- 0:01Speaker 1: Jary Katy and Josh one hundred.
- 0:04Speaker 2: I'm looking at the old weather forecast and it might
- 0:07Speaker 2: get a little naxty this afternoon.
- 0:10Speaker 1: I don't like that.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Nasty Jennie just got a new car, and they're calling
- 0:14Speaker 2: for baseball size hail.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Yeah, two to three inches of hail.
- 0:17Speaker 3: I was over here trying to do it on my hands, Like,
- 0:19Speaker 3: wait a minute, did they did they mean centimeters?
- 0:21Speaker 1: Because two to three inches is crazy.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Yeah, they're saying baseball size in some areas. It's a
- 0:28Speaker 2: level three storm, which they say usually doesn't happen within
- 0:31Speaker 2: the Denver metro.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Oh they need to lead with a three.
- 0:35Speaker 1: What the heck? So where is this gonna happen?
- 0:38Speaker 4: You better need to be more active.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Because if it's way over on the eastern planes.
- 0:42Speaker 2: I don't know why I wor there is some stuff
- 0:44Speaker 2: on the eastern planes. But if you look at the
- 0:46Speaker 2: map they put the big blob on there of like
- 0:48Speaker 2: where supposedly things are gonna hit, Denver's within the blob.
- 0:51Speaker 4: That's all I know. We're we're in the blog and
- 0:54Speaker 4: it's gonna.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Be later this afternoon. So you better go hide your
- 0:57Speaker 2: car somewhere because you don't have a garage.
- 1:00Speaker 4: Where are you going to go?
- 1:01Speaker 5: Just go into an open one.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I don't know where it's gonna hit.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Like, honestly, look at the blob.
- 1:07Speaker 1: The blob is like the entire state of Colorado.
- 1:09Speaker 2: There's going to be some tornadoes were within the blob
- 1:12Speaker 2: like tornadoes and rain are accurate seventy five mile an
- 1:15Speaker 2: hour winter.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Guessing where this baseball sized hail is going to be,
- 1:18Speaker 3: they should.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Be able to tell us.
- 1:20Speaker 4: It'll be right over your new cards.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Sky will open up and baseballs will fall from it.
- 1:24Speaker 2: At this tree, the area at the Happy Camper apartment complex.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Chrispy Yankee, what you doing to me? Homie?
- 1:36Speaker 2: Put some blankets on it. It's coming coming right for you.
- 1:41Speaker 2: There was two things that we were talking about off
- 1:43Speaker 2: the air. One is cookie sheets, yeah, and then Bestie's first, Well,
- 1:48Speaker 2: I didn't know you had to replace cookie sheets?
- 1:50Speaker 1: Yeah, oh yeah, based off a TikTok.
- 1:54Speaker 3: There is a TikTok floating around right now. A girl
- 1:56Speaker 3: from Denver who was making chicken nuggets on a cookie sheet.
- 2:00Speaker 3: And it's kind of funny because she is showing the
- 2:03Speaker 3: camera her actual cookie sheet, which looks to be.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Older than her parents.
- 2:08Speaker 3: But there's like a black goo that is coming out
- 2:11Speaker 3: of the side of it, and she's asking TikTok.
- 2:14Speaker 1: She's like, what is happening. I've never seen this before.
- 2:17Speaker 3: And they're like, oh my gosh, your cookie sheets from
- 2:20Speaker 3: like the Great Depression, Like why you still have that
- 2:23Speaker 3: thing because it's like a double uh what is it?
- 2:28Speaker 3: Like a lind like a yeah, yeah, yeah, like a
- 2:30Speaker 3: double line cookie sheet. So after a while that just
- 2:33Speaker 3: starts to corrode in exactly whatever's in the middle of
- 2:38Speaker 3: those two sheets and started to come out from underneath it.
- 2:42Speaker 3: But the comments is what was getting me because she's like, I.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Don't understand what this. You know what happened.
- 2:48Speaker 3: I know it's double insulated, but like this literally never
- 2:51Speaker 3: happened to meet. My mom gave me this pen. She
- 2:53Speaker 3: had it in her childhood. I've had it my entire life.
- 2:57Speaker 3: It's like, well, but the comments again are what get me,
- 3:01Speaker 3: because one of them said, bestie pans are not that expensive.
- 3:04Speaker 3: People hang onto these things like their wartime savings bonds.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Treat yourself to a.
