• 3:31
Speaker 1: Join in with me real quick.
• 3:32
Speaker 1: It's just a couple lines that it just describes Monday so well.
• 3:37
Speaker 1: Before we get into this ditty crap and if you know the words, come on with me.
• 3:42
  Speaker 1: Six o'clock already.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: I was just in the middle of a dream.
• 3:49
Speaker 1: I was kissing Valentino by a crystal blue Italian stream.

• 4:33
  Speaker 1: Let's go y'all.
• 4:33
  Speaker 1: Manic Monday.
• 4:35
Speaker 1: But you know, we don't be worried about Mondays.
• 4:37
Speaker 1: We don't let Mondays get us down old heads.
• 4:40
Speaker 1: I believe that was the bangles.
• 4:42
Speaker 1: I was an itty bitty kid getting rides to school and hearing all these songs and wishing my parents would turn them off.
• 4:49
Speaker 1: I wanted to hear rap and who knew I would grew up in such a music person?
• 4:54
Speaker 1: I love all music and I remember every word to every song I damn near ever heard in my life.
• 4:59
Speaker 1: So if you don't know about the bangles, you probably a young him, but that's for my old heads, us old f?
• 5:04
Speaker 1: Farts, we know about them, old songs, they always told the best stories.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: But y'all know, here on the Flow Show, no filter.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: We don't let no Monday get us down.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: We look at Mondays like Fridays.
• 5:14
Speaker 1: We look Monday dead square in the eye and say Monday, you ain't getting me today.
• 5:19
Speaker 1: So let's get into this diddy mess.
• 5:21
Speaker 1: I done tore y'all eardrums up already.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: I had to loosen them up with the horrible singing.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: I had to loosen up your eardrums to get ready for the day.
• 5:31
Speaker 1: Y'all we got a good one.
• 5:32
Speaker 1: This is heating up.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: This Diddy case is heating up something crazy.
• 5:41
Speaker 1: We haven't even got to May 5th yet and now, when one cause evidence is coming out, the judge is finally.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: Remember, when we talked last on Friday, I said I was very eager and anxious to see what this judge would rule on this two-month extension and I told you I was very curious because I told you it's an element that a lot of people forget when they're breaking down these cases and it's the element of being a human.
• 6:20
  Speaker 1: And you know, I don't care if you're a judge, lawyer, a, a juror.
• 6:25
  Speaker 1: You're you're.
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: You're a human first.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: And what I told y'all was all of these frivolous motions and and motions that the defense has been filing.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: That has no merit.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: Uh, you get to the point where you're a human just gets pissed off, just like I'm at my job right now and I, and, and the judge is at his job, and we all know one thing that pisses us off at our job and what's that?
• 6:57
Speaker 1: Excuse my language, but y'all know this is no filter.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: The thing that pisses us off more pisses us off the most is when motherfuckers give us stuff to do like busy work.
• 7:12
Speaker 1: It doesn't mean anything, and I told y'all I got to the point where I want to see what this judge ruled, because I imagine at this point even he tired of Diddy and the defense Trying to push it back two months.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: But you asked for a speedy trial.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: You want to push back the, the, the the juror selection judge went with you on that, but you just don't know when to quit.
• 7:50
Speaker 1: And and this was going to be a crucial decision because even me and even the most the people who want to see Diddy go want to see him rot.
• 7:54
Speaker 1: Even some of those people said Flo, because you know we talking to DMs.
• 7:59
Speaker 1: Y'all know we, we talking to DMs, comments wherever, and they said, flo, you know what?
• 8:04
  Speaker 1: I?
• 8:05
Speaker 1: I can't, I won't blame the judge if he gives Diddy an extension because the supersede indictment came in at the last minute or whatever.
• 8:14
Speaker 1: Even the people who want to see Diddy rot were saying that.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: So it was something I wanted to pay attention to, because the judge could have extended this and it would not have been a big blowback in the public.
• 8:27
Speaker 1: I'm here to tell you, even the people that want to see Diddy rot up under the jail hit me in my dim and said Flo, I want Diddy to go down, but I won't be surprised, or I won't even hold it against the judge if he gives him an extension.
• 8:41
Speaker 1: So I say all that to say the judge could have, without even no backlash, extended it or whatever.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: And the judge said, hell, freaking, no, and it wasn't just the normal no.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: So I'm here to tell y'all what I was waiting for, what I was waiting to see played out over this time.
• 9:08
Speaker 1: All of this, even back to diddy, with the, with the uh, uh, numerous bail attempts, but, but, but, bringing in witnesses talking about diddy.
• 9:18
Speaker 1: Look fat on the cassie tape.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: That's why it needs to go out.
• 9:21
Speaker 1: All of this crazy crap finally has got to the judge, because not only did he say no, no, it's not just that he said no, y'all, we all know there are different no's.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: There's not, not, not at this time.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: There are the no's that are, you know, you say maybe, but it's really a no, and then there's the no when you say hell fucking no.
• 9:50
Speaker 1: And that's what this judge said today.
• 9:53
Speaker 1: I'm gonna break it down.
• 9:54
Speaker 1: I'm not even exaggerating, so you gotta read.
• 9:57
Speaker 1: You gotta read 80 of communication is non-verbal.
• 10:01
Speaker 1: You know, my best friend, he, he, he, he was smart enough to take Spanish when we were kids.
• 10:08
Speaker 1: I took French and, um, he knows Spanish.
• 10:12
Speaker 1: So you know, we out here in Puerto Rico, he always is amazed how I'm able to move around Puerto Rico.
• 10:18
  Speaker 1: I don't know any Spanish.
• 10:19
Speaker 1: I know like four or five words and I'm able to move around very smoothly.
• 10:24
Speaker 1: And he always said how do you do it?
• 10:25
Speaker 1: 80% of communication is nonverbal.
• 10:29
Speaker 1: I'm good at nonverbals.
• 10:31
Speaker 1: Anyway, the judge not only said no, but he had some smart aleck remarks to go with the no Remarks, to go with the no.
• 10:43
Speaker 1: And another thing he did when they had that hearing on Friday.
• 10:47
Speaker 1: The very first thing he did was shut down that extension.
• 10:57
Speaker 1: Diddy ass couldn't even sit down good, and the judge said we ain't extending a motherfucking thing.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: And he used different words because he a judge, but I'm a podcaster, so I'm using those words because that's the vibe of what he gave off, because he didn't even let the hearing get going good, he wanted to let Diddy and his team know I'm sick of y'all asses.
• 11:18
Speaker 1: See, my mama loved us to death, but when you get to asking and doing too much, you can, you, you, you, you on thin ice and in a minute she gonna tell you, she gonna tell you she's sick of your ass.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: And and that's why I can tell when people are getting close to the edge.
