- 0:00Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Warning!
- 0:11Speaker 1: The Root!
- 0:11Speaker 2: The Root! The Root's on fire! You're about to experience
- 0:15Speaker 2: the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show of your life. Please
- 0:20Speaker 2: buckle up and hold on tightly. This station is not
- 0:22Speaker 2: responsible for injuries. This is Wayne Allen Root, America's favorite
- 0:26Speaker 2: conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:31Speaker 2: Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 1: What time is it?
- 0:33Speaker 2: It's time for War! Here's your host, 100% raw truth,
- 0:40Speaker 2: 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:00Speaker 1: All right. Wayne Allen Root. The Root, the Root, the
- 1:02Speaker 1: Root's on fire. Welcome to the show. America Speaks right
- 1:06Speaker 1: here on Real America's Voice TV. I think my voice
- 1:09Speaker 1: is better than yesterday, but it's rough when you do
- 1:13Speaker 1: as much talking as I do. You should see what
- 1:14Speaker 1: my day's like today. Let me give you a little
- 1:15Speaker 1: bit of taste of my schedule. I woke up very
- 1:18Speaker 1: early in the morning this morning. I went to bed
- 1:20Speaker 1: at 1.30 at night, and I got up at 6
- 1:22Speaker 1: in the morning to prepare for an interview with the
- 1:25Speaker 1: president of Serbia. I've interviewed the President of the United States,
- 1:29Speaker 1: Donald Trump, 17 times. I've interviewed the Prime Minister of
- 1:33Speaker 1: the UK. I've interviewed candidates for Prime Minister of Canada.
- 1:39Speaker 1: I've interviewed other world leaders. Today, I got the President
- 1:41Speaker 1: of Serbia. And following that interview, immediately, I was a
- 1:47Speaker 1: guest on Steve Bannon, which probably is running. It either
- 1:51Speaker 1: just ran or it's running right now, Steve Bannon Show.
- 1:54Speaker 1: I think War Room was just on his late edition.
- 1:57Speaker 1: And I taped it this morning and yeah, it just ran.
- 2:00Speaker 1: So I was on that one. I'm exhausted. And then
- 2:04Speaker 1: I thought I was going to get ready for my podcast.
- 2:06Speaker 1: And then of course, then this show comes after the podcast.
- 2:09Speaker 1: And then the phone rang and it was a reporter
- 2:11Speaker 1: from Atlantic Magazine, a very liberal but very popular magazine.
- 2:15Speaker 1: And he wanted to talk to me about my national
- 2:17Speaker 1: security emergency that I'm hoping President Trump will declare soon,
- 2:21Speaker 1: sooner rather than later, before the midterms. And I wound
- 2:25Speaker 1: up spending a half hour on the phone with that
- 2:27Speaker 1: reporter for the Atlantic Magazine. So just my day is
- 2:30Speaker 1: so long by the time I get to you. My
- 2:34Speaker 1: voice is already drowned out. This is an example of
- 2:37Speaker 1: what we're up against in the midterms. If you don't
- 2:39Speaker 1: understand it, I read this on Steve Bannon's show. I
- 2:42Speaker 1: opened my interview with Steve Bannon by reading this. And
- 2:45Speaker 1: now I'm going to read it to you. So this
- 2:47Speaker 1: is a hate mail that I got from a guy
- 2:49Speaker 1: named Robert who sends me mail all the time. Robert says,
- 2:53Speaker 1: I don't approve of the death penalty. But I wouldn't
- 2:57Speaker 1: shed one tear if Trump and everybody working under him
- 3:01Speaker 1: were hanged. Not the quick and merciful ways which kill instantly,
- 3:08Speaker 1: but the kind which strangles people in a slow, agonizing way,
- 3:13Speaker 1: including you, Wayne Root. I hope Trump dies as soon
- 3:18Speaker 1: as possible and will be tortured for eternity the way
- 3:22Speaker 1: that he so richly deserves to be.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Robert.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Now, I don't know about you, is that not a
- 3:28Speaker 1: death threat to Trump and to me and to everybody
- 3:30Speaker 1: who works for Trump? And I get these every day,
- 3:33Speaker 1: every hour of every day, and I get them from
- 3:35Speaker 1: Robert usually once a week. I clockwork. These are crazy people.
- 3:39Speaker 1: They're all mentally ill, mentally deranged people. And it's not
- 3:44Speaker 1: a tiny subsection of the Democrat Party. It's basically all
- 3:48Speaker 1: of them. It's an entire party. You know, my guest
- 3:51Speaker 1: on my podcast today, Jerome, Corsi and Peter Tickton together
- 3:59Speaker 1: teamed up to co-author a column at the Gateway Pundit,
- 4:03Speaker 1: which celebrated my national security emergency and how President Trump
- 4:07Speaker 1: has got to do it. And it's been the headline
- 4:10Speaker 1: column all day at the Gateway Pundit. And it was
- 4:13Speaker 1: all celebrating my idea, national security emergency, and mentioning it's
- 4:17Speaker 1: Wayne Root's idea. Thank you, Peter. Thank you, Jerome. And
- 4:20Speaker 1: then Peter was my guest on my show today, Peter Tickton. Now,
- 4:24Speaker 1: I'm not saying this I'm telling you that Peter Tickton
- 4:27Speaker 1: said this. Peter Tickton's an attorney. He's a brilliant attorney.
- 4:31Speaker 1: He's a credible attorney. He's been around forever. He was
- 4:35Speaker 1: President Trump's classmate at military school. He's from Malvern in
- 4:38Speaker 1: New York, same place as me, same town of all
- 4:40Speaker 1: towns in the world, Malvern in New York, both me
- 4:42Speaker 1: and Peter Tickton. And Peter says there is, he's seen
- 4:48Speaker 1: the proof of stolen elections. He knows elections are being stolen.
- 4:50Speaker 1: He knows machines are stealing them. He wants President Trump
- 4:53Speaker 1: to adopt my national security emergency. And he also said
- 4:56Speaker 1: that if Democrats win, they're going to impeach President Trump
- 5:02Speaker 1: and they're going to impeach J.D. Vance, the vice president,
- 5:05Speaker 1: and then automatically kick them both out and install the
- 5:09Speaker 1: Speaker of the House as President of the United States.
- 5:14Speaker 1: We're in a lot of trouble. He says that if
- 5:16Speaker 1: that happens, if that happens, and he says it's going
- 5:21Speaker 1: to happen, he says they will steal the election in
- 5:23Speaker 1: a way that gives them the votes necessary to impeach Trump.
- 5:27Speaker 1: And if that happens, he says, we're all going to
- 5:30Speaker 1: be arrested and we're all going to be in prison
- 5:32Speaker 1: or dead. They're going to come knocking on our door.
- 5:34Speaker 1: He says, I'll be dead. Peter says he will be
- 5:36Speaker 1: dead and Wayne Root will be dead. They're going to
- 5:39Speaker 1: come and kill us. I don't know. I don't know
- 5:41Speaker 1: if that's true. I said, that could be the most
- 5:42Speaker 1: extreme example. I said, let me give you a more
- 5:45Speaker 1: moderate example. If we stay home and we don't vote
- 5:49Speaker 1: because you're mad at the Iran war, you're mad at inflation,
- 5:51Speaker 1: you're mad at gas prices. You're mad at how Trump
- 5:53Speaker 1: handled Epstein. I don't care what the reason is. If
- 5:56Speaker 1: you stay home and you don't vote, and Democrats manage
- 6:01Speaker 1: to win, and they don't install their House Speaker, who's
- 6:10Speaker 1: a Muslim, by the way, as President of the United States,
- 6:13Speaker 1: and they don't start arresting people yet and killing people
- 6:17Speaker 1: and arresting talk shows and conservative influencers and conservative politicians,
- 6:22Speaker 1: Let's say all of that's extreme and it's a worst
- 6:25Speaker 1: case scenario. Here's my moderate scenario that is gonna happen, okay?
- 6:31Speaker 1: Trump remains president for the next two years, but he
- 6:34Speaker 1: is a lame duck president, the very definition of lame duck,
- 6:36Speaker 1: and he will never pass another bill. The MAGA agenda's dead.
- 6:39Speaker 1: President Trump spends the next two years playing games at
- 6:43Speaker 1: his desk and playing golf and giving out pardons. That's
- 6:48Speaker 1: all he can do. He actually has no chance to
- 6:50Speaker 1: do anything for the next two years, and he becomes
- 6:53Speaker 1: the ultimate lame duck president. And because he accomplishes nothing
- 6:57Speaker 1: in the last two years, the economy could collapse. And
- 7:00Speaker 1: because we don't have a Republican House and Senate with
- 7:03Speaker 1: a Republican president, he gets absolutely nothing done, which makes
- 7:06Speaker 1: the economy collapse, which makes things get worse and worse.
- 7:09Speaker 1: We could wind up in a Great Depression. And because
- 7:12Speaker 1: he does absolutely nothing for the last two years, he
- 7:15Speaker 1: has nothing to brag about, and the GOP has nothing
- 7:17Speaker 1: to brag about going into the 2028 presidential election. because
- 7:21Speaker 1: Trump is not on the ticket. Remember the last time
- 7:24Speaker 1: we elected a Republican.
- 7:27Speaker 4: As president, not.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Named Trump, was George W. Bush. That's how long ago
- 7:30Speaker 1: it was. 20 years ago, right? 2004 was the last
- 7:35Speaker 1: time a Republican was elected because then we had Obama
- 7:37Speaker 1: and then we had Obama again, then we had Trump,
- 7:39Speaker 1: then we had Biden, then we have Trump again. So
- 7:41Speaker 1: it's been all that time since 2004. So it's been
- 7:44Speaker 1: over 20 years since, And by 2028, it'll be almost
- 7:50Speaker 1: 25 years since there's been any Republican elected president besides Trump,
- 7:54Speaker 1: not named Trump. So the odds of J.D. Vance or
- 7:58Speaker 1: Marco Rubio or anybody else winning are pretty low. And
- 8:01Speaker 1: we lose the presidency in 2028 because we lost the
- 8:04Speaker 1: midterm and we accomplished nothing. For the next two years,
- 8:07Speaker 1: we have no momentum going into 2028. And we lose
- 8:10Speaker 1: in 2028. And then at that point, Democrats are in
- 8:13Speaker 1: control of the census in 2030. and they allow illegals
- 8:16Speaker 1: to be counted in the census, and they bring in
- 8:18Speaker 1: another 25 million illegals, and the country's done forever, and
- 8:22Speaker 1: no Republican will ever be elected again to the presidency,
- 8:25Speaker 1: and they make Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico states. They
- 8:28Speaker 1: had four Democrat senators. They packed the Supreme Court, and
- 8:32Speaker 1: America's finished forever. It's gone, all because we let a
- 8:35Speaker 1: midterm slip away, where President Trump was inches away from
- 8:39Speaker 1: doing everything that needed to be done, just like Ronald Reagan.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Ronald Reagan, after his first two years try to turn
- 8:45Speaker 1: around the Jimmy Carter economy was going nowhere. Nowhere. It
- 8:48Speaker 1: was a disaster. And then guess what happened in the
- 8:51Speaker 1: third year? The economy exploded. And then the last six
- 8:54Speaker 1: years of Reagan was the greatest economic go times in
- 8:57Speaker 1: the history of the world. The 80s were great. You
- 9:00Speaker 1: just had to be patient. And Trump is on the
- 9:03Speaker 1: verge of pulling a Reagan. And all we had to
- 9:07Speaker 1: do was be patient. But see, you know, my wife
- 9:09Speaker 1: pointed something out to me, Cindy. Last night we were
- 9:13Speaker 1: at dinner. And see, I don't read the news on
- 9:15Speaker 1: my phone. I've got an iPhone. I never look at
- 9:17Speaker 1: Apple News. I never look at Yahoo News. I never
- 9:20Speaker 1: look at Google News. I never look at any of
- 9:21Speaker 1: that stuff. I go to the Gateway Pundit. I go
- 9:24Speaker 1: to my website, RootForAmerica.com. I go to all the conservative websites.
