- 1:37It's been a crazy, crazy night. I, I, I've been all over the
- 1:40place, but hey, it's a show. And Speaking of all over the
- 1:44place, I'm sure he's all over the place.
- 1:46He's been traveling a lot and hopefully he'll stay far, far
- 1:50away from the planes and the airports and the Ubers because
- 1:54he probably is not too fond of him anymore.
- 1:57Ladies and gentlemen, we are now talking to New York Mets and
- 2:00Army football public address announcer Colin Cosell.
- 2:05Colin, what's up, buddy? You know, you really cannot top
- 2:08that kind of an intro. Thanks for having me back.
- 2:12Given the last debacle when I was previously on, the fact that
- 2:16you allowed me to come back on the show really doesn't mean a
- 2:20lot to me. So.
- 2:20So thank you for having me again.
- 2:22First of all, our pleasure. First of all, the pleasure is
- 2:25all ours. First of all, because you're
- 2:26sensational, what you do is, is great not only for the business.
- 2:31If if you're a Met fan, when you go to the Mets stadium and
- 2:35you're listening to the public address announcer, that is Colin
- 2:39Cosell. So when you walk through the
- 2:41stadium and you are hearing all the public announcements, it is
- 2:45Colin. So if you're a Met fan, this is
- 2:48a man that goes to every single home game for the New York Mets,
- 2:51travels a lot with the Mets organization in the team and his
- 2:55grandfather is the great Howard Cosell.
- 2:58So it is a crazy, crazy, you know, wrap around and really the
- 3:03back end of it. The story is you used to be a
- 3:06manager at a bar and, and really from your career, from where,
- 3:11where you are now and from where you were 10 years ago is pretty,
- 3:15it's pretty crazy. It's, it's, it's just like, it's
- 3:18just a great story and who you are and what you've been doing
- 3:22in this industry for such a long time.
- 3:23It's, it's, it's great. It really is.
- 3:26I, I, we really appreciate you. And I know, you know, Jabba got
- 3:30a chance to meet you for the first time when you were hanging
- 3:33out at the airport as as we, we all know.
- 3:36So. But I, I, we, I want to get back
- 3:40into the Mets because the, the Mets season has been a tailspin.
- 3:46And we were just talking about Vladimir Guerrero Junior, a guy
- 3:50that the Mets were very interesting, interested in
- 3:52bringing in if he was a free agent going into the offseason.
- 3:57But he's not because the Blue Jays gave him a $325 million
- 4:03bonus right up front to stay with the Blue Jays.
- 4:07So where do the Mets go in the offseason?
- 4:09I know they're going. They're going to do everything
- 4:11they can to keep Pete Alonzo and make sure that he's happy.
- 4:14But where do they go in the offseason to become a World
- 4:18Series contender? Because honestly, this roster
- 4:21and this team is not good enough to win a World Series.
- 4:24The pitching staff they got, they got a lot of good young
- 4:27players. McClain looks like he could be a
- 4:28number one, but you're not going into the offseason in the season
- 4:31saying that's our number one and this is our tongue is our number
- 4:352 and they're not doing that. They have to look at veteran
- 4:38pitching. Where do the Mets go?
- 4:42I mean, it's a really good question.
- 4:44I think at the end of the day, it's going to have to be, you
- 4:48know, it's going to have to be Pete.
- 4:49And I think it's what the fans want.
- 4:51And I think the Mets want it as well.
- 4:53And I think, I'm hoping that maybe, and it never works out
- 4:57this way, somehow Scott Boris always ends up getting his way
- 5:01somehow. It's the weirdest thing.
- 5:03But, you know, maybe they'll be able to find some sort of common
- 5:07ground and and bring him back. The options are are fairly
- 5:10limited, you know, and they can't even really work from
- 5:13within because they've been trying to manipulate and massage
- 5:16players into, you know, different infield positions and
- 5:20first base. They started to tinker with a
- 5:22little bit last year, you know, as a just in case contingency
- 5:26plan sort of approach. But you know, ultimately I I
- 5:31think they're going to have to start shopping around, maybe get
- 5:36some sort of stop gap solution. I hear, you know, Bryce Harper
- 5:40might be on the trade market thanks to fish.
- 5:45Appreciate that. But no, in all seriousness, I
- 5:49think it it's got to be Pete or Bost at this point.
- 5:51You know what I mean? He just he has that vibe about
- 5:54him of being a career met. I think the the fans,
- 5:58absolutely. He's a perfect fit, you know, in
- 6:01New York in general. But I think with the fans, it's
- 6:03a match made in heaven 'cause you know, he's just a lovable
- 6:06meathead who's really good at hitting dingers.
- 6:09So, you know, I don't know that that's that's my take.
- 6:13It's really, it's very limited because.
- 6:15That's all you go, that's all you go.
- 6:17If if you get Pete Alonso, that's that's what you're going
- 6:20into the season. You're hoping, Oh, we signed
- 6:22Pete Alonso. No, no, no, no, I'm sorry.
- 6:24I was just addressing the Pete Alonso asked me to think, OK, in
- 6:27terms of in terms of pitching. I do believe that McLean,
- 6:30obviously he's boom, he's automatically, if not an ace,
- 6:35you know, he's your your number 2.
- 6:38If you get Peterson back to health and you don't have him,
- 6:41you know, exhausted again, I think we've got a solid pitching
- 6:45core if we can get Sanga to be healthy and go back to what we
- 6:50know he's capable of. Of course, there's a lot of what
- 6:53ifs around him now because fool me once, you know, and it just
- 6:57keeps happening. But there's also there's, you
- 6:59know, there's people that we're forgetting about.
- 7:01Christian Scott. We just got some really good
- 7:03news about him. He's progressing really well off
- 7:05of Tommy John surgery. He's a part of that, that future
- 7:08Mets pitching rotation. You know, you take a look at
- 7:13gosh, oh, Bryce Montez to Oka, he's still is, he's still out
- 7:18there. He's and he can throw 1000 miles
- 7:20an hour and he learned how to control it.
- 7:23I used to announce him when he was in Brooklyn and the dude
- 7:26could throw heat, but it was going like into the the the
- 7:32Ferris wheel, which by the way, is in center field.
- 7:36Just you know, control joke obviously that failed.
- 7:40I'll see myself out. I'm going to go get an Uber.
- 7:43But does the Oka joke failed? But no, it, you know, as control
- 7:48and get him back into the rotation as well and he could be
- 7:50middle relief. I think there's a lot of moving
- 7:53parts that people are forgetting about.
- 7:55And I think it's something that Stearns really didn't talk about
- 7:59all that much because it was, you know, the Mets want to have
- 8:03the image of we're all about right now.
- 8:05We want to win right now. And I get that because Steve
- 8:09Cohen, I truly believe does want that as well.
- 8:11But they're also aware of the fact that they caught lightning
- 8:14in a bottle in 24 by signing pitchers who are trying to
- 8:17resurrect their careers. And they managed to do so fairly
- 8:21consistently. And it was a year that that was
- 8:22supposed to be an abject failure, or at least like, you
- 8:25know, a kind of a passable year, but nothing great.
- 8:28This year was supposed to be a huge year, was supposed to be
- 8:31our year that we're going to win the world.
- 8:33This year. Everything was going to work.
- 8:35And it was the same sort of approach, you know, with signing
- 8:37the pitchers that we signed and it didn't work.
- 8:40You know, trying to catch the lightning in a bottle twice was
- 8:42not going to work. Also, you had a team that was
- 8:44really uninspired. You know, the energy wasn't
- 8:47there. You didn't have your character
- 8:49players there. You know, you didn't have your
- 8:51Iglesias and your Oh my gods, you didn't have Winker there
- 8:55regularly to just be Winker. You know, Harrison Bader is
- 8:59another character that that was missing.
- 9:02The team lost a lot of its identity and its character.
- 9:04And what started great this season was literally still
- 9:09riding behind the vibes from the season before.
- 9:11But that lightning that was caught in a bottle, they
- 9:13realized it was a very different, very talented team,
- 9:16but no fire there and a lot of injuries at inopportune times.
- 9:20And it happened a lot to pitching and that's how we got
- 9:23to where we are. So I think Stearns, he tried to
- 9:25catch lightning a bottle twice. Didn't work.
- 9:27But I think behind the scenes he knew we've got a lot of great
- 9:31things that are in the works in our youth movement and our farm
- 9:34system, and we're going to be bringing them up sooner rather
- 9:37than later. So what are you the approach
- 9:39with a lot of the younger players?
- 9:40Obviously Mclean's kind of locked in to, like you said,
- 9:42probably one or two in the rotation.
- 9:44And then Brandon Sprout looked pretty good up and sold towards
- 9:46the end of the season. I was at September 13th.
- 9:48I was there. I watched him pitch very well
- 9:50against the Texas Rangers in that game, but then also the
- 9:52hitters to Beatty Vientos. They've been good, but the
- 9:55consistency still is a question for them.
- 9:57Do you think a lot of these roles are safe on that team or
- 9:59could you see them use them as pieces and potential trade for
- 10:02pitching like you were mentioning?
- 10:04I imagine that they, they could very well be used because, you
- 10:08know, there's also some great talent coming up in, in the farm
- 10:12system in the field as well. So, you know, it they, they
- 10:17could buy their time with these players that they have right
- 10:20now. I think Beatty may have finally
- 10:23massaged himself into being a legitimate, you know, everyday
- 10:29baseball player. Is he going to be cracking an
- 10:31All Star team? Maybe he'll have that one
- 10:34explosive season that players sometimes have, but otherwise I
- 10:37think he he'll be perfectly passable.
- 10:39Bientos is a head scratcher. You know, it seemed like you
- 10:43were getting flashes of him and it felt like the old Studebaker,
- 10:46you were turning the crank and turning the crank, that engine
- 10:48was going and then it just metered out again.
