- 0:00SPEAKER_02: Welcome back to Keeping It Relevant.
- 0:03SPEAKER_02: Giving you the m wrong information with the utmost confidence.
- 0:07SPEAKER_02: I'm Alex.
- 0:08SPEAKER_02: I'm Cody.
- 0:09SPEAKER_02: I'm John.
- 0:11SPEAKER_02: John?
- 0:13SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 0:14SPEAKER_02: What's the most uh recent news?
- 0:15SPEAKER_01: Dude, let me tell you something that's been going on.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: Um this is wild.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: We lost another member of Slipknot.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: Not due to death.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: We can excuse that.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: We can excuse that.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: Um Sid from Slipknot.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of theories why he was released.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: Some say it has to do with the fact that him and Kelly Osbourne broke up.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Some have to say it's the fact that Corey and Sean Clown have big egos.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: And some say um it's actually the producers and the record label that is the one doing it.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: I don't know what any of those mean.
- 1:00SPEAKER_03: Now, did you see the response they put out that was only out for a short time?
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: Um like who like Slipknot?
- 1:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:10SPEAKER_03: They put a response out.
- 1:12SPEAKER_03: They deleted it.
- 1:13SPEAKER_03: It wasn't like within minutes, but it wasn't up for long.
- 1:17SPEAKER_03: What'd it say?
- 1:18SPEAKER_03: This essentially it just said Slipknot is no longer associated in any way, shape, or form with Sid Wilson.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: I wonder if because of the wording is why people think it has to do with Kelly Osborne.
- 1:33SPEAKER_03: Something to not just for it to not be like, you know, we've parted ways with Sid, to say they're no longer affiliated makes it sound like there's something we don't know that's going on in behind the scenes.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: And we don't need to know.
- 1:48SPEAKER_03: No, but it But would we like does make you go like, what the heck is going on so bad that you're no longer even affiliated with them.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: Because he was one, he wasn't one of the original originals, but he's one of the originals.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: Like if you hear him and Sean talk about how he became part of Slipknot, it was when they were still doing underground shows.
- 2:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, technically the original three were Sean, Joey, and Paul.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 2:15SPEAKER_03: So, I mean, if you're going the original core, there's only even one left.
- 2:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 2:20SPEAKER_03: Why would the breakup with Kelly Osborne matter?
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: I don't really know on that one.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: Apparently it was ugly and some things went down.
- 2:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like I said, the whole no longer affiliated makes it seem like there's a lot more going on to this than I think we're gonna know for a while.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: Apparently Kelly came out with some sort of like Instagram post talking about like being in an abusive relationship type of thing.
- 2:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: Shortly after it was like confirmed.
- 2:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she said something about I can I can no longer keep protecting you or something, like you've got to do that yourself.
- 2:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 2:55SPEAKER_03: It there's a lot that I don't know if we're ever gonna have answers to at this point.
- 3:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 3:02SPEAKER_03: And like, usually when Slipknot's vague on it, we're like, what the hell happened?
- 3:06SPEAKER_03: This one is like there might be too much here.
- 3:09SPEAKER_03: You don't know what's going on.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: Um anyway, so that was wild.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Um, Legend of the White Dragon came out this weekend.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: You guys checked it out.
- 3:18SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 3:19SPEAKER_03: Uh also came out fittingly on Power Rangers Day.
- 3:24SPEAKER_03: I did not know that.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 3:26SPEAKER_03: It was 33rd anniversary of the release of the original Power Ranger series.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: Didn't I know that either?
- 3:31SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 3:33SPEAKER_03: It was a good movie.
- 3:34SPEAKER_03: It's a very touching tribute to everything JDF was doing, especially within the Power Rangers franchise.
- 3:41SPEAKER_03: Nobody embodied that more than he did.
- 3:44SPEAKER_03: And for him to have one last go at it was great.
- 3:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah, even though it wasn't technically Power Rangers.
- 3:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 3:53SPEAKER_03: Obviously, the Hasbro being Hasbro would probably never greenlight something as dark as what Legend of the White Dragon's going for.
- 4:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 4:01SPEAKER_03: But you know what he was going for with it.
- 4:05SPEAKER_03: And that's really all that matters.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: Did you see that like God Emperor Tommy thing where like he like becomes like he's he's bad and becomes the ruler?
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's like Power Rangers.
- 4:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's Power Rangers broken grid.
- 4:18SPEAKER_02: It's a comic.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: I like the uh live action trailer they did with that.
- 4:22SPEAKER_02: Oh, with where it showed him as Daken.
- 4:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and like that YouTube concept.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: It was like yeah, it was like a really short thing, and like he's like on his throne, and the Power Rangers were there like as his bodyguards, and he's like he's like, we could have been so much more, we could have been gods.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: And the his like suit is is the combination of both the white and green ranger.
- 4:45SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: I really enjoyed that.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: I really enjoyed that.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: So um did you guys like the movie?
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: It's a good movie.
- 4:53SPEAKER_02: It was good for what JDF was wanting, yes.
