- 1:27Dallas Comedy Club. Just so we're clear, I didn't tell anybody Raj that
- 1:34you had hives. I just told Trey the other day for the Monday show
- 1:42that came out that you couldn't be on the show that day because of some
- 1:48sort of a hive breakout. Yes, that makes it sound like I had
- 1:52hives. I specifically said, I don't know if he has hives or just
- 1:56someone around him has hives. Everybody's aware of your short term, long term,
- 2:02every term memory loss, so when you go mid term, everybody knows
- 2:12that you don't You don't remember, you don't remember good. So when you're
- 2:15like, I don't know, people are like, no, he means Raj
- 2:17told him he had hives. He just can't remember, but he knows there's
- 2:22hives, and Raj isn't here, and so so Dan puts two and two
- 2:27together and then tells everybody listening, I have high which is very sweet.
- 2:31Thank you to all the listeners that were very concerned and sharing their remedies on
- 2:37how to get rid of hives and what there's the potential cause of hives.
- 2:42I didn't have f and ives. The opening act for me as my buddy
- 2:46Alex. He's a sweetheart. He out of nowhere, just started like there
- 2:52was a thing on the side of his head and I was like, hey,
- 2:53man, did you hit yourself? And he's like, no, no,
- 2:57what And it started itching and he goes boy, and I was like,
- 3:00what what is o boy? What does that mean? He goes could
- 3:02be highest. I was like, could be a mosquito. So let's see
- 3:07what And then the next thing, you know, man, those are two
- 3:09vastly different things. Yeah, well it was just a little red splots.
- 3:13Like I don't I'm I always thought, and I'm pretty sure it is that
- 3:17Hives is a white people. I've never seen it. I know people that
- 3:22are like, oh my god, I broke out in the Hives and everybody
- 3:23that's ever told me that story it's white. And so when he's like,
- 3:28I'd love to argue with you on that, but I can't because it's the
- 3:30same with me. And he's like I was when I just saw the red
- 3:34spots, I'm like, I think he got bit by something. He's like,
- 3:36I think it's highs and I'm like, that's not okay. And I
- 3:39was corrected within about ten to fifteen minutes. It was it was me.
- 3:45It was starting to go everywhere, like, and he was miserable and he
- 3:47was uncomfortable. So he got him some bedadrill and he had some because I
- 3:53guess this happened in the past. He had some high powered antihistamine and he
- 3:59took it. What is it when you say high powered? Any histamy?
- 4:02And I assume that to give it to him to administer it. It's through
- 4:05a rifle. That's how I did it. No, uh, and he
- 4:15took it and it went away, for it's a bolt action three. I
- 4:19got to make sure it gets in there good, just tracking him down like
- 4:24a like a cheetah. Then you gotta tranquilize and uh yeah, and then
- 4:30he he, he was, he was good. And then it just kept
- 4:33coming back to the point where it was so bad. At one point and
- 4:36I think I told you. I was like, I don't. I've never
- 4:39seen like a girl. I don't. I didn't know that they hurt.
- 4:41I just thought they hitched. And it was watching somebody like starting to cry,
- 4:46and I'm like, all right, we don't do that. We can
- 4:48get you to a hospital. Stop the How unfortunate for you that a man
- 4:51is in so much pain he cries and it makes you feel uncomfortable because he's
- 4:55crying. I don't. I don't like watching people cry. That's my thing,
- 4:59Like, I can't do it. So that that was when your idea
- 5:00was, I'm just going to take you to the hospital. I'm like,
- 5:02what do I, what do I? What do we need to do,
- 5:04like to stop this, to stop you from the crying? What do we
- 5:08have to do? What do we have to do to make me not feel
- 5:11uncomfortable? Exactly to make me feel better for you? That's the thing it
- 5:16is, I I It's it's my generosity, It's it's my caring nature.
- 5:25That's the way he used as well, like you were being so generous.
- 5:29No, he had choice words and stop crying. Yeah, he was just
- 5:32like he did that thing where I was like, I'm not crying, and
- 5:36I'm like, stop, okay, now You're just now you look like an
- 5:40idiot and not as stupid as I look, though, Because whenever there's a
- 5:45medical condition type thing where I can do a little bit of research and learn
- 5:47something a little bit more on, I go straight to the internet and and
- 5:53try to see what I find. And the first thing that popped up when
- 5:56I typed in our you know something about hives. And I told Trey this
- 5:59on on that Life show. It said that hives can be bacterial, they
- 6:04can be viral, painful, itchy, blah blah blah blah blah. And
- 6:09then right at the very bottom of the little blurb. Again, this is
- 6:11the first thing that popped up. I think this was being and this is
- 6:13why I should stick stick with Google. But the first thing that popped up
- 6:16underneath all that actual information was cook time forty minutes serves two. So somehow
- 6:26on that first search result on being, it gave me information on hives and
- 6:30apparently a recipe for it. It's like, did you mean chives? That's
- 6:33why, That's why you don't. That's why. And I'm sure they were
- 6:36grateful that day that somebody used being that I've never heard anybody you. They
- 6:44tried forever to launch that slide, but no, Alex is good. We
- 6:47got him, but we didn't have to get him to the hospital. He
- 6:50did. He did sleep a lot, which was hilarious because the very energetic,
- 6:58kind of a low key but he's kind of like an systant energy and
- 7:00he's good. But this knocked him out for enough for him to get up
- 7:04and do the show and then knock him out again and so good. Yeah,
- 7:08so he's he's fine, he's good. He's back in San Antonio.
