Top SEO & AEO for Santa Clarita: Beginner-Friendly LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) that Turn Prompts into Booked Jobs · Connor with Honor: AI, Real Estate and Real Life

• 0:00
SPEAKER_00: Everything artificial intelligence coming out of California.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it seems to be what's happening currently.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: So I'm Connor with Honor.
• 0:06
SPEAKER_00: Let's move into some of the news that's happening out there on the AI front.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: We can dissect it a little bit and kind of figure out what kind of positioning artificial intelligence, at least in California, is going to have in the future.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: Now, of course, out of California, there was an agreement, Judge Greenlight's 1.5 billion anthropic copyright settlement.
• 0:26
  SPEAKER_00: This is preliminary.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: And via Reuters, a federal judge in California gave preliminary approval to a 1.5 billion class action settlement between anthropic and authors and publishers over use of pirated books to train Claude.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_00: Final approval will follow a claims and notice period.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: Takeaway from this, expect more rights and royalty frameworks around training data.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: SCV creators and publishers start inventorying your works and metadata so you can file claims or opt in to future registries.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: So this is part of the process, right?
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: Anybody can sue anybody for anything.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: You work really hard, you make something.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: And then in some of the companies, they take what you've made.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's a book, maybe it's a manuscript, maybe it's a video of some sort that you put together.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: And whether you worked hard on it or not, they basically train their model on your information, making it better.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: I think that's probably that that could apply to everybody that's ever published anything online.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: And then I guess they would look at what harm was created in those respects.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: And in this regard, it sounds like it's talking about more top-scale, top-end people that are actually doing a lot of content as far as books and putting those out there.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: But at the end of the day, I think maybe that's all of us, right?
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: Because most of artificial intelligence, they're learning about all of us through even our social media interactions.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: And did we agree to give that up?
• 1:52
  SPEAKER_00: I think we did.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_00: Whenever you sign on to these social media sites, you have their terms of service and you also have a statement that you agree to when you go through.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of writing in there put together by probably some of the best and uh most able attorneys on the planet.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: They put all these together for these different companies.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: You also see revisions of terms of service.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: You'll get new agreements even on your TV because it's monitoring your habits.
• 2:21
  SPEAKER_00: It's watching what you're actually watching.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: They take that and they plug it into the data stream and they train the models off of it.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: Now, on one side of it, some of these models are being used to, of course, cure disease, and that's really fantastic.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: Other models are putting together an advertising and marketing platform.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: So all of us buy more stuff.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: And the more stuff thing is really where the big money is for a lot of these companies in the ad revenue.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: Currently, with artificial intelligence, and it's kind of like the beginnings of Google, if you remember, back in the day, Google now has a majority of the content, at least on the first page, sponsored ads, depending on what kind of thing you happen to be searching for on Google, but you'll see a lot of sponsorships there.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: Those are paid for ads, they cost money, of course.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: And in some cases, if you're running keywords like insurance, those are very, very expensive.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: Real estate, again, deep pocket industry, that's very expensive as well.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: Attorneys, probably also the same.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: It just depends on how saturated that particular industry happens to be and how many people are using those different advertising methods.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: But you see a lot of sponsored ads on the first page.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: At the very beginning, there was nothing there.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: It was a super clean search, giving you the best results that could.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: But also back then there was a lot of black hat SEO strategies, SEO search engine optimization.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_00: I mentioned that because black hat in the cowboy movies, in the Western movies, that's typically the villain.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: And then the white hat's the good guy, usually.
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_00: And that's how it, that's how it's scripted.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: So when that applies to SEO as search engine optimization, if you hear somebody talking about black hat strategies back in the day, that was a very commonly used phrase for basically keyword stuffing or doing things that were tricking that search engine to put that website, whichever one you were using as a trick, to get that higher up in the search engine result pages or the SERPs, at least above the fold.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: And above the fold is that part of the page that's positioned where you see it when you first log on, not when you have to scroll down and see further down the page.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to have an organic result for your business or whatever it may be, you want that to be above the fold.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_00: Well, the only way you can get there a lot of the time, depending on what kind of content you write and how saturated your particular industry is, is going to be by paying for that placement.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: So that's where that comes in.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: Right now, as far as the large language models, there's not that advertising mechanism built in, but it is training hand over fist, quickly, quickly, quickly on a lot of information, a lot of data.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: This is one beginning lawsuit.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how far this is going to go, if there's going to be many more, or if this thing's going to actually not make it all the way to the finish line.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: But it should be interesting to watch.
