- 0:20Speaker 1: We'll explore all of that coming up on the program. Also,
- 0:24Speaker 1: some troubling news from over the weekend as a man
- 0:27Speaker 1: with a gun aims it directly at the officers protecting Mar-a-Lago.
- 0:32Speaker 1: We'll get into some of the details from that and
- 0:35Speaker 1: so much more, including a massive Supreme Court decision on
- 0:38Speaker 1: Friday and the way the president's reacting to it all
- 0:40Speaker 1: ahead on this edition of Vince. It's great to have
- 0:43Speaker 1: you with us. The best audience anywhere. Nice to see
- 0:46Speaker 1: you this morning. Rumble.com slash Vince. If you want to
- 0:48Speaker 1: join us ever in the live chat, The live chat's
- 0:51Speaker 1: already on fire this morning. Thank you. Demzar Whackjobs says
- 0:55Speaker 1: that they love this shirt. They love this shirt. I'm
- 0:57Speaker 1: wearing a Golf of America shirt today. I was like,
- 1:00Speaker 1: I got to wear an America shirt today. We win
- 1:03Speaker 1: the gold medal overseas. How about we celebrate America in
- 1:06Speaker 1: one of our seas? The Golf of America. Look at that.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Isn't that great? I got an American flag flask back here.
- 1:13Speaker 1: I'm trying to put more Americana in the studio, you know?
- 1:16Speaker 1: I got to take care of this place. Thank you
- 1:18Speaker 1: for being with us. I got to thank the great
- 1:19Speaker 1: sponsors who make this show possible. Bone Charge, Infrared Sauna Blanket,
- 1:23Speaker 1: and Red Light Face Mask. These are great products. These
- 1:27Speaker 1: are great products. And I love this sauna blanket, man.
- 1:30Speaker 1: It's so cool to have this sauna blanket in the house.
- 1:32Speaker 1: I first turned to it to help with muscle recovery
- 1:35Speaker 1: and detoxification. It's become a total game changer for me.
- 1:38Speaker 1: It's very easy to use. I can just wrap myself up,
- 1:40Speaker 1: let the infrared heat work. It's magic. It's created a
- 1:43Speaker 1: huge difference in how I relax and how I rejuvenate
- 1:45Speaker 1: and how I feel afterward. And my wife, Alison, loves
- 1:48Speaker 1: Bone Charge's Red Light Face Mask. She uses it all
- 1:51Speaker 1: the time. In fact, we were at church this weekend
- 1:53Speaker 1: and a nice woman comes up to us and goes, Alison,
- 1:57Speaker 1: do you really use the Bone Charge Red Light Face
- 1:59Speaker 1: Mask all the time?
- 2:00Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Yes, she does.
- 2:01Speaker 1: She loves it. She uses it to help improve your
- 2:04Speaker 1: skin's texture, reduces inflammation. She's seen fantastic results. It's like
- 2:09Speaker 1: having a mini spa treatment right at home. If you're

- 2:37Speaker 4: Boom.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Man, I'm sitting in my car this weekend at church
- 2:45Speaker 1: for a different thing. I had to bring my daughter
- 2:46Speaker 1: by the church and I'm waiting for her to finish
- 2:48Speaker 1: up with her event. She was doing some charity stuff.
- 2:52Speaker 1: And I'm sitting there In the car, banging out a
- 2:55Speaker 1: little bit of work on the laptop, and I'm watching, simultaneously,
- 2:59Speaker 1: I'm watching the hockey game. I'm watching, this is an
- 3:02Speaker 1: early Sunday morning, of course. I'm watching this hockey game,
- 3:05Speaker 1: and I can't stop, man. There's like these crazy, crazy
- 3:08Speaker 1: moments all throughout the game, including at one point, the
- 3:11Speaker 1: American men are down to a 5-3 power play, where
- 3:15Speaker 1: there's just three Americans skating around the ice, trying to
- 3:18Speaker 1: stop five Canadians from scoring on goal. I'm like, my God,
- 3:21Speaker 1: I'm gripping my face during this. And the Americans crushed it.
- 3:25Speaker 1: They absolutely crushed it. All the way through to overtime,
- 3:28Speaker 1: which is coincidentally the same way the women beat Canada
- 3:32Speaker 1: last week in their overtime matchup. Here, the men winning
- 3:37Speaker 1: gold in overtime against the Canadians. And for the Canadians,
- 3:42Speaker 1: hockey is church. Watch this.
- 3:44Speaker 3: And it's Wierenski.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Now Jack Hughes puts it around the court. United States
- 3:50Speaker 1: with numbers. Watch across it comes. Jack Hughes wins it.
- 4:00Speaker 1: The golden goal for.
- 4:02Speaker 3: The United States.
- 4:04Speaker 5: For the first time since the 1980 miracle, the United
- 4:08Speaker 5: States takes the gold.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Jack Hughes beating Jordan Bennington.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Yes, baby. Yes, baby.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Yes, baby. Look at those guys. I'm, I'm chanting in
- 4:21Speaker 1: the car. I'm by myself. Just screaming in the car.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Oh my goodness. It was such a nice feeling. It
- 4:28Speaker 1: was such a nice feeling. You know, I mean, it
- 4:32Speaker 1: really is. Isn't sport great. Isn't sport great. You know,
- 4:35Speaker 1: one of the things like about, about athletics is like, yes,
- 4:38Speaker 1: like sometimes like, especially in the, you get a long season,
- 4:41Speaker 1: it feels like a slog. You're constantly working for something.
- 4:44Speaker 1: But to finally make it to the very end, this
- 4:46Speaker 1: is the culmination of these guys' careers. As they make
- 4:49Speaker 1: it to the Olympics, they win a gold medal. They
- 4:52Speaker 1: fought for this all their life. And here they are
- 4:54Speaker 1: finally achieving it. And you can feel the utter joy
- 4:57Speaker 1: that they're demonstrating. I feel it back here in the
- 5:00Speaker 1: United States. And then to watch these Canadians are being
- 5:03Speaker 1: completely shattered by the experience. How did the Americans win
- 5:06Speaker 1: this thing? It brought me more joy. It was just,
- 5:09Speaker 1: it's just perfect. It's just absolutely perfect. I get it.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Not everybody's into sports. But you can tell why people
- 5:15Speaker 1: love them. They're that good. And man, those guys had
- 5:19Speaker 1: a hard-fought game. They crushed it. They crushed it. Jack Hughes,
- 5:25Speaker 1: who scored that winning goal in overtime, he lost his
- 5:29Speaker 1: teeth during the game. He got his teeth knocked out.
- 5:32Speaker 1: He took a stick to the face and crushed the
- 5:34Speaker 1: front of his teeth. And he's bleeding. His teeth are
- 5:38Speaker 1: not in his mouth anymore. And here he is talking
- 5:40Speaker 1: about how much he loves America.
- 5:42Speaker 6: Watch.
- 5:43Speaker 7: It's all about our country right now. I love the USA.
- 5:47Speaker 7: I love my teammates.
- 5:49Speaker 3: It's unbelievable.
- 5:50Speaker 7: The USA Hockey Brotherhood is so strong. And we have
- 5:53Speaker 7: so much support from ex-players. I'm so proud to be
- 5:57Speaker 7: American today.
- 5:58Speaker 5: This was such an incredible game to grind out.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I mean, you're bleeding right through it just looking at
- 6:04Speaker 1: you right now.
- 6:05Speaker 5: Can you just talk about how difficult this gold medal
- 6:07Speaker 5: was to win?
- 6:09Speaker 7: Unbelievable game by Hellebuck. He was our best player tonight
- 6:12Speaker 7: by a mile.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Unbelievable game.
- 6:14Speaker 7: Unreal game by our team. That's just a ballsy, gutsy win.
- 6:18Speaker 7: That's American hockey right there. That's a great Canadian team,
- 6:21Speaker 7: but we're USA.
- 6:23Speaker 3: We're so proud to be Americans.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Tonight was all for the country. What does this gold
- 6:27Speaker 1: medal mean to USA Hockey? It's everything.
- 6:29Speaker 7: Like I said, the USA Hockey Brotherhood means so much.
- 6:32Speaker 7: Look at these guys. We're such a team. We've been
- 6:35Speaker 7: together for two weeks. We're such a team. The USA
- 6:38Speaker 7: Hockey Brotherhood is so strong, and we're so proud to
- 6:41Speaker 7: win for our country.
- 6:42Speaker 1: God, it's so American. It's unbelievable, actually. This guy is unreal.
- 6:47Speaker 1: The guy, he gets his teeth knocked out, scores the
- 6:50Speaker 1: game-winning goal. His first interview, he can't stop talking about
- 6:53Speaker 1: how much he loves the country. This is, I mean,
- 6:56Speaker 1: it's just amazing. It's just amazing. Now, contrast that, of course, with, like,
- 7:00Speaker 1: the idiots who've gone overseas and were like, You know,
- 7:02Speaker 1: be like, well, I don't know. I really agree with
- 7:04Speaker 1: the country right now. I don't, I have disagreements with
- 7:07Speaker 1: the administration. And just because I'm wearing the American flag
- 7:09Speaker 1: doesn't mean I support everything. Oh, shut up. Do what
- 7:11Speaker 1: this guy's doing. Do what Jack Hughes did. I love
- 7:15Speaker 1: this country. This is a win for America. And I'm
- 7:19Speaker 1: so proud that I can be involved in it. Just amazing.