- 7:11Hi free, I didn't have them. Sorry for everybody's concern, and thank
- 7:15you for all the people that didn't reach out, who are very concerned about
- 7:19people care here in the treehouse. So yeah, don't don't ever let anyone
- 7:24tell you otherwise. I mean, sure we'll laugh at you, but we'll
- 7:27care as well. Yeah, just don't cry. Don't do that. There
- 7:31is no crying in the treehouse today. You know why. One because it's
- 7:34Fred Day. And number two you know what that means birthdays? Birthday,
- 7:42That's right, it's time for birthdays. Today is for the third time Friday,
- 7:49sorry, puberty for the third or fourth time in my life. October
- 7:54sixth, twenty twenty three, Birthdays Today. Actress slash in in Fluencer slash
- 8:01TikTok star Addison Ray turns twenty three. She was in the She's All That
- 8:05remake He's All That. She's also in And I saw the trailer for this
- 8:09a day or two ago, the new slasher flick that's coming out next month
- 8:15call Thanksgiving. Have you guys seen this trailer or the commercial on TV for
- 8:20it yet? I have not? So. It stars Addison Ray along with
- 8:24and listen to like this cast is actually pretty good. Gina Gershan Okay,
- 8:31Patrick Dempsey is in this. You know, uh, doctor Steami or whatever
- 8:35it is, and then and then some other people. But you know,
- 8:37that's that's a pretty good start on a cast. And then you get the
- 8:41Addison Ray who's uh, like I said, she's twenty three today. She's
- 8:43in this movie. When I first saw the trailer, I thought I thought
- 8:48it was like a spoof or a digital short thing from Saturday Night Live,
- 8:52because at Thanksgiving slasher flick where an angry pilgrim is going around killing people like
- 8:56turkeys, seems kind of tongue in cheek, right, I think it's serious.
- 9:01Yeah, I like how you faded off on the cast after Patrick Dempsey
- 9:07Gina Gershaan. I'm like, Okay, that's the name I haven't heard since
- 9:11what was that strip? Teas? What was the name of that movie?
- 9:13Is that? It wasn't she in that? That horrible What was the name?
- 9:16Yeah, Gina Gershaan was in that. Yes, oh that show Girls.
- 9:22Show Girls, that's what it is to me. More. Yeah,
- 9:26show Girls. And that's the laste Gina gersham that I remember. And they're
- 9:31like, and then Patrick Dempsey. Then you couldn't get his character's name right,
- 9:35which was McDreamy. Sorry, well they had like three doctor had three
- 9:39doctors on that show with like Steamy Dreamy and was Mit and McDreamy. What
- 9:45I noticed the ex wife watched religiously watched. That was one of the moments
- 9:50like in my career where I'm like she when she came to a show.
- 9:54Uh, this was weird. I don't know. A friend of mine got
- 9:58me to do this. I was the MC for the uh NAACP Awards.
- 10:05You were yeah, uh and uh well it ended up performing the front table
- 10:09was all the cast of Gray's Anatomy was at that table. And that was
- 10:16the day the ex wife went through the roof. She posted like lovingly,
- 10:18I mean, look with my my guys doing big things, and I'm like,
- 10:22you've never posted you just like the show. I like the show.
- 10:26She likes the Grays Anatomy and then you had some sort of loose affiliation with
- 10:28it for one night and now now uh mix ex Dreamy, what is it
- 10:35dream McDreamy, mac Dreamy. Yeah. Anyway, he's in Thanksgiving? Is
- 10:41he the Pilgrim? Is he the you know what? I don't know because
- 10:45when I looked it up on IMDb, it said horror slash Mystery, So
- 10:48maybe we don't know who the killer is oh, I do know it's uh
- 10:52so. The director is Eli Roth. It's based on his mock trailer of
- 10:54the same name from Grindhouse. Okay. Film stars Patrick Dempseyson Ray, Milo
- 11:00Manheim, Jaylen, Thomas Brooks, Neil ver Lockwell, Rick Hoffman, and
- 11:05Gina Gershaan. Released date November seventeen, twenty twenty three. You want to
- 11:09know the premise of it, yep, sure, somebody gets hives. Dan
- 11:13can't remember who it is. No. After a Black Friday riot ends in
- 11:20tragedy, a mysterious serial killer known only as John Carver comes to Plymouth,
- 11:24Massachusetts, with the intention of creating a Thanksgiving carving board out of the town's
- 11:30inhabitants. And somewhere in Hollywood they went give him money. Yes, give
- 11:35that guy money for this, and get Dempsey on the phone. Tell Dempsey
- 11:41whoever's in his acting school they're working today. That's what the cast sounded like.
- 11:46Don't forget to hire that TikTok girl to be in it. So there
- 11:50you got Addison Ray. She is twenty three today. Moving on other birthdays,
- 11:56Olivia Thurrelby is thirty seven. She was in Juno. She was also
- 11:58in the Judge Dread remake, which is phenomenal. By the way, if
- 12:01you guys have not seen that, that's the one that stars Carl Urban as
- 12:05Judge Dread. It was on Netflix. That's a that's a that's a good
- 12:09movie. Okay, I'll check it out. Jeremy Sisto is forty nine today.
