- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice, shoot naught, but night show. It's Thursday. I'm your host,
- 0:16Speaker 1: Rob Shooter instead of Mark. Today we have Garrett joining
- 0:20Speaker 1: us from Z one. Garrett there, Yes, Rob Shooter, I'm excited.
- 0:24Speaker 1: You know what today is from me? It is vaccination day.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I am getting the COVID vaccine right after this show,
- 0:32Speaker 1: marching right down to the center in New Jersey, and
- 0:36Speaker 1: I am getting myself a phase one of the vaccination.
- 0:39Speaker 1: So big day, big day, and I have a podcast
- 0:41Speaker 1: to listen to this. This is a great day, great
- 0:43Speaker 1: day or congratulations my friend? How come you get and
- 0:46Speaker 1: get so early? Am I allowed to ask? Yeah? No,
- 0:49Speaker 1: of course, I'll be open where we are an open
- 0:51Speaker 1: book here at the at then show, So I fall
- 0:55Speaker 1: into it phases. It feels like a movie that you
- 0:58Speaker 1: fall into a phase. So I fall into this phase
- 1:00Speaker 1: one c where because I am a diabetic and um
- 1:06Speaker 1: I am immune compromised. That's why I'm there. I will
- 1:12Speaker 1: be with other first responders and other people. But today,
- 1:15Speaker 1: at least in New Jersey, it falls into uh. If
- 1:18Speaker 1: you fall have certain criteria, then you know heart disease,
- 1:22Speaker 1: kidney like a lot of other things. But for me,
- 1:25Speaker 1: it's it's diabetes and uh in some one time diabetes
- 1:30Speaker 1: isn't paying off. Well done, my friend. I'm happy that
- 1:34Speaker 1: this is finally happening. Maybe soon, sooner than later, we
- 1:38Speaker 1: can actually meet up again and have a drink. Do
- 1:41Speaker 1: you know what time it is? My friend? T time,
- 1:44Speaker 1: big exclusive. At the top of the show, things are
- 1:46Speaker 1: getting ugly between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Sources are
- 1:50Speaker 1: saying that she's going to have to fight if she
- 1:52Speaker 1: wants full custody of the children. So, Kim and Kanye
- 1:55Speaker 1: they do have a pre nup, but it doesn't contain
- 1:58Speaker 1: anything about the custod the agreement for their two daughters
- 2:02Speaker 1: and their two sons, which apparently is consistent with California law.
- 2:07Speaker 1: I know nothing about law, but a lawyer source of
- 2:10Speaker 1: mine last night was telling me this. So if Kim
- 2:12Speaker 1: wants full custody, and I think she does, she's going
- 2:15Speaker 1: to have to fight for it. Source has told me
- 2:17Speaker 1: the following quote. Most divorces start with parents getting If
- 2:22Speaker 1: Kim or Kanye want to spend more time with the kids,
- 2:25Speaker 1: they basically have to prove that it would be detrimental
- 2:29Speaker 1: for the children to spend more time with the other parents.
- 2:32Speaker 1: In other words, if Kim wants full custody of these kids,
- 2:36Speaker 1: she's going to have to prove of that Kanye is
- 2:39Speaker 1: not a good dad. Oh that that's tough. And but
- 2:44Speaker 1: you know, you know what you know this is this
- 2:47Speaker 1: is an opportunity for Kim to wet her chops in
- 2:49Speaker 1: becoming a lawyer. You know, we've we've heard about this
- 2:52Speaker 1: now for months. Um and she comes from a lawyer family,
- 2:56Speaker 1: and she also has a very um good mom in
- 2:59Speaker 1: the center of finding things about people. Uh. You know,
- 3:03Speaker 1: but I think between you and I, Rob, if we
- 3:05Speaker 1: were the judge, we would just saying, okay, well let's
- 3:08Speaker 1: look at the past two years. Okay, Kim, I get
- 3:12Speaker 1: easy for himself, has a publicly. We've seen meltdowns, we've
- 3:15Speaker 1: seen fits, we've seen outrage from him. So just from
- 3:19Speaker 1: what we know as a public and I hate judging
- 3:21Speaker 1: people as parents, it's none of my business, but seeing
- 3:24Speaker 1: him as a human being, I think we can all agree.
