- 0:52Speaker 2: go into our first session today.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Our first session this evening, since you are leaning, we
- 1:14Speaker 1: have a pastor from Amsterdam.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Yeah, she's trying to check whether it's supposed to sell, man.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Look at her. She's trying to check.
- 1:20Speaker 3: She's trying to check. Amen.
- 1:22Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:24Speaker 3: We have....
- 1:33Speaker 2: I don't need to introduce him.
- 1:36Speaker 1: We have a very powerful voice.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Roll it now.
- 1:42Speaker 1: We have a very powerful imagined voice in this nation.
- 1:49Speaker 2: A person, listen, a person that I can tell.
- 1:55Speaker 1: You will be around for a very long time.
- 2:01Speaker 2: He's not a fly in the pan.
- 2:05Speaker 1: What you are seeing is not just a manifestation of
- 2:07Speaker 1: a gift. What you are seeing is not where you
- 2:11Speaker 1: could say that it's a grace, but it's not just that.
- 2:15Speaker 1: You are seeing manifestation of wisdom. And when a person
- 2:21Speaker 1: carries their gifts with wisdom, then you know that they
- 2:25Speaker 1: will be here for a very long time. So back
- 2:33Speaker 1: then they used to say, let's call it back then,
- 2:36Speaker 1: ministries that fly by night. But this is a ministry
- 2:39Speaker 1: that is deeply rooted.
- 2:42Speaker 2: A man who has.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Deep respect for people. The way and manner in which
- 2:50Speaker 1: he treats people with humility. Even when I was in
- 2:54Speaker 1: the green room behind there just apologizing to him about
- 2:58Speaker 1: the fact that because there was.
- 2:59Speaker 2: A spillover that there will be a delay.
- 3:02Speaker 1: The way he composed himself, you know, shows that he's
- 3:08Speaker 1: a man that is walking in grace beyond his natural age.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Let's welcome to the Greystone a person who just said
- 3:20Speaker 1: so much.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I just forgot to say this.
- 3:40Speaker 1: We said it on Thursday and it really went very far.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Please just share the YouTube videos or your WhatsApp groups
- 3:49Speaker 1: because it went really far than.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Last time we did it. I forgot to say it
- 3:54Speaker 2: every day.
- 3:54Speaker 1: So please do that so that the message reaches everywhere.
- 3:58Speaker 3: It should reach.
- 3:59Speaker 2: God bless you.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Hallelujah.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Praise the name of the Lord.
- 4:10Speaker 3: It's my joy to be here. Thank you. Thank you. Pastor,
- 4:16Speaker 3: thank you so very much for this opportunity. While standing,
- 4:24Speaker 3: just before we sit, I really want to celebrate with
- 4:27Speaker 3: Pastor 10 years of impact. Hallelujah. He made a statement
- 4:37Speaker 3: just before I came up. longevity is a product of wisdom.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Anything that lasts is because it is standing upon wisdom.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Hallelujah.
- 4:48Speaker 3: So sir, we salute you. Thank you for the vision.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Thank you for your love and for your labor. In
- 4:54Speaker 3: the name of Jesus Christ. And for this session, can
- 5:00Speaker 3: we lift our hands to heaven and ask the Lord
- 5:03Speaker 3: to speak to us. Go ahead and pray. Let it
- 5:05Speaker 3: be from the depth of your heart. Speak to me.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Speak to me. Speak to me. Who is like him?
- 5:20Speaker 3: Lion and the lamb.
- 5:23Speaker 6: Seated on the throne. Mountains bow down. Every ocean roar.
- 5:36Speaker 6: To the king of kings.
- 5:41Speaker 7: Will praise Adonai from the rising of the sun to.
- 5:51Speaker 3: The end of every day.
- 5:54Speaker 7: Praise Adonai all the nations of the earth.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Yes, we will praise.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Adonai, from the rising of the sun till the end
- 6:17Speaker 4: of every day.
- 6:21Speaker 8: Adonai, all the nations of the earth.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Speak to our hearts this afternoon. And cause your word
- 6:43Speaker 3: to lift us, to change us, to transform us. Let
- 6:47Speaker 3: us go from one dimension of glory even to the other.
- 6:52Speaker 3: In Jesus' name we have prayed. God bless you. Please
- 6:56Speaker 3: be seated. I'm teaching this afternoon on the voice of God.
- 7:05Speaker 3: I want you to please pay attention because I believe
- 7:08Speaker 3: that in addition to all that you have learned, phenomenal speakers,
- 7:13Speaker 3: that this is one teaching that for many of us
- 7:18Speaker 3: will be an answer to age-long prayers. For many of us,
- 7:24Speaker 3: this will bring perspective and confidence to your walk with God.
- 7:29Speaker 3: The voice of God. Psalm 29. Psalm 29. Let's start
- 7:34Speaker 3: from verse 3. Psalm 29 from verse 3. It says
- 7:41Speaker 3: the voice of God is upon the waters. The God
- 7:45Speaker 3: of glory thundereth. We're reading tonight. The Lord is upon
- 7:50Speaker 3: many waters. Verse 4. The voice of the Lord is powerful.
- 7:55Speaker 3: The voice of the Lord is full of majesty. Verse 5.
- 7:59Speaker 3: The voice of the Lord breaketh the cedars, yea, the
- 8:03Speaker 3: Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon. He maketh them also
- 8:08Speaker 3: to skip like a calf, Lebanon and Syrian like a
- 8:12Speaker 3: young unicorn. The voice of the Lord divided the flames
- 8:16Speaker 3: of fire. The voice of the Lord shaked the wilderness.
- 8:21Speaker 3: The Lord shaked the wilderness of Kadesh. The last verse.
- 8:25Speaker 3: The voice of the Lord maketh the hinds to calve
- 8:29Speaker 3: and discovereth the forest. And in his temple doth everyone
- 8:34Speaker 3: speak of his glory. One more scripture. Ezekiel chapter 43
- 8:42Speaker 3: from verse 1 and 2. Ezekiel 43. Afterwards he brought
- 8:50Speaker 3: me to the gate, even the gate that looketh towards
- 8:53Speaker 3: the east. Verse 2. And behold, the glory of the
- 8:59Speaker 3: God of Israel came from the way of the east,
- 9:02Speaker 3: and his voice was like the noise of many waters,
- 9:08Speaker 3: and the earth shined with his glory.
- 9:10Speaker 5: Verse 3.
- 9:13Speaker 3: The Bible is very clear as to the fact that
- 9:16Speaker 3: the kingdom life was so designed that the advancement and
- 9:21Speaker 3: the progress of the believer largely, principally depends on his
- 9:27Speaker 3: ability to be led of God, of the Spirit. The
- 9:33Speaker 3: faith life was designed by God Himself. Such that there
- 9:38Speaker 3: is no possibility for meaningful progress outside of the voice
- 9:43Speaker 3: of God. Hallelujah. The believer was designed to continually depend
- 9:49Speaker 3: on the voice of God for leadership and for direction.
