by Vesoski? Answer cars. Question okay, how
- 31:02about such as have you known Jeffrey Epstein to have
- 31:04a girlfriend somebody you consider a girlfriend? Answer no, in
- 31:09the eighteen years and all the travels you had with them,
- 31:13Do you know anything about Jeffrey Epstein's sex life? Answer no.
- 31:17Question do you know who he has sex with? Answer no?
- 31:21Question do you know if he has sex with anybody? Answer?
- 31:24I don't know. Question do you know if he's ever
- 31:28had sex on the airplane while you've been piloting? Answer
- 31:32I have no idea. Question that's something that you just
- 31:35wouldn't know because you're in the cockpit. Answer that's correct. Vesoski,
- 31:39Could I take a two minute bathroom break just to
- 31:41lose my coffee? Edward? Sure? So he comes back. All right,
- 31:45we're back on the record. Over the years, you've indicated
- 31:48that any gifts or other items or things given to
- 31:51you by Jeffrey Epstein exclusively, or the pool heater, the
- 31:55forty acre land, and the use of the company car.
- 31:58Answer yes, question is that it VSASKI? Yes? Question okay?
- 32:04And the flight to Miami that was recently taken other
- 32:07than Jeffrey Epstein and Nadia Marsenkova, was there anybody else
- 32:11on that flight? Answer no? Question how long did you
- 32:15fly them back from Miami to Palm Beach? Answer no,
- 32:18he drove back. Question when you say he drove back,
- 32:21who drove back? Answer well, I assume he drove back.
- 32:24I didn't fly him back. Question when's the next time
- 32:27you saw him again? Answer? I would only be guessing
- 32:30a week later. I mean question, okay, and that was
- 32:34in the pom Beach County when you saw him the
- 32:36next time? Answer yes, sir. Question do you know of
- 32:39him leaving pom Beach County in the last two years
- 32:42on any other occasions? Answer no. Question did he ever
- 32:47fly anywhere with you, either by helicopter or airplane in
- 32:50the last two years? Answer we flew one time to
- 32:54the Sikorski plant. Question what's the Sikorski plant? Answer that's
- 32:59where they build the course key helicopters. It's in Palm
- 33:01Beach County. Question and one was that answer probably a
- 33:05month ago, I'm guessing. Question for what purpose Vysoski they
- 33:10gave us a tour of the facility? Question who's they answer? Sikorski?
- 33:15Question and who requested the tour of the facility? Answer
- 33:19they offered it to our flight department. Question and who
- 33:22went Answer Jeffrey, myself, Nadia an Igor. Question And if
- 33:27I want the documentation of either of those trips, the
- 33:30trip to Miami or the trip to the Skorski plant,
- 33:33who would have that documentation Vasoski answers? I would question
- 33:38so I could request it from your attorney and get
- 33:40it from you. Rein Hart interjects, let me just check
- 33:43they go off the record. Rein Hart, Okay, he's in
- 33:46custody of it, but there are corporate documents, so you'd
- 33:49have to request it from mister Critten, who I understand
- 33:52represents all the corporations. VASASKI, Yes, Edwards, what's the corporation
- 33:59that the document was prepared for? Answer by Vesoski meaning
- 34:03who what like Ericalane the owner of the helicopter? Yes,
- 34:06Eric Olaane? Question Eric Olane? Answer, that's the helicopter. Question
- 34:11and the name Golaine is obviously not that typical of
- 34:13a name. Is that reference or related to Glaane? Maxwell answer?
- 34:18I would assume I have no knowledge. Question nobody's ever
- 34:22told you that? Answer, nobody's brought it up. Question okay,
- 34:26and how long were you at the sekors Ki facility?
- 34:29Answer three hours? Four hours? Question and what time of
- 34:33day was this? Answered nine in the morning, nine I think,
- 34:36and we returned at one something like that. Question And
- 34:40what was the purpose to buy or purchase anything? Answer?
- 34:44They have a new helicopter being developed there, so they're
- 34:46trying to look for investors in it, so they're just
- 34:49kind of pushing their product. Question do you know what
- 34:53Jeffrey Epstein does for a living for business today these days?
- 34:56Answer no. Question do you know or have you ever

- 35:12I mean, really I don't. Question Okay, is it you're
- 35:16understanding that Jeffrey Epstein is somehow affiliated with the Florida
- 35:19Science Foundation. Answer it's my understanding that yes. Question I mean,
- 35:24did you just happenstance stumble into the Florida Science Foundation
- 35:28or was it related to your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein?
