- 0:02SPEAKER_01: Thanks for tuning in.
- 0:03SPEAKER_01: You're listening to propaganda with Mick and Jacob.
- 0:06SPEAKER_01: Didn't you have something to complain about?
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: I okay.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: No, we can't talk about the serious.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: We've been gone for like three weeks, and then the first thing you bring up is how I'm gonna complain about something.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: No, Jacob thinks that we should do serious and then move into something light.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: I think just start with the light and then we'll move into the heavy.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: Okay, it's not that it's I don't know which is better.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: Do like five minutes of it.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: It sounded he came home today and he was really I was at Walmart just getting some things.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: Um and I'm in the aisle.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: I think I was in the serial aisle actually, and I'm trying to pass these two ladies to get to my stuff on the other side of the aisle, and they're like blocking the entire lane.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: It's this eld, it's two older women, I don't want to say elderly, and one was with the cart, and one was in like a mobility scooter.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: She was kind of scary looking.
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: But they had they were taking up the entire aisle, like side by side.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, okay.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: Normally I would just walk up right to them and say, excuse me, and just go on, you know?
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: But I saw them, they look at me, seeing that I'm trying to go past them, and they just sat there and went back to shopping.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I'll just sit here then.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: I was like, let's just see how long this takes.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: You stood behind them?
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: No, in front of them.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: I'm facing them.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: I'm facing them.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: They saw me, they know I'm trying to pass them, and they go back to shopping and don't say anything.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: And then I was like, well, normally I would just say, excuse me, go by.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: But I didn't.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: So I just stood there.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: I'm not kidding you.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: I stood there for like 30 seconds.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: You just stood there?
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: I thought for sure they'd say, Oh, sorry, you trying to get by?
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: Like, honey, maybe they thought you were kind of lost, and they were like, I don't want to mess with them.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: So I stood there for like 30 seconds and I just go, you know, it was nice.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: I was like, excuse me, you know, and grab my car and I I try to like squeeze through.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: Then I get the cereal, I'm going back the other way, and they cause a huge traffic jam.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: I mean, there's like four old people here now, and I it was like kind of middle of the day, so that's probably why I was a bunch of old people.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: But it's like four old people now, they're all blocking this lane, so I'm like, whatever, I'll just go around the other way, okay?
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: It was annoying, just kind of an inconvenience, whatever.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: I finished the rest of my shopping, and I'm going to the back of the Walmart.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Um, I think to get milk.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: We go to the back of the Walmart, and guess who is blocking the entire freezer?
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: The same two old ladies with their carts.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: One is parked up, she's in front of like the Oreos in the milk, parked up, kind of blocking where my cereal is, or sorry, where my milk is.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: And then the other lady in the uh mobility scooter, she's behind her, like shopping in the other freezer.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: So all of the milk that I'm trying to get, it's like two, three doors.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: They're blocking up the entire thing.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: And again, they look over and see me standing there, the same guy from before.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, should I say something this time?
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: It's like, no, I don't.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: So then they shop for like a minute and then just moved.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: But I'm like, I'm not gonna tell them to move and then go try to grab milk because they're like standing right there.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: They're still shopping too.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: So I'm trying to be like polite to them, but it's like they're not even saying, like, oh, so sorry, like, almost done, or you need something in here, you know?
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: So, anyways, it was mainly just these two ladies that were bothering me.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: But it made me think after I was like, What has happened to manners?
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Like, I should have I should have just said, Oh, excuse me, gone right by.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: But also, like you guys, I'm sure everyone's run into this.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: Like, it's not like anyone else makes it easier for you either.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: No one else moves, no one else says sorry, no one holds the door, no one says, Oh, excuse me, you know.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: So it's like when I almost feel ruder by saying excuse me.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: Like, I almost feel like I have more my my manners and like I'm being polite by just waiting for them to go, because it almost feels rude by just saying excuse me, and rushing through them.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: Because when you say excuse me and push through them, it's weirder because they're not even offering to move.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: They're not even offering to move, they're not offering to like back up.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: So it's like, final, just stand here then.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: Excuse me.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: So it's not really that serious, but it is like that's kind of funny.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: You followed them throughout the store, though.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: No, I didn't follow them.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: We just had to meet up at the same place.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: They were probably like, oh no.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: And they probably saw you in yeah, they I don't know.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: I want to say a word right now, but it's not allowed.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: They thought I was a little special, you think?
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think it's a good idea.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: No, I'm just I'm just shopping.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: I look normal, I promise.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: And I'm just shopping around, and they're just blocking up everything.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: So, anyways, it just made me think like, okay, what's happened to people?