- 9:27Speaker 1: I go to FoxNews.com. I go to Breitbart.com. You know,
- 9:31Speaker 1: I go to NewYorkPost.com. All the conservative websites. But she
- 9:36Speaker 1: looks at whatever comes up on her phone and she
- 9:38Speaker 1: says every single thing. Negative Trump. Negative Trump. Negative Trump.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Negative Trump. Negative Trump. There is never a positive word
- 9:45Speaker 1: about Trump. It's only attacks and demonization of Trump. And
- 9:49Speaker 1: this is what, this steady beat of news media that
- 9:53Speaker 1: is in the bag for the Democrat Party, that's the
- 9:56Speaker 1: PR wing of the Democrat Party, that's all anybody hears about.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Trump is. 24 hours a day, every single bit of
- 10:03Speaker 1: bad news on this earth is blamed on Trump, on Google,
- 10:06Speaker 1: and every other piece of social media, MSM, and Yahoo,
- 10:10Speaker 1: and Apple. They all attack Trump all day long. It
- 10:14Speaker 1: is a nonstop, just... If it was a football game,
- 10:18Speaker 1: it'd be like a 70-0 final score. It's always against Trump.
- 10:23Speaker 1: And so after a while, everyone starts to believe it.
- 10:25Speaker 1: It's brainwashing. It's massive propaganda brainwashing like the Soviet Union
- 10:29Speaker 1: because Democrats are communists and they're in charge. This is
- 10:32Speaker 1: what's going on all day long. And then if that's
- 10:34Speaker 1: not bad enough, and your kids are being brainwashed in school, obviously,
- 10:39Speaker 1: Federal Reserve raises interest rates by 25 basis points ahead
- 10:43Speaker 1: of the midterms. And I want to point out, see
- 10:46Speaker 1: if I can find it here. A great story here
- 10:51Speaker 1: from Zero Hedge. My friend, Kim Perridge, sent this to me.
- 10:55Speaker 1: And what it says is, in 2024, you had Jerome
- 11:00Speaker 1: Powell as the head of the Fed. And he cut
- 11:04Speaker 1: interest rates by 50 basis points two months before the
- 11:08Speaker 1: presidential election. And that was with Biden as president, right?
- 11:13Speaker 1: In 2024, Biden was president. He cut interest rates by
- 11:16Speaker 1: a half point to help Joe Biden and Joe Biden's
- 11:19Speaker 1: economy with the core CPI inflation measuring 3.3%. All right.

- 14:50Speaker 1: Wayne Allyn Root, the Root, the Root, the Root's on fire.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Now I'm going to take some calls in just a second.
- 14:54Speaker 1: I want to start out the segment by telling you
- 14:56Speaker 1: about some of the big news stories and then we'll
- 14:58Speaker 1: get to the calls. I explained to you how much
- 15:01Speaker 1: they hate us, how much they want to kill us,
- 15:03Speaker 1: how much they want to enslave us, imprison us, take
- 15:06Speaker 1: our property away. As communists always do, Vietnam, Cuba, Soviet Union,
- 15:11Speaker 1: China and Mao. The list goes on and on and on.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Find me a communist country, East Germany. They all do
- 15:18Speaker 1: the same things. They want massive censorship, massive weaponization of government,
- 15:22Speaker 1: arresting people for their opinions. Canada is now a communist country.
- 15:25Speaker 1: United Kingdom is now a communist country. And they're about
- 15:28Speaker 1: to take America. Peter Tickton claims, the attorney, and I
- 15:32Speaker 1: certainly believe him, he's a very credible guy. He claims
- 15:34Speaker 1: they rigged the election and stole it through the machines
- 15:37Speaker 1: in South Korea. South Korea now is run by a
- 15:40Speaker 1: communist now who wants China to take over South Korea.
- 15:43Speaker 1: He says it's all over. South Korea is now a
- 15:45Speaker 1: property of China. Arkansas Democrat Haley Schaffner, she's running for U.S.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Senate to unseat Senator Tom Cotton. And she won't win
- 15:56Speaker 1: because it's Arkansas. I don't care what they do with
- 15:58Speaker 1: the machines. Arkansas is an all-red state. She's got zero chance.
- 16:02Speaker 1: But she said, we would trade five American citizens for
- 16:06Speaker 1: one undocumented immigrant. There you have it. That's the entire
- 16:10Speaker 1: belief system of the Democrat Party. They hate us. They
- 16:14Speaker 1: would take five Americans, whether they be white, black, or Latino,
- 16:17Speaker 1: but I'm sure She's thinking of five white people born
- 16:20Speaker 1: in America, and she would trade them for one illegal alien.
- 16:23Speaker 1: That's how little she thinks of us. And that's how
- 16:26Speaker 1: they treat us every single day. Here's the mayor of Chicago,
- 16:29Speaker 1: Brandon Johnson. He says, illegal immigrants are an essential part
- 16:33Speaker 1: of who we are. Yeah, they are. They're an essential
- 16:36Speaker 1: part of Chicago, not the rest of our country. Chicago's
- 16:41Speaker 1: enemy territory. How about this undercover video obtained by the
- 16:45Speaker 1: Daily Wire? has blown a hole in Democrat James Tallarico's
- 16:49Speaker 1: latest campaign makeover. He's caught on tape. His own church
- 16:54Speaker 1: minister says his sudden moderation is a con. And once
- 16:59Speaker 1: he gets elected, he'll change his tune back to where
- 17:02Speaker 1: he was. Of course, all the Democrats who act moderate
- 17:07Speaker 1: are communists and radical Muslims, or they support radical Islam.
- 17:11Speaker 1: They're all crazy. And by the way, Peter Tickton let
- 17:14Speaker 1: something slip that I think is totally true because I've
- 17:16Speaker 1: thought it, but I haven't said it. I've said out
- 17:18Speaker 1: loud that I believe that Tucker Carlson is owned now
- 17:21Speaker 1: by Muslim nations or maybe owned by China. He's a
- 17:26Speaker 1: Jew-hating scumbag. He's gone from one of my heroes and
- 17:29Speaker 1: the leading conservative voice in America to a completely owned, enslaved, bribed,
- 17:35Speaker 1: blackmailed scumbag, evil. And Peter Tickton said he's either Muslim,
- 17:40Speaker 1: he's either converted already, or he's in the process of
- 17:43Speaker 1: converting to Islam. He said Tucker Carlson is now a Muslim.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I would think that's totally true because he now has
- 17:51Speaker 1: a house in Qatar. Excuse me again, talking all day.
- 17:55Speaker 1: He's got a house in Qatar. That's beyond strange. That's
- 17:58Speaker 1: beyond weird. That is impossible to believe. He owns a
- 18:03Speaker 1: house in Qatar. He talks all the time how Sharia
- 18:05Speaker 1: law is better than what's going on in the United
- 18:06Speaker 1: States and how Muslim countries are much safer in the
- 18:09Speaker 1: United States, big cities in the United States. That he
- 18:11Speaker 1: might be right about, by the way, because in the
- 18:13Speaker 1: big cities in the United States run by Democrats, the
- 18:16Speaker 1: crime is through the roof. No one is safe walking
- 18:19Speaker 1: the streets. And in a Muslim city, you probably are
- 18:22Speaker 1: safe because any Muslim that steals will get their hand
- 18:24Speaker 1: cut off. Any Muslim that kills will be killed. Any
- 18:26Speaker 1: Muslim that rapes will have his penis cut off. That's
- 18:29Speaker 1: Sharia law. So maybe you are safer walking through the street,
- 18:32Speaker 1: but God forbid you have an opinion different than the government,
- 18:35Speaker 1: they will kill you. But is Tucker Carlson a Muslim?
- 18:39Speaker 1: Just like I believe Obama's probably a Muslim, but there's
- 18:41Speaker 1: no way of knowing. I can't prove it. These aren't facts.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Just my gut instinct that Obama's a Muslim, raised a Muslim,
- 18:47Speaker 1: and he is a Muslim. And he supports Muslims at
- 18:49Speaker 1: all times over us and over Jews and over Christians.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And I believe Tucker Carlson's the same thing now. I've
- 18:55Speaker 1: been thinking it. Even I didn't want to say it,
- 18:57Speaker 1: but Peter Tickton said it. So I'll go along with it.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Now I can take the candidates out of the bag.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Here's another story. FBI agent wanted to criminally investigate Elon Musk.
- 19:08Speaker 1: FBI agents were lining up to go after conservatives, including
- 19:12Speaker 1: Elon Musk. You know, you could be the richest man
- 19:13Speaker 1: in the world. You could be worth a trillion dollars.
- 19:16Speaker 1: They could put you in jail for 10 years for nothing.
- 19:21Speaker 1: If the FBI wants to frame you, they can frame you,
- 19:23Speaker 1: just like when Obama was president. I was a very successful,
- 19:26Speaker 1: wealthy businessman, and he sicked the IRS on me. For
- 19:29Speaker 1: four years, they tried to destroy my life. And they
- 19:32Speaker 1: would have loved to send me to jail, or to,
- 19:34Speaker 1: if they failed at sending me to jail, make me
- 19:36Speaker 1: a criminal. If it was just civil, they would love
- 19:38Speaker 1: to bankrupt me and take everything I've got. And they
- 19:40Speaker 1: tried to do both, and they never got even close
- 19:42Speaker 1: to it, and they had to give up. and they
- 19:44Speaker 1: couldn't find one line of one tax return that was wrong.
- 19:47Speaker 1: And so I didn't owe a penny, and I beat them.
- 19:50Speaker 1: with the best lawyer in the world. And guess what happened?
- 19:52Speaker 1: With the best lawyer and the best accountant, guess what
- 19:54Speaker 1: happened to the lawyer and the accountant? They audited them.
- 19:56Speaker 1: They went after them. Every person associated with me, they
- 19:59Speaker 1: went after, including my own legal defense and my own accountant.
- 20:06Speaker 3: All right.
- 20:07Speaker 1: 800-347-ROOT. 800-347-ROOT. Call up and talk right now. We'll be
- 20:12Speaker 1: right back.
