- 0:02Speaker 1: On scoring Lils Ostrodio.
- 0:05Speaker 2: This it's the Reader Panalty Show.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Good evening and welcome to the Reader Panety Show.
- 0:11Speaker 4: Coming up tonight, New South Wales Premier Chris Mins takes
- 0:14Speaker 4: on tany plibenseeg over the scrapping of a.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Billion dollar gold mine.
- 0:19Speaker 4: The US media sinks to new lows and their efforts
- 0:22Speaker 4: to promote the Harris presidential campaign and a new pushback
- 0:27Speaker 4: against welcome and acknowledgment of country announcements.
- 0:30Speaker 3: A've been discussing that later in the.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Hour, and we have an extended edition of Lefty's Losing
- 0:37Speaker 4: It starring Hollywood actor and comic Rob Schneider putting a
- 0:41Speaker 4: Lefty snowflake in the audience in his place.
- 0:45Speaker 5: Free speech isn't the speech you like, Nay. Stuff's now
- 0:48Speaker 5: what needs to be protected. It's the stuff that you hate.
- 0:51Speaker 5: It needs to protection so that somebody, like the government
- 0:54Speaker 5: or you, doesn't get to decide what everybody else gets
- 0:56Speaker 5: the Here.
- 1:00Speaker 4: Joining me now is Sky News contributor Kosher Gator. Let's
- 1:03Speaker 4: start with former Home Affairs Minister Clara O'Neil is now
- 1:07Speaker 4: Housing Minister, claiming the Liberals want to make housing affordability worse.
- 1:14Speaker 4: This is after Opposition leader Pitter Dutton and announced the
- 1:16Speaker 4: axing of the Commonwealth's ten billion dollar Housing Australia Future Fund.
- 1:21Speaker 6: Do you want to hear an absolutely terrible way to
- 1:24Speaker 6: solve Australia's housing shortage cut funding for housing. Yet today
- 1:28Speaker 6: that is exactly what the Liberals have said that they
- 1:30Speaker 6: will do. The Housing Australia Future Fund is one of
- 1:33Speaker 6: the main ways that the alban Esi government is helping
- 1:35Speaker 6: address Australia's chronic housing shortage.
- 1:38Speaker 3: Only that's not really happening.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Kosher housing crisis has only got worse under the alban
- 1:44Speaker 4: Eazy government. And also interested in your response to the
- 1:49Speaker 4: way Clara O'Neil is presenting her messaging on social media.
- 1:53Speaker 3: She's very active.
- 1:55Speaker 4: I know the Greens have been pushing housing as an
- 1:58Speaker 4: issue and I think she thinks if she's on X
- 2:01Speaker 4: and now the social media sides, she can speak to
- 2:04Speaker 4: that demographic.
- 2:05Speaker 7: That is interesting because social media allows you to micro
- 2:08Speaker 7: target specific issues to specific segments, and I do think
- 2:12Speaker 7: around the world, people that are more savvy with social media,
- 2:14Speaker 7: regardless what their positions are, are going to be advantaged
- 2:17Speaker 7: and the rest of the folks that aren't as Sava
- 2:20Speaker 7: that need to wise up and learn it because it
- 2:22Speaker 7: is the medium of.
- 2:22Speaker 3: The future for sure.
- 2:24Speaker 7: In terms of the policy, it's the classic playbook invite
- 2:27Speaker 7: the world in and then to spend more money and
- 2:29Speaker 7: wave it as some sort of magic wand and she's
- 2:31Speaker 7: trying to frame that as a negative thing or a
- 2:34Speaker 7: heartless thing. As you say, it's been accelerating under albineesy
- 2:37Speaker 7: cost of living and housing, and specifically it's a broader,
- 2:41Speaker 7: deeper issue that points to immigration. And if you just
- 2:43Speaker 7: have the quantum of people that are coming in into
- 2:46Speaker 7: a society that has limited supply, that's the core reason.
- 2:49Speaker 7: And then on top of that there's other economic incentives
- 2:51Speaker 7: that make it worse.
- 2:52Speaker 3: People know that.
- 2:53Speaker 7: But again, if she's effective at hitting the right buttons
- 2:56Speaker 7: with the right people on social media, she might get
- 2:57Speaker 7: some cut through.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Well, yeah, they never talk about immigration's impact on the
- 3:03Speaker 4: housing crisis, including the Greens. They would never venture into
- 3:07Speaker 4: that sort of common sense area. And the other issue
- 3:11Speaker 4: is instead of actually just cutting some regulations so developers
- 3:14Speaker 4: can develop, they just want to have market manipulation and
- 3:18Speaker 4: have government taxpay funds going into this sector, which we
- 3:22Speaker 4: know is possibly the most inefficient way to actually provide housing.
- 3:26Speaker 7: Yeah, why do the hard work when it's easy to
- 3:28Speaker 7: just spend money with no accountability, which.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Is what it comes done now. Just sent to Alan
- 3:33Speaker 3: Is hitting out at Peter.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Dutton's call to put a pause on visas for Palestinians
- 3:38Speaker 4: from the Gaza region. The Victorian premier accused of Federal
- 3:42Speaker 4: Opposition leader of a lack of empathy, saying if now
- 3:47Speaker 4: is not the time to show compassion to all who
- 3:49Speaker 4: want to seek refuge.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Here, then when is.
- 3:53Speaker 4: But the issue is were not one hundred percent sure
- 3:55Speaker 4: of that all those who are coming from Gaza, which
- 3:58Speaker 4: is ruled by a terroristoreization Hermas, are going to be
- 4:02Speaker 4: compassionate to their fellow Australians, if they're going to share
- 4:06Speaker 4: our values, if they're going to be fit to be
- 4:09Speaker 4: in this society. I think what people want, and this
- 4:12Speaker 4: has been discussed at length, is just some thorough checks
- 4:15Speaker 4: before people are admitted.
- 4:17Speaker 7: At a minimum. And that's again the playbook of framing
- 4:20Speaker 7: things in moralistic terms like oh, you're lacking compassion or
- 4:24Speaker 7: where is your compassion? That's how they try to do
- 4:26Speaker 7: it as supposed to get into the substance of it.
- 4:27Speaker 7: Here's an idea for distant to Alan. Maybe the time
- 4:30Speaker 7: to show compassion is after the neighboring countries like Egypt,
- 4:33Speaker 7: like Saudi Arabia maybe take some Or maybe the time
- 4:35Speaker 7: to show compassion is back to the previous topic. When
- 4:38Speaker 7: the average household income of Australians goes up by five
- 4:41Speaker 7: percent or the housing crisis is believed a little bit,
- 4:43Speaker 7: maybe then we should be showing compassion for other people
- 4:45Speaker 7: coming up.
- 4:46Speaker 3: I'll tell you it's been a rough week for just
- 4:47Speaker 3: into Alan.
- 4:48Speaker 4: She started off getting booed in her electricity Bendigo at
- 4:53Speaker 4: the Bush Summit, and I think she was expecting that.
- 4:56Speaker 3: But all she did for her very lengthy.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Speech before the book being started was just talk about
- 5:02Speaker 4: how much the Victorian government has spent and when you're
- 5:05Speaker 4: looking at their debt, when you're looking at what a
- 5:07Speaker 4: crisis we have in this stadium, particularly due to the debt,
- 5:11Speaker 4: she seems to be completely tone deaf to the situation.
- 5:15Speaker 3: And really, I don't know.
- 5:16Speaker 4: I think she has been protected from Victorians for too long.