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: People don't hold the doors.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: When you hold the door, people no one says thank you anymore.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: Especially certain groups of people, they don't say thank you at all.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: And it's like you try to say excuse me, you try to push through someone, but then they don't make it easier for you, so it just feels like you're being even more rude than they are.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: And it's and then everyone else who's not trying to be rude is on their phones and they don't see you or you don't see them, and it's like I don't know.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: I think you have to lower your expectations for Walmart.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: Okay, but you think at Target everyone's gonna be like, No, I know.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Howdy, sir, have a good day, you know?
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: Like no, probably not either.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: And that's these are just customers.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Like the employees, the employees, the employees at Walmart need like background checks.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: It's it's bad and it's worse every time I go.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: But it's like I understand why rich people don't shop at Walmart.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Like I I I have to shop at Walmart, but like I understand why other people don't because it's like hell there.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: It's it's bad.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: Even if in your even if you're in a good area or a good part of town, it's like it's Walmart.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it does kind of have that reputation no matter where it is.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, which is unfortunate.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: But I don't know.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: That's just a little bit once in a while something will happen like that, and I'm like, wow, really?
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Really?
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: It's kind of shocking, and you'll see it, and it almost is like you don't think about it until it happens again the next time.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Like you hold the door and no one says thank you, whatever.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: But it's like you hold the door and no one says thank you, and then you think you instantly have a flashback to like, oh, there was that time last week I held the door and no one said thank you either.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: And then you find yourself like me keeping track of how many times, how many times you can keep track of someone not saying thank you.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: And it's like okay, no one's no one said thank you the last 10 times I've held the door for someone.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: So I used to make fun of my dad for this exact complaint.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Well, and the older I get, the more I think I get it.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the older you get, the more you realize uh your parents and your grandparents were right about everything.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: So well, not everything.
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: Well, a few things.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: We'll give them that a few things.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Most things.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: But all right, well, yeah.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: Anyways, welcome back.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: It's been uh a couple weeks since we've been here.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: We've had a lot of busy just summer activities, end of summer.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Our August was ridiculous.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: It was so busy.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: But I hopefully the fall will calm down a little bit.
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: I'm excited for the fall.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: Really excited.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: We got our decorations up in the background.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: We went to Walmart.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: Walmart kind of had some cute things.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: There's some of them, some of them there.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, take it, take a look.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Appreciate it.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: Personally, I'm so sick of hearing about this, but I did want to touch on it for like five minutes, so bear with me.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: Um I I'm I'm sure you've heard so much about it too.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: But I wanted to talk about the Lindsay Clancy case.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: Right now, the jury is in deliberation.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: Currently, when we're filming this, and it's been a day or two longer than we thought that they would take on this.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: The jury is majority woman.
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: Um, but if you have not heard of this, what happened was Patrick Clancy came home one evening after running errands for his wife, Lindsay, and he came home to his three children strangled with exercise bands in the basement, dead, and his wife Lindsay had jumped out the window in an attempt to kill herself.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: She was on the verge of death, but she is alive and is now a paraplegic.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: All evidence points to Lindsay did it.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: I I don't really think that's a question, or you you think it wouldn't be a question, but that's the controversy right now, is that it is a question.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: People, well, uh women mo mostly have decided women on TikTok mostly have decided that there has to be more to this case.
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: There's no way that a mother would kill her children in this manner, in this way, and be so deliberate and evil about it.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: You know, there had to there has to be a man involved somehow, right?
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: It had to be the dad Patrick.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: He he drugged Lindsay and fed her medications to strangle them, or he did it himself and made it look like she tried to kill herself.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: Um the biggest issue is that Lindsay was on a laundry list of medications.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: I mean, we're we're talking so much because she had postpartum depression and is arguing that she had postpartum psychosis.
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: She claims that she had an out-of-body experience while doing this to help children.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: She didn't realize that she was actually doing it.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: So, therefore, this trial is whether or not she's guilty or whether or not she's basically it's whether or not she's guilty of either first or second degree murder, or not guilty due to lack of criminal responsibility.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: Or she could be found guilty of manslaughter, meaning she didn't intend to kill them, which I think is crazy.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: I don't think it'll come to that, but psycho order jail, psycho order prison.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: I you know, I think it should be prison for life.
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: I don't think that postpartum psychosis or really any mental illness is a justification or an extra.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: For this I saw someone that said that it takes like four minutes.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Did you see this too?
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: Oh, I think so, I think you showed me, yeah.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: It takes like like roughly four minutes to like strangle someone with an exercise band, like to completely kill them with an exercise band.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: And she did it to three of her kids.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: All three of her kids.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: The children are under five years old too.
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: There was a five-year-old, a three-year-old, and an eight-month old, not even a year.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: Most babies are not walking by eight months.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: She fully strangled all three of her children, under five, one after the other, one by one.
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: Like, and I'm not sure.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: And she admitted to it as well, right?