- 35:31Answer I've heard that's where his office was. I mean,
- 35:34I have no other question. Why did you go there?
- 35:38Answer to talk about planes? Question talk to who? Answer Jeffrey?
- 35:44Question Jeffrey just happened to be at the Florida Science Foundation.
- 35:48Answer yes, question how do you know he was going
- 35:50to be at the Florida Science Foundation? Answer he called
- 35:53me and told me. Question and he said, come to
- 35:56the Florida Science Foundation to talk to me about what.
- 36:00Answer maintenance on the airplane's upcoming, it's an ongoing situation.
- 36:05Question and did he have an officer? Answer yes. Question,
- 36:09so this is when you walked in. This is the
- 36:12place right next to Jack Goldberger's office. Criten Form Bysoski, Yes, Edwards,
- 36:19and you walk in and there's a reception desk right
- 36:21there right. Answer yes. Question is that where you talked

- 36:30behind the reception area question back in his office? Answer yes, sir.
- 36:35Question what was the conversation? Answer? Give me a timeframe.

- 37:08Question And during those times when you've been there without
- 37:11having to go through each conversation, did you ever talk
- 37:14to him about the fact that he was on probation?
- 37:16Answer no, question any part of the criminal investigation. Answer, no,
- 37:21not at all. All right, folks, we're going to wrap
- 37:23up right here and in the next episode dealing with
- 37:25the topic, we're gonna pick up where we left off.
- 37:28All of the information that goes with this episode can
- 37:31be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
- 37:34welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode,
- 37:38we're picking up where we left off with the Larry
- 37:40Vasoski deposition once again, Brad Edwards asking the questions and
- 37:45Larry Vasaski doing the answering. Question what was the purpose
- 37:50of the conversation? Answer? We were sometimes talking about TVs,
- 37:54you know, the latest plasma that's out there, LCD, you know,
- 37:57setting up a stereo system in the Palm Beach house.
- 38:00That's usually the main thrust of our conversations these days.
- 38:04Question how would you know to go to Florida Science
- 38:07Foundation on each of those occasions? Would he just call you? Answer? Yeah,
- 38:11he would call me and say come on buy or
- 38:13I got a brochure on a new Samsung. Question with
- 38:17each time you were at Florida Science Foundation, how long
- 38:20would you stay? Typically answer ten fifteen minutes, not much
- 38:24more than that. Question, you would go there for ten
- 38:27or fifteen minutes, have a conversation about a TV and
- 38:29leave answer yes, sir. Question why wouldn't you have that
- 38:33conversation over the phone? What was it about? And to
- 38:36that Kriten objects form Vososki, it was pertaining to a TV,
- 38:41and I'd have a brochure a picture of the TV.
- 38:44One particular TV we looked at. It was the size
- 38:47of like a five foot diagonal. So I had a
- 38:50photo myself standing next to the salesperson. So I mean
- 38:55there's a reason to visually show him something that references that. Edwards,
- 39:00did you ever communicate with Jeffrey Epstein? You can send
- 39:03him email? Right, You could have done that answer yes,
- 39:06question to send him the picture or something like that.
- 39:09That was an option answer right. Question. And what's Jeffrey
- 39:13Epstein's email address that you use? Answer? I have it
- 39:16on my computer. You know, I have the type in
- 39:18that prompts for it because it's a long email address.
- 39:21Question how long have you had email correspondence with Jeffrey Epstein?
- 39:26Answer probably two years a year to two years. I
- 39:30mean it's fairly something we just started doing. I mean,
- 39:33we'd never done that in the past. Question, Well, in
- 39:36the past he was in jail or have some restrictions?
- 39:39Answer the restrictions yes. Question, so you'd see him on
- 39:43the airplane frequently? Answer exactly. Question So when you didn't
- 39:47see him on the airplane frequently? Then some of your
- 39:50correspondents was by email, other times by telephone answer yes,
- 39:55question and other times in person. Answer yes. Question And
- 40:00what was your email? What was the substance of the
- 40:02email correspondence that you would have with Jeffrey Epstein? Answer
- 40:06it would have to be related. I mean you have
- 40:08to give me a topic. I mean, whether it be
- 40:10a car question never about criminal investigations? Answer oh no, no, never.