- 3:26Speaker 1: He's told us that he does have mental health issues,
- 3:29Speaker 1: which does not mean you're a bad parent. But she knows,
- 3:32Speaker 1: she knows everything. How far do you think she'll be
- 3:35Speaker 1: willing to go? I don't think she'll go too far
- 3:39Speaker 1: because I think in you can admit it to h
- 3:42Speaker 1: we've seen a different Kim Kardashian, you know what I mean.
- 3:45Speaker 1: We've kind of seen her morph into you know, going
- 3:49Speaker 1: from a reality show star to you know, an entrepreneur
- 3:52Speaker 1: to uh to a very famous person. So and I
- 3:57Speaker 1: think as she has become a mother of what you said,
- 4:01Speaker 1: the four kids and kids, um, I think we've seen
- 4:04Speaker 1: a turn. You know, she doesn't want to become her
- 4:05Speaker 1: mom for obvious reasons, I think, um, but but I
- 4:09Speaker 1: think she she will. She'll walk alive. She'll do enough
- 4:12Speaker 1: to get what she needs, but not throw Kanye under
- 4:16Speaker 1: the proverbial bus. Right right, right. You're consistent here with
- 4:19Speaker 1: my sources. Another source of friend of Kim has told
- 4:21Speaker 1: me late last night that she still loves him, she
- 4:24Speaker 1: will always love him. He's the father of her children.
- 4:27Speaker 1: He obviously has special needs and she understands that, but
- 4:32Speaker 1: the children are her priority. And I think if she
- 4:36Speaker 1: had to pick between Kanye or the kids, the kids
- 4:38Speaker 1: would win. This is what makes things very tricky here.
- 4:42Speaker 1: He doesn't live in California. He basically now lives on
- 4:45Speaker 1: a ranch in Wyoming, a luxury ranch. It's gorgeous. It's huge.
- 4:49Speaker 1: So he lives there now. Under California state law, for
- 4:55Speaker 1: either parents to take the children out of state out
- 4:59Speaker 1: of CALIFORNI, they need the other parents permission. So what
- 5:03Speaker 1: I think will happen here is I can see Kanye
- 5:06Speaker 1: moving back to California to spend time with the kids.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I can't see Kim saying to the children, go for
- 5:12Speaker 1: a week to Wyoming and I'll see you next week.
- 5:15Speaker 1: It's going to be really interesting, which brings us to
- 5:17Speaker 1: our pole question of the day. Kim is going to
- 5:20Speaker 1: have to fight. She's going to need to fight if
- 5:24Speaker 1: if she wants full custody, would you trash your ex
- 5:28Speaker 1: to get full custody of your kids? It's a tough one,
- 5:32Speaker 1: isn't it. Go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty
- 5:35Speaker 1: Nice rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and be
- 5:37Speaker 1: sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Garrett Love,
- 5:41Speaker 1: what are you working on? All? Right? Well? If these
- 5:44Speaker 1: two ever get divorced, you know these pictures are coming out.
- 5:46Speaker 1: So Cire Sedwick says that she got a big KILLI
- 5:50Speaker 1: wax from her husband. Now, if you don't know who
- 5:52Speaker 1: her husband is, he is an idol of mine growing up.
- 5:56Speaker 1: This is a movie I watch constantly, over and over again.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It is one the only Kevin Basons. Kevin Bacon, I
- 6:03Speaker 1: love that movie. I love foot Loose. I I so
- 6:06Speaker 1: like I would put on a jacket and dance around
- 6:08Speaker 1: the living room like I bet you looked at durable.
- 6:13Speaker 1: So Karas Edrath said, you know, because of the coronavirus,
- 6:16Speaker 1: she couldn't go out just like many of us to
- 6:18Speaker 1: you know, get a bikini wax. I couldn't get a haircut,
- 6:20Speaker 1: I couldn't get my eyebrows done. And I'm sure you
- 6:22Speaker 1: seem to keep perfect. Oh please, that's a whole another
- 6:26Speaker 1: discussion right there. So she said, how hard could it be? Really?
- 6:31Speaker 1: You know? So Kevin Bacon did it? And she said,
- 6:34Speaker 1: never again? Would you? Never? Would you watch your wife? Garrett?
