- 0:00Speaker 1: This is.
- 0:03Speaker 2: And we are into another new hour insensitivity training for
- 0:07Speaker 2: a politically correct world. Greg's Sea Bass, Sammy. I tell you, man,
- 0:13Speaker 2: I want to get to the bottom of it. So
- 0:15Speaker 2: I brought dumbass Tyler into the studio and Morgan. They
- 0:19Speaker 2: have been all morning out in the hallway every time
- 0:23Speaker 2: I go about bickering.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Because I got pissed off and I went back to
- 0:28Speaker 3: my studio.
- 0:30Speaker 2: In trouble impared. Now, uh, for those who not aware,
- 0:35Speaker 2: we found out just recently that Morgan and dumbass Tyler
- 0:39Speaker 2: are cohabitating. They they decided to be roommates. And so
- 0:45Speaker 2: this is only how long you've been living together.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Two weeks. Two weeks.
- 0:50Speaker 2: These are what they call growing pains. It's that adjustment period.
- 0:54Speaker 2: And anytime you move in with anybody, even if it's
- 0:56Speaker 2: like a romantic partner, there's always that like getting used
- 0:58Speaker 2: to each other and how you guys and how you
- 1:03Speaker 2: guys live. And I don't know something with Chicken, I
- 1:07Speaker 2: don't know exactly. Yeah, so you know about this, Yeah.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'll explain. But here's what Matt is. As
- 1:13Speaker 3: soon as I'm done explaining, Tyler is going to look
- 1:15Speaker 3: y'all all in the eye and say I'm lying.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Okay, okay, well he's known to do that yet, Okay.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the problem I have with that right now.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Last night, Oh, is this the question that you asked
- 1:27Speaker 2: me in the office. Yeah, it's based on this Tyler
- 1:30Speaker 2: asked me question. The question he asked me.
- 1:32Speaker 4: He goes, ask you a.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Question out of nowhere. I'm like, we're working on getting
- 1:36Speaker 2: the show together. Morgan said the same thing, and he goes,
- 1:39Speaker 2: he goes, how do you defrost chicken?
- 1:40Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:41Speaker 2: I go all right, yeah, let's go there.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, okay, because there's there's a little bit of
- 1:47Speaker 1: conflicting reports because I was like, on each other's side,
- 1:51Speaker 1: well yeah, the.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Story, yeah, okay, so the timing is what's confusing to
- 1:58Speaker 3: But yesterday I noticed there was chicken in the sink.
- 2:01Speaker 3: I'm like, okay, cool, cool, you went to the store
- 2:03Speaker 3: and got some chicken in.
- 2:04Speaker 2: A package, not just yeah, just chickens.
- 2:07Speaker 3: In the package that you would buy it in. I
- 2:09Speaker 3: assume frozen sitting in the sink. I went to bed
- 2:11Speaker 3: pretty early last night, earlier than usual, and then this
- 2:14Speaker 3: morning he leaves before me. This morning, I woke up
- 2:17Speaker 3: and I'm like, oh, it's still in the sink. So
- 2:19Speaker 3: I texted him. I said, hey, you know this chicken
- 2:21Speaker 3: is still in the sink, right He's like, yeah, yeah,
- 2:22Speaker 3: I leave it. I'm like okay, And I was like,
- 2:25Speaker 3: just make sure you know we need to bleach the
- 2:27Speaker 3: sink afterwards, because like salmonella city.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And then here.
- 2:32Speaker 3: We are and it's going to be sitting in the
- 2:33Speaker 3: sink for like eight more hours. My point is it's
- 2:35Speaker 3: been in the sink since allegedly, I want to say,
- 2:38Speaker 3: like five six pm.
- 2:39Speaker 5: Oh my god, wha five or six pm?
