- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name's Jason Newland.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Please and listen when you can safely close your eyes.
- 0:25Speaker 2: This is going to.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Be a relaxation session. Now remember that this is your time,
- 0:47Speaker 1: your space where nothing needs to be done. Nowhere you
- 0:56Speaker 1: need to go, No one you need to impress, which
- 1:07Speaker 1: is lucky because I don't think I've impressed anyone ever. Actually,
- 1:16Speaker 1: it's just you and me and a gentle journey into relaxation,
- 1:26Speaker 1: perhaps a few odd details along the way, because sometimes
- 1:48Speaker 1: the usual paths are the ones that lead us deeply
- 1:54Speaker 1: into calmness. So if you're already, let's begin and find
- 2:14Speaker 1: a position that feels good enough, not perfect, because perfection
- 2:27Speaker 1: is busy and tiring, just good enough because you know
- 2:39Speaker 1: that you can change the position that you're sitting or
- 2:45Speaker 1: lying down whenever you choose, as you let your body,
- 2:57Speaker 1: notice the surface beneath you, supporting your body, noticin every
- 3:15Speaker 1: tiny weight, every little shift. As you imagine, your body
- 3:34Speaker 1: is like a stack of libry books being carefully placed
- 3:40Speaker 1: on a shelf, one book after another. Your head is
- 3:52Speaker 1: a hardback, your chest heavy rev prit's volume, your arms
- 4:08Speaker 1: slim paperbacks, and your legs, long atlases that open the
- 4:22Speaker 1: places you've never been. Feel the stocks settle, balance stables supported,
- 4:53Speaker 1: all those books nice and save, And as the library
- 5:03Speaker 1: glazes for the night, your body feels safe, quiet and still.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Now noticing your breathing, know in the ordinary way, done
- 5:43Speaker 1: all your life, but as if breath is slightly eccentric.
- 6:04Speaker 1: You can enhale as though you're sipping from a straw
- 6:10Speaker 1: made of silk, and exile, as though you're blowing out
- 6:22Speaker 1: a candle that doesn't really want to go out, but
- 6:28Speaker 1: it does anyway. It gives in and relaxes. It's as
- 6:41Speaker 1: if each breath has its own personality. Some are shy,
- 6:56Speaker 1: some are bold. Some breaths tickle as they leave, others.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Hum softly. Just let each one.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Be different, unusual, playful, And as you notice the odd
- 8:09Speaker 1: little character of each breath, he begin to realize how
- 8:28Speaker 1: much lighter the air fills, as if it's not just oxygen,
- 8:59Speaker 1: it's a kind of invisible comfort wrapping around you. Now,
- 9:32Speaker 1: I'd like you to imagine a house. Not anyhouse, this
- 9:46Speaker 1: one is filled entirely with clocks. Clocks on the walls.
- 10:04Speaker 4: Clocks on the ceiling, clocks on the floor.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Some grand some pocket sized, some ticking unroudly, some whisper
- 10:55Speaker 1: in their seconds. And in this house time does not
- 11:17Speaker 1: behave normally, because one clock goes forward, one goes backwards.
- 11:42Speaker 1: One doesn't move at all. It just sighs every so often.
- 12:02Speaker 1: And you can walk through this strange house of clocks
- 12:11Speaker 1: noticing how your own sense of time stretches and bends,
- 12:28Speaker 1: because minutes can feel like hours, hours can feel like seconds.
- 12:58Speaker 1: And within this bending of time, you notice your body softening, slowing.
- 13:19Speaker 1: It feels so freeing, doesn't it so calm and.
- 13:33Speaker 5: So loose.
- 13:38Speaker 1: To not be chained to ordinary time? And here in
- 13:51Speaker 1: this house of clocks, relaxation is timeless. And the deep eco,
- 14:07Speaker 1: the less it matters whether you're at the beginning, middle,
- 14:13Speaker 1: or end of this session, because all you know is
- 14:24Speaker 1: that you're sinking lessenedly into the space between the dicks
- 14:39Speaker 1: and the docks. Now step outside the house into the
- 14:58Speaker 1: card The discarden is unusual too, because the flowers here
- 15:16Speaker 1: are soft pillows, The trees.
- 15:24Speaker 6: Hum lullabies, and the grass is woven.
- 15:37Speaker 1: From long strands of velvet. As you sit on a
- 15:50Speaker 1: bench made of clouds, and it welcomes you like an
- 15:57Speaker 1: old friend. And the most unusual thing. The garden smells
- 16:18Speaker 1: like your favorite memory. It doesn't matter what it is,
- 16:31Speaker 1: because your mind chooses it. As the fragrance rises and
- 16:46Speaker 1: fills you with familiarity and calm, as birds fly overhead,
- 17:09Speaker 1: but instead of singing, they tell you jokes, silly ones
- 17:32Speaker 1: to make you smile without effort, and every smile releases
- 17:47Speaker 1: a limb or tension from your body, as if each
- 17:59Speaker 1: smile is the key unlocking muscles, joints and even thoughts.
- 18:19Speaker 1: And the longer you stay in this garden, the more ordinary.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Stress seems like an old.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Coat the just forgot to wear.
- 18:40Speaker 1: It's left in an old closet somewhere because he hair.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Everything's unusual but wonderfully safe, and you can rest as
- 18:58Speaker 1: long as you like. Now, imagine lying down in the garden,
- 19:13Speaker 1: the velvet cross, craterl pillow, flowers unto your head, cloud
- 19:33Speaker 1: bench dissolving into soft mist around you, and you drift deep, weightless,
- 20:06Speaker 1: oddly comfortable, as though gravity itself has decided to let
- 20:26Speaker 1: you float for a while, and every sound, every thought
- 20:51Speaker 1: becomes part of the background, so unimportant, like old radio
- 21:09Speaker 1: stations from the past. Fade in a way, fade in
- 21:26Speaker 1: a way, now, in a few moments, I'll bring you
- 21:43Speaker 1: gently back. But remember you can return to the House
- 22:00Speaker 1: of Clocks or the Garden of odd Comforts any time
- 22:09Speaker 1: you wish, because they live in your imagination waiting for
- 22:21Speaker 1: you to help you calm down and relax deeply, peacefully
- 22:36Speaker 1: if you like. You can start to notice your breathing,
- 22:46Speaker 1: the surface beneath you, supporting your body, your body resting, steady, calmness, lingering,
- 23:14Speaker 1: even if you open your eyes, feel calmer, And when
- 23:41Speaker 1: you're ready, if you want to, you can return to
- 23:48Speaker 1: the room feeling relaxed, refreshed.
- 23:59Speaker 2: Mm hm, and just.
- 24:03Speaker 1: A little.
- 24:05Speaker 7: Unusually peace peaceful peace fault.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, maybe in
- 25:02Speaker 2: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 25:09Speaker 2: calmer now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 25:20Speaker 2: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 25:26Speaker 2: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 25:32Speaker 2: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 25:47Speaker 2: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 26:07Speaker 2: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 26:21Speaker 2: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 26:30Speaker 2: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 26:44Speaker 2: find like some people do and myself as well. I
- 26:48Speaker 2: sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 27:00Speaker 2: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 27:04Speaker 2: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 27:17Speaker 2: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 27:22Speaker 2: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It kind
- 27:27Speaker 2: of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to find it
- 27:34Speaker 2: again and it still has the same effect on me.
- 27:41Speaker 2: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me,
- 27:54Speaker 2: just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening
- 28:02Speaker 2: to her in the morning and in the evening. And
- 28:14Speaker 2: I knew before even pressing the play button that since
- 28:23Speaker 2: I've done that, pressed the play button. This is in
- 28:28Speaker 2: the days of CD players press the play button. In fact,
- 28:42Speaker 2: it might have even been a tape tape recorder. I'd
- 28:46Speaker 2: lie down on the bed and then even without necessarily
- 28:57Speaker 2: listening to her words because I had to memorized. Really,
- 29:13Speaker 2: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 29:23Speaker 2: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 29:45Speaker 2: I remember my mind would slow down. Now now I
- 29:59Speaker 2: was listening to this recording, in the early days of
- 30:06Speaker 2: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 30:17Speaker 2: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 30:21Speaker 2: till two thousand and six, I knew, I knew how
- 30:38Speaker 2: helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 30:52Speaker 2: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 31:04Speaker 2: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 31:13Speaker 2: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 31:22Speaker 2: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 31:34Speaker 2: me for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously not
- 31:48Speaker 2: twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 31:56Speaker 2: Some people may be listen every day. And something that
- 32:10Speaker 2: I do which you may not realize by listening, is
- 32:27Speaker 2: when I record these recordings. Now, for example, I also
- 32:43Speaker 2: am affected by the words that I say. So if
- 32:54Speaker 2: I set you focus on your fear, eat, notice your
- 33:03Speaker 2: feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet. I
- 33:15Speaker 2: will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said, focus
- 33:33Speaker 2: on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between each hand,
- 33:45Speaker 2: Perhaps notice the the air in the room, the temperature
- 33:52Speaker 2: of the room. On the backs of your hands. You
- 34:04Speaker 2: may start to notice what almost feels like a very
- 34:08Speaker 2: light breeze, even though there may not be any type
- 34:16Speaker 2: of breeze at all where you are right now. And
- 34:29Speaker 2: as you become aware of your hands, I'm also aware
- 34:43Speaker 2: of how relaxed my hands are feeling now, and when
- 35:09Speaker 2: it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which may
- 35:16Speaker 2: be the reason you're listening, I also feel drowsy when
- 35:32Speaker 2: I make these recordings. I also notice my mind drifting.
- 35:53Speaker 2: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 36:11Speaker 2: and then I carry on talking. And it's only when
- 36:20Speaker 2: I listen back to do the editing I hear snoring,
- 36:31Speaker 2: and I think, I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 36:41Speaker 2: It is snoring was a pig turned up. That's why
- 36:48Speaker 2: I sound like when I snare and I get really
- 36:56Speaker 2: into the hold. It's experience. I don't know how you feel.
