This week we welcome Tennil Reed-Beuerlein who is now the mother of a 9 month old little boy, where we talk about how hard that is and that CrossFit has helped her be able to carry that odd object around. We talk about her quest for the Games and finally making it in a year where the regionals were not ideal, then crushing the Games in 2017 becoming the Fittest woman in America. We touch on the challenge of 2018 and one take away for sure is Tennil will be back doing something competitive sooner rather than later.