- 40:16Question do you know what his intention or his plans
- 40:20are for his probation? Answer no idea question or off
- 40:24community control? Answer I have no idea. Question. Has he
- 40:28ever indicated to you that he wants to fly to
- 40:31some other location out of the United States to live permanently?
- 40:34Answer no. Question Have you ever flown to his place
- 40:38in Paris? Answer we've landed in Paris. Question you're aware
- 40:43that he has some control over another piece of property
- 40:46over there? Answer I know, I've picked up luggage out
- 40:48of residence. I don't know to what extent his ownership
- 40:51is if any question? All right? Question and are you
- 40:55aware that he had some employees that listen to what
- 40:58he says that work in that house? Criten form Vesoski
- 41:03in Paris? Yes, there is one person there, Edwards. What's
- 41:07his name? Answer volts In? Because I always thought that
- 41:11there was nobody there. Question volts In called ron. Answer
- 41:15I don't know exactly. I would have to look it up.
- 41:18Question have you talked to them before? Answer? No? Question
- 41:22when you've been to Paris? Answer you're not going to
- 41:24ask why? Question while I'm assuming it doesn't speak English?
- 41:28Answer there you go? Okay. Question So I thought there
- 41:32was no need for that answer Okay. I just wanted
- 41:34to see. Question where do you stay when Jeffrey Epstein's
- 41:37in Paris? Answer a hotel? Question? Okay? In New Mexico
- 41:42when you land there, you stay in the ranch somewhere,

- 41:48And in New York you have an apartment that he
- 41:50sets you up at right the three oh one? Answer? Yes,
- 41:53I have a place I could stay. Question and Saint
- 41:56Thomas answer hotel question and in Paris you stay at
- 42:00a home. Yes, question, are there other properties such as
- 42:05the one we're talking about today. I'm not saying Jeffrey
- 42:08Epstein is the sole owner or direct owner, but any
- 42:11other properties that you're familiar with that Jeffrey Epstein is
- 42:14has direct access to and at least it gives the
- 42:17appearance to you that he is the owner or controller
- 42:20of that property. Mister Critten, form Vesoski. Name the list
- 42:26that you've stated, Edwards. The Manhattan House answer yes, question,
- 42:32mansion or whatever you want to call it, the Zoro Ranch,
- 42:35the Island of Saint James, the Pon Beach House answer yes, question.
- 42:39The Paris Place answer that's all I'm aware of. Question.

- 42:46hung around him or stayed around him for during the daytime,
- 42:50for the course of an entire day? Answer no question.
- 42:53All right, So do you know what he does during
- 42:56his days while he's there? Answer no question. Are you
- 43:00aware of a list of underage girls that is kept
- 43:02to come over and service them each one of those days?
- 43:06Criten objects to form Vesoski. Absolutely not, Brad Edwards. I'm
- 43:11the first person to ever imply that to you. Right,
- 43:14answer a list, Yes you are? Question Okay? Have you
- 43:18ever been made aware that Sarah Kellen keeps a list
- 43:20of underage girls to service Jeffrey Epstein for sexual purposes? Answer?
- 43:25I am not aware of them, Critten, Formed to the
- 43:28last question by mister Edwards. Have you ever been made
- 43:32aware that Glenn Maxwell keeps a list of girls in
- 43:34the nearby areas of each of Jeffrey Epstein's residences to
- 43:38service him sexually? Answer no, Kritten objects again to form
- 43:43Brad Edwards. Okay, have you ever read some of the
- 43:46complaints that have been filed against them in the various courts,
- 43:49whether state court or federal court against Jeffrey Epstein? Question?
- 43:54All right, so this Jane Doe one h two versus
- 43:56Jeffrey Epstein, you're not familiar with who that person is?
- 44:00Answer no? Idea question Okay, I'm going to mark Jane
- 44:04Doe one of the twenty two versus Epstein as exhibit
- 44:07number four to this deposition plaintive. Exhibit number four was
- 44:11marked for identification question and ask you about some of
- 44:17the allegations in here and see if you know anything
- 44:19about them. It indicates he owns a light aircraft that
- 44:22includes a golf stream, a helicopter and a Boeing seven
- 44:25to twenty seven? Is that true? Mister Critten? What's the
- 44:28question the witness? Please repeat? Edwards, are you aware of
- 44:32him owning a golf Stream four aircraft, a helicopter and
- 44:35a Boeing seven twenty seven? I think we talked about
- 44:38that right answer right question? Okay, and it indicates a
- 44:42fleetomotor vehicles. Critten? Wait a minute, he said right? Is
- 44:46that we talked about it as distinct from him knowing
- 44:49one way or the other. Vesoski, what's the question, Edwards?