- 7:22Speaker 1: American flags in the chat, ladies and gentlemen. I see them.
- 7:24Speaker 1: They're right now in the live chat, rumble.com slash fans.
- 7:27Speaker 1: People got to have American flags going like crazy. Please
- 7:30Speaker 1: light this up with red, white, and blue, please. I
- 7:33Speaker 1: want to see if Rumble servers can handle the American flags.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Let me add some myself. Here we go.
- 7:37Speaker 3: Look at this.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Boom, boom. I'm just crushing it. Oh, I guess Rumble
- 7:42Speaker 1: told me I sent too many messages. Sorry about that.
- 7:45Speaker 1: I sent too many messages too fast.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Look at that.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Just a wall. of our Star Spangled Banner. Look at that.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Beautiful.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Mwah. Mwah.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Can Rumble servers handle this many American flags? We're going
- 7:58Speaker 1: to test it. And I think we're succeeding. It's amazing.
- 8:02Speaker 1: American flags, baby. Yeah, no, what an amazing remarks by
- 8:07Speaker 1: Jack Hughes. That's not media training or anything. Like, hey,
- 8:09Speaker 1: when you're going there, talk about the country. No, it
- 8:11Speaker 1: was just him speaking from the heart. You can feel it.
- 8:14Speaker 1: You can feel it. And then, of course, the moment
- 8:16Speaker 1: that I was waiting for after the game to see
- 8:19Speaker 1: our boys... Listen to our national anthem and to sing along.
- 8:23Speaker 8: Watch.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Here they go. Here they go.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 9:39Speaker 5: Yeah, baby. Yes. Yes.
- 9:41Speaker 1: You hear that stadium? By the way, I don't know
- 9:44Speaker 1: how many Americans showed up to that game, but I
- 9:47Speaker 1: could hear them all throughout the game chanting their asses off.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I mean, they were going wild during this game in Italy. Oh, God,
- 9:55Speaker 1: we live in a great country. That was so satisfying.
- 9:57Speaker 1: It was so completely satisfying. Now, in the midst of
- 10:02Speaker 1: all this, not only are we celebrating back home, but
- 10:07Speaker 1: here are the developments overnight, which I'm loving. You know
- 10:12Speaker 1: that our FBI director, Kash Patel, was there? He was
- 10:15Speaker 1: in the building. He was actually at the game. And
- 10:18Speaker 1: he got to spend some time with the team afterwards,
- 10:20Speaker 1: celebrating with them, which is awesome. It was super awesome. Now,
- 10:27Speaker 1: why is the FBI director there? Well, two reasons. One,
- 10:30Speaker 1: the FBI specifically helps to provide protection to the athletes
- 10:35Speaker 1: and the events wherever they're happening on the planet. So
- 10:37Speaker 1: the FBI actually has a security role in the Olympics. Additionally,
- 10:42Speaker 1: we have the Olympics coming, the Summer Olympics is coming
- 10:45Speaker 1: to the United States in L.A., in two years. So
- 10:49Speaker 1: should the FBI be aware of how you conduct security
- 10:52Speaker 1: for the Olympic Games when you're the host country? Yeah,
- 10:55Speaker 1: you're damn right they should. So Kash Patel oversees, but
- 10:59Speaker 1: there's a legitimate business purpose to that. Also, I want
- 11:02Speaker 1: you to remember something about Kash. The guy's a hockey player.
- 11:05Speaker 1: The guy plays beer league hockey. He still plays to
- 11:08Speaker 1: this day. He plays like crazy, loves hockey, huge fan
- 11:12Speaker 1: of it. And here he is, kind of able to
- 11:15Speaker 1: marry all of these things together, hanging out with the
- 11:17Speaker 1: hockey team, celebrating with them. And this morning, ladies and gentlemen,
- 11:22Speaker 1: is a huge scandal on the left. They are, the
- 11:24Speaker 1: fun police are on the move. They're very upset that
- 11:27Speaker 1: Kash Patel's having a good time. They're actually furious about it.
- 11:32Speaker 1: You ready to see somebody having the time of his
- 11:34Speaker 1: freaking life? Here's Kash Patel throwing down beers with the
- 11:40Speaker 1: USA men's hockey team. Watch this. He's got the gold
- 11:56Speaker 1: medal around his neck.
- 12:01Speaker 2: That statue of liberty started shaking her face and the
- 12:05Speaker 2: eagle will cry and it's gonna be hell when you
- 12:10Speaker 2: hear mother freedom started ringing her bell and it feels
- 12:14Speaker 2: like the whole wide world is raining down on you.
- 12:22Speaker 1: All brought to your courtesy.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Of the red, white, and blue.
- 12:31Speaker 1: So that's Cash. He's hanging out with the team. This
- 12:34Speaker 1: is such a great time. And look at this. Carol Lennig.
- 12:36Speaker 1: This woman is, I think she's former Washington Post now. Oh,
- 12:39Speaker 1: still Washington Post. She's with Ms. Now on the Washington Post.
- 12:43Speaker 1: And here's what she says this morning. Yes, multiple sources
- 12:47Speaker 1: have sent me and Ken Delaney and Fusion Ken this video.
- 12:52Speaker 1: appearing to show, appearing to show, it could be AI,
- 12:57Speaker 1: FBI Director Kash Patel guzzling from a beer and partying
- 13:01Speaker 1: in a locker room with the U.S. men's hockey team.
- 13:04Speaker 1: His office insisted this was strictly a business trip. We
- 13:07Speaker 1: at Ms. Now will share what we learn. Yes, please, please,
- 13:12Speaker 1: by all means, share what you learn. That's so funny.
- 13:19Speaker 1: And she's not alone. These lunatics are all super upset
- 13:23Speaker 1: that Kash Patel was having the best damn time imaginable
- 13:28Speaker 1: hanging out with the U.S. men's hockey team after their
- 13:30Speaker 1: great victory, their historic victory. It's a great thing for
- 13:33Speaker 1: our country. And there's Kash Patel. How cool is that?
- 13:35Speaker 1: And if they were pissed about that, wait until they
- 13:38Speaker 1: find out how President Trump got involved last night, because
- 13:42Speaker 1: here's President Trump calling on Kash Patel's cell phone the U.S.
- 13:47Speaker 1: men's hockey team in order to celebrate their victory last night.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Watch one minute.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Watch one minute.
- 13:55Speaker 3: And by the way, you've only played not bad.
- 14:01Speaker 9: How are you?
- 14:02Speaker 3: Say hi to him. How you doing, Dad?
- 14:07Speaker 9: I have seen hockey goalies have slightly worse games than you.
- 14:11Speaker 5: Unbelievable.
- 14:12Speaker 9: And you are all unbelievable.
- 14:14Speaker 3: And that team is pretty good you played. I don't
- 14:17Speaker 3: know if we'll get any time soon, right?
- 14:20Speaker 8: You know, I'll tell you what.
- 14:22Speaker 3: I just told my people two minutes ago, I didn't
- 14:24Speaker 3: know they'd be calling.
- 14:25Speaker 9: I said, we're giving the State of the Union speech
- 14:28Speaker 9: on Tuesday night. I can send a military plan or something,
- 14:32Speaker 9: but if you would like to, it's the coolest night,
- 14:36Speaker 9: it's the biggest.
- 14:37Speaker 3: We're in. Can you pick us up in Miami on
- 14:43Speaker 3: Tuesday morning? Yeah, Tuesday morning. We'll be up there. We'll
- 14:47Speaker 3: get the cash and we'll get the military to get.
- 14:49Speaker 10: You guys over there. Let's go.
- 14:55Speaker 9: The President of.
- 15:04Speaker 1: The United States just extended an invitation to the whole U.S.
- 15:08Speaker 1: men's hockey team to come to the State of the Union.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Kash Patel promising in this clip, I got it, Mr.
- 15:14Speaker 2: President.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I'll get the boys there. The hockey team is showing up.
- 15:18Speaker 1: And the President even says in that clip, which goes on,
- 15:21Speaker 1: he keeps talking to these guys, Of course, he's also
- 15:24Speaker 1: inviting the women's team, the women who just won the
- 15:26Speaker 1: gold last week, also against Canada, also in overtime, also
- 15:29Speaker 1: welcome to the State of the Union. And you might
- 15:32Speaker 1: be wondering, but Vince, is it possible to fit them
- 15:35Speaker 1: in the State of the Union? There's only so many
- 15:37Speaker 1: seats inside of that room.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Yes.