- 5:21Speaker 4: She needs to get out there and have a chat
- 5:22Speaker 4: to the ordinary mums and dads. Now let's talk about
- 5:26Speaker 4: Environment Minister Tania Plibasek. She was notably missing from the
- 5:30Speaker 4: Daily Telegraphs Bush Summit in Orange today, and she refuses
- 5:35Speaker 4: to explain or really answer, how she came to the
- 5:39Speaker 4: decision to ban a one billion dollar gold mine that
- 5:42Speaker 4: was going to be built nearby that would have created
- 5:46Speaker 4: hundreds of jobs, would have provided around two hundred million
- 5:50Speaker 4: in taxes and revenue for the New South Wales government
- 5:55Speaker 4: and even the Labor Premier there Chris Mins is demanding
- 6:00Speaker 4: answers from Tania Pulversex's decision.
- 6:03Speaker 8: I'm disappointed by the decision from the Commonwealth government. You
- 6:06Speaker 8: disagree with the reversim Saliva said that many times and.
- 6:09Speaker 6: So in your view, Tenure Plevasik using that power was.
- 6:13Speaker 3: She was in error yes in budget estimates.
- 6:17Speaker 4: On Wednesday, Premier Mins even read out an expert from
- 6:21Speaker 4: the submission from the Orange Local Aboriginal Land Council Group
- 6:25Speaker 4: where they said we question the motives of people and
- 6:29Speaker 4: organizations who participate in promoting unsubstantiated claims and seek to
- 6:34Speaker 4: hijack Aboriginal cultural heritage in order to push other agendas.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Tania pluv Sec is insisting she listened to a different group,
- 6:43Speaker 4: the We're a Dury Traditional Owners Central West Aboriginal Corporation
- 6:48Speaker 4: who insist the gold mine project was going to be
- 6:51Speaker 4: built on an area of cultural significance.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Now, I've spoke to the former.
- 7:01Speaker 4: New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council chair on Outsiders on
- 7:06Speaker 4: Sunday and he said, these Aboriginal heritage laws, and this
- 7:11Speaker 4: is an isolated case, are being hijacked by different types
- 7:16Speaker 4: of activists to stop development.
- 7:18Speaker 3: And this may be one of.
- 7:19Speaker 4: The biggest examples of it, but it certainly isn't the
- 7:22Speaker 4: only one.
- 7:23Speaker 7: It's certainly something that we see happening everywhere where. People
- 7:26Speaker 7: can hijack any instrument at their disposal to advance whatever
- 7:30Speaker 7: the cause is. I also think it goes to the
- 7:33Speaker 7: coalition of the fringes, which is what the left side
- 7:35Speaker 7: of the aisle has become increasingly, and that's how you
- 7:38Speaker 7: kind of see that fracturing of what Chris Mins even
- 7:40Speaker 7: was saying in his own party versus whatever agenda she's
- 7:43Speaker 7: supposedly serving in here. And then the third thing. I
- 7:46Speaker 7: don't know this in this particular case, but it also
- 7:48Speaker 7: does point a little bit to influence and lobbying and
- 7:51Speaker 7: things like that that come into play that might be
- 7:53Speaker 7: behind the scenes an undercurrent of why certain people or
- 7:57Speaker 7: certain politicians go for an issue that clearly there is
- 8:00Speaker 7: no consensus even in their own party.
- 8:03Speaker 4: It's I think one that's not going to go away
- 8:05Speaker 4: because this one was just such a big project. It
- 8:08Speaker 4: would have had such a profound impact in that area,
- 8:11Speaker 4: with well paying jobs for the local communities. I think, yeah,
- 8:15Speaker 4: we're going to see a lot more objections to this decision. Now,
- 8:19Speaker 4: let's talk about metaboss Mark Zuckerberg making the astonishing demnition
- 8:24Speaker 4: that the Biden Harris administration repeatedly pressured our teams four
- 8:29Speaker 4: months to censor certain COVID nineteen content, including humor and satire,
- 8:33Speaker 4: and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when
- 8:37Speaker 4: we didn't agree.
- 8:37Speaker 3: He also said, in.
- 8:38Speaker 4: A separate situation, the FBI warned us about a potential
- 8:42Speaker 4: Russian disinformation operation about the Biden family and Barrisma in
- 8:47Speaker 4: the lead up to the twenty twenty election. It's since
- 8:50Speaker 4: been made clear that the reporting was not Russian disinformation,
- 8:54Speaker 4: and in retrospect, we shouldn't have demoted the story.
- 8:59Speaker 3: We've been talking about this all week. More and more
- 9:02Speaker 3: revelations are coming out.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Some of this stuff makes Watergate look like a Teddy
- 9:06Speaker 4: Bear's picnic. The timing of it, I'm very dubious about,
- 9:10Speaker 4: as I've said previously, saying it now as opposed to
- 9:13Speaker 4: when it mattered, and feigning ignorance to suppress.
- 9:20Speaker 3: The story of the New York Post. I think that's
- 9:25Speaker 3: just outrageous.
- 9:26Speaker 4: But the FBI's roll, because the FBI knew the laptop
- 9:30Speaker 4: was real, and for them to be out there behind
- 9:32Speaker 4: the scenes getting social media sites to ban or suppress
- 9:37Speaker 4: this story, questions have to be asked about the FBI
- 9:42Speaker 4: and election interference.
- 9:43Speaker 7: That's the bigger part of the story. So there's two
- 9:45Speaker 7: angles to it. The free speech, which is the battle
- 9:48Speaker 7: of the century as we're discussing all the time with
- 9:50Speaker 7: many stories, and just the idea that a platform that
- 9:54Speaker 7: enjoys at least in the US Section two thirty, which
- 9:56Speaker 7: is liability immunity, can go out there criminately decide what
- 10:01Speaker 7: they want to censor and what they want to suppress.
- 10:03Speaker 7: On top of that, though, the bigger issue is these agencies,
- 10:05Speaker 7: the FBI and the fifty one intell agencies that famously
- 10:08Speaker 7: said it was Russian disinformation, and that is interfering in
- 10:12Speaker 7: domestic affairs for partisan ends, which is expressly what they're
- 10:15Speaker 7: not supposed to be doing. A lot of those are
- 10:17Speaker 7: even foreign focused intell agencies, and you know, that's a
- 10:20Speaker 7: huge deal. I think what's frustrating about it is that
- 10:22Speaker 7: the effects are so quick and strong when they happen,
- 10:26Speaker 7: and then the confessions, which is what this was, happens
- 10:29Speaker 7: four years later in a very weak need way. But
- 10:31Speaker 7: the damage is already done. So hopefully it turns around.
- 10:35Speaker 7: But it is definite an extraordinary confession.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Oh absolutely.
- 10:38Speaker 4: And there's all sorts of suggestions from people that this
- 10:42Speaker 4: should see jail terms for those who were complicit in this,
- 10:48Speaker 4: because it wasn't innocent errors. This was a deliberate campaign.
- 10:53Speaker 4: Now king swing states are refusing to remove Robert F.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Kennedy Junior's name from the presidential ballot, insisting the independent
- 11:01Speaker 4: candidate who dropped out of the race last week to
- 11:04Speaker 4: support Donald Trump cannot be removed because it's either too
- 11:09Speaker 4: late in the case of Wisconsin, or apparently impossible for
- 11:13Speaker 4: minor party candidates to withdraw. According to Michigan, Kennedy's withdrawal
- 11:17Speaker 4: could move the needle in certain states like Michigan and Wisconsin,
- 11:21Speaker 4: where the margin between Trump and Harris is incredibly slim
- 11:25Speaker 4: according to some recent polling. So this refusal again interesting.
- 11:31Speaker 3: I mean, they didn't have any qualms about.
- 11:34Speaker 4: Removing Joe Biden's name and puting Kamala Harris's name there.