- 44:53Do you know that he owns those things? Answer? I
- 44:57do not know that he owns them? Question do you
- 44:59believe give that he owns those things? Criten once again
- 45:02objects to form. Vasoski would be guessing. So, Edwards, what
- 45:08does the company any SLLC? Due to your knowledge? Answer?
- 45:11I have no idea? Question? How does that company generate profit?
- 45:14If you know? Answer I have no idea. Question. That's
- 45:18the company that pays your paycheck, but you absolutely have
- 45:21no clue what they do to generate money? Answer no, sir,
- 45:25question if anything? Answer correct? Question? Have you ever heard
- 45:29that the company generates money through sex trafficking of young girls?
- 45:33Criten objects to form Vasoski, Absolutely not. Question never. Okay,
- 45:39have you ever heard that Jeffrey Epstein has a sexual
- 45:41preference for underage girls other than what you've read in
- 45:44the newspaper. Have you heard that from any other individual before?
- 45:48Answer no. Question ever heard that he had sex or
- 45:52sexual relationships with many minor girls, some is young as
- 45:55twelve years old critten objects to form no edwards never
- 46:02answer never. Question have you ever seen any photographs in
- 46:07any of his homes depicting young looking girls engaging in
- 46:10sex acts? Answer no question or, reading directly from the complaint,
- 46:15engaged in loot sex acts? Answer absolutely not. Question have
- 46:20you looked around the walls of his various homes when
- 46:22you're in there picking up luggage? Answer I mean not
- 46:25any more than when I walked in here and not
- 46:27looking at the walls over there. I couldn't tell you
- 46:30what those are, So nothing specific. Question Sometimes we're talking
- 46:34about a fifty thousand square foot house. Answer exactly. Question
- 46:38in Manhattan. Answer it's pretty big question. Okay. Have you
- 46:42ever looked at any of his computers for any reason?
- 46:45Answer no. I know that you helped set up some
- 46:47of the computers. Answer computers are not my expertise question,
- 46:51all right, have you ever been told that mister Epstein
- 46:54committed sex acts against underage girls on a literal daily basis,
- 46:58that's what he does? Answer? I've never been told that question.
- 47:02Have you ever read the complaints against him that indicate
- 47:05that's what he does on a daily basis? Mister Critten
- 47:09once again objects form Vysoski, No Edwards, So in your
- 47:14mind you never believe that you are transporting around somebody
- 47:17whose sole goal in life was to get to have
- 47:20sex with little girls. Critten form Vesoski, I never believe that,
- 47:25No Edwards. Okay, have you ever been told that he
- 47:29conspired with others, including assistants and or his drivers and
- 47:32or pilots and his friend Gleainne Maxwell, to further these
- 47:36sex acts and avoid police detection? Criten form Edwards. Have
- 47:41you ever has anybody ever questioned you about that? Rein
- 47:46Hart objects hold on? The question is have you ever
- 47:48been told the fact that he just told to you? Edwards? Right, Vysoski,
- 47:54I have never been told that fact. Edwards, has anybody
- 47:57ever questioned you about your possible involvement and helping facilitate
- 48:01mister Epstein to have sex with underage girls. Answer no.
- 48:05Question when you were questioned by either the police or
- 48:08whoever the investigative resource was that was being used at
- 48:11the time, answer right. Question Do you remember who that
- 48:15person was that was questioning you? Answer no, I don't remember. Question.
- 48:19I know you don't remember the location where it was,
- 48:22But do you remember who they were affiliated with? Answer no? Question?
- 48:26Was it only one time? Answer yes? Question did you
- 48:30also have to testify before a grand jury proceeding? Answer no,
- 48:34I did not. Question have you ever known mister Epstein
- 48:37to get a massage while on the airplane? Attorney, this
- 48:40is everybody in boone Charles, and the witness is here,
- 48:45and the court reporter and the videographer. That's somebody calling in.
- 48:49Edward's fantastic, But I think that you may have the
- 48:52wrong room, Attorney. I was told to ask for a
- 48:55fifty six Edwards. Let's go off the record so they
- 48:59get that square away, then they get back on the record.