- 6:40Speaker 1: You know what for for the sake of if it
- 6:43Speaker 1: was my wife, Yes, if if it was like you
- 6:45Speaker 1: as a friend going I need some help. Know that
- 6:46Speaker 1: there's do your private bits. But if you asked me
- 6:50Speaker 1: to pull a few hairs out of your nose or
- 6:52Speaker 1: your eyebrows, I think I could do that. It's amazing
- 6:55Speaker 1: this pandemic has made us so so exposed so us.
- 7:00Speaker 1: You know what I'm I'm very good at. It's almost
- 7:02Speaker 1: like my this is my superpower up shooter. I could like,
- 7:05Speaker 1: I could see, like if we're sitting across, like from
- 7:08Speaker 1: a table, like you're on the other end. I could see,
- 7:10Speaker 1: like if a hair is coming out of your nose
- 7:12Speaker 1: or ear, and I'll tell you. I'll be the friend,
- 7:15Speaker 1: like I'm the equivalent if your flies down, I'll tell you.
- 7:18Speaker 1: But I could see that, I could see the one
- 7:20Speaker 1: single strand of hair that we all know it slips
- 7:23Speaker 1: by all like you know. But hey, Rob, that's very
- 7:28Speaker 1: kind of you. I'm a big picture guy. This is
- 7:30Speaker 1: why we work well together. I don't care about details.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I care about the big picture. So if we've been
- 7:35Speaker 1: gonna paint a wall, I would use a big brush,
- 7:37Speaker 1: just boom boom, boom boom, and you would do the
- 7:39Speaker 1: little teeny tiny fine which is most important, but the
- 7:43Speaker 1: fine attention around the light switch. A friend of mine,
- 7:45Speaker 1: a comedian friend of mine, Michelle Buteaux. She's been in
- 7:49Speaker 1: quarantine too, and she told me during the quarantine was
- 7:52Speaker 1: the first time she ever farted in front of her husband.
- 7:55Speaker 1: So being in these small apartments, particularly in New York
- 7:59Speaker 1: really do see things about both water thin too. I mean,
- 8:03Speaker 1: this is a wild story. Thank you the sentrics. I
- 8:06Speaker 1: love Kevin Bacon too. Gwyneth Paltrow is talking about how
- 8:09Speaker 1: uncomfortable she is being famous. So one of the reasons
- 8:12Speaker 1: that she's quit acting she never really enjoyed it. In fact,
- 8:16Speaker 1: that she's got only one exception to get her back
- 8:19Speaker 1: in front of the cameras. That's if her husband, who
- 8:22Speaker 1: is a big director and a producer, if he asks,
- 8:25Speaker 1: she will do it. But otherwise she's not really into it.
- 8:28Speaker 1: And then she added to her that she's never really
- 8:31Speaker 1: been that comfortable being a famous person. Dan sounds crazy
- 8:35Speaker 1: to people that are not famous or have never been
- 8:37Speaker 1: around fame, because I think we all think being famous
- 8:40Speaker 1: is the most wonderful thing in the world. When I
- 8:42Speaker 1: worked for some really, really famous people, I got to
- 8:46Speaker 1: see the downside of fame, and they could never complain
- 8:50Speaker 1: about it because it would make them look bratty. If
- 8:51Speaker 1: you've got such a great life and money and you're gorgeous,
- 8:55Speaker 1: complaining about being famous sounds dumb. But there is a
- 8:58Speaker 1: side to it that I never understood until somebody very
- 9:02Speaker 1: famous said to me, do you ever have a birthday
- 9:05Speaker 1: party that you're not really into that a friend throws
- 9:07Speaker 1: you a big surprise birthday party and you find yourself
- 9:10Speaker 1: in the middle of the room and everybody's coming at
- 9:12Speaker 1: you to say happy birthday, and you don't really know
- 9:14Speaker 1: these people, and it's just also overwhelming. That's what being
- 9:18Speaker 1: famous feels like all the time. I think that really
- 9:22Speaker 1: hit home for me. There's places I've gone, particularly birthday parties.
- 9:26Speaker 1: I'm not a big fan of birthday parties. I don't
- 9:28Speaker 1: really even like big parties. If we go out for dinner,
- 9:30Speaker 1: I like three or four of us, maybe even two
- 9:32Speaker 1: of us. I don't like ten of us. I like
- 9:34Speaker 1: to really connect one on one, not a big crowd.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Being famous feels like you're constantly in the big crowd.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Isn't that interesting, Garrett? It very is. And you know,
- 9:44Speaker 1: it's funny speaking of birthday parties to um my, my
- 9:47Speaker 1: dad had a birthday last week, so you know, we
- 9:50Speaker 1: all did what we normally do. Now, we all get
- 9:52Speaker 1: tested and then we want to go seeing happy birthday.
