- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04Speaker 1: So with the Queen's death, there was a lot of
- 0:07Speaker 1: questions about Prince Andrew and what his role would be
- 0:11Speaker 1: at the upcoming celebration of life for the Queen. Well,
- 0:15Speaker 1: we now know that Prince Andrew will not be wearing
- 0:19Speaker 1: his military uniform to most of these ceremonial events. And
- 0:25Speaker 1: that's because only the working royals will be wearing their
- 0:28Speaker 1: military uniforms. And as we all know, Prince Andrew's days
- 0:33Speaker 1: of being a working royal are long over. Now his
- 0:36Speaker 1: days will be filled with being the Lord of the Corgis.
- 0:42Speaker 1: His one role, as we know right now, is to
- 0:45Speaker 1: take care of the Queen's dogs. Now, while he might
- 0:48Speaker 1: be capable of doing that job, I don't know why
- 0:50Speaker 1: the dogs are getting the short end of the stick here.
- 0:53Speaker 1: I've said before he should take care of the stables.
- 0:56Speaker 1: You know, muck out all of the stables, clean up
- 0:58Speaker 1: the horse poop, and all of that stuff. He likes
- 1:00Speaker 1: all them horses so much, he should just stay out there.
- 1:03Speaker 1: The king of bullshit dealing with some horse shit shouldn't
- 1:06Speaker 1: be too much of a jump. But instead, the poor
- 1:10Speaker 1: corgis get stuck living with Prince Andrew and with Fergie
- 1:14Speaker 1: the foot woman, and here we are. But as far
- 1:17Speaker 1: as other roles within his brother's regime, that's not going
- 1:21Speaker 1: to happen. And this is just the first of many
- 1:24Speaker 1: slights coming Andrew's way now that his brother is the king.
- 1:29Speaker 1: We've talked about this at length here on this podcast,
- 1:32Speaker 1: and it's not going to be any different from what
- 1:35Speaker 1: we speculated. At least it looks that way. Charles understands
- 1:40Speaker 1: that he's not the most well-liked guy in the world.
- 1:43Speaker 1: So coming in, having Andrew as an anchor is just
- 1:46Speaker 1: not something he's interested in. And he's shown us that
- 1:50Speaker 1: time and time again. Now, That doesn't mean I think
- 1:53Speaker 1: Charles is a good guy either.
- 1:54Speaker 2: I do not.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Anyone who's palling around with guys like Jimmy Savile, anyone
- 1:59Speaker 1: who's getting advice from guys like Jimmy Savile is not
- 2:02Speaker 1: a good person in my book. But he is the
- 2:05Speaker 1: king and he's going to make the decisions as far
- 2:08Speaker 1: as Uncle Touchy goes. So today we have an article
- 2:13Speaker 1: from The Independent talking about who's wearing what, who's going
- 2:17Speaker 1: to be wearing military uniforms, and who is going to
- 2:20Speaker 1: be In civilian clothing. Headline, Prince Andrew will not wear
- 2:27Speaker 1: uniform at most ceremonial events during period of mourning for
- 2:31Speaker 1: the queen. I have like visions of Prince Andrew dressing
- 2:35Speaker 1: up in his ceremonial outfit and prancing around the house, right?
- 2:38Speaker 1: Looking at himself in the mirror, telling Fergie to, you know,
- 2:42Speaker 1: bow down to him or whatever. He seems like that
- 2:45Speaker 1: kind of weird dude to me. Knowing that he can't
- 2:47Speaker 1: wear the outfit anymore out in public certainly seems like
- 2:50Speaker 1: the kind of guy that's going to LARP around and
- 2:53Speaker 1: wear it at home instead. Working members of the royal
- 2:56Speaker 1: family will wear military uniform when present at five ceremonial
- 3:00Speaker 1: events during the period of mourning for Queen Elizabeth II.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And all of these periods of mourning, it's crazy how
- 3:08Speaker 1: long some of them are. Like, if I was ever
- 3:10Speaker 1: some kind of, like, public figure of note, I don't
- 3:13Speaker 1: think I'd want my body to be laid out for
- 3:15Speaker 1: people to come and gawk at. Go ahead and get
- 3:18Speaker 1: on with it. Throw me into the flames or bury me,
- 3:21Speaker 1: whatever it is, but don't come and gawk at me
- 3:23Speaker 1: like I'm some sort of attraction. These are the service
- 3:28Speaker 1: of Thanksgiving at St. Giles Cathedral, Edenburg, and procession to
- 3:32Speaker 1: Westminster Hall, and service of prayer and reflection. the vigil
- 3:37Speaker 1: at Westminster Hall, the state funeral at Westminster Abbey, and
- 3:41Speaker 1: the committal service at St. George's Chapel of Windsor. So
- 3:46Speaker 1: there's like a whole ass pomp and circumstance that's on
- 3:49Speaker 1: the way. And I understand she was royal, she was
- 3:52Speaker 1: a queen, 70 years, people love her.
- 3:55Speaker 2: But man, oh man, when's enough enough?
- 3:58Speaker 1: It's just like here in America when politicians die and
- 4:01Speaker 1: they have them lie in state in Washington, D.C., I mean,
- 4:04Speaker 1: what is this guy, Julius Caesar, all of a sudden?
- 4:07Speaker 1: I just don't understand it. And I guess for me anyway,
- 4:10Speaker 1: and I'm just speaking personally of myself, I'm not saying
- 4:13Speaker 1: anyone else shouldn't be into all this pomp and circumstance.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Whatever you're into, hey, that's great. Me personally, I just
- 4:19Speaker 2: don't get it.
- 4:19Speaker 1: These are just normal ass people, and I don't know
- 4:23Speaker 1: why I should put them on any kind of pedestal.
- 4:27Speaker 1: But as a non-working member of the royal family, the
- 4:30Speaker 1: Duke of York will not wear a uniform except as
- 4:33Speaker 1: a special mark of respect for Queen Elizabeth II at
- 4:37Speaker 1: the final vigil in Westminster Hall, sources said. So they're
- 4:42Speaker 1: really trying to be cautious of having the optics of
- 4:45Speaker 1: Prince Andrew even making a slight step back into the
- 4:50Speaker 1: public eye. They know that that's not a winning strategy.
- 4:53Speaker 1: They know people want nothing to do with them. And
- 4:55Speaker 1: having him forced down their throats, meaning the public of
- 4:58Speaker 1: the UK and of the world in general, they know
- 5:02Speaker 1: that that's not a winning strategy. So why would they
- 5:04Speaker 1: engage in it? Prince Andrew's going to be in his civvies, folks,
- 5:08Speaker 1: just like me and you. Guess what? That's because he's
- 5:11Speaker 1: no different, well, besides being a sick bastard, than the
- 5:14Speaker 1: rest of us. Oh, he was born to a queen,
- 5:17Speaker 1: but guess what? Pretty sure all of his bodily functions,
- 5:20Speaker 1: same as ours, his blood, pretty sure it's red. Pretty
- 5:23Speaker 1: sure he puts his pants on the same way we do,
- 5:25Speaker 1: or maybe someone does it for him, but the point is,
- 5:28Speaker 1: he is no better than any of you. I don't
- 5:31Speaker 1: care if you're a street sweep. I don't care if
- 5:34Speaker 1: you're a greeter at Walmart. This man is no better
- 5:37Speaker 1: than anybody else. And it is bizarre to me that
- 5:40Speaker 1: anyone would worship these people. It means that Prince Harry,
- 5:47Speaker 1: who served two tours of duty in Afghanistan during his
- 5:49Speaker 1: 10 years in the army, but lost his honorary military
- 5:53Speaker 1: titles when he stepped down as a senior working royal,
- 5:56Speaker 1: is not the only close family member in civilian dress. See,
- 6:00Speaker 1: the thing with Harry, I think he's getting the short
- 6:02Speaker 1: end of the stick here. Just because dude wants to
- 6:04Speaker 1: leave the country and move to America with this girl,
- 6:07Speaker 1: you have to pretty much disinherit him? Kinda ridiculous. It
- 6:15Speaker 1: comes after Prince Andrew joined his siblings, Princess Anne, Prince Edward,
- 6:19Speaker 1: and other senior royals to greet well-wishers after attending a
- 6:22Speaker 1: private memorial church service on Saturday. Look, nobody can tell
- 6:26Speaker 1: this guy he can't mourn his mother, right? I won't
- 6:29Speaker 1: even sit here and pretend to do that. But at
- 6:31Speaker 1: the same time, I don't want him shoved down our throats.