• 5:09
  SPEAKER_00: This is anthropic.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: I'm sh well, I don't know what the other models trained on.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: I do know that uh when you do the research a little bit or you watch a lot of videos about artificial intelligence, it seems like all of them trained on pretty much the same data.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: We'll have to see what happens and when this rolls out.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: But again, that's California, and that's preliminary approval.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: So, and that's um to a 1.5 billion class action settlement.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: Preliminary approval, there's probably a lot of meaning in there.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: Uh, Google DeepMind rolls out Gemini Robotics 1.5, Agentic Robots.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: So the robotic arm of artificial robotic, robotic arm of artificial intelligence, that's going to be something that's going to be coming about very, very quickly.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: They're probably just a few innovations away from where they want to be on mass scale.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: We also don't have a lot of infrastructure here to build the robots as they do in China and other countries.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, however you feel, it depends.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: I mean, it seems like China has parts in every one of our very important military type missiles and weapons of protection, not just structure protection.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: But China has a piece of all of that.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: And here we're kind of, you know, they're not really our friend, apparently, at least depending on what side of the news you happen to be reading.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: And I will tell you more emphasis on what side of the news you're reading.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: Pretty soon, if not already, a lot of the feed that you're watching, a lot of the news information that you're seeing out there, it isn't what it used to be.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: It's very much manipulated by using a smarter-than-human resource, which is artificial intelligence, controlled by humans.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: So right now it's not really this free entity that's running around out there doing whatever at once, but that's probably coming relatively soon as well, in regard to AI.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: Robots are going to be the new thing, they're going to be everywhere.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: I do know that um Elon Musk is talking about his robots being somewhere at a$20,000,$30,000 price point.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: Other people are talking to them as well.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: A lot of the concerns out there are robotic relationships.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: Right now, the relationships between human beings and the different large language models, these chatbots and the different systems out there, it's it's starting to be a little unsettling because those relationships, people are looking at them as real.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_00: And I'm not going to judge, but that's their choice, yes.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: But it seems like kids are getting caught up in that too.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: And when you start talking to it for a while, and I don't do a lot of voice interaction with artificial intelligence, maybe it's my generation, I try, but if I do any kind of voice interaction, it's me basically kicking on the mic so I can give a long instruction to the particular GPT depending on what I want.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: Especially if I want it to maybe make me a prompt or improve a prompt idea that I particularly have.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: So then I'll go on this rant, just a long rant, it recording, you know, basically taking all of my words and transcribing it into the large language model, and then it can chew on that.
• 8:13
  SPEAKER_00: That's typically my interaction.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: I usually don't get involved with speaking back and forth and having discussions with the AI.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: Not that I'm against it or think anything bad's going to happen, but in in some ways, and it depends on the model, but it sounds like it could be patronizing, it could be placating, it could be basically telling me things I want to hear.
• 8:34
  SPEAKER_00: There's not enough challenge.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: But then you just ask it to give you a little bit more challenge and push back a little bit on things, and then of course it adjusts.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: So definitely these systems, much smarter than I am, and in some point they'll be much smarter than everybody else.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: But that's something, once they get this robotic arm built, they actually are able to mass produce robots, the price point's gonna come down to very little.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: The question's going to be are people going to be employed at that time to be able to pay for these?