- 10:51So you know, it's going to be one of those things that we also
- 10:54have new coaches coming in and and there's going to be a whole
- 10:59new approach to a lot of these players.
- 11:01And one of the things they try to preach in this organization
- 11:05is consistency across all coaches across all levels.
- 11:09So there's going to be a bit of acclimating there.
- 11:11How do they approach the the young talent that can be a
- 11:16little touchy with your Avantos, Mauricio coming back and and
- 11:20being thrust in the situation he was.
- 11:22And then, of course, Beatty, but I think Beatty has gotten over
- 11:25the hump. So, you know, if, if they can
- 11:28perform at the level that they're capable of, they they
- 11:32could very well be a part of a a championship team.
- 11:35You know, just they need to tighten up their defense
- 11:38desperately across the field. And that goes for, you know,
- 11:42Golden Globe winning Francisco Lindor.
- 11:45So, you know, that's so it could go, it could go either way, but
- 11:50you hope that they're going to be in a place, especially with
- 11:52the new coaches joining the team, that that's going to be,
- 11:56you know, sustainable for the team.
- 11:57And if it's good enough for trade pieces, then so be it.
- 12:01You talked about the pieces of the puzzle that we're lacking in
- 12:05that the Oh my God in the Iglesias.
- 12:07Job was watching the Dodger game.
- 12:09His his head's all over the Dodger game.
- 12:12Well, I I totally get that. Yeah, I'm well, I got, I got
- 12:17football in one feeling, I got based on the other and then I
- 12:20got you guys here so. I don't blame you, man.
- 12:22I don't blame you at all Multi. Tasking over here.
- 12:24It's impressive, actually. Let.
- 12:26Me. See, I got a couple of these
- 12:27things. I got to know what's going on
- 12:29here. My ass off to you.
- 12:31When when it came to this, obviously the signing Pete, I
- 12:38think is obviously first and foremost.
- 12:40But do you think they need to spend instead of all in one
- 12:44basket like they did with Soto where they can get bits and
- 12:48pieces, the Iglesias of the world, the baders, where the IT
- 12:51fits that puzzle as a whole and just not one big piece to to try
- 12:57to get them over the hump? Absolutely.
- 12:59I mean, you know, you you take a look at the game of stratamatic,
- 13:05stratamatic baseball. Have you guys played that?
- 13:08I've. Never played.
- 13:09I've never played stratamatic. OK, tell us what how to play.
- 13:13How do you play? If if you enjoy baseball in any
- 13:17capacity and think you could be a good manager, I implore you to
- 13:23try Stratamatic Baseball. It is a phenomenal simulation,
- 13:27albeit archaic in nature. It is about as analog as it
- 13:31gets, but it really takes into account the amount of chance
- 13:37that's in baseball, but also weighted chance based on your
- 13:41talent and abilities. It's it's really it's it's
- 13:44fascinating. So I strongly suggest you do it
- 13:47and you can get it in a variety of years.
- 13:49Like you can get lineups from like 1972 or or 1946.
- 13:54You can It's it's nuts. It is.
- 13:57Yes, Jared Bennett is absolutely right.
- 13:59It is a stat nerds dream. Then I I wouldn't be good at it.
- 14:04Well, that's the thing. Then you have to figure out the
- 14:07strategy that goes into it as well.
- 14:09And you start to realize that when it comes to a baseball
- 14:13team, you have your role players, you know, you have your
- 14:16defensive like that's why you have defensive, you know,
- 14:19players to put in towards the end of the game to protect a
- 14:22lead. And so you can get those types
- 14:25of players who are going to be character players that are
- 14:27notorious for it. They tend to be the ones that
- 14:31are like just kind of a little, you know, stop gap measure in a
- 14:35championship team and they end up getting like 3 championships
- 14:38from 4 different teams for some reason.
- 14:40You know, some weird outlandish stuff happens with them.
- 14:44So that's, that's basically the, the approach in, in real life
- 14:48with Stratimatic is, you know, you build a team with the best
- 14:51possible players you can, but you know it, it's got to be
- 14:56weighted in, in certain ways and you have to have players that
- 15:00can complement each other. And they don't necessarily have
- 15:02to be billion dollar players. You don't have to sign them for
- 15:06a billion years. You know, you can get someone
- 15:09who's like an Andrew McCutcheon, who you know, is a passable bad
- 15:13as a designated hitter is all personality and a, you know, a
- 15:16rugged old player who can occasionally go into the field,
- 15:20you know, like just and he's passed that, by the way.
- 15:24I'm just thinking of a great character in baseball.
- 15:28But you don't have to spend a million billion dollars and you
- 15:30can't anymore. You know, right now you've got
- 15:33to focus on using the talent that you do have, filling in the
- 15:38the things that need filling in center field being one of those
- 15:41things, and also taking a look at some of the positives that
- 15:46are still there. Starling Marte had a very, very
- 15:49good season for someone who had to reinvent himself as a player.
- 15:52And he's also someone who is a great mentor and kind of a a
- 15:57soother of Soto when he joined the team.
- 16:01He's one of those role-playing guys who can catch fire.
- 16:05It can occasionally play in the field if if need be, but he
- 16:09understands his role and he started to excel at it.
- 16:11So again, these are all just examples of the ways you can
- 16:16approach it without spending a billion dollars and being
- 16:18married to a 30 year contract. Well, I'll just let you know
- 16:22that I would not be playing that game.
- 16:23So I'm not a statistician. Everybody says, well, you're a
- 16:27stat man, you're a stat man. But I'm not going to sit there
- 16:30and try to figure out, hey, you know, if there's 2 balls and one
- 16:33strike, what am I going to do here and how I'm going to do it?
- 16:36And, and where do I, where do I move my, where do I move my
- 16:39third baseman or where do I move my second baseman because this
- 16:42guy is a pole ball hitter. I'm, I'm not, I'm not into that
- 16:45stuff. But anyways, we are talking to
- 16:48New York Mets and Army football public address announcer Colin
- 16:52Cosell, Howard Cosell's grand grandson.
- 16:54He is a great, great personality.
- 16:56He's been on our show quite a few times and he gets better and
- 17:01better every single time. We really do love him.
- 17:03And we really, No, I'm being serious, man.
- 17:06We, you, I'm telling you the truth.
- 17:09I'm not going to lie to you. I listen everybody that knows
- 17:13this show. Come back.
- 17:15I was gonna come. By I'm gonna tell you I want.
- 17:16To be on, I want to be on another episode where there's no
- 17:19baseball and I can just like go like toe to toe with Jabba.
- 17:23That's all I want. Well then, he's so distracted.
- 17:26Then then Jabba wouldn't be the guy to go toe and toe with toe
- 17:29to toe. With, I mean, not, I know, not
- 17:31even toe to. I don't even know why I use
- 17:33that. It's Monday.
- 17:34I'm tired. I don't know what I'm saying
- 17:35anymore. I don't.
- 17:36Yeah, I want to fight Jabba Chamberlain.
- 17:38That's what I'm saying. No, I wanna just have a
- 17:41conversation though. Like I wanna have his undivided
- 17:43attention so we can just shoot the breeze like a couple of
- 17:46fellows. Well, to get his well.
- 17:48It's tough when you got a sports equinox day.
- 17:50I know dude, I didn't realize it.
- 17:53What I got when I got the text, I was like hell yeah, I'll be
- 17:56back. I've got to amend my my my
- 18:00wayward ways before. Like they called me in an
- 18:02absolute hell storm of travel nightmare day.
- 18:06And my wife was going to kill me and my daughter was going to
- 18:09kill all of us, and Uber was going to be the death.
- 18:11Of that is not even that you're. Going to be back.
- 18:13On that's not even that bad. I'll, I'll tell you a quick
- 18:16story. I was flying, so I had to, I had
- 18:18to go to New Orleans years and years ago and I had to go from
- 18:21Philadelphia to New Orleans. So I got to Philadelphia and
- 18:26they told me my my plane is going to be an hour late.
- 18:29Then an hour went by. Then they tell me it's going to
- 18:31be another hour late. Then it went.
- 18:33It went from an hour to two hours to 8 hours.
- 18:37And by the time I got to New Orleans, I was probably, I was
- 18:44probably almost it. It took me almost 17 hours to
- 18:47get to New Orleans, So. And I'll never forget that.
- 18:50Yeah, it was 17 hours. Then I went to visit my friend
- 18:52in Colorado. I'll never forget this.
- 18:54I went from and I'll never go to Philadelphia again.
- 18:57I went from New York to Philadelphia.
- 19:00I got caught there for 12 hours because there was something
- 19:03wrong with the plane, Propella or something like that, and they
- 19:07couldn't find another plane to fly us over there to Colorado.
- 19:09By the time I got to Colorado, it was the next day.
- 19:12So I was in an airport in, in New York, I think it was JFKI
- 19:17was in JFK for about 5 hours because I was waiting for my
- 19:20plane. I was waiting 12 hours in
- 19:22Philadelphia to get it. It took me almost 1920 hours to
- 19:27get to Colorado. So yeah, that that that's not
- 19:31what you're what you were complaining about with the Uber.
- 19:34Uber is Uber. You, you know that I just
- 19:37recently, just recently, we came back from Florida.
- 19:41There was Comic Con going on in the city and we forgot Comic
- 19:44Con. It was Thursday we got back from
- 19:46it was the first day of Comic Con.
- 19:48We it took us from LaGuardia to Babylon.
- 19:53It took us, it was 40, it was 40 miles away.
- 19:56It usually takes about an hour. It took us 4 hours to get back
- 20:00and I had to do a show on that day. 4 hours in an Uber.