- 20:18Speaker 3: All right.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Wade Allen Root. Just so you know that my gut
- 20:22Speaker 1: is always in the right place. Always in the right place.
- 20:26Speaker 1: I went out of my way to talk about this issue.
- 20:28Speaker 1: And I don't know if it was on my radio show,
- 20:30Speaker 1: my American Top Ten show. or this show, America Speaks.
- 20:35Speaker 1: I have so many shows, it gets confusing. I don't
- 20:37Speaker 1: know which one I talked about it. But three months ago,
- 20:39Speaker 1: I talked about a woman who was criticizing the town's
- 20:43Speaker 1: water system in a small town in Texas called Trinidad, Texas.
- 20:49Speaker 1: And she's actually a beautiful woman, a beautiful blonde. And
- 20:52Speaker 1: she's criticizing the Texas water system in her town because
- 20:57Speaker 1: people are getting sick from drinking the water and it
- 20:58Speaker 1: comes out brown. And before she criticized it, The town
- 21:03Speaker 1: issued a warning that the water's undrinkable and we're worried
- 21:07Speaker 1: about it and you've got to boil your water. And
- 21:09Speaker 1: then she started talking about it and she said, if
- 21:11Speaker 1: you have gotten sick from drinking this water, contact me
- 21:15Speaker 1: and tell me your story because I want to bring
- 21:17Speaker 1: all these stories into the media and I want to
- 21:19Speaker 1: bring them to City Hall. So I want to be
- 21:22Speaker 1: the conduit, right? What's wrong with that? Nothing. She gets
- 21:25Speaker 1: a knock on her door. It's the police and they've
- 21:26Speaker 1: come to arrest her. She's inciting violence. And at the time,
- 21:31Speaker 1: I lost my mind because I'm the biggest pro-police guy
- 21:33Speaker 1: in the world. Don't ever think anything otherwise out of
- 21:36Speaker 1: a thousand stories about the police. I'm with the police.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Nine hundred and ninety eight. I love the police. I
- 21:42Speaker 1: love policemen. Matter of fact, if there's one thing in
- 21:44Speaker 1: life that I missed a calling, I should have been
- 21:46Speaker 1: a cop. I wanted to be a cop, but I
- 21:48Speaker 1: also wanted to get rich and I decided to be
- 21:49Speaker 1: a businessman. But I'd love to be a cop. I
- 21:51Speaker 1: wish I was a cop. I wish I was a detective.
- 21:53Speaker 1: I would have been a great detective.
- 21:55Speaker 6: But.
- 21:56Speaker 1: I just love police. And every time I hear a
- 21:58Speaker 1: policeman is shot, a tear comes out of my eye.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Every time I hear a policeman isn't coming home tonight,
- 22:02Speaker 1: they were killed, shot dead. I cry. I love cops,
- 22:06Speaker 1: but that doesn't mean there aren't bad cops. And these
- 22:09Speaker 1: cops were ordered to go to this woman's house and
- 22:12Speaker 1: arrest her for saying that the water is bad. And
- 22:16Speaker 1: I want to hear your stories of being sick from
- 22:18Speaker 1: drinking the water because I want to help you. In America,
- 22:21Speaker 1: you're arrested for that. They took her to jail. She
- 22:25Speaker 1: spent the night in jail. And so the result of that,
- 22:29Speaker 1: just to show you, my antenna's always up and it's
- 22:32Speaker 1: always right. The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement issued a
- 22:37Speaker 1: ruling on September 9th revoking the city's license to operate
- 22:41Speaker 1: a police department. They determined the city's police department had
- 22:45Speaker 1: failed to meet even minimum standards and were unable to
- 22:48Speaker 1: provide evidence that the agency provides any public benefit to
- 22:52Speaker 1: the community. all because of what they did to this woman.
- 22:55Speaker 1: They are no longer a police department. All the policemen
- 22:58Speaker 1: have lost their jobs. They've all been fired. Police cars
- 23:01Speaker 1: are sitting idle. And there's going to be some county
- 23:03Speaker 1: police that run the jurisdiction and take care of the jurisdiction.
- 23:07Speaker 1: They gave a bad name to policemen everywhere because they
- 23:10Speaker 1: looked like Nazis. They looked like the Gestapo. This is
- 23:14Speaker 1: not what we can allow in the United States of America.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I wanted to make that point. Even though I'm the
- 23:20Speaker 1: most pro-police guy in the world, When the police start
- 23:22Speaker 1: to act like Gestapo, we all need to speak up.
- 23:25Speaker 1: And that cannot happen to a nice mother in the
- 23:28Speaker 1: United States of America. It just cannot. It cannot happen
- 23:31Speaker 1: to you or me or a nice woman that they
- 23:34Speaker 1: take you to prison because you question how dirty the
- 23:36Speaker 1: water is in your town.
- 23:38Speaker 2: All right.
- 23:39Speaker 1: I'm glad I was proven right on that one. Let's
- 23:41Speaker 1: get back with Dave from Cincinnati. Dave, are you done
- 23:44Speaker 1: with your rant? I came back to you. Do you
- 23:45Speaker 1: have more to say?
- 23:46Speaker 11: Yeah, I got more to say. You got me?
- 23:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I got you. I got you.
- 23:52Speaker 11: Go ahead.
- 23:52Speaker 1: The floor is yours.
- 23:55Speaker 11: Yeah, that's an interesting story. Of course, I'm like you.
- 23:59Speaker 11: I've always supported the police and stuff, but there's been
- 24:02Speaker 11: plenty of bad cases where there's some bad apples out there,
- 24:05Speaker 11: and especially small towns. I mean, they used to always
- 24:08Speaker 11: make fun of the small town cops. You couldn't trust them,
- 24:10Speaker 11: and they're on the.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Take, blah, blah, blah.
- 24:12Speaker 11: So, I mean, that could be very easily what it is.
- 24:15Speaker 11: But you've got to remember something. A lot of these
- 24:17Speaker 11: big cities now, They're run by all Democrats. And the
- 24:21Speaker 11: first thing they do when they take over control is
- 24:24Speaker 11: they get the police chief, if he's any type of
- 24:27Speaker 11: conservative or a straight shooter or whatever, they fire him
- 24:30Speaker 11: and put in one of their phony baloney hacks. And,
- 24:34Speaker 11: you know, to make another example about, look what happened
- 24:36Speaker 11: with law enforcement, how corrupted God was. Look at Washington, D.C.
- 24:40Speaker 11: with the January 6th thing. And we could go into
- 24:43Speaker 11: a big... thing about it, but I don't want to
- 24:47Speaker 11: waste our time doing that. We have bigger fish to fry.
- 24:50Speaker 11: But here's what I'm concerned about. Dave, hold on.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Dave, let me interject one thing. Even worse than January
- 24:59Speaker 1: 6th was the police during COVID. And again, that wasn't
- 25:03Speaker 1: necessarily the police's fault, but police officers were ordered by
- 25:07Speaker 1: Democrat politicians to shut down your business while they let
- 25:11Speaker 1: Costco stay open And Home Depot stay open and Walmart
- 25:14Speaker 1: stay open. Every small business that tried to stay open,
- 25:18Speaker 1: they threatened to put people in jail, the small business owners.
- 25:21Speaker 1: And they made you close your business and people went
- 25:23Speaker 1: out of business and people lost their life savings. And again,
- 25:27Speaker 1: is that the police's fault? I don't know. It's questionable.
- 25:29Speaker 1: They're being ordered by the politicians and they have to
- 25:32Speaker 1: follow the orders or they lose their job and they
- 25:34Speaker 1: need their income too. So I get it. But police
- 25:37Speaker 1: are often used by communist and tyrant politicians to carry
- 25:45Speaker 1: out bad orders and do bad things to good Americans
- 25:48Speaker 1: and patriotic Americans who are trying their best. So, you know,
- 25:51Speaker 1: sometimes it's not the cops' fault, but they are a
- 25:53Speaker 1: tool used by tyrants, authoritarian tyrants, to stick their boots
- 25:59Speaker 1: on our neck. So that's the thing I don't like
- 26:01Speaker 1: about police. And during COVID, they were awful. They were awful.
- 26:04Speaker 1: I mean, they just disgraced themselves. But it wasn't them.
- 26:07Speaker 1: They were ordered to do it by their Democrat bosses.
- 26:12Speaker 11: Well, Wayne, I'll give you the poster boy for exactly
- 26:15Speaker 11: what you're talking about. That was right down here in Kentucky.
- 26:18Speaker 11: This no-good Andy Beshear, he ordered the cops to go
- 26:22Speaker 11: out there and arrest the preachers. I've talked to a
- 26:25Speaker 11: number of the different preachers. They were all threatened they
- 26:28Speaker 11: would haul you right straight to jail unless you shut
- 26:31Speaker 11: your church down. put the chains and locks on the doors,
- 26:35Speaker 11: and they had to be shut down for, you know,
- 26:37Speaker 11: they'd been varied places and places. And that was Andy Beshear,
- 26:41Speaker 11: no good rotten Democrat, running with his thugs in Kentucky.
- 26:46Speaker 11: And let me just tell you another thing, too. Louisville
- 26:48Speaker 11: has got one of the worst crime rates in the
- 26:51Speaker 11: whole country. Now, it's all documented. Trump and Cash Patel
- 26:54Speaker 11: have been talking about the wonderful work that the cops
- 26:57Speaker 11: and those guys have done, cracking down and murders are down.
- 27:01Speaker 3: And everything like that.
- 27:02Speaker 11: But any time you have a state like Kentucky run
- 27:05Speaker 11: by a no-good Democrat governor like Beshear that they're talking
- 27:09Speaker 11: about being a VP or he's this or that.
- 27:11Speaker 3: Or whatever, but he's a fraud.
- 27:13Speaker 11: But Chicago... Illinois with the pathetic governor and the pathetic
- 27:18Speaker 11: mayor of Chicago. Anytime you have Democrats running the show,
- 27:22Speaker 11: criminals are going to run footloose and fancy free. And
- 27:27Speaker 11: so that's what we're up against. But that's why I
- 27:30Speaker 11: keep saying Trump needs to put together his all-star team,
- 27:34Speaker 11: make it the Magnificent Seven, make it the A-team. They've
- 27:38Speaker 11: got to get out every day and bypass big media
- 27:42Speaker 11: because they're going to lie and twist things around. You
- 27:45Speaker 11: got to beat them on social media, just like where
- 27:48Speaker 11: you're kicking booty. And now they're all trying to do
- 27:50Speaker 11: hit jobs on you and stuff like that. So I
- 27:53Speaker 11: would tell everybody we can't get too discouraged. We got
- 27:57Speaker 11: to band together and stick together and we got to
- 27:59Speaker 11: take advantage of.
- 28:00Speaker 3: The tools we have. Now, am I right or wrong?
