- 3:01Lizzie, I can't wait to have this conversation.
- 3:05We are so grateful to have you with us here today.
- 3:09Thank you for being here.
- 3:11Thank you so much for the.
- 3:12Beautiful introduction.
- 3:14Thank you for having me on the show.
- 3:15It's such an honor to be here with you and I am, uh, just beyond delighted I can.
- 3:21I can't wait to dig in here because the depth of which you live your life I know has not always been the way it's been.
- 3:31How on earth did you know?
- 3:35When you were going to do such profound work in this world.
- 3:41That's such a fun question and I, I love to say like I was one of those lucky beings who.
- 3:50Remembered from a very young age, and I, I was tuned in and tapped in and turned on when I was young and I was given some messages very early on, like five, six years and younger that this would be part of my journey.
- 4:09And then as is common, I forgot, hmm.
- 4:13And I forgot for many, many, many years.
- 4:16But then when I remembered, it was like, oh yeah, I remember that.
- 4:20And so it was this aha moment of, yep, that makes perfect sense.
- 4:26And here we are.
- 4:27And now it's my treat to continue to remember, because that's what we're all doing.
- 4:34We're remembering it's yes, we learn.
- 4:37Yes, we grow.
- 4:39And really we're uncovering and on layering and returning.
- 4:43Resourcing returning to source within and remembering the wholeness of who we are.
- 4:51Your eyes light up when you answered.
- 4:54I was like, yep.
- 4:56She's talking about who she is as a person, which is exactly what we are talking about in this show.
- 5:02Doing what you need to do for you by you because of you.
- 5:07Is there anything in particular is there in your mind's eye where you can go?
- 5:13I remember this time when I was five, when I was six, and this was something that you could share with the audience because I think what happens is when people hear other people's stories.
- 5:26Things drop for them and all of a sudden they see things differently.
- 5:30So is there something you can share along those lines?
- 5:33Absolutely.
- 5:34Um, one of the key moments and, and this really just cuts to the weird that I am one of, and it's like, it's just totally out there.
- 5:46And I, I know that, uh, some people who hear this, they'll be like, I'm not the only one.
- 5:51Um, when I was young.
- 5:54I was very connected to what people would refer to as aliens or the galactic realm and angels as well.
- 6:03And there was an instance where I was visited by extraterrestrial beings and I remember it all happening.
- 6:15I remember this taking place, and then I went and told my mother, and I know I scared her.
- 6:22And it was all, it wasn't just like, oh, that's weird.
- 6:25It was like, what is happening?
- 6:27And I learned from that experience, oh, we don't talk about this.
- 6:31Like this isn't okay.
- 6:32And so I learned how to like keep that part quiet.
- 6:36However, there were other instances where I would talk about things like angels that was far more acceptable.
- 6:41Mm-hmm.
- 6:42And so if I would share a story about an angel or whatever, because I was raised in a Christian family.
- 6:48So angels are commonplace, right.
- 6:51And I could share about that kind of thing.
- 6:53So I learned like that's a far more acceptable path to talk about and to go down that road.
- 6:58And it was these interactions where there was one particular interaction where I was going through a very deep grief.
- 7:07Um, my OPA had.
- 7:11Passed away around this time and or maybe a little later blur.
- 7:16Timelines are a little bit blurred.
- 7:17Sure.
- 7:17But I remember that I was just feeling so lost and so alone, and I was about eight years old and I called in like I prayed to God.
- 7:29That was what I knew how to do.
- 7:30I prayed right, and I called, asked for support, and it was like this presence filled the room with me and.
- 7:40Stayed with me and that presence has been with me my entire life.
- 7:45And again, I forgot about it for a long period of time.
- 7:48Sure.
- 7:49But yeah, I was tuned back into these dimensions and I awakened and I remembered the truth of who I am.
- 7:56Somebody was like, oh, when you have an angel, that's by you all the time.
- 7:59And I was like, yes.
- 8:01Yes I do.
- 8:01You're right.
- 8:02And I know when they came because I remember.
- 8:05Right.
- 8:06Sure.
- 8:07So how did you go from.
- 8:10What you were doing prior to going into the depths of what you do now, how did you know that this was the route for you because of the work that you do is so, um, giving back to showing others what's possible for them.
- 8:30Um, how, how did that unravel for you?
- 8:33How did that roll out?
- 8:39When I was about 18, I actually, before I went to like university, I wanted to be a massage therapist.
- 8:47Okay.
- 8:47I wanted to be, I wanted to be a healer because I knew that that was part of my path.