- 2:42Speaker 3: But he says it was ten pm. And then I'm
- 2:44Speaker 3: lying and.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Okay, long that is the factor I didn't know, because
- 2:48Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, is it frozen solid? Then yeah, I
- 2:51Speaker 1: can sit out for I don't know. Yeah, I didn't
- 2:56Speaker 1: know the amount of time.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Well, the call is like two hours and the whole
- 3:01Speaker 3: that's why'm mad. He says, I'm lying two hours for prince.
- 3:03Speaker 6: Cooked chicken to eat and then before you put it
- 3:06Speaker 6: in the fridge. Things should not be thawed on the
- 3:09Speaker 6: counter or in the sink. They're supposed to be thought
- 3:11Speaker 6: in the refrigerator.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Right. Well, because I do remember somebody who worked in
- 3:15Speaker 2: a kitchen Now, if this is you know, not accurate,
- 3:19Speaker 2: I would never eat at this restaurant again. Okay, but
- 3:22Speaker 2: this person, if they're you know, they're a professional in
- 3:25Speaker 2: this arena, and they said for frozen stuff like that,
- 3:28Speaker 2: you can put them in water, but it's got to
- 3:30Speaker 2: be ice water. Yes, So get the mistake that people make.
- 3:34Speaker 2: They'll take like a pound of ground beef out of
- 3:36Speaker 2: the freezer and they'll try to be thaw on it,
- 3:39Speaker 2: and they'll get hot water and they'll put it in
- 3:41Speaker 2: I know if that breed, that breeds that ice water
- 3:47Speaker 2: ice water, And you wonder why I have somebody's stomach problems. Right, Well,
- 3:51Speaker 2: maybe you've gotten lucky, but like, can you see like
- 3:54Speaker 2: where that would because you're putting hot heat warmth to Yeah,
- 3:59Speaker 2: it's back, but it's not hot enough to cook it.
- 4:02Speaker 5: She's okay, you're totally not.
- 4:05Speaker 2: It's all about that danger zone to now with the
- 4:09Speaker 2: chicken sitting out, especially for that long because it's sitting.
- 4:13Speaker 2: You don't put like frozen burgers on a grill and
- 4:16Speaker 2: the outside is charred but the inside still frozen. The
- 4:19Speaker 2: same idea, but I would think it would be reversed.
- 4:22Speaker 5: Right.
- 4:22Speaker 2: So the middle of the chicken is still like block
- 4:26Speaker 2: of ice cold, but the outside has gotten warm enough
- 4:29Speaker 2: where now it's breeding because it's just it's sitting out
- 4:32Speaker 2: in room temperature, you know conditions, Yes, and so yes,
- 4:36Speaker 2: the middle of it is still frozen enough where it's
- 4:38Speaker 2: not an issue. It's still cold enough. It's the outside
- 4:41Speaker 2: as it starts to thaw where that would start breeding.
- 4:45Speaker 2: But overnight.
- 4:47Speaker 5: I do you have a.
- 4:48Speaker 6: Question for you because being I think you know someone
- 4:50Speaker 6: who's come right from home to now living with Morgan.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Is this the way like your family?
- 4:56Speaker 6: Does it came from somewhere?
- 4:59Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 4:59Speaker 1: Because I didn't know the timeline. Now you said there's
- 5:02Speaker 1: there's a lie with the timeline. You said five PM.
- 5:05Speaker 1: I'm saying ten. Are you sticking with the ten?
- 5:07Speaker 5: Yes?
- 5:08Speaker 4: I took it out right before I went to bed,
- 5:10Speaker 4: and it was tens.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Be true because Morgan said she went to bed early
- 5:13Speaker 5: and saw it before bed.
- 5:15Speaker 3: I didn't even train last night. I trained during the day,
- 5:17Speaker 3: went to bed probably.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Like I don't know.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Eight oh, good for you walk the dog at like
- 5:21Speaker 3: six ish?
- 5:22Speaker 5: So is your concern Tyler's tummy or your sink?
- 5:26Speaker 1: Like?
- 5:26Speaker 5: Why are you so the worried about this?
- 5:28Speaker 2: Uh?