- 6:36Speaker 1: This guy was accused of some pretty heinous stuff and
- 6:38Speaker 1: still hasn't come out and really answered for it. Oh,
- 6:41Speaker 1: he had a settlement, sure. But has he ever really
- 6:44Speaker 1: sat down and answered real questions besides with Emily Maitlis?
- 6:49Speaker 1: Of course he hasn't. Prince Andrew took a moment to
- 6:54Speaker 1: put his arms around his daughters as they stood and
- 6:57Speaker 1: read the tributes. The family was brought to the Scottish estate.
- 7:01Speaker 1: in a cavalcade of Range Rovers after attending a short
- 7:04Speaker 1: service dedicated to the late queen in the church she
- 7:08Speaker 1: regularly attended when staying at Balmoral. Now look, I don't
- 7:12Speaker 1: want to seem like one of these people that's doing
- 7:14Speaker 1: a happy dance because the queen is dead. That's just
- 7:17Speaker 1: not my DNA. I really don't do the happy dance
- 7:20Speaker 1: when people die. As much as I criticize the way
- 7:23Speaker 1: she handled Prince Andrew, I never, you know, wished any
- 7:27Speaker 1: ill on the lady. And while I understand why people
- 7:32Speaker 1: don't like her or don't like the regime and what
- 7:34Speaker 1: they stood for, I'm not going to sit here and,
- 7:38Speaker 1: you know, make it personal. Because for me, this is
- 7:41Speaker 1: about justice. It's not about personality. It's not about, oh,
- 7:45Speaker 1: these people are royal, so I hate them. These people
- 7:48Speaker 1: wouldn't even be a thought in my brain, folks, if
- 7:51Speaker 1: it wasn't for Prince Andrew. I wouldn't have a word
- 7:53Speaker 1: to say about this lady. But unfortunately for them, Me
- 7:58Speaker 1: and my beard stumbled directly into this story. And, you know,
- 8:02Speaker 1: sometimes you just got to talk about things that are uncomfortable.
- 8:09Speaker 1: And for people who are loyalists or monarchists, they don't
- 8:12Speaker 1: want to hear about the queen enabling Prince Andrew for
- 8:14Speaker 1: all of these years. But that's exactly what he did. However,
- 8:18Speaker 1: I'm certainly not celebrating the death here. You know, there's
- 8:22Speaker 1: people who love this lady. Her family members and, you know,
- 8:25Speaker 1: 96 years old.
- 8:26Speaker 2: It's a good life.
- 8:27Speaker 1: I lost my grandpa right around the same age, and
- 8:31Speaker 1: he lived a great life too. But when it comes
- 8:34Speaker 1: to the Queen, my biggest problem with her is the
- 8:37Speaker 1: enabling of Prince Andrew. Prince Andrew was stripped of his
- 8:42Speaker 1: royal duties by the Queen after he reached a financial
- 8:45Speaker 1: settlement in a sexual assault case brought by Virginia Roberts said,
- 8:49Speaker 1: We've been allowed one day. Now we start the process
- 8:52Speaker 1: of handing her on. And that has to be crazy, right?
- 8:55Speaker 1: Your mom is this queen and you don't get to
- 8:58Speaker 1: maybe mourn the way other people might. So it's definitely
- 9:02Speaker 1: a weird deal. There's no doubt in my mind about that.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Because the queen isn't just her family's. She is basically
- 9:08Speaker 1: a possession of the whole nation, right? So the family,
- 9:13Speaker 1: if they want privacy, they can have their little ceremony.
- 9:15Speaker 1: But the queen is bigger than that. And it's a
- 9:19Speaker 1: whole state event. The Duke attended a prayer service for
- 9:23Speaker 1: the Queen at Crathy Kirk near Balmoral, alongside other members
- 9:27Speaker 1: of the royal family, including his daughters. The Duke of
- 9:31Speaker 1: York and Sarah, Duchess of York, also became the new
- 9:34Speaker 1: owners of Queen Elizabeth II's beloved corgis following her death.
- 9:39Speaker 1: A spokesperson for Prince Andrew said that he and Sarah
- 9:42Speaker 1: will take on the animals named Moik and Sandy. Both
- 9:45Speaker 1: dogs were gifted to the late monarch by the Prince.
- 9:49Speaker 1: So he gave the dogs to the queen originally. And
- 9:53Speaker 1: now him and Fergie taking them back to look after them.
- 9:57Speaker 1: The queen was famously a big fan of the breed.
- 10:00Speaker 1: and owned more than 30 Corgis during her lifetime. In
- 10:03Speaker 1: early 2021, she was given two new puppies, one Corgi
- 10:07Speaker 1: and one Dorgi, a Corgi-Dachshund mixed breed. King Charles III
- 10:12Speaker 1: will lead a royal procession today in Edinburgh as the
- 10:15Speaker 1: late queen's coffin is moved from the Palace of Holyrood
- 10:21Speaker 1: to St. Giles Cathedral. Well, at least Prince Andrew isn't
- 10:25Speaker 1: going to be wearing his military clothes. I was wondering
- 10:28Speaker 1: if he was going to try and pull a move,
- 10:30Speaker 1: but with King Charles sitting there with his scepter ready
- 10:33Speaker 1: to smack this dude in the head like a whack-a-mole,
- 10:36Speaker 1: Prince Andrew thought better of it. We'll definitely keep our
- 10:39Speaker 1: eye on these ceremonies and processions and see what goes
- 10:43Speaker 1: on here. And I'm very interested to see the fallout
- 10:46Speaker 1: now that Prince Charles has become king. If you'd like
- 10:51Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
- 10:56Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
- 11:02Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that I discussed
- 11:09Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. Follow the thread
- 11:13Speaker 1: of our buddy Prince Andrew a little bit more this morning.
- 11:15Speaker 1: We have two articles about him. The first is about
- 11:18Speaker 1: what's going on in the royal family. And the second
- 11:21Speaker 1: is about what people that are close to him, you know,
- 11:23Speaker 1: part of the royal court, other, you know, royalty in England,
- 11:27Speaker 1: what they think about him and what they say about
- 11:29Speaker 1: him behind his back even before this occurred. So it
- 11:32Speaker 1: wasn't like this is like something completely out of character.
- 11:35Speaker 1: People have been, you know, talking about Andy for years
- 11:37Speaker 1: and years and years about his proclivities and the things
- 11:40Speaker 1: he likes to do and the people he runs with, uh,
- 11:43Speaker 1: people he accepts money from. So it's not like this is,
- 11:46Speaker 1: you know, just, oh, because of this sex scandal, all
- 11:49Speaker 1: of a sudden he's, he's considered a moron or a dullard.