- 8:51Yet I let myself get talked out of it and do the traditional route that I should do.
- 8:57And I was like the golden child, which sounds really nice in theory, but is actually a lot of pressure, right?
- 9:02And, uh, a lot of, um, self abandonment and people pleasing so that I would.
- 9:08Mm.
- 9:08Go on a different journey for a while.
- 9:10Right?
- 9:10And I went to school, got degrees, and then I was like, well, what am I gonna do?
- 9:16Because none of this is sitting with me, right?
- 9:19So I ended up a teacher and at the time I was like, I'm just gonna be a teacher.
- 9:24And I say, just with such a laughable likeness because you are never just a teacher.
- 9:30You are so much more than that.
- 9:33And that journey took me on, um.
- 9:37Really the journey that led me back to here because being a teacher, you tell kids they can be anything that they desire, anything that they believe in, and you help them cultivate skills and tools and practices to get there.
- 9:51And then there was this moment where I was like so deeply dissatisfied with my life and everything.
- 10:00It was like everything was going wrong, wrong.
- 10:02When it rains, it pours.
- 10:03And I.
- 10:05I was injured, I was unhappy.
- 10:07Just all the things.
- 10:08And I was like, well, if it's true for them, why is it not true for me?
- 10:13And so I had a little mini breakdown, breakdown the break, and I went on a solo journey, um, during Covid Times actually to Thailand and.
- 10:28My remembrance remembered me.
- 10:31And it, you know, like in Harry Potter, the one chooses the wizard.
- 10:35My, my life path was like, here you're, we're ready for you.
- 10:39Thank you for coming.
- 10:40And um, I learned energy healing and that was honestly the path back.
- 10:45It started with yoga.
- 10:47It started with like physical practice, breath work, meditation.
- 10:50But it was, that clicked into a different frequency with energy healing.
- 10:54That was my.
- 10:56Journey to this, this side of the right, the veil.
- 11:01Right, so, so what you're, what you're saying is very, it's resonates so much for me because we talk a lot about giving back to ourselves, but a lot of people are, are thinking the external, right.
- 11:16I'll go and do an activity and I'll find out who I am, and that's what I'm hearing.
- 11:23How you started doing the yoga, the meditation, the, those pieces.
- 11:27But there was a why a deeper.
- 11:30Voice, a deeper remembrance of deeper there.
- 11:33She's, and you were able to listen and hear that and action on it because you were going back to who you were, right?
- 11:45Yeah.
- 11:46That piece that you mentioned, that action, it's so crucial because if you know, action is the language of the physical body in the physical material plane, and.
- 12:00As a teacher, I have spent years accumulating knowledge and, and book learning, and I'm excellent at that too.
- 12:09But sure, if you apply what it is you're learning, the lessons don't get integrated and then they are lost.
- 12:18And when we take action, we are signaling to the holographic reality that is life the mirror.
- 12:27Hey.
- 12:28I am worthy.
- 12:29I know that this is how it works.
- 12:32I get to choose the direction I move in.
- 12:36That is action.
- 12:37That is movement.
- 12:38And from there I create the life that I desire.
- 12:42And you know, in our social media age, there's so much knowledge consumption.
- 12:46There's so much Suck it in, but what are you doing with it?
- 12:50Mm-hmm.
- 12:52Yeah.
- 12:53The work that you do to help, like.
- 12:58Help with autoimmune disease.
- 13:00That's massive.
- 13:01Like healing major, major life altering.
- 13:10I'm, I'm, I, I'm speechless.
- 13:12I, I'm, because I know people who have auto autoimmune and every day is a challenge how?
- 13:21In the world.
- 13:23Does that even happen where the work that you do affects healing at that level?
- 13:31So physical ailments dis-ease.
- 13:37Yeah.
- 13:37Is disease is the dis-ease in your body.
- 13:42And in yoga and Ayurveda, we know that and.
- 13:47Western Science doesn't focus on this as much as Eastern science, but we know that dis disease or disease is a physical manifestation in the body, and it's the last stage of the disease.
- 14:00It's not the first.
- 14:01It's a symptom of the last stage when you have ignored all the other subtler symptoms along the way and all the other layers of the self.
- 14:09We don't just have a physical body.
- 14:11We have a physical body, an emotional body, a mental body, an intellectual body, and a spiritual body.
- 14:17And when we can honor all the layers of the self and be.
- 14:24So okay with being radically honest with the self that we get to the root of the issue, we can dissolve literally anything.
- 14:33The thing is, is that if we've been so conditioned and trained to believe that this physical body and, and the symptoms or the experiences that happen to it in it of it are.