- 3:08Speaker 3: New pan, girl, But all of the comments are like
- 3:12Speaker 3: time for a new pan, bestie, bestie, bestie, bestie, And
- 3:15Speaker 3: I'm just like that.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Term to me.
- 3:18Speaker 3: And I think it's because my kid says it so much.
- 3:21Speaker 3: I mean every everywhere. We'll be driving and she'll be
- 3:24Speaker 3: like trying to merge into a lane and she's like,
- 3:26Speaker 3: excuse me, Bestie.
- 3:27Speaker 1: I'm like, you, you don't even know that person.
- 3:30Speaker 4: I'd reach over and open up her door and shove
- 3:32Speaker 4: her out.
- 3:33Speaker 1: We don't want to do.
- 3:36Speaker 3: That's annoying, definitely being overused. It's one of those terms
- 3:40Speaker 3: out there. Gen Z's just kind of grabbed onto and
- 3:43Speaker 3: everybody's their friend there.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Oh how much can I say?
- 3:50Speaker 2: There is somebody within our bubble that uses bestie a lot.
- 3:55Speaker 2: She calls her daughter that and everything the daughter, the
- 3:58Speaker 2: mom calls the daughter.
- 4:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 4:00Speaker 1: So she'd like, we're like stopping right so hard.
- 4:04Speaker 4: We're trying way too hard.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Yeah, And it comes across as such when you, like.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Especially older people who say it, it's like, yeah, what
- 4:12Speaker 3: are you doing?
- 4:12Speaker 4: They're old as you, and they're so.
- 4:17Speaker 5: All right.
- 4:17Speaker 4: It is for some sports.
- 4:20Speaker 2: I got a couple food related stories that revolve around sports.
- 4:24Speaker 4: We're all familiar with the freshman fifteen, right, you go
- 4:28Speaker 4: to college and you pack on.
- 4:29Speaker 2: The fifteen pounds. They are calling it the FIFA fifteen
- 4:33Speaker 2: right now, because we is well documented that thousands of
- 4:38Speaker 2: international soccer fans have been coming to America for the
- 4:41Speaker 2: World Cup and they've been discovering all this delicious, fattening
- 4:44Speaker 2: American food, right it's funny.
- 4:46Speaker 4: So they're packing on the FIFA fifteen.
- 4:50Speaker 2: They're eating fast food and Duncan and raising canes and
- 4:53Speaker 2: Chipotle barbecue, clamshowder Pizza, Deli sandwiches.
- 4:58Speaker 4: We talked about Texas Roadhouse yesterday.
- 5:01Speaker 2: They're discovering all this stuff and they are thick right now,
- 5:05Speaker 2: and they are joking. They're trying to figure out how
- 5:08Speaker 2: to bring a lot of these snacks and some of
- 5:10Speaker 2: the food and even some of our booze back to
- 5:12Speaker 2: their home countries because it is so damned tasty.
- 5:16Speaker 6: I love it.
- 5:16Speaker 4: But anyway, it's the FIFA of fifteen.
- 5:18Speaker 5: Now.
- 5:18Speaker 2: With that being said, Kraft has announced a limited edition
- 5:24Speaker 2: TSA compliant Ranch.
- 5:27Speaker 1: I saw that.
- 5:27Speaker 4: Do you like this?
- 5:28Speaker 5: Yes?
- 5:30Speaker 1: Party in my mouth? I saw this.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Yeah, the little packets that you can bring on the plane,
- 5:36Speaker 3: and yeah that you can get them past TSA.
- 5:39Speaker 2: It's a unique kit that features a clear TSA approved
- 5:43Speaker 2: court bag with multiple craft Ranch packets equivalent to a
- 5:48Speaker 2: full bottle and a ranch themed luggage tag. And there's
- 5:53Speaker 2: all sorts of viral videos right now showing international fans
- 5:56Speaker 2: discovering ranch dressing for the first time. Yeah, and now
- 5:59Speaker 2: they can pick up these tsa complainant ranch kits and
- 6:02Speaker 2: take them back to the motherland. That's manny, isn't that
- 6:05Speaker 2: fantastic hidden Ley Ranch.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Party in my Mouth? Yeah? Take it from us. So
- 6:10Speaker 1: you need a breather day. You gotta pace yourself.
- 6:12Speaker 5: In this you do.
- 6:14Speaker 1: You can't just jump in and go all, you know,
- 6:16Speaker 1: balls to the wall.
- 6:17Speaker 3: You have to really just brace yourself and pace yourself
- 6:21Speaker 3: throughout your entire visit.