- 11:51Speaker 1: He's been considered that basically his whole life by these insiders,
- 11:54Speaker 1: I guess. And it's all new to me because up
- 11:57Speaker 1: until this point I had zero, I really didn't even
- 11:59Speaker 1: know what a Prince Andrew was. I could care, I
- 12:00Speaker 1: couldn't care less about the, uh, the royal family. I had,
- 12:05Speaker 1: who cares?
- 12:08Speaker 3: 1776, right?
- 12:09Speaker 1: That was the last time Americans had to worry about
- 12:10Speaker 1: the royal family. So I was just like blown away
- 12:14Speaker 1: by reading all of this stuff that the people say
- 12:16Speaker 1: about him. But it doesn't shock me really when you
- 12:19Speaker 1: sit back and think about it. All of these different
- 12:21Speaker 1: royals are jostling for position. All of these people are
- 12:24Speaker 1: in the court looking for favor of the queen and
- 12:26Speaker 1: the prince, the king in waiting. So, you know, I'm
- 12:29Speaker 1: sure there's factions, different groups that, you know, battle it out.
- 12:34Speaker 1: But what's really telling about all of this is pretty
- 12:36Speaker 1: much to a man or woman, I guess, his whole
- 12:39Speaker 1: entire family has abandoned him. The repercussions have been felt
- 12:43Speaker 1: far and wide for Andrew. His daughter's engagement party's off.
- 12:47Speaker 1: You know, there's a lot going on. And guess what?
- 12:50Speaker 1: He has no one to blame but himself. He should
- 12:53Speaker 1: have kept his little guy in his pants. If he
- 12:57Speaker 1: really needed to have a woman with all that money,
- 12:59Speaker 1: he couldn't have bought a professional woman A woman, an
- 13:03Speaker 1: actual woman? I'm sure that there's escorts that he could
- 13:09Speaker 1: have gotten involved with if that's what he was looking
- 13:11Speaker 1: to do. Or there's, you know, I'm sure there's girls
- 13:15Speaker 1: that would have just wanted to be with him. Why
- 13:17Speaker 1: does he have to get involved in this whole trafficking thing?
- 13:20Speaker 1: Why does he have to abuse a 17-year-old girl? Why
- 13:23Speaker 1: does he have to do that sort of thing? Well,
- 13:25Speaker 1: I'll tell you.
- 13:25Speaker 2: It's all about power and control, folks.
- 13:27Speaker 1: It's all about exerting their power over the rest of us,
- 13:30Speaker 1: be it with their two-tier justice system or with just
- 13:33Speaker 1: their mockery system. By doing things such as this so
- 13:36Speaker 1: brazenly for so long and thinking nobody will ever jump
- 13:39Speaker 1: on board and say, hey, what the hell is wrong
- 13:41Speaker 1: with you? What are you, sick bastard? You're a pervert.
- 13:45Speaker 1: You never thought that that was ever going to happen.
- 13:47Speaker 1: And now that he's being called out on his nonsense, well,
- 13:50Speaker 1: it's a big problem for Andrew. It's a big problem
- 13:53Speaker 1: for the royal family. And it's a big problem for
- 13:56Speaker 1: anyone who is involved in this sex trafficking scheme. If
- 13:59Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me, you can do that at
- 14:01Speaker 1: bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. All right, let's
- 14:09Speaker 1: hop into these articles, shall we? The first one is
- 14:13Speaker 1: from The Express. The headline is, Royal Feud Exposed. Insider
- 14:17Speaker 1: lifts lid on crisis lunch between Andrew and Charles. Prince
- 14:22Speaker 1: Andrew was summoned to Sandringham for a crisis lunch where
- 14:24Speaker 1: he was read the riot act by Prince Charles after
- 14:27Speaker 1: the Duke of Edinburgh also rebuked his son, according to
- 14:30Speaker 1: a royal expert. Prince Andrew resigned from his royal duties
- 14:34Speaker 1: at the end of last month, at the request of
- 14:36Speaker 1: the Queen. Now, the palace has indicated that the Duke
- 14:39Speaker 1: of York will make his next public appearance at Sandringham
- 14:43Speaker 1: with the rest of the royal family at the traditional
- 14:46Speaker 1: church visit on Christmas Day. I heard, though, that there's
- 14:50Speaker 1: going to be some sexual assault groups there, and they're
- 14:52Speaker 1: going to be there to protest if he shows up.
- 14:55Speaker 1: So I'm interested to see if this all happens, if
- 14:58Speaker 1: he really does end up showing up with the family
- 15:00Speaker 1: on Christmas to show face, or if the Queen and
- 15:04Speaker 1: really probably Prince Charles tells him, hey, look, dude, you're out.
- 15:07Speaker 1: You can't be here. However, last week Sandringham was the
- 15:13Speaker 1: scene of a showdown between the Duke and his brother,
- 15:15Speaker 1: Prince Charles, as the Prince of Wales went straight to
- 15:18Speaker 1: see Prince Philip, who now lives on his private royal
- 15:21Speaker 1: estate after touching down from his latest tour. Podcast Pod
- 15:26Speaker 1: Save the Queen is hosted by Anne Gripper and features
- 15:28Speaker 1: the Daily Mirror's royal editor, Russell Myers. In the latest episode, Mr.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Myers detailed the crisis lunch that Prince Andrew was summoned
- 15:37Speaker 1: to last Monday, driving 140 miles from Windsor to Sandringham
- 15:42Speaker 1: at the behest of his brother. Well, hold on a
- 15:44Speaker 1: minute here. Didn't his brother, wasn't Charles hanging out with
- 15:47Speaker 1: Jimmy Savile?
- 15:50Speaker 2: Wasn't he buddies with him?
- 15:52Speaker 1: So, maybe that's worth some more investigation at some point. Mr.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Myers said Charles obviously rushed straight to Sandringham to see
- 16:01Speaker 1: his father, to seek his counsel on this crisis that
- 16:03Speaker 1: is still ongoing. William had done an investiture and went
- 16:07Speaker 1: to go see the Queen, and William and Charles no
- 16:09Speaker 1: doubt came together to discuss what had been said by
- 16:12Speaker 1: the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh. And now, it appears
- 16:17Speaker 1: Charles summoned Andrew to Sandringham. They have had this showdown
- 16:20Speaker 1: that was widely reported to be coming the week before
- 16:23Speaker 1: last when Charles was still away on his tour. Some
- 16:26Speaker 1: of the aides were frantically suggesting that this wasn't going
- 16:28Speaker 1: to happen, and lo and behold, it has happened, as
- 16:31Speaker 1: we were rightly saying. So, Charles was obviously furious that
- 16:37Speaker 1: his brother has made this decision, dragged not only his name,
- 16:40Speaker 1: but the royal family's name.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Completely through the mud.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Once again, it's all about the royal family, and especially
- 16:47Speaker 1: this Prince Charles guy. I'm not a fan at all
- 16:49Speaker 1: of this Prince Charles character. I guarantee you, if we
- 16:52Speaker 1: look hard enough, he has skeletons in his closet as well.
- 16:58Speaker 1: And totally overshadowed Charles Tor where he was talking about very,
- 17:02Speaker 1: very important issues like climate change. It didn't even get
- 17:05Speaker 1: a look in because of the scandal kicking off at
- 17:07Speaker 1: the time. Again, it's all about me, me, me, me, me. Oh,
- 17:10Speaker 1: you're raping girls. That overshadows what I'm doing. I really
- 17:15Speaker 1: despise the royal family at this point, folks. I'm sorry
- 17:17Speaker 1: to my English listeners. I know that there's quite a
- 17:21Speaker 1: bit of you, but this royal family, you guys got
- 17:23Speaker 1: to do away with this.
