- 0:04Speaker 1: and two time People's Choice Award winning podcast. Hello everyone,
- 0:11Speaker 1: we are scrubbing it.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Yay.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Oh like the plane just landed. Wow, you look absolutely
- 0:25Speaker 1: radiant today.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Thank you so much. I'm having an off day.
- 0:28Speaker 2: This is so interesting.
- 0:30Speaker 1: She literally has normal clothes on, not a sweatsuit.
- 0:33Speaker 2: She has all her gold jewelry popping off, no hair.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Hair back in a cute little braid ponytail make and
- 0:40Speaker 1: she says she isn't having an off date.
- 0:42Speaker 3: It just goes to show you, I love myself, untouched.
- 0:45Speaker 2: I love myself.
- 0:49Speaker 4: We decided that maybe she said she was having an
- 0:51Speaker 4: off date just to fish for compliments.
- 0:53Speaker 3: Yes, I don't compliment. I don't need to fish for compliments.
- 0:57Speaker 2: You know how you do click bait over your tex.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's like I am secure in myself that
- 1:03Speaker 3: I don't need to fish for compliments. Thank you so much.
- 1:05Speaker 5: Make right.
- 1:06Speaker 4: But when you come in here on a normal morning,
- 1:08Speaker 4: we have to get here very early, and your hair
- 1:10Speaker 4: is not like this, You're not wearing makeup, and you're
- 1:13Speaker 4: in a puffer in a sweat suit, you never say
- 1:15Speaker 4: you're having an off day. I feel completely put together,
- 1:18Speaker 4: and you say you're having any.
- 1:19Speaker 3: And what I realize is maybe when I put effort
- 1:21Speaker 3: in and I look like this, it like bums me out.
- 1:24Speaker 3: When I put no effort in, I'm just like, I'm
- 1:26Speaker 3: just like my gorgeous natural self. It's not bad. Yeah,
- 1:29Speaker 3: it's not bad, and I'm cozy exactly right now. I'm
- 1:33Speaker 3: like my jeans, I just washed them for the first
- 1:36Speaker 3: time ever, so they're so why.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Did you get them five years ago?
- 1:40Speaker 3: Yeah? Maybe last year first. Yeah. I don't like to
- 1:44Speaker 3: wash my jeans.
- 1:45Speaker 6: I mean I don't.
- 1:45Speaker 1: I'm not like wash them every time, but I certainly
- 1:48Speaker 1: watch them after a certain amount of time of mooning
- 1:51Speaker 1: though I don't.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Really wear jeans that often, so like, my rotation is
- 1:54Speaker 3: probably much less than yours.
- 1:56Speaker 2: I think you're put on date nights. You're wearing jeans
- 1:59Speaker 2: at not.
- 1:59Speaker 3: These means AnyWho not important. I'm having an off day.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I have two big pimples on my forehead and I
- 2:06Speaker 3: just like stared at them all week. I can't get
- 2:08Speaker 3: rid of them. They're not that big because I make up.
- 2:10Speaker 2: On they don't. You don't.
- 2:13Speaker 1: If I was just looking at you, I wouldn't even think, Oh,
- 2:15Speaker 1: she has pimples on her forehead.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's the rest easy.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Thank you better tonight? Yeah, thank you.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Go through the day feeling absolutely gorgeous.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Thank you so much. I needed that.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Speaking of the uh text bait that Tanya does, I
- 2:33Speaker 1: posted it like an example of it because she texts
- 2:36Speaker 1: me and goes Becca and I said, lol, yes, and
- 2:41Speaker 1: she goes, I just took the best nap.
- 2:48Speaker 5: Doing you were abusing the technology.
- 2:53Speaker 3: I thought she'd be so proud that I just took
- 2:55Speaker 3: a really nice long nap.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Well, when you're waking up at like three am, I'm
- 3:00Speaker 1: expecting you to take a nap mine.
- 3:01Speaker 3: But I was expecting a nicer reply than what I got.
- 3:05Speaker 6: I was like, my, oh, go ahead.
- 3:07Speaker 7: I'm just curious, do you want praise or do you
- 3:09Speaker 7: want like a follow.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Up question or I'm so proud of you.
- 3:13Speaker 2: That's where she wants a compliment on her appearance, not
- 3:15Speaker 2: on her.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Do not compliment my physical appearance, but please compliment my
- 3:22Speaker 3: nap games.
- 3:22Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:23Speaker 1: But I posted the screenshot on Instagram and Robbie goes,
- 3:27Speaker 1: she does this to me too, and I was like, oh,
- 3:30Speaker 1: I was actually going to ask you about it or
- 3:32Speaker 1: have her ask you about it, and he goes, I
- 3:34Speaker 1: thought it was a radio thing, because they're always like teasing, so.
- 3:40Speaker 5: She's been radio a long time.
- 3:43Speaker 3: I don't think it's a radio thing.
- 3:45Speaker 1: But another thing that happened is this morning, Tany hits
- 3:49Speaker 1: the chat with Sam, our producer myself and she sends
- 3:53Speaker 1: a picture of I stared at it for a long time.
- 3:56Speaker 2: I didn't even know what it was.
- 3:57Speaker 1: And she goes my breakfast and Sam goes, what, I
- 4:00Speaker 1: don't even know what I'm looking at, and she goes,
- 4:02Speaker 1: it's chicken. We didn't have anything else, So this is
- 4:05Speaker 1: my breakfast. Dark times over here, I'm like order something
- 4:10Speaker 1: like in a time.