- 4:57SPEAKER_03: For what you go into it for, it's great.
- 5:01SPEAKER_03: If you're going into it for is this a great movie, it's okay.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 5:08SPEAKER_02: Okay movie.
- 5:09SPEAKER_02: I refuse to critique it because of the circumstances with it.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: Thumbs up, thumbs down world, though.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: That's how we usually rate things.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: We don't need a critique, just thumbs up or thumbs down.
- 5:19SPEAKER_03: Thumbs up.
- 5:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah, thumbs up.
- 5:21SPEAKER_03: Okay, cool.
- 5:22SPEAKER_03: It's it's still enjoyable either way.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: I'll take a thumbs up.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: So awesome.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: Um, the latest thing in movie news or box office news, but movie news in general, uh, Spider-Man No Way Home has made over$2 billion.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: Uh you could suck it.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: And you could suck it.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: So, hey, and um, I'm just gonna throw this out there.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: Flashback to this.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: Uh, numbers don't lie.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: Anyways.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: Um They don't.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: It did better than we thought.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: Um It made two billion dollars.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Uh it still has legs, which is wild.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: I thought it would kind of slow down a bit because everyone's already seen it, but people keep going to go see it.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: Um, I actually saw it this past Tuesday.
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: So uh it wasn't a full theater, but it was still people in the theaters.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Um right now, though, so it broke the opening weekend numbers.
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: It almost broke Quickest Movie to make a billion, um, which is still held by Endgame.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: And but the old record for the box office opening weekend used to be Endgame, now it's Spider-Man.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: Some are right now saying Doomsday is gonna beat that just based off of the pre-sales alone, which would be Could we have our first three billion dollar movie?
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: We could talk about that in a minute.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: Okay, actually.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: But right now, the biggest talk is will Spider-Man break another record?
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: Because it's been breaking a lot of records, all the big ones and small ones.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: Right now, the record for the most domestic box office made is Star Wars Episode 7, The Force Awakens, back in 2015.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: And that has made 936 million dollars.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: It made almost half of its money just domestic alone.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: Right now, Spider-Man is at$874 million.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: So it needs less than$100 million to beat the box office record.
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: Needs about$60 million.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: About$60 million.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: Which, if it was like week three, I would say it could do it.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: We're on like week five, I think.
- 7:46SPEAKER_03: I guess the question is because obviously Endgame was the last one we saw doing something like this, and that one had a pretty hard drop.
- 7:54SPEAKER_01: It did.
- 7:54SPEAKER_03: Has this one had anything like that, or is it holding on a lot better?
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: It's holding on better than the last Spider-Man movie, because the last Spider-Man movie had a hard drop.
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: Still, and it almost made two billion.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: That's because everyone went and saw it where this one um it hasn't had like a hard drop, but it's had drops.
- 8:14SPEAKER_03: Okay, but not nearly as like harsh as endgame and The Last Spider-Man.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:20SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 8:21SPEAKER_03: So uh I guess with that, I mean it's it seems like it might have a shot at it.
- 8:29SPEAKER_03: It's it's not obviously it's got a better shot than what endgame did.
- 8:33SPEAKER_03: If it's holding on better, I I haven't sat down and looked at the numbers, but I mean if we're given uh what maybe 40% chance, or what have you looked at?
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: I have no idea.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: If you were to give me an over and under on I don't know, a 20% chance, I would say under.
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: I don't think it's gonna reach it.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 8:55SPEAKER_03: I would say you'd know more on that than either Alex or I just because you look at those numbers more.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: I don't I don't I don't think it's gonna reach.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: I think it's gonna get close, but I think I think we're gonna need something as monumental as a new Star Wars movie to come out.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: No, I'm not saying we need a new Star Wars movie to do that.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: I need something as monumental as when episode seven came out.
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:18SPEAKER_03: So you think it might hit like 900, but it won't get that last chunk that it hit.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think it could get 900.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: I mean, because like uh I didn't think no, I could be wrong, because I didn't think Oppenheimer was going to be the number one R-rated movie of all time, but it beat Deadpool and Wolverine by like ten million dollars.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: I don't know, Oppenheimer did that.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's what I said, the Odyssey.
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: Uh huh.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Odyssey.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: Shut up, Justin.
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: Anyways.
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: Um I could be wrong.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: I don't I don't think it's gonna reach it though.
- 9:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 9:52SPEAKER_03: I guess it'll really depend, I guess, what's coming out, what might be able to take legs away from it.
- 9:58SPEAKER_03: I mean, all of that's and you can look at movies and say this could do it, that could do it, but at the end of the day, we'll never actually know.
- 10:04SPEAKER_03: The industry is so unpredictable at times on like we think this is gonna do great, and then it does nothing, and oh, this is gonna be slow, and then all of a sudden you're slammed.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then like school's already started, we're at the end of summer, we're going into fall movies now.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: I think the last like official summer movie is Digger.
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: Which, I mean, between now and then, not a lot.