- 12:16It was Billy on Six Feet under George on Suburgatory and he's also Agent
- 12:20Valentine on FBI. Ian Griffud is fifty Mister Fantastic in the old Fantastic Four
- 12:26movies where Chris Evans was the Torch and Jessica Alba was the Invisible Girl.
- 12:31Yes, he was also a Prime Minister Tony Blair in w and the star
- 12:35of Hulu's harrow ayby Joe Johnson, the Pink Power Ranger. She turns fifty
- 12:39three today. She was also on Felicity and was also on a Canadian show,
- 12:45Flashpoint and one of my eighties crushes, Elizabeth Sho. She turned sixty
- 12:50today. Oh wow, Ali Mills and the original Karate Kid. She was
- 12:56also she reprised that role for a little bit on Cobra ka I. Yeah,
- 13:01that was so good. God, that was so good. She was
- 13:03also Nicholas Cage's hooker girlfriend and Leek in the movie that has really touched me
- 13:07in ways I didn't expect it to in my real life leaving Las Vegas and
- 13:13also the star of Adventures and babysitting. And there's one other thing that they
- 13:18that they don't mention here for some reason, and I don't know why,
- 13:20because the most recent thing that I had, I know, Elizabeth Shoe from
- 13:26UH is are you guys in you guys like you guys watch all the Marvel
- 13:30stuff? Right? Yeah? Have you have you watched the satire version of
- 13:35the Marvel stuff? No? No, you know traying so so you're aware
- 13:41of Homelander and and yeah season one and him suckling at Elizabeth Shoe show am
- 13:50that she still mm hmm. I think she was. Also, wasn't she
- 13:54in Cocktail with Tom Cruise? She was? She was. Indeed, that's
- 13:58one of my wife's least favorite movies because every bar that that almost every bar
- 14:03she worked at when she was young and starting out in the bartending industry,
- 14:07they all wanted her to watch that movie and do all those things. And
- 14:09she's like, no, I'm just gonna make drinks. Yeah, Flair bartending.
- 14:13It became a really big thing, like in the late nineties early two
- 14:16thousands, and then her brother was on Melrose Place, right, Billy Shoe,
- 14:24right, m h, that's right. She's all about the player or
- 14:28something. Yeah, a soccer player whatever. Anyway, Elizabeth Shoe. The
- 14:33show we're talking about, Raj is The Boys on on Amazon Prime. Yeah.
- 14:39Yeah, man, if you have not watched that show, that is
- 14:43that is something to behold. Okay, well, I've heard good things,
- 14:46so I will check it out. Yeah, you say that, and until
- 14:50you get to it. Was it season two or season three? Tray with
- 14:54the superhero orgy? I think that's season three. Yeah, and you gotta
- 15:00be real careful which room you walk into a superhero orgy. Okay, that's
- 15:05weird, but all right, it'll makes sense if you watch the show raj.
- 15:09Oh, yeah, okay, I will check it out. They have
- 15:13They also have the uh their own so they it's like the show of the
- 15:16Boys is basically meant as a huge satire and and thing of all the Marvel
- 15:22and DC stuff, because all the Marvel DC stuff is all the superheroes are
- 15:26good, whereas in reality quote unquote reality, would they really all be that
- 15:33good. Or is this the one where like one of the characters, like
- 15:35the Superman characters, like a domestic violent, like predator kind of character.
- 15:41M Okay, I've not seen it. I know just so much more than
- 15:46that. Trust me, if you watch a few episodes, I will do
- 15:50that and then and then get back with me when I think it is in
- 15:52season three when there's the superhero Orgy or or if I remember this correctly,
- 15:58the beginning of season three, their version of amp Man. Okay, and
- 16:04and the the accidental uh bedroom full pad with his boyfriend. Yeah, okay,
- 16:12Yeah, if you didn't like Carl Urban before, uh, you should
- 16:17love him. Okay, I will, I will watch for sure. It's
- 16:21already been a good birthday segment. Carl Carl Urban's got two mentions. I
- 16:25know he doesn't even have that many on IMDb, So that's good. Yes,
- 16:27it does. He's actually more prolific than people give him credit for.
- 16:30Prolific Okay, and he and the Boys, he uses the S word prolifically.
- 16:38There is only one other person on this planet that used the sea bomb
- 16:41more than Trey Carl Urban's character Billy Butcher on the Boys, and he's even
- 16:48more creative with it. He's actually Trey's hero. Yeah, right now,
- 16:55I have to check it out. I got to see what that's about.
- 16:57Uh Tony Dungee for I'm head coach of the Indianapolis Cults and the uh uh
- 17:04not the Pirates fucking and Now on NBC's Sunday night football pregame show Football Night
- 17:11in America, he is sixty eight today. Wow. Kevin Cronin, lead
- 17:15singer of Ario Speedwagon seventy two. Britt Eklund, who played Mary Goodnight and
- 17:19The Man with the Golden Gun the Bond Movie, she is eighty one today.
- 17:23And Ellen Travolta, John's sister who played Charles in Charge Mom Lillian and
- 17:30Luisa Arcola on Joni Lifschaci. She is eighty four today. Wow. Okay,
- 17:36that is I didn't I didn't know there was another. I didn't know
- 17:40we were we had multiple Travoltas. Yeah, there's two. There are two
- 17:42Travoltas. Yeah, I mean a lot of families have those. I mean,
- 17:47like, I mean, at least with John Travolta, his sister's not
- 17:49embarrassing. I mean, like like Bill Clinton, you think it'd be embarrassing
- 17:52enough on his part. But go look up his brother. He's he's great,
- 17:57He's he's a pillar of society. Is Bill Clinton's brother is claim one
- 18:03of his biggest claims to fame is the fact that he was in biodome with
- 18:07Pauly Shore or prison. Uh. You know, I was trying to stay
- 18:12on the positive side of things. Yeah, I mean prison biodome. Yeah,
- 18:17prison biodome kind of the same, kind of the same experience. I'm
- 18:19sure one would want to ask in one of those entertainment junkits which was worse
- 18:22for him. And then you have to prison or a set with Paul Shore.