- 15:40Speaker 1: And here's why. Because Adam Schiff is not going to
- 15:43Speaker 1: be there. Because a bunch of these Democrats are all
- 15:46Speaker 1: boycotting the State of the Union. Isn't it amazing? What
- 15:50Speaker 1: a great sequence of events. All these Democrats are refusing
- 15:54Speaker 1: to show up at the State of the Union, which
- 15:56Speaker 1: means we have a lot of extra seats.
- 15:59Speaker 11: Excellent.
- 16:00Speaker 1: We can put our gold medal winning hockey teams in
- 16:03Speaker 1: those seats in order to celebrate our country. The president
- 16:06Speaker 1: rushing to get everybody back. This is so fun. We
- 16:10Speaker 1: live in the absolute best timeline, don't we? We live
- 16:13Speaker 1: in the absolute best timeline. And, you know, one of
- 16:16Speaker 1: the most hilarious things about trying to turn Kash Patel
- 16:20Speaker 1: hanging out with the hockey team into a scandal is,
- 16:23Speaker 1: can I just remind you of what the Biden scandals
- 16:26Speaker 1: looked like? I'm sorry, for those of you who are
- 16:28Speaker 1: watching on Rumble.com slash Vince, your eyes are about to
- 16:30Speaker 1: be singed. But this is what it looked like during
- 16:34Speaker 1: the Biden era. Do you remember this? I just put
- 16:37Speaker 1: this up on X today, fellas. I can't believe cash
- 16:40Speaker 1: drank a beer with Team USA. And then look at that.
- 16:43Speaker 1: The Afghanistan withdrawal, people dying, falling off of airplanes. Inflation
- 16:47Speaker 1: gets to 9%. Sam Brenton is stealing women's luggage. Some
- 16:51Speaker 1: whack job dude who puts bolt-ons on his chest goes
- 16:54Speaker 1: to the back of the White House, the South Lawn,
- 16:58Speaker 1: and then takes his shirt off and poses topless while
- 17:00Speaker 1: Biden was in office. Remember when Biden got like thrown
- 17:04Speaker 1: out of the presidential race by his own party? Remember
- 17:06Speaker 1: when Biden kicked our borders open and then people were
- 17:10Speaker 1: coming into the country just by the millions? Remember when
- 17:14Speaker 1: a bunch of Democrats were banging each other inside of
- 17:17Speaker 1: a Senate hearing room? Oh, my goodness. Mar-a-Lago rated. Do
- 17:22Speaker 1: you remember all this stuff? Do you remember Admiral Admiral
- 17:26Speaker 1: Rachel Levine, the fake admiral, the fake woman, a combination
- 17:29Speaker 1: of fake everything? In the Biden administration? Remember the cocaine
- 17:34Speaker 1: in the White House? You want to talk about scandals?
- 17:40Speaker 1: You want to talk scandals with me? I like Trump scandals.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Trump's even made American scandals great again. If you want
- 17:48Speaker 1: to call Kash Patel going to watch a great American
- 17:53Speaker 1: team win a great American victory, a scandal. Okay. I
- 17:58Speaker 1: like our scandals now. They're a lot better. They're a
- 18:02Speaker 1: lot better. All right. In a moment, I've got more
- 18:06Speaker 1: for you, including a word from our friend Sean Farish
- 18:10Speaker 1: celebrating the victory of these men overseas. Just amazing work.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Just amazing work. Great to have you with us on
- 18:17Speaker 1: a joyous Monday as we celebrate Team USA. We really
- 18:21Speaker 1: have a great country. Hey, let me tell you about
- 18:24Speaker 1: a great sponsor of our program, True Trade.

- 19:46Speaker 1: to TrueTrade. Yes, indeed. So the president, of course, you
- 19:50Speaker 1: heard him congratulating Team USA a moment ago. And then
- 19:54Speaker 1: there is the man who excels at impersonating the president
- 19:58Speaker 1: of the United States, also celebrating Team USA, our buddy,
- 20:02Speaker 1: Sean Farish. Take a look.
- 20:04Speaker 12: This is your favorite president, and I just wanted to
- 20:07Speaker 12: congratulate Team USA Hockey. on their gold medal victory over Canada,
- 20:13Speaker 12: or as I like to call them, Snow Mexico. But
- 20:17Speaker 12: I got off the phone with Prime Minister Carney, and
- 20:21Speaker 12: she's very upset about it.
- 20:22Speaker 3: She's not happy about it, but she'll get over it.
- 20:25Speaker 12: I told her, quiet, Piggy. Shut the kachuk up and
- 20:28Speaker 12: be quiet, because the winners are here. You look at
- 20:31Speaker 12: the kachuk brothers. They did a fantastic job. You look at,
- 20:35Speaker 12: I get along very well with him, Connor Hellebuck. And
- 20:38Speaker 12: he did a tremendous job. They call him a netminder.
- 20:42Speaker 12: I call him a goalie. But he did a fantastic
- 20:45Speaker 12: job in net. The only thing more secure than Connor
- 20:49Speaker 12: Hellebuck is Southern Border. It's a tremendous border. Nothing gets through.
- 20:54Speaker 12: And Connor Hellebuck was fantastic.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Jack Hughes. Jack Hughes.
- 20:59Speaker 12: They say you don't know Jack. I know Jack very well.
- 21:03Speaker 12: And he scored the game winning goal. It was a
- 21:05Speaker 12: beautiful shot. Nobody's ever seen a better shot before. It
- 21:08Speaker 12: was a tremendous shot. But our team won. You know,
- 21:11Speaker 12: you look at it. Canada's French came out at the
- 21:14Speaker 12: wrong time. You never want to go full French because
- 21:17Speaker 12: once you do, it means you're going to lose. And
- 21:20Speaker 12: that's what happened to Canada. Poor snow Mexico. And they're
- 21:23Speaker 12: all very upset about it. But congratulations to Team USA
- 21:27Speaker 12: on the gold.
- 21:28Speaker 3: We love gold. Nobody loves gold as much as I do.
- 21:31Speaker 3: We're going to tariff Canada's silver medals at 25 percent.
- 21:35Speaker 12: The Supreme Court can chew on that. And to Canada,
- 21:40Speaker 12: first we took your sport. Next, we may take your
- 21:43Speaker 12: country if we want to do that. Congratulations, Team USA.
- 21:47Speaker 12: God bless America. And thank you for your attention to
- 21:50Speaker 12: this matter.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Oh, we love our attention to this matter. Thank you,
- 21:53Speaker 1: Sean Farish. It's so fantastic. The guy is so completely talented.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Not only great at the voice, just great at the
- 22:01Speaker 1: actual writing. He's such a smart comedian. It's hilarious.
- 22:04Speaker 10: Okay.
- 22:05Speaker 1: You heard Sean mention a moment ago tariffs, tariffs, which
- 22:08Speaker 1: is a perfect segue to our next topic, which is
- 22:11Speaker 1: what happened in the United States Supreme Court on Friday.
- 22:15Speaker 1: As we came out of the podcast Friday morning and
- 22:17Speaker 1: as we were heading into the big national radio show,
- 22:20Speaker 1: I see the Supreme Court decision come through. In a
- 22:23Speaker 1: 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court said the president is not
- 22:29Speaker 1: allowed to impose tariffs using a specific law the president's
- 22:35Speaker 1: been using to apply tariffs. That law, AIPA, AIPA. which
- 22:41Speaker 1: is the emergency powers laws, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
- 22:46Speaker 1: And the Supreme Court 6-3 decision says, you can't do this. Now,
- 22:51Speaker 1: the three justices who dissented in the 6-3 decision were
- 22:54Speaker 1: Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh. Surprising anybody?
- 23:00Speaker 1: I don't think so. That makes sense. That makes sense.
- 23:03Speaker 1: And the second you see those three together, Clarence Thomas,
- 23:06Speaker 1: Sam Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, you should conclude what I conclude,
- 23:09Speaker 1: which is, Those guys are right. Everybody else is wrong.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Everybody else is wrong. If you're on Katonji Brown Jackson's
- 23:16Speaker 1: side of this equation, I'm sorry, you're tragically wrong because
- 23:20Speaker 1: she's tragically stupid in a 6-3 decision. So Clarence Thomas,
- 23:24Speaker 1: Sam Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, they all say, no, the president
- 23:26Speaker 1: does have the power to do this specifically. And I
- 23:30Speaker 1: won't dive fully into the back and forth of the opinion,
- 23:34Speaker 1: but I will say something very straightforward. The three justices
- 23:38Speaker 1: who dissented pointed out that under IEPA, under this law,
- 23:42Speaker 1: the president has the power to either shut off our
- 23:47Speaker 1: trade with another country entirely and say, nope, we have
- 23:51Speaker 1: a full-blown embargo on that country, or turn it on entirely.
- 23:55Speaker 1: So if the options are you can turn it on
- 23:57Speaker 1: and you can shut it off, well, then how come
- 23:59Speaker 1: you can't adjust it? I saw it on Sean Davis's ex-account.
- 24:03Speaker 1: last week, he pointed out, he's like, well, wait a second.