- 4:12Speaker 8: Where you don't have to eat you chicken for breakfast
- 4:16Speaker 8: and you could get groceries brought to your house.
- 4:18Speaker 3: First of all, I didn't. I normally just eat eggs.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Eggs is like my always my standard go to breakfast.
- 4:24Speaker 3: For some reason, I'm having like an aversion to scrambled eggs.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Like this thought of scrambled eggs.
- 4:29Speaker 5: I've had that. I had so much.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Yes, I get that, I've had it with hard boiled eggs.
- 4:35Speaker 3: I've never had it with warm scrambled eggs. So I
- 4:38Speaker 3: was very thrown off, but the thought of making scrambled
- 4:40Speaker 3: eggs made me want to bombit. You have eggs, yes,
- 4:43Speaker 3: which is our standard breakfast.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Scrambled eggs with beef bro bone bro feel this morning.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I forgot about our bone bros in the freezer. That
- 4:52Speaker 3: would have been a great idea. That would have been
- 4:53Speaker 3: a nice breakfast, just the bone bro yeah, with the
- 4:56Speaker 3: eggs inside.
- 4:57Speaker 5: Could make eggs a different.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Way, sunny side up. Poach your eggs, you could do fried.
- 5:02Speaker 5: I actually don't know how to boiled eggs.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Does anyody know how to poach an egg? Because it's
- 5:06Speaker 3: actually it's hard.
- 5:09Speaker 7: I've never not that hard. I thought it was.
- 5:11Speaker 3: It's you just seed one of those net things, right, You.
- 5:13Speaker 7: Don't even need that. You can just use a spoon
- 5:15Speaker 7: or I just use my hand sometimes.
- 5:16Speaker 6: But you just boiled water dangerous.
- 5:20Speaker 7: It hurts, but you know you gotta suffer for art.
- 5:22Speaker 9: You boil the water, you crack the egg, and then
- 5:24Speaker 9: you swirl it around with like a ladle.
- 5:26Speaker 5: But what about the sunny side up?
- 5:27Speaker 3: I mean, there's I mean.
- 5:32Speaker 4: From you to admit that you had plenty of options
- 5:34Speaker 4: for breakfast and you still had chicken. It had to
- 5:36Speaker 4: make a whole big deal out of the.
- 5:37Speaker 5: Fact that.
- 5:39Speaker 2: I will defend her.
- 5:40Speaker 1: She didn't make a big deal. I mean she sent
- 5:42Speaker 1: it in the group. She knew it was going to
- 5:44Speaker 1: get a reaction, of course.
- 5:46Speaker 3: But the best part is it was really dry and
- 5:50Speaker 3: it was cold, so I wanted to warm it up
- 5:53Speaker 3: pickled juice on it.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Yag right to warm it up.
- 6:00Speaker 3: That doesn't make any sense with water, water and pickle juice,
- 6:03Speaker 3: to like warm it up on the stove in the
- 6:07Speaker 3: in like a little frying.
- 6:08Speaker 2: This is eight thirty am.
- 6:10Speaker 5: Yeah, you don't have a microwave.
- 6:11Speaker 3: I don't really like microwaves.
- 6:13Speaker 8: Ah, I'll use it if I need to, but if
- 6:20Speaker 8: I don't need to do it.
- 6:22Speaker 7: Yeah, this is the time.
- 6:24Speaker 2: More about the pickle juice addition, Yeah.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Why I eat my my rotisserie chicken with pickles. So
- 6:33Speaker 3: I was like, if I if it's dry, I'm gonna
- 6:35Speaker 3: have a little water.
- 6:37Speaker 2: I have literally chills all over my body, like the
- 6:40Speaker 2: worst way.
- 6:41Speaker 3: It was just a survival mode, you know what I mean.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Likes eat, Like, honestly, you have a house full of food.
- 6:50Speaker 3: It sounds like we deferently don't.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Here she goes out, what else do you eat? Yeah,
- 6:55Speaker 1: she it's slim pickets.
- 6:57Speaker 2: I'm like, you have eggs. Don't have kids in the house, chicken.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Do you have any cereal for the kids?
- 7:02Speaker 3: They don't eat cereal.
- 7:03Speaker 4: I bet you have some hot cereal, some motimeals something.
- 7:06Speaker 4: I bet you have many options.
- 7:08Speaker 2: No, really, okay, I'm not a city full of options.
- 7:12Speaker 3: The problem is the time. Once I realized I needed
- 7:14Speaker 3: to eat my breakfast, I needed to be I needed
- 7:16Speaker 3: to leave my house within like thirty forty five minutes.
- 7:19Speaker 5: Huh.
- 7:19Speaker 3: So nothing was going to get to me in time,
- 7:21Speaker 3: nor to cook.
- 7:21Speaker 1: There's a Whole Food's right like, it's literally from the window.
- 7:25Speaker 2: And if you just if you skipped your rotisserie chicken
- 7:29Speaker 2: eating it up on the stove, I think.
- 7:31Speaker 1: You could have stopped by the Whole Foods, picked up
- 7:33Speaker 1: with smoothie, something yummy warm.
- 7:36Speaker 3: I didn't choose this life.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I know, are you secretly prepping to be a bodybuilder,
- 7:43Speaker 1: because this is giving bodybuilder?
- 7:46Speaker 3: You know what it's giving. It was that's what I
- 7:48Speaker 3: used to eat for breakfast before my wedding. I was
- 7:51Speaker 3: eating a lot of rotissory chicken before my wedding.