- 18:27And then you have Sylvester Stallone's brother, Frank, and he and he
- 18:32tried, he tried multiple times to help out Frank. I think Frank did
- 18:37because I believe Stallone directed Saturday Night Fever. I believe so. Uh,
- 18:42and he got Frank to do the music. If I am right, we
- 18:48might want to look at that, but I'm pretty sure, you know what,
- 18:49I don't even want to look it up. I just like, so
- 18:52you think Frank Stallone directed Saturday Night Fever. Sylvester Stallone, all right,
- 18:56now, I gotta look it up. Hang on typo Saturday Night all right?
- 19:07It was not Sylvester Stillone. What there was one had the BEG soundtrack,
- 19:11it was directed by Stallone. I thought there was one. I don't
- 19:15know, but I would like to watch a reboot of Saturday Night Fever directed
- 19:19by Sylvester Stillon because then I'm a feeling could be a mashup of the expendables.
- 19:25That would be awesome. By the way, but people don't give people
- 19:30don't give all Sly the credit. He's a very talented dude. You got
- 19:36to give him credit for that. He wrote the first Rocky movie in I
- 19:38believe it was three weeks and thought, because of how fast it was written
- 19:45is why it had so much success. So I believe Rocky two was written
- 19:48in seventy two hours. So if it's no, is it the other way
- 19:55around? Yeah? No, Stillone directed Staying Alive, which was Staying Alive.
- 19:59That's what it is, the ass sequel to Saturday Night Fever. I
- 20:02didn't say it was a great movie. I just said he directed one of
- 20:04them. So yes, And then I do I believe Frank Stalone did the
- 20:07music for Staying Alive then? Or or was the Yeah? I believe it
- 20:11was that not have just been the bees. I think he was. I
- 20:15think he helped like produce or compose the music. I believe as a sibling
- 20:21trying to help out another one who's like, I got staying Alive and here
- 20:25you go, here's some some music to help along, and then then you
- 20:27have the archettes that there's all this. He does get He does get music
- 20:33by Frank Stallone and the beat what I tell you, Oh yeah, fuck
- 20:40it? Man? Why me? Why? Why? Why just me?
- 20:44There should be two of us under knees in front of you. Right,
- 20:45no, no, no, no no no. He looked it up and
- 20:48he goes, you're right, he did. He did this? Is this
- 20:52you were wrong about Saturday Night fever? He did Staying Alive? And then
- 20:53you called it an ass sequel? Uh? And then whoever did? And
- 21:00then somebody said, wouldn't that just be the beeches? And I'm like no.
- 21:03He kicked it to his brother like here, like Clinton put his brother
- 21:07like like, here's jail or biodome? Which one do you want to do?
- 21:12And and Stallone's like, hey, listen, I got they're giving me
- 21:15stuff now because I'm doing well. Uh. And so he kicked the music
- 21:19over his brother. I don't think his brother really did much. Probably not.
- 21:23I imagine he just stood there and just kind of like, can you
- 21:26just can you just give me the money or do I have to actually show
- 21:30up? Yeah, because I mean the royalties you would get off that soundtrack,
- 21:33like in impressive but still on talented dude, man, people didn't give
- 21:38him I mean that talented. Then why is it there are now four Expendables
- 21:44movies? Yeah, and I don't think frank stallone is in one of them.
- 21:48But has he done the music for any of them? We don't know,
- 21:56says. He wrote and performed Far From Over for the eighty three films
- 22:00Staying Alive, and the song peaked at number ten on the Billboard Hot one
- 22:04hundred. Yeah. See, and he's uh and now, just just so
- 22:08I'm not just completely dogpiling on frank Stallone. He also had a song that
- 22:11we played at KVL on Love Songs at Night on a pretty regular basis.
- 22:18Well do you have to tell us? Oh, I don't remember the title
- 22:21of it. I just know it was by frank Stallone. I've never heard
- 22:25of this show, but I now have to find it, says frank Stone
- 22:29also played himself in a recurring role on the short lived sitcom Movie Stars,
- 22:34alongside fellow celebrity siblings Don Swayze and Joey Travolta. There's a third Travolta.
- 22:44Oh wait, I didn't know Swayzey had a brother. No one did.
- 22:51I did. I knew that I knew there was a Swayze brother. Ugh,
- 22:53No, You've never I've known you for twenty years. You've never mentioned
- 22:57a second Swayzey Patrick's He wouldn't mention him. Why would I tell you about
- 23:02his brother because you old one. I'm glad of him that knew because it
- 23:08is online at Treehouse on Air dot com. He was like in the background
- 23:12and roadhouse or something. I have an important phone number for you today.
- 23:23That number is nine seven nine eight five fifty two hundred. That number will
- 23:27get you to Rodney Anderson and his very fine team nine seven two nine eight
- 23:30five fifty two hundred the website Rodney Anderson dot com. Rodney, you were
- 23:34kind enough to inform me that there is an IRIS filing deadline coming up.