- 24:05Speaker 1: So you can turn the air conditioning on, you can
- 24:07Speaker 1: turn it off, but you're not allowed to change the temperature.
- 24:09Speaker 1: That's what the Supreme Court is saying. And the president
- 24:12Speaker 1: is saying the same thing, which is like, wait a second.
- 24:14Speaker 1: You're telling me I can't impose a lesser consequence like
- 24:18Speaker 1: a tariff? I can only fully shut down trade to
- 24:21Speaker 1: the country? Does that make any sense? No, it doesn't
- 24:25Speaker 1: make any sense. So what we learned here is that
- 24:30Speaker 1: the president clearly has this power, according to the very
- 24:34Speaker 1: smart dissent, but he's being stopped by the United States
- 24:37Speaker 1: Supreme Court from using it right now. So where does
- 24:41Speaker 1: that leave us? Well, the president has other options. In fact,
- 24:47Speaker 1: in the Kavanaugh written dissent here, he says, look, this
- 24:53Speaker 1: is like wide open. The president has a lot of
- 24:55Speaker 1: options here. He said he disagrees with the court's holding.
- 25:00Speaker 1: But this might not actually really get in the way
- 25:01Speaker 1: of the president to impose tariffs going forward because we've
- 25:04Speaker 1: got other laws. We don't need IEPA. We've got the
- 25:07Speaker 1: Trade Expansion Act of 1962, the Trade Act of 1974,
- 25:10Speaker 1: the Tariff Act of 1930. In other words, the president,
- 25:16Speaker 1: according to the court, merely checked the wrong statutory box,
- 25:20Speaker 1: says Brett Kavanaugh, rather than another statute to impose the tariffs.
- 25:25Speaker 1: The president... hearing this message loud and clear, being aware
- 25:29Speaker 1: of what his options are. Clearly, the White House was
- 25:31Speaker 1: ready for this. They decided to move quickly on Friday.
- 25:35Speaker 1: They wasted no time. And in fact, they just levied
- 25:37Speaker 1: tariffs on everybody under a different law immediately. Here's the president,
- 25:42Speaker 1: cut 10, announcing what he did.
- 25:45Speaker 9: Therefore, effective immediately, all national security tariffs under Section 232
- 25:51Speaker 9: and existing Section 301 tariffs.
- 25:54Speaker 2: They're existing.
- 25:55Speaker 10: They're there.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Remain in place, fully in place, and in full.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Force and effect.
- 26:04Speaker 9: Today, I will sign an order to impose a 10
- 26:06Speaker 9: percent global tariff under Section 122 over and above our
- 26:11Speaker 9: normal tariffs already being charged. And we're also initiating several
- 26:17Speaker 9: Section 301 and other investigations to protect our country from
- 26:22Speaker 9: unfair trading practices of other countries and companies. Thank you
- 26:29Speaker 9: for your attention.
- 26:32Speaker 1: To this matter. Oh, there you go. There's the president
- 26:36Speaker 1: of the United States and saying, no, we're not stopping.
- 26:40Speaker 1: These tariffs are getting slapped right back on. Don't you worry.
- 26:42Speaker 1: We've got it all figured out. which is great news
- 26:45Speaker 1: because the tariffs have been an epic success. Why do
- 26:48Speaker 1: tariffs work exactly? Why is it that tariffs have worked?
- 26:51Speaker 1: Even in the face of people who thought they wouldn't,
- 26:52Speaker 1: who said, don't do this, Mr. President, this will be
- 26:54Speaker 1: a bad idea. It's going to hurt Americans. Well, it hasn't.
- 26:58Speaker 1: What has happened to our inflation rate? It's gone down
- 27:01Speaker 1: dramatically since Trump has been in office. What has happened
- 27:03Speaker 1: to real wages in the United States? They've gone up.
- 27:06Speaker 1: What's happened to the private sector? Jobs have gone up.
- 27:08Speaker 1: What's happened to government jobs? Well, President Trump fired over 300,000
- 27:12Speaker 1: people He shrunk the government, the federal government, by 10%.
- 27:16Speaker 1: That's massive. That's a huge thing. And those trade barriers,
- 27:24Speaker 1: the tariffs, remember where we were. When President Trump comes
- 27:28Speaker 1: into office, we have countries all across the planet who've
- 27:31Speaker 1: been waging trade wars against us, and we haven't defended
- 27:35Speaker 1: ourselves for decades. President Trump decided to finally defend us.
- 27:40Speaker 1: It wasn't an offensive action by the president. It was
- 27:42Speaker 1: a defensive action. And by imposing those tariffs, by creating
- 27:47Speaker 1: some leverage in a negotiation, what happened immediately? Well, countries
- 27:52Speaker 1: started lining up at doors to the White House and
- 27:56Speaker 1: begging for a meeting with the president of the United States.
- 28:00Speaker 1: And what has the president been able to secure out
- 28:01Speaker 1: of that? tens of trillions of dollars of brand new
- 28:06Speaker 1: investment to the United States that would have never happened
- 28:09Speaker 1: were it not for the president wielding the leverage that
- 28:12Speaker 1: is at his disposal as the president of the United States.
- 28:17Speaker 1: He's very smartly using tariffs as a means to negotiate
- 28:21Speaker 1: better deals for us. Now, one of the hilarious criticisms
- 28:26Speaker 1: here from the left is like, oh, the tariffs are
- 28:28Speaker 1: a tax on consumers. It's funny how they suddenly have
- 28:31Speaker 1: this realization that when the government imposes fees or taxes,
- 28:36Speaker 1: they're very often passed on to consumers. That's true when
- 28:40Speaker 1: the left wants to impose a huge corporate tax increase,
- 28:44Speaker 1: by the way. Consumers are going to have to bear
- 28:47Speaker 1: some to all of the burden of that tax increase.
- 28:50Speaker 1: So taxing the big guy ends up hurting the little guy.
- 28:55Speaker 1: But when it comes to tariffs, it turns out it's
- 28:58Speaker 1: even more dynamic than that. The reality is most of
- 29:01Speaker 1: the companies who have paid tariffs in order to import products,
- 29:05Speaker 1: in order to stay competitive in the American market, they
- 29:07Speaker 1: haven't actually passed the costs of those tariffs off onto consumers.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Economic studies have shown time and time and time again
- 29:15Speaker 1: that price increases have actually been very subtle as a
- 29:18Speaker 1: result of the tariffs, if at all. So it's been
- 29:22Speaker 1: fascinating to watch. The president's been using a power that
- 29:26Speaker 1: he says has not really been flexed to the extent
- 29:28Speaker 1: that it should have been since President McKinley. And the
- 29:32Speaker 1: president has been generating revenue for the U.S. Treasury as
- 29:36Speaker 1: a result of this action as well. Massive amounts of money.
- 29:40Speaker 1: So my advice to all of these naysayers is let
- 29:43Speaker 1: him cook. The guy knows what he's doing. And in
- 29:46Speaker 1: the meantime, if people are going to try and level
- 29:48Speaker 1: new lawsuits against the president, to try and stop him
- 29:52Speaker 1: again using these other statutory authorities that he's now relying
- 29:56Speaker 1: on to impose tariffs, you know what's going to happen
- 29:59Speaker 1: here at least. At the bare minimum, now we start
- 30:02Speaker 1: the clock again. Now these people are going to need
- 30:05Speaker 1: another 9, 10, 11, 12 months in order to put
- 30:09Speaker 1: the brakes on President Trump's success in using the court
- 30:13Speaker 1: process to get it all the way to the United
- 30:15Speaker 1: States Supreme Court. In other words, the president can use
- 30:18Speaker 1: the tariffs successfully to our benefit. What is he doing
- 30:23Speaker 1: it for if not our benefit? It's not like he's
- 30:25Speaker 1: being enriched by a tariff regime. The tariffs are for us.
- 30:29Speaker 1: He can continue to use them now through the midterms.
- 30:33Speaker 1: You want to make a great case for why your
- 30:35Speaker 1: party deserves more numbers in the House and the Senate?
- 30:38Speaker 1: Succeed in the economy. And the president's staying in that fight.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Very cool to see. And I'm not surprised at all
- 30:44Speaker 1: that the White House was able to respond like that
- 30:47Speaker 1: because they were ready for this. I mean, they saw
- 30:49Speaker 1: the oral arguments. They knew what was happening in the court.
- 30:51Speaker 1: They knew where this thing was likely headed. And they
- 30:55Speaker 1: got a great opinion from the dissent from those three
- 30:58Speaker 1: great justices. Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh. And then they had a
- 31:03Speaker 1: great strategy ready to go with the Commerce Secretary, the
- 31:06Speaker 1: Trade Representative, everybody involved, all immediately moving to impose these tariffs,
- 31:11Speaker 1: just using a different law to do it. It's great.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Let them cook. Let them cook.
- 31:15Speaker 2: All right.