- 7:53Speaker 2: She it was a little it wasn't good you guys
- 7:56Speaker 2: want choose.
- 7:57Speaker 1: There was a lot of chicken and cube and eggs
- 8:01Speaker 1: and eggs.
- 8:02Speaker 3: Yeah, that was basically it. Yeah. It was very very
- 8:04Speaker 3: high proteins.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Every meal.
- 8:05Speaker 3: Yeah, yes, every meal breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- 8:08Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, is she doing this for
- 8:09Speaker 1: her honeymoon? It feels a little intense.
- 8:12Speaker 3: But nuh, just desperate times, desperate times. And I had
- 8:17Speaker 3: an amazing rotissary chicken in the fridge.
- 8:19Speaker 2: You know what.
- 8:19Speaker 1: I respect it because I one thousand percent would have
- 8:23Speaker 1: opened my refrigerator been like, I'm not mid for eggs.
- 8:26Speaker 1: I'll have rotissery chicken, but I'm definitely not doing that
- 8:28Speaker 1: for breakfast. I'm just going to order something. But you
- 8:30Speaker 1: didn't spend any money.
- 8:31Speaker 3: Thank you. You just ate what you so economical of me. Yeah,
- 8:35Speaker 3: it's very responsible of you, thank you. Yeah, it's giving evolved.
- 8:41Speaker 7: Yeah, I don't know chaos giving.
- 8:45Speaker 1: You know the magnets you were on your nose for
- 8:47Speaker 1: the notes, don't magnets.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Have something in them that you're not supposed to put
- 8:51Speaker 2: on your skin.
- 8:53Speaker 3: The magnet is not directly on my skin. It's like
- 8:56Speaker 3: think of like a layer of skin like tape, like
- 9:00Speaker 3: a skin tape, then the magnets on that, and then
- 9:02Speaker 3: they put a layer of like tape over that, so
- 9:05Speaker 3: the magnet is not directly on your.
- 9:06Speaker 7: Skin, just a millimeter of protection exactly.
- 9:10Speaker 2: That's all. That's Yeah, I looked it up.
- 9:14Speaker 3: I googled it already. I see you chomping away over there, chop.
- 9:19Speaker 3: The magnets are fine. There's no EMFs and magnets okay.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't think there was any EMF, just more
- 9:26Speaker 2: so like the danger of you know.
- 9:28Speaker 7: What does the em F stand for again?
- 9:29Speaker 3: Electric magnetic field?
- 9:32Speaker 7: Sorry, I just want to point out magnetic.
- 9:42Speaker 5: It makes a point, you.
- 9:44Speaker 3: Know what, and it opens my airways and it is
- 9:49Speaker 3: from that.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Here's the thing.
- 9:53Speaker 1: In about three weeks, Tony will say that no strips
- 9:56Speaker 1: are out, Well, actually yeah, because.
- 10:03Speaker 3: You don't think there's any way that like the pulling
- 10:06Speaker 3: is like actually gonna like pull our skin on our
- 10:08Speaker 3: nose permanently like this, right, I'm like, I actually don't know,
- 10:12Speaker 3: Like if you think about it, we're pulling it all
- 10:14Speaker 3: night long, you're stretching it out every night.
- 10:16Speaker 5: Yeah, that's going in the rings.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Yeah yeah it could be. It could be, but right
- 10:23Speaker 3: now it's decadent. Sleep so much.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Air fes the nostrils, so.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Much air going in and nothing coming out. It's good.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Well, I'm I can't wait to hear more updates on that.
- 10:37Speaker 2: All these things.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Coming soon on our honeymoon, like our.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Nose all the honeymoon.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Yes, are you doing an all white situation or are
- 10:46Speaker 1: you what's your vibe?
- 10:56Speaker 3: It's gonna be like eighty percent white?
- 10:58Speaker 2: Okay? Yeah, what's the why? But why or like, what
- 11:02Speaker 2: what's your thought process? You like to you acted like
- 11:05Speaker 2: you had really thought about it.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Yeah, because I'm like, my bridal era is over, so
- 11:09Speaker 3: like the white should isn't.
- 11:12Speaker 10: The honeymoon part of the bridal era technically is like
- 11:15Speaker 10: celebration of the bread era. Yeah, but it's not giving
- 11:19Speaker 10: like bride. It's giving like wife, you know what I mean.
- 11:23Speaker 10: So I have some black in there as well, natural tones.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Leading into potential mother mother era.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Exactly, exactly. Well, yeah, speaking of my really done much
- 11:37Speaker 3: shopping for my honeymoon though, are you going to maybe.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Well, you're saving money on the groceries so you.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Get thirty this morning on the side. Yeah, that adds up.
- 11:55Speaker 1: You know, I was thinking because I've been like really
- 11:57Speaker 1: into the reputation album. I mean, I've always been, but
- 12:02Speaker 1: King of My Heart.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Is just really that one doesn't do it.
- 12:06Speaker 2: For it might be it might be top for me
- 12:10Speaker 2: on that album. Yeah, that's crazy. It's a deep cut.
- 12:16Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, but that's where I'm at right now.
- 12:20Speaker 1: And I also I'm just dying to know who Dancing
- 12:23Speaker 1: with Our Hands Tight is about.
- 12:24Speaker 3: Carl Klass That's not confirmed, is confirmed.