- 9:54Speaker 3: So even Jesus, when he came in the flesh, he
- 9:58Speaker 3: was very... very vocal as to his need for the
- 10:03Speaker 3: leadership of the spirit the Bible would tell us that
- 10:07Speaker 3: after his baptism the spirit drove him into the wilderness
- 10:12Speaker 3: to be tempted of the devil then the Bible says
- 10:15Speaker 3: he returned in the power of the spirit Hallelujah. Probably
- 10:22Speaker 3: one of the greatest psalms that we know, Psalm 23,
- 10:27Speaker 3: is a very profound psalm of David because it captures
- 10:32Speaker 3: the leadership of the Holy Spirit and the implication or
- 10:36Speaker 3: the leadership of God, generally speaking. He says, let's look
- 10:39Speaker 3: at it. The Lord is my shepherd. He says, I
- 10:43Speaker 3: shall not want. He makes me Notice now, this same Lord,
- 10:50Speaker 3: being my shepherd, he makes me, he leads me. Verse 3,
- 10:56Speaker 3: he restores, he leads me. Verse 4, he guides me.
- 11:02Speaker 3: You see, so there is leadership, there is guidance, there
- 11:05Speaker 3: is making all by this great shepherd. It therefore means
- 11:11Speaker 3: that if you do not understand the voice of God
- 11:16Speaker 3: and the nature of his leadership, you may be stunted
- 11:21Speaker 3: in a position spiritually and it will affect every other
- 11:25Speaker 3: aspect of your life.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
- 11:27Speaker 3: There are many believers today who... Have not been able
- 11:31Speaker 3: to walk in the fullness of their prophetic destinies. Not
- 11:35Speaker 3: because of rebellion. But the inability to hear and to
- 11:40Speaker 3: understand the speakings of God. Understanding the communications of God. Therefore,
- 11:50Speaker 3: it's a very, very important pursuit for any serious believer.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
- 11:57Speaker 3: In fact, the Bible tells us in Romans chapter 8
- 11:59Speaker 3: and verse 14 that one of the seals of our
- 12:03Speaker 3: sonship is that we have the ability to be led
- 12:08Speaker 3: for as many, he says, that are led by the
- 12:12Speaker 3: Spirit of God. They are the sons of God. Are
- 12:16Speaker 3: we still together? There seems to be a great confusion
- 12:21Speaker 3: as to the concept of the voice of God. The
- 12:24Speaker 3: average believer understands the implication of being led by God.
- 12:28Speaker 3: But it seems that largely in the body of Christ
- 12:32Speaker 3: there is serious confusion. Our lives and our results or
- 12:36Speaker 3: the lack of it clearly show that there is something
- 12:40Speaker 3: about this subject that has not been properly understood. Hallelujah.
- 12:47Speaker 3: And so I'm hoping that within the times that we'll
- 12:49Speaker 3: have to share, that God will grant us clarity and
- 12:52Speaker 3: understanding as to the concept of His voice. If you
- 12:56Speaker 3: believe that, please shout it loud, Amen. What exactly is
- 13:01Speaker 3: the voice of God? The Bible talks about the voice
- 13:04Speaker 3: of God, but what does it mean? Now please look up.
- 13:09Speaker 3: The concept of voice is not limited to the speakings
- 13:14Speaker 3: of God alone. This is the first thing I want
- 13:16Speaker 3: you to understand. The Bible generically uses the expression voice,
- 13:21Speaker 3: but then it is not limited to the vocal communications
- 13:25Speaker 3: or the speakings of God. Are we together? Yes. When
- 13:28Speaker 3: we talk about the voice of God, it represents, you
- 13:32Speaker 3: may write this down if you're writing, it represents all
- 13:35Speaker 3: the spiritual channels and the pathways that God uses to
- 13:41Speaker 3: communicate his will and his intent. Let me take it again.
- 13:45Speaker 3: That the concept of the voice of God is not
- 13:48Speaker 3: limited to the speakings of God alone. But that it
- 13:53Speaker 3: represents all the spiritual channels. The voice of God represents
- 14:00Speaker 3: all the spiritual channels and pathways. He uses to communicate
- 14:07Speaker 3: his will and intent. If you're writing, underline the word
- 14:12Speaker 3: spiritual channels, underline the word will and intent. That is
- 14:17Speaker 3: very important. Because the whole idea behind the voice of
- 14:23Speaker 3: God or the communications of God is to make his
- 14:26Speaker 3: will and his intent known. Please look up. Please look up.
- 14:32Speaker 3: I need you to understand that the power of God,
- 14:35Speaker 3: which is responsible for all the possibilities we enjoy in
- 14:38Speaker 3: this kingdom. Are we together? The power of God is
- 14:42Speaker 3: the principal sponsor for every result that we enjoy in
- 14:46Speaker 3: this kingdom. But the power of God has jurisdictions for operation.
- 14:52Speaker 3: It does not operate arbitrarily. The power of God was
- 14:55Speaker 3: mandated by God to only function within the jurisdiction of
- 14:59Speaker 3: his will and his intent. That means outside of the
- 15:03Speaker 3: will and the power of God, I mean the will
- 15:06Speaker 3: and the intent of God, the power of God does
- 15:09Speaker 3: not have any assignment. The assignment of the power of
- 15:14Speaker 3: God is to make the will and the intent of
- 15:17Speaker 3: the Father come to pass. That means you only call
- 15:22Speaker 3: for the attention of the power of God to the
- 15:25Speaker 3: degree to which you are consistent with the will of God.
- 15:31Speaker 3: It's important you understand this. The administration of the power
- 15:35Speaker 3: of God only functions and finds expression within the jurisdiction
- 15:41Speaker 3: of his will. It says when you pray, you pray
- 15:45Speaker 3: that your kingdom come. How? By your will being done
- 15:49Speaker 3: in earth as it is in heaven. Are we still together?
- 15:54Speaker 3: That means if you cannot discern, perceive or receive the
- 16:00Speaker 3: will and the intent of God, you may never be
- 16:04Speaker 3: able to experience the possibilities of God. This is why
- 16:07Speaker 3: the voice of God is so important because his power
- 16:10Speaker 3: follows his voice.
- 16:16Speaker 8: You are the one that we praise. You are the
- 16:23Speaker 8: one we adore. You give the healing and.
- 16:29Speaker 7: Grace that our hearts always hunger for.
- 16:38Speaker 5: Oh our hearts always hunger for.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Are we following so far? So we have established the
- 16:49Speaker 3: fact that the concept of the voice of God is
- 16:53Speaker 3: not limited to his speakings, his vocal communications alone, but
- 16:59Speaker 3: that it's a holistic capture of all the channels and
- 17:03Speaker 3: the pathways that God uses to communicate his will and
- 17:08Speaker 3: his intent. Please say after me, will. Say after me, intent.
- 17:14Speaker 3: One more time, say will. Will. Say intent. The entire
- 17:18Speaker 3: scope of the dealings of God with man centers around
- 17:22Speaker 3: these two words. His will and his intent. The purpose
- 17:27Speaker 3: of spiritual communication from God to man is to make
- 17:32Speaker 3: accessible to man the will and the intent of God. Hallelujah.
- 17:42Speaker 3: So for this session today, would look at how God speaks.
- 17:46Speaker 3: How exactly does God speak? Because there are many believers
- 17:51Speaker 3: who are at a loss as to how God speaks
- 17:56Speaker 3: or how God communicates. The Bible reveals several channels that
- 18:03Speaker 3: have been used by God to communicate his will and
- 18:07Speaker 3: his intent. That we generically call the voice of God.