- 14:47Out of our control.
- 14:48Mm-hmm.
- 14:48Then that's what we believe, and we don't have agency over our own physical manifestation.
- 14:56When I read through Yoga and Ayurveda, that disease was a manifestation.
- 15:01I was like, well then if I manifested it in, surely I can manifest it out.
- 15:05Mm.
- 15:06And I knew in that moment, okay, I'm gonna heal.
- 15:09And I had wicked awful autoimmune diseases.
- 15:12I had fibromyalgia, I had something that they thought was.
- 15:15But it turned out to be an undifferentiated connective tissue disease.
- 15:19It was something they were like, we don't even really know what to call it.
- 15:22And it's not, they were just kind of boggled because it came out of nowhere.
- 15:28But really it came out of living a life that was deeply misaligned and ignoring it for so long when I chose to sit with the discomfort and sometimes stillness is needed.
- 15:43Mm-hmm.
- 15:44And to go.
- 15:46What's happening here and what are the pieces of my life that are making me so miserable and being okay with whatever answer came up, and I was not okay with it at first at all.
- 15:58You know, you would rather be right.
- 16:03Then we would rather be healed and whole because that ego, the negative ego, it's doing its job.
- 16:09It's to protect us, it's to keep us alive.
- 16:12But once we can understand that, if the ego gets exposed, if it gets illuminated, as I say, mm-hmm.
- 16:18It doesn't die.
- 16:20It just becomes another option in all the possible options.
- 16:24So when we can sit with the possibility of, you could be wrong about this, right, and you could actually heal from it, then we can open up to a whole new realm of possibility and healing.
- 16:37And there's many layers to this because even so, people.
- 16:43Often will hold on to diseases and ailments, um, and even like injuries much longer than they actually need to because there's a benefit in them keeping it.
- 16:56Mm-hmm.
- 16:56And that there's another layer of honesty too, because.
- 17:00You can ask like, well, what do you gain by having this disease?
- 17:03Well, people take care of me.
- 17:04I don't have to work, I don't have to, uh, do everything for myself.
- 17:10I, I get special treatment and I get to protect myself.
- 17:17And it seems like a really backwards, roundabout way of doing all of this.
- 17:20But the subconscious mind is, it's deeply symbolic.
- 17:27Hmm.
- 17:27And.
- 17:28The conscious mind is really doing its job to protect us, and the soul already knows that this is part of the journey.
- 17:37So it's okay with going on it, and it's not pitying you, right?
- 17:40It's not right.
- 17:42You are having an experience that you chose to have so that you could either repeat or evolve.
- 17:50Love it.
- 17:51You're, you're talking and I'm, something that just flew into my mind was a book I'm currently reading by Carolyn Elliott, PhD and it's called Existential Kink.
- 18:03And she's talks about, have you, have you heard of the book?
- 18:07I've heard of it, but I've not read it.
- 18:10I, I recommend you read it because it's exactly what you were talking about.
- 18:14There's a benefit in whatever it is, the ailment, the, the concern, the issue.
- 18:20You stay there because you are getting something out of it.
- 18:24Even though you feel, I hate this, I don't want, right?
- 18:27There's something in that.
- 18:29So how do you switch that, uh, flip that switch so that it changes and you see it for what it really is and not be afraid of it.
- 18:40Right.
- 18:41Yeah.
- 18:42We are so taught to fear the unknown.
- 18:44Yeah.
- 18:45And it's so, you know, it's interesting because mm-hmm.
- 18:49All we're ever gonna find in the unknown is more of ourselves.
- 18:53But when we have these stories that we tell or, and that we continue to perpetuate.
- 18:59It becomes scary and fear and doubt.
- 19:02They're actually not signals to stop.
- 19:05They're signals to keep going because I love this analogy that I use because I think I, I worked with little, I've worked with little children for so much of my life.
- 19:13Sure.
- 19:14And they show us everything we need to learn.
- 19:18When a little kid realizes that it's not gonna get what it wants.
- 19:22Think about if you're at a grocery store and you watch a child want the candy bar, and they'll go around the grocery store whining after their mother begging, pleading, please give me this.
- 19:33Please let me have it.
- 19:34When they get to the checkout and they realize they're maybe not gonna get that chocolate bar, you watch them throw a temper tantrum.
- 19:44And fear and doubt are just like that, that they get the loudest right before they're about to be exposed, right before they're about to be revealed and they're gonna get a no because the job of the defense mechanism of a negative belief is to perpetuate itself and to do whatever it can to stay alive.