- 17:24Speaker 2: You have to do away with this.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, we'll do away with our royal families,
- 17:28Speaker 1: the Bushes and the Clintons, and you do away with
- 17:30Speaker 1: your royals, and then we'll all meet at the bar
- 17:32Speaker 1: for a pint. Miss Gripper referenced reports in The Sun
- 17:39Speaker 1: last week in which a royal source said it was
- 17:42Speaker 1: all very civilized and calm, but Charles calmly read him
- 17:45Speaker 1: the riot act and told him there was no way
- 17:47Speaker 1: back for him in the near future. Andrew thought he
- 17:49Speaker 1: was being treated harshly, as nothing has yet been proved
- 17:52Speaker 1: against him. And that's another thing that's telling folks, right?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Like I said, if his own family has bounced on him,
- 17:58Speaker 1: and they haven't closed ranks around him, and there's nothing
- 18:01Speaker 1: being quote-unquote proven yet, well, that's a bad look. The
- 18:04Speaker 1: optics are terrible for this guy. But he accepted the decision.
- 18:08Speaker 1: He really had little choice. Mr. Myers continued, it's absolutely
- 18:12Speaker 1: over for him. Even his own family are telling him.
- 18:15Speaker 1: And I think that's quite telling, that quote, saying that
- 18:18Speaker 1: he thinks he's been treated harshly. Well, that is just
- 18:20Speaker 1: absolutely ridiculous.
- 18:21Speaker 2: I couldn't disagree.
- 18:23Speaker 1: I mean, I couldn't agree with that more. He was
- 18:25Speaker 1: treated harshly? No, Virginia Roberts was treated harshly, buddy, at
- 18:30Speaker 1: your hands, all right? At your fat, sausagey fingertips. He's
- 18:35Speaker 1: not expressing regret or empathy or willing to admit that
- 18:38Speaker 1: he was wrong. It's absolutely staggering. Regardless of whether the
- 18:42Speaker 1: allegations are true or not, the very fact that he
- 18:44Speaker 1: didn't regret his decisions will long hang over him. Well,
- 18:49Speaker 1: why is nobody saying it? At the very least, at
- 18:53Speaker 1: the very least, he's an enabler. And what is as
- 18:56Speaker 1: bad as, like I've said, the enablers are almost as bad.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Added to Charles and Andrew's showdown, a Sandringham insider told
- 19:04Speaker 1: The Telegraph last week that Prince Philip also had some
- 19:07Speaker 1: stern words for Andrew the week before. The source said
- 19:11Speaker 1: it was a tense meeting, and Philip told his son
- 19:13Speaker 1: he had to take his punishment. Aw, Daddy and Mommy
- 19:17Speaker 1: both scolded you. Aw, well, that's what happens when you're
- 19:19Speaker 1: involved in sexual assault cases. That's what happens when you
- 19:22Speaker 1: traffic young ladies. That's what happens when you're a complete
- 19:26Speaker 1: and utter moron. There was no screaming or shouting, but
- 19:32Speaker 1: Philip told him in no uncertain terms that he had
- 19:34Speaker 1: to step down for the sake of the monarchy. It
- 19:36Speaker 1: was agreed they would have another meeting with Charles. Another
- 19:40Speaker 1: source told The Sun, Philip regrets Andrew doesn't know how
- 19:43Speaker 1: to lead a simple life. He thinks he's been too extravagant.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Oh, well, is that so?
- 19:47Speaker 1: An understatement of the year. Are you kidding me right now?
- 19:51Speaker 2: Too extravagant?
- 19:52Speaker 1: How about too rapey and too touchy and too gross?
- 19:55Speaker 2: How about that?
- 19:57Speaker 3: Maybe it was that, Pops.
- 19:59Speaker 2: And I'll go a bit further.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Maybe if you and your wife were around more and
- 20:03Speaker 1: you took care of your son, Prince Andrew, and raised
- 20:05Speaker 1: him correctly and didn't leave it up to other people,
- 20:06Speaker 1: maybe he would have grown up to be a decent guy.
- 20:08Speaker 2: But instead, you left it.
- 20:10Speaker 1: To your nannies and your au pairs and whoever the
- 20:12Speaker 1: hell else you silly-ass royals have running around your stupid-ass
- 20:17Speaker 1: palace that's paid for by the.
- 20:19Speaker 2: People of England.
- 20:20Speaker 1: And, you know, it's just gross.
- 20:22Speaker 2: You people are just gross.
- 20:23Speaker 1: The whole entire elite ruling class just grosses me out.
- 20:28Speaker 2: All right, our next article.
- 20:30Speaker 1: is from the Daily Mail, and the headline is, Craig Brown,
- 20:33Speaker 1: to servants, there's just one Prince of Oafs. And that's hilarious,
- 20:38Speaker 1: because we all know that I think this guy, Prince Andrew,
- 20:41Speaker 1: is a complete and utter moron. On November 28th, 2001,
- 20:46Speaker 1: Giles Brandreth attended a reception at Buckingham Palace for Big
- 20:50Speaker 1: Wigs in the Media. The Queen was telling a small
- 20:53Speaker 1: group of guests how Prince Andrew and Prince Edward were
- 20:55Speaker 1: keen on surfing the net, a phrase that nowadays seems
- 20:58Speaker 1: rather quaint, when up behind them came the Duke of York.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Her Majesty moves on, Brandreth recorded in his diary, and
- 21:05Speaker 1: I say to her son, I've just been hearing how
- 21:07Speaker 1: you're a dab hand with a mouse. No, he booms,
- 21:10Speaker 1: I'm more of a nipple man myself. What?
- 21:13Speaker 2: Is he talking about?
- 21:15Speaker 1: Now, mind you, this is in 2001, the same time
- 21:17Speaker 1: he supposedly, allegedly raped Virginia Roberts a few months after.
- 21:21Speaker 1: And he's talking about, no, I'm a nipple man instead
- 21:23Speaker 1: of a dab hand with a mouse?
- 21:26Speaker 3: Really?
- 21:27Speaker 1: What sort of knucklehead is this guy, really? After this revelation,
- 21:32Speaker 1: the prince drifts off and bounds cheerily between female newscasters.
- 21:35Speaker 1: 18 years on, it seems unlikely Prince Andrew will be
- 21:39Speaker 1: cracking this sort of joke at a future palace reception. Well, yeah,
- 21:42Speaker 1: he's not invited. Or even that he will be invited
- 21:45Speaker 1: to one. And after his unfortunate encounter with Emily Maitlis,
- 21:49Speaker 1: female newscasters may not hold quite the same appeal.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Yeah, well, probably. I bet you he's waking up in.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Cold sweats from the interview with Emily Maitlis, huh? I
- 21:58Speaker 1: don't sweat. It's fascinating how memories echo across time, giving
- 22:04Speaker 1: off different sounds. For instance, in her 1995 memoir, The
- 22:07Speaker 1: Housekeeper's Diary, the Prince of Wales housekeeper, Wendy Berry, recalled
- 22:11Speaker 1: Jimmy Savile dropping in at Highgrove on one of his
- 22:15Speaker 1: regular visits. As he waited for the prince, he puffed
- 22:18Speaker 1: on his cigar and sent great clouds of blue smoke
- 22:21Speaker 1: in the air. He knew that smoking was officially frowned
- 22:23Speaker 1: on in the house, but just laughed it off, saying, oh,
- 22:26Speaker 1: the boss won't mind. He knows how much I like
- 22:28Speaker 1: my cigars. So how many, I have to ask this,
- 22:33Speaker 1: how many predators are these people going to be around?