- 12:29Speaker 1: I'm just saying. I was listening to it again this
- 12:31Speaker 1: morning and I was thinking, I'd like to know. I'd
- 12:34Speaker 1: like to you know, what I would love and if
- 12:36Speaker 1: the end of her life she writes down.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Every song and releases who it's about.
- 12:43Speaker 1: It's like Evelyn Hugo kind of like at the end
- 12:46Speaker 1: she just releases like all the information about her life.
- 12:49Speaker 1: And I would love if Taylor swifted that that'd be exciting.
- 12:53Speaker 5: So it's the beauty of it.
- 12:54Speaker 4: The songs hit you differently at different stages of your life,
- 12:57Speaker 4: and that's that's the.
- 12:58Speaker 5: Power of her in her writing skills. It's amazing.
- 13:01Speaker 3: It is amazing.
- 13:02Speaker 1: And My Heart has been my favorite since I like
- 13:05Speaker 1: literally I think of it since I met Haley.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Wow, you know what song I used to not like well,
- 13:10Speaker 3: I don't think it's on reputation. Actually, out of the Woods,
- 13:13Speaker 3: My god, that song is amazing. Yeah. I used to
- 13:16Speaker 3: not like it and then like, for some some reason,
- 13:18Speaker 3: you like brought it to my life. Uh huh, and
- 13:21Speaker 3: now I'm obsessed with it.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Wow.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Another thing I've added to my bucket list is going
- 13:26Speaker 1: to a cold Play concert.
- 13:27Speaker 3: You've never gone to a cold No, ton you not.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Everyone just gets to go interview Chris Martin and then
- 13:33Speaker 1: go to the concert.
- 13:35Speaker 3: That was epic. That was an epic You could have
- 13:39Speaker 3: come to that.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Well I didn't get an invite. Yeah you did. Yeah,
- 13:44Speaker 2: I would have been at that concert.
- 13:46Speaker 3: I've seen many cold Play concerts.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Well maybe on the next one you can get me
- 13:50Speaker 2: in there.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Coldplay is great in concert.
- 13:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:53Speaker 3: So that's my bucket that's a nice bucket list item.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Anyone else have bucketless concerts they want to attend and
- 13:58Speaker 1: have I have.
- 13:59Speaker 3: A bucket list item.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Do you have a bucket's concert?
- 14:03Speaker 3: No?
- 14:04Speaker 2: Okay, what's your item?
- 14:05Speaker 3: I want to eat shaved watermelon like shaved ice, but
- 14:09Speaker 3: like I want to make it.
- 14:11Speaker 7: Dream the impossible dream.
- 14:14Speaker 2: That was so sad.
- 14:16Speaker 7: I'd like to eat an orange.
- 14:20Speaker 1: What are you drinking about where they shave it into
- 14:22Speaker 1: the So you like to take.
- 14:24Speaker 3: A watermelon and you freeze it, yeah, and then you
- 14:27Speaker 3: like shave it on like a cheese grater and you
- 14:30Speaker 3: make like like snow. You can't do that today?
- 14:34Speaker 2: Yeah, any dream huge? You can literally go to the
- 14:40Speaker 2: grocery store. Sounds like you need to go anywhay pick
- 14:45Speaker 2: up a big juicy watermelon and you could have that
- 14:48Speaker 2: to night.
- 14:50Speaker 3: I can't do it today, but maybe tomorrow.
- 14:53Speaker 5: Wow.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Any other huge items on anyone's to compete with.
- 14:58Speaker 3: That sea salt on top.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Gonna do some lime juice.
- 15:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 15:09Speaker 5: Loves the Goo Goo Dolls.
- 15:10Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Black Balloon hits iris this.
- 15:16Speaker 1: There's a video of them playing in the rain. I
- 15:19Speaker 1: think I've talked about on the podcast.
- 15:20Speaker 3: Still played performances sold.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Them on a podcast.
- 15:26Speaker 7: Was in La like the other day.
- 15:30Speaker 3: The lyrics I could ask about that was like my
- 15:33Speaker 3: Avril Labine days when I would like write down av
- 15:35Speaker 3: Laben lyrics. Googoo Dolls were up there, Yeah and Michelle
- 15:39Speaker 3: Branch those three two Yeah.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Yeah Goo Goo Dolls.
- 15:44Speaker 1: But like the video that I always think about is
- 15:46Speaker 1: them playing and it's pouring down rain and it's in
- 15:49Speaker 1: the nineties and no one has their phones out. They're
- 15:51Speaker 1: all just locked in and it looks like a dream.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Like could you all make it no phone rule?
- 15:57Speaker 3: So we could just have the Jonas Brothers had a concert,
- 16:00Speaker 3: say like last year maybe the year before that was
- 16:01Speaker 3: a no phones yeah, because it was like a small
- 16:03Speaker 3: underplay at the l Rainos before the album came out.
- 16:06Speaker 3: So they made everybody lock them in those little pouches.
- 16:09Speaker 3: I kept got to keep mine out.
- 16:10Speaker 5: They're in town in September. I might have to. They're
- 16:12Speaker 5: in Santa Barbara and the Greek.
- 16:14Speaker 3: The Santa Barbara Bowl, the Greek, the Greek the next night,
- 16:21Speaker 3: the Greek in August.
- 16:22Speaker 5: September sixth and seventh. Have to do that. Yeah, that's
- 16:25Speaker 5: a little tight.
- 16:26Speaker 3: That's after late that weekend. Actually, no, I'm going to
- 16:29Speaker 3: bet a wedding that weekend.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Oh well, okay.