- 11:37Speaker 4: But what impact could this have? Could this possibly see
- 11:43Speaker 4: a result swing one way or the other?
- 11:46Speaker 7: Possibly because everybody's saying that he was pulling at five
- 11:48Speaker 7: to six percent in those stats that are going to
- 11:50Speaker 7: be won and lost on reason, then margins forty thousan
- 11:53Speaker 7: votes on many thousand voots. Now he is throwing his
- 11:55Speaker 7: support behind Trump. But when you show up in the
- 11:57Speaker 7: voting booth and if the name is still on the
- 11:58Speaker 7: ballot or there might be fifty thousand people who just
- 12:02Speaker 7: see that there and in that moment, you know, pull
- 12:04Speaker 7: the lever for him. So it actually can play a role.
- 12:07Speaker 7: It also really shows it's a glaring example of the
- 12:11Speaker 7: whole debate about election integrity that has become very controversial.
- 12:14Speaker 7: This is one example where it really is absurd that
- 12:17Speaker 7: he has talked about RFK Junior has talked about having
- 12:20Speaker 7: to have spent tens of millions of dollars to gain
- 12:22Speaker 7: ballot access, which they were fighting him every step of
- 12:25Speaker 7: the way. The Democrat Party. Now when it's clear they
- 12:27Speaker 7: will help him, they're trying to take it off And
- 12:29Speaker 7: the same secretaries of State are actually trying to also
- 12:31Speaker 7: take Cornell West off the ballot in those states because
- 12:34Speaker 7: that could hurt the Democrat Party. So the whole thing
- 12:37Speaker 7: is really absurd and hopefully.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Them and I think it's something that Australanes don't understand
- 12:42Speaker 4: when they hear about how so many Americans don't trust
- 12:46Speaker 4: the election results, that don't think they're actually above board
- 12:49Speaker 4: when they talk about elections being fixed or stolen or
- 12:55Speaker 4: what was the word the Democrats like to use, highlight
- 12:59Speaker 4: fortify thought it that prefer to say we've fortified the election.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Australians don't realize our system is so dramatically different to theirs,
- 13:08Speaker 4: and there is scope to interfere and really impact the
- 13:13Speaker 4: vote state by state.
- 13:15Speaker 7: It really is with his ballot measures, with the suppression
- 13:17Speaker 7: of media that we just talked about, with just the
- 13:20Speaker 7: error reach, when you have mass mail in balloting, and
- 13:22Speaker 7: you know mass mailing, all those things can in an
- 13:25Speaker 7: election that has won and last than forty thousand volts,
- 13:28Speaker 7: Any of those things can add up. And it's a
- 13:30Speaker 7: very real reason why half the American public doesn't trust
- 13:32Speaker 7: elections anymore.
- 13:33Speaker 4: I wonder what that figure is going to be after
- 13:36Speaker 4: this year's pole. I have a feeling if Trump does
- 13:40Speaker 4: not prevail, that Vic goold Skyrocket, even Koshergator.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Thank you so much for your time pleasure.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Joining me now is entertainment and rayal reporter Kinsey Scofield. Kinsey,
- 13:52Speaker 4: we normally have you later on the program, but there's
- 13:54Speaker 4: been great demand to put you at the start. So
- 13:57Speaker 4: here we are in segment one, and we're going to
- 14:00Speaker 4: start with Prince Harry planning a trip to New York,
- 14:03Speaker 4: coincidentally at the same time his brother, Prince William will
- 14:06Speaker 4: be in town. Some royal fans are very excited, hoping
- 14:10Speaker 4: for a reunion, but a close friend of Prince William
- 14:13Speaker 4: told The Daily Beast, I suspect that William will see
- 14:17Speaker 4: Harry one more time in his life in the flesh
- 14:20Speaker 4: at their father's funeral. Things are totally frozen between the
- 14:25Speaker 4: two of them. It is hard to overstate how utterly
- 14:29Speaker 4: William feels betrayed and hurt on a very personal level.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Is it really that Grimkinsy? I believe so.
- 14:38Speaker 9: I think hell will freeze over before Prince William voluntarily
- 14:42Speaker 9: sits down with Prince Harry again. And don't forget reader,
- 14:45Speaker 9: the last time Prince Harry was in New York there
- 14:47Speaker 9: was a near catastrophic co chief, So it's interesting to
- 14:51Speaker 9: me that it was eager to get back at the
- 14:53Speaker 9: same time that his brother, Prince William is there to
- 14:57Speaker 9: celebrate the Earth Shots Prize Innovation Summit on September twenty fourth.
- 15:03Speaker 9: To me, it's just Prince Harry, Classic Harry and Meghan
- 15:05Speaker 9: trying to steal Prince William's thunder and disrupt Prince William
- 15:10Speaker 9: in a position where he's going to be with international leadership,
- 15:14Speaker 9: and it gives him an opportunity to really glow.
- 15:21Speaker 10: Now.
- 15:21Speaker 4: Meanwhile, we've got the Duchess of Sussex gushing to The
- 15:24Speaker 4: New York Times that she is a dolphin and not
- 15:28Speaker 4: a shark.
- 15:28Speaker 3: When it comes to investing and in business in general.
- 15:32Speaker 3: I don't even know what.
- 15:33Speaker 4: That means precisely, but can we point to some examples
- 15:37Speaker 4: of her strategy in action. When we had the Spotify thing,
- 15:41Speaker 4: we have the lifestyle brand that seemed to consist of
- 15:44Speaker 4: Strawberry jam and her.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Foundation arch Weld. I don't know what they're doing these days.
- 15:51Speaker 11: What precisely is she talking about Mekinsey, Well, I think
- 15:55Speaker 11: she's inadvertently telling us her strategy and while she's trying
- 15:58Speaker 11: to sound like a martyr, she's going to help out
- 16:00Speaker 11: all of these small business women owned businesses.
- 16:03Speaker 9: What she's saying, I believe is that she's going to
- 16:06Speaker 9: invest in some.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Of these businesses.
- 16:09Speaker 9: Then she's going to wear the clothes and get all
- 16:11Speaker 9: of that great pr for those businesses, and you're going
- 16:15Speaker 9: to be able to buy those outfits and products on
- 16:18Speaker 9: American reviewer orchard dot com. So not only is she
- 16:21Speaker 9: raking in the bank because she's investing in this company,
- 16:24Speaker 9: but now she can make money two or three different
- 16:26Speaker 9: ways through affiliate links or through commission at point of sale.
- 16:31Speaker 9: And it's so funny to me that she's trying to
- 16:32Speaker 9: sound like she's doing the world a favor, she's an
- 16:36Speaker 9: this deeper meaning in her influencing, when the reality is
- 16:39Speaker 9: she's just triple dippin'. I mean, she's all you are
- 16:43Speaker 9: is a hyper influencer.
- 16:47Speaker 4: Well, she's essentially an Instagram influencer. That's what some of
- 16:51Speaker 4: them do, where they collaborate with a brand, they wear
- 16:54Speaker 4: the brand they promoted on their socials and they get
- 16:58Speaker 4: a cut of the sales. So if it's that's the
- 17:02Speaker 4: business plan, then good luck to her.
- 17:05Speaker 3: But really, again, she's relying on the media.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Coverage to generate any sort of hype about these products,
- 17:11Speaker 4: the media that her and Harry say they absolutely hate.
- 17:15Speaker 4: They hate the intrusion, but it seems to be their
- 17:18Speaker 4: only job. Do we have any updates on the website?
- 17:22Speaker 4: Because there was a great deal of talk about her
- 17:24Speaker 4: lifestyle brand it was going to take on Gwyneth Paltrow's brand.
- 17:29Speaker 3: What's it up to these days?