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: She did.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: She did admit to it, yeah.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: Well, like no one, no one's this trial is not whether or not she did it.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: Like, they're not examining, okay, maybe Patrick did this, or maybe someone came into the house and did, you know what I mean?
- 10:12SPEAKER_01: It's it's 100% Lindsay.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: It's whether or not she's well, the women on TikTok, they kind of started it that way.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: They were like, well, maybe she didn't, well, maybe it was the husband.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: Well, maybe that's she found them and then she wanted to kill herself because of that.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: And like they were, even though she admitted it.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: And then now it's like she killed them, but she didn't mean to.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, well, she meant to, but she shouldn't have, she shouldn't suffer any consequences because she was under under the influence of drugs and medicine.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: And it's like, well, so it's like it's always they're always pushing for the next thing, which it's just the the evidence is overwhelming, and it's it's sad.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: It's similar to like the um, I mean, it's similar to like any major event, but like the Charlie Kirk assassination when like all these people were coming out of the woodwork being like, oh, this is awesome, like a good thing, he deserved it, you got one, you know what I mean?
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: That type of thing.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: It's very similar to that.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: It's like all these women from out of nowhere, like you wouldn't believe this, but it's like it could be the girl you work with that supports this, you know?
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: And everyone's making jokes about it online, posting like the they post videos or pictures of their kids like crying or throwing a fit or like being robber.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: And they're being like, same, Lindsay, yeah, same.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: I feel you, I get it.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: And these women are posting their videos of their kids on like Instagram and TikTok and all this stuff, and putting it out there, it's like first off, that's crazy to even think.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: And second of all, to put it out there online for everyone else.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: But it's like it's terrifying how many people are believe her, defending her, or like trying to get her out of it.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: It's it's just crazy.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like like when she showed up to her trial, there was like hundreds, hundreds of women wearing like pink shirts, like they all have signs and like stuff on their shirts, you know, like in support.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: Right, in support of Lindsay.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: It's like I don't know, it's just crazy.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Unbelievable.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: And listen, I have not had children yet.
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: I have not experienced the postpartum effects, but I would imagine that most women are not on the verge of strangling their children.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: I imagine.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: I mean, everyone on TikTok is making me think that that is the norm, is that you have these thoughts They're all like fighting it off.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: I don't, I I don't know.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: I have trouble believing that, but well, I know a lot of women have kids, and I don't know a lot of women that do this.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: So Right.
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: I know there's post I know there's postpartum, you know, mental health.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: And I do think that Lindsay was failed by the healthcare system.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Like she's pumped full of all of these drugs and she's not properly helped.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: Sure.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: I think that's a whole other separate conversation.
- 12:42SPEAKER_01: I don't think that takes away from her autonomy and her, you know, um, the guilt of it.
- 12:49SPEAKER_01: I don't think she should just get off scot-free.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: Like, oh no, no, she had all these medications, she was hearing voices and she couldn't help herself.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: I don't think that Yeah, at the end of the day, she did it, you know.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I agree.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: It's like the dumbest, I mean it's like the dumbest argument, but it's true.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: Like, if you're drinking and driving and you get in an accident or you kill someone or whatever, oh sorry, I was drinking, you know.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: Like I I didn't mean to, I was drinking, like, you know, and it's like, okay, but at the end of the day, you still killed them.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: The alcohol didn't kill them, you killed them.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: It's like the car, the car killed them, the car is driving itself.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: No, but it's like you killed them by you chose to drink and then you're driving, and then yeah, that's what happened.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: So if I get blackout drunk and I go on a rampage and I kill a bunch of people, I run over a bunch of people.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: Well, how am I responsible?
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: I wasn't aware of my actions in the moment.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: I don't remember my actions when I wake up in the morning.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: So it's like you can't why can't you use that same logic to defend that then?
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: Well, because it's flawed, because it doesn't make sense.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: Because it's you still have legal consequences to the actions you you've made.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: Or any drug, really.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: If I take anything, it's also really weird to me.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: This is the last thing I want to touch on too, is that again, I I have not had kids yet.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: Um, but I imagine if I were to wake up one day and realize that I've done this to my three children, I've done this to my family.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: Let's say I was in a psychotic episode and I had no control, I didn't know what was happening.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: Let's say I wake up the next morning, I could not imagine the guilt, the overwhelming guilt that I would feel.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: I like I've ruined my life, I've ruined Patrick's, my husband's life, I've ruined, destroyed three young lives.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: Like, I would think that you would want to try to attempt jumping out the window again.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: I would think that you'd be fighting to lock yourself away, to make sure that you never get to be back in society.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: But her defense, her team is trying to get the lightest sentence.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: And I I don't know.