- 5:29Speaker 3: At first it was like the chicken and the sink,
- 5:31Speaker 3: like we need to throw away the sponges in the sink,
- 5:33Speaker 3: like bleach it out.
- 5:34Speaker 2: And then also like he said, in the package, right,
- 5:36Speaker 2: it's in the package.
- 5:37Speaker 5: I want to be paranoid.
- 5:39Speaker 3: But it's been sitting there for all.
- 5:40Speaker 2: It doesn't matter. Just it with bleach. It's no big deal.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Okay, fine, that was my worry. Also, I guess kind
- 5:46Speaker 3: of worried about him. Like now I just know not
- 5:47Speaker 3: to eat anything to eat cooks. But then it's like
- 5:50Speaker 3: the hymn telling people and me that I'm lying and
- 5:53Speaker 3: I'm making it up. That's driving me crazy.
- 5:55Speaker 2: The safest ways to defrost chicken or in the refrigerator
- 5:58Speaker 2: takes twenty four hours and a sea old bag submerged
- 6:01Speaker 2: in cold water won the two hours, change the water
- 6:03Speaker 2: every thirty minutes. I've not heard of that, or using
- 6:06Speaker 2: the microwaves defrost setting.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Those will ever do that? Yeah? Yeah, yeah.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Frozen chicken on a tray and bottom shelf of the
- 6:12Speaker 2: fridge takes about twenty four hours for most or four
- 6:15Speaker 2: or four hours per pound per pound.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:18Speaker 2: The cold water method faster submerged chicken in a sealed
- 6:21Speaker 2: bag and a bowl of cold water. Change the water
- 6:24Speaker 2: every thirty minutes to in short stays cold. Microwave would
- 6:27Speaker 2: be the fastest the defrosted. The fifty percent power setting
- 6:30Speaker 2: uses only for boneless pieces and cook immediately, as some
- 6:34Speaker 2: parts may start cooking.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, And let me ask Tyler, so are you
- 6:40Speaker 1: just lying about the time because you're embarrassed that you
- 6:42Speaker 1: did leave it out too long or you're sticking with
- 6:46Speaker 1: it was ten pm.
- 6:47Speaker 4: I'm sticking with it was.
- 6:48Speaker 6: But here's the thing. It doesn't matter because that's too long.
- 6:51Speaker 6: It doesn't yeh, that's too long. About the embarrassing part.
- 6:56Speaker 4: So I will say in my household, we would do
- 6:59Speaker 4: it for like up to twelve hours, just to make
- 7:01Speaker 4: sure it's completely.
- 7:03Speaker 2: I never thought, never thought on the kitchen counter or
- 7:06Speaker 2: in hot water. To avoid bacterial growth, cook immediately after thought,
- 7:10Speaker 2: regardless of the method used. Do not refreeze raw chicken
- 7:14Speaker 2: after it's been defrosted. Oh you can cook chick. You
- 7:19Speaker 2: can cook. You can cook chicken directly from frozen if needed,
- 7:22Speaker 2: like in an oven or a pressure cooker. But it
- 7:24Speaker 2: does take fifty percent longer. Wonderstand exactly stomach problem. I
- 7:30Speaker 2: don't cook warm dessert. That's the issue. That's the warm dessert.
- 7:35Speaker 5: Right, I'll be in the hospital.
- 7:37Speaker 2: I put chocolate over my frozen chicken.
- 7:40Speaker 5: Nothing's wrong with me, So.
- 7:42Speaker 3: I always just put it in the fridge and then.
- 7:45Speaker 2: What you're supposed to go.
- 7:46Speaker 3: But I would also.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I leave items out too, but not that long.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Well it's sitting out as we speak, so please don't.
- 7:53Speaker 2: I mean it weirds me out. You're supposed to and
- 7:55Speaker 2: I do this. When you're cooking steaks on the grill,
- 7:58Speaker 2: you leave them out to bring him to room ten, yes,
- 8:00Speaker 2: but before you put them on the grill, that's a
- 8:03Speaker 2: different literally different animals, you know I'm saying. But it
- 8:06Speaker 2: also it weirds me out. I'm like, I don't know
- 8:08Speaker 2: if I should be doing that.