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: I mean, Practical Magic 2's coming out, Resident Evil's coming out, but I don't think the next big blockbuster is gonna be until Digger.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 10:32SPEAKER_03: So it might, just with that being said, but like nothing really coming and being like, oh, we'll go watch Spider-Man again.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: Honestly, we don't we we probably shouldn't underestimate uh Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman, though.
- 10:46SPEAKER_02: So Practical Magic was already a niche movie back in the 90s, so I don't know, but nostalgia bait.
- 10:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: That's like it's where I'm like torn on it.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: Let's think, will the nostalgia bait be enough to prevent Spider-Man from continuing it's what it's doing?
- 11:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 11:07SPEAKER_03: Time will tell.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: We'll see.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: Paw Patrol's out.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: I mean, I could, you never know.
- 11:10SPEAKER_03: That easily could actually hurt it because I mean so many families are gonna jump to that if they've got really little kids.
- 11:18SPEAKER_03: But we know it's not though.
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: What?
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: Alien vs.
- 11:21SPEAKER_02: Predator.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Um, man.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: Hey, Alex, can I talk to you over here afterwards?
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: So post-production stuff.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: Um but you mentioned$3 billion movie.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: And could Doomsday be that?
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: There's a question, though.
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: Um Endgame Encore is coming out.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: Now, if we look at the box office for Endgame really quick.
- 11:50SPEAKER_03: It's what, like I know we've looked at what was it like around like right around$2.9 billion?
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: Uh$2.799 billion dollars.
- 12:03SPEAKER_03: 2.8 basically.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: So that leaves the question: will this movie or can this movie, we were just talking about box office numbers.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: This comes out at the end of September.
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: So there is everything we just talked about, if Spider-Man could make an extra 60 million.
- 12:19SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: Those are considered, but could this give it that push to be a three billion dollar movie?
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: Now that's the first part of this question.
- 12:30SPEAKER_03: Could it make 200 million?
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: Could it make 200 million?
- 12:34SPEAKER_03: I I know I was off on Spider-Man.
- 12:37SPEAKER_03: I don't think there's any way this even remotely gets 200 million on a re-release.
- 12:44SPEAKER_03: Like some movies struggle to get that in an original run, a re-release?
- 12:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 12:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but I do.
- 12:52SPEAKER_02: I think the issue that I think the bigger issue is what they did to this re-release, though.
- 13:00SPEAKER_02: I think them adding the dialogue and the extra scenes and the two different post-credit scenes.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: One post-credit scene.
- 13:09SPEAKER_02: I thought it was two.
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: Nope, one.
- 13:12SPEAKER_02: You sure?
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: 100%.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: Okay, because I got that utmost confidence gussing out of my universe.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: He does.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: I got that.
- 13:22SPEAKER_03: He is living up to the motto.
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: Don't question me, right?
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: I got it, dude.
- 13:26SPEAKER_02: Either way, I think the FOMO will kick in, and all those YouTubers and influencers are gonna tell everyone to go do it, and I think they're gonna listen, and 200 million worldwide easier to hit.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: So I'm looking at the numbers of like the highest re-release films.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:49SPEAKER_01: Avatar, the first one right now, I think if I'm reading this correctly, is the highest films.
- 13:56SPEAKER_03: That's with multiple re-releases.
- 13:58SPEAKER_03: Re-release.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: I I think it's just with one.
- 14:01SPEAKER_03: Okay, for some reason I thought it re-released itself multiple times.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: It could have.
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: Regardless, it's made through$30.5 million on a re-release.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: The next.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: I don't think that's true because number two was$150 million, and that was the re-release of The Lion King, the 1994 movie.
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: I can't find how much Avatar it was for some reason.
- 14:23SPEAKER_03: But I mean The Lion King realistically sounds like the highest.
- 14:27SPEAKER_03: I mean, that's still 50 million shorts.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: Um I don't I don't know if it's gonna make 200 million.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: No, that seems like a stretch to get there.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: Because I even I bought my ticket because I was like, I don't know if I'm gonna miss out.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: So I bought my ticket, and then I ended up buying my son a ticket.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: And like like a week later, and when I went to the showing a week later to buy my son a ticket, I was like, I hope there's a seat next to me.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: Uh the seat, uh assigned seating did not change from a week earlier when I got it when they released it.
- 15:04SPEAKER_02: So I'm like, uh Yeah, but for a re-release, I wouldn't necessarily think I would have to buy a ticket early.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, I don't know.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: Because of because I mean, have you seen the Doomsday?
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: Like, did you get your ticket for Doomsday yet?
- 15:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I bought mine for uh Winsville though.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's crowded.
- 15:22SPEAKER_02: Well, I'm going to a two o'clock matinee to avoid all that.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: I bet you it's still gonna be crowded.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: It'll be crowded.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: I'm going to be co-workers.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: Because Odyssey, Odyssey and Spider-Man were both selling out matinees too.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: On like a working weekday.
- 15:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but those were also well, no, because uh Doomsday is gonna be.
- 15:42SPEAKER_03: When is the official release for Doomsday?
- 15:45SPEAKER_03: Because December.