- 17:31Speaker 9: I believe we're going to see that launch between Christmas
- 17:34Speaker 9: and spring of twenty twenty five. She's going to launch
- 17:37Speaker 9: it before she's up for a renewal with Netflix because
- 17:40Speaker 9: she has to prove her value, and I just don't
- 17:42Speaker 9: think it's going to happen for her. I don't think
- 17:44Speaker 9: that they're going to give her an extension on that contract.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Now, Kinsey.
- 17:48Speaker 4: We spoke earlier in the week about former Independent presidential
- 17:52Speaker 4: candidate Robert F. Kennedy Junior's wife copying all sorts of
- 17:56Speaker 4: abuse because she told Robert to hear Trump out, and
- 18:01Speaker 4: he's ended up endorsing Donald Trump.
- 18:03Speaker 3: There's been actors and Hollywood.
- 18:05Speaker 4: Types laying into her, and arf Ka has come back
- 18:10Speaker 4: and accused those of attacking his wife and his actress,
- 18:14Speaker 4: Cheryl hines he would probably be familiar with her work
- 18:17Speaker 4: if you are like comedy Arefka said, they are hypocrites
- 18:23Speaker 4: and bullies.
- 18:25Speaker 5: It's like many people who point fingers and accuse other
- 18:29Speaker 5: people of women. That's exactly what he was.
- 18:33Speaker 4: Doing there, Oh, Kinsey, Why so many in Hollywood going
- 18:38Speaker 4: after Cheryl? This is a decision her husband has made.
- 18:42Speaker 4: It's like they're holding her responsible for the political views
- 18:46Speaker 4: of her husband.
- 18:48Speaker 9: I mean, the hypocrisy of it all. How is Cheryl responsible?
- 18:52Speaker 9: Why was Hillary Clinton unattacked for Bell and the Intern?
- 18:55Speaker 9: Instead they tried to elect her as president when Anthony
- 18:58Speaker 9: Winner was kind being Carlos danger his wife, whom she
- 19:02Speaker 9: was given saint status. But when a conservative man makes
- 19:06Speaker 9: a mistake or misbehaves or does something that the left
- 19:10Speaker 9: doesn't like, their wife is fair game. Look at poor
- 19:13Speaker 9: Malania Trump and Cheryl. I mean she's taking the heat,
- 19:17Speaker 9: and I think that it says more about these people.
- 19:20Speaker 9: Kennedy's entire presidential campaign was about unity and bringing the
- 19:24Speaker 9: parties together and This is just heatful rhetoric.
- 19:29Speaker 4: Absolutely, and as a fan of Kirby enthusiasm, I will
- 19:33Speaker 4: not have Cheryl abused. No, I have no problem with
- 19:36Speaker 4: people having a go at actors, but at least do
- 19:40Speaker 4: it based on what they say, not that's something decision
- 19:43Speaker 4: their husband or wife makes.
- 19:44Speaker 3: I mean, that's just gutless.
- 19:46Speaker 7: Now.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Wag Brittany mahomes again.
- 19:48Speaker 4: We talked about her earlier in the week because she's
- 19:50Speaker 4: being attacked for liking a post supporting Trump.
- 19:53Speaker 3: She's doubling down. She is not backing down.
- 19:55Speaker 4: One bit, and it's interesting that her friend and fellow
- 19:59Speaker 4: wagged Kylas Swift has said nothing to stop all those
- 20:02Speaker 4: Swifties who are attacking Brittany for well the heinous crime
- 20:08Speaker 4: of liking a pro Trump post on Instagram.
- 20:12Speaker 9: Jaan, we did see her. I mean, this is the
- 20:14Speaker 9: most to me, this is the most blatant move. She
- 20:19Speaker 9: liked a comment on her Instagram page that said Trump
- 20:23Speaker 9: Vance twenty twenty four, and then she liked another one
- 20:26Speaker 9: that said glad to see you aren't backing down. We
- 20:29Speaker 9: are all entitled to our own opinions and shouldn't be
- 20:31Speaker 9: bullied into submission. So she I think she truly is
- 20:35Speaker 9: going to continue to stand up for herself here. And
- 20:40Speaker 9: I'm disappointed that Taylor isn't calling back, calling off the Swifties,
- 20:44Speaker 9: but I think she's trying to stay above the fray.
- 20:46Speaker 9: We didn't see her get involved in the Blake Lively
- 20:49Speaker 9: drama either.
- 20:52Speaker 4: Well, I think we are going to see Taylor and
- 20:55Speaker 4: all the A listers, beyond Say and Jlo and over
- 20:59Speaker 4: else is there coming out strongly for the Democrats.
- 21:02Speaker 3: They always do.
- 21:03Speaker 4: I don't know what impact it has, but you can
- 21:06Speaker 4: almost count on them to put out some sort of
- 21:09Speaker 4: an endorsement before the November data. Now Lizzo is making
- 21:15Speaker 4: news for body positivity. I mean, she has always been
- 21:19Speaker 4: very proud of her well i've got to say, morbidly
- 21:22Speaker 4: obeech shape, but.
- 21:24Speaker 3: She's changed her tune. She is now on a weight
- 21:26Speaker 3: loss journey.
- 21:27Speaker 4: She's posting videos of herself working out, and she says
- 21:31Speaker 4: she's moving away from this body positive positivity outlook where
- 21:36Speaker 4: you don't care about what your body looks like, to
- 21:39Speaker 4: a body neutrality one where the idea that you respect
- 21:43Speaker 4: your body as opposed to forcing positivity on it. And
- 21:49Speaker 4: she is actually copying backlash for this. Kinsey which I
- 21:53Speaker 4: find amazing. You would think her fans would be thrilled
- 21:56Speaker 4: that she's getting healthier, because at the weight she was,
- 22:00Speaker 4: it was unhealthy for her, would have all sorts of
- 22:03Speaker 4: implications to be that morbidly obese.
- 22:07Speaker 9: You know, this is the old beaten sweat treater. It's
- 22:09Speaker 9: like when Liam Hemsworth fell in love with Hannah Montana
- 22:11Speaker 9: and then two weeks later Mailey was in a body
- 22:13Speaker 9: suit to working to blurred lines with a foam finger.
- 22:16Speaker 9: So I understand the fan's outreach.
- 22:18Speaker 4: Here, Kensey's gofield, you always surprised me. Thank you so
- 22:24Speaker 4: much for your time. This evening still to come. Lefties
- 22:28Speaker 4: Losing It and Alex Stein tries to teach critical race.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Theory to an infant.
- 22:34Speaker 4: You don't want to miss that footage.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Welcome back.
- 22:45Speaker 4: Now it's time for a Lefty's losing it and we
- 22:48Speaker 4: brought you vision of Hollywood. A Lista been still embarrassing
- 22:52Speaker 4: himself a couple of weeks ago with his incoherent Kamala adoration,
- 22:57Speaker 4: and it seems Ben is determined to embarrass himself more.
- 23:01Speaker 4: Here he is asked why he likes Kamala Harris so much?
- 23:06Speaker 4: What is it about a platform that gets him excited.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Have a listen to.
- 23:10Speaker 12: This quick question, why Kim and what do you like
- 23:13Speaker 12: about Harris's platform?
- 23:14Speaker 10: Just very excited about the moving forward and all the
- 23:18Speaker 10: energy and excitement that's around this movement right now. So
- 23:22Speaker 10: that's why I'm here, because it's time for change and it.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Seems like it's happening.
- 23:26Speaker 3: You think she'll be at a fifteen the momentum post convention.
- 23:29Speaker 12: For sure, it's going to be close.
- 23:32Speaker 10: It's going to be close, but you know, everybody's motivated.