- 20:04Is LaGuardia a new airport? LaGuardia.
- 20:06Never heard of that one. LaGuardia.
- 20:09LaGuardia. OK.
- 20:11I just, I just wanted, I didn't know if there was a new airport.
- 20:13I haven't been back in a while. You're an idiot, Java.
- 20:15Screw you, Java. This guy, This guy calls me in
- 20:19Florida and he says, Yo, what's the quickest way to get to
- 20:22Smithtown? And I was like, I live in
- 20:23Smithtown. Why?
- 20:25And he says, well, I, I got an offer.
- 20:27I got an offer and I, I'm trying to figure out the best way to
- 20:30get there. And I'm like, well, you can go
- 20:32to Islip and, and you get on that plane and it's like 1015
- 20:37minutes from Islip. And he's like, well, I don't, I
- 20:39don't know if I could get a plane that can fly me back that
- 20:41day. And I'm like, I don't think you
- 20:43can get any plane to fly you back that day.
- 20:45So I said take JFK or LaGuardia and he said he looked and he was
- 20:51moving on all this other stuff that he was doing.
- 20:53So that never, that never came to fruition.
- 20:56But it's funny because he, he always makes jokes When I, I, I
- 21:00am a bad traveler. Everywhere I go, I get stuck
- 21:04somewhere. Something happens to the plane,
- 21:07something weird happens to my suitcases.
- 21:10I'll never forget I I was looking for.
- 21:13So you know, you carry your shavers, you carry a bag with
- 21:16all your your vitamins and all your pills.
- 21:19Your toilet's your kid, your your your DOB kit.
- 21:21Yeah, my my dob kit. So I recently I'm not going to
- 21:25tell you what what was in it, but my I had my pills and
- 21:28everything like that. So I'm looking we we land and
- 21:32I'm looking for my pills. I I get my you.
- 21:34Can't say what it is and not say what was in there like you
- 21:37dropped, you went to pills, like was there lubes?
- 21:40Was it dildos? What are we doing?
- 21:42No, I am all right. So I, I obviously had a hip
- 21:44surgery, so I had a couple of Vicodins.
- 21:46I had my bottle of Vicodins. So yeah, so, so I'm, so I'm
- 21:52opening up my bag and I'm looking at my bag and I'm like,
- 21:54where the hell are they? I'm ripping it apart.
- 21:56I RIP apart. My, my, my, my pills are gone.
- 21:59And I'm like, what the hell? So I call, I get a whole, I get
- 22:03back to my destination, I get to a family's place and I call the
- 22:07airport and I'm like, I'm missing pills.
- 22:09Where? Where the hell is it?
- 22:10And I'm like, well, it's like, let, let, let, I'll look into
- 22:14it. We'll, we'll give you a call in
- 22:1524 hours. So I got a call in 24 hours.
- 22:17And they tell me, well, they're narcotics.
- 22:19And I said, OK, my name was on the bottle.
- 22:22Yeah, but the date of the bottle is, is is too late.
- 22:27I, I think it was, it said, they said it was overdue.
- 22:30The, the bottle was overdue. So we took the Vicodins and I
- 22:34said, wait a second. If my name is on the bottle, you
- 22:36can't take the Vicodins. And they said, well, it's
- 22:39overdue, so you can't do that. You can't be carrying around an
- 22:43overdue bottle of any narcotics. I was like, I've never heard
- 22:46this before in my life. So I was fighting with them.
- 22:50Finally, finally I called my friend who was a lawyer and my
- 22:53friend got on the phone with them and and got me my got me my
- 22:57bottle back. But it was it was a war on the
- 23:00on the phone with them. I had to speak to manage me to
- 23:03get my bottle back. So I I have no luck travelling
- 23:07so I'd rather. Here's here's my question.
- 23:11So with all due respect, I mean it keeps happening to you and
- 23:16you seem to be the common denominator.
- 23:18What is it you're doing? I'm not when you travel.
- 23:21First of all. Yeah, are you?
- 23:22You're not, you're not, you're not going full caring on people,
- 23:24are you? Like, oh, I can't believe
- 23:26Delta's late again. Oh, was that too loud?
- 23:30I'm not traveling with like. Oh, he's, he's definitely that
- 23:33person. 1st I'm no, I'm not. I am not.
- 23:38And by the way, I when I travel, I travel in small bags.
- 23:42So I don't go to that Starbucks, never Starbucks by gate 86 that
- 23:47buries. The honey look I haven't had
- 23:49start though. There it is.
- 23:51I I haven't had Starbucks in six months.
- 23:54Okay, stupid. I haven't had, I haven't had
- 23:59Starbucks in six months. Guys, I have been very good.
- 24:02With drinks. Look at me funny.
- 24:06Thank you anyways, I I just have bad luck and, and, and with
- 24:11Brittany when I go with Brittany.
- 24:12Brittany can get nasty If, if you're if, if she's with you and
- 24:16she's not getting something, she doesn't have a coffee, she'll
- 24:19rip your goddamn head off. She's one.
- 24:21Of the Whiny 1. She's whiny, She.
- 24:24Because I travel so much, I am very, very particular in the way
- 24:29I do things. I am the kind of traveler.
- 24:31I've got it down to such a science that I can arrive at
- 24:36LaGuardia or at by 15 minutes you.
- 24:41Guys. Are sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 24:42I'm not calling, you're supposed.
- 24:44To be on my side, you're against.
- 24:45I apologize. I'm so sorry.
- 24:47I had to get one in two. Idiots over here.
- 24:50I'm so sorry I'm such a jerk but but no, when I get there, like
- 24:56literally it'll be 15 minutes before boarding because I I know
- 24:59exactly where I'm going to go. I know where to enter.
- 25:01It's always Delta, or at least 95% of the time is Delta.
- 25:04So I know exactly where to enter.
- 25:05So I avoid everything, get right through, use the face ID, get
- 25:08right through there and I'm at my gate within like 5 minutes.
- 25:11No wasting of time, just enough time to pee if I need or swing
- 25:14by the Starbucks that gave you a funny look.
- 25:15Whatever. And and so like that's, that's
- 25:18the way I do things when I have my wife and kid with me.
- 25:21I have to like take deep breaths.
- 25:25I have to meditate. I have to find that inner peace
- 25:29where I'm like, Colin, you cannot control this right now.
- 25:32There is a toddler who could meltdown at any second.
- 25:35Appease that child. You have a wife who's trying to
- 25:37appease that child. So you don't have a meltdown
- 25:40yourself. Just go with it.
- 25:41And so I I can see where things can get calamitous, but like I
- 25:46once I get it down to science and you make it as fast as
- 25:48possible, very little can get new.
- 25:50Colin, are you one of those people?
- 25:51If somebody sees you and notices you and they walk up to you,
- 25:54you're like, I'm with my family, could you leave me alone?
- 25:57Are you one of those people? No one has any clue who I no one
- 26:03has. I am, I am the least famous
- 26:06person who's got like semi famous jobs.
- 26:11How about you Jabba? How about you, Jabba?
- 26:13You're in, you're in the airport.
- 26:15Jabba. Now that's someone.
- 26:17He was all over Nashville like he had the entire nation riveted
- 26:21while swatting bugs away from his face.
- 26:26Yeah, you know what it wasn't. It wasn't too bad.
- 26:29The only time that it really like in the airport was fine,
- 26:34but there was a few times like I would literally be on the plane
- 26:38and I always tried to take the early flight just because I
- 26:40could sleep. And then like if I was coming in
- 26:43from Nebraska or somewhere or Florida to New York, I tried to
- 26:47do it like in and out. And if you're flying into a
- 26:49bigger city, you can get that done.
- 26:51So I'd always try to take the early flight and we'd be coming
- 26:55in the landing and there would be stewardess that'd come over
- 26:57and I'd be probably be drooling just, you know, glasses like
- 27:00crooked on the thing. And they would wake me up and be
- 27:03like, Hey, could we get your I was like, and I'm, you know,
- 27:06asleep and that that's the only time I'm be like, could you get
- 27:09me when we land? Like, I'm trying to sleep here.
- 27:12But no, I mean, it's, it's cool. They don't recognize nobodies,
- 27:15you know, So at least I did something right.
- 27:17Well, that's the problem, because I, I've been in the
- 27:19airport, I've seen Ernie Johnson there and Ernie and I've known
- 27:22Ernie for a long, long time, seen him at the TNT facilities.
- 27:26So he showed me around. So he remembered me because I
- 27:29was the loudmouth. And he was like, oh, I remember
- 27:32you, Mr. Marks. And, and, and we were standing
- 27:34there, I was speaking to him. I took a picture.
- 27:35As soon as I took a picture with him and I was speaking for 15
- 27:39minutes, every single person saw that it was Ernie Johnson.
- 27:43And they flocked over there and I looked at him and I apologize
- 27:47to him. It was in Philadelphia.
- 27:48And I apologize to him. I'm like, I'm sorry, Ernie, I'm
- 27:51sorry. He's like, don't worry about it,
- 27:52I'll take care of it. Don't worry about it.
- 27:54People were lined up straight down.
- 27:57How's Shaq? How's this?
- 27:58How's Kenny? How's Jaws?
- 28:00I'm like sitting there. I'm like, Oh my God, I, I feel
- 28:03so bad that and I saw, I saw Carmelo.
- 28:06Well, I didn't see him. My friend said recently he was
- 28:09on a plane with Carmelo Anthony and he was two seats away from
- 28:13Carmelo Anthony. And you can't miss a six foot
- 28:17eight guy, you know, and he's from New, you know, he's from
- 28:20New York. He played for the Knicks.
- 28:22While he was on a plane, he was flying, I think to Florida or
- 28:25something like that. He was doing some kind of event
- 28:28and he's sitting there. He put his hat down.