- 9:55Speaker 1: But here's the thing, like someone is sitting on a
- 9:57Speaker 1: billion dollar idea just has to be created. So the
- 10:00Speaker 1: birthday cake came out and normally we're used to blowing
- 10:04Speaker 1: out candles, so we said no, no, no no, no. If
- 10:09Speaker 1: you want to share this birthday cake, don't you can't
- 10:12Speaker 1: blow out the candles. So there has to be something,
- 10:15Speaker 1: whether it be one of those pocket fans or or
- 10:18Speaker 1: something that someone can create, someone that's listening to the show,
- 10:22Speaker 1: because you're if you're listening to the show, you're pretty
- 10:23Speaker 1: smart to create create something that we could sell. I'm
- 10:28Speaker 1: pretty sure it has Maybe it is those pocket fans
- 10:31Speaker 1: that come with the birthday investment for once a year.
- 10:35Speaker 1: You want to use it once a year. That's that's
- 10:37Speaker 1: the only floor here. I'm thinking. I don't want to
- 10:38Speaker 1: be negative. I don't want to sound like I'm Mark Cuban.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Well yeah we are you out? Are you saying? But
- 10:46Speaker 1: I think we have to have more than one. But
- 10:47Speaker 1: the Queen has two birthdays. Maybe we could sell her one.
- 10:50Speaker 1: But we need to have more than one. We just
- 10:52Speaker 1: need to sell one. We need to sell one for
- 10:53Speaker 1: a very high price point. What's going on with Bachelor Batters?
- 10:57Speaker 1: I love him all right now here here's an interesting,
- 11:00Speaker 1: uh idea, Like when you hear people that are on
- 11:02Speaker 1: the Bachelor, right, you just think they're the you know,
- 11:04Speaker 1: they're going after the attention of being on camera, and
- 11:07Speaker 1: the way that they're portrayed on screen is that they're
- 11:10Speaker 1: big partiers. So Matt James says that his dating history
- 11:13Speaker 1: is slim to none, and uh, I've never seen him
- 11:16Speaker 1: in the streets of New York. But when he was
- 11:18Speaker 1: in New York, he said his dating was practically nothing.
- 11:21Speaker 1: He was broke. Uh, you know, he just came to
- 11:23Speaker 1: New York to to hustle and not even think about working. Uh,
- 11:27Speaker 1: you know, that's why he moved to New York. But
- 11:29Speaker 1: he said, now that he's a little bit older, you know,
- 11:32Speaker 1: he's willing to do things to make sacrifices for love
- 11:35Speaker 1: that he wasn't willing to do before. But you got
- 11:38Speaker 1: to think, like, wow, now you're so I guess the
- 11:41Speaker 1: sacrifices I'm willing to go on TV and put in
- 11:43Speaker 1: front of everybody, But I didn't want to date when
- 11:46Speaker 1: it was just me and someone else. So you know,
- 11:48Speaker 1: it's it's it's weird. It's almost like two different right, right, right,
- 11:51Speaker 1: What do you think about people that have not dated
- 11:53Speaker 1: a lot? Do you trust somebody who's not you know,
- 11:56Speaker 1: not nineteen we've all not dated very much. When when
- 12:00Speaker 1: But when you're getting into thirty five and you only
- 12:02Speaker 1: and you're not dated like I thought it was made
- 12:05Speaker 1: me a little bit jealous at first, but it actually
- 12:07Speaker 1: turned out to be a good thing. When I first
- 12:08Speaker 1: met Bruce, he had dated quite a few guys before me.
- 12:11Speaker 1: He had even lived with somebody for several years and
- 12:14Speaker 1: they broke up, and I thought it was a bad thing,
- 12:16Speaker 1: But actually it wasn't. Having somebody we didn't tell you
- 12:20Speaker 1: that would be I'd approved. I think you're great, Garrett,
- 12:23Speaker 1: and you could pull out all out those hairs. Look
- 12:25Speaker 1: at that. I think meeting somebody who's older than thirty
- 12:30Speaker 1: or thirty five or four, I don't want to be
- 12:33Speaker 1: I don't because it's it is. It is difficult. I
- 12:35Speaker 1: love Bruce, we have a lovely life, but I gotta
- 12:38Speaker 1: we get on each other's nerves. Can you believe it?