• 11:38
Speaker 1: And I told you I was really trying to see how this judge was going to handle this and was he going to?
• 11:44
Speaker 1: Was it, was this going to be the time when he showed Diddy and his counsel who the boss is?
• 11:51
Speaker 1: And he gave us our answer.
• 11:54
Speaker 1: If you were on the last podcast on Friday, you remember I broke all that down.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: I said I want to see.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: Is this the time that the judge is going to say I'm the boss and I'm tired of all the shenanigans?
• 12:05
Speaker 1: So we're about to get into that.
• 12:09
  Speaker 1: Let's, let's, let's, let's go there.
• 12:10
Speaker 1: We're going to discuss what went on in the.
• 12:13
Speaker 1: The request for the two month trial.
• 12:17
Speaker 1: Then we'll get to the 9-1-1, the 9-1-1 call, the 911 call that is another thing that's going to sink Diddy.
• 12:25
Speaker 1: And then we'll get into who the other co-conspirator family member could be.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: Oh man, so much to talk about y'all, let's get into it.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: So I'll use NBC News.
• 12:41
Speaker 1: Now, I don't really like NBC News, but y'all know me, I try to spread it around that way.
• 12:45
Speaker 1: Nobody, I'm not using one publication over another, because all of them outside all of them.
• 12:52
Speaker 1: But let's get into it.
• 12:54
Speaker 1: So NBC News says judge denies Sean Diddy Combs request for a two month trial delay.
• 13:01
  Speaker 1: For a two-month trial delay.
• 13:03
Speaker 1: Combs' attorneys had asked the US District Judge for a two-month adjournment to better prepare their defense.
• 13:10
Speaker 1: A federal judge on Friday denied Sean Diddy Combs' bid to delay his sex trafficking trial by two months.
• 13:21
Speaker 1: Combs' attorneys had asked the judge in a written letter on Wednesday for a two-month adjournment so that they could better prepare for the defense.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: Mark Agnifilio, one of Combs' attorneys, had suggested at a hearing Monday that they would seek a two-week delay delay.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: But in denying the delay the judge simply said to combs look, you have at least four law firms right now and I'm not going to allow this to become a fishing expedition to seek more evidence.
• 14:03
Speaker 1: In other words, let me put that in context because the judge can't say it, so I'm going to say it for him.
• 14:12
Speaker 1: In other words, you got four high powered, million dollar law firms, four.
• 14:21
Speaker 1: Most of us aren't able to have one and we better, and we better be on time.
• 14:29
Speaker 1: Judge told diddy, you got four high-powered legal defense teams.
• 14:36
Speaker 1: You better be ready for may 5th.
• 14:38
  Speaker 1: What the hell?
• 14:39
Speaker 1: You need more time for it.
• 14:40
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna let my court become a mockery.
• 14:46
Speaker 1: You asked for a speedy trial and here the fuck it is.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: And I said, wow, this judge is not playing around.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: And I could feel the vibe.
• 14:59
Speaker 1: I felt the vibe.
• 15:01
Speaker 1: I mean, judge or whatever you are, nobody likes for people to put more work on our desk and they're just playing around and saying anything.
• 15:10
Speaker 1: The judge said to himself why, I'm sure he said, why am I even being bombarded with all this paperwork about a two month delay, from the same people who pushed me for a speedy trial.
• 15:25
Speaker 1: So, ladies and gentlemen, listening to the flow show no filter.
• 15:30
Speaker 1: I'm about to put you on and make you ahead of the curb again.
• 15:36
Speaker 1: This legal defense has rubbed this judge the wrong way and it played out on friday.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: He could have said a nicer note.
• 15:44
Speaker 1: He could have said it was a lot of ways he could have delivered that message.
• 15:48
Speaker 1: He chose To say I am not allowing a fishing expedition.
• 15:54
Speaker 1: He chose to tell Diddy that he has at least four high powered attorneys.
• 16:01
Speaker 1: I'm sure Diddy already knew that.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: Why do you think the judge told him that?
• 16:05
Speaker 1: See, he's a judge, he can't go too far.
• 16:07
Speaker 1: But he really trying to say look, you're getting on my damn nerves now.
• 16:10
Speaker 1: I gave you all these bail hearings.
• 16:12
Speaker 1: I really tried to give you a real listening ear.
• 16:15
Speaker 1: Remember the defense was saying that they were going to have a private security watch diddy and he would be under more uh scrutiny and more uh he'd be watched harder.
• 16:25
Speaker 1: And he will be under more scrutiny and more he'll be watched harder than he would be in jail.
• 16:29
Speaker 1: And judge listened to all that and he still had to deny him.
• 16:33
Speaker 1: But he gave him a fair shot.
• 16:34
Speaker 1: But it's like, like we all hate.
• 16:38
Speaker 1: I feel like the judge is in his back of his mind saying see, this is what they mean when they say when you give people an inch, they will try to take a mile.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: So what I'm gonna do on this friday.
• 16:51
Speaker 1: I'm not giving this team a centimeter, because I want to send them the message that you're not going to just be sending me frivolous motions that have no merit just for me to do busy work.
• 17:05
Speaker 1: I'm doing enough work and so as we move forward into this case, you will watch the judge.
• 17:16
Speaker 1: Make sure he is shutting down the defense, because I'm sure he's saying to himself every time I try to give them a little, give them a little something.
• 17:24
Speaker 1: They take my niceness for weakness and before this trial gets started, let me get a hold on it now.
• 17:33
Speaker 1: I know I might be putting words in his mouth, but if you read between the lines and you understand, he didn't have to say certain things.
• 17:42
Speaker 1: He said he could have just shut it down and left it at that.
• 17:45
Speaker 1: But he he gave a few context clues to the defense if they could read the room.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: If not, did he might want to tune in to the flow.
• 17:54
Speaker 1: Show no filter if his counsel can't read the room.
• 17:57
Speaker 1: This judge is tired of your shit.
• 17:59
Speaker 1: If you're gonna come with a motion, make sure it has some type of merit.
• 18:03
Speaker 1: If you're gonna file some paperwork, make sure it's not you just throwing shit up against the wall and seeing what stick, because the judge is just like any of us.
• 18:15
  Speaker 1: We will work.
• 18:17
Speaker 1: We don't mind working.
• 18:18
  Speaker 2: I don't mind working.
• 18:20
Speaker 1: But I don't want no busy work and you just putting shit on my desk just because you can, because then now I'm going to get pissed, and I'm sure all my hard workers out there, especially my people who manage people or manage departments for businesses, you understand what I'm saying.
• 18:39
Speaker 1: We don't mind doing our work to our best of our ability.
• 18:44
Speaker 1: We don't mind doing our work to our best of our ability, but you don't piss us off when you just giving us stuff because you can and you making me do work for just because you want to.