- 28:31Every single person, he mentioned it.
- 28:33He walked up to him and asked him for his autograph.
- 28:35Every single person, including the stewardess, the stewardess
- 28:39and the, and the, the, the flight attendants and even the,
- 28:45the guy flying in the plane. So everybody wanted his
- 28:48autograph. Everybody was lying, he told me.
- 28:50Everybody lined up asking for his autograph so.
- 28:54I see I here's the thing. I can, I can slightly relate to
- 28:59again, no one ever knows who I am.
- 29:02Like someone has seen me like when I'm walking in the
- 29:04building, they've seen my badge. They're like, Hey, Colin, but no
- 29:07one's just like, and when I do meet, people are like, you don't
- 29:09sound like you do in the ballpark.
- 29:11I'm like, that's because if I did, I would be
- 29:13institutionalized. Like, you know, imagine I walk
- 29:15around. It's just you know, and be like,
- 29:19can you please fill it up regular unleaded, you know, like
- 29:22that's collar. I did that.
- 29:24Collar that wouldn't make you feel good when somebody walks up
- 29:26to. You you're kind of I mean it's
- 29:29it's cool when they're like, Oh my God, because when I do like
- 29:32when I speak like I do as an announcer, like, and they, you
- 29:34kind of see them it see it click.
- 29:37And now what's really cool about it is I've been doing this for,
- 29:39you know, I just locked in my 8th season.
- 29:42So there's little kids that I'm the only voice they've ever
- 29:44known me and Matasol, the other one who does the PA announcing.
- 29:47So like, I'm the only voice they've ever know, which is just
- 29:50like bonkers to me, but no one has a clue who I am now.
- 29:55Growing up with my grandfather in the other hand, was very
- 29:58strange because you know, people will be shouting at him as they
- 30:01were like driving by in the Hamptons or in the city or
- 30:05whatever. And as a little kid that really
- 30:08didn't click. But you know, we'd we'd go to a
- 30:10sporting man together, we'd go to a Rangers game and, you know,
- 30:13people would come up and start asking for autographs since like
- 30:16middle of the game. And he just wants to be left
- 30:18alone, you know what I mean? And he's just there with his
- 30:20family and just wants to chill. So he wasn't being, you know,
- 30:22like a Dick about it. He just wanted to be left alone.
- 30:26So, you know, I, I can, I can get that, you know, like if
- 30:29you're taking a nap for certain, that is when I want to be left
- 30:33the. Funniest story I have that
- 30:35somebody actually noticed me was in a 711.
- 30:38I think I told you guys this story.
- 30:39I don't know if I mentioned it to Jabba.
- 30:41I think I told fish and I told Speedy, you've heard this story.
- 30:44I've heard many 711 stories. I, I was, but this was this was
- 30:48a story that was pretty funny. So I, I walk into 711 and at
- 30:52night at like 1:00 in the morning, you know, there's no,
- 30:55there's no 24 hour Dunkin' Donuts close to me.
- 30:58I got to go like three towns over.
- 31:00So I get a doughnut at at at 7:11.
- 31:04I like the Jelly doughnuts because they're filled with
- 31:05Jelly, you know. So I'm standing there and over
- 31:09so you know where the coffee is. So there's the, the coffee.
- 31:13So there was somebody, there was somebody standing there right
- 31:16over the coffee and looking at me and staring at me.
- 31:21And I'm looking and I'm looking at the guy up front because I
- 31:23know the guy that works there. I'm always there.
- 31:26So he's staring at me and I'm like, OK, I I, I this is weird.
- 31:30Then I go and get my Slurpee and I walk up and I'm like, that guy
- 31:34is staring at me. And he's like, he's like, yeah,
- 31:36I saw him too. That's weird.
- 31:38I don't know. Who are you?
- 31:39And I was like, what do you mean?
- 31:41Who am I? I come here every single night.
- 31:43What are you talking about? So this guy I come, I'm standing
- 31:46up there and paying for. My you're rocking Jelly
- 31:48doughnuts every night at 1:00 AM.
- 31:49No, no, no. But I go up to, I go to 711.
- 31:52I'm your best dude or. 711 No. I go to 711 every night.
- 31:56Night. Every night.
- 31:57Yes, I go to 711 every night. Yep, Yep.
- 32:00At 1:00 in the morning, yeah. Dude, I don't sleep.
- 32:02I don't. Best time to be at 7:11?
- 32:04Dude, I nobody's there by the way, and it's it is Collins
- 32:08right there's. Nobody.
- 32:08No shit. It's like it's dead, so it's
- 32:11great. Nobody bothers you but SO.
- 32:13But on the off chance someone is there, you're going to have a
- 32:17story about that. So.
- 32:18So this guy's looking. I thought this guy was a freak,
- 32:22you know what I mean? He was he was wearing a Cubs
- 32:24hat. Never forget it.
- 32:26And I'm walking, I'm walking up and then this guy comes up to me
- 32:29and says he's like, it's like I know you and I said you guys,
- 32:34you do that show with Eric Coleman and and speedy on one O
- 32:393.9. He's like my son's a big fan of
- 32:41you guys, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 32:43He's like, oh, he's like, could I get a picture of you?
- 32:46And it's like, no, first he says, I want your autograph.
- 32:49So he pulls out his Cub hat. I'm not a Cubs fan.
- 32:53And I'm like, you want me to sign your hat as like, do you
- 32:55have it? So the guy from the 711 gives me
- 32:57a pen and I'm trying to write. I'm trying to sign this Cubs hat
- 33:01on the fucking bottom part. Excuse my language.
- 33:03I'm trying to sign it. And and I'm like, OK, I'm done.
- 33:08I walk outside, I walk outside and I'm jumping in my car.
- 33:12The guy comes out again when my doors open and I'm putting and
- 33:15he's like, wait a second, I I want to get a picture with you.
- 33:18So I'm sitting my legs hanging out the door, guys out the door
- 33:23and he's right over where the where the doors open and he's
- 33:27taking like a selfie And he's like, he takes a picture of me
- 33:30and my, my head's like this, like this.
- 33:33And his head's like, dude, it was the weirdest picture I've
- 33:36ever taken of like a selfie with anybody.
- 33:39And he's like, my son's not going to believe this.
- 33:41Tell, tell Speedy. I said hello.
- 33:43And I I get in the car and I'm like, that is the freakest,
- 33:47weirdest, a fan doing that. I was like, I don't want to.
- 33:51I wouldn't want to do this. I wouldn't want to do that.
- 33:54That's weird. Errol, you want to know, You
- 33:57want to know what kind of a celebrity I am, OK?
- 34:00I was going through airport security and the TSA agent
- 34:04checked my ID and he looks up and he goes, Mr. Coseller,
- 34:09you're the public address announcer for the New York Mets.
- 34:11And I said, well, yes, I am. And it was cool because my wife
- 34:14and and kid were with me as well.
- 34:16And, and he goes, you know, during the pandemic you
- 34:20recorded. And I did do this during the
- 34:21pandemic. I during lockdown, I recorded a
- 34:24bunch of like walk ups for people to kind of like bring the
- 34:27ballpark home to them when there were no sports.
- 34:29And we were watching Tiger King and it was freaking weird, you
- 34:32know, so, so just, you know, like it gave me something to do
- 34:35and it gave them something to like, you know, use their walk
- 34:37UPS while playing wiffle ball in the backyard while everyone's
- 34:39locked up at home. So he said, you know, you did
- 34:42one for my son during the pandemic and it really meant a
- 34:45lot to us. And I was like, thank you so
- 34:47much. And he was like, no, thank you.
- 34:49And then we kept going. My wife was like, honey, you're
- 34:51a hero. That was the nicest thing in the
- 34:53world. Now this is all a really, really
- 34:55heart felt, heart touching like tug of the heartstrings kind of
- 34:59story, except that this was at Long Island MacArthur Airport.
- 35:03So that's how that's my kind of celebrity.
- 35:06I get recognized at the ISP Long Island MacArthur Airport just
- 35:13ranked one of the top five best small airports in the country.
- 35:18It's a crappy airport. I don't know why anybody thinks
- 35:20it's a good airport. I love it.
- 35:22I the only adorable. You know what?
- 35:25It's adorably small. I get through there fast and for
- 35:28the love of God, they recognize me.
- 35:32I can't stand MacArthur Airport and I'll tell you why, because
- 35:35it's so small and when you're standing, there are so many
- 35:39people waiting to get on the plane.
- 35:41So when you're trying to get your, your, your bed, because
- 35:44it's not like, it's not like any of the airports, JFK or
- 35:49LaGuardia, it's not like any of that.
- 35:53But you have to go from one place to another.
- 35:55And it's not like Florida, Tampa, we have to go from one
- 35:58place to another. But the one thing I hate more
- 36:01than anything is that when you're waiting online, it takes
- 36:04them forever because they're going through the bags and
- 36:07they're, they're weighing the bags and everything like that.
- 36:09But if you're not there early, you're not going to make your
- 36:11plane. So, and the planes are so damn
- 36:14small. It feels like I'm, I'm sitting.
- 36:18And that's another problem with traveling.
- 36:20Every single time I have my girlfriend pick out the planes,
- 36:24I'm sitting between 2 fat people all the time.
- 36:28All the time. She'll laugh at it and she'll
- 36:29tell you the truth. This is a true story.
- 36:32Every time she picks our plane tickets, she's always on the
- 36:35outside and we're not sitting next to each other.
- 36:37I'm sitting between two overweight, obese people and,
- 36:42and I'll never forget the last time I, I, I, I traveled, I
- 36:46couldn't even put my hands on the arm armrest.