- 28:03Speaker 1: No, you're right. And when I mentioned that, my wife
- 28:05Speaker 1: says every single piece of news she gets on her
- 28:08Speaker 1: phone is anti-Trump, negative Trump, demonizing Trump. Yeah. Trump had
- 28:11Speaker 1: to be the worst guy in the world. But this
- 28:13Speaker 1: has happened before. It happened in 2016. And despite every
- 28:18Speaker 1: bit of news being negative, he won. And it happened
- 28:21Speaker 1: in 2020. And despite all the news being negative, you
- 28:24Speaker 1: and I both know he won there too. But then
- 28:26Speaker 1: they stole it in several key states with fake votes.
- 28:29Speaker 1: We all know that. I mean, in Georgia, it's so
- 28:31Speaker 1: crystal clear now. that the election was stolen. It's beyond belief.
- 28:35Speaker 1: So they stole it from him. He won in 2020,
- 28:37Speaker 1: despite all the negativity. And then in 2024, they were
- 28:41Speaker 1: just as negative. Every piece of news was anti-Trump and pro-Kamala.
- 28:46Speaker 1: And he won again, and he won in a landslide
- 28:49Speaker 1: and won all seven battleground states. So we can win
- 28:53Speaker 1: despite all the brainwashing. The average person must not be susceptible.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Certainly the average Republican conservative patriot is not susceptible to
- 29:03Speaker 1: all the brainwashing, and we could still win if they
- 29:05Speaker 1: come out and vote, and if the machines are not
- 29:08Speaker 1: completely corrupted by outside foreign influences that are going to
- 29:12Speaker 1: flip votes against us, but we still could win. We
- 29:16Speaker 1: really could. And by the way, in 2020, when everyone
- 29:19Speaker 1: is so sure the machines cheated Trump, and I'm sure
- 29:21Speaker 1: they did, we still won if you count the fair
- 29:25Speaker 1: and square votes. Even with the machine flips, we won.
- 29:29Speaker 1: But then they beat us with midnight and two in
- 29:33Speaker 1: the morning and four in the morning drops of fake
- 29:36Speaker 1: mail-in ballots. So we can win if we come out
- 29:39Speaker 1: in local. enough numbers. Dave, we got to go to
- 29:41Speaker 1: a break. I got to say goodbye. Thank you for
- 29:43Speaker 1: calling in. Appreciate it. Dave is a good talker, man.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Good talker. Let me mention the sponsor of this show,

- 34:57Speaker 5: Join now at VRAinsider.com.
- 35:06Speaker 2: All right.
- 35:06Speaker 1: We've got a lot of calls lined up, so I'm
- 35:08Speaker 1: going to ask you to go quick. Be brief and
- 35:11Speaker 1: go quick. I want to get everybody in. Let's start
- 35:13Speaker 1: with JD from Las Vegas. JD, you've got to be
- 35:16Speaker 1: brief because we've got a lot of callers and I
- 35:18Speaker 1: want to keep it tight. Go ahead.
- 35:19Speaker 2: Shoot.
- 35:19Speaker 1: The floor is yours.
- 35:21Speaker 3: Hey, Wayne, next time you have your show at the Ahern,
- 35:25Speaker 3: you got to invite Columbus Dave, Cincinnati Dave out. Get
- 35:29Speaker 3: on your Harley, Dave, and come on out. He'd be
- 35:31Speaker 3: the best warmer back in Las Vegas that week.
- 35:35Speaker 1: He's very good. He's a talker.
- 35:39Speaker 3: Second of all, with your help, my instigation, your help,
- 35:43Speaker 3: and Dave's help, Billy C's show is now back on
- 35:46Speaker 3: 670 the last two weeks, 7 to 10, so we
- 35:49Speaker 3: can listen to you when you have that show, 7
- 35:51Speaker 3: to 10 on Sunday night. And when I pat myself
- 35:54Speaker 3: on the back, I pushed for that for over a year.
- 35:58Speaker 3: You're a good man. You talked about Georgia. The post
- 36:02Speaker 3: office released the report two days ago, 18,000 and some
- 36:05Speaker 3: odd votes. were cast in the 2020 election for senator
- 36:12Speaker 3: and president from vacant lots. Mail-in ballots from vacant lots. Purdue,
- 36:18Speaker 3: who lost the primaries Perdue, who lost the primary with 49.9,
- 36:25Speaker 3: he needed 50.1. And then he had to have a
- 36:27Speaker 3: runoff with Jack Ossoff. And he lost Ossoff. So he
- 36:32Speaker 3: probably would have won if those 18,000 votes from parking
- 36:37Speaker 3: lots weren't counted. And Trump would have won with 11,000,
- 36:42Speaker 3: so forth. Anyhow, that's news. And I wanted to bring
- 36:46Speaker 3: that up to you. And also... J.D., J.D., hold on,
- 36:49Speaker 3: hold on.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Let me interrupt you. Don't forget that they now think
- 36:52Speaker 1: Ossoff is a prime candidate for president of the United States.
- 36:56Speaker 1: They cheated to put him in, and now they think
- 36:58Speaker 1: he's going to be the president because he's young and
- 37:01Speaker 1: he's handsome. They think he's a John F. Kennedy. They
- 37:03Speaker 1: had to cheat for him to win, and now he's
- 37:06Speaker 1: a presidential timber. Yeah, okay.
- 37:09Speaker 3: Yeah, well, you inform your Jewish friends, Mr. Ossoff, his
- 37:13Speaker 3: stance on Israel. And I believe Mr. Ossoff is of
- 37:16Speaker 3: the Jewish faith.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Well, he may be of the Jewish faith, but I'm
- 37:20Speaker 1: sure he's very anti-Israel because all these liberal Jews don't
- 37:24Speaker 1: understand anything about where they come from and they hate Israel. So,
- 37:27Speaker 1: you know, it's.
- 37:28Speaker 3: Par for the course. That's what I'm saying. He's made
- 37:31Speaker 3: statements against Netanyahu and Israel. So he's not a friend
- 37:36Speaker 3: of Israel.
- 37:37Speaker 1: And by the way, right now I'm working on setting
- 37:39Speaker 1: up an interview. with me and Benjamin Netanyahu. So I'm
- 37:44Speaker 1: hoping to sit down with Benjamin Netanyahu, whether he calls
- 37:47Speaker 1: in or whether I have to fly to Israel. I'm
- 37:49Speaker 1: planning to interview the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu,
- 37:51Speaker 1: for Real America's Voice TV. Today I interviewed the President
- 37:54Speaker 1: of Serbia, but now I'm working on, and I just
- 37:56Speaker 1: spoke to someone today in Israel who's close to Prime
- 38:00Speaker 1: Minister Netanyahu, and he's going to pitch him hard for
- 38:02Speaker 1: Wayne Root to do an interview with him. So we're
- 38:04Speaker 1: going to have that for you very soon.
- 38:07Speaker 3: I put Netanyahu in the category of Churchill, Reagan, And
- 38:12Speaker 3: there was one other I can't think of now as
- 38:16Speaker 3: an international statesman. The man is well educated. He knows
- 38:20Speaker 3: he knows what he has to do. And he he's
- 38:22Speaker 3: not going to say he's not going to let the
- 38:24Speaker 3: critics and the liberals and the stop him from saving Israel.
- 38:28Speaker 3: And I have a lot of respect for him. I
- 38:30Speaker 3: want to conclude with one thing. I know you're busy.
- 38:33Speaker 3: You mentioned Reagan years in 1985. My company, my business
- 38:38Speaker 3: made the most money I ever made in my career.
- 38:41Speaker 3: I topped it off in 86, making more than 85.
- 38:45Speaker 3: And in 87, I topped off 85 and 86. So
- 38:48Speaker 3: in 85, 86, and 87 of 1987, I had three
- 38:54Speaker 3: of the biggest profitable years of my business under Ronald Reagan,
- 39:00Speaker 3: who I really miss.
- 39:03Speaker 1: I miss him too. He was a great one. But
- 39:04Speaker 1: you know what? I think Trump is even greater. But
- 39:06Speaker 1: I think he faces much worse hostility than even Reagan faced,
- 39:11Speaker 1: maybe times 10. Reagan faced a lot. But what Trump
- 39:14Speaker 1: is facing is unprecedented in world history. And I don't
- 39:17Speaker 1: think people appreciate what this man goes through and how
- 39:19Speaker 1: many people would assassinate him and kill him and enslave
- 39:22Speaker 1: him in prison in Rikers Island. I am.
- 39:28Speaker 3: I am amazed by his energy. At 80 years old,
- 39:32Speaker 3: two hours here, fly on a plane, go to Israel,
- 39:35Speaker 3: fly back in the middle of the night, have a
- 39:37Speaker 3: 9 o'clock meeting at the Oval Office, answer 10,000 questions
- 39:41Speaker 3: from the media. He's answered more questions in the last
- 39:44Speaker 3: 18 months to the media than the last five presidents
- 39:48Speaker 3: in their entire years in the White House. The man
- 39:52Speaker 3: is I'd love to know where he gets his energy
- 39:58Speaker 3: because whatever they say about him, this man is an
- 40:02Speaker 3: energizer bunny. He does not stop, and he just works
- 40:06Speaker 3: his tail off. And if the American people can't see
- 40:09Speaker 3: that and appreciate it, they deserve what they get. And, oh,
- 40:13Speaker 3: the original call was going to be about disagreeing with you.
- 40:17Speaker 1: J.D., we got to run. I got so many people
- 40:20Speaker 1: that need to get in their comments. You can call
- 40:22Speaker 1: tomorrow with whatever that point is. We got to run.
- 40:25Speaker 1: I appreciate you. Thank you for calling. Hope to call
- 40:28Speaker 1: back tomorrow. We'll finish our conversation. Thank you, J.D. And
- 40:31Speaker 1: by the way, we'll see how great Trump is. Can
- 40:33Speaker 1: we pull a rabbit out of the hat for the midterms?
- 40:36Speaker 1: And the only way to do it was with my idea,
- 40:38Speaker 1: national security emergency for elections, the need rule. I call
- 40:43Speaker 1: it the need act, but I found out today it
- 40:44Speaker 1: should be the need rule because it's not an act
- 40:47Speaker 1: because it's not Congress. A president can't do an act.
- 40:49Speaker 1: It could be a rule. It's the need rule. All right, look,
- 40:57Speaker 1: we've got to run. There's screaming in my ear. Our
- 40:59Speaker 1: time is up. Wayne Root, RootForAmerica.com. We'll be right back.
- 41:08Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allen Roots.