- 31:16Speaker 1: More in a moment. I want to get into a
- 31:19Speaker 1: man shows up with a shotgun at Mar-a-Lago and then
- 31:22Speaker 1: points it directly at law enforcement. That's a good way
- 31:25Speaker 1: to get that. And that's what happened. We'll explore what
- 31:28Speaker 1: happened this weekend coming up on this edition of this.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Let's see. I've got a lot of got a lot
- 31:34Speaker 1: of stuff going on. Oh, we were just talking about
- 31:36Speaker 1: the State of the Union a moment ago. Let's talk
- 31:38Speaker 1: about Kaoshi for a moment. Kaoshi, great sponsor of our program.
- 31:41Speaker 1: You know, I like Kaoshi. I like checking the odds
- 31:43Speaker 1: on like things that are happening on planet Earth. What's
- 31:47Speaker 1: the likeliness that that's going to occur? Well, Kaoshi is
- 31:50Speaker 1: really good at helping us do that. Take a look
- 31:51Speaker 1: at this. Here's here's Kaoshi. I'll move my my image up, boys.
- 31:56Speaker 1: So it's not blocking the banner. Who will attend the
- 32:00Speaker 1: State of the Union address?
- 32:02Speaker 2: Look at that.
- 32:02Speaker 1: That's an interesting question. Who's going to attend? And here
- 32:05Speaker 1: are the guesses. Cal State's got George Santos.
- 32:09Speaker 4: What?
- 32:09Speaker 1: George is a former member of Congress? Is that 58%
- 32:11Speaker 1: right now? Is there some reporting that George Santos is
- 32:14Speaker 1: going to go? Why would George Santos be at the
- 32:16Speaker 1: State of the Union? Anyway, maybe. Al Green, that's a
- 32:20Speaker 1: question mark. That's the Democrat Al Green, 54% chance that
- 32:23Speaker 1: he'll be there. Remember, he was the guy last year
- 32:25Speaker 1: who disrupted the State of the Union by acting like
- 32:28Speaker 1: an emotionally incontinent psychopath because he's an emotionally incontinent psychopath.
- 32:34Speaker 1: He's not the singer, by the way. Al Green, the singer,
- 32:36Speaker 1: has a great voice. This Al Green sucks. This is
- 32:39Speaker 1: a terrible Al Green. 54% chance he actually shows, which
- 32:43Speaker 1: is not that surprising. He is a member of Congress,
- 32:45Speaker 1: although a lot of these Democrats are boycotting or Hakeem
- 32:48Speaker 1: Jeffries is trying to throw a child leash on them
- 32:50Speaker 1: and drag them out of the room to keep them
- 32:51Speaker 1: from acting a fool during the State of the Union.
- 32:54Speaker 1: I don't think he's going to succeed, but that's hilarious.
- 32:56Speaker 1: And then Barron Trump is predicted at 49% for attendance. Now,
- 33:01Speaker 1: I'd be a little surprised if Barron was there. He
- 33:04Speaker 1: might be. He might be.
- 33:06Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Maybe he wants to go watch his dad give the
- 33:08Speaker 1: State of the Union address. Could be good. Anyway, oh,
- 33:11Speaker 1: look at that. Did that just tick up live, guys?
- 33:14Speaker 1: I said 49%. It said 50%. It just ticked up live.
- 33:17Speaker 1: That's how live these markets are. Kalshi, yeah, it's pretty cool.
- 33:20Speaker 1: You can.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Basically, put your real money on anything you think might happen.
- 33:25Speaker 1: It's one of the only places where you can trade
- 33:26Speaker 1: on real-world events. In all 50 states, it's not just
- 33:28Speaker 1: politics or economics. They have markets on everything, inflation numbers, sports,
- 33:32Speaker 1: pop culture. I like checking Couchy. I like checking the odds,
- 33:34Speaker 1: see what people are betting on. It's cool. You can
- 33:36Speaker 1: go to Couchy.com slash Vince, get a free $ 10 credit
- 33:39Speaker 1: when you trade $ 100. That's Couchy.com slash Vince. Once again, Couchy.com.
- 33:44Speaker 1: slash Vince, he must be 21, and the purchaser must
- 33:47Speaker 1: be present in the state where the trade is placed.
- 33:49Speaker 1: See important details and disclosures at calchi.com. Calchi is subject
- 33:53Speaker 1: to U.S. regulatory oversight by the CFTC. And thank you
- 33:58Speaker 1: also to American Financing for sponsoring our program and helping
- 34:01Speaker 1: so many people who have been caught up in, in
- 34:04Speaker 1: some cases, staggering credit card debt. That credit card debt, very,
- 34:08Speaker 1: very difficult. Because, you know, the rates for a credit card,
- 34:11Speaker 1: they're up in like the 20s and the 30s. Insane.
- 34:15Speaker 1: If you're a homeowner, there's really no better time than
- 34:17Speaker 1: right now to call American financing and wipe out that debt.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Eliminate the stress. Set yourself up for a very strong 2026.
- 34:24Speaker 1: The Fed dropped rates in December for the fourth time.
- 34:29Speaker 1: And American financing can help you access the equity that's
- 34:31Speaker 1: in your home at an interest rate in the low fives.
- 34:35Speaker 1: What a difference. That's a much better rate. Yes, in
- 34:38Speaker 1: the low fives. And American Financing is saving customers an
- 34:41Speaker 1: average of $ 800 a month. It's like a $ 10, 000 raise
- 34:45Speaker 1: for the year. Amazing. There are no upfront fees, no obligation.
- 34:49Speaker 1: You can see how much you can save. Closing some
- 34:51Speaker 1: people in as fast as 10 days and even delaying
- 34:53Speaker 1: two mortgage payments. American Financing, America's home for home loans.

- 34:57Speaker 12: That's 888-879-6460.
- 34:58Speaker 1: AmericanFinancing.net slash Vince. Thank you, American Financing.
- 35:00Speaker 4: All right.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Let's see here. Yeah, so a crazy dude showed up
- 35:13Speaker 1: at Mar-a-Lago this weekend. And the president was not there.
- 35:19Speaker 1: He was not there. But here is the local sheriff
- 35:21Speaker 1: describing the man with a shotgun and a gas canister
- 35:26Speaker 1: who entered Mar-a-Lago's perimeter at 1.30 in the morning. Take
- 35:33Speaker 1: a look. Cut five. Here's the clip.
- 35:34Speaker 4: This morning, the security detail detected that an individual had
- 35:40Speaker 4: made his way into the inner perimeter of Bar Lago.
- 35:45Speaker 4: A deputy and two Secret Service agents on the detail
- 35:49Speaker 4: went to that area to investigate. They confronted a white
- 35:53Speaker 4: male that was carrying a gas can and a shotgun.
- 35:58Speaker 4: He was ordered to drop those two pieces of equipment
- 36:02Speaker 4: that he had with him, at which time he put
- 36:05Speaker 4: down the gas can, raised the shotgun to a shooting position.
- 36:11Speaker 4: At that point in time, the deputy and the two
- 36:14Speaker 4: Secret Service agents fired their weapons and neutralized the threat.
- 36:18Speaker 4: He is deceased at the scene. I'll give you a
- 36:22Speaker 4: picture of the shotgun and the gas can to have
- 36:25Speaker 4: with you.
- 36:26Speaker 1: So that's what we know now.
- 36:28Speaker 4: The investigation continues. The FBI is the lead investigation agency
- 36:33Speaker 4: on this case, and we will be assisting them in
- 36:36Speaker 4: whatever manner they would like. And they will be responsible
- 36:41Speaker 4: for answering any other questions at an appropriate time. Good morning.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:50Speaker 10: All right.
- 36:50Speaker 1: So tell me any any questions with that fact pattern.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Any questions about that? If you take a gun and
- 36:58Speaker 1: you aim it at law enforcement and then you get
- 37:01Speaker 1: shot dead, well, you won't be surprised because you're dead,
- 37:04Speaker 1: but don't be surprised if you try and exercise that
- 37:07Speaker 1: sequence of events in the future. They told him a
- 37:10Speaker 1: gas canister and a shotgun. They say, put it down.
- 37:15Speaker 1: He puts down the gas canister. He raises the gun,
- 37:18Speaker 1: points it at officers. They kill him. That's how that happens.
- 37:23Speaker 1: This should not be a surprise. When I first saw
- 37:26Speaker 1: the headline, that, you know, this actually happened this weekend.
- 37:30Speaker 1: You know, Secret Service shoots armed man in Mar-a-Lago. You know,
- 37:34Speaker 1: you always hope you're like, okay, you know, what are
- 37:36Speaker 1: the chances that this is a mistake? This guy's like,
- 37:38Speaker 1: you know, legally carrying and somebody got an itchy trigger
- 37:41Speaker 1: finger and they gunned them down. And, you know, what
- 37:44Speaker 1: happened here? You know, Americans do have their Second Amendment
- 37:47Speaker 1: rights after all. You'd hate to see somebody killed merely
- 37:50Speaker 1: for open carrying or something. So you wonder, you're like,
- 37:55Speaker 1: what is this? And I click in and then I'm like,
- 37:57Speaker 1: the guy pointed a shotgun directly at officers. Of course
- 38:01Speaker 1: he got shot. Of course he got killed. That's it.