- 6:22Speaker 4: You need a day like when God created earth, in
- 6:25Speaker 4: the heavens and all that. You need a day of rest.
- 6:26Speaker 1: You need a salad day is what we call it.
- 6:29Speaker 4: The day of rest your greens to get your.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Fiber and then you go back to Texas Roadhouse after that.
- 6:34Speaker 1: You need that salad day.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Did you then back into.
- 6:36Speaker 1: The ranch hitting Raley Ranch Party in my mouth?
- 6:40Speaker 2: Yes?
- 6:41Speaker 4: What else you got?
- 6:41Speaker 5: Josh? All right, So I'm gonna take a story from
- 6:43Speaker 5: a personal page, And yesterday was the last day that
- 6:47Speaker 5: the GF Princess Pilot is what you guys call her.
- 6:50Speaker 5: Was here in town for a little bit. She's gonna
- 6:52Speaker 5: go on a little bit of an extended trip for
- 6:53Speaker 5: her job, and so we were hanging out and she
- 6:57Speaker 5: was like, hey, you know what, I just got an
- 6:58Speaker 5: update on email that says Rockies tickets are going for
- 7:01Speaker 5: like twenty bucks right now. And I was like, oh, heck, yeah,
- 7:03Speaker 5: let's grab a let's you know, dude, seriously but no.
- 7:07Speaker 5: So we were like, heck, yeah, let's go to the game.
- 7:09Speaker 5: They're playing the Red Sox. It's always a good match
- 7:11Speaker 5: when they come to town. And so we're walking around
- 7:13Speaker 5: the stadium and this is the thing. She put me
- 7:15Speaker 5: in charge of picking where we want the tickets, okay,
- 7:17Speaker 5: and I found a really good deal, like thirteen rows up,
- 7:21Speaker 5: so I'm like, that's awesome. It's in the outfield. Hey,
- 7:24Speaker 5: we got a chance for a home run ball. That's
- 7:25Speaker 5: even better.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I love that.
- 7:27Speaker 5: So we pick a spot. We finally get there, we
- 7:30Speaker 5: make a loop around the stadium, you know, like as
- 7:31Speaker 5: one does, and we get to our seats, and immediately
- 7:35Speaker 5: she starts complaining about the choice of seats, because apparently
- 7:39Speaker 5: all she cares about is looking at the scoreboard and
- 7:42Speaker 5: being able to see the games that people play. You know,
- 7:44Speaker 5: like that game where they put a ball underneath the
- 7:46Speaker 5: helmet and they mix it up and you have to
- 7:48Speaker 5: choose which one is. Immediately, she starts complaining. She's like,
- 7:51Speaker 5: we're never getting these seats again. Why did you choose it.
- 7:53Speaker 5: I'm like, okay, of course I'm in the wrong. I'm
- 7:55Speaker 5: messed a blah blah blah. And so I'm trying to
- 7:59Speaker 5: watch the game. And as the players are warming up,
- 8:01Speaker 5: we get a tap on the shoulder and they're like.
- 8:03Speaker 1: We turn around.
- 8:04Speaker 5: These two people approach us. They're like, hey, you guys
- 8:06Speaker 5: look like Rockies fans. Come with us for a second.
- 8:09Speaker 5: So they take us to this back secluded room. She
- 8:12Speaker 5: gets chosen to play the hat game. Everybody she gets chosen,
- 8:17Speaker 5: which is so funny. We are so different in that
- 8:19Speaker 5: where like, I have a very public job, I'm used
- 8:21Speaker 5: to being in front of people. Talk freezes up. She
- 8:25Speaker 5: is this is her worst nightmare. She's like, don't say yes,
- 8:30Speaker 5: don't say yes. I'm like, no, you're doing this.
- 8:31Speaker 4: Guys.
- 8:32Speaker 5: You just complained to me about wanting to watch this.
- 8:34Speaker 5: You get to play it now?
- 8:37Speaker 3: She do?
- 8:38Speaker 4: She won, She got it.
- 8:41Speaker 1: She got an awesome Rockies hat.
- 8:43Speaker 5: A little bit behind the scenes here, they don't give
- 8:45Speaker 5: you the one that's on the table.
- 8:47Speaker 1: They go to the store. You can pick out whichever
- 8:49Speaker 1: hat you want.
- 8:49Speaker 4: It's fun. So she got for her.