- 23:38So I'm curious because of that are people calling you for cash out refinances to
- 23:42pay off Uncle Sam absolutely Dan. October fifteenth is IRS filing deadline day.
- 23:48And the one thing you never want to owe money to is the IRUs.
- 23:52Many people had very good years last year. Maybe they're self employment. They
- 23:55didn't put the tax aside, but they spent some of that money. So
- 23:57we're seeing a lot of people call for cash outs to pay off the future,
- 24:02the future money to the irs that they owed. But we also have
- 24:04a lot of people that did four h one K withdrawals IRA withdrawals and now
- 24:08they got to pay tax on that money, and they got to pay the
- 24:11penalties if they're under fifty nine and a half. So we're seeing a lot
- 24:15of people do cash outs because they are the irs in that way. And
- 24:18thirdly, back taxes. We just had a client that closed on a cash
- 24:22out REFI. He owed the IRS two hundred thousand dollars. You would have
- 24:29died over all the penalties in interest that he's been paying. He's owed the
- 24:33irs since two thousand and fifteen, he owed them for fifteen, sixteen,
- 24:37seventeen and eighteen DAN and those penalties, Wow, you don't want those things.
- 24:42In the interest rates the IRS are charging right now, it's almost like
- 24:47loan shark rates. Do yourself a favor if that seems like it's something looming
- 24:52on the horizon and you're worried about that. Give Rodney and his team a
- 24:55call nine seven nine eight five fifty two hundred. They can explain the whole
- 24:57process, walk you through it, make sure that you're making the good,
- 25:02educated decisions with all of that. Nifty two hundred or Rodney Anderson dot com.
- 25:07And if I'm lending is an Eagle housing lender three thousand, Village Parkway
- 25:10Site four hundred highand Village, Texas and MLS two three two nine. This

- 26:00This segment of the Treehouse is brought to you by Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration.
- 26:04Give them a call for your free roof inspection eight three three COOKDFW.
- 26:08That's eight three three COOKDFW or the website cookdfw dot com. Yeah. So
- 26:17Patrick Swayzee does or did have a brother named Don and he actually looks like
- 26:22what Patrick Swayze's mugshot would have been if he ever had one. He's like
- 26:27an easy looking Swayze if he had been arrested for meth. Yeah. Yeah,
- 26:34if Patrick Swayze, may he rest in peace if he were still alive,
- 26:37but things took a nasty turn down like a meth highway, it would
- 26:41look like his brother and I and did you say if he were still alive
- 26:45and took a nasty turn as opposed to the cancer, it's kind of a
- 26:49nasty turn. Well no, I mean that was bad too, Okay,
- 26:56Uh yeah, I mean this guy's done. I mean I'm looking as I
- 26:59mean, he's got so much work. It's really it's really not fair.
- 27:03And I shouldn't make fun of the way somebody looks and because it's no but
- 27:08he looks like, what was what's the guy ripped torn? Yep, I
- 27:15can see that because it's a little bit like rip torn and pat. Yeah.
- 27:21So if you take rip Torn from the men In movie also has one
- 27:23of the all time greatest mug shots. That's why I'm looking at him.
- 27:26I'm like, that's the mugshot. It reminded me. It's like if you
- 27:30put rip torn in in Patrick Swayze in some sort of molecular chamber and then
- 27:37you swished it all up, you'd get done Swayzey. And it's really not
- 27:41fair one because making fun of the way somebody looks that that's wrong. It's
- 27:45wrong and I shouldn't have done it, and I apologize. At the same
- 27:48time, it's not fair when your brother is Patrick effing Swayzey. I mean
- 27:53you, I mean that that that just sucks. I mean, look,
- 27:56I'm adopted, right, so I don't know if I've got siblings, odds
- 28:00are I do, but i'd be the oldest, right So now I don't
- 28:03know if the older siblings typically are the better looking ones, or if it's
- 28:07the younger siblings that are better looking. I have no idea. What I'm
- 28:11saying is I could be the Don Swayzey of my siblings and have no idea
- 28:18the Patrick Swayzey. But at least you won't have You won't have this Wikipedia
- 28:22entry of start alone, along with a role alongside Corey Feldman in a movie
- 28:27called Edge of Honor where he played the part of a homicidal lumberjack. MM.
- 28:33Yeah, Hollywood's so great. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not
- 28:37sure what's what's more embarrassing, the fact that he did that movie or the
- 28:40fact that I've seen it the latter. Oh Dan, who claims to be
- 28:52such a such a such an avid film and TV buff and watches all the
- 28:56good stuff and has all the prooves that I'm an avid film and TV buff,
- 28:59I will want damn near anything no that proves you were drunk and had
- 29:03cinemax. Remember earlier when I was talking about how two things can be true
- 29:10at the same time. This is one of those times I think you guys
- 29:15are taking away from the the myriad of of roles that young Don had from
- 29:23I would I would quickly like to say thank you for using the word myriad
- 29:27properly. You forget maybe his his his roles in Mattlock Murders. She wrote,
- 29:38Actually, I remember those roles very well. This is how this is
- 29:41actually how it's those two shows. Is the reason why I know of Don
- 29:48swayzey because my grandmother was an avid Mattlock and Murder, she wrote, fan.