- 49:02Question all right, in the complaint, I'm going to tell
- 49:04you what it alleges, and I'm going to ask you
- 49:07if this helps you refresh your recollection about any of
- 49:10Jeffrey Epstein's activities. The defendant Jeffrey Epstein transported the plaintiff
- 49:14to another state in order to engage in sex acts
- 49:17with her, and this occurred when she was merely fifteen
- 49:20years old. Do you remember transporting somebody that looked like
- 49:22this or looked like they were fifteen years old on
- 49:25your airplane? Answer no, sir, question you never remember taking
- 49:30a fifteen year old girl or somebody that looks around
- 49:33that approximate age on your airplane. Answer can you be
- 49:37more specific? Answer? Well, I know you've indicated earlier in
- 49:40the deposition that you remember some girls under the age
- 49:43of eighteen on the airplane. And so let me ask
- 49:46before I get back into this, whether all those individuals
- 49:49who were talking about were accompanied by a parent, or
- 49:52some of the people were on the airplane for some
- 49:55other purpose, modeling, or you don't know why they were there.
- 49:59I'm going to let you alon on who these people
- 50:01are that they believe might have been under the age
- 50:04of eighteen and why you think they were on the airplane.
- 50:07Critin objects form Vysoski, we've had younger people on the
- 50:10airplane that have been, you know, with their family members.
- 50:13Like you said, I don't remember transporting anybody that was
- 50:16of questionable age. I'm not. I mean, I'm only guessing
- 50:20at somebody's age. I didn't id them at the foot
- 50:22of the airplane, so I can't guess their age. Edwards,
- 50:26all right, mister Epstein used his private jet to transport
- 50:30minor plaintiffs to Manhattan, where he provided her spending money
- 50:34and accommodations with him at his mansion. Do you have
- 50:36any idea who that might be? Critten? Objects to the
- 50:40form Vesoski, No, sir, Edwards, And you don't remember being
- 50:45a pilot of an airplane where he was transporting a
- 50:48fifteen year old to Manhattan from Miami or Palm Beach.
- 50:51Answer no, I'd be guessing at somebody's age, and I
- 50:53can't guess. Question defended transported plaintiff in his private jet
- 50:58to locations that included Palm Beach, New York, Santa Fe,
- 51:01Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Saint Louis. Do you ever
- 51:05remember piloting his airplane to those destinations? You just remembered?
- 51:09Rein Hart objects and says, can we break them down?
- 51:13Objection compound? Edwards, Okay, have you ever flown his airplane
- 51:17to Palm Beach? Answer yes, sir, Question Have you ever
- 51:20flown to New York City? Answer yes, sir. Question to
- 51:24Santa Fe, Yes to Los Angeles, Yes, to San Francisco,
- 51:28Yes to Saint Louis Yes question all right. Continuing to
- 51:33international destinations, including Europe, have you ever flown to Europe?
- 51:38Answer yes, question the Caribbean answer yes, question in Africa
- 51:43answer yes. Question on those flights to those various places,
- 51:48is it your to the best of your knowledge, you
- 51:50were unaware of Jeffrey Epstein engaging in sex with underage
- 51:54girls on his airplane. Mister Critten objects to form Vesoski,
- 51:58I have no knowledge of any of that question. He
- 52:02provided accommodations with him in order to have her available
- 52:05to him at all times whenever he wanted, including while
- 52:08transporting the minor plaintiff on his private jet. That's something
- 52:13that you have no knowledge of. Answer no question. Each
- 52:18time they would travel to one of these destinations, the
- 52:20same pattern of sexual abuse would occur, often with a
- 52:24vast array of aspiring models, actresses, celebrities, and other females,
- 52:28including miners, from all over the world. Again, that's something
- 52:32you have no personal knowledge of. Answer no question. Has
- 52:37anybody ever indicated that if you did have personal knowledge
- 52:40of some of these things, then you could have been
- 52:42implicated in some form of a crime. Has any law
- 52:45enforcement or anybody indicated that to you? Answer no, question okay,
- 52:50is that something you ever worried about? Answer no? All right, folks,
- 52:55who are going to wrap up right here and in
- 52:57the next episode dealing with the topic, We're going to
- 52:59pick up where we left off. All of the information
- 53:02that goes with this topic can be found in the
- 53:05description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
- 53:09of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're getting right
- 53:12back to the Larry Vassoski deposition that he gave in
- 53:16two thousand and nine. Brad Edwards is asking the questions
- 53:20and Vasaski is doing the answering. Question all right, upon
- 53:26information and belief ever flown to or from in a
- 53:30Jeffrey Epstein airplane? Answer, we have flown to Prague. Question okay,
- 53:34have you picked people up in Prague and flown out
- 53:37of Prague? Answer? I don't remember. Question I'm not saying no,
- 53:41you didn't, but answer best of my knowledge, question you
- 53:45don't remember? Answer exactly, best of my knowledge, I don't remember.