- 36:48I was sitting with it between my legs, guys with between my legs
- 36:53right next to my crotch. OK, could you imagine driving 3
- 36:57hours with your hands between your crotch because you can't
- 37:01move all right? And, and one of them farting the
- 37:04whole time, bad gas the whole time.
- 37:08How do you, I don't see how you make you feel.
- 37:09John was shaking his head. But it's true.
- 37:12And I tell her all the time, she laughs at it, she thinks it's
- 37:14funny. And I I'm always the one to get
- 37:17suckered into it. Well, fortunately, you know,
- 37:20when you're flying out of MacArthur Airport, you're not,
- 37:23you know, you're not going international.
- 37:24You're not, you're not flying to Australia.
- 37:26No, since you're going to like, you know, Boston, Charleston at
- 37:29most, I don't know, you know, so it's fine for what it is, you
- 37:33know, like I love LaGuardia for for what it is.
- 37:39My mom says it. My mom was born in, in Brooklyn
- 37:43and raised, raised in, in Stytown.
- 37:47So she's got like the good old fashioned like New York accent.
- 37:50It was always LaGuardia. She called it LaGuardia.
- 37:54I'm telling you. And she laughs at it all the
- 37:56time. She's always giggling and she
- 37:57always tells me, I, I, it's always BI, always get the B
- 38:02number. And you know where the B is.
- 38:03It's in between people. As soon as I see the B number,
- 38:06I'm like, you got to be kidding me.
- 38:07You got to be kidding me. And every time I walk in, I'm
- 38:10sitting next to two fat people. You.
- 38:12You. Do know you can like check your
- 38:14seats and everything and like before you board like you.
- 38:18I don't care, you see, because I'm always Colin.
- 38:21I'm always getting screwed. That's why I'm always getting
- 38:25screwed. I'm always getting screwed very
- 38:28quickly. Just backtracking 3 minutes to
- 38:30the chat. Carol Baskin.
- 38:33They're misspelling Carol Baskin's name.
- 38:36It's actually spelled that bitch Carol Baskin.
- 38:40You can't. The official title is that bitch
- 38:43Carol Baskin. So please get it right if you're
- 38:46going to address Carol Baskin. Isn't isn't Carol Baskin the one
- 38:49not her names here? Had her husband eaten by a
- 38:51tiger. Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 38:55Carol Baskins got problems. Yeah, my friend, isn't she?
- 38:58She's not well. Did she die yet?
- 39:02It's a great question. She 100% killed her husband.
- 39:07That is 100% accurate. Colin, what are you doing for
- 39:09the rest of the night? I am so boring now.
- 39:14I'm sitting here drinking my mocktail.
- 39:16I'm watching Jabba watch sports so that I don't have to.
- 39:21So I'm like watching it through osmosis.
- 39:23All right, All right, dude, I'm just, I'm chilling.
- 39:26What? What do you do?
- 39:27Are we you? Can we hang?
- 39:28You can if you want to hang for the rest, you can hang on the
- 39:31show because we're. We're making a night of this
- 39:33now. Yeah, we we if you want you,
- 39:34you, we can make a night of it. But I I want to, I want to say
- 39:38something. So we we had a big argument
- 39:40about this Shaywatani thing. OK, All right.
- 39:43And I you know, me and fish went back and forth.
- 39:46Jabba likes to eat his popcorn. OK, Now, I am not a Shay Otani
- 39:50fan, all right? I I never was.
- 39:52And I'll. I'll speak my piece.
- 39:54Jabba has a love fetish for this man, OK?
- 39:56He he loves. By the way, Jabba's going to
- 39:58become his future agent. Yes.
- 39:59Jabba should be his future agent.
- 40:01Because I mean, wanna bet? Yes.
- 40:04I don't know, Jabba. I'll take that.
- 40:06I'll take 3% of 600 million. That's fine.
- 40:12And then Fish comes in and he has his take and I'm sitting
- 40:17there and he says, well, he says if the Blue Jays lose tonight,
- 40:20they got to deal with Otani on the mound.
- 40:22And I said, OK, Otani pitched one game so far in the playoffs.
- 40:27Yes, he had 10 strikeouts. Yes, he had three home runs.
- 40:30That was an all world game. The chances of that happening
- 40:33again is slim to none. Well, he says, yeah, yeah, it's
- 40:37insanity. It's not going to happen again.
- 40:39You will not see that again. I guarantee you.
- 40:41You will never see that again. And Cheryl Otani will never do
- 40:43that again, I promise you. So he says.
- 40:46So we're arguing back and forth. And my argument here is you're
- 40:49probably if, if the the Blue Jays already know Otani is going
- 40:53to be on the mound, you think they're not ready for that?
- 40:55You don't think they're they're getting ready that if they lose
- 40:58this game, they're going to have to contend with Otani.
- 41:01The Brewers haven't seen Otani all season long.
- 41:04They didn't see a bitch all season long.
- 41:07OK, Now the Blue Jays had an opportunity to watch video and
- 41:11watched all the different, you know, you know, and and they
- 41:13actually know what he's going to do.
- 41:15So in in, in understanding that, I think the advantage goes to
- 41:19the Blue Jays in this game. There it is right there in
- 41:21between the fat people. That's true.
- 41:23By the way. It was a guy and a girl, so very
- 41:25good fish. Colin, let me let me preface
- 41:29this. He he kind of left something out
- 41:31because that's that's kind of what it was.
- 41:33But Fish was coming on saying that this team is better than
- 41:38last year because Otani had a bum shoulder and wasn't pitching
- 41:42last year that beat the Yankees. And he said he they're a better
- 41:45team because he is pitching. And that's how it all got
- 41:49started. I disagree.
- 41:50So he left that part out. I disagree.
- 41:53And OK, so in your opinion, is that it?
- 41:55Are they a better team when Otani's pitching?
- 41:57Get me any pitcher to go and I, I know I'm going to hang my hat
- 42:03on this, but to go 6 innings and give me 6 strikeouts, I, I'm
- 42:10going to that's my team is better because because of it.
- 42:14Hold on now if it has to be the name Otani attached to it, so be
- 42:17it. But what what he did for that
- 42:20team, what he's done for this team on both sides of the the
- 42:24plate is insane. That is, you do.
- 42:27You do real realize he's a career 200 hitter in the
- 42:30playoffs. That's fine.
- 42:32I he'd hit three home runs in a game where he was pitching at
- 42:36the same time. Like that's that to me, super
- 42:39impressive because pitching to me, you know, I kind of
- 42:43assimilated with like being an ice hockey goalie, you know,
- 42:45we're, we're, we're a cut very differently from other people in
- 42:50in sports. Look at Hockey Bell.
- 42:53I mean, I'm just saying, you know, it's a nice hockey goalie
- 42:55like, but like we're zeroed in and we're kind of like, you
- 42:58know, one of those people like you kind of handle with Kitty
- 43:00gloves until you get to know them kind of thing.
- 43:03For a lot of us, not all, but most.
- 43:05And and so, yeah. Am I?
- 43:07Am I wrong in that Jabba by the way?
- 43:10No, I, I, I, I agree. Like I'm, I'm, I'm an Otani fan
- 43:15for the mere fact that we've never seen this before.
- 43:17And like, you just have to shake your head because will it happen
- 43:20again? I have.
- 43:21I have no idea. Did we think it would ever
- 43:24happen in the 1st place? No.
- 43:25Have we seen it before? Yes.
- 43:27Bob Gibson did the same thing and hit a Homer in 1960
- 43:30something. Yeah.
- 43:31So we, we've seen a little bit of it.
- 43:33They they tried to argue. Well, Reggie Jackson hit 3
- 43:36homers off 3 pitchers on three consecutive pitches.
- 43:39Yeah, well, Otani did that and punched out 10.
- 43:42Then the argument that Errol wanted to have with me, and I'm
- 43:46not discrediting Judge by any means, I'm not.
- 43:49Yes, Otani's hitting 227. And I just said to Errol, I go,
- 43:54yeah, but he also did exactly what Judge is doing and can do.
- 44:00But can he do what Otani does? And he's like, well, he's not a
- 44:03pitcher. I go, that's my point.
- 44:04He can't do. All right, Judge, all right.
- 44:07Otani's not an outfielder. He's not an outfielder.
- 44:10And here's and here's the thing, hitting 227 in modern day
- 44:14baseball, in baseball 2025, that is good.
- 44:18That's All Star worthy because your strikeout rate that's
- 44:22acceptable. It's no longer like Boo hits.
- 44:24It was like, well, at least he was swinging for the fences.
- 44:27When he went down. I signed up well before these
- 44:33two debate a little more. I do want to mention the I went
- 44:35to a game in 2023 when he was with the Angels, Otani and David
- 44:38Peterson was pitching for the bet.
- 44:39This is what all the bets fans like.
- 44:40We're trying to recruit Otani there because obviously with the
- 44:42budget, I was like, oh, do you really want him after he can't
- 44:45handle the great David Peterson? I.
- 44:47Was working that game and I remember I've never seen so many
- 44:52of my colleagues clamor into the booth, into my booth, into the
- 44:57neighboring booths. Like I look down all of a sudden
- 44:59it's just like you would have thought that The Beatles just
- 45:02landed. It's 1963 and like all the flock
- 45:06of girls and it's like my bosses who are normally like Colin,
- 45:10good to see you very corporate. OK very good.
- 45:11Yep. Great job.
- 45:12Love your voice. OK great.
- 45:13And then they're like, and like, like it was just, it was crazy.
- 45:18And then yeah, it. Was a heritage day and it was a
- 45:21heritage day too I think. Yeah.
- 45:24I will say this, and we got to go to the Golf Club.
- 45:26We'll have Colin join us for a couple of the segments because
- 45:29he's just hanging out and drinking and enjoying himself.