- 14:48SPEAKER_01: I don't know if that's what she's fighting for.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: I don't know if that's what her team wants to do.
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: But I don't think, I think it's a telling sign that she is trying to fight for a light sentence and trying to fight for the lighter end of um consequences.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: Instead of being like overwhelmed by this by her conscience, being like, oh my god, like what did I do?
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: Now that you're out of this psychosis, now that you're this is this was back in 2023, okay?
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: This is three years later.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: This happened in 2023.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: So postpartum, I think, is about done, correct?
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: I would think.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: I know it can last a few a few years, but I think we're out of that, especially now that she hasn't had a baby to take care of for the last three years.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: I would think the psychosis is, you know, kind of coming on uh on an end here.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: Think of how sad that is.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: Her kid didn't get the chance to graduate kindergarten.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: The other one would have been in preschool by now.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: You know, the oldest one would have been in what, second or third grade.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: It's like, think of how sad that is that she took that from them and from her husband too.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And it's like, I've seen people like defending, or sorry, defending her by you kind of like attacking the husband, like, oh, well, he might have been a terrible dad.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: He might have been a terrible husband.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: And it's like, I don't know.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: There might have been apparently like there was a video going around where he's like, he was ignoring her, or like she was like taking care of all the kids by herself.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: He might have been the worst husband ever, but she still killed the kids.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: It's like, and yeah, he has a duty to be a great father and a great husband and all that stuff.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: But it's like, think of think of what she did.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: Like, like just you probably can because it's like, why could why we really can't even comprehend that?
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: But it's like think of what she did in all the lives that she I mean, not only the three lives that she took, but all the lives around them that were affected.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: The husband, her life, who knows what uh aunts and uncles, family members, grandparents they had, you know, like yeah, yeah, it's just crazy.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: I I think the very act that it was a like they died by strangulation alone is horrible.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: Like you, like you said, it's it takes what four minutes and she has to do three kids and she does one by one.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: Like that right there alone, like this wasn't a quick, like, I don't know, I don't even want to like say it.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: I like a quick something, you know what I mean.
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: Like, it didn't die a quick death.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: Like she had to sit there and she had to use all of her strength to make sure that they right.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: And you saw that it was premeditated, right?
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: She's she sent her husband off on an errand for a certain amount of time, knowing that he would not be back in time for all of that to go down.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: So it's not like this overwhelmingly came over.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, no, she obviously thought this through and was like, hey, go do this, go be gone for okay, 10 minutes to store, 10 minutes there, 10 minutes back, okay.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: You know, like she thought this through.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: It was premeditated.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: So for all of like the ah, she just went crazy and grabbed a grabbed uh exercise band.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: It's like, really?
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I uh whatever.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: There's a lot's been said on this, but well, and it's sad too because this this man, he, I mean, his life was already destroyed, but even more now, because of all the these these TikTok detectives that think they're, I don't know, FBI agents and can solve anything.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: They're sitting here analyzing every little breath he makes up there on the stand and like, oh, he doesn't look sorry enough.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, he's not crying.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Oh, what I think he got remarried and has kids now.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: And he's like, why would he do that?
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: But why would he want kids after his own kids are taken from him?
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's like and it's like okay, the same can be applied to Lindsay.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: Like, it's just it's frustrating to see the double standard between the men and the women.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, yeah, it's terrible.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: I don't I same, I don't want to think that a mother could do that to her own three kids.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: I don't want to think that.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: And I think a lot of people don't want to think that either, and that's why they think, oh, there's gotta be something else, you know?
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: Maybe there was, maybe she did have demons or so whatever.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: But who knows?
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: That's probably a fair bit as well.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: Like, I think Christians, like, well, you know, 10 years ago, I feel like it wasn't talked about.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Now it's like everyone says demons is everything, you know.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but it's like it's definitely real.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: It's definitely there's definitely spiritual warfare.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: And I think we should talk about it, you know.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: I don't think you can say for sure, like, oh, this is spiritual, you know, but it's like it it very well could be, especially when your mind and the state of your body and you are kind of weakened or inebriated or out of all these drugs that she's on, yeah.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: Maybe she is a little messed up, maybe she is a little, you know, like there definitely could be spiritual warfare going on just with her, just you know, just within her in this situation, there could have been spiritual warfare.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: You know, it's like and I I would like to think that it's like, you know, it's not like okay, good versus bad.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: But it it really is like there is spiritual things that happen all the time.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: And a mother strangling to death for three kids because she's crazy or depressed or inside like yeah, that's that's quite that's a pretty good argument for uh spiritual warfare.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: It's a pretty good argument for demonic, you know, uh influence or something.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: I I I don't know.