- 16:33Speaker 9: I would always love to see Lonna del Ray. I
- 16:34Speaker 9: want to see her really, but we've never seen her.
- 16:37Speaker 9: And they keep saying the Spice Girls are going to
- 16:39Speaker 9: tour again. I want to see the Spice Girls so bad.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Well, that would just be iconic, iconic, So you saw, Yeah, are.
- 16:46Speaker 3: You invested in this Beckham drama?
- 16:48Speaker 2: I don't know anything about it.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Oh my God, to me here we are pop, make
- 16:53Speaker 3: us invested. Well, the problem is, I don't not in
- 16:55Speaker 3: the weeds. But Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Pelts
- 16:59Speaker 3: are like in a feud with his family, meaning Victoria
- 17:02Speaker 3: David Beckham brothers. Yeah, it's like bad nobody. I don't know.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Like the hearsay is that she didn't let Victoria design
- 17:09Speaker 3: her wedding dress, which seems preposterous to me. Like Victoria
- 17:13Speaker 3: is probably okay whatever, do you know what I mean?
- 17:16Speaker 3: So there's gotta be more to it. But apparently they
- 17:19Speaker 3: hired the same attorney, like for their image that Harry
- 17:24Speaker 3: and Meghan hired Beckham Harry, the Beams, the Young, the
- 17:30Speaker 3: Young Beckhams.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 17:31Speaker 9: Interestinglyn has covered up his mom's boy chest tat.
- 17:35Speaker 7: Yeah, that is a bad.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Sign, that a bad.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Red flag always around. I have to tell you something.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Karma has hit Mark in a big way.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Let's do it after the break, Yes, yeah, let's do it.
- 17:56Speaker 6: Okay, all right, we're back.
- 18:17Speaker 5: Tanya knows her teasers.
- 18:18Speaker 3: We mentioned that earlier, So Mark's karma. I have just
- 18:23Speaker 3: been finding joy in this show called Love Island for
- 18:26Speaker 3: a few years now and who poo poos it to
- 18:30Speaker 3: me every single time? Mark and I both okay, okay,
- 18:35Speaker 3: fair one of Mark's stances because I would like to
- 18:39Speaker 3: talk about it on not just this podcast, I'd love
- 18:42Speaker 3: to talk about on the morning show. And Mark's like,
- 18:43Speaker 3: nobody's watching this. I've never said that it's not our demo.
- 18:48Speaker 5: Never said that either, yes you did, No, it is
- 18:50Speaker 5: our demo. It's completely ourda.
- 18:52Speaker 3: You changed your tune a little bit last summer because
- 18:55Speaker 3: it was so popular.
- 18:56Speaker 5: But because that's when it broke big.
- 18:58Speaker 3: But before that it was so poop who Love Island?
- 19:01Speaker 3: It's not our demo. Nobody's watching it's.
- 19:03Speaker 5: Not our demo.
- 19:04Speaker 4: But I didn't think anyone's watching it till last summer
- 19:06Speaker 4: when people were really watching it, Which is so I
- 19:10Speaker 4: have a good gauge of this sort of thing. That's
- 19:11Speaker 4: why my job is my job.
- 19:13Speaker 3: So I guess I was watching Love Island this season
- 19:20Speaker 3: in Mark's home.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I would say it could be as it is, or
- 19:24Speaker 1: it could be one of the children.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Well wow, yeah, yeah, she loves a fan.
- 19:32Speaker 5: Brooklyn is a.
- 19:33Speaker 4: Fan, you see her her. Tanya's mind went from Brooklyn
- 19:36Speaker 4: Beckham to my.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Yes, yes, wow, wow, wow, a master, she loves it.
- 19:43Speaker 4: She's obsessed and I was I got I didn't know this.
- 19:46Speaker 4: And then she's under you know, she's under eighteen, so
- 19:49Speaker 4: we get alerts when she wants to download an app.
- 19:51Speaker 4: We have to just approve it, and we've always approved them.
- 19:54Speaker 4: She never tried to download anything. Word, but I was
- 19:56Speaker 4: at home one day and they got the Brooklyn wuld
- 19:59Speaker 4: like to download the Love Island USA app like h no,
- 20:05Speaker 4: But I approved it, and now there and now she
- 20:08Speaker 4: comes home every day with stories of whoever and who's.
- 20:14Speaker 5: This person?
- 20:15Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 20:15Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, So it's basically like the Bacher meets American Idol.
- 20:21Speaker 3: It's the best way to put it. It's phenomenal.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Oh whoa, Okay, so I should, So I should start it.
- 20:26Speaker 3: I mean.
- 20:29Speaker 2: I think so, Okay, I'd rather do it now and just.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Be like not need to catch up on like twenty twelve.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I'd rather be able to talk about it in
- 20:38Speaker 1: a topical way.
- 20:40Speaker 3: So yeah. So anyways, that's just a little bit about
- 20:42Speaker 3: Marx Karma.
- 20:43Speaker 9: Okay, there's there's a Love Island esque thing in the
- 20:48Speaker 9: newest episode of in just like that.
- 20:50Speaker 7: I just wanted you to know.
- 20:51Speaker 9: Miranda gets sucked into a show called by Bingo and
- 20:55Speaker 9: it's about bisexual people that gets into an island and
- 20:57Speaker 9: it's just like her getting like so enambored with like
- 21:00Speaker 9: a reality TV show where people are on a tropical
- 21:02Speaker 9: island hooking up.