- 37:16Speaker 2: How relaxed do you feel in your feet, how relaxed
- 37:26Speaker 2: you feel in your hands. I have noticed more and
- 37:48Speaker 2: more that the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 38:10Speaker 2: the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost like that additional
- 38:29Speaker 2: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe easier without
- 38:52Speaker 2: necessarily focusing on your breath mhm. However, being able to
- 39:12Speaker 2: notice the ease in which you breathe so naturally, you
- 39:53Speaker 2: breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my
- 40:35Speaker 2: breathing improving, when I've got my eyes closed, I tend
- 40:52Speaker 2: to visualize a beautiful, fear yield with trees and flowers
- 41:12Speaker 2: producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice two
- 41:46Speaker 2: if nothing else, just taking some time and why from everything,
- 42:16Speaker 2: enjoying that feeling of peace, serenity with a joyful heart.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Time seems to just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed,
- 43:46Speaker 2: so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 44:25Speaker 2: this moment, completely free, noticing that your mind has slowed down,
- 45:38Speaker 2: slowed down because nothing really requires your attention. You can
- 46:25Speaker 2: enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress to rip
- 46:41Speaker 2: out of your body, to appear out of every part
- 47:01Speaker 2: of your body, and being released from your brain, your
- 47:26Speaker 2: mind slowly but surely, the muscle o the same legs
- 48:17Speaker 2: relax rus ly, so very deeply, res so deeply.
- 48:59Speaker 8: Hm.
- 49:11Speaker 2: And the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders,
- 49:39Speaker 2: deepening each part of your body further and deeper and
- 50:03Speaker 2: deeper noticine, the feelings in the back of your neck,
- 50:48Speaker 2: feelings in your wrists, muscles, in front of your body,
- 51:37Speaker 2: I all say, feeling peaceful, deeply, there's a sense of
- 52:21Speaker 2: peace spreads through your fairy core.
- 53:01Speaker 9: Even when you focus on your mind, your mind becomes
- 53:28Speaker 9: beve and slower, even deeper.
- 54:04Speaker 2: Relaxing, so very slow, his stomach. Peace fall in your stomach.
- 55:29Speaker 10: You're back.
- 55:35Speaker 2: Notice Notice how relaxed you'd now feel in the hole
- 56:04Speaker 2: of your back. You spy from your brain all the
- 56:37Speaker 2: way down the middle of your back, sending and receiving
- 56:48Speaker 2: millions of messages every day. Die comfort increasing deeply relaxed unslegs,
- 58:21Speaker 2: spreading those signals down a spine or cord into air,
- 58:31Speaker 2: every part of your body, your shins and your calf, muscles,
- 59:17Speaker 2: your elbows, Feelings of peace and tranquility spreading through your body,
- 59:52Speaker 2: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers all
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: wait till you lower back. Lettinker, read the thinker, Please,
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: drifting mind just wandering away, happy to let go, let
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: go completely, let go, so tranquil, the whole body enjoying
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: a sense listening Guy he for more, p join the space,
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: this space of peace and safety, so very relaxed, y
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: m letting go. Maybe we can just focus on the
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: different parts of your body, just to notice you fool
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: head and your eyes.
- 1:08:55Speaker 10: You two.
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: So loose, noticing in the sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom,
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: drif dreda pea's energy, pease to.
- 1:11:32Speaker 11: Breeze much easy loose.
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: You may have or may not have noticed your mind
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: drifting peaceful more, even more deeply in the direction of
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: total bliss, for pace, bliss, for pace, terreft to to
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: to pace, come so calm, let him go, peace with
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: mind rex forty, So relaxed, relaxed. Your body feels almost invisible,
- 1:18:12Speaker 2: So very relaxed. I'm peaceful, so peaceful.
- 1:18:49Speaker 12: Relies liquors, and.
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: You could start to notice that you are feeling more relaxed,
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: even though I've not purposely focused your mind upon that
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: sense of physical comfort that is growing within you throughout
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: your body, and your mind starts to slow down. And
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: that could be almost in recognition of I guess my
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: speech not being particularly fast, and things just generally feel calmer.
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: opportunity to take a break from the day, take a
- 1:20:55Speaker 2: break from your life as it is, and to give
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off,
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: and he stresses that you had in your body. It's
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: almost as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: that negativity with positive heathing energy which then fills your
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: body up and your mind to also starts to appreciate
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: those feelings of increasing confidence, an almost uplifting feeling, positive healing,
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: an energy that spreads through your body like a wave
- 1:22:53Speaker 2: of comfort, and all this kind and just allowing yourself
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: a few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: want it to be, to just rest and allow your
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: mind and your body to almost reset itself to the
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more room
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: for feelings of pleasure and happy to move around your
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: body and into your mind, almost as if your mind
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: with that growing positivity and calmness, and it feels nice.
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: It really does feel nice to know that you are
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: the one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: and to experience more at this deep relaxation spreading throughout
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: your body, and as I focus on each part of
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: your body, you can notice that that part becomes even
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: more relaxed just by focusing on it. It becomes even
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: more calm and comfortable just by focusing. And as I
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: move down your body, starting at your head, the parts
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: that you've already focused on will continue to relax deeply,
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: and those parts that we've not yet focused on or
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: just automatically release any remaining tension in anticipation of even
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: more comfort about to come. Now, I'm start by focusing
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: on your forehead. Just being aware the feelings of your
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: forehead and any background sounds like mister Herbert the pigeon
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: can just allow you to feel even more relaxed. Just
- 1:27:20Speaker 2: means you're in the moment. This isn't this isn't a
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: sterile environment. This is the world. I live in the countryside,
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: so there's lots of nature sounds around. So as you
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: focus on your forehead, just notice how it becomes even
- 1:27:54Speaker 2: more relaxed as you focus only on my voice and
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: that part of your body. Moving down to your eyes,
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: focusing on your eyes noticing how your eyelids feel so
- 1:28:25Speaker 2: heavy yet so light at the same time, and all
- 1:28:35Speaker 2: the muscles around your eyes relaxing completely. Moving your focus
- 1:28:48Speaker 2: down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue, your teeth,
- 1:28:55Speaker 2: and your gums, the whole of your mouth relaxing, calm
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: and loose, as you focus now on your jaw, not
- 1:29:19Speaker 2: just the parts of your jaw near your mouth and
- 1:29:23Speaker 2: your chin, but all the way up the size of
- 1:29:28Speaker 2: your face to your ears, that hole of your jaw
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: feeding more relaxed and calm. Focusing on your neck, the
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: front of your neck and your throat relaxing and loose
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: and calm. The side of your neck, the right and
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: left side of your neck, relax and loose and calm.
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: And now the back of your neck, focusing on the
- 1:30:48Speaker 2: back of your neck, letting go of any tension that
- 1:30:59Speaker 2: may have been there before, and enjoying that sense of
- 1:31:09Speaker 2: increasing comfort and release that you can experience in the
- 1:31:19Speaker 2: back of your neck. Moving down your back and moving
- 1:31:32Speaker 2: either side of your spine right from the top of
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: your back all the way down to the bottom of
- 1:31:42Speaker 2: your back, down to your lower back. And as you
- 1:31:59Speaker 2: move up and down your spine, you can feel the
- 1:32:07Speaker 2: muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more. And
- 1:32:22Speaker 2: as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts to
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: spread outwards from your spine into both sides of your back,
- 1:32:43Speaker 2: the top of your back, the middle, and your lower back.
- 1:32:50Speaker 2: And as you scan gently and slowly up and down
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: your back, there's the muscles in the top of your
- 1:33:03Speaker 2: back relax and become looser. The muscles in the middle
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: of your back also seem to just almost divide from
- 1:33:20Speaker 2: each other, separating and almost melting. And in your lower
- 1:33:34Speaker 2: back there seems to be an extra special feeling of
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: comfort that spreads into your hips. Sit down your lower back,
- 1:33:57Speaker 2: into your hips, into the area where your cocksix are,
- 1:34:08Speaker 2: and into your buttocks, and all those muscles that spread
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: from your lower back into your hip area start to melt,
- 1:34:32Speaker 2: start to really let go. Don't even nowhere about to
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: focus on your shoulders. Your back and your spine will
- 1:34:51Speaker 2: continue to let go. Continue you to relax so calmly,
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: and as you focus on your shoulders, you may notice
- 1:35:18Speaker 2: that they're already feeding really loose. They're already feeding calm
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: and feeding. Those muscles then move from your neck into
- 1:36:01Speaker 2: your shoulders. Feel so soft and gentle, so smooth and calm,
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: and the feeling in your shoulders seens to spread deep
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: into your shoulders, that sense of relaxation, not just traveling
- 1:37:01Speaker 2: deeply into your muscles, but also relaxing the bones and
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: moving all the way to underneath your arms, relaxing a
- 1:37:27Speaker 2: whole area between the tops of your shoulders and underneath
- 1:37:32Speaker 2: your arms. He Then you feel so relaxed and comfortable
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: in your shoulders, which sends that do deep healing message
- 1:38:10Speaker 2: into your arms. And you may feel almost as if
- 1:38:22Speaker 2: your arms are not even there, because they're so relaxed,
- 1:38:32Speaker 2: so deeply relaxed, so so calm.
- 1:39:03Speaker 13: So.
- 1:39:09Speaker 2: Pose not feeling. Spreading all the way down your arms,
- 1:39:27Speaker 2: two elbows, including your elbows circumforts spreads your away into
- 1:39:57Speaker 2: wrists are forearments, and your wrists so heavy yet at
- 1:40:15Speaker 2: the same time.
- 1:40:25Speaker 13: So light.
- 1:40:29Speaker 2: And gentle. Focusing now on your hands, my hands, so
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: peaceful in your hands. There's a sense of real peace.
- 1:42:13Speaker 2: It just seems to feel so familiar when your hands
- 1:42:27Speaker 2: relax deeply. Hm ees your thing is you things, sadly
- 1:44:04Speaker 2: you thing you tips. Moving your attention to the front
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: to your body, so comfortable.