- 20:03But again, like I said, if you're willing to say, okay, when I expose you, all you're going to realize is you still get to exist and you become a possible option.
- 20:14I can always go back and choose that option.
- 20:16It's there, it's available, but I could also choose an option in the direction that I actually say I prefer.
- 20:24Yet so many people I.
- 20:27Especially people with, um, health issues, injuries, ailments.
- 20:31And I speak to this with so much compassion.
- 20:33'cause this was, of course, of course they're in the victim mindset.
- 20:37Mm-hmm.
- 20:37And they, they feel so disempowered that they do not have a choice.
- 20:41And I know that that might be triggering also, but that's what I'm here to do.
- 20:44Activate people to help them.
- 20:46Remember, you have a choice no matter what.
- 20:49And even not making a choice is a choice in and of itself.
- 20:53Right.
- 20:54We make choices every day, whether we believe it or not.
- 20:57The reality is, every single day we do make multiple choices, and some of them are just because of this is how we do life.
- 21:06But I like what you said earlier about.
- 21:09The five components.
- 21:11There's not just the physical piece.
- 21:13There's all the other pieces that we are not using to bring ourselves to the fullness of who we truly are.
- 21:22And that's the work that you love to do and are so gifted at it.
- 21:27Um.
- 21:28I know that you shared this morning, and thank you for sharing all that stuff this morning.
- 21:32I'm like, look at her.
- 21:33She's going crazy about our conversation coming up, but I'm excited.
- 21:39I'm so excited.
- 21:40Right.
- 21:41So we had an opportunity to connect long before this, um, where you took me on, I'm gonna call it on a journey.
- 21:52And it was a journey that I've never had before.
- 21:56And I've done different things in my lifetime.
- 21:58I've done, you know, um, drumming and different experiences like that.
- 22:04Um, and it was absolutely life changing.
- 22:10And I, the, the part that I think is so amazing and to this day, I still am like.
- 22:16God, how does this even work?
- 22:19But I didn't do anything.
- 22:21I just was in space with you virtually like this, and you went through a variety of things.
- 22:31I can't even say what they all are, but you did.
- 22:34You did your magic on your end, and I just got to sit and think.
- 22:41Like asked, you asked me certain questions and I would just take it and you would clear things, and I've had this experience with another person who did something similar, but a different modality and the same thing.
- 22:54It's just like.
- 22:55I feel different, but I don't know how that's even possible.
- 22:58'cause I haven't moved.
- 22:58I'm in the same chair.
- 22:59I'm not, I, you know, I haven't stretched anything.
- 23:02Can you speak a little bit to psych K?
- 23:05'cause that's the exercise that, the exercise, I don't even know what you wanna call it.
- 23:09The experience that we did together so that people in the audience can hear the power of that opportunity that exists.
- 23:21Thank you for asking.
- 23:23Yes, of course I can.
- 23:24And also, I just wanna take a moment to say thank you to you and honor you in your experience, because the way I see things.
- 23:34We are all one.
- 23:36And whenever you say yes to you, not only do you say yes to you, you say yes to the collective.
- 23:42You say yes to everything and everybody, and that transformation that takes place in you isn't just for you.
- 23:50It's for every single person.
- 23:52And that seen and unseen every, every living, breathing.
- 23:58Not even living and breathing all of consciousness and it expands collectively.
- 24:03And that is so important.
- 24:06And so thank you for being you and for being part of that experience.
- 24:13My pleasure.
- 24:15So Ske is one of my favorite tools that I use in my practices.
- 24:21Um, psyche is a spiritual.
- 24:25Process with psychological, physical, mental, emotional benefits, right?
- 24:30And what we do in psych K, you, you call them exercises, we, we call them balance.
- 24:36So in psych K, it is a process whereby we honor the whole human, the whole self.
- 24:44And we work with the super conscious mind, which not in psyche, but in other places people might call it your highest self or your, your.
- 24:53Your soul self, or many, many other.
- 24:56We work with the subconscious mind and we work with the conscious, um, what comes out in the conscious.
- 25:04Right, right.
- 25:05So this process is beautiful because I like to use the analogy of a computer and.
- 25:12This is why I like to use it because they don't really understand computers.
- 25:15Yeah.
- 25:16Need to.
- 25:17Because what I do understand is that there is only so much in the universe that you will ever understand, and it's like a little dot, that's how much you're gonna ever understand.
- 25:26There is infinite amounts of everything and we can't possibly understand it all.
- 25:32We get to experience and know this like little dot of it.