• 18:56
Speaker 1: I'm not going for that.
• 18:59
  Speaker 1: Let me continue.
• 18:59
Speaker 1: So the matter was among a series of motions the judge ruled on Friday during a two hour hearing.
• 19:06
Speaker 1: He also rejected the defense motion to dismiss counts three and five, which relate to transportation to engage in prostitution.
• 19:21
Speaker 1: Combs, 55, who is being detained in federal jail, of course, pled not guilty to all of this.
• 19:28
Speaker 1: The letter also said prosecutors have been slow to turn over evidence, including information related to a third superseding indictment returned by a grand jury.
• 19:42
Speaker 1: They added additional charges and all that and so on and so forth.
• 19:46
Speaker 1: The indictment you already know that it said that there are victims.
• 19:50
Speaker 1: Now one, two and three and four have been introduced.
• 19:57
Speaker 1: So, with all this high-powered stuff, diddy, with all these high-powered attorneys, the judge is like no way you're not getting no extension.
• 20:10
  Speaker 1: You got up.
• 20:10
Speaker 1: You have more legal counsel than anybody in the world right now.
• 20:20
Speaker 1: Now, in that latest indictment, just to give y'all, catch y'all up, get you up to speed.
• 20:23
Speaker 1: A person described to as victim to accuses Combs of using force, fraud or coercion and engage in commercial sex acts from at least 2021 to 2024.
• 20:36
Speaker 1: If you would follow me on social media, I think I even may have brought it up in the podcast or not.
• 20:43
Speaker 1: I'm drawing a blank right now, but kat pacion or whatever, I can't pronounce her last name.
• 20:50
Speaker 1: Uh, if you look it up, her first name is kat.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: I strongly believe she's victim number two because there were things that happened around 2021 and 2022.
• 21:00
Speaker 1: Uh, where, where, where?
• 21:03
Speaker 1: She claims diddy did x, y and z.
• 21:05
Speaker 1: I can't say but just, you know, nasty Diddy, diddy, mesh.
• 21:09
Speaker 1: At this point, y'all know what they're saying.
• 21:10
Speaker 1: Diddy did I don't have to keep repeating it, but she also was the one that said they were watching a R Kelly documentary and and Diddy came out and told her hey, there's a little R Kelly in all of us.
• 21:25
Speaker 1: She said she was spooked out and I'm here to say, diddy, speak for yourself.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: I'm going to just say that I try to clean it up a little bit, but speak for yourself, ain't no R Kelly in all of us.
• 21:40
Speaker 1: That's an irresponsible, childish thing.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: To even say good morning siri.
• 21:48
Speaker 1: Everybody say hello to siri.
• 21:52
  Speaker 1: Y'all.
• 21:53
  Speaker 1: She's a.
• 21:53
  Speaker 1: She's a sweetheart.
• 21:55
Speaker 1: Um, now the prosecution and the defense will submit final proposals for the juror questionnaire by Tuesday.
• 22:04
Speaker 1: Combs' team has asked the judge to allow prospective jurors to be questioned about their views on drug and alcohol abuse, sex and violence.
• 22:15
Speaker 1: The prosecution has argued in a court filing that the defense team's prospective questionnaire, which contains 72 questions, is too long.
• 22:26
Speaker 1: By comparison, the prosecutor's proposed survey contains 23 questions.
• 22:33
Speaker 1: The prosecution expressed concern in court Friday about asking jurors to disclose their history with sexual abuse in writing, which Combs' legal team has proposed.
• 22:49
Speaker 1: They agreed that the questionnaire would give jurors the option to discuss the matter in private.
• 22:56
Speaker 1: Combs appeared solemn and anxious throughout the hearing.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: After it was over, court officers allowed him to turn his chair around and face his mother, janice Combs, who was seated in the gallery.
• 23:13
Speaker 1: He told her I love you and everything will be all right.
• 23:20

• 24:04
Speaker 1: Four or five hundred thousand views since Friday.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: So they are already welcoming me back to TikTok.

Speaker 1: I just what I've been posting over there.

Speaker 1: What a couple of weeks y'all.

• 24:30

• 24:34
Speaker 1: But we got to get into this 911 call crap.
• 24:38
Speaker 1: This is something I knew nothing about.
• 24:42
Speaker 1: I just saw it break by one of my favorite publications, allhiphopcom, one of the best sources to me, in my opinion, one of the best sources for this Diddy trial and Diddy updates is allhiphopcom Because, like I tell you, the people who have been a part of this culture the entire time can have a lot better insight on the diddy news.
• 25:08
Speaker 1: Um, so I I definitely co-sign it and I love allhiphopcom.
• 25:14
Speaker 1: But they brought this at 1 am last night or, if you want to say, this morning.
• 25:22
Speaker 1: Um exclusive feds produced 9-1-1 call claiming diddy burglarized victims los angeles home.
• 25:35
Speaker 1: Diddy, what the hell?
• 25:39
Speaker 1: I didn't know anything about this.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: Y'all wait till we got to get into this.
• 25:46
Speaker 1: I said what the hell did Diddy burglarize victims homes for?
• 25:52
Speaker 1: I had to read this article and coast.
• 25:56
Speaker 1: This also confirms another thing I've been trying to tell people.
• 25:59
Speaker 1: There is so much freaking evidence.
• 26:01
Speaker 1: There is so much people talking about they don't have evidence, much evidence on diddy.
• 26:06
Speaker 1: They got tons of it.
• 26:08
Speaker 1: That's why the defense needs a two-month delay that they're not going to get.
• 26:12
Speaker 1: But this is a perfect example.
• 26:15
Speaker 1: I told you guys that, as when the actual trial starts, do you know how much evidence is about to come out?
• 26:21
Speaker 1: This evidence we've been seeing and hearing before the trial is nothing.
• 26:26
Speaker 1: It's nothing compared to what is about to be exposed in this actual trial and as we get closer.
• 26:37
Speaker 1: More stuff is sprinkling out, like this 911 call that we're about to get into right now without further ado.
• 26:43
Speaker 1: Sean diddy combs, article says, is facing new legal trouble as prosecutors aim to use a 9-1-1 call and testimony from his former staff to strengthen their case.
• 26:58
Speaker 1: You hearing it here, first, tune in.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: I need y'all to pay attention.
• 27:05
  Speaker 1: This is explosive.
• 27:08
Speaker 1: Sean diddy combs facing a mounting legal pressure as federal prosecutors prepare to call his former employees to testify, while also seeking to introduce a 911 call they say could severely damage his defense.
• 27:29
Speaker 1: Now, come on, article, give me the goods Now.
• 27:33
Speaker 1: Quit making us wait.