- 53:49Question do you remember the reason for going to Turkey
- 53:52or to Prague. Answer no question. This also says Asia.
- 53:57Have you ever flown from or to Asia with Jeffrey
- 54:00Epstein Answer yes question or on a Jeffrey Epstein airplane?
- 54:05Answer yes question. Do you know the purpose of those
- 54:07flights to and from Asia? Answer no question? Did it
- 54:11ever occur to you that maybe it was to pick
- 54:14up minor girls for him to have sex with in
- 54:17the back of the plane. To that Critten objects form
- 54:21VASASKI never occurred to me question by Edwards. Did you
- 54:25ever hear that he maintained some of these underage girls
- 54:28as sex slaves? Answer? Never heard of such a thing.
- 54:31Question From the age of twelve through the age of sixteen?
- 54:35Critton once again objects form Vesoski. No knowledge of that.
- 54:39Brad Edwards ever picked up girls that looked young, many
- 54:42of whom spoke no English. Do you ever remember that?
- 54:45Answer zero? Do not question? All right. The complaint goes
- 54:49on to say plaintiff was required to be sexually exploited
- 54:53by defendant's adult mel peers, including Royalty. So I'm going
- 54:57to talk. Are you familiar with Prince Andrew? Answer? I
- 55:00know who he is. Question do you remember him on
- 55:04the airplane with young girls. Answer no, I do not.
- 55:08Question do you remember Jeffrey Epstein flying in to meet
- 55:11with Prince Andrew? Answer I don't remember. I know that happened,
- 55:15but I couldn't be accurate. Question has Prince Andrew ever
- 55:19been on the airplane at the same time as a
- 55:21young girl to the best of your memory and knowledge?
- 55:24Answer to the best of my knowledge. No. Question. This
- 55:28also says politicians talking about local or US politicians. Do
- 55:32you remember certain politicians being on the airplane? Answer no,
- 55:35I mean yes, I do. Question what politicians would that be?
- 55:39Answer President Clinton? Question okay, who else? Answer former President
- 55:45of Israel? Helped me out with the name here Barack?
- 55:49Question Edhwood Barock. Answer yes, those are the two I remember.
- 55:54Question how many times was Edward Barock on the airplane
- 55:57that you piloted for mister Epstein? Answer maybe once? Question
- 56:02and where did that flight pick up and where did
- 56:04it go? To the best of your memory? Answer to
- 56:06the best of my memory, it was Palm Beach to
- 56:09Teterborough answer in New Jersey. Question yeah, and that was
- 56:14the purpose of the flight? Do you know? Answer I
- 56:17don't know. Question was Jeffrey Epstein on the flight Bysoski.
- 56:21I'd have to look at the flight logs to guarantee.
- 56:24Question anything about that flight that sticks out in your mind?
- 56:27Answer nothing? Question such as a fine needing to be
- 56:31paid because it left after ten pm? Answer for that
- 56:36was the flight? Yes, question you remember that? Answer it's
- 56:39coming back to me. Question and do you remember young
- 56:42girls being on that flight? Answer no? Question all right,
- 56:46answer I remember the fine? Question do you remember who
- 56:49paid the fine? To this crit and objects? Hold on,
- 56:52let me object the form of the question. Do you
- 56:55remember it suggests that there were so form predicate question
- 57:00Do you remember who else was on that flight that
- 57:03left after ten pm? Answer no, I do not. Question
- 57:06do you remember why it left after ten pm? Answer no,
- 57:09I do not. Question do you remember Jeffrey Epstein instructing
- 57:13you to wait until after ten pm to leave? Answer
- 57:16no question Would you have listened to him if he
- 57:19had told you? If he had instructed you to do that?
- 57:22Answer I don't understand the question. Question well, if he
- 57:25told you to wait until after ten pm, I realized
- 57:28there is going to be a fine, but wait until
- 57:30after ten pm to leave? Intentionally leaving after ten pm?