- 21:04Speaker 7: And it reminds me of Love Island and a Bechel
- 21:05Speaker 7: in Paradis.
- 21:06Speaker 3: Well, I just want you to know that, Like, the
- 21:09Speaker 3: reason why I haven't shared with you is because I
- 21:12Speaker 3: have made a group chat with people that I can
- 21:15Speaker 3: talk just Love Island too. Okay, So I'm like getting
- 21:18Speaker 3: it out of my system.
- 21:19Speaker 2: Oh okay, So you don't need to like harass me
- 21:22Speaker 2: into watch it.
- 21:23Speaker 3: Correct, I see, because I have my I have my
- 21:25Speaker 3: support group.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Thank God for those people.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and we're just constantly sending tiktoks and updates.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Do you think majority of people watch it? I think
- 21:32Speaker 1: a lot of our listeners watch it. So I'm I'm
- 21:35Speaker 1: gonna try. I'm going to attempt to tune in and
- 21:38Speaker 1: get into it for the sake of the podcast.
- 21:40Speaker 2: Maybe you can get a run down from Brooklyn to
- 21:43Speaker 2: join in.
- 21:43Speaker 5: Sure.
- 21:44Speaker 4: My issue with the morning show is I know Ryan's
- 21:45Speaker 4: not watching it, I know Systany's not watching it, and
- 21:48Speaker 4: so it's got to be a relatable enough topic. But
- 21:50Speaker 4: there are topics within there that we can probably.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Say it for the pod and watch it show this girl.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Okayeah, But as we know, like sometimes when when like
- 22:00Speaker 1: just Easton and I are watching a show and we're
- 22:02Speaker 1: trying to discuss it, the way you and Mark looks
- 22:05Speaker 1: so absolutely horrify what we're saying.
- 22:07Speaker 3: I don't need to discuss it. I don't need to
- 22:09Speaker 3: discuss it.
- 22:09Speaker 2: When not a whole group is watching it.
- 22:13Speaker 3: You can pull elements that are relatable. Do you know
- 22:16Speaker 3: what I mean?
- 22:16Speaker 2: You should do that.
- 22:17Speaker 1: You should be like, oh my gosh, this one guy,
- 22:19Speaker 1: this is what happened or what he said That's what
- 22:21Speaker 1: I didn't. Okay, do do do of our Friends episode?
- 22:26Speaker 2: Anyways?
- 22:27Speaker 1: Anyway, shall we get into some dear Bonias sneak went in.
- 22:30Speaker 5: Here, uh from a girl in hinge Hell?
- 22:34Speaker 4: She said, huge fans started this podcast because I love Becka,
- 22:38Speaker 4: and I stayed because I'm beyond obsessed with you. All
- 22:41Speaker 4: things just ended between me and my guy after seven months,
- 22:44Speaker 4: And as much as it really hurt, I'm glad it
- 22:46Speaker 4: happened because it made me realized I do want a relationship.
- 22:49Speaker 4: I've been single for ten years with only one boyfriend,
- 22:52Speaker 4: so navigating things out here is tough, especially at thirty four.
- 22:55Speaker 4: I met the seven month guy as my first hinge
- 22:57Speaker 4: date and it just went from there. I will say
- 23:00Speaker 4: there were some red flags along the way, sharing a
- 23:02Speaker 4: dog with his ex who he cheated on. Oh that's
- 23:06Speaker 4: like a red flag barrage right there that you ignored.
- 23:09Speaker 5: But I'm getting older, so I feel like I need
- 23:11Speaker 5: to be less picky.
- 23:11Speaker 4: However, after what feels like seven months wasted, I'm second
- 23:14Speaker 4: guessing being too lenient. I've been on three dates in
- 23:18Speaker 4: the last two weeks with different people, fourth tomorrow, and
- 23:20Speaker 4: I just feel like it's all red flags. I'm struggling
- 23:23Speaker 4: to decide if I should go on a second date
- 23:24Speaker 4: with any of them, because I feel like I shouldn't,
- 23:27Speaker 4: but I also want to be too picky. Okay, So
- 23:29Speaker 4: now she breaks down each of the three and we
- 23:30Speaker 4: get to decide who she should go on a date
- 23:32Speaker 4: again with, if anyone. Date number one, he just moved
- 23:37Speaker 4: into a new place and asked why he moved. He
- 23:39Speaker 4: told me he and his ex broke up two weeks
- 23:41Speaker 4: ago after two years together because they got into a
- 23:44Speaker 4: fight at her sister's wedding because he found out she
- 23:46Speaker 4: was cheating on him and now he doesn't know if
- 23:48Speaker 4: he can trust again.
- 23:50Speaker 5: Okay, Date number one, Date.
- 23:53Speaker 4: Number two, I was actually super into this guy until
- 23:56Speaker 4: he mentioned he had met up with this girl four
- 23:58Speaker 4: days before because he really liked her and asked to
- 24:01Speaker 4: be official, but she said she wanted to see if
- 24:03Speaker 4: things would work out with another guy she was seeing,
- 24:06Speaker 4: so he wanted to put himself back out there and
- 24:08Speaker 4: not just wait around. On Date number three, mentioned communication
- 24:14Speaker 4: being important to him, which I loved, and then he
- 24:16Speaker 4: voluntarily mentioned he ended his last relationship a month ago
- 24:19Speaker 4: because the sex sucked and when he brought it up,
- 24:23Speaker 4: she didn't handle it well. I want to write all
- 24:25Speaker 4: three off, But then is this normal? Am I being
- 24:28Speaker 4: too picky? I just don't want to set myself up
- 24:31Speaker 4: to get hurt again, especially after I felt like I
- 24:33Speaker 4: may have ignored too many red flags on seven month man.