- 15:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'm trying to think.
- 15:50SPEAKER_03: And then you got that you got that Christmas time like the question is if schools are out.
- 15:56SPEAKER_03: Just for your whole like in the middle of the week they were selling out.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: Because stuff was over the summer.
- 16:03SPEAKER_03: If they're still in school that first weekend it releases, I don't think it'll be that busy during the week.
- 16:10SPEAKER_02: Well, you also have people that are going to be insane and do Doomsday.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: So I am I am doing I am doing doomsday on the 17th.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: I have asked off work for the 17th and 18th.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: I have my tickets for Doomsday for both days, and Thursday, I am tailgating all day at the movie theater for Doomsday.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: I have my 4 o'clock showing, or no, my 3 o'clock showing in RPX for Dune 3, and then my 8 o'clock showing, which is the earliest, for Doomsday, because they like So you're gonna have probably like two hours between, maybe an hour and a half between Probably an hour.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:56SPEAKER_03: So I was even going like I assume Dune's gonna be somewhere around three hours, probably just under.
- 17:03SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 17:03SPEAKER_03: So I mean, if you've got that half hour of trailers, I mean, if it's at three, that should be done by like six thirty.
- 17:09SPEAKER_03: Well, no, you're gonna want to probably get into Dune's day early.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: Because even though I already got my seats and everything, like the last events I've gone to, I've had to like wait in line.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: Just to get into my theater.
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: Not just I had to wait in line for so for Spider-Man.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: I had to wait in line to get my popcorn, and then I had to wait in line to get to my theater, and it's the first theater as you walk in.
- 17:32SPEAKER_03: Part of me was like, man, that's gonna be a lot of downtime, but it is probably just gonna be about an hour.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: I'm tailgating, though.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: You guys could come if you want.
- 17:39SPEAKER_03: Will it be at work?
- 17:41SPEAKER_03: That's asking off for by the eight o'clock show, you can technically make it.
- 17:47SPEAKER_03: I said in the other episode, I just don't have enough care about doomsday to even go.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but you like X-Men and all that.
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: This isn't hold on, this isn't the conversation.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: Hold on.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: This isn't the conversation.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: No, because I have a way more important question.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Okay, so we're in an agreement.
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: We don't think it's gonna make three billion billion dollars.
- 18:03SPEAKER_02: This will not the encore?
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: We don't think it's gonna make 200 mil to put it too long.
- 18:09SPEAKER_02: I will say I think it will, but I do not think it should.
- 18:14SPEAKER_02: Well, I don't think these numbers should count.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: Okay, so that's my second thing.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: So you think it will make the 200 million?
- 18:20SPEAKER_03: I think it will.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: Cody, do you think?
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: No.
- 18:23SPEAKER_03: I don't I don't even think it gets close.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: I don't think it will either.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: Maybe Alex will be the one that will look at me and go.
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: Numbers don't lie.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: So here's here's the next bit really quick, and this is the main reason I brought it up.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: Um re-releases.
- 18:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: This is a two-part question.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: One, should re-releases count as the overall box office of the said IP?
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: And two, should Avengers Endgame Encore, which is the official title of this movie, should that box office number affect Avengers Endgame overall box office numbers?
- 19:12SPEAKER_03: So part one and part two.
- 19:14SPEAKER_03: So is it should re-releases in general, and then because this has a different name, specifically, should it?
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: And technically it's a different movie because they they're adding scenes to it, and they're officially Endgame never had an end credit scene.
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: So it's officially going to have an end credit scene, and the Russo it's gonna connect because this is the official Doomsday is an actual official sequel to Endgame.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: It follows immediately after.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: The end credit will show how it's attached, and the Russo brothers say that it's essential to watch, which is stupid, and that's a whole different topic.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: It's essential to watch Encore if you want to know what's up with Doomsday.
- 20:01SPEAKER_03: So, anyways, it's should the box office numbers count is the big question.
- 20:05SPEAKER_01: It's the big question.
- 20:08SPEAKER_03: Personally, no.
- 20:10SPEAKER_03: I'm especially in-game, I don't think it should.
- 20:13SPEAKER_03: Some of the other ones, if you want to make an argument, I can at least understand it.
- 20:18SPEAKER_03: Because it's literally just re-releasing the same movie.
- 20:22SPEAKER_03: But if you've added scenes to it and you're adding something that specifically connects to a new movie that wasn't connecting them before, I can't call that the same exact movie anymore.
- 20:35SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 20:35SPEAKER_03: That's now a different movie.
- 20:37SPEAKER_03: It's 90% the same movie, but you changed enough that now this matters for something else.
- 20:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, okay, yeah.
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: This is what in the comic industry we like to call a retcon.
- 20:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:49SPEAKER_03: Except usually you don't go back and read the same comic, even they somehow magically changed panels.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:56SPEAKER_02: And I think that this retcon shouldn't count towards the box office for the original posting.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: Cody, why don't why don't you think that a re-release, say even if it is if it's the same IP, if it's the same movie, why do you not think that should count towards the overall box office numbers?