- 23:35Speaker 10: Actually the work can make it happen. So and she's
- 23:38Speaker 10: and she and Time Wells were just an incredible candidates.
- 23:41Speaker 4: She's an incredible candidate. And did you hear him say
- 23:44Speaker 4: it's time for change?
- 23:46Speaker 9: Now?
- 23:47Speaker 4: No, Hollywood stars sort of exist in a parallel universe.
- 23:52Speaker 4: But how divorced from reality is bid? If he's not
- 23:55Speaker 4: aware that Harris is in the White House, that she's
- 23:59Speaker 4: part of the Biden Harris administration, I don't know what
- 24:02Speaker 4: change is seeking. Now, let's hear from the Biden Harris
- 24:06Speaker 4: administration's Commons Secretary Gina Rimando.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Who says she's not familiar.
- 24:13Speaker 4: With the Bureau of Labor or their official statistics.
- 24:16Speaker 13: When you hear that, do you potentially think that the
- 24:19Speaker 13: new numbers could be a liability for this campaign?
- 24:21Speaker 3: Now, when I hear that, first of all, I don't
- 24:23Speaker 3: believe it because I've never heard Donald Trump say anything truth.
- 24:27Speaker 2: It is though from the Bureau of Labor, don't I'm
- 24:29Speaker 2: not familiar with that.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Oh dear. Now, Kamala was unleashed on some poor high.
- 24:35Speaker 4: School kids, and listen to how she speaks to them. Again,
- 24:39Speaker 4: these kids are in high school, not kindergarten.
- 24:45Speaker 2: You are leaders by the very fact that you all
- 24:48Speaker 2: are here in.
- 24:51Speaker 4: Doing what you do at this incredible school.
- 24:54Speaker 5: Doing it as one big team, understanding.
- 24:58Speaker 2: All the different parts that them together to create a team.
- 25:04Speaker 3: This is a passion with the Vice president.
- 25:07Speaker 4: When she speaks with kids of any age, she treats
- 25:10Speaker 4: them like they're overgrown toddlers.
- 25:13Speaker 3: I mean, if I talk to my son like that.
- 25:14Speaker 4: In calling the men in white coats, it's not a
- 25:19Speaker 4: one off.
- 25:19Speaker 3: Have a look at this.
- 25:20Speaker 9: You guys are going to see it. You're gonna literally
- 25:23Speaker 9: see the creators on the with your own eyes.
- 25:28Speaker 3: With your own eyes.
- 25:30Speaker 4: Now, Harris's VP pick Tim Walls is a liar that
- 25:33Speaker 4: is not in dispute. He has already lied about everything
- 25:36Speaker 4: from his military record, to his family's IVF journey, to
- 25:40Speaker 4: his DUI record, and even awards he didn't win from
- 25:45Speaker 4: the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce. But could this be the
- 25:49Speaker 4: most ridiculous lie yet? Remember that cringe video here and
- 25:53Speaker 4: Kamala put together about his white guy tacos that are
- 25:57Speaker 4: devoid of any flavor?
- 26:00Speaker 3: Have weight, gay tacos and mayonnaise in tuna? What are
- 26:04Speaker 3: you doing?
- 26:04Speaker 1: Pretty much ground beef and cheese, that's okay?
- 26:06Speaker 3: Do you put any flavor in it?
- 26:08Speaker 5: I know, here's the deal. No, they said to be
- 26:11Speaker 5: careful and let her know this that black pepper is
- 26:14Speaker 5: the top of the space level in Minnesota.
- 26:16Speaker 3: You know black pepper. Only he even lies about that.
- 26:19Speaker 3: I mean, it's incredible because look.
- 26:21Speaker 4: At this twenty sixteen article revealing that with his turkey
- 26:26Speaker 4: taco tot Hot Dish, Tim Wohles grabbed first place at
- 26:31Speaker 4: Senadel Frankin's sixth annual.
- 26:33Speaker 3: Hot Dish Off.
- 26:35Speaker 4: A Hot Dish dynasty is born, he said, after winning
- 26:39Speaker 4: his third Hot Dish championship. What happened to flavorless, spiceless
- 26:44Speaker 4: white guy tacos?
- 26:46Speaker 3: Tim?
- 26:46Speaker 4: That story is forgotten seasoned with nothing other than peppery
- 26:50Speaker 4: told us.
- 26:50Speaker 3: But let's have a look at what Woles's winning recipe included,
- 26:55Speaker 3: not only.
- 26:55Speaker 4: Chili peppers, but paprika, chili powder, onion powder, arleg Potter
- 27:01Speaker 4: seems very flavorful to me. Is there anything this guy
- 27:06Speaker 4: will not lie about? And talking about lies?
- 27:10Speaker 3: Here is some more fake news from MSNBC.
- 27:13Speaker 4: And this is really low even for them, because let
- 27:19Speaker 4: me get this straight. On the third anniversary of the
- 27:22Speaker 4: botched withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, Biden was on the
- 27:28Speaker 4: beach on an extended holiday. We had Kamala, who had
- 27:33Speaker 4: no official public engagements, doing nothing other than releasing a statement.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Both Biden and Harris were not invited to Arlington National Cemetery.
- 27:43Speaker 4: The gold Star families only wanted Donald Trump there, and
- 27:47Speaker 4: though he attended, he is being attacked for that because
- 27:51Speaker 4: he posed with the family members and he gave a
- 27:55Speaker 4: thumbs up. I mean, this I tried to be about
- 27:58Speaker 4: to listen is absolutely even by MSNBC's very low standards.
- 28:04Speaker 13: But I know a lot of military veterans were very
- 28:06Speaker 13: uncomfortable with the idea that Trump was there at all,
- 28:09Speaker 13: and that he even at one point posed for a
- 28:11Speaker 13: photograph with family members with a big smile and thumbs
- 28:14Speaker 13: up on their face. Now we should note some of
- 28:16Speaker 13: the family members were doing the same, but that's their right.
- 28:19Speaker 13: Donald Trump seemingly very strange that he would do the same,
- 28:23Speaker 13: and yet and some of these veterans were sort of
- 28:25Speaker 13: just a gas that even in any way, shape or form,
- 28:28Speaker 13: our Onto National Cemetery, arguably the most sacred place in
- 28:31Speaker 13: our country, was being used as a backdrop for a
- 28:35Speaker 13: political purpose.
- 28:38Speaker 14: Jonathan, I looked at the same pictures that you're alluding
- 28:41Speaker 14: to now and describing at Arlington taken with the prest
- 28:46Speaker 14: form of president, and the thought rolled immediately through my mind.
- 28:51Speaker 3: Is nothing sacred.
- 28:53Speaker 4: It's been said before, and I'm sure I'll be saying
- 28:56Speaker 4: it again. You don't loathe the leftist media enough? Now,
- 29:00Speaker 4: this comic knew just how to handle a lefty snowflake
- 29:04Speaker 4: in the audience.
- 29:05Speaker 3: Take it away, Ben Bankers.
- 29:07Speaker 12: You don't like Trump? Yeah? What do you not like
- 29:11Speaker 12: about it? I'm just curious? Yeah, what about the husband?
- 29:15Speaker 12: Are you allowed to have an opinion in the house?
- 29:21Speaker 15: What do you do?
- 29:22Speaker 6: Man?
- 29:26Speaker 12: Yeah, that does sound like a guy who a data
- 29:29Speaker 12: girl that hates Trump. I was on the street homeless,
- 29:33Speaker 12: and then I found this translator and I get. I mean,
- 29:40Speaker 12: I'm being like, that's why they're all here. You guys
- 29:47Speaker 12: are just dumb liberals and bouy tickets.
- 29:49Speaker 2: In the wrong.