- 8:09Speaker 5: Yeah, I think about it for like almost an hour.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Yeah, they sit there, they say you can do that,
- 8:13Speaker 2: and I've done it. It doesn't feels it feels wrong.
- 8:17Speaker 5: It's strange.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Can it's my mistake? People eat rawsteak tartar.
- 8:22Speaker 5: I don't understand the lie though, because if you went
- 8:24Speaker 5: to bed early and you saw the chicken in there
- 8:26Speaker 5: and Tyler saying.
- 8:27Speaker 2: No, it was a ten o'clock, I don't crazy again,
- 8:32Speaker 2: I eat rock cookie dough all the time, and I've
- 8:33Speaker 2: been told how that's going to.
- 8:34Speaker 5: Make me sick. Yeah, you're going to die.
- 8:37Speaker 2: But it's so far like Sammy with her defrosting meat.
- 8:41Speaker 2: That way survival right until you don't, until you don't.
- 8:47Speaker 6: Like Tyler's been bread for it, you haven't, Morgan, so
- 8:50Speaker 6: don't eat it.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Tyler is called gas lighting. But we have.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Yeah, crazy like why like I don't, I don't get it.
- 9:00Speaker 2: You'll figure it out, you guys will figure out whatevers. Well,
- 9:05Speaker 2: that's like saying like I killed six people. No, I
- 9:08Speaker 2: only killed two people. No, it doesn't matter if it
- 9:10Speaker 2: was two or six. You're wrong.
- 9:12Speaker 3: And you said you put it out when you were
- 9:13Speaker 3: doing dishes when I was walking the dog.
- 9:15Speaker 4: No, I said I put it out right before I
- 9:17Speaker 4: went to bed. I was doing the dishes when you
- 9:20Speaker 4: came back. Yeah, and it wasn't in there when I
- 9:22Speaker 4: was doing that.
- 9:22Speaker 6: But how would Morgan even know if she didn't see
- 9:25Speaker 6: it before bed?
- 9:27Speaker 3: If yeah, and if I saw it this morning and
- 9:28Speaker 3: I didn't see it last night, I probably wouldn't have
- 9:31Speaker 3: texted you because I would have just told you when
- 9:33Speaker 3: I got in.
- 9:33Speaker 6: But the text would have been like, what's up with
- 9:35Speaker 6: the chicken in this think like a brand new conversation.
- 9:38Speaker 3: I mean, you got anything.
- 9:40Speaker 4: I'm just.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Or he had he had an idea of what really happened,
- 9:50Speaker 2: but now he's kind of realizing that, you know what,
- 9:51Speaker 2: she might be right, but I can't give into that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: So I'm going to go you know what I said, Well,
- 9:56Speaker 1: he comes from sports radio, so they always got to
- 9:59Speaker 1: dig in even when you're wrong. Yea.
- 10:03Speaker 2: You know there's a there's a guy very well respected.
- 10:06Speaker 2: He's a radio Hall of Famer, and I remember he
- 10:08Speaker 2: told me years ago. He says, uh, you know, in
- 10:11Speaker 2: talk radio and sports talk radio, the key to success
- 10:15Speaker 2: is taking a position whatever, figure out whatever your position
- 10:19Speaker 2: is gonna be, and you die on that hill.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:21Speaker 2: No matter what you could say, Tom Brady's the worst
- 10:23Speaker 2: quarterback that's ever played the game. And no matter what
- 10:26Speaker 2: kind of fact comes into play, what kind of stuff
- 10:30Speaker 2: changes your opinion, Like in your own mind, you never
- 10:33Speaker 2: wai where you go Nope, and you just stick with
- 10:36Speaker 2: that because that's what gets the audience fired up, and
- 10:38Speaker 2: that's what gets people.
- 10:39Speaker 5: Like, oh my god, I keep are you insane?