- 18:10Speaker 3: In fact, Hebrews chapter 1 and verse 1. It says,
- 18:14Speaker 3: God who in sundry times and diverse manners speak. Take
- 18:21Speaker 3: note of that. Diverse manners speak. God who in sundry
- 18:26Speaker 3: times and diverse manners speak in time past to the
- 18:31Speaker 3: fathers by the prophets have in these last days spoken
- 18:35Speaker 3: to us. So you see different channels. Sundry times, diverse
- 18:40Speaker 3: manners he speak. Now he has spoken to us through
- 18:43Speaker 3: his son. So there are many channels. channels for spiritual communication.
- 18:50Speaker 3: I'm not discussing them but let me just list a
- 18:53Speaker 3: few of them for your knowledge. Number one, the Bible
- 18:57Speaker 3: teaches that the primary channel for God's communication as far
- 19:02Speaker 3: as his intent is concerned is the Holy Scripture. Please write.
- 19:06Speaker 3: So the Scripture is the principal channel. It is amazing
- 19:12Speaker 3: that the Scripture that we have represents the voice of God.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Are we together? And that from a child, thou hast
- 19:23Speaker 3: known the Holy Scripture, which is able to make you
- 19:27Speaker 3: wise unto salvation, it says. The Holy Scripture. Number two, dreams, visions,
- 19:35Speaker 3: and supernatural encounters. The Bible is very clear as to
- 19:39Speaker 3: the fact that God uses dreams, visions, and supernatural encounters
- 19:46Speaker 3: to communicate his intent. We see this scattered from generation
- 19:49Speaker 3: to generation. to Revelation. Whether it is for Abraham, whether
- 19:54Speaker 3: it is for Joseph, the earthly father of Jesus. Hallelujah.
- 19:58Speaker 3: Whether it is for Pharaoh revealing that seven years would
- 20:02Speaker 3: come with plenty and seven years would come with famine.
- 20:07Speaker 3: All of these prophetic encounters, dreams, visions, supernatural encounters. Number three,
- 20:14Speaker 3: the prophetic now, proper. The prophetic. I think that should
- 20:19Speaker 3: be Hosea chapter 12 and verse 10. I hope I'm
- 20:22Speaker 3: right on that. It says I have spoken to you
- 20:26Speaker 3: by the prophets. So God speaks by the prophets. The
- 20:30Speaker 3: prophetic is a channel for his communication. Is someone learning now?
- 20:35Speaker 3: I have multiplied visions he says. Let's finish the scripture.
- 20:39Speaker 3: I have used similitudes even by the ministry of the prophets.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Number four. Another channel for spiritual communication is called the
- 20:49Speaker 3: knowing or the witness of the Spirit. Fathers of faith
- 20:53Speaker 3: who have joined the cloud of witnesses like Papa Hagen
- 20:56Speaker 3: would talk a lot about the knowing of the Spirit.
- 21:00Speaker 3: The Bible says the Spirit itself bears witness with our
- 21:03Speaker 3: spirit that we are the sons or the children of God.
- 21:07Speaker 3: There is a knowing. The Spirit can bear witness with
- 21:11Speaker 3: your spirit. Hallelujah. There are many other channels, but at
- 21:15Speaker 3: least this one is just to be able to guide
- 21:18Speaker 3: our understanding to see that when we are talking about
- 21:21Speaker 3: the voice of God, I repeat again that the voice
- 21:25Speaker 3: of God is not limited to the vocabulary communications of
- 21:29Speaker 3: God like we know. Our concept of voice means sound
- 21:33Speaker 3: that comes from the lips or the mouth of a man.
- 21:37Speaker 3: But I'm telling you now that in dealing with spiritual communications,
- 21:40Speaker 3: the most important thing is the transference of his will
- 21:46Speaker 3: and his intent to the believer. That means at the
- 21:49Speaker 3: end of whatever you call hearing God, if the will
- 21:52Speaker 3: and the intent of God does not get to you,
- 21:55Speaker 3: it's not God that you heard. It doesn't matter how spiritual.
- 22:00Speaker 3: It doesn't matter how flamboyant. We can vet your hearing God.
- 22:05Speaker 3: Not by the accuracy of what you think. Not by
- 22:08Speaker 3: the charismatism that happened. Remember there can be sound and rain.
- 22:13Speaker 3: But then the voice may not be there. The proof
- 22:21Speaker 3: of accurate hearing. Is that we see that your life
- 22:25Speaker 3: evolves into the will and the intent of God. With
- 22:29Speaker 3: exactitude and precision. Are we together? So how does God speak?
- 22:38Speaker 3: What is the language of God? Does he have a language?
- 22:43Speaker 5: Hallelujah.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
- 22:47Speaker 3: While I was in the green room, I was enjoying
- 22:51Speaker 3: the praise and the worship except that largely for it,
- 22:55Speaker 3: I really didn't understand what, you know, from a cultural
- 23:00Speaker 3: standpoint now. I was enjoying it, of course, but I
- 23:03Speaker 3: didn't know the meaning of the words because... For instance,
- 23:06Speaker 3: I'm not Yoruba by earthly, you know, my earthly connection now.
- 23:11Speaker 3: So there are languages. If I speak something in Yoruba now,
- 23:15Speaker 3: I expect most or all Yoruba people to be able
- 23:17Speaker 3: to respond. Is that true? So what is the language
- 23:21Speaker 3: of God? If we are talking about the communications of God,
- 23:24Speaker 3: does he speak Greek? Does he speak Hebrew? Does he
- 23:30Speaker 3: speak English? What is the language of God? You will
- 23:37Speaker 3: test what you are hearing now against many things you
- 23:40Speaker 3: have been calling God said. So you said you had God.
- 23:47Speaker 3: What exactly did you hear? You should have the confidence
- 23:52Speaker 3: to answer this question. What did you hear? For someone
- 23:57Speaker 3: who will say God told me. I think it's time
- 24:01Speaker 3: to move left. So does God speak English? Does God
- 24:06Speaker 3: speak French? It is amazing that every nation hears God.
- 24:10Speaker 3: So what exactly does he tell them? Please pay attention now.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Are we together? The language of God is not Greek.
- 24:23Speaker 3: It's not Hebrew. It's not English. It's not Yoruba. In fact,
- 24:29Speaker 3: the Bible tells us Paul was speaking in 1 Corinthians
- 24:32Speaker 3: 13 verse 1 that there are the language or tongues
- 24:35Speaker 3: of men and tongues of angels. So we know that
- 24:38Speaker 3: there are languages even in the realm of the spirit.
- 24:41Speaker 3: But I guarantee you by the integrity of scripture that
- 24:44Speaker 3: none of these is the language of God. It does
- 24:48Speaker 3: not mean that he cannot communicate through these channels. But
- 24:51Speaker 3: that is not the language of God. The language of
- 24:55Speaker 3: God is not vocabulary. The language of God is light.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Please write it down. The language of God is light.
- 25:08Speaker 3: 1 John chapter 1 and verse 5 already tells us
- 25:13Speaker 3: that God himself is light. This is the message it says,
- 25:17Speaker 3: which we have heard of him and declare unto you.
- 25:21Speaker 3: That God is light. Not God has light. God is light.
- 25:29Speaker 3: And in him there is no darkness at all. If
- 25:33Speaker 3: it is true that he is light, then everything that
- 25:35Speaker 3: emanates from him must be light. Are we together? Psalm
- 25:40Speaker 3: 119 verse 130. Psalm 119. Are we still together please?