- 21:16SPEAKER_03: I guess my whole thought on it is, and I get because those are official re-releases, which is why they count it, but like, then why anytime a movie or not a movie, but a theater does like a retro night?
- 21:29SPEAKER_03: Those don't count towards box office numbers, but it's the same idea.
- 21:32SPEAKER_03: They're showing the movie again.
- 21:34SPEAKER_03: So why does a re-release count?
- 21:36SPEAKER_03: But if we do just a retro night, that doesn't count.
- 21:41SPEAKER_03: Would a retro night be more of a um Like they still have to get the rights to show the movie from the distribution.
- 21:49SPEAKER_03: Like they have to do everything you normally do to still show the movie.
- 21:53SPEAKER_03: It's just not across the nation it's shown.
- 21:56SPEAKER_03: It's like, oh, these theaters decided to show it because they contacted us.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: I think that's why.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: I think it's like theater specific versus broad specific.
- 22:07SPEAKER_03: But why couldn't you just add up those numbers and be like, well, it was still in theaters, so it made more money.
- 22:13SPEAKER_03: I would say it's the same as uh gas stations.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: How they also how they all sell gas.
- 22:21SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 22:22SPEAKER_02: But caveat, caveat.
- 22:24SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 22:24SPEAKER_02: For to help Cody's argument for this.
- 22:27SPEAKER_02: ELF is shown every year in almost every movie theater year.
- 22:32SPEAKER_03: You're not wrong.
- 22:33SPEAKER_03: So why doesn't that add up every year?
- 22:36SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 22:37SPEAKER_03: Because it's one of those.
- 22:38SPEAKER_03: I g it's like a Christmas retro, but it's everywhere.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: I think I'm not going to use the gas station analogy actually after that one.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: I think it has to do more with like, okay, um take the same thing, but it's being shown on like NBC, ABC, and then like CW.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: Like they like the stu those studios get money while showing those movies, but the box office doesn't get it because those are special events catered to those specific uh production companies.
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: I think it's the same way with theaters, where it's like, hey, Regal is going to show Elf and AMC is going to show Santa Claus and and BNB is going to show Nightmare before Elm uh Nightmare before Elm Nightmare Before Christmas.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: It's not it's not a re-release, it's just a special event only catered to that specific theater.
- 23:34SPEAKER_01: So it's the theater getting like they need they need permission because of copyright stuff to show it the same way a TV studio needs permission to show it.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: But then it's like this is our event.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: We're going to make a little bit more bread and butter by showing elf, and we'll just keep whatever we make from that.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: Again, I don't know for sure.
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: That's my argument.
- 23:57SPEAKER_02: Okay, with my with that argument.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 24:00SPEAKER_02: Old manager.
- 24:01SPEAKER_02: Who gets the money on a re-release?
- 24:03SPEAKER_02: Like what he was just describing.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like Cody, you would know more about this than I do.
- 24:07SPEAKER_03: I mean, either way, it's you're still paying.
- 24:11SPEAKER_03: Like, obviously, the royalties you pay are slightly different when it comes like when a movie first comes out versus if you've been showing it for five weeks and stuff, but I mean, whatever that percentage is, whether you do it, I think, and I could be wrong because I didn't book any of the movies.
- 24:27SPEAKER_03: I was just told what was booked.
- 24:29SPEAKER_03: A re-release, I know for sure you're paying the same that you would be on anything else.
- 24:34SPEAKER_03: My guess is you're doing the same for a retro night, but I could be wrong.
- 24:39SPEAKER_03: I that was above my pay grade.
- 24:42SPEAKER_02: But with that logic, if that's the if that's the way it is, then I think that argument of the TV stations having to pay for it falls flat.
- 24:52SPEAKER_03: It could.
- 24:53SPEAKER_03: And again, I could be off on that.
- 24:55SPEAKER_03: I that was way above anything I ever did.
- 24:58SPEAKER_03: My main question though is okay, sure that I get your argument there.
- 25:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:04SPEAKER_03: Then why doesn't ELF just do a re-release every Christmas?
- 25:07SPEAKER_03: They know everywhere's gonna show it.
- 25:09SPEAKER_03: They pretty much do.
- 25:11SPEAKER_03: But why not just count it?
- 25:12SPEAKER_03: Because then their box office numbers just go up every year.
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: Why not make it like a like a an official re-release?
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: An official re-release.
- 25:19SPEAKER_02: There's certain stipulations that have to be met.
- 25:23SPEAKER_02: That's what I'm saying.
- 25:24SPEAKER_02: Are there certain stipulations that have to be met to quantify it as a re-release?
- 25:28SPEAKER_01: I don't think it does.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: I mean, because here well, actually, you know what?
- 25:31SPEAKER_01: I think there is, because um the st the studios still have to pay the theaters to show their movies.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: I think that's the difference.
- 25:42SPEAKER_01: Where if if I'm releasing if I'm if I'm releasing um uh doomsday, yeah, okay, I gotta convince the theaters to play uh to play Doomsday in in their theaters, which is what Cinemacon's for.