- 10:41Speaker 2: And that's why it works. So that's what that's what
- 10:45Speaker 2: he's employed. Good radio. That's the strategy he's employing with
- 10:47Speaker 2: his new roommate.
- 10:49Speaker 6: That somebody, somebody on the text asked a very interesting question.
- 10:52Speaker 6: They say, is d A T Hispanic? Because that's how
- 10:55Speaker 6: we Hispanics do frost everything.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Yeah, that's how we defrosted.
- 10:59Speaker 3: I don't know how, y'all.
- 11:00Speaker 2: That's all you live.
- 11:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Yeah, it's making me think I'm crazy. So a lesson
- 11:05Speaker 3: in gas lighting. Yeah, and then breaks down he's doing
- 11:08Speaker 3: a great job.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Oh did you even tell her about the TV yet?
- 11:12Speaker 5: No? Not?
- 11:13Speaker 4: Yeah, kind of kind of.
- 11:15Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 11:16Speaker 3: Let's communicate.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Well, I'm giving it.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm giving him like one of my
- 11:22Speaker 1: old seventy inch TVs of seventy I don't know if
- 11:25Speaker 1: it like fits.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll make it fit, Okay. I just want to
- 11:30Speaker 2: make sure that was cool. Yeah, absolutely, Okay. I a
- 11:33Speaker 2: would have to clear that.
- 11:34Speaker 5: I know what.
- 11:35Speaker 3: I don't know, but I appreciate the communication. Man, thank you?
- 11:38Speaker 3: Do you want to move in?
- 11:40Speaker 2: Seven? Can I move in?
- 11:42Speaker 3: Honestly?
- 11:43Speaker 2: Eight seven seven forty four? Woodie, you can text us
- 11:47Speaker 2: check in over to two two nine eight seven. This
- 11:49Speaker 2: is why you know this this could work because we
- 11:52Speaker 2: are all here for you, Yeah, exactly, to help out.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Yeah, it's true because normally I would just go to
- 11:56Speaker 3: my job and talk about my roommate.
- 12:03Speaker 2: The show. It's a Valentine's Day theme throwback Thursday here
- 12:07Speaker 2: on The Woody Show today. So we got a request
- 12:09Speaker 2: for Selena I could fall in love and so we
- 12:12Speaker 2: play we do it. You know, this is also interesting
- 12:15Speaker 2: because you know on the text, during the question about
- 12:19Speaker 2: the the frosting of the chicken, the big beef going
- 12:22Speaker 2: on Chicken Debate, beef dumb ass Tyler, and there was
- 12:27Speaker 2: a question on the text asking if dumb ass Tyler
- 12:30Speaker 2: was Hispanic, because that's how we Hispanics defrost everything. And
- 12:33Speaker 2: he goes yes. But then as Selena starts playing, he goes,
- 12:37Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 12:37Speaker 5: Who that is.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Which is it like you grew up in Whittier dogs
- 12:45Speaker 2: were lying on that one. I'm as white as he
- 12:47Speaker 2: gets dogged.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Show.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Welcome back everybody again. Congratulations to Joe Coy if if
- 13:01Speaker 2: you haven't seen the video that Men is produced from
- 13:04Speaker 2: from yesterday, Joe Koy got his hands and his feet
- 13:09Speaker 2: in the cement at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood,
- 13:12Speaker 2: which is a tremendous honor, and it was it was
- 13:16Speaker 2: interesting having a conversation with Joe and Tiffany Hattish yesterday
- 13:21Speaker 2: before the event started, and it was about what's better
- 13:27Speaker 2: getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame or this,
- 13:33Speaker 2: and we came down on the side it's it's better
- 13:37Speaker 2: with your hands and your feet in the cementa tcl
- 13:39Speaker 2: Chinese theater. And for this reason, there are a billion stars. Yeah,
- 13:43Speaker 2: there's almost three thousand, and then the number of people
- 13:46Speaker 2: that actually have their you know of it the Chinese theater,
- 13:50Speaker 2: it's like four hundred. Oh is it that low? Yeah,
- 13:53Speaker 2: it's a way more exclusive total group. Anyway, either one's cool.