- 29:52Speaker 4: And likewise, Hollywood actor and comedian Rob Schneider also.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Put an angry lefty losing it in his place.
- 30:00Speaker 5: That's okay. You know what the cool thing about in
- 30:02Speaker 5: America is free speech. Isn't the speech you like, nice
- 30:06Speaker 5: Stuff's now what needs to be protected. It's the stuff
- 30:09Speaker 5: that you hate. It needs to protection so that somebody,
- 30:12Speaker 5: like the government or you, doesn't get to decide what
- 30:14Speaker 5: everybody else gets here. And you're more than welcome to
- 30:22Speaker 5: disagree and write an act and get on stage and
- 30:26Speaker 5: sell out like I.
- 30:26Speaker 9: Just did.
- 30:30Speaker 4: That, and let's end left He is losing it with
- 30:35Speaker 4: some vintage work from gg Hadi. These days, she's busy
- 30:40Speaker 4: posting ugly lies about the only Jewish state Israel, but
- 30:45Speaker 4: a few years ago she was busy mocking Milania Trump.
- 30:49Speaker 4: And this performance is so humiliatingly awful that even I
- 30:53Speaker 4: feel a little bit sorry for the girl.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I have been working on my first impression.
- 30:58Speaker 9: Oh really, really, I have to see that work on
- 31:00Speaker 9: this all week?
- 31:00Speaker 7: Okj okay, Okay, Milania Trump impression.
- 31:06Speaker 5: Ok I gotta the face straight.
- 31:08Speaker 3: Okay.
- 31:12Speaker 6: I love my.
- 31:13Speaker 4: Husband President, but Uncle Obama and other children, Sacha and Malia,
- 31:23Speaker 4: Oh dear, you know I've had migraines that were more
- 31:27Speaker 4: entertaining and funnier than that.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Yikes. Now we know the.
- 31:32Speaker 4: Left wants critical race theory shoved down children's throats from
- 31:36Speaker 4: kindergarten onwards to make sure they're aware of their white
- 31:39Speaker 4: privilege and victim hierarchies. But how soon is too soon
- 31:44Speaker 4: to teach the young uns about what awful racists they are?
- 31:47Speaker 4: Well comic Alex Stein thinks it's never too Early's.
- 31:51Speaker 1: At one point, your ancestors own slaves, Yes they did.
- 31:56Speaker 1: I don't care what they tell you, even if you're
- 31:58Speaker 1: not related to them. You being white is oppressive to
- 32:02Speaker 1: a whole group of people. You are an oppressor. Do
- 32:06Speaker 1: you understand that? The earlier you understand that you're an
- 32:08Speaker 1: oppressor to not only black people but also Hispandic people
- 32:12Speaker 1: that are here illegally.
- 32:14Speaker 8: Yes, you are.
- 32:14Speaker 1: You are oppressing illegals.
- 32:17Speaker 4: Joining me now is a host of Prime Time with
- 32:20Speaker 4: Alex Stein, Alex Steiner, explain yourself there that poor infant,
- 32:25Speaker 4: which is probably traumatized.
- 32:29Speaker 15: Well, that's my producer's infant, so we can put that
- 32:32Speaker 15: baby through anything, you know, because Jimmy, my producer, who's
- 32:35Speaker 15: so great, dedicated to this show. But honestly, you know, Rita,
- 32:38Speaker 15: that is a joke that the people on the left,
- 32:40Speaker 15: you know, want to do critical race theory. Excuse me,
- 32:43Speaker 15: that's not a joke. But what is the most discussing
- 32:45Speaker 15: thing that they want to do is they want to
- 32:47Speaker 15: actually do sexual education in elementary school. So critical race
- 32:51Speaker 15: theory isn't even half as bad as what these people
- 32:53Speaker 15: on the left really want to do. So this is
- 32:55Speaker 15: obviously satire, and you know when semi viral on Twitter
- 33:00Speaker 15: because people are just laughing and marking it because this
- 33:03Speaker 15: is sadly, the real truth of what's happening here in
- 33:07Speaker 15: America is people are being inductrinated. Children are being inductrinated
- 33:10Speaker 15: at a very young age.
- 33:13Speaker 4: And you know what, I have seen videos on x
- 33:16Speaker 4: on TikTok Instagram where it's not satire. Typically it's moms
- 33:21Speaker 4: with a child that young talking about their child's white
- 33:25Speaker 4: privilege and how their upbringing is going to be different
- 33:28Speaker 4: to the downtrodden, and and yeah, you do fear about
- 33:32Speaker 4: what messaging those poor kids are going to get as
- 33:34Speaker 4: they grow up.
- 33:35Speaker 3: And what sort of issues they're going to have.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Now more frivolity. Well, I hope it's frivolity. I'm not
- 33:41Speaker 4: exactly sure. This is a man I think you know
- 33:44Speaker 4: or at least know of. Maybe you can tell me
- 33:47Speaker 4: if this is genuine or a massive troll. Here is
- 33:51Speaker 4: former Bachelorette star Josh Ster who now identifies as a
- 33:56Speaker 4: woman and a woman that supports Palestine as part of
- 34:00Speaker 4: the trans People for Palestine movement.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Everyone, I'm outside the DNC showing my support to Palestinians.
- 34:11Speaker 2: I know if I was in their country they would
- 34:12Speaker 2: accept you with open arms, so I just wanted to
- 34:15Speaker 2: do the same here.
- 34:16Speaker 4: So tell me, is this satire or genuine lefties losing
- 34:22Speaker 4: at content?
- 34:23Speaker 3: What is it?
- 34:25Speaker 2: Well?
- 34:25Speaker 15: Left he's losing. It gets millions and millions of views.
- 34:28Speaker 15: And I really think that you should have Josh on
- 34:30Speaker 15: because I press Josh. I think Josh is totally trolling it.
- 34:33Speaker 15: It's totally satire. But then I messaged Josh after the
- 34:36Speaker 15: show trying to talk to him, trying to get him
- 34:38Speaker 15: to or her or whatever you want to call him,
- 34:40Speaker 15: to break character, and Josh woulden so personally, I think
- 34:44Speaker 15: that he's faking it. But if he had to deal
- 34:45Speaker 15: with Rita, if he had to deal with you, I
- 34:47Speaker 15: think you could crack that egg and make him admit
- 34:50Speaker 15: that he is trolling assault. But he's doing a good job.
- 34:53Speaker 15: And this is what people need to actually do, because seriously,
- 34:56Speaker 15: here in America, guys are putting on lipstack and now
- 34:59Speaker 15: they're able to go use women's restroom. That's disgusting. You know,
- 35:02Speaker 15: we need some rules and we need to, I guess,
- 35:05Speaker 15: bring back a country that stands up for women's rights
- 35:07Speaker 15: instead of men using women as a caricature.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Yes, there's a lot of that happening.
- 35:15Speaker 4: Now to more serious matters, with the Associated Press wanting
- 35:20Speaker 4: their readers to be outraged by Donald trump suggestion that
- 35:24Speaker 4: Kamala Harris was in any way involved with the chaotic
- 35:28Speaker 4: Afghanistan withdraw.
- 35:30Speaker 3: But it's not a suggestion, Alex. She was involved.
- 35:33Speaker 4: She's part of the Biden Harris administration and frankly, Kamala
- 35:37Speaker 4: Harris herself boasted about her involvement on CNN.
- 35:41Speaker 9: You just made a really big decision Afghanistan.
- 35:44Speaker 3: Yes, were you the last person in the room?
- 35:46Speaker 7: Yes?
- 35:48Speaker 3: And you feel comfortable?
- 35:49Speaker 2: I do.