- 25:35Mm-hmm.
- 25:36So that's like the super conscious realm, let's say.
- 25:40Right.
- 25:40And.
- 25:42The subconscious mind.
- 25:44You can think of it like the computer operating system.
- 25:48It's running scripts.
- 25:50It's doing so much background work.
- 25:52It processes information at about 50 to a hundred thousand bits of information per second.
- 25:57It's super fast, high level computing.
- 26:00Do I know how that works?
- 26:03However, I do know how to open tabs on my computer.
- 26:07I do know how to log into different functions and things like that.
- 26:11That's like the conscious mind, right?
- 26:13And so when we can understand that, we can communicate with the subconscious mind, and this is the part about like Psyche that I do know.
- 26:21Like I know how to do that.
- 26:22I've been trained in that.
- 26:24I know how to, how to access that part.
- 26:26It would be like I'm a computer programmer and I know how to work that part, right?
- 26:31I help people.
- 26:33Through these balances, tune into the subconscious beliefs and we see what are beliefs that are limiting or beliefs that are enhancing.
- 26:44We can also work with trauma, stress, and any other like heavy, dense kind of, uh, experience to transmute that and reach a state of peace and non-attachment.
- 26:57And so Psyche works because we perceive.
- 27:02The experience and the beliefs, and instead of just trying to put stuff on top and pretend like that's not there, we actually, with intention go into mm-hmm.
- 27:15The subconscious limiting beliefs, the subconscious trauma, the body trauma even, and we're able to.
- 27:22Let all of that come up to the surface to be witnessed, to be integrated and then clear it and program in what you would rather, what you would like instead.
- 27:33And so it's this process of understanding.
- 27:35We don't just put some more stuff on top.
- 27:37It's like having a full cup of rocks.
- 27:39You can't just Right rocks on top, they don't fit.
- 27:42You have to dump it out and then.
- 27:44Fill it up.
- 27:45So the same thing is true with che.
- 27:47We, we bring it all up.
- 27:49We clear what needs to be cleared, and then we program in new beliefs.
- 27:54Again, like an operating system of a computer, you have to, again, here's the part that I don't know, I kind of wipe it, but I don't do that part.
- 28:03The update does that part on its own.
- 28:05Same as in, I don't actually have to go in there and clean things up for you.
- 28:10That's what your super conscious does.
- 28:12That's what that part of asking for permission allows us to do because we don't need to do that part that's taken care of by source.
- 28:22God, the universe, your super conscious, whatever you believe in, right?
- 28:26It's there.
- 28:27Love it.
- 28:28Love it.
- 28:29And when we did our work together, you had mentioned to me, and correct me if I'm wrong, but that you do psych work on yourself, you balance yourself all the time.
- 28:43So knowing that, is there anything you could share that you could say is the most magical thing that's ever happened when you fully.
- 28:55Chose you?
- 29:00Oh gosh, yeah.
- 29:02Great question.
- 29:04I have thousands of miraculous stories.
- 29:07Like miracles are regular for me, but the biggest one I will say is something that I had wanted to do for so long.
- 29:17Uh, I have been a teacher for like.
- 29:2317 plus years and I had wanted to leave the teaching career and the job for.
- 29:29About six years and I couldn't do it.
- 29:33No matter what I did, what I tried, everything, I would just keep looping and getting stuck in the, but it's safe, I'm comfortable, I have a good pension, a blah, like all these things that logically make sense.
- 29:48And in the 3D world, they make sense and, and you know, family reinforcing this belief and everything.
- 29:54Yet my soul was screaming at me.
- 29:57Hmm.
- 29:57It was just saying, you, you've gotta make a switch.
- 30:00So when I did, uh, a very transformative, um, alternative life balance in psychic, it's an advanced balance that what we do, I made it.
- 30:11Two of my action steps that I must Ooh, balloons.
- 30:17I love that too.
- 30:18Yeah.
- 30:18If you're listening to the podcast, um, Lizzie just put her fingers up and all these balloons came to celebrate what she's gonna be talking about.
- 30:28So funny.
- 30:29Uh, um, I did, I did this action step for two of my, um.
- 30:36Two of the things I must complete, and it was to sign no on my contract.
- 30:43And I had wanted to for years.
- 30:44And so that time came where it was like, okay, your contract's here, you need to sign.
- 30:50No.
- 30:51And of course I could have not.
- 30:52That was an option, but I really wanted my life to change and I knew that I had to take that really bold, scary action for me.
- 31:02Mm-hmm.
- 31:03And.