- 25:46Speaker 3: The Bible says the entrance of thy word giveth what?
- 25:51Speaker 3: It didn't say it giveth information. The entrance of thy word,
- 25:56Speaker 3: just follow me carefully. The entrance of thy words, give
- 26:00Speaker 3: it light. Then there is another kind of giving again.
- 26:05Speaker 3: It now gives understanding. But leave the issue of understanding.
- 26:10Speaker 3: The first thing it gives is light. That means once
- 26:15Speaker 3: that light does not arrive, there is no possibility of understanding.
- 26:21Speaker 3: The entrance of thy word, give it light. Is someone learning?
- 26:32Speaker 3: Matthew chapter 17 and verse 5. The language of God
- 26:38Speaker 3: is light. The Bible says this was at the transfiguration.
- 26:42Speaker 3: That while he yet speak. Behold a bright cloud overshadowed them.
- 26:48Speaker 3: And behold a voice out of the cloud which said.
- 26:52Speaker 3: This is my beloved son. In whom I am well pleased.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Then he says hear ye him. My question is were
- 27:02Speaker 3: they not listening? So what did he mean by hear him?
- 27:07Speaker 3: You would hear the Bible say again and again that
- 27:10Speaker 3: he that hath an ear. Now remember he was talking
- 27:13Speaker 3: to people who were created in God's image. So what
- 27:16Speaker 3: kind of ear is this? That he that hath an
- 27:19Speaker 3: ear let him hear what the spirit saith to the churches.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Are we together? I want to explain to you something
- 27:26Speaker 3: very powerful now and I'm praying in the name of Jesus,
- 27:29Speaker 3: the son of the living God, that your spirit will
- 27:32Speaker 3: be alive to receive. I stand by the integrity of
- 27:35Speaker 3: the Lord to tell you this. If you understand what
- 27:38Speaker 3: I'm teaching you now, it will shift the climate of
- 27:41Speaker 3: your spiritual experience to new dimensions and to new horizons.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Are we together? I have established the fact that the
- 27:50Speaker 3: goal of the speakings of God, listen carefully, is not
- 27:54Speaker 3: just to supply information, but to supply his intent and
- 27:59Speaker 3: his will. Is it possible to have two gentlemen? Please,
- 28:03Speaker 3: any two gentlemen, please come. Thank you. Just stand here. Everyone,
- 28:08Speaker 3: please watch. You stand here, sir. You stand here, sir.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Face me. Now, all of you watch this. Anything I
- 28:19Speaker 3: ask you to do, I want you to try to
- 28:21Speaker 3: do it. Decipher whatever you think I'm saying. Are we following?
- 28:27Speaker 3: Oh dear, I'm not. What did I say? I said
- 28:35Speaker 3: I should come. What did I say? You asked me
- 28:38Speaker 3: to move forward. From a vocal standpoint. This one interpreted
- 28:46Speaker 3: what I said as what? Come. This one interpreted what
- 28:49Speaker 3: I said as what? But both of them got the
- 28:53Speaker 3: intent of my communication. Are you seeing that now? Please
- 29:00Speaker 3: go back again. Watch this. What did I say?
- 29:08Speaker 1: He said come forward and go left.
- 29:11Speaker 3: What did I say? come again and spread out. Look
- 29:14Speaker 3: at this. So, now, if this is the only mentor
- 29:20Speaker 3: you have to learn the speakings of God, you are
- 29:23Speaker 3: already in trouble because you are limited to his vocal
- 29:28Speaker 3: expression or his perception of the intents of God. Are
- 29:32Speaker 3: we together now? Sit down, sit down, sit down. Sit down.
- 29:38Speaker 3: Let's pray in the spirit for one minute. Someone is
- 29:41Speaker 3: rising in the spirit. Following from across the nations of
- 29:56Speaker 3: the earth. Light is coming for you now. Years of confusion.
- 30:05Speaker 3: Being demystified in the presence of God. Hallelujah. Now watch this.
- 30:19Speaker 3: So back to our example. This gentleman, based on his
- 30:25Speaker 3: perception of what I said, he said, come. So if
- 30:31Speaker 3: he's to write a book to document this event, he
- 30:34Speaker 3: will say, and God said, come. When you now read
- 30:39Speaker 3: this one, he will say, and God said, step forward.
- 30:43Speaker 3: You now see why there's the synoptic gospel, Matthew, Mark, Luke,
- 30:48Speaker 3: and John. An attempt to capture the speakings of God
- 30:53Speaker 3: from the.
- 30:59Speaker 3: Listen. Listen to me. This is very powerful. Both of
- 31:04Speaker 3: them are right. Except that it is a risk to
- 31:07Speaker 3: absolutely depend on their perception to understand God. The most
- 31:13Speaker 3: important thing is not their linguistic prowess or their vocal ability.
- 31:20Speaker 3: That can help. But I am satisfied working with any
- 31:24Speaker 3: of them because my intent and my will was successfully transferred.
- 31:32Speaker 3: Are we together? When you study communication, now in English
- 31:36Speaker 3: or mass communication, they teach you that the goal of speaking,
- 31:40Speaker 3: whether it's a verbal or non-verbal communication, that the goal
- 31:43Speaker 3: is to transfer the thoughts of the speaker to the
- 31:47Speaker 3: audience or the listener, the final recipient. Am I right
- 31:50Speaker 3: on that? So sometimes you may need to use the
- 31:52Speaker 3: power of imagery. Sometimes you may need to use linguistic
- 31:57Speaker 3: communication prowess. Sometimes you may need to use your hands
- 32:00Speaker 3: like for people who are deaf and dumb. How do
- 32:03Speaker 3: you tell those who are deaf and dumb that while
- 32:05Speaker 3: you are laughing, they are laughing too? What did they
- 32:07Speaker 3: understand by what you said? Because while you are laughing,
- 32:10Speaker 3: they are also laughing. They are not at a loss
- 32:13Speaker 3: at all as far as communicating your intent is concerned.
- 32:18Speaker 3: It then means... Listen carefully. That the language of God
- 32:24Speaker 3: cannot be what this man said. It cannot be what
- 32:29Speaker 3: this man said. Although everything they said captured his will.
- 32:36Speaker 3: Are we together? Thank you gentlemen. So I said that
- 32:44Speaker 3: the language of God is light. But let me explain
- 32:49Speaker 3: very quickly what is the dynamics of spiritual communication. How
- 32:53Speaker 3: does that light become understanding to the believer? For you
- 32:58Speaker 3: to understand this, you need to understand the spiritual composition,
- 33:02Speaker 3: the design of man. The Bible very clearly tells us
- 33:06Speaker 3: that man is spirit. Man does not have a spirit.
- 33:10Speaker 3: Man is spirit because God is spirit. Are we together?
- 33:14Speaker 3: And that that spirit is hosted in a body. And
- 33:21Speaker 3: that body and that spirit are incompatible because of the
- 33:26Speaker 3: realms that they come from. The spirit is from above.
- 33:30Speaker 3: This body was made from the dust. So there is
- 33:33Speaker 3: no system of compatibility. Are we together? Now the mind comes,
- 33:38Speaker 3: that solical component made up of the will, the emotions,
- 33:41Speaker 3: the intellect. That is what creates the bridge between the
- 33:45Speaker 3: spirit and the body. The body is an instrument of execution.