- 8:51Speaker 5: It was a very happy ending. She got text from
- 8:53Speaker 5: all her other friends that were there, like we thought
- 8:55Speaker 5: you on the big screen. She's like, I didn't because
- 8:56Speaker 5: we couldn't see the big screen, so I never had
- 8:59Speaker 5: to use the take again. But it turned out really well.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Good for the game, and got a free hat and
- 9:05Speaker 5: the Rockies one on a walk Off the Way or
- 9:09Speaker 5: beat the Reds.
- 9:14Speaker 4: Multiple happy ending for her.
- 9:16Speaker 7: There you go from the peaks and pipe to the
- 9:19Speaker 7: pulse of Pearl Street.
- 9:21Speaker 1: What's good world?
- 9:22Speaker 4: This is where the buzz meets the altitude.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Check it out.
- 9:25Speaker 7: JKJS mile High Hype on mixed one hundred starts now.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Yeah, it's all the big stories of the day nationally
- 9:33Speaker 2: and of course locally.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Big celebrity death yesterday.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Music mogul Clive Davis passed away yesterday. He was ninety
- 9:42Speaker 2: four years old. No cause of death right now, but
- 9:45Speaker 2: he was recently facing some respiratory issues and if you
- 9:49Speaker 2: know anything about Clive Davis, man, the amount of talent
- 9:53Speaker 2: he discovered and nurtured over the years is absolutely incredible.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Janis Joflin, Spring Sting, Whitney, Houston, Santana, Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys,
- 10:04Speaker 2: Kelly Clarkson, Hilly, Joel Simon, Garfunkle, Pink Floyd or the
- 10:10Speaker 2: Winning Fire Aerosmith, Kenny g Christina Aguilera, so many and
- 10:16Speaker 2: he was very well known for his iconic Was it
- 10:19Speaker 2: the Grammy parties that he would throw? I think so, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 10:25Speaker 2: it was the lavish Grammy parties. Yeah, there's an awesome
- 10:29Speaker 2: Netflix documentary on him, if you want to ever check
- 10:31Speaker 2: it out. You're staring at me like you just the
- 10:34Speaker 2: hamster and the hamster stopped on that wheel in.
- 10:37Speaker 3: There before my time or like my interest levels.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Never bought an album from any of those people.
- 10:48Speaker 2: So that's why I'm just ever Joel Whitney, Houston, Kelly Clarkson,
- 10:53Speaker 2: Alicia Keys.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Maybe Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera maybe yeah, well, I mean,
- 11:01Speaker 3: may he rest, May he rest.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I think The bottom line of the story, though, is
- 11:06Speaker 2: just what a powerhouse he was in the music industry,
- 11:09Speaker 2: discovering all these iconic names that Katie's never heard of.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I've heard of them.
- 11:13Speaker 5: I think there's.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Mainly the biggest takeaway from this story. Maybe Katie has
- 11:18Speaker 2: no idea Simon and garfone Corps. Madonna's not about saying
- 11:22Speaker 2: that she's not gonna get naked anymore. Are you familiar
- 11:24Speaker 2: with Madonna?
- 11:24Speaker 4: I mean I.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Guess yeah, But again, why are we going so far?
- 11:27Speaker 1: And the way back machine did?
- 11:29Speaker 4: She's teaming up with the Sabrina Carpenter right now, hidding't me?
- 11:32Speaker 1: I thought that was a weird move on Sabrina's part.
- 11:35Speaker 4: Madonna's relevant right now, girl.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Yeah, anyway, she doesn't want to get naked anymore because
- 11:40Speaker 2: she says everyone is getting naked now, and I don't
- 11:42Speaker 2: want to do what everybody's doing, so I'm gonna stay clothed.
- 11:46Speaker 4: Well, she's also pushing seventy so exactly. That could be
- 11:49Speaker 4: a big part of it. Yeah, you're okay with clothes.
- 11:54Speaker 5: Them.
- 11:55Speaker 3: I wear them every day, So yeah, I'm a fan
- 11:57Speaker 3: your fan.
- 11:59Speaker 2: There's a new combination of words out there, and this
- 12:02Speaker 2: is coming out again because some people were at Yellowstone
- 12:05Speaker 2: and they hopped out of their car and they started
- 12:07Speaker 2: taking pictures next to the bison that.
- 12:09Speaker 4: Were laying there. It was a mom and her small
- 12:12Speaker 4: child like went right up on this bison and taking
- 12:16Speaker 4: selfies and pictures.