- 29:52So that's how I knew. One day I was like, hey,
- 29:56looks kind of like Patrick Swayzey. Okay, so in this scenario in my
- 30:02head, like, we're all at a restaurant, right, this is no,
- 30:07no, just the three of us, the three of us, this
- 30:11tree house dinner, and this is now, this is before this revelation of
- 30:17a second Swayzee. Also great name for a band. Uh. Second Swayze
- 30:22would be dope. But we're sitting there and most as good. That's the
- 30:27opening act we open for Corey Felderman. Uh and and and we were sitting
- 30:34there and Don Swayze walks in, and of everybody in this restaurant, you
- 30:41would be the only one that was like, hey, guys, don't don't.
- 30:45Don't everybody look at the same time, but I think Don Swayze's at
- 30:49the bar, all right, everybody stop. The second I have another scenario
- 30:55here that I'm going to be a little the shape with the with the exception
- 31:03of Don Swazee, everything you just said Raj has actually happened once, except
- 31:11it was Gary Busey's kid. At the vic May in Dallas Vickory Park one
- 31:25time, years and years ago. We were sitting at a table and to
- 31:29the table next to us was Jake Busey, and I told everyone, hey,
- 31:33hey, hey, hey, everyone gathered around, coming close. Don't
- 31:37look, but that's Jake Busey over there. And people started looking around.
- 31:41And I don't know if they didn't know that I said Jake, and maybe
- 31:45they were looking for Gary. They had no idea who he was talking.
- 31:48Who are you talking the bright blonde haired guy with the teeth of the Jake
- 31:53Bucy you know from contact and contact. I think that's the end of his
- 32:06IMDb contact. He has been in other things. He was in contact and
- 32:12then no one contacted him. He was the saboteur in contact. Now,
- 32:20had you just said everybody gathered around, don't all look right now, but
- 32:23Gary Busey's teeth are at that table, everybody would have been like, I
- 32:29see it. There is You had to give it I went the wrong way.
- 32:32Had I just said that guy looks like Gary Busey be Like it really
- 32:36does, and they never would have put two and two together that he's actually
- 32:38offspring of this. What was the movie with Gene Hackman and Will Smith back
- 32:45in like ninety eight where Enemy in the State. Jakes was also in that,
- 32:52and so was who else who is right next to him, Jack Black
- 32:57Green and Scott con James Scott Con was also in that. Yeah, it
- 33:01was a cool little CIA op crew they had in there. Yeah, of
- 33:06people that are too dumbed to ever be in the CIA. It really is
- 33:10the irony. It's like the CIA would never call any of those guys.
- 33:14That was the willing suspension of disbelief was that I love that movie. Though
- 33:17it holds up. It holds up till this day. But speaking of speaking
- 33:22of things holding up besides Don Swayzey and every time you say Don Swayzey now
- 33:29and the fact that the fact that I recognized Gary Busey's son at the table
- 33:31next to us at a now defunct bar in Dallas, Like every time you
- 33:35say Don Swayzey, I just expect the manager of an Applebee's, I just
- 33:38walk over like, Hey, how's the going, guys. I'm Don Swayzey,
- 33:40I'm the man, I'm the general manager. All right, So maybe
- 33:45the Roadhouse reboot isn't all we thought it would be. It's just Texas Roadhouse,
- 34:00Dalton's long lost brother Don Don Swayzey in Texas road he finds himself short
- 34:12staffed and out of rolls. I feel like we need to send fan letters
- 34:32to Don Swayzey now say thank you. Oh wow. Let's get Daniel Cook
- 34:44from Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration into the Treehouse. Now the phone number eight
- 34:47three three Cook DFW, the website cookdfw dot com. Daniel, I know
- 34:52you are a massive fan of Oak Island, so much so that you were
- 34:57ready to throw hands at Raj for saying negative things about it, but obviously
- 35:00hug Trey because he's a fellow OKI. If that's what you guys call yourselves.
- 35:06Is there another terrible television show you're willing to admit that you watch,
- 35:09Dan, I don't get a lot of TV watching time, but occasion,
- 35:12my wife will drag me into Big Brother, and I tell you that show
- 35:15why We'll do it every single time, won't they? Well, you're gonna
- 35:19tell your wife, no, I don't want to lay down with you and
- 35:21watch TV because at the end of the day, you're hoping that after TV
- 35:23there might be some additional extra spending time together. This is where I'm going
- 35:27to throw in my professional segueisms. Daniel Cook is willing to lay down with
- 35:30his wife and watch some random television show on the possibility that they may get
- 35:36some hanky panky out of it. And the good news is about that.
- 35:37I imagine it's so vigorous. They need to make sure they have a wonderful
- 35:40roof installed over their heads, and they will give you the same hanky panky
- 35:45roof that they have. Eight three three Cook DFW eight three three Cook DFW

- 36:13take business from anybody We want to make sure that our core values align with
- 36:17our clients, just like they do with Brooks Plumbing. And you have a
- 36:21great example of that, don't you, Jaqueline. I do. It's a
- 36:22great example, but it's very sad. I have a master plumber who passed
- 36:27away in January of this year. He was fighting stage four pancreatic cancer and
- 36:30the entire last year of his life. We continue to pay him despite the
- 36:35fact that he was not able to work, in addition to maintaining his healthcare.