- 1:45:04Speaker 14: On the venue.
- 1:45:05Speaker 2: Focus your legs, what muscles in your thighs, your knees
- 1:46:54Speaker 2: so relaxed, a calf mussels and just shins, co prezy.
- 1:47:31Speaker 14: The.
- 1:48:24Speaker 2: Four and the faathing and your feet, Sir, peaceful, so.
- 1:49:45Speaker 15: Calm, so peaceful, come so peaceful, so com so.
- 1:50:43Speaker 2: Peace fall Rea sing.
- 1:51:00Speaker 5: Yez fall.
- 1:51:05Speaker 2: So calm, loving that deep relaxation, to spread your chest,
- 1:51:20Speaker 2: in your stomach, so letting go.
- 1:51:37Speaker 5: Of everything.
- 1:51:51Speaker 2: So I'm gonna start counting down now from twenty down
- 1:51:57Speaker 2: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 1:52:06Speaker 2: just walking down some steps and each step or twenty steps,
- 1:52:13Speaker 2: and each step represents a level of comfort. Each step
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: represents a deepening of that comfort, and the furvies you
- 1:52:38Speaker 2: walk down those steps that are deeper and more relaxed,
- 1:52:44Speaker 2: you feel so starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen,
- 1:55:25Speaker 2: sixteen eight four four see too well five eight nine eight.
- 2:04:50Speaker 13: Seven said six five.
- 2:08:00Speaker 5: Five four.
- 2:12:41Speaker 13: One.
- 2:13:30Speaker 2: And now as you focus on your eyes, we're gonna
- 2:13:48Speaker 2: count down from ten touts one, focusing just on your eyes, eyes,
- 2:14:04Speaker 2: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves,
- 2:14:14Speaker 2: a whole area that makes up your eye. And as
- 2:14:31Speaker 2: we count down from ten down to one. Whilst focus
- 2:14:39Speaker 2: in on your eyes, you'll become twice is relaxed with
- 2:14:55Speaker 2: each number counting down that you may find the all
- 2:15:08Speaker 2: you want to do is just drift off to sleep.
- 2:15:17Speaker 2: And if that's what you want, then just allow yourself
- 2:15:24Speaker 2: to do that. Now, focus in on your eyes. I'm
- 2:15:38Speaker 2: going to begin counting down from ten down to one
- 2:15:48Speaker 2: right now. Ten nine.
- 2:16:58Speaker 14: Eight h.
- 2:17:14Speaker 16: H h.
- 2:17:38Speaker 2: H seven.
- 2:18:13Speaker 5: H five.
- 2:20:07Speaker 17: Four three.
- 2:23:26Speaker 2: Two one. So counting down from ten to one.
- 2:25:13Speaker 5: Ten nine.
- 2:25:18Speaker 2: Eight seven six five four three two one. And maybe
- 2:25:45Speaker 2: that was a bit too quick in order to relax.
- 2:25:50Speaker 2: Maybe it's a bit too fast for you to notice
- 2:25:54Speaker 2: the calming of your body, maybe even a little bit
- 2:26:02Speaker 2: of pressure there, like you're counting down from ten to one.
- 2:26:06Speaker 2: Would you expect me to do? Man, expect me to
- 2:26:10Speaker 2: stick go with floppy just because you're counting down.
- 2:26:19Speaker 10: If you try it again, but this time.
- 2:26:22Speaker 2: I go this lower this time, as you focus on
- 2:26:30Speaker 2: the whole of your body before we focus on your legs,
- 2:26:36Speaker 2: just notice how your body does start to feel more
- 2:26:46Speaker 2: relaxed with every number that I count down ten nine
- 2:27:11Speaker 2: eight seven six five four three two one. And just
- 2:28:40Speaker 2: notice how how you feel generally how your body feels.
- 2:28:53Speaker 2: It's not necessarily even about counting down from ten to one.
- 2:29:04Speaker 2: It's that space that you have, that space between being
- 2:29:21Speaker 2: active physically or mentally to just sitting or lying down,
- 2:29:33Speaker 2: just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything, not
- 2:29:39Speaker 2: needing to think about anything. So it opens up a space,
- 2:29:46Speaker 2: you know, a bit of a space, a gap. And
- 2:29:55Speaker 2: the more I cam down from ten to one, the
- 2:30:00Speaker 2: bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 2:30:10Speaker 2: of comfort, relaxation. It's a nice feeling, and it moves
- 2:30:27Speaker 2: those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them away.
- 2:30:43Speaker 2: Allows you to just slow down. Someone to count again
- 2:30:56Speaker 2: from ten down to one, and notice that gap widening,
- 2:31:05Speaker 2: the gap. And as it widens, it's almost like the
- 2:31:11Speaker 2: stress and attention falls into the gap. It gives you
- 2:31:28Speaker 2: that distance, that space.
- 2:31:34Speaker 5: Now ten.
- 2:31:44Speaker 2: Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three two one, And
- 2:33:41Speaker 2: how did your body feel? No, can you notice that?
- 2:34:02Speaker 2: Do you feeling calmer? You feeling more relaxed. As we
- 2:34:39Speaker 2: now focus on your legs, just your legs were just
- 2:35:00Speaker 2: I'm going to start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:35:19Speaker 2: it's not the most exciting thing to be doing, because
- 2:35:28Speaker 2: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 2:35:30Speaker 2: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 2:35:43Speaker 2: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 2:35:50Speaker 2: of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs,
- 2:35:57Speaker 2: and you're inner thighs. Basically the whole of your thigh
- 2:36:02Speaker 2: that leads into your hip and it goes down to
- 2:36:11Speaker 2: your knee joints. Now, this is a big area. It's
- 2:36:25Speaker 2: a very heavy area. It's very strong, probably the strongest
- 2:36:31Speaker 2: muscles in your body or in your thighs. But I
- 2:36:44Speaker 2: don't think we perhaps give enough attention to our thighs.
- 2:36:59Speaker 2: Perhaps we acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives,
- 2:37:22Speaker 2: how much they actually do for us all through our lives.
- 2:37:38Speaker 2: And it may seem sound really weird, but I think
- 2:37:44Speaker 2: that all of our body parts, especially our thighs, need
- 2:37:51Speaker 2: some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit of acknowledgment,
- 2:38:09Speaker 2: thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do for us.
- 2:38:24Speaker 2: And I know this may sound a bit strange. Maybe
- 2:38:30Speaker 2: you think, why am I sure that I should be
- 2:38:33Speaker 2: out in the garden hugging a tree or something. Well,
- 2:38:42Speaker 2: it's hard to set a microphone up on a tree.
- 2:38:45Speaker 2: That's why I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise I would be
- 2:38:47Speaker 2: outside hugging a tree. Now I can't see the television
- 2:38:51Speaker 2: from the tree if you move down to your knee.
- 2:39:00Speaker 2: Is gettin such an important part? And I think we
- 2:39:09Speaker 2: don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily
- 2:39:17Speaker 2: appreciate all that my needs do for me until I
- 2:39:24Speaker 2: have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally if I
- 2:39:28Speaker 2: ever maybe i'll patch it, or it's aching for some reason.
- 2:39:35Speaker 2: It's then that I realize how much it does. You know,
- 2:39:41Speaker 2: the benefit of being able to use my legs without
- 2:39:49Speaker 2: any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing that's
- 2:39:56Speaker 2: possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed. You know that's comfort.
- 2:40:09Speaker 2: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 2:40:14Speaker 2: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 2:40:23Speaker 2: and love to your knees for all that they do
- 2:40:25Speaker 2: for you. And you can still have that attention on
- 2:40:39Speaker 2: your thighs and maybe notice how your thighs feel. Maybe
- 2:40:45Speaker 2: you've noticed that they are relaxing more deeply as you
- 2:41:03Speaker 2: focus now on the bottoms of your legs, your shins,
- 2:41:09Speaker 2: and your calf muscles. The bones between your knees and
- 2:41:15Speaker 2: your feet incorporate, and of course your ankles so important.
- 2:41:29Speaker 2: Anyone that's had even like the slightest sprain of an
- 2:41:33Speaker 2: ankle knows how how much we take our ankles for granted.
- 2:41:47Speaker 2: And it's kind of strange in a way when you
- 2:41:50Speaker 2: think that. You know, logically, our wrists are a lot
- 2:41:55Speaker 2: thinner than the rest of our arms, which is okay,
- 2:42:00Speaker 2: it doesn't can't see any problem with that because we're
- 2:42:04Speaker 2: just picking stuff up. But her ankles so much thinner
- 2:42:12Speaker 2: than the rest of our legs, and from a physics
- 2:42:21Speaker 2: perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense that
- 2:42:26Speaker 2: all this weight would ultimately be resting on your ankles
- 2:42:35Speaker 2: then leading to your feet that thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 2:42:49Speaker 2: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 2:42:55Speaker 2: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 2:43:06Speaker 2: you to get around and be mobile. And there's the
- 2:43:19Speaker 2: calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't
- 2:43:27Speaker 2: see the point in calf muscles didn't seem to do anything, Okay,
- 2:43:34Speaker 2: If I walked around on tiptoes, then my calf muscles
- 2:43:37Speaker 2: get some work. But of course that's not true. The
- 2:43:41Speaker 2: calf muscles are being used whenever we use our legs,
- 2:43:51Speaker 2: and your shins there to protect your lower legs, shaped
- 2:44:04Speaker 2: in a way almost as a protector for the bone,
- 2:44:16Speaker 2: leading of course to your ankles and your feet. But
- 2:44:28Speaker 2: we're not going to focus on your feet. We're just
- 2:44:30Speaker 2: going to focus on the legs. I realize that now
- 2:44:36Speaker 2: that I've mentioned your feet, it probably focuses on them anyway,
- 2:44:42Speaker 2: So maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 2:44:48Speaker 2: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 2:44:53Speaker 2: you have your thighs in your awareness. Even though we
- 2:44:57Speaker 2: haven't been focusing on your fe thighs for a few minutes,
- 2:45:03Speaker 2: let me focus in on your ankles. There's still that
- 2:45:13Speaker 2: sensation of comfort in your thighs, and there's that movement
- 2:45:29Speaker 2: of energy because the thighs hold lots of different sensations.
