A 22-year-old man, Zymire Hughes, is facing serious charges after allegedly terrorizing Philadelphia residents while wearing a Chucky mask—accused of chasing a jogger and threatening her life. Arrested in Las Vegas by U.S. Marshals, he’s now being extradited back to Pennsylvania, where he’ll stand trial for allegedly instilling fear in Center City.