- 36:39Now. Ultimately, when he passed, we continued to make what I
- 36:44would call just pension payments to his widow. We made sure to take care
- 36:46of that family because their family has been with our family since I was six
- 36:52years old. And that's why we love doing business with Brooks Plumbing, and
- 36:54also because they're really great plumbers, which you know was good for plumbers and
- 36:58a plumbing business. So give a call two one fourth three six eight thirty

- 37:38wants and needs, give our friends at Brooks Plumbing a call or their website
- 37:43Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com. That's Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com. I was
- 37:49starting to think in the in the last little break there that this this treehouse
- 37:53has gone off the rails so much that we haven't even touched an actual news
- 37:58story. But apparently I was able to break some news to the two of
- 38:01you that there is in fact a second Swayze and his name is Don So
- 38:06I guess it's not all the loss. Yeah. That and there's there are
- 38:12many times in our history, Dan that you've absolutely made my day, either
- 38:17through you know, just hanging out and whatever and or the show. But
- 38:22this one, this made this made the month. This made the month.
- 38:25This is my birthday month, and you this is the early birthday present for
- 38:30me. Now I have to find how I can get for my birthday show.
- 38:35I will fly him. I will make this happen. I want Donways,
- 38:43He's got good stories, doesn't doesn't. I don't know, he doesn't.
- 38:47I don't know. Maybe it's like he tell me about Matt Block.
- 38:51I don't know. I just like with all the Heavy Hitters. He worked
- 38:54Angela Lansbury a murder she wrote with Andy Griffith on Matt Locke. But if
- 39:00you if he's ever done anything with Jake Busey, He's worked with a lot
- 39:07of a lot of in the Heavy Hitters, And I'm like in my head,
- 39:09I'm like, yeah, but if you ask them, have they ever
- 39:12worked with Don sway Zey, would they say the same thing? Or did
- 39:16they go who Dan's power dropped? Uh? Oh? Yeah? But yeah,
- 39:23I love the like he was in a movie with Corey Feldman. I'm
- 39:27like, who got the billing on that? I just want to like piece
- 39:31together, like find some clips of Don Swayzey and a Texas Roadhouse commercial,
- 39:40Roadhouse commercial, Just piece it together for you know, a Roadhouse two sequel?
- 39:47Did we have to do that? So? So like an empty basket
- 39:51of rolls and then that dramatic you know, Patrick swayzey head turn, except
- 39:53it's down dirty. Didn't seem too when they were hopeless. There's no roles.
- 40:05Two waitresses called in sick and no rolls. Don Swayze in Roadhouse too,
- 40:14Texas Roadhouse, thirty two ounces of action, bag fun. His enemies
- 40:25will be hoping for death by chocolate rips, the threat out of the manager
- 40:34of Steak and Ail. Hopefully these power flashes will stop in the meantime that
- 40:46the roosters outside are letting me know that the power's back on. Anyway,
- 40:55Today is still Friday, October six, twenty twenty three. Moving on from
- 41:02Don Swayze as much as humanly possible, because it doesn't get much time in
- 41:07the limelight, so it seems almost rude to turn it off while it's on
- 41:10him. But there are some important news stories of the day that we need
- 41:14to tell people about, not the least of which is the Minneapolis police officer
- 41:22who was outed as an OnlyFans model after pulling over one of her subscribers.
- 41:30Nice Yeah. Fox nine and Minneapolis learned. The officers being investigated by the
- 41:36police department to determine if she broke any police policy or guidelines by working as
- 41:40an erotic model. The officer is a well respected police officer and has been
- 41:45recognized for her police work, but now she's in hot water for being recognized
- 41:50for her other work. The driver who recognized her tells Fox nine he'd been
- 41:54following her only pans for five He had been following her OnlyFans page for five
- 42:00months. He says it took ten minutes before he figured it out. You
- 42:06know, it took ten minutes because he had to undress her. In his
- 42:10mind, it's a lot of layers that officers gotta wear. He actually described
- 42:21he's seen the fourth Precinct officer have sex and post explicit photos. He says,
- 42:24you gotta go to the VIP and you got to see the videos of
- 42:28her and her I guess her husband, and I guess that's who it is.
- 42:31They do full sex videos. Yeah, that's fantas that's fantastic good.
- 42:37I mean, hey, cops don't get cops don't get paid as much as
- 42:40they should, so you gotta you gotta make ends meet. I know that
- 42:45there's a teacher that got she started doing the only Fans during the pandemic,
- 42:50and she's she made I think more money her first month or after two months
- 42:54than she had made teaching ever, Yeah, so she was like yeah,
- 42:58and I remember following that a little bit. We talked about her situation a
- 43:00couple of times. But what actually pisses me off about this story the more
- 43:05that I've read is how is what a hypocrite this guy is about recognizing the
- 43:13police officer and the fact that she's an OnlyFans model. He actually says to
- 43:17the TV station, you can't arrest me no more. I've seen your private
- 43:22parts, he said. He said, being a police officer and an OnlyFans
- 43:29model don't mix. I wouldn't want her to be arresting me. And I
- 43:31just saw you and your husband last night for twenty nine to ninety nine have
- 43:35sex and OnlyFans. I just can't respect you or the precinct that you're working
- 43:38at. Okay, I mean, but now everyone knows you're a porn Yeah.