- 41:10Speaker 12: The Root, the Root, the Root's on fire.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Welcome to Warzone Live. Hopefully my voice can survive this
- 41:16Speaker 1: next hour. I hope so. because it has been one
- 41:19Speaker 1: heck of a day. I opened up the day getting
- 41:22Speaker 1: up at six in the morning, getting prepared for a
- 41:24Speaker 1: interview with the president of Serbia, not the president of
- 41:27Speaker 1: the United States, of which I've had 17 interviews. But
- 41:30Speaker 1: the president of Serbia was my guest today. And soon
- 41:34Speaker 1: we'll have several other world leaders and presidents from countries
- 41:38Speaker 1: around the world on this show. We're working on booking
- 41:41Speaker 1: them all as we speak right now. And it was
- 41:45Speaker 1: the reason you say, why Serbia? Serbia is the best
- 41:47Speaker 1: friend of the United States and President Trump and Israel
- 41:51Speaker 1: in the entire Europe. And they're very close to entering
- 41:55Speaker 1: the EU. Of course, the EU will probably turn them
- 41:57Speaker 1: down because they're friends with the United States and Trump
- 42:00Speaker 1: and Israel. But we thought it was time to speak
- 42:03Speaker 1: to the president of Serbia. And we got him set
- 42:05Speaker 1: for an interview early this morning in Iran on my
- 42:07Speaker 1: America's Top Ten Countdown show on Saturday. And then on Monday,
- 42:12Speaker 1: we'll run right here on the podcast. But then I
- 42:15Speaker 1: went from that interview to immediately to a Steve Bannon interview.
- 42:18Speaker 1: I was a guest on Steve Bannon's show. the war room.
- 42:23Speaker 1: So it's been a busy day. And then just when
- 42:24Speaker 1: I thought I'd rest my voice, I made myself some
- 42:26Speaker 1: lunch and figured I'd get ready for this show. And
- 42:29Speaker 1: at that moment, the phone rang and it was the
- 42:31Speaker 1: Atlantic Magazine doing a story on my national security emergency
- 42:36Speaker 1: declaration for President Trump. And they wanted to interview me
- 42:39Speaker 1: about it. And so I talked to them for a
- 42:41Speaker 1: half hour. You wonder why my voice is gone. You know,
- 42:44Speaker 1: we spoke for a half hour Before I ever began
- 42:49Speaker 1: this show with The Atlantic. So a lot of things
- 42:51Speaker 1: going on and a lot of talking, talking, talking before
- 42:54Speaker 1: I ever start this show. So my voice is just
- 42:56Speaker 1: worn out. Probably has not recovered since Saturday when I
- 42:59Speaker 1: gave a 40-minute speech at the Storm Summit. And a
- 43:05Speaker 1: loud animated speech. And my voice has just never recovered.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Usually I use weekends. to recover my voice. It's always
- 43:11Speaker 1: back on Monday, but this time I wore it out
- 43:13Speaker 1: on Saturday. And now it's just been a crazy last
- 43:16Speaker 1: three days.
- 43:16Speaker 2: Crazy.
- 43:18Speaker 1: I want to read you a letter. I read it
- 43:20Speaker 1: to open up the Steve Bannon show. And I'm going
- 43:22Speaker 1: to read it to you right now because this sums
- 43:24Speaker 1: up to me. And I'm going to keep drinking water
- 43:26Speaker 1: because I got to keep my voice watered. But this
- 43:29Speaker 1: signals to me what we're up against. And the average
- 43:31Speaker 1: Republican doesn't get it. And I said this to the
- 43:34Speaker 1: Atlantic Magazine that the average Republican, the average Republican plays
- 43:37Speaker 1: golf with green pants and a yellow shirt And they
- 43:41Speaker 1: just have no idea how to fight. And I told
- 43:42Speaker 1: him I grew up in the only Jew in an
- 43:44Speaker 1: all Italian mafia neighborhood surrounded by an all black town.
- 43:47Speaker 1: And the Italians wanted to kill me because I killed
- 43:49Speaker 1: Christ in their mind because I was a Jew. And
- 43:51Speaker 1: the blacks wanted to kill me because I was white.
- 43:52Speaker 1: I was responsible for slavery. Everybody wanted to kill me.
- 43:56Speaker 1: And I learned how to get along with everybody. But
- 43:57Speaker 1: by being strong, by getting in their face, by fighting back,
- 44:01Speaker 1: by answering back and when necessary, fighting back physically. And
- 44:05Speaker 1: that was how I learned to gain respect from people.
- 44:08Speaker 1: It's the only way to win. And I explained that
- 44:10Speaker 1: to the Atlantic Reporter. And Atlantic's a very liberal magazine,
- 44:14Speaker 1: so I don't know how they're going to frame that,
- 44:15Speaker 1: but who cares? I just attack, attack, attack, and speak
- 44:18Speaker 1: to the media and make my case. And I made
- 44:20Speaker 1: the case for the national security emergency. But here's a
- 44:24Speaker 1: letter you need to hear. This is from Robert, who's
- 44:27Speaker 1: been kind of a person that sends me letters for
- 44:29Speaker 1: the last five years. Another example of what we're up against.
- 44:34Speaker 1: So I don't approve of the death penalty, but I
- 44:39Speaker 1: wouldn't shed one tear if Trump and everybody working under
- 44:43Speaker 1: him were hanged. Not the quick and merciful ways which
- 44:47Speaker 1: kill instantly, but the kind which strangles people in a slow,
- 44:52Speaker 1: agonizing way, including you, Wayne Root. I hope Trump dies
- 44:57Speaker 1: as soon as possible and will be tortured for eternity
- 45:01Speaker 1: the way he so richly deserves to be. So death
- 45:04Speaker 1: threat against Trump, death threat against me, death threat against
- 45:08Speaker 1: all Republicans that support Trump and work with Trump and
- 45:10Speaker 1: work for Trump. This is signed by Robert. I've got
- 45:14Speaker 1: his name. I've got his email. I suppose I should
- 45:16Speaker 1: give this to the FBI. These are sick people, mentally
- 45:19Speaker 1: sick people. And they're just the entire Democrat Party. This
- 45:24Speaker 1: isn't one isolated guy. These are the people that cheered
- 45:27Speaker 1: the death of Charlie Kirk. And every day they root
- 45:31Speaker 1: for the death of Donald Trump, and lately I've become
- 45:33Speaker 1: so famous and so in demand, they're probably all rooting
- 45:37Speaker 1: for the death of Wayne Root. These are crazy people,
- 45:40Speaker 1: absolutely crazy people. And by the way, just to show you,
- 45:43Speaker 1: I'm always right, and I mean always right, thousands and
- 45:46Speaker 1: thousands of predictions on this show, and I'm always right.
- 45:51Speaker 1: I did a story a while back, non-political story, and
- 45:55Speaker 1: I think everyone who watches this show knows that I
- 45:59Speaker 1: am the most pro-police guy in the world. I love police.
- 46:01Speaker 1: I cry when policemen are shot and killed and they've
- 46:05Speaker 1: got families. I always shed a tear. I can't believe
- 46:07Speaker 1: when a cop is killed. I can't believe somebody would
- 46:09Speaker 1: shoot and kill a police officer. I can't believe that happens.
- 46:14Speaker 1: And I'm just always pro-police, right? But every once in
- 46:17Speaker 1: a while, there are stories of egregious, terrible police behavior,
- 46:22Speaker 1: and I'm willing to report those too. And I always
- 46:24Speaker 1: say that's the outlier. That's the odd case. It's not
- 46:27Speaker 1: what policemen are like. But you still have to report
- 46:30Speaker 1: when policemen are like Nazi Gestapo. And there was this
- 46:33Speaker 1: story in Texas. In Texas. Let me see if I
- 46:37Speaker 1: can find the city. Trinidad, Texas. And I guess it's
- 46:43Speaker 1: supposedly like an hour south of Dallas. But the point is,
- 46:49Speaker 1: a woman talked about the town's dirty drinking water. And
- 46:55Speaker 1: the town had put out an alert saying something. That
- 46:58Speaker 1: the water is dirty. Don't drink it. And she went
- 47:01Speaker 1: on social media and said the water is filthy and
- 47:06Speaker 1: people are getting sick. I've heard several cases of friends
- 47:09Speaker 1: who got sick. And if you have a case where
- 47:12Speaker 1: you or someone you know or love got sick, please
- 47:15Speaker 1: let me know because I'm going to rally the group.
- 47:18Speaker 1: of people out there against the dirty drinking water that
- 47:21Speaker 1: we have to endure. That was the basic case, right?
- 47:25Speaker 1: Let me know if you got sick or someone you
- 47:27Speaker 1: know or love got sick because I want to write
- 47:29Speaker 1: about it, I want to talk about it, I want
- 47:30Speaker 1: to bring it to City Hall. And the next day,
- 47:33Speaker 1: the police were knocking at her door and they arrested
- 47:35Speaker 1: her and she spent the night in jail. To some people,
- 47:38Speaker 1: there is no free speech in the United States. Normally,
- 47:41Speaker 1: that's liberals. In this case, it's not liberals. It's a
- 47:44Speaker 1: police department gone already a police department had lost its mind,
- 47:48Speaker 1: a police department where I believe every cop who arrests
- 47:50Speaker 1: there should be in prison. I'm sorry to say that
- 47:53Speaker 1: because I don't want to ever see a cop in prison.
- 47:55Speaker 1: But these police officers that arrested a woman because she
- 47:58Speaker 1: made comments online about dirty drinking water when the water
- 48:02Speaker 1: is dirty and the city put out a warning that
- 48:04Speaker 1: the water is dirty. You have a right to say
- 48:07Speaker 1: the water is dirty if the city didn't put out
- 48:09Speaker 1: a report that the water was dirty. But if the
- 48:11Speaker 1: city did admit the water is dirty and told you
- 48:14Speaker 1: to boil it and told you you can't drink it,
- 48:16Speaker 1: And she's trying to gather information about it. You can't
- 48:20Speaker 1: possibly arrest her unless you're like Adolf Hitler's son. These
- 48:25Speaker 1: cops are Adolf Hitler's son. The person who gave the
- 48:28Speaker 1: order to the cops is Adolf Hitler. These are bad,
- 48:32Speaker 1: bad people. I told this story because even me, the
- 48:35Speaker 1: world's biggest cop lover, cannot take this.
- 48:38Speaker 12: This is not right.
- 48:39Speaker 1: This cannot happen. This is not what police are for.
- 48:43Speaker 1: And guess what happened? See how Wainwright's always right? That
- 48:46Speaker 1: was probably three, four months ago. And the entire Texas
- 48:50Speaker 1: Police Department has been closed down and fired. There's some
- 48:54Speaker 1: commission in Texas that oversees them, and they closed down
- 48:57Speaker 1: the entire police department. Officers arrested a mother who criticized
- 49:02Speaker 1: the town's dirty drinking water on social media. The Texas
- 49:07Speaker 1: Commission on Law Enforcement issued a ruling on September 9th
- 49:12Speaker 1: to the Trinidad, Texas, Mayor revoking the city's license to
- 49:17Speaker 1: operate a police department. And all the police officers have
- 49:21Speaker 1: been laid off. The commission determined that the city's police
- 49:24Speaker 1: department had failed to meet even minimum standards and unable
- 49:28Speaker 1: to provide any evidence that the agency provides any public
- 49:30Speaker 1: benefit to the community. And it all started with this woman.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Arresting this woman, she spent the night in prison. Can
- 49:37Speaker 1: you imagine? She looks like a beautiful blonde woman, and
- 49:40Speaker 1: there's a knock at her door, and the Gestapo's there,
- 49:43Speaker 1: and they drag her off. I'm sure she's got kids.