- 22:37Speaker 1: Jimmy Savile is one of the most vicious and disgusting
- 22:42Speaker 1: pedophiles of all time. This was, of course, long before
- 22:47Speaker 1: the sordid truth about Savile was known, which makes the
- 22:50Speaker 1: housekeeper's innocent account all the more telling. Strolling around in
- 22:54Speaker 1: his tracksuit with the laces of his training shoes left undone,
- 22:57Speaker 1: Jimmy Savile was the most unlikely spiritual comforter for Charles
- 23:01Speaker 1: that could be imagined. He would drive up in his
- 23:03Speaker 1: enormous mobile home and leave it parked like some incongruous
- 23:06Speaker 1: monster in the background. ah jimmy laughed the prince as
- 23:10Speaker 1: paul the butler ushered him through the drawing-room how nice
- 23:13Speaker 1: of you to come the pair remained shut away for
- 23:16Speaker 1: over an hour memoirs written below stairs tend to be
- 23:20Speaker 1: infinitely more revealing than those written above recalling the two
- 23:24Speaker 1: younger princes wendy berry found edward utterly charming and polite
- 23:28Speaker 1: but andrew boorish and rude her son james who worked
- 23:31Speaker 1: at buckingham palace told her of Andrew's tendency to barge
- 23:35Speaker 1: his way around the house expecting him to be looked
- 23:37Speaker 1: after and served for every whim. And that's what I
- 23:39Speaker 1: was just talking about earlier. He definitely comes off as
- 23:42Speaker 1: that type, right? The type that, give me this now
- 23:44Speaker 1: or I'll take it. You know, you can't tell me no.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Definitely that kind of person. A propensity for parading naked
- 23:53Speaker 1: in front of staff was, it seems, evident. On a
- 23:56Speaker 1: weekend shooting with the Duke of Westminster, the prince had
- 24:00Speaker 1: just gone off for a bath when the bell rang.'
- 24:02Speaker 1: Come in, come in!' shouted Andrew as James knocked on
- 24:04Speaker 1: the door.' Where the bloody hell are my black socks,
- 24:07Speaker 1: the ones with the stripe at the top?' He was
- 24:09Speaker 1: standing in the middle of the room, stark naked, vigorously
- 24:12Speaker 1: rubbing his wet hair with a towel. Staff were practically
- 24:14Speaker 1: invisible as far as he was concerned.' Yeah, because we're
- 24:17Speaker 1: not human beings to him. We don't matter to him.
- 24:19Speaker 1: We're just, you know, there to help him find his socks,
- 24:22Speaker 1: I guess.' On one occasion, a call from one of
- 24:26Speaker 1: the staff was put through to the young prince. Rather
- 24:29Speaker 1: than politely telling the caller that the telephonist must have
- 24:31Speaker 1: made a mistake, he simply barked.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Wrong bloody room, idiot, and hung up.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Another royal servant, Malcolm Barker, also found Prince Edward kind
- 24:40Speaker 1: and sensitive, while Andrew was a different matter. In his
- 24:43Speaker 1: 1990 memoirs, Barker recorded how, as an 11-year-old, Prince Andrew
- 24:47Speaker 1: tied footman shoelaces together and then ordered them about. Oh,
- 24:51Speaker 1: so what are we going to hear next? He was
- 24:52Speaker 1: killing cats and dogs like John Wayne Gacy? Though the
- 24:56Speaker 1: more we read about Prince Andrew, the more I'm convinced
- 24:58Speaker 1: and locked in that this guy is 100% guilty of
- 25:01Speaker 1: the charges rendered against him. Ten years later, he noted
- 25:05Speaker 1: that the prince was forever dragging the worst bunch of
- 25:07Speaker 1: tarts up to dine with his mother, each seeming to
- 25:10Speaker 1: compete with the previous for lack of brains. The one
- 25:13Speaker 1: characteristic his girlfriends did not lack, though, was ample breasts.
- 25:17Speaker 1: The only time I ever encountered Prince Andrew was more
- 25:20Speaker 1: than 40 years ago at a large house party in Scotland.
- 25:23Speaker 1: I was 19 years old, so he would have been
- 25:25Speaker 1: about 17. Over breakfast, three pretty girls who were sharing
- 25:28Speaker 1: a bedroom told the rest of us that the prince
- 25:30Speaker 1: had barged into their room in the early hours of
- 25:32Speaker 1: the morning, saying, There's a ghost in my room, so
- 25:35Speaker 1: I'm going to have to sleep in here. Needless to say,
- 25:39Speaker 1: they booted him out, and for the rest of his stay,
- 25:41Speaker 1: he was that stock figure of English comedy, popularized by
- 25:45Speaker 1: Benny Hill, the pompous oaf whose moves make.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Him a laughingstock.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was young then, and he is old now,
- 25:53Speaker 1: but judging by the recent events, he has yet to
- 25:55Speaker 1: learn his lesson. And there you go, folks. Just more
- 26:00Speaker 1: evidence of this boorish moron Prince Andrew and the nonsense
- 26:04Speaker 1: he likes to get up to. Barging into girls' rooms,
- 26:07Speaker 1: standing around naked, yelling at servants. And again, standing alone,
- 26:12Speaker 1: none of this stuff is damning, right? It makes you
- 26:15Speaker 1: shake your head and say, oh yeah, typical elite. But
- 26:17Speaker 1: it's not damning. But when you put it all together
- 26:20Speaker 1: in context, it all paints a very vivid picture of
- 26:24Speaker 1: a man who is obviously not a good guy. All right, folks,
- 26:30Speaker 1: if you would like to contact me, you can do
- 26:32Speaker 1: that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Our article today is from the Express.
- 26:44Speaker 1: The headline, Prince Andrew Shock Claim. Duke should be stripped
- 26:49Speaker 1: of royal honors and protection. The author of this article
- 26:53Speaker 1: is Kate Nicholson. And I'd most certainly agree with the
- 26:58Speaker 1: headline here. This guy should be stripped of all of
- 27:02Speaker 1: his honors, his protection, and most certainly any funds that
- 27:06Speaker 1: are coming from the taxpayers. Now, listen, this guy has
- 27:12Speaker 1: not been convicted in.
- 27:13Speaker 3: A court of law, right? That's not the issue here.
- 27:17Speaker 1: The issue is he refuses to speak to the FBI.
- 27:23Speaker 1: He refuses to help the investigation. And in turn... Has
- 27:28Speaker 1: dishonored himself. Every which way you can imagine.
- 27:35Speaker 3: And the reason.
- 27:37Speaker 2: He does not want to.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Speak with the FBI. Is because he understands. The peril
- 27:42Speaker 1: that he is in. He does not have the truth
- 27:46Speaker 1: on his side folks.
- 27:49Speaker 2: This is a man.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Who thought using a pizza party. For his daughter. Was
- 27:55Speaker 1: a quality alibi. When other people. Numerous people at this point.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Put him at Tramp. That night with Virginia. And yet
- 28:07Speaker 1: this guy.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Still thinks.
- 28:10Speaker 3: That he should have all of his titles.
- 28:12Speaker 1: All of his honors. All of the money from.
- 28:15Speaker 3: The British taxpayers. It's obscene.