- 31:04Once I did, like, I, I remember I was sitting on my couch.
- 31:07I signed no, and then I went, huh.
- 31:12How funny of me that I made it to sign no on my contract, and I did it.
- 31:18And I went, I breathed the sigh of relief.
- 31:20I felt very accomplished, but then I was like.
- 31:23That wasn't so scary.
- 31:24That wasn't such a big deal.
- 31:26And then I laughed and I was like, well, I guess the next part is I should hand it in.
- 31:29Right?
- 31:32That was, that was the next logical step.
- 31:34So of course I handed in the no, and then my life changed wildly every like more.
- 31:41Things just started falling into place.
- 31:42Aligned.
- 31:43Clients started flowing in.
- 31:45People reached out to me and like featured me in magazines.
- 31:49I, I started writing for other magazines.
- 31:53I had so many opportunities and a lot of, a lot of other stuff happened where like, stuff started leaving my life and I was like, oh, this alignment, this is part of, this doesn't align with your new frequency and so it must be cleared out in order for your new reality to take shape.
- 32:11And so.
- 32:13I would be lying to say it's all rainbows and butterflies all the time, because that's not true.
- 32:20The whole part about holding all this light and love is that you go through the shadows, the depths, and the darkness in order to be able to hold all the light.
- 32:31We live in a dualistic world.
- 32:33And being able to hold all the light means also being able to see all the dark.
- 32:38When you turn on the light switch in a room, now you see all the dirty stuff too, right?
- 32:42So it's part of knowing that this experience, while it gets to be joyful, and it can be easy, we don't have to do, make it be hard work.
- 32:52I say it's the hard work, and this can be a little jarring at times, but with the right support and with the right.
- 33:02Uh, belief systems in place, which is why I use Psyche so much, is to work on the beliefs because whatever you believe is what manifests in your physical reality.
- 33:11We do not manifest from the conscious mind alone.
- 33:14We manifest from the subconscious and the soul level as well.
- 33:18And so when we align our beliefs, which are in our subconscious, then we can allow our soul to shine through, and this is why it becomes easy and effortless and beautiful.
- 33:29Mm-hmm.
- 33:31And I love what you're saying in terms of the duality, because the important piece that resonates for me in this conversation that I wanna share is that if you stay doing, if you're resonating with what Lizzie's saying and you're like, but it's, you know, I look at the outside and, and everybody's right.
- 33:51I've got the pension, I've got this, I've got all these, but I'm.
- 33:55I'm not happy.
- 33:56How long do I stay not happy for?
- 33:59And how long does it take before that dis.
- 34:04Ease starts to enter in and things I thought were, I can, I can do it.
- 34:10I'll just suck it up buttercup.
- 34:12It's a job.
- 34:13You're blah, blah, blah.
- 34:14Instead of going to the duality, I.
- 34:20Actually putting your toe in the water, knowing people like Lizzie exists to help you through that journey and help you with your belief system and help you move more towards your aligned soul truth.
- 34:36And in so doing, yes.
- 34:39Thank you for sharing, Lizzie, that there are hard times.
- 34:42It doesn't mean it's unicorns and butterflies, but the results are you're living a life.
- 34:49Of your choosing and you're making the choices that you truly desire, and we never know what's gonna roll out as a result.
- 35:00We have ideas, but those ideas are human and it doesn't take into the other pieces that, uh, new opportunities can present themselves.
- 35:08Like you said, all this stuff started falling into my lap.
- 35:12It's like what?
- 35:13It couldn't before.
- 35:14There wasn't space for it.
- 35:16Right.
- 35:20You said something that I just wanna mention that really is important on this journey of saying yes to yourself.
- 35:32A couple things.
- 35:33One is that you get to choose your heart.
- 35:37I.
- 35:38Speak from my personal experience.
- 35:40I once was more than a hundred pounds overweight.
- 35:43And that was hard.
- 35:46That was a hard life in so many different regards.
- 35:49And I remember how hard it was to live, how hard it felt to be in my own.
- 35:55Mm-hmm.
- 35:56How discomfort, like I felt in so much discomfort all the time and I lost all that weight.
- 36:03And people said, well, wasn't that hard?
- 36:04And I said, yes, I guess it was hard, but.
- 36:08I was choosing my heart.
- 36:09It was harder to stay stuck in a body, in light, in a mindset, in this, this misery than it was to decide to make a choice and a change step by step in the that I wanted to be in.
- 36:26And people always try to eat the whole elephant at the one time elephant, one bite at a time if you're going up the mountain.
- 36:33And that looks daunting.