- 49:46Speaker 1: What did I do? Did I rape someone? No. Did
- 49:49Speaker 1: you rob someone? No. Did you rip off someone in
- 49:52Speaker 1: a fraud Ponzi scheme? No. Did you murder your husband? No.
- 49:56Speaker 1: Did you murder your neighbor? No. Did you kill a
- 49:57Speaker 1: dog in the street?
- 49:58Speaker 3: No.
- 49:59Speaker 1: Did you kidnap someone?
- 50:00Speaker 11: No.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Did you sell drugs? No. You put out a social
- 50:03Speaker 1: media post that criticized our drinking water. Is this America?
- 50:08Speaker 1: And the entire police department's been disbanded and fired.
- 50:11Speaker 2: Good.
- 50:11Speaker 1: That's great. And I love cops. Not those cops. Those
- 50:14Speaker 1: cops should go to jail.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Sickening.
- 50:17Speaker 1: Sickening. So I'm right again, even on a story that
- 50:20Speaker 1: has nothing to do with politics. My gut instinct is
- 50:23Speaker 1: always right to make that a big story and to
- 50:25Speaker 1: talk about it. Just like I made it a big
- 50:27Speaker 1: story when a plastic surgeon in Utah was arrested and
- 50:31Speaker 1: faced indictments and could have been in jail for 25
- 50:33Speaker 1: years for giving out fake COVID vaccine cards that he
- 50:38Speaker 1: didn't advertise anywhere, that he didn't tell anyone about. You
- 50:42Speaker 1: had to come to him and say, I'm going to
- 50:44Speaker 1: lose my job and I've got to get a fake
- 50:47Speaker 1: card so I can avoid losing my job. Or risking
- 50:50Speaker 1: my life taking this vaccine. And he is such a
- 50:52Speaker 1: nice man. He risked his medical license and gave people
- 50:54Speaker 1: those cards. And then somebody ratted on him. And they
- 50:57Speaker 1: were going to indict him. They were going to put
- 50:59Speaker 1: him in jail for 25 years. The Biden administration was
- 51:02Speaker 1: going to put him in jail for 25 years. And
- 51:04Speaker 1: ruin his life. And he'd never have a medical license again.
- 51:06Speaker 1: And he'd go to prison. And he'd probably die in prison,
- 51:08Speaker 1: an old man. Or get out of prison broke and
- 51:11Speaker 1: an old man. And then Trump took over and his
- 51:15Speaker 1: wonderful attorney general, Bondi, Pam Bondi, otherwise known as Blondie,
- 51:20Speaker 1: in her wonderful wisdom, and I always say from day one,
- 51:22Speaker 1: she was a horrible mistake. She decides to keep the
- 51:26Speaker 1: prosecution of this man going. And I freaked out on
- 51:30Speaker 1: my show, freaked out and texted President Trump and said,
- 51:33Speaker 1: you cannot allow this to continue. This is outrageous. This
- 51:36Speaker 1: doctor is a hero. This doctor is not a bum.
- 51:39Speaker 1: He's not a criminal. He's a hero. And literally the
- 51:42Speaker 1: next day after I sent that, President Trump ended the trial.
- 51:45Speaker 1: So I'm ending the trial and dropping all charges. I
- 51:49Speaker 1: understand in my gut what's always the right thing. It's
- 51:52Speaker 1: as simple as that. I'm not a politician. I'm not

- 55:12Speaker 1: Root's on fire. This is the official podcast of The
- 55:15Speaker 1: Gateway Pundit every day, daily, Monday through Friday.
- 55:18Speaker 13: All right.
- 55:18Speaker 1: My guest is here, Peter Tickton, attorney and founder of
- 55:21Speaker 1: Tickton Law Group. His website, LegalBrains.com. LegalBrains.com. Great man. And
- 55:29Speaker 1: we're great fans of Peter. He's not only a great
- 55:32Speaker 1: friend of President Trump and a great friend of Wayne Root,
- 55:34Speaker 1: but you were in military school As a teenager with
- 55:37Speaker 1: President Trump, right? You were classmates.
- 55:40Speaker 13: Yeah, I got to meet our president when we were
- 55:43Speaker 13: both 15 years old, 65 years ago.
- 55:46Speaker 1: That's amazing. Hey, when I was about to start this show,
- 55:50Speaker 1: about an hour before the show started, I got a
- 55:52Speaker 1: phone call from the Atlantic magazine saying, And the reporter
- 55:55Speaker 1: said he spoke to you, Peter Shearer, I believe his
- 55:58Speaker 1: name is. He spoke to you at the Storm Summit
- 56:01Speaker 1: on Saturday and he wanted to talk to me about
- 56:02Speaker 1: the national security emergency. He said he spoke to you.
- 56:05Speaker 1: He spoke to Jerome Corsi and he wanted to speak
- 56:07Speaker 1: to me. So I had a half hour discussion with him.
- 56:10Speaker 1: And I told him how you and Jerome had written
- 56:12Speaker 1: a wonderful article, The Gateway Pundit, today, and he should
- 56:15Speaker 1: go read it. And he didn't know anything about it.
- 56:17Speaker 1: He actually went to find it while he was on
- 56:19Speaker 1: the phone with me. And he found it. He promised
- 56:21Speaker 1: to read it the minute we were done with our interview.
- 56:23Speaker 1: And so we talked for about 30 minutes. So, look,
- 56:26Speaker 1: we're all on the same page. Jerome and you and me,
- 56:28Speaker 1: we're all fighting for a national security emergency because, let's
- 56:32Speaker 1: see if you agree with me, I don't believe that
- 56:35Speaker 1: Republicans can win the midterms the way it's currently situated.
- 56:38Speaker 1: You can't win when the other side is cheating. It's ridiculous.
- 56:42Speaker 1: And I told this reporter, I'm not trying to cheat
- 56:45Speaker 1: and steal from the Democrats. I'm trying to merely prevent
- 56:48Speaker 1: cheating and stealing by anyone. I'm trying to create a
- 56:51Speaker 1: level playing field so the best man can win. Go ahead,
- 56:55Speaker 1: the floor is yours.
- 56:56Speaker 13: Yeah, no, you're exactly right. I mean, that's the whole problem.
- 56:59Speaker 13: You know, we know that these machines can determine the
- 57:03Speaker 13: outcome of the elections. And we've got 22 Republican senators
- 57:07Speaker 13: now who are up for reelection.
- 57:11Speaker 14: Twenty-two.
- 57:12Speaker 13: If they flip 18 of them, even if they didn't
- 57:15Speaker 13: have any rhinos, they'd have 67, which is enough to
- 57:19Speaker 13: remove in the event that the House should impeach.
- 57:23Speaker 14: So, I mean, here, look at the timing. We've got
- 57:26Speaker 14: 45 days left. That's all.
- 57:27Speaker 13: We don't get something going really quickly with some kind
- 57:30Speaker 13: of an emergency order, but an order declaring an emergency.
- 57:36Speaker 13: But we actually actually have that, but we just need
- 57:38Speaker 13: the instructions to go along with it. So, you know,
- 57:42Speaker 13: there's got to be a hand count. We can use
- 57:44Speaker 13: the machines as long as we have an audit and
- 57:46Speaker 13: hand count of the ballots before certification. So that's something
- 57:50Speaker 13: that there's still time to do. But if we just
- 57:54Speaker 13: let these machines take over our country, look what they've
- 57:57Speaker 13: done in the rest of the world. They've taken over
- 58:00Speaker 13: Great Britain. They've taken over Canada. Yeah, that's why we're
- 58:03Speaker 13: in– Carney admitted yesterday we're in an economic and political
- 58:07Speaker 13: war with Canada. And so, I mean, you know, what
- 58:14Speaker 13: does that mean? That means they're cheating in the election.
- 58:16Speaker 13: It's got the machines. The machines that we had in
- 58:20Speaker 13: the– in Fulton County, Pennsylvania, not in Georgia, but the
- 58:26Speaker 13: ones that we actually have. I alerted Todd Blanche about them,
- 58:31Speaker 13: and apparently they're secured now. But those actually show that
- 58:36Speaker 13: Canada participated in the cheat.
- 58:38Speaker 1: Unbelievable.
- 58:39Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 58:40Speaker 3: Wow.
- 58:40Speaker 14: I didn't even know about that.
- 58:42Speaker 1: I didn't even know about that. Who's ever told anybody
- 58:44Speaker 1: in the news anything about this stuff? I didn't know
- 58:47Speaker 1: anything about it. First time I've heard it, this second,
- 58:49Speaker 1: right now.
- 58:50Speaker 3: Oh, well.
- 58:52Speaker 13: And thank God Todd Blanchard's on the ball. I mean,
- 58:54Speaker 13: he secured these computers. The judge was going to have
- 58:57Speaker 13: them destroyed because the case is over.
- 58:59Speaker 1: Well, you know, Peter, this reporter asked me, you know,
- 59:02Speaker 1: do I believe there's foreign interference in elections? And I said, look,
- 59:06Speaker 1: it's not my ballgame. I have no idea. I have
- 59:09Speaker 1: no facts to prove it, although I believe certainly China
- 59:12Speaker 1: interferes with our elections. Maybe other countries are interfering as well.
- 59:16Speaker 1: But I said, do you know what's the biggest proof
- 59:18Speaker 1: of foreign interference in American elections? Illegal aliens voting inside America.
- 59:23Speaker 1: And I said, the deal is they do vote. How
- 59:25Speaker 1: do I know they vote? Because I live in Nevada
- 59:27Speaker 1: and there's 19 other states just like Nevada where they
- 59:30Speaker 1: give driver's licenses and then you're automatically registered to vote
- 59:33Speaker 1: because of motor voter. At DMV, you can't even ask,
- 59:35Speaker 1: are you a citizen? You have no choice. You're automatically
- 59:38Speaker 1: registered to vote. And you don't think that they're voting
- 59:41Speaker 1: when they're legally registered to vote, even though it's illegal.
- 59:45Speaker 1: They're legally registered voters. Of course they're voting. Because if
- 59:49Speaker 1: Democrats win, they get to stay. And if Republicans win,
- 59:52Speaker 1: they're going to be deported. So if you were them,
- 59:54Speaker 1: wouldn't you be voting? Of course they're voting.
- 59:56Speaker 12: They're voting by the millions. So that was my answer.
- 59:59Speaker 1: To him when he asked me about my knowledge personally
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: of foreign interference, because that's what I believe is the
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: single biggest foreign interference.
- 1:00:07Speaker 13: Yeah, except the machines actually control the outcome.
- 1:00:10Speaker 14: They can make up all the votes in the world.
- 1:00:12Speaker 13: They pull them out of the archives of the voter
- 1:00:14Speaker 13: rolls where they have all the duplicates.
- 1:00:16Speaker 14: That you might have heard from Andrew Paquette.