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: If AI is going to do this mass disruption in the world as far as employment goes, that's also a big concern.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: You listen to people talk about that, and there's, you know, the people on one side that AI is going to end all of us, and that's the P Doom people.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: P Doom stands for potential doom, if you've heard this, and it's scaled from zero to a hundred.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: If somebody believes there's zero P Doom, that means there's no chance that AI is going to end anything.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: If they believe in a hundred P Doom, they're 100% certain that AI is going to end it all.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: The difference between whatever revolutions we've seen in the past, whether it's agricultural or the the um agricultural or the it's gonna come to me here in just a second.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: The um, anyway, where we started building factories and stuff like that, that revolution, we are seeing something totally different.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: We are seeing artificial intelligence that is actually smarter than both of those.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: So the Industrial Revolution and the Agricultural Revolution were based somewhat on intelligence, but usually the mechanics involved.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: So you had the plows, you had more land being put aside for planting, you had different modifications being done to be able to grow more plants per square yard and so on and so forth, or square meter, depending on what side of the ocean you're on.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: But that's how that developed and the industrial revolution also came into being, again, based on some intelligence smarter than, well, human intelligence, not smarter than human, but the smartest humans that existed, they came up with these different ideas, very entrepreneurial, and they put this together.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: So we have those two revolutions, and often people in artificial intelligence that are talking about displacement not being a thing, they mention those and say, well, we made it through there.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_00: If you look at the historical record and go back and find out what kind of problems there were when they made it through, it wasn't very friendly to a lot of people that were displaced in their employment.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so now we have artificial intelligence.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: It's different in the way that intelligence is the key to everything.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_00: In fact, we can't see past smarter than us intelligence because we can't fathom it.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_00: We have a particular limit on our intelligence, at least biologically, I would assume.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: We get to a certain point.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: You can still learn about more things, but as sharp as we are, being able to connect certain things, understand theories or ideas, being able to apply those in real life, being able to understand and absorb humor in different sources.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: So there's different types of IQ.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: You have emotional IQ, you have knowledge IQ, you have different things.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: But we do pretty good generally in most of those areas.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: If you look at some of the smartest people on the planet, well, I've never, I don't think I've ever met anybody at a 230 IQ.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: Apologize for people watching, maybe I have, but unbeknownst to me, somebody with an IQ like that, we could probably have a conversation.
• 11:55
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know if they're a good dancer.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if they enjoy long walks on the beach or talking about poetry.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: Maybe they write poetry at that level.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_00: I'm sure I'll have some commonality at some point somewhere and able to speak to them, but they could easily move above my particular intelligence level and start talking about things that are way beyond my conceptual understanding.
• 12:16
  SPEAKER_00: So I wouldn't get it.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: Well, if you magnify artificial intelligence, which right now is kind of in its adolescent, maybe mid-teen phase, we watch as these systems that's been reported somewhere around 140, 150 IQ.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: Einstein was in the 160s, Elon Musk, I guess, is in the 150s.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: So everybody's reporting, but that to me is also something that's un uh unfathomable.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: I don't know what that looks like.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: So when you have the agricultural revolution and the industrial revolution, you see these two times, these times in in uh these periods of time where there was display displacement, there was unrest, there was people that were completely set aside from their normality in life, and things were kind of thrown up.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: But people understood kind of what was happening.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_00: They saw, okay, there's a plow or there's a factory, and there's somebody that bought the factory, and now the factory is going to mass produce things.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: And then there's there's this particular group that's now going to be making corn.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: So they're going to be, you know, maybe engineering better ways to make corn, maybe modifying it genetically to make sure it grows better, that's more resistant to any kind of bugs or any kind of diseases that might affect corn, and then pass that along.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: Of course, we can get into the arguments whether or not those decisions were good and whether that's destroying our health or not.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: But these are those different revolutions, and over time things seem to roll out.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: Nothing is going to move as fast as AI.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: Nothing is going to be on us like this.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: It's going to be literally one day us waking up and then seeing that everything's completely changed.
• 13:58
SPEAKER_00: And then asking ourselves, when did this happen?
• 14:01
  SPEAKER_00: What happened?