- 12:40Speaker 1: I get on somebody's nerves? Wow, you're not. But what
- 12:44Speaker 1: about you, Garrett? Had you dated much before you met
- 12:47Speaker 1: your wife? Had she dated not? Not much? You know
- 12:52Speaker 1: a handful of people, you know. It's funny to hear
- 12:55Speaker 1: our friends, my friends, and maybe even your friends too.
- 12:57Speaker 1: Go oh man, you know my number is like, oh
- 13:03Speaker 1: the number mine's not that high. I've got a very
- 13:05Speaker 1: low number me too, But like we have friends said,
- 13:09Speaker 1: having connected, you know that right person, they're like, you
- 13:12Speaker 1: know over the past like ten years, maybe probably out
- 13:16Speaker 1: like that's a lot of people. That's almost like I
- 13:19Speaker 1: try not to judge it. I really try not to
- 13:21Speaker 1: judge people's sex life, and I don't know if I do.
- 13:24Speaker 1: And particularly because I'm gay, I fought all my life
- 13:27Speaker 1: for people to not judge you I sleep with or
- 13:30Speaker 1: kissing data. For me, it's quite a touchy subject. So
- 13:32Speaker 1: I really really try on this one. But Matt James,
- 13:36Speaker 1: I think maybe I'm wrong. I'd love to know what
- 13:38Speaker 1: you think about this. Dating is sort of a skill.
- 13:41Speaker 1: It is a skill, and you've gotta have a little
- 13:45Speaker 1: bit of practice your first like your first kiss. I
- 13:48Speaker 1: don't want my first kiss to be the person i'm married,
- 13:52Speaker 1: because I'm not really a very good kisser. And I've
- 13:54Speaker 1: kissed quite a few people now, but I'm still not
- 13:56Speaker 1: a very good kisser. How are you in the kissing garrets?
- 13:58Speaker 1: Are you a good kisser? I always leave it like
- 14:02Speaker 1: like like I feel it looks like an act of desperation,
- 14:06Speaker 1: you know, you know what I mean. Like quickly before
- 14:11Speaker 1: we go to break, we have a little bit of
- 14:12Speaker 1: breaking news here on the show. It is just being
- 14:15Speaker 1: confirmed that Lady Gaga is going to sing the national
- 14:18Speaker 1: anthem for Joe Biden's inauguration on January twentieth. I was
- 14:23Speaker 1: being told it could have been Taylor Swift, she's been
- 14:25Speaker 1: a big supporter of President Biden. Also to Bruce Springsteen
- 14:30Speaker 1: might perform. Two. Things are very different this year, not
- 14:33Speaker 1: only because of what's going on in d C and
- 14:35Speaker 1: the pandemic. Let's let's not forget that, but normally there's
- 14:38Speaker 1: always a big singer, a big celebrity. Do you remember
- 14:41Speaker 1: when a Wafer sang it? Now? Do you know if
- 14:45Speaker 1: this is going to be like a virtual event like
- 14:47Speaker 1: we've seen many of these events that happened before. They're
- 14:50Speaker 1: saying that Biden and Kamala Harris want to be there
- 14:53Speaker 1: in person and have some sort of sense of normalcy.
- 14:56Speaker 1: I think they're all going to wear masks. Goodness knows,
- 14:58Speaker 1: they believe in science. I think Gaga is going to
- 15:00Speaker 1: be there. I don't know, but I will I will
- 15:02Speaker 1: predict she's going to to be there for me she's wonderful.