- 33:50Speaker 3: Are we together now? That means that which the spirit
- 33:52Speaker 3: desires through the faculties of the mind, you are able
- 33:57Speaker 3: to execute it. This is.
- 34:02Speaker 3: So God communicates his intent captured in his light. Please listen.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Let me explain to you now. That light is received
- 34:11Speaker 3: by your spirit man. Your spirit man would have received
- 34:15Speaker 3: that light. But you see, it cannot be profitable to
- 34:20Speaker 3: you because at that realm as light, it cannot minister
- 34:24Speaker 3: to your mind and your body. There still has to
- 34:27Speaker 3: be a technology of conversion so that understanding can come.
- 34:32Speaker 3: It is at the point of understanding that faith can
- 34:35Speaker 3: be engaged. Is someone following now? There are times that
- 34:40Speaker 3: you know your spirit has received something from God. You
- 34:44Speaker 3: know by the witness of the spirit. And it cannot
- 34:47Speaker 3: profit you because you don't even know what to obey.
- 34:50Speaker 3: You just know that in the place of prayer, your
- 34:52Speaker 3: spirit has received something. All the components that accompany the
- 34:56Speaker 3: speakings of God are there. Joy, peace. I know that
- 35:00Speaker 3: I have received something. But what exactly have I received?
- 35:05Speaker 3: There must be a system of conversion. Now, watch this.
- 35:09Speaker 3: This is where your mind comes in. In the body
- 35:16Speaker 3: of Christ, we have taught people how to grow their spirits.
- 35:19Speaker 3: But we have ignored the place of the mind. We
- 35:22Speaker 3: have ignored the fact that the mind has a vital
- 35:26Speaker 3: role to play in interpreting the speakings of God. Now
- 35:30Speaker 3: you are about to see the role... play that as
- 35:33Speaker 3: robust as your spirit man is receiving the light that
- 35:37Speaker 3: comes from the communications of God will not give you
- 35:41Speaker 3: the basis to manifest faith properly if there is something
- 35:45Speaker 3: wrong with your mind the mind consists of the will
- 35:52Speaker 3: the emotions and the intellect now watch this your mind
- 35:58Speaker 3: through learning I wrote here And through environmental conditioning has
- 36:05Speaker 3: associated certain words and expression with certain feelings. Let me
- 36:10Speaker 3: explain to you what I mean. That through learning, going
- 36:14Speaker 3: to school, any kind of education at all. And through
- 36:17Speaker 3: your environmental conditioning you have associated certain words. Are we
- 36:24Speaker 3: together now? Certain vocabulary expressions to certain feelings. For instance,
- 36:29Speaker 3: if I say ball, you can't think banana because you
- 36:33Speaker 3: have associated that object. Are we together now? This is powerful.
- 36:39Speaker 3: That means the healthier your mind is, the more it
- 36:43Speaker 3: can create the vocabulary expressions that interpret the light you
- 36:47Speaker 3: have received. Are we together now? Listen, if you understand this,
- 36:52Speaker 3: you will know what happened, respectfully speaking, to the fathers
- 36:55Speaker 3: of old. They received many things from God, but because
- 36:59Speaker 3: they ignored transformation, they were not able to interpret the
- 37:03Speaker 3: speakings of God with accuracy. So their prophetic actions came
- 37:07Speaker 3: with a plethora of error. There was no purity in
- 37:11Speaker 3: their interpretation because they ignored the place of transformation. And
- 37:17Speaker 3: it's a mistake that many spiritual people are making. They
- 37:21Speaker 3: feel because my spirit is in contact with God through prayer.
- 37:25Speaker 3: They ignore the role that the Lord has given them.
- 37:29Speaker 3: Play in accurately interpreting the speakings of God. I always
- 37:33Speaker 3: wondered why Jesus, the word incarnate, when he came in
- 37:36Speaker 3: the flesh at age 12, the Bible tells us that
- 37:39Speaker 3: he was in the temple. Is that in your Bible?
- 37:42Speaker 3: Learning under the Pharisees and the scribes. Why would the
- 37:45Speaker 3: word be learning again? No wonder when Satan came, he said,
- 37:50Speaker 3: it is. Hmm. Hmm. The assignment of your mind, therefore,
- 38:06Speaker 3: is to give the light of God for expressions so
- 38:12Speaker 3: that understanding can be established. Let me take it again.
- 38:16Speaker 3: The assignment of your mind with respect to the speakings
- 38:19Speaker 3: of God is to give the light of God that
- 38:23Speaker 3: you have received in your spirit vocabulary expressions. So that
- 38:30Speaker 3: understanding can be established. In Ephesians chapter 5, I believe
- 38:35Speaker 3: verse 16. The Bible tells us we can understand the
- 38:38Speaker 3: will of God. Did I get that? 17. Be not
- 38:43Speaker 3: therefore unwise but understanding what the will of God is.
- 38:47Speaker 3: There is no basis for manifesting faith until and unless
- 38:51Speaker 3: there is understanding. If you do not understand the instruction
- 38:55Speaker 3: I gave you, how can you obey? Because faith in
- 38:58Speaker 3: one word is obedience. Any other thing that is captured
- 39:03Speaker 3: in your faith equation, if obedience is missing, you did
- 39:06Speaker 3: not manifest Bible faith. If it be thou, bid me come.
- 39:10Speaker 3: He only came because he understood what was said. Like
- 39:13Speaker 3: my example with the gentleman, remember? You see that their
- 39:17Speaker 3: obedience was almost effortless because their understanding was fruitful. That
- 39:22Speaker 3: means what many, the laxity in obedience is not necessarily
- 39:26Speaker 3: rebellion on your own part. is that you do not
- 39:29Speaker 3: even understand what God is saying.
- 39:31Speaker 5: Hallelujah yes the assignment of your mind is to give
- 39:44Speaker 5: the light of God That captures his will and his intent.
- 39:49Speaker 3: To give it vocabulary expressions. Now watch this. From the
- 39:54Speaker 3: example I gave the gentleman. Based on their level of
- 39:58Speaker 3: intellectual exposure. Are we together? Their levels of orientation. That
- 40:04Speaker 3: was what was responsible for interpreting what I said. So
- 40:09Speaker 3: if this gentleman is more enlightened than this one, chances
- 40:13Speaker 3: are excellent that his interpretation will be a lot more
- 40:16Speaker 3: intellectual and meticulous. Because he has an array of options.
- 40:22Speaker 3: You will now know why the Bible says to be transformed.
- 40:26Speaker 3: Because your transformation puts you in a position where you
- 40:30Speaker 3: have an array of scriptural options to accurately interpret that
- 40:35Speaker 3: light you receive from your spirit. I presume that everyone
- 40:40Speaker 3: here has a phone. This is the same technology that
- 40:45Speaker 3: is used. Watch this now. How many of you remember
- 40:49Speaker 3: a phone called, what they call it, 3310? Come on, 3310.
- 40:55Speaker 3: Have you forgotten so early? Are we together? Now watch this.
- 41:01Speaker 3: And then many of you know the concept of MMS.
- 41:04Speaker 3: Is that true? There are times when I may want
- 41:07Speaker 3: to send you an MMS. Maybe a picture saying, I
- 41:12Speaker 3: love you, God bless you. And it is captured in
- 41:15Speaker 3: pictorial form. Is that true? I can send it to you.