- 13:59Speaker 2: I mean, you know, for the acknowledgement and stuff like that.
- 14:04Speaker 2: But anyway, congratulations to Joe. You could tell, man, the
- 14:06Speaker 2: guy was just having like an out of body experience.
- 14:09Speaker 2: But how could you not. But just the amount of
- 14:11Speaker 2: people that showed up and I uh, I said to
- 14:14Speaker 2: a few people yesterday, I said, man, if I could
- 14:17Speaker 2: go back and show this to the nineties version.
- 14:20Speaker 5: Of myself, you know, it's real.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Yeah, yesterday, I'm like, dude, I wouldn't I wouldn't have
- 14:27Speaker 2: believed it. Yeah, no way, because I'm sitting there and okay,
- 14:31Speaker 2: so I'm just looking at I'm just looking at this,
- 14:35Speaker 2: at this one picture from yesterday and here let me,
- 14:41Speaker 2: let me, let me get the picture and I'll go
- 14:43Speaker 2: through all right, So I'm in this picture. So it
- 14:46Speaker 2: goes from left to right. Babyface Legend wrote like, damn
- 14:53Speaker 2: near every major R and B smash.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Has number one hits.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Yeah, AJ from the Backstreet Boys, then me, Gabriel Iglesias,
- 15:06Speaker 2: Joe Coy, Martin Lawrence, Wayna Morris, and Sean Stockton from
- 15:10Speaker 2: Stockman from Boys to Men, Tiffany Hattish Taboo from Black
- 15:14Speaker 2: Eyed Peas. I'm like, man, everybody nice, maybe freaking out.
- 15:19Speaker 5: I know.
- 15:19Speaker 1: And then so we're back there before the ceremony started,
- 15:22Speaker 1: and just like mingling with everybody else talking.
- 15:25Speaker 5: We're like, whoa is.
- 15:26Speaker 2: This like medicine? And I did not belong in that
- 15:28Speaker 2: roun Yeah not at all, and like these things belong here.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean those people you usually if you go
- 15:35Speaker 1: to Joe Coy show, those people are usually around. But
- 15:38Speaker 1: like seeing Martin Lawrence was just like, I mean that
- 15:43Speaker 1: was huge. So here's he and Joe said, like how
- 15:46Speaker 1: much that meant to him to have Martin Lums there
- 15:48Speaker 1: and how much he was the inspiration anyway.
- 15:50Speaker 2: So you can see the video on our Instagram.
- 15:54Speaker 5: You check it out and you see that old timey
- 15:56Speaker 5: stuff and then you're at one of these ceremonies. It's
- 15:58Speaker 5: really it was really awesome.
- 16:00Speaker 2: And I'm so happy that Joe was happy. It was
- 16:03Speaker 2: exactly what he wanted to be. Obligation fulfilled. Yea, at
- 16:08Speaker 2: the same happy it's over. Yeah, now you can such
- 16:11Speaker 2: a life. When I left there and just on the
- 16:13Speaker 2: drive home, all of a sudden, I was so exhausted.
- 16:16Speaker 2: It was like all this kind of like anxiety just
- 16:19Speaker 2: drained out of me all of a sudden. It was
- 16:20Speaker 2: like a what do they call that? An adrenaline dream,
- 16:23Speaker 2: even though even though I didn't, there was no I
- 16:25Speaker 2: had no feeling of adrenaline at all. I was super
- 16:28Speaker 2: just calm, mild dread leading up to it.
- 16:33Speaker 1: No.