• 27:34
Speaker 1: What the hell went on?
• 27:37
Speaker 1: The government alleges that in December 2011, the hip-hop mogul broke into a Los Angeles residence where a victim had been staying.
• 27:53
Speaker 1: Prosecutors say the victim called 911 shortly after discovering the break-in and they plan to use that call as evidence at the trial.
• 28:07
Speaker 1: Shout out to the certified big speaker in the building Because this call was made shortly after discovering the break-in individuals.
• 28:17
Speaker 1: Two statements are nevertheless admissible because they were made close in time to when he observed the break-in at his home, breaking in homes y'all.
• 28:32
Speaker 1: They claim the 9-1-1 call reflects the victim's mental state during the incident and offer more proof.
• 28:40
Speaker 1: Diddy was leading a violent criminal enterprise.
• 28:45
Speaker 1: You see, that's what we're here for.
• 28:48
Speaker 1: For those that may be a little confused of what this case is about, and the people that are on Diddy's side and saying that he's just on trial for having consensual sex, there's nothing wrong with being a freak.
• 29:00
Speaker 1: Well, I would advise you all to to read, to read the actual paperwork.
• 29:08
Speaker 1: It's a lot of information in there, and Diddy is on trial for a lot more than being a freak, and this is an example of it.
• 29:20
Speaker 1: See breaking into homes and orchestrating it and paying people to do it.
• 29:24
Speaker 1: See, that ain't got nothing to do with being a freak.
• 29:26
Speaker 1: This is the type of shit.
• 29:28
Speaker 1: This is the racketeering.
• 29:29
Speaker 1: This is the Rico.
• 29:31
Speaker 1: This is what it's about.
• 29:32
Speaker 1: The Rico, this is what it's about.
• 29:35
Speaker 1: The 911 call is just one piece of a broader strategy prosecutors are building as they pursue three felony counts against Diddy.
• 29:46
Speaker 1: These felony counts include racketeering, conspiracy, of course, sex trafficking and transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution.
• 29:58
Speaker 1: In addition to the call, the government plans to introduce testimony and communications from Diddy's former employees, from his security guards and also his assistants, including text messages and recordings.
• 30:24
Speaker 1: Prosecutors say these statements are directly tied to the employee's roles in serving Diddy and are relevant relevant to the alleged criminal enterprise.
• 30:41
Speaker 1: And when you think about, you think about the employees.
• 30:49
Speaker 1: And who said what it makes me think of this guy?
• 31:00
Speaker 2: This morning new details allegedly inside Diddy's world before his shocking arrest.
• 31:06
Speaker 2: The entertainment mogul now behind bars for federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
• 31:12
Speaker 3: It was a circus.
• 31:13
Speaker 3: He did whatever he wanted and we were just at his disposal and racketeering charges.
• 31:18
Speaker 2: It was a circus.
• 31:18
Speaker 2: He did whatever he wanted and we were just at his disposal.
• 31:20
Speaker 2: Phil Pines was Diddy's senior executive assistant from 2019 to 2021.
• 31:22
Speaker 2: He says his then boss asked him to purchase supplies for parties dubbed Wild King Nights.
• 31:29
Speaker 3: We usually had a laundry list of items that included lights, alcohol, marijuana, ketamine, molly.
• 31:38
Speaker 3: Those requests started to become more frequent.
• 31:42
Speaker 2: Pines claims many of these parties involved younger women.
• 31:46
Speaker 3: A lot of times you have him with a younger female.
• 31:49
  Speaker 3: There's a power dynamic there.
• 31:52
Speaker 3: A more impressionable girl is easier to reel in.
• 31:56
Speaker 3: Consent is between the people that are engaging and I wasn't there in these situations to understand the consent.
• 32:04
Speaker 2: The new interview, part of Investigation Discovery's docuseries the Fall of Diddy my job is to shield his private life from the public.
• 32:11
Speaker 3: Shield his private life from the public.
• 32:14
Speaker 2: Pines even sharing audio, he says, is of Diddy telling Pines to bring him various substances during those Wild King nights.
• 32:22
Speaker 2: Phil, I need some Cialis.
• 32:24
Speaker 3: Can you give me 20 Xanax please?
• 32:25
  Speaker 3: Hey, phil, I need a Plan B.
• 32:28
Speaker 3: I remember hearing the words prove your loyalty to me King.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: Now that was Phil.
• 32:34
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, that was Phil.
• 32:35
Speaker 1: Your loyalty to me king.
• 32:35
Speaker 1: Now that was phil.
• 32:36
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, that was phil.
• 32:37
Speaker 1: Um, phil worked with diddy around 2019 and after and he was on the fall of diddy documentary discussing the many things that diddy would have them do, like go get drugs for people, go get sex workers for him, put baby oil everywhere, clean up after them, wild freak offs, and even I think he's getting to it.
• 33:03
Speaker 1: I'm going to let him finish it.
• 33:04
Speaker 1: He can probably tell it.
• 33:05
Speaker 1: I think he even went into Did he making him have sex with a sex worker?
• 33:12
Speaker 1: It's awful shit to say, but here it is.
• 33:16
Speaker 3: He grabbed me by the shoulders.
• 33:18
Speaker 3: With a sex worker.
• 33:19
Speaker 3: It's awful shit to say, but here it is.
• 33:20
Speaker 2: He grabbed me by the shoulders, pushed me to a girl that was on the couch.
• 33:23
Speaker 2: The alleged parties similar to the infamous freak-offs detailed in the federal charges against the star, where women were allegedly forced to perform sexual acts with combs and others, often under the influence of drugs.
• 33:34
Speaker 3: In the moment it just felt like what Is this fun for him?
• 33:43
Speaker 3: Is this a test?
• 33:45
Speaker 2: Pines bringing a lawsuit to Combs back in December accusing him of sexual battery and harassment.
• 33:51
Speaker 2: Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
• 33:54
Speaker 2: His attorney's releasing a statement saying no matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone, man or woman adult or minor.
• 34:08
Speaker 1: Now, can you imagine, can you imagine the things that will be said on on trial?
• 34:17
Speaker 1: That was one of diddy's workers.
• 34:19
Speaker 1: That's just one you heard.
• 34:21
Speaker 1: You heard diddy out his own mouth say go get xanax, go get this, go get that.
• 34:26
Speaker 1: And that's just what they have released.
• 34:29
Speaker 1: Do y'all understand what we are about to be hearing?
• 34:36
Speaker 1: Our ears, our virgin ears, will be forever tainted after this trial.
• 34:43
Speaker 1: I guarantee you the stuff that they are leaking is bad enough, but the stuff that we, that that they're holding back and saving to the trial, can you imagine that guy right there feel?
• 34:57
Speaker 1: I guarantee he's going to be on the witness list.