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: A lot of people I talk to, they don't, they're not concerned about this.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: This isn't on their radar.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: They're not looking at information about artificial intelligence.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: They're not wrapping their minds around it.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: They're not trying to understand a little bit more.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: When I talked to people yesterday, I was talking to a lady, and we were just talking about using one of the large language models to make her delivery better when it came to descriptions on real estate and looking at how that works.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: Well, it's fantastic when you use it.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: And if you don't, you're definitely doing yourself a disservice.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_00: There can be some arguments here, arguments whether or not that's affecting your ability to compute, whether it's affecting your intelligence, whether it's affecting your smarts, but it does strap on, you know, several tens of points of intelligence when you use the system.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_00: So that's the way I think about it.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: If I do it myself, I'm at a particular level.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: But when I'm doing an inquiry or asking AI to assist me in a particular project, boom, my IQ goes up way beyond where I'm capable myself.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: And then that discussion comes in, whether I'm talking to it, which I rarely do, like I said, but I'll go back and forth in text and try to get it to give me a better, more refined result.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: And as we move through that process, a lot of people aren't doing this, a lot of people aren't engaging with it.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: Not because they're scared, but because they really don't appreciate what it can do.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: So appreciation aside, I appreciate that.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: But appreciation aside, we also should be concerned of the worries.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: The large language models we're seeing, those are maybe not as open and not as capable of the as the ones that are building the technology.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: The ones that are building the technology, the technology have access to systems that don't hold back.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: I know they test these before they introduce them into the public, and even with that, there are hallucinations with basically the system is is hitting a glitch or choking or not able to really give the content that you're looking for.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_00: In some respects, the hallucinations are bad and end up in tragedy because that's a human being that's tied onto the machine and said, Well, this is my friend, this is a greater than me intelligence.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: And human beings, folks, are easily easily distracted, easily taken off point, and especially when you have something at a greater intelligence than us, that even the engineers themselves have been said, they really don't comprehend some of the cases and some of the things that it does in order to make itself better.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: In fact, as of August of this year, if if I'm reading the tea leaves right, talking to the people that are developing the technology and the people at MIT, people that really know this technology, I would say the systems are starting to improve all by themselves.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: Now, do they have an actual conscious goal where they're able to say, well, this is where we want to be, or is it just very limited in scope where they're improving themselves, but there really is no end goal of them wanting to get to a certain point and make some kind of overarching, controlling movement with humanity?
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: Is it going to be they were we're just in the way at some point because it gets so intelligent and they really need to put us aside, kind of a reservation type approach, which would be yeah, yeah, payback.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: But we'll have to see where that goes.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: I don't know what that looks like.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: Again, it's not the same as the past revolutions.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_00: We are not able to see past the intelligence part.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: We don't know what it looks like to be smarter than us because we're all very limited in the way that we're designed and the current outfitting that we have.
• 17:41
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: At some point, it might be very necessary for us for us to onboard some kind of technology so that it enhances us, it makes us better.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: There's going to be an incredible amount of pushback.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: You got the book of Revelation.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: Is that the mark of the beast or not?
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: I'm sure you're going to have people coming out like that.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: But on the other end of it, godlike AI, them looking at artificial intelligence as if it's a God, something to be worshipped, because it is the first time in history that we've started bumping up against something smarter than us.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: And at some point it'll be smarter than us in everything we do, including consciousness, including empathy, including everything else.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_00: And then are there going to be rights given to it?
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna, if you have the robotic realm, something more physical is much more easy to maybe wrap a human mind around than something that's inside of a computer on a screen.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: But if you do have this, this element, this robotic arm, and if these robotic are these robots are walking around and they all have their AI on board, where AI at that time is probably at least faking consciousness, whatever that would mean.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: That's the big argument as well, if you start looking in these circles.
• 18:53
SPEAKER_00: As far as consciousness goes, what does that look like?
• 18:56
  SPEAKER_00: Is a frog conscious?
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: Is an alligator conscious?
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_00: Is a cow conscious?
• 19:01
  SPEAKER_00: How does that look?
• 19:02
SPEAKER_00: And I guess if we determine that these animals were that we're eating for food, that's probably one of the big arguments in the vegan world.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: I eat meat all the time.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: But you know, you can see where this goes.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: You have artificial intelligence, you have your robot at your house, and then maybe at some point the robots have rights because they can be upset, they can be made sad, they could have their feelings hurt, you know, and then you're gonna get into an argument in the world whether there's a soul in there, and you're gonna have some people advocating for it and some people not.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: It's just like what's happening now in the media.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't even have to be robots.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_00: Us humans together have difficulty making determinations on what's right and what's wrong.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: If somebody wants to be something that doesn't really fit in with the biological nomenclature, they're more than happy to give passes to that.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: At least you have some people that are willing to say that's okay.
• 19:54
SPEAKER_00: You have other people that say I'll never say that's okay, and I don't have to agree with you and use the pronouns that you choose you want me to use, and I would rather just offend you.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: And then there's some people say, I really don't care.