- 12:18Speaker 2: And then people are calling them tourists and morons. So
- 12:20Speaker 2: they're turons now, people that are just out and about
- 12:24Speaker 2: doing stupid things on vacation, they're turons.
- 12:28Speaker 4: And there's a lot of that at.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Yellow so much.
- 12:31Speaker 4: And you just have to familiar with Yellowstone.
- 12:33Speaker 2: I know it's been around since the Jurassic Age.
- 12:38Speaker 4: It's been around a long time.
- 12:40Speaker 5: Clive Davis actually discovered it.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Yeah, also mother nature, and you got to respect mother nature.
- 12:45Speaker 1: You don't play. Yeah, you know, like those bison don't play.
- 12:49Speaker 4: Do you know where Yellowstone is?
- 12:51Speaker 1: Wyoming?
- 12:51Speaker 3: Right?
- 12:52Speaker 1: That right?
- 12:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it came Florida.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Okay, we move over to Golden That's where this next
- 13:00Speaker 3: story comes from, where an aggressive bear was taunting a hiker.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Now we talked about this yesterday.
- 13:07Speaker 3: We kind of broke the news that they closed Apex Park.
- 13:10Speaker 3: We don't really know why they did it, just that
- 13:12Speaker 3: a bear was reported in the area. But now we
- 13:14Speaker 3: know there was a bear there that was like taunting
- 13:18Speaker 3: this woman.
- 13:19Speaker 2: She talked to her a ladys well, she really did like, no,
- 13:23Speaker 2: I bet, I bet if we fight I could take
- 13:25Speaker 2: care you want to try.
- 13:28Speaker 3: It was like following her and like circling her and
- 13:30Speaker 3: going up on high ground as to want to like
- 13:33Speaker 3: jump on her. Anyone who's been followed by a bear
- 13:36Speaker 3: knows that it is very terrifying to see a bear
- 13:40Speaker 3: like that.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Well, no, because Colorado.
- 13:44Speaker 3: No, when you see a bear, you make yourself look
- 13:47Speaker 3: big and you scream at it, and it'll usually turn away.
- 13:50Speaker 1: This one did not.
- 13:51Speaker 3: It taunted the woman and follow her and continued to
- 13:55Speaker 3: circle her for over thirty minutes.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Now she talked about it a little bit.
- 13:59Speaker 4: Oh yeah, audio she did.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, she talked about it, and again this
- 14:03Speaker 3: is she has hiked this trail so many times. It's
- 14:05Speaker 3: the enchanted Forest trail she talked about. Yeah, up there
- 14:09Speaker 3: in Apex Park.
- 14:10Speaker 2: It sounds magical, like the bear would literally talk to
- 14:13Speaker 2: you and do you like a dance route.
- 14:16Speaker 7: This one was not running away. It kept charging at me.
- 14:20Speaker 7: It was circling around me.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Back off.
- 14:22Speaker 7: Hey, no, sir, I was trying to just like get
- 14:24Speaker 7: back up onto the main trail so that way somebody
- 14:27Speaker 7: could hopefully help me.
- 14:28Speaker 4: She was ex Yeah, why she's talking?
- 14:31Speaker 1: She no, that was her. She was crying. At one
- 14:35Speaker 1: point she was gonna die, like it was terrifying. Back off, Hey, no, sir,
- 14:41Speaker 1: So that part was actually the video of her she
- 14:44Speaker 1: was recording the bears.
- 14:45Speaker 3: It was because she was trying to get self. She
- 14:47Speaker 3: was trying to call nine one one. She couldn't get
- 14:50Speaker 3: anybody on the line, so she was recording the barrock
- 14:52Speaker 3: and I love it.
- 14:53Speaker 1: That they did.
- 14:54Speaker 5: I don't.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Here's something too they did.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Yeah, they were and make yourself big.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Like she found man who was also hiking along the
- 15:02Speaker 3: same area, and so they kind of teamed up and
- 15:04Speaker 3: they started screaming at the bear together. And then as
- 15:08Speaker 3: they made their way because she was trying to find
- 15:09Speaker 3: her way to the main trail, and so she.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Found even more people.
- 15:13Speaker 3: There was a group of like four or five of
- 15:14Speaker 3: them screaming at the bear. It finally turned into another
- 15:17Speaker 3: direction and then they hurt somebody yell in the direction
- 15:21Speaker 3: that the bear went.
- 15:22Speaker 6: So this bear was just walking around people back off, Hey, no, sir. Well,
- 15:29Speaker 6: but honestly, like they say that this bear was, you know,
- 15:32Speaker 6: exhibiting having these tendencies of like they no stop you are.