- 24:35Speaker 4: Any advice is helpful, Thanks and love y'all.
- 24:40Speaker 1: My first initial reaction is, if anything, he should be
- 24:43Speaker 1: more picky. Yeah, I agree, I think stop being picky
- 24:48Speaker 1: is the is the move.
- 24:49Speaker 2: I think you should.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Raise your standards because an ex sharing a dog with
- 24:58Speaker 1: his ex who he cheated on. Is is just a
- 25:01Speaker 1: red fly, big red flag that you just overlooked.
- 25:04Speaker 2: And I think we're raising our standards now.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Yeah. I feel like the older you get, the more
- 25:10Speaker 3: picky you should become.
- 25:12Speaker 5: Yeah, don't lower your standards.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Waste your time on someone who doesn't deserve it.
- 25:17Speaker 4: So Day one just moved a new place because he
- 25:19Speaker 4: broke up two weeks ago. After two years, he's clearly
- 25:21Speaker 4: a rebound situation. It's two weeks out. He got cheated on, Okay, fine, whatever.
- 25:26Speaker 2: He doesn't know if he can trust again. He needs
- 25:28Speaker 2: to go to therapy.
- 25:28Speaker 1: He needs to heals two years, two weeks after two years,
- 25:34Speaker 1: it's not gonna be.
- 25:35Speaker 2: She's gonna be. It's not gonna be good for her.
- 25:38Speaker 4: I rebounds work out sometimes. Sisany reminds us all the
- 25:40Speaker 4: time in the morning show that her current husband was
- 25:42Speaker 4: a rebound.
- 25:42Speaker 5: Yeah, so you never know she.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Was he her rebound or she was his rebound, he
- 25:49Speaker 2: was her rebound. That's different.
- 25:51Speaker 3: No, they were both each other's rebounds.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Then I think that's fine, But I think one person
- 25:56Speaker 1: not being the rebound, and especially if it's the woman
- 25:59Speaker 1: who's not the rebus bound. I mean the woman who
- 26:01Speaker 1: is the rebound I think is going to be tough
- 26:05Speaker 1: if if our girls see what you're saying.
- 26:08Speaker 4: Yeah, he's the one that's rebounding. Yeah, she's the one
- 26:10Speaker 4: that's three Yeah, okay. Date two, he had just met
- 26:14Speaker 4: up with this girl four days before. He asked to
- 26:17Speaker 4: be official. She said no, I want to see how
- 26:19Speaker 4: things work out. So he's clearly got feelings for the
- 26:20Speaker 4: other woman.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Yeah, he's like out there doing his thing. I don't
- 26:24Speaker 1: think that's about only protest.
- 26:26Speaker 5: He doesn't want to be doing it.
- 26:28Speaker 3: No, it's giving Tanya going out with other guys when
- 26:31Speaker 3: Robbie didn't want to be exclusive kind of. And I
- 26:34Speaker 3: remember all I was doing was thinking.
- 26:35Speaker 1: About, well, number two would be the only one I'd
- 26:37Speaker 1: go on a second date with out of these three.
- 26:39Speaker 3: That's preposterous.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Is that your word of the day.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Yeah, you said it once or twice before.
- 26:47Speaker 3: That's the only one I wouldn't go out with again.
- 26:49Speaker 4: Oh and then date three his relationship fell apart. As
- 26:53Speaker 4: you mentioned, the sex was not up to his standards,
- 26:55Speaker 4: and then she didn't handle it well and then they
- 26:57Speaker 4: broke up.
- 26:58Speaker 2: I think she's he's just gonna make her feelm secure.
- 27:01Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't like it really.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Yeah, sometimes you just don't have good sexual chemistry.
- 27:05Speaker 10: I know.
- 27:05Speaker 1: But I think that's just like, hey, like, communicate, what
- 27:09Speaker 1: do you like?
- 27:09Speaker 2: What do you want?
- 27:10Speaker 1: The fact that he just was like walk away after
- 27:12Speaker 1: he didn't like the sex, it's like, did you try,
- 27:15Speaker 1: did you communicate?
- 27:16Speaker 2: Did you tell her what you like?
- 27:17Speaker 5: I think day three is my favorite.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Too interesting.
- 27:20Speaker 1: I'm kind of like, don't go out with any of
- 27:22Speaker 1: them again and find some new name.
- 27:25Speaker 5: I want to write all three off. That's it. You
- 27:28Speaker 5: gotta go with your gun.
- 27:29Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 27:30Speaker 2: I think if you want to write all three off,
- 27:32Speaker 2: I think you do that.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Yeah. Number three a lot of fish in the sea.
- 27:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm moving on to the uh one more baby
- 27:43Speaker 4: okay high anonymous Dear Becka Tanya Marker in Easton, Hi.
- 27:47Speaker 5: Gang Day one scrubber.
- 27:49Speaker 3: Here.
- 27:49Speaker 4: You guys have read my emails in the past and
- 27:51Speaker 4: give me great advice, so thank you.
- 27:52Speaker 5: Look at that. We don't hear that very often. Then
- 27:55Speaker 5: we give great.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Advice all the time. I'm kidding.
- 28:00Speaker 4: I'm thirty seven. My husband and I have four kids seventeen, thirteen,
- 28:03Speaker 4: three and two. Wow, that is a span.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Well, we're seventeen thirteen, three and two.