- 25:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:56SPEAKER_01: And then the the production companies pay the theaters to show their movies, and they they get their money back through box office tickets, where the movies get their money back from concessions.
- 26:09SPEAKER_01: Concessions.
- 26:10SPEAKER_01: That's the difference.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: If they were to do a re-release of ELF, they would have to be like, okay, we're gonna pay 200 theaters to show ELF because they and they get probably gotta pay them a good amount of money because they're gonna be losing one or two screens to elf.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: And then where it's just like, hey, on our dime, we would like to risk one or two screens to play elf, and a studio will be like, yeah, sure, you could do that.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: Give us like ten bucks.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 26:41SPEAKER_03: I don't I don't know.
- 26:44SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 26:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I just don't know if like the overall in my own head that makes any kind of sense.
- 26:54SPEAKER_03: But I don't that's inner workings.
- 26:57SPEAKER_03: I don't know if we'll ever understand, like, from our side of how that part works.
- 27:03SPEAKER_03: I just don't understand why re-releases count towards your box office.
- 27:07SPEAKER_03: To me, your box office was your run.
- 27:09SPEAKER_03: A re-release isn't that run.
- 27:11SPEAKER_03: I would be like, no, that is the original run was this, the re-release did this, but instead they mash it all together and be like, well, the box office run was this, and it's like, okay, Avatar had a re-release ten years later?
- 27:26SPEAKER_03: How does that affect its box office from ten years prior?
- 27:30SPEAKER_03: That has nothing to do with it.
- 27:33SPEAKER_02: No, I agree.
- 27:35SPEAKER_02: I I just don't think it should count in general.
- 27:38SPEAKER_01: I I look at it the same way of like uh Oreos only release the orange ones during Halloween time.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: Not even fall time, just Halloween time.
- 27:50SPEAKER_03: Alright.
- 27:51SPEAKER_01: And they make those sales off of the orange Oreos.
- 27:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:55SPEAKER_01: And then that's it, no more.
- 27:57SPEAKER_01: Okay?
- 27:58SPEAKER_01: That was their runtime, but they know next year they'll re-release it and they'll get their extra money from that too.
- 28:06SPEAKER_01: I think of movies the same way.
- 28:09SPEAKER_01: They'll release it in the original runtime.
- 28:11SPEAKER_01: Cool, how'd it do?
- 28:12SPEAKER_01: Did pretty good.
- 28:13SPEAKER_01: It's like, you think we should probably do this again in like a year or two, but only for like, I don't know, a week?
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, let's do that.
- 28:21SPEAKER_01: We could probably make a little extra scratch for that.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: If the analytics and the numbers match, the same way that Oreos do does their orange Oreos is is how I view it of like, yeah, it makes sense, and I think if you can make money off of the same exact IP, do it, and it'll go towards your sales.
- 28:42SPEAKER_01: Because these movie industries are selling movies the same way who sells Oreos?
- 28:49SPEAKER_02: Nest Nestle.
- 28:50SPEAKER_01: Nestle Nestle, yeah, the same way Nestle does Oreos.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: Is how I see it.
- 28:56SPEAKER_02: Why'd you look to the fat guy in that question?
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: I did it.
- 29:00SPEAKER_01: I look to the guy, I look to the guy that has knowledge.
- 29:04SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry.
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: Hey Cody, who does Oreos?
- 29:08SPEAKER_03: I think Alex knows more on that than I do.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: Okay, it's because he's fat.
- 29:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay, yeah.
- 29:12SPEAKER_03: So I was gonna say, because I don't eat Oreos.
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: I I should fat shame myself because I'm fat and I don't know.
- 29:19SPEAKER_01: I just I just eat them.
- 29:20SPEAKER_01: I don't care who makes them.
- 29:21SPEAKER_02: I will say, have you tried the apple pie Oreos?
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: No, there's apple pie Oreos?
- 29:27SPEAKER_01: It's a limited release.
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: Will it count towards the Oreo box office numbers?
- 29:32SPEAKER_02: I I'm sure.
- 29:36SPEAKER_01: But should it?
- 29:38SPEAKER_01: Oh! I don't know.
- 29:39SPEAKER_02: They're really good, so I hope they bring them back.
- 29:41SPEAKER_01: Okay, yearly fiscal numbers.
- 29:42SPEAKER_03: What about that?
- 29:43SPEAKER_03: So I guess that's I mean, if you want to mention that, then it's like the original run.
- 29:49SPEAKER_03: So if we're looking, say you look at Oreos, what they do in 2017 is what they do in 2017.
- 29:55SPEAKER_03: If they released the orange Oreos in 2018, that doesn't count towards 2017's year.
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: Ooh, I might have just accidentally accidentally counted my own idea, which is my idea with the re-release.
- 30:07SPEAKER_03: Like, it's not the same time.
- 30:12SPEAKER_03: Like, if you're looking at what is a fiscal year, dude.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but either way, Nestle's still making that money.