- 41:19Speaker 3: Now watch this. The goal is for you to know
- 41:21Speaker 3: that I care. Don't forget. The moment I press send,
- 41:26Speaker 3: does it leave as a flower? No. It leaves as what? Waves.
- 41:33Speaker 3: Notice that. You are not interested in the waves. You
- 41:38Speaker 3: are interested in capturing the intent. That flower to give
- 41:41Speaker 3: you a feeling of being loved and accepted. But it
- 41:44Speaker 3: comes to your phone. Now notice. It will now depend
- 41:49Speaker 3: on the configuration of your phone. For the accuracy of
- 41:53Speaker 3: its interpretation. By the time those waves come into your phone.
- 42:00Speaker 3: The quality of your phone can misrepresent what I sent.
- 42:05Speaker 3: Is someone learning now? The phone will do its best
- 42:10Speaker 3: to use whatever tools are within its reach to interpret
- 42:14Speaker 3: what it thinks I sent. And there are times you
- 42:18Speaker 3: will be offended over something that should bless you. Could
- 42:22Speaker 3: that be what has been your situation with God? That
- 42:25Speaker 3: there are many times God is saying, listen, the direction
- 42:28Speaker 3: is left. But because of the absence of transformation, you
- 42:31Speaker 3: hear something else. When you upgrade that phone to a
- 42:39Speaker 3: better phone, you will be surprised that you now see
- 42:45Speaker 3: that MMS. Oh, this is what you wanted to say.
- 42:48Speaker 3: Now you can respond with joy. So the Bible says,
- 42:52Speaker 3: Philippians chapter 2 from verse 5. It says, let this
- 42:55Speaker 3: mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus Christ.
- 43:00Speaker 3: There was already a construct. An intelligent word based construct.
- 43:07Speaker 3: That even though Jesus was the word incarnate. He paid
- 43:10Speaker 3: the price to equip his mind. With the requisite vocabulary
- 43:14Speaker 3: that interprets the speakings of God. With accuracy. And Paul
- 43:19Speaker 3: is saying. Let this mind be in you. Which was
- 43:22Speaker 3: also in Christ Jesus. Someone can sleep. And there's what
- 43:29Speaker 3: people call sleep talking.
- 43:32Speaker 2: You know that?
- 43:32Speaker 3: Where people just say a lot of nonsense while they
- 43:34Speaker 3: are sleeping. And if they wake up, they can deny it. Now,
- 43:39Speaker 3: chances are excellent that if someone is shouting and talking about, say,
- 43:43Speaker 3: a masquerade or something. Someone who lives, maybe somewhere in
- 43:47Speaker 3: the US who has never seen a masquerade. Chances are
- 43:50Speaker 3: excellent in his sleep talking, he may never mention the
- 43:53Speaker 3: word masquerade. Because it's not captured within the frame of
- 43:58Speaker 3: his understanding. Are we together now? Believers, please hear me.
- 44:03Speaker 3: For as long as we ignore the supremacy of the word,
- 44:08Speaker 3: for as long as we do not contend for transformation,
- 44:12Speaker 3: there will be gaps in our perceiving the will of
- 44:15Speaker 3: God as far as spiritual communication is concerned. The more
- 44:21Speaker 3: you immerse yourself in the word, the more you are
- 44:24Speaker 3: giving your mind healthy scriptural tools which wish to interpret
- 44:29Speaker 3: the speakings, the light of God. So many believers assume
- 44:44Speaker 3: this is one of the reasons why I get concerned
- 44:49Speaker 3: when people who do not respect the word claim they
- 44:52Speaker 3: are hearing God and even claim they are hearing for others.
- 44:55Speaker 3: The margin of error, I will not trust that hearing.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Do you know why? This is an opinion that is
- 45:03Speaker 3: based on scripture. I will not trust that hearing because
- 45:07Speaker 3: the word of God is not the basis of your
- 45:09Speaker 3: vocabulary composition. Chances are excellent that there will be gaps
- 45:14Speaker 3: in your interpretation. It's the reason why, respectfully speaking, the
- 45:19Speaker 3: prophetic has both blessed and cursed people. Because the light
- 45:23Speaker 3: comes in the place of prayer. But because there is no...
- 45:26Speaker 3: Adequate transformation. The interpretation of the speakings of God. End
- 45:32Speaker 3: up deviating people from the ways of God. Listen carefully.
- 45:41Speaker 3: I believe in the prophetic. But let me tell you
- 45:44Speaker 3: our generation. And I'm speaking prophetically to the body of Christ.
- 45:48Speaker 3: Especially those who are called into the apostolic and the
- 45:52Speaker 3: prophetic ministry. Pressing to the dimension of prayer. Will expose
- 45:57Speaker 3: us to the realm of the spirit. And like you'll
- 45:59Speaker 3: be learning in my subsequent sessions. There are many voices
- 46:02Speaker 3: Paul said. There is as it were many voices. And
- 46:06Speaker 3: none of them is without signification. So we need to
- 46:09Speaker 3: verify whether what you heard is God. And we can't
- 46:12Speaker 3: verify just by the pleasantness of what you heard. We
- 46:16Speaker 3: first need to vet the word component that was resident
- 46:20Speaker 3: in your mind as at the time you heard. Because
- 46:27Speaker 3: Satan can appear as an angel of light. Listen, we
- 46:31Speaker 3: are living in very perilous times where there is a
- 46:35Speaker 3: heightened need for discernment. And discernment is not by superstition.
- 46:40Speaker 3: Discernment happens at the instance of your stability through the word.
- 46:45Speaker 3: You are grounded through the word. And on the basis
- 46:48Speaker 3: of that stability, you can decipher by the character of
- 46:52Speaker 3: scripture what is of God and what is not. For
- 46:55Speaker 3: the Bible says the spirit speaketh expressly that in the
- 46:59Speaker 3: latter times some shall depart from the faith and they
- 47:02Speaker 3: shall give heed to seducing spirits and the doctrine of demons.
- 47:07Speaker 3: The character of seduction is that you must desire what
- 47:11Speaker 3: it is bringing for it to be called seduction. There
- 47:17Speaker 3: are many people who went to the place of prayer
- 47:20Speaker 3: and returned back with speakings that were not of God.
- 47:24Speaker 3: When you judge it from the lens of the authority
- 47:27Speaker 3: of scripture, it is found wanting. And they took steps
- 47:32Speaker 3: based on their interpretations of what they felt God was saying.
- 47:36Speaker 3: And the result that we see is not the glory
- 47:39Speaker 3: of God.
- 47:42Speaker 8: Hmm.
- 47:44Speaker 7: And we will never settle for less. We know there's
- 47:53Speaker 7: more that's found in you.
- 47:57Speaker 3: And we will.
- 47:59Speaker 9: Never settle for less when we know there's more that's
- 48:07Speaker 9: found in you.
- 48:11Speaker 2: And I.
- 48:24Speaker 3: I've studied a bit on the history of the church
- 48:28Speaker 3: in Nigeria. I'm a student of history and I'm a
- 48:31Speaker 3: student of revivals. The reason is because I desire by
- 48:36Speaker 3: the grace of God, like pastor so graciously prayed and said,
- 48:40Speaker 3: and I'm so grateful for that compliment, sir. We intend
- 48:45Speaker 3: to last and stay for a long time. So the
- 48:48Speaker 3: goal is to find out the ingredients that sponsor longevity.