- 1:00:19Speaker 13: And that's what they're for, so that the machines can
- 1:00:22Speaker 13: then use them and count them and put them in
- 1:00:25Speaker 13: there and then replace them, before you know it, with
- 1:00:28Speaker 13: people that they see did not vote.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: But Peter, I don't want to scold Trump, but here's
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: what I honestly believe, and I said this to the reporter,
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: and I said I love Trump, but this should have
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: been done many, many months ago, and then there would
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: have been time to prepare for paper ballots instead of machine,
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: because I believe the machines are crooked. Wayne Allyn Root,

- 1:02:00Speaker 1: All right, my guest is here, Peter Tickton, attorney and
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: founder of Tickton Law Group. Well, Peter- Every blue state
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: is going to say, I don't care if it's a
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: national security emergency. I don't care if it's the law now.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: I don't care if we can't change it. We are
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: not going to comply because there's no time to change
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: it because the ballots have already gone out, the mail-in ballots,
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: and the machines can't be changed at the last minute
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: to paper ballots. Isn't that what every blue state's going
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: to say? Of course it is.
- 1:02:28Speaker 14: Yeah, but here's the thing, okay?
- 1:02:31Speaker 13: In the event that enough votes flip, like I was
- 1:02:33Speaker 13: just saying, in terms of the Senate to remove, I mean,
- 1:02:38Speaker 13: what are they going to do if they have that power? Obviously,
- 1:02:41Speaker 13: you know, Hakeem Jeffries is going to be the Speaker
- 1:02:43Speaker 13: of the House on January 5th, 63 days after the
- 1:02:46Speaker 13: election day. It's going to go really fast. That time slots.
- 1:02:50Speaker 13: And the people are walking in slow motion. They've got Thanksgiving.
- 1:02:54Speaker 13: We've got Thanksgiving. We've got Christmas. We've got New Year's Eve.
- 1:02:58Speaker 13: You know, everything flows now. But that's all we've got
- 1:03:02Speaker 13: before January 5th, and that's when they're going to take
- 1:03:04Speaker 13: their seats, and that's when they're going to start the impeachment,
- 1:03:07Speaker 13: which could go really fast. They don't need a whole
- 1:03:09Speaker 13: big deal about it because they've got the votes. So
- 1:03:11Speaker 13: they don't need the pretense of something being fair. And
- 1:03:15Speaker 13: then it goes to the Senate. The Senate removes not
- 1:03:18Speaker 13: just Donald Trump, but J.D.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: Vance.
- 1:03:22Speaker 14: And what happens then? Then Hakeem Jeffries becomes president. He
- 1:03:25Speaker 14: loses everything. And we'll never get it back again.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: And by the way, in the event that something that
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: extreme doesn't happen, let's go a level below that. Let's
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: just say they win the House. They don't win the
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: Senate or they win the House and they squeak out
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: by one vote the Senate. Still, it means President Trump's
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: presidency is over. He's a lame duck. Nothing will ever
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: pass again. He's going to spend his time playing golf
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: and issuing pardons. He can't do a damn thing to
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: make America great again. And then because he's done nothing
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: to make America great again for the last two years,
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: and because we don't control the House or the Senate,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: and therefore we'll do nothing great there either. We lose
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: in 28, and then they automatically control everything. They win
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: the presidency. They win the House. They win the Senate
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: in 28. They control the census in 2030. They allow
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: illegal aliens in the census, and America is gone forever,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: and no Republican will ever get elected again. So even
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: if what you're saying is the absolute worst case, and
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: it never happens, if they just win the midterm, either
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: House or Senate, in my opinion, we're done. We're finished.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: We probably can't win in 28, and America's done.
- 1:04:29Speaker 13: We won't be able to win in 28 because the
- 1:04:32Speaker 13: machines will still be in flight. If it's because of
- 1:04:35Speaker 13: the machines in 2026, it's going to be because of
- 1:04:38Speaker 13: the machines in 2028. But here's the thing, though. Donald
- 1:04:42Speaker 13: Trump is the only man in the world who was
- 1:04:44Speaker 13: the president of the United States and stepped down even
- 1:04:48Speaker 13: though he knew he was stepping down because.
- 1:04:50Speaker 14: Of a rigged election.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: A stolen election, right.
- 1:04:53Speaker 13: And I don't believe it's going to happen again. He
- 1:04:56Speaker 13: knows what they're going to do because they went after him.
- 1:04:58Speaker 13: If he hadn't won the presidency in 2024, he'd be
- 1:05:02Speaker 13: in prison right now from New York. Judge Marchand would
- 1:05:06Speaker 13: not would would have sentenced him severely.
- 1:05:09Speaker 14: And he knows this. He knows that it's his own
- 1:05:12Speaker 14: death warrant. Should he not?
- 1:05:13Speaker 13: Should he ever turn over power for another crooked election?
- 1:05:16Speaker 13: So it's not going to happen. OK, I don't believe
- 1:05:19Speaker 13: he's ever going to be so. He knows that.
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: Well, Peter, his only chance now is to declare a
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: national security emergency for elections. My idea is the which
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: is backed by you and Jerome and you're doing the
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: pushing now. It's the only chance at this point. There's
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: only days to go. What do we have, 50 days
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: for the election?
- 1:05:37Speaker 14: There's the other chance.
- 1:05:39Speaker 13: There's the one thing that I expect to occur should
- 1:05:43Speaker 13: this election turn into the debacle that I'm talking about.
- 1:05:46Speaker 13: Long before that 23, I'm sorry, the 63 days goes
- 1:05:50Speaker 13: and January 5th is here. He's going to have to
- 1:05:52Speaker 13: declare martial law. That's the only thing that can happen. Look,
- 1:05:56Speaker 13: we're going to end up with either them having the
- 1:05:58Speaker 13: powers of government where they're picking all of us up
- 1:06:01Speaker 13: and we're.
- 1:06:03Speaker 14: Going to be dead. You know, I mean, you know,
- 1:06:06Speaker 14: don't expect fair elections.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: Aren't we much better off with him declaring it? Peter,
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: aren't we much better off with him declaring a national
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: security emergency than worrying about later, after they've won and
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: they look like winners and we look like sore losers,
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: him declaring martial law something no president's done? We don't
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: ever want to go to that extreme. Let's just do
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: it now with a national security emergency. Why would he not?
- 1:06:29Speaker 14: Your lips are God's ear.
- 1:06:30Speaker 13: And maybe once, maybe Maduro will come out next week
- 1:06:33Speaker 13: and finally admit the fact that our election in 2020,
- 1:06:37Speaker 13: and this one's supposed to be all rigged.
- 1:06:41Speaker 14: Maybe there will be something like that.
- 1:06:43Speaker 13: All I'm saying is, no, we're not going to lose
- 1:06:45Speaker 13: the whole country because the push comes from right now.
- 1:06:48Speaker 13: He doesn't know. He doesn't know that the machines are
- 1:06:51Speaker 13: going to determine the outcome of the election. He knows
- 1:06:53Speaker 13: it's going to be rigged in some ways, but he's
- 1:06:57Speaker 13: not thinking in terms of what's going to happen in
- 1:06:58Speaker 13: the Senate and will they have a two-thirds majority. It's
- 1:07:02Speaker 13: more than a two-thirds majority because There's so many people
- 1:07:05Speaker 13: that they have now. You know, whatever they find them
- 1:07:09Speaker 13: doing with five-year-olds or whatever, there's a lot of people
- 1:07:13Speaker 13: that are severely compromised that are going to vote for impeachment.
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: So, yeah.
- 1:07:18Speaker 13: So, I mean, they don't need to flip 18. They
- 1:07:20Speaker 13: could flip 14, and they're still going to have it. So,
- 1:07:24Speaker 13: you know, if there's a major flipping of Republican Senate
- 1:07:28Speaker 13: seats— To the Democrats.
- 1:07:32Speaker 14: I don't even like to call them Democrats. They're not
- 1:07:34Speaker 14: Democrats anymore.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: They're communists. They're communists. That's what they are.
- 1:07:37Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: Absolutely. They're communists that have merged with radical Islam, which
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: is the really scary part. You know, I'm a Jew,
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: and I'm telling you right now, they're going to kill
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: us in the street. These people are crazy. They're radical Islamists,
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: and they say it. They believe in Sharia law for life.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: And this guy's running for U.S. Senate in Michigan. And
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: what do you think Madami believes in? What do you
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: think that gal who's running for Congress that's a city councilman?
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: They all talk about Sharia law. Sharia law means if
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: you're a Jew, you're dead.
- 1:08:06Speaker 14: These people are crazy. Tucker's one of them now.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: Yeah, it's crazy. Tucker is a Muslim.
- 1:08:12Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:08:12Speaker 14: It's amazing how much of a country they've already taken over.
- 1:08:15Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:08:16Speaker 14: Don't you think, Tucker? This is the line. Look, it
- 1:08:17Speaker 14: had to come to an end somewhere, and it's going
- 1:08:19Speaker 14: to be violent.
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: Tucker must have converted to Islam. That's what it appears
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: to me. You're saying the same thing, right? Something's going on.
- 1:08:28Speaker 13: I understand that he's either converted or he's converting, you know.
- 1:08:31Speaker 13: But one way or the other, he's certainly sold out.
- 1:08:33Speaker 13: You know, he's certainly gone. You know, we can't expect,
- 1:08:37Speaker 13: you know.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: Oh, he's not on our side. That's for sure.
- 1:08:39Speaker 14: He's no Wayne Allen Root. That's for sure.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: He's no Peter Tickton. You know what? What I also
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: said to this reporter at The Atlantic, I said, look,
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: if you honestly don't believe that elections are being stolen,
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: if you honestly don't believe that elections are rigged, if
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: you honestly don't believe that machines are rigged, if you
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: honestly don't believe that illegals are voting, if you honestly
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: don't believe that voter ID makes any difference at all,
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: then why is every Democrat so upset about all of
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: it being installed?
- 1:09:11Speaker 12: It's the tell.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: I'm a gambler in Las Vegas. It's like playing poker.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: That's the tell. They're all hysterical. They know they can't
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: win elections if there's proper ID and if there's proof
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: of citizenship. And if you strictly limit mail-in ballots to
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: prevent fraud, and if you change from machines to paper ballots,
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: they know they can't win because they know they're cheating
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: and stealing. Why else would they be so upset if
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: it didn't matter?
- 1:09:37Speaker 13: That's why you and I both came up independently with
- 1:09:40Speaker 13: the same idea that we needed the order that we need.
- 1:09:45Speaker 14: And, you know, God bless you. You know, I'll tell
- 1:09:47Speaker 14: you something.
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: You're amazing.
- 1:09:48Speaker 14: You're a fighter in the cause.
- 1:09:49Speaker 13: And and and yeah, I mean, this is why the
- 1:09:52Speaker 13: president is a friend of yours is because of your
- 1:09:55Speaker 13: your wisdom. I mean, I listen to you now for
- 1:09:58Speaker 13: for some time. And I got to tell you, I
- 1:10:02Speaker 13: never hear anything I disagree with coming from your list
- 1:10:04Speaker 13: because it's just smart.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: You know what it you know what it comes from, Peter?
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: It comes from the fact that almost everyone in the
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: Republican Party, really everyone. They're like golf players with yellow
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: pants and green shirts all day. They've never had a
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: fight in their lives. And I grew up in an
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: all-Italian mafia neighborhood, the only Jew, surrounded by an all-black
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: town called Malvern in New York. I think you were
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: from Malvern too, aren't you?