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: No, that's a good point because it is so unnatural.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Last thing, I I just have to speak to this.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: Women on TikTok, you've gotta shut up though.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: You've got it enough with this.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: It's once the verdict comes out, just take it, leave it, do not post a single comment, do not post another video about their astrological science.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: People were saying because he's a Gemini, he was more likely to do it.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's a Leo, so Leo Leos don't kill their cubs.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: They're like, oh Leo's mama bears, Leos, they never go after their cubs.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: And Geminis and Leos have bad relationships, so that must have caused friction and enough.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: It's yeah, it's the mom they were born in made her kill her kids.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's like it's crazy.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: You guys are sounding insane, and you're giving them reason to take away our 19th amendment, okay?
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: Because they're gonna go back to this.
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: You they're gonna go back to this for until the like the end of time.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: Well, well, well, I don't know.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, anyway.
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: You guys keep no, oh, don't give me you guys.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: I am not part of this.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: You guys, no, wait, one more thing, too.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: Candace Owens is she needs to be put in check.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: This is ridiculous.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: It's like one thing after the next with her, and it's like, because I don't know, you you kind of saw her take, right?
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: Where it's like she's like not defending Lindsay, but she's saying, like, she's saying that she was failed by the healthcare system.
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: I do agree.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: But she's kind of blaming the healthcare system.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: It's like, yes, okay, did the healthcare kill her kids or did she?
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: No, no, Lindsay should 100% be found guilty.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: And at what point do we take away personal responsibilities?
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: So however, I do think she has a point for a larger conversation about the healthcare system.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: Like, women are not given the proper health care after they give birth.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: I think they are not given the proper health care all the time.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, agreed.
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: They diagnose you with something and want to put you on drugs for for forever, which it might be beneficial for you or for certain things, or you know, but like, yeah, the healthcare system, you know, for being so advanced, it's like, okay, sure, it has a lot of flaws.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: But for her to be like, well, that failed her and it's not guilty kids because she was on meds and well, they prescribed those meds, and it's like okay, yeah, sure.
- 21:59SPEAKER_01: I think the whole I I think those doctors had a part in it.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: I don't think they should well it's the same argument with uh with gun manufacturers.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: They like to say that for school shootings, for crimes, for gang violence, all this stuff is like, well, crack down on the gun manufacturer, make it tax them, make it harder for them to make guns.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: If if it wasn't guns, then this wouldn't happen.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: And it's like, okay, the gun didn't go off and shoot someone.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: A person did.
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: A person used the gun to do that.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: It's like that's a good point.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: It's kind of the same argument there.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: That's a good point.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: Well, we talked about this for a long time.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: Probably too long.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: I said I said tis.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: You better say it again.
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: Okay, we talked about this for way too long, but I I could raise it.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: I think it was good to cover it.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, yeah.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you might have heard all this before too, but it's just I don't know.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: It's absurd how fast it came into this came into the news and then how immediately all these women on TikTok, not all, a lot of women on TikTok though, are like just coming to her defense.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: That's what I was shocked by.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: Every possible excuse they can make for her.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: And it's like really the first TikTok video I saw.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: I'm like, okay, this is a nut job, this is like a one-off.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, he keeps scrolling, and I'm like, okay, so this is a great idea.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: Everyone thinks this.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: Well, why wouldn't you be like, this is a terrible situation?
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: It's so sad that that this woman was going through that and that she killed her kids.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: And also she she deserves to pay to, you know, do the crime.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: Commit the crime, do the time.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: Um, she deserves to atone for what she did.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: And it's sad for the kids that were killed.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: It's sad for the husband that has to live with that.
- 23:32SPEAKER_01: And I do want, I do wanna last thing.
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: I said that like three times.
- 23:38SPEAKER_01: The victim here is not Lindsay.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: The victims here are Patrick, the husband, and those three children that she murdered.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Primarily the three kids.
- 23:45SPEAKER_01: It's like Cora, Dawson, Callan.
- 23:47SPEAKER_01: No one says their names.
- 23:49SPEAKER_01: No one even knows their names.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: No one even knows what they look like.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: There's no pictures circulating on the internet.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: It's all Lindsay's.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: I've seen that.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: I've seen people do the comparisons about that.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: They're like, why are there no pictures of the kids?
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: There's no picture of the kids.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: Because it's harder to look at the children and say, well, she's not guilty.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: I saw this one video and they were like, they were like, okay, pretend you're Lindsay Clancy.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: And they're like, the the kids, those three beautiful little kids, they're like, those are not your kids.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: Those are they're three objects that are that are uh they're an interference with the experience you're going through.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: And when you when you look at a broader, broader lens, then they're just a part of the picture for and it's like no, those are her three kids.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: She she birthed them, she's the mother to them.
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: Those are her three kids and she killed them.