- 2:45:39Speaker 2: Of course, there's the muscles, the big straw muscles that
- 2:45:44Speaker 2: we have in our thighs, but the skin on the
- 2:45:57Speaker 2: outside of the thighs, as in the outside of all
- 2:46:02Speaker 2: of our body, can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch,
- 2:46:14Speaker 2: sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs, the bones, there's
- 2:46:28Speaker 2: the muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the ar trees, all
- 2:46:34Speaker 2: this stuff that's inside your thighs. And I guess sometimes
- 2:46:43Speaker 2: it'd be nice if you could actually put your fingers
- 2:46:46Speaker 2: inside your thighs and a message, so you can message
- 2:46:53Speaker 2: on the outside, of course, but to be able to
- 2:46:56Speaker 2: get deep into the muscles and to be able to
- 2:46:59Speaker 2: just mess ma sage inside your thighs, message in the
- 2:47:04Speaker 2: bones of your leg massage in or the veins, and
- 2:47:13Speaker 2: just gently healing your thighs, and you could move down
- 2:47:25Speaker 2: message and inside your knees, just message in those bones,
- 2:47:31Speaker 2: but with healing fingertips spreading that healing energy deep into
- 2:47:39Speaker 2: the choints of your knees. Of course, there's the back
- 2:47:48Speaker 2: of your your knee, you know, the inside crease where
- 2:47:53Speaker 2: your knee is. It's a really sensitive area, very feels
- 2:48:01Speaker 2: very nice when you stroke it. That might be because
- 2:48:06Speaker 2: it's an area that's not really touched very often. It's
- 2:48:11Speaker 2: almost like a hidden part, that crease.
- 2:48:17Speaker 10: In your legs.
- 2:48:18Speaker 2: It's almost it's like a part that has a sensitivity,
- 2:48:25Speaker 2: which is a little bit different. Of course, it's protected
- 2:48:35Speaker 2: by your legs, so you can imagine putting your fingers
- 2:48:47Speaker 2: into that crease in your legs. Fold in between your legs.
- 2:48:57Speaker 2: You can just mess out with your finger to imagine
- 2:49:01Speaker 2: your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue. You
- 2:49:12Speaker 2: can of course field the bones of your knees, healing
- 2:49:19Speaker 2: through your fingertips. And then as you go down to
- 2:49:31Speaker 2: your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like to
- 2:49:34Speaker 2: be able to really put my fingertips deep inside my
- 2:49:40Speaker 2: calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of that muscle,
- 2:49:50Speaker 2: healing every part, and then doing the same for shins,
- 2:50:03Speaker 2: massage in and gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them,
- 2:50:11Speaker 2: healing in a loving way, because they deserve to be
- 2:50:15Speaker 2: treated as the precious bones that they are, because our
- 2:50:23Speaker 2: legs are so precious as in all the other parts
- 2:50:26Speaker 2: of our body, the more precious of any chure on
- 2:50:34Speaker 2: the planet. When you start to think about your legs
- 2:50:51Speaker 2: in this way, it can change your perspective. It might
- 2:51:02Speaker 2: sound a bit a bit silly to start with the
- 2:51:09Speaker 2: idea of having love for your legs, showing appreciation for
- 2:51:17Speaker 2: your thighs, wanting to be able to put your hands
- 2:51:24Speaker 2: in your thighs, the massage, the muscles and the bones,
- 2:51:33Speaker 2: and to get your fingers deep in there, releasing all tension,
- 2:51:41Speaker 2: just to show how much you care about your legs,
- 2:51:51Speaker 2: how much you care for what your legs do for
- 2:51:55Speaker 2: you regularly. These your calves, your ankles, the strength of
- 2:52:09Speaker 2: your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to the
- 2:52:17Speaker 2: rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong,
- 2:52:26Speaker 2: so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles are truly a
- 2:52:41Speaker 2: gift because of what they do for you, supporting all
- 2:52:52Speaker 2: that weight, regardless of how what weight you are, even
- 2:52:59Speaker 2: if you only ate stone, still a lot of weight
- 2:53:04Speaker 2: for these little ankles. Now I'm a lot heavier than
- 2:53:11Speaker 2: each stone doubled down. Yet my ankles support my body
- 2:53:21Speaker 2: all the time. Whether they do give off a sigh
- 2:53:28Speaker 2: of relief when I sit down, asat my whole legs do.
- 2:53:37Speaker 2: My feet feet also go my toast clap. I'm so happy.
- 2:54:05Speaker 2: Your legs really are amazing. And I know that about
- 2:54:15Speaker 2: talking about your legs is probably possibly among the most
- 2:54:21Speaker 2: most boring things you've ever heard anyone say. Possibly you're
- 2:54:29Speaker 2: boring or not. Everything I said is true. Your legs
- 2:54:37Speaker 2: are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect. They deserve
- 2:54:57Speaker 2: to relax deep, They deserve to take some time out
- 2:55:10Speaker 2: of the day to just let go completely.
- 2:55:33Speaker 10: Your legs.
- 2:55:39Speaker 2: Really can relax. And because the legs are so such
- 2:55:52Speaker 2: a most you know, very important part of your body,
- 2:55:58Speaker 2: and your relax your legs through your body also naturally
- 2:56:04Speaker 2: follows in that journey of comfort. I can feel it
- 2:56:20Speaker 2: in my hips. My hips feel really loose, and also
- 2:56:29Speaker 2: my lwer back as well. My lower back really feels
- 2:56:35Speaker 2: it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in a
- 2:56:39Speaker 2: chair and there's no stretching as far as I'm aware
- 2:56:45Speaker 2: that I'm doing. It's almost as if the muscles are
- 2:56:48Speaker 2: just relaxed so much that there is a natural stretch
- 2:56:55Speaker 2: as the tension has reduced a lot. And I'm now
- 2:57:17Speaker 2: going to count down from ten down to one, and
- 2:57:25Speaker 2: you can continue to fill wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 2:57:58Speaker 13: Four.
- 2:58:02Speaker 2: Three two, Why relax. So I'm just going to count
- 2:58:27Speaker 2: down and fire down to one. And as a countdown,
- 2:58:33Speaker 2: if you just focus on the numbers, just the numbers
- 2:58:40Speaker 2: counting down, and notice how you feel in this moment
- 2:58:50Speaker 2: as you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 2:58:55Speaker 2: numbers counting down represents you feeling calmer, not just in
- 2:59:08Speaker 2: your body, but also relaxing your mind. I just notice
- 2:59:16Speaker 2: how you feel there's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 2:59:23Speaker 2: there's nothing to think about, starting with number five, four,
- 2:59:50Speaker 2: three two one. And as you notice the gradual letting
- 3:00:26Speaker 2: go the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:00:35Speaker 2: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:00:42Speaker 2: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:00:51Speaker 2: that happens. It's not really a special procedure. It's just
- 3:00:58Speaker 2: natural because as you or body relaxes, your mind also
- 3:01:04Speaker 2: starts to relax. And the more your mind relaxes, the
- 3:01:09Speaker 2: more your body relaxes. It's just a continuous circle of relaxation.
- 3:01:21Speaker 2: And there's that calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know,
- 3:01:29Speaker 2: even even if there's background sounds either your side online
- 3:01:37Speaker 2: is still going to be quite calm. You know, you
- 3:01:43Speaker 2: haven't got the television on, there's no music in the background,
- 3:01:48Speaker 2: unless you're listening to the recorded with music. Of course,
- 3:01:55Speaker 2: you're very likely not going to be sitting in a
- 3:01:58Speaker 2: room with other people. Of course you might be, but
- 3:02:02Speaker 2: generally it's more ideal if you can do this on
- 3:02:05Speaker 2: your own. So no distractions, and when you stop thinking
- 3:02:17Speaker 2: about stuff, relaxation automatically rises, a sense of comfort starts
- 3:02:34Speaker 2: to grow, and without trying to build it up into
- 3:02:43Speaker 2: something fantastical or something magical, this is just a natural
- 3:02:55Speaker 2: process something that's to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know,
- 3:03:08Speaker 2: the sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put
- 3:03:15Speaker 2: no effort into it. It's not something that you can
- 3:03:19Speaker 2: really force. It's something that happens naturally. And part of
- 3:03:31Speaker 2: the process of this recording and others is simply two
- 3:03:43Speaker 2: allow you to take advantage of this space.
- 3:03:53Speaker 10: This time.
- 3:03:56Speaker 2: It's just let go to just be here, to be
- 3:04:08Speaker 2: in tune with how you feel, yet with the intention
- 3:04:24Speaker 2: of wanting to relax deeply and maybe even to fall asleep,
- 3:04:36Speaker 2: depending on what it is that you wish for yourself
- 3:04:43Speaker 2: in this moment. As we know, relaxing is the majority
- 3:05:00Speaker 2: of the process of falling asleep. The actual falling asleep
- 3:05:04Speaker 2: part is the tiny bit at the end. The deeper
- 3:05:12Speaker 2: relaxed you become, the easier you find yourself drifting. You
- 3:05:35Speaker 2: can also if you choose stay focused on my voice
- 3:05:43Speaker 2: and really enjoy the process gradually relaxing each muscle.
- 3:06:15Speaker 10: In your body.
- 3:06:21Speaker 2: Effortlessly and just observing the sensation of letting go completely.
- 3:06:56Speaker 2: This time, I'm going to count from six down to one,
- 3:07:05Speaker 2: and you can notice.
- 3:07:07Speaker 5: Your mind.
- 3:07:11Speaker 2: Calming down more with each number that you hear me
- 3:07:19Speaker 2: say naturally, feeling calm and slow and be peaceful.
- 3:07:40Speaker 5: Sex five, four, three.
- 3:09:31Speaker 8: Two.