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:10:28Speaker 14: So I learned how to fight.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: I learned how to fight. And I had to fight everybody.
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: And eventually I became friends with everybody. Black and Italian
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: became my buddies because they were so impressed that I
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: was willing to fight. The little Jew didn't ever back
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: down from a much bigger black guy or a much
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: bigger Italian guy. I went right in their face.
- 1:10:47Speaker 12: Most of the time, I didn't even have to have
- 1:10:49Speaker 12: a fight.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: They couldn't believe I'd get in the face of a
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: guy where I was like five foot five at the time.
- 1:10:55Speaker 12: And they were like six foot five. And I said,
- 1:10:57Speaker 12: let's go, mother trucker. And they were like, what? This
- 1:11:00Speaker 12: white boy's crazy.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: And they liked me. And that's the key to winning.
- 1:11:03Speaker 12: You've got to be a fighter, not a golfer.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: This is for all the barbels. It's for our children,
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: our grandchildren, our country. You can't play golf with Muffy
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: at the country club. You've got to fight.
- 1:11:18Speaker 14: That's the problem. This new generation, they're ready to roll over.
- 1:11:22Speaker 13: You know the old saying that You know, I think
- 1:11:27Speaker 13: it was some sheik in Saudi Arabia who was asked
- 1:11:29Speaker 13: what kind of car he drove. And he said, I
- 1:11:32Speaker 13: drive a Bentley. I drive a Mercedes. My son will
- 1:11:36Speaker 13: drive a Bentley. And my grandson will ride a cow.
- 1:11:40Speaker 13: And they said, well, why do you say that? He said,
- 1:11:44Speaker 13: because hard times make strong men.
- 1:11:49Speaker 14: Strong men make easy times. Easy times make weak men.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: There you go.
- 1:11:54Speaker 14: Weak men make hard times.
- 1:11:56Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:11:56Speaker 14: So there you go. Right now, we've got weak men.
- 1:11:59Speaker 13: The younger generation, I mean, they don't have testosterone. They
- 1:12:04Speaker 13: don't have, you know, they don't have colonists. They don't
- 1:12:08Speaker 13: need them. They don't have them. I mean, we grow up,
- 1:12:11Speaker 13: grew up, there were no places where you had a
- 1:12:13Speaker 13: safe room. You know, I mean, what kind of place,
- 1:12:16Speaker 13: what kind of, how do you grow up and have
- 1:12:17Speaker 13: a safe room and end up being a man that
- 1:12:20Speaker 13: knows how to defend yourself or stand up for your rights?
- 1:12:22Speaker 11: Right.
- 1:12:23Speaker 14: You know, so our whole country is weak now.
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: Right. And we'll be right back. Wayne Alvarud, Warzone Live.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: See you in a minute.

- 1:15:36Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Roots for Warzone Live. Peter Tickton. The young
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: people are definitely weak. No question about that. But I'm
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: talking about the Republican leadership. They're a bunch of old
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: men and they're weak. Look at you. You're a fighter.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: I'm a fighter. All these Republicans are weak. They poop
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: in their pants at the thought of the media writing
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: a bad article about them. I just laugh in their face.
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: That's why I took this guy's phone call. I'm always
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: answering the media. I'll speak to anyone and I dare
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: them to not write exactly what I say and to
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: make it up and lie about me. And I just
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: don't understand why the Republican leadership are such pussycats. They
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: just don't want to fight. Look at today. Mike Johnson said,
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: you're all going home. That's it. We're done. You're going
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: home till the election. Go campaign. And the Supreme Court,
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: when you talk about compromised, Peter, the Supreme Court is compromised.
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: Something's wrong with them.
- 1:16:27Speaker 13: Something's very wrong. I mean, they're selling out our country.
- 1:16:31Speaker 13: And who knows what the blackmail is? Who knows what's
- 1:16:34Speaker 13: going on there? But something's not right there. I mean,
- 1:16:37Speaker 13: how can they give up our country so easily? It
- 1:16:41Speaker 13: doesn't make any sense. You know, Look, unlike you, you're
- 1:16:46Speaker 13: doing your job. You're doing what needs to be done.
- 1:16:48Speaker 13: Thank God for you. My job is I'm doing the
- 1:16:51Speaker 13: election cases. I'm representing Stephanie Lambert, Patrick Byrne, who saved
- 1:16:57Speaker 13: this country, by the way. A number of people, you know,
- 1:17:02Speaker 13: a lot of people know I represent Tina Peters.
- 1:17:04Speaker 14: And so on.
- 1:17:05Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: Thank God. Thank you for that.
- 1:17:07Speaker 14: I'm involved in the election process.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: Machines.
- 1:17:11Speaker 13: I know what they are, and I know that they
- 1:17:13Speaker 13: can determine the outcome of the vote. And if most
- 1:17:16Speaker 13: people knew what I knew, rather than just taking somebody's
- 1:17:19Speaker 13: word for it, I can't even ask you to take
- 1:17:22Speaker 13: my word for it. I mean, why would you believe me?
- 1:17:25Speaker 13: But if you saw the evidence, you would know that
- 1:17:27Speaker 13: this is all true. I mean, believe me, we got
- 1:17:30Speaker 13: Maduro in prison, ready to stand trial, not just because
- 1:17:35Speaker 13: of the cocaine and the fentanyl, but also because he
- 1:17:38Speaker 13: was exporting election results and machinery to 72 countries of
- 1:17:43Speaker 13: which the United States has just won.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: It's awful. And you know what's funny? Last thing, and
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: then we really got to run. But here's the thing, Peter.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: I made a guess from day one that we could
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: have invaded Venezuela, and we had no interest in invading Venezuela.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: We simply wanted to capture the president and bring him
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: back here. Why would we do that over just drugs?
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: We could have killed him and left him there. But
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: we brought him back alive. Why? Because he knows about
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: the stolen election. That was just a guess by me.
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: It turns out you're telling me it's true.
- 1:18:19Speaker 13: And don't think everything's so good there with Dulce Rodriguez
- 1:18:22Speaker 13: because her brother, the head of what their Congress would be,
- 1:18:29Speaker 13: he's the one that owns Smartmatic.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: Unbelievable.
- 1:18:33Speaker 12: But so here's my question.
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: If my guess was right and he was in the
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: middle of the stolen election and he knows where all
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: the bodies are buried and he could prove that 2020
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: was stolen and that's why we kidnapped him and brought
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: him back here. We didn't kill him. We kept him
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: alive and brought him here to talk. Why is Trump not?
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: hasn't Trump made him talk before the midterms then?
- 1:18:53Speaker 13: You know, it's not Trump. Donald Trump understands everything that's
- 1:18:56Speaker 13: going on. Believe me, he knows all of us. It's
- 1:19:00Speaker 13: the people underneath him. It's so hard for him to
- 1:19:03Speaker 13: motivate people and get them going. So, you know, that's
- 1:19:07Speaker 13: where we're at a loss. That's where we're suffering. And so,
- 1:19:11Speaker 13: you know, whether he can get things underway, I'm hoping
- 1:19:15Speaker 13: for a surprise. Please, God, give us a surprise because
- 1:19:19Speaker 13: we sure as hell need it now. And I'm telling you,
- 1:19:22Speaker 13: if this election goes awry, which I think it's likely
- 1:19:25Speaker 13: to do because these people have a 2030 agenda, you know,
- 1:19:28Speaker 13: that they can't put off. And two more years of
- 1:19:31Speaker 13: Donald Trump knocking the hell out of them, they won't survive.
- 1:19:34Speaker 13: So they are fighting for their lives now. And that's
- 1:19:37Speaker 13: why I think they're going to pull out all stops
- 1:19:39Speaker 13: and try to take over the presidency of the United
- 1:19:43Speaker 13: States by getting enough Senate seats reversed. And if that happens,
- 1:19:47Speaker 13: it's because of the machines. And we're going to need
- 1:19:49Speaker 13: to have martial law because I got to tell you something.
- 1:19:52Speaker 13: It's all going to boil down to violence if this happens.
- 1:19:55Speaker 13: And if it boils down to violence, we better be
- 1:19:58Speaker 13: the ones that have the machinery of government. We better
- 1:20:02Speaker 13: have the armaments of government or else we're all gone.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: Scary stuff.
- 1:20:08Speaker 14: I mean, you and I are fighting for our lives.
- 1:20:10Speaker 14: And most people don't even have a clue as to
- 1:20:12Speaker 14: what we.
- 1:20:13Speaker 3: Mean by that.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: They don't have a clue. They don't have a clue.
- 1:20:15Speaker 14: It's going to be the same as... We're dead men
- 1:20:17Speaker 14: if we lose all this.
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: Not only that, on a more moderate thing, let's take
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: that as a worse case again. Let's take a more
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: moderate case. In England, 60,000 people have been arrested in
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: the last year for their social media posts. These are
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: people that wrote something on social media that immigrants are killing.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: Ireland immigrants are killing. Scotland immigrants are killing. Migrants, Muslim
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: migrants are no good for our country. Just one line
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: like that and a SWAT team shows up at your
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: house and put you in prison for two years.
- 1:20:46Speaker 12: That's coming.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: Forget about them killing us or sending us to concentration camps.
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: Certainly we'll all be arrested for what we say, at
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: the very least.
- 1:20:55Speaker 13: I'm telling you, they won't even be giving us buses
- 1:20:58Speaker 13: to sit in.
- 1:20:59Speaker 14: It's going to be by trucks that we're going to
- 1:21:00Speaker 14: be thrown into the back of. And they won't care
- 1:21:03Speaker 14: because we're going to be doomed.
- 1:21:04Speaker 13: And you know what this is?
- 1:21:07Speaker 14: Donald Trump knows. Look what happened to him last time.
- 1:21:11Speaker 13: He's the only man in the world that was the
- 1:21:13Speaker 13: president of the United States, relinquished power on a rigged
- 1:21:17Speaker 13: election that he knew was rigged.
- 1:21:19Speaker 14: He's not going to do it again. He's not going
- 1:21:23Speaker 14: to do it again.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: I hope and pray you're right. Peter, we got to run.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: I hope and pray you're right. My time is up
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: for the day. We usually do these interviews for like,
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: you know, 10 minutes. We've done this interview for, I
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: don't know, 35 minutes or something like that because you're
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: a fascinating guy and you have great things to say.
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: And we appreciate everything you are saying. And you're a
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: fighter like me because you're from Mount Vernon, New York,
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: and you were Trump's classmate at a military academy. So
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: I know you had a fight at a military academy
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: for your rights. You and Trump had to really be tough.
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: Thank you, Peter. God bless you.
- 1:21:53Speaker 14: God bless you, too. Thank you so much.
- 1:21:54Speaker 6: All right.
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: That's it for today. We're done. I'm Wayne Allyn Root.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: The Root, The Root, The Root has been on fire.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: Show is over. Have a great night. God bless you.
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: God bless Trump. God bless America.