- 24:30SPEAKER_01: It's like I hope all these women, if let's say Lindsay, like somebody by some miracle just in the future gets out and is just living her life, she gets to be your babysitter.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: What about that?
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, have her start her own later.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: It's like and they wouldn't.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: Okay, anyway, moving on to our last topic of today.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: Well, sticking with the uh crimes against children, there's another story.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: Michaela saw this one.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but it just the ruling just came down on August 25th.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: So that's that's a few days, a few days ago, but it this is like relatively recent.
- 25:00SPEAKER_01: More shocking than the Lindsay Clancy stuff.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: If you can believe it, yeah.
- 25:04SPEAKER_01: Right, yeah.
- 25:04SPEAKER_01: Okay, so officially, officially, child porn and essay material is constitutionally protected under the First Amendment.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, as long as those images are 100% AI generated.
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and that's the caveat there is everyone saying child porn and essay material, it's legal now, it's constitutionally protected.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: And it's like, okay, no, it's not, but any AI images of it, apparently that's legal now.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: Which I I think is still It's terrible.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: A federal uh it was a federal district court just ruled on this.
- 25:38SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: So what happened was this scum of the earth, Stephen Ander Egg, which he's from Wisconsin.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, of course.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: I I had no idea.
- 25:47SPEAKER_01: We just saw that like before sitting down to film, and I'm like, oh cool, okay.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: It happens to be from Wisconsin, correct?
- 25:51SPEAKER_01: He does not represent Wisconsinites.
- 25:53SPEAKER_01: Stephen Andereg, um, he used AI to create hundreds of photos of miners in sexually compromising positions and videos, and he was caught only when he sent, which I thought this was weird.
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: He was only caught when he sent one of these images to a minor over a DM on Instagram.
- 26:12SPEAKER_01: Just back up for a second here.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: I have seen videos, I have seen testimonies of people asking ChatGPT a question.
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: This they post on Snapchat that they want to uh quote unquote like shoot up their workplace, which I you should not post.
- 26:30SPEAKER_01: I don't think that's a good thing to post.
- 26:31SPEAKER_01: But within hours, within like the day, federal and law enforcement is not there.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: I find it weird that he's generating hundreds of these images, and only when he sends it over Instagram is it flagged.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: So none of these AI, none of the prompts, none of the systems here have flagged any of it.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: None of it stopped, none of it's hey, no, we're not gonna do that.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: Like ChatGPT will say no or refuse to answer certain questions, or it'll kind of like run about in a certain way, you know?
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: Like Grok will not answer certain questions.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: It's like it you would think that that's kind of built in like, oh yeah, we're just not gonna generate images of CP, even though it's AI.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: It's like, but apparently not.
- 27:13SPEAKER_00: Apparently, this guy was making hundreds of them.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: The scary part is there's probably a lot of creeps out here just like him, and there's gonna be a lot more after this ruling, because it's, I guess, defendable now by the First Amendment.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: So, like, you can get canceled for anything, you're not supposed to say certain things, you can get in trouble for certain saying certain things.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: That's all bad.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: But it's like AI sexually explicit images, specifically in this case regarding children, minors, that's okay because that's well, there's no victim, it's not hurting anyone, it's not a it's not a real child.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: Technically not a real person.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah that's what they say, and it's like we've we've officially lost it, like we've lost the plot.
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: This is well, this is the really disturbing part, is that so he was indicted on four criminal counts, okay?
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: One of those was the producing, possessing, and distributing of uh CP.
- 28:09SPEAKER_01: And that charge was dismissed by the district court due to Supreme Court rulings in past under the First Amendment that you can privately own obscene material.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: So it basically, as long as it stays in your home and you don't, you know, show your buddies, then it's perfectly legal.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: It's you're constitutionally protected to create CP uh AI.
- 28:33SPEAKER_00: But not regular CP.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: AI CP.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 28:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: So what would be the difference?
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: You tell me what's the difference between regular child porn and AI generated child porn.
- 28:48SPEAKER_00: Well, they're saying there's no victim if it's AI generated because it's not a real person.
- 28:53SPEAKER_00: And I would say, well, well, it's a terrible thing, you shouldn't do it anyways.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: But isn't the victim kind of the market for it?
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: Isn't the victim kind of the attention behind it?
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: Isn't the victim I saw this too, which you know, I don't know if this is technically how it works, but it's like I saw this argument saying AI can't really make new things, it can only grab and pull piece together and generate you know, things together.
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: It's like, so is it really victimless?
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: Like, or is this this is the AI prompt, is it taking you know parts of real people or piecing together like a puzzle, like a puzzle, you know, and then generating this sexually explicit image.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: And it's like, well, this is like from a Christian perspective, it's like, no, you don't, you just you just don't have the right to do that.
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: That's just not only is it just wrong, it's it's a it's an evil sin, it's like no, you you don't have the right for that.