- 15:39Speaker 6: So they said that this bear is so familiar with
- 15:42Speaker 6: humans and that says that's not.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Normal for bears. Back off, Hey, no, exactly.
- 15:47Speaker 3: So anyway, we're gonna move on to the next one problem.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Diplow's coming to Denver. He's bringing a five k race
- 15:52Speaker 3: along with them, followed by a midday race. So this
- 15:55Speaker 3: is coming to Cheeseman Park. It's called Diplow's Run Club
- 15:59Speaker 3: for the third time here in Denver. So it's gonna
- 16:02Speaker 3: be hosted all over the country, but the first stop
- 16:04Speaker 3: on the tour is right here in the mind.
- 16:06Speaker 4: I don't want a midday rave.
- 16:08Speaker 1: You don't know.
- 16:09Speaker 4: That's that would ruin the rest of my night.
- 16:11Speaker 1: You sleep for the rest of the day.
- 16:12Speaker 4: What goes on in a midday rave? Do they have
- 16:16Speaker 4: like brunch?
- 16:16Speaker 2: Yeah, they have ecstasy and brunch, the mimosas, and then you.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Do the ecstasy and then back off.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Hey no, no start, no sir, but no. So they
- 16:27Speaker 3: are going to have the run and the rave. You
- 16:30Speaker 3: can do one or the other. You don't have to
- 16:31Speaker 3: do both.
- 16:33Speaker 2: And then the run.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Don't you do the run? I don't think you could
- 16:36Speaker 1: do the rave.
- 16:37Speaker 2: And then what goes on at a rave is that
- 16:39Speaker 2: where you bounce out, that's a mosh pit where you're
- 16:41Speaker 2: bouncing off.
- 16:42Speaker 4: Into each other.
- 16:42Speaker 1: It's been a really long time since the raves.
- 16:44Speaker 2: In the dark with the lasers and the smoke and
- 16:46Speaker 2: the ecstasies, right not outside?
- 16:49Speaker 3: Yeah right? Yeah?
- 16:50Speaker 4: Is it inside or outside?
- 16:51Speaker 1: Well, they can be both, like inside ouse.
- 16:54Speaker 2: I feel like the inside raves are better because you
- 16:56Speaker 2: get the lasers and the smokes machines in the ecstasies.
- 16:58Speaker 1: You can have all that outside back off.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Hey no, sorry, okay, yeah, just one more inside. This
- 17:06Speaker 3: one's inside, but it's closing down that one up Arcade Bar, the.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Original one up downtown.
- 17:12Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 17:13Speaker 2: I was reading their posts on Instagram talking about the
- 17:15Speaker 2: financial times have kind of just hit them hard, and yeah,
- 17:18Speaker 2: that's the good news is they're opening another one in
- 17:21Speaker 2: Bellmar exactly.
- 17:22Speaker 3: So the Blake Street location they closed that on the
- 17:24Speaker 3: twenty second, so it just wrapped up business. But yeah,
- 17:28Speaker 3: the plan is to shift focus to Bellmar shopping district
- 17:31Speaker 3: where they plan to continue next chapter.
- 17:34Speaker 1: So that'll be later this year. Is when they plan on.
- 17:37Speaker 4: Doing like two or three other ones too, don't they?
- 17:39Speaker 1: I think so? Yeah?
- 17:39Speaker 4: I think got one village.
- 17:41Speaker 3: Yeah around the metro, but I've only been to this
- 17:44Speaker 3: once and it was the original location, and it was
- 17:47Speaker 3: about fifteen years ago.
- 17:48Speaker 1: I remember.
- 17:48Speaker 3: It's like when it first popped up, is when I
- 17:50Speaker 3: went to the one up Arcade bar, so.
- 17:53Speaker 2: All the OGE original arcade games and stuff. It's right
- 17:56Speaker 2: up my alley. Yeah, I would love to go there.
- 17:58Speaker 1: It's a lot of fun.
- 17:59Speaker 3: It was a great little concept they had there to
- 18:01Speaker 3: combine those two.
- 18:02Speaker 4: But yeah, that first you could have the raves there.
- 18:05Speaker 1: You can you can have the raves and all the
- 18:07Speaker 1: good stuff that.
- 18:07Speaker 3: Comes to the Ecstasyson Okay, I don't know.
- 18:09Speaker 1: I keep saying that