- 45:32But it's seltzer, seltzer. I'm sorry, what do I know?
- 45:36I don't drink, so whatever. It is, that's what I'm saying.
- 45:38It's not a hard seltzer, a regular seltzer.
- 45:40Seltzer with lime. I don't drink either so.
- 45:43Let's see me and you have something in common.
- 45:44That's good. That's a good thing.
- 45:45We have a lot in common, we. Do we do we do we do the only
- 45:48thing? The only thing is, is.
- 45:50You're no you like Otani, he doesn't.
- 45:52So that's you're out. I don't like a lot of people,
- 45:57all right? I there are there are players in
- 45:59a lot. Of lot of people don't like you
- 46:01that's. Fine, I I'm fine with that.
- 46:04I am fine with everybody or anybody that doesn't like me.
- 46:08That's. Did you Errol?
- 46:09Did you like the TV show 227? Speaking of batting 227, do you
- 46:13remember the show 227? No, I I don't.
- 46:15But who? Who's in the TV show?
- 46:17I got to check it out. Jackie it was, you know what?
- 46:22That was a comedy. You know what my favorite TV
- 46:24show growing up was? 21 Jump St.
- 46:26Remember that. Johnny, Yeah.
- 46:29Johnny Depp, I'm. Going to go ahead and say that
- 46:32227 was not your target demographic.
- 46:34Go I also liked Magnum Pi. Remember that movie I mean,
- 46:37remember that show? Magnum PII love that show.
- 46:41I loved I like Tom Selleck. That's why so.
- 46:44I mean, that's a mustache you could hang your hat on.
- 46:47Yes, Mr. Baseball. Remember that movie?
- 46:48I love that movie. Love all time great movie.
- 46:51Tom Tiller, he had great lip lettuce.
- 46:54Lip lettuce. He's.
- 46:59A push broom. All right, so we're going to
- 47:01keep calling on and we're going to go right into the golf clap
- 47:05of the day. This deserves a golf clap.
- 47:09No doubt. Golf clap.
- 47:10Golf clap. So my golf clap of the day goes
- 47:15to a roll dish Chapman and he's talking about maybe retiring.
- 47:21But he did say something very interesting over the last 24 to
- 47:2648 hours. He said Oroldis Chapman says
- 47:29retiring on the spot. But if I decide to come back, it
- 47:34definitely won't be with the New York Yankees.
- 47:36Oh, you guys got to love this story.
- 47:38I, I, I got to read a now you know what?
- 47:40I'm not even going to read it. Oroldis Chapman came out as the
- 47:44media was talking to him, and he's pretty much announcing his
- 47:47retirement. He said he says, well, you know,
- 47:50would you come back and play baseball if if somebody reaches
- 47:53out to you and needs a relief pitcher?
- 47:55He says, I might. There's only one team I will not
- 47:58come back and I would not play for if they reach out to me, and
- 48:02that's the New York Yankees. And then the media was trying to
- 48:05get so many, you know, so much information from him.
- 48:08And he wouldn't. He wouldn't, he wouldn't throw
- 48:12certain people onto the bus, but you know where he was going.
- 48:15And, and there's one guy that Jabba can't stand and most ex
- 48:20Yankees can't stand and that's Brian Cashman.
- 48:22And the the story is, is Brian Cashman was fighting after the
- 48:28second contract he got with the New York Yankees.
- 48:31He didn't like the contract the Yankees gave him.
- 48:33And I think they, if I'm not mistaken, the Yankees gave him
- 48:3518,000,000 a year. Two pitches are the closer for
- 48:40the New York Yankees. And the story was is the Yankees
- 48:42were trying to trade him the last two years of his contract
- 48:47and they couldn't move them. So the Yankees were going to try
- 48:49to buy him out and a roll. This Chapman was not very
- 48:55enthusiastic about the New York Yankees, but while he was a
- 48:59Yankee, he was shooting guns and missing his girlfriend by a
- 49:03peephole, if you know what I mean.
- 49:04So our oldest Chapman comes out and take shots at the Yankees
- 49:08organization saying he played for anybody but the New York
- 49:12Yankees. So you know what I got to say to
- 49:14our oldest Chapman? We don't need you.
- 49:16Let me ask your oldest, did we ever win with you on this
- 49:20roster? The answer would be no.
- 49:22As a matter of fact, we we traded you to, who did we treat
- 49:27you to? We traded you to the Cubs and
- 49:30then we brought your ass back, which was absolutely pathetic.
- 49:33You know what I'd say about that?
- 49:35He had like a 4/6 when he was with the his last year.
- 49:38The Yankees had like a 4/6. I know and the Yankees, they
- 49:41were stupid enough to bring him back again.
- 49:42What the hell were they thinking?
- 49:44You trade him to bring him back Makes no sense.
- 49:47So my golf cup of of the day goes to a roll this Chapman and
- 49:51thank God the New York Yankees will not be giving him another
- 49:55contract. So my golf flop of the day goes
- 49:57to Aroldis Chapman stupidity and thank God he will not be playing
- 50:02for the Yankees ever ever again. And and by the way, I could care
- 50:06less about his career. Is he a Hall of Famer?
- 50:08No, he did when he came into the league he threw the hardest
- 50:13pitch in Major League history. I think it was 103 if I'm not
- 50:16mistaken. It was 100 and 203.
- 50:18It was the hardest pitch in in Major League history, but
- 50:22obviously. If you're harder than that this
- 50:23year. Yeah.
- 50:24So it's not it? Was it 106?
- 50:27Wasn't he up to 105106? It was 105.8 or something.
- 50:33OK. So I mean just.
- 50:34Automatic baseball, Cincinnati. It was Cincinnati.
- 50:37I remember it was, it was the Cincinnati Reds that brought him
- 50:41in and, and the Yankees had a chance to bring him in and, and
- 50:43sign him. And it was the, and so did the
- 50:46Red Sox. But the Cincinnati Reds are the
- 50:48one that gave him the, the contract.
- 50:50And he was a good relief pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds and he's
- 50:54been a fair, fairly good pitcher for the Yankees.
- 50:57I just, I, I, I'm not saying the Yankees are a great organization
- 51:00because I didn't play for him, but I've, I mean, we've heard
- 51:04from Johnny Damon. Johnny Damon said the Yankees
- 51:07are a class act. He wouldn't play for another
- 51:09organization besides the Yankees.
- 51:11Jason Giambi, Jabi, you know this, you're a Jason Giambi fan.
- 51:15I heard Jason Giambi come out and say that he loved the
- 51:17Yankees organization, love playing for the Yankees
- 51:20organization. So there are players.
- 51:23Wade Boggs played for the Yankees for what, one year won a
- 51:26World Series with the Yankees. He he was with the Red Sox all
- 51:29those years. And he said the one year with
- 51:31the Yankees was the best time of his.
- 51:33And they were the ragna ceremony.
- 51:34Yeah, it was the best, best part of his career was playing for
- 51:38the Yankees for the year that he won a World Series with the
- 51:40Yankees organization. So I and that's, that's a Red
- 51:43Sox. Now, I don't care about Kevin
- 51:45Euclis. And we all know that Chava
- 51:47wasn't a big fan of Kevin Euclis.
- 51:49So well, we're not going to mention any names.
- 51:51And Kurt Schilling another one. Those names, if you mentioned
- 51:57it, Chava will chop your head off.
- 51:58So Colin, I'm going to give you a tip.
- 52:00Never mention those two guys. Never mentioned.
- 52:02If we had a Java Most hated athletes list, Kevin Euclis
- 52:04would be there all the time #1 number 11123456789 and 10 as
- 52:09Kevin. Euclis, you know, I I don't, I
- 52:13Jabba. I'm not sure if his Internet
- 52:15froze there or if he was giving guys the death stare.
- 52:18It was the death stare. But if that was the death stare,
- 52:21then like, yeah, no lesson learned.
- 52:24Because normally he's got a very kind, affable face.
- 52:27You know what I mean? Like, that's Jabba.
- 52:28Like, wait a SEC. Like a nice guy.
- 52:30Wait a second. Wait a second, did you just say
- 52:32that Jabba Chamberlain has a kind face?
- 52:36That man will stare you down and want to eat you OK that man.
- 52:42See, that's the thing. Maybe to you?
- 52:44Maybe. To you or any of the guests.
- 52:47To me, the guy always looks me down like he's ready to chew my
- 52:50head off. He's well, I listen and I just
- 52:53saw, I just saw him give that. I know he's capable.
- 52:55Of it, yes, he is, but when I. See him, I'm he, he's got one of
- 52:59those like that's a guy I'm going to go have a beer with,
- 53:02you know what I mean? I.
- 53:04Don't know, I don't drink beer. Well get a non alcoholic.
- 53:10Well, I was, I will say this, me and Jabba have been back and
- 53:14forth. We both have lost a significant
- 53:16amount of weights. Jabba's lost about 40 lbs, I've
- 53:19lost about 32. So we're both I, I wouldn't say
- 53:22this is a competition because it's not fair.
- 53:24Jabba weighed. Jabba's a lot bigger of a man.
- 53:26And I'm, you know, I'm a big guy, but I'm not as tall as this
- 53:29man and he's lost 40 lbs. So I think it's a, it's pretty
- 53:33close to one another, right? I I would say fish.
- 53:37You say it's easier to lose weight off of a big frame, I
- 53:40think as opposed to smaller frame.