- 3:10:06Speaker 2: One, being aware how your mind to slow right down,
- 3:10:41Speaker 2: sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus on your mind,
- 3:11:04Speaker 2: you may notice that there are some thoughts still there,
- 3:11:17Speaker 2: maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need
- 3:11:26Speaker 2: your attention. So what you can do is send love
- 3:11:42Speaker 2: to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love. M all
- 3:11:56Speaker 2: petals from a flower. Just sprinkle it over them, petals
- 3:12:01Speaker 2: filled with love towards those thoughts, to let those thoughts
- 3:12:09Speaker 2: know that you're not abandon in them.
- 3:12:14Speaker 10: You just need them.
- 3:12:17Speaker 2: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:12:32Speaker 2: And now, so as you focus on those remaining thoughts,
- 3:12:46Speaker 2: as we count down this time from seven down to
- 3:12:49Speaker 2: one with each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals
- 3:13:00Speaker 2: of love, kindness, gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow
- 3:13:18Speaker 2: them to just melt away and relax deeply. Of every number,
- 3:13:34Speaker 2: those thoughts will become more and more relaxed. Starting with
- 3:13:52Speaker 2: number seven six, five, four, three.
- 3:16:02Speaker 5: One.
- 3:16:19Speaker 2: And as you now notice how relaxed you're feeling in
- 3:16:36Speaker 2: your body, we're going to focus on your hands. It
- 3:16:57Speaker 2: gives The more relaxed your hands are, the more relaxed
- 3:17:03Speaker 2: your body and mind are. And there's you focus on
- 3:17:24Speaker 2: your hands and your fingers. There's nothing needed to be done.
- 3:17:36Speaker 2: There's no clenching of fists or dents in the fingers
- 3:17:41Speaker 2: or anything like that. Yeah, it's just noticing and focusing
- 3:17:55Speaker 2: on your hands, noticing how they feel. Because the more
- 3:18:22Speaker 2: relaxed your hands feel, the calmer your mind feels, and
- 3:18:33Speaker 2: the more comfort you feel throughout your body.
- 3:18:47Speaker 13: And you.
- 3:18:50Speaker 2: May have already noticed you mind is starting.
- 3:19:21Speaker 10: To dress like sense.
- 3:19:40Speaker 2: Just on your hands and fingers, allowing them to cheat
- 3:19:53Speaker 2: experience a real deepening of that relaxation in your hands
- 3:20:05Speaker 2: and fingers.
- 3:20:12Speaker 10: More.
- 3:20:15Speaker 2: And more relaxed. With each number.
- 3:20:31Speaker 10: From eight.
- 3:20:34Speaker 2: Down to one. You can almost feel that healing and
- 3:20:46Speaker 2: relaxing energy spreading into your hands and fingers, becoming more
- 3:21:06Speaker 2: relaxing with each number year going down eight down to one,
- 3:21:28Speaker 2: drifting drifting again, starting with.
- 3:21:44Speaker 5: Number eights.
- 3:22:30Speaker 2: Seven fy.
- 3:23:59Speaker 10: Four three, just being here.
- 3:25:41Speaker 2: Now, nothing to think about, nothing to do, nothing to say,
- 3:25:55Speaker 2: and everything just feels calm. And this is your natural
- 3:26:06Speaker 2: state of being. This is how you just normally feel
- 3:26:15Speaker 2: when you take away all that other stuff that we add,
- 3:26:25Speaker 2: you know, things like stress and worrying and overthinking, the anxiety, tension,
- 3:26:40Speaker 2: just generally thinking about stuff. And you take that away,
- 3:26:47Speaker 2: which is what we do. What we do now you're
- 3:26:56Speaker 2: left with a real sense of peacefulness which comes to
- 3:27:08Speaker 2: you very quickly, because ultimately it's just a feeling, a
- 3:27:21Speaker 2: feeling of comfort, almost as if you've got inside yourself
- 3:27:30Speaker 2: and you've found a special place where everything is peaceful,
- 3:27:45Speaker 2: a place where you can feel relaxed and your natural
- 3:27:52Speaker 2: sense of comfort, a place where you can be you,
- 3:28:03Speaker 2: where you can accept yourself for who you are, the
- 3:28:10Speaker 2: place where you're not trying to please anybody else ever,
- 3:28:21Speaker 2: the place where you can actually not just love yourself,
- 3:28:30Speaker 2: but in some ways more importantly, you can like yourself
- 3:28:38Speaker 2: appreciate who you are. That sense of gratitude is in
- 3:28:55Speaker 2: the air all around you. That's also a place where
- 3:29:06Speaker 2: you can actually feel the healing energy soaking into your body.
- 3:29:23Speaker 2: Healing energy soaking into your body and that healing energy
- 3:29:35Speaker 2: spreads through your veins, traveling to each and every single
- 3:29:46Speaker 2: part of your body, and you start to realize that actually,
- 3:29:58Speaker 2: that healing energy.
- 3:30:01Speaker 18: It's not just entered into your brain, it's become part
- 3:30:08Speaker 18: of your brain, and.
- 3:30:14Speaker 2: That spinal fluid is now mixed with healing energy, not
- 3:30:27Speaker 2: just allowing you to feel so much more relaxed and
- 3:30:35Speaker 2: healthy in this moment, but also you start to realize
- 3:30:48Speaker 2: that actually, what's happening now with that healing, relaxing energy
- 3:30:58Speaker 2: spreading through your body, it's actually changing your life. It's
- 3:31:10Speaker 2: actually changing the way you're going to feel, not just now,
- 3:31:18Speaker 2: but tomorrow and the next day. There's your health improves,
- 3:31:28Speaker 2: not just your physical health, but your mental health. Things
- 3:31:36Speaker 2: that used to bother you in the past, for some reason,
- 3:31:42Speaker 2: no longer have the effect that they used to because
- 3:31:50Speaker 2: something has changed deep within you. Maybe things that used
- 3:32:02Speaker 2: to cause you to feel anger no longer have that
- 3:32:13Speaker 2: power to control you the way they seem to be
- 3:32:21Speaker 2: able to before. As you realize that you're the one
- 3:32:32Speaker 2: who decides what affects you, you're the one who decides
- 3:32:47Speaker 2: to feel relaxed and calm when you choose to enjoy
- 3:33:00Speaker 2: noticing these natural developments of healing continuing to grow and
- 3:33:15Speaker 2: improve your life day by day, including of course your
- 3:33:27Speaker 2: ability to relax so much easier and sleeping. It's the
- 3:33:44Speaker 2: most natural thing in the world to you, because falling
- 3:33:55Speaker 2: asleep is something.
- 3:33:57Speaker 10: That you've done.
- 3:34:01Speaker 2: So many times in your life, and you know that
- 3:34:08Speaker 2: you were born, as we all were, with the ability
- 3:34:15Speaker 2: to fall asleep naturally. We were born with that ability
- 3:34:29Speaker 2: to just drift off into a deep, healing sleep. Even
- 3:34:43Speaker 2: when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep and we don't
- 3:34:48Speaker 2: even want to try and tell us stay awake. Maybe
- 3:34:54Speaker 2: it's a birthday in the morning, or it's Christmas or
- 3:34:58Speaker 2: holiday or something we'll look for order to we don't
- 3:35:01Speaker 2: want to go to sleep. But the more we want
- 3:35:06Speaker 2: to stay awake, the more we just start to drift.
- 3:35:15Speaker 2: And the more you fight drifting, the more you try
- 3:35:19Speaker 2: to stop yourself and drift.
- 3:35:20Speaker 10: In a safe.
- 3:35:23Speaker 2: The deeper and stronger that drifting becomes. Because we're born
- 3:35:35Speaker 2: not just with the need to relax deeply and to
- 3:35:41Speaker 2: naturally fall asleep, but it's our birthright, it's part of
- 3:35:51Speaker 2: our DNA, and some times, as we get older in life,
- 3:36:03Speaker 2: perhaps at times we have forgotten that relaxing completely. It's
- 3:36:17Speaker 2: not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 3:36:41Speaker 2: It's very, very easy to let go, because that's all
- 3:36:49Speaker 2: it is, is just deciding to let go. And when
- 3:37:03Speaker 2: you press the play button on my recordings, you have
- 3:37:11Speaker 2: given permission for my voice to relax you. When you
- 3:37:22Speaker 2: press that play button, you have given me permission for
- 3:37:27Speaker 2: my words to effect you in a positive, only a
- 3:37:42Speaker 2: positive way. Opening up your mind. Two useful and healing
- 3:38:05Speaker 2: suggestions that can have such an amazing effect on how
- 3:38:21Speaker 2: you feel right now, as well as those changes that
- 3:38:33Speaker 2: continue long after the recording ends, those changes within you
- 3:38:46Speaker 2: that continue to flourish and grow, transforming your life in positive,
- 3:39:02Speaker 2: beautiful way, allowing you to move forward in your life
- 3:39:13Speaker 2: in the direction that you choose for yourself. And this feeling,
- 3:39:31Speaker 2: this feeling that you can experience a safety, comfort, calmness.
- 3:39:47Speaker 2: This feels so nice. It's such a healthy place to be,
- 3:40:09Speaker 2: and that positivity grows within you each and every day.
- 3:40:26Speaker 2: Moving forward, you're going to find that you're more relaxed
- 3:40:38Speaker 2: physically and in your mind is more relaxed. And it's
- 3:40:50Speaker 2: not that you're thinking slower, it's just that your mind
- 3:40:56Speaker 2: will be less clogged up with unnecessary negativity, because from
- 3:41:08Speaker 2: now on, your mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're
- 3:41:18Speaker 2: going to start noticing when negativity arises, and you can
- 3:41:29Speaker 2: just say stop, stop, and that negativity will turn around
- 3:41:44Speaker 2: and leave you alone. Stop and that negativity would disappear.