- 35:50Speaker 4: I've seen other similar media reporting saying Vance or Trump
- 35:54Speaker 4: are attempting to connect Harris to a Biden policy. They
- 36:01Speaker 4: surely can't believe the American people are that stupid that
- 36:04Speaker 4: they're going to forget that Kamala is part of the
- 36:08Speaker 4: Harris Biden administration.
- 36:11Speaker 15: Well, I hate to say this, Rita, they do think
- 36:13Speaker 15: that the American people are stupid. They think we're all
- 36:15Speaker 15: very stupid.
- 36:16Speaker 10: I mean, all these people that.
- 36:17Speaker 15: Are now supporting Kamela. They don't realize that Kimela has
- 36:19Speaker 15: been in office for over three years. She could fix
- 36:21Speaker 15: a lot of these problems that she's saying that she's
- 36:23Speaker 15: going to fix when she becomes president. So when you
- 36:25Speaker 15: look at the withdrawal from Afghanistan, it's basically just us
- 36:29Speaker 15: admitting defeat when we leave a billion dollars worth of
- 36:31Speaker 15: military equipment, guns, ammunition that they're able to sell to
- 36:35Speaker 15: other foreign countries that could, you know, potentially be used
- 36:38Speaker 15: against US in future wars. To me, that symbolizes a loss.
- 36:42Speaker 15: And you know, Kimala Harris's footprints or fingerprints were all
- 36:46Speaker 15: over it.
- 36:48Speaker 4: Now, what do you make of this criticism that Donald
- 36:51Speaker 4: Trump has received again from segments of the media for
- 36:55Speaker 4: being the only one who was actually there who was
- 36:57Speaker 4: invited by the gold Star Families to be at Arlington
- 37:01Speaker 4: National Cemetery to mark that third anniversary. Biden was at
- 37:05Speaker 4: the beach. Harris just released a statement. She wasn't invited.
- 37:10Speaker 4: They didn't want her there, They didn't want Biden there.
- 37:12Speaker 4: The gold Star Families wanted Trump there, and yet now
- 37:16Speaker 4: he's being absolutely slammed for posing with photos with some
- 37:23Speaker 4: of the family members.
- 37:26Speaker 15: Yeah, they're getting mad that Trump gave a thumbs up
- 37:29Speaker 15: and that's his signature move, and they're trying to say
- 37:31Speaker 15: that that's somehow disrespectful. Yet he was the only president there.
- 37:35Speaker 15: So that's how crazy these people are. They're grasping at
- 37:37Speaker 15: straws to try to demonize Donald Trump anyway possible, and
- 37:42Speaker 15: anybody that has half a brain realizes that that is
- 37:44Speaker 15: all just bias and political garbage and nonsense.
- 37:50Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 37:51Speaker 4: Now, Kamala Harris will finally sit down for an interview,
- 37:55Speaker 4: well sort of.
- 37:55Speaker 3: It's going to be with CNN.
- 37:58Speaker 4: A very friendly interviewer. It's going to be pre recorded,
- 38:03Speaker 4: which is my biggest issue with it.
- 38:04Speaker 3: I wanted to be live.
- 38:07Speaker 4: Also, Tim Walls is going to be there by her side.
- 38:10Speaker 4: I mean, this isn't exactly displaying strength and confidence, is it.
- 38:15Speaker 4: I mean, surely with a very friendly pro Democrat journalist
- 38:20Speaker 4: on CNN, she could at least STI alive into mew.
- 38:25Speaker 15: Well, we definitely deserve a live interview because if you
- 38:27Speaker 15: look at the DNC, I'll be honest, when she read
- 38:30Speaker 15: her speech, she did a pretty good job. But anybody
- 38:33Speaker 15: that has any public speaking skills can usually read a speech.
- 38:36Speaker 15: It's much harder to try to improvise what you want
- 38:38Speaker 15: to say, and Kamala Harris has no ability to improvise whatsoever.
- 38:42Speaker 9: Now.
- 38:42Speaker 4: Earlier in the program and all week, really we've been
- 38:45Speaker 4: talking about Mark Zuckerberg, the boss of Facebook and Instagram,
- 38:50Speaker 4: finally admitting the extent of how the Biden Harris administration
- 38:55Speaker 4: and the FBI censored posts online everything from jokes to
- 39:00Speaker 4: very much factual information about the Biden family's dodgy business
- 39:04Speaker 4: dealings and what was revealed in Hunter Biden's laptop. Is
- 39:09Speaker 4: this example of the deep state trying to influence Well,
- 39:15Speaker 4: that's definitely an example of the deep state.
- 39:17Speaker 3: I won't even ask you about that.
- 39:19Speaker 4: I'm more interested in your take on why Zuckerberg is
- 39:23Speaker 4: doing this and why now? Why is he coming clean
- 39:27Speaker 4: with this informationation.
- 39:29Speaker 15: When it comes to social media companies, I like to
- 39:32Speaker 15: call them a technocracy because they own, you know, all
- 39:35Speaker 15: the digital distribution of whatever narrative they want to put
- 39:38Speaker 15: out there. They have full control. And Mark Zuckerberg, I
- 39:41Speaker 15: feel like he is becoming more conservative. When he saw
- 39:43Speaker 15: Donald Trump raise his fist after being shot that, he
- 39:46Speaker 15: said that that moved him personally and emotionally, So maybe
- 39:49Speaker 15: he's having a change of heart. But sadly, on Instagram
- 39:52Speaker 15: and on Facebook, people are still getting censored today, so
- 39:55Speaker 15: I don't see much of a change.
- 39:57Speaker 2: You know.
- 39:57Speaker 15: It's like all these leftist politicians. They talk about game,
- 40:00Speaker 15: but they talk the talk, but they don't walk the walk.
- 40:03Speaker 15: And I hope Mark Zuckerberg will actually, you know, apologize
- 40:06Speaker 15: and say listen, I should not have kicked Donald Trump,
- 40:09Speaker 15: a president, off of our social media platform.
- 40:11Speaker 2: That was wrong.
- 40:12Speaker 3: But Alex saying that, Alex, what Alex?
- 40:16Speaker 11: You?
- 40:16Speaker 3: You well?
- 40:19Speaker 4: Josh Hammer said pretty much the same thing on Monday,
- 40:22Speaker 4: and I think Zuckerberg has fooled him and you and
- 40:26Speaker 4: many others. I think this is just purely self interest,
- 40:30Speaker 4: self preservation. He knows if there's a second Trump term,
- 40:33Speaker 4: they're going to come for big tech. Vance has got
- 40:37Speaker 4: a big project in this area. He wants to break
- 40:40Speaker 4: up some of those virtual monopolies and actually have some
- 40:43Speaker 4: accountability for the sector. And I think he's just trying
- 40:45Speaker 4: to save his skin because.
- 40:47Speaker 3: He was complicit in this.
- 40:48Speaker 4: The man donated four hundred million dollars of his own
- 40:51Speaker 4: money in twenty twenty two fortify the election. So Alex, we.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Will disagree on that one, but always a pleasure.
- 41:00Speaker 10: You are right.
- 41:01Speaker 15: I can't debate you on that. You are one hundred
- 41:03Speaker 15: percent correct. I just want to hope and pray that
- 41:06Speaker 15: Mark Zuckerberg is getting red pilled and becoming more conservative.
- 41:10Speaker 15: But you are correct.
- 41:13Speaker 4: We love your work, Alex Stein. Will see you next
- 41:15Speaker 4: week and still to come. A new pushback against welcome
- 41:19Speaker 4: and acknowledgment of country announcements.
- 41:22Speaker 3: That's coming up next Welcome back.