- 29:44SPEAKER_00: So I'm sorry the first amendment says you can.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: No, like you you cannot.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: That's that's an evil, wrong, sinful thing to do.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: You you just can't do that.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: Like and unfortunately, this is an example where they're gonna defend the first amendment.
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: When have you heard of a Supreme Court?
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: Sorry, when have you heard of a district court, a federal court, a ruling, a a law?
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: When have they ever defended your first amendment?
- 30:10SPEAKER_01: Like, it's I can't think of a time.
- 30:13SPEAKER_01: When it comes to CP, they're like, whoa, whoa, under the first amendment to clear.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: It's like, really?
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: Well, if this is the case, then it sounds terrible.
- 30:24SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, get rid of the first amendment.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: No.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: But like, if this is the case, then what's the first amendment for?
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: And yeah, it's from that 2002 ruling, you know, about porn or whatever.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: And it's like, okay, but again, 2002, very different than 2026.
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: We didn't have AI platforms.
- 30:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm not even saying you have the right to that.
- 30:44SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying, very specifically, you definitely do not have the right to AI sexually explicit images of children.
- 30:51SPEAKER_00: That's definitely not okay.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: And for all the people that were like making fun of all those people that post their kids but blur their face, yeah, or post their kids but put a, you know, something over their face or refuse to post their kids, for all those people that are making fun of them, like look at this right now and tell me you wish you wouldn't have covered up your kid's face.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: Look at this right now.
- 31:11SPEAKER_01: And it's like they shouldn't just post our kid.
- 31:13SPEAKER_01: That can the sticker can be removed.
- 31:15SPEAKER_00: I'm sure, yeah.
- 31:16SPEAKER_00: But it's like having additional protections, I think, is is smart to have, no?
- 31:21SPEAKER_00: Well, you're saying A I can just remove the picture.
- 31:22SPEAKER_01: A I can just remove it, just it and see what's underneath entirely?
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: Yes, and then they can take they can they can fill what's underneath, they can remove the sticker and see what's underneath, and they can also just take the body of the child and put whatever on it.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: Sure, okay.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: Like, like I'm sorry, I'm I'm one of those people.
- 31:36SPEAKER_01: The sticker does nothing.
- 31:37SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry, it doesn't.
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, well, maybe that's a bad argument then.
- 31:40SPEAKER_00: But no, I see what you're saying.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: You know, there's some weirdos.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: It's like, yeah.
- 31:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's true.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of weirdos.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: And also now it's defended, constitutionally protected.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: You will not go to prison by sitting on your couch in your home, creating, generating it with your AI on your computer.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: Well then it's uh why?
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: Why will you not go?
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: Oh, because you're not you're not harming anyone.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: Harming anyone?
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: You but what what's what's the ruling they're giving?
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: Because you're not distributing it.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: So you can do whatever you want, right?
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: Privacy of your own your own home, right?
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: Why do you care if two men get married?
- 32:16SPEAKER_00: You know, like, oh, the gay, gay marriage, oh these what these laws, that's any marriage, anyone that loves, why do you care what happens in your own home?
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: Well, and they're gonna say slippery slope, this they're gonna say, oh, you can't you can't really pull from that.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: But it's like, no, because what you do in your own home kind of does matter if it's something that's just objectively immoral, objectively evil.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: And I'm not trying to compare gay people to AI child porn.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: But what I am saying is like this this argument, you gotta you gotta follow where this goes.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: You have to look at what what happened to get here, you know?
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: And the whole argument of, well, in your home doesn't matter.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: Well, it comes down to this too.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, so now AI explicit AI sexually explicit images are okay because you have them and you're making them.
- 33:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 33:03SPEAKER_00: Because there's not a real child on it.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: Like Well, look at the broader, like the broader picture too.
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: It's creating a market for it.
- 33:10SPEAKER_01: It's creating that it's it's easier access to it.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: And now that they have they scratched that itch once, then they want to go back for more.
- 33:17SPEAKER_01: And then they want to go back for more intense things, and then it's not good enough to be on the laptop, it needs to be in person.
- 33:23SPEAKER_01: It's just like you said, it it becomes a slippery slope very, very fast.
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: And you're gonna tell me, you're gonna tell me these people are gonna sit on their laptop at home, they're gonna look at these images, they're gonna generate them, they're gonna do their thing, and then they're just gonna stop at that.
- 33:38SPEAKER_01: They're just all right, yeah, sounds good, all right.
- 33:40SPEAKER_01: As long as it's at my home.
- 33:42SPEAKER_01: Now I'm gonna go out to uh to work and I'm just gonna do my thing.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 33:46SPEAKER_00: Well that's and kind of like what you said at the start, it is crazy that it took him sending one of these pictures to a minor on it was on Instagram.