• 35:00
Speaker 1: He's going to testify.
• 35:02
Speaker 1: He's going to say did he made him have sex with women?
• 35:07
Speaker 1: He made him get drugs?
• 35:09
Speaker 1: He made him do who knows what else?
• 35:13
Speaker 1: And so, as we move forward, this is going to be one of those stories where you are like, oh my god, what is next?
• 35:34
Speaker 1: 9-1-1 call, breaking in people's victims homes.
• 35:46
Speaker 1: What are you doing?
• 35:48
  Speaker 1: Looking for evidence?
• 35:49
Speaker 1: Are you trying to suppress evidence?
• 35:51
Speaker 1: Are you trying to get rid of evidence?
• 35:53
Speaker 1: Are you trying to intimidate people?
• 35:54
Speaker 1: What are you doing?
• 36:00
Speaker 1: So prosecutors say these statements are directly tied to all the DD's employees, their roles what they did in this alleged criminal enterprise.
• 36:09
Speaker 1: At trial, the government anticipates introducing multiple statements made by the defendant's employees.
• 36:18
Speaker 1: Those statements will be offered as exhibits as well as through the testimony of witnesses.
• 36:26
Speaker 1: These statements cover a variety of different topics, but they all center around the employee's core job and responsibilities of serving the defendant.
• 36:37
Speaker 1: The government is also asking the court to block Diddy from introducing his own prior statement unless they meet specific legal exceptions exceptions they want to prevent the defense from presenting arguments about his character or suggesting the charges are politically motivated or retaliatory.
• 37:04
Speaker 1: Diddy's diddy is accused of participating in racketeering and conspiracy from 2004 to 2024, which we're talking about, basically a 20-year period.
• 37:15
Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, diddy is cooked, crock-potted, deep-fried, microwave everything you can think of.
• 37:36
Speaker 1: They have an enormous amount of evidence, an enormous amount of evidence.
• 37:47
Speaker 1: And now that brings me to my next point.
• 37:51
Speaker 1: Remember how we were saying.
• 37:54
Speaker 1: I brought it to the attention a long time ago that this is a RICO, but where are the co-conspirators?
• 38:05
Speaker 1: If it's a RICO, he has to have co-defendants.
• 38:10
Speaker 1: Well, we're figuring out through the recent paperwork.
• 38:17
Speaker 1: They have already been offered.
• 38:22
Speaker 1: Proffers, people who were supposed to be Diddy's co-defendant flipped immediately.
• 38:32
Speaker 1: So that's why there are no co-defendants at this time named, because they immediately went to the when the feds went to them and said hey, you could either be charged with Diddy if you want to ride it out with Diddy, you can be charged or you can give us some information.
• 38:53
Speaker 1: Everybody has thrown Diddy under the bus Celebrities, regular workers, whoever.
• 39:04
Speaker 1: In past episodes I did whole deep dives on record execs who immediately said when their name came up in all of this mess, who immediately said when their name came up in all of this mess, record execs at Warner, record execs at different music labels immediately said I'll tell you everything you need to know.
• 39:23
Speaker 1: And they put it in writing.
• 39:24
Speaker 1: If y'all don't remember those episodes, I might bring it back tomorrow.
• 39:31
Speaker 1: Give y'all a reminder back tomorrow.
• 39:41
  Speaker 1: Give y'all a a reminder.
• 39:42
Speaker 1: But there were record execs who were named in this.
• 39:43
Speaker 1: Uh, nancy grace did a flow chart when this originally, uh, when they originally put this criminal enterprise together and had some of those record execs on that flow chart and those same record execs reached out to the court and said, hey, I, I in the letters, public record.
• 39:58
Speaker 1: They say, hey, I'll tell you everything you need to know.
• 40:00
Speaker 1: I'm not going down for mohawk diddy, so it's in the paperwork, y'all.
• 40:08
Speaker 1: That's why we don't have any co-conspirators right now, even though it's a rico.
• 40:13
Speaker 1: We don't have any co-depend uh defendants, because they they flipped already.
• 40:19
Speaker 1: They didn't need to, they didn't have to put any, they didn't have to twist their arm at all.
• 40:25
Speaker 1: The minute the feds came knocking, they say hello, who is it?
• 40:33
  Speaker 1: It's the feds.
• 40:35
Speaker 1: What y'all want, we got you wrapped up in Diddy.
• 40:40
Speaker 1: Well, hey, mr Feds, I'll tell you everything you need to know.
• 40:45
Speaker 1: Just keep my ass out of jail.
• 40:46
Speaker 1: And that's how all the deals went.
• 40:48
  Speaker 1: That's why you don't see any co-defendants.
• 40:51
  Speaker 1: They all flipped.
• 40:52
Speaker 1: So not only did they all, a lot of his co-conspirators have flipped.
• 40:58
Speaker 1: Not only that, but remember, they got into his iCloud, they got into all his devices, they raided all his house, they have all text messages, they have all the voice memos, they have everything and then some.
• 41:20
Speaker 1: So when you have that, and everybody pretty much is flipping on you, you pretty much cooked.
• 41:29
Speaker 1: So the only choice they have is what they've been trying to do is get evidence removed.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: And when I say they, I'm talking about the Diddy defense, and that's what they've been trying.
• 41:44
Speaker 1: They've been trying to get the Cassie tape removed for stupid reasons, like Diddy looks fat in it and it's because it was on an iPhone 6.
• 41:54
Speaker 1: It makes him look fatter and makes him look more demonic or more dominant or whatever.
• 41:59
Speaker 1: We used to have a saying back in Cleveland Any excuse will do, and that's what we're finding.
• 42:07
Speaker 1: That's what they're trying right here.
• 42:08
Speaker 1: I just need an excuse Because the evidence is damning and now we possibly have family members caught up in this mess.
• 42:24
Speaker 1: And the other day we spoke I believe it was on our Thursday show.
• 42:28
Speaker 1: We spoke and we said we believe one of the family members was Christian Combs because of the situation on the yacht and I'm finding out through articles.
• 42:44
Speaker 1: It could be another person, it could be another son, and we got to get into that.
• 42:48
Speaker 1: But let me tell you about this yacht situation and they say Diddy may have learned this from Jeffrey Epstein.
• 42:55
Speaker 1: I don't know, but it made a lot of sense to me and what they're saying.
• 43:06
Speaker 1: The reason why so much of this freaky, crazy shit has happened on these boats or these yachts has happened On these boats or these yachts.
• 43:20
Speaker 1: They are saying that Diddy gets people out on these boats and you are on a boat, you're far away from shore, you are literally the most vulnerable you could ever be.
• 43:39
Speaker 1: And then think about it.
• 43:41
Speaker 1: See, on land, or if you had a freak off party and you had a house or wherever and and something goes wrong and diddy doesn't um, diddy does some crazy shit.
