Off-Duty Cop Shoots Suspect in Traffic Chase | San Antonio News
An off-duty San Antonio cop shot a 50-year-old man during a high-speed, reckless driving chase near Loop 410 and Airport Blvd. The suspect allegedly sideswiped another car while trying to pull up beside the officer’s stopped vehicle, prompting the officer to fire. The man suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the upper body, called police himself, and was taken to the hospital.