- 15:07Speaker 1: The girl can sing. I love her values, I love
- 15:11Speaker 1: born this way. I ever tell you my wife actually
- 15:15Speaker 1: grew up like playing with her so her her dad
- 15:20Speaker 1: got his first job from my father. What was she
- 15:23Speaker 1: like as a child? Was she special then? Did you
- 15:25Speaker 1: know she was going to be a big star or
- 15:27Speaker 1: was she differently? Well? No, it was it was one
- 15:29Speaker 1: of those things they played when the kids went to
- 15:30Speaker 1: work with dad, you know, their parents. So so it
- 15:33Speaker 1: wasn't like you can be like, ah ha, you know,
- 15:35Speaker 1: but it's uh, she played with you know, Steve, you know,
- 15:41Speaker 1: and then that's fantastic. Hey, we're gonna take a quick
- 15:43Speaker 1: break here, we will be right back. Welcome back to
- 15:50Speaker 1: the Naughty but Nice Show. We don't have Mark today,
- 15:52Speaker 1: Hi Mark, we have Garrett joining us. Hello, Garrett Darling. Hello,
- 15:57Speaker 1: let's get to the polls that dark up. So yesterday
- 16:06Speaker 1: we asked Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles and now sharing clothes.
- 16:11Speaker 1: He loves to put on a dress and she loves
- 16:12Speaker 1: to wear the pants, so this should work at beautifully.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Would you share clothes with your other half? Said yes,
- 16:21Speaker 1: they would. What about you, Garrett? Yeah, would go a
- 16:24Speaker 1: scarf and definitely had glove. Maybe if my hands were
- 16:28Speaker 1: you know, R size um, But yeah, no, I could
- 16:31Speaker 1: do that, like even if like there was like a
- 16:33Speaker 1: button down shut. And I think I can get away
- 16:35Speaker 1: with And you know why, and I'll admit it, it's
- 16:36Speaker 1: because of Harry Styles. Where would you right? Where would
- 16:39Speaker 1: you want be comfortable? And you know what, I'm sure,
- 16:41Speaker 1: I'm sure if you put on something that like everyone
- 16:44Speaker 1: else is on shore, but you're confident about it, it'll
- 16:47Speaker 1: just make it look So I have a little secret.
- 16:49Speaker 1: The night I met I was wearing a gray top
- 16:54Speaker 1: that was pretty unisex. But he actually came from the
- 16:56Speaker 1: girl's department in the store I know, did you? Yes? Yes,
- 17:00Speaker 1: not not right away because I was sort of before
- 17:03Speaker 1: Harry Styles. It's still a little bit of a taboo
- 17:05Speaker 1: for guys to wear girl's clothings and girls. My sisters
- 17:09Speaker 1: could steal my stuff all the time and nobody would
- 17:11Speaker 1: would would say anything. Christine was always stealing my jumpers
- 17:14Speaker 1: and my shirts. Typical Christine is terrible Christine's But I
- 17:17Speaker 1: couldn't really steal Christine's stuff because people would make fun
- 17:20Speaker 1: of me. But I was in Edinburgh and I saw
- 17:22Speaker 1: this beautiful top in a department store, and I didn't
- 17:24Speaker 1: even know I was in the girls section and I
- 17:26Speaker 1: bought it. And it was only months later that I
- 17:28Speaker 1: realized that was a girl's top, and I wouldn't have
- 17:31Speaker 1: bought it had I known that. Isn't that interesting? Harry
- 17:34Speaker 1: Style has changed things, hasn't he? He He really really has.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's pole at Naughty Nice
- 17:40Speaker 1: Rob on Twitter, at Naughty Gossip on Facebook, and be
- 17:43Speaker 1: sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results are.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Now it's time for the nicest of the day. Well now,
- 17:52Speaker 1: me delivering this type of story doesn't go over as
- 17:54Speaker 1: well as when you do it, because these are your people.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Keith Middleton taken back by a gift sent by me
- 18:00Speaker 1: again Marco, Sorry, so you know we've talked about this
- 18:03Speaker 1: many of times. Are they fighting? Do they hate each other? Well? Uh,
- 18:07Speaker 1: I guess, I guess not really so. According to US Weekly,
- 18:10Speaker 1: uh they didn't say what was sent, but said that
- 18:13Speaker 1: the gift was very thoughtful. It was a nice surprise.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Kate wasn't expecting anything from from her, uh, I guess
- 18:21Speaker 1: and sister in law, Yeah, I guess right, Um, but
- 18:25Speaker 1: she got a cake from her kids, A huge caramel
- 18:28Speaker 1: or caramel depending on where you're from, and vanilla cake
