- 1:53Speaker 2: kats dot com is moving to substack.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Uh, that is happening.
- 1:59Speaker 2: The new post just went up the morning posted easier platform,
- 2:04Speaker 2: easier for people to navigate, easier to share information at
- 2:07Speaker 2: Tony kats dot com. You can go to Tony kats
- 2:10Speaker 2: dot substack dot com and get that. I share with
- 2:14Speaker 2: you now a little bit of insanity from yesterday with
- 2:20Speaker 2: Cash Patel in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
- 2:28Speaker 1: It was nutty. It was surreal.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Now, some things that were being discussed yesterday had to
- 2:38Speaker 2: do with the investigation into the assassination of Charlie Kirk,
- 2:44Speaker 2: as one would imagine that was going to come up,
- 2:48Speaker 2: and some of what got discussed, for example, in questions
- 2:52Speaker 2: from Josh Hawley of Missouri, was about people involved on
- 3:02Speaker 2: Discord and some of these other platforms where the assassin
- 3:06Speaker 2: may have spoken. I think this is clean. I don't
- 3:08Speaker 2: think there's any cursing from let's say, quotes or anything else.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Producer carl but finger on the dumb button just in case.
- 3:14Speaker 3: Reports have suggested that the FBI is investigating a broader
- 3:17Speaker 3: network of groups that may have had some knowledge of
- 3:20Speaker 3: the shooter's plans. Can you give us any details on that,
- 3:24Speaker 3: following up what you've already said in public, how's the
- 3:26Speaker 3: FBI working to find other potential accomplices, folks who may
- 3:30Speaker 3: have known about the shooter's plans, folks who may have
- 3:33Speaker 3: encouraged him.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Any update on any of that.
- 3:35Speaker 4: So, in terms of what we do for an interrogation perspective,
- 3:39Speaker 4: we go and reach out to the family and community immediately,
- 3:42Speaker 4: and we've conducted those investigations and interrogations with local law enforcement,
- 3:46Speaker 4: and we're continuing to do that because those closest to
- 3:49Speaker 4: the suspect are going to hopefully know the most about
- 3:52Speaker 4: the suspect and his beliefs and his ideology. On top
- 3:55Speaker 4: of that, unfortunately has been leaked that there was a
- 4:00Speaker 4: discord chat, and for those unfamiliar with it, it's a gaming
- 4:03Speaker 4: chat room online that the suspect participated in. So what
- 4:08Speaker 4: we're doing, we've already done is sort of legal process,
- 4:11Speaker 4: not just on discord, so that the information we gathered
- 4:15Speaker 4: is sustained and held in a evidentiary posture that we
- 4:19Speaker 4: could use in prosecution should it be decided to do so.
- 4:22Speaker 4: And we're also going to be investigating anyone and everyone
- 4:25Speaker 4: involved in that discord chat.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Okay, very good.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I see the public reports that the discord thread had
- 4:31Speaker 3: as many as twenty additional users. It sounds like you're
- 4:33Speaker 3: trying to run down all of that to see if
- 4:35Speaker 3: that's accurate. Who else may have been on that thread,
- 4:38Speaker 3: what they may have known. Is that fair to say?
- 4:40Speaker 1: It's a lot more than that, and we're running them
- 4:42Speaker 1: all down. It's a lot more than twenty, yes, sir.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Anyway, Oh okay, they really are pushing with this idea
- 4:50Speaker 2: that more people knew about this and did nothing about it,
- 4:54Speaker 2: or did they know ipso facto, as if the assassin
- 4:59Speaker 2: was like, hey wanted to let we all know it
- 5:00Speaker 2: was me. And then there's the whole text message between
- 5:03Speaker 2: him and his partner, his romantic partner, which is a
- 5:09Speaker 2: very odd bit of text messaging, this full on admission
- 5:13Speaker 2: and oh yeah, and the gun was here and I
- 5:15Speaker 2: was looking for this and I'm waiting for that. As
- 5:20Speaker 2: someone noted, I forget who it was. It's all very
- 5:25Speaker 2: breaking bad. I'm going to admit all this on texts,
- 5:28Speaker 2: so it reflects on me and not on you. And
- 5:32Speaker 2: but that's playing in conspiracy. Let the investigation go where
- 5:35Speaker 2: it goes. Who else knew what? So that was part
- 5:39Speaker 2: of what it was the Cash Betel, the FBI director
- 5:44Speaker 2: was discussing. Then there was the just flat out screaming
- 5:51Speaker 2: matches that took place, for example, between Cash Hotel and
- 5:56Speaker 2: Corey Booker.
- 5:58Speaker 5: I believe you have made our country week and less safe.