- 36:35It does.
- 36:36Just look at your feet, take one step at a time, and then it doesn't seem so challenging.
- 36:41And again, support, encouragement, those, the right people surrounding you along the way is really key.
- 36:47And then you also said about, um, my mind went away for a moment.
- 36:55Eh, if it wants to come back, it will.
- 37:00You're we're very similar.
- 37:02I have a couple of ideas.
- 37:03Don't forget them.
- 37:05Oh, what?
- 37:05Same game.
- 37:07But it doesn't wanna, it doesn't wanna hang out with me right now.
- 37:09That's okay.
- 37:11Um, is there anything that you would love to share with our audience that will give them something to go back and.
- 37:21Uncover, discover, think about, contemplate for you by you because of you by giving back to yourself in ways that you've never actually considered before.
- 37:33Is there any golden nugget that you would love to close our conversation with this, uh, uh, this morning?
- 37:41Yeah, and it, and it kind of goes with what I was, I think, what I was thinking before that I wanted to share.
- 37:47So, perfect.
- 37:49We often believe that we have to earn our worth.
- 37:55Mm.
- 37:56And this is one of the biggest blocks to the life that we desire.
- 38:03And again, I like that idea of choosing your heart.
- 38:06You do not have to earn your worth.
- 38:10You are inherently worthy because you exist.
- 38:13If you weren't worthy, you simply would not exist.
- 38:17But because you exist and because of all this conditioning that tells us we have to prove our worth or prove this, prove that we get lost in this idea of what it means to live a joyful life or a fulfilled life or a loving life, and.
- 38:37True unconditional love, which is what source God, the universe, whatever you wanna call it.
- 38:43Consciousness pure awareness is, is unconditional love.
- 38:48And people get that definition really confused sometimes, but it really means without condition.
- 38:54So if you want to live a life of struggle, if you wanna live a hard life, you can choose that, and the universe will literally unconditionally support that and go, okay, here you go.
- 39:05If you want to live a life of ease, joy, fulfillment, the whatever it is that you desire, the universe will go, okay, here you go.
- 39:14Notice how my inflection didn't change because it's not like, okay, you want to live a joyful, easy life.
- 39:20Here you go.
- 39:21And okay, you wanna live a hard, difficult, go ahead.
- 39:23No, it's neutral.
- 39:24It is unconditional love and grace, and when you can start applying that to yourself mm-hmm.
- 39:33Like you would a small baby infant or a really old person.
- 39:36We have a lot of unconditional grace and compassion and love for them.
- 39:40Apply that to yourself and know that your worth can never be taken away.
- 39:48The we build empires of burnout and self-sacrifice and separation, but when you begin to like dissolve all of that and truly remember that it's your being, that's the value.
- 40:01You recalibrate your whole entire reality.
- 40:05You get to receive just as much as you give.
- 40:09You get to create effortlessly and instead of proving, you are simply here in presence.
- 40:15And that's so, so beautiful because you recognize then that abundance is your birthright.
- 40:22And it's not just abundance financially.
- 40:24It is abundance in all the ways.
- 40:27And you anchor into that and you know that it's a frequency.
- 40:32It's not something to get, Hmm.
- 40:33It's not something to prove.
- 40:35It's something to align with as a frequency, as an energy.
- 40:39And one thing I just wanna like leave people with, because it's so clear in this example, when you are ill, when you don't have good health, like maybe you have really, really bad health, or maybe you just have a cold and you wish to get better, you know that by wishing and wanting and doing whatever you can to get better, you don't take away the health of somebody else.
- 41:07Mm-hmm.
- 41:08Health is abundant, wellbeing is abundant, and it's available to everybody.
- 41:13You would never go, oh, if I get better, then that means that person gets sicker.
- 41:18No, it doesn't work that way.
- 41:19The same is true with every form of abundance, money, relationships, um, mental health.
- 41:27Physical health, emotional health, social status.
- 41:31There is an abundance of everything, and it's a matter of reprogramming yourself to realize you're not taking anything away from anybody else.
- 41:41That scarcity is actually a lie.
- 41:43Abundance is the only truth, and even when you have lack, you don't lack abundance.
- 41:50You have an abundance of lack, and so you can simply.
- 41:55Choose Again, it's a choice.
- 41:57It's a conscious choice to switch and go, okay, well then if I believe that I lacked abundance, I'm going to believe that I have abundance, that I am abundant, that frequency and everything begins to become simpler because it really is simple.
- 42:13We just have to get out of our own way.
- 42:16Yeah.