- 38:05Speaker 9: Yes.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Like Dan says, don't get dead. Well, he got dead
- 38:09Speaker 1: in a very obvious sequence of events. That's practically suicide
- 38:13Speaker 1: by cop what that guy did. And meanwhile, like the left.
- 38:20Speaker 1: They continue to be cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. It's unbelievable.
- 38:25Speaker 1: I saw this because of producer Justin's exchange with this idiot.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Look at this. This guy's called Brian Krasenstein. Krasenstein. Breaking.
- 38:35Speaker 1: The Secret Service has shot and killed a man trying
- 38:37Speaker 1: to enter a secured perimeter around Mar-a-Lago. Can MAGA explain
- 38:41Speaker 1: to me how this is any different than Capitol Police
- 38:44Speaker 1: shooting and killing Ashley Babbitt after she broke into the U.S.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Capitol building and then attempted to climb through a shattered
- 38:50Speaker 1: window beside a barricaded door into the secured House Speaker's lobby?
- 38:55Speaker 1: Wouldn't you have claimed that this man was a hero
- 38:58Speaker 1: and a patriot?
- 39:01Speaker 4: No.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Ashley Babbitt... didn't point any weapons at law enforcement. Ashley
- 39:08Speaker 1: Babbitt was an unarmed Air Force veteran inside of her
- 39:12Speaker 1: own nation's Capitol building. She wasn't carrying a gas canister
- 39:17Speaker 1: and a shotgun to the president's house. You idiot. The
- 39:22Speaker 1: whole thing is so completely stupid. How is it that
- 39:29Speaker 1: producer Justin follows these people on X? That's really the question.
- 39:34Speaker 1: I was like, producer Justin, he had to tell this guy,
- 39:38Speaker 1: he had a shotgun, Justin.
- 39:40Speaker 5: Oh.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Thank you, Justin. Justin, a tip of the cap to you, brother.
- 39:54Speaker 1: American patriot. That's, that's wild. Anyway, so that guy, he
- 40:01Speaker 1: got whacked because of what he did. And we're finding
- 40:04Speaker 1: out more about him. It sounds like he's a young man.
- 40:06Speaker 1: He was, he showed up there. His family was wondering
- 40:11Speaker 1: where the hell he was. They thought, man, he went,
- 40:15Speaker 1: he went missing. And he shows up in Mar-a-Lago. Which
- 40:19Speaker 1: is terrible. The guy's name is Austin Tucker Martin, 21
- 40:22Speaker 1: years old. That's the name of the suspect. He's been identified.
- 40:26Speaker 1: He's deceased now. His family reported that he was missing
- 40:30Speaker 1: days ago, and then he showed up with that shotgun 1.30
- 40:33Speaker 1: in the morning. Caroline Leavitt reacted to this, the White
- 40:36Speaker 1: House press secretary, and she said, you know, look, in
- 40:38Speaker 1: the middle of the night, while most Americans were asleep,
- 40:41Speaker 1: The United States Secret Service acted quickly and decisively to
- 40:44Speaker 1: neutralize a crazy person armed with a gun and a
- 40:46Speaker 1: gas canister who intruded President Trump's home. Federal law enforcement
- 40:49Speaker 1: are working 24-7 to keep our country safe and protect
- 40:52Speaker 1: all Americans. It's shameful and reckless that Democrats have chosen
- 40:57Speaker 1: to shut down the government.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:02Speaker 1: So, specifically the Department of Homeland Security. So here's the thing,
- 41:06Speaker 1: which funds the Secret Service. I'm sure we'll find out
- 41:11Speaker 1: more about this guy's motivations in the days and weeks ahead.
- 41:15Speaker 1: How many times have we seen crazy lefties try and
- 41:18Speaker 1: conduct these attacks on President Trump and the people around him?
- 41:21Speaker 1: But what is the left doing? Are they bringing down
- 41:25Speaker 1: the temperature? Are they Are they making things better? No.
- 41:31Speaker 1: In fact, in California this weekend, they held the Democrat
- 41:35Speaker 1: convention in San Francisco. And the one time front runner
- 41:39Speaker 1: in the California governor's race is a psychopath known as
- 41:43Speaker 1: Katie Porter. Crazy Katie. You know about crazy Katie. You
- 41:46Speaker 1: remember the one she like screams at all of her
- 41:48Speaker 1: staff members on camera. She treats everybody like garbage. She
- 41:52Speaker 1: dumped boiling mashed potatoes on top of her husband's head.
- 41:55Speaker 1: She's a psycho. She's a complete psycho. And for, you know,
- 41:59Speaker 1: for whatever reason, maybe it's her being a psycho. She
- 42:02Speaker 1: was at the front of the pack for a while
- 42:04Speaker 1: among these idiot Democrats all running for governor in California. Well,
- 42:07Speaker 1: here she is this weekend. Her polling has plummeted, by
- 42:11Speaker 1: the way. It's absolutely fallen into the basements. since we
- 42:14Speaker 1: were playing those videos for you last year. Here she
- 42:17Speaker 1: is screaming F Trump at the California Democrat Convention. Emotional
- 42:22Speaker 1: incontinence on display.
- 42:24Speaker 12: Watch. Simple, powerful message that we can all agree on.
- 42:28Speaker 3: Say it with me.
- 42:29Speaker 7: Are you ready?
- 42:31Speaker 1: One, two, three.
- 42:33Speaker 5: Yeah, that's right.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Fuck Trump. Fuck Trump is what she said. If you're
- 42:48Speaker 1: listening on the podcast, she wrote it on a whiteboard.
- 42:51Speaker 1: She spent some time on it, too, because it wasn't
- 42:53Speaker 1: just like a little bit of dry erase marker. She
- 42:55Speaker 1: wasted an entire Expo marker on that board, you know,
- 42:59Speaker 1: and then she holds it up. Say it with me.
- 43:03Speaker 6: C.C.
- 43:04Speaker 3: Broadway.
- 43:04Speaker 12: As Dr.
- 43:07Speaker 1: Jill once said. No, now they've now they've graduated from C.C.
- 43:10Speaker 1: Broadway to fuck Trump. Fuck Trump.
- 43:13Speaker 4: OK.
- 43:13Speaker 1: OK. Um, so that's, uh, contributing to the discourse, isn't it? That's, uh,
- 43:19Speaker 1: why are these lefties so crazy? I don't know. Look
- 43:21Speaker 1: at their leaders. They're psychos. They're, they're complete psychos.
- 43:26Speaker 11: Hmm.
- 43:28Speaker 1: And you know, this is, uh, this is par for
- 43:31Speaker 1: the course. This is what, something very interesting is going
- 43:33Speaker 1: on right now in California. I mentioned to you that
- 43:37Speaker 1: Katie Porter has collapsed in the polls in that state.
- 43:41Speaker 1: You know, the, the state of the race is really
- 43:44Speaker 1: interesting right now. You ready for the most hilarious headline
- 43:47Speaker 1: ever on the state of the race in California? Check
- 43:50Speaker 1: this out. Look at this. San Francisco Chronicle this weekend.
- 43:55Speaker 1: I'm very worried California Democrats confront possibility of an all
- 44:00Speaker 1: GOP governor race. All GOP. What's going on? Wait a second. Wait,
- 44:08Speaker 1: I'm sorry.
- 44:09Speaker 6: What?
- 44:10Speaker 1: California Democrats are worried that the governor's race will only
- 44:16Speaker 1: have Republican candidates? Yeah, okay. You ready for something fascinating?
- 44:23Speaker 1: In California, they have something called a jungle primary system.
- 44:29Speaker 1: There is no standard primary system in California. Normally in
- 44:35Speaker 1: a primary, in a closed primary, only party members, you
- 44:37Speaker 1: and I, if we're Republicans, you can only vote for
- 44:39Speaker 1: the Republican Party in your primary phase. In a closed
- 44:43Speaker 1: primary system, Democrats can only vote for Democrats. If it's
- 44:46Speaker 1: an open primary, in states like, say, Texas, where you
- 44:49Speaker 1: have an open primary system, you can vote in whatever
- 44:52Speaker 1: primary you want, you just choose one. So if you
- 44:54Speaker 1: want to go interfere with the Democrats, you can do that.
- 44:56Speaker 1: If you want to vote for the Republican, you can
- 44:57Speaker 1: do that, and vice versa. Now, In California, they have
- 45:02Speaker 1: an even crazier system. They have a jungle primary. The
- 45:05Speaker 1: jungle primary means that everybody runs all at once, free
- 45:10Speaker 1: for all. And then when you go to the polls,
- 45:12Speaker 1: you vote on the whole ballot just for the candidate
- 45:15Speaker 1: that you prefer. And then at the conclusion of the
- 45:18Speaker 1: jungle primary, the top two vote getters in the state,
- 45:21Speaker 1: they make it onto the general election ballot. That's what
- 45:25Speaker 1: California does. That's a normally fine system for advancing all
- 45:31Speaker 1: the will, all of the Democrat power that they possibly
- 45:33Speaker 1: could advance. And literally, you know, when you get to
- 45:37Speaker 1: the point where you only have Democrats on the general
- 45:38Speaker 1: election ballot, sorry, there's no room for Republicans because we
- 45:41Speaker 1: have Democrats dealing all of the ballot positions in the
- 45:44Speaker 1: general election. That's how California operates. Here's what's going on right.