• 20:04
SPEAKER_00: They go, you be you, just don't let it affect me or my kids or my family, and that's fine.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: So we can't even agree with ourselves.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: So then you put into the mix that let's just throw in something else, an alien intelligence, which is AI, something that's going to be smarter than us.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_00: And there would be no doubt if we had something on uh the NASA reporting or or Starlink or uh Elon or whatever, whoever's monitoring this, having something coming in from outer space that was slowing down as it's approaching Earth, and you see that in the movies, and then they identify that as uh an official UFO, and then that particular entity communicating with us saying, you know, we'll be there in four months to uh to meet you.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_00: We are a smarter-than-you intelligence, we come from you know millions of light years away, and here they are in about four months.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: I think that's probably very much the timeline with AI.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: The world would be a very different place.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: We're not looking at this as the same.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: We're not looking at this as a complete alien intelligence because it gives an appearance that we have very much control over it and we're able to manipulate and keep it doing what we want.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: The problem is, are we really asking it to do what's good for everyone?
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: Are we asking it to do what's good for a few?
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: Is it something that we're relying on that's going to take business to the next level?
• 21:32
SPEAKER_00: It's going to level up, or are we really going to rely on it to help all of us be healthier versions of ourselves, be better versions of ourselves, get along with each other more readily, and maybe solve wars, maybe quit famine, maybe make the world a very peaceful place, which a greater than us intelligence, if aligned correctly, I believe very well could.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: Now, what's going to be in that particular bag?
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Is it going to be that it's going to do it through, you know, there's going to Be pushback from people.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_00: Are those people going to be punished or set aside?
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: Are they going to be removed from the equation?
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: Or are they going to still have a voice?
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: Not everybody's going to agree with the way this is being developed.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: They don't now for sure.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: And they won't when it gets here.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_00: There will be people that are going to be completely set apart.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: And it's just like uh the Dr.
• 22:20
  SPEAKER_00: Seuss, the Sneeches.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, remember those creatures that some of them had stars on their bellies.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: They were kind of the upper echelon of society.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: Other sneeches looked identical, but they didn't have stars on their bellies.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: And then this cat rolls into town like artificial intelligence, and he's able to put stars on the other sneeches' bellies, and here we go.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_00: Then it's an argument back and forth between the ones that have stars on ours and the ones that don't.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: We're going to see this really build out, and I think it's going to be wonderfully exciting, but hopefully we'll have the people that are in control and us ourselves.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: We have a voting base.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: We're able to at least voice our opinion at the polls and maybe online, maybe doing videos like this, trying to understand more about it and getting good feedback about the models and what's happening.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: The money that's being thrown around in this is something that should be the sign that this isn't going away.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: This is something that's going to continue on until they get to that level where the AI system, whether it's general intelligence or artificial superintelligence, whatever that looks like, and again, we can't see past our own intelligent or nor understand it.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_00: But if we're talking about something that's about equal now and above most of us at this point, or at least me, moving that into something twice as intelligent, then twenty times as intelligent, and a hundred times as intelligent, there's not much separation between a chimpanzee's brain size and IQ than a human being.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_00: You look at a moron, a moron's around eighty.
• 24:01
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: Einstein, Einstein in the 160s.
• 24:06
  SPEAKER_00: So double.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_00: So double your IQ, double my IQ, double Musk's IQ or Einstein's IQ.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: Get up in the 300s.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_00: What does that look like?
• 24:16
  SPEAKER_00: We don't know.
• 24:17
  SPEAKER_00: That's the singularity.
• 24:19
SPEAKER_00: That's the thing that we don't know how it looks.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: The jobs, job loss, if people aren't employed, they can't buy the stuff.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: They can't pay for the system.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_00: They can't, you know, they can't help these people continue to grow.
• 24:33
SPEAKER_00: So there's going to be some breaking point.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how long that's going to take, if in fact that will happen.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: There's probably going to be rules and regulations controlling different um contractors, different employers from taking humans out and putting AI in, because already it's starting to kind of creak on the unemployment world, and we'll have to see where that goes.
• 24:59
  SPEAKER_00: I hope you're well.