- 28:21Speaker 1: There is no way in hell. That this man. should
- 28:26Speaker 1: be a representative of the English people or of the monarchy.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Strip him of all of his titles, all of his honors,
- 28:37Speaker 1: all of his money, until he.
- 28:38Speaker 3: Does the right thing.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Prince Andrew should be stripped of his palace honors and protection,
- 28:49Speaker 1: just like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Now he is
- 28:52Speaker 1: no longer a working royal, a commentator has claimed. Well, look, again,
- 28:57Speaker 1: as everybody knows who's listening to this podcast, I am
- 29:00Speaker 1: not some sort of royal historian. I don't know much
- 29:03Speaker 1: about the monarchy besides what I've learned in my research
- 29:08Speaker 1: of this case. And obviously, historically speaking, you know, I
- 29:12Speaker 1: understand the basic premise of the monarchy in England, right?
- 29:17Speaker 1: But as far as like the ins and the outs,
- 29:20Speaker 1: the nuts and the bolts, a working royal, I didn't
- 29:22Speaker 1: even know what the hell that was, to be honest
- 29:24Speaker 1: with you, until I started researching this case. I figured
- 29:27Speaker 1: they were all working royals, right? If you're royalty, I'm
- 29:30Speaker 1: sure you have some sort of duty. I guess there
- 29:33Speaker 1: might be some non-working royals, right? Dudes that just sit around,
- 29:36Speaker 1: collect some dough, drink some wine and dick off. I guess.
- 29:39Speaker 1: that's the case but i never even knew what a
- 29:43Speaker 1: working royal was and i guess it's somebody that goes
- 29:47Speaker 1: around and you know does uh does whatever duties the
- 29:50Speaker 1: the crown has for them be it uh uh moving
- 29:55Speaker 1: the family's image forward or working a charity or showing
- 29:59Speaker 1: up at a disaster site, whatever it may be. I
- 30:01Speaker 1: guess that is what a working Royal is for me.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Work has a whole different, uh, uh, tone to it.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Okay.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Work means, you know, waking up six in the morning,
- 30:12Speaker 1: getting dressed, going to some corporate office, getting hammered by
- 30:17Speaker 1: your boss and your employees. If you're a middle management
- 30:20Speaker 1: going home, crying all night because you hate your life,
- 30:24Speaker 1: back to sleep, rinse and repeat, over and over and
- 30:27Speaker 1: over again for 40-something years. That's work. What these people
- 30:32Speaker 1: are doing, that's not work to me, all right? You're
- 30:34Speaker 1: out hobnobbing. You're schmoozing. You're hanging out with gunrunners and
- 30:38Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epsteins. Andrew announced his decision to step back from
- 30:44Speaker 1: his public duties back in November, just days after his
- 30:47Speaker 1: car crash, Hindenburg level, interview with BBC Newsnight. He didn't
- 30:52Speaker 1: step back.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Old boy got grounded by mummy.
- 30:55Speaker 1: All right.
- 30:58Speaker 3: It wasn't his choice. What do you think?
- 31:00Speaker 1: Andrew was just like he had enough sense, enough self-awareness
- 31:04Speaker 1: to be like, oh, yeah, it's probably a good idea
- 31:06Speaker 1: if I extricate myself from all of this. Take a
- 31:09Speaker 1: step back and sit my princely ass down in the
- 31:12Speaker 1: back of the classroom. You really think he had that
- 31:15Speaker 1: kind of self-awareness? Of course not.
- 31:17Speaker 3: He had to probably be bodily dragged.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Before the queen so she could tell him that he
- 31:22Speaker 1: was grounded.
- 31:26Speaker 3: The Duke of York, a.k.a.
- 31:28Speaker 1: The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, had answered a
- 31:31Speaker 1: range of questions on his association with Jeffrey Epstein, a
- 31:34Speaker 1: convicted sex offender who was arrested last year on charges
- 31:38Speaker 1: of sexual abuse towards young women and girls. You know, again,
- 31:43Speaker 1: I get it, right? That's... what they want to say,
- 31:47Speaker 1: his association with Jeffrey Epstein. It doesn't seem as monstrous,
- 31:51Speaker 1: but let's call it for what it is, okay? He
- 31:53Speaker 1: is being credibly accused of partaking in the actual abuse
- 31:58Speaker 1: of at least Virginia.
- 32:00Speaker 3: So let's call it what it is. Let's not pussyfoot.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Around and say, oh, his associations, because you can live
- 32:05Speaker 1: if you have those sort of associations, right? You're not
- 32:08Speaker 1: going to be completely and utterly destroyed if you just
- 32:12Speaker 1: had an association with Jeffrey Epstein. Of course, you're going
- 32:16Speaker 1: to be called onto the carpet. The light is going
- 32:18Speaker 1: to be shined on you. That's just part of the
- 32:20Speaker 1: process when you're hanging out with a prolific sex child offender.
- 32:25Speaker 1: But if you were just an associate of Epstein, if
- 32:28Speaker 1: you were just an enabler of Epstein, you would not
- 32:32Speaker 1: be getting the double barrel that you are. Andrew was
- 32:37Speaker 1: not just an enabler. He is somebody who is credibly
- 32:39Speaker 1: accused of abuse. He killed himself in jail last year
- 32:47Speaker 1: before his trial could begin, allegedly. U.S. authorities are still
- 32:51Speaker 1: investigating Epstein's alleged international sex trafficking ring and arrested his
- 32:56Speaker 1: alleged madam, co-conspirator, fellow child molester, general all-around scumbag and
- 33:02Speaker 1: bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell, who has a well-known friendship with
- 33:07Speaker 1: Andrew last month. That's an understatement. A well-known friendship? How
- 33:11Speaker 1: about a decades-long run? of loyal friendship, of being so
- 33:19Speaker 1: close that Ghislaine Maxwell basically had run of Buckingham Palace
- 33:24Speaker 1: and could just come and go as she pleased. So
- 33:27Speaker 1: close that they had a picnic, a stone's throw away
- 33:31Speaker 1: from the window of the Queen. Her arrest has renewed
- 33:37Speaker 1: public interest in Andrew and his association with both Epstein
- 33:41Speaker 1: and and Ms. Maxwell, and U.S. authorities have even asked
- 33:45Speaker 1: the royal to assist with their investigation as a witness.
- 33:48Speaker 1: You know, the article kind of downplays it here, right?
- 33:51Speaker 1: Her arrest has renewed public interest in Andrew.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Uh, what?
- 33:55Speaker 1: Interest was already there. Interest was high. There were articles
- 33:59Speaker 1: coming out every single day, basically. What it has done
- 34:02Speaker 1: has really put his feet over the fire now. Whereas
- 34:07Speaker 1: it was just a... group of people who were interested
- 34:11Speaker 1: in this case a large group mind you but now
- 34:14Speaker 1: the general public is interested now the general public is
- 34:17Speaker 1: asking questions and when the general public starts getting interested
- 34:22Speaker 1: in what's going on especially during the 24 hour news
- 34:26Speaker 1: cycle where most stories are dumped then you know as
- 34:31Speaker 1: a royal or a rich person or somebody who's caught
- 34:35Speaker 1: up in this you know that the stakes are most
- 34:37Speaker 1: certainly about to get higher Andrew's legal team say they
- 34:44Speaker 1: have offered to help out on at least three separate
- 34:47Speaker 1: occasions while the FBI argues against that claim. And remember,
- 34:52Speaker 1: this comes down to semantics, right? I'm sure Andrew and
- 34:55Speaker 1: his team have offered to speak to the FBI, but
- 34:59Speaker 1: not in person, not where they can be questioned and
- 35:05Speaker 1: their answers can be challenged, etc.