- 3:42:11Speaker 2: And as you notice that you feel way more relaxed
- 3:42:19Speaker 2: than you probably expected. You can now congratulate yourself because
- 3:42:35Speaker 2: you're the person that has done this. You are the
- 3:42:41Speaker 2: one that has opened your mind up to the simple
- 3:42:46Speaker 2: facts that you can feel more relaxed in your body
- 3:42:55Speaker 2: and in your mind. You've opened your mind up to
- 3:43:07Speaker 2: the birthrights, have been able to just fall asleep easily
- 3:43:14Speaker 2: when you choose. And that's a nice feeling. Don't you
- 3:43:28Speaker 2: think it feels nice?
- 3:43:32Speaker 10: Doesn't it.
- 3:43:36Speaker 2: To feel calm for that healing energy spreading through your
- 3:43:43Speaker 2: body in your mind to spend time a special place
- 3:43:56Speaker 2: where negativity can no longer enter. Negativity is banned, it's barred,
- 3:44:15Speaker 2: it's not allowed. Entrigue doesn't doesn't, this doesn't deserve to
- 3:44:22Speaker 2: be here, doesn't belong here. Negativity has no place in
- 3:44:31Speaker 2: your life, which makes room for more comfort, more heathing,
- 3:44:50Speaker 2: more relaxation, more peace, it feels nice, doesn't it, Just.
- 3:45:20Speaker 8: To let go.
- 3:45:23Speaker 2: With everything. I'm gonna count down now from twenty down
- 3:45:43Speaker 2: to one. You can continue to relax. If you choose,
- 3:45:53Speaker 2: you can drive to sleep. With every number you hear
- 3:46:07Speaker 2: me say, you can fill twice as relaxed, or if
- 3:46:18Speaker 2: you choose, you can fill twice as sleeping now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen,
- 3:47:36Speaker 2: thirteen to twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six.
- 3:48:43Speaker 13: Five four.
- 3:49:24Speaker 2: It is your time to just take a break, your
- 3:49:34Speaker 2: time to relax, to allow your mind to slow down,
- 3:49:53Speaker 2: to give yourself permission to take a break from everything.
- 3:50:12Speaker 2: And you you're the only person that can.
- 3:50:15Speaker 8: Make that decision. You're the only.
- 3:50:20Speaker 2: Person that can actually tell your mind to just relax,
- 3:50:36Speaker 2: to just take some time off so that you can
- 3:50:52Speaker 2: focus on your body, getting in touch with how you
- 3:50:58Speaker 2: feel physically, and in the process of this body scan
- 3:51:15Speaker 2: where you focus on different parts of your body, those
- 3:51:26Speaker 2: parts that you focus on and observe, even though you're
- 3:51:33Speaker 2: not purposely requesting for those parts of your body to relax,
- 3:51:44Speaker 2: it's kind of expected. You expect when you listen to
- 3:51:51Speaker 2: my voice to feel more relaxed naturally, because when you're
- 3:52:04Speaker 2: listening to me, your attention is focused on my words,
- 3:52:19Speaker 2: and as my words guide you to focus on those
- 3:52:30Speaker 2: parts of your body, your focus increases, which actually calms
- 3:52:48Speaker 2: your mind. And when your mind calms down, your body relaxes.
- 3:53:16Speaker 2: And when your body calms down, your mind relaxes. And
- 3:53:38Speaker 2: even though I have not really started to focus on
- 3:53:45Speaker 2: your body, you can already feel that healing energy spreading
- 3:53:59Speaker 2: through your body, pushing out stress and tension, heathing all
- 3:54:18Speaker 2: the parts of your body, including your skin, your bones,
- 3:54:26Speaker 2: your blood, all of your walkings inside your body, all
- 3:54:33Speaker 2: of the muscles, all of the fat, all everything, every
- 3:54:42Speaker 2: hair on your body is filled with that healing energy.
- 3:54:55Speaker 2: And when your brain it fills with that healing energy,
- 3:55:11Speaker 2: the feeling of comforts of relaxation increases, deeply increases in
- 3:55:36Speaker 2: a way that in your mind starts to fill perhaps
- 3:55:49Speaker 2: bit drowsy because it's not needed, and it may start
- 3:56:06Speaker 2: to drift if that's what's needed. So if you're listening
- 3:56:22Speaker 2: to this and what you need is deep relaxation, that's
- 3:56:28Speaker 2: what you get.
- 3:56:30Speaker 8: If what you need is.
- 3:56:34Speaker 19: To fall asleep.
- 3:56:37Speaker 2: Naturally and easily, your mind drifts.
- 3:56:43Speaker 8: That's also for what happened.
- 3:56:52Speaker 2: Because by pressing that play button on the podcast than
- 3:57:00Speaker 2: listening to me, I give permission for your body and
- 3:57:06Speaker 2: your mind. In fact, you give the command to your
- 3:57:18Speaker 2: body and your mind to relax deeply and to drift
- 3:57:30Speaker 2: off to sleep, if that's what you want or need.
- 3:57:46Speaker 2: And as I focus on the different parts of your body,
- 3:57:57Speaker 2: you may start to just drift. And then you come
- 3:58:06Speaker 2: back again and do you hear me talking, And I'm
- 3:58:11Speaker 2: focusing on a different.
- 3:58:13Speaker 8: Parts of your body, and you may.
- 3:58:22Speaker 2: Find yourself drifting. You don't realize you're drifting until you
- 3:58:31Speaker 2: stop drifting. You're alert again to my voice focusing what
- 3:58:41Speaker 2: a different parts of your body starts to relax in
- 3:58:46Speaker 2: Deva because that drifting, it's basically you already in the
- 3:58:58Speaker 2: sleep side. And the more you drift, the longer you drift,
- 3:59:11Speaker 2: the longer you dreat Eventually, that drifting.
- 3:59:19Speaker 8: Continues into sleep, and that's the last you remember until
- 3:59:31Speaker 8: you wake up in your own time, when.
- 3:59:38Speaker 2: You experience the right amount of sleep.
- 3:59:47Speaker 8: Because when you do, and if you do all.
- 3:59:51Speaker 2: Asleep, its extremely pleasant, relaxing, so deep, healing.
- 4:00:09Speaker 10: Sleep.
- 4:00:19Speaker 2: It feels so nice to relax into the one body
- 4:00:27Speaker 2: in mind as you feel that hearing image is spreading
- 4:00:37Speaker 2: through it, relaxing us so deeply, relaxing you so so deeply.
- 4:01:02Speaker 2: We start to focus on your eyes, leave it down.
- 4:01:18Speaker 8: To your juel now to make.
- 4:01:36Speaker 20: Your shoulders, palms, hand.
- 4:02:00Speaker 19: Phenious, Yes, yes, by.
- 4:02:39Speaker 5: You, paps.
- 4:02:48Speaker 2: Yous you fat, yourts.
- 4:03:25Speaker 5: And being.
- 4:03:28Speaker 2: Easing, spreading and growing inside your body, being you up.
- 4:03:42Speaker 2: Now let's focus again on parts of your body, focusing
- 4:03:56Speaker 2: this time on your forehead. Now on your mouth, your lips,
- 4:04:09Speaker 2: the tongue, the hole of your mouth. Focus then on
- 4:04:28Speaker 2: your fingers, maybe a kid, move your fingers and little kids.
- 4:04:39Speaker 2: You can focus on each one individually, both hands and
- 4:04:54Speaker 2: even though you should focus on both of.
- 4:04:56Speaker 8: Your hands now it almost seems just melt into one.
- 4:05:08Speaker 8: Maybe you'll right.
- 4:05:09Speaker 2: Hand start, you know, left hand and almost is it
- 4:05:19Speaker 2: just mixed together? Now focusing on your knees, just makeuicing
- 4:05:36Speaker 2: how your knees well. Now focusing and with helpers.
- 4:06:00Speaker 8: Saying both a few.
- 4:06:01Speaker 2: Holmors just absurding the feeling of your almors.
- 4:06:39Speaker 8: Now would be said.
- 4:06:42Speaker 2: Absurd.
- 4:06:45Speaker 16: What can you mack.
- 4:06:56Speaker 8: Feeling that energy?
- 4:07:00Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 4:07:01Speaker 8: You think.
- 4:07:33Speaker 2: Absurd of ankles. Beware it's a cause of sensations.
- 4:07:55Speaker 8: Akers, yes, the times, what do you think being aware.
- 4:09:17Speaker 2: Now you twos.
- 4:09:23Speaker 8: Yo, right now.
- 4:09:59Speaker 13: It is and.
- 4:10:10Speaker 2: Hi you in desire, body feels noticing you, mind feels now,
- 4:10:59Speaker 2: let'sh go, letting go, Let's go everything, let'sh go, letting go,
- 4:11:49Speaker 2: letsing go everything. I'm going to start now, and I'd
- 4:12:18Speaker 2: like you just first of all, just to see some
- 4:12:21Speaker 2: lying down on that message table, lying on your front.
- 4:12:29Speaker 2: Your head is supported, your arms are supported, and you
- 4:12:37Speaker 2: feel comfortable and breathing. It's really easy, and you feel
- 4:12:47Speaker 2: you feel confident in how you look as well. So
- 4:12:50Speaker 2: there's none of that issue of body problems or shyness
- 4:12:56Speaker 2: because I'm a professional and this is a therapy session,
- 4:13:04Speaker 2: so none of that stuff matters whatsoever.
- 4:13:12Speaker 10: This is about you.
- 4:13:15Speaker 2: This is about how you feel, how you can enjoy
- 4:13:24Speaker 2: that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes from letting
- 4:13:30Speaker 2: go and allowing my hands and my finger is to
- 4:13:35Speaker 2: relax you by a massagy your body. Someone starts off
- 4:13:48Speaker 2: just by placing my hands on the back of your head,
- 4:13:54Speaker 2: just gently, just you can feel what my hands feel
- 4:13:59Speaker 2: like really on you, so you can maybe feel the
- 4:14:06Speaker 2: warmth of my hands on the back of your head.
- 4:14:12Speaker 2: With my hands to the side of your head, not pressing,
- 4:14:16Speaker 2: but just holding there very gently, maybe over your ears
- 4:14:23Speaker 2: and a little bit on your face, just so you
- 4:14:26Speaker 2: can feel my hands so you can become accustomed to them.