- 45:48Speaker 4: Now, though.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Something crazy. An Emerson College poll just came out. And
- 45:55Speaker 1: in the poll, The top two vote getters as we
- 45:59Speaker 1: speak are Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco. You tracking what
- 46:05Speaker 1: I'm saying? The Republican candidates, the two Republican candidates are
- 46:11Speaker 1: the top two for support in the state right now.
- 46:17Speaker 1: Eric Swalwell is tied for second. He's a Democrat, of course,
- 46:21Speaker 1: with Bianco at 14 percent. And then you go down
- 46:25Speaker 1: the list. There's Crazy Katie at 10%. Tom Steyer is
- 46:28Speaker 1: trying to buy the race. He's at 9%. And then
- 46:30Speaker 1: Javier Becerra at 4%, remember the HHS secretary under Joe Biden.
- 46:36Speaker 1: So right now, Bianco and Hilton are one and two.
- 46:42Speaker 1: And this is shaping up to be hilarious. Now, it's
- 46:47Speaker 1: very unlikely to stay that way. There are nine Democrats
- 46:49Speaker 1: currently in the race, nine. And What's going to happen
- 46:53Speaker 1: is what always happens. Democrats are going to try and
- 46:57Speaker 1: force candidates out of the race. Rather than leave them
- 47:01Speaker 1: in the race to appeal to voters and to split
- 47:03Speaker 1: the vote, they're going to do what they did back
- 47:06Speaker 1: when Joe Biden ran for office in 2020. Obama's going
- 47:09Speaker 1: to get on the phone with some of these Democrats
- 47:12Speaker 1: and tell them, get out of the race. Got to go.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Got to leave. Let me be clear. You got to
- 47:17Speaker 1: get out of the race. So they'll get out of
- 47:20Speaker 1: the race. They'll do what they're told. by their party elders.
- 47:23Speaker 1: And the goal is to try and consolidate support behind
- 47:26Speaker 1: one candidate. You know, is it going to be Eric
- 47:29Speaker 1: flatulent Swalwell? We'll see. Tom Steyer's got a lot of money.
- 47:33Speaker 1: He might be very unhappy about this and he might
- 47:35Speaker 1: spend it in order to hurt Democrats as a result.
- 47:38Speaker 1: We'll see. But this is hilarious what's happening. right now.
- 47:43Speaker 1: So at the moment, Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco are
- 47:46Speaker 1: destined to win this thing and to be the only
- 47:49Speaker 1: candidates on the general election ballot for governor, which would
- 47:52Speaker 1: be amazing. Again, I don't predict that that's actually what's
- 47:56Speaker 1: going to take place because these Democrats are going to
- 47:58Speaker 1: move to try and consolidate things. But in the meantime, fascinating.
- 48:02Speaker 1: That primary date, by the way, the end date of
- 48:05Speaker 1: the election is June 2nd. June 2nd. Uh, and so
- 48:09Speaker 1: we've got, we've got a couple of months, so we'll, uh,
- 48:10Speaker 1: we'll keep, keep our eyes on the state of play.
- 48:12Speaker 1: But I was looking at this this weekend. I go,
- 48:14Speaker 1: hold up. I'm doing double takes on the headlines. Wait,
- 48:17Speaker 1: are you, hold up a second. Republicans too, to lead
- 48:22Speaker 1: the ballot in California. Kind of fascinating. Very fascinating. Very,
- 48:27Speaker 1: very funny. The LA times is freaking out about it too. It's, um,
- 48:32Speaker 1: it's wonderful. You know, the, uh, the, uh, The governor
- 48:37Speaker 1: of California right now is Gavin Newsom, of course, the
- 48:39Speaker 1: current governor. And he's one of the Democrats who's trying
- 48:41Speaker 1: to stop the SAVE Act from coming into place. You know,
- 48:43Speaker 1: you talk about what's going on in California. You know,
- 48:45Speaker 1: God knows, especially with election rigging, how this is going
- 48:48Speaker 1: to work out. You know, it's very unlikely the two
- 48:50Speaker 1: Republicans will end up on the ballot for that reason, too.
- 48:54Speaker 1: But Gavin Newsom hates the SAVE Act. Gavin Newsom does
- 48:57Speaker 1: not want us to verify that it's American citizens only
- 49:01Speaker 1: who are voting in our elections. And so Newsom is
- 49:04Speaker 1: one of the Democrats this weekend who's cooking up another
- 49:06Speaker 1: ludicrous explanation for why the SAVE Act would be bad
- 49:10Speaker 1: for America. Here he is saying that he doesn't even
- 49:14Speaker 1: know where his birth certificate is. The guy's worth $ 30 million. Clearly,
- 49:18Speaker 1: he has people who handle his papers. He has no
- 49:21Speaker 1: idea where his birth certificate is.
- 49:22Speaker 11: Watch.
- 49:23Speaker 8: And of course, we're not talking about the other aspects
- 49:25Speaker 8: of the SAVE Act that go well beyond ID. And
- 49:27Speaker 8: it goes to the, I mean, which is also part
- 49:30Speaker 8: of Jim Crow, the history. And that is when it
- 49:32Speaker 8: comes to registration, you got to find your birth certificate.
- 49:35Speaker 8: If you know where yours is, I have no clue
- 49:36Speaker 8: where mine is. Or you have to passport and two-thirds
- 49:39Speaker 8: African-Americans don't even have passports.
- 49:42Speaker 10: Passport, I was blocking on just that.
- 49:44Speaker 1: But not only that.
- 49:46Speaker 10: How many people go out, get married, and then square
- 49:53Speaker 10: their married name with their birth certificate?
- 49:57Speaker 8: And that would be thrown out under that law.
- 49:59Speaker 10: Under that law. Yeah.
- 50:00Speaker 8: So that's what just passed the House of Representatives now
- 50:02Speaker 8: needs to get the 60 in the Senate. So I
- 50:05Speaker 8: like what Schumer said, dead on arrival.
- 50:09Speaker 1: Do you hear, first of all, I'm too stupid to
- 50:13Speaker 1: know where my birth certificate is, so I have no idea.
- 50:17Speaker 1: How could anybody vote under these circumstances? You can get
- 50:20Speaker 1: a birth certificate. It's not that hard. You're missing one?
- 50:25Speaker 1: Contact your state's records office and get it. It's not
- 50:28Speaker 1: that hard. I don't know where it is. And then
- 50:31Speaker 1: he says, you know, lots of black people, they can't
- 50:33Speaker 1: get passports. They don't have passports. Black people don't. Just
- 50:38Speaker 1: listen to the the deeply bigoted assessment from Gavin Newsom,
- 50:42Speaker 1: the very casual racism from him. And also, it's not
- 50:46Speaker 1: actually the last instance of Gavin Newsom's casual racism. Did
- 50:51Speaker 1: you see this one this weekend? This is Gavin Newsom.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Check this out. This is Gavin Newsom speaking to a
- 50:58Speaker 1: black crowd in Georgia. And he says, I'm just like you.
- 51:03Speaker 1: I only got 960 on the SATs. Just to remind you,
- 51:07Speaker 1: out of a maximum score of 1600, Newsom says, I
- 51:10Speaker 1: only got 960. I'm just like black people. Listen, I'm not,
- 51:18Speaker 1: you know, I'm not trying to impress you.
- 51:20Speaker 8: I'm just trying to impress upon you. I'm like you.
- 51:25Speaker 8: I'm no better than you. You know, I'm a 960
- 51:28Speaker 8: SAT guy.
- 51:29Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 51:32Speaker 3: And, you know.
- 51:33Speaker 8: And I'm not trying to offend anyone, you know, trying
- 51:35Speaker 8: to act all there if you got 940. But literally
- 51:41Speaker 8: a 960 SAT guy.
- 51:43Speaker 2: I cannot.
- 51:44Speaker 8: You've never seen me read a speech because I cannot
- 51:48Speaker 8: read a speech.
- 51:49Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 51:51Speaker 11: Maybe the wrong business to be.
- 51:57Speaker 1: I got 960 on the SATs and I'm illiterate. I'm
- 52:01Speaker 1: just like you. Does it get more casually racist than that?
- 52:15Speaker 1: It's so... I can't even believe these words are coming
- 52:18Speaker 1: out of his mouth. There's no tact at all. This
- 52:23Speaker 1: is a little charming story about me. I think you'll
- 52:26Speaker 1: identify with it. I can't read. It's unbelievable.