- 53:42I would say it's probably true. You just don't notice it as much
- 53:44in the bigger frame perhaps. I think you definitely lost a
- 53:47lot of weight, yeah. It also depends on your build
- 53:51too. Because I lost 15 lbs Like I
- 53:53stopped drinking like I've had, you know, like I've consumed
- 53:57alcohol maybe 6 times completely, totally overall this
- 54:00year. And I've lost 15 lbs in the
- 54:02process. Now I still have little perky
- 54:06man boobs and I look like a character from a Judy Blume
- 54:08novel. But my face, my face is where it
- 54:13shows the most, even though I decided to grow a beard and see
- 54:15exactly how white it is. Very impressed, Makes me look
- 54:18distinguished, all alive. But that's why I lost my weight
- 54:22was in my face, although I still got the moobs and still look
- 54:25like overproof dough. And you know there's nothing I
- 54:29can do about it, no matter how much you're still.
- 54:30Drinks. That's awesome, I never heard
- 54:32that before. The moves I like them, moves I
- 54:35like them. The.
- 54:36Moves. Yep, as up here boys.
- 54:43Well, ends up the moves. We're still waiting for Jabba.
- 54:46You must have Internet problems. So Jabba Nicholas knocked out
- 54:49his Internet. He's he said.
- 54:50Yeah. What happened?
- 54:53What happened? I've had a joke.
- 54:54Kevin, you've. Got us in her nuts.
- 54:57I will say this. So Jabba has moved into a new
- 55:03house. He's getting all this, you know,
- 55:05fiber optics put in. He was telling me all fair.
- 55:08He's like, oh, he's like these guys, it took forever to put it
- 55:11in. And I'm like fiber optics.
- 55:13You're using fiber optics, which is even better than regular
- 55:16Internet. And his Internet freezes all the
- 55:19time. It's so funny.
- 55:20It really is. These these things are just
- 55:25frightening. I just looked into the chat and
- 55:29I saw Moobs 22240 and I was like, is that a biblical verse?
- 55:33Because I really wish it was. So, so our producer, one of our
- 55:37producers and our board op, he cuts out drops and and.
- 55:41I had a feeling. So we're going to cut it out and
- 55:43we're going to use it during the during the show.
- 55:45So you're going to. Be I just I love the idea of
- 55:47that being a Bible verse. So.
- 55:49Today's reading. Oh, we did a Bible verse.
- 55:52I haven't. I haven't used any of these yet.
- 55:54Another TOE job. Please, please open your Bibles.
- 55:57Today's this. So we got.
- 55:59Boobs. So we got A.
- 56:00Couple of twos. We got a couple.
- 56:02Of moves, I get more girls than scoops.
- 56:04So I got one, I got one whore bag.
- 56:08Whore bag. I got caught in the throat.
- 56:10Want soda's a bitch. So during the show, if there's a
- 56:18if there's a take or something, So the one that's the most
- 56:21popular is is Niffin. This guy, of course, he's got
- 56:24like a lot of good ones. So this guy likes to take women
- 56:28on leashes. So here here I got 1.
- 56:31For you, I'm putting you on a leash now.
- 56:32He's talking about women A. Lot of hot ladies.
- 56:34They call me the ladies man and Mr. Still your girl.
- 56:37I got to go back off now. Do you want to jerk me off?
- 56:40Butt plug? Yum Yum.
- 56:43Goody has no woody glory hole. Can I touch it?
- 56:52I like anal. This is what AI thinks she'd.
- 56:54Look like a lovely Sam. Character.
- 56:59That's what AI thinks I look like as a Judy Bloom character.
- 57:02Apparently. That's really.
- 57:06So we lost, are you? There.
- 57:07God, it's me. Middle-aged like fanboy.
- 57:12I don't know what that is. My pinky is bigger than.
- 57:14Yours. I don't know what's up with the
- 57:16jorts though. Where they made that choice?
- 57:19The AI. Does it, is it me or does it
- 57:22look like there's? Do they do they add hair to my
- 57:25legs? I see it.
- 57:27Yeah. You might have hair out of your
- 57:29legs. Do you have hair on your legs?
- 57:30You shave your legs. This is no, I'm not a slipper,
- 57:33Errol. What, what what?
- 57:35Shave my legs. Hey, listen, there's a lot of
- 57:37guys that shave their legs. Yeah, let me grow a beard, but
- 57:40shave my legs. Let's make this as
- 57:42inconveniently convenient as possible.
- 57:44I love Lisa Ann. Jesus Christ dude, this is a
- 57:48treasure trove. Call it my Indo.
- 57:51Colin, you mentioned the the time frame being of a Bible
- 57:54verse if it just deserves its own testament.
- 57:57Thumb up my ass. These are all verses from the
- 58:04Book of Moobs Chapter 2, verses 22 through 40, a reading from
- 58:11the Book of Moobs. Droba, Droba Pass Liquor.
- 58:18He hates that I always do that to him.
- 58:20I got one for you. I got a really good one.
- 58:22Job I liked my shrimp cocktail. Out of context, there's nobody.
- 58:29I got 1. Just wears panties.
- 58:35Anyways, we call this. Errol's like a child.
- 58:38I have fun with this man. Come on.
- 58:40Who? Who doesn't love this?
- 58:42Come on. Are these prompted or are they
- 58:44just conversational like this is?
- 58:46Just no on the show we we cut them out for we used them on
- 58:49they were used on a show here, here here's.
- 58:51Or on private phone calls with Nathan.
- 58:53Nathan. I don't know if Nathan knew he
- 58:55was being recorded. Here's.
- 58:56One that sounds perfectly legal and I can encourage you to keep
- 59:00that. Up.
- 59:00I got one for you. I got one for you.
- 59:02I just said Jersey doesn't have any rules.
- 59:05I got the bubble gum. That's true.
- 59:07Diarrhea down their leg and I gave up the booty there like I
- 59:12always gave up the booty. This makes my pecker hard.
- 59:15As long as she's using. Dude wipes and taking care of my
- 59:172 hole. I'm good, at least.
- 59:19Four of those were actually enduring interviews.
- 59:23Who? Is a lot more.
- 59:25That's Java. That's Java.
- 59:26That's Java. All like at least three or four
- 59:28of those were like other guys. This is a recent one.
- 59:31Here's a recent one. Like a serial killer.
- 59:36That's a real man. Wait, so we need you to weigh in
- 59:40on this? I don't know if you did, but
- 59:42Errol apparently eats string cheese.
- 59:45I do like a serial killer. I am.
- 59:48I am. I am absolute serial killer when
- 59:51it comes to string cheese. I love it.
- 59:52It's my favorite. Do you listen to Huey Lewis in
- 59:55the news? Love it.
- 59:56I love Huey Lewis in the news. Love him.
- 59:58I'm doing it all for my baby. Yeah, I love it.
- 1:00:03Come on, man, you know Colin, you know we listen to that kind
- 1:00:05of music. 80s. Music.
- 1:00:06Oh, are you kidding me, dude? I, I remember, I remember when I
- 1:00:09was a kid in the video for happy to be Stuck with you.
- 1:00:13It was like 1987. And I remember the whole video
- 1:00:17was like him and like this girl and they're stuck on a deserted
- 1:00:20island and she wants nothing to do with that Huey Lewis.
- 1:00:23She's above him. But wait a minute, we're stuck
- 1:00:25together. I guess I'll settle.
- 1:00:27And she does. And I was like wow, what a cool
- 1:00:29love story that is because I'm 8.
- 1:00:32The heart of Rock'n'roll the heart of rock and mouth.
- 1:00:36I like that. Detroit.
- 1:00:39It's funny because, like, Huey Lewis, like, had such strong dad
- 1:00:44energy, but then he like, also had this soul.
- 1:00:47Like, he there was like, there's like an old black jazz musician
- 1:00:52trapped in this dad. This like, really good looking.
- 1:00:56I live in Bronxville, NY Dad, who just happened to have a lot
- 1:01:00of soul to him. He's just like, I own three
- 1:01:02horses. And by the way, the heart of
- 1:01:04rock'n'roll is still beating. Yeah.
- 1:01:06Well, yeah, if I was like Huey Lewis and I had his voice, I'd
- 1:01:10make like sexual like songs because I, I think that would
- 1:01:13draw more people to listen to me.
- 1:01:15Would you? Would you title your album that
- 1:01:17Errol? Would it be Huey Lewis's sexual
- 1:01:19songs? Huey Lewis sexual songs to draw
- 1:01:24in the ladies. I would call my first album.
- 1:01:27Another toe job I'm. Out.
- 1:01:34Bye. I'm out and there's like four
- 1:01:38other Nathan drops he could use for his next 5 albums.
- 1:01:40Oh, oh, Nathan is like dude, dude, this is like this is I
- 1:01:44don't even know what the guy like Anal would be album to Oh
- 1:01:47like Anal is perfect. I like this.
- 1:01:50I like this one. I want you for breakfast, lunch
- 1:01:53and dinner. How about this athletes?
- 1:01:57So he doesn't use and we we got to move on.
- 1:01:59But he doesn't use. He says instead of athletes, he
- 1:02:03says athletes. So.
- 1:02:05Athletes so. I like that.
- 1:02:07That's like old timey, like like mobster talk.
- 1:02:10So I got like, hey, so I got no, what I do, I go down.
- 1:02:13To the track and I bet on them athletes.
- 1:02:15So. I got.
- 1:02:16I got. Chauncey, I put two and two
- 1:02:18together. You ready?
- 1:02:20Joba is not an athlete. Wow.
- 1:02:26Speaking, Speaking of Chauncey Billups, I think we're going to
- 1:02:29be getting to that in a little bit, yes.
- 1:02:31I honestly I if I don't if I don't go help my wife put my my
- 1:02:36little girl. Down, man.
- 1:02:37She's going to kill me. What?
- 1:02:39How much longer you guys on? No, we'll be on for a while.
- 1:02:41So you could come on whenever you want.
- 1:02:44Come on. Yeah.
- 1:02:45Come on, Come back in. Come back in.
- 1:02:47Can I come back in? Yeah.