• 43:55
Speaker 1: You know what you can do.
• 43:55
Speaker 1: You can just Uber, you can hop in your car and just leave.
• 44:00
Speaker 1: You can run to the nearest gas station.
• 44:04
Speaker 1: I'm just naming stuff that people have said allegedly that they've done.
• 44:08
Speaker 1: But what do you do when you're on a boat and you're all the way out on the fucking ocean and you don't like what did he did or what's going on, or he's pushing you to do something and if you're a guy, he can intimidate you.
• 44:29
Speaker 1: He could threaten to toss your ass over over the overboard, your ass looking down at jaws number one, two and three down there waiting for you to get tossed.
• 44:42
Speaker 1: Think about it, really think about when you're on a yacht and you hear a lot of these stories.
• 44:49
Speaker 1: Little ride stories happen on the yacht.
• 44:51
Speaker 1: Uh, the christian combs, the, the young lady who was trying to work, and christian combs just kept putting his hands all over and did all kind of nasty stuff and she is suing and and her whole mental capacity is all effed up behind it, but it all happened on the boat and they say did he use these boats to intimidate people or just and it's not even just Like direct intimidation but if you are in a compromising position and you in the middle of the ocean, what do you do?
• 45:33
Speaker 1: What do you do if you, a guy and Diddy don't like that?
• 45:41
Speaker 1: You are saying no or threatening to like I'm going to call somebody, like this ain't right.
• 45:48
Speaker 1: And Diddy have his goons and say you know what, throw his ass over the boat and just say he failed.
• 45:55
Speaker 1: And now you're sitting there like I better shut the fuck up.
• 46:04
Speaker 1: So now, when you think about all of these incidents that took place on a boat, you're going to think about them a little differently now because I did over the weekend, as I did, more research.
• 46:16
Speaker 1: You know you just think boat, you just read these stories and I'm pretty good at putting myself in those people's shoes and it helps me read the situation.
• 46:23
Speaker 1: But I never really quite put myself on the boat and realized how vulnerable you are when somebody got your ass out to sea and, to be honest, it made me pay more attention to who I get on boats with and shit like that because I didn't really think about it.
• 46:45
Speaker 1: When you out there, anything can happen.
• 46:47
Speaker 1: You can't even go anywhere.
• 46:49
Speaker 1: They can threaten to drop your ass off on shore and you can't even fly back home from certain islands or whatever.
• 46:57
Speaker 1: They can threaten to drop your ass off on shore and you can't even fly back home On certain from certain islands or whatever.
• 47:02
Speaker 1: And so when you think about that, imagine the fear, awkwardness, uncomfortable, whatever words you want to say.
• 47:14
Speaker 1: Imagine how these people felt on the boat, words you want to say.
• 47:18
Speaker 1: Imagine how these people felt on the boat, being sexually harassed and and threatening and spiked drinks.
• 47:20
Speaker 1: You can't go nowhere.
• 47:29
Speaker 1: And so they say jeffrey epstein used to do a lot of his damage on boats and we've all heard that Diddy learned a lot of what he's doing allegedly From Mr Jeffrey Epstein.
• 47:56
Speaker 1: And now we got to talk about this other family member who thank you not dreaming, please like the live and share.
• 48:04
Speaker 1: Y'all guys are y'all doing an awesome job.
• 48:06
Speaker 1: The numbers have been outrageous and I appreciate it.
• 48:09
Speaker 1: Let's keep it up.
• 48:10
Speaker 1: But yeah, the uh, you look at it different now.
• 48:18
Speaker 1: When you look at it like that and you see when somebody wants to.
• 48:21
Speaker 1: You know Diddy is a king of leverage.
• 48:23
Speaker 1: He knows how to use his leverage, so his son probably learned from him.
• 48:27
Speaker 1: When people on that boat man, you're not like I said, it's not like you're just on land where somebody pissed you off you could just kind of quietly call the door and be gone, and so well, now that you hear, when you hear that you'd be like, okay, that was some intimidation on there, so had to give you a little background about.
• 48:54
Speaker 1: But we got to get into who this family member is possibly and this crazy story that ties Diddy's another Diddy's son to some wild mess.
• 49:06
Speaker 1: Before we get into that real quick, you know, this is the time where we thank the people who make this possible.
• 49:11
Speaker 1: We thank the uh, we thank the subscribers, we thank the shoppers, because without them we don't have a podcast.
• 49:18
Speaker 1: Or if we have a podcast, I'll be sitting up here talking about my browns and be talking about how my calves whooped ass last night and uh show miami uh to start getting their fishing rods and they're getting ready for cancun.
• 49:35
Speaker 1: I'll be talking about stuff like that.
• 49:36
Speaker 1: But I don't have to talk about stuff like that because the subscribers are supporting this show.
• 49:41
Speaker 1: I don't have to worry about uh reaching out and beholding to these big corporations.
• 49:47
Speaker 1: So every show we shout out and if you want to shout out, please subscribe.
• 49:50
Speaker 1: The link is in the description, either on your phone in the notes, or if you're listening to uh or you're watching me on facebook.
• 49:57
Speaker 1: It's in those uh, it's in the the caption area and it's the Buzzsprout link.
• 50:04
Speaker 1: But without further ado, let's thank the shoppers real quick and we're going to get into that other co-conspirator.
• 50:10
Speaker 1: Give me one second.
• 50:11
Speaker 1: So today I want to thank the subscriber of the day and the shopper of the day and give a little quick update on the merch that everybody's been asking about.

• 50:52
Speaker 1: Without the subscribers, these type of podcasts will vanish.
• 50:57
Speaker 1: Um, I went into that.
• 50:58
Speaker 1: You, if you hear it's been big news about a truth-telling podcast losing a lot of revenue and now they're leaning on their, they're leaning on their subscribers.
• 51:09
Speaker 1: I was already, I've already been on that plan.
• 51:12
Speaker 1: Months and months ago I remember I told y'all I realized the only way to keep a unbiased news, truth-telling platform is to be supported by your, by your subscribers.
• 51:25
Speaker 1: Because as I get bigger and bigger, I'm getting reached.
• 51:27
Speaker 1: You know, I have every big corporation you can name, and not even just corporations.
• 51:33
Speaker 1: I got the democrats, I got the republicans, I got everybody trying to offer me money.
• 51:38
Speaker 1: But I know how the game goes they gonna offer me money, but then I can't say everything I want to say, so you can keep your money.
• 51:45
Speaker 1: So we're gonna keep shouting out subscribers and the shoppers.

  Speaker 1: And I don't like itcom.
• 56:39
Speaker 1: Y'all know that's what y'all know me for, so just think of that type in and I don't like itcom.