- 42:16You're not fighting.
- 42:17You're not fighting yourself.
- 42:18Right.
- 42:20Yeah.
- 42:21Seeing what is possible, knowing that your belief system is the driver of your bus.
- 42:29So if you want to get on a different bus, all you do is get out and move over.
- 42:36Right?
- 42:37Mm-hmm.
- 42:38And it's there for the taking.
- 42:40It's, it's daily choices, it's daily thoughts, it's daily acceptance.
- 42:47And I love what you're talking about because everybody is born worthy.
- 42:52I.
- 42:52There's, we don't have to go find it.
- 42:55I know a lot of people talk about, well, when I retire I will have this, this, I can't have it now.
- 43:01The part that makes my heart ache forever is we don't know when our last breath is, and how many times have we heard in our world people didn't make it to retirement when they were gonna start living?
- 43:15Every day is a choice to live, so yeah.
- 43:20That that is so important.
- 43:22If you would ask yourself this question, and it's one that really woke me up.
- 43:27I asked myself the question if I had,'cause there was a point in my life where I didn't want to live anymore, and it was like.
- 43:37Well, let's just say this is your last chance at life because it was that dire.
- 43:42It felt that awful.
- 43:45Would you rather take a chance and just go full out and do the things that you say you've always wanted to do or just give up and dine out?
- 43:55And so if you had a year left to live, would you still be doing what it is you're doing or would you really.
- 44:05Live your life to the fullest because you never know when it is your last year.
- 44:10You never know when it is your last day.
- 44:13And so to live your life for one day, one day is now all we have is here and now it's the present moment.
- 44:20And this, I asked that question to one of my colleagues who was in a state like I was, and she.
- 44:27Is such a beautiful example because even though it meant she would lose some of her pension and all these other things, money.
- 44:35Mm-hmm.
- 44:35All like a bunch of stuff that normal people would go, I need that.
- 44:39I asked her this question and she went, that changed my life.
- 44:42And she decided then like within a week she was like, I'm done.
- 44:46I can't do this job anymore.
- 44:48I need to take care of myself and I need to be, and that can be a process.
- 44:56That is hard for some, but again, you never know.
- 45:00Yeah.
- 45:01What you don't know until you try.
- 45:03And people on their deathbed, what do they regret?
- 45:07Not loving more, not having more time with family, not going and experiencing the world or whatever that might mean to them.
- 45:13Right.
- 45:15It's not, oh, I wish I worked more.
- 45:17I wish I stayed in my job more and had more and money.
- 45:19I wish I, uh, did clean my house more.
- 45:23It's never those things.
- 45:24Yeah.
- 45:25So allowing yourself to live from your soul's essence.
- 45:31Everybody knows what that sounds like.
- 45:33Well, we just pretend like we don't.
- 45:35Until we are faced with the reality of, okay, keep pretending or there's something that's going to really jar you, and that's those rock bottom moments.
- 45:47But it doesn't have to get there.
- 45:49You don't have to get, which is exactly why.
- 45:53I have this show so people don't have to hit those rock bottom moments to get themselves out.
- 46:01Yes, it.
- 46:02It many times works for individuals.
- 46:05Not always we know, but let's not make that a prior.
- 46:09Let's not let that happen.
- 46:11That's why I have incredible guests like yourself, and it's a blessing to be able to share this space with you.
- 46:19We have in the show notes all of the ways that you can contact and find Lizzie.
- 46:24She's everywhere.
- 46:26We are all connected.
- 46:27We believe that.
- 46:28We know that and reach out because I can tell you I've had the experience and it was second to none.
- 46:37It was amazing, and I am so grateful for our time together today.
- 46:41Thank you for chiming in from Kuwait.
- 46:44Oh my gosh, I love this.
- 46:48I'm so deeply.
- 46:51Um.
- 46:53Appreciative and moved by what you do.
- 46:58Thank you for doing what you do.
- 47:00Thank you for being the shining beacon that you are.
- 47:03Your energy is contagious and you are giving people that opportunity to live their best lives now.
- 47:14Yeah.
- 47:15So thank you for who you be, what you bring to this world, and for having me to share my journey with you.
- 47:23Thank you so much, Lizzie, for being here again in the show notes.
- 47:28Double check, see how you can find Lizzie.
- 47:30Connect with her.
- 47:31Um, let her magic hit your world and your life will never be the same.
- 47:37My name is Denise, drink Walter, and I am a midlife renewal coach and helping people thrive after 45.
- 47:44Have a great day, everyone, and we will see you again.
- 47:47Bye.