- 35:08Speaker 2: etc.
- 35:08Speaker 1: They want to give a written statement. They want to
- 35:11Speaker 1: really be able to keep the prince out of jeopardy
- 35:14Speaker 1: of perjury here and the investigators well their job is
- 35:19Speaker 1: to set them up to walk right into something still
- 35:26Speaker 1: andrew has been on the receiving end of a stream
- 35:28Speaker 1: of allegations too from virginia roberts she claims she was
- 35:32Speaker 1: trafficked by epstein and miss maxwell and when she was
- 35:35Speaker 1: just 17 years old the pair pushed her to have
- 35:38Speaker 1: sex with prince andrew On three separate occasions in 2011.
- 35:42Speaker 1: And remember, this is the crux of it for me.
- 35:45Speaker 1: This is the deal breaker. This is the punch in
- 35:48Speaker 1: the gut. This is where Andrew really gets himself in
- 35:52Speaker 1: big trouble. He could have survived his relationship.
- 35:56Speaker 3: With Epstein, folks.
- 35:57Speaker 1: He would have been able to weasel his way out
- 35:59Speaker 1: of that. But not this. This is a step too far.
- 36:05Speaker 1: This is the sort of thing that you cannot weasel
- 36:08Speaker 1: your way out of. This is the sort of thing
- 36:12Speaker 1: that you must answer for. Andrew and Buckingham Palace have
- 36:19Speaker 1: denied the claims. The Royal told BBC Newsnight that he
- 36:22Speaker 1: had no recollection of ever meeting this lady. Yeah, the
- 36:26Speaker 1: picture means nothing, right? That picture is just no big deal.
- 36:30Speaker 1: You know, he never met her. He doesn't remember meeting her.
- 36:34Speaker 1: It wasn't like that picture was taken at some event
- 36:36Speaker 1: for the Royals, right? That was a very intimate setting.
- 36:40Speaker 1: at Ghislaine Maxwell's townhouse in Belgravia. Maxwell, Virginia, Andrew in
- 36:48Speaker 1: the picture with the monster Epstein taking it. What do
- 36:54Speaker 1: you think they were all doing back at Maxwell's Belgravia
- 36:57Speaker 1: townhouse after leaving the club, after plying themselves with some booze?
- 37:02Speaker 1: What do you think they were going back there to
- 37:04Speaker 1: sit down with Virginia and have a talk about her future,
- 37:07Speaker 1: about how they could really help her? Because that is
- 37:12Speaker 1: not what occurred. I won't get into the sordid details
- 37:16Speaker 1: about what occurred that night.
- 37:17Speaker 2: We all know them.
- 37:18Speaker 1: But the fact of the matter is this. This man
- 37:22Speaker 1: says he doesn't even have a recollection of meeting her.
- 37:25Speaker 1: We know that's a lie. And if he's lying about that.
- 37:30Speaker 1: What else is he lying about?
- 37:34Speaker 3: The fact is.
- 37:35Speaker 1: A man in an intimate environment like that. With just Ghislaine.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Jeffrey and Virginia is not going to tell me that
- 37:46Speaker 1: he has no recollection of even meeting her, okay?
- 37:49Speaker 2: I am sorry. I am not buying that.
- 37:51Speaker 1: I highly doubt the investigators are buying it, and I
- 37:55Speaker 1: know for a fact jurors are not going to buy it.
- 38:01Speaker 1: In an official statement, the palace said, it is emphatically
- 38:04Speaker 1: denied that the Duke of York had any form of
- 38:06Speaker 1: sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts. Any claim to
- 38:11Speaker 1: the contrary is false and without foundation. Wait a minute.
- 38:17Speaker 1: So is it just sexual.
- 38:19Speaker 2: Relations he didn't have with her?
- 38:20Speaker 1: Or did he not meet her at all?
- 38:24Speaker 2: I'm confused.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Right here in the statement that was made by Buckingham
- 38:27Speaker 1: Palace and the statement made by Andrew himself.
- 38:33Speaker 2: Is conflicting.
- 38:35Speaker 1: And we see this over and over and over when
- 38:37Speaker 1: we read these articles, right? We see how many times
- 38:40Speaker 1: that these people and their stories don't jive. Although Andrew
- 38:47Speaker 1: has shunned the limelight since last November... he has still
- 38:50Speaker 1: met some criticism. So because he shuns the limelight... he
- 38:56Speaker 1: shouldn't be criticized? And he hasn't shunned the limelight. The
- 39:00Speaker 1: limelight has shunned him. Royal commentator Nigel Cawthorn... author of
- 39:06Speaker 1: the 2020 book... Prince Andrew, Epstein and the Palace... recently
- 39:10Speaker 1: questioned why the Duke of York still had access to
- 39:13Speaker 1: the sovereign grant and his HRH status.
- 39:16Speaker 3: I agree with that.
- 39:17Speaker 1: This dude should have no titles, okay? Take them all away.
- 39:22Speaker 1: He's not a working royal anymore. If old boy who
- 39:25Speaker 1: married the American girl, Harry or whatever his name is,
- 39:29Speaker 1: isn't getting his his dough anymore isn't getting his loot
- 39:32Speaker 1: anymore doesn't have his titles anymore why should andrew all
- 39:37Speaker 1: harry did was leave the country andrew's out here molesting
- 39:42Speaker 1: children abusing girls who were sexually trafficked and this dude
- 39:45Speaker 1: gets all of his honors and he's still getting uh
- 39:47Speaker 1: uh his allowance How is that okay? Speaking on AirPod
- 39:55Speaker 1: with the Omid Scobie earlier this week, Mr. Cawthorn said,
- 40:00Speaker 1: what surprises me is that Harry and Meghan say they're
- 40:02Speaker 1: going to have a private life. So they're going to
- 40:05Speaker 1: drop the HRH and they're not going to take any
- 40:07Speaker 1: more money from the privy purse from the long suffering
- 40:10Speaker 1: British taxpayers.
- 40:12Speaker 3: For sure.
- 40:13Speaker 2: I mean, we're in the middle of.
- 40:14Speaker 3: A pandemic, man.
- 40:16Speaker 1: And I'm sure it's the same for my friends over
- 40:19Speaker 1: there in England. Nobody has any money to be spending
- 40:23Speaker 1: on dumb shit right now.
- 40:24Speaker 3: People are hurting.
- 40:25Speaker 1: People need help. And Prince Andrew is still drawing an
- 40:29Speaker 1: allowance from the Privy Purse? From the people of England?
- 40:33Speaker 1: It is grotesque, folks. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex
- 40:40Speaker 1: announced their intention to go financially independent earlier this year
- 40:44Speaker 1: when they stepped back from life as working royals. They
- 40:48Speaker 1: also lost the use of their HRH titles during their
- 40:51Speaker 1: Megxit negotiations with the palace and have promised to pay
- 40:55Speaker 1: back the taxpayers' fund for the £ 2. 4 million spent renovating
- 40:59Speaker 1: Frogmore Cottage.
- 41:02Speaker 2: So, Meghan.
- 41:04Speaker 3: Markle and Harry.