- 6:02Speaker 5: I believe that we are more vulnerable to a major event,
- 6:04Speaker 5: and I pray to god it doesn't happen. You've gutted
- 6:07Speaker 5: the Bureau of Institutional Knowledge and expertise. You fired or
- 6:11Speaker 5: pushed out season FBI officials, many with more than twenty
- 6:15Speaker 5: years of experience, and we're working on cases that were critical.
- 6:20Speaker 5: You've been purging thousands of serious law enforcement officials who
- 6:24Speaker 5: spent their careers keeping us safe, only to lower hiring
- 6:28Speaker 5: standards in order to find anyone to replace them. And shockingly,
- 6:32Speaker 5: you admitted in this hearing to Senator Koons that it
- 6:34Speaker 5: would take fourteen years to fill the vacancies at your agency.
- 6:39Speaker 5: Many are the result of your purge. Twenty percent of
- 6:43Speaker 5: FBI agents are doing low level immigration enforcement instead of
- 6:47Speaker 5: their mission critical work. You've disbanded entire task forces that
- 6:52Speaker 5: stop in election interference, foreign influence, public corruption. And who
- 6:57Speaker 5: benefits from this? Will corrupt people benefit from it? Criminals
- 7:00Speaker 5: benefit from it?
- 7:01Speaker 1: Vladimir Putin, ah Putin.
- 7:05Speaker 2: You see, according to Corey Booker, you can't actually fire anybody.
- 7:11Speaker 2: You're not allowed to fire anybody from the FBI. They're
- 7:16Speaker 2: all the best of the best of the best, and
- 7:20Speaker 2: you are not allowed to say otherwise. Kind of an
- 7:22Speaker 2: interesting take there. It's an interesting, interesting philosophy that led
- 7:31Speaker 2: into a huge fight of I'm not.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Afraid of you. It was very, very weird, but.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Nothing could compete with Cash Mattel and Adam Schiff.
- 7:45Speaker 4: No, I think the American people believe the truth that
- 7:48Speaker 4: I'm not in the weeds on the everyday movements. What
- 7:52Speaker 4: I am doing is protecting this country, providing historic and combating.
- 7:58Speaker 1: The weaponization of intelligence. And we have talentlessly proven you
- 8:04Speaker 1: to be a lawyer.
- 8:04Speaker 4: In Russia Gate in January sixth brought to every States
- 8:10Speaker 4: straining disgrace and an utter calum.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I'm not surprised.
- 8:16Speaker 4: I'm not surprised that you continue to lie from your
- 8:20Speaker 4: party and put.
- 8:21Speaker 5: On a show of you so you can go raise
- 8:23Speaker 5: money for your charoo You are political buffoon at best.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Yeah, so our country is going great.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Listen, Shift deserves everything he gets, absolutely positively every bit
- 8:39Speaker 2: of derision that he gets. And I think Cash Hotel
- 8:43Speaker 2: was accurate in his statements about Adam Schiff. He's a liar,
- 8:47Speaker 2: he's a fraud, and he should stand trial for what
- 8:49Speaker 2: he did regarding Russia, Russia, Russia. I think the biggest
- 8:54Speaker 2: thing to come out of yesterday and Cash Hotel's testimony
- 8:58Speaker 2: was this conversation betwre I mean the FBI director Cashptel
- 9:02Speaker 2: and Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana.
- 9:04Speaker 6: You've seen most of the files. Who, if anyone, did
- 9:09Speaker 6: Epstein traffic these young women too, besides himself himself?
- 9:15Speaker 1: There is no credible information none.
- 9:18Speaker 4: If there were, I would bring the case yesterday that
- 9:21Speaker 4: he trafficked to other individuals. And the information we have,
- 9:24Speaker 4: again is limited.
- 9:25Speaker 6: So the answer is no one.
- 9:28Speaker 4: For the information that we have in the files in
- 9:32Speaker 4: the case file.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Okay, Now you want to tell me that everything you
- 9:37Speaker 2: have doesn't show anything regarding Jeffrey Epstein and the trafficking
- 9:42Speaker 2: of young women to specific people or any people that
- 9:45Speaker 2: doesn't exist in the FBI files.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Oh okay. I don't believe that at all.
- 9:56Speaker 2: And I don't believe Cashptel on this, and I don't
- 9:58Speaker 2: believe Dan Bongino on this. It kills me to say it.
- 10:01Speaker 2: I would tell Dan nose to nose. Nope, I'm not buying.
- 10:07Speaker 2: I may not be able to get any more information
- 10:09Speaker 2: out of you, but we don't know who he was
- 10:12Speaker 2: trafficking children to stop. Next, you're gonna tell me you
- 10:19Speaker 2: don't know who left the cocaine in the White House
- 10:21Speaker 2: during the Biden administration.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I don't believe you one heck of a day yesterday,