- 18:31Speaker 1: with thirty nine candles. I would just put one, you know,
- 18:35Speaker 1: like we said we talked about before, just but one candle.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Make it easy on everybody. Um, but what do you
- 18:40Speaker 1: think it was? Do you get her? I think it
- 18:43Speaker 1: was something very thoughtful. The two of them send funny
- 18:45Speaker 1: gifts in the past. The first time Megan spend Christmas
- 18:49Speaker 1: with the royal family up in bell Moral, she got
- 18:51Speaker 1: them funny gifts because you can't get them expensive gifts
- 18:53Speaker 1: like Cartier watches because they have crowns like they have.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Stuff is better than jewelry. But she's not going to
- 18:59Speaker 1: spend there's gifts and getting like a poster of a
- 19:03Speaker 1: could be funny. I do like this is happening. I
- 19:05Speaker 1: want them to be friends again. You're our nicest other
- 19:07Speaker 1: day and I noticed the day Jimmy Fallon's ratings have
- 19:10Speaker 1: plummeted to an all time lower. On Monday's episode, just
- 19:14Speaker 1: nine hundred and forty seven thousand people tuned in. Compared
- 19:18Speaker 1: that to Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel. Colbert is getting about
- 19:21Speaker 1: two million, and even Jimmy Kimmel now is getting almost
- 19:24Speaker 1: double the numbers of Fallon Fallons in trouble Now. It
- 19:28Speaker 1: is worth pointing out these do not reflect the streaming
- 19:32Speaker 1: numbers to a lot of people now are watching Jimmy
- 19:34Speaker 1: Fallon at least on the computer, on streaming networks, not
- 19:38Speaker 1: on live TV. What's about the bits do It's about
- 19:41Speaker 1: going to YouTube the next morning to see what they did,
- 19:43Speaker 1: because you know it's it's late, but it's late for
- 19:47Speaker 1: the other boys too, So you can't say that once
- 19:49Speaker 1: later than the other. If you have three shows at
- 19:52Speaker 1: the same time and you come in third, it's not great.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Which are the three of these? Do you watch? Are
- 19:56Speaker 1: you Falon or you Kimmel or you Colbert? Kim all
- 20:00Speaker 1: than Fellon than Colbert like for for me, like, there's
- 20:03Speaker 1: so much there's so much minut shaw with politics, you know,
- 20:07Speaker 1: I know Jimmy get Kimmel gets into it, but Stephen
- 20:09Speaker 1: Colpet like that's what and his number one, so that
- 20:12Speaker 1: people are eating that up. But it's interesting. I have
- 20:14Speaker 1: a crushed My celebrity crush is Jimmy Kimmel. I've always
- 20:16Speaker 1: had a crush on him. I like regular looking guys,
- 20:19Speaker 1: you know, handsome but sort of regular looking, who are funny.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Who does that? You're welcome, You're welcome, You're You're welcome. Okay,
- 20:27Speaker 1: it's time for rob robs. Over the years, working with
- 20:31Speaker 1: some of the most successful people in the world, I've
- 20:34Speaker 1: seen what makes them successful and it's not necessarily talent.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Did he? Jennifer Lopez, John bon Jovi, Alicia key Is,
- 20:41Speaker 1: Jessica Simpson all had one thing in common, just one thing.
- 20:45Speaker 1: It's what made them stars. They had the ability to
- 20:48Speaker 1: silence that nasty voice in their head that tells us
- 20:51Speaker 1: all we're not good enough. Do you have that voice, Garrett? Sometimes,
- 20:56Speaker 1: you know, it's a kind of brinker. It goes back
- 20:59Speaker 1: and forth like a seesaw are Like, you know, there's
- 21:01Speaker 1: some days where it's like I could dig on the world,
- 21:03Speaker 1: and then there's other days where you're like, okay, well
- 21:06Speaker 1: the world you win. Right now, I'm just gonna I'm
- 21:08Speaker 1: just gonna sit right here and just wait from this
- 21:10Speaker 1: one and pass. But so but I think everybody go
- 21:12Speaker 1: do And that's the whole point of this moment of rob.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Everybody has moments of doubts. The biggest stars in the world,
- 21:19Speaker 1: I've seen them days. Jennifer Lopez is insecure, there's days
- 21:23Speaker 1: Diddy doesn't feel like he's the King of New York.
- 21:26Speaker 1: It's the way they handle those fears. It's the way
- 21:29Speaker 1: they handle them that makes them successful. Hey, that's it
- 21:32Speaker 1: for today. I always feel successful having you around, Garrett,
- 21:35Speaker 1: And thank you so much for listening to the Not