- 30:19SPEAKER_03: Either way, so do you think it's a good idea?
- 30:20SPEAKER_03: But I mean, either way, they're making that money on a retro movie.
- 30:25SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 30:25SPEAKER_01: Well they're still making the money.
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: Like, okay, so like here's the thing.
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: I it's not that I am agreeing with you.
- 30:31SPEAKER_01: I still think it should count to the box office, but I'm agreeing with your arguments, thinking maybe they need a like a re-release box office numbers.
- 30:40SPEAKER_03: I think that would make sense, but mashing it all together as if it's the same box office is where I'm like, that doesn't make sense.
- 30:48SPEAKER_03: It's not the same box office.
- 30:50SPEAKER_03: Because if you're looking at the box office for the weekend, you can't lump in what it did ten years ago because that is that's not helping right now.
- 30:59SPEAKER_03: Who does the numbers?
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: Uh third party companies.
- 31:03SPEAKER_02: Okay, but like, for example, insert third-party company's name.
- 31:07SPEAKER_02: What if they're the ones that are actually like, yeah, we don't have a metric to measure this for you, so we are going to tie this in to the original box office.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: So, but they have a metric though for early screenings separate than weekend.
- 31:21SPEAKER_01: Now, granted, like if it's like they count Thursday showing as early screenings, but it does count as the overall weekend box office.
- 31:27SPEAKER_03: But they'll always call it like early showing numbers.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: But if it's like but if it's like a week early, they'll tie in that with the Thursday because technically it is early showing numbers.
- 31:38SPEAKER_02: But what I'm saying is is that like there's industry uh nomenclature, numerology, there's industry rules that are set up to like give those numbers for their metrics right now.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:52SPEAKER_02: What if it's as e the question's easily answered by saying no one cares about that because they're not judging the metrics on it on that aspect.
- 32:03SPEAKER_02: So they're just gonna be like, eh, we're putting it into the original box.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: We care about endgame encore though.
- 32:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the only reason that they care is for currently like who's the highest grossing movie.
- 32:17SPEAKER_03: Because like at one point it was endgame, but then Avatar re-released and retook it because it made the re-release made it more money.
- 32:26SPEAKER_03: So it retook the title.
- 32:28SPEAKER_01: I think I think for something like that That's fair.
- 32:31SPEAKER_01: I think I don't know then.
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: So let's say I think for that you can mash them together, but I do think we need separate analytics for um for re-releases.
- 32:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 32:43SPEAKER_01: I think I think, yeah, I think we need I think both.
- 32:47SPEAKER_01: I think we need separate numbers for re-releases, but I think it can be like, okay, this is how much it made and it's box office run.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: This is how much it's made it's re-release run.
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: Here's the total the overall the overall box office, you know?
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: I think that would be better.
- 33:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah?
- 33:08SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 33:09SPEAKER_02: Like compartmentalized numbers like that always look cleaner.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: I think that would help a lot of arguments.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: But even then, that doesn't help with the whole thing of like, I so like I never gave my answer.
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: I don't think Avengers Encore, Avengers Endgame Encore, because that's a mouthful of a title, yeah, should count to the overall or even re-released box office numbers of Endgame.
- 33:32SPEAKER_01: Endgame did happen.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: What it was happened.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: I I understand like a month later, they're like, hey, we're adding like a scene.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: Fine, that was still like it it only added like one scene that was maybe ten minutes.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: It didn't really do anything because they re-released it like still during the initial run of the movie.
- 33:56SPEAKER_01: It was like if you wanted to go watch like a deleted scene, go ahead.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: Whatever like that, literally, whatever.
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: But with this being a in a weird way, because you mentioned 90%'s normal.
- 34:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: If it's 10% different, to me, that's a new movie.
- 34:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:13SPEAKER_01: With a new title.
- 34:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 34:15SPEAKER_03: So we all agree that, like, for sure, Encore should not be counting towards endgame.
- 34:20SPEAKER_01: I don't think so.
- 34:21SPEAKER_03: I don't think so.
- 34:22SPEAKER_03: Alright, it seems like we're all in agreement on that one.
- 34:25SPEAKER_01: Do we just want to end on a good note with all of us agreeing?
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: Whoa.
- 34:29SPEAKER_01: I'm hey, I am cool ending it here.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: I'm fine ending it here.
- 34:33SPEAKER_03: I don't I I feel like we've gone in enough circles with it as a whole.
- 34:37SPEAKER_03: Like, I think we're all pretty we've talked our point through at this point.
- 34:41SPEAKER_02: I just I don't have anything else to add besides the fact that one, we don't know shit.
- 34:45SPEAKER_02: Two, and two, it's we don't take this account.
- 34:51SPEAKER_03: But we don't know shit with confidence.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: So much confidence.
- 34:54SPEAKER_02: But I need you guys to talk for like five minutes so I can pick the quote to end this.
- 34:59SPEAKER_01: Um okay.
- 35:00SPEAKER_01: Um Yeah, um, you were wrong about Spider-Man.
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: You said you weren't even sure it was gonna make a billion.