• 56:45
Speaker 1: Go check it out.
• 56:46
Speaker 1: Um, everything has been.
• 56:47
Speaker 1: I added more shirts on there and everything I ain't gonna talk about, talk you to death.
• 56:51
Speaker 1: Let's get to this good shit.
• 56:52
Speaker 1: Uh, uh, another co-conspirator.
• 56:54
Speaker 1: Uh, we thought, we thought it possibly could be christian combs, but y'all, it might be another son, because this son has a crazy story and, uh, that involved diddy too.
• 57:08
Speaker 1: Let's get into that.
• 57:09
Speaker 1: Usa today, what you talking about now.
• 57:12
Speaker 1: This article comes from usa today.
• 57:14
Speaker 1: Um, and, by the way, those last items that I got out, for those I listed that now everybody should have theirs either.
• 57:24
Speaker 1: On the way, but by this weekend everybody who ordered something should have it.
• 57:29
Speaker 1: I told y'all I didn't want to drop anything new until everybody had what they previously ordered.
• 57:34
Speaker 1: And through two weekends I got everybody's stuff out.
• 57:39
Speaker 1: Work my ass off.
• 57:41
Speaker 1: But hey, like I always say, if y'all going to support me, I'm going to do everything I can to honor y'all.
• 57:48
Speaker 1: So let's get into this USA Today y'all.
• 57:50
Speaker 1: What if Diddy's son has to testify?
• 57:53
Speaker 1: Or what if Diddy's son I don't even know how that goes Do they make the son?
• 57:58
Speaker 1: I would have to look that up, dude, because I know the wife has a certain privilege where they won't make the wife testify against the husband.
• 58:06
Speaker 1: But does that go for for sons and daughters?
• 58:09
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 58:10
Speaker 1: I have to look it up.
• 58:11
Speaker 1: I don't want to give y'all no misinformation.
• 58:12
Speaker 1: I got to look that up.
• 58:13
Speaker 1: But exclusive LAPD report shows cops didn't question Sean Diddy Combs after a 2022 shooting.
• 58:23
Speaker 1: Now, this involved one of Diddy's sons and it's not Christian.
• 58:27
Speaker 1: If you don't know the difference, christian is the one that looks just like Mohawk Diddy.
• 58:32
  Speaker 1: Look like Diddy.
• 58:33
  Speaker 1: Spit him out.
• 58:34
  Speaker 1: It's not him.
• 58:37
Speaker 1: This article is about Justin.
• 58:39
Speaker 1: Uh, it's not him.
• 58:45
Speaker 1: We, this article is about justin.
• 58:46
Speaker 1: So an 18 page los angeles police department report of the shooting, exclusively obtained by usa, usa today makes no mention of a bloody scene.
• 58:51
Speaker 1: That was that, was that actually happened?
• 58:52
Speaker 1: So this happened in los.
• 58:54
Speaker 1: This is los angeles producer rodney little.
• 58:56
  Speaker 1: Producer Rodney Little.
• 58:57
Speaker 1: Rod Jones says he was two feet from a closed bathroom door inside a Diddy's Los Angeles music studio when shots rang out.
• 59:09
  Speaker 1: This happened September 12, 2022.
• 59:12
Speaker 1: Little Rod says when the door opened, combs and his son Justin.
• 59:20
Speaker 1: Door opened combs and his son, justin, so now we got diddy and justin allegedly walked out, leaving a third man bleeding on the floor in a fetal position with gunshot wounds.
• 59:32
  Speaker 1: Y'all think that.
• 59:36
  Speaker 1: Y'all think that.
• 59:37
Speaker 1: Uh, y'all think the the the judge, or y'all think the feds, not the judge, I'm sorry, y'all don't think the feds is gonna dig into this.
• 59:45
Speaker 1: Y'all don't think this is in this indictment damn skippy it is.
• 59:52
Speaker 1: So check it out.
• 59:53
  Speaker 1: In my opinion.
• 59:54
Speaker 1: Uh, when the door opened, combs and his son, justin allegedly walked out, leaving that third man in the fetal position.
• 1:00:04
Speaker 1: Jones says he rushed in.
• 1:00:06
Speaker 1: He put pressure On a wound to the victim's torso and lifted him into the toilet seat onto the toilet seat, I'm sorry.
• 1:00:17
Speaker 1: Then instructing and assembled to call 911.
• 1:00:23
Speaker 1: Everybody assembled to call 911.
• 1:00:25
Speaker 1: He then carried the victim, a musician nicknamed G, to the front of the record studio to await an ambulance.
• 1:00:36
Speaker 1: Now the man survived, but it gets crazy from here because the cover-up is always worse than the crime.
• 1:00:48
Speaker 1: I'm sure y'all heard that saying.
• 1:00:50
Speaker 1: Photos included in the suit show blood dripping from the toilet seat down to the side of the bowl.
• 1:00:58
Speaker 1: More blood on the floor, clothing covered in blood near the toilet, a stained and crumpled paper towels with blood.
• 1:01:07
Speaker 1: Jones also says he still has the clothing he was wearing that day, which still has some of the victim's dna on it.
• 1:01:17
Speaker 1: But y'all know the craziest part of all of this shit I just said.
• 1:01:28
Speaker 1: An 18 page Los Angeles Police Department report of the shooting, exclusively obtained by USA Today, makes no mention of the bloody scene whatsoever.
• 1:01:42
  Speaker 1: Come on, y'all.
• 1:01:47
  Speaker 1: We cooking today.
• 1:01:47
  Speaker 1: Are y'all listening?
• 1:01:48
Speaker 1: Now the LAPD is being called.
• 1:01:55
Speaker 1: Diddy has so many people who have been caught up in this mess, they all gonna throw him under the bus.
• 1:02:01
  Speaker 1: That's his problem.
• 1:02:02
Speaker 1: That's the problem that he can't get around because we don't.
• 1:02:08
Speaker 1: You don't have to have to be a rocket scientist to know that it is possible.
• 1:02:12
Speaker 1: I'm gonna say allegedly, because I wasn't there.
• 1:02:14
Speaker 1: But if they are saying there are pictures and proof of all this bloody mess, this guy was shot and nobody helped him or anything, but the LAPD doesn't have a speck of blood mentioned in the report.
• 1:02:30
Speaker 1: Well, ladies and gentlemen, we got somebody covering some shit up in the police department, so when the feds come to him, do you think they going to protect Diddy?
• 1:02:45
Speaker 1: Whoever did not accurately detail the events that took place that night, with all that bloody mess, they ass on the hot seat and in this trial.
• 1:02:58
Speaker 1: I'm going to ask y'all one question what's the quickest way to get off the hot seat point and say did he?
• 1:03:07
Speaker 1: Did it and I'll tell you about it.