- 57:34Do you remember that instruction? Answer no, I don't remember
- 57:38that instruction. Question Okay, answer, I mean it just happened
- 57:42to be departing after ten and there is a penalty
- 57:46for leaving after ten for noise, so there was no
- 57:48intention question all right. This also talks about this particular
- 57:53person fifteen years old being sexually exploited by a businessman
- 57:57and or other professional or personal acquaintances. Are you aware
- 58:01of other personal or professional acquaintances of Jeffrey Epstein also
- 58:05sexually abusing or exploiting little kids or underage girls on
- 58:09your airplane to that critten objects again form Vysoski. No, Edwards,
- 58:15if you had been aware that mister Epstein was and
- 58:18by this this is more in the form of a
- 58:21hypothetical and that I'm not going to suggest to you
- 58:24it's a fact that he was. But if you had
- 58:26been aware that every single day Epstein's goal was to
- 58:29locate underage girls for the purpose of sex and either
- 58:32have sex with them on the airplane or at some
- 58:34other designation that was your destination that you were traveling
- 58:39him too, would you have continued to pilot those planes
- 58:42criten form Vysoski. You said it was hypothetical, Edwards, right,
- 58:49it's hypothetical answer. Why would I want to answer that
- 58:52because you're being hypothetical, I mean, it would obviously be
- 58:55wrong question. Sure, well, a hypothetical question is a legal
- 58:58question that I'm allowed to ask answer, Okay, And I'm
- 59:02just asking you if you have knowledge that Jeffrey Epstein
- 59:05was having sex with little girls, either on the plane
- 59:08or at a place that you were taking him to
- 59:11or from on a daily basis, that's what he did,
- 59:14would you have continued to be his pilot? To that,
- 59:16Critin once again objects object to the form. It's argumentative.
- 59:21It has no more value than assuming he was chopping
- 59:24up bodies or anybody who was chopping up bodies in
- 59:26the plane you're flying. What difference does it make? Form?
- 59:30And to that, Bret Edwards responds, what difference does it
- 59:33make in a case about him having sex with little girls?
- 59:37I'm not going to argue with you about it. You've
- 59:39stated your objection, Critten, exactly. It's an argumentative question, Edwards,
- 59:44I'm not going to argue with you about it. Critin,
- 59:46you're arguing with him about it now, Edwards, No, I'm
- 59:49asking him hypothetical. Edwards, can you answer that? Would you
- 59:54have continued to be a pilot for someone who's traveling
- 59:57to and from destinations with the goal of having se
- 1:00:00with underage girls. Criten once again objects form Vysoski. It
- 1:00:05could be any person. It doesn't have to be Jeffrey Epstein.
- 1:00:08Then right question true answer No, I wouldn't pilot an
- 1:00:12aeroplane if there was wrongdoing going on. Question that you
- 1:00:16knew about? Answer that I knew about? Sure, Question me
- 1:00:19reading this complaint to you, Is this the first time
- 1:00:22that you've heard these allegations? Answer yes, question against Epstein?
- 1:00:26Answer yes. Question It goes on to say, on one
- 1:00:30of Epstein's birthday, a friend of Epstein sent them three
- 1:00:33twelve year old girls from France who spoke no English
- 1:00:36for the purpose of defendants actually exploiting them and abuse.
- 1:00:40After doing so, they were sent back to France the
- 1:00:42next day. Are you familiar with that occasion? To that,
- 1:00:46Criten once again objects form Vysoski responds, never heard of
- 1:00:50such a thing. Question Do you know of any friends
- 1:00:53that he has in France that would send him birthday
- 1:00:55a birthday present? Answer no. Question do you know of
- 1:00:59him receiving any birthday gifts or birthday people from anyone.
- 1:01:03Answer never question this particular person that filed his complaint,
- 1:01:07Jane do one oh two indicates defendant and Glenn Maxwell
- 1:01:11acknowledged and celebrated Plaintiff's sixteenth birthday. Do you remember them
- 1:01:15celebrating someone who flew on the plane for their sixteenth birthday?
- 1:01:19I don't recall question any of this. Jog your memory
- 1:01:22as to who Virginia Roberts is. Answer no question. From
- 1:01:27the age of fifteen of plaintiff, this Jane do two
- 1:01:30was sectually exploited and abused by defendant on a daily basis,
- 1:01:34and often multiple times each day. So going back, was
- 1:01:38there ever a day where you were with Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:01:41where you could have observed them and Virginia Roberts during
- 1:01:44the entire trip? Mister Critten objects to form Bososki. I
- 1:01:49don't remember Virginia Roberts, though I couldn't answer the question.