- 33:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: It took him sending one on Instagram to get it flagged, yeah, to say this is like wrong.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: It's like nothing else, nothing else before that stopped him.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: That's what was concerning to me, is that that means that a lot of people are most likely doing this.
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's what it would, that's what it would lead me to believe, is like it didn't take him making all this stuff and even sending it.
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: It was like him sending it to a minor is what got him.
- 34:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: And it's like, well, in that case, why send it to a minor?
- 34:25SPEAKER_00: Just make the minor on your laptop.
- 34:26SPEAKER_00: Like it doesn't matter.
- 34:27SPEAKER_01: Like, and to my point, too, is that he also didn't just stop at that.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: He's sending it to a minor.
- 34:34SPEAKER_01: He's a predator.
- 34:35SPEAKER_01: That's what predators do.
- 34:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they contact children, they send things like this to them.
- 34:42SPEAKER_00: It's just this guy should be locked up for life.
- 34:43SPEAKER_00: They need to revisit this ruling, they need to.
- 34:47SPEAKER_01: But it's disgusting that he's only in trouble because he distributed it.
- 34:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, not because he possessed it.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: Only because he distributed it.
- 34:54SPEAKER_01: It went outside his home.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: So now he's the bad guy.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: But before, if he just would have kept it to himself, you know, in the private of his home, that's fine.
- 35:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, do what you want to do.
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: Disgusting.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: Absolutely ridiculous.
- 35:07SPEAKER_01: I could not believe this is I thought this was someone like exaggerating it.
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, there's no way that this is real.
- 35:12SPEAKER_01: Look it up, yeah.
- 35:14SPEAKER_01: 100%.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: It's US versus Andereg or something.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 35:18SPEAKER_00: Well, I think that's all we have to say on that for now.
- 35:20SPEAKER_00: It we could go on and on.
- 35:22SPEAKER_00: Um, but as of right now, that's really the only thing we've heard from it.
- 35:26SPEAKER_00: So this this will have to get looked at again.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: It has to be revisited, it needs to be changed.
- 35:32SPEAKER_00: I mean, if that's if that's the first amendment, then I don't want it, honestly.
- 35:35SPEAKER_01: Like I know that sounds like well, this becomes really gray area.
- 35:39SPEAKER_01: This becomes gray area really fast because you just said this before we sat down.
- 35:43SPEAKER_01: Like, what is well then can you take, you know, a picture of one of us and then generate it to make us look younger and create CP?
- 35:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like because technically that's not a person, technically it's not a real child anymore.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: Doing it with a fake person or you're taking a real person who's of age and then just de-aging them.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: Why is that any different?
- 36:01SPEAKER_00: You know, it's not hurting anyone, right?
- 36:03SPEAKER_00: And what's the difference if you're making it or prompting it or altering photos of someone with AI?
- 36:08SPEAKER_00: What's the difference?
- 36:09SPEAKER_00: It's all CP.
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: Shouldn't it all be illegal?
- 36:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, shouldn't it all be grounds for criminal prosecution and at the very least jail?
- 36:17SPEAKER_00: Like I don't know.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: It's just it's ridiculous.
- 36:23SPEAKER_01: It's disgusting.
- 36:24SPEAKER_00: I am but anyway, if that's if that's the first amendment, no, they're not protecting the first amendment, they are devaluing it, they're degrading it.
- 36:33SPEAKER_00: This that's if you guys think that that's what they had in mind, go back to when the amendments were were amended, go back to when they were started.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: The first amendment, okay?
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: Do you think they were thinking, hey, we need the first amendment so that people in 2026 will be able to have child porn as long as it's AI gem AI generated on their laptops or phones?
- 36:55SPEAKER_00: Like we need to protect that because that's freedom of expression, that's freedom of speech.
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: That's and it's like if you think that that's what they were thinking, you're crazy.
- 37:05SPEAKER_00: You're missing the idea of the first amendment, and it needs to be changed because that's that's not the first amendment.
- 37:09SPEAKER_00: I I don't I don't care what you say.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: You give up to your your right to privacy in your own home when you're doing disgusting, vile, evil.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: When you're doing illegal things, illegal things should have consequences.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: They should not be allowed workarounds in the law.
- 37:27SPEAKER_00: That's that's that's the difference.
- 37:29SPEAKER_01: There should be no loopholes with CP.
- 37:31SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 37:32SPEAKER_01: Well, today was a longer episode, but I think that was good because we have been MAA for a while.
- 37:38SPEAKER_01: Like we said, August was a really busy month, but we're gonna be back.
- 37:40SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, we'll get back to our routine of every Wednesday.
- 37:43SPEAKER_00: Um but uh we're excited for fall.
- 37:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