- 4:14:42Speaker 2: And now put my hands on the back of your
- 4:14:44Speaker 2: head again and gently let them slide down onto the
- 4:14:52Speaker 2: back of your neck. You can feel my hands gently
- 4:15:09Speaker 2: stroking the back of your neck to start with, just
- 4:15:16Speaker 2: so you can get used to the feeling my hands
- 4:15:21Speaker 2: on your skin, get accustomed to realize that you're safe
- 4:15:30Speaker 2: and it's all good, it's all fine, And I'm going
- 4:15:39Speaker 2: to start gently messaging the muscles in.
- 4:15:42Speaker 8: The back of your neck.
- 4:15:51Speaker 2: With both hands. Now, this is a very trusting situation, really,
- 4:16:03Speaker 2: because our necks are so fragile and to have someone
- 4:16:08Speaker 2: have their hands around your neck in that way can
- 4:16:13Speaker 2: sometimes be problematic for people, which is why massages are
- 4:16:18Speaker 2: quite good, because it allows you to relax and to
- 4:16:28Speaker 2: get in touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm.
- 4:16:46Speaker 2: There's a massage the sides of your neck, gently moving
- 4:16:53Speaker 2: from the bottom of your neck. If you'd be sort
- 4:16:58Speaker 2: of near where your shoulder start, I guess all the
- 4:17:02Speaker 2: way up to your jaw.
- 4:17:07Speaker 10: Is kind of the area the side of your neck.
- 4:17:13Speaker 2: Of course, it's a lot longer than the front of
- 4:17:16Speaker 2: your neck. The message in the back of your neck,
- 4:17:35Speaker 2: especially that area where perhaps we hold tension, and there's
- 4:17:44Speaker 2: that area's message. You can actually feel a sense of
- 4:17:49Speaker 2: release in the back of your neck. Yeah, and maybe
- 4:17:57Speaker 2: you can breathe it out as well. Notice how it feels.
- 4:18:03Speaker 2: Notice how you feel. They're moving down to that area
- 4:18:17Speaker 2: between your neck and your shoulders, that muscle area, starting
- 4:18:24Speaker 2: to message that area on both sides. And this would
- 4:18:32Speaker 2: be the area that a lot of people would message
- 4:18:34Speaker 2: if they were going to give you, like a shoulder message.
- 4:18:39Speaker 2: Even that's not technically the shoulders, but it's all the
- 4:18:43Speaker 2: muscles that lead to the shoulders.
- 4:18:47Speaker 8: From the neck.
- 4:18:50Speaker 2: And the game that can hold at tension and stress.
- 4:18:55Speaker 2: And when massaged, sometimes a nice deep message is useful.
- 4:19:03Speaker 2: And you decide how deep that message is, and just
- 4:19:18Speaker 2: allow my knuckles just.
- 4:19:23Speaker 8: To dig in.
- 4:19:25Speaker 2: To get to those muscles and to really relaxed all
- 4:19:34Speaker 2: the time being firm yet gentle, if you.
- 4:19:51Speaker 10: And just stroking down the area.
- 4:19:57Speaker 2: To your actual shoulders, moving to the muscles of your shoulders,
- 4:20:09Speaker 2: and maybe initially just pulling up the shoulders a little
- 4:20:13Speaker 2: bit of the table just to give you a little
- 4:20:17Speaker 2: bit of.
- 4:20:17Speaker 10: A stretch.
- 4:20:20Speaker 2: Very gently, and you've got the muscles at the front
- 4:20:29Speaker 2: of your shoulders besides in the back. Again, this is
- 4:20:41Speaker 2: a part that can really take quite a bit of pressure,
- 4:20:47Speaker 2: quite a bit of needing if if you wish to
- 4:20:55Speaker 2: really release the tension to really get into those muscles
- 4:21:02Speaker 2: and let your fingers in there. Make you feel really nice.
- 4:21:12Speaker 2: Sometimes it's just being stroked gently or being massaged quite strongly.
- 4:21:23Speaker 2: It can all be beneficial to the realization. Put the
- 4:21:33Speaker 2: muscles in your shoulders. Now to move down your arms.
- 4:21:53Speaker 2: We do one arm at a time, starting with your
- 4:21:57Speaker 2: right arm. What I do is I just lift your
- 4:22:07Speaker 2: arm up, just hold it to the side of it
- 4:22:13Speaker 2: and where it's still be attached, and I just message
- 4:22:20Speaker 2: tops of your arms all the way down to your forearms,
- 4:22:36Speaker 2: into your wrists, generally messaging that parts, the soft the
- 4:23:00Speaker 2: part which is the underpart of the army, which leads
- 4:23:07Speaker 2: to the crease in your elbow, the inside. It's much
- 4:23:12Speaker 2: more sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that stroked, I feel
- 4:23:29Speaker 2: really nice, pleasurable and relaxing. Now moving down to your
- 4:23:46Speaker 2: right hand, just holding your hand with both of my hands,
- 4:24:05Speaker 2: just pressing gently on the back of your hand and
- 4:24:10Speaker 2: stretching your fingers ever slightly at the same time, pressing
- 4:24:22Speaker 2: down and messaging each finger, and then starting to massage
- 4:24:36Speaker 2: the palms.
- 4:24:37Speaker 8: Of the hand.
- 4:24:44Speaker 2: Just turning the hand gently, stretching it gently, and actually
- 4:24:55Speaker 2: having your hand held can really be an emotional experience
- 4:25:02Speaker 2: sometimes even if it is a stranger, some when you
- 4:25:08Speaker 2: don't know very well, like a massage person or a therapist.
- 4:25:14Speaker 2: Maybe because it's intimate, you can feel nice, you can
- 4:25:29Speaker 2: feel safe.
- 4:25:38Speaker 8: As I put that right arm back down.
- 4:25:40Speaker 21: Where it was, and it did the same with your
- 4:25:48Speaker 21: left arm, exactly the same.
- 4:25:58Speaker 2: An massage in muscles, you arm all the way down
- 4:26:04Speaker 2: to your rest, striking the inside of your arm, just
- 4:26:17Speaker 2: being gentle or as firm as you require, and then
- 4:26:31Speaker 2: messaging your left hand, stretching the fingers gently, massaging the
- 4:26:47Speaker 2: palm of your left hand.
- 4:27:00Speaker 19: H feels so.
- 4:27:06Speaker 2: So relaxing, so comforting.
- 4:27:29Speaker 22: And I just wrest your left arm back down.
- 4:27:40Speaker 2: Start to message your back, the biggest part of your body,
- 4:27:51Speaker 2: starting at the top, starting again where we already be
- 4:27:58Speaker 2: a bean, again at the top, in between your shoulders,
- 4:28:03Speaker 2: and then your neck, going back the message in the
- 4:28:08Speaker 2: area again, but this time moving downwards taking it downward.
- 4:28:20Speaker 2: Stroke to the middle of your back, working from the
- 4:28:29Speaker 2: outside inwards, massage in that.
- 4:28:35Speaker 8: You're back, but the.
- 4:28:38Speaker 2: The outsides of your back.
- 4:28:44Speaker 19: Parts where your arms would maybe.
- 4:28:49Speaker 2: Rested against, almost the part that connects your front to
- 4:29:02Speaker 2: your back. You just message it down firmly but gently.
- 4:29:20Speaker 8: As firm as you want, moving down and.
- 4:29:27Speaker 2: Moving across, a little bit.
- 4:29:29Speaker 8: Of moving all the way down again, be very.
- 4:29:32Speaker 2: Gentle, you firm if you choose. And then then you
- 4:29:44Speaker 2: get to the spine. We can massage the muscles and
- 4:29:49Speaker 2: either side of your spine.
- 4:29:52Speaker 8: From the top of your neck all the way down
- 4:29:58Speaker 8: to your lower back.
- 4:30:05Speaker 2: You can do that a few times. Sometimes people use
- 4:30:14Speaker 2: the knuckle or the you know, two fingers and just
- 4:30:20Speaker 2: go your side of the spine. Almost just push down,
- 4:30:25Speaker 2: go all the way down to the bottom of the spine,
- 4:30:29Speaker 2: each time releasing tension and opening up the body, stretching
- 4:30:40Speaker 2: your body so that you feel more relaxed at the
- 4:30:47Speaker 2: same time rejuvenated. Now I'm going to move to one side,
- 4:31:05Speaker 2: to your right side, and from the bottom of your
- 4:31:13Speaker 2: ribs to your pelvis, you can massage that area of
- 4:31:21Speaker 2: your back. I'll stretch over the other side and i
- 4:31:26Speaker 2: will pull the muscles gently and massage and push from
- 4:31:32Speaker 2: one end that side.
- 4:31:34Speaker 8: Will right on my side to the middle of the
- 4:31:38Speaker 8: fact to where.
- 4:31:39Speaker 2: Your spine is. Massage in that side of your spine
- 4:31:46Speaker 2: the opposite side to where I'm standing. It's almost like
- 4:31:51Speaker 2: kneading bread. There's that big area.
- 4:31:56Speaker 8: Which is firm.
- 4:31:59Speaker 2: Yeah, there lots there to message. Potentially one of the
- 4:32:08Speaker 2: most important places to actually have a message because you
- 4:32:15Speaker 2: re feel it, really feel the release and the pleasure
- 4:32:23Speaker 2: of having your lower back messaged. It releases so much
- 4:32:31Speaker 2: from your body that's not useful, starting a healing process
- 4:32:41Speaker 2: which will continue long after this recording is over. The
- 4:32:54Speaker 2: message in this part of your body only feels.
- 4:32:57Speaker 8: Really good for you. It's actually fun to do because
- 4:33:03Speaker 8: it is.
- 4:33:04Speaker 2: Never said like kneading bread. It's a part that you
- 4:33:09Speaker 2: can really get ahold of and really massage deeply.
- 4:33:16Speaker 8: If that's your choice. And they are going to move
- 4:33:26Speaker 8: over to the other.