• 1:03:10
Speaker 1: Ain't no LAPD cop or nobody going to take no fall for Mr Mohawk and Justin Combs, diddy's son, is front and center.
• 1:03:30
Speaker 1: There was little Rod outside of the bathroom door looking through.
• 1:03:38
Speaker 1: The door was partially open or whatever, or he could hear or whatever.
• 1:03:41
Speaker 1: I don't know what happened exactly, but you got Justin, you got Diddy and you got a bloody man who was shot.
• 1:03:51
Speaker 1: And then you have an LAPD police report that don't even mention no blood police report that don't even mention no blood.
• 1:04:06
Speaker 1: Who did diddy drop that little bag of money off to?
• 1:04:07
Speaker 1: Because whoever it was, your ass is grass.
• 1:04:09
Speaker 1: Until you tell which everybody is telling.
• 1:04:14
Speaker 1: Diddy has nobody, no lord, nobody did he wasn't loyal to.
• 1:04:18
Speaker 1: So no one is being loyal to him.
• 1:04:20
  Speaker 1: Plain and simple.
• 1:04:23
Speaker 1: Let's continue with this article.
• 1:04:24
Speaker 1: Let's let's talk about what the police report actually said, since they didn't mention the book, the blood that was everywhere.
• 1:04:35
Speaker 1: What did they mention?
• 1:04:36
Speaker 1: Let's get into it.
• 1:04:38
Speaker 1: What did they mention?
• 1:04:42
Speaker 1: Let's get into it.
• 1:04:43
Speaker 1: Instead of the blood, it shows the police focus their efforts on an altercation outside the studio.
• 1:04:54
Speaker 1: The report paints a far different picture from the one described in Jones lawsuit and raises questions about what really happened.
• 1:05:05
Speaker 1: Did the shooting follow an argument among three men inside the building, as Jones suit says, or was it the result of an attempted robbery outside that had nothing to do with the music mogul?
• 1:05:21
Speaker 1: As the police reports indicate, somebody got paid off, somebody lied.
• 1:05:35
Speaker 1: According to jones, combs insisted that he tell the police G had been shot in a drive-by outside rather than after a heated conversation inside.
• 1:05:48
Speaker 1: So let me rewind it and give you some more facts, or alleged facts.
• 1:05:54
Speaker 1: Before the shooting, little Rod said he heard arguing Like Diddy was arguing with the guy, and after the argument, or in the midst of the argument, he hears pop, pop, pop.
• 1:06:13
Speaker 1: Gunshots go off, but Diddy say don't say none of that shit.
• 1:06:20
Speaker 1: When it believed to the police.
• 1:06:21
Speaker 1: You tell him that it was a drive-by and this guy got shot outside the studio, or I'm gonna make you disappear.
• 1:06:29
Speaker 1: And I added in I'm gonna make you disappear.
• 1:06:36
Speaker 1: He didn't say that, it's not saying that in the article, just to be clear.
• 1:06:38
Speaker 1: But I'm just giving you the type of intimidation that makes someone have to say whatever did he say?
• 1:06:45
Speaker 1: Say I'm gonna say that because I want to live, I don't want to be stinking in in a river somewhere.
• 1:06:51
Speaker 1: So, um, in a letter to jones lawyer which was filed, uh, in this case they say mr combs and his son are telling bold-faced lies.
• 1:07:11
Speaker 1: Mr combs and his son were never suspects, they were never investigated and they were never interviewed by the police.
• 1:07:30
Speaker 1: This will be an indictment.
• 1:07:32
Speaker 1: This is an indictment.
• 1:07:34
Speaker 1: This will be called.
• 1:07:36
Speaker 1: This is part of the intimidation, the coercion, the racketeering, everything that they name and this is the type of shit they talking about.
• 1:07:43
Speaker 1: This is a criminal enterprises me enterprise meaning you are able to go anywhere, do anything and get away with it because you're paying off police, you're intimidating witnesses, you are doing this so much it's become second nature.
• 1:08:01
Speaker 1: And Little Rod's attorney, mr Blackburn, says, as we've said from the beginning.
• 1:08:12
Speaker 1: This incident Is a huge Cover up.
• 1:08:17
Speaker 1: Diddy and his attorneys haven't even spoke about this.
• 1:08:27
Speaker 1: People have reached out to them, but they're not even speaking on this.
• 1:08:34
Speaker 1: The victim who was shot check this out, y'all listen to this.
• 1:08:39
Speaker 1: The victim who was shot check this out, y'all, listen to this.
• 1:08:45
Speaker 1: The victim who was shot could not be reached and the usa today is not going to publish his name because he was the victim of a violent crime.
• 1:09:00
Speaker 1: His name because he was the victim of a violent crime, y'all.
• 1:09:12
Speaker 1: All i'ma say is this is about to be there is about to be so much evidence Diddy going to be pretty much cooked, probably after the first month of this trial, or maybe the first two or three weeks.
• 1:09:26
Speaker 1: Watch what I tell you.
• 1:09:31
Speaker 1: See, a lot of people were thinking All this other evidence we've been hearing and people were trying to say they don't have much on Diddy.
• 1:09:40
Speaker 1: Nah, they got a whole lot on Diddy and if you don't want to believe me because I'm just a podcaster, listen to his own fucking defense team who originally asked for a speedy trial, but once they realized all of the evidence that the feds had, now they want two more months.
• 1:10:00
Speaker 1: So if you don't think, they got evidence and you don't want to listen to me?
• 1:10:04
Speaker 1: I hope you would listen to diddy's own legal team.
• 1:10:09
Speaker 1: So let's kill this narrative of that they don't have any evidence or that diddy is on trial just for being a freak.
• 1:10:17
Speaker 1: We we talking about people being shot.
• 1:10:21
Speaker 1: We talking about workers being forced to do nasty, trifling shit.
• 1:10:27
Speaker 1: We talking about the trial of the century.
• 1:10:33
Speaker 1: So they got a hearing this week.
• 1:10:43
Speaker 1: I will definitely make sure I let y'all know what goes on or what this hearing about.
• 1:10:46
Speaker 1: As of right now, I'm not clear on what they're gonna be discussing, but, uh, I don't know if you can hear that.
• 1:10:57
Speaker 1: I just tossed my notes.
• 1:10:57
Speaker 1: I'm done with that.
• 1:10:58
Speaker 1: This is going to be an important week.
• 1:11:02
Speaker 1: We are almost there.
• 1:11:04

  Speaker 1: I'm blown away.
• 1:11:42
Speaker 1: I'm blown away, but at any rate, thank y'all.
• 1:11:51
Speaker 1: What else can I say?
• 1:11:55
Speaker 1: But bye, as always, I love y'all, but I'm out.