- 28:10Speaker 5: That's right.
- 28:11Speaker 4: We have three boys and our youngest. As a girl,
- 28:13Speaker 4: I always dreamed of having a daughter, and once she
- 28:15Speaker 4: was born, I agreed to my husband getting a vasectomy.
- 28:18Speaker 4: Two years later, I deeply regret that decision. I want
- 28:21Speaker 4: a fifth baby so badly. Being a mom has been
- 28:24Speaker 4: the greatest joy of my life. I've always imagined having
- 28:26Speaker 4: a big family. We just moved into our dream home
- 28:29Speaker 4: this past January and it is spacious. We are settled,
- 28:32Speaker 4: and I work remotely at a job I love to
- 28:34Speaker 4: let me be home with my kids. Life feels full
- 28:36Speaker 4: in the best way, but I can't shake the feeling
- 28:38Speaker 4: that one more baby would complete our family. My husband
- 28:42Speaker 4: had the asseectimy in October of twenty three, so he's
- 28:44Speaker 4: still within the ideal window for a reversal. I'd say
- 28:46Speaker 4: he's about eighty percent on.
- 28:47Speaker 5: Board with the idea. When it's just the two of
- 28:50Speaker 5: us talking, he's open and sometimes even excited about it.
- 28:52Speaker 4: The issue is when he brings it up with his
- 28:54Speaker 4: twin brother or his friends, they shut it down and
- 28:57Speaker 4: say you're crazy, and the joke about us already having
- 29:00Speaker 4: our hands full, and I can tell that their reactions
- 29:02Speaker 4: sway him and it's frustrating. I don't want to pressure
- 29:05Speaker 4: him or rush his process. I don't want outside voices,
- 29:08Speaker 4: especially sarcastic, fearful ones, clouding his real desires.
- 29:12Speaker 5: Here's the advice.
- 29:13Speaker 4: How can I kindly but clearly tell the people around
- 29:15Speaker 4: us to back off and let him think for himself
- 29:18Speaker 4: without causing drama? And how can I best support my
- 29:21Speaker 4: husband as he figures out what he truly wants and
- 29:23Speaker 4: not what others think he should want. I know, asking
- 29:26Speaker 4: him to do this surgery is a big deal, so
- 29:27Speaker 4: I'm trying to get us there together as a unit.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Thank you for reading and any inse that you can offer.
- 29:35Speaker 2: I mean, I I think.
- 29:37Speaker 1: That you're in a place where if you want to
- 29:41Speaker 1: have another child and he's on board, I think you
- 29:45Speaker 1: have that conversation together and also let him know that
- 29:48Speaker 1: it's between the two of you, and you know you
- 29:51Speaker 1: hear his friends and brother make comments, but make sure
- 29:55Speaker 1: that it's what you both really want. And also I
- 29:59Speaker 1: think you you have the you can say you're thirty seven,
- 30:03Speaker 1: there is a biological time a clock.
- 30:05Speaker 3: Okay, back on remind us again.
- 30:07Speaker 1: I'm just saying, like I think you can bring that
- 30:09Speaker 1: up in the conversation about having another baby and be like,
- 30:14Speaker 1: I don't want I want us to both be in
- 30:16Speaker 1: the same place to want this, and I don't want
- 30:18Speaker 1: outside voices getting into your head. But I also am
- 30:22Speaker 1: in a place where I do have to think about
- 30:23Speaker 1: the time, So I just want us to get there
- 30:25Speaker 1: together and do what we want, not what other people
- 30:27Speaker 1: are saying.
- 30:28Speaker 2: I think you just have this conversation.
- 30:29Speaker 3: I think you just have the conversation with him. I
- 30:31Speaker 3: think going to the people around you and telling them
- 30:34Speaker 3: to back off is a very bad idea, yeah, because
- 30:37Speaker 3: you just want like you can't control other people. You
- 30:40Speaker 3: just can't, so you have to let people they're gonna
- 30:43Speaker 3: do and say what they want. But I think having
- 30:45Speaker 3: the conversation with your husband and saying you know that
- 30:48Speaker 3: you recognize that other people like laugh and say we're crazy,
- 30:51Speaker 3: but this is something that's really important to me, and
- 30:52Speaker 3: I feel like it's also very important to you, And
- 30:55Speaker 3: let's get the show on the road.
- 30:56Speaker 4: He needs space and time, and I know that you
- 30:59Speaker 4: feel like you might not have time, especially with what
- 31:01Speaker 4: Beca just said to you.
- 31:02Speaker 5: But he doesn't know what he wants.
- 31:05Speaker 3: He does, he's not lying she says he's about eighty
- 31:09Speaker 3: percent on board. Eighty is basically a hundred.
- 31:12Speaker 4: That's what she says, because when she talks to him
- 31:14Speaker 4: and she gives him the lowdown, he's.
- 31:16Speaker 5: Like, yeah, yeah, that'd be cool. Yeah, that sounds great.
- 31:18Speaker 4: And when his buddies and his brother around, they're like, dude,
- 31:21Speaker 4: you've got your handsful. He's like, yeah, I do have
- 31:23Speaker 4: my hands full. Yeah, you're right, Yeah, you're right, this
- 31:25Speaker 4: is crazy. Both are true, by the way, I think
- 31:28Speaker 4: he does want it, but also he realizes that this
- 31:31Speaker 4: is a lot and they do have their hands full.