- 41:33Speaker 4: Christian preacher David Pollow is being dragged before the Queensland
- 41:36Speaker 4: Human Rights Commission for refusing to begin a speech he
- 41:39Speaker 4: was giving at a religious conference without a welcome to
- 41:43Speaker 4: country or acknowledgment of a country ceremony. My next guest
- 41:47Speaker 4: believes this is a sign that there is a new
- 41:49Speaker 4: state religion that we all must obey. Political commentator and
- 41:54Speaker 4: legal academic rock Elercono joins me. Now, Rocko, what disturbed
- 42:01Speaker 4: you most about this case? Are we obliged to hold
- 42:06Speaker 4: welcome to country or acknowledgment of country announcements and ceremonies.
- 42:13Speaker 8: Well, two things confirm concern me most about this reader. Firstly,
- 42:18Speaker 8: that this would appear to be a breach of a
- 42:22Speaker 8: freedom of conscience and religion, the fundamental rights that Australia
- 42:25Speaker 8: is signed up to in the National Covenent of Civil
- 42:27Speaker 8: and Political Rights. I mean, this was a Christian event
- 42:31Speaker 8: led by a Christian preacher to talk about Christians in politics,
- 42:36Speaker 8: and someone gets offended because he disagrees with what he's heard,
- 42:39Speaker 8: and then the state gives him the right to all
- 42:41Speaker 8: that Christian preacher before a tribunal and seek sanctions and
- 42:45Speaker 8: address and binding rulings against him. That's concerning, and that
- 42:50Speaker 8: at another level it shows an ignorance of the reality.
- 42:54Speaker 8: If you look at the census figures, a vast majority
- 42:57Speaker 8: of Australian Aboriginals are actually Christian, and indeed George my
- 43:03Speaker 8: one of the Torres Strait islander elders, told the ninety
- 43:06Speaker 8: eight Constitutional Convention that the arrival of the Christian mysteries
- 43:10Speaker 8: there in eighteen seventy one was like the coming of
- 43:12Speaker 8: the light. And since then Christianity has been a fundamental
- 43:16Speaker 8: part of religion, culture and civic traditions of the Aboriginal
- 43:19Speaker 8: people there in the Torres Strait. And also statistically less
- 43:23Speaker 8: than two percent of Aboriginals adhere to traditional Aboriginal religious practices.
- 43:28Speaker 8: So at a fundamental rights level and at a statistical
- 43:31Speaker 8: ignorance of statistics level, these things are very concerning.
- 43:36Speaker 4: It is, but really the percentage of Indigenous people who
- 43:39Speaker 4: are Christian it should not matter in this case.
- 43:43Speaker 3: I mean, why do.
- 43:45Speaker 4: We have these quasi blasphemy laws where if you don't
- 43:49Speaker 4: comply as someone could take you before a tribunal. And
- 43:52Speaker 4: as we've said often with the Human Rights Commission, whether
- 43:55Speaker 4: it's state based or the Australian Human Rights Commission, the
- 43:58Speaker 4: process is the part of that is the stress, the
- 44:02Speaker 4: legal cost of being dragged through that is just enormous
- 44:06Speaker 4: for the ordinary person. Why do you like and them
- 44:10Speaker 4: welcome to country? Acknowledgment of country to ReLit religion.
- 44:17Speaker 8: Because the wording of a lot of these ceremonies talks
- 44:21Speaker 8: about the aboriginal spiritual connection with the land and sovereignty
- 44:26Speaker 8: over it, that this is the country that they're born
- 44:28Speaker 8: from and then they return to afterwards. I mean, that's
- 44:31Speaker 8: akin to animism and pagan ancestor worship. And there seems
- 44:37Speaker 8: to be a compulsion, if not peer pressure on the
- 44:39Speaker 8: part of schools and public corporations and government that if
- 44:44Speaker 8: you don't hold these ceremonies or even acknowledgments of country,
- 44:49Speaker 8: which seem to be coercions for us to respect aboriginal
- 44:53Speaker 8: sovereignty over the land as a form of ideological and
- 44:56Speaker 8: cultural control. If you don't do these things, then it's
- 44:59Speaker 8: a form of sacrilege. I mean, you're an analogy with
- 45:02Speaker 8: the quasi blasphemy laws is quite appropriate in these circumstances.
- 45:10Speaker 4: Now, what are an individual's rights in this situation. I'm
- 45:14Speaker 4: quite shocked that the queens aren't even Rights Commission would
- 45:18Speaker 4: hear this, They wouldn't just chuck it out without even
- 45:21Speaker 4: alerting the person to this complaint being made.
- 45:27Speaker 8: Well, this is the thing, reader, I mean, these complaints
- 45:30Speaker 8: the facility to make these complaints seems to facilitate more
- 45:35Speaker 8: activists by the day. And these welcome the country and
- 45:39Speaker 8: acknoledgement the country are just one part of it. I mean,
- 45:41Speaker 8: think about the banning of people going to landscapes. You
- 45:46Speaker 8: can't climb Here's Rock anymore, you can't go through the
- 45:50Speaker 8: falls near Broom in the northwest of Western Australia anymore.
- 45:53Speaker 8: You can't passage through or bush walk through the Grampian mountains.
- 45:58Speaker 8: And we've had Tenure Plibasic just the day cancel a
- 46:00Speaker 8: one billion dollar gold mine because someone in the weird
- 46:03Speaker 8: a jury people says it's culturally significant to them. This
- 46:08Speaker 8: is not just about welcome to country at school assemblies.
- 46:12Speaker 8: This is going much much deeper, and as you say,
- 46:15Speaker 8: people's rights to be able to turn up to these
- 46:20Speaker 8: things and not have anything of this significance ram down
- 46:24Speaker 8: their throats is being taken away from them.
- 46:28Speaker 4: And I know there's been also a discussion about what
- 46:32Speaker 4: is heard, whether it's a quantus plane landing or the
- 46:36Speaker 4: start of a meeting or a school assembly. Like you said,
- 46:39Speaker 4: these phrases that are just repeated, what's the meaning behind them?
- 46:44Speaker 3: Is there any depth or substance.
- 46:46Speaker 4: For example, I like to begin by acknowledging the traditional
- 46:49Speaker 4: owners of the land on which we meet today. I've
- 46:53Speaker 4: asked several people who are in favor of rush uttering
- 46:57Speaker 4: this line.
- 46:59Speaker 3: Who are the traditional owners? Are you talking about the
- 47:01Speaker 3: people who were there.
- 47:02Speaker 4: When white men arrived and settled in Australia or are
- 47:06Speaker 4: you talking about the original in happened inhabitants, because that
- 47:09Speaker 4: could be two different things. These tribes moved around and
- 47:13Speaker 4: even the next line.
- 47:15Speaker 3: That's typically uttered.
- 47:17Speaker 4: I would also like to pay my respects to elders, past,
- 47:20Speaker 4: present and emerging.
- 47:23Speaker 3: Again.
- 47:24Speaker 4: Why am I supposed to be paying respects to say
- 47:30Speaker 4: someone like a Lydia Thorpe, she's an emerging leader in
- 47:34Speaker 4: the community. I mean, I'd rather not, but it's I
- 47:38Speaker 4: think this is going to be something that there needs
- 47:41Speaker 4: to be a reckoning. There needs to be a very
- 47:44Speaker 4: honest discussion where all Australians feel entitled to participate. And
- 47:48Speaker 4: I think after the Voice referendum, this is the least
- 47:52Speaker 4: that can happened. Rocko, thank you so much for your time,
- 47:55Speaker 4: always appreciated. Thanks reader, and that's it from me. I'll
- 48:00Speaker 4: see you tomorrow night at nine point thirty four Lefties
- 48:04Speaker 4: losing it.
- 48:05Speaker 3: Good Night for an now,