- 48:53Speaker 3: And the way you do it is by following some
- 48:56Speaker 3: them who through faith and patience have obtained. There are
- 49:00Speaker 3: people who ran this race when others were laughing at them,
- 49:03Speaker 3: ignoring the word. They stayed on the stability of scripture.
- 49:07Speaker 3: And when the dust settled like the house that was
- 49:10Speaker 3: built on the rock, most of them are standing today.
- 49:16Speaker 3: Please hear me. Whether you are called into the apostolic.
- 49:19Speaker 3: the prophetic, the evangelical, the pastoral. If you do not
- 49:24Speaker 3: contend for transformation, I guarantee you, you are at the
- 49:27Speaker 3: risk of aborting longevity. Whether in life and ministry. Gifts
- 49:33Speaker 3: will come and go. Celebrity ministry will come and go.
- 49:37Speaker 3: What will keep you? The Bible says the rains came.
- 49:40Speaker 3: The floods came. All kinds of things came. But it
- 49:44Speaker 3: was the house that was built. Both houses were built.
- 49:48Speaker 3: The problem is not the building. The problem is what
- 49:51Speaker 3: it is built on. Hear me. If I never hear
- 49:59Speaker 3: the voice of God in my spirit. And I can
- 50:02Speaker 3: respect the authority of the word of God. It is
- 50:05Speaker 3: accurate enough to lead me with precision. Prophetic precision. Precision.
- 50:12Speaker 3: I'm not downplaying gifts. Listen carefully. The Bible says to
- 50:16Speaker 3: covet earnestly. But I can tell you, every other gift
- 50:20Speaker 3: has not been tried. But the word of God has
- 50:22Speaker 3: been tried seven times. In fact, the Bible calls it
- 50:26Speaker 3: the most sure word of prophecy. I respect your administering
- 50:32Speaker 3: spiritual gifts to the degree to which you respect the
- 50:35Speaker 3: authority of scripture. I'm saying this respectfully, especially for younger
- 50:49Speaker 3: ministers that are coming up. The deception of gifts can
- 50:53Speaker 3: abort a great destiny overnight. Settle with the word. Obtain
- 50:58Speaker 3: grace from God to settle with the word. Let the
- 51:01Speaker 3: word dwell in you richly, he says. The degree to
- 51:08Speaker 3: which the word of God has dwelt in you richly.
- 51:12Speaker 3: In fact, Acts chapter 20 and verse 32 says, and
- 51:15Speaker 3: now I commend you to God. Paul was speaking. And
- 51:20Speaker 3: to the word of his grace, he says, which is
- 51:22Speaker 3: able to build you up and to give you an
- 51:25Speaker 3: inheritance among them that are sanctified. Ephesians 4.18 says, having
- 51:33Speaker 3: their understanding darkened. It says, being alienated from the life
- 51:37Speaker 3: of God through the ignorance that is in them because
- 51:41Speaker 3: of the blindness of their minds. Is someone learning? So
- 51:53Speaker 3: the voice of God... Represents every spiritual channel that God
- 52:00Speaker 3: is able to use. To communicate his will and his intent.
- 52:06Speaker 3: The most important component in the voice of God is
- 52:10Speaker 3: not the speakings of God. But the safe transference of
- 52:14Speaker 3: his intent from his heart to your heart. If that
- 52:18Speaker 3: arrives safely, all the channels that midwife that process are
- 52:23Speaker 3: only enhanced by the health of your mind. No matter
- 52:31Speaker 3: how much you claim to hear God. If we do
- 52:35Speaker 3: not see his will being done. As you obey what
- 52:39Speaker 3: you perceive that you heard. We have a right from
- 52:42Speaker 3: the authority of scripture to vet it. Are we together?
- 52:51Speaker 3: The voice of God will always birth the will of God.
- 52:54Speaker 3: I started by telling you that the power of God
- 52:57Speaker 3: is principally responsible for the manifestation of all the possibilities
- 53:01Speaker 3: that we find in the life of the believer. But
- 53:04Speaker 3: that the power of God is jurisdictional in its operation.
- 53:08Speaker 3: The jurisdiction of the power of God is the will
- 53:11Speaker 3: of God. The power of God is not mandated to
- 53:14Speaker 3: function independently. Outside the will of God. And if ever
- 53:17Speaker 3: it functions outside of the will of God. Is to
- 53:20Speaker 3: bring that person or that situation. Into the will of God.
- 53:26Speaker 3: The end of the administration of the power of God.
- 53:29Speaker 3: The end of the speakings of God. Is that the
- 53:32Speaker 3: will of God. Be established in the life of the believer.
- 53:37Speaker 3: If we are together say Amen. We need to return back.
- 53:44Speaker 3: From this session. And begin to pay a healthy respect.
- 53:52Speaker 3: For the word of God. It is important that we
- 53:56Speaker 3: respect the word of God. Especially respectfully speaking. For those
- 53:59Speaker 3: of us who are laborers in the vineyard. We must
- 54:02Speaker 3: love and appreciate the ministry of the word. Beyond preaching.
- 54:08Speaker 3: I found your word and I did eat it. And
- 54:11Speaker 3: it was a joy and a rejoicing. Apostle, but I've
- 54:16Speaker 3: been trying to hear God. While you are waiting, let
- 54:19Speaker 3: the word dwell in you. So that when he speaks,
- 54:22Speaker 3: your interpretation will not retrogress. It will not retrogress you
- 54:27Speaker 3: again because of poor hearing. Hearing that does not come
- 54:35Speaker 3: through a transformed mind will carry a side effect of error.
- 54:40Speaker 3: Even if it was God that spoke. Because one of
- 54:44Speaker 3: the ways, I did a teaching one time knowing God.
- 54:49Speaker 3: As we prepare to pray. One of the ways, there
- 54:52Speaker 3: are four ways according to scripture that we know God.
- 54:56Speaker 3: Number one is through scripture. Scripture itself. Scripture reveals the
- 55:05Speaker 3: character of God so that by the study of scripture,
- 55:09Speaker 3: we are able to learn how God operates. The modus
- 55:12Speaker 3: operandi of the kingdom. The second way that we learn
- 55:15Speaker 3: God as revealed in the Bible are through his names.
- 55:18Speaker 3: The names of God are a capture of the various
- 55:21Speaker 3: dimensions that are contained in God. That as we learn
- 55:24Speaker 3: his names... We also learn him. Number three, we learn
- 55:29Speaker 3: God by studying Jesus. The Bible calls him the express
- 55:33Speaker 3: image of the invisible God. So as we study Jesus,
- 55:37Speaker 3: we have a right to vet everything the prophet said
- 55:40Speaker 3: using the reference of Jesus. That means everything they attributed
- 55:46Speaker 3: to God, if we did not see it in the
- 55:49Speaker 3: life of Jesus, we have a scriptural basis to say
- 55:52Speaker 3: they were in error or it was a human limitation.
- 55:55Speaker 3: For instance, when the Bible says a lying spirit came
- 55:59Speaker 3: out from God. Remember that scripture?
- 56:01Speaker 2: Yes.