- 35:07SPEAKER_03: I d I yeah.
- 35:08SPEAKER_03: I was way off on that.
- 35:10SPEAKER_03: You were going.
- 35:12SPEAKER_03: I personally I thought the only reason that No Way Home did as well as it did was purely the nostalgia of it.
- 35:21SPEAKER_03: I figured this one was gonna be closer to Far From Home.
- 35:25SPEAKER_03: That's fair.
- 35:26SPEAKER_03: And it clearly did significantly better, but that was my main reason for thinking it wouldn't be what it is, because well, we had two other Spider-Man that people had enjoyed, especially Toby.
- 35:39SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 35:39SPEAKER_03: And I thought that's what drove that one.
- 35:41SPEAKER_03: I didn't think this was gonna have that kind of push, and clearly Zendea touched it and it turned into gold.
- 35:48SPEAKER_03: Not that she wasn't in the other one.
- 35:49SPEAKER_01: I I think it was just the fact that everyone loves Spider-Man.
- 35:52SPEAKER_03: It is also that, which I mean, slight thing, I guess, with your comic book fatigue.
- 35:58SPEAKER_03: I think Spider-Man, I think there's three exceptions to what people are calling comic book fatigue.
- 36:04SPEAKER_03: I think Spider-Man, Superman, and Batman will always Deadpool.
- 36:10SPEAKER_03: That's fair.
- 36:11SPEAKER_03: But that's all I guess my I wasn't counting that in my own head because that's also kind of a comedy just because of how Deadpool is, so it's it feels different.
- 36:20SPEAKER_03: Still comic book.
- 36:21SPEAKER_03: You're not wrong.
- 36:22SPEAKER_03: I'll throw that one in there.
- 36:23SPEAKER_03: Those four are I think will always do well.
- 36:27SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
- 36:27SPEAKER_03: Where I think the problem with the like superhero fatigue is if it's not one of the big ones, people at this point are just burnt out and don't care anymore.
- 36:38SPEAKER_01: I will I will think about that, actually.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: That's something new to think about.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Also, because apparently I somehow didn't do a good job.
- 36:45SPEAKER_01: Let me reiterate what I liked about Spider-Man Far From Home.
- 36:49SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 36:49SPEAKER_01: I I really like the Punisher in it.
- 36:51SPEAKER_01: I like the fact that they have the Hulk.
- 36:54SPEAKER_01: It was funny, it was fun.
- 36:56SPEAKER_01: I'm not a big Sadie Sink fan, but I think it was really cool that they introduced Gene Gray.
- 37:01SPEAKER_01: I don't think it was a Don't go negative.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: Hold on, hold on.
- 37:05SPEAKER_01: I don't think it was a production movie.
- 37:07SPEAKER_01: I think Peter Parker at the beginning was the scene at the end, but I do like the fact that it ended with Ned having that muscle memory.
- 37:13SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's because he's magical, maybe because it was muscle memory.
- 37:16SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 37:16SPEAKER_01: It was a good ending, though, with them doing their little handshake thing, really left me wanting more, which is what a movie should do.
- 37:23SPEAKER_01: Uh, Frank Castle and Peter Parker, John Berthal, Tom Holland have amazing uh on-screen chemistry.
- 37:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's fun, it's funny.
- 37:33SPEAKER_01: Everything I said in the last time we talked about this, I don't know why people didn't hear it that time.
- 37:39SPEAKER_02: Did you agree with me on that one that John Berthal stole scenes sort of?
- 37:45SPEAKER_01: So here's the thing.
- 37:46SPEAKER_01: I saw it a second time, and I was supposed to have that in mind, but I was so excited I was so excited to watch it a second time because it's such a great flipping movie.
- 37:56SPEAKER_01: You forget.
- 37:57SPEAKER_01: The first time I saw it, I just forgot, and when I saw them interacting, I was like, oh my gosh, they're doing a great job.
- 38:03SPEAKER_01: Because again, I think it's a great movie, because all Tom Holland movies are top-tier movies.
- 38:09SPEAKER_01: Just because this is my least favorite of a top-tier movie doesn't mean I didn't have anything good to say about it.
- 38:15SPEAKER_01: But if anybody missed it, here it is again, or just go re-listen to that same flipping episode, and I got nothing else now.
- 38:24SPEAKER_03: To answer your question, he sort of agreed.
- 38:27SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 38:28SPEAKER_03: It wasn't that he was fully on board with you, but it was I gotta rewatch it to find out.
- 38:32SPEAKER_01: And I did it, and I was so happy to see it again, I forgot.
- 38:36SPEAKER_01: So I got no problem seeing it a third time, because it's a great movie.
- 38:41SPEAKER_03: Anyways.
- 38:43SPEAKER_03: I think that's all we got for this one.
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 38:46SPEAKER_03: Alright.
- 38:47SPEAKER_02: Well, this is Alex, Cody, John, sh thew.
- 38:55SPEAKER_01: I have headphones, that hurt.
- 38:57SPEAKER_01: Anyways, bye.