- 1:01:53Brad Edwards. In September of two thousand and two, defended
- 1:01:56Epstein purchased a commercial round trip airline ticket at a passport,
- 1:02:01US currency and accommodations for plaintiff to fly to Thailand.
- 1:02:04Do you remember him doing that for anybody around that
- 1:02:06time period? Answer? No, sir Critton. What was the date
- 1:02:11to that? Edwards respond, September two thousand and two. Critten, Okay,
- 1:02:15thanks Edwards. I have here, and this is the actual,
- 1:02:20my only copy, so I don't mind marking it as
- 1:02:22a composite exhibit. But we'll either have to copy this
- 1:02:25whole thing or we'll have an agreement of council. It's
- 1:02:29the visitor inmate log from when mister Epstein was in
- 1:02:32jail in Palm Beach. Mister Critten, well, before we get started.
- 1:02:36It's now one point fifteen. We started at ten, Brad Edwards.
- 1:02:40We didn't really start at ten, Critton shortly thereafter. I
- 1:02:44was here pretty much after ten, but we've been here
- 1:02:47since ten. I want to take a lunch break, Brad Edwards. Okay,
- 1:02:51let's do it, Critten for an hour? Edward sure. So
- 1:02:54they have their lunch break, then they come back. Question
- 1:02:57all right. I look through the inmate log of the
- 1:02:58visitors who visited Jeffrey Epstein and your name appears one, two, three, four, five, six,
- 1:03:04seven eight times. Answer Okay. Questions seem to be accurate
- 1:03:08in terms of how many times you went to visit them.
- 1:03:11Answer I thought six, but yeah, that's accurate. Question. I'll
- 1:03:15let you review the records and tell me if you
- 1:03:17dispute any of that record, and then I'll go ahead
- 1:03:20and mark that as a composite Exhibit five. Rein Hart,
- 1:03:23It's two pages, Edward's two pages. Rein Hart okay, Edwards.
- 1:03:29Question seem accurate? Answer yes, question okay. Jeffrey Epstein's plea
- 1:03:35I believe was June thirtieth, two thousand and eight. I
- 1:03:37think that's when he was taken in custody from there.
- 1:03:40Your first visit is July third, two thousand and eight,
- 1:03:43and the other name on that visit is Igor Zenoviev.
- 1:03:47Did you go with Igor to visit Jeffrey? Answer? Yes?
- 1:03:50Question why did you go with Igor? Answer? It just happened.
- 1:03:54You wanted to see us both at the same time.
- 1:03:56There was no apparent reason. Question how did you know
- 1:03:59that Jeffrey wanted to see you? Answer? I don't recall
- 1:04:02who called me and told me that he wanted to
- 1:04:04see me. I couldn't give you an accurate name whether
- 1:04:07it was you know, his attorney, Darren, and actually I
- 1:04:09would put a lot of weight to think it was
- 1:04:11Darren his attorney. Question that would have made a phone
- 1:04:15call to you that he said. Answer, yeah, to go.
- 1:04:18Question and what did you talk about with Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:04:21four days after he played guilty to offenses that landed
- 1:04:24him in jail. Answer. I think the first visit was
- 1:04:28how disappointed or how scared he was, you know, being
- 1:04:31inside there, and we just talked about general happenings to
- 1:04:34go on in there. Question what did he say? Answer,
- 1:04:39it's terrible, it's cold, he can't sleep. They wake him
- 1:04:41up every two hours, you know, just items like that,
- 1:04:44uncomfortable things. We talked about. The airplanes a great deal.
- 1:04:47You know, we got major maintenance on the big airplane,
- 1:04:50so we discussed that a little bit, and then it
- 1:04:52was really just how uncomfortable he was in there. Question
- 1:04:56how long did you visit him on that first visit
- 1:04:58July third? I think we stayed the full hour? Question
- 1:05:02all right, is that what the time allotment was? Answer?
- 1:05:05I believe it is. Yeah. I don't think you could
- 1:05:07leave early, or I'm not aware that you could leave early.
- 1:05:09Until later on we found out you could stay four
- 1:05:12or five minutes or longer. But I don't think any
- 1:05:14of us knew that once we got in there, you
- 1:05:17stayed there for the hour. Question Okay, so you talked
- 1:05:20to him for an hour and for the most part
- 1:05:22it was just about the conditions and his disappointment with
- 1:05:25the conditions. Answer sure, yeah, absolutely. Question and did Igor