- 52:34Speaker 3: It's unbelievable.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Please. Please stop voting for Democrats, please. It's unbelievable. And then,
- 52:47Speaker 1: you know, Newsom is not the only one pulling this stick.
- 52:50Speaker 1: He's like, I have no idea where my birth certificate is.
- 52:54Speaker 1: There's also Bernie Sanders. Bernie freaking Sanders, you know?
- 52:59Speaker 6: Mr.
- 53:00Speaker 1: Breadline is himself. He doesn't know where his birth certificate is. Now,
- 53:04Speaker 1: this does not surprise me because Bernie Sanders is a slob.
- 53:07Speaker 1: This particular thing may be true. Bernie has no idea
- 53:10Speaker 1: where his birth certificate is. Cut eight.
- 53:12Speaker 12: Watch.
- 53:13Speaker 11: You're not talking about voter ID. That's the way Trump
- 53:15Speaker 11: defines it. But you're talking about, now I don't know
- 53:17Speaker 11: about California's initiative, but I do know what's going on
- 53:21Speaker 11: in Washington. Is that some geniuses think that before you can,
- 53:25Speaker 11: maybe I have it wrong here, register to vote, you
- 53:27Speaker 11: need a passport or your birth certificate. Do you have
- 53:34Speaker 11: a passport or your birth certificate?
- 53:36Speaker 3: At the moment?
- 53:37Speaker 2: Do you?
- 53:38Speaker 1: I do. But millions of people don't.
- 53:41Speaker 11: I don't have my birth certificate. God knows how I
- 53:43Speaker 11: get it.
- 53:47Speaker 1: I love you. Do you have your birth certificate?
- 53:50Speaker 3: I do.
- 53:51Speaker 1: Well, good for you. But millions of people do not.
- 53:54Speaker 10: I do not.
- 53:55Speaker 1: I don't know where my birth certificate is. I could
- 53:56Speaker 1: never find it.
- 53:58Speaker 4: Okay.
- 53:58Speaker 1: All right, Bernie.
- 54:01Speaker 2: Bernie.
- 54:03Speaker 1: Now, again, I kind of believe this one. That he
- 54:05Speaker 1: has no idea where his birth certificate is because he's
- 54:07Speaker 1: a slob. You know the story about Bernie Sanders that
- 54:10Speaker 1: Bernie got kicked out of a commune? He got kicked
- 54:13Speaker 1: out of a hippie commune in the 1970s because he
- 54:17Speaker 1: was too lazy to do anything for the commune.
- 54:19Speaker 3: You know this?
- 54:20Speaker 1: Like the dishes are piling up. Where's Bernie? He's talking again.
- 54:26Speaker 1: Just sitting on his ass, just smoking weed or whatever.
- 54:30Speaker 1: He's not helping at all. Imagine how much of a
- 54:34Speaker 1: slob you need to be to get kicked out of
- 54:36Speaker 1: a hippie commune. That's what Bernie Sanders did. He was asked,
- 54:40Speaker 1: this is 2016. I just want to flash back for you.
- 54:43Speaker 1: Look at this. Bernie Sanders was asked to leave a
- 54:46Speaker 1: hippie commune for shirking a book claims. Yeah, he just
- 54:51Speaker 1: sat around all day talking, running his suck. His Sanders
- 54:55Speaker 1: idle chatter did not endear him with some of the
- 54:57Speaker 1: commune's residents who did the backbreaking labor of running the place.
- 55:02Speaker 1: The author wrote that one resident, Craig, resented feeling like
- 55:05Speaker 1: he had to pull others out of Bernie's orbit if
- 55:08Speaker 1: any work was going to get accomplished that day. Sanders
- 55:11Speaker 1: was eventually asked to leave. When Bernie had stayed for
- 55:14Speaker 1: the hippie communes allotted three days, three days, they politely
- 55:19Speaker 1: requested that he move on. I can't find my birth certificate.
- 55:29Speaker 1: I have no idea where it is. Okay, well, that's
- 55:32Speaker 1: because you're a slob. You're completely disorganized. How did you
- 55:35Speaker 1: become a multimillionaire, by the way, given your slobbery, given
- 55:39Speaker 1: your inability to even track your own birth certificate? Can
- 55:42Speaker 1: someone do the math on that? The guy's not organized
- 55:43Speaker 1: to find his birth certificate, but he's organized to become
- 55:45Speaker 1: a multimillionaire with multiple homes? How does that work exactly? Boy,
- 55:51Speaker 1: it's nice to be a Democrat. It is really, really
- 55:55Speaker 1: nice to be a Democrat. Finally, in terms of these
- 56:00Speaker 1: idiot Democrats who have all these presidential ambitions, I've got
- 56:03Speaker 1: an update for you on the plummeting stock of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
- 56:12Speaker 1: Have you noticed that Democrats are not bothering to mount
- 56:14Speaker 1: any defenses of AOC these days? It's like all of
- 56:17Speaker 1: a sudden they're turning on the squad. Jasmine Crockett is
- 56:21Speaker 1: having the election rigged against her in Texas by Jussie
- 56:24Speaker 1: Tallarico and Stephen Colbert. And then AOC, who very obviously
- 56:28Speaker 1: wants to run for president in 2028, she just went
- 56:32Speaker 1: over to the Munich Security Conference and gave that like
- 56:36Speaker 1: mis-teen South Carolina answer to what we should do about Taiwan.
- 56:41Speaker 1: She had no idea what the answer to that was.
- 56:43Speaker 1: And now she's angry that you noticed. And here she
- 56:47Speaker 1: is recording yet another selfie video saying that in reality,
- 56:50Speaker 1: you're the problem. Watch.
- 56:52Speaker 6: If you think that I don't understand foreign policy, because
- 56:55Speaker 6: out of Hours of discourse about international affairs. I pause
- 57:00Speaker 6: to think about one of the most sensitive geopolitical issues
- 57:05Speaker 6: that currently exists on Earth. I'm afraid the issue is
- 57:09Speaker 6: not my understanding, but rather the problem is perhaps you've
- 57:14Speaker 6: gotten adjusted to a president that never thinks before he speaks.
- 57:20Speaker 1: Wait, I'm sorry. Two gigantic things other than her like
- 57:24Speaker 1: blaming you for her own idiocy. Is she whispering or
- 57:29Speaker 1: did she lose her voice? What is that? What was that?
- 57:32Speaker 1: By the way, she sounds better. The voice is a
- 57:34Speaker 1: massive improvement. But did you hear the background? Was that
- 57:40Speaker 1: snoring going on? Did she just record a selfie video
- 57:44Speaker 1: while her was a snore? Is that what that was?
- 57:49Speaker 1: Can you I'm sorry, can you just play the first
- 57:51Speaker 1: few seconds off the top? There's a snore in the background.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Play that again.
- 57:55Speaker 6: Do you think that I don't understand foreign policy? Because
- 57:59Speaker 6: out of hours of discourse about international affairs, I pause
- 58:04Speaker 6: to think about one of the most sensitive geopolitical issues.
- 58:08Speaker 1: That currently exists.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Yes.
- 58:15Speaker 1: Oh, that's funny. Can you imagine having to deal with
- 58:19Speaker 1: that all the time? That guy, as the Secretary of
- 58:24Speaker 1: War would say, He's done with that shit. He's asleep.
- 58:28Speaker 1: He's like, I can't. I can't. I can't do another
- 58:30Speaker 1: second of this. I'm going to bed. She just keeps
- 58:33Speaker 1: running her mouth into her cell phone. And just because
- 58:36Speaker 1: I don't know anything about Taiwan doesn't mean that that's
- 58:40Speaker 1: a bad thing.
- 58:41Speaker 3: You suck.
- 58:42Speaker 1: It's you.
- 58:42Speaker 3: You suck.
- 58:46Speaker 1: It's the best. We live in the best timeline. We
- 58:48Speaker 1: live in the best timeline. What a great country. Congratulations
- 58:51Speaker 1: to Team USA, both the men and the women winning gold.
- 58:54Speaker 1: I hope to see all of those guys at the
- 58:56Speaker 1: State of the Union tomorrow night, Tuesday night. That's going
- 58:58Speaker 1: to be super exciting. We have a mighty week ahead
- 59:01Speaker 1: of us. There's a lot more to get to in
- 59:03Speaker 1: the news today. So I'm going to do that on
- 59:05Speaker 1: the big national radio show, rumble.com slash Vince. If you

- 59:31Speaker 1: And then the mighty Haley Carania. Haley with two Ys.
- 59:34Speaker 2: Why?
- 59:35Speaker 1: Because she's awesome. That's Rumble.com slash Haley. She goes live

- 59:53Speaker 1: Great show. God bless. McGroin Hurts says, thank you, brother.
- 59:57Speaker 1: I hope you feel better, McGroin. And man, everyone, great
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: to be with you today. American flags in the chat.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: Have a great one. Have a fantastic day. Good to
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: talk to you today. The Dan Bongino Show.
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: That is it. This is not a football game. If
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: you vote, we will win. It is not complicated.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: The Dan Bongino Show. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