- 4:33:27Speaker 2: Side of your body and do the same with the
- 4:33:33Speaker 2: opposite part on your roll back, kneading and massaging on
- 4:33:43Speaker 2: your side.
- 4:33:44Speaker 8: All the way.
- 4:33:49Speaker 2: To the middle of your back where your spine is.
- 4:33:56Speaker 2: Pressing and kneading firm and gentle at the same time.
- 4:34:07Speaker 2: It feels, so releasing this mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness,
- 4:34:20Speaker 2: relaxation or mixed together. Plus this that feeling from your
- 4:34:32Speaker 2: stomach that's being stretched. Even though you're in your stomach
- 4:34:38Speaker 2: now you can feel it in stretched because the whole.
- 4:34:42Speaker 8: Area is connected to your stomach. Now I'm gonna.
- 4:34:53Speaker 2: Move or move further up to your top of your body.
- 4:35:00Speaker 8: Did the same.
- 4:35:02Speaker 2: This time, starting with the upper back. Put my hands
- 4:35:10Speaker 2: award over and mess massage in that area up to
- 4:35:18Speaker 2: your spine, from the side of your body up to
- 4:35:21Speaker 2: your spine. So some of that message area, the muscle
- 4:35:27Speaker 2: tissue or whatever fatty tissue even will be possibly from
- 4:35:33Speaker 2: the chest. There's all connected. The chest and the back
- 4:35:39Speaker 2: connect together. I'm going to be massage in and just
- 4:35:45Speaker 2: put in some of that skin from your side up
- 4:35:52Speaker 2: and massage in that area.
- 4:35:57Speaker 8: Of your upper back.
- 4:36:00Speaker 2: All the way to your spine. And then I move
- 4:36:07Speaker 2: down a bed and I'll continue.
- 4:36:09Speaker 8: At the middle of your back doing exactly the same thing.
- 4:36:16Speaker 2: As gentle, as deep as you choose. Now I'll move
- 4:36:30Speaker 2: the other side again and do the exact same thing
- 4:36:35Speaker 2: with the top of your back on the other side
- 4:36:39Speaker 2: from pretty much underneath your arm area really to your spine,
- 4:36:58Speaker 2: then continue in.
- 4:37:02Speaker 8: All the way down.
- 4:37:04Speaker 2: Including you alow of your middle of your back. I'm
- 4:37:21Speaker 2: gonna go to your thighs, the backs of your thighs,
- 4:37:28Speaker 2: and the sides of your thighs, starting with.
- 4:37:35Speaker 8: Your right leg.
- 4:37:38Speaker 2: And a side jim the back and the side of
- 4:37:45Speaker 2: your thighs. Gentle family, There's a lot of muscles there.
- 4:37:54Speaker 2: It's an area that can be very tense at times
- 4:37:58Speaker 2: and maybe need to a bit more pressure than the
- 4:38:01Speaker 2: rest of the body.
- 4:38:03Speaker 8: That's up to you.
- 4:38:09Speaker 2: And you can gently stroke the back of your legs
- 4:38:14Speaker 2: where you know, opposite your knee joint or underneath your
- 4:38:20Speaker 2: knee joint, very sensitive, gentle area, and working down to
- 4:38:34Speaker 2: your calf muscles. That's much in your calf muscles thoroughly
- 4:38:42Speaker 2: and deeply if you choose, using both hands fingers sticking deep.
- 4:39:00Speaker 19: H to your ankles.
- 4:39:07Speaker 8: In the back of your the back of your.
- 4:39:10Speaker 2: Ankles, just simply message in that area, maybe lifting the
- 4:39:24Speaker 2: leg and stretching a little bit. Moving to the right foot,
- 4:39:48Speaker 2: massage in the bottom of your feet on the side
- 4:39:58Speaker 2: of your feet, gently firm enough, so identical, and just
- 4:40:16Speaker 2: allow the pleasure that you get from heaving your feet.
- 4:40:21Speaker 2: Message to just overtake you as I continue to message
- 4:40:31Speaker 2: your feet, bottoms of your feet. Besides the arches ther heal.
- 4:40:44Speaker 2: You put a lot pressure into your here and it
- 4:40:48Speaker 2: feels amazing. Yet the arches need to be a bit
- 4:40:53Speaker 2: more gentle. Stretching your toes gently, a massage in the
- 4:41:05Speaker 2: bottoms of your toes with my fingers.
- 4:41:10Speaker 8: Each wile individually you go to the left leg to.
- 4:41:24Speaker 2: Do exactly the same thing. Starting at the top of
- 4:41:32Speaker 2: the vice, work in the back of the vies and
- 4:41:37Speaker 2: the sides. Massage and deeply and gently the whole area, working.
- 4:41:50Speaker 8: All the way down.
- 4:41:58Speaker 2: This is an area that maybe you could like to
- 4:42:03Speaker 2: spend more time relaxing and messaging. Perhaps, if you wanted.
- 4:42:13Speaker 8: I can make a future he called him. I want
- 4:42:17Speaker 8: to spend more time on one particular area. As you
- 4:42:25Speaker 8: move down.
- 4:42:29Speaker 2: To your calf muscles, massagy.
- 4:42:37Speaker 8: In your calf muscles. Jimply put down you can cool
- 4:42:53Speaker 8: into your feet, massage makes of.
- 4:42:58Speaker 2: Your feet, parms of your feet, stretching your toes and message.
- 4:43:10Speaker 8: In each tone, titually.
- 4:43:14Speaker 2: That feeling of pleasure and release the experience.
- 4:43:20Speaker 8: That you're having your feet and message.
- 4:43:25Speaker 2: Feel really.
- 4:43:38Speaker 8: Now, just turn over in your mind playing on your back.
- 4:43:54Speaker 2: It's going to start again.
- 4:43:58Speaker 8: You make area.
- 4:44:06Speaker 2: In your shoulders.
- 4:44:11Speaker 8: Just to get back in touch of that area.
- 4:44:22Speaker 16: And to move up.
- 4:44:31Speaker 2: Me clean my hands, make them more fresh.
- 4:44:35Speaker 8: Because now I'm going to mess up your face.
- 4:44:39Speaker 2: Simply starting off on your forehead, your eyes it closed,
- 4:44:54Speaker 2: and just stretched the eyes and all that pushing up
- 4:45:01Speaker 2: on your eyebrows. Just less art in a round of
- 4:45:11Speaker 2: scalplessarted down your cheeks, around your ears, into your chawl gently.
- 4:45:33Speaker 8: The side of your neck chin and just leaving down
- 4:45:56Speaker 8: and let down to.
- 4:45:57Speaker 2: Your chest, starting with messide in the very top of
- 4:46:05Speaker 2: his chest, but the colar bones, inside.
- 4:46:14Speaker 8: Of the collar veale and just the messide in the
- 4:46:25Speaker 8: horn of the chest and the chest around it is
- 4:46:46Speaker 8: quite a large area. He can move from one side
- 4:46:51Speaker 8: to the next. Move in my hands mhm, underlieve pretty
- 4:47:02Speaker 8: much where your arms are stretching up, stretching some of
- 4:47:11Speaker 8: the muscles of your back in the process, moving up
- 4:47:21Speaker 8: have your chest, then moving down again.
- 4:47:40Speaker 2: Little laut of my hands. Just mess out gently and
- 4:47:45Speaker 2: sliding down towards your stomach, starting in the middle of
- 4:47:52Speaker 2: your chest and wretch me my hands moving apart. The
- 4:48:02Speaker 2: massage is sliding at the.
- 4:48:05Speaker 8: Same time leaving down to just below you with cage,
- 4:48:23Speaker 8: leaving down and massaging up again in your chest.
- 4:48:33Speaker 2: Or the attention.
- 4:48:36Speaker 16: It needs.
- 4:48:38Speaker 8: To fillmpletely relaxed, remembering no.
- 4:48:50Speaker 2: More circularly, focusing on your sides as well, an area
- 4:48:56Speaker 2: that really doesn't get much attention.
- 4:49:01Speaker 8: If you're really good and.
- 4:49:04Speaker 2: It's message, stretch my hands down on the side.
- 4:49:13Speaker 8: Of your body. Just blow your arms, blow it down
- 4:49:20Speaker 8: to your hips. Now move into.
- 4:49:32Speaker 2: Your stomach area and stand to one side.
- 4:49:37Speaker 16: Again like it did when a did you our back.
- 4:49:43Speaker 2: W to a similar process and just stretching the muscles
- 4:49:48Speaker 2: from the side gently massage.
- 4:50:00Speaker 8: Yah from one side to the next.
- 4:50:04Speaker 1: You think.
- 4:50:07Speaker 2: The whole area there your reefs or.
- 4:50:11Speaker 8: Right down to pull out your benny button. The move
- 4:50:22Speaker 8: round to.
- 4:50:23Speaker 2: The outside again and repeat that process and relax and deeply.
- 4:50:38Speaker 8: Harm me to release you do free. There's something about
- 4:50:49Speaker 8: it and your start less side. It's different from any
- 4:50:54Speaker 8: other part because you t have the ten.
- 4:51:00Speaker 2: See holding even not stress in the style.
- 4:51:06Speaker 8: Or you may not be aware that now message just stomach.
- 4:51:17Speaker 16: I want to just start.
- 4:51:21Speaker 8: Making circles around the baby button. You're getting your way
- 4:51:32Speaker 8: around the gentleness and of freedom that comes feeling. Now
- 4:51:46Speaker 8: you're feeling as a now move down the tops of
- 4:51:56Speaker 8: fives muscles, that's you.
- 4:52:02Speaker 16: I can do this too late to the same way.
- 4:52:08Speaker 8: Pressing down that's hid deeply these muscles in your thighs,
- 4:52:17Speaker 8: front of your thighs. Letting down to your knees, guilty,
- 4:52:28Speaker 8: that'side to your knees, sliding down your shoes. Pressure on
- 4:52:40Speaker 8: me the side of your shield, kilk me sadly die
- 4:52:52Speaker 8: down to your ables straight you know, the tops.
- 4:53:01Speaker 16: Of your feet. Then each put in each air.