- 43:47Well that's the thing. It's like, how can you be such a
- 43:50hypocrite to say you she shouldn't be a police officer. I watch you have
- 43:52sex for twenty nine ninety nine not only fans. Well what does that make
- 43:55you? Then? If you're so judgy about it, you're the one paying
- 44:00it and going to the news and announcing it. Yeah, it is interesting,
- 44:07though. A spokesperson for the mayor said that if all were talking about
- 44:10is naked photos behind a paywall, the mayor has got no issue. The
- 44:15mayor also said the mayor also said big fan of your work. I think
- 44:20I'm pretty sure the mayor knows about this page. Mayor's like that that wasn't
- 44:25her husband in the video? Well, not to be outdone by this woman,
- 44:37Oh, not to be outdone by a police officer. This woman claims
- 44:40a disney park ride gave her an injurious wedgie, leaving her seriously injured.
- 44:47A woman has sued Walt disney World Theme Park from Orlando, Florida, is
- 44:51saying that she suffered an injurious wedgie while she was riding the Typhoon Lagoon.
- 44:55She's reportedly said she received the injury four years years ago. The lawsuit,
- 45:01though filed last week. Emma mcguinnis, along with her husband Edward, sued
- 45:06Disney World and her seeking fifty thousand dollars in damages. Emma allegedly suffered injuries
- 45:12during the couple's visit to the park in October twenty nineteen, she got injured
- 45:15on the Humunga Cowabunga, the slide that's about two hundred and fourteen feet above
- 45:21a pool. The impact of the slide and Emma's impact into the standing water
- 45:25at the bottom caused her clothing to be painfully forced between her legs and for
- 45:30the water to be violently forced inside of her. She experienced immediate and severe
- 45:35pain internally, and as she stood up, blood began rushing from between her
- 45:39legs. Okay, wow, that is fifty thousand dollars. I guess that's
- 45:49the I guess that's the rate. So if that's the case of fifty thousand
- 45:53dollars for an injurious wedgie, trying to think about me and my freshman year
- 45:59of high schoo I'm pretty sure I will beat the lotto jackpot, especially once
- 46:07you start factoring an interest. Yeah. So, and from nineteen eighty nine,
- 46:12I am a multi multimillionaire from my injuries wedgies. Congratulations, that is
- 46:25a lot of that's a lot of money for something that, honestly, it
- 46:29doesn't sound like based on the description at fifty thousand dollars doesn't exactly sound like
- 46:32enough. Uh yeah, I don't I don't. I don't like, is
- 46:37there a precedent on like a legal precedent on what wedgies get. I don't
- 46:42know how this work. What court? Here's this? Like, you know,
- 46:45this sounds like something that wouldn't even be on the People's court, Like
- 46:47that's that's that sounds stupid. Yeah, no, it actually wouldn't be the
- 46:52people's court. Wachner is not gonna be presiding over that. But I'm pretty
- 46:55sure Rusty the Bailiff wood he's got he's got his own shown now or he
- 47:06just takes some claims like that that's fair. Well, you know what,
- 47:07he probably heard about the police officer with her side gig as an OnlyFans model,
- 47:12So he's deciding to do his own side hustle. Okay, I just
- 47:20had a I now have a Rusty the Bailiff thing, an only fans like
- 47:25logo for Rusty the Bailiff. Yeah. I don't know if I don't know
- 47:30if I'm mentally or emotionally prepared for that. Speaking of not being prepared for
- 47:37things, a naked woman shocked passengers by wearing nothing from the waist down at
- 47:40an airport, and not to be outdone, a man with agonizing swollen testicles,
- 47:49thanked a newspaper for helping him get surgery. Okay, what sorry,
- 47:57that was a random YouTube video. Oh okay, what happened? His testicles
- 48:01hurt so bad he shot up the place. I just uh, there was
- 48:09a woman who went to the airport with no pants. Yes, who drops
- 48:15that person off? Her husband? You think, yeah, and That's what
- 48:22I'm gonna go with. And at no points that babe uh boarding pass yeah
- 48:27printed, Yeah, okay, you got some cash on it? Yeah,
- 48:30hey, honey pants Now I think it was more of a He was probably
- 48:36trying to detain her in one of those dog kennels and then she got loose.
- 48:45He was trying to put her in cargo. A woman has horrified her
- 48:52fellow passengers when waiting for a plane as she appeared naked from the waist down
- 48:55Spirit Airlines. Of course, yeah, I should have known. There are
- 49:02the Florida of airlines. That's like, go ahead. There are some comedian
- 49:14who did a stand up you know, and he was like, yeah,
- 49:15there was a medical emergency on my Spirit flight. And they you know,
- 49:19asked her, is there a doctor I'm board? He goes, it's Spirit.
- 49:22No doctor is gonna fly Spirit and if there is that, ain't the
- 49:28doctor you want? That's where you get like I was adulted in Croatia.
- 49:37You're like, no, no, no, we're good, You're but now
- 49:40I'm uber driver. I know, like I shouldn't make fun too much of
- 49:47Spirit Airlines because I've actually flown them quite a bit, getting from df W
- 49:52two Saint Thomas, because they're actually pretty reliable in here. But I I,
- 49:59if I'm being honest, the first time I flew Spirit Airlines, I
- 50:01thought they are actual pilots, right, I mean? Or is that or
- 50:07is that an extra fee you have to pay on the tailwing? It's just
- 50:13a student pilot. Are we all kind of surprised that it Isn't You see
- 50:29the pilot with an instructor and he's got a montana to turn your blinker on.
- 50:36I feel like we have the makings here of another Airplane sequel, and
- 50:39this one, of course, would star Don sway Zee, music by Frank's
- 50:52the Loon and Third Travoltas. It's a super group. Oh man, all