- 41:08Speaker 1: are going to pay back the monies that were spent
- 41:11Speaker 1: from the taxpayers on their residence. Because they're no longer
- 41:16Speaker 1: working royals. But Prince Andrew, on the other hand, this
- 41:20Speaker 1: dude ain't doing shit, sitting around playing video games or
- 41:24Speaker 1: whatever all day, whatever it is disgraced princes do. And
- 41:28Speaker 1: he's still getting dough. He's still showing up in mommy's
- 41:31Speaker 1: room on Mondays with his hand out for his allowance.
- 41:35Speaker 1: The queen should make this dude do chores. He should
- 41:38Speaker 1: be out there mucking the stables, cleaning the dinner table off.
- 41:43Speaker 1: He should serve the servants, the whole flip. Mr. Cawthorn continued,
- 41:52Speaker 1: Prince Andrew hasn't. He still uses his titles. He still
- 41:55Speaker 1: gets money from the queen, which indirectly comes from us.
- 41:59Speaker 1: He added, he's not fulfilling any royal duties at all.
- 42:03Speaker 1: Why shouldn't he be treated the same as Harry and Meghan?
- 42:07Speaker 3: I agree with that, right?
- 42:08Speaker 1: I'm not, you know, again, I don't know the details
- 42:11Speaker 1: of the inner struggles of the royal family, but what's
- 42:14Speaker 1: good for the goose is good for the gander. If
- 42:18Speaker 1: Meghan and Harry aren't getting their titles, and they're not
- 42:21Speaker 1: getting any money, and they're only, they're only, uh, Problem is,
- 42:25Speaker 1: the only thing that they've done wrong is that they've
- 42:27Speaker 1: left the country and they decided to move to America
- 42:30Speaker 1: or Canada or whatever. Then how in the hell can
- 42:34Speaker 1: you justify Andrew still drawing a stipend? Andrew signed off
- 42:40Speaker 1: his last public statement announcing he was stepping back with
- 42:43Speaker 1: His Royal Highness the Duke of York. Yet just a
- 42:46Speaker 1: handful of months later, Harry and Meghan gave up the
- 42:49Speaker 1: use of their HRH titles as they were no longer
- 42:52Speaker 1: working to represent the Queen. So how can they justify this?
- 42:58Speaker 1: How can the queen or the royal family or their
- 43:01Speaker 1: handlers or anybody justify this? The people of England deserve better.
- 43:09Speaker 1: The people of England do not want to pay for
- 43:12Speaker 1: this man. Of that much, I am sure. The couple
- 43:18Speaker 1: will also be paying for their staggering security costs in
- 43:21Speaker 1: the U.S. through Prince Charles rather than using any royal expenditure. And,
- 43:27Speaker 1: you know, look, again, I don't know much about Harry
- 43:31Speaker 1: and Meghan Markle and all of the inner politics that
- 43:34Speaker 1: surround them.
- 43:35Speaker 3: But what I will say is this.
- 43:37Speaker 1: I respect people that are willing to leave a situation
- 43:42Speaker 1: such as being royalty and try and make it on
- 43:44Speaker 1: their own. That stirs something within me. I like self-made people.
- 43:49Speaker 1: I like people who have started at the bottom and
- 43:53Speaker 1: built themselves up and get themselves to a place of success. Obviously,
- 43:58Speaker 1: Meghan Markle and this Prince dude are not starting at
- 44:00Speaker 1: the bottom. But I think it's a courageous thing to do.
- 44:04Speaker 1: And I kind of respect that sort of hustle. Being
- 44:07Speaker 1: able to tell the Queen and the royal family to
- 44:09Speaker 1: get stuffed. We're going to do it on our own.
- 44:12Speaker 1: You know, like old blue eyes said, I did it
- 44:14Speaker 1: my way. The Home Office reportedly recommended downgrading Andrew's 300-pound-a-year
- 44:23Speaker 1: armed guard after he stepped down back in January. Sources
- 44:28Speaker 1: told the Evening Standard that bosses cannot write a blank
- 44:31Speaker 1: check for anyone who does not have a public role
- 44:34Speaker 1: in the foreseeable future. Makes a lot of sense, right?
- 44:37Speaker 1: If he's not a working royal, then strip him of
- 44:40Speaker 1: his guards. If the queen wants to pay for him
- 44:43Speaker 1: to get a private security guard or something, then I
- 44:47Speaker 1: guess whatever. But I know that if I was a
- 44:49Speaker 1: taxpayer in England, I'd be going crazy over this.
- 44:53Speaker 3: This would make me mental.
- 44:56Speaker 1: However, it is not known whether Andrews still uses any
- 44:59Speaker 1: protection officers.
- 45:01Speaker 3: Back on the podcast, Mr. Scobie asked, Do.
- 45:04Speaker 1: You think that it is a concerted effort from the
- 45:07Speaker 1: palace to provide a layer of protection... Or is it
- 45:11Speaker 1: that just comes with being the son of the current
- 45:13Speaker 1: reigning monarch, regardless of who or what he has been
- 45:17Speaker 1: involved with? Mr. Cawthorn replied, he is the queen's favorite. Obviously,
- 45:22Speaker 1: she has a great deal of influence in this situation.
- 45:26Speaker 3: And it's true. At the end of the day, she's
- 45:28Speaker 3: the queen.
- 45:29Speaker 1: If she wanted to put him in London Tower or
- 45:31Speaker 1: whatever the hell they do to their royals, then hey,
- 45:34Speaker 1: that's their business, right? But the queen mother and Andrew
- 45:38Speaker 1: obviously have a very special relationship, and she's doing everything
- 45:43Speaker 1: in her power to keep him from being completely disgraced,
- 45:47Speaker 1: I guess you would say at this point, in hopes
- 45:49Speaker 1: that she can insert him back into royal life at
- 45:52Speaker 1: some point. I mean, you got to think as a mother,
- 45:55Speaker 1: you want to think the best of your son, right?
- 45:57Speaker 1: You want to think that the allegations brought against him
- 46:00Speaker 1: are not true, that there's no way that it could occur.
- 46:04Speaker 1: But in reality, you know, She has to understand that
- 46:10Speaker 1: her son, Prince Andrew, is not the honorable man he
- 46:14Speaker 1: says he is. He is not the good guy he
- 46:20Speaker 1: portrays himself to be. And all you have to do
- 46:23Speaker 1: is take a look at his associations and the people
- 46:25Speaker 1: he ran with and the people that he broke bread with.
- 46:29Speaker 1: And you'll start to get a better picture of the
- 46:32Speaker 1: person Andrew truly is.
- 46:37Speaker 3: But it's difficult.
- 46:38Speaker 1: If they did make an announcement that he was dropping
- 46:40Speaker 1: HRH and was taking no more of the taxpayer's money,
- 46:44Speaker 1: then it just focuses the attention back on him. He
- 46:47Speaker 1: claimed that the palace may have learned from his BBC
- 46:49Speaker 1: Newsnight interview that it's best not to draw attention to it.
- 46:54Speaker 1: Andrew's PR team declined to comment on the.
- 46:57Speaker 3: Royals' titles. Yeah, you should expect to see a lot
- 47:01Speaker 3: of that.
- 47:01Speaker 2: In the coming weeks and months in future. No comment.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Because at this point, it does them no good. What
- 47:07Speaker 1: could they possibly gain from commenting about any of that?
- 47:10Speaker 3: Nothing.
- 47:11Speaker 1: So they're going to keep quiet. They're going to keep
- 47:13Speaker 1: grinding behind the scenes. And of course, folks, we know
- 47:17Speaker 1: what they're doing. They're not looking to vindicate their clients.
- 47:20Speaker 1: They're simply looking for loopholes to help them wiggle off
- 47:25Speaker 1: of the hook. If you'd like to contact me, you