- 16:33Speaker 2: I even looked at the stats from my aura ring
- 16:35Speaker 2: because it measures like stress and everything else chill. I
- 16:37Speaker 2: was in a relaxed state.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Every everybody was super chill too. Like get in our
- 16:42Speaker 1: situations and you know, we get around bands and everything's
- 16:45Speaker 1: super important. You have to stand here and all this
- 16:47Speaker 1: kind of stuff, and we're here standing around all these
- 16:50Speaker 1: like legit legends and everybody's just being cool, you know,
- 16:54Speaker 1: and no one's like, oh you got to stand here
- 16:55Speaker 1: or be here blah blah. There's like what is here
- 16:58Speaker 1: to celebrate our friend? And also, just by the way,
- 17:01Speaker 1: great job on the speak, thank you. It was it
- 17:03Speaker 1: was all bad, Thank you. I was I was prepared.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I've got some thoughts together.
- 17:07Speaker 2: And you know, got a couple of good laugh. Yeah,
- 17:09Speaker 2: it was good. It was good, and I'm very thankful
- 17:14Speaker 2: that that Joe did ask me, even though it gave
- 17:17Speaker 2: me somewhat of a heart attacker. I'm not I'm not
- 17:20Speaker 2: the person for this kind of thing. You can get
- 17:22Speaker 2: somebody way better. Clearly he has a lot of famous
- 17:24Speaker 2: friends that would have been more than happy to do
- 17:27Speaker 2: that for him, uh, to host this thing. And it
- 17:29Speaker 2: was interesting and that somebody sent me this article. And
- 17:33Speaker 2: this goes back to how you know, anybody listens to
- 17:35Speaker 2: the show who sitting there thinking that we think that
- 17:38Speaker 2: we're a big deal. And I said, come hang out
- 17:40Speaker 2: here for five minutes and you'll see, like, dude, I
- 17:42Speaker 2: mean talk about Greg's story, how he and Menace did
- 17:45Speaker 2: the November thing.
- 17:47Speaker 5: Oh it was.
- 17:48Speaker 2: It was a competition amongst all the stations and whatever,
- 17:50Speaker 2: who can you know, get the most money and raised
- 17:52Speaker 2: and Uneah medicine Greg like killed it. And then the
- 17:56Speaker 2: email went out to congratulate the winners and not even
- 17:59Speaker 2: to mention they won it, but they mentioned the other
- 18:03Speaker 2: station that quote won and they didn't and they didn't
- 18:06Speaker 2: and they go, oh, oh yeah, they just completely overlooked
- 18:09Speaker 2: medicine and great. Yeah, we talked about this kind stuff
- 18:12Speaker 2: all the time. Here's just another example. So K T
- 18:14Speaker 2: l a uh does an article Joe Coy honored with
- 18:18Speaker 2: imprint ceremony at TCL Chinese Theater and it says a
- 18:21Speaker 2: big honor for Joe Coy in Hollywood. On Wednesday morning,
- 18:23Speaker 2: the comedian and actor was immortalized at the world famous
- 18:26Speaker 2: TCL Chinese Theater with a handprint and footprint ceremony. Coy's friend,
- 18:31Speaker 2: actress and comedian Tiffany Hattish, hosted the ceremony.
- 18:35Speaker 5: I saw that article.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Tracks so hard like yes, Tiffany Haish was one of
- 18:46Speaker 2: the speakers, as was baby Face. Went from the boys
- 18:49Speaker 2: to men, they didn't went up every other person to person.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I welcomed everybody. I said, we have some people who
- 18:57Speaker 2: are going to speak today. I brought everybody up. Yeah,
- 19:00Speaker 2: and we know Katy l A right. So the entertainment guy, Melvin,
- 19:06Speaker 2: I spoke to him for about ten minutes yesterday.
- 19:08Speaker 5: He watched the whole thing.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Yeah, but but but go figure doesn't doesn't that first
- 19:13Speaker 2: typical crush son of a bitch. Oh my god, that's
- 19:20Speaker 2: so funny.
- 19:21Speaker 5: I get it.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Sammy signs up. We got to take a break. She's
- 19:24Speaker 2: holding that sign up all right. More what he shows
- 19:25Speaker 2: next time.
- 19:27Speaker 5: We'll be right back