- 1:02:48You could come back in, man, absolutely.
- 1:02:49Let me let me go and check in. I'll be I'll be right back.
- 1:02:51I'm going to turn off my camera. You guys are awesome.
- 1:02:53This is great. Ladies and gentlemen, we had
- 1:02:56Colin Cosell. He'll be joining us a little bit
- 1:02:58later. He's hanging out with the kids,
- 1:03:01the kitties, and now we have to go to save your tear.
- 1:03:06Mom, what's one thing? That you can talk to me about.
- 1:03:10My sexual fantasies. Say your sorry.
- 1:03:15It's not ideal, but if it's what, it's not ideal.
- 1:03:18But if it's just not ideal, but if it is what you, You can't
- 1:03:21treble stamp a double stamp. You can't treble stamp a double
- 1:03:23stamp Lord. You can't treble stamp a double
- 1:03:25stamp Lord you. Guys, now it's time for save
- 1:03:31your tears. Whore bag.
- 1:03:35All right. Everybody, welcome to Save Your
- 1:03:38Tears. We are recapping our Week 8
- 1:03:42performance. Winner gets the compliment
- 1:03:45course and that is what we're up to tonight, that compliment
- 1:03:49course from everyone who did not win the competition.
- 1:03:52We're going to take a look at the standings and the final
- 1:03:54results right now. Here it comes.
- 1:03:57Here is everybody's people to pick from.
- 1:03:59You'll notice some people up there who had big games, a
- 1:04:01couple of zeros. Anyone took Dairy Judy 0 points
- 1:04:05on 2 targets. Let's see who won and it's
- 1:04:08Speedy Petty, tonight's champion Tommy the bride.
- 1:04:15Maids scoops in second place. I got third place Errol and
- 1:04:23Jarrett, followed by Jabba who really struggled in this.
- 1:04:27Where is Jabba? Where the hell is he he?
- 1:04:29Did say that. I don't know, he said.
- 1:04:31His internet's all messed. Up.
- 1:04:33Yeah, he said that something ripped out of the wall.
- 1:04:34I don't know if he's going to be joining back, but he said he has
- 1:04:36to call first thing in the morning.
- 1:04:38With well, that means he will not be back.
- 1:04:41I'm not too sure if he's. Going back, he'd say something
- 1:04:43with his. I guess he's not going to be
- 1:04:45back. No.
- 1:04:46Well, I guess we'll skip Jabba. We do have to give Speedy some
- 1:04:50love again. They have to be 51% genuine, at
- 1:04:54least complimentary status. I like to have Nathan replaced
- 1:04:58jobless compliments. Is it like?
- 1:05:00I think you should. That'll be great.
- 1:05:02Mario. I mean, I don't think Nathan's
- 1:05:05just going to randomly give you compliments like.
- 1:05:09What am I to? Earn the earn those compliments.
- 1:05:12That seems very greedy. I wanted to but.
- 1:05:18You got our compliments though, Speedy, so that's something.
- 1:05:21Do you know what other compliments?
- 1:05:23It's kind of insulting because we have compliments for you.
- 1:05:26Like our compliments aren't good enough.
- 1:05:29I was back right in time. Does it go the?
- 1:05:32There he is. Java, we're in your tears.
- 1:05:36You did so hot and if we starting right now with you,
- 1:05:41take a look at the board. Baker Mayfield not a good outing
- 1:05:45in this one from Andre Stevenson, no dice.
- 1:05:49Fannin Junior, Everyone took Fannin.
- 1:05:51He had a good game. The booty got 15 points for you.
- 1:05:55He was your top performer, but no surprise, biggest quarterback
- 1:06:00performer was Drake May 26.28. Maybe a top three quarterback in
- 1:06:05the NFL. Errol.
- 1:06:08Thank you. Thank you.
- 1:06:10All right, Java, give Speedy some compliments.
- 1:06:14Speedy's back on top. Speedy, you only beat me by 30
- 1:06:17points. That's impressive.
- 1:06:19I. Mean.
- 1:06:23Speedy you know what being being the guy, you know you're back on
- 1:06:27top where you should be the most knowing.
- 1:06:29And the statistical guy, you know what?
- 1:06:32You're back on top and I'm afraid this is going to get a
- 1:06:35hot streak and we're going to have to contend with you every
- 1:06:37week from now on because Tommy, you know, he's hanging around
- 1:06:40now. He he's he's staying in the
- 1:06:42wedding party. But you definitely kicked him
- 1:06:45out, Speedy. And we're going to have to
- 1:06:47definitely keep you on the radar because you're, you're going to
- 1:06:51be 1 to reckon. With from now on, have you ever
- 1:06:53snipped? Can you give us your definition
- 1:06:54of a wedding party? I don't want to hear it.
- 1:07:02All right, let's move on to Jarrett.
- 1:07:04That went over like a fart. Speedy congratulations for
- 1:07:08ending Tommy's reign of terror on the on the league.
- 1:07:12It's been been a long time coming.
- 1:07:14You're, I think, probably the one who pays the most attention
- 1:07:16to especially NFL stats about. Like a serial.
- 1:07:19Killer, You're very analytic, mind.
- 1:07:21You're a very smart man Congratulations.
- 1:07:24You do incredible work on this show.
- 1:07:26I thought I did great and then I completely remember just now
- 1:07:28that I picked Jerry Judy, so my nipples hard.
- 1:07:30Nice fun surprise to be looking at you.
- 1:07:33Go suck on a. 6940, Nice. All right, let's go to our next
- 1:07:40finisher. Yes, it's me, Errol.
- 1:07:42No points in the Fed FedEx Cup standings for you this time.
- 1:07:46I lost this place. Well, Speedy needs to learn how
- 1:07:51to write. But nevertheless forgetting
- 1:07:53words. You know, Speedy knows how I
- 1:07:55feel about him. He's he's the backbone of
- 1:07:58everything that I've done over the last 13 years.
- 1:08:01And he came to me in a suit and a tie and I haven't seen him
- 1:08:06wear one since. No, but I, I, you know.
- 1:08:16At some point we have to animate the speedy origin story of him,
- 1:08:20like showing up like with a briefcase, shirt and tie from
- 1:08:25Connecticut. It's pretty much exactly the way
- 1:08:29you're thinking. About LIRR, it's all $5 in his
- 1:08:33pocket. You.
- 1:08:34Know. Just just a chip in its chairs.
- 1:08:38Well, hold on, hold on. I don't know if he was trying to
- 1:08:40bribe me, but sometimes I would think that he was probably
- 1:08:43trying to definitely was not trying to bribe me.
- 1:08:48But you know, Speedy Speedy's a good hearted soul and I know he
- 1:08:52puts his, you know, his effort into everything that he does.
- 1:08:55He does all the cuts and you know, he knows I love him.
- 1:08:58He's like a little brother to me.
- 1:08:59So congratulations. Enjoy this win.
- 1:09:03Next week I'll be 1 bucket. All right, I'm next in the
- 1:09:08compliment chorus. 3rd place. I get one point in the FedEx Cup
- 1:09:12standings. Actually, Tommy might be leading
- 1:09:14the FedEx. I was going to say Tommy's not
- 1:09:15far behind in the. I think the past like couple
- 1:09:18weeks I haven't finished outside of like top.
- 1:09:20Yeah, he's been pretty steadily high.
- 1:09:23Pretty steadily high. Steadily.
- 1:09:26Not Errol, not not Speedy, not anyone else.
- 1:09:30Pretty steadily high. Tommy scoops.
- 1:09:32I agree with that statement in many different facets of life
- 1:09:35for that gentleman, but for Speedy PD, that's for Speedy PD.
- 1:09:41What another great performance. I don't think people realize
- 1:09:43that listen to the show, just how important Speedy is to
- 1:09:46everything in the backstage to get all the videos up online, to
- 1:09:50get them so that you see them every day, so that you have cool
- 1:09:54cut UPS from everything. Like the streaks in my britches.
- 1:09:58The sound is Tommy but that, but you know the none of those sound
- 1:10:01effects. But Speedy does do incredible
- 1:10:04amounts of work. Wouldn't be very easy to do it
- 1:10:06without you man Whatsoever. We love you and keep kicking
- 1:10:10butt in. Safe.
- 1:10:12Tears. Whore bag all.
- 1:10:14Right now it's my turn to pay the respect to Mr. Speedy PD.
- 1:10:19And I love men. I am so honored that since my
- 1:10:23crown has fallen off, you are the one to pick it back up and
- 1:10:26put it on Chicks, like Fish was saying, carrying off of that.
- 1:10:28Honestly men, the amount of work you do for this show, the amount
- 1:10:31of hours you've stayed up even in New Orleans, We all witnessed
- 1:10:34how long you've stayed up for in New Orleans, how long you stay
- 1:10:37up in general for working on this.
- 1:10:38Show I don't care. Like a vampire putting in time
- 1:10:41and effort. 99% of the world wouldn't.
- 1:10:43I know when you're over there editing for videos, you're
- 1:10:45making sure everything's picture perfect, clear cut, making sure
- 1:10:49there's. Enjoy.
- 1:10:50I've never met anybody that types on a on a keyboard fast
- 1:10:52enough. I know Errol mentions that all
- 1:10:53the time, but man, do you not type away on that keyboard
- 1:10:57everything you do, man. And like you said, it's not even
- 1:10:59that much of A I'm surprised that you are here sitting at the
- 1:11:01top of the king, top of the mountain.
- 1:11:03Never heard of the skin for? Save your tears.
- 1:11:08All right, and that has been the compliment chorus for Save Your
- 1:11:13Tears. We'll be back with Week Nines
- 1:11:16Save Your Tears on Wednesday. If you don't like the results,
- 1:11:20you can't cry about it. I was waiting for him to say