- 56:02Speaker 3: Now we do not see that there is any darkness
- 56:06Speaker 3: in Jesus. Full of grace and truth. That is the
- 56:11Speaker 3: character of the Christ that was revealed. That means we
- 56:14Speaker 3: have a right to say either the interpreters were wrong
- 56:17Speaker 3: or the prophet who received that word was limited. And
- 56:20Speaker 3: you are not in error using the reference of Jesus.
- 56:24Speaker 3: And the last and final way we learn God according
- 56:27Speaker 3: to scripture is through experience. Job said, I have heard
- 56:30Speaker 3: of ye with the hearing of the ear, but now
- 56:33Speaker 3: my eyes see at thee. You can imagine how powerful
- 56:42Speaker 3: it is to come and sit in a conference like this.
- 56:44Speaker 3: And in a moment, light enters your spirit. For some
- 56:47Speaker 3: of you, by reason of what you have received now,
- 56:50Speaker 3: in addition to all that you have heard, you will
- 56:52Speaker 3: know how to reject the speakings of Satan. Because, you see,
- 56:58Speaker 3: our focus is on getting God to speak, not necessarily
- 57:02Speaker 3: building capacity to interpret his speakings. And since your passion
- 57:06Speaker 3: is to get God to speak, Satan will help you
- 57:08Speaker 3: and also speak. Hear me. God speaks. Settle it. The
- 57:17Speaker 3: question is not whether he will speak. The question is
- 57:20Speaker 3: to work on your ability to accurately perceive his communications.
- 57:25Speaker 3: And do not limit him to a unique mode of operation.
- 57:31Speaker 3: Because for many of us, you are looking for God
- 57:33Speaker 3: to communicate in a certain way. Your faith and probably
- 57:37Speaker 3: limited mentorship has tilted you to understand the speakings of
- 57:41Speaker 3: God only through certain ways. He has the authority as
- 57:47Speaker 3: God to use a plethora of options. Your assignment is
- 57:52Speaker 3: to make sure your spirit is robust. This is why
- 57:55Speaker 3: fasting and prayer helps you to gain that ascendance. Like
- 57:59Speaker 3: a transistor radio. There's waves all the time. But if
- 58:04Speaker 3: your transistor radio cannot receive it, it's because you have
- 58:07Speaker 3: not tuned to the frequency. And do you know sometimes
- 58:10Speaker 3: you adjust a few digits to the frequency and yet
- 58:14Speaker 3: the radio will still be making a lot of noise.
- 58:16Speaker 3: But the moment you tune it and get there, this
- 58:20Speaker 3: is the assignment of prayer and fasting. To build your spirit.
- 58:24Speaker 3: To rise to the frequency of the communications of God.
- 58:28Speaker 3: But if you stop there, you are in trouble. But
- 58:34Speaker 3: we will give ourselves continually. Acts chapter 6 and verse 4.
- 58:39Speaker 3: To prayer for the ascendance of our spirit man. But
- 58:44Speaker 3: to the ministry of the word. For the transformation that
- 58:47Speaker 3: interprets his speakings. So that we can receive his communication
- 58:51Speaker 3: with balance, exactitude and precision. Have you been blessed? Please
- 58:58Speaker 3: rise up on your feet.
- 59:02Speaker 8: You are the one that we praise.
- 59:07Speaker 3: You are the one we adore.
- 59:12Speaker 7: You give the healing and grace that our.
- 59:18Speaker 8: Hearts always hunger for.
- 59:22Speaker 5: Our hearts always hunger for.
- 59:25Speaker 3: Hear me. God, if you are the one I must
- 59:32Speaker 3: see through a dream, that is limited spiritual understanding. So
- 59:37Speaker 3: you have been waiting for a dream for five years
- 59:39Speaker 3: and God used many other channels to say I'm waiting
- 59:42Speaker 3: for you. It is important to stop pegging God at
- 59:46Speaker 3: certain operations. Now because he is father, based on relationship
- 59:51Speaker 3: it is possible for you to sincerely from your heart.
- 59:54Speaker 3: Because the character of fatherhood according to scripture is not
- 59:57Speaker 3: just having children but benevolence. If you being evil know
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: how to give. There are many times he will overlook
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: and honor the simplicity of your faith. Even if it
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: is in ignorance. But when you rise to maturity in
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: the spirit, you must be able to allow the word
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: of God put you in a position where whether it
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: comes by the witness of the spirit, whether it comes
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: through dreams, every other spiritual operation that God speaks to
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: you through must pass through the sieve of the word
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: for its accurate understanding. So if you have a dream,
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: look at me, I'm wrapping up. I shared it with
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: my people many times. If I were Joseph, please look up.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: If I were Joseph and Pharaoh called me and said
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: I had a dream. Seven cows, seven lean ones. My
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: mind will go straight to witchcraft, not farming. How does
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: cows represent years? How does plants? I would just say
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: this is destruction coming. But because he had regard. Even
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: though they were in the old. It is amazing. You
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: have given many things interpretations. Because you have used brain work.
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: Not scripture. Watch this. Three of us can see a
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: chain in the spirit. It does not mean bondage. Ornaments
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: are also made of chains. So don't just say because
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: you saw a chain. It is bondage. No. No. No.
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: You can see someone naked in the spirit and say
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: something is wrong. Shame. No. Nakedness also means intimacy. Listen.
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: The basis of our remaining... In accuracy and with precision.
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: As we minister the word. And as we guide God's
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: people to higher spiritual experiences. Would not be the gift
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: on our lives.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: No.
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: As wonderful as that is. And it would not just
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: be opinions that have come. Based on age long respectfully
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: speaking limited mentorships. We must return to the word of God.
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: And obtain grace from God to begin to bring accurate perspectives.
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: To spiritual speakings. So that God's people are built holistically.
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: One last example and then we pray. Assuming that because
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: of my work with God. God gives me an instruction.
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: And says Joshua Selman you will never have more than
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: three cars. Now that is not a doctrine. It is
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: a personalized dealing. Because based on my work with God.
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: He has vetted me to see that if I have
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: more than that. It can distract me. So he created
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: a unique limitation to help my efficiency. So by my obedience,
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: you will see me excelling. If you come to ask
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: me what is the secret of your results, I will
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: tell you I have only three cars. Your mistake now
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: will be to copy me verbatim. No, you must discern
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: the essence of what God did, not just the action.
- 1:03:14Speaker 3: That the goal was that he wanted to constrain me
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: to be effective. You will now go to God and
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: receive your own version of that dealing. We have copied
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: people blindly and what has worked for one based on
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: the unique construct of his ministry has become the limiting
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: factor for another. I hope you were blessed tonight. Father
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: I obtain grace. Someone pray. I obtain grace in the
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: name of Jesus. To contend for transformation by the word.
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: Go ahead and pray. I submit all my spiritual experiences.
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: No matter how great they are. No matter how spectacular
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: they are. I submit them to the authority of scripture.
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: For proper interpretation. For proper vetting. So that I do
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: not walk in error. The margin of safety for the
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: believer is dwelling with the word. Someone is praying. Hallelujah.
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: One last prayer. Father, the grace to be a student
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: of scripture. Plant a hunger in my heart for the word.
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: So that I contend for transformation. Giving you the tools
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: to accurately interpret the light that comes upon my spirit.
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: Someone lift your voice and pray. Lift your voice and pray.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: Lift your voice and pray. Lift your voice and pray.
